The Glenn Beck Program - Best of the Program ｜ Guests： Leah McGhee & Leigh Wambsganss ｜ 5⧸16⧸24

00:00:00.000 Great show for you today. Pat and Stu join me for another day. Very, very funny stuff. Also a lot of important things, including something that I think, well, I know it, it pissed me off more than any other school board thing I've ever seen.

00:00:16.140 And I don't know why it hit me this way, but when you hear what happened in North Carolina, enough is enough. And we were joined by a woman who has been so gravely injured by this school board and her son gravely injured.

00:00:37.060 Uh, we took action on today's show and I want you to hear that. Also, uh, Sputnik, uh, the show that we did last night, the Beck story, it is, uh, premiering today on YouTube. Uh, and you can watch that at 6 PM on YouTube, but here's the whole podcast. You're going to love it.

00:00:56.920 I want to talk to you about Jace Medical. There's some things going on with our medical system that is just disturbing. Looks like China is, um, getting ready to pound our infrastructure. Um, you know, we get most of our medicine from China. May I suggest you get your medicine and you have at least a year's worth of it at your house. Uh, Jace Medical can help you on many of the medications that you may be taking or need at your home. 0.98

00:01:24.640 They started a few years ago with just five different antibiotics, the Jace case, and you can have it and personalize it to your needs. My daughter is allergic to amoxicillin. So we don't have amoxicillin in our Jace case. Um, you can, um, get whatever antibiotics that you, you need, uh, from Jace Medical, Jace Medical, enter the promo code Beck at the, uh, at checkout for a discount on your order. Promo code Beck, Jace, J-A-S-E medical.com.

00:01:54.640 Also, you can get your prescriptions that your family needs, uh, from jacemedical.com. I suggest you do it now.

00:02:08.580 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:02:12.580 Welcome back to the Glenn Beck program. It is Thursday. Thank you, Pat Gray from Pat Gray Unleashed for, uh, helping, uh, navigate through this show while I'm, uh, recovering from surgery.

00:02:25.400 And of course, uh, our executive producer, Mr. Stu, but great, the big, whatever, Stu.

00:02:30.560 Wow. You really should. I mean, can they give you a second entry into the hall of fame?

00:02:34.860 No, I, sorry, man. I feel like I've got rocks in my eyes and all I can think of is that.

00:02:40.600 And there you have it. Another example of why Glenn Beck is in the radio hall of fame.

00:02:47.020 Thank you. Thank you. Thank you very much.

00:02:48.720 Such an achievement.

00:02:49.500 And I, and I just want to point out, you're not, Stu.

00:02:52.660 I know. I don't know what, if that says something about me or says something about the hall of fame, but it says...

00:02:56.860 I think it says more about the hall of fame than it does.

00:02:59.380 Um, we were talking about this, all this new technology coming out with the new version of

00:03:04.440 ChatGPT and everything else. One of the features they have is this real-time translation.

00:03:09.080 And like, we've kind of seen these apps, right? Like you get it on your phone, you can say something,

00:03:13.920 it'll translate it, then you hold it up for the person and they can hear it.

00:03:17.120 It's now to the point where it's basically just real-time. And you can have, they were having

00:03:21.400 conversations between Italian and English in real-time translation. And you think about how many

00:03:26.020 jobs get eliminated by this stuff, right? Like, why would a translator be needed? I mean, it's seemingly

00:03:34.180 like, gone now. Maybe with the exception of like, high-level international, you know, discussions

00:03:41.740 between presidents.

00:03:42.880 You mean people might need to have universal basic income?

00:03:46.560 This is what we talked about. Remember, 10 years ago, I said, there's going to come a time,

00:03:50.400 no job. You're going to have to have universal basic income. My solution to that is own your own

00:03:58.100 information and sell it to these big, huge companies like Google if you want to. That way,

00:04:05.540 we all share in, you know, the information that they've just stolen from us. But anyway,

00:04:12.960 there's, I'll go one better. You now, there is now a system out. I've been doing research on

00:04:20.060 security because we're rebuilding our ranch and I'm, I mean, I'm putting a skiff in it and everything

00:04:27.060 else, but I've been looking at all of this different security. And one thing that there,

00:04:34.660 I found just last night, it's amazing, is you could sit in a restaurant and you could target somebody

00:04:42.680 at a table. You could have an earpiece in and you're talking to your device and you look at the table

00:04:52.380 and they're across the room and you can say, uh, please, uh, enhance the female's responses, 1.00

00:05:02.400 the voice, and it will turn their voice up. If you still can't hear, remove the sound of all other

00:05:10.960 talking in the room and it will cancel all of the room talking, remove the sound of the dishes,

00:05:18.820 focus only on their conversation. I've seen it in real time. Wow. I'll bring the video in tomorrow.

00:05:25.400 I'll show you. It'll do it in real time. And then they're speaking a different language, 0.87

00:05:31.740 translate to English and you're hearing their voice speaking in English. And that's the only 0.99

00:05:40.400 thing in the crowded restaurant you can hear. My God. Unbelievable. It's incredible. And it's all in

00:05:48.080 real time. Is there going to be any need to learn a foreign language anymore? With this, you don't need to,

00:05:54.700 right? No. Yeah. And then of course, go down a generation when no one knows the language and

00:06:00.760 who's going to fact check the AI. Right. Yeah. I know. If your translation's correct. Nobody is.

00:06:04.700 Remember when I had the conversation 12 years ago with, um, uh, Ray Kurzweil and I said, Ray,

00:06:10.620 all of this technology makes us weaker. And he said, no, it'll make us stronger, uh, because you won't

00:06:18.260 have to worry about keeping all this other stuff in your brain. And I said, really? When GPS goes down,

00:06:25.920 tell my kids to go find their way to the store with a map. You have no skill without that. And he

00:06:36.720 thinks that we're just going to be learning so much more. Yeah. And television is going to be the

00:06:41.000 greatest teacher on earth. What are you talking about? Yeah. It's like, it's not really learning,

00:06:46.780 right? I mean, you're not, you could be the best, uh, you know, Italian speaker in the world without 1.00

00:06:52.900 learning one word of Italian. And like, I, you're right. This, if, if this infrastructure were to

00:06:58.100 collapse or deg, you know, degrade in some major way, there's, there's nothing to fall back on.

00:07:03.440 We don't know how to do anything. It's also, you know, there are things that you can do. I'm,

00:07:08.480 there's, uh, um, in, in, in my, uh, in, in my ranch, I'm, I'm really getting serious about security

00:07:17.000 and, uh, I'm putting in, it's not Eric. I can't remember what it's called, uh, but it's like Alexa,

00:07:24.020 but it is not connected to the internet at all. And it can control the house. So you say like, Hey,

00:07:30.660 Eric, uh, I need to speak to everybody at the, on the outdoors and it will open up a microphone and

00:07:39.380 you can talk to everybody in the whole house. If you want, um, Eric call nine one one, it will do

00:07:46.340 everything, but it's not connected to the internet. Um, the, um, I'm looking for things to protect the

00:07:55.160 family. Honestly, I get a row. Um, my robot dog comes in two weeks. Wait, the thing that we talked

00:08:01.680 about on the air a couple, a couple of weeks ago with a flame, the flame throwing robot dog,

00:08:05.720 you've purchased a flame throwing robot dog. Oh, we have the, we have the video in case people

00:08:11.060 you're putting gasoline in the, yeah, I don't think I'm going to use the flame thrower.

00:08:17.440 However, it's in the mountains and it says it's great to clear snow. Oh yeah. So look at this thing

00:08:23.880 and at night it gives you a, look at the laser. It has a light on it. Uh, cameras, it will sense

00:08:34.240 body heat. So it will identify things. So wait, if you're not going to use the flame thrower,

00:08:40.500 why do you want the robot dog? Uh, well, I'm not saying that it won't be ready to use the flame

00:08:47.680 thrower. Okay. I'm just saying, uh, for one reason it can go, uh, and prowl around. We have

00:08:55.840 mountain lions, uh, one thing, and, uh, I'd like it to prowl for the mountain lions. Uh, but also I

00:09:04.160 think that would freak people out. Yeah. Yeah. You know, freak people out. Um, so in that,

00:09:13.040 and we're getting a drone called, uh, I think it's the, one of the ones we're looking at is the

00:09:19.460 sunflower and it, you put, uh, devices in the ground, uh, up to four acres around your house.

00:09:30.360 Okay. And it geofences it. And if it senses anything moving on the property and it can tell

00:09:37.720 the difference between an animal and, uh, a human. And if it senses anything, uh, moving on your

00:09:46.120 property, it automatically deploys and, uh, holds them in place, which I just think is, I mean,

00:09:56.660 technology is so amazing, uh, on the things that you can do. I mean, you spend that and you,

00:10:05.240 you don't have to work. My family is different. We spend a lot on our security and, you know,

00:10:11.580 man security. And the one thing that when we're at the ranch at night, there's, there's animals and

00:10:17.860 everything else. And, you know, we had a mountain lion, uh, that was about probably, I don't know,

00:10:24.060 15 yards from me going into the studio the other day, uh, you know, a couple of months ago and it was

00:10:30.060 freaky and you're out and you don't know. And if you need security, I mean, the stuff that we have

00:10:36.280 now and it's all autonomous, that's what's so weird. My son is, my son's begging me, please, dad,

00:10:43.640 let's not put all this autonomous stuff in there. And I'm like, no, the Chinese are fine. 1.00

00:10:49.220 What are you talking about? It's gonna be great.

00:10:51.820 So what does it autonomously do then? It just goes out and patrols. It decides where to go and

00:10:58.800 what to do when it sees something amiss. Yeah. It patrols and it learns and it can automatically

00:11:05.540 deploy. Everything will automatically deploy. If there's a breach of the property, it deploys,

00:11:11.380 it alerts you and then tracks whatever is, is moving. Um, and, uh, you know, I, I, I just have a

00:11:19.900 feeling that if, you know, you're, you're coming at night and you're on my property and you're,

00:11:24.080 you know, think you're going to steal something or whatever. I don't know. The flame throwing dog

00:11:29.060 might freak you out and then the drone above your head. Yeah. Yeah. I think what's fascinating about

00:11:33.960 this too is we've all kind of become used to seeing like, you know, a Boston dynamics video with like a

00:11:38.640 robot jumping and you're like, wow, imagine when that happens, like in the year 2085, that's going to be

00:11:45.280 available. This is coming to your house in two weeks, this robot dog. Yeah. I'm going to

00:11:49.860 do a show on it when we get it. And I go up to the ranch this summer and we have it all deployed.

00:11:54.100 I'm going to do a show on it. I mean, the technology that is available today is absolutely,

00:12:02.320 um, it's, I mean, it's futuristic. We're living in that weird world now that we've watched in

00:12:10.880 movies forever. What are the odds though, that something can go wrong with it and it uses its

00:12:16.260 flame throwing ability to burn your house down. I mean, are there, is, are there precautions?

00:12:22.140 I mean, safety. Yeah. That's why I'm not going to put gasoline in it. Yeah. You know, I don't think

00:12:28.100 I need the flame throwing part, but the, what, what, what it has though is the laser, um, the laser

00:12:34.960 imaging, the spotlight, uh, the ability, it, it speaks to you, you know, warning, turn around,

00:12:45.720 uh, and move back. Uh, you know, security is coming. I mean, and it, I just, I don't know.

00:12:55.080 I don't think I'd mess with a robot dog. No, I, and it's going to be so unusual that, you know,

00:13:01.140 people will be stunned by it. I'm sure at first, but just so it doesn't set one of your neighbors

00:13:07.180 on fire who accidentally strayed across your, your property, that would maybe be a bad thing.

00:13:14.280 You know, I'm sorry. Uh, my son, my son now looks like fire marshal Bill. Um,

00:13:21.240 yeah, not good. Uh, it was just a little mistake, a little mistake. No, I don't want to put anything

00:13:26.140 in the flamethrower. I wanted to buy it without the flamethrower, but you can't, it comes as a

00:13:31.540 permanent attachment, but you can attach other things to it. Wow. Really? It's got like, you know,

00:13:37.340 on, on ARs, they have the gun rail. It has a rail on top of it. So you can, can you attach a gun to

00:13:44.440 it then? I don't think so, but I have a feeling somebody could find a way. Not me, of course.

00:13:52.760 No. But somebody could find a way to attach a gun to it. I'd put a burner launcher on it in a second.

00:13:58.820 What happens if something goes wrong? Like, let's say someone crosses your, or isn't even across your

00:14:04.340 property line. Your, your robot dog decides to just venture out on its own. No, it, it, it geofences.

00:14:09.300 I know, but let's say there's an error with it, right? It goes, and it does something it's not

00:14:12.660 supposed to do and shoots somebody or lights them on fire out in the street. Who gets blamed for that?

00:14:19.780 What, what, what, who's the criminal? Is it you? This goes back to autonomous cars. Yeah. It goes back

00:14:26.260 to autonomous cars. It, it would probably at this point be me, but you could, you could make the case

00:14:33.840 that it's not me. It's autonomous. It's the company. I bought it. It geofenced. Why didn't,

00:14:41.340 why did it cross the geofence? Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it's not like, if you didn't, if it didn't,

00:14:46.960 if it did something that it wasn't supposed to do as you purchased it, I can't imagine it would

00:14:51.560 actually be your fault legally, but I don't know. Would they blame the, I guess they go after the

00:14:56.400 company. I don't know. That's a bizarre, we have a lot of these questions that are going to be coming up

00:15:01.080 and do not have answers. And it will happen. I know. I mean, it's inevitable. Something's

00:15:04.880 going to go wrong with some of them. Of course. Well, something bad's going to happen. This is,

00:15:09.700 I mean, this has been a long time, you know, uh, thing coming on. What is, uh, what's free will

00:15:15.160 and everything else. I've been reading about this since the nineties when it comes to technology,

00:15:19.260 your car eventually is going to be able to make money on its own. For instance, it's going to be,

00:15:27.420 you could park it and then it will Uber all day by itself. So it'll make money, but it'll also have

00:15:34.500 so much technology in it that it could invest that money in the stock market.

00:15:42.140 So whose money is that? Is that the car's money? And if it has the ability to affect the economy,

00:15:50.680 shouldn't it have a right to vote? I mean, the things that are coming, nobody's prepared for

00:15:58.480 this and it's all going to be here by 2030. You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:16:04.160 We've reached a state in modern business and technology where it's not only possible to

00:16:08.960 build a parallel economy, it's basically necessary at this point. Didn't used to be that way, but I

00:16:14.900 still believe in the fourth amendment, the fifth amendment, heck the second, the eighth, the 10th,

00:16:19.400 the 12th. I happen to believe in them. Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative

00:16:25.720 mobile company. On top of that, they offer dependable nationwide coverage so you can access

00:16:32.600 any of the three major networks that everybody's on. You don't have to worry that part of your bill

00:16:37.440 is going to some leftist cause like Planned Parenthood. They offer affordable, excellent plans,

00:16:43.380 100% U.S.-based customer service team, going to help make switching easy for you. So whether you're

00:16:49.460 keeping your number, your phone, or upgrading one or both, use patriotmobile.com slash back or call

00:16:54.660 972-PATRIOT. 972-PATRIOT or patriotmobile.com slash back. I hate to ask our guests to wait for just a

00:17:03.420 minute, but Lee McGee is a mom of a son who is suspended from school. This is her audio in front

00:17:11.600 of the school board, and you really need to listen to this. It's brilliant. Y'all remember me telling

00:17:16.760 you the story about Christian, the 16-year-old student at Central Davidson High School in Lexington,

00:17:22.280 North Carolina. He was suspended for three days for using the term illegal alien with a green card

00:17:28.240 as an English assignment for vocabulary because it was considered racism. Well, I thought you'd like

00:17:35.120 to hear what happened when his mother addressed the school board. On April 9th, my son received a

00:17:43.820 write-up stating that he violated a board of education policy by using or making a racially motivated comment

00:17:52.260 saying that an alien needs a green card. Board, there is nothing inappropriate about saying

00:18:00.000 aliens need green cards, and there certainly isn't a case for racism due to the fact that alien is not a 0.98

00:18:10.180 race. Per the board's policies found on your website, this board has control and authority over all public

00:18:17.600 schools in Davidson County, including Central High. This board's policies do not prevent students from

00:18:23.900 using the word alien, illegal alien, green card, nor does it state that these words are racially

00:18:29.580 insensitive or abusive. I cannot appeal this suspension since it is less than 10 days. Racism is only a

00:18:37.780 three-day suspension with no appeal when it should be a top-tier punishment. After no resolution, I emailed

00:18:45.900 Alan Beck and Nicholas Jarvis asking for help. These emails remain unanswered to this day four weeks

00:18:54.080 later. However, two board members did choose to send messages to county leaders and residents with my

00:19:03.560 personal arrest record from 14 years ago and encouraged them to post this on social media. These posts

00:19:12.380 were sent around my child's school. Two members of this board too busy to hear a mother's cry, yet not

00:19:19.880 too busy to assault her character in one more attempt to hurt her child. Fourteen years ago, I was arrested

00:19:27.140 for possession of pain medication, sentenced to six years, served for, then released early, successfully

00:19:33.840 reintegrating into society. I was since appointed by a superior court judge in Brunswick County, North

00:19:40.300 Carolina, to serve on an advisory board for their commissioners. I held that seat for years until I

00:19:47.000 moved to Davidson County. I am nationally accredited with the Encompass Program of America and have spoken

00:19:52.800 publicly over 30 times in many states regarding addiction. However, Chairman Beck and Ashley Carroll

00:19:59.220 chose not to include that in the text that they shared. Through your reckless attempt to slander my name,

00:20:07.240 you have successfully re-traumatized my family. Your weak attempt to assault my character has failed,

00:20:18.580 but your malicious character has been highlighted. It is my opinion that two members on this board are

00:20:27.940 highly corrupt. I request corrective action be taken to remove you both in order to protect all

00:20:37.060 children and families of this county. Thank you for letting me share.

00:20:43.660 Lee, let me first welcome you to the program and thank you for standing up, not just for your child,

00:20:50.300 but all of our children. It is, this is one of the worst abuses I have seen and they just don't seem

00:20:58.500 to care. I'd like to add one other thing. The, the councilman Beck, no relation to me. Just want to

00:21:04.860 make that clear. How are you, Lee? Well, thank you so much for offering such a wonderful platform

00:21:12.540 so that we can speak of this injustice that was done to Christian and American child and also the

00:21:20.140 corruption that has been exposed by the leaders of the Board of Education here. I really appreciate it.

00:21:26.840 When did you give this speech? That speech was May the 6th. My son was suspended out of school

00:21:36.180 suspension on April the 9th. My family and I tried to handle this privately. We were attempting to give

00:21:44.380 them the respect that they denied us and we gave them three weeks of just climbing the chain of command,

00:21:51.340 you know, speaking to the school first, then attempting to speak to the school board, which

00:21:57.680 we were never, you know, any of our emails were never returned. And so we had no choice but to go

00:22:05.340 public with this and to try to get, bring some awareness so that they could have a little more

00:22:11.080 pressure to reverse the suspension and this label of racism.

00:22:15.520 So when, how did this letter go around? How did you find out about it? What did this letter

00:22:23.160 actually say about you? Glenn, this is, this is so disturbing. First of all, you know, a label of

00:22:30.720 racism on a American child of a race that doesn't exist is bad enough. Yes. But then I received,

00:22:40.020 I was in Southport, North Carolina, checking on my business and I received a text message from a local

00:22:47.260 mother. And then after that, I received several more text messages from local mothers whom I've

00:22:53.680 never even met. And what did they say? They were saying that they received a text from their children

00:23:02.020 with my mugshot on it from 14 years ago and with a printout of the charges I received.

00:23:09.180 In my 20s, I went through an addiction to Oxycontin and I received several DWIs within just a matter of

00:23:19.820 just a few years while I was struggling with the addiction to pain medication. I was arrested for

00:23:26.860 attempted trafficking because of the amount of pain medication found at the time of my arrest.

00:23:32.940 Yeah. And, um, they found that information and sent that and encouraged others to post on social

00:23:41.100 media. And you know, it was those guys that did this. I know for a fact, I've got the, um, messages. Uh,

00:23:49.100 I even had, um, a County leader reach out to us, to our family and read us the text verbatim

00:23:57.800 that chairman Beck and Ashley Carroll sent to him with my arrest record saying that they hope that

00:24:06.320 he can see this and see that, you know, look at my charges and see that there's more to the story.

00:24:12.800 And you know what? It's not even, first of all, you paid for your crime, but then the fact that you

00:24:18.880 have been on a board to help other people, uh, to not do these things shows that you're not only

00:24:27.920 paid for your crime, you're also part of the community trying to help. And for them to destroy

00:24:34.640 that and put you in question is absolutely, I think, honestly, I don't know. Well, we have Dean

00:24:43.300 on the phone. He is Liberty justice center, educational freedom attorney, uh, Dean McGee,

00:24:48.100 no relation to you. Uh, I there's gotta be a way. Isn't this illegal in any way, Dean?

00:24:56.080 It's clear retaliation and we're exploring all options to vindicate Leah's rights. The lawsuit we've

00:25:02.760 filed is to vindicate Christian's rights currently, because this is a young man who, as he tries to

00:25:09.520 move on with his life, he wants to go back to school next year. He wants to go back to college.

00:25:13.520 What grade is he in? He is a sophomore. He'll be a junior next year. And he has this unjustified

00:25:20.520 stain on his record that we need to clear. But you're right, Glenn, the board's actions are outrageous

00:25:27.460 and we're exploring all options to hold them accountable. I have to tell you, I hope there is a

00:25:32.560 massive campaign to remove those two people. That is, that is absolutely un-American. It is Soviet 0.99

00:25:41.660 Union kind of stuff. Uh, it's, it's, uh, uh, uh, uh, rules for radical Saul Alinsky at least. But I,

00:25:53.140 I think this is, this is so much damage. I hope you sue, uh, and go for damages against these people.

00:26:01.440 They need to pay for this. Oh, yes, sir. We, we are, we're pushing forward and, you know,

00:26:09.740 I find it interesting that the school and the school board in Davidson County have a zero tolerance

00:26:17.540 bullying policy. This is bully at the, I mean, I, this is the face of a bully right here.

00:26:25.480 Oh yeah. The fact that they have, you know, violated their own policy of zero tolerance just blows my

00:26:33.660 mind. So has anyone from the school board stood up against these two? And is anybody on your side

00:26:42.320 on the school board? Not one member of that board has reached out in support to us. Now we hear,

00:26:50.080 moms that we do have support from a few of the members of the school board, but not one has taken

00:26:57.220 a stance. So, you know, that that's hurtful. Um, because there, there is no gray area here. It

00:27:04.400 is so black and white. And as far as the community goes, we just moved here in August from Oak Island,

00:27:12.220 North Carolina here. We don't know that many people, but since we were able to address the board,

00:27:20.060 and expose the truth of what happened, we have been overwhelmed by this incredible community

00:27:26.960 that we live in. We have so much support from the locals here. And we have found out that there

00:27:33.920 has been so much corruption for years of people living here, dealing with this school board. So much

00:27:41.900 go ahead. When, when, when you said in your, in your talk, I know, or I believe that they're

00:27:50.180 seriously corrupt, what are you referring to? Can you say?

00:27:56.060 In my opinion, those two board members are highly corrupt. I mean, if you look up what corruption

00:28:03.020 even means, they're, they're sitting in the definition of it. They not only created, made

00:28:11.280 up a race, Glenn, they made up a race and then they labeled my child, the first racist of that

00:28:18.480 race. You cannot make it make sense. And then they re-traumatized my son. My son was two years

00:28:27.360 old when I went away in my twenties, two years old. He doesn't remember a lot of that time. But

00:28:32.860 when I tell you, we had to do a lot of work to restore our family when I returned. And I put in

00:28:39.220 that work.

00:28:39.660 I bet. I bet.

00:28:41.320 For them to bring this back up when he's a 16 year old boy and absolutely embarrassed him and make

00:28:49.600 him, attempted to make him ashamed of his mother, which they failed greatly. He's told me that. But

00:28:55.780 the fact that they brought that back up, we have to start this work all over again, because now this

00:29:00.680 new trauma added to something that happened over a decade ago.

00:29:05.420 Lee, I have to tell you, there, there are very few times that I see a story and, um, it's so clear

00:29:14.520 cut and there's, there's something where you, you know, there's always something to a story where

00:29:18.940 you're like, well, I know, but then there's this. And so it's not going to look, you not only served

00:29:25.660 your time, you went and helped others. You are part of the system to help. So I can't see anything,

00:29:34.700 other than good coming from your family and your bad experience. The Lord always uses bad things

00:29:42.080 when a person turns and makes it into their strength to help others. That seems to be exactly

00:29:49.000 what happened to you. I urge everyone in sort in Southport, North Carolina to stand up, be vocal,

00:29:57.620 get every single one of these board members. If none of them have stood up against this,

00:30:05.000 this is absolutely un-American. It is wrong. It is cruel. Quite honestly, this kind of corruption

00:30:13.600 is evil. Lee, um, I didn't mean to cut you off. Go ahead.

00:30:18.260 Oh, no, that's fine. I just wanted to clarify. Southport is the community Christian grew up in

00:30:24.060 where we just moved from. The community that, uh, we're, we're fighting with is Davidson County,

00:30:30.400 Lexington, North Carolina. And yeah, I agree with you. They need to, and they have been people have

00:30:38.200 been standing up. They've been very vocal. And I think there's the fight on, um, Chairman Beck's,

00:30:44.980 you know, hands. He's up for reelection this year. So we're hoping that the community shows up and

00:30:51.340 gets them out. And I would prefer that he get out before the election. Yeah, I would tell you, I,

00:30:55.740 I really think that they, they, your community needs to stand. This is such egregious, uh, violation.

00:31:02.420 Your community needs to stand up and, and repeal these guys, get them off, get them off. Um, so let

00:31:09.160 me go back to your attorney. What is, what is the plan? What are you guys working on? How are

00:31:14.880 you addressing this? Well, what we did immediately was file a lawsuit on Christian's behalf to clear

00:31:21.860 his record and to seek damages from the school. And there's two main cause of action in our

00:31:27.460 complaint. The first is a violation of Christian's first amendment rights to speak freely in an

00:31:32.800 educational setting. And this is a right that goes back to a Supreme court decision in 1969,

00:31:38.420 Tinker v. Des Moines, where a very brave middle school student named Mary Beth Tinker wanted to

00:31:45.400 wear a black armband to protest the Vietnam war. When her school tried to punish her, she and her

00:31:50.480 family took her fight all the way to the Supreme court. And it was there for the first time that

00:31:55.000 the Supreme court held that our students don't lose their rights at the schoolhouse door. So

00:32:01.180 Tinker's asserting his rights under Tinker, and pardon me, Christian's asserting his rights under 1.00

00:32:05.400 Tinker v. Des Moines. But we also have a very strong due process claim here, because people have

00:32:10.920 to remember that schools are government. And in this case, the government branded this young man

00:32:16.580 a racist, deprived him of his right to an education for three days, told him he couldn't play on the

00:32:22.240 track team anymore, and then told him there are no appeals from that punishment in his school. So we

00:32:29.900 have a very strong due process claim in addition to the First Amendment claim. And I hope that you will

00:32:36.680 go after him for what they did to mom as well. Listen, if you want to go, this is the Liberty

00:32:43.560 Justice Center that is helping this family. And just go to givesendgo.com, search for support for

00:32:53.040 McGee family, M-C-G-H-E-E, support for McGee family. I have to tell you, we are going to follow

00:33:01.580 this case. I hope the community and the county stands up in North Carolina and removes these

00:33:11.360 people from the board. All of them, all of them should be removed. Lee, thank you. God bless you.

00:33:17.820 Thank you for all of your bravery, honestly. And tell your son to keep his chin up. He is going to

00:33:24.740 spend the rest of his life being very proud of his mother. No, thank you. Please keep us in your

00:33:31.140 prayers. God bless you. Bye-bye. You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:33:37.700 Yeah, I haven't felt this way in so long. This story from North Carolina pisses me off so much, 0.57

00:33:44.780 personally pisses me off so much. I might take the show to North Carolina into this county. What

00:33:53.820 county is it, Stu? Davidson County School Board? Davidson County School Board. This is, Pat brought

00:34:00.900 this to my attention yesterday, and I think my, I'm bleeding from my eyes. I wish you could see it.

00:34:08.080 I'm actually bleeding from my eyes. Yeah, a 16-year-old kid suspended for three days because he was

00:34:15.660 asking about an assignment in class about illegal aliens. He wasn't asking. He had to write, and it

00:34:23.200 was about, it was an English paper. Yeah. And so it was all about terms and everything else, and he

00:34:30.780 wrote a paper about illegal aliens. But they accused him of being a racist and suspended him

00:34:37.680 for three days for using that term. Well, how is he racist when illegal alien isn't a race? It's a 0.99

00:34:45.940 description of people who are in the country illegally from other places. Could be Norway. What race are

00:34:51.700 they? Okay. So here is, here's, that's normal. We're used to this stuff today now, you know? We're

00:35:00.020 used to, oh, another injustice, another piece of crap from this PC garbage. Then mom writes a letter 1.00

00:35:10.940 to the school board, waits four weeks. No one responds. So she goes to speak at the school board,

00:35:18.760 but she only goes to speak at the school board after two members of the school board release 0.78

00:35:25.720 information and tell other school board members and other people to send this out and post it on

00:35:32.480 social media. The fact that mom, 14 years ago when she was in her 20s, went to prison for OxyContin use,

00:35:45.000 had an incredible sentence of, of six years, served four. You would think if you left it at that,

00:35:52.580 some people might go, well, I don't know. Is she a, is she a good mom or good mom? This woman

00:35:57.960 is the prime example of working, not only the system, paying for her crime and learning her lesson,

00:36:05.780 but also using the atonement and take, she took that prison term and she is on boards. She was on a,

00:36:14.900 a court appointed, uh, panel to help people in their twenties, not do what she's done. And she's 0.78

00:36:23.780 made a big point in her life to not only pay for the crime, but to help other people not get into drugs. 0.52

00:36:32.580 And they're smearing her. And no one on the school board is saying a word, not a word.

00:36:42.660 I can't take it. Uh, do we have Patriot mobile on the phone? Who do we have from Patriot mobile? Leah? Lee?

00:36:52.820 Are you there? I'm here. Can you hear me? I can. Uh, I don't know if you heard this story. Um, but

00:37:03.860 this is so egregious. No one, did you hear what I just explained a minute ago? Yeah, but you know,

00:37:10.460 this is happening everywhere. It's just not making the news. This is nothing new. This is criminal

00:37:15.220 cancel culture that we've been dealing with. And this is a direct result of decades of the extremist

00:37:23.620 far left taking over our entire education system. And another example of extremely liberal school

00:37:31.480 boards who they literally are willing to criminalize children and criminalize the, criminalize the

00:37:36.980 parents who, by the way, by their tax dollars, pay the school's worker salaries just to further their

00:37:44.580 leftist indoctrination. I, I, I, I have to tell, I don't know how you guys deal with it because

00:37:50.080 you're not Patriot mobile, you're Patriot mobile action or something like that. Right. Right. So I

00:37:56.020 wear two hats. I work for the company, but several of us started a new independent organization and

00:38:01.560 separate legal entity, which is Patriot mobile action and Patriot mobile action is very involved

00:38:05.740 in the political sphere in Texas or Texas PAC. But as an individual, I also train people across the

00:38:14.240 country about how to take their school boards back. And even in democratic areas, what I tell

00:38:19.600 people, if you can't win a race due to extreme leftists, what the left has been doing in Republican

00:38:25.400 areas is you get on every committee in your school board, you volunteer. It used to, it didn't used to

00:38:32.040 sound sexy to serve on your health committee at your local school board, but let's talk about

00:38:37.520 sexual transitioning hormone pills. And if you're going to allow your nurses to do that in your ISD level

00:38:43.520 without telling parents, let's talk about masking. Let's talk about COVID protocols.

00:38:49.000 Republicans, even if you're living in a democratic County, you need to infiltrate every committee and

00:38:53.660 be a part of every decision in the school boards. Is there anything like if this were happening in

00:39:00.640 Texas, I think no one on the board has stood up and defended this woman. They have, they literally

00:39:10.020 have mounted a campaign against her, smearing her, um, in an unbelievable way. What, what should

00:39:21.960 the community do about this? I think they, I don't know if it's criminal or not, but it sounds

00:39:28.380 criminal to me, but I think they, no election is good enough. I think they should be removed from the

00:39:34.480 school board. What, what should they be doing? They should be standing behind this woman and her child,

00:39:40.160 but it doesn't sound like anyone is. No, but what should the community do to the school board to

00:39:45.620 make that happen? The community should, should rise up and take over the school board. They need to be,

00:39:52.000 there should be hours of public comment. They should be going to the news. They should be fighting back,

00:39:57.720 raising money. They should find out, do, do public information requests on every single school board

00:40:04.100 member and every single text message, every single email they sent to everyone trying to slander this

00:40:11.600 woman who's just trying to protect her child. How do they get those emails?

00:40:17.560 By public information requests in the state of Texas, we have specific rules. I know South Carolina

00:40:23.020 has specific laws, but there are laws, both state and federal of the information you can get from any

00:40:29.860 entity that takes public tax dollars and public schools take both state and federal tax dollars.

00:40:36.120 And they can simply write a public information request to the school board, include the superintendent

00:40:42.980 and every school board. And they have a certain number of days where they're required to respond. If the

00:40:49.140 school board refuses to respond, the school board will send that to the state attorney general for

00:40:55.120 an opinion. When you can lobby at every state from the state attorney general to your local school

00:41:00.860 board, but you need to get copies of every one of those communications because they exist. It sounds

00:41:06.940 like they launched an all out attack on this woman. Oh yeah. Someone went and found these paths. Someone ran a

00:41:13.940 criminal background check and you can find out. Can you do that? Can a school board do that on a

00:41:20.780 citizen? Anyone can do that on a citizen. Yeah. Wow. And you'd be amazed the court cases you can just

00:41:27.900 find by Googling. We were attacked like that here in Republican South Lake, Texas. A couple of our people

00:41:34.900 had criminal backgrounds. One of them used it for helping. In fact, her mission was to work with

00:41:42.760 black teens and black youth that were going through the criminal system. And it sort of gave her

00:41:47.140 credibility by saying, hey, I've been to jail. Here's what I went to jail for. You don't want to

00:41:50.800 be there. Right. That's what happened with this mom. Yeah. Yeah. She used it as a ministry and they 1.00

00:41:57.600 tried to attack her for it. And she just, you know, listen with it. This is, again, it's spiritual.

00:42:04.280 This is not political. This is a spiritual warfare. She used what the devil meant to harm her and she 1.00

00:42:09.520 flipped it to good and they tried to attack her for it. And because when they call you a racist, 0.79

00:42:14.900 when they call you a bigot, what the world says about you doesn't matter. We know the truth because

00:42:20.360 we know what God knows about us. So you just ignore. I want to tell this woman and everyone

00:42:25.020 else to ignore the words, stick to the truth, stand by your guns. And Davidson County, South Carolina,

00:42:31.980 you need to get behind this woman and build an army and rise up and take over this school board. 0.83

00:42:37.600 And by the way, you can reach out to me. I'll train you.

00:42:40.980 Oh God, I bless you. How do they get ahold of you?

00:42:44.640 They can reach me at Lee at PatriotMobileAction.com. L-E-I-G-H at PatriotMobileAction.com. 0.98

00:42:54.800 Lee, thank you. God bless you.

00:42:56.800 Thank you. God bless you. Thanks.

00:42:59.220 You know, I can tell you, and this is just spur of the moment and this is not a commercial. I just

00:43:05.440 did a commercial for Patriot Mobile, but this is why I tell you these are one of my favorite clients

00:43:10.240 because they actually believe what they say. They do what they say. They are so active. Right now,

00:43:20.140 they're all over Texas, but the bigger they get, they'll be all over the country. They are

00:43:25.900 chomping at the bit. They tell me all the time, Glenn, if we can get X number, we can be in this

00:43:32.280 many states. If we can get this number of subscribers, we can be in this number. They,

00:43:37.860 this is an army of people. This is the reason why Patriot Mobile, the BBC, the BB frickin' C,

00:43:47.340 did a, uh, an expose on how dangerous the Patriot Mobile, this, this mobile company that has an agenda

00:43:56.380 for the far right. The BBC, why does the BBC care? Because they know if you would switch to Patriot

00:44:05.100 Mobile, how powerful they are. They're so powerful here in, in Texas, and they are fighting all the

00:44:12.420 good fights right on the ground next to you. And it's not that they're coming in with their agenda.

00:44:18.600 They train you for your agenda. Please, this, again, not a commercial. This is so heartfelt.

00:44:26.580 Call 972-PATRIOT and switch today. 972-PATRIOT, PatriotMobile.com, slash back. By the way,

00:44:35.080 we keep getting the Carolinas, uh, wrong. That is Davidson County, North Carolina, is it not?

00:44:40.700 Yes. Yes. Okay. It's North Carolina. Uh, and, uh. Lexington is the city.

00:44:45.180 I would like, uh, Stu, talk to the producers today, or the researchers. I'd like to get all

00:44:52.320 of those emails that maybe they already have. I want to read them on the air. Uh, I'd like to do

00:44:58.380 that tomorrow. Uh, I'd like any information about these school board members. And, uh, I'm sorry to

00:45:04.960 make it so local, uh, for the national audience, but this one pisses me off beyond anything that has

00:45:13.080 pissed me off before on school boards. Uh, and I'm not going to let it rest. So Davidson County,

00:45:20.400 get to work. Write to Lee at Patriot Mobile and find out. She'll train you. They'll train you how

00:45:28.100 to do it, but we're taking this one on.
