00:00:00.000 hello you sick twisted freak welcome to the program on today's show we talk about the border 0.98

00:00:05.140 and the mess and we talked to one of the attorney generals who filed suit it was heard in the 0.96

00:00:12.540 supreme court yesterday i don't know if it went real well but trying to get the stay in mexico

00:00:20.740 doctrine reinstated also we talk a little bit about russia and you know does it feel like maybe

00:00:29.000 we're giving too much information to the press on how we're helping ukraine blow things up

00:00:36.320 it seems like we're begging russia to start a war directly with us it's what it seems like

00:00:42.100 it kind of it kind of does of course more news on elon musk and riaz patal an old friend of the

00:00:50.560 program one of the more honest people i know starting something to connect with people that

00:01:51.360 you're listening to the best of the glenbeck program

00:02:02.480 this is the glenbeck program welcome tonight on my wednesday night special a detailed look at the war

00:02:13.120 on gender and the dark money network that's driving it what we're witnessing is um is something that

00:02:22.120 was the seeds were planted a long time ago gender ideology uh and this is not spreading because of

00:02:32.260 you know natural pollinization this is there this there are bees pollinizing uh giving pollen to

00:02:41.080 everywhere they possibly can to make these things grow and uh those bees have been very very busy

00:02:49.460 uh it's dangerous ideology combined with super wealthy progressives corporations are involved

00:02:57.980 international organizations and an army of non-profits that form the poison that is currently

00:03:04.400 waking and making its way through the body of america dark money network the funding

00:03:09.520 of the war on gender tonight only on blaze tv it's my special at 9 p.m we'll see you there 9 p.m blaze tv

00:03:18.640 dot com blaze tv youtube and pluto

00:03:22.400 now i have been talking to you about a parallel economy and i want to bring to you different things

00:03:33.760 that people are doing to help and we are playing a a nasty game of catch-up uh i talked about the tides

00:03:42.160 foundation what 15 years ago the tides foundation this this network of money uh his just is astounding

00:03:51.780 as you will see tonight on what the left is doing and it's all shady i don't want to be involved in

00:03:58.000 anything shady but i do want to stop giving my money to places that are not helping there is a new credit

00:04:06.980 card uh that is coming out and i i want to make sure i understand it uh the credit card it's a credit

00:04:13.460 card for conservatives it's called coin c-o-i-g-n uh and rob collins is the guy who's launching this he's

00:04:22.980 the founder rob how are you sir i'm good thanks for having me on this is a real honor long time

00:04:29.960 listener so i really appreciate uh being on your show so people so they know who you are you founded

00:04:34.920 the american action network you ran the national republican senatorial campaign in 2014 which was a

00:04:40.740 good year you also were the confirmation sherpa uh for um neil gorsuch with donald trump okay so

00:04:50.280 so you've been around you know the game that everybody is playing tell me what's happening here

00:04:56.100 with coin well as you just described i spent a lot of time of my 20s 30s in politics and um you know

00:05:07.800 um invested a lot of of that energy i had to to help win elections and i loved it and it was great but

00:05:14.820 you know i just started to see that while while politics is critical and that's how we make our

00:05:19.500 policies we got to start innovating in the private sector you know we got to start disrupting the

00:05:24.120 model because it is so skewed against you know 40 50 million americans that if we don't innovate in

00:05:33.640 the private sector we're never going to be able to catch up i mean the tide center tide foundation as

00:05:37.720 you said you know the top 10 credit cards have given it over a million and a half dollars and uh let

00:05:44.140 me assure you there is no analogous contribution for no i think no thanks think differently than

00:05:49.660 the tide center and conservatives just have been left out and and our voices you know sometimes they

00:05:56.060 rise up and we've seen that in the last week but generally it's just a dull murmur because we're

00:06:00.860 spread throughout the credit system um you know we we talk about it we complain to one another

00:06:06.360 but for the largest ideological group in america we're out of the public square you know we have to

00:06:12.840 whisper even amongst ourselves about things that we don't like and this is just a way for folks who

00:06:17.800 like to talk about it or folks who are just quiet but want to give back to know two things one uh with

00:06:23.680 coin you're going to get a great credit card you're going to 1 cash back all the protections visa all the

00:06:28.840 stuff you expect from every other credit card you're at but every time you swipe coin the company our

00:06:34.700 company will take a piece of the merchant fee and contribute it to conservative charities

00:06:40.040 and we're going to have a system where uh folks will be able to vote and feel like you know hey i

00:06:46.980 actually i did something they asked me to do something i got my card i used it and then you

00:06:51.300 know once a quarter that we're going to have four or five charities we'll put up for uh vote and and i

00:06:56.960 voted for a charity and they got you know 40 50 000 to do good things that i really support and

00:07:01.860 you know next time we'll have some different charities but you know our biggest thing is is trying to

00:07:07.560 help people find that voice again and find that collective action that says hey um you know

00:07:14.820 listen to us and also feel good that their commerce is investing in things that they believe in

00:07:20.180 i i think that's really important i i'm very concerned about um the esg standards and the banking

00:07:27.880 community and and this is still tied to the banking community right you're using mastercard and visa

00:07:33.840 as your your backbone right well you know yes i mean just disrupting is hard you can't you know i

00:07:41.220 know believe me i can't see yeah you can't see 50 years of control to the left and say we like it

00:07:49.520 back please you know what they right you know i can tell you i mean we have true patriots who as

00:07:55.080 investors uh who because we went to the respectable places we went to the venture funds and uh and they say

00:08:03.180 you would start by saying hey we have a you know 40 of the american public that's looking for

00:08:08.380 something we have the market research and they'd say great and we'd say conservative and they'd say

00:08:11.900 not interested so i mean that's crazy yeah i mean these are you know conservatives longer tenure in

00:08:19.160 their job own their own home own their own car married you know they're there they are the cream of

00:08:23.580 the credit crop and yet we have we would we would get our doors the door slammed in our face because

00:08:28.600 we'd say the c word so we so we we had to go uh to to really to to people who who understand the

00:08:36.200 movement and are willing to invest in parallel economy right uh startups and if it wasn't for

00:08:42.020 them i wouldn't be on your show today so that's just the reality of where we are what is the what is

00:08:47.780 the main goal you see this in five years what what is your hope that this turns into

00:08:52.540 um a we can we can donate tens of millions hundreds of millions of dollars to conservative

00:09:01.340 charities now wait hang on just a second when you say conservative charities what kind of charities

00:09:07.480 are you for i know it's going to be up for a vote but are you thinking uh for instance uh like first

00:09:13.300 liberty ones that are defending things in the court or you know like uh you know something that is going

00:09:21.800 to rescue people i i think there's two ways to look at it which is you know we'd love to have

00:09:28.220 people suggest charities on our we launched yesterday and we've already had you know probably

00:09:32.680 30 or 40 emails with people saying hey consider this one yeah um so we'd like to have a rotation

00:09:37.660 and we'd like to have you know broad categories um you know you know we like i i heard earlier you

00:09:44.820 were talking about uh tunnels to towers i mean we we'd love to partner with great veterans charities

00:09:48.860 that aren't afraid of conservatives um education uh religious freedom um smaller smarter government

00:09:55.300 uh conservation you know kind of offer folks because you know you know we want to have a

00:10:00.240 broad spectrum but we want to rotate out the charities you know we'd love to find smaller charities

00:10:04.700 that are starting up and give them a little boost but also support bigger ones you know i mean we're

00:10:09.420 not you know we really the biggest thing for us is we want to make sure we're conservative

00:10:13.320 and we want to make sure that if our folks you know coin money is going our customers might

00:10:19.000 that they deliver they they're transparent you know uh the the that the charity rating firm said

00:10:25.180 these are good charities and that they that they really that the roi for our folks is tangible

00:10:30.400 that's really important to us so how do people get involved in with uh coin uh you can go to our

00:10:36.300 website uh coign.com coin.com and uh like us on you know whatever social media you know facebook

00:10:45.740 we're all over the place and just try to and then just tell your friends i mean instead of saying you

00:10:52.180 know under uh you know buying closed doors isn't this so terrible like tell your friends join this and

00:10:57.820 let's you know let's start let's have an open conversations and let's get back kind of where we've

00:11:02.480 always been as a country which is a you can speak your mind but also you don't have you know the

00:11:08.160 corporations funding causes that like it's not enough that they want they push their own world

00:11:13.200 view they don't like us and they're trying to push us out yeah and and and you know indoctrinate our

00:11:19.020 kids and tell us what to think and how to act when it should be you know what like you're a customer of

00:11:24.380 ours and we respect you not you should respect us i know that we have um you know we have a sponsor

00:11:29.660 patriot mobile and they've done the same thing they're on the same cell tower so they're they're

00:11:34.720 renting space from these big guys so they could provide the coverage but i know i'm a member

00:11:41.060 because i don't want to give the big cell companies any of my money i know i have to you know patriot

00:11:49.440 mobile is paying them a little bit for the space on the tower but at this point that's the best option

00:11:55.740 we have i want to stop giving these people money uh and this is a just like patriot mobile this is

00:12:02.780 another way to do it uh with your credit card so if you have visa mastercard or anything uh you might

00:12:08.940 want to consider today going to coin.com that's c o i g n any reason why you spelled it that way other

00:12:16.980 than because you couldn't get coin.com you nailed it okay all right we we wanted it we wanted a short

00:12:24.440 clean website we wanted a short clean name and we know we'll have a little little name building to do

00:12:29.960 but uh uh just you know we like the alliteration yeah coin card for conservatives coin c o i g n.com

00:12:37.840 coin.com rob thank you very much let us know how it's going we'd love it thank you appreciate it

00:12:43.460 you bad bye-bye this is the best of the glenn beck program and we really want to thank you for

00:12:50.420 listening i know what you're thinking glenn you seem more confident today yes well my friends that

00:13:03.340 started last night i applied my new secret weapon for confidence i call it sweat block guess what it

00:13:10.400 does the sweat block wipes are applied at night and protect you from embarrassing or uncomfortable

00:13:15.760 sweat for days here's the best part it really works sweat block was developed by a harvard doctor who

00:13:21.960 was tired of you know getting up front of people with you know sweat tacos under his arms his problem

00:13:26.540 is now our solution if you're like me and you might not suffer from excessive sweating but when the

00:13:32.100 lights are on and i'm on stage the underarm faucets kind of turn on once in a while it's a lifesaver

00:13:37.640 for your pitch giving hard working date going average people a godsend for you jeffy like sweaty

00:13:44.780 beast i mean i don't know how you anyway if you have an awkward teenager do him a favor arm him with 1.00

00:13:50.340 sweat block also try the deodorant stick best i've ever tried get it all today 20 off sweatblock.com

00:13:57.040 promo code beck or at amazon stew this is going to come as a surprise to you but um diamond blount

00:14:06.560 uh diamond blount is uh somebody that was convicted of uh rape uh and uh diamond is like okay well

00:14:21.980 you know that's that was before i became diamond you know that's when i was ramel

00:14:30.320 blount okay now i'm diamond and so a judge in new york so your your entire criminal record should

00:14:39.460 be wiped out right well maybe maybe i mean he she did go to prison for rape oh but because 1.00

00:14:49.060 he was now identifying as a woman he was housed in the women's facility oh good this i you know this

00:14:59.160 is one of those things we've always used as an example of the absurd possibilities if this were

00:15:03.620 to continue and no it's good to know that it is actually happening in real life yeah so while he was

00:15:09.100 a resident i love that a resident of the rose m singer center the section of the prison not a

00:15:16.180 prisoner but a resident a resident it was a section of the prison uh maybe it had drapes and everything

00:15:22.240 else and maybe sewing machines for the women you know the women folk they like kitchens like diamond 1.00

00:15:26.960 you know like diamond sure um but apparently uh diamond also likes to violently rape women in a 1.00

00:15:35.540 bathroom diamond does diamond are you talking about ramel no diamond because ramel did do that

00:15:42.520 but you're not saying diamond did it as well diamond did it as well wow what are the odds

00:15:47.080 what are the odds no i both they're both related i mean they're both named blunt i think they're i think

00:15:54.500 they're both related um but uh what's the odds that both of them violently raped women i don't think

00:16:00.980 the percentage chances of this occurring would be anything over a hundred percent well well i have

00:16:07.440 to tell you i i would like to i'd like to side with you but i don't know the lesbian experience right 1.00

00:16:16.900 you're you're not well versed in that no because you are not because i'm not a lesbian well i actually

00:16:23.820 am a lesbian i am only attracted to women so i think maybe that no so that was rape okay next story uh

00:16:31.800 that just doesn't seem to make sense to me cnn executives when they started their streaming

00:16:41.620 platform that lasted a full four weeks i'd like to spend the time counting but it's just too one two

00:16:51.340 three it's just too high of a number to spend that kind of time counting the weeks um they um

00:16:59.680 the cnn executives thought that they could attract 30 million global subscriptions

00:17:10.460 because they they broke this apparently there's a memo with this uh 29 million cnn super fans

00:17:24.560 they're they believe there are 29 they believed believe hard d hard there's a hard stop on that one

00:17:35.320 yeah uh they believed that 20 there were 29 million super fans now

00:17:42.340 i don't know where they come up with that number uh but most of those super fans feel trapped at the

00:17:52.220 airport uh just saying right they are in a very long delay to go to albuquerque yes and cnn happens

00:18:00.200 to be on the television that does not make a super fan no it doesn't even make a person who wants to

00:18:04.880 watch max right it isn't even in people who would what would be enticed to watch it for free no

00:18:13.440 they're certainly not going to pay for it no no no and i if you had to make an honest guest a guess

00:18:22.260 of the number legitimately the number of cnn super fans and you were in that meeting and they were

00:18:30.860 saying this no joking around what would you place that number at 8300

00:18:35.780 yeah i would say i would say super fans globally globally i would say less than 100 000

00:18:46.560 much less than 100 000 you have to include the insane you have way more people the insane people

00:18:53.860 don't i'm not saying trash about them no i'm not saying all insane i'm saying there's a subset

00:18:58.520 of insane people there may the insane people of the world may be more likely to delve into the 0.93

00:19:04.420 world of cnn plus but they are not exclusively right well the problem is all of those people

00:19:08.880 subscribed they just they just did it in their imaginary world right so those super fans are

00:19:16.280 still enjoying cnn plus the fact that they had a legitimate estimate or not a legitimate estimate

00:19:24.340 but an estimate that someone provided them that they would have 30 million subscribers is crime

00:19:28.760 you know i think they're blaming mckenzie for this the the consulting outfit which is one of the

00:19:35.240 most you know world-renowned you know were they the ones that came up with 29 million i've heard them

00:19:40.260 blamed for it i don't know for sure if it was them but that is who is at least getting the yeah well

00:19:46.400 shade from uh inside sources sure well you can't blame any of the people working at cnn

00:19:51.360 no you know they're above approach well as you know glenn we at this time do not have enough

00:19:57.640 information to judge whether this was a success i heard that from the potato i heard that you heard

00:20:02.940 a potato say i think it was a potato it was a potato in a suit an ill-fitting suit really yeah

00:20:08.080 and he was like we can't really judge you know if this is a success or not how could one know how

00:20:14.860 what information has been provided to make a determination 300 million dollars spent

00:20:20.920 uh no real subscribers and other than this though and the fact that it's been shut down already what

00:20:28.800 what what what information do we have as to judge whether it was other than those things we don't

00:20:34.440 we don't have any so it's too early to know i think my that my thought is by the year 2318

00:20:39.980 we will have a a beginning of the understanding as to whether cnn plus was a success or failure sure

00:20:47.820 it's going to take that much time yeah this is just too important a project the most important

00:20:51.900 thing cnn has done since its launch it's at least 75 years before we can get to that i mean they've got

00:20:57.660 as much information as the cdc yeah and the fda it's we gotta wait never gonna um so uh hiko kondo

00:21:06.460 from japan has just married hatsume miku which uh is lovely uh she's a fictional computer synthesizer

00:21:17.800 pop singer um and uh he was very disappointed because he said no one in his family showed up for

00:21:27.880 the wedding you're kidding me and i would just wow like to say that's one of the first things that's

00:21:34.320 come out of japan that has made sense to me in uh quite quite a long time quite a long time i think

00:21:40.200 i think that's the way we should be you know we should in america i'm i'm not so sure that would

00:21:50.420 happen i think a lot of people would go you don't you don't want to hurt his feelings you don't you

00:21:55.820 don't deny that that is a fictional character and just on his computer that's his love we gotta bet

00:22:02.280 love wins always love wins see i think i would get if if that invitation came in the mail my wife would 1.00

00:22:10.580 say oh we're not going to that and i would say are you kidding me i gotta see this i've got to be a

00:22:15.340 part of this situation i would go with you under that guys i'd be like yeah oh oh she's there's

00:22:22.260 material for weeks where are you guys where are you guys going on your honeymoon and they should he

00:22:27.480 should have invited us yeah we would have come i would have flown to japan to watch that thing

00:22:31.680 happen that would have been a fun ceremony well here's one uh a man with nine wives nine wives

00:22:41.880 nine nine wives uh he has just been married uh crazily in a church in brazil um and uh he says that um 0.67

00:22:56.020 he just has a sexual appetite that just can't be satiated uh with just one wife uh he sounds like 0.98

00:23:03.760 a dream come true really um and so he tried to you know have sex by appointment but he said that was 0.98

00:23:11.700 just too difficult because there were times that he was thinking about the other girl and then he

00:23:16.680 wanted to be you know her and it would be easier you just kind of pick on demand right you do walk in

00:23:21.880 that's what select it's like when you walk into uh you know uh 7-eleven they have a bunch of

00:23:27.340 different flavors yeah of monster energy drinks you don't want to have just one that you would

00:23:31.300 schedule in advance i don't always have cool ranch doritos right you might want nacho cheese you

00:23:35.920 might want spicy nacho you might want that spicy chili which is spicy sweet chili which is delicious

00:23:40.160 yeah it's really good sometimes i you know i i just want a candy bar you know

00:23:45.380 and you should be able to have whatever you want whenever whenever whenever asterisk within the

00:23:53.200 bounds of holy matrimony that is a really important thing i don't want it would be really a bad thing

00:23:59.740 if people decided they could just have sex outside of marriage when this is going on instead marry as

00:24:06.440 many people as you can and then just rotate through that's the that's the it's the godly way of doing

00:24:11.640 it i think it's gonna last well now i should say he married uh-huh he married eight he's already

00:24:17.260 lost one no yes he lost one yeah she on second thought you know when she sobered up uh she thought

00:24:27.240 i might have had too much communion wine here oh really i yeah i don't i thought they were my

00:24:32.440 bridesmaids uh and apparently no they were all his wife this is why you marry fictional characters

00:24:38.000 yeah they always stick around yeah and they don't see you could delete them right yeah i mean they're gone

00:24:45.740 the best of the glenbeck program

00:24:52.060 i want to welcome back a very good friend of the program somebody if you're a long-time listener of

00:25:07.340 this uh program uh you might remember riaz patal he is now the founder of connect effect he is a tv

00:25:17.040 producer a two-time emmy nominee couldn't get it done huh martha stewart both times and she wasn't 0.92

00:25:24.200 even there she wasn't there um but uh uh he's also a guy that i think we met in 2015 or 2016

00:25:32.120 and um there was a shooting you're a muslim uh you're a gay man and there was a shooting and you 0.60

00:25:42.520 were you know the media was telling you this is really this is what's happening and then trump came

00:25:48.180 along and you're like okay i gotta know what's really going on yeah and you went up to alaska

00:25:52.900 yeah uh and said i just want to meet these people because i can't live in a world if that's really

00:25:57.600 what i'm surrounded by yes and you found out that's not not remotely not remotely that 50

00:26:02.900 percent of the population are not the cliche that i was led to believe they're actually real human

00:26:07.120 beings and we had such a great time getting together i still follow you on instagram we we

00:26:11.720 chat from time to time but um the the thing that always strike uh struck me was how honest you always

00:26:19.740 were you were really looking for information you weren't trying to prove anything you just wanted

00:26:24.160 to know what the truth was and how different our understanding of the news was because you lived

00:26:31.140 in your world yes and i lived in my world and i remember putting things up on the chalkboard and

00:26:36.560 you said none of those things happen not none of those things i knew about yeah not at all big stories

00:26:41.840 to conservatives it was weird never and it used to be the strangest thing when i would come here and

00:26:45.720 visit you that i'd get on the plane and leave the la feeds and arrive here completely different news

00:26:51.140 completely different stories and i'm like this is insane they're two different worlds so you've been

00:26:56.000 trying to bridge the gap yeah uh for a long time uh and we talked about shows where you could

00:27:03.420 actually talk things have only gotten worse yes absolutely and i think that was the big problem was

00:27:09.500 the screen world and i call it the screen world all the edits that magically appear for us on our phone

00:27:13.880 is the screen world is not the real world it's a very particular point of view and very highly edited

00:27:20.740 and so to me for seven years what is the truth and every time i would bring people together

00:27:25.100 seven people ten people fifty people in alaska or dallas or new york they were never the cliches

00:27:31.580 that i was led to believe and i constantly was wondering how do they connect and why wouldn't they

00:27:38.180 connect and really it came down to the power of the screen world is now the way we see the world

00:27:43.880 not people can be standing in front of us and we cannot see them or their humanity because we see

00:27:49.260 them through the edits that we think we know about it is really terrifying because that's you know

00:27:53.580 we were talking off the air children's suicide and depression is off the charts i unbelievable

00:27:59.820 unbelievable and uh i think it's because of this there's nothing real you don't really know people

00:28:06.880 there's no re and covet only made it worse no real connections going on connect and that's the

00:28:13.960 thing it's so funny everyone seems to be lacking true authentic connection and the thing that i

00:28:19.220 realized over seven years is that true connection is not remotely information based even if we're all

00:28:25.520 living in an information age that the words we exchange are seven percent of communication it's

00:28:30.480 the body language it's the tone it's all of those things that create humanity none of those you get

00:28:34.660 from a screen you just get the words which is why sequentially posting at each other gets us

00:28:39.100 absolutely nowhere fast and so i kept trying to think what is a way to do this to hard reset

00:28:44.440 actually physical people in a room so that they can see each other and not see the edits that they

00:28:49.980 think they know about each other and that took seven years of testing and testing and testing how

00:28:54.400 are you how are you going to do this so it's called connect effect and what it is it's an in-person

00:28:58.360 it's an entertainment experience and it's designed that way because i reached out to a policy institute

00:29:03.040 and they said everything we're doing about bridging and facilitated conversations not working

00:29:07.360 people just show up with more information and they just keep exchanging it and no one actually

00:29:11.800 listens and no one actually learns or is impacted so it was how can i get people in a physical room

00:29:16.700 and we do 50 to 100 people at a time to really see each other the people in the room the real world

00:29:24.060 and not the screen world not seeing each other through the screen world and it takes

00:29:27.460 it's a hard reset of their humanity so how do you do that because you i would think that you would

00:29:33.580 depending on where you are you would have a lot of conservatives show up and some very timid liberals

00:29:39.280 or a lot of liberals show up and some very timid conservatives and you would fight an agenda yes

00:29:46.760 you know what i mean so how do you how do you how are you getting that the thing is the actual connect

00:29:52.440 effect what it is is this is that when you connect with someone in a meaningful in-person way in person

00:29:57.140 human to human you'll talk openly and honestly it's how we met when we sat down opposite each other

00:30:02.380 in 2016 and i came with my information we just looked at each other and we're like oh you're just a

00:30:07.580 human being who wants to know yeah once you have that connection you'll talk openly and honestly

00:30:10.900 when you talk openly and honestly you will understand and that understanding deepens the connection

00:30:15.940 that's the connect effect right now people are talking without the connection and it's just this

00:30:20.620 exchanging of information but so they don't talk first they sit back and from the moment the doors

00:30:25.540 open there's music there's images on the screen two sides of stories that people have never seen

00:30:30.380 whether it's edits they've seen in the news oh yeah that's what cnn ran that's what fox side by

00:30:33.920 side and it constantly says which edit do you see which edit do you not see and we're constantly

00:30:38.600 running through history here's an edit you do know an edit so before we even start the program

00:30:42.180 they're seeing you're only that they're only seeing one edit and so it would i would imagine it's

00:30:48.340 very important to let the audience know that you're not trying to change them politically not at all

00:30:54.880 you're just trying to say you don't know the whole story you don't know the whole story and

00:31:00.120 the whole story doesn't necessarily even matter when you are trying to fix things in your world

00:31:05.320 you and i did a podcast special a while ago where we brought seven americans together to talk about

00:31:09.480 guns and it was so great and they just spiraled and spiraled until the nra firearms instructor and the

00:31:16.540 moms demand action woman spent time together made a joke and suddenly all the defenses were gone 1.00

00:31:21.980 because they had connected and then they talked openly they understood and they realized that

00:31:25.960 we're 90 there yeah but when they were all in a room guarded with their information before we started

00:31:30.880 it we were both concerned this could be a nightmare absolutely and by the end i think the marxist 0.97

00:31:38.760 professor was like this was great yeah yeah because they stopped seeing each other through the

00:31:44.260 screens and the screens come at you all day every day and the way the screens work is for attention

00:31:50.280 extraction is what they call it at google that's all they're doing and so whatever you like they'll

00:31:54.620 send you more of it if you're angry about this they'll send you more because the real facts are

00:31:59.280 that anger makes money the easiest shift to create in a human being is anger yeah what travels faster

00:32:05.380 than any virus fear and so if the screens are constantly making you feel the world is burning

00:32:11.560 constantly then you are never going to be able to connect but they make cha-ching cha-ching cha-ching more 0.62

00:32:16.540 money the more you're watching and so we hard reset the shared humanity of the people in the room and

00:32:21.360 it's very interesting because at some point they start realizing wait i was gonna say that but i only

00:32:26.000 know that from a screen and so we sell data people talk about what you know did you work on the front

00:32:31.480 line of covid great tell us about that if you didn't it's your time to sit back and listen because

00:32:36.380 you received a screen edit that was designed to make you upset and angry to look at more to look at

00:32:40.900 more to look at more to look at more ads and so i'm trying to get people the amazing thing is when

00:32:45.300 people meet in the real world they're constantly engaging each other with what they know from the

00:32:48.720 screen which has little to no relevance to the person that they're talking to um you the first

00:32:54.740 one is happening where in orange orange county this saturday april 30th um i'm working with an

00:32:59.520 organization called civic genius and i really was i was relentless when i was finding a partner that

00:33:04.980 they did not have a political affiliation because i cannot tell someone what the way they should think

00:33:10.040 i don't live their life i haven't lived their lives thousands and thousands of days as them

00:33:13.460 that's not it's actually not the i shouldn't say that the problem is people who are trying to

00:33:20.500 tell people what to think not how to think what to think you will believe this i don't care what

00:33:27.280 side it's on you believe this and there's no compromise you must believe this or you are bad bad

00:33:33.080 that it's that's what's killing us yeah that's what's killing and when you and i met years ago i came

00:33:37.880 in with this perception of what i thought you were and when we sat the humanity clicked in and we were

00:33:43.340 able to talk and all i want the whole point of this is i just want people to stop fighting in their

00:33:49.200 families and stop fighting in their communities because if you can't sit down with the people in your

00:33:53.360 community to solve your problems no one wins so what age group are you this is mostly 18 and over

00:34:00.260 but 18 to 80 it can be anyone and um uh and when you go um do you have to participate or can you just

00:34:09.860 watch you can you can so everyone sits and it's everything is designed the way the seats are set

00:34:14.020 up the way the screen works it's all highly highly highly produced so everyone sits in this very large

00:34:18.720 you so there's no hiding in the back but how people like an aa meeting it's like you can't go

00:34:23.560 anywhere you must stay but you not everyone speaks and who speaks is random it's actually done

00:34:28.400 through a way inside their pouches some people have a chip and some people don't and the people

00:34:32.460 have blue chips have to stand up and then they have a conversation it's a way but before you're not

00:34:36.660 speaking to i mean you are speaking in front of the whole group but you're not speaking and having

00:34:41.780 interaction with the whole group no the whole group is kind of channeling it through different

00:34:46.140 conversations correct correct and a lot of them we say it's one story told between two worlds one is

00:34:51.220 the real world all of us in the room and the other is all the media we have on the screen and so the

00:34:55.800 screen plays a large part in it with edits and media coming at the audience showing them well what

00:35:01.300 is true because if this is true on the screen it can't be true in the real world and we're constantly

00:35:05.360 juxtaposing the two and it really ends up being this mind-blowing hard reset so do you have are you

00:35:11.460 going to have video there okay can you return maybe and and show me some video and and give me the results

00:35:17.520 of what this happened we can we actually have two tests on the website connect effect.us under

00:35:21.940 testimonials okay one we took women and we said if women once connected could they solve each other's

00:35:28.540 most deep challenging question so we took these total strangers didn't know each other connected

00:35:33.720 them and they're reading these unbelievable vulnerable questions like why am i single my

00:35:37.860 whole life why do i draw men that would abuse me and the audience helps them find the answer it's

00:35:42.080 unbelievable it's incredible because all that happens is we have a problem we go to an expert we have a

00:35:45.940 problem we go to an expert diagnosed medicated sometimes we just need opinions of other people and

00:35:50.700 social buffering and that doesn't exist anymore so that was one test the other was at a university

00:35:55.400 because we had students at this university afraid of each other not just physically but ideologically

00:36:00.440 oh yeah and so we thought could we take students once connected after 60 minutes would they be open

00:36:05.800 to the other side's ideology and you look at the video they were they saw the whole thing differently

00:36:10.540 and they realized that all these people in the real world in the room are not the enemies that

00:36:16.180 they perceive coming through the edits so how do you get people to i mean are you just traveling

00:36:20.780 the country are you asking for places to host you we are we're looking for organizations we're

00:36:26.260 looking for churches synagogues anywhere where people have stopped talking which is pretty much

00:36:30.400 everywhere everywhere we're looking and it's not just led by me it's a system that's replicated and

00:36:35.620 designed to be done by many people the system is called epic forbes described it was a game changer a few

00:36:40.800 years ago it's a different way of approaching people that you have to engage through equalization

00:36:45.900 that's the e if i don't look at you as an equal what are the point are we talking about like why am

00:36:50.340 i talking to you if i don't think you're an equal and then beyond that the p is personalization i don't

00:36:54.560 care what you read because whatever you read i've got you've got stats i've got stats you've got

00:36:58.280 articles i've got articles now we go nowhere what do you know what have you experienced of racism

00:37:02.880 what have you experienced of suffering that's what i need to know but if you keep bringing i kept

00:37:07.440 bridging these conversations and i have seven people in the room and 480 opinions and suddenly

00:37:11.920 nancy pelosi was there and mitch mccall and i'm like why are they in the room they're certainly

00:37:15.800 not going to be helping you fix your problem in your school and so it's personalization then

00:37:20.160 information gathering the thing i tell people stop talking about what you know we know what you know

00:37:24.640 ask people what do i not know that is the i think that is one of the real keys to if people say i can't

00:37:33.980 talk to them um or i want to just i need to change their mind if you're approaching a conversation

00:37:40.500 that way you are saying to yourself they don't have anything of value to teach me yes and when you

00:37:47.440 both exchange that just the basic thing and i don't mean stats i mean you as a person yes how did you get

00:37:56.180 there as soon as you get there things change i always ask people why are we not cyclopses why do we

00:38:03.300 have two eyes that do the exact same thing not even an inch and a half apart because that's the

00:38:07.720 only way to see depth and perspective so i tell people look at the world with your view you need

00:38:13.260 the other view to see the world in more than two dimensions you have to know what you don't know

00:38:18.600 constantly i would come to the blaze and you and i would sit down whether we were traveling on a

00:38:22.160 project and i would learn so much about the world that i never knew and vice versa likewise and it was

00:38:28.400 the only way that i saw things with depth it was no longer a two-dimensional edit in the screen world

00:38:33.460 it was three-dimensional in the real world i've been thinking about this a lot lately here we got

00:38:37.280 to wrap up um i've been thinking about this a lot lately the the scripture there must be opposition in

00:38:42.680 all things all of it must be we we don't want to argue and you've got to agree to one side no there

00:38:49.100 must be opposition in all for solutions yes yes and and to see depth yes so riaz thank you so much

00:38:56.640 you can find out more on this at connect effect dot us that's connect effect dot us
