00:05:43.260 90 minutes. He is, I'm anxious to see what he says about, you know, because he's been saying we're so

00:05:48.900 close to a banana republic. And I'm anxious to see what he has to say because it, he was in the

00:05:57.580 courtroom yesterday. I think it was the last day of the defense, defense rested. And the attorney,

00:06:05.700 the very credible attorney that was giving testimony. Costello, yeah. Yeah, Costello. When

00:06:15.700 he was giving testimony, there was an objection from the prosecution without even asking, you know,

00:06:23.260 what's your objection? Granted. And it, it struck a good portion of his testimony away. And there was

00:06:32.480 nothing, according to Dershowitz, there was nothing wrong with it. And that's when, uh, Costello, who

00:06:38.700 again is a, is an attorney, raised his eyebrows, looked at the judge and raised his eyebrows like

00:06:45.660 what? And that pissed the judge off so much that he, uh, cleared the courtroom. And he said,

00:06:54.540 you do that to me again, and I'll strike every bit of your testimony, uh, from the record.

00:07:02.620 Dershowitz said he was allowing things that had no relevance for the prosecution, uh, for the, um, uh,

00:07:10.500 in the case for the prosecution, allowing that all in and then striking probably the death blow, uh,

00:07:20.560 to this whole case from Costello. He was threatening to, uh, get rid of all of it. And Dershowitz said,

00:07:28.720 I've, I've seen court in Russia and I have never seen anything like this. He said, this case should

00:07:37.060 have been on television. He said, because I, I was there. He said, for some reason, I was the only

00:07:43.020 one allowed to remain in the courtroom. Everybody else was cleared out. And he said, I saw what this

00:07:49.660 judge did. And he said, and then I went home and I saw what the reporters were allowed to see and what

00:07:59.220 they were reporting on, which I also saw. And he said, it was not the same. He said, Americans are

00:08:06.960 losing on this. They have no idea what's going on. You think it was bad. Dershowitz yesterday being

00:08:14.340 in the courtroom said, this is, this is a monstrosity of a trial. And the whole thing has

00:08:19.820 been a monstrosity. The fact that it's getting seemingly worse now at the end is, is, uh, I don't

00:08:25.160 know if it's not, I don't know what I would say what's surprising, but it is something that is so

00:08:30.140 disturbing. I think the only thing that, that, that you can kind of hold up and, and maybe take solace in

00:08:35.840 if you're the Trump side is that this has been, I think, obvious to a lot of people that this was

00:08:40.800 the weakest one coming in. And it's been, it's actually gone worse. I would argue than you would

00:08:46.520 even think. Dershowitz said, there's no way this stands. They can rule whatever they want. He said,

00:08:56.720 thing overturned in March, 2025, I mean, what, what good does that do him if he, if he's, if it hurts
