00:00:00.000 Let me tell you about American Financing.
00:00:02.280 American Financing would love to help you with your financial needs.
00:00:06.360 If you are trying to get out of debt, I'm telling you, please, please get out of those high-interest credit cards if there's any way to do it.
00:00:15.860 That should be your number one priority because they're going to eat you alive.
00:00:19.640 The interest rates next week are supposed to go up.
00:00:22.980 They're planning on a full point in interest rates.
00:00:27.480 That means you'll pay another point in interest rates if you have a variable situation on your hands with your credit cards.
00:00:37.320 And you're probably already paying about 20%.
00:00:40.960 Get out of them right now.
00:00:43.800 Please call American Financing.
00:00:45.380 They can help.
00:00:46.080 American Financing, 800-906-2440.

00:01:25.380 What you are about to hear
00:01:42.620 is the fusion of entertainment
00:01:44.280 and enlightenment.
00:01:46.260 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:01:52.000 I'm sorry.
00:01:53.440 Did I hear the White House say yesterday
00:01:56.440 when they were questioned
00:01:58.340 why the president wasn't wearing a mask
00:02:00.560 when he had been diagnosed with COVID
00:02:03.080 and taking pictures with people?
00:02:05.400 Did I hear the White House?
00:02:06.960 Did I hear the words slip through their teeth
00:02:10.240 that masks are mostly a panacea?
00:02:15.440 I think I'm going to lose my mind.
00:02:18.800 Blood is going to shoot from my eyes today.
00:02:21.520 There is so much to report.
00:02:24.060 We've got a great show lined up for you.
00:02:26.260 We have the AG of Missouri
00:02:30.600 to comment on the FBI going door-to-door
00:02:33.680 in Missouri and saying,
00:02:35.660 hey, can we see your guns?
00:02:38.600 No.
00:02:39.940 Talk to him about that.
00:02:41.200 We have Bill O'Reilly, Michael Malice,
00:02:43.400 and the one and only who,
00:02:45.280 what a great day to have Steve Dace on
00:02:48.080 on the day the president is like,
00:02:50.400 oh, yeah, I wasn't wearing a mask.
00:02:52.740 It's really a panacea.
00:02:54.760 But I feel good,
00:02:55.780 even though I've had every vaccine under the sun.
00:02:59.000 You know, yes, I have it,
00:03:01.320 but I'm feeling good.
00:03:06.900 All that and more coming up.
00:03:08.520 So Victoria wrote in about our experience
00:03:15.280 with Relief Factor.
00:03:16.200 She says, thank you, Relief Factor.
00:03:18.040 My chronic back pain has completely disappeared.
00:03:21.940 I highly recommend this product
00:03:23.480 to anyone who has inflammation and pain.
00:03:25.480 It only took a couple of weeks
00:03:26.660 to work its magic on me.
00:03:28.980 Victoria, thank you for writing in.
00:03:30.720 Thank you for trying, Relief Factor.
00:03:32.480 I've been where you are,
00:03:34.200 and it is a relief
00:03:35.800 and really life-affirming
00:03:38.640 when you get your life back.
00:03:40.300 If you're dealing with pain,
00:03:41.740 please give Relief Factor a try.
00:03:43.980 It's not a drug,
00:03:44.740 but it was developed by doctors.
00:03:46.540 Hundreds of thousands of people
00:03:47.920 have ordered Relief Factor,
00:03:50.080 and after the trial period,
00:03:52.400 the three-week quick start,
00:03:53.780 about 70% of them go on to order more.
00:03:57.000 ReliefFactor.com.
00:03:58.200 That's ReliefFactor.com.
00:03:59.560 Call 1-800-4-RELIEF.
00:04:01.400 1-800-4-RELIEF.
00:04:04.900 Relief Factor.
00:04:06.080 Feel the difference.
00:04:08.200 So Pat said to me,
00:04:09.960 just tiggledy-piggledy off the cuff
00:04:12.200 the other day we were on the air,
00:04:13.960 and he said,
00:04:14.700 you know, I think Jill Biden
00:04:16.720 is the worst first lady of my lifetime.
00:04:20.420 She may be the worst ever.
00:04:22.420 And I did have to say two words to him,
00:04:26.600 Hillary Clinton,
00:04:27.600 but he still stood
00:04:30.700 by Jill Biden being the worst.
00:04:34.980 So I would like to have a little debate.
00:04:38.380 I've done my homework.
00:04:39.860 I'm assuming you've done your homework
00:04:41.440 on Jill Biden.
00:04:42.540 Oh, extensive.
00:04:43.220 On what makes her the...
00:04:44.980 Extensive.
00:04:46.280 Extensive homework.
00:04:47.160 This really got me, Pat.
00:04:50.980 I mean, hours.
00:04:52.580 Hours just brooding on this.
00:04:54.980 How can Pat possibly think that?
00:04:57.900 So who do you...
00:04:58.740 You want me to start or do you start?
00:05:00.480 Yeah, go ahead.
00:05:02.280 Ready to hear it.
00:05:03.280 Okay, so...
00:05:03.940 You should start with the death list.
00:05:05.240 I mean, this is just my case.
00:05:06.940 Yeah, I've got it.
00:05:08.500 This is just my case
00:05:10.200 that she is the ultimate hot sauce-carrying,
00:05:13.260 Sololinsky-loving,
00:05:14.640 warmongering, deplorable super predator
00:05:16.960 that we've ever had as a first lady.
00:05:20.040 Okay, first of all,
00:05:22.500 all of the different gates
00:05:25.480 that they went through.
00:05:26.880 Russiagate, Whitewatergate,
00:05:28.600 Pizzagate, Picklegate,
00:05:29.900 Troopergate, Filegate,
00:05:31.340 Emailgate,
00:05:32.440 Chinagate,
00:05:33.340 Pardongate,
00:05:34.160 Hairgate,
00:05:34.900 Benghazigate,
00:05:35.880 Monicagate,
00:05:37.900 and Travelgate.
00:05:39.460 Okay, so...
00:05:40.020 Well, yeah, but a lot of that was Bill.
00:05:41.300 She's got a few scandals.
00:05:42.080 A lot of that was Bill.
00:05:44.000 Uh-huh.
00:05:44.840 Okay, all right.
00:05:45.660 Let's go here.
00:05:47.160 Let's look at her...
00:05:48.120 Let's look at a little bit of her past.
00:05:50.660 A 27-year-old staff attorney
00:05:53.240 for the House Judiciary Committee.
00:05:55.740 She worked under Jerry Zeifman,
00:05:58.220 Chief Counsel of the House Judiciary Committee.
00:06:00.880 This is during the Nixon impeachment.
00:06:03.880 He didn't really like her.
00:06:05.700 Now, he didn't fire her,
00:06:07.220 but he said,
00:06:08.460 in a sense,
00:06:08.980 I would have fired her if I had the power
00:06:11.300 because, quote,
00:06:12.460 she was a liar,
00:06:13.640 she was unethical,
00:06:15.080 she was a dishonest lawyer,
00:06:16.860 she conspired to violate the Constitution,
00:06:19.560 the rules of the House,
00:06:21.140 the rules of the committee,
00:06:22.160 and the rules of confidentiality.
00:06:27.940 Okay.
00:06:28.460 No argument for me.
00:06:29.520 Yes.
00:06:29.980 I believe that.
00:06:31.020 But then you got...
00:06:31.940 All right.
00:06:32.800 Throw in a...
00:06:33.760 You know, go ahead.
00:06:34.500 Throw in make me feel better.
00:06:35.740 Throw in a Jill Biden fact.
00:06:37.620 Which is so horrible.
00:06:39.240 Come on.
00:06:40.060 I mean,
00:06:40.280 she's guilty of elder abuse,
00:06:42.980 husband abuse.
00:06:43.940 She's pushing this guy forward
00:06:45.920 on the United States of America
00:06:47.780 who she knows
00:06:49.200 is an incompetent fool
00:06:51.340 who is losing his mind.
00:06:54.320 And she doesn't care
00:06:55.380 because she wants to be near
00:06:56.940 the throne of power.
00:06:59.340 I mean,
00:07:00.240 she is one of the most hideous people
00:07:03.760 I think we've ever seen
00:07:05.940 in or around
00:07:07.580 the office of the presidency.
00:07:09.680 The Jake Tapper interview,
00:07:11.000 do you remember when he...
00:07:11.920 No, when he said...
00:07:13.260 Hang on.
00:07:13.740 Hang on just a second.
00:07:14.580 I'd like to get another opinion.
00:07:17.020 Let me just...
00:07:17.920 Because I brought a witness in.
00:07:19.900 Let's just ask Vince Foster.
00:07:23.140 Oh, no, he's not.
00:07:24.360 Well, Seth Rich.
00:07:25.280 Come on up.
00:07:25.960 Come on.
00:07:26.300 Oh, no, he can't.
00:07:28.280 All right.
00:07:28.880 Go ahead.
00:07:29.180 What were you saying, Perry?
00:07:29.940 All right.
00:07:30.280 So you are digging into the death list.
00:07:33.820 So that's good news.
00:07:35.180 But...
00:07:35.620 No, you can just treat those as a joke.
00:07:39.180 Just treat those as a joke.
00:07:40.760 I got a lot.
00:07:42.920 Remember the Jake Tapper interview
00:07:44.860 when Tapper was trying to ask her
00:07:47.300 about the gaffes,
00:07:49.360 about the problems
00:07:50.360 from Joe Biden,
00:07:52.360 how they were piling up,
00:07:53.980 they were getting much more serious
00:07:55.240 than they used to be,
00:07:56.260 and she just simply says,
00:07:58.080 Don't even go there.
00:07:59.640 Don't even go there, Jake.
00:08:02.000 And it immediately shuts him down.
00:08:04.380 It just shows that
00:08:05.900 she is fully aware.
00:08:08.000 I mean, she's aware like
00:08:09.120 nobody else is aware
00:08:11.140 of the problems
00:08:12.400 that that man is having.
00:08:13.540 And she continues
00:08:14.640 to push him forward
00:08:16.160 onto
00:08:17.140 this public stage
00:08:20.600 that he's not prepared for,
00:08:22.120 that he's not fit
00:08:23.120 to do.
00:08:24.180 and just setting us up
00:08:27.600 for one of the worst disasters
00:08:29.060 in American history.
00:08:31.160 Okay.
00:08:31.760 All right.
00:08:32.340 Vast right-wing conspiracy.
00:08:34.240 All right.
00:08:34.560 She got together
00:08:36.700 with George Soros
00:08:37.720 and David Brock
00:08:38.660 and founded Media Matters.
00:08:41.080 Oh, yeah.
00:08:41.660 John Podesta,
00:08:42.860 who worked for her,
00:08:43.820 John Podesta's a spawn of Hillary,
00:08:46.520 provided office space
00:08:48.120 for Media Matters
00:08:49.140 as they started
00:08:49.840 Center for American Progress,
00:08:51.740 also connected
00:08:52.920 to Hillary
00:08:53.720 and George Soros.
00:08:56.240 Then, let's see,
00:08:57.680 she, oh,
00:08:58.360 I love this.
00:08:59.640 She approved
00:09:00.240 a purchase agreement
00:09:01.120 for a Russian-owned company
00:09:02.420 that was seeking
00:09:03.380 to purchase
00:09:03.900 Canadian uranium mining company
00:09:06.000 with mineral rights
00:09:07.460 in the United States.
00:09:09.080 It was later revealed
00:09:10.260 that the Clinton Foundation
00:09:11.760 had received
00:09:12.440 $2.35 million
00:09:13.900 worth of donations
00:09:15.120 linked
00:09:16.060 to the Russian company
00:09:17.600 that it didn't disclose.
00:09:19.260 The Canadian company involved
00:09:20.960 was founded
00:09:21.600 by a Clinton Foundation
00:09:22.740 board member
00:09:23.540 and a $100 million donor
00:09:26.220 that because she had
00:09:28.100 so many good friends
00:09:29.340 that cared so much
00:09:31.020 about charity,
00:09:32.420 she negotiated
00:09:33.520 the transfer
00:09:34.120 of 20%
00:09:35.520 of all uranium
00:09:37.020 from the United States
00:09:39.540 to Russia.
00:09:41.920 She was also
00:09:42.720 on the Committee
00:09:43.580 of Foreign Investment
00:09:44.600 in the United States
00:09:45.420 when it unanimously
00:09:46.820 approved
00:09:47.540 the Uranium One deal.
00:09:49.880 By the way,
00:09:51.000 The Hill
00:09:51.520 said they had
00:09:52.640 substantial evidence
00:09:53.880 that Russian
00:09:54.500 nuclear industry officials
00:09:56.320 were engaged
00:09:57.300 in bribery,
00:09:58.520 kickbacks,
00:09:59.220 extortion,
00:09:59.800 and money laundering
00:10:00.780 to expand
00:10:02.040 Russia's nuclear footprint
00:10:03.440 in the U.S.
00:10:04.500 as early as 2009.
00:10:06.820 While we're here
00:10:07.940 on the Clinton Foundation,
00:10:09.560 we should remember
00:10:11.500 that the foreign investors
00:10:13.180 in that one deal
00:10:15.400 donated $145 million
00:10:17.400 to the Clinton Foundation.
00:10:19.380 Bill Clinton received
00:10:20.580 half a million dollars
00:10:21.680 for a speech
00:10:22.540 in Moscow
00:10:23.340 from the investment bank
00:10:25.020 that was in that deal.
00:10:27.480 And, by the way,
00:10:30.080 she was also
00:10:31.160 put in charge
00:10:32.240 of hundreds of millions
00:10:33.460 of taxpayer dollars
00:10:34.640 for Haiti's recovery
00:10:37.160 and reconstruction.
00:10:39.480 And if you remember,
00:10:41.920 her and Bill Clinton
00:10:43.240 were just working
00:10:44.260 so hard in Haiti
00:10:45.120 that they got
00:10:46.240 less than 9%
00:10:47.820 of all of the foreign cash
00:10:50.220 actually to
00:10:53.800 the Haitians
00:10:56.120 and the government.
00:10:57.280 So,
00:10:57.720 that's a pretty good...
00:10:59.900 Did I mention...
00:11:00.360 Did I mention her...
00:11:01.880 Did I mention...
00:11:02.840 Did I mention
00:11:03.600 the Jill...
00:11:04.260 the Jill Biden
00:11:05.180 his spandering?
00:11:06.380 So, say it with me.
00:11:08.460 See,
00:11:09.100 say,
00:11:09.440 Broadway.
00:11:10.540 The future is ours.
00:11:12.220 Thank you.
00:11:13.860 Okay, tell me that.
00:11:14.640 Oh, my God.
00:11:15.200 Tell me that doesn't trump
00:11:16.260 everything you just said.
00:11:18.480 Oh, no.
00:11:19.180 If I had...
00:11:19.900 If I would have thought of it,
00:11:21.080 I would have had
00:11:21.860 the audio
00:11:22.940 of Hillary saying,
00:11:24.240 And I'm sick and tired
00:11:25.820 of being kind of
00:11:26.640 an American
00:11:27.240 and I disagree
00:11:28.420 with this administration.
00:11:30.040 You remember that?
00:11:30.680 I'm sick and tired
00:11:31.620 of people who say
00:11:32.900 that if you debate
00:11:34.000 and you disagree
00:11:35.040 with this administration,
00:11:36.480 somehow you're not patriotic
00:11:38.360 and we should stand up
00:11:39.600 and say,
00:11:40.200 we are Americans
00:11:41.240 and we have a right
00:11:42.320 to debate
00:11:42.880 and disagree
00:11:43.540 with any administration.
00:11:45.420 Listen to how soothing
00:11:46.240 that is.
00:11:46.960 Listen to that soothing voice.
00:11:49.520 I'd rather hear
00:11:50.560 Jill Biden talk about
00:11:51.660 breakfast tacos
00:11:52.580 all day long
00:11:53.580 rather than that.
00:11:54.240 You're about to.
00:11:54.600 You're about to.
00:11:55.420 There's another example
00:11:56.560 of her hispandering.
00:11:58.040 Raul helped build
00:11:59.020 this organization
00:12:00.420 with the understanding
00:12:02.420 that the diversity
00:12:03.980 of this community
00:12:05.760 as distinct
00:12:07.540 as the Bogodas
00:12:08.820 of the Bronx,
00:12:10.000 the Bogodas,
00:12:10.480 as beautiful
00:12:11.180 as the blossoms
00:12:12.040 of Miami,
00:12:13.680 not bodegas,
00:12:14.460 and as unique
00:12:15.160 as the breakfast tacos
00:12:16.860 here in San Antonio.
00:12:19.460 Oh, that's charming.
00:12:21.260 What a charming phony
00:12:23.460 she is, isn't she?
00:12:25.000 Yeah.
00:12:25.960 The worst.
00:12:26.280 How about the phrase,
00:12:27.460 we came,
00:12:28.300 we saw,
00:12:29.120 he died?
00:12:30.180 Oh.
00:12:30.800 How about that one?
00:12:31.540 How about that one?
00:12:32.460 Yeah.
00:12:33.100 About Gaddafi,
00:12:34.500 who, by the way,
00:12:35.480 she had secret meetings
00:12:37.500 with the Muslim Brotherhood
00:12:40.540 leadership
00:12:41.260 and the Egyptian
00:12:43.220 President Mohammed Morsi.
00:12:45.520 she made sure
00:12:49.540 that they had
00:12:50.340 $360 million
00:12:51.840 in funding
00:12:52.740 to help
00:12:53.640 Egyptian businesses
00:12:54.880 wink, wink,
00:12:55.720 nod, nod.
00:12:56.820 When Benghazi happened,
00:13:00.300 you know,
00:13:00.560 remember,
00:13:01.140 four Americans died,
00:13:02.760 two Navy SEALs,
00:13:03.680 two diplomats,
00:13:05.020 and she,
00:13:06.940 you know,
00:13:07.480 she had nothing
00:13:08.080 to do with it,
00:13:08.640 of course.
00:13:09.640 She said,
00:13:10.680 of course,
00:13:11.280 it was because
00:13:11.820 of the stupid film
00:13:12.860 that came out,
00:13:13.520 which had nothing
00:13:14.060 to do with it.
00:13:14.660 It happened
00:13:15.000 on September 11th,
00:13:16.340 and then,
00:13:17.560 after that,
00:13:18.200 she doubled down
00:13:19.320 on the Arab Spring.
00:13:21.240 She said it was
00:13:21.740 a strategic necessity
00:13:23.440 and pretty much
00:13:25.240 paved the road
00:13:26.260 for ISIS.
00:13:28.760 But, I mean,
00:13:30.000 but, I mean,
00:13:30.540 Jill Biden does.
00:13:32.120 Yeah,
00:13:32.520 she does.
00:13:33.420 She,
00:13:33.740 she,
00:13:34.340 yeah,
00:13:35.020 she descends below
00:13:36.140 all of that.
00:13:36.920 Remember the dandelion
00:13:38.000 incident?
00:13:39.020 Do you remember
00:13:39.420 she's walking
00:13:40.520 along the field
00:13:42.220 toward the,
00:13:43.160 the Marine One.
00:13:45.840 She's walking
00:13:46.520 with Joe Biden
00:13:48.380 in the field.
00:13:49.460 Joe bends over
00:13:50.680 and sweetly
00:13:51.700 and romantically
00:13:52.660 picks a gone-to-seed
00:13:54.700 dandelion,
00:13:55.500 not even one
00:13:56.100 that was blossomed
00:13:57.060 and yellow.
00:13:58.320 It had gone-to-seed
00:13:59.340 already,
00:14:00.080 and hands it
00:14:00.700 to his loved one,
00:14:01.840 Jill.
00:14:02.560 Jill takes a few steps,
00:14:04.300 gets behind
00:14:05.280 the Marine
00:14:06.220 who is standing there
00:14:07.180 to salute the first couple,
00:14:08.720 and throws it
00:14:09.980 on the ground.
00:14:10.760 showing that
00:14:13.900 it's meaningless
00:14:14.880 to her.
00:14:16.020 That romantic
00:14:16.720 gesture
00:14:17.940 from her
00:14:18.740 feeble
00:14:19.860 aged husband
00:14:21.500 was
00:14:22.240 meaningless
00:14:23.140 to her.
00:14:25.040 Pathetic.
00:14:25.360 Do I need to
00:14:26.060 remind you
00:14:26.740 that Hillary Clinton
00:14:27.780 was the one
00:14:29.220 behind
00:14:29.840 Fusion GPS
00:14:31.200 and the
00:14:32.040 Steele dossier?
00:14:34.700 Yes,
00:14:35.000 you do.
00:14:35.360 Just that one
00:14:37.360 beats Jill Biden.
00:14:39.520 Just that one thing.
00:14:42.420 By the way,
00:14:43.080 I'm doing my research,
00:14:44.260 and this was so
00:14:44.800 satisfying to see.
00:14:47.180 She was so angry.
00:14:49.420 She was staying
00:14:49.900 at the Peninsula Hotel
00:14:51.260 in Manhattan,
00:14:52.040 and when she realized
00:14:53.360 she lost,
00:14:54.860 she was so angry,
00:14:56.660 she had to,
00:14:57.320 quote,
00:14:57.420 suppress the anger
00:14:58.580 that touched
00:14:59.180 every nerve
00:15:00.300 in my body.
00:15:02.020 She didn't draft
00:15:03.260 a concession speech.
00:15:04.660 She never did it,
00:15:05.540 and she
00:15:07.420 had to find
00:15:08.260 another way
00:15:09.000 to use the
00:15:09.860 hundreds of
00:15:10.380 thousands of
00:15:10.980 dollars of
00:15:11.500 fireworks
00:15:12.220 donated
00:15:13.600 by her
00:15:14.960 charitable
00:15:15.760 foundation.
00:15:17.420 So she's got
00:15:18.320 like half a
00:15:19.040 million dollars
00:15:19.660 of fireworks
00:15:21.040 from her
00:15:22.100 charity
00:15:22.880 for this.
00:15:24.480 She also
00:15:25.240 had,
00:15:25.820 and I love
00:15:26.620 this,
00:15:27.200 oh,
00:15:27.480 I want this
00:15:28.060 documented.
00:15:28.880 I gotta see
00:15:29.940 pictures of this.
00:15:31.240 She had
00:15:32.360 a $500,000
00:15:34.200 special effect
00:15:35.680 glass ceiling
00:15:36.780 that she was
00:15:38.300 gonna break
00:15:38.980 through
00:15:39.420 when she
00:15:40.460 walked out
00:15:41.060 on stage
00:15:41.820 when she
00:15:43.440 won.
00:15:44.840 And they
00:15:45.140 were like,
00:15:45.640 we just
00:15:46.600 spent half a
00:15:47.200 million dollars
00:15:47.700 on this
00:15:48.220 breakaway
00:15:48.980 glass ceiling.
00:15:50.500 What do
00:15:50.660 we,
00:15:51.300 oh,
00:15:51.980 jeez.
00:15:53.220 You know,
00:15:53.820 I may have,
00:15:55.300 when I made
00:15:55.940 the claim,
00:15:56.520 I may have
00:15:57.280 been suffering
00:15:57.820 from a bit
00:15:58.480 of recency
00:15:59.260 bias.
00:15:59.840 it is
00:16:02.140 possible.
00:16:03.000 I think
00:16:03.480 you might.
00:16:04.120 I think
00:16:04.600 you might.
00:16:05.300 I think
00:16:05.660 you might.
00:16:06.200 But I
00:16:06.560 agree with
00:16:07.140 you.
00:16:07.400 She's not
00:16:07.880 the worst
00:16:08.240 first lady
00:16:08.740 we've ever
00:16:09.180 had,
00:16:09.480 but she
00:16:09.820 is a
00:16:10.160 despicable
00:16:10.760 human.
00:16:11.100 She is.
00:16:11.740 She's
00:16:11.940 absolutely
00:16:12.260 despicable.
00:16:13.120 I agree
00:16:13.320 with you.
00:16:13.760 I think
00:16:14.080 this is
00:16:14.460 elderly
00:16:14.820 abuse,
00:16:16.840 spousal
00:16:17.580 abuse,
00:16:18.440 but that's
00:16:19.060 the way.
00:16:20.620 What it's
00:16:21.360 doing for
00:16:21.860 the nation,
00:16:22.980 she knowingly
00:16:24.240 pushed him
00:16:24.820 forward in
00:16:25.820 this.
00:16:26.320 And you
00:16:26.500 know she
00:16:26.800 was behind
00:16:27.280 him the
00:16:27.580 whole time
00:16:28.060 saying,
00:16:28.400 yeah,
00:16:28.500 you got
00:16:28.800 to do
00:16:29.020 this.
00:16:29.440 You have
00:16:30.020 to do
00:16:30.340 this.
00:16:31.100 And now
00:16:31.780 we're stuck
00:16:33.020 with it.
00:16:34.280 We're stuck
00:16:34.740 with it.
00:16:35.380 But I don't
00:16:35.880 think she
00:16:36.320 was the
00:16:36.720 driver of
00:16:37.380 it.
00:16:37.560 I think
00:16:37.840 everybody
00:16:38.240 in the
00:16:38.640 Democratic
00:16:39.700 Party
00:16:40.300 was pushing
00:16:41.580 him.
00:16:42.300 He is
00:16:43.240 the perfect
00:16:43.900 guy to
00:16:46.940 finish the
00:16:48.100 fundamental
00:16:48.560 transformation
00:16:49.140 of America.
00:16:50.160 Because you
00:16:51.040 have all
00:16:51.440 these
00:16:51.700 scandals,
00:16:52.860 you have
00:16:53.320 his son,
00:16:54.380 you have
00:16:54.820 his age,
00:16:55.420 so there's
00:16:55.860 a million
00:16:56.400 ways to
00:16:57.880 turn on
00:16:58.720 him and
00:16:59.140 say,
00:16:59.480 that guy
00:17:00.040 was crazy
00:17:00.800 after
00:17:01.600 everything
00:17:02.300 has been
00:17:03.020 done.
00:17:04.200 You know
00:17:04.320 what I
00:17:04.440 mean?
00:17:04.760 Then they
00:17:05.200 can separate
00:17:05.800 that was
00:17:06.200 Joe Biden,
00:17:06.860 that was
00:17:07.140 not us,
00:17:08.540 because he
00:17:09.260 just did
00:17:09.900 all of it
00:17:10.480 for them,
00:17:11.060 and they
00:17:11.520 could flush
00:17:12.080 him down
00:17:12.420 the toilet
00:17:12.920 and wipe
00:17:13.560 their hands
00:17:14.080 clean.
00:17:14.820 And I
00:17:15.120 think that's
00:17:15.860 what they're
00:17:16.240 going to
00:17:16.520 do.
00:17:17.740 Yeah,
00:17:17.980 well,
00:17:18.260 they have
00:17:18.500 to.
00:17:18.820 Maybe it's just
00:17:18.980 me.
00:17:19.320 They have
00:17:19.640 to,
00:17:20.180 because he's
00:17:21.080 out of it.
00:17:21.500 OK,
00:17:23.440 let me tell
00:17:24.660 you about
00:17:24.860 our sponsor
00:17:25.220 of this
00:17:25.460 half hour.
00:17:25.880 It's the
00:17:26.140 Tuttle
00:17:26.460 Twins.
00:17:28.360 You know,
00:17:28.680 we stopped
00:17:29.080 paying attention,
00:17:29.900 and that's
00:17:30.200 what's
00:17:30.380 happened to
00:17:30.760 our country.
00:17:31.460 We stopped
00:17:31.840 paying attention.
00:17:32.920 Somebody said
00:17:33.420 to me,
00:17:33.700 you know,
00:17:33.920 the minute
00:17:34.320 you get
00:17:35.080 a gun
00:17:35.600 and a
00:17:35.880 concealed
00:17:36.380 carry
00:17:37.560 permit,
00:17:38.580 you're
00:17:39.000 a first
00:17:39.660 responder.
00:17:41.600 No,
00:17:41.860 actually,
00:17:42.240 when you're
00:17:42.960 born as
00:17:44.080 an American,
00:17:45.020 you're a
00:17:45.740 first responder.
00:17:47.400 We have
00:17:48.220 to remember
00:17:48.740 that.
00:17:49.240 We are
00:17:49.880 the ones
00:17:50.620 in charge.
00:17:51.780 We surround
00:17:52.720 them,
00:17:53.300 not the
00:17:53.680 other way
00:17:54.080 around.
00:17:54.560 We don't
00:17:55.200 need their
00:17:56.040 permission
00:17:56.980 to do
00:17:57.720 things.
00:17:59.640 Man,
00:18:00.080 when are
00:18:00.280 we going
00:18:00.500 to learn
00:18:00.820 that?
00:18:01.780 We have
00:18:02.200 to remember
00:18:03.900 our history,
00:18:05.360 what we
00:18:05.900 were found
00:18:06.420 in.
00:18:06.580 We will
00:18:07.120 not survive
00:18:08.200 if we
00:18:09.400 don't know
00:18:09.840 what we're
00:18:10.380 even fighting
00:18:11.180 for.
00:18:12.300 We have
00:18:12.840 to know
00:18:13.120 our history.
00:18:14.240 There is
00:18:14.620 a way
00:18:14.940 to reverse
00:18:16.000 course,
00:18:16.720 and it
00:18:17.080 starts with
00:18:17.720 history.
00:18:18.260 And the
00:18:18.440 Tuttle
00:18:18.680 Twins
00:18:19.120 have just
00:18:19.940 launched a
00:18:20.600 new,
00:18:20.940 fully
00:18:21.360 illustrated
00:18:22.000 American
00:18:22.520 history book.
00:18:23.400 It's
00:18:23.900 inspiring.
00:18:24.820 It is
00:18:25.180 fun.
00:18:25.820 It focuses
00:18:26.440 on the
00:18:26.900 stories and
00:18:27.700 principles and
00:18:28.780 ideas of
00:18:29.880 our history.
00:18:31.100 I don't give a
00:18:32.080 flying crap if
00:18:33.060 you can tell me,
00:18:34.100 what do you mean
00:18:34.560 you can't tell me
00:18:35.280 when the war of
00:18:36.140 1812 happened?
00:18:37.260 I don't care.
00:18:39.140 I don't care.
00:18:40.820 What was the
00:18:41.700 war of 1812
00:18:42.860 about?
00:18:44.400 Can you tell
00:18:44.980 me what the
00:18:45.960 idea was?
00:18:47.440 Can you tell
00:18:48.040 me anything of
00:18:49.060 importance about
00:18:49.920 that?
00:18:50.600 That's what
00:18:51.400 matters,
00:18:52.120 not the
00:18:52.760 date.
00:18:54.560 The Tuttle
00:18:55.360 Twins book
00:18:55.960 does just
00:18:56.920 that.
00:18:57.400 It takes
00:18:57.940 the stories
00:18:58.700 and the
00:18:59.060 ideas of
00:18:59.940 America's
00:19:00.600 history.

00:19:31.900 Oh, I had a
00:19:39.180 hard time not
00:19:40.400 tweeting out
00:19:40.980 responses to
00:19:42.320 NPR yesterday
00:19:43.600 because you'll
00:19:47.480 never guess.
00:19:48.140 NPR has just
00:19:51.020 discovered that
00:19:52.900 there might be
00:19:53.640 some concerns
00:19:54.900 involving
00:19:55.740 Ukraine as
00:19:58.960 the war with
00:20:00.720 Russia drags
00:20:01.820 on.
00:20:03.060 What?
00:20:04.180 Not like
00:20:04.700 corruption
00:20:05.780 concerns.
00:20:07.400 Yeah.
00:20:07.600 Yeah.
00:20:07.760 Listen to
00:20:08.120 this.
00:20:08.540 Listen to
00:20:08.920 this.
00:20:09.640 Ukrainian
00:20:10.040 President
00:20:10.760 Zelensky's
00:20:11.920 dismissal of
00:20:12.760 senior officials
00:20:13.760 is casting an
00:20:14.700 inconvenient light
00:20:15.640 on the issue
00:20:16.200 that the
00:20:17.040 Biden
00:20:17.320 administration
00:20:17.800 has largely
00:20:18.920 ignored since
00:20:20.520 the outbreak
00:20:21.120 of the war
00:20:21.600 with Russia.
00:20:22.620 Ukraine's
00:20:23.380 history of
00:20:25.380 rampant
00:20:25.980 corruption and
00:20:27.740 shaky
00:20:28.220 governance.
00:20:29.840 No.
00:20:30.440 John Podesta
00:20:32.760 was over
00:20:33.240 there along
00:20:33.680 with George
00:20:34.100 Soros and
00:20:34.680 Hillary Clinton
00:20:35.300 and the
00:20:35.880 Biden family
00:20:36.680 to make sure
00:20:37.880 that they
00:20:38.240 stopped all
00:20:38.840 the corruption.
00:20:40.260 Remember
00:20:40.600 when they
00:20:42.080 thought that
00:20:42.680 they had
00:20:43.180 somebody corrupt
00:20:44.100 they gave it
00:20:45.080 right directly
00:20:45.940 to the NGO
00:20:47.280 that was run
00:20:48.220 by George
00:20:49.060 Soros and he
00:20:49.920 would vet them
00:20:50.540 all and he'd be
00:20:51.240 like now they're
00:20:51.840 not corrupt or
00:20:52.600 yep they're
00:20:53.580 really corrupt
00:20:54.360 got to get rid
00:20:55.340 of those guys
00:20:56.040 and Hillary
00:20:57.600 was there to
00:20:58.340 help him out
00:20:59.120 and there was
00:20:59.580 lots of
00:21:00.320 government money
00:21:01.120 to make sure
00:21:02.100 that happened
00:21:02.900 and remember
00:21:04.160 Joe Biden
00:21:05.640 himself made
00:21:06.540 sure that one
00:21:07.300 guy who was
00:21:08.080 going to
00:21:08.780 you know
00:21:09.440 investigate his
00:21:10.700 son on
00:21:11.340 Burisma he
00:21:12.680 got him fired
00:21:13.520 because he was
00:21:14.220 so corrupt
00:21:14.940 right so
00:21:16.040 corrupt
00:21:16.500 yeah
00:21:17.620 yeah
00:21:19.200 so NPR
00:21:21.000 and boy
00:21:21.860 you guys
00:21:22.900 at NPR
00:21:23.760 I guess
00:21:24.240 this is why
00:21:24.680 they pay you
00:21:25.180 the big bucks
00:21:25.860 you know
00:21:26.720 that's why
00:21:27.100 you get all
00:21:27.480 that government
00:21:28.000 money because
00:21:28.640 you are on
00:21:29.220 top of it
00:21:29.740 who would
00:21:30.580 have even
00:21:30.940 thought that
00:21:31.800 maybe we
00:21:32.480 shouldn't send
00:21:33.200 60 billion
00:21:34.320 dollars over
00:21:35.000 there without
00:21:35.960 an accountant
00:21:36.800 how much
00:21:40.140 of that money
00:21:40.740 is just
00:21:41.540 gone
00:21:42.440 I shouldn't
00:21:43.840 say that
00:21:44.200 I NPR
00:21:45.720 will be all
00:21:46.340 over it I'm
00:21:46.920 sure I'm
00:21:47.860 sure it's a
00:21:49.080 delicate issue
00:21:49.740 for the Biden
00:21:50.320 administration
00:21:50.840 with billions
00:21:51.740 in aid
00:21:52.400 flowing to
00:21:53.040 Ukraine
00:21:53.500 the White
00:21:54.300 House
00:21:54.460 continues to
00:21:55.040 make the
00:21:55.340 case that
00:21:55.800 supporting
00:21:56.160 Zelensky's
00:21:56.820 government to
00:21:57.420 the American
00:21:57.880 public
00:21:58.320 increasingly
00:21:59.280 focuses on
00:22:00.100 domestic issues
00:22:00.900 like high
00:22:01.640 gas prices
00:22:02.360 and inflation
00:22:03.100 high profile
00:22:04.820 supporters of
00:22:05.420 Ukraine both
00:22:06.000 parties want
00:22:06.540 to avoid the
00:22:07.140 backlash that
00:22:08.280 could make it
00:22:08.700 more difficult
00:22:09.260 to pass future
00:22:10.120 hate packages
00:22:10.900 really you
00:22:12.140 think you
00:22:13.240 think if
00:22:14.280 there's anything
00:22:15.100 going on over
00:22:15.940 there that's
00:22:16.440 corrupt that
00:22:17.880 it might make
00:22:19.040 the American
00:22:19.500 people go
00:22:20.060 yeah maybe we
00:22:21.080 shouldn't send
00:22:21.700 over an
00:22:22.520 extra dollar
00:22:23.860 we sent
00:22:25.300 them what
00:22:26.160 it cost us
00:22:27.060 for the first
00:22:27.900 five years
00:22:29.060 of the war
00:22:29.860 in Afghanistan
00:22:30.920 back program
00:22:32.160 we have the
00:22:35.680 attorney general
00:22:36.660 of Missouri on
00:22:38.220 next to talk
00:22:38.760 about what the
00:22:39.200 FBI is doing
00:22:39.820 with guns
00:22:40.340 I don't know
00:22:41.720 what summer is
00:22:42.260 like where
00:22:42.780 where you live
00:22:43.520 but in
00:22:44.700 Texas we
00:22:46.820 sometimes measure
00:22:47.820 the heat by
00:22:48.420 how far your
00:22:49.120 tires sink into
00:22:50.080 the melted
00:22:50.540 asphalt as
00:22:51.660 you drive to
00:22:52.320 work you
00:22:53.640 know how
00:22:54.200 hot is it
00:22:54.840 I don't know
00:22:55.340 my tires
00:22:55.980 weren't on
00:22:56.460 fire so it's
00:22:58.260 cooler than it
00:22:58.840 was yesterday
00:22:59.560 but even if
00:23:01.020 you're not
00:23:01.320 dealing with
00:23:01.960 that level of
00:23:02.620 heat it's
00:23:03.340 still nice to
00:23:04.040 know that the
00:23:04.760 summer sun can
00:23:06.800 be blocked out
00:23:07.680 when you're home
00:23:08.580 or even better
00:23:09.660 when you're not
00:23:10.420 home and you're
00:23:11.540 it just becomes
00:23:12.800 an oven
00:23:13.400 here's some good

00:23:53.700 hello and welcome
00:24:03.860 to the program
00:24:04.420 earlier this week
00:24:05.420 I told you of a
00:24:06.460 couple of places
00:24:07.060 one in Delaware
00:24:07.940 where the ATF is
00:24:09.760 just showing up to
00:24:10.900 houses and saying
00:24:11.860 hey we need to see
00:24:12.640 your guns
00:24:13.220 make sure you
00:24:15.420 understand your
00:24:16.280 constitutional right
00:24:17.360 they have no
00:24:18.680 right to do
00:24:19.920 that what you
00:24:20.720 need to say is
00:24:21.500 do you have
00:24:22.860 a warrant
00:24:23.760 if they don't
00:24:25.480 tell them to go
00:24:26.480 get a warrant
00:24:27.120 and you'd be
00:24:27.940 happy to show
00:24:28.640 your guns
00:24:29.360 but they need
00:24:30.900 a reason
00:24:31.720 to ask you
00:24:33.260 to see your
00:24:33.980 guns
00:24:34.460 you're a private
00:24:35.220 citizen you've
00:24:35.960 done no wrong
00:24:36.760 no and I know
00:24:38.220 they'll come up
00:24:38.840 to you as they
00:24:39.660 did and videotape
00:24:40.940 we've seen it
00:24:41.580 they'll come up
00:24:42.340 and go it's no
00:24:43.140 big deal it is a
00:24:44.140 very big deal
00:24:45.040 you are violating
00:24:46.820 the second
00:24:47.800 amendment
00:24:48.320 you are violating
00:24:49.700 the constitution
00:24:50.600 the federal
00:24:51.380 government has
00:24:52.400 no right
00:24:53.260 to do that
00:24:54.060 now the other
00:24:55.620 story that we
00:24:56.360 told you is very
00:24:57.040 similar
00:24:57.500 the federal
00:24:58.520 bureau of
00:24:59.080 investigation
00:24:59.700 the FBI
00:25:00.400 has gone to
00:25:01.620 several Missouri
00:25:02.340 county sheriffs
00:25:03.280 and saying they're
00:25:04.400 going to be showing
00:25:04.900 up in August
00:25:05.920 to the sheriff's
00:25:07.300 department
00:25:07.760 to audit
00:25:09.200 the CCW
00:25:10.480 permit
00:25:10.960 holder records
00:25:12.200 so if you have
00:25:13.140 a concealed
00:25:13.700 carry weapon
00:25:14.900 permit
00:25:15.720 they're looking
00:25:17.020 they want to
00:25:17.520 look through
00:25:17.980 all of those
00:25:18.820 excuse me
00:25:20.560 we have now
00:25:22.520 the attorney
00:25:23.040 general
00:25:23.940 the attorney
00:25:26.120 general of
00:25:27.020 Missouri
00:25:28.200 on with us
00:25:28.940 now
00:25:29.240 and we want
00:25:30.820 to welcome
00:25:31.400 Eric Schmidt
00:25:32.040 to the program
00:25:33.100 hello Eric
00:25:34.060 how are you
00:25:34.700 I'm great
00:25:36.140 Glenn
00:25:36.360 great to be
00:25:36.740 with you again
00:25:37.260 so I read
00:25:39.820 your letter
00:25:40.280 to the FBI
00:25:41.020 you make it
00:25:41.860 crystal clear
00:25:43.320 that you
00:25:44.960 you want
00:25:46.000 you're telling
00:25:48.020 them stay
00:25:48.860 out of my
00:25:49.840 state
00:25:50.320 you're not
00:25:50.780 going to the
00:25:51.280 sheriff's
00:25:51.680 department
00:25:52.040 correct
00:25:53.160 that's exactly
00:25:53.740 right
00:25:54.060 correct
00:25:54.700 they have
00:25:55.260 no business
00:25:55.980 at all
00:25:56.720 auditing
00:25:58.200 or trying
00:25:59.640 to obtain
00:26:00.720 more information
00:26:01.500 about who
00:26:02.000 has a concealed
00:26:02.660 carry permit
00:26:03.220 in the state
00:26:03.640 of Missouri
00:26:04.060 it violates
00:26:05.320 as you talked
00:26:06.000 about this
00:26:06.320 sort of
00:26:06.620 basic
00:26:07.020 tenet of
00:26:07.480 the second
00:26:07.800 amendment
00:26:08.120 but also
00:26:08.920 we have
00:26:09.340 a statute
00:26:09.880 in Missouri
00:26:10.600 that was
00:26:11.280 enacted
00:26:11.640 just you
00:26:12.260 know a few
00:26:12.580 years ago
00:26:13.160 that makes
00:26:14.040 it very
00:26:14.540 clear
00:26:14.960 that federal
00:26:15.720 agencies
00:26:16.220 shall not
00:26:17.340 have this
00:26:17.840 information
00:26:18.400 at all
00:26:19.140 but I think
00:26:20.540 what's happening
00:26:21.160 Glenn is
00:26:21.920 the second
00:26:23.120 amendment
00:26:23.500 which is
00:26:23.920 central
00:26:24.120 is a
00:26:24.420 god-given
00:26:24.960 right
00:26:25.280 the right
00:26:25.680 to defend
00:26:26.140 yourself
00:26:26.600 it's
00:26:26.920 protected
00:26:27.460 by the
00:26:28.880 constitution
00:26:29.520 our government
00:26:30.980 was instituted
00:26:31.640 to protect
00:26:32.200 our god-given
00:26:32.840 rights
00:26:33.120 not infringe
00:26:33.820 upon them
00:26:34.320 we had a
00:26:34.940 big supreme
00:26:35.500 court case
00:26:36.120 a big win
00:26:36.700 Missouri
00:26:37.060 actually I
00:26:37.600 led the
00:26:37.880 briefing
00:26:38.120 on that
00:26:38.420 New York
00:26:38.700 pistol
00:26:38.980 and rifle
00:26:39.260 case
00:26:39.680 that basically
00:26:40.580 said you
00:26:41.020 don't need
00:26:41.340 to go to
00:26:41.660 a bureaucrat
00:26:42.280 and prove
00:26:42.620 you're in
00:26:42.920 danger to
00:26:43.440 have a
00:26:43.680 concealed
00:26:43.920 carry
00:26:44.180 permit
00:26:44.520 this Biden
00:26:45.520 administration
00:26:46.100 the FBI
00:26:46.740 reputation
00:26:47.940 has been
00:26:48.420 trashed
00:26:48.960 because they're
00:26:49.300 going after
00:26:49.640 parents
00:26:50.040 showing up
00:26:50.300 to school
00:26:50.540 board
00:26:50.740 beatings
00:26:51.320 they're on
00:26:51.800 the march
00:26:52.180 here
00:26:52.480 because they
00:26:53.140 know they're
00:26:53.520 losing this
00:26:54.000 very important
00:26:54.640 constitutional
00:26:55.260 battle
00:26:55.680 and we're
00:26:56.080 winning
00:26:56.400 because that's
00:26:57.220 what the
00:26:57.440 constitution says
00:26:58.380 so here we
00:26:59.140 go now
00:26:59.660 we want to
00:27:00.380 go and I
00:27:00.820 guess get a
00:27:01.320 list or
00:27:02.020 conduct these
00:27:02.520 audits of
00:27:03.140 who actually
00:27:03.740 has a
00:27:04.120 concealed
00:27:04.400 carry
00:27:04.680 permit
00:27:04.960 in
00:27:05.200 Missouri
00:27:05.500 we said
00:27:05.980 no way
00:27:06.440 you're not
00:27:06.960 allowed
00:27:07.400 the sheriff
00:27:08.160 came to
00:27:08.620 us and
00:27:09.160 said hey
00:27:09.500 we got
00:27:09.940 this email
00:27:10.580 they sent
00:27:11.800 it to us
00:27:12.240 we fired
00:27:12.760 up a letter
00:27:13.180 to the
00:27:13.460 FBI
00:27:13.760 saying
00:27:14.220 you know
00:27:15.040 you shall
00:27:15.460 not pass
00:27:16.020 not in
00:27:16.300 this state
00:27:16.700 what are
00:27:19.140 they
00:27:19.400 what is
00:27:20.800 the guys
00:27:21.500 they're
00:27:21.820 coming
00:27:22.140 to audit
00:27:23.260 the CCWs
00:27:24.500 have they
00:27:25.540 ever done
00:27:26.040 that before
00:27:26.660 is this
00:27:27.440 what is
00:27:28.420 the guise
00:27:29.040 of no
00:27:29.540 no
00:27:29.720 no
00:27:29.900 we're only
00:27:30.360 doing
00:27:30.660 this
00:27:31.160 they claim
00:27:32.660 they have
00:27:32.960 done audits
00:27:33.560 before
00:27:34.100 on the
00:27:36.040 CJIS
00:27:37.960 system
00:27:38.700 which is
00:27:39.200 essentially
00:27:39.680 sort of
00:27:40.180 like the
00:27:41.060 evidence
00:27:41.540 like fingerprinting
00:27:42.860 system
00:27:43.280 right
00:27:43.660 they claim
00:27:44.060 that they've
00:27:44.360 done that
00:27:44.680 before
00:27:45.000 but this
00:27:45.620 was specific
00:27:46.460 when to
00:27:47.560 conceal carry
00:27:48.480 permits
00:27:48.980 and that is
00:27:50.260 not allowed
00:27:51.000 there is a
00:27:52.020 state as I
00:27:52.520 said a state
00:27:53.100 statute
00:27:53.620 specifically
00:27:54.500 directed at
00:27:55.780 this kind
00:27:56.380 of activity
00:27:57.040 you know
00:27:58.300 Missouri also
00:27:59.040 has and I'm
00:27:59.740 defending in
00:28:00.320 court
00:28:00.660 SEPA
00:28:01.500 which is the
00:28:02.080 Second Amendment
00:28:02.560 Preservation
00:28:03.140 Act
00:28:03.560 which essentially
00:28:04.460 says we
00:28:05.320 will not have
00:28:05.900 state resources
00:28:06.660 used to
00:28:07.100 enforce federal
00:28:07.680 gun laws
00:28:08.200 and so
00:28:09.740 Missouri's
00:28:10.220 been very
00:28:10.700 out front
00:28:11.240 on these
00:28:12.180 Second Amendment
00:28:12.700 preservation
00:28:13.160 you know
00:28:13.860 issues to
00:28:14.480 protect people's
00:28:15.320 God-given
00:28:15.680 rights
00:28:16.020 and we're
00:28:16.540 not backing
00:28:16.980 down from
00:28:17.380 this
00:28:17.640 and so
00:28:18.100 you had a
00:28:19.260 Scotland
00:28:19.640 County
00:28:20.040 a sheriff
00:28:20.460 in northeast
00:28:20.960 Missouri
00:28:21.460 there was an
00:28:22.300 article that
00:28:22.720 followed up
00:28:23.120 our letter
00:28:23.680 basically saying
00:28:24.580 you know
00:28:25.220 I'm not
00:28:25.840 there's no way
00:28:26.420 this is happening
00:28:27.000 I'm not going
00:28:27.520 to do it
00:28:27.920 we've got the
00:28:28.680 sheriffs
00:28:28.940 back on this
00:28:29.660 backs on this
00:28:30.540 and so
00:28:31.300 we're pretty
00:28:31.740 united in the
00:28:32.460 fact that
00:28:32.960 this is not
00:28:33.500 information the
00:28:34.260 FBI is entitled
00:28:35.040 to no federal
00:28:35.860 agency is entitled
00:28:36.660 to this
00:28:36.940 no private
00:28:37.760 entity is
00:28:38.820 entitled to
00:28:39.420 this
00:28:39.760 Missouri law
00:28:41.080 makes it very
00:28:41.660 clear that
00:28:42.480 that information
00:28:43.080 specifically and
00:28:44.220 only housed with
00:28:44.880 those local
00:28:45.320 sheriffs were
00:28:45.820 elected
00:28:46.160 so you know
00:28:49.540 everybody
00:28:49.940 everybody in
00:28:50.920 Germany they
00:28:51.380 didn't have a
00:28:51.800 problem giving
00:28:52.420 it to the
00:28:53.580 government all
00:28:54.200 this information
00:28:54.880 because they
00:28:55.540 thought the
00:28:55.820 government would
00:28:56.360 never use it
00:28:57.020 and they said
00:28:57.880 we'll never
00:28:58.640 ever have
00:28:59.140 anything to do
00:28:59.800 we just want
00:29:00.700 to keep records
00:29:01.260 of it and
00:29:01.660 then there was
00:29:02.100 a new regime
00:29:02.800 and you know
00:29:05.300 you were shot
00:29:06.140 if you didn't
00:29:07.200 turn in your
00:29:07.920 gun by a
00:29:09.660 certain date
00:29:10.460 even if you
00:29:11.640 were on your
00:29:12.420 way to turn
00:29:14.140 your gun in
00:29:15.160 you were shot
00:29:16.560 I mean it
00:29:18.380 became very
00:29:19.600 draconian
00:29:20.340 so can you
00:29:21.360 please tell
00:29:22.160 the listener
00:29:24.300 and the people
00:29:25.560 in Missouri
00:29:26.080 or anywhere
00:29:26.700 in the country
00:29:27.340 that might
00:29:28.220 be tempted
00:29:29.340 just to
00:29:29.920 cooperate
00:29:30.480 because they're
00:29:31.480 approaching these
00:29:32.200 people very
00:29:32.860 nicely not in
00:29:33.800 your state
00:29:34.360 not the
00:29:34.960 sheriffs
00:29:35.340 but they're
00:29:36.240 approaching people
00:29:36.860 very nicely
00:29:37.460 and say look
00:29:37.960 this is no
00:29:38.500 big deal
00:29:39.020 you're not in
00:29:39.660 trouble we just
00:29:40.260 need to see
00:29:40.780 this why
00:29:42.260 should they
00:29:42.940 stand on
00:29:44.080 their right
00:29:44.880 and what
00:29:45.320 should they
00:29:45.760 say
00:29:46.280 this is their
00:29:48.380 god-given
00:29:48.960 right there's
00:29:49.560 no authority
00:29:51.160 at all for
00:29:51.880 the gun for
00:29:52.440 the federal
00:29:52.860 government to
00:29:53.400 obtain this
00:29:53.900 information there
00:29:54.580 isn't and in
00:29:55.860 fact this one of
00:29:56.800 the reasons we
00:29:57.320 have the second
00:29:57.900 amendment is to
00:29:58.660 defend against
00:29:59.340 tyranny not just
00:30:00.760 our you know it's
00:30:01.780 self-preservation in
00:30:02.720 our families and
00:30:03.420 defenders that's
00:30:04.300 also defend against
00:30:05.340 government tyranny
00:30:06.140 every dictator over
00:30:07.780 the course of time
00:30:08.440 every tyrant has
00:30:09.740 sought to disarm the
00:30:11.320 citizenry they don't
00:30:12.160 need this list I'll
00:30:13.380 also point out when I
00:30:14.400 was on your show
00:30:15.000 maybe a year ago we
00:30:16.420 were talking about
00:30:16.900 something else and
00:30:17.440 you're you're talking
00:30:18.240 about how important
00:30:18.800 Republican AGs have
00:30:19.780 been and been pushing
00:30:20.360 back because if it's
00:30:21.140 not for us it's down
00:30:22.100 to the local
00:30:22.520 sheriffs I remember
00:30:23.200 you saying that and
00:30:24.100 here we are it's the
00:30:25.380 local sheriff so here
00:30:27.380 we are so we're not
00:30:28.580 backing down from this
00:30:29.520 it's also interesting
00:30:30.640 that at a time where
00:30:32.200 we're talking about
00:30:32.940 red flag laws which I
00:30:34.120 vehemently opposed I'm
00:30:35.340 running for the United
00:30:35.940 States Senate I would
00:30:36.720 have never voted for
00:30:37.600 this ridiculous bill
00:30:38.680 this these red flag
00:30:40.760 laws are simply a
00:30:41.940 green light for gun
00:30:43.020 confiscation so you
00:30:44.360 start to put all this
00:30:45.260 stuff together Glenn
00:30:46.180 you've got an effort to
00:30:47.980 enact red flag laws
00:30:49.260 they've got a loss at
00:30:50.460 the Supreme Court now
00:30:51.760 all of a sudden we're
00:30:52.480 trying to get concealed
00:30:53.260 carry permit information
00:30:54.440 the left is obsessed
00:30:56.320 with this antiquated
00:30:58.880 notion that it's that
00:30:59.860 guns are just for the
00:31:00.800 military that's not
00:31:01.640 true people have a
00:31:03.780 have a right to defend
00:31:04.700 themselves they can own
00:31:05.880 their guns and the
00:31:06.460 federal government's not
00:31:07.300 entitled in any way
00:31:08.380 shape or form to ask
00:31:09.760 you about it or
00:31:10.680 certainly not to
00:31:11.340 confiscate those
00:31:12.120 weapons so did you
00:31:15.720 see what was happening
00:31:16.640 in Delaware in Delaware
00:31:18.980 the FBI is going door
00:31:20.360 to door and saying you
00:31:21.560 bought more than one
00:31:22.640 gun in the past and so
00:31:24.660 we just need to see all
00:31:26.020 of them have you heard
00:31:27.680 that papers please
00:31:28.500 papers please yeah I
00:31:31.900 have in the last couple
00:31:32.800 days this stuff is nuts
00:31:34.140 and I think it's
00:31:35.240 important for people to
00:31:36.120 understand what their
00:31:36.840 rights are and you've
00:31:38.780 got a federal government
00:31:40.560 now Glenn that's trying
00:31:42.100 to create a ministry of
00:31:43.260 truth you've got big
00:31:44.620 government colluding with
00:31:45.700 big tech we've got a
00:31:46.500 lawsuit on this Missouri
00:31:47.700 and Louisiana just got a
00:31:49.020 landmark order last week
00:31:50.640 where we get discovery
00:31:51.660 now on the information
00:31:53.560 that Fauci and Psaki were
00:31:56.280 flagging for big tech to
00:31:57.680 shut people down I mean
00:31:59.220 this is and what they want
00:32:01.520 is a very big oppressive
00:32:03.700 tyrannical government that
00:32:05.720 silences people and takes
00:32:07.600 their guns away and people
00:32:09.320 thought this stuff was just
00:32:10.500 you know not really
00:32:11.980 happening or some sort of
00:32:13.080 fantasy all you have to do
00:32:14.220 is look at the news and
00:32:15.720 and again my job is to
00:32:17.100 defend the constitutional
00:32:17.880 rights of the people that
00:32:18.740 state and that's what I'm
00:32:19.660 going to do I have to tell
00:32:21.960 you what really frightens me
00:32:23.820 is this talk from the White
00:32:25.900 House about emergency health
00:32:28.560 emergency and a climate change
00:32:31.880 emergency that if the president
00:32:35.020 declares a state of emergency
00:32:37.200 it doesn't mean that it's going
00:32:39.960 to go into tyranny but he could
00:32:42.400 very easily change everything and
00:32:46.160 he'd have the constitutional right
00:32:48.160 to do it the path of Glenn the
00:32:51.400 path of tyranny is paved with
00:32:53.840 these emergency executive orders I
00:32:55.940 think I was on your show it is we're
00:32:57.760 talking about Missouri was the
00:32:59.880 first state to file suit on the
00:33:01.660 OSHA vaccine mandate okay what
00:33:03.760 they were attempting to do there
00:33:04.760 think about this an agency
00:33:06.340 created to make sure forklifts
00:33:07.860 beep when they back up was then
00:33:10.120 charged with forcing a medical
00:33:12.540 procedure on 80 million
00:33:13.640 Americans and what we did we
00:33:14.760 won but one of the things I said
00:33:16.360 is this is the playbook get ready
00:33:19.040 because they're not just calling
00:33:20.300 it climate change anymore they've
00:33:22.000 already changed the lexicon to
00:33:23.400 call it climate emergency and now
00:33:25.280 here we are a climate emergency
00:33:27.400 we have to push back on this the
00:33:29.760 growth of the administrative state
00:33:31.240 cannot be allowed to continue if if
00:33:33.900 you have this sort of climate
00:33:35.580 emergency you start telling people
00:33:37.520 what they can drive when they can
00:33:39.020 drive it how often they can drive it
00:33:40.560 where they can go this stuff has to
00:33:43.200 be stopped cold and I'm certainly
00:33:45.660 committed to that but I think people
00:33:46.800 are waking up to this all right well
00:33:49.940 thank you for all of your hard work as
00:33:52.020 the AG in Missouri and I I would
00:33:55.800 love to you know do anything we can
00:33:59.040 do to help you you know move on to
00:34:00.760 the Senate but I don't want to do
00:34:02.100 anything if you don't have a good AG
00:34:04.820 in Missouri because our AGs and our
00:34:07.640 sheriffs really are the last line do
00:34:09.580 you have somebody good that can
00:34:10.820 replace you absolutely yeah
00:34:13.300 absolutely we're gonna have a good
00:34:14.420 replacement but we need fighters in
00:34:16.060 the Missouri in the United States
00:34:17.200 Senate Glenn we need people who
00:34:18.480 understand the Constitution will in
00:34:19.780 the fight supported by by Mike Lee and
00:34:23.140 Ted Cruz and all the conservative
00:34:24.960 verifiers and so we're we're just
00:34:27.600 about 11 days away from that
00:34:28.880 important primary where we can send a
00:34:30.440 fire to the Senate I'm excited about
00:34:31.800 it how can we how can we help how can
00:34:35.020 the audience help if they want to go
00:34:37.600 to Schmidt for Senate at CHMITT for
00:34:39.800 Senate dot com and spread the word to
00:34:42.560 friends in Missouri we're leading in the
00:34:45.040 polls and we feel really good about
00:34:46.500 where we're at but we got to run
00:34:47.600 through the tape and get there listen
00:34:49.300 the Republic all the things we talked
00:34:51.660 about the Republic is on the line and
00:34:54.660 we got to fight for it I don't think
00:34:57.600 people really I know I shouldn't say
00:34:59.620 that I think there's about 30 percent of
00:35:02.020 this nation that they know we are we
00:35:06.340 are there we're now at the door the
00:35:09.300 threshold we take another step and we
00:35:12.580 lose America is that an overstatement
00:35:15.740 but nope because here's the deal we are
00:35:18.460 not having traditional political
00:35:20.140 debates in this country about tax rates
00:35:22.040 and entitlement reform the left the
00:35:24.140 Democrats are two votes away two votes
00:35:26.760 away in the United States Senate from
00:35:28.460 packing the Supreme Court federalizing
00:35:30.700 our elections adding states to the
00:35:32.600 Union and having open borders in real
00:35:34.700 amnesty there are two votes away from
00:35:36.540 all of that stuff happening and we need
00:35:38.560 to fight like hell to make sure we get
00:35:39.980 people in there who understand the
00:35:41.260 stakes who have a proven track record
00:35:43.060 like I do of fighting back and winning
00:35:44.680 and that's what's on the line
00:35:46.080 schmidt for senate.com Eric thank you
00:35:52.080 very much I appreciate it anytime
00:35:54.440 Glenn take care you got it he's the
00:35:57.600 Missouri Attorney General and running
00:35:59.760 for U.S. Senate I would I would endorse
00:36:01.940 him if I endorsed but that's the kiss of
00:36:03.920 death so no endorsement in fact I hate
00:36:07.580 the guy you know what the last thing you
00:36:09.800 should do is vote for that guy maybe I
00:36:12.680 try reverse psychology maybe that will

00:38:02.460 hey Pat do you think it's a mistake to just
00:38:14.460 give up on people because they're just too
00:38:16.300 stupid I mean I really I'm coming to a
00:38:20.420 place to where yeah Americans pretty
00:38:25.700 stupid pretty stupid many are pretty
00:38:28.900 stupid many are yeah many many are
00:38:32.480 especially those who generally like NPR
00:38:35.920 I'm just reading the you know that NPR
00:38:38.400 just discovered that there's corruption in
00:38:40.920 Ukraine maybe we shouldn't have sent 60
00:38:43.020 billion dollars over there no and and boy
00:38:48.800 the responses from the people defending them
00:38:51.860 they're just so stupid that doesn't mean
00:38:56.680 that it gets a right for Russia to invade
00:38:59.240 yeah no I didn't say that nobody said
00:39:01.480 that yeah yeah it's just that you're
00:39:04.740 you're fighting for Putin now
00:39:07.120 it's it's just that do we have to support
00:39:14.260 with all of our military might and money
00:39:17.480 uh a corrupt administration you know we've
00:39:22.320 we've even got the uh uh Victoria
00:39:24.420 uh Spartz is it I think that it was born
00:39:27.600 in Ukraine yeah yeah she has been trying
00:39:29.760 to sound the alarm that wait a minute
00:39:31.420 this Zelensky administration is really
00:39:34.020 corrupt I've been trying to get her on
00:39:37.640 the air she won't come on the air with
00:39:39.300 me really I've been trying for a week to
00:39:41.300 get her on the air yeah I really want to
00:39:43.280 talk to her because she knows she is
00:39:46.200 Ukrainian yeah and she knows and she's
00:39:49.760 just getting hammered by the press just
00:39:52.500 getting hammered by the press and I don't
00:39:54.720 know if she's right but I think her voice
00:39:57.120 should be heard I think so absolutely
00:39:59.740 because we've had so much evidence of
00:40:02.400 Ukrainian corruption over the years I
00:40:04.380 mean it's not a surprise to anybody that
00:40:06.260 that's one of the most corrupt governments
00:40:07.800 on earth and we've always known that look
00:40:10.760 at what we are yeah look at what we are
00:40:12.940 they're two years into an investigation on
00:40:15.700 Hunter Biden and no charges yet I mean I
00:40:20.060 think my daughter who's never studied law
00:40:24.060 and doesn't have her driver's license yet I
00:40:27.320 think she could find the criminal activity
00:40:30.640 to say maybe we should take this one to
00:40:32.720 court I think she could gosh oh yeah yeah
00:40:37.060 yeah yeah all right Bill O'Reilly is
00:40:38.940 coming up next I can't wait to talk and
00:40:40.560 talk to him in weeks looking forward to
00:40:43.340 hearing what he thinks this week I'm
00:40:47.400 sorry I'm just I'm yawning yourself I'm
00:40:49.400 thinking of Bill O'Reilly and he's just I
00:40:52.360 know so so anyway Bill O'Reilly is coming
00:40:56.260 up next I can't wait to see what he
00:40:58.180 thinks the biggest story of the week is
00:41:00.820 then Michael Malice and Steve Dace also
00:41:03.620 join us a lot more to the program miss a
00:41:06.280 miss a line back program
00:41:08.280 got no room to compromise
00:41:31.280 what you are about to hear is the fusion of
00:41:54.280 the fusion of entertainment and
00:41:56.280 enlightenment this is the Glenn back program
00:42:00.460 boy there are lots of stories that are
00:42:06.600 nominees but what is the biggest story of
00:42:08.900 the week we go there in 60 seconds with
00:42:11.620 Mr. Bill O'Reilly so you could take a
00:42:16.920 chance and just assume that some cyber
00:42:19.140 criminal decides not to steal your
00:42:21.200 identity you know because he'd feel really
00:42:23.520 bad about it and you want to give it back
00:42:25.340 we did stranger things well yeah I was
00:42:28.580 gonna say stranger things have happened I
00:42:30.520 mean read the newspaper but chances are
00:42:33.040 pretty good what will actually happen is
00:42:36.580 you will get touched by a cyber criminal
00:42:39.840 and they'll take something from you and
00:42:43.600 really mess a lot of your life up for a
00:42:46.940 while it's important to understand how
00:42:48.920 cyber crime and identity theft affect our
00:42:51.000 lives every day we put our information out
00:42:53.320 at risk on the internet and now on the
00:42:55.820 dark web all they do is assemble all of
00:42:58.840 these different pieces of information and
00:43:01.580 nobody can prevent all identity theft or
00:43:03.600 monitor all transactions at businesses but

00:43:23.080 author of killing the killers hi Bill
00:43:26.000 I missed you how you been I know I've been
00:43:31.560 good it's been over a month I think since
00:43:34.700 we have talked or maybe exactly a month
00:43:36.700 yeah Utah wherever else you have the bunker
00:43:40.660 and and visit I didn't know where you are
00:43:42.860 but you're all right healthy everything's
00:43:45.140 good oh yeah I'm buried deep under the
00:43:48.500 ground in Idaho so yeah I know yeah um
00:43:50.860 anyway um yeah you know you know when
00:43:55.120 you're vaporized I'll I'll be like oh well
00:43:57.800 good thing I wasn't with Bill O'Reilly
00:43:59.160 today uh so Bill um tell me what the
00:44:03.560 biggest story of the week is okay now I
00:44:06.460 have two biggest stories because as you
00:44:08.320 know I I do a lot of research for the
00:44:10.460 Glenn Beck program first I it's a Biden's
00:44:15.780 COVID now why is this important number one
00:44:19.600 here's the most uh well-protected man on
00:44:22.920 the planet you know it's not like Biden's
00:44:26.380 in a dive bar in Sturgis South Dakota all
00:44:30.400 right no he he can't get near him it's
00:44:34.100 him and Jill I I but he's got COVID and
00:44:37.640 I think he was vaccinated 47 times I mean
00:44:41.280 it was every part of his body was
00:44:43.260 vaccinated even his toes got COVID all
00:44:47.040 right now all I want to know this is it I
00:44:49.840 feel bad he's got COVID I'm sorry he's got
00:44:52.220 it I don't I know you had it a couple of
00:44:54.260 times I have never had it and I'm really
00:44:56.860 lucky and I don't want anybody to ever
00:44:58.700 get COVID except no I'm not going to say
00:45:02.180 Nancy Pelosi that would be mean I'm not
00:45:04.340 going to do it all right so okay good good
00:45:07.500 for you keep working the program Bill
00:45:10.320 okay all I want to know is if you are
00:45:15.700 vaccinated 45 times Mr. President what
00:45:20.700 exactly does the vaccination do can we
00:45:23.860 just have someone not Fauci because he
00:45:27.980 got COVID too and he was vaccinated 87
00:45:30.840 times okay just someone just anyone in
00:45:35.820 the Centers for Disease Control tell the
00:45:38.820 American people and Beck and O'Reilly what
00:45:42.500 exactly do these vaccinations do they're
00:45:46.500 not well they they make it so it's no they
00:45:50.500 make sure that it your symptoms are less
00:45:53.060 severe but you know you fail to mention
00:45:55.540 that that's exactly what nature does it
00:45:59.120 starts out really really viral and nasty
00:46:02.120 well I am I don't know all I know is that
00:46:09.460 my son has to go back to college in a few
00:46:12.300 weeks and the college is sending me stuff
00:46:14.880 going he's got to be vaccinated 17 times
00:46:17.980 all I want to know is what is that going
00:46:22.020 to do give me the data CDC just lay it out
00:46:28.200 get a chart you put someone up and say yeah
00:46:32.540 we're going to admit that if you get
00:46:34.660 vaccinated now even though it's eight
00:46:36.820 times it's you still get it but if you get
00:46:40.660 vaccinated it's going to be this percentage
00:46:43.960 less than if you don't give me anything
00:46:47.400 don't keep I will tell you up on the
00:46:50.760 American people I will tell you that I
00:46:54.100 about had a an aneurysm this morning when
00:46:58.200 I saw the response from the president's
00:47:00.300 doctor at the White House yesterday when
00:47:03.100 he was asked well how come he wasn't
00:47:05.200 wearing a mask you know he he was
00:47:08.000 diagnosed with it and then he goes and
00:47:09.800 takes pictures with people he's not
00:47:11.080 wearing a mask you ready well masks as
00:47:16.100 we all know are generally a panacea excuse
00:47:20.360 me what when when did that just slip out
00:47:25.060 what panacea means a cure all so this man
00:47:29.800 is saying to the American people now if
00:47:31.540 you wear it you're not going to get
00:47:32.720 covered is that what he's saying no no no
00:47:35.560 no he's saying it's a it's the opposite it
00:47:40.200 just makes you feel better if you're yeah
00:47:43.500 you're it makes you feel better yeah not
00:47:46.000 a panacea it makes me feel better back
00:47:47.620 does it make you feel better I don't I
00:47:50.100 don't feel better no no I don't feel
00:47:52.740 better it no I can't breathe in my ears I
00:47:56.980 know yeah so Bill I'm surprised hang on
00:48:01.700 just a second I'm surprised that one of
00:48:03.980 your big stories wasn't what happened to
00:48:06.060 Lee Zeldin yesterday okay now the
00:48:09.740 congressman in New York okay go ahead if
00:48:12.100 you're bringing that up but it's a local
00:48:13.660 story so that's why I'm picking on a
00:48:15.240 national level I had dinner with Lee
00:48:19.240 Zeldin at his request one week ago one
00:48:23.340 week ago okay because he wanted to ask me
00:48:28.940 questions about politics now I do that for
00:48:32.680 any honest politician or anybody who's
00:48:35.820 respectful I did it for Barack Obama sure
00:48:38.200 Bush younger I did it for Trump okay all
00:48:43.140 right so I said you know congressman you
00:48:47.380 gotta bring a gun to a knife fight so now in
00:48:51.780 New York State you you can't the Supreme
00:48:54.880 Court finally threw this insane you can't
00:48:57.620 carry a weapon and then some nut attacks
00:49:02.160 Zeldin with a knife so you know this
00:49:06.100 happened to Teddy Roosevelt so I know all
00:49:08.700 of you remember that but this is another
00:49:13.440 argument for self-defense is it not is it
00:49:17.600 not I mean yeah but I also think it is a I
00:49:21.400 mean here's a guy here's a guy who is
00:49:25.080 running for office and a guy comes up to him
00:49:29.580 and says you're done takes a knife out and
00:49:33.340 is gonna shiv him with it and luckily he
00:49:37.040 stopped however this to me is a sign that
00:49:41.260 we're that that's a that's a milestone that's
00:49:44.340 a mile marker that we're passing when you
00:49:46.980 start really going after politicians on the
00:49:50.200 campaign trail you're kind of going back to
00:49:52.600 the the 60s that's worrisome it's more than
00:49:57.520 that it's but I want everybody to just step
00:50:00.540 back even you people who want to ban all
00:50:03.140 guns and don't want anybody to carry a hand
00:50:05.360 gun are you just this isn't we live in a
00:50:09.060 very intense time where there are a lot of
00:50:12.520 lunatics now this happened in upstate New
00:50:15.760 York back if it happened in New York City
00:50:17.900 Alvin Bragg the DA would have charged
00:50:20.320 he would have been charged for something
00:50:23.620 yeah like the poor guy who's he was
00:50:26.340 charged wait wait wait wait he was
00:50:28.560 charged but he was let out on his own
00:50:31.860 recognizance what you tried to kill a
00:50:36.580 candidate
00:50:37.040 now oh my god New York as you used to
00:50:42.760 live in the in the area back this
00:50:45.800 probably rivals Illinois as the most
00:50:49.300 corrupt state in the union this was not
00:50:51.620 reported by anybody but the Albany Times
00:50:53.820 Union the current governor Kathy Hochul who
00:50:56.860 wasn't promoted after Cuomo was booted
00:50:59.320 okay awarded a no-bid contract to a New
00:51:03.020 Jersey firm that made COVID tests 673
00:51:07.440 million dollars 673 million no-bid contract
00:51:11.980 to a Jersey firm who's CEO promptly donated
00:51:16.480 three hundred thousand dollars to
00:51:18.520 Hochul's campaign it didn't get any coverage
00:51:22.340 except by me all right by me now I have a
00:51:27.960 slogan for Hochul's election campaign here it
00:51:32.260 is that write it down okay here is
00:51:34.660 if you want more corruption and violent
00:51:40.360 crime vote for me simple right to the
00:51:44.260 point right right right to the point
00:51:46.940 yeah that's good that's good that's
00:51:50.120 good all right hang on I want to get to

00:53:37.560 second big story you say you had two of
00:53:40.580 them
00:53:40.820 yes this is an exclusive to the glenbeck
00:53:44.060 audience
00:53:44.640 so joe biden needs help he's the second
00:53:49.160 worst president in american history behind
00:53:52.800 james buchanan right now he may overtake
00:53:56.440 buchanan i don't think so but he could
00:53:58.300 now biden has a cabinet advisors and my
00:54:05.020 second biggest story that i'm breaking on
00:54:08.340 the glenbeck program is that this cabinet
00:54:11.120 that biden has selected is worse than the
00:54:14.500 1962 new york mets that lost 120 games the
00:54:19.820 worst team ever in history okay this
00:54:24.000 cabinet is worse than the mets you want to
00:54:28.060 go down the risk vice president yeah go for
00:54:31.380 it do i have to say any more do i have to
00:54:34.420 say any more secretary of state tony
00:54:37.560 blinken afghanistan was excellent should i
00:54:41.600 say any more any more no secretary of
00:54:46.540 treasury janet inflation is transitory oh my
00:54:51.180 gosh oh my gosh right all right there's a
00:54:55.100 three okay secretary of transportation pete
00:54:58.920 buda judge i'm oh the worst at the airlines
00:55:03.000 that's it oh my gosh okay homeland and
00:55:08.860 and and if you know you'll be able to save
00:55:12.120 money if you just drive a you know a hundred
00:55:14.540 thousand dollar car that's all you have
00:55:16.460 to do just buy a new car
00:55:18.080 yeah yeah okay he put a judge secretary
00:55:24.380 just station homeland security secretary
00:55:26.380 alajandro mayorkas quote quote at the aspen
00:55:33.380 institute this week i'm concerned about the
00:55:36.400 border unquote way to go alajandro
00:55:39.880 attorney general mary garland mary garland
00:55:44.780 ready can't find the supreme court leaker
00:55:48.440 can't find her i said her i know it is he
00:55:55.180 can't find it secretary of energy
00:55:58.040 jennifer granholm former governor of
00:56:01.680 michigan how's that air conditioning bill
00:56:04.400 down there in jackson's back how's that going
00:56:06.620 okay health and human services secretary
00:56:10.740 xavier becerra hey xavier what about the
00:56:15.500 vacs how is what's the vacs going to do
00:56:18.520 how about the director of domestic policy this is all
00:56:22.960 biden cabinet susan rice miss
00:56:25.900 benghazi oh no no this wasn't coordinated it was the
00:56:30.860 videotape that did it this is the lineup deck is that not
00:56:36.100 wow in the 1962 nets oh and i think you'd have to throw in some
00:56:41.660 1919 black socks as well because they're dirty as hell um i have to tell you bill
00:56:47.700 i mean i looked at the you know i know all of them and
00:56:50.740 we do stories on them but i hadn't looked at them as a group
00:56:54.540 how does this president walk in to the roosevelt room
00:56:58.680 where they're all sitting there and go
00:57:00.480 you know i i think we're just gonna close the door
00:57:05.040 oh man oh oh oh oh uh i haven't been to the border because i haven't been to
00:57:18.000 europe thank you thank you but you know but you know what bill
00:57:23.640 they're they are all um they are all competent at one thing
00:57:31.200 they are all competent on on destroy and i mean this
00:57:35.400 as intentional on creating the conditions to destroy
00:57:39.900 america and our energy i mean everything they do
00:57:44.100 they're on the same page if you look at these not as like
00:57:47.320 that's a crazy mistake but you look at it as
00:57:50.340 no group of people could make this many mistakes
00:57:53.500 that are this bad for america they're very competent at doing
00:57:59.220 no no no see that's everybody thinks it's a big conspiracy that they want to
00:58:04.340 tank the country then all that i disagree with
00:58:07.280 i disagree with that it's not a conspiracy why
00:58:10.900 because these people are so incompetent the only one on the list
00:58:16.360 that has any any all right uh vision at all is blinken
00:58:21.800 blinken made a mistake in Afghanistan i'll never admit it
00:58:24.280 but blinken is probably the only one who has any thought process
00:58:28.860 at all but what you're saying is there's zombies
00:58:31.940 so so the progressives say you got to destroy the american uh energy industry
00:58:36.760 do this if you don't global warming and we're going to have a giant tidal
00:58:41.300 waves going to drown everybody so that's what we have to and they'll
00:58:44.020 believe it they'll all believe it they're zombies
00:58:47.720 they're ideological zombies and a lot of them are affirmative action hires
00:58:52.160 why do you think harris is there why do you think buddha judge is there
00:58:55.620 why do you think mayorkis is there i mean it's all affirmative action
00:58:59.240 zavre Xavier Beceria like come on what this guy he's in charge of health and
00:59:05.660 human services if we have more fentanyl deaths than
00:59:09.360 than we've ever had this kind of as he said a word about it
00:59:12.300 even know about it and biden you know yes he's incredibly incompetent
00:59:18.440 unbelievably incompetent but with these people backing him it's i mean i'm just sitting here i'm
00:59:25.940 staggered about how incompetent this government is it's like i mean we're all right molly or
00:59:34.660 something let me uh let me ask you a question on incompetence or intentional uh the word is
00:59:43.800 uh this came from the new york post i think yesterday word is the biden justice department
00:59:49.080 is finally getting set to press charges against first son hunter after dragging its feet on the
00:59:54.840 probe but it looks like the feds will shy away from the key issues exposed in the post reporting
01:00:00.460 on hunter's laptop spare the democrats in advance of this year's midterms uh so they're saying that
01:00:07.960 they're going to maybe go after him for taxes but they're not going to go into any of the deep stuff
01:00:13.040 uh and are they delaying it now uh and there's a pretty good case that they are are they delaying
01:00:20.380 it to until after the election well that's what's going on bill grand jury the grand jury
01:00:28.420 delaware has only been sitting for more than two years that's all i mean that's it they're still
01:00:34.140 you know trying to know each other trying to get to know each other only two years number two merrick
01:00:40.520 garland is the guy that's got to sign off merrick is still hunting down that supreme court leaker
01:00:46.880 can't quite get her um but you know so you're i i believe this report i have not been able to
01:00:53.980 confirm it i tried to confirm it yesterday on billoreilly.com um that we have very good sourcing
01:00:59.580 inside the justice department but i couldn't confirm it but it makes sense that they've got to do
01:01:04.460 something about hunter so they'll do a tax evasion beef there's been a plea deal uh he can't come
01:01:12.160 out of his malibu house for three weeks or something i mean you know probably what it is
01:01:16.460 so they don't have to get into the messy quid pro quo the vice president of the united states setting
01:01:21.920 this up to make millions of corrupt dollars from foreign nations which is what happened
01:01:26.480 wow what a travesty of justice what a joke our justice department will be if that happens and i
01:01:34.900 think you're right i think it will happen yep it's look we're living in a country now that's
01:01:41.120 about a third world country government that's what i said where we live in a molly that's an african
01:01:46.360 nation it doesn't operate and this is the tragic part of it all of these people are civil servants
01:01:54.620 accent on servants they're supposed to serve the people look out for the people's benefit
01:02:01.800 the good of the people protect the people this is the last thing on their minds okay they're not
01:02:09.620 doing any of that and you can just go down the list of of border runaway inflation on and on
01:02:18.460 yeah bill o'reilly thank you so much for joining us that's bill o'reilly from billoreilly.com the
01:02:25.300 author of the book killing the killers uh the secret war against terrorists which is out now
01:02:31.720 killing the killers billoreilly.com back in a minute with michael malice
01:02:36.640 the glenn back program
01:02:43.420 let me talk to you a little bit about pre-born over 63 million uh unborn human beings have been killed
01:02:52.380 between the time that roe versus weight first came down uh to the recent decision to overturn it 63 million
01:03:01.240 it hasn't been outlawed no matter what the press says in fact i think it's going to get worse in
01:03:12.420 some states now pre-born has positioned their clinics in the top abortion cities where 50 percent of the
01:03:18.460 abortions take place and these are the ones that are coming under attack these are the ones that the
01:03:24.740 state of new york the federal government everybody's starting to crack down on them because they're lying
01:03:29.520 you know they they use words like baby instead of fetus it is crazy what's going on they really need
01:03:38.100 your support please help us save babies donate to pre-born just dial pound 250 pound 250 say the
01:03:48.040 keyword baby pound 250 you can find out all about them at pre-born.com slash back save babies help us now
01:03:57.200 hey you don't want to miss today's uh uh exclusive the friday exclusive on blaze tv and uncensored
01:04:05.840 covid19 coming up today on the blaze
01:04:09.060 this is the glenn back program welcome glad you're here michael malice the author of the
01:04:17.840 the anarchist handbook also a great book dear reader the unauthorized biography
01:04:23.620 of uh kim jong uh ill and the host of the podcast you're welcome michael malice joins me now uh the
01:04:32.120 story michael that stuck out to you this week that you think really needs to be discussed
01:04:37.220 well there are couples but i think a couple i think the one that really is flying under the radar it's
01:04:42.900 what's going on in the italian elections uh glenn what you know and many listeners know a lot of
01:04:48.400 things that happen in europe often presage what's going on in the states i'm thinking particularly
01:04:53.080 of margaret thatcher's election in 1979 which paved the way for reagan in 1980 in america uh and of
01:04:59.780 course brexit in some ways was foreshadowing for what's happening with trump um we just saw a couple
01:05:06.040 weeks ago um marine le pen's national rally doing far better in france than had been expected uh you
01:05:13.940 know this term far right is is really a disservice because it means different things in different
01:05:19.980 countries uh you and i both remember it wasn't that long ago where mitt romney is far right
01:05:25.100 um and then paul ryan was the was the far right side of the republican party uh and now he can't even
01:05:31.520 get arrested um what happened now mike lee who now mike lee is the far right the constitution is the far
01:05:39.300 right really uh it's it's dangerous in over in europe the far right means fascism yeah yes and and i'm
01:05:50.040 thinking specifically of italy what happened in 2018 you know people a lot of times in the states say we
01:05:55.280 need more political parties well in italy and other places they've got like 12 uh so you'll have like
01:06:00.640 four left-wing parties four right of center parties and in 2018 berlusconi who had been prime minister
01:06:07.340 who um might best be known as referring to angel merkel as an unbelievable lardass um his party had
01:06:16.780 been the predominant center-right party and then in that election matteo salvini's league basically came
01:06:22.940 out of nowhere they were to the right they were kind of a minor party they became the main political
01:06:28.460 right-wing party they formed a coalition of government then oh they're the crazy far-right
01:06:33.560 one salvini's out you know out of his mind the italian government just collapsed this week and
01:06:39.440 the party to salvini's right the brothers of italy which in many ways are the descendants of you know
01:06:45.640 fascism started italy it was mussolini these are the people who are his descendants ideologically for
01:06:50.580 better for worse now they're the ones who are the main right-wing party so the we know the story of
01:06:55.820 the boy who cried wolf so the more the media says far right far right far right the spoiler of that
01:07:02.100 story is eventually the wolf shows up so if you keep telling people you can't vote for paul ryan
01:07:09.160 he's far right you can't vote for trump he's far right at a certain point people be like i can do
01:07:15.520 whatever i want this is a democracy or democratic republic and things are going to end up in a way
01:07:21.740 that i think the regime doesn't like both in the states and abroad again we saw in hungary we're seeing
01:07:27.700 in france and now we're going to see it in italy in their upcoming elections you know bullis uh um
01:07:34.340 uh berlusconi called me 2011 12 something like that um and uh he said hey i want to know how to
01:07:46.480 really start a tea party i'd like you to come over and meet with me and and help me you know uh
01:07:52.340 captivate the tea party spirit in italy and i'm like well you didn't have a tea party uh and you
01:07:58.360 already have people there trying to do it and i think you're just like a mitch mcconnell
01:08:02.660 trying to co-op that so i i never went uh maybe i should have maybe i should have because there's
01:08:09.800 some really there's some really good people there that that understand the difference uh between
01:08:15.440 american tea party people and fascism and they're just as afraid as fascism as we are
01:08:22.760 well i have reason to i mean this this isn't some kind of vague fantasy thing but do they even have
01:08:28.140 tea over there wouldn't it be like the pasta party or something yeah i know i was like that's what i
01:08:34.000 asked i asked one of the guys at the tea party i'm like how are you selling this he's like a lot of
01:08:38.760 explaining has to happen first um so uh one of the things there's two things that really disturbed
01:08:46.140 me that i wanted to talk to you about one this constant talk and it's coming i'm telling you
01:08:52.200 michael it's coming and it is terrifying this constant talk now of a health emergency and a climate
01:09:00.580 emergency and the white house talking about issuing emergency orders if he declares an
01:09:08.460 emergency you are living in fascism whether he does it or not he can become a fascist dictator and
01:09:16.400 i think that they will do things that are very fascistic i think this is their last gasp they have
01:09:24.540 to try they're going into the midterms what do they have to show for it they have an overturning of
01:09:29.820 roe v wade they banned lynching in the federal level and now gay marriage is now legal glenn it's just
01:09:34.920 oh my god gay people can now get married it's a uh we should have a big celebration month-long
01:09:39.600 celebration so biden it was one i think the first democratic president to come in without a
01:09:45.600 significant um senate majority and he of course he barely has a house majority but you're forgetting
01:09:51.260 something that we have this supreme court so a lot of these the mask mandate wasn't taken down by
01:09:57.340 mitch mcconnell on airplanes it was taken down by a judge and the judges the supreme court just
01:10:03.220 recently pulled back uh the overreach by the epa i believe it was so some of these emergencies that
01:10:09.560 he's going to put forward it's going to very quickly uh find a lawsuit and it's going to very
01:10:14.780 quickly make its very quickly it's going to make its way to the supreme court and and i think and i i
01:10:21.460 suspect you think as well there was a meeting somewhere at the high ranks of dnc and they decided
01:10:27.940 to cut their losses with biden because you had npr npr uh the voice of the regime just yesterday came
01:10:35.700 out and said you know all this money that's going to ukraine people aren't talking about all the
01:10:41.460 corruption over there it's like whoa whoa whoa whoa no npr yes wow wow that is that is i tweeted back
01:10:50.220 to npr yesterday hey i did five specials on the corruption in ukraine two years ago you should
01:10:57.440 you should check them out so can i ask you in your in your opinion if npr is saying this don't you think
01:11:03.820 this is some kind of uh something yeah i think the scenes yeah i think the ship has turned um i think
01:11:11.640 they uh you know the i think personally this was the plan of the far left the whole time he's the
01:11:17.500 perfect president to have he's an empty suit we can tell him exactly what to do uh he's senile so
01:11:25.060 we can get him out if we have to uh and his he's wildly corrupt if we have to we even have that or we
01:11:33.940 just have the threat that you guys are going to go to prison uh and we're not for you remember it was
01:11:39.420 the republican party that that finally got nixon to resign it wasn't the democrats or the scandal
01:11:46.740 it was the fact that the republican party said we're not standing with you anymore and it was
01:11:52.320 goldwater who had to sit nixon down and said you're out of here um and i think that the fact
01:11:57.880 that it's it would not be impossible at all for hunter to be arrested because he's got i don't know
01:12:03.300 how many crimes uh he was he's admitted publicly in the new yorker either new york or new yorker
01:12:09.520 magazine that he was a crack purchaser which is a felony which you know his dad pushed very heavily
01:12:15.660 uh when he was in the senate back in the 90s so i i but the thing is they don't have a plan b
01:12:20.980 uh kamala harris from their standards is even worse she's even more unlikable she's even she's he she's
01:12:28.620 having more brain damage than him so they're scrambling and it is an emergency when they say
01:12:34.660 it's a climate emergency what they mean is it's an emergency for them staying in power and that's why
01:12:39.180 they're frank yeah it is uh one other thing uh that i wanted to pass by you the fbi um is going
01:12:47.920 door to door in delaware for anybody who bought guns yeah and they're saying we need to see your guns
01:12:53.660 which is absolutely unconstitutional um in missouri the uh atf i think it's no atf yeah fbi
01:13:04.080 no atf in uh in delaware and fbi just notified all of the sheriffs in missouri that august 1st they're
01:13:12.840 coming to uh do an audit of all the ccws all the uh concealed carry permits and uh that's also
01:13:20.680 illegal and what's this about michael and i'm sure all those sheriffs who love the constitution said no
01:13:27.200 we're going to support our citizen second amendment rights and we're going to do the right thing right
01:13:31.860 that's what they said actually a lot of them did a lot of them said i'll go to jail before before
01:13:38.760 that and the attorney general of missouri i just talked to him he wrote a letter and he's like
01:13:43.380 you're not coming into our state and asking that you're not forget it you're not welcome here
01:13:49.240 do you think that that's going to happen or you think they're just going to do what they please
01:13:53.040 i think that's going to happen in missouri that they will stop it in missouri delaware they won't
01:13:59.300 but in missouri they will this is uh i i this is happening faster than i think you and i thought
01:14:05.140 um this is extremely disconcerting i am you and i i think discussed what happened in new york
01:14:11.000 where the new law in the wake of the supreme court decision is now going to be we're going to look at
01:14:15.800 your social media to determine whether you're a good person or a decent person in terms of having
01:14:21.720 gun rights uh i recently finally as a newly uh austin resident acquired a gun and have exercised my
01:14:29.020 second amendment rights and all i can say is i hope people you know go out and have get as many
01:14:35.260 weapons as they can uh because they're going to do whatever they can including mitch mcconnell
01:14:40.180 to make sure you cannot protect yourself in your own home and they are trying everything in their
01:14:45.220 power to make it a crime to defend yourself this is one of the reasons i left the work if someone broke
01:14:51.400 into my home and i defended myself 100 i would be the one on the hook and they would be delighted
01:14:58.060 to make an example out of me just like that guy in the bodega um not that long ago who was
01:15:04.020 yeah so it yeah they they really is this idea that if you defend your like uval is another example
01:15:11.860 there is this idea that if you defend yourself or your children you are the problem because you
01:15:17.440 didn't let the government do it for you even if the government oops sometimes make air quotes mistakes
01:15:22.220 i will tell you i read the news today uh and i wasn't going to share this but uh if you sign up
01:15:29.580 for my newsletter and you get my show prep this is what i got out of my show prep today um as i read
01:15:37.040 all of those stories there uh i realized there is no center anymore you know they say the center won't
01:15:44.800 hold there is no center anymore we've got we've got a four-year-old shooting at a cop because they're
01:15:50.720 arresting his dad um that goes back to a story last week where this these black kids probably eight
01:15:57.840 years old they're they are just beating on this cop um all of these stories that are showing that chaos
01:16:08.960 is reigning uh and chaos is being concerned uh uh is being um uh uh gosh i'm sorry uh that that chaos
01:16:21.020 is being pushed we have the people in in our da offices that are just letting these criminals out
01:16:27.500 the guy who tried to stab a candidate last night in new york oh he was released on his own recognizance
01:16:32.800 this is nuts michael i think this is going to happen really fast but this is the playbook which
01:16:40.160 is this happened in chile and many other places where uh government agents refuse to enforce the
01:16:46.360 law even basic minarchist law which is just protection of person and property then things
01:16:51.000 get violent and crazy and then the response from the masses and or the government is well now we need
01:16:55.800 more government control because look how chaotic things are becoming you've seen this happen time and
01:17:00.320 again uh they either don't care or it's by design you could put on your tinfoil hat say it's by
01:17:04.840 design at the end of the day it doesn't really matter but i agree with you completely uh they're all
01:17:10.120 they're going to do is double down i don't think they paused for one second after chesa budin uh the
01:17:15.560 san francisco da was recalled uh and as we like those examples just gave a perfect examples the fact
01:17:21.660 that you can attack a gubernatorial candidate and be walking the streets is just just mind-boggling
01:17:27.600 yeah uh thank you so much michael i really appreciate it um you check out michael's uh
01:17:34.000 podcast it's called you're welcome michael malice thanks michael i missed you our sponsor this half

01:17:59.440 uh just getting your house ready and know having the real estate agent know what's going to be a
01:18:05.160 problem in the house and then listening to them um those are some of the best things that a real
01:18:11.160 estate agent can do on on the first day then making sure that they know how to negotiate they know how to
01:18:18.600 get you the best price for your next house and the best price for your current house that's really
01:18:24.740 important how about the closing do they know what they're doing can you make it really super simple

01:21:46.780 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:22:11.080 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:22:16.780 Hello, America.
01:22:18.660 I have to tell you, first of all, my wife always says, you don't take vacations, honey.
01:22:23.140 You've got to take vacations.
01:22:24.900 I always tell her, what are you talking about?
01:22:26.700 I take a vacation.
01:22:27.360 I just took a vacation.
01:22:29.140 This is the product that you're listening to now.
01:22:31.260 This is the product of my last vacation.
01:22:33.200 I worked with the Millennial Choir and Orchestra to re-score this theme.
01:22:39.860 And they were fantastic to work with.
01:22:42.720 And I can't thank him enough for the best vacation day of my life.
01:22:47.080 Anyway, Steve Dace is here.
01:22:49.060 Of course, we're going to talk about the president and COVID.
01:22:51.780 Wait a minute.
01:22:52.600 He's got all the vaccines, all the boosters.
01:22:54.840 He's wearing the mask.
01:22:56.740 How did he get COVID?
01:22:58.540 Well, they don't know.
01:22:59.880 Where did he get COVID?
01:23:01.100 They don't really care now.
01:23:02.820 Wait a minute.
01:23:03.080 You were tracking every place I was going because you needed to find out where I was coming from.
01:23:09.740 And you don't care about where the president got it?
01:23:13.840 Okay.
01:23:14.620 All right.
01:23:15.280 Makes as much sense as everything else today.
01:23:17.820 Steve Dace joins us in 60 seconds.
01:23:22.320 You've heard the phrase, history is written by the victors.
01:23:25.200 Well, history is being rewritten now by the Marxists.
01:23:30.920 If I hope they're not the victors in the long run, then history is going to come down to what you wrote in your diary and keeping it safe.
01:23:39.780 We are at a point now.
01:23:41.880 We're at a breaking point with our country.
01:23:43.880 I think we are really on the edge.
01:23:46.540 And we could lose our country at any moment.
01:23:50.940 Please, while you can, grab true history books.
01:23:55.780 The Tuttle Twins books are out with, I've told you about a million times, they've got all these books about the different ideas that created America.
01:24:03.260 But there's something else that they have.
01:24:05.140 They now have a history book called American History.
01:24:09.720 I know.
01:24:10.260 It's crazy how they came up with that name.
01:24:12.360 But it's our history from 1215 to 1776.
01:24:17.180 And it is the true story of our history.
01:24:20.520 And it is good.
01:24:21.900 It's exciting.
01:24:22.800 It doesn't concentrate on the dates and the places.
01:24:25.000 It concentrates on the ideas that created America.
01:24:28.640 Go to TuttleTwinsBeck.com and you will see the book.
01:24:32.520 They're also including the audiobook version in the book purchase.
01:24:37.120 So get it now.

01:24:41.180 Mr. Steve Dace, welcome to Friday.
01:24:45.100 What was the biggest story of the week, Steve?
01:24:48.240 Unquestionably, Glenn, I think it is the overall health and state of mind of the so-called leader of the free world.
01:24:55.180 And he told us on Wednesday, he told us he had cancer.
01:24:59.500 On Thursday, we found out despite being quad poked and jabbed, he's got COVID.
01:25:07.000 Maybe this weekend we'll find out he has myocarditis.
01:25:09.620 And then we'll know he did the full show.
01:25:11.300 We call it hokey pokey.
01:25:13.240 If you know what I'm saying, brother.
01:25:14.360 If you're picking up what I'm laying down.
01:25:16.900 Yeah, I got it.
01:25:18.360 I got it.
01:25:18.880 Well, I mean, cancer and COVID, same generally, same length.
01:25:24.920 I can't think of anything.
01:25:25.840 I can't think of anything happening right now in public health that is known to spread either one of those things.
01:25:31.880 I have to tell you, the president's overall health, I think, is declining quickly.
01:25:44.040 But I think the left is done with him now.
01:25:46.660 I agree.
01:25:46.940 He's done.
01:25:48.200 I think he's done the big transition stuff that they needed him to do.
01:25:52.340 And it's it's it's as popular as I think they knew it would be.
01:25:56.900 And now they can just wash their hands of him.
01:25:58.860 I completely agree.
01:25:59.580 Well, that was Joe Biden.
01:26:00.360 I think a watershed we crossed this Rubicon a couple of weeks ago when you could go on Twitter and openly access and share without any warning labels or censorship at all videos of the first son getting oral sex from prostitutes and doing crack.
01:26:18.680 And keep in mind, this was the same platform that if you had the laptop where all these things came from and reported on that, they censored you because it was a month before the election and they didn't want this information to get out.
01:26:29.540 And so now, why aren't they censoring you for this?
01:26:32.540 Why?
01:26:33.180 I think I think that was a clear opening salvo that the narrative you got to keep in mind when you're dealing with the spirit of the age with these people, it's all narrative all the time.
01:26:42.880 The agenda, everything is to drive their narrative and the narrative is to drive their agenda.
01:26:47.340 And they're they're greasing the skids.
01:26:49.080 There must be it was going to need to be a rebrand after November, a reboot.
01:26:52.200 Someone has to take the fall for this.
01:26:54.480 And the same day that Twitter said it was OK to share these tawdry videos of the first son.
01:26:59.620 That's the same day that The New York Times, Glenn, out of nowhere, I'm sure it's a pure coincidence out of nowhere, decided that after three years of dementia episodes, maybe it's time to talk about the president's fitness for office.
01:27:12.080 Not a coincidence at all.
01:27:13.680 It is clear that this narrative is kind of being cast now in advance of what everyone anticipates will occur in November.
01:27:20.080 I find it interesting yesterday that NPR, I did four or five specials on the corruption of Ukraine, right?
01:27:29.740 Named all the dug up, all the bodies, showed all the connection, everything, five specials on it for three years.
01:27:38.320 And NPR just reported today, you know, maybe we shouldn't have sent that 60 billion dollars over there because there's rumors that they're corrupt.
01:27:48.540 I feel like Adam Sandler.
01:27:52.860 News that would have been good to know yesterday.
01:27:55.620 OK, I mean, it's just this thing has greatly frustrated me, brother.
01:28:01.020 I'm a child of the 80s.
01:28:02.120 I grew up in the 80s.
01:28:03.560 I'm in a we're America suck it kid.
01:28:05.540 I grew up in that era.
01:28:06.680 OK, and, you know, and as you know, I love Rocky IV.
01:28:10.500 If eyes can change, the news can change.
01:28:12.560 OK, I mean, I understand the residual Russian leariness and hatred.
01:28:18.940 All right.
01:28:19.740 And if you look at the long arc of Russian history, there's a lot there, frankly, to hate even before we get to Lenin.
01:28:24.900 Right.
01:28:25.140 All right.
01:28:25.440 So I understand it.
01:28:26.740 All right.
01:28:27.060 But we have to see the world for what it is and not what you think it is.
01:28:31.060 And for all these Republicans to just come out reflexively and say, we have to save this corruptocracy from the thugocracy or we've lost the Western world.
01:28:39.320 So give them a blank check.
01:28:40.820 And if you dare ask questions, just like we saw with covid, if you dare ask questions, you hate grandma.
01:28:44.880 Right.
01:28:45.380 You're you're a Putin enabler.
01:28:46.920 Well, brother, here's what's happened since we since we have unilaterally.
01:28:50.380 What is it?
01:28:50.640 Eighty nine.
01:28:51.120 Ninety one percent of the Ukrainian resistance.
01:28:53.060 We are unilaterally funding here in the U.S.
01:28:55.340 Right.
01:28:55.960 Here's what's transpired in the few months since we got involved in this as a proxy war.
01:29:00.540 Putin is wealthier than he has been in seven years.
01:29:03.700 The Russian ruble is the wealthiest.
01:29:05.840 It has been on the exchange markets in over seven years.
01:29:08.780 All of the stature that Putin lost after his joke of an Olympics when they were doing paper mache toilets, Glenn.
01:29:14.660 All of that's been erased.
01:29:16.240 He now has prominence now on the world stage.
01:29:18.840 He is seen as a major player again on the world stage.
01:29:22.060 We're paying record high energy and fuel prices.
01:29:24.640 We're in a risk where if we're not in a recession, the next quarter will confirm one.
01:29:29.080 We are seeing an economic cataclysm here in our own country.
01:29:32.360 The Saudis are selling there are selling their natural gas or getting natural gas cheaply from the Russians.
01:29:37.640 They can then, you know, pill for us in the market.
01:29:40.180 Those are the same Saudis, by the way, that Trump was doing Israeli Saudi peace deals with just a few years ago.
01:29:44.900 All right.
01:29:45.420 And so if this is if this is opposing Putin.
01:29:49.080 All right.
01:29:49.420 I would hate to see what Putin enabling is.
01:29:52.380 And there's a lot of people that I like, people I used to work for, Ted Cruz.
01:29:55.920 I love Ted Cruz.
01:29:57.440 I would love to get them.
01:29:58.760 I'd love to put the Wonder Woman lasso of truth around all these people that vote just reflexively said Russia must stop.
01:30:04.640 1987 must stop reflexively must stop.
01:30:07.080 Well, now that we are the ones taking it in the shorts for this, I'd love to put the Wonder Woman lasso of truth around them and say,
01:30:12.680 what piece of information were you given that told you any outcome other than the one we're facing right now is how this was going to end?
01:30:21.300 That somehow Ukraine was Bunker Hill.
01:30:24.020 This was the Zalensky with all his whys.
01:30:27.060 He's the new Lekwalesa.
01:30:28.360 This is the place to make your stand, to draw your line in the stand, because it seems to me all we're involved in here is a Habsburgs dynasty urination match between one wing called the World Economic Forum and another wing called Vladimir Putin.
01:30:41.260 Not my fight, man.
01:30:42.660 I've got a lot of other things going on in my culture that I've got to deal with right now, other than how many more green shirts can I buy for Zalensky and all his whys?
01:30:52.780 Holy cow.
01:30:53.680 I wish you were passionate about something, though.
01:30:56.600 I really do wish you had some passion about any topic I bring up.
01:31:02.480 Let me turn to the climate and health emergency orders.
01:31:11.260 That the White House is talking openly about executing.
01:31:17.380 I think that there's two things that will kill a republic and finish it off.
01:31:23.020 One, an emergency order with people at the top that want it for the reason for fundamental change to get their things through without anybody questioning them.
01:31:35.940 An emergency order and adding people to the Supreme Court.
01:31:40.120 Those are those.
01:31:41.160 You don't go back from that.
01:31:43.220 Are we close to emergency orders like that?
01:31:46.480 I think this is something that a lot of folks in a generation that remembers what it was like went over issues like taxing and spending.
01:31:58.120 Reagan and Tip O'Neill would go into each other's throats until 7 o'clock Eastern.
01:32:02.420 And then the news cycle was over and they'd get together over a brandy or a bourbon and, you know, watch the news together and compare notes and say, dude, you got me really good there.
01:32:10.700 We're back at it again tomorrow.
01:32:12.060 I think a lot of people that grew up in that era where this was largely a right of center versus left of center political conversation, except for a couple of hot button issues like abortion, have got to really recognize what time it is.
01:32:23.220 You are dealing with an opposing force now, the spirit of the age.
01:32:29.400 There's literally a demonic manifestation within a political, major political party in America, Glenn.
01:32:34.680 And since we only have two, literally, and since, and here's what I mean by that.
01:32:38.720 You know, if something goes pagan or something goes haywire, it still is seeking some form of transcendence and absolute that you can eventually find some area that you agree with.
01:32:48.980 Ayn Rand was a huge, was a huge atheist, thought Christians like me were morons.
01:32:54.000 Even she, though, looked at the world and realized there must be some objective truth somewhere and created her own philosophy called objectivism to recognize it.
01:33:01.200 We're dealing with nihilism now.
01:33:03.200 We're dealing with ye be like God, garden, you know, first things kind of stuff.
01:33:07.760 I'm my own gender.
01:33:08.660 I'm my own identity.
01:33:09.620 I'm my own everything.
01:33:10.660 I name everything.
01:33:12.020 I will be the most high.
01:33:13.200 I will, I will ascend.
01:33:14.760 I mean, literally the language of Lucifer himself.
01:33:16.820 You're dealing with that.
01:33:17.840 And I think that politically you have to put every card on the table.
01:33:21.260 Things you never thought were possible before are absolutely possible now.
01:33:25.360 And, and I think this is, this isn't going to be won by the politicians you elect.
01:33:29.320 I fear that there are people in our audience, Glenn, that they're going to be in the camps one day with their kids and they'll pat them on the head and say, it's okay, honey, hunker down.
01:33:37.620 The red wave's coming to save us.
01:33:39.000 It's never coming to save you.
01:33:40.540 All right.
01:33:40.860 You are going to have to be the people that you have been waiting for.
01:33:43.560 Our, our people are going to have to learn, uh, like in Los Angeles right now, we're going to do another mask mandate, but the woman who runs the health department isn't wearing.
01:33:50.520 And when she goes out, it's what Christina Poushaw and DeSantis's office has, has eloquently called.
01:33:56.320 It's not hypocrisy.
01:33:57.500 It's hierarchy.
01:33:58.500 They're better than you.
01:33:59.960 You're lesser than them.
01:34:00.960 They can do whatever they want.
01:34:02.520 You will eat the bugs and you will enjoy, and you will own nothing.
01:34:05.460 And you will be blissful while they fly around on their carbon footprints privately.
01:34:09.860 Eventually our people, Glenn, are going to have to learn to become ungovernable by the spirit of the age.
01:34:15.780 We will not comply with any of this.
01:34:17.980 We dare you to try to enforce it because you couldn't enforce it against all of us.
01:34:21.640 And there's one place where we're doing that successfully.
01:34:23.800 And I want to use that as an example.
01:34:24.980 Right now, CDC says only 2% of Americans have put those jabs into their children.
01:34:30.700 Only 2%.
01:34:31.640 Okay, now I would argue that's still too high, but that's a pretty low and anemic number.
01:34:35.460 I promise you if the number had been 25 or 30, they would have said you cannot put your child in anything that receives federal funding this fall, including a daycare that gets Head Start, anything.
01:34:44.600 K through 12, daycare that gets Head Start, anything.
01:34:46.820 I promise you if it was 25 to 30% of Americans, still a really low number.
01:34:50.660 But if they had started with that baseline, they then would have said you cannot put your child into anything that receives federal funding this fall unless you inject them with this experimental substance.
01:35:00.640 The fact that, though, it's only two, so that's no baseline.
01:35:04.220 They can't start from there, so they don't even talk about it now.
01:35:06.280 They drop it.
01:35:07.200 We need to make this a regular part of our regimen here.
01:35:11.220 Don't sit here.
01:35:12.160 The old ways of we're going to watch Fox News all day long, vote GOP, and the red wave will save us.
01:35:18.380 That's out the window now.
01:35:19.640 Take control of your own fate.
01:35:22.340 We will become ungovernable by the spirit of the age.
01:35:24.760 If you live in San Diego and they want to choke your kids out with those masks, I want to see 20, 30 dads get together on the first day of school.
01:35:31.700 We're dropping the kids off to school that day.
01:35:34.180 We're not wearing masks, and we're walking them in, and we dare you to do something about it.
01:35:37.540 We'll be back again tomorrow and the next day and the next day until you get the point we're never doing this to our children ever again, and we won't let you get away with it.
01:35:44.840 This is the attitude that our people need to begin to embrace.
01:35:49.640 Amen.
01:35:52.480 All right.
01:35:52.980 Back with more of Steve Dace.
01:35:54.540 He's actually in the Mercury Studios doing a special called Uncensored, the truth of COVID vaccines.
01:36:02.440 And I'm going to have him tell you all about that and more with Steve Dace, always fascinating and passionate and, unfortunately, usually right, too.
01:36:14.160 Our sponsor this half hour, I might have mentioned it once or twice before on the program.
01:36:18.860 It's MyPillow.
01:36:20.500 MyPillow is a great company that makes really great things to sleep with.
01:36:25.720 MyPillow is – I shouldn't say that.
01:36:27.400 I mean, Hunter Biden could be listening.
01:36:29.560 They have their biggest bed sheet sale ever.
01:36:32.840 This is for their per call sheets, which are available now in a variety of colors and sizes, all included in the sale.
01:36:39.700 For example, the queen size, regular price is $89.99.
01:36:43.660 Now it's $39.98.
01:36:45.960 And you can use the promo code BECK when you do it, and you'll get that $39.98 price.
01:36:52.500 Very limited supply.
01:36:54.400 So order now.

01:37:00.000 Go to MyPillow.com, click on the Radio Listener Special Square, and use the promo code BECK.

01:37:16.780 10 seconds, station ID.
01:37:30.000 Welcome back to the program.
01:37:33.560 You know, Steve, you have been really one of the real leaders in the fight against this COVID thing.
01:37:40.080 You know, I've said to people so often, because people will call me and say, you've got to cover this.
01:37:45.740 You have to cover that.
01:37:47.200 No, no, I can't cover everything to the extent that it needs to be covered.
01:37:53.440 You know, I do my thing.
01:37:54.960 You do your thing.
01:37:55.900 And I have to tell you, listening to you every day, because you're on the blaze right after me, I tell you, you had that thing nailed, nailed from the beginning.
01:38:07.620 What is, where are we on this?
01:38:10.040 Because, you know, Fauci came out again, I think it was a couple of weeks ago, and said, you know, we're not done with this yet.
01:38:15.900 It's coming back.
01:38:16.780 And then, you know, they're talking about the monkey pox and everything else, and something's wrong with that monkey pox thing.
01:38:22.880 Glenn, I got to tell you, the last 28 months, this story has wrecked me.
01:38:28.140 I mean, I went from, man, I really, do I really have to stand with Alex Jones in order to stand up against big tech censorship?
01:38:35.240 I was there 28 months ago, too.
01:38:36.880 Now I am, I'm Alex Jones with Bible verses now, Glenn.
01:38:40.380 I mean, this is what the last 28 months have done to me.
01:38:45.960 I mean, this is, the lies are so obvious, the data is so contrary, and I just use their data.
01:38:52.400 I don't even project, I don't, I don't even, there's so many good independent people that are now banished, you can go to on Substack and get great data and projections from.
01:39:01.280 I don't even have to go to that next level of skulldug or muckraking.
01:39:05.040 I can just use the data that these countries, including our own, give us.
01:39:09.360 I mean, Germany, this week, admitting its health department, one out of every 5,000 doses, not patients, doses, of COVID vaccine could lead to a serious adverse effect.
01:39:20.840 We have given out 600 million of these doses in this country, Glenn.
01:39:25.240 I mean, that works out to well over 100,000 people.
01:39:27.520 Well, the good news is, you can't sue the pharmaceutical companies or the government for it.
01:39:33.140 Yes, indeed.
01:39:34.020 And so they set up this VAERS database.
01:39:36.800 Here's what's funny, but not ha-ha funny, cutting myself funny.
01:39:40.840 When you go into the vaccine adverse effect reporting system, and that was the system they gave us in exchange for indemnifying these manufacturers, that this would be a transparent system.
01:39:51.000 Well, now you can't use the data.
01:39:52.180 They claim the system is not reliable.
01:39:54.980 Here's the thing.
01:39:55.660 It's not a Reddit form.
01:39:56.680 You don't file a VAERS report, Dear Penthouse Forum, I never thought this could happen to me.
01:40:01.520 That's not the way it works, Glenn.
01:40:03.100 It takes hours, Glenn, for a physician, and then you have to legally agree, you sign a disclaimer, I could be criminally prosecuted if this is wrong.
01:40:13.060 I mean, this filters out false reports.
01:40:15.280 That's why every study has shown it's underreporting.
01:40:17.740 If you look at the VAERS database right now, there are more hospitalizations from the COVID vaccine being self-reported in that system
01:40:24.080 than the one out of every 5,000 serious adverse effect ratio that the German government is admitting to right now.
01:40:30.660 We have more than that right now, but even if we use that number, let's just go with their data.
01:40:35.180 We don't have to even project.
01:40:36.160 Just use their own.
01:40:36.740 It's bad enough.
01:40:37.700 A month ago, I spoke at the Reagan dinner in Billings, Montana, largest city in Montana, all right?
01:40:42.980 That's the population of Billings.
01:40:44.780 Imagine you got up like 28 days later, one day, and everyone in Billings had a nervous center, nervous system problem, myocarditis, you know, had immunosuppression, had a new autoimmune issue like you struggle with.
01:40:58.120 Imagine if the entire city of Billings got that.
01:41:00.900 That would be like the lead story on the news.
01:41:03.020 We'd be like, we have to figure out what causes this, what's the origin of this, and it's just like it never happens.
01:41:09.140 There's no data that you could present that will cause them to reconsider any of their agenda at all.
01:41:15.280 Now with monkeypox, we are literally being told that gay orgies, if you look at the congruency of their policy, Glenn, gay orgies are more important than church services, your business being open, going and seeing you're having a funeral, a prom for your kid, a wedding, because those were all the things we had to shut down for COVID, because anything could be a super spreader event.
01:41:36.040 We know the one thing that spreads monkeypox, but they will never, ever tell us that those have to be, there needs to be social distancing there.
01:41:43.860 Those have to be shut down.
01:41:45.480 Why?
01:41:46.120 Because from the beginning, and this goes to the first day I read the Imperial College survey, and my background in data and analytics just found so many incongruencies here, and it was clear that there's an agenda here.
01:41:58.240 And when you found out that Imperial College has an entire wing in its university devoted to winning the 200-year war against fossil fuels, and it just so happened they put out a report that said we can't stop this thing, and so every solution to it will be the Green New Deal, those aren't fallacies, those aren't mistakes, those aren't hypocrisies.
01:42:18.840 They're purposeful.
01:42:19.980 It's been an agenda of control from the beginning.
01:42:22.220 I will tell you, I just talked to Bill O'Reilly.
01:42:26.340 He so disagrees with this, what you just said.
01:42:29.280 I agree with you entirely.
01:42:31.320 I mean, I don't know why.
01:42:33.500 Look, if you look into everything else, and this is the most logical answer, that's your answer, man.
01:42:41.180 Amen.
01:42:41.680 That is your answer.
01:42:43.740 Back with more from Steve Dace in just a minute.
01:42:47.940 Stand by.
01:42:48.260 Does he have time?
01:43:00.240 All right.
01:43:01.620 Let me tell you about our sponsor this half hour, and it is the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
01:43:08.220 Tunnel to Towers, if you can't make it, Steve, I know he's talking off air.
01:43:11.380 If you can't make it, no big deal.
01:43:12.960 Sorry, I thought you might have my extra time.
01:43:14.960 The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is building a do-good village in Land O'Lakes, Florida.
01:43:21.480 It's the first of its kind as a community with over 100 homes for program recipients.
01:43:26.940 It's a place where Gold Star families, families of first responders, catastrophically injured heroes, can live together with neighbors who understand.
01:43:34.920 It's a place where children of these families can grow up together.
01:43:38.300 The foundation is on a mission to do more for these families.
01:43:41.520 All this do-good village is going to do is just help people, and I think help people beyond measure.
01:43:48.640 And it's thanks to an extraordinary donation of many acres of land and, of course, your generosity.
01:43:54.540 If you haven't looked into Tunnel to Towers, will you please?
01:43:57.780 I think it's a great, great charitable organization that you can give to.
01:44:05.140 Donate $11 a month at T2T.org.
01:44:08.420 That's T2T.org.
01:44:26.000 So we just had Steve Dace on.
01:44:28.020 He had to run.
01:44:28.880 He is in the middle of getting ready for a big special.
01:44:31.760 He's in town to prepare for a special on Blaze TV next Tuesday at 9 p.m.
01:44:39.140 We're having a, well, we're calling it uncensored, the truth of COVID vaccines, because they're not done with this yet.
01:44:47.200 And there's a free discussion that has to happen.
01:44:52.060 Why have distinguished medical careers and reputations been ruined?
01:44:55.400 Social media accounts erased, the truth buried, all in the name of safety.
01:45:01.900 If we cannot speak freely, our loved ones, our children, our republic are in grave danger.
01:45:09.560 And it's got to stop.
01:45:12.680 Blaze TV hosts Steve Dace, Sarah Gonzalez, and Daniel Horowitz rip the mask off and go where the media has feared.
01:45:20.580 Renowned cardiologist and epidemiologist, Dr. Peter McCullough joins us to discuss his fight against COVID censors and gives you the evidence showing our experiment with COVID-19 vaccinations have been a very dangerous one.
01:45:39.220 Why are we barred from questioning the side effects?
01:45:43.020 Why is there forced silence?
01:45:44.720 It is time to ask honest questions without fear of censorship, because this still is America, or at least it's still America at BlazeTV.com.
01:45:57.240 BlazeTV.com.
01:45:58.960 Go there.
01:45:59.640 If you haven't signed up yet, join us Tuesday, July 26th.
01:46:04.160 That's next Tuesday, 9 p.m.
01:46:06.440 Use the promo code UNSAFE to become a Blaze TV subscriber.
01:46:10.280 Get $20 off your first year subscription to BlazeTV.com.
01:46:15.160 There's never been a more critical time to join.
01:46:19.780 And by the way, it's UNSAFE is the promo code for this special.
01:46:25.600 All right, a couple of things I want to sweep up here in the last half hour of the program.
01:46:31.000 First of all, we told you about the 10-year-old rape victim.
01:46:35.040 The president broke the news that this poor girl had to be shuttled, shuttled across the border into Indiana because, oh, those people in Ohio just hate so much.
01:46:47.320 She was a rape victim.
01:46:50.120 She's 10.
01:46:51.520 She was probably 9 when she was impregnated.
01:46:55.160 And we couldn't get any information on it.
01:46:57.460 And the laws in Ohio don't say that.
01:47:01.940 That's because the doctor that saw this 10-year-old is an abortion advocate and a big campaigner.
01:47:14.120 And I think she saw, oh, here's a really good opportunity.
01:47:18.120 I'm going to have her go across state lines and she'll get her abortion over there.
01:47:22.760 So the attorney general in both Ohio and Illinois, I think it was Illinois, no, Wisconsin, it doesn't matter.
01:47:36.880 Anyway, the two AGs got together and said, well, I don't know anything about this.
01:47:43.280 Do you know anything about this?
01:47:45.300 No arrests were made.
01:47:48.000 Nobody had any information on who raped this little girl.
01:47:52.760 Well, we found out that it was an illegal alien.
01:47:56.020 Then the next day we found out that it was an illegal alien that was living with the girl.
01:48:01.140 And that's all we could find.
01:48:03.840 And he had confessed to it when he was arrested.
01:48:07.720 Well, I told you earlier this week when we were reporting on this, he's an illegal alien.
01:48:15.440 And I bet your mom is an alien, whether she's legal or not.
01:48:19.160 I bet those two were shacking up and he had his desire to be fulfilled with a nine year old at the time.
01:48:29.000 And the mom should be arrested for reckless endangerment as well.
01:48:33.100 Well, she hasn't been arrested, but it comes comes out yesterday that it looks like the mom is in a domestic relationship with the alleged illegal alien rapist.
01:48:47.700 We'll continue to follow the story.
01:48:49.580 I don't know if you saw the body cam of the police video of the four year old that was shooting at cops.
01:48:58.540 Police were arresting a dad at McDonald's in Utah.
01:49:02.080 And a four year old, a four year old grabbed his dad's gun and started shooting at police.
01:49:12.260 I get a briefing every morning.
01:49:14.140 And it is filled me with such angst over the last couple of years because I have to choose what gets on the show and what doesn't.
01:49:26.660 And and I'm also working way ahead on things.
01:49:30.420 And I'm looking at stories that may not make sense to you right now, but they're important.
01:49:38.220 And so my producers and I put together a list of about 40, 30, 40 stories every day.
01:49:46.560 And we call it my morning briefing and I get it.
01:49:50.580 And about four o'clock in the morning, I start going through them.
01:49:52.800 And I just decided recently that you need to see those.
01:49:58.960 Now, some are unverified, so you can't take anything, you know, that doesn't come from a an organization that you really know, because, again, some of it is raw research for me.
01:50:14.740 But as I was reading it today, and if you've signed up for it, you might have felt this way as well.
01:50:21.140 By the way, you can get it at glenbeck.com.
01:50:24.780 It's free.
01:50:32.560 We're standing in the threshold.
01:50:37.500 One more step.
01:50:39.760 And I think we're in big trouble and the world is going to change.
01:50:45.580 And we have to be prepared for it.
01:50:48.340 And we have to be willing to stand up.
01:50:51.140 But the center won't hold anymore.
01:50:54.280 When you have four-year-olds shooting at police, when you have six-year-olds beating on police officers, when you have a guy who tried to stab a candidate in New York who failed in his attempt to assassinate that guy,
01:51:08.780 that they take him to jail, that they take him to jail, and the judge releases him that night on his own recognizance, we're in a different league entirely.
01:51:18.860 When you have the FBI going door-to-door, as they are in Delaware, and as they are threatening to do to the sheriffs in Missouri,
01:51:33.740 demanding that they see your gun, or demanding that they get all of the names of people that have a concealed carry permit, you are in a different world.
01:51:44.960 When you have a president saying he is going to issue an emergency order and declare a national emergency on climate, of all things,
01:52:02.360 you're about to lose your republic.
01:52:10.500 The only state of emergency that needs to be declared right now is the state of emergency that we have with our own federal government and this president,
01:52:23.300 because the presidency is way out of control.
01:52:28.480 No matter what party the president is from, when they say any version, well, since Congress won't act, I will,
01:52:37.560 that should have alarm bells going off in every single person.
01:52:41.580 I don't care if Donald Trump said it, Ronald Reagan said it, when they say, if Congress will not act, I will,
01:52:47.800 that is a direct violation of the president's oath of office.
01:52:54.440 Most Americans have no idea how weak the office of the president should be.
01:53:01.180 But Woodrow Wilson put the cabinet together, his little advisors, and then those little advisors hired people,
01:53:08.440 and they made all of these departments.
01:53:11.660 And now the president can tell these departments exactly what to do,
01:53:15.320 and in effect, he makes laws.
01:53:21.100 And I think Americans prefer it this way.
01:53:23.700 I really do.
01:53:24.960 But you have no one to answer to you if that is the case.
01:53:30.920 But I think people prefer it that way.
01:53:33.240 They want somebody that they like, they voted for,
01:53:37.420 to have a magic scepter that can just, they can wave that magic scepter over
01:53:41.980 and control prices and give you free stuff and define marriage and provide abortions
01:53:47.500 and protect you from climate change.
01:53:49.960 But that's unconstitutional.
01:53:51.860 None of those jobs are listed in the Constitution for the president.
01:53:56.580 None of them.
01:53:57.620 Not even close.
01:53:59.040 In fact, let me give you a quick reminder here,
01:54:01.420 that maybe you can share with your friends who prefer the magic scepter presidency.
01:54:04.820 The founders put Congress in front and center in the Constitution,
01:54:10.340 not the president.
01:54:12.260 And here's why.
01:54:13.100 They had major kingophobia.
01:54:16.700 It's like Germany right after Hitler.
01:54:19.240 They're like, okay, let's not do that again.
01:54:23.500 And they knew that men would try to gather more and more power
01:54:28.560 and consolidate that power,
01:54:30.940 and that was everything they were trying to get away from.
01:54:35.260 So, what did they do?
01:54:38.800 Well, they were very cautious when they put together the office of the president,
01:54:43.760 the executive branch.
01:54:45.080 After the preamble, the very first line of the article says,
01:54:50.260 all legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States,
01:54:58.400 which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
01:55:02.140 So, all legislative power is granted to Congress, not the EPA, not the FDA.
01:55:11.200 They can be there, I guess, to enforce,
01:55:14.300 but they don't make the rules.
01:55:18.520 Congress does.
01:55:19.460 It means no legislative power is granted to the president.
01:55:24.560 Now, I know you know this, but I'm not sure about the rest of America.
01:55:30.280 The president can't make laws.
01:55:34.260 So, if the president can't make laws, what's his job then?
01:55:40.580 Well, the first thing the Constitution instructs the president to do is to take an oath
01:55:44.780 to, quote, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.
01:55:51.320 That's his top priority.
01:55:54.180 Yet now, the Constitution, that's just left for some crazy, wacko, conservative judges on the Supreme Court.
01:56:03.980 No, that's the whole point.
01:56:07.560 The whole point of government is to protect the rights of the people that come from God.
01:56:14.600 And when a government becomes hostile to those rights, the people need to rethink things.
01:56:24.300 The president can negotiate treaties.
01:56:27.320 He can grant pardons.
01:56:28.980 He's the commander-in-chief.
01:56:31.180 Supreme Court justices.
01:56:32.900 He can appoint other positions, again, with Senate approval.
01:56:36.400 He can give Congress a State of the Union in a written report.
01:56:40.980 Doesn't have to be a speech.
01:56:42.100 That was Woodrow Wilson.
01:56:43.140 Stop it!
01:56:44.600 He can recommend measures that he thinks are important for their consideration.
01:56:49.260 He's expected to receive the heads of state.
01:56:52.480 He's expected to make sure the laws are faithfully executed.
01:56:56.620 And that's it.
01:56:57.980 That's it.
01:57:00.400 The founders knew executive power will become executive abuse.
01:57:07.520 So they designed the Constitution with precision to ensure the president was kept in check.
01:57:15.360 Yeah, he had veto power over legislation.
01:57:18.400 But that could be reversed by two-thirds majority in Congress.
01:57:21.640 And by the way, the president just was like, I don't like that.
01:57:25.100 In fact, the president had veto power if he felt it was unconstitutional.
01:57:31.260 And he could make appointments.
01:57:33.800 Most of them had to be confirmed in the Senate.
01:57:35.700 In other words, the people kept the president in check.
01:57:42.320 The House of Representatives, the Senate, and the people.
01:57:45.460 The Constitution, as it was ratified, gives the president very few powers.
01:57:53.500 There's nothing in the Constitution that talks about his agenda or taking action because the Congress won't.
01:58:01.200 Everything about corrective action, you know, when he doesn't like it, he can't just, he can just say,
01:58:09.540 Ah, you know what, we're not listening to the Supreme Court that time.
01:58:12.220 That's not in the Constitution.
01:58:15.860 The only way forward is for people to learn the Constitution and dial back the out-of-control presidential power.
01:58:23.960 I warn you, the president, the office of the president is going to spook the hell out of people.
01:58:35.280 I think I know what side it's coming from, but maybe we dodge a bullet this time, and next time it will spook the hell out of the other half of America.
01:58:46.120 We must dial back his power.
01:58:49.120 Rough Greens, Thomas wrote in about his dog's experience with Rough Greens.
01:58:55.440 He said, I have two Huskies, and I have to admit it, I didn't expect much.
01:58:59.620 I thought for sure it was a gimmick, but I am a true believer.
01:59:03.840 Not only has it been three weeks, but my dog's fur looks incredible.
01:59:10.260 The excitement and stamina is overwhelming.
01:59:13.380 Thank you so much, Rough Greens.
01:59:14.600 Thomas, I hear you, is exactly the same experience I had with my dog, Uno.
01:59:19.820 He loves it.
01:59:21.100 He is more frisky.
01:59:22.540 He is just more healthy.

02:00:01.760 going to see results in.
02:00:02.900 Watch him over the next few months.
02:00:05.140 The changes just keep coming.

02:00:20.900 People in Delaware now have the FBI or ATF going in door-to-door and asking people to
02:00:45.660 see their guns.
02:00:48.060 They need to check the serial numbers.
02:00:49.820 Don't do it.
02:00:50.500 Don't do it.
02:00:51.160 It's against the Constitution.
02:00:52.740 Just politely say, no, when you come back with a warrant, I'll be happy to show you anything
02:00:57.540 you need, but you need a warrant.
02:00:59.540 No thank you.
02:01:00.320 We're going to show you the real-life story of Marilyn and Paul Hooper, who had the FBI
02:01:06.660 kick their door down early in the morning, handcuffed them, interrogated them without
02:01:12.240 an attorney for three hours.
02:01:14.600 A case of mistaken identity.
02:01:17.340 They tell us all about it and how to stand tonight, 5 o'clock on Blaze TV.
