00:00:30.000 Really great show. We cover everything that you need to know.

00:00:33.760 We cover shadow banning. There is high alert.

00:00:37.780 You are really, you need to be aware that the voices that you like are now being systematically shadow banned.

00:00:45.660 And in fact, Facebook has just come out and said they're not going to cover and let you have, you know, just any kind of political commentary.

00:00:55.220 You know, come up higgledy-piggledy.

00:00:56.820 Sure, if you want it, you know, there's a few steps you can take to get it.

00:01:00.900 But voices that disagree with the administration are going to become harder and harder to find.

00:01:08.520 And I explain the latest news on what is happening.

00:01:12.280 Also, there's a sheriff in Ohio.

00:01:15.640 His name is Sheriff Richard Jones, and he's from Butler County.

00:01:20.620 He is warning what the FBI has been warning and warning the Sheriff's Association that we are possibly days away.

00:01:30.700 It's not a question of if it happens.

00:01:32.980 It's just when it happens.

00:01:34.320 We are on the edge of a major attack here in the United States.

00:01:39.900 He's trying to prepare his county.

00:01:42.240 I wanted to expose him because I thought you should be prepared as well.

00:01:46.260 Also, we have Senator Eric Schmidt on, who is hysterical, believe it or not, and Greg Stubbe, the congressman from the great state of Florida, to talk about the impeachment process with Mayorkas and also the 25th Amendment.

00:02:02.760 And is Joe Biden fit to serve?

00:02:06.060 All that and more on today's podcast.

00:02:08.880 Brought to you by realestateagentsitrust.com.

00:02:12.020 This is my company, something I started with my brother, I don't even know, maybe 10 years ago.

00:02:17.300 And it came out of frustration.

00:02:19.760 We didn't know how to find a good real estate agent.

00:02:22.420 We just, you know, we'd ask somebody, hey, you know, a good real estate agent?

00:02:26.800 Yeah, somebody just sold my house.

00:02:28.500 They're pretty good.

00:02:29.800 That's it.

00:02:30.620 I mean, it's our biggest investment in our life.

00:02:34.000 Don't you think we should, you know, maybe do a little more homework on that?

00:02:37.260 But what are you looking for?

00:02:39.200 I was working with the 500 best real estate agents in the country, according to the Wall Street Journal.

00:02:46.220 And I learned a lot from them.

00:02:48.140 And we recommend most of them as well.

00:02:51.080 If they're in, if any of them are in your area.

00:02:53.600 We look for the people who have the best practices.

00:02:56.220 They know the area.

00:02:57.640 They know how to negotiate.

00:03:00.620 And they've been doing it for years.

00:03:02.320 And they're some of the most successful ones in your area.

00:03:06.500 We don't look just for success.

00:03:08.100 We look for character and best business practices.

00:03:10.940 They also have to be fans of the show as well.

00:03:13.300 So you have something in common.

00:03:15.700 Me.

00:03:16.720 No.

00:03:17.540 Values and principles and the way you look at the world.

00:03:20.140 It's realestateagentsitrust.com.

00:03:22.280 A free service to you.

00:03:23.140 Realestateagentsitrust.com.

00:03:26.460 Now, here's the podcast.

00:03:35.820 You're listening to The Best of the Glenn Beck Program.

00:03:42.040 Sheriff Richard Jones is with us now from Butler County, Ohio.

00:03:45.700 Hello, Sheriff.

00:03:46.400 How are you?

00:03:47.640 Hey, I'm going to have to smoke a cigarette after listening to that.

00:03:50.300 Hey, your voice, man, ought to sell something, right, on the pillows.

00:03:58.500 Yeah, something, something.

00:04:00.820 Doesn't work on my wife anymore, but maybe it'll sell a pillow. 1.00

00:04:04.760 Yeah, I get it.

00:04:05.580 So, Sheriff, you're in your fifth term in office as Sheriff of Butler County, and you went to Washington, D.C., along with the National Sheriff's Association.

00:04:21.420 Correct.

00:04:21.600 And you usually, if I'm not mistaken, don't you usually meet with the president?

00:04:24.920 The president refuses to meet with the national sheriffs for three years.

00:04:32.260 We have a hierarchy of president.

00:04:34.400 There's 3,300 sheriffs in the United States, and he refuses to meet for the past three years with our association, which represents 3,300 sheriffs.

00:04:44.300 Like, get this.

00:04:45.320 He won't meet with the police chiefs either.

00:04:48.160 None.

00:04:48.440 And we had our meeting and training.

00:04:53.800 Director Wray met with a group of sheriffs.

00:04:57.560 Then the sheriffs came back and discussed with us what he said.

00:05:02.720 And he said that the director of the FBI said the same thing to Congress a week before that.

00:05:07.640 He said that there's more red flags going off now than before 9-11.

00:05:17.040 And there was only like 12 or 14 people that attacked us then.

00:05:24.180 There's over 10 million people here.

00:05:27.220 These are people that are wanting to do us harm.

00:05:29.760 This is what we were told.

00:05:30.780 More red flags going off now.

00:05:32.300 The director also said that the Chinese are attacking our infrastructure, such as our electrical grid, that hell, it goes out when the weather's bad.

00:05:44.000 But it was built in the 1960s.

00:05:46.520 They're trying to get into our phone system, our electrical system.

00:05:50.720 They're trying to hack communications on everything.

00:05:54.200 Our sheriff's office is the eighth largest in Ohio of 88, 400,000 population, 500 employees.

00:06:04.820 We dispatched for probably 20 different agencies.

00:06:08.060 And our system was hacked by the Ukrainians before they were sort of our friend. 1.00

00:06:14.320 But listen, they hacked our system and wanted a ransom.

00:06:18.220 Now, and we were down for three months, and you're wondering why would they attack us?

00:06:22.720 They're attacking everybody.

00:06:25.000 If anybody that's listening to this, your communications, universities, your water, your sewer, your election process, we get five times a day the Chinese try to get us. 1.00

00:06:38.540 And three times a day.

00:06:39.580 In Butler County.

00:06:41.380 Yes.

00:06:41.920 And three times a day the Iranians. 1.00

00:06:44.420 Now, and then there's others.

00:06:46.520 They try to get into your system.

00:06:48.060 They want ransom.

00:06:48.820 And if you listen to what Director Wray said to Congress and to everybody else in the country, but sometimes people don't listen.

00:06:56.180 He said for every one person that works at the FBI that is in charge of cyber, the Chinese have 50. 0.87

00:07:05.560 So it's 50 to one.

00:07:07.520 We have one person.

00:07:09.100 They have 50 to everyone that we have.

00:07:11.420 And the reasoning for this is because disruption in America, if they go in, they want us to be busy, which we are, fighting two wars or involved in two wars, supplying all of our equipment, all of our guns, all of our treasury.

00:07:26.780 And these people don't like us already, and we're killing them on their land or they feel we're causing it.

00:07:34.860 We've got 10 million people here in the United States that we don't know who the hell they are or where they're at.

00:07:42.900 And, again, we've had 20,000 Chinese military-age adults come to the United States, just in California, 20,000 so far this year.

00:07:57.580 And there was like 300 in one day in California.

00:08:02.540 That's just one sector.

00:08:04.100 The Russians are coming. 1.00

00:08:04.880 The Chinese are coming in. 1.00

00:08:07.600 And they're destroying our country. 0.99

00:08:10.440 The Chinese are shipping the fentanyl to Mexico.

00:08:14.320 They're shipping it in.

00:08:15.740 Now we have a northern border in Ohio, okay, Glenn?

00:08:19.340 And they've pulled a lot of the personnel from there to send them to the southern border.

00:08:23.200 So now we've got more drugs coming in from Canada into the United States, which Ohio parks with, and Michigan.

00:08:31.300 And the drugs are coming in.

00:08:32.960 The people are coming in.

00:08:35.080 And I wanted people to know we're going to start training my personnel, and we're going to train the civilians.

00:08:41.640 Thirty people isn't much, but we're going to train them what to do.

00:08:45.880 How do you get out of a building that is collapsed?

00:08:49.680 How do you get out of that building?

00:08:51.140 And we're trying to tell people, and this is a university that's come and teach us class.

00:08:55.880 We had it filled up within 30 minutes.

00:08:59.140 Everybody, I'm in sheriff's training today, and other sheriff's agencies are getting phone calls.

00:09:05.820 What can they do?

00:09:06.640 Now, I don't want you to think I'm Doomsday Jones or Chicken Little.

00:09:11.900 And I tell people, you can do what the Israelis have done.

00:09:14.580 They have a real strict gun policy in their country.

00:09:18.560 You're not allowed to have guns unless you're in the military or the police.

00:09:22.060 The police is the only thing that saved that country.

00:09:24.960 What we were told, they were killed.

00:09:27.600 They were murdered.

00:09:28.760 One police station, the terrorists came in and killed 30 people, 30 policemen.

00:09:33.980 The policemen only had handguns, and they didn't have enough ammunition.

00:09:38.520 And the same people that came in there are the same people that are here in our country.

00:09:42.460 And when they say 10 million people are here, go ahead, Glenn.

00:09:48.040 Well, I was going to say, you know, not all 10 million, but it only took 19 to do the World Trade Center.

00:09:54.440 And in Canada, it was just announced that they are now going to take refugees from Gaza without any litmus test on anything.

00:10:04.920 Well, our northern border is wide open.

00:10:08.320 And, you know, I don't think that you're preaching fear.

00:10:13.040 I mean, people might be afraid of this, but you should be informed so you understand what we're facing.

00:10:19.900 You'll understand what we're facing, and then perhaps you'll take action in your own community.

00:10:25.840 I mean, I know here, where I live, we have been talking about what do we do if there's a food shortage?

00:10:33.360 What do we do if there's problems?

00:10:35.700 How is the community going to come together?

00:10:39.480 You need to do this, because if they just hack, forget about the 10 million people that are here, which I agree with you, is a massive threat.

00:10:49.980 But if they just hack into our water systems, if they hack into our communications, you don't have communications in America for a week, a week and a half.

00:11:00.880 What do you think is going to happen?

00:11:03.200 You have 72 hours before society starts to break down, because in 72 hours, the bad guys realize, wow, nobody's coming.

00:11:14.300 And they take charge.

00:11:16.040 It's not good.

00:11:16.960 Look, the police is all we have, your local police.

00:11:22.100 And look, the National Guard's not coming.

00:11:25.100 The military's not coming.

00:11:26.760 And people think, well, the military, the National Guard, they won't let this happen.

00:11:31.560 They're not coming.

00:11:32.580 You're on your own.

00:11:33.900 Imagine people that are listening right now.

00:11:36.240 When you lose your cell phone and you can't find it for an hour, you puke.

00:11:40.880 You freak out.

00:11:42.540 These people are working.

00:11:43.700 And seriously, you go, oh, I mean, we live on them.

00:11:47.700 And people, imagine when you can't communicate.

00:11:50.760 I've been in places, Katrina, where there was no electricity due to a natural disaster.

00:11:57.000 And when you don't have electricity, you can't pump water.

00:11:59.900 You can't pump gas.

00:12:01.340 You can't go to the bank because the bank computers are all down.

00:12:04.700 You can't go to the store.

00:12:05.820 Or people freak out because you've got enough groceries.

00:12:09.040 You go to the store once a week.

00:12:11.040 Listen, it's not a matter of if.

00:12:15.720 It's a matter of when.

00:12:16.620 And I'm not teaching Doomsday or Chicken Little.

00:12:20.240 These people are here.

00:12:22.480 The lady that went to the church, Olsteen's church, she targeted that church. 1.00

00:12:28.200 What I've seen on the interviews, she had Palestine Road on her rifle.

00:12:32.020 And she targeted the church.

00:12:34.000 She took her child with her, I assume, so they wouldn't shoot her.

00:12:38.220 But they had no choice because she was going for a bigger target. 0.94

00:12:43.300 And this is one person.

00:12:44.940 And we know it's coming, Glenn.

00:12:47.380 And it's here.

00:12:49.120 And these people, the Chinese are so good at this.

00:12:52.740 They have actually police stations within the United States.

00:12:55.860 The Chinese do. 0.95

00:12:56.760 I know they do.

00:12:57.280 They have safe houses.

00:12:58.000 I know they do.

00:12:58.660 They have safe houses in every state.

00:13:00.880 And if you live in a rural setting, you say, hey, I'm okay.

00:13:05.660 You won't be okay.

00:13:07.120 Because what they're trying to do, we were told, we should all look at our local elections.

00:13:11.780 They want to get in the heartland because everybody, they know that will create chaos.

00:13:17.980 If you can get into New York and all, they expect that.

00:13:21.640 And when it happens, it doesn't shock them after 9-11.

00:13:24.840 But to get into rural America, different story.

00:13:28.860 And that will send a shockwave.

00:13:30.980 And, again, I'm going to train my people.

00:13:33.000 They're going to have rifles in every car, which they do now.

00:13:35.440 They're going to have multiple magazines.

00:13:37.420 And we're going to train differently.

00:13:39.340 And I've got people calling from all over the country.

00:13:41.680 This is, we've had 14 million views on this.

00:13:45.060 We've been on your show two days in a row.

00:13:49.360 You've talked about it.

00:13:50.580 And I'm just one sheriff of 3,300.

00:13:54.460 And we're all, we all know this.

00:13:56.740 But when you stick your neck out like this, people attack you.

00:14:00.580 Everything that I have said, director of the FBI has said to Congress, none of this is a secret.

00:14:07.400 And if you look at the tape of him talking to Congress, he said the exact same thing.

00:14:14.940 And the reason is because they, during 9-11, the FBI knew these people were here training.

00:14:21.360 But none of the rest of us knew.

00:14:23.360 No locals knew.

00:14:24.600 They communicate now.

00:14:26.140 And it's all on us.

00:14:27.640 And you've got to do something about it.

00:14:29.920 And what you've got to do is when you're in a church, you've got to look out.

00:14:33.860 Because for some reason, people attack these churches.

00:14:37.220 And then we've got our homegrown terrorists.

00:14:39.300 So we're in a bad spot.

00:14:41.720 And again, 10 million people, they're not all here to do us harm.

00:14:46.740 But these Chinese, hey, and I could go on. 1.00

00:14:49.840 This is the best of the Glenn Beck Program.

00:14:52.000 And don't forget, rate us on iTunes.

00:14:55.900 Well, let me take just a moment here and talk to you about our sponsor this Valentine's Day.

00:15:01.520 Today, I want to highlight some of the world's greatest love stories, part one.

00:15:07.180 Well, you did it.

00:15:09.440 You were out there, tiger.

00:15:10.740 Three and a half hours of storming the gridiron.

00:15:13.700 Three hours and 15 minutes of which were probably as interesting as watching paint dry.

00:15:19.300 But you won the Super Bowl.

00:15:21.220 And now, this Valentine's Day, you go to spend the rest of the night dancing and making out with your hot and famous girlfriend.

00:15:29.760 Yeah, because she's got a secret flight out in Washington, D.C. in the morning to meet with the Biden campaign.

00:15:37.160 But it's going to be a special, special hot night for you.

00:15:41.940 And ooh, you are going to be so sore.

00:15:45.460 That's why she's leaving a gift there on the side table right next to the bed.

00:15:50.940 You just have to reach for it.

00:15:52.460 Relief Factor.

00:15:53.340 Relief Factor.

00:16:23.340 Eric Schmidt, how are you?

00:16:25.380 I'm good, Glenn.

00:16:26.040 How are you?

00:16:27.700 Well, I'm really good.

00:16:29.120 I've got a couple of things I need to ask you.

00:16:30.540 First, the one that everybody is asking.

00:16:32.400 And I am sorry that maybe, you know, that I have to bring this up.

00:16:37.580 But is there any relation between you and John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt?

00:16:42.640 Well, his name is my name, too.

00:16:44.820 And whenever we go out, the people always shout.

00:16:49.940 There goes John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt.

00:16:53.820 Yeah, okay, good.

00:16:55.240 Good.

00:16:55.880 So, first of all, let's start with the Mayorkas thing. 1.00

00:16:59.040 It's coming now over to the Senate late February, according to Schumer.

00:17:03.700 And, I mean, I think there's plenty of reasons for him to be impeached.

00:17:10.200 One is just lying to the American people over and over again in front of Congress under oath that the border was secure when it clearly wasn't.

00:17:20.160 But is this going anywhere in the Senate?

00:17:24.440 Well, we'll see.

00:17:26.360 Schumer issued a statement yesterday.

00:17:29.180 The process would be it comes over.

00:17:31.400 The House managers literally will walk it over.

00:17:34.160 It's received by the Senate.

00:17:35.820 And what's supposed to happen is all the senators then are immediately sworn in as jurors.

00:17:40.280 And we act as jurors in a trial.

00:17:42.800 Now, I suppose Schumer could try some sort of trickery to try to table it or dismiss it or something.

00:17:49.580 But the way it's supposed to work is we're supposed to hear evidence and ultimately make a decision.

00:17:54.860 Now, it would take a supermajority, not a simple majority, to convict.

00:17:59.520 So we'll see if the Democrats ultimately sort of rally here.

00:18:04.440 But I do think there's a lot at play.

00:18:06.660 I mean, one of the things that in this debate about this so-called border security bill, which is a total disaster,

00:18:13.220 it actually made things worse and weakened our immigration laws.

00:18:16.780 But one of the things that's on the books right now is this ability for parole, right?

00:18:21.740 You can parole people in the United States.

00:18:23.860 It's supposed to be extraordinary.

00:18:25.780 It's supposed to be individualized, a case-by-case sort of basis.

00:18:30.520 You know, New Yorkists and this administration have paroled entire classes of people, people from, you know,

00:18:36.540 just because they're from a particular country.

00:18:38.300 That's a clear violation of the law.

00:18:40.200 He's obviously lied before Congress.

00:18:41.460 And so we'll see what those articles of impeachment look like.

00:18:44.880 And then as jurors, make a decision based on the facts and the evidence and, you know, upholding our oath.

00:18:53.460 So there has been so much going on.

00:18:55.480 I mean, I listened to the news this morning, and it was all about the different cases against Donald Trump.

00:19:03.300 We have, I mean, lawfare is the way of the future, it seems.

00:19:07.460 You know, this is, I wish the Democrats would take their blue jerseys off for a minute and look at this in a way of how does this affect our republic long term?

00:19:21.140 We have never, Glenn, ever seen anything like this.

00:19:24.900 I think Trump derangement syndrome is real.

00:19:27.040 These people have completely lost their minds and are willing to do almost anything to not allow the American people to send Donald Trump back to the White House.

00:19:36.260 Because if the election were held today, I think that's exactly what would happen.

00:19:38.940 And I think he's going to win in November.

00:19:40.340 I think they know that.

00:19:41.740 And I think that's why this desperation you see is playing out, whether it's trying to kick him off the ballot.

00:19:47.680 Now, that case was argued, I think that was early last week before the Supreme Court.

00:19:51.020 I would expect them to rule quickly on that and also hopefully in one voice unanimously.

00:19:57.500 There's just no legal basis for him to be thrown off the ballot by the state of Colorado or any state.

00:20:02.560 There's just not.

00:20:03.680 That's one piece of it.

00:20:04.820 And then trying to throw this guy in jail for the rest of his life is totally insane.

00:20:09.780 So this is the kind of stuff, Glenn, if we're happening somewhere else, you know, our state department will be warning us about it.

00:20:16.300 This is banana republic kind of stuff.

00:20:19.160 Yeah.

00:20:19.340 All right.

00:20:20.720 So let me switch to the 25th Amendment.

00:20:23.840 They tried to do this to Donald Trump and the media brought on experts and everything else.

00:20:28.120 So how senile Donald Trump was getting, et cetera, et cetera.

00:20:31.100 Obviously not true.

00:20:32.520 This one you can see.

00:20:34.000 I mean, this is not a conspiracy at all.

00:20:36.460 This isn't made up.

00:20:37.860 This you can witness firsthand.

00:20:39.940 And it is terrifying as a citizen to watch a man in charge.

00:20:45.720 But I don't actually know if he is in charge.

00:20:48.400 I don't know who's running the White House.

00:20:51.180 But normally, no matter who it was, right or left, I would be raising the same alarm saying, this is dangerous.

00:20:59.000 But we also have a replacement who Kamala Harris is. 1.00

00:21:04.780 I don't know if she'd be any better.

00:21:06.540 You know, she'd at least be alert and there, but I don't know how good she'd be.

00:21:12.660 But the 25th Amendment has to be invoked by the vice president, right?

00:21:18.620 And the cabinet?

00:21:20.760 That's right.

00:21:21.400 A majority of the cabinet.

00:21:23.040 So the president under the 25th Amendment can do it his or herself.

00:21:27.180 I mean, that's not going to happen.

00:21:28.200 They're initiated by the vice president, voted on by a majority of cabinet members, essentially.

00:21:36.840 And then that goes to the House and the Senate.

00:21:39.260 Now, there's a little back and forth, theoretically, if this played out, between the president saying, no, wait, I am competent, and them saying, no, you're not competent.

00:21:47.300 And then ultimately, it would go to the House and the Senate for a two-thirds vote to ultimately remove or temporarily transfer powers to the vice president.

00:22:00.220 So it's obviously, it's an extraordinary kind of thing to have happen because you have someone elected to be president.

00:22:07.880 So that's why you have kind of that high bar and that high threshold.

00:22:11.120 However, I don't think, Glenn, we've not seen anything like this.

00:22:15.640 I mean, the president, you know, was in these interviews as relates to the document case, couldn't remember when he was vice president, couldn't remember the years in which he served as vice president of the United States.

00:22:28.180 People see this playing out every day as he struggles to get through sentences, walking from place to place, you know, falling.

00:22:37.200 All of these sorts of things are in very plain view.

00:22:39.460 And by the way, I don't take any pleasure in that.

00:22:42.260 There's no joy in that.

00:22:44.140 All of us, all of us, you know, you know, it's, yeah, it's sad.

00:22:47.980 And there's, in that trajectory of age and decline is not the same for everybody, but clearly you see a precipitous decline now in his capabilities.

00:22:57.080 And it's been in that deposition was probably case in point, which why we need to see the full transcript of that, because there are only bits and pieces of it, of course, in that report that came out.

00:23:05.720 But it's not good.

00:23:07.780 You know, it's a real problem.

00:23:09.560 And to your earlier point, Kamala Harris is a nightmare and a total ideologue who's not all that bright.

00:23:15.920 But, you know, if you're, if you're talking about she's competent, mental, yeah, she's mentally competent.

00:23:22.180 I mean, that's, yeah.

00:23:23.180 So.

00:23:24.580 Yeah.

00:23:25.720 The, you know, the, the, the only time we have seen something like this, it was kept under under wraps and it was Woodrow Wilson, but they hit it.

00:23:34.820 They hit it from Congress, but once his own party, I think he was in hiding at the white house for like a year and his wife was actually signing all of the things from the white house.

00:23:47.060 And once his own party, the democratic party found out, they said, you're done.

00:23:54.460 You're not running for reelection.

00:23:55.980 Cause he, she was planning on him running for reelection.

00:23:59.500 You're not running for reelection or we expose the whole thing.

00:24:03.020 And it was, it was about this time, uh, that they had come to him.

00:24:07.880 It was this close, I think, to an election when they finally came to him.

00:24:11.580 I don't think, is there anybody, I mean, do you hear senators talk about this on the other side and say, this is dangerous?

00:24:20.840 Yeah.

00:24:21.240 I think that they, in private moments, um, will tell you that, uh, uh, this is not the same Joe Biden, certainly that they served with some people that serve with them.

00:24:31.160 Um, or even just a few years ago, you know, it just, it's just not, I mean, it's, it's obvious, but to your point, yeah.

00:24:36.760 With Woodrow Wilson, who, by the way, I would argue is maybe our worst, probably is our worst president in American history.

00:24:44.120 Give me the Valentine's day music, will you?

00:24:46.580 This guy's just shot an arrow through my heart.

00:24:49.080 I, that was my Valentine's gift from you.

00:24:51.920 Wasn't it?

00:24:52.440 Yeah.

00:24:52.800 Yeah.

00:24:53.140 Happy Valentine's day, Glenn.

00:24:54.520 Woodrow Wilson is terrible.

00:24:55.840 Yeah.

00:24:55.960 Yes.

00:24:56.420 Um, but yeah, that is exactly what, uh, but yeah, his wife was essentially doing everything, uh, at the very end. 0.71

00:25:05.840 And it's amazing that in 20th century America, that actually happened.

00:25:09.500 So, um, yeah, people get it.

00:25:11.320 People see it.

00:25:12.060 Um, you know, people who serve with them, people who've been in the oval office talking to him, see it right now.

00:25:19.140 Um, it's really a mess.

00:25:20.580 So, but I don't know if anybody can go to him.

00:25:22.180 I mean, there's like betting odds of whether he'll end up being the nominee.

00:25:25.620 Um, uh, he's not willingly giving this up.

00:25:28.220 He's running.

00:25:29.140 Uh, now I think the Obamas have a lot to do with what's actually going on in the white house.

00:25:34.160 Um, and I know there's a theory that Michelle Obama could be put in place at the convention.

00:25:39.040 Hang on.

00:25:39.320 Start the music again.

00:25:40.800 Start, start the music again.

00:25:41.960 You may be singing music to my ears again.

00:25:43.680 Go ahead.

00:25:44.820 What's going to happen there.

00:25:45.860 Michelle Obama could be placed, you know, at the last minute here.

00:25:49.500 We'll see.

00:25:50.220 But Joe, Joe Biden is not, is not willingly going softly into that good night.

00:25:55.120 No, I don't think.

00:25:56.420 No.

00:25:57.200 So if he doesn't, I mean, they're trapped.

00:26:00.440 They're really trapped.

00:26:02.020 Uh, because there's no way that guy will win.

00:26:05.920 I mean, he'll be, think about how fast he's declined recently to now.

00:26:11.200 Uh, I mean, he's, I mean, imagine if between now and November, there's no way from November to January.

00:26:17.620 I just don't think the guy's going to make it.

00:26:20.580 So there's two.

00:26:21.560 Yeah, I agree.

00:26:22.080 So there's two things outside of the typical, like if you were comparing president Trump's record to Joe Biden's record, you would say, Hey, look, we had a secure border.

00:26:29.600 We had, you know, weight record wage growth across all socioeconomic levels.

00:26:34.300 We were energy dominant.

00:26:35.680 A lot of great things were happening, right?

00:26:37.600 People, you know, you didn't like them, whatever.

00:26:39.640 But the truth is America was doing great.

00:26:41.760 Then we'd had no wars.

00:26:43.640 Um, that's what America was for his presidency.

00:26:46.080 All that stuff is very different now under Joe Biden.

00:26:48.500 So under a typical campaign, people would compare, I think Trump wins anyway.

00:26:52.320 You've got a couple of things happening now that are very different.

00:26:54.940 One is this lawfare.

00:26:56.400 I think it's backfired.

00:26:57.560 And we talked about earlier.

00:26:58.340 I think it's really backfired.

00:26:59.460 People see it.

00:27:00.080 They know it's dangerous.

00:27:01.260 And I think that will be a motivation for people to say, we're not going to allow that to happen in this country.

00:27:06.320 You may, we may have disagreements, political parties, but there's no way we're going to descend into some third world banana republic where you're just essentially eliminating presidential, uh, you know, disenfranchising millions of people that way.

00:27:17.800 And then secondly, it's this competency thing.

00:27:19.980 People see it.

00:27:21.080 Um, and if you're an independent voter and you haven't made up your mind, um, comparing those two, you know, the, the schedule that, that Donald Trump has the, his, you know, is, uh, his energy versus what you see now from Joe Biden, um, is a stark contrast.

00:27:37.680 And I think that's why, especially in states like Michigan, you're seeing this polling.

00:27:40.980 I think this is part of it.

00:27:43.460 Senator Eric Schmidt, uh, one of the good guys in Washington, DC.

00:27:46.820 Thank you for everything that you do and have done and will continue to do.

00:27:50.660 God bless you.

00:27:51.280 Thank you.

00:27:52.160 God bless you.

00:27:53.020 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:27:56.120 I just want, uh, department of Homeland security to stand down on our next guest, uh, uh, representative Greg Stubbe.

00:28:03.740 He is the Congressman from Florida.

00:28:05.380 He lives in Sarasota, uh, and he has four dogs and my rule is for cats and there should, Homeland security should be alerted.

00:28:15.900 You are a weirdo cat lady, most likely, or you're going to end up with whole bunches of cats and your dead body half eaten by the cats at some point, uh, in your future. 1.00

00:28:27.500 But dogs are a different story. 0.90

00:28:29.420 So stand down.

00:28:30.280 Greg Stubbe is with us.

00:28:31.400 Hi, Greg.

00:28:31.780 How are you?

00:28:33.240 Hey, good.

00:28:33.820 How are you for rescue dogs?

00:28:35.380 I might add.

00:28:37.380 Wow.

00:28:37.960 So they're probably, they could go over to the cat lady's house at some point.

00:28:42.560 And at least there wouldn't be any cats left.

00:28:45.220 Yeah.

00:28:45.420 Two of them.

00:28:46.220 Okay.

00:28:48.240 Good.

00:28:48.760 Okay.

00:28:49.200 So Greg, last night, historic vote, the GOP, uh, the house members, uh, voted to impeach, uh,

00:28:56.420 Mayorkas first time since 1870, only the second time in our history.

00:29:02.980 Yeah.

00:29:03.520 Amen.

00:29:03.900 And, and thankfully Steve Scalise was back to help us get that over the, the hump because

00:29:08.580 we had three Republicans vote.

00:29:10.440 No, I can't for the life of me, understand how you couldn't support impeaching Mayorkas 1.00

00:29:16.020 with the systematic failures, uh, repeated systematic failures, the deliberate and intentional

00:29:21.400 violations of federal law every single day at our border.

00:29:23.940 But thankfully we got that done last night by one vote.

00:29:27.320 And, uh, it's my understanding that on the 26th, the trial will begin in the Senate and

00:29:33.460 the Senate is not in session, uh, this week or next week.

00:29:36.860 So they're going to convey those impeachment articles when they get back.

00:29:40.440 Right.

00:29:41.440 And that means, uh, justice Roberts will be coming to the Senate and he will sit and hold

00:29:46.020 a trial.

00:29:46.520 Um, but if you couldn't get with all of the information, you know, it's not just the three

00:29:52.340 Republicans, which are, I mean, uh, did you talk to them?

00:29:56.280 Do you know why they voted against?

00:29:58.860 Is it just because they are in purple areas?

00:30:02.940 No, actually most of them are in very Republican districts.

00:30:06.740 Uh, Ken Buck has announced his retirement.

00:30:08.540 It's been rumored and reported that he's looking to go to CNN.

00:30:12.000 So that probably explains, uh, his decision.

00:30:15.940 McClintock is in a Republican district in California.

00:30:18.780 Gallagher is in a Republican district in Wisconsin.

00:30:20.940 And what's interesting is, uh, less than a week after that vote, I think it was days

00:30:24.940 of voting.

00:30:25.580 No, he announced that he was retiring and not running for reelection.

00:30:28.280 And I imagine because his district lost their mind and blew up his phone and his office and

00:30:35.020 his staff as to why he would vote against that.

00:30:38.060 So if you can't get all of the Republicans on board with some really compelling evidence,

00:30:44.580 I mean, I don't think there's a question.

00:30:46.740 Um, how, how exactly are you thinking this is going to go in the Senate or does that,

00:30:52.740 is that not the concern of the house?

00:30:55.960 Yeah.

00:30:56.360 I mean, we can't obviously control the Senate.

00:30:58.500 They're going to, they have to buy the constitution, open up a trial.

00:31:01.700 It is my guess that Schumer's they're going to move it to a committee to try to keep it

00:31:06.520 out of the limelight and let a committee quote unquote, investigate it.

00:31:09.640 That way they kind of bury it.

00:31:10.960 Um, but they have to move on it.

00:31:12.540 I also anticipate because it's run by Democrats that at some point they'll move to dismiss

00:31:17.940 the impeachment because it's a majority Democrat over there.

00:31:22.000 I don't know if that's a majority vote or a 60% vote.

00:31:24.600 My guess would be that's a majority vote, but I, I, you know, this is affecting democratic

00:31:30.780 districts as well.

00:31:31.700 And I'm shocked that all of these Democrats in the house voted against it because some

00:31:35.640 of these Democrats are in Trump one districts and this is going to be a huge election.

00:31:39.040 Oh, wait a minute.

00:31:39.880 Wait a minute.

00:31:40.520 It does.

00:31:41.480 It doesn't even have to be a Trump one.

00:31:43.880 And Chicago, the, the democratic activists on the ground in Chicago are saying enough

00:31:50.640 is enough.

00:31:51.520 I mean, this is not a Democrat Republican issue.

00:31:54.560 I don't know how they are going to face their voters either.

00:31:58.660 Yeah, I think politically it helps us tremendously, um, especially in these, these moderate districts

00:32:04.040 or these districts that are currently inhabited by a democratic member of Congress.

00:32:08.080 And we've got Trump on the ballot in November and hopefully his coattails will be long enough

00:32:12.360 to bring people over and we'll, we'll garner more numbers in the house.

00:32:16.320 But, uh, the, the systematic intentionality and deliberately violating a federal laws on

00:32:22.080 the border and the things that they put in place soon after they came into office, after

00:32:26.340 Trump had put in place, all these policies that were working is, uh, a completely impeachable.

00:32:31.320 I'm frustrated.

00:32:32.160 It took three years to get to this point, but, uh, he has no business being in charge of

00:32:36.060 our border.

00:32:36.460 Uh, so we have, uh, also a new story coming out that it was Mayorkas that said no to secret

00:32:45.880 service detail, uh, for Robert F. Kennedy, which is crazy.

00:32:50.320 If anybody, you know, uh, knows what happens to people that, you know, run and their name

00:32:56.080 is Kennedy, it w it would be the Kennedy family.

00:32:59.640 And he said no to secret service, uh, for Robert F. Kennedy.

00:33:03.780 Some would say that's a, uh, real political move, but, uh, there were, they asked for records.

00:33:10.180 Judicial watch just got the records from him.

00:33:13.060 They were 99, mostly blank and redacted pages of information.

00:33:19.880 I mean, there's, there doesn't seem to be anybody or very few that are actually looking

00:33:29.040 out for the country, the history of our country, the future of our country.

00:33:35.100 It seems to be a game for so many in Washington.

00:33:38.880 I have never seen in my lifetime.

00:33:41.940 And obviously this has happened and become illuminated in the last couple of years, the complete

00:33:48.080 weaponization and politicization of every facet of the executive branch from the DOJ to the

00:33:55.220 FBI, to Homeland security, using all of their power to go after Trump, using all of their

00:34:01.480 power to ignore things that Democrats do using all of their power to go after conservatives.

00:34:06.860 And I'm on the weaponization committee as well.

00:34:09.100 And we've done a lot to illuminate that for the American people.

00:34:12.400 But of course, the mainstream media is not going to talk about it.

00:34:14.600 You'll talk about it.

00:34:15.460 Conservative people will talk about it, but the mainstream media is not going to talk about

00:34:18.060 it, but it is so deeply rooted.

00:34:20.740 And it goes back to before Trump got elected, where the DOJ and the FBI were spying on Trump's

00:34:25.940 campaign.

00:34:26.860 I mean, that's how deep rooted the deep state is in Washington and exactly why we need Trump 0.99

00:34:33.460 in the White House to do away with all of this crap. 0.99

00:34:36.980 So this just came out today. 0.97

00:34:39.140 Central Intelligence Agency set off the Russian collusion hoax in 2016 when U.S.

00:34:44.160 intelligence officials recruited foreign governments to spy on Democrats' American political opponents.

00:34:51.400 Substack publications, Public and Racket, revealed new details about the origins of the

00:34:59.720 Spygate hoax.

00:35:00.680 Multiple credible sources tell Public and Racket that the United States intelligence community,

00:35:06.820 including the CIA, illegally mobilized foreign intelligence agencies to target Trump advisors

00:35:13.680 long before the summer of 2016.

00:35:16.920 The U.S.

00:35:17.620 intelligence community asked Five Eyes Intelligence Alliance to surveil Trump's associates and share

00:35:24.140 the intelligence they acquired with U.S.

00:35:27.080 agencies.

00:35:27.600 I mean, this goes so far beyond the pale stuff that we have instinctively suspected.

00:35:36.440 But now it is it is verified over and over and nothing changes.

00:35:44.040 Yeah.

00:35:44.680 And not only were they going on offense against their political opponents, President Trump,

00:35:48.720 but they are also going on defense.

00:35:50.320 Remember those 51 intelligence officials that said, oh, the Hunter Biden laptop is just Russian

00:35:55.440 disinformation, all of them signing a letter.

00:35:57.700 And then mainstream media runs with, oh, the Hunter Biden laptop is just Russian disinformation.

00:36:02.320 All of the working with Joe Biden, Hunter Biden on all these foreign deals, Russian disinformation.

00:36:06.700 And of course, later we find out the laptop's true.

00:36:09.640 All the information on the laptop is accurate.

00:36:11.860 Bob Alinsky was just up here not too long ago giving testimony that it was all about Joe

00:36:16.400 and all of these foreign leaders knew that and had meetings with him.

00:36:20.100 So the weaponization of the intelligence community, the law enforcement arms by the deep state should

00:36:27.340 worry everybody in this country of what's going on up here.

00:36:32.100 And I don't want to see it, you know, continue to be used, you know, by the Republicans just

00:36:38.380 as much as I don't want to see it used by the Democrats.

00:36:41.140 This should concern every American.

00:36:43.520 We we lose the very fundamental principles of who we are and what we expect from our government.

00:36:51.240 There is, you know, when when the bad guys are in cahoots with the police, who do you

00:36:55.980 call?

00:36:57.040 Who do you call?

00:36:57.940 There's nobody to protect you.

00:37:00.520 And that's a great point.

00:37:01.860 There's Republicans and Democrats that are to blame for this.

00:37:04.340 And just this week, they're going to try to reauthorize FISA, the very program that allow

00:37:08.440 these intelligence officials to spy on Trump's campaign.

00:37:10.840 Is that going to the House first or the Senate?

00:37:16.200 Yeah, there's a bill that's out, so it's going to be it.

00:37:20.220 And I filed a bill that would repeal the Patriot Act, which created the in the larger pieces

00:37:27.380 of FISA that allow people without warrants and violation of your constitutional rights

00:37:32.120 to surveil you under the guise of, quote unquote, domestic terrorism.

00:37:36.000 There's no there's no there's a reason why Nancy Pelosi in the deep state calls conservative 1.00

00:37:41.940 Republicans domestic terrorists.

00:37:43.600 And so that they then can use FISA to spy on you as domestic terrorists.

00:37:49.440 Correct.

00:37:50.280 Correct.

00:37:51.000 So can you can you come back on the show next week before that bill goes up for a vote?

00:37:56.580 Let's let's see if we can get some phone calls to Congress to make sure that that's not renewed.

00:38:03.940 That that thing has got to stop.

00:38:05.440 It is it is so out of control.

00:38:07.140 And they keep saying, oh, well, we fixed it.

00:38:09.300 I'm sorry.

00:38:10.180 I don't trust the people who have violated it to fix it.

00:38:13.560 No, no.

00:38:14.640 So, Greg, thank you so much.

00:38:17.420 The abuses are so deep.

00:38:19.700 Yeah.

00:38:20.880 Yeah, they are.

00:38:21.840 We've reported on them for a very long time.

00:38:24.220 Greg Stubbe, the congressman from Florida, we'll talk to you hopefully next week.

00:38:29.560 Thank you so much.
