00:02:14.200 You're listening to The Best of the Glenn Beck Program.

00:02:19.140 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.

00:02:21.300 Here.

00:02:22.880 So Donald Trump working at McDonald's, which we have revealed, Pat Gray joins us now, was just, and I hate to break it to you, according to the left, just a, quote, publicity stunt.

00:02:37.180 Scam.

00:02:37.860 What?

00:02:38.500 He did not actually work at the McDonald's.

00:02:42.120 I didn't believe it either.

00:02:43.160 I didn't believe it either, Pat.

00:02:44.660 Are you saying he didn't go through the regular interview process with a manager?

00:02:48.460 No.

00:02:49.000 That's what we're saying.

00:02:49.900 No, you're not.

00:02:50.520 Yeah, that's what we're saying.

00:02:51.540 I didn't buy it either initially, but.

00:02:53.340 What about his next shift?

00:02:54.580 When is that?

00:02:54.980 He doesn't have one.

00:02:56.120 He doesn't.

00:02:56.740 He doesn't even have one.

00:02:57.680 He doesn't have another shift schedule?

00:02:58.880 He's not even on a schedule.

00:03:00.000 No.

00:03:00.500 Nope.

00:03:00.860 What about, like, this weekend?

00:03:02.180 No.

00:03:02.520 Like, a late night thing?

00:03:03.820 Oh, no.

00:03:05.460 No.

00:03:05.780 No.

00:03:05.940 And he started right at the top.

00:03:08.380 Special favors.

00:03:09.780 He started right at the top, Pat, at the drive-thru.

00:03:15.680 That's something you have to work a long time for.

00:03:18.100 Oh, my gosh.

00:03:18.400 You'll just step out there to the drive-thru on day one.

00:03:20.560 They just gave it to him.

00:03:21.680 Gave it to him.

00:03:21.940 On a silver platter.

00:03:23.020 And they've also exposed the drivers in the car.

00:03:26.720 Uh-huh.

00:03:27.420 They were all checked.

00:03:29.140 They were all.

00:03:30.000 Yeah.

00:03:30.220 Not by Secret Service, I hope.

00:03:32.180 Yeah.

00:03:32.280 So that they.

00:03:32.860 And selected by the campaign.

00:03:34.820 Oh, no.

00:03:35.620 Right?

00:03:35.760 Yes.

00:03:36.300 Yes.

00:03:36.480 They weren't just normal customers going up there at that time randomly.

00:03:39.760 That's what I thought.

00:03:40.620 I thought this was a very popular McDonald's because I saw the crowds.

00:03:45.100 Where a thousand people would line up.

00:03:46.060 Thousands of people lined up.

00:03:47.020 I thought, wow, this is, I mean, it's popular in this part of Pennsylvania.

00:03:50.660 But no.

00:03:51.580 No.

00:03:51.980 No.

00:03:52.760 It's lies, Pat.

00:03:53.620 Oh, lies.

00:03:54.360 How do you believe?

00:03:55.140 How can you believe a word?

00:03:56.200 Amen, brother.

00:03:57.400 Not one word can you believe.

00:04:00.160 Wow.

00:04:00.600 Amen.

00:04:01.240 Well, I don't know.

00:04:02.540 Kamala Harris, when, you know, she said to that person who said,

00:04:05.720 Jesus is Lord, you're in the wrong, you're in the wrong rally.

00:04:09.740 I believe that.

00:04:10.980 Yeah.

00:04:11.440 I do.

00:04:12.380 That I did believe.

00:04:13.180 That was true.

00:04:13.660 I believe that.

00:04:14.380 What I didn't believe was when she said,

00:04:16.320 you should be at the smaller one down the road.

00:04:18.880 Because that one was three and a half times as large as hers.

00:04:22.240 Yeah.

00:04:22.680 So I didn't believe that part.

00:04:24.020 Right.

00:04:24.440 It's, you know, it's bad.

00:04:25.780 It's bad.

00:04:26.240 It is bad.

00:04:26.860 Bad.

00:04:27.440 It is bad.

00:04:28.100 So have you noticed that Donald Trump is like channeling Ronald Reagan right now?

00:04:33.340 Yes.

00:04:33.680 He's very optimistic.

00:04:36.140 He's very different.

00:04:37.820 Yeah.

00:04:38.560 He has been.

00:04:39.220 This, this, this, the shooting thing changed him.

00:04:42.680 Yeah.

00:04:42.940 I think it did.

00:04:43.620 It did.

00:04:43.940 How could it not?

00:04:44.780 Yeah.

00:04:45.300 True.

00:04:45.960 I mean, really, you take a bullet on stage, you have that moment where you stand up and

00:04:50.760 you say, fight, fight, fight.

00:04:51.800 And all the, everything that went along with that, like, how could you not change?

00:04:54.720 At least at some level.

00:04:55.640 Well, I, I, I don't know if I told this on the air, but I, I was with him last weekend

00:05:00.640 or weekend before last, whenever.

00:05:02.520 And, uh, uh, I was watching him thinking how much he has changed.

00:05:07.320 And, you know, you don't go through that without some introspection, you know, without

00:05:13.900 going, you know, am I willing to die for this?

00:05:16.740 Yeah.

00:05:17.480 And I, I really feel he is serving something bigger and I think it's the American people.

00:05:26.240 I think it's you, you know, as he gets up every day and he is, he's the, what he's serving

00:05:36.100 that's bigger than him is you.

00:05:38.840 Yeah.

00:05:39.740 And I, I don't know that he's a super before this, that he was a super religious guy.

00:05:46.020 I will tell you.

00:05:46.920 But I think he's more so now.

00:05:48.480 Yeah.

00:05:48.820 I, I will tell you, I've heard him talk about God in ways that's, you know, not, uh, you

00:05:55.640 know, not, uh, what is it?

00:05:57.880 Uh, two Peters.

00:05:59.960 No, it was two Corinthians walking into a bar.

00:06:05.300 Did he give a religious speech about how much he hates Christmas?

00:06:07.960 No, he didn't.

00:06:09.100 No.

00:06:09.340 Can we play that again?

00:06:10.620 Cause I gotta, you gotta remember it's, it's not Donald Trump that said that.

00:06:15.640 Oh, who was it?

00:06:16.320 And when we all sing happy tunes and sing Merry Christmas and wish each other Merry

00:06:21.460 Christmas, these children are not going to have a Merry Christmas.

00:06:26.380 How dare we speak Merry Christmas?

00:06:29.000 Yeah.

00:06:29.320 How dare we?

00:06:30.340 Yes.

00:06:30.860 I'm going to the polls right now for Kamala, right?

00:06:34.220 I'm pumped up.

00:06:35.140 Cause she's pissed off about Christmas.

00:06:36.440 She despises it.

00:06:37.600 That's not all.

00:06:37.840 That's not all.

00:06:38.900 Cut 12, please.

00:06:41.120 Should never again have the privilege of standing behind the seal of the president of the United

00:06:49.640 States.

00:06:51.060 How do they think that's going to work?

00:06:52.440 Never again.

00:06:53.620 It's remarkable.

00:06:54.740 Never again.

00:06:56.620 Never again.

00:06:57.960 What was that quote that Hillary said? 0.89

00:07:00.820 I am tired of telling people that I am tired.

00:07:04.760 What difference does it make?

00:07:07.040 No, she said, she said, uh, I'm sick and tired of people saying you're not patriotic.

00:07:12.640 If you question your government, the war, which is hilarious these days.

00:07:17.100 The same party who's like, oh, you, how dare you?

00:07:21.000 It's, it's not a anti-American to question a war.

00:07:24.480 Gee, what happened to that whole philosophy on the left?

00:07:28.320 That's changed quite a bit, but yeah, I know it's like, you just think they would, she would

00:07:35.000 have that one moment where she went off, off the cuff.

00:07:38.240 It was like, you can't stand that.

00:07:39.600 She would never stand behind the seal of the president.

00:07:41.680 That would happen one time and everyone would go to her and go, Kamala, good God, never 1.00

00:07:47.340 again.

00:07:47.840 Don't, whatever you do, don't, don't hit that note, whatever that note is, don't do it.

00:07:54.140 No, that's, that's the strategy now, though.

00:07:56.480 Yeah.

00:07:56.940 She really kind of.

00:07:58.020 That wasn't a one-off?

00:07:59.480 No.

00:08:00.120 No.

00:08:01.000 No.

00:08:01.320 You're kidding me?

00:08:01.960 She didn't just say that once.

00:08:02.560 I gotta play it again, I guess.

00:08:03.760 Yeah.

00:08:04.060 Yeah.

00:08:06.240 Should've never been behind the seal of the seal of the seal of the seal of the seal of the

00:08:11.680 guy on the seal of the seal.

00:08:14.280 Same hand gestures each time.

00:08:19.300 It's unbelievable.

00:08:20.520 Who would watch that? 0.69

00:08:22.200 Wow.

00:08:23.240 So bad.

00:08:23.620 Like reverse course if you're Kamala, if you're the campaign.

00:08:27.060 No, no, no, no.

00:08:28.140 I mean, if I, for me, for my purposes, continue to do exactly that.

00:08:31.880 But if you're in that campaign, aren't you like Kamala, literally anything else?

00:08:36.560 I'd rather have her cackle. 0.99

00:08:37.900 I'd rather have her cackle for 20 minutes on stage. 1.00

00:08:40.200 She did the Bret Baier interview with that attitude the whole time.

00:08:45.220 Yep.

00:08:45.700 The whole time.

00:08:46.340 This is, again, I think a strategy change.

00:08:48.480 You know, the whole attitude of I'm speaking now, I'm speaking now is so annoying.

00:08:56.640 Sarah, is it just guys that feel that way?

00:08:59.900 I can't stand her voice.

00:09:01.480 She's worse than Hillary for me. 0.99

00:09:02.780 Yeah.

00:09:03.100 Okay.

00:09:03.420 I think that's very common.

00:09:04.840 Yeah.

00:09:05.060 I think that is very common.

00:09:06.200 Especially, like, there's something about her trying to yell forcefully that is so irritating.

00:09:12.120 But real.

00:09:14.000 But real.

00:09:14.740 I think that's her.

00:09:15.680 I think it is, too.

00:09:16.520 I think it's much closer to her than the joy.

00:09:18.680 Like, I'm going on Oprah and here's your car.

00:09:20.860 Yeah, what happened to the joy?

00:09:22.320 The joy didn't last very long, did it?

00:09:24.240 It's just dead.

00:09:25.220 Because the people who are currently institutionalized that worked in her office for a year, they left

00:09:33.120 and they're rocking back and forth going, is that comma?

00:09:35.840 Is she coming?

00:09:36.440 She's coming around the corner.

00:09:37.960 She's coming around the corner.

00:09:39.420 Ah!

00:09:40.340 And isn't it, like, dozens of people that quit her employee? 0.99

00:09:43.640 Oh, yeah.

00:09:43.840 Because she was so hard to work with.

00:09:46.040 Everyone but two.

00:09:47.440 Yeah.

00:09:47.880 And that was okay to talk about before she had the nomination.

00:09:51.600 Yeah.

00:09:51.740 Now those people have been snuffed out.

00:09:53.420 Now the mainstream media won't even discuss their own articles.

00:09:56.040 By the way.

00:09:56.620 If they printed about it.

00:09:57.240 Did you hear that Donald Trump said he's going to release the names in the Epstein diary?

00:10:01.520 I did hear him say something about that.

00:10:04.720 I love that.

00:10:05.360 You think he'll do it?

00:10:06.000 How does he have it?

00:10:07.520 Well, he doesn't, but the government does.

00:10:09.340 Oh, okay.

00:10:10.180 Yeah.

00:10:10.380 The FBI has it.

00:10:11.460 Mm-hmm.

00:10:11.880 You know, so it's in safe hands.

00:10:13.480 Mm-hmm.

00:10:15.140 Yeah.

00:10:16.360 For the moment.

00:10:16.700 You don't seem to believe that.

00:10:18.080 No.

00:10:18.440 Wouldn't it be terrible if there was a fire in that room right before Trump took over?

00:10:20.520 Wouldn't it be terrible?

00:10:21.200 Wouldn't it be terrible?

00:10:21.300 Right before Trump took over?

00:10:21.800 Yeah.

00:10:22.060 No way.

00:10:22.300 No way.

00:10:22.460 We lost it.

00:10:23.200 Dang it.

00:10:23.520 January 18th or 19th. 0.99

00:10:25.480 Oh, darn. 0.99

00:10:25.980 You know? 1.00

00:10:26.700 Burned up.

00:10:26.780 Wow, that would be.

00:10:28.340 Jeez.

00:10:28.660 That would be awful.

00:10:29.760 Yeah.

00:10:30.020 That would be a real sad moment.

00:10:32.080 I think he'll do it.

00:10:33.820 I think he'll do it.

00:10:35.520 Don't you?

00:10:36.080 I mean, I think the guy is like, this is so far gone, it's got to be burned down. 0.72

00:10:41.140 You got to take all the bad guys, burn it out.

00:10:43.780 So you think he will release the Epstein names?

00:10:46.140 Yeah.

00:10:47.260 Yeah.

00:10:47.520 I mean, he talked about trying to release some of the JFK stuff and got blocked on some

00:10:52.060 of it.

00:10:52.600 Well, he blocked it.

00:10:53.540 You get some of it out.

00:10:54.200 He blocked it.

00:10:54.880 He did.

00:10:55.100 He got, yeah, there were like a couple of big things that he left in or, you know,

00:11:00.700 kept in the vault.

00:11:02.480 Okay.

00:11:03.500 And he said, if you would have seen them, you would have done the same thing.

00:11:09.700 That's interesting.

00:11:10.260 I don't think so.

00:11:11.720 I don't think so.

00:11:12.800 But now, not only do you have the Epstein files, you got the Diddy files, too, that

00:11:16.760 may be pretty telling and pretty incriminating for a lot of people.

00:11:22.200 Oh.

00:11:22.560 Oh.

00:11:22.940 Yeah.

00:11:23.520 I think definitely.

00:11:26.280 Maybe they got some information on some people who weren't at first, Usher, saying anything

00:11:33.200 about who they support for president.

00:11:35.060 And now all of a sudden, now all of a sudden, they're all over the Kamala Harris campaign.

00:11:39.240 Oh, really?

00:11:39.740 Yeah.

00:11:40.040 Well, he was asked, I think on The View, or was he asked about, and he didn't want

00:11:44.660 to say, and he just said, yeah, I'm not disclosing that.

00:11:51.700 Well, now he's come out and endorsed her at a rally.

00:11:54.620 What are you implying?

00:11:55.320 I'm implying that he's on the Diddy list.

00:11:59.920 Yeah.

00:12:00.540 That would be the implication there.

00:12:01.980 But apparently, I talked to somebody over the weekend.

00:12:04.540 But I don't know that for a fact.

00:12:05.280 Right.

00:12:05.600 No, you don't know.

00:12:06.160 No, I don't know.

00:12:06.520 You're guesstimating.

00:12:07.160 Yeah.

00:12:07.460 Right.

00:12:07.780 You know, I don't know much about the Diddy parties, either.

00:12:09.420 The only thing I know about them is there ain't no party like a Diddy party.

00:12:12.960 And I learned that from, of course, LeBron James, who said that exact thing.

00:12:18.580 There ain't no party like a Diddy party.

00:12:22.400 Quote LeBron James.

00:12:24.780 Just wanted to point that out in case anyone was concerned about where LeBron stood on the issue.

00:12:28.480 Well, at least he wasn't lying.

00:12:30.780 Because that doesn't seem like there's a lot of parties like that.

00:12:33.760 Maybe there are, though.

00:12:34.780 Maybe that's part of our problem.

00:12:35.860 There are too many parties like Diddy parties.

00:12:37.980 So I'm out of time.

00:12:39.620 And I want to play some of these a little later on in the program.

00:12:42.000 But let me just play one thing.

00:12:43.480 Here's Elon Musk over the weekend doing rallies himself and taking questions from the audience.

00:12:50.320 The most awkward guy ever.

00:12:52.900 You know, he's, you know, Asperger's.

00:12:56.360 Uh, and, uh, so he's taking questions from the audience and he's asked about, uh, you know, voting in California.

00:13:07.820 Listen to this.

00:13:08.940 A friend of mine went to vote in Palo Alto in California because he was like, is this real or not?

00:13:15.300 And he, like, tried to show his ID and it was like a, like presenting a cross to a vampire.

00:13:20.660 Like, they're like, no, no, put the ID away.

00:13:27.460 You know, like they literally could, they weren't allowed to look at his ID even if he wanted to show it to them.

00:13:33.780 That is the extent of the madness.

00:13:36.200 This is a real thing in California right now.

00:13:38.620 And if, if the Dems win nationally, they'll do it nationwide.

00:13:43.460 Obviously, that's what's going to happen.

00:13:45.360 And there will be no democracy.

00:13:46.980 It's, it's amazing how clear eyed some people are.

00:13:52.100 And, uh, and now he is, I mean, he's, as he said this weekend, in fact, where is that?

00:13:58.660 Uh, here, cut six.

00:14:00.440 Listen to this.

00:14:01.540 Hopefully, hopefully I don't get shot.

00:14:03.760 I was just on the cover of some big, like, I think it's the biggest magazine in Germany called Der Spiegel.

00:14:09.140 Uh, I was just like their time magazine or something.

00:14:12.340 I'm saying that I'm enemy number two.

00:14:15.360 You know?

00:14:17.880 Yeah.

00:14:19.180 I'm like, enemy number two of what?

00:14:22.020 Uh, democracy?

00:14:23.760 I, I mean, I'm pro-democracy.

00:14:25.420 All I'm literally trying to do is uphold the Constitution and ensure we have a fair, free and fair election.

00:14:29.180 I'm definitely upgrading my security.

00:14:33.580 You know, it's like, so, um, guess I better cancel that open car parade.

00:14:40.060 Uh, just kidding.

00:14:43.400 All right.

00:14:44.420 Uh, thank you, Pat, for stopping by.

00:14:47.260 Let me talk to you a little bit about Lear Capital.

00:14:50.560 Lear Capital, uh, knows that we are in dire straits right now.

00:14:55.680 Uh, in just, uh, I think it's next week, BRICS is meeting.

00:15:01.460 Uh, that is, you know, India and Brazil and Russia.

00:15:06.140 All of the people who are now out of the American, uh, alignment.

00:15:12.880 And they know that the American dollar is in real trouble.

00:15:18.440 That we could kill it. 1.00

00:15:20.540 But they wouldn't mind killing it and giving us a hand at killing it. 1.00

00:15:24.420 Uh, what they're doing is they're going to be talking next week about forming a gold-based currency.

00:15:31.060 When that happens and we have any more jolts to our system, it will, people will flee to that safety of gold from the BRIC countries. 1.00

00:15:44.040 So how do you protect yourself from this insanity?

00:15:47.280 Well, there is one thing that has been used since the beginning of time, since the beginning of money, and that is gold or silver.

00:15:53.840 Now, Lear Capital can help you buy your first or your next group of gold or silver.

00:16:01.200 They have $3 billion in trusted transactions, thousands of five-star reviews, and a 24-hour risk-free purchase guarantee.

00:16:09.300 So if you're looking for a balance in, you know, maybe your retirement or your 401k, please don't have that all in U.S. currency denominations.

00:16:21.980 Please make sure that you think maybe 10% of what you have and what you have saved for the future in gold or silver.

00:16:31.160 Call Lear Capital right now.

00:16:32.780 They're also going to give you $250 towards your purchase, so you can call them at 800-957-GOLD.

00:16:39.580 Please do this now, 800-957-GOLD.

00:16:42.980 Now, back to the podcast.

00:16:45.580 This is the best of the Glenn Beck Program.

00:16:51.240 Senator Mike Lee, how are you, sir?

00:16:54.080 Doing great.

00:16:54.700 It's good to be with you.

00:16:55.560 Thank you.

00:16:56.040 You know what?

00:16:57.200 I saw Jeff Flake's tweet and then your epic response to it over the weekend.

00:17:06.840 And I just, if I may, I just want to quote it here.

00:17:14.180 Let me just pull it up on X.

00:17:15.980 It was so great.

00:17:18.860 He, come on, open.

00:17:22.960 Okay.

00:17:23.680 He writes, I'm voting for Kamala Harris, not in spite of being conservative, but because I am a conservative.

00:17:29.940 Conservatives believe in the rule of law.

00:17:33.160 Wow.

00:17:34.700 Just that says a lot.

00:17:38.700 It does.

00:17:39.800 It does.

00:17:40.260 And I've known Jeff for a long time, and he's a friend.

00:17:42.540 But I could not disagree more with this assertion.

00:17:47.280 Look, if you don't want to vote for Donald Trump, it's your right to vote for whomever you want.

00:17:53.000 But for somebody to actually vote for Kamala Harris and to say that they must vote for Kamala Harris because they're a conservative,

00:17:59.540 I don't know how one justifies that.

00:18:03.220 Now, maybe what I've written will invite a response, but I've identified a number of things that Kamala Harris wants to do, 0.61

00:18:10.440 like entirely gut the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

00:18:13.560 Okay.

00:18:13.980 Hang on just a second.

00:18:14.820 Hang on.

00:18:16.140 Say that again and explain it, because I think people will roll their eyes when you say,

00:18:22.320 oh, she wants to gut the First Amendment and, you know, all the religious freedom. 1.00

00:18:25.780 They'll roll their eyes because they don't know.

00:18:29.480 Right.

00:18:30.100 All right.

00:18:30.400 So Kamala, as a senator, she spent four years in the Senate. 0.99

00:18:34.000 She and I were colleagues in the Senate.

00:18:36.940 She was there for four years, one of her top legislative priorities as a U.S. senator, 0.91

00:18:42.080 focused on a bill called the Do No Harm Act.

00:18:44.840 Google it if you're curious.

00:18:46.460 The Do No Harm Act, ironically named, like so many other Democratic showpieces,

00:18:52.060 because it would do immense harm.

00:18:54.760 What the Do No Harm Act would do is essentially say that the Religious Freedom Restoration Act does not apply,

00:19:01.820 cannot offer any protection to the free exercise of religion.

00:19:06.700 If somebody experiences what they call dignitary harm,

00:19:12.040 if they experience harm, including dignitary harm,

00:19:14.420 meaning you have insulted my dignity as a person by doing X, Y, or Z.

00:19:18.860 So let's say if you go to a, I don't know, like a religious hospital, for example,

00:19:24.280 and you want a late abortion or you want a sex change operation or something like that,

00:19:29.600 and that religious hospital says, sorry, it conflicts with our religious beliefs and policies.

00:19:35.760 To perform that procedure, we're not going to do it.

00:19:39.560 And then that person sued to try to enforce them.

00:19:42.360 This seems to be a favorite trick of the left.

00:19:44.400 The Religious Freedom Restoration Act would do you no good there

00:19:47.540 and would disappear because Kamala would have neutered it. 1.00

00:19:51.500 Look, there is very little left of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act if her bill passes.

00:19:57.960 So if you, let's say, let's say you are a church,

00:20:02.580 you don't, you know, you have only male priests, 0.99

00:20:07.720 and you don't marry gay people, 0.99

00:20:14.040 would you be forced to marry gay people, 0.99

00:20:17.100 and would you be forced to have female priests? 1.00

00:20:22.000 Okay, this is a good question.

00:20:24.000 I'm glad you're raising this,

00:20:25.000 because the left loves to point to this,

00:20:26.920 and they love to point to Barack Obama's promise

00:20:29.020 when Obergefell was decided,

00:20:30.740 look, I'm not going to force any of your clergy 0.98

00:20:34.080 to perform gay weddings. 0.81

00:20:35.640 They don't want to perform. 0.56

00:20:36.620 They love to say, we're not going to do that.

00:20:38.720 We couldn't get away with that anyway.

00:20:40.120 Well, look, maybe that's true.

00:20:41.980 That's usually not where they're going to go anyway.

00:20:43.960 They're actually going to go in the direction of

00:20:45.420 religious institutions

00:20:47.680 and religious individuals

00:20:49.880 for not complying with what it is that they want.

00:20:53.480 So it might not be a court order saying,

00:20:55.860 you clergymen X, Y, or Z

00:20:58.580 must perform this ordinance.

00:21:00.240 It's more like, yeah,

00:21:01.760 if you want the ability to participate

00:21:03.980 in this government program,

00:21:05.200 if you want to maintain your tax-exempt status

00:21:07.680 for that matter,

00:21:08.820 you cannot do certain things

00:21:10.920 that we regard as discriminatory.

00:21:13.280 Therefore, comply or be punished.

00:21:15.980 That's usually how it manifests itself.

00:21:18.220 And Kamala Harris would be just fine with that. 1.00

00:21:19.960 How do we know that?

00:21:20.820 Well, because she wrote a bill that would do that. 0.99

00:21:22.300 Okay, so you start with Jeff Flake and say,

00:21:25.380 Kamala wants to gut your religious freedom.

00:21:29.440 That's not conservative, nor is it okay.

00:21:32.580 Then you go on.

00:21:34.880 Yeah, I go on.

00:21:36.100 Say she likes price controls.

00:21:38.020 That's not conservative.

00:21:39.380 That's what Marxists do.

00:21:40.940 Price controls don't work.

00:21:42.420 Price controls buy into the Marxist theory of economics,

00:21:45.380 which doesn't work.

00:21:46.840 And it's certainly not conservative.

00:21:49.400 I can point out that she's got

00:21:51.120 an unhealthy preoccupation with abortion.

00:21:53.780 Not conservative.

00:21:55.160 She wants to imprison her political enemies, 1.00

00:21:57.280 as she's been just fine with this lawfare campaign

00:21:59.480 against Trump.

00:22:00.300 Not conservative.

00:22:01.820 She's been hiding Biden's dementia

00:22:03.440 for nearly four years.

00:22:04.860 Not conservative.

00:22:06.140 Wants to raise taxes.

00:22:07.520 Not conservative.

00:22:08.940 She's all about the Green New Deal. 0.82

00:22:10.420 She was its principal advocate in the Senate.

00:22:13.000 Green New Deal.

00:22:14.060 Not conservative.

00:22:15.400 She wants to pack the Supreme Court. 0.98

00:22:17.720 Same description.

00:22:18.420 She tells Christians at her rallies,

00:22:21.640 you're at the wrong rally.

00:22:22.880 That's not conservative.

00:22:24.080 I go on.

00:22:24.980 There are about 20 of these, I point out.

00:22:26.940 I cannot identify a single thing that she does

00:22:30.200 that can be reconciled with conservatism,

00:22:32.860 much less compel a conservative to vote for.

00:22:35.260 I just want to go on.

00:22:36.720 Kamala wants to shut down X for not suppressing 0.76

00:22:39.160 conservative content.

00:22:40.840 Kamala let in 10 million illegal aliens. 0.80

00:22:43.180 Also let in enough fentanyl to kill hundreds of thousands of Americans

00:22:47.240 while enriching international drug cartel

00:22:49.600 to the tunes of tens of billions of dollars a year.

00:22:53.340 Kamala thinks it's a good idea to use taxpayer money

00:22:57.020 to pay for sex change operations for prisoners.

00:23:00.240 Kamala believes it's okay for elected federal bureaucrats

00:23:03.900 to make 100,000 pages of new law every year.

00:23:07.500 Kamala wants to tax unrealized capital gains.

00:23:11.240 Kamala wants to ban fracking.

00:23:12.600 Kamala wants to give free health care to illegal aliens. 1.00

00:23:15.820 She wants to force women to compete against biological men in sports 1.00

00:23:19.500 rather than a tortured reading of Title IX.

00:23:22.260 Kamala actively encourages lawless violent protests in 2020

00:23:26.640 pledging to give money to rioters to pay for their bail.

00:23:30.700 Kamala said she wants to decriminalize immigration offenses.

00:23:35.140 Kamala believes there should be no restriction on abortion

00:23:37.960 up until the moment of birth.

00:23:40.280 Kamala backed tyrannical policies,

00:23:42.600 punishing Americans for not getting the COVID vaccine,

00:23:45.620 even if they had legitimate medical or religious reasons to avoid it.

00:23:50.660 I can't identify a single conservative reason to vote for Kamala Harris,

00:23:55.080 not even one.

00:23:56.560 I have to tell you,

00:23:57.780 you look at that list.

00:24:00.520 I mean,

00:24:01.860 Mike,

00:24:02.160 how does somebody,

00:24:04.280 how does a religious person

00:24:05.880 not just see the Democratic Convention

00:24:10.060 and the free abortion vans

00:24:13.820 that they had parked outside

00:24:15.940 and say,

00:24:17.680 oh no,

00:24:18.000 this is cool to attend this.

00:24:20.120 I mean,

00:24:20.800 you'd never go to a concert

00:24:22.600 if they had free abortion vans out.

00:24:24.980 You would just go,

00:24:25.520 this is kind of evil.

00:24:27.440 Would you?

00:24:28.760 No.

00:24:29.600 Heavens no.

00:24:30.740 He was treating,

00:24:32.040 the Democratic Party was treating abortion 0.84

00:24:34.000 as if it were a sacrament.

00:24:35.260 as if that were just some holy right

00:24:39.080 that they had to participate in.

00:24:40.380 They had to make it available that week,

00:24:42.440 of course.

00:24:43.720 Look,

00:24:44.280 you don't do that.

00:24:45.580 And you certainly don't vote for that candidate

00:24:47.600 and call it conservative.

00:24:50.140 So,

00:24:50.460 look,

00:24:51.000 I,

00:24:51.100 I,

00:24:51.420 I,

00:24:52.380 I employ all within the sound of my voice.

00:24:55.780 If,

00:24:56.320 if you,

00:24:56.780 if you've got issues with Trump,

00:24:58.160 I,

00:24:58.560 I,

00:24:59.060 I understand that,

00:24:59.980 but for heaven's sakes,

00:25:02.100 look at what we're looking at the other end of this.

00:25:06.540 Look,

00:25:06.960 look at Kamala Harris

00:25:08.000 and do not tell me

00:25:09.920 that your conservatism

00:25:11.260 compels you to vote for Kamala Harris

00:25:13.320 because on no planet

00:25:15.320 can that be true.

00:25:16.740 It just isn't.

00:25:19.200 Mike,

00:25:20.520 uh,

00:25:20.820 let me switch topics.

00:25:22.360 Who do we really need to pay attention to

00:25:25.580 in the Senate races?

00:25:28.520 Who are the ones that you're like,

00:25:30.060 I,

00:25:30.340 I gotta have,

00:25:31.380 I gotta have them.

00:25:32.980 Please,

00:25:33.740 please vote for this person.

00:25:35.820 Well,

00:25:36.420 uh,

00:25:36.660 look,

00:25:36.980 I,

00:25:37.240 obviously let's,

00:25:38.200 let's state with the,

00:25:39.100 let's start with a couple of,

00:25:40.220 of incumbents.

00:25:41.540 Uh,

00:25:42.120 Ted Cruz and Rick Scott are both up for reelection

00:25:44.120 this year.

00:25:45.260 They're both in tight races

00:25:46.900 in,

00:25:47.920 uh,

00:25:48.200 in Texas and in Florida.

00:25:49.180 Florida is Rick getting any help from a turtle face.

00:25:54.040 Well,

00:25:54.560 if you're asking whether he's getting any help from the,

00:25:57.400 um,

00:25:57.900 Mitch McConnell run,

00:25:59.180 uh,

00:25:59.420 Senate leadership fund last I heard he was not,

00:26:02.680 and neither was Ted.

00:26:04.740 Neither did I when I was in a,

00:26:06.560 in a tight race in,

00:26:07.680 in 2022,

00:26:08.660 uh,

00:26:09.600 beyond some,

00:26:10.240 uh,

00:26:10.700 some advice,

00:26:11.380 uh,

00:26:11.980 but I didn't get it done.

00:26:13.340 And my understanding is that neither Ted nor Rick have either.

00:26:16.180 Yeah,

00:26:16.340 no,

00:26:16.600 Ted hasn't for sure,

00:26:17.580 but I haven't talked to Rick about it.

00:26:19.260 Yep.

00:26:19.740 Yep.

00:26:20.260 Um,

00:26:21.240 uh,

00:26:21.880 then let's move on to the,

00:26:23.580 uh,

00:26:23.840 to the other races involving potential pickups.

00:26:26.980 So we've got a significant opportunity.

00:26:29.700 Look,

00:26:30.180 we're going to win West Virginia.

00:26:31.400 Jim justice will win there.

00:26:32.640 I think we've got a decent shot at winning in Montana with Tim.

00:26:36.760 She,

00:26:36.960 he is,

00:26:37.520 uh,

00:26:37.900 he's coming very close to John Custer.

00:26:39.860 And I think he's,

00:26:41.120 uh,

00:26:41.500 uh,

00:26:42.000 uh,

00:26:42.840 he's got a really good shot at beating him.

00:26:45.400 Bernie Moreno in Ohio.

00:26:46.940 I just got back from Ohio where I was campaigning with Bernie Moreno.

00:26:49.760 He's doing really well.

00:26:51.280 Uh,

00:26:51.680 but he needs every little,

00:26:53.200 uh,

00:26:53.860 bit of a push that he possibly can.

00:26:56.580 Um,

00:26:57.100 those guys are in a very good position.

00:26:59.000 And then we jumped down at a tier of people who are not necessarily right on

00:27:03.020 the verge of,

00:27:03.620 uh,

00:27:03.900 victory and could close the deal,

00:27:05.300 but,

00:27:05.540 but still could get there.

00:27:07.440 You've got,

00:27:08.180 um,

00:27:08.700 uh,

00:27:09.000 Dave McCormick in Pennsylvania,

00:27:10.460 Eric Hubby in Wisconsin,

00:27:11.760 Carrie Lake in Arizona,

00:27:12.820 and Sam Brown in Nevada.

00:27:15.500 Those are probably the next most likely to win.

00:27:18.200 The,

00:27:18.780 uh,

00:27:19.240 the,

00:27:19.740 we were in a good position.

00:27:20.980 I think we could easily get the Senate majority.

00:27:23.360 That would be a dream come true.

00:27:25.020 Um,

00:27:25.460 the Nebraska thing they're doing in Nebraska,

00:27:28.740 uh,

00:27:29.020 exactly what they tried to do to you.

00:27:31.920 Yes.

00:27:32.660 Oh,

00:27:33.020 and thank you for,

00:27:33.780 uh,

00:27:34.080 reminding me of Nebraska.

00:27:35.380 I,

00:27:35.600 I neglected to mention Nebraska.

00:27:37.720 So,

00:27:38.200 uh,

00:27:38.600 my,

00:27:38.900 my,

00:27:39.220 my friend and,

00:27:40.440 and colleague,

00:27:41.280 Deb Fisher faces a challenger somewhat reminiscent of the guy who ran

00:27:45.860 against me.

00:27:46.380 She's facing a guy named Osborne.

00:27:48.740 It was running against Deb Fisher as an independent,

00:27:51.640 but he's actually pushing leftist policies and getting away with a lot with just

00:27:58.040 saying,

00:27:58.360 well,

00:27:58.520 I'm an independent,

00:27:59.540 so I,

00:28:00.060 I'm different than everybody else.

00:28:01.300 So for me,

00:28:01.860 he's got socialists to show up and help Deb Fisher.

00:28:05.120 He actually has socialists working for him.

00:28:09.020 I mean,

00:28:09.640 from democratic socialist,

00:28:11.620 you know,

00:28:12.180 uh,

00:28:12.760 organizations.

00:28:14.100 I mean,

00:28:14.800 it's,

00:28:16.100 it's just nuts what these people are trying to get away with.

00:28:19.520 And I don't know if you heard this,

00:28:20.600 but Bernie Sanders over the weekend,

00:28:22.340 Bernie Sanders came out and said,

00:28:27.180 look,

00:28:27.800 you know,

00:28:29.140 Kamala flip-flopping on major issues.

00:28:31.340 Her goal is just to defeat Trump.

00:28:33.920 that's what she's doing.

00:28:36.600 Wait,

00:28:37.700 wait,

00:28:38.300 why?

00:28:39.380 So he's admitting that she hasn't changed on anything. 1.00

00:28:43.800 Are we that stupid, 1.00

00:28:45.920 Mike? 1.00

00:28:47.140 Well,

00:28:47.620 we're not,

00:28:48.300 but they think we are.

00:28:49.240 And that's yet another reason why no person who has any sympathies toward

00:28:54.600 conservatism should ever vote for Kamala Harris.

00:28:57.100 But they,

00:28:58.100 they really are that transactionally minded.

00:29:00.700 And you saw John Pester recently,

00:29:02.920 a democratic Senator from Montana was being interviewed and asked,

00:29:08.280 um,

00:29:09.040 why he wasn't going to Kamala rallies.

00:29:11.520 And he said,

00:29:12.320 because I'm up for reelection.

00:29:14.420 So it's just very transactionally minded,

00:29:17.780 very open about saying,

00:29:19.800 well,

00:29:19.960 yeah,

00:29:20.160 I can't act like the liberal that I am because I've got a,

00:29:26.040 an election that I've got to face.

00:29:28.760 Um,

00:29:29.240 so that that's not,

00:29:30.640 that's not cool.

00:29:31.500 Look, 0.99

00:29:32.020 the Democrats do think we're dumb. 0.99

00:29:33.600 They do think that, 0.99

00:29:35.060 um,

00:29:35.700 they can rest on the fact that we've all been marinating in Marxist

00:29:39.400 indoctrination for our entire lives because,

00:29:42.200 well,

00:29:42.280 we have is primary education,

00:29:44.760 secondary education,

00:29:45.740 higher education,

00:29:47.120 news media,

00:29:48.000 uh,

00:29:48.760 um,

00:29:49.460 and entertainment media have all been under the control of leftists for

00:29:54.560 pretty much all of our lives.

00:29:56.040 Yeah.

00:29:56.440 We've been taught the,

00:29:57.920 the,

00:29:58.340 the language of politics in the terminology used only by the left.

00:30:04.240 Mike Lee.

00:30:04.960 Thank you so much.

00:30:05.860 Appreciate it.

00:30:07.000 Godspeed.

00:30:07.340 Thank you very much.

00:30:08.020 Good to talk to you.

00:30:08.720 Good to talk to you.

00:30:09.300 Mike Lee from the great state of Utah.

00:30:12.280 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:30:20.120 FCC commissioner,

00:30:21.640 Brendan Carr.

00:30:22.300 How are you,

00:30:22.820 sir?

00:30:23.820 I'm doing great.

00:30:24.400 Good to be with you,

00:30:24.920 Glenn.

00:30:25.020 Yeah.

00:30:25.320 Great to,

00:30:25.820 great to have you on.

00:30:26.640 Uh,

00:30:26.920 so can you explain,

00:30:28.440 uh,

00:30:29.380 what the FCC's role is on something like CBS news and their quote unquote

00:30:36.300 license?

00:30:36.920 Cause I don't believe they have one.

00:30:39.740 Yeah,

00:30:40.200 that's generally right.

00:30:40.920 I mean,

00:30:41.040 one of the things that we've seen,

00:30:42.200 um,

00:30:42.700 recently,

00:30:43.220 as you noted,

00:30:43.820 is there was a complaint filed at the FCC,

00:30:46.740 uh,

00:30:47.780 regarding CBS's coverage.

00:30:49.280 It was a complaint filed under something called the news distortion rule.

00:30:53.400 And this is a rule that's on the books.

00:30:55.140 It's been on the books for over 50 years.

00:30:57.620 Um,

00:30:57.940 but it's really something that in,

00:30:59.520 you know,

00:30:59.820 one case out of a million,

00:31:01.260 is there any legitimacy to a claim?

00:31:03.740 Most of the time we get people that bring news distortion complaints,

00:31:07.000 but it's really about,

00:31:07.940 you know,

00:31:08.360 editorial decisions.

00:31:09.260 They disagree with,

00:31:10.800 uh,

00:31:11.480 you know,

00:31:12.080 first amendment protected positions of journalists,

00:31:15.660 you know,

00:31:15.780 the mind run of cases,

00:31:17.160 uh,

00:31:18.060 are just complaints about people not liking the news and they're sort of

00:31:20.640 dismissed out of hand where it's a little bit different sometimes is when

00:31:24.500 you bring forward some extrinsic evidence that an outlet,

00:31:29.140 um,

00:31:29.980 intentionally,

00:31:30.700 uh,

00:31:32.160 did something that was just,

00:31:33.620 you know,

00:31:33.860 really inaccurate.

00:31:35.000 So for instance,

00:31:35.440 there's been cases where,

00:31:36.420 um,

00:31:37.380 actually a news program,

00:31:38.420 you know,

00:31:38.640 uh,

00:31:39.060 put explosives on a car and made it explode and claim that it was a

00:31:42.580 problem with the car.

00:31:43.820 But there's also been other cases where,

00:31:45.960 yeah,

00:31:46.740 where,

00:31:47.100 uh,

00:31:47.520 so again,

00:31:47.780 we're talking about stuff that's like,

00:31:48.700 you know,

00:31:49.060 pretty far out there because we don't want to get into like authenticating

00:31:51.640 news or becoming a ministry of truth,

00:31:53.400 but the doctrine does have some application.

00:31:55.940 Another case was where an outlet took,

00:31:58.160 uh,

00:31:58.700 an answer that someone gave as yes to a question and they replaced it,

00:32:03.640 uh,

00:32:03.860 with them saying no to a different question.

00:32:06.340 So we're talking about really high bar,

00:32:08.100 really egregious stuff that requires evidence in this particular case.

00:32:12.120 I don't think this should be a federal case.

00:32:14.520 I think,

00:32:14.960 you know,

00:32:15.640 Catherine Harris used to work at CBS that, 0.98

00:32:18.120 that in her view,

00:32:18.740 it just makes journalistic sense to release the full transcript.

00:32:21.880 And I agree with Catherine Harris.

00:32:23.440 There's plenty of precedent for CBS to do that.

00:32:26.560 In fact,

00:32:27.180 Catherine Harris did a,

00:32:28.420 I believe a Trump interview back in 2020,

00:32:30.300 and they ended up releasing the full unedited transcript.

00:32:33.660 And so,

00:32:34.280 in my view,

00:32:35.260 you know,

00:32:35.520 that's the best way forward here,

00:32:37.280 uh,

00:32:37.720 release the transcript.

00:32:38.520 And there's no reason to even have this before the FCC at that point.

00:32:42.280 So I agree with you.

00:32:43.620 There,

00:32:43.820 there's no federal case here.

00:32:46.200 Um,

00:32:46.680 uh,

00:32:47.000 that's why I suggested to the audience that they write their local CBS affiliate

00:32:51.640 and say,

00:32:52.620 you know,

00:32:53.560 you're doing a great insert,

00:32:55.280 uh,

00:32:55.540 disservice to our local community.

00:32:58.220 When we can't trust the news you're getting from CBS,

00:33:01.860 can you please call,

00:33:03.560 uh,

00:33:04.540 CBS news and ask them.

00:33:06.640 So our local community here knows what's true and what's not,

00:33:10.680 what to believe or not to believe.

00:33:12.980 Uh,

00:33:13.540 I suggested going to the local affiliates to put pressure on them to,

00:33:18.020 uh,

00:33:19.040 put pressure on,

00:33:19.940 because you do have,

00:33:21.620 I mean,

00:33:21.880 they have inspections for their license.

00:33:25.020 Yeah.

00:33:25.460 That's actually part of the news distortion policies.

00:33:27.680 We say,

00:33:28.000 look,

00:33:28.200 as a,

00:33:28.520 as a first step,

00:33:29.720 as an initial matter,

00:33:30.560 we encourage people that have a dispute with a broadcast to go to the,

00:33:33.820 the actual,

00:33:34.600 um,

00:33:35.100 broadcast or the licensee and see if they can sort of get the concerns

00:33:38.580 addressed without the federal government getting involved.

00:33:40.840 Again,

00:33:41.260 as this particular complaint,

00:33:42.500 I haven't reached a view on the merits,

00:33:44.780 uh,

00:33:45.540 but in terms of whether it's sort of frivolous on its face,

00:33:48.480 I don't think anybody can reach,

00:33:49.540 that conclusion either.

00:33:51.420 But again,

00:33:52.060 that's why I just think the best way forward here is simply to,

00:33:54.580 uh,

00:33:55.460 release it.

00:33:56.040 Now,

00:33:56.140 maybe CBS has a position.

00:33:57.540 It's,

00:33:57.820 you know,

00:33:58.480 violates our first member rights to do that or,

00:34:00.160 or whatever.

00:34:00.640 Well,

00:34:01.100 they've done it several times before.

00:34:03.900 Right.

00:34:04.680 Right.

00:34:05.140 And you have an exclusive interview with somebody who doesn't do

00:34:08.280 interviews at that time.

00:34:10.240 Uh,

00:34:10.680 and you've got 40 minutes.

00:34:11.960 I know they've done this before to see the entire interview at cbs.com.

00:34:18.000 You know what I mean?

00:34:19.400 They,

00:34:19.620 they've released the transcripts when asked,

00:34:22.260 and they also release full interviews.

00:34:25.920 Uh,

00:34:26.460 you know,

00:34:26.800 if they have to cut them down and it's a big interview,

00:34:28.860 it doesn't make any even business sense why they wouldn't release the

00:34:33.000 full interview.

00:34:35.100 Yeah.

00:34:35.560 Again,

00:34:35.760 I go with,

00:34:36.140 you know,

00:34:36.360 Catherine Herridge who worked at,

00:34:37.600 at CBS,

00:34:38.300 she put out a post,

00:34:39.600 I think this morning where she said,

00:34:41.020 releasing the full unedited transcript is consistent with journalistic

00:34:44.760 transparency.

00:34:45.360 Uh,

00:34:46.540 and it stands behind the integrity of the entire Kamala Harris edit,

00:34:50.200 uh,

00:34:50.760 not just the clips under scrutiny.

00:34:53.360 I think that's,

00:34:54.280 you know,

00:34:54.800 the best way forward.

00:34:55.600 But I think,

00:34:55.900 you know,

00:34:56.080 CBS should just release the transcript.

00:34:58.120 Um,

00:34:58.420 can I switch topics here with you?

00:35:00.160 Um,

00:35:00.400 Elon Musk was,

00:35:01.840 uh,

00:35:02.160 on the campaign trail and he was talking about the loss of freedom of

00:35:06.440 speech,

00:35:06.940 uh,

00:35:07.820 and,

00:35:08.500 uh,

00:35:08.920 you know,

00:35:09.160 the first amendment going awry if,

00:35:12.280 uh,

00:35:12.560 the election goes,

00:35:14.120 you know,

00:35:14.460 towards Kamala Harris.

00:35:16.160 Um,

00:35:17.300 can you tell me,

00:35:18.300 because I just,

00:35:19.200 I could hear people's eyes roll when you say things like that,

00:35:23.840 because people just don't think that could,

00:35:25.580 could ever happen here.

00:35:27.480 Um,

00:35:27.980 what are the dangers?

00:35:28.980 And you don't,

00:35:29.500 I don't ask you necessarily to pick a side,

00:35:32.460 but what are the actual dangers that you see on the horizon for freedom of

00:35:38.520 speech?

00:35:40.280 Yeah,

00:35:40.740 your point,

00:35:41.160 putting aside,

00:35:41.660 you know,

00:35:41.820 this,

00:35:42.140 uh,

00:35:42.500 particular election,

00:35:43.640 which,

00:35:43.800 which I have to under the,

00:35:44.540 under the hatch act,

00:35:45.380 I think you can look at the ghost of Christmas future in Europe and in

00:35:49.440 Brazil,

00:35:49.920 right?

00:35:50.360 And we just saw an instance where the Lula administration in Brazil is

00:35:55.460 engaging in a full scale crackdown on free speech.

00:36:00.260 You had,

00:36:01.040 uh,

00:36:01.380 the government of Brazil sending secret orders to social media companies,

00:36:06.000 including Facebook and X demanding that they censor the posts of their

00:36:11.780 political opponents.

00:36:12.700 We only know about this because X objected and Facebook did not.

00:36:18.840 So think about this for a second at the very moment that Mark Zuckerberg was

00:36:22.840 writing a mea culpa letter to our Congress saying,

00:36:26.120 we're so sorry that we secretly censored in the past.

00:36:28.500 We're not going to do it at the exact same moment.

00:36:30.760 His company was knuckling under in Brazil to secret orders to censor core

00:36:37.780 political speech.

00:36:39.800 So the idea that the first amendment is there and that's been enshrined

00:36:43.480 forever is not something that you can take for granted because globally right

00:36:47.380 now,

00:36:47.600 again,

00:36:47.740 whether it's Europe or Brazil,

00:36:48.920 there is a strong movement towards censorship,

00:36:53.500 um,

00:36:54.420 that doesn't necessarily,

00:36:55.660 you know,

00:36:56.140 stop short of our shores if we're not careful.

00:37:00.000 Uh,

00:37:00.720 Brandon,

00:37:01.260 I,

00:37:01.520 uh,

00:37:01.740 I thank you as always,

00:37:02.920 uh,

00:37:03.260 for everything you're doing.

00:37:04.540 Um,

00:37:05.140 it must be tough,

00:37:06.300 uh,

00:37:06.840 being in the minority and,

00:37:08.540 and being a,

00:37:10.080 uh,

00:37:10.660 conservative that is more constitutional.

00:37:12.380 At least that that's the policies that I hear from you are the constitutional

00:37:17.140 things.

00:37:17.620 Just keep it fair,

00:37:18.820 keep it balanced,

00:37:19.640 keep it,

00:37:20.200 you know,

00:37:20.760 with the law and the constitution.

00:37:23.060 And I,

00:37:23.540 I thank you for your fight.

00:37:25.620 Yeah.

00:37:26.000 Thanks so much.

00:37:26.460 Look forward to it.

00:37:26.900 Always,

00:37:27.180 always glad to talk to you.

00:37:28.220 But again,

00:37:28.520 I mean,

00:37:28.800 to this point of censorship,

00:37:29.960 we're still seeing it right now where there's been a lot of attention recently on the fact

00:37:34.080 that vice president Harris has been leading this $42 billion internet infrastructure program

00:37:39.100 for over a thousand days and hasn't connected even a single person.

00:37:43.280 Well,

00:37:43.720 there was a quote unquote fact check run on that over the weekend.

00:37:47.160 And as a result,

00:37:48.160 Facebook is now censoring posts that simply point out that fact.

00:37:53.340 I get that it's inconvenient,

00:37:54.640 but it's a truthful post.

00:37:57.200 And I think it's important that people hear the information that both Facebook and Harris

00:38:01.020 officials don't want them to know right now.

00:38:03.460 Thank you so much,

00:38:04.340 Brendan.

00:38:04.520 I appreciate it.
