00:47:55.440 environment social and governance standards is there are a metrics that you a metric system that

00:48:03.300 you build on top of existing ways that you evaluate companies so instead of just looking at how much

00:48:09.940 money a company makes instead of looking at how good their products and services are and customer

00:48:14.680 satisfaction and all of that you add on top of it all of this social justice woke stuff so how green are

00:48:22.080 you and uh you know how many women do you have in management and what's the pay gap between the

00:48:28.600 highest paid person and and uh the lowest paid person all of these kinds of things and then you

00:48:34.440 provide a numerical score based on these things it's usually a numerical score sometimes there are other

00:48:40.600 ways of doing it but you provide a score and that allows you to evaluate companies that maybe don't

00:48:46.480 make a whole lot of money but they're really woke and that means more to us than just being a company

00:48:52.680 that makes money and people actually like so that's what the esg system is designed to do it's designed

00:48:59.260 to provide you with a way to see how you know which companies are the good companies and which companies

00:49:05.080 are the bad companies based on these social justice and environment metrics

00:49:09.380 so take me to uh take me to uh who is who is making these judgment calls what what is the agency that

00:49:22.240 is saying uh this is you know bad this is good right so there are a whole bunch of different people

00:49:31.960 out there they're all pretty much part of the same cabal that are doing these different rating systems

00:49:36.620 the biggest one that's the one that i think is going to become the prominent system is is being

00:49:41.840 produced by a group in the world economic forum these are the big great reset people um it's led this

00:49:48.980 group uh the international business council i believe is the name of it is led by the ceo of

00:49:53.880 of bank of america brian moynihan and they produced a report with the world economic forum back in september

00:50:01.580 that created a an elaborate esg system that they think basically all of the major companies in the

00:50:08.740 world should adopt and it includes i think 20 core metrics and 30 expanded metrics and in to give you

00:50:17.280 some sense of like what is in this set of metrics in the social metrics section one of them is the

00:50:24.240 percentage of employees per employee category by age group gender and other indicators of diversity

00:50:31.460 the ratio of the basic salary and remuneration for each employee category by significant locations

00:50:38.880 of operation boy you got to love how they write this stuff for priority areas of equality such as men

00:50:45.260 to women minor to major ethnic groups and other relevant equality areas so in other words if you don't

00:50:51.820 have the right ratio of asians to hispanics or whatever then that means you get a lower score

00:50:57.780 and there's a whole bunch of these things i mean there's dozens and dozens and dozens of these

00:51:02.120 metrics and they can essentially be whatever the heck they want them to be they can change them at any

00:51:06.700 given time and all of the cover the union cover the cover the union one sure uh one of the social

00:51:14.480 metrics is the percentage of active workforce covered under collective bargaining agreements so

00:51:20.940 that's just another way of saying the percentage of your employees who are in a union in effect

00:51:25.640 so if you don't have a lot of union employees proportional to the size of your business then

00:51:31.060 you're not going to get a high esg score and the the whole reason that these companies are doing this

00:51:37.660 well there's two reasons i think the first is they see that this is the way the world is moving and they

00:51:43.160 know that governments are going to start requiring these esg scores and there's been all sorts of

00:51:48.520 regulatory movements over the past couple of years suggesting that that's going on including very

00:51:53.180 recently at the sec but the other thing is that there's tons and tons of money already behind it

00:51:59.520 the estimates range from 30 trillion dollars all the way up to over a hundred trillion dollars

00:52:05.340 depending on the group you're looking at of governments and investors who are saying we are

00:52:09.580 only going to invest in these kinds of companies and so with all of that money floating around if

00:52:14.880 you're a business why the heck would you try to compete with people to have the best product and

00:52:19.740 service when you can just be woke and get all of this money flowing into your coffers that way

00:52:24.580 and that's what makes this so dangerous so recently we've heard all kinds of things about what coke is

00:52:29.660 doing to be woke to be diverse uh and now this seems to explain all that right this is this must be what

00:52:38.320 is behind uh coke's motivation to be uh requiring the race quotas and their leadership and all of those

00:52:46.680 kinds of things that's exactly right yeah coke actually in its annual report talks about its esg

00:52:52.780 scores coke has a whole system of esg scores and esg auditing they actually have people working at

00:52:58.600 coke that make sure that that they're following these esg scores so that they get a really good

00:53:03.700 score by these different rating agencies and how exactly does the esg score help them i mean who is

00:53:11.840 looking at these scores and is it who who is like behind this then why do they care about their esg score

00:53:20.840 right well it started this whole idea i think started and there's some dispute as to when this

00:53:28.680 began but i think it started out of the united nations sometime between 2000 and 2010 this idea

00:53:36.540 and the idea was how do we get businesses to go along with our agenda if we can't get governments

00:53:42.040 to impose our agenda and the whole idea behind the esg system is that they want to take the sustainable

00:53:48.700 development goals from the united nations that's like agenda 21 agenda 2030 all that stuff and they

00:53:54.900 want to figure out a way to get that into the bloodstream of the corporate universe and the way that

00:54:00.820 they figured that they could do this is by getting investors and central banks and the imf and world

00:54:09.440 bank and united nations and all these people to get behind this and say we're only going to support you

00:54:15.500 big corporation if you agree to follow through with these esg standards and to adopt these things and to

00:54:21.980 live by it and if you do then essentially we're going to take care of you we're going to make sure the money

00:54:27.500 keeps flowing in your direction and that's exactly what's happened and they've actually been building

00:54:33.140 this whole esg infrastructure behind the scenes no one's noticed it really over the past 10 years or

00:54:39.680 so to the point where all of the major corporations that you can think of for the most part already have

00:54:45.880 this system in place it's already there so we just didn't let before i go to a break let me just

00:54:52.220 see if all of these fit into this category let me give you some stories that have broken in the

00:54:57.320 last couple of days go fund me yanks page run by virginia parents fighting woke curriculum so go fund

00:55:13.040 theory in our schools go fund me yanked it is that just their opinion or is it possible that this is

00:55:21.200 all about uh esgs i think that virtually every decision that big corporations are making today

00:55:30.840 is related to esgs including that example that you just gave i think they're all related to esg standards

00:55:48.360 so they're putting out they're putting uh helping fund the poison of the 1619 project

00:56:39.820 that has wanted these kinds of things that biden is saying to libertarians delight the government

00:56:48.280 shouldn't do this but they don't libertarians don't understand this is part of a much bigger

00:56:54.820 government that is coming yes that's exactly right and joe biden has been involved with these people

00:57:01.580 for many many years he's a big supporter of this entire system that's called stakeholder capitalism

00:57:08.560 is another way that they they reference this uh the head of the world economic forum the most visible

00:57:14.000 uh vocal supporter of the great reset internationally a guy named klaus schwab uh when joe biden created

00:57:21.920 uh the biden institute which i know you all are very familiar with at the uh university of delaware

00:57:29.020 that he brought in klaus schwab because he he wanted to figure out how he could make that the world

00:57:35.680 economic forum of the united states and there's all sorts of articles about that online that you can

00:57:41.720 find so joe biden uh john carrey openly says that he supports the great reset that joe biden supports

00:57:48.020 the great reset john carrey has made comments to that effect within the past few months uh and he's

00:57:53.200 also said at a world economic forum meeting this is john carrey said that under joe biden the great

00:57:59.660 reset meaning all of this stuff uh with esg standards and printing of money and all of this

00:58:05.320 that goes into it is going to happen and that it's going to happen with greater intensity and faster

00:58:10.960 than most people realize and so this is all right everything we're seeing over the past few months

01:01:08.020 banning the president of the united states from being on their platform or something like that you would

01:01:13.420 think that that means that's what they're referring to it's actually the opposite of that the report that

01:01:18.640 they're citing is a report that was produced internally for facebook for their esg report

01:01:24.700 that says that they're not doing enough to ban people they need to ban more people and that they

01:01:30.680 need to get rid of it was written in the summer of last year before donald trump was banned and they

01:01:35.320 were complaining that donald trump was still allowed on the platform at all saying all these horribly

01:01:40.060 racist things and everything else and so facebook has a low esg score in large part because it's not

01:01:47.400 doing enough to ban speech on its platform if it banned more speech on its platform then they would

01:01:53.200 get a higher esg score so do you see where this is going us or or just you two i mean yeah yeah well

01:02:05.800 yeah it seems like right like they're just going to heavily incentivize these companies to do the

01:02:11.000 things that the woke left wants them to do and in this case they want you know there's been a lot of

01:02:16.140 criticism obviously from the right on facebook but there's been a lot of criticism from the left

01:04:02.500 the city ceo on march 1st this is one of the six largest banks said that our esg agenda can't just be

01:28:11.360 smuggling marijuana over the border and uh were part of distributing that across the u.s bringing it to

01:28:17.500 the northeast and um and in fact what's happened over the last few decades especially is that the cartels

01:28:24.260 have transformed they've diversified into many other different forms of of revenue and they have

01:28:31.480 also become um completely unrecognizable from the old drug organizations of old gone other

01:28:37.500 pablo escobar days what you're looking at today are the most violent and powerful criminal criminal

01:28:43.500 organizations on the face of the earth that's not an overstatement that is literally what you're

01:28:49.120 dealing with they have militarized many of them uh get training from special operations uh forces in

01:28:56.080 other countries like guatemala and uh they also have so much money that they can stay far ahead of law

01:29:04.380 enforcement in any country both in terms of surveillance counter surveillance operational security

01:29:09.740 and of course you know weapons and um and also their ability to function in terms of you know what

01:29:37.760 asleep at the wheel um there are individuals who have have tracked this who have seen the

01:29:42.600 transformations of the cartels both in their reach globally because they now control more than 90 percent

01:29:48.640 of the global trade in narcotics but also in terms of their capabilities and uh and we are not

01:29:56.100 paying attention to that we're still using the old law enforcement model to which is basically where

01:30:01.380 u.s jurisdiction ends at the u.s border and so we have to go to the mexican government

01:30:06.540 and we have to ask them on their terms to allow us to operate and take action against the cartels

01:30:13.620 well today the cartels are so powerful they function as a shadow parallel government and they give their

01:30:18.940 orders to the mexican government so what do you think has happened to that well just in the last few

01:30:23.160 months precisely at the very moment that the biden administration opened up the u.s border the mexican

01:30:29.060 government doubled down on their sovereignty and they stripped all u.s agents of immunity from

01:30:34.480 prosecution and they also um made it law for all mexican law enforcement officials to have to go

01:30:41.680 through a fusion cell in the foreign office in order to have any contact and interaction with u.s law

01:30:48.160 enforcement which of course you know that's a that's a death knell for cooperation and for informants and

01:30:53.820 you know for everything that goes along with prosecuting the cartels so that should tell you

01:30:58.600 where the mexican government is and it certainly doesn't explain where where the biden administration

01:31:04.340 is because they um like all the administrations before them allow the border to be defined in terms of

01:31:11.340 immigration and completely leave national security out of the conversation

01:31:15.420 lara is there any is there any realistic way for us to stop this without the help of the mexican

01:31:21.820 government not if you use a law enforcement model because when you have no jurisdiction you're at the

01:32:00.120 seen before i mean it even pales in comparison to uh sometimes at times to what um uh terrorist groups

01:32:07.140 like isis have done although some of the tactics are very similar you know they're on your knees in

01:32:12.280 front of guys with guns being beheaded and in fact the cartels it's not enough just to behead you

01:32:17.260 they've got to pull out sledgehammers and obliterate every you know last little piece of your skull and

01:33:19.760 killed well it can be anyone i mean if you're in their way you know they they just kill you because

01:33:31.360 women have been killed in mexico that human rights watch had to come up with a term to describe it

01:33:37.380 which was femicides that you know we'd never ever seen so much crime and such violent crime against so

01:33:45.460 many women so and there was a point at which the bridge at juarez which is just across from el paso

01:33:51.740 texas was absolutely plastered with the faces of these missing uh girls you know who are missing because

01:33:58.900 their bodies are often uh never found or they're melted in vats of acid or they're you know chopped

01:34:04.880 into pieces and thrown to the dogs i mean there's no regard for the living or for the dead and uh as

01:34:11.660 as a father um just said to me recently after his uh daughter-in-law and um grandchildren were burned

01:34:19.540 to death in the mormon family in mexico i mean he said to me i never understood what it meant to have a

01:34:25.540 body i never understood what it meant to be able to say goodbye he said my son came to nothing he came

01:35:33.640 criminal investigators right and it's actually really interesting that you raise that because it's a very

01:35:39.420 significant point that is constantly overlooked in the conversation about the cartels there's a big you know

01:35:46.640 there's a big tug of war going on between how you fight this how you take this on and of course there

01:35:51.900 are a lot of very good people within homeland security investigations and the dea and other agencies

01:35:57.620 who have given their entire lives to fighting this and they've done amazing work but the reality is that

01:36:04.760 you're using a model that is not effective against the the nature of the threat posed by the cartels i mean

01:36:12.600 these are fully militarized organizations they're extremely uh well disciplined and they have
