Transcript

00:00:00.000 Hey, it's Monday. We're a couple weeks away from the election. How you feeling, Stu?
00:00:06.700 Great, Glenn. How about yourself?
00:00:08.340 Oh my gosh, I'm so happy and not nervous about this election or the polling numbers or anything.
00:00:14.060 Everything's going to be fine.
00:00:15.280 Yeah, because there's more news on Hunter Biden.
00:00:18.340 Actually, this isn't new news on Hunter Biden.
00:00:20.540 This is proof that Joe Biden is the most corrupt vice president in the history of America.
00:00:30.760 And we have some new evidence.
00:00:32.740 And who's censoring it?
00:00:34.700 Everybody. Everybody is censoring it.
00:00:38.360 It's a hard slog to the finish line.
00:00:42.540 And the president has to do everything right in the next two weeks to be able to make it.
00:00:48.620 We show you the numbers and we look at the Electoral College.
00:00:54.020 And it's going to be it's going to be a miracle if he wins.
00:00:58.860 Fortunately for me, I believe in miracles.
00:01:01.820 Today's podcast.
00:01:09.460 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:01:13.580 It is Senator Ted Cruz.
00:01:20.540 Ted, welcome to the program.
00:01:22.560 Glenn, always great to be with you.
00:01:24.540 OK, you know, we booked you yesterday to talk about the subpoena that was going out.
00:01:31.980 And you were going to question Jack Dorsey and others on Friday.
00:01:35.980 However, the GOP has started to waver on the issue.
00:01:42.280 Why is the subpoena not going out for election interference and and and muting people who are are delivering news about developments on Joe Biden?
00:01:56.020 Well, I believe one way or another, it's going to go out and Twitter and Facebook are both going to testify.
00:02:03.220 Jack Dorsey and Mark Zuckerberg are both going to testify.
00:02:06.640 They're going to testify in person.
00:02:08.400 They're going to testify before Election Day.
00:02:10.660 That's what I think should happen.
00:02:11.880 That's what I am fighting vociferously to make happen.
00:02:16.080 Right now, the companies are negotiating with the chairman's office to discuss terms to come voluntarily.
00:02:25.220 I don't really give a damn whether they come voluntarily or under subpoena.
00:02:28.760 They need to testify in person and answer questions for the American people about why they are trying to steal this election, to suppress the free speech and to censor to censor the press.
00:02:42.240 Why, Ted, is it important for somebody to say, I came voluntarily not under subpoena?
00:02:48.200 I have no idea because their lawyers are arguing for it.
00:02:51.460 Right.
00:02:51.700 It makes no difference.
00:02:53.520 It makes no practical difference.
00:02:54.100 So I don't care if it's pursuant to a subpoena or they just they agree to come.
00:02:59.240 Right.
00:02:59.460 They are apparently trying to negotiate the terms.
00:03:02.500 What I am pressing for and listen, I hope Republicans stand firm.
00:03:07.820 I mean, it's it's a it's a matter of the Republicans on the committee not going wobbly, as Margaret Thatcher famously said some decades ago.
00:03:18.440 And and I hope that that we do stand firm.
00:03:21.160 And that's I'm doing everything humanly possible to to urge my colleagues to do exactly that.
00:03:27.460 I don't know what their problem is, but I think the American people on the right are really, really tired of the saying one thing and doing another on this.
00:03:37.180 I appreciate you standing firmly for the First Amendment.
00:03:41.640 You said yesterday that Jack Jack Dorsey is behaving like Joe Biden's press secretary.
00:03:47.540 Yeah.
00:03:47.900 Well, here's how here's how the whole thing came to pass.
00:03:50.340 So it was last week, as you know, the New York Post had two consecutive blockbuster stories.
00:03:56.560 The first story based on on emails that allegedly came from Hunter Biden's computer show that that Joe Biden is not telling the truth.
00:04:06.860 And has been they allege meetings between Joe Biden and Ukrainian oligarchs that that Biden has repeatedly denied.
00:04:14.740 The second blockbuster story was based on additional emails that showed communist China offering Joe Biden directly millions of dollars.
00:04:25.880 And it's important to underscore.
00:04:27.280 Look, look, this is not about Hunter Biden.
00:04:29.660 By all appearances, Hunter Biden has has led a troubled life, has made some unfortunate decisions.
00:04:36.180 This is about Joe Biden, the man who would be president, who would be the commander in chief and whether he directly is involved in corruption with foreign countries in any ordinary universe.
00:04:47.180 This is a major, major story.
00:04:50.820 But then big tech stepped in and they did something they've never done before.
00:04:55.260 We know that big tech has been censoring individual conservatives trying to suppress conservative speech.
00:05:01.000 But the step they took here is they blocked if any individual user tried to share either of the New York Post stories, you were blocked.
00:05:11.400 You got a warning sign that said, no, you can't block this because this story is, quote, potentially harmful.
00:05:17.000 Well, perhaps politically to Biden, but but sharing a news story from a major media outlet is is that part of democracy, part of free speech.
00:05:29.000 And not only that, they blocked the New York Post itself right now today.
00:05:33.780 The New York Post is not being allowed to to post its own damn stories on corruption.
00:05:39.900 And this is ridiculous.
00:05:42.780 It's a threshold that's never been crossed before of Silicon Valley oligarchs declaring the authority to determine what the press is allowed to report and who's allowed to see it.
00:05:55.680 Well, the the mainstream media is right in there with them.
00:05:59.420 They're calling anything, really anything now, a conspiracy theory.
00:06:03.780 They're calling all of these documents and we don't have them only just now from the computer.
00:06:09.260 But one of one of Hunter Biden's partner has released twenty eight thousand emails to Peter Schweitzer.
00:06:20.600 And we already now know that many of those documents on the computer are documents that he as a partner had with with Hunter Biden showing the relationships here.
00:06:33.200 But they're calling it a conspiracy theory.
00:06:35.420 If you bring up if you bring up election interference, it's a conspiracy theory.
00:06:41.020 You talk about that there there is, you know, possible voter fraud.
00:06:45.240 It's conspiracy theories.
00:06:47.680 Ted, they are they are marking half of the population as crazy.
00:06:52.580 Well, then and they are gaslighting us that they are deliberately suppressing.
00:06:58.400 The New York Post has the fourth highest circulation of any newspaper in America.
00:07:04.180 It's over 200 years old.
00:07:05.780 The New York Post was founded by Alexander Hamilton.
00:07:09.660 And Jack Dorsey is saying he can decide.
00:07:11.860 By the way, if they can censor the New York Post, they can also censor the New York Times.
00:07:15.500 A Politico reporter tweeted about the New York Post story.
00:07:19.500 They blocked the Politico reporters until the reporter got on his knees and groveled and apologized to the big tech masters for daring to address a topic that his overlords won't don't want wish him to address.
00:07:33.120 And and by the way, the Democratic talking point, so so the Dem senators, by and large, are just ignoring this like the media is to the extent they've said anything.
00:07:45.480 Their argument is, well, this is all Russian disinformation.
00:07:49.120 Well, OK, OK, if that's your argument, fine.
00:07:52.220 Prove it.
00:07:53.000 Show some evidence.
00:07:53.900 If if these emails are false, you know what?
00:07:56.000 I'd like to know that if they are false.
00:07:58.720 Let's see some evidence of that.
00:08:00.300 That's actually called journalism.
00:08:01.880 And by but you know who hasn't argued that Joe Biden, Joe Biden has not denied this is Hunter Biden's computer.
00:08:09.080 He has not denied the emails are real.
00:08:11.200 He has not denied that he met personally with the Ukrainian oligarch after lying to the American people and saying that he didn't.
00:08:18.660 He has not denied that communist China offered him personally millions of dollars.
00:08:22.940 And the entire press is refusing to do their jobs.
00:08:26.780 I mean, Joe Biden did an ABC town hall that that was practically a kumbaya love in where they were in robes and had daisies in their ears.
00:08:35.340 I mean, it was ridiculous.
00:08:36.420 And Stephanopoulos and Stephanopoulos.
00:08:38.580 OK, one of the supposedly undecided voters was a former White House speechwriter for Barack Obama.
00:08:48.060 You got a problem with that?
00:08:49.760 He was seriously considering Donald Trump.
00:08:52.340 Come on.
00:08:53.900 Jeez.
00:08:54.500 It's nuts.
00:08:56.760 And Glenn, you've you've worked at these media organizations.
00:08:59.680 How do they do this?
00:09:00.680 How does the media?
00:09:01.740 Oh, this is beyond this is beyond anything that I have ever witnessed.
00:09:07.060 I mean, Ted, I don't know if you saw the Robert Reich suggestion about truth and reconciliation.
00:09:15.360 Google that this is not an idea off the top of his head.
00:09:19.720 This is being attempted in Canada, in Great Britain and here.
00:09:24.280 And it has big backing from the left.
00:09:27.440 They're serious.
00:09:28.780 They feel that America lost its mind and they will ensure this never happens again.
00:09:35.180 And if that means packing the court, adding states and getting rid of the filibuster, they'll do it.
00:09:41.960 They'll do it.
00:09:42.700 They plan to do all of that and they plan to go after our fundamental rights.
00:09:48.160 You know, one of the chapters in my new book, One Vote Away, addresses free speech and it goes through both the Supreme Court cases, in particular Citizens United, where our right to express political speech hangs by one vote.
00:10:03.340 But it also discusses the attempt by Senate Democrats to amend the Constitution and to pass a constitutional amendment eliminating our free speech rights.
00:10:14.840 And I led the battle against that in the Senate.
00:10:17.600 I'm the chairman of the Constitution subcommittee and debated repeatedly Democrats.
00:10:21.360 And every single Democrat, 100 percent of Senate Democrats, voted to amend the Constitution to remove our free speech rights and to give government the power to regulate political speech on the Senate floor.
00:10:36.500 When did this happen?
00:10:37.220 This happened in 2014.
00:10:41.060 I don't even remember that.
00:10:42.800 The media refused to cover it.
00:10:45.200 And the way it happened, so they frame it as this is, quote, repealing Citizens United, which the Democrats have all decided is terrible.
00:10:54.940 Now, Citizens United, the Supreme Court, held that we have a right to free speech and to criticize politicians.
00:11:01.580 As you know, Glenn, the facts of what happened in Citizens United is a small nonprofit in D.C. called Citizens United made a movie critical of Hillary Clinton.
00:11:12.700 And the Obama administration took the position that they could punish, they could fine the movie maker for daring to make a movie critical of Hillary Clinton.
00:11:23.080 Case went to the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:11:24.920 I'll tell you, the most chilling moment at the argument was Justice Sam Alito asked the Obama Justice Department, under your theory of the case, is it your view that the federal government could ban books?
00:11:39.180 The Obama Justice Department answers, yes.
00:11:42.560 Yes, the government can ban books.
00:11:44.840 If they criticize politicians, we can ban them.
00:11:48.780 Thankfully, the court rejected that radical view by a vote of five to four.
00:11:53.960 We are one vote away from the government, from five justices saying the government has the power to ban movies and ban books.
00:12:02.560 All right. Are we going to get a vote before the election for Amy Coney Barrett?
00:12:06.980 Yes, she will be confirmed.
00:12:09.340 Judiciary Committee will vote on Thursday.
00:12:11.360 She'll be voted out on Thursday.
00:12:13.680 And then she will likely be confirmed on the Senate floor.
00:12:16.840 I would say Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.
00:12:19.180 But early next week is when she'll be confirmed.
00:12:21.280 And you don't see anybody getting weak knees?
00:12:24.580 I don't.
00:12:25.480 I actually, I think she did a fabulous job.
00:12:28.020 Really well.
00:12:28.400 She was calm, cool, collected.
00:12:30.860 You could see the first day the Democrats try to throw a couple of shots at her.
00:12:35.800 And she was so good at dealing with them.
00:12:38.500 And it was going so badly for the Democrats that by day two, they ran away.
00:12:43.540 I mean, by the time my question came, I pointed out there were only two Democrats left in the hearing room.
00:12:49.100 All the rest of them had run for the hills because they realized us going after this judge and the American people hearing her defend the Constitution and Bill of Rights is really, really bad for us.
00:13:01.820 Let's let's get this over with quickly.
00:13:04.580 Ted, thank you.
00:13:05.860 Thank you so much.
00:13:07.400 I am going to be doing something here in about two hours on the fact checkers of Facebook and Twitter and this cesspool.
00:13:16.280 We found some some interesting things that really kind of came out of these these Biden documents.
00:13:25.040 It was a connection to a couple of things that it was a missing piece that we put together.
00:13:30.760 And you might want to look at those.
00:13:34.700 You know, so when you're talking to Facebook, you you have a little additional information on how crooked this thing is.
00:13:41.460 I look forward to seeing it.
00:13:44.320 And thank thank you for shining a light on it.
00:13:46.840 Thank you.
00:13:47.300 And thank you for being fearless because you you speak the truth, even when the whole world is sales against you.
00:13:55.800 Ted, I say the same thing back to you because you are fighting this and you are fighting this.
00:14:00.440 I mean, we're in your district and we are, I think, the only big media outlet in in your in your district.
00:14:08.580 And and I know you're fighting it not just for us, but for every other person, even if we disagree with them, to make sure we have freedom of press and freedom of of speech.
00:14:19.560 And you are up against the big dogs.
00:14:22.040 Thank you very much.
00:14:23.000 Well, we're we're doing it together.
00:14:24.840 Let me urge your listeners.
00:14:26.700 The book is one vote away.
00:14:28.060 You can get it on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, wherever books are sold.
00:14:31.620 It was the number one bestseller in the country on Amazon.
00:14:34.220 And if you want to go behind the scenes, really understand what's going on at the Supreme Court and how your rights to free speech, religious liberty, the Second Amendment, what's going on from the inside.
00:14:45.340 The book, I think, is really helpful in it.
00:14:48.020 And it's a fun, easy read.
00:14:49.560 It's not designed.
00:14:50.380 You don't have to be a lawyer to enjoy it.
00:14:51.780 It really explains what what's happening and why it matters for you and your freedoms.
00:14:55.560 It's called one vote away.
00:14:57.380 I urge you to get it because that is the position we are in right now.
00:15:01.680 Ted Cruz, thank you so much.
00:15:02.960 If you are ready for some really great news, keep listening.
00:15:07.460 Built Bar is back and it is unbelievable.

00:15:14.320 It's an all American story.
00:15:15.560 This is a client I asked to be on the show because I didn't listen to my wife again and she's been telling me about it.
00:15:19.980 But it has protein bar on it and those always taste like a doormat.
00:15:24.220 This is unbelievable.
00:15:26.520 The mint brownie flavor.
00:15:28.100 Oh, yes, baby.
00:15:29.000 It is life changing.
00:15:30.540 The new bars taste better than ever.
00:15:32.840 In addition to the 12 original flavors, Built Bar just added cookies and cream, carrot cake, caramel brownie, lemon almond cheesecake, apple almond crisp.

00:15:57.360 Use the promo code back.
00:15:58.320 Get ten dollars off your first order.
00:16:00.300 Promo code back.
00:16:01.400 Built bar dot com.
00:16:05.880 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:16:08.420 Right now, I want to go to Stu, who's got the Senate 2020 board out, and we're looking now at solid votes, a total of Democrats, 47 Republicans, 46 and a toss up of seven.
00:16:26.500 Right.
00:16:26.800 Those are with leaners and likely voters.
00:16:29.400 OK, so explain solid.
00:16:30.740 You have 40 for the Democrats, 38 for Republicans.
00:16:34.060 That means seats that aren't even up for election plus obvious blowout races.
00:16:39.260 Right.
00:16:39.700 OK.
00:16:40.020 You know, Tom Cotton doesn't even running against a Democrat.
00:16:42.880 And that brings you to 40.
00:16:44.160 So 40 for the Democrats, 38 for Republicans.
00:16:46.840 Then you have likely.
00:16:48.520 So these are like, for example, Cory Booker in New Jersey is not going to lose.
00:16:52.500 Right.
00:16:52.620 The polls aren't complete blowouts, so you kind of keep it in the likely category that gives you New Hampshire, Virginia, Minnesota for the Democrats.
00:16:59.900 It gets them to 44 on the Republican side for likely cocaine.
00:17:03.220 Mitch, as you just mentioned, he's he's likely a win again, Tennessee, Mississippi, Kansas and Alabama.
00:17:11.580 Now, Alabama is interesting in that that's a Democratic seat right now.
00:17:14.760 So that's a pickup for Republicans.
00:17:16.380 That's Doug Jones, who is likely going to lose in a relatively big way come Election Day.
00:17:25.280 So that gets you five more for Republicans.
00:17:27.320 That gets it to 44 to 43.
00:17:29.160 Each side has three leaner seats.
00:17:31.180 These are closer seats, but enough to say there's a favorite.
00:17:35.500 New Mexico for the Democrats.
00:17:37.620 Colorado, that's against Cory Gardner, who, of course, originally wanted to ban birth control.
00:17:43.040 Did not come through with that promise.
00:17:44.460 Colorado voters are very upset.
00:17:45.760 Such a lie.
00:17:46.380 He didn't do that, by the way.
00:17:48.000 Arizona as well.
00:17:48.980 Arizona's McSally going up against Kelly.
00:17:51.920 Kelly is a pretty good candidate, raised lots of money in Arizona.
00:17:56.000 That looks to be both of those are pickups for the Democrats for that gets them, by the
00:18:01.300 way, to 47 seats.
00:18:03.040 If we count the leaners, the leaners for the Republican side, you have Alaska, you have one
00:18:08.080 of the two Georgia races and Texas.
00:18:10.140 I do expect Cornyn to win in Texas.
00:18:13.440 Georgia has that runoff system.
00:18:15.420 So there's two Georgia races.
00:18:18.100 Both for the Senate.
00:18:19.320 Both for the Senate.
00:18:20.080 We have the Georgia two in the lean Republican category.
00:18:24.600 The reason for that is there's four candidates in there, basically, that are going to be in
00:18:28.400 double digits.
00:18:29.000 It's one of those things where you have 50 percent.
00:18:32.540 You have to get 50 percent to not have a runoff.
00:18:35.420 So there's no chance that someone's going to get 50 percent in Georgia in that particular
00:18:40.320 race.
00:18:40.900 That means that moves to a runoff election on January 5th.
00:18:44.560 Could it be a runoff between two Democrats?
00:18:47.220 It could in theory, but it's not going to happen.
00:18:50.340 It could.
00:18:51.240 It could.
00:18:51.920 I will say there is a possibility that it's two Republicans that run off against each
00:18:56.020 other.
00:18:56.420 It's definitely possible.
00:18:57.840 I wouldn't say it's the most likely outcome, though.
00:18:59.460 Okay.
00:18:59.680 Now, the interesting thing about Georgia is that January 5th would be the runoff.
00:19:03.960 So if no one gets to 50 percent, that election moves to January 5th, which will be the top
00:19:07.880 two.
00:19:08.320 And that will really decide what's happening in the country.
00:19:11.380 That's a huge one.
00:19:12.160 The country is on fire either way.
00:19:14.900 I mean, there's scenarios here that are really scary.
00:19:17.300 But the reason why I have Georgia two in the lean Republican is that election is going
00:19:21.420 to happen in an environment where Trump is not on the ballot.
00:19:25.880 It's not a huge national election.
00:19:27.740 You hope.
00:19:28.880 Well, who knows what's going on at that point?
00:19:31.520 But again, it won't be a big presidential election.
00:19:33.360 Turnout will be down.
00:19:34.240 I expect Georgia to get to get that to the Republican side.
00:19:38.000 So that leaves us with 47 for Democrats, 46 for Republicans.
00:19:42.680 That's how close this is.
00:19:43.680 Seven races in the toss up category.
00:19:45.840 Let me give them to you.
00:19:46.500 Georgia.
00:19:46.900 Hang on just a second.
00:19:47.700 Let me just let me just let you know if you're listening.
00:19:51.760 Your mood is not going to improve here.
00:19:54.100 I think this is better news, I think, than the presidential race.
00:19:57.400 Yeah, it's just everything is razor's edge.
00:20:01.660 It just depends if it's a clean race, you know, if it's not a setup, if we're not finding
00:20:07.960 ballots, you know, for weeks after I just found this in the trunk of my car.
00:20:12.480 Uh, and if people show up and, and we're not voting quite honestly, I think the choices
00:20:20.400 between, uh, the constitution and evil.
00:20:24.920 So, well, you can look at this two ways, right?
00:20:26.720 You can say, uh, well, this is too close.
00:20:28.720 I'm depressed or it's too close.
00:20:30.240 Gosh, I better get out there.
00:20:31.360 Oh, no, no, no.
00:20:32.160 The second one's the better one.
00:20:33.540 Yeah.
00:20:33.660 Don't get depressed.
00:20:34.740 Right.
00:20:34.900 Get moving.
00:20:36.060 So the other Georgia race we have in the toss up race, the reason for that being that this
00:20:39.680 is one, it's close in the polls.
00:20:42.020 Uh, Sonny Perdue is there.
00:20:43.500 Um, and someone could get to 50% here again.
00:20:47.180 It's not necessarily hugely likely.
00:20:48.800 I wouldn't be surprised at all to see both of those races go to that January 5th, uh, runoff.
00:20:53.500 Then you have, uh, Michigan.
00:20:55.520 Uh, John James is a great candidate.
00:20:57.000 We've had him on before.
00:20:58.160 Uh, he's behind, but it's relatively close.
00:21:01.200 Uh, Maine's is the Susan Collins election, uh, where she's behind.
00:21:05.040 I think she loses because the momentum for the, uh, the momentum from the left, she's
00:21:11.780 one of those national candidates that they all hated.
00:21:15.160 Yeah.
00:21:15.720 Well, she's one of those candidates that there's not a ton of passion behind her on the right.
00:21:20.040 Her base doesn't like absolutely adore her, but she's always been able to bring over a
00:21:24.180 lot of moderates.
00:21:25.080 Those moderates and a lot of the, especially the Democrats votes she, you would normally
00:21:28.700 get are pissed off at her because of her Kavanaugh vote.
00:21:31.240 She voted for Kavanaugh.
00:21:32.460 So there's been tons of money that has flown, uh, it'll be interesting to see if that Kavanaugh
00:21:37.920 thing doesn't hold, uh, any sway still, you know, at the time when she was, before we
00:21:45.220 actually heard all the hearings, they were just livid with her.
00:21:49.140 After you heard things and it's settled down, I think people, most people are like, yeah,
00:21:54.220 that was a sham.
00:21:55.240 That was a sham.
00:21:55.900 I think, you know, the Supreme court coming up again is bringing attention back to that
00:22:00.900 for those people who were upset.
00:22:02.340 And the other thing is when that happened, money flowed.
00:22:06.220 So her opponent has tons of cash.
00:22:08.620 Uh, Montana is an interesting race in that it's a Steve Daines who is the Republican.
00:22:12.860 There's a possibility that we are losing cowboys in Montana.
00:22:17.340 What the hell is wrong with you?
00:22:18.640 Well, they were able to get the governor, Steve Bullock to run as the, as his opposition.
00:22:22.960 So you're taking the democratic governor and he's running as it for a democratic Senate
00:22:26.280 candidate against the incumbent Republican Senate candidate.
00:22:29.720 I mean, I think the Republican is going to win there, but it's, it's close.
00:22:34.800 It's really close.
00:22:35.640 And Bullock has a lot of name recognition as obviously the governor.
00:22:38.680 Iowa is an interesting one.
00:22:40.600 Joni Ernst, who I think was kind of seen as a Republican rising star for a while.
00:22:44.640 Uh, Iowa was won pretty easily by Donald Trump seemed to be trending red.
00:22:49.520 It's bounced back into purple category for the presidential race as well as for the Senate
00:22:54.580 race, which is very close.
00:22:55.860 She seems to be a tad behind right now.
00:22:57.980 I kind of feel like in the end, she's going to pull this off, but it, a lot of this depends
00:23:01.960 if Donald Trump has coattails and I think he will this time around, I think he will have
00:23:07.360 coattails that if you're going to vote, uh, for Donald Trump, you know, how important it
00:23:12.780 is to get the Senate, uh, and the, uh, the house as well, but I'm not going to win the
00:23:17.660 house.
00:23:17.860 There's a lot less of the vote splitting going on now.
00:23:21.140 People are really tribal.
00:23:22.440 They're in their, they're, they're kind of in their, their parties.
00:23:25.040 They're, if you like Trump, you're voting for the Republican.
00:23:27.460 It's, it's a lot more aligned than it used to be.
00:23:29.360 Yeah.
00:23:29.440 But it's also, uh, if I hate Lindsey Graham, I'm probably still going to vote for Lindsey
00:23:33.980 Graham.
00:23:34.460 I can't believe that if I lived in South Carolina, I'd be voting for Lindsey Graham.
00:23:38.980 I, that guy has been a waste of space for a long time.
00:23:43.540 He's brought it around the last couple of the Kavanaugh thing.
00:23:46.020 He sort of was the star of the Kavanaugh race.
00:23:48.460 He did bring it around, but.
00:23:50.300 But I'm with you.
00:23:50.980 I've never been a big Lindsey Graham guy, but I would be campaigning for him in South
00:23:56.700 Carolina if I lived in South, I would be setting up yard signs for him.
00:24:00.180 Again, if everything goes right, there aren't things to worry about.
00:24:02.940 But if, let's say the presidential race goes wrong and Joe Biden somehow becomes president,
00:24:08.040 this Senate is vital and it's vital that you get to 51 votes.
00:24:12.600 South Carolina is on the board as well as a toss up, though.
00:24:15.080 I do expect Lindsey Graham to win there.
00:24:17.120 North Carolina is a bizarre race with Tom Tillis, who's a guy, I don't know, like he's
00:24:22.240 one of those guys that even when you're doing Republican politics for a living, you kind
00:24:26.000 of never really talked about him.
00:24:27.620 You know, he's like one of those, he's like a Republican senator, but hasn't made that
00:24:31.220 much of an impact.
00:24:32.100 I don't think nationally where his opponent is Cal Cunningham.
00:24:35.740 This sort of recruit of like, you know, the Democrats are doing this, they're going after
00:24:40.120 former military guys, guys that look kind of moderate.
00:24:43.120 He's raised lots of money.
00:24:44.900 Also just had a little bit of a sexting scandal.
00:24:48.260 And his popularity went up.
00:24:50.160 Went up.
00:24:50.880 What the hell is wrong with us?
00:24:53.320 So if you look at the race, the way we have it structured right now, 47 to 46 Democrats
00:24:57.900 over Republicans, Democrats, you know, depending on the presidential race, Republicans would
00:25:02.760 need to win four or five votes of the seven in the middle to win control of the Senate.
00:25:09.260 OK, let's say South Carolina.
00:25:11.460 That's one, I think.
00:25:12.440 I think Iowa could be two.
00:25:13.760 Iowa could be two.
00:25:14.520 I think Montana could be three.
00:25:16.140 And I think Georgia could be four.
00:25:18.220 So that could get you to four and get you to 50 pretty easily.
00:25:20.920 After that, you start getting a little nervous.
00:25:23.060 Susan Collins is behind.
00:25:24.980 And if even if she wins, she's your if she's your 51st vote, it's a little scary.
00:25:30.260 Michigan, I really would like James to win, but I don't know that he's going to.
00:25:34.640 North Carolina, it does not look great at the moment for Tillis, even after the sexting
00:25:38.700 scandal.
00:25:39.360 So you're at a point where you're looking at 50 votes, I think, is a real possibility.
00:25:45.220 However, let me give you this scenario, Glenn.
00:25:46.800 You're going to like this because you love chaos.
00:25:48.480 Hang on just a second.
00:25:49.300 Oh, I do 50 votes.
00:25:51.380 That means the vice president, whoever it is, is the tiebreaking vote.
00:25:55.040 Right.
00:25:55.300 So if we we only win 50 seats in the Senate and we lose the White House, it's it's it's
00:26:03.820 over.
00:26:04.200 They have all three houses and they can get rid of the filibuster and pass anything that
00:26:07.360 they want.
00:26:07.760 And they're very much signaling they will.
00:26:10.100 So let me give you this scenario.
00:26:12.540 So Democrats have 47.
00:26:14.540 They pick up, you know, a couple of a couple of these seven.
00:26:18.140 They get to 49.
00:26:19.720 Republicans have 46.
00:26:21.180 They pick up three of the seven.
00:26:22.680 That gets you to 40, 49.
00:26:26.740 So let's say we're now at 49, 49 with both Georgia seats on a January 5th runoff.
00:26:36.840 It's not impossible at all.
00:26:39.000 In fact, you could look at it and say it's likely that will become especially if we're talking
00:26:43.840 about control of this.
00:26:45.300 You're talking about control of the Senate there because you're talking about the life
00:26:48.100 or death of the Republic.
00:26:49.320 Yeah.
00:26:49.680 I mean, especially if Trump were to lose.
00:26:53.580 Don't don't.
00:26:54.480 Then you have a 49, 49 scenario with a January 5th election in Georgia for two Senate seats.
00:27:00.700 See, I have to tell you, I'm I'm against.
00:27:03.700 I just want to say this out loud.
00:27:04.920 I'm against Donald Trump and all of the Republicans because I don't I never learn every time I'm
00:27:12.260 for a presidential candidate.
00:27:13.960 They lose.
00:27:15.180 That's true.
00:27:15.580 Every time I'm for a candidate in the Senate, they lose.
00:27:18.560 I'm against all of these people.
00:27:21.160 Donald Trump is dead to me.
00:27:23.400 I think I've jinxed it.
00:27:25.840 I think I've jinxed.
00:27:27.080 I blame you for most of America's problems.
00:27:29.320 Let's give you another.
00:27:31.200 Thank you very much.
00:27:32.280 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program, and we really want to thank you for listening.
00:27:47.160 From Facebook to the Atlantic Council and back yesterday, I told you about a woman, Anna
00:27:53.140 McCann McCann Jew.
00:27:54.960 She is currently in charge of Facebook's election integrity program.
00:27:59.360 So she's the one who's raising the alarm.
00:28:02.040 You got to shut all this conspiracy theories down.
00:28:05.620 Well, she we know that she used to work for the Obama administration.
00:28:09.500 In fact, she was the special policy advisor for Europe and Eurasia to Vice President Joe
00:28:14.980 Biden.
00:28:15.420 So she was side by side with Joe Biden with the Ukraine deals.
00:28:21.620 She was there.
00:28:22.700 Got it.
00:28:23.880 She also and I said this yesterday and I couldn't remember what she was a non-resident senior
00:28:28.400 fellow at the Atlantic Council.
00:28:30.460 It's a bipartisan think tank in Washington, D.C.
00:28:34.120 Well, the Atlantic Council rung a bell with me.
00:28:36.980 And after I got off the show, I remembered it was because it was with Alexandria Chalupa.
00:28:42.880 Chalupa was the woman who was the was the go to get the dirt on Donald Trump and tie it
00:28:49.560 into the Russians.
00:28:50.280 It was really her idea, et cetera, et cetera.
00:28:53.060 Also, her sister founded Digital Maiden.
00:28:56.760 Now, this is this is a Digital Maiden organizes tweet storms to flood Twitter with anti presidential
00:29:06.240 messages.
00:29:06.960 That's what they did in Ukraine.
00:29:08.520 I'm wondering if Digital Maiden or the or the Chalupa family are involved at all with
00:29:15.720 something like Digital Maiden or Maidan here in the United States.
00:29:23.500 She did do tweet storms in the 2016 election and they were pretty vile.
00:29:31.340 Also, her other sister is involved.
00:29:34.200 She's the editor of the Atlantic Council, that bipartisan think tank, where she was lead
00:29:39.160 contributor for biweekly reports called Ukraine Alert.
00:29:43.100 Now, she's a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council.
00:29:46.320 And this is where I put it up on the board and we almost took it down.
00:29:49.220 So I'm like, well, there's not really a connection that it goes anywhere.
00:29:54.260 But I felt like we really needed to keep it up on the chalkboard.
00:29:57.840 Something wasn't right.
00:29:58.800 Well, the name of the guy that she's in the same think tank with is Dmitry Alpovovich.
00:30:05.520 He's the co-founder of and CTO of CrowdStrike, the security firm that the DNC hired to investigate
00:30:13.560 the 2016 hacks.
00:30:16.260 OK, so hmm.
00:30:18.760 So he's on the Atlantic Council.
00:30:22.340 Chalupa is on the Atlantic Council.
00:30:24.640 They've got a tweet storm thing going on.
00:30:29.360 They've got somebody trying to tie it all together with and coordinate the embassies.
00:30:35.700 And the person who is by Joe Biden's side is now at Facebook, making sure that there's
00:30:44.180 integrity on our elections.
00:30:46.480 One thing you should know, Atlantic Council think tank receives considerable funding through
00:30:53.860 a Ukrainian oligarch named Viktor Pinchuk.
00:30:57.560 He coincidentally also happens to be the most prolific donor to the Clinton Foundation until
00:31:03.000 she no longer had power.
00:31:04.780 And 2013, the Atlantic Council awarded Hillary Clinton its Distinguished International Leadership
00:31:09.580 Award.
00:31:10.580 But let me go back to Irina Chalupa.
00:31:12.000 She now works for an organization called StopFake.org, which started out as a site to verify and refute
00:31:20.380 disinformation and propaganda about events in Ukraine.
00:31:24.180 Now they fact check, debunk, edit, translate, research and disseminate information in 11 languages.
00:31:31.180 You can't make this stuff up.
00:31:33.240 Guess which organization funds StopFake.org?
00:31:37.460 The International Renaissance Foundation.
00:31:40.720 Hmm, wait a minute, the International Renaissance Foundation.
00:31:43.800 Well, that's the same NGO that was being investigated by the Ukrainian prosecutor general that Joe
00:31:49.940 Biden had fired.
00:31:53.440 To refresh your memory, take a wild guess who heads the International Renaissance Foundation.
00:31:58.520 Come on, come on, say it, say it, Stu, say it, say his name.
00:32:02.200 George Soros.
00:32:06.040 In February this year, StopFake.org joined the International Fact Checking Network.
00:32:12.500 Now, if the IFCN rings a bell, it's because I mentioned it on TV episode earlier, or I think
00:32:18.820 it was late last month.
00:32:20.540 Facebook, for example, is very fond of saying they use fact checkers that are certified by
00:32:25.420 the IFCN.
00:32:26.600 Well, the IFCN, along with PolitiFact, are both projects of the Poynter Institute.
00:32:32.640 One of the Poynter's major funders is George Soros and his Open Society.
00:32:38.400 PolitiFact's two largest financial supporters are E.W.
00:32:42.540 Scripps Company and Facebook.
00:32:45.200 The IFCN receives major funding also from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Google,
00:32:51.320 Facebook, and again, you can't make this up, the U.S. State Department.
00:32:59.860 Now, why is the U.S. State Department in with Facebook, Bill and Melinda Gates, Google, and
00:33:10.480 fact check?
00:33:13.360 This is such an incestuous puzzle.
00:33:16.200 And when you put all the pieces together, you realize there is no way, no way they can
00:33:22.840 let any of these Hunter Biden's emails see the light of day.
00:33:27.440 That's why you can't trust the fact checking network.
00:33:30.900 You can't trust Google.
00:33:32.280 You can't trust Facebook or Twitter.
00:33:34.740 They're all in this stew.
00:33:39.360 Why won't anybody talk about that?
00:33:41.280 Let me go to Jason Buttrill, who is our chief researcher and head writer on the Glenn Beck
00:33:49.520 program.
00:33:50.140 Welcome, Jason.
00:33:51.120 How are you?
00:33:51.980 Good, Glenn.
00:33:52.660 Thanks.
00:33:53.760 Give me any updates that you have on the Hunter Biden and Joe Biden connections to corruption.
00:34:01.520 I think one of the biggest updates right now is this incredible lack of reporting.
00:34:07.520 Either they are not reporting on it with the media, just radio silence, not speaking at
00:34:13.840 all, or they're just taking their cues directly, not from the source, which would be the laptop,
00:34:20.320 but they're taking their cues from Adam Schiff.
00:34:22.380 Now, they're running with this whole Russia, you know, it's all Russia stuff.
00:34:25.880 Still.
00:34:26.820 From Politico, I think it was either today or yesterday, they got about 50 former intelligence
00:34:33.280 officials to say, hey, we think this is Russian propaganda.
00:34:37.180 It's got all the earmarks.
00:34:38.780 Now, they also they go down later in the article and in the letter and say, oh, this is not
00:34:42.680 based off of anything we've seen, but just it just sounds like it.
00:34:46.600 But they're just running with that.
00:34:48.080 Rachel Rachel Maddow had another intelligence official on to say that he alleged that, you
00:34:53.140 know, Rudy Giuliani was was fishing with the Russians for this information.
00:34:57.600 Come on, like follow us through here for just a second.
00:35:00.480 So Hunter Biden goes into this repair shop, he signs a receipt, his lawyers try to get
00:35:07.100 this information back.
00:35:08.800 But it's the Russians.
00:35:10.800 It's the Russians that are involved here.
00:35:12.700 It makes absolutely no sense.
00:35:14.800 It's just utterly agonizing.
00:35:16.440 What's what's amazing is no one's reporting on Hunter Biden's lawyers.
00:35:21.680 Can you elaborate on that a little bit?
00:35:23.940 Well, so this is so this is coming from Rudy Giuliani.
00:35:26.600 And apparently he has he has proof that this did happen in email form.
00:35:31.460 By the way, Rudy Giuliani is my guest for an hour tomorrow night on television at nine
00:35:36.800 o'clock.
00:35:37.560 He he has the hard drive.
00:35:40.140 He has all the documents.
00:35:41.340 And I'm going to be asking him all of the questions and I'm going to be holding his feet
00:35:45.780 to the fire as well.
00:35:46.960 Um, but, uh, you decide for yourself, Rudy Giuliani for the full hour, uh, tomorrow night
00:35:54.580 at 9 p.m.
00:35:55.520 on my Wednesday night special only on blaze TV.
00:35:58.240 All right.
00:35:59.020 But he so he claims that, uh, they, they did, they did contact and reach out and try to get
00:36:03.560 this, uh, this laptop back.
00:36:05.720 That's a key word back.
00:36:07.860 Meaning that Hunter is not denying the campaign.
00:36:11.760 All of team Biden is not denying that this is legitimate, but they won't even answer it.
00:36:16.200 They were caught out on Fox news, uh, just a couple of days ago, uh, talking to one of
00:36:20.460 the Biden surrogates and she could, she actually said it was a good point.
00:36:23.320 She actually said it was a good point that no one had denied that this is legitimate.
00:36:26.720 Well, I think this is, this, this goes to why, uh, Facebook and Twitter are, uh, and
00:36:32.300 all of the media saying that they're banning all of this because they're saying that this
00:36:36.720 was hacked information.
00:36:38.540 They're not saying this is fake information.
00:36:41.020 They're saying this is hacked information on why they are banning, uh, all talk about it.
00:36:46.200 Is because it was hacked information.
00:36:48.820 Well, that's different than what the, you know, Adam shifts of the world are now saying,
00:36:53.940 which is no, no, no, this is just bogus information.
00:36:57.280 This is coming from a Russian op.
00:37:00.480 Absolutely ludicrous.
00:37:01.600 It wasn't hacked.
00:37:02.620 I mean, how is this any different from, you know, information that was received from Trump's
00:37:07.300 tax returns?
00:37:07.840 How is this any different than the mainstream media's landmark stories, uh, like regarding the
00:37:13.080 Pentagon papers?
00:37:13.780 This is exactly the same way, uh, that the information was gathered.
00:37:17.820 Actually, the Pentagon papers was stolen, uh, by a contractor.
00:37:20.720 This was left and just abandoned information.
00:37:23.060 So they would be salivating over this if it benefited them.
00:37:26.660 You know, Glenn, the biggest question I get about this is, well, why should I care?
00:37:30.760 Like, why should I care if Hunter Biden was doing this?
00:37:33.100 We've been screaming from the mountaintops.
00:37:34.820 People like us, people like the guests you just had, Peter Schweizer saying, look, it's not
00:37:38.060 okay for Hunter Biden to be tagging along with his dad while he's making foreign policy decisions
00:37:43.080 and then benefiting at the same time.
00:37:45.140 Now, the real question is, how did the family, and this is key, and this is what everyone
00:37:49.320 should really look for as more things come out, but how did the family, how did the family
00:37:54.860 benefit?
00:37:55.500 Were they enriched?
00:37:56.540 We're already seeing evidence come out.
00:37:58.560 There was a, there was a document that came out in the, in the laptop from a group called,
00:38:02.760 a company that Hunter helped set up called something West, I can't remember, Hudson West,
00:38:09.260 that was the name of it.
00:38:10.480 And there was a flow chart in there that showed how there was two principals that owned this
00:38:14.820 company and 50% of the profits between the two of them would go into this pot.
00:38:19.400 Well, we also have another release from, I think this came from the Senate, where this
00:38:25.220 company was set up and credit cards were taking out, lines of credit were taken out by his
00:38:31.360 uncle James and his, his aunt.
00:38:33.520 That would be Joe Biden's brother and Joe Biden's sister-in-law.
00:38:37.620 They made over a hundred thousand dollars worth of purchases off of this company.
00:38:42.620 Now, not surprisingly, not too long after Hudson West was dissolved.
00:38:46.380 We call that a shell company.
00:38:48.100 That's what we call that.
00:38:49.680 I want to know how much information was going to come out involving wire transfers, money laundering
00:38:56.400 that goes into some of these shell companies.
00:38:58.360 That's how corrupt politicians hide the fact that they enrich themselves while they're in
00:39:03.520 office.
00:39:04.320 I tell you what, go ahead, go ahead.
00:39:06.460 I tell you that I guarantee you every single politician, and this is probably a good case
00:39:09.960 for all we need term limits, but I guarantee you every politician that's involved in this
00:39:13.700 game is pissed.
00:39:14.700 They are so pissed at the Bidens for being so blatant because I guarantee you tons of them
00:39:18.940 do this all the time.
00:39:20.580 It's got to stop.
00:39:21.580 And maybe this is the catalyst to get it to happen.
00:39:23.440 And it's not in this case, it is not just that money was being made.
00:39:30.680 They're operating with the Chinese Communist Party, and they are on the take from the Chinese
00:39:38.400 Communist Party.
00:39:39.600 And now you can say whatever you want about the laptop, but now Peter Swiser has 26,000
00:39:47.260 emails from the actual Gmail server from a guy who was the partner of Hunter Biden.
00:39:55.220 And it shows the money funnels.
00:39:58.540 It shows the things that we all suspected but didn't have proof of.
00:40:03.560 And it shows that Joe Biden was enriching himself by having a shell company just hold that money
00:40:12.120 for him.
00:40:13.420 It is it's astounding what has been found and how the media is ignoring all of it.
00:40:21.840 Jason, thank you for staying on top of this story so we can all stay on top of it.
00:40:26.040 I appreciate it.
00:40:26.980 Keep your eyes and ears open.
00:40:28.040 We'll talk to you probably again tomorrow.
00:40:29.220 Thank you.
00:40:29.560 Na na na na na.
