00:00:45.800 Also, been talking about USAID for years, sounding the alarm.

00:02:29.860 You're listening to The Best of the Glenn Beck Program.

00:02:35.800 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.

00:02:37.660 My name is Pat.

00:02:39.300 We're glad that you're here.

00:02:40.800 We have a lot to talk about.

00:02:42.320 David Harsani is with us.

00:02:44.260 David Harsani used to be with the Federalist.

00:02:46.680 He's now with Washington Examiner.

00:02:48.220 He's a senior writer.

00:02:49.520 Actually used to be with us for a while, and somehow or another, he escaped.

00:02:54.080 I told him we should put bars on his office door.

00:02:57.740 David Harsani, welcome to the program.

00:03:00.120 How are you?

00:03:01.700 I'm well.

00:03:02.100 Thank you for having me.

00:03:03.620 It's good to talk to you.

00:03:05.000 I love your commentary from last night.

00:03:08.900 Might turn out the most important thing Trump said was that he was mulling over Israel's potential annexation of parts of Judea and Samaria.

00:03:17.540 Absolutely right.

00:03:18.580 And then you talked about how you weren't sure if he was serious or not about Gaza, but you needed a cigarette.

00:03:28.460 I felt exactly the same way.

00:03:31.040 Exactly the same way, David.

00:03:33.180 So where do you want to start?

00:03:35.680 Let's start with that thought.

00:03:36.900 Well, it was great.

00:03:39.360 It was one of the greatest press conferences.

00:03:40.880 That's certainly related to Israel of all time.

00:03:43.360 It's just amazing to hear a president talking that way.

00:03:46.580 And, you know, maybe none of it will ever come true.

00:03:49.300 But the very idea that, you know, the idea that a president would be so pro-Israel and basically dismiss the idea that Gaza belongs to Palestinian people or that a Palestinian state must exist for peace, I think is more important than people realize.

00:04:06.080 And, you know, talking about the West Bank, you know, alleged West Bank that way as well is a complete change.

00:04:14.240 I mean, it's such a drastic change from the last administration.

00:04:16.780 I don't think I've ever seen anything like it.

00:04:19.300 I think you could say that almost every day about what Donald Trump is doing.

00:04:24.200 But, you know, when he when they asked him, so are you thinking about, you know, backing Israel's annexation of, you know, the West Bank?

00:04:35.060 Yeah.

00:04:35.620 I mean, I think that he said he would talk about it in the next four weeks.

00:04:38.820 That's already done.

00:04:40.040 He I mean, Mike Huckabee, now the ambassador over there, talks about it as Judea and Sumeria.

00:04:46.680 That's done.

00:04:47.680 It's already done.

00:04:49.300 Yeah.

00:04:49.940 I mean, I think it's important.

00:04:51.640 You know, history matters.

00:04:52.660 Right.

00:04:52.800 I think it's important for people to realize.

00:04:54.800 Let's talk about Gaza just for a second again, that the people there claim that they are refugees.

00:04:59.700 They're just biding their time waiting to go back to their original homes in Tel Aviv or wherever.

00:05:05.940 Well, if there are refugees there, why can't they be refugees in Jordan, which was cut out to be a Palestinian state originally?

00:05:12.960 Why can't they go back to Egypt? 1.00

00:05:14.260 Why can't they be elsewhere?

00:05:15.300 Where there is no nothing written in stone that says they have to be in these refugee camps that are 70 years old in Gaza and the West Bank?

00:05:24.000 That's that's not you know, we've the media trains us to say occupied territory.

00:05:28.480 It's disputed territory and Israel has every right to to annex areas to make a legitimate border against people who pay terrorists to kill them, for instance, or whatever.

00:05:39.780 So these are completely legitimate things to say.

00:05:42.300 And I'm just elated that Donald Trump says that I have to tell you, I just think he's the best negotiator ever.

00:05:49.260 I just talked about how, you know, does he think that Gaza could be a nice Riviera, you know, you know, put a nice hotel, we'll put on a hotel, we'll have pools everywhere and the Gazans can come and serve you drinks.

00:06:03.200 Does he believe that that could be done?

00:06:06.300 Sure.

00:06:07.060 Does he think he could be the guy that to develop it?

00:06:10.420 Sure.

00:06:10.660 Is that really what he's going for?

00:06:14.520 I don't think so.

00:06:15.400 I think what he's doing is breaking the Overton window.

00:06:19.540 And today everyone's talking about that and not talking about the other thing that he broke a couple of days ago.

00:06:26.540 And that is, I think nobody should live in Gaza. 1.00

00:06:29.220 Everybody should all the Gazans should they should move to Egypt or Jordan. 1.00

00:06:33.820 Nobody's talking about that today.

00:06:35.940 They're all talking about, wait, he's going to build a resort.

00:06:38.860 From the Riviera to the sea, someone said, I like that.

00:06:43.180 But I think I think you're right.

00:06:45.920 You know, he does this, obviously, you know, it's like just a bomb went off and it you can see Jordan, Saudi Arabia, other countries immediately making statements.

00:06:54.660 I think he's trying to scare them into helping redevelop and take care of Gaza. 0.97

00:06:58.500 Let's be honest.

00:06:59.300 They created this problem on purpose as a cudgel against Israel years ago.

00:07:03.480 And now they don't want nothing to do with it.

00:07:05.620 They created a monster in essence.

00:07:07.180 And so I think Donald Trump should pressure Jordan in Egypt to take some responsibility for the things they've done.

00:07:14.000 And I think this is part of that.

00:07:15.600 I can't pretend that I know what Donald Trump's thinking, but it's clear that dropping a bomb like this, but then not giving a specific means that there's some other idea.

00:07:26.600 Yeah, he has, I think, at least that that he's trying to push and negotiate for.

00:07:31.220 I think he pushes the next best thing.

00:07:34.600 I think he thinks the first thing is that they and he's already said this, that they they come in, they rebuild, they go someplace else and we find a way to have good jobs and a stable area.

00:07:49.860 I think he thinks that's the best first thing.

00:07:51.720 But to get everybody to do it, he then backs it up with, OK, but if you don't want to do that, this is what I'm going to do.

00:07:59.800 And nobody wants to do the second thing.

00:08:02.320 And so all of a sudden, the first thing that was outrageous before suddenly looks very reasonable to everybody.

00:08:08.420 I think that's the way he negotiates.

00:08:10.280 Yeah, I mean, I have to say, though, I think the first idea is pretty good.

00:08:14.660 You know, I do, too.

00:08:15.780 The thing is this.

00:08:17.500 Everyone pretends.

00:08:18.260 I don't want to put American troops in harm's way.

00:08:20.140 So that happens.

00:08:20.900 I think that's a big problem.

00:08:21.900 But if why can't we or the Israelis incentivize people to go and live better lives elsewhere where they're not under Hamas, you know, martyrs for Hamas is caused constantly.

00:08:33.660 David, you know this.

00:08:34.460 Nobody wants them.

00:08:35.680 Every time they're taken in, there's a revolution in that state.

00:08:39.300 Yeah.

00:08:40.120 Yeah.

00:08:40.440 Well, Donald Trump can pressure.

00:08:42.000 I mean, we can obviously the United States can pressure countries.

00:08:45.080 Jordan and Egypt take a lot of aid from the United States to prop up their economies.

00:08:49.320 I mean, you can pressure people.

00:08:51.160 Now, I get why they don't want it.

00:08:52.480 But if you disperse people into areas where they can live peacefully, I'm not saying compel them to leave.

00:08:57.860 Ask them.

00:08:58.240 Let's see how many people really want to leave.

00:08:59.960 I bet you will be a bigger number than people think.

00:09:02.980 You wrote The Rise of Blue Anon came out, I think, what, last November.

00:09:07.580 And you were talking about how everything they do is just projection.

00:09:13.300 They, the left, we're seeing it now.

00:09:16.860 They've been talking about fascism.

00:09:18.840 They've talked about the death of democracy, how this Donald Trump is going to weaponize everything, how it's, you know, just going to be fascistic and he'll, you know, enrich his friends and everything else.

00:09:29.980 When we see USAID, we now have proof that, yeah, that's exactly what they're doing.

00:09:37.820 And it's, I mean, the only thing they have left is to organize in the street.

00:09:43.880 And I don't think they have any credibility on that.

00:09:46.260 I think Americans are just so done with that.

00:09:48.840 What credibility do they have to complain about executive power?

00:09:54.180 I just don't even know that anyone will listen to them.

00:09:57.640 And I just read, I mean, I think this is true, that Politico took $8 million from them and didn't disclose that USAID.

00:10:05.220 So, you know, what's more fascistic than paying off organs of, you know, political journalism to attack the enemy?

00:10:13.740 And, yeah, it's a projection.

00:10:16.100 And I don't think anyone takes them seriously.

00:10:17.820 I'm not, you know, protesting in front of hostages, hospitals so that you can, you know, you know, because they stopped mutilating children, going and protesting for USAID, which sends money to Colombia to put on trans, you know, plays. 0.66

00:10:31.240 I mean, I don't think the working class or anyone, any normal voter is going to be, you know, coaxed or, you know, enticed by that kind of political action.

00:10:43.620 So what is their plan?

00:10:46.580 How are you going to stop this?

00:10:47.960 I mean, it felt right now feels a little like 2008, 2009 when I was at Fox.

00:10:53.340 And I said all the time, they're just overwhelming the system.

00:10:56.340 You cannot keep up with everything that they're doing.

00:10:58.660 And it's the same thing happening now, just in reverse, the other direction.

00:11:03.840 I thought the same thing, yeah.

00:11:05.420 Yeah, what's their plan?

00:11:08.020 I don't think I've ever seen a party as feckless or as, you know, without any kind of goal or aim or messaging since Republicans in 2008.

00:11:19.100 But, you know, the Tea Party came and that turned around pretty quick.

00:11:22.560 So people have to be careful about it.

00:11:23.900 But I don't really see what kind of idealistic messaging the left can come up with now.

00:11:29.180 I mean, you saw at the at the DNC, you know, chair, you know, election, everyone was still talking about how racist the electorate was and sexist and stuff like that.

00:11:39.320 I just don't think that has currency.

00:11:40.720 No, it doesn't.

00:11:41.560 It doesn't.

00:11:42.400 David, thank you very much.

00:11:43.300 I appreciate talking to you and having you on.

00:11:46.280 Thank you so much.

00:11:47.700 Yeah, thanks so much.

00:11:48.460 Yeah.

00:11:48.660 I have to tell you that, I mean, on that subject, when you when you talk about, you know, what are they going to do?

00:11:55.040 Listen to this from AOC.

00:11:57.020 AOC said about Elon Musk, this dude is probably one of the most unintelligent billionaires I've ever met or seen or witnessed.

00:12:04.920 OK, you're using the word dude in the first place.

00:12:07.840 This dude just isn't smart and the danger and lack of intelligence and the lack of lack of expertise that Elon has.

00:12:16.020 I mean, this guy is one of the most morally vacant, but also least knowledgeable about these systems that we know of.

00:12:22.360 OK, I just want to go through this.

00:12:24.840 So when he was starting PayPal, you were a bartender.

00:12:31.480 OK.

00:12:32.040 OK, then when he started SpaceX, you were still a bartender.

00:12:39.860 Then when he started to scale up Tesla, you were, let's say, sleeping with George Soros and the left to get money to do a job you you didn't ever do before.

00:12:54.500 You had no skill in campaigning or being you were a bartender.

00:13:01.140 OK, OK, so the next thing is she's driving a Tesla. 0.95

00:13:11.540 She likes him until he switches over to Donald Trump.

00:13:16.640 OK, so when he's now running SpaceX and landing, well, first taking off the super heavy lift rocket, the the the the heaviest rocket ever launched into space starship, which is designed to be renewable.

00:13:34.780 When he's planning on that and launching it into space, he's planning to go to Mars.

00:13:40.920 You were planning to go to a protest.

00:13:43.240 I just when when Mechazilla, when it comes out and grabs one of those rockets.

00:13:52.520 Where were you?

00:13:54.740 You were trying to convince people that men are actually women.

00:14:00.420 Joe Biden was sharper than ever.

00:14:02.120 And Kamala would save America. 0.99

00:14:03.780 Oh, and Donald Trump was a Nazi. 0.69

00:14:05.600 I think you should rethink things. 0.89

00:14:09.160 Well, let's not forget she was also trying to figure out what a disposal was. 0.56

00:14:13.560 She had no idea.

00:14:16.320 What's this thing in my tank that makes this noise?

00:14:19.680 Right.

00:14:20.120 She had no idea.

00:14:20.760 She had no idea.

00:14:22.240 And you're coming down on.

00:14:23.960 It's the wrong.

00:14:24.960 That's the wrong target.

00:14:25.800 That's how misguided they really are.

00:14:28.420 Yeah.

00:14:28.660 But Elon Musk. 1.00

00:14:30.460 Who are you going to convince that he's stupid? 1.00

00:14:33.440 Socially awkward? 1.00

00:14:34.740 Yes.

00:14:35.060 Absolutely.

00:14:35.840 Yes. 1.00

00:14:36.420 Stupid? 1.00

00:14:37.640 No, I don't think so. 1.00

00:14:39.740 I don't think so.

00:14:40.560 Let me talk to you about American financing.

00:14:43.900 Right now, the average American is still finding it difficult to pay expenses every month.

00:14:47.700 In most cases, there's nothing left to pay at the end.

00:14:51.200 Most aren't getting a raise, let alone a big raise.

00:14:54.520 Wouldn't a $10,000 raise change things for you?

00:14:57.760 Listen, if you're a homeowner and you're frustrated with that endless cycle that only produces more debt

00:15:02.440 and has you using your credit card to rack up more debt because you have to,

00:15:07.560 and your credit card interest is 20%, 25%, 30%,

00:15:11.440 American financing could show you how to put your hard-earned equity to work and get you out of that debt.

00:15:17.480 The average salary-based mortgage consultant are saving their customers, you, $800 a month.

00:15:26.140 That's on average.

00:15:27.700 If you get started today, you might not even have to make next month mortgage payment.

00:15:32.120 No upfront fees.

00:15:33.380 It costs you nothing to find out how much you could be saving every month.

00:15:35.960 So just call American Financing at 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440, or AmericanFinancing.net.

00:15:44.240 That's AmericanFinancing.net.

00:15:47.020 Now, back to the podcast.

00:15:49.060 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck Program.

00:15:54.300 We welcome Mr. Matt Kibbe.

00:15:56.500 Hello, Matt.

00:15:57.560 Hey, Glenn.

00:15:58.700 So you, I can't even imagine what this documentary cost.

00:16:02.140 It is really, really good.

00:16:03.620 We're up to episode number four.

00:16:05.320 Yes.

00:16:06.040 The cover-up.

00:16:07.360 And this is the one where it all is laid out crystal clear with all of the evidence.

00:16:16.420 And it was so satisfying for me to watch because we had some of this evidence when I did a special, I don't even know, four years ago.

00:16:26.760 And you could connect the dots.

00:16:28.480 You could see it, but a lot of it wasn't there.

00:16:32.580 You had to take the leap of faith that, yes, that dot and that dot, they're only missing the connecting dot that I can't prove right now.

00:16:40.880 You have all of the connecting dots.

00:16:42.720 My wife, who doesn't really get into these things usually, we were watching it last night, and she watched it. 0.98

00:16:51.640 And I can't tell you how many times she went, oh, my gosh. 0.98

00:16:55.140 Oh, you've got, what?

00:16:57.920 I mean, Fauci, I believe, thinks he's God.

00:17:03.200 It is astounding how long he's been involved in this and how much power he has.

00:17:12.180 Take us from the beginning of this episode.

00:17:14.360 Yeah, it's almost unbelievable, right?

00:17:17.360 When you watch this, if we didn't have the receipts, you would think.

00:17:21.940 No way.

00:17:22.460 That's, you're just going all Alex Jones here.

00:17:25.620 Yeah.

00:17:26.120 And, you know, that was like.

00:17:27.320 Which, by the way, Alex Jones is starting to make more and more sense.

00:17:29.980 Right.

00:17:30.120 Yeah, I say that as a compliment at this point because he warned us about so much of this.

00:17:35.520 And this starts with my very first conversation with Jay Bhattacharya, and he casually mentioned to me on my show the first time I interviewed him that this explosion of funding for gain-of-function research happened after 9-11.

00:17:54.680 And I'm like, and that stuck with me ever since.

00:17:57.880 And what Richard Ebright documents in this series is the origins of Fauci's power, the origins of the money, the origins of this mad science experiment that we were going to sort of weaponize viruses, supposedly in the name of biosecurity.

00:18:17.120 And it starts with Dick Cheney, who has an obsession about the limits to the government's ability to develop bioweapons agents, again, ostensibly to keep us safe.

00:18:32.260 But it's, okay, go ahead.

00:18:34.920 And.

00:18:35.280 It's so frustrating to watch this twisted logic.

00:18:40.140 There is no reason to do this gain-of-function research over and over and over again.

00:18:47.780 Yeah.

00:18:47.960 Fauci had been asked, and he never answers the question, and all scientists agree, it cannot be, you do not have to do this to find an antidote to this.

00:18:59.460 Right.

00:19:00.420 And I just, that's the one thing I was left thinking.

00:19:04.000 I mean, is this almost an Operation Paperclip Nazi kind of, we have the power to create this evil stuff that could wipe out all of humanity. 0.79

00:19:16.540 Let's do it.

00:19:17.840 Yeah.

00:19:18.320 It reminds me of a more evil version of nation building.

00:19:23.400 This arrogance that says we could airdrop into another country and teach them Western values and teach them about our Constitution, and suddenly there's property rights and there's rule of law, and it works.

00:19:35.360 And it doesn't work.

00:19:36.400 It's a form of central planning, right?

00:19:38.440 It's a form of hubris.

00:19:40.420 And this takes it one step further, because you're trying to reimagine nature itself.

00:19:46.320 Yes.

00:19:46.680 You're trying to re-engineer nature.

00:19:48.540 Yes.

00:19:48.840 And, you know, it starts with Cheney, but it also, you can even go back to Richard Nixon, who signed a bioweapons treaty that said we weren't going to do it.

00:20:00.660 And this is what Dick Cheney was chafing against.

00:20:03.760 And DOD and these other defense agencies had an office in their agencies that made sure that they didn't violate that treaty.

00:20:15.120 But USAID, NIAID, NIH do not have compliance offices.

00:20:22.220 So it's a money laundering scheme to do this mad science experiments that they couldn't do legally otherwise.

00:20:30.140 And now, you know, Elon is revealing all of this.

00:20:32.740 You've been talking about it for years.

00:20:35.100 It's a really, really evil, arrogant thing that happened.

00:20:39.860 Oh, evil.

00:20:40.600 Yeah.

00:20:41.160 Evil.

00:20:41.500 You know, when you see Fauci doubling down and doubling down, because he's been called on it for years.

00:20:47.280 Yeah.

00:20:47.620 And most people don't remember it.

00:20:49.160 I mean, it was front page New York Times and Washington Post for years, the things that he was responsible for.

00:20:55.760 I mean, the bird flu.

00:20:56.920 How many chickens did we have to kill, Pat?

00:20:58.900 What was that?

00:20:59.580 145 million since 2022.

00:21:02.620 145 million chickens.

00:21:04.960 You want to know why the price of eggs is up?

00:21:07.040 That's why.

00:21:07.820 Henicide. 0.58

00:21:08.560 Yeah. 1.00

00:21:08.780 And so we're killing them all. 0.99

00:21:11.260 Why are we? 1.00

00:21:12.420 What happened?

00:21:13.900 If I'm not mistaken, I learned last night and watching the cover up that that's Fauci, too.

00:21:21.600 Right.

00:21:22.380 There's there's more experiments that we even know about.

00:21:25.120 But the ones that we know about start with.

00:21:28.380 So so so Cheney and Fauci and Fauci gets this huge pay raise to be the czar of gain of function research.

00:21:34.400 And one of his first projects was to recreate the Spanish flu, which did not exist on the planet Earth.

00:21:41.300 They actually dug up a body and recreated it from scratch.

00:21:45.240 And then they published how to do it in a science journal. 0.98

00:21:48.500 Like and and Congress rightfully said, are you insane?

00:21:53.180 Fauci gets called in. 0.59

00:21:54.280 And this is the first of many times he says it's worth the risk.

00:21:58.840 I've decided it's worth the risk.

00:22:02.260 And the firestorm goes away.

00:22:03.740 And and then there's there's various wild experiments with with the bird flu that come very close to catastrophic leaks out of labs, because every time that Fauci gets called before Congress, he says, we're going to we're going to up security.

00:22:20.460 We're going to develop protocols.

00:22:21.900 We're going to really focus on safety.

00:22:23.900 But they never really do it.

00:22:25.420 No.

00:22:25.600 In fact, it seems to get worse every time.

00:22:28.060 It gets worse because the program expands and expands.

00:22:31.100 It's like it's like this crazy quilt of countries and and and universities now that are doing this kind of research and I mean, doing it in Ukraine.

00:22:40.680 Yeah, Ukraine.

00:22:43.280 It's I mean, it'll be the end of us if we don't stop it.

00:22:47.640 Right.

00:22:48.280 And that's that's that's why I'm obsessed.

00:22:50.420 And that's that's why Ebright is obsessed.

00:22:52.900 That's why Rand Paul is obsessed.

00:22:54.820 And it's you mentioned this, but it's fascinating to point out.

00:22:59.000 Everyone's like, why why did Biden give Fauci a blank check going back to 2014?

00:23:06.080 Mm hmm.

00:23:07.640 And this is this is well documented in in this episode, because starting in 2015 is when Fauci and Francis Collins, the head of the NIH, started willfully ignoring the law against gain of function research explicitly on coronaviruses.

00:23:27.920 So here is my here.

00:23:29.800 Here is my.

00:23:32.540 My only question, and I think I have the answer.

00:23:37.460 Why would Fauci do this?

00:23:39.900 There was like literally almost every scientist saying, don't do this.

00:23:45.040 There's no reason for this.

00:23:46.760 And he just keeps going into the most dangerous things we possibly can.

00:23:51.820 What?

00:23:53.180 Why?

00:23:54.480 He's if if you know his history, he's the consummate apparatchik.

00:23:58.720 And when Dick Cheney goes to him and says, I have this idea, he's like, and Fauci's answer.

00:24:07.260 I wasn't there.

00:24:07.840 But Fauci surely said, hold my beer.

00:24:09.560 I'll do that.

00:24:10.540 If you're going to give me all that money and power, I will do it.

00:24:14.040 If I have a chance to reimagine nature, I'm up for that task.

00:24:19.040 And he's written about it.

00:24:20.600 Like I keep quoting this article that he and his now probably going to jail partner, David Morins, wrote a piece in Cell in 2020 talking about bending modernity and reimagining how we live our lives from where we live to how we travel to how we gather.

00:24:43.740 So he has this God complex and and I don't know if he had it when he said yes, he might have just been being a good bureaucrat and saying, well, wow, lots of money.

00:24:54.140 I could grow my power.

00:24:55.560 You're going to pay me a lot more.

00:24:57.820 But in that echo chamber over the next 20 years where every scientist, I mean, you went from from the scientific community blowing the whistle and saying this is crazy.

00:25:07.760 It gets a little quieter every time that Fauci is caught doing something, because at some point they're all on the payroll.

00:25:14.980 And if you want to stick your neck out like Richard Ebright did, you might lose all of your NIH grants.

00:25:22.300 You might lose your university position because your university is addicted to all of this this gain of function funding.

00:25:29.180 So they they've bought and paid for science itself and corrupted the process to the point where we shouldn't trust the science because it is not science.

00:25:42.740 It is this mad science, arrogant project.

00:25:48.260 When Fauci said disagreeing with me is disagreeing with science.

00:25:53.020 Was that a God complex or was that a I fund all the science?

00:25:57.860 So I disagree with all you want, but I control the science.

00:26:01.960 Yeah, I think it's both.

00:26:03.320 And and I do think that when Rand Paul started questioning him, he had never, ever faced someone that was both skeptical and informed.

00:26:14.880 And so he's been able to BS his way past senators and congressmen because you can you can sort of throw a bunch of words and sciencey stuff at them.

00:26:24.200 And you can change the definition of gain of function research and virtually no one except for a few people that have either done done their research or have been following him have any idea that he's just lying to you.

00:26:38.440 So I think I think I think it was both at that point.

00:26:41.580 He was in his own mind, the God of science, but he also wasn't used to people questioning his authority.

00:26:49.040 Like I said, when I first started talking about this today, my wife and I watched it last night and she gasped several times.

00:26:56.160 So did I.

00:26:56.640 And you won't believe it.

00:27:00.360 I mean, just talking about it here does not do this justice in seeing what Fauci has done and what we're dealing with now all over the world and how it is still growing.

00:27:14.520 It you will you will be saying to President Trump and RFK and Bhattacharya and everybody else arrest this man.

00:27:27.740 Stop this right now, because if you like you said, you know, you know how I feel about a I.

00:27:33.040 That is that is we're just it's nitroglycerin in a paint shaker.

00:27:38.740 Hey, let's give that a world.

00:27:39.840 Well, this is probably closer to killing us right now, because all it takes is one mistake in any of these crazy labs and nobody's talking about it.

00:27:51.460 Nobody is admitting it.

00:27:53.220 It's got to be it has to be completely exposed.

00:27:58.500 Every name needs to come out.

00:28:00.100 There needs to be punishments for it and all of it burnt in an incinerator.

00:28:05.140 Yeah, and it'll be a lot like a nuclear weapons arsenal.

00:28:08.900 And this is something that Dr.

00:28:11.340 Ebright talks about as well.

00:28:13.560 The risk grows exponentially as you expand the program, because if you have a couple of universities, if you have a couple labs doing this, you know where it is.

00:28:22.460 Right.

00:28:22.960 But now it's it's all over the place.

00:28:24.640 Right.

00:28:25.280 And you've got all these people.

00:28:26.940 Right. 1.00

00:28:27.220 Somebody mad, somebody disgruntled, somebody just stupid. 1.00

00:28:31.780 Somebody, you know, makes a mistake. 1.00

00:28:34.320 Every time this program grows.

00:28:36.260 Yeah.

00:28:36.820 But by the way, and this this is something we also talk about, the anthrax attacks, which conveniently happened one month after 9-11.

00:28:47.200 Well, we eventually learn or at least are told that it was, in fact, a government financed lab that had access to anthrax.

00:28:56.820 Yep.

00:28:57.040 That allegedly caused this, which paved the way for all of this funding that we're talking about.

00:29:05.720 It wasn't just the Patriot Act.

00:29:07.380 It was additional legislation that massively expanded the money that Fauci would get control of.

00:29:13.240 I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but oddly enough, the guy that was accused of doing that committed suicide before he could be prosecuted.

00:29:23.800 Yeah, I know.

00:29:24.020 That stood out to me yesterday, too.

00:29:25.640 Yeah.

00:29:26.120 You're streaming the best of Glenn Beck.

00:29:28.260 To hear more of this interview and others, download the full show podcasts wherever you get podcasts.

00:29:33.020 Okay, let's talk a little bit about USAID, but let's go back in a time machine and show you the times that we have addressed them clearly on this program.

00:29:45.100 We start, I think, back in 2012 or 2014.

00:29:49.560 I have a picture here of an Al-Qaeda leader, and they are in a USAID tent.

00:29:57.260 Look who signed the check for the initial $200,000 payment to the Islamic Relief Agency, the United States Agency for International Development.

00:30:06.260 The more you look into USAID, the more shocked you will become.

00:30:09.880 USAID was running a top-secret espionage program to undermine Cuba and push people to dissent.

00:30:17.140 Now, let me show you how much money we're talking about.

00:30:19.920 It included a billion-dollar sovereign loan guarantee, $320 million in general assistance.

00:30:27.820 So where else, beside the NIH, has money been coming from?

00:30:32.980 By far, the largest donors are from USAID and the Department of Defense?

00:30:41.740 Judicial Watch found that the U.S. State Department and USAID had been giving millions to the Macedonian arm of George Soros' Open Society Foundation.

00:30:54.000 What for?

00:30:55.100 To train youth movements.

00:30:57.360 So USAID, those are always, they're known by anybody who pays attention, as CIA fronts.

00:31:05.460 This is, you know, the USAID comes into a country, they start doing things, and next thing you know, we've got a revolution on our hands, because that's the CIA.

00:31:14.880 So we've been talking about this for years, and if you've been listening to us and watching our specials, you know all about USAID.

00:31:24.120 But now, finally, finally, it's being exposed.

00:31:29.100 And Joni Ernst has been after them for quite a while, but they've been issuing threats.

00:31:38.440 First, they wouldn't talk to her at all, and they were saying, no, we don't have a system to track or report, you know, any of this funny.

00:31:46.900 She's like, wait a minute, you're not tracking any of the money that goes out?

00:31:51.180 You have no way to track if it made a difference at all?

00:31:54.140 That doesn't make any sense.

00:31:56.780 Can you tell us the indirect costs?

00:31:59.480 Can you tell us what you're spending to get that money?

00:32:03.540 Remember, like Mercury One, we make a promise to you, everything we raise during a problem, when we've got a hurricane or something, everything that I raise at that time, 100% goes downstream to that problem.

00:32:19.520 Can't be anything else.

00:32:21.800 So how much money?

00:32:23.060 You don't track that?

00:32:24.760 Like, every charity in the world is required to track that, but you don't?

00:32:30.940 No, uh-uh, no, we don't do that.

00:32:34.200 Then, Ernst debunked this by sending USAID a link to a publicly reported database that shows things.

00:32:44.160 They said, well, yeah, okay, we track it, but we don't want to, you ready?

00:32:50.180 We don't want to violate the Economic Espionage Act or the Protection of Trade Secrets Act or the Disclosure of Confidential Information Act.

00:32:59.920 So we, you know, we can't do that.

00:33:02.520 We have to protect our confidential business information.

00:33:06.060 So they wouldn't talk about the partners.

00:33:09.120 They wouldn't talk about anything.

00:33:10.540 Nothing.

00:33:12.420 So they launch an investigation, and again, USAID said, nope, we can't give you anything.

00:33:22.040 Gosh darn it, we can't tell you about any of our partners or anything at all.

00:33:26.580 Would we like to?

00:33:27.560 We would love to.

00:33:29.400 We just can't find a pencil.

00:33:32.680 If we could just find a pencil, we could write it all down for you.

00:33:37.420 Okay.

00:33:38.240 So this has been going on for years.

00:33:40.960 1961.

00:33:42.300 Okay.

00:33:42.460 This is a CIA operation.

00:33:45.060 By the way, I told you last hour, the president just offered everyone in the CIA eight months severance if you leave now.

00:33:53.580 If I had been involved in any black operation, I'd be panicking right now. 1.00

00:34:01.960 If I were the guy who's like, look, I am not taking the fall for you.

00:34:05.060 I'd be blowing the whistle right now.

00:34:07.100 I might be going to my congressman going, hey, I've got to tell you what they've been doing.

00:34:10.140 Can you protect me?

00:34:13.720 Because I'll give you all the goods on that.

00:34:15.320 I would be doing that right now because they are going to open up.

00:34:19.360 You know, when Elon Musk described USAID and he said, you know, when you have an apple and you have a worm in it, you get the worm out.

00:34:28.740 But when you have a ball of worms, you throw it away.

00:34:33.220 And he said, that's what it is.

00:34:34.340 This is a ball of worms.

00:34:36.760 Yeah.

00:34:37.640 Yeah.

00:34:38.120 And instead of focusing on that, the media and the left are focused on how dare you shut down this agency.

00:34:45.400 I know.

00:34:45.900 I know.

00:34:46.200 Who are you to do that?

00:34:47.680 By the way, we found with this, according to Joni Ernst, with very limited data, they discovered that USAID spent anywhere from 50% to 60% on the indirect cost, which ranged from rent in Paris to a fancy dinner to entertain whomever.

00:35:09.860 You'd be shut down just for that.

00:35:11.400 You'd be shut down just for that.

00:35:13.540 40% or 50% is going to your project.

00:35:16.480 You'd shut that down.

00:35:18.140 No one would donate to that.

00:35:20.440 So how, just answer this.

00:35:23.820 I love this because it couldn't happen to a nicer group of people.

00:35:30.060 Where is your moral stand?

00:35:34.480 How dare you expose this waste of taxpayer money?

00:35:40.380 You know, if they've wasted $200,000, okay, on just one thing, you most likely, your whole life will never pay $200,000, $300,000 in taxes.

00:35:54.660 Your whole life.

00:35:56.120 And it's just gone.

00:35:56.920 They have wasted billions of dollars.

00:36:01.320 And not just wasted it.

00:36:03.600 This is going elsewhere.

00:36:05.260 I said to you during the first, what was it, $50 billion that we're not sending accountants over to Ukraine to follow.

00:36:13.740 I said, that's, this is a slush fund.

00:36:17.480 This money is going elsewhere.

00:36:19.160 This is not doing what, otherwise, if you're responsible and you really believe that we needed to do these things, then you would have sent accountants with it to make sure in the most corrupt country in the world that it was going where we said, I think some of that money you watch, it'll come back.

00:36:35.880 Some of that money, I think, came back to the United States and was paying for revolutionaries on the streets.

00:36:42.580 I wouldn't doubt that USAID money was being used to, I don't know, did they, I mean, I would think you would have to hire people to come out with Chuck Schumer on Monday after the weekend.

00:36:58.180 And USAID is, oh man, they're tearing it down.

00:37:02.440 That's like tearing down the Statue of Liberty.

00:37:04.300 I got to get into the streets.

00:37:07.760 Who is saying I got to get to Washington to protest with Chuck Schumer?

00:37:13.740 There is no moral leg to stand on here.

00:37:18.580 Oh, I'm so mad they're exposing this.

00:37:22.040 Wait, wait, what?

00:37:26.040 When they go after the Treasury now and they say he has no right to expose this.

00:37:34.160 Wait, wait, wait.

00:37:36.260 You're more upset that people are going in and exposing it than the fact that the Treasury has rubber stamped every single payment.

00:37:48.980 That, what was it, the IRS spends $300,000 a month on coffee cups.

00:37:59.340 Coffee cups. 0.99

00:38:01.360 How much coffee do these damn people need? 1.00

00:38:04.060 Let's buy them all ceramic mugs. 1.00

00:38:06.840 I mean, I think we, you know, wash it and reuse it.

00:38:09.680 $300,000?

00:38:13.580 What?

00:38:14.320 A month?

00:38:15.620 Come on.

00:38:16.960 Come on.

00:38:17.880 And you're upset that that's been exposed.

00:38:22.140 Mmm.

00:38:24.220 Me think not.

00:38:25.640 And like you mentioned, it's been going on, not just for a couple of years.

00:38:28.960 It's been going on since 1961.

00:38:31.360 Oh, I know.

00:38:32.380 I know.

00:38:32.780 And they're making a big deal out of the fact that this unelected agency is overseeing this and looking into it when it was just started by JFK.

00:38:44.700 He just, this was not started by Congress.

00:38:48.120 It was codified later, but like in the late 90s by Congress.

00:38:53.720 So this is not some sacred organization that the founders set up.

00:38:58.100 You know what I think happened in the late 90s?

00:39:00.780 Because I am convinced that Joe Biden learned how to steal from the United States and get money from allies and enemies from Hillary and Bill Clinton.

00:39:17.380 So I'll bet you USAID, they're like, nobody's watching this.

00:39:21.120 Nobody is watching this store.

00:39:23.380 Why don't we just give money to these NGOs?

00:39:26.340 Our friends are all running NGOs.

00:39:28.620 Are you kidding me?

00:39:31.040 Do you know how much money we could pull off the top?

00:39:33.160 Because no one is looking.

00:39:36.100 And even with the best, even with the best intentions, which I don't give them, even with the best intentions of saying, you know what?

00:39:44.220 We can just funnel some of this money to do black ops someplace else.

00:39:49.860 I think, I think they started, well, we know they did.

00:39:54.880 I reported it in what, 2017.

00:39:58.780 That's what they were doing in Benghazi.

00:40:02.720 That's what they were doing in Ukraine.

00:40:05.420 They were setting these things up and then they were funneling money to the bad guys.

00:40:10.540 They were funneling money to George Soros.

00:40:13.180 You don't think you should know about that?

00:40:17.920 Chuck Schumer doesn't think you should know about that?

00:40:21.880 Which one is the fascist?

00:40:24.960 Which one answers to the people?

00:40:28.740 The one that opens their books?

00:40:30.780 Just as you are required to every tax day.

00:40:37.020 Just as every single aid organization and charity has to open their books all the time.

00:40:45.620 And they go over it with a fine tooth comb.

00:40:50.140 Believe me.

00:40:51.840 We have to do it.

00:40:52.980 Why doesn't a government agency that is running billions of dollars through their front door and their back door, we don't have a right to check?

00:41:05.900 We, the people, don't have a right to ask our treasury, hey, what's happening with all this money?

00:41:16.220 That's not going to go well for them.

00:41:18.240 It's not going to go well for them.

00:41:19.800 These things need to be released and released clearly as soon as we have it.

00:41:26.940 Because what the press is saying right now is, oh, well, there's conservatives that are saying that there is a waste of money.

00:41:33.640 Maybe a little waste of money.

00:41:35.400 You know, that happens in big government and things like that.

00:41:38.420 No, no, no, no, no.

00:41:41.020 We're saying this agency was using money at first to topple regimes that were not friendly to the United States.

00:41:49.800 And they learned and they learned they could topple the United States by using our money.

00:41:56.600 That's what USAID is, period.

00:41:59.640 No, no, no, no.
