00:01:40.920 Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

00:01:54.100 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:01:58.820 Well, hello, America. Let me share some good news with you.

00:02:02.320 While we were out and about doing our own thing, yesterday, half of U.S. governors have sided with Texas in the border dispute with Biden.

00:02:13.440 Now, I think it's Department of Homeland Security, one of these agencies, has given Texas 24 hours to, I don't know, do what.

00:02:26.160 And so they'll make their decisions.

00:02:28.060 People are now saying that we've got to nationalize the National Guard, which would give control to the president and not to the governor.

00:02:39.420 And people are starting to say, you know what? Civil War. We could balkanize the country.

00:02:46.200 Yeah. Have you been to the Balkans? You don't want to do that. 0.69

00:02:50.560 We're going to show you what is happening.

00:02:54.120 A lot of it is good news if we keep our heads about us.

00:02:58.700 And we'll start there here in just a second.

00:03:01.400 Stand by for news.

00:03:03.360 My pillow is having a massive blowout sale right now.

00:03:06.720 You're not going to want to miss out on it.

00:03:08.140 My pillow is grateful for all the years of support you've given their business over the years.

00:03:12.400 They absolutely love to get back.

00:03:14.680 You know, I wear my MyPillow slip.

00:03:17.660 Yep, I'm wearing it again today.

00:03:19.380 I'm wearing my MyPillow slippers.

00:03:20.840 Are you at the point in your life where you have to check to see what shoes you're wearing?

00:03:25.480 Well, they were so comfortable, I didn't.

00:03:27.320 I know I was looking for them this morning.

00:03:29.020 I don't remember what I put on.

00:03:30.900 But they're my slippers.

00:03:33.080 And last night I was at home and my wife was sitting next to me and she's online.

00:03:39.040 She's ordering.

00:03:39.540 I said, what are you ordering?

00:03:40.880 She said, I'm ordering some MySlippers for me too.

00:03:44.020 Okay.

00:03:45.420 MySlippers, they have a great sale on those.

00:03:47.900 Everything is on sale.

00:03:49.840 100% made in USA.

00:04:02.160 Check out everything I've mentioned and more on sale now.

00:04:04.860 Remember, enter the promo code BECK or call 800-966-3117.

00:04:08.980 Get these specials free shipping.

00:04:10.820 800-966-3117.

00:04:12.880 Yeah, now if I could just make a bathrobe cool.

00:04:17.520 You know what I mean?

00:04:18.580 I could show up, you know, a wife beater t-shirt, even though that's wrong.

00:04:24.820 But the t-shirt and then just a robe and slippers and wouldn't that be great?

00:04:29.620 This is how this is progressing.

00:04:31.280 This is the way I'm...

00:04:32.220 The Glenn Beck arc.

00:04:32.780 Can I tell you something?

00:04:33.540 This is how America is progressing.

00:04:36.380 We're just like, you know, can you imagine British...

00:04:38.820 Phetasy.

00:04:41.760 Bridget Phetasy.

00:04:42.380 Oh, yeah.

00:04:42.900 She wrote something for The Spectator about, you know, a civil war.

00:04:47.200 America, you don't want a civil war.

00:04:49.380 We're all too fat.

00:04:50.480 Oh, God. 1.00

00:04:51.260 And she said, we're all too fat and dumb for a civil war. 0.99

00:04:54.620 And she wrote this mock letter from a soldier to his mom, which I think is just absolutely fantastic. 0.99

00:05:04.800 So this is a soldier from the field, you know, like those civil war letters.

00:05:09.000 Dear mom.

00:05:09.880 Like the old Ken Burns style.

00:05:11.180 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:05:11.580 And dearest mother, we lost the battle for the River Ranch Costco.

00:05:15.800 In fact, we never made it.

00:05:18.900 Some of the guys' moms couldn't drop them off.

00:05:21.240 They said gas prices were too high.

00:05:23.300 For those of us who did make it, we got lost immediately.

00:05:26.300 Someone mentioned navigating by land using a map and a compass.

00:05:29.940 But how do you use that without the internet?

00:05:32.140 After a grueling ten-minute march in full gear with only our hot pockets to sustain us, we collapsed, too exhausted to continue.

00:05:42.360 Who knew that my call-of-duty skills wouldn't exactly translate to actual battles?

00:05:47.940 We lost Ralphie, too.

00:05:50.060 He had a heart attack while putting up his pop tent.

00:05:53.460 It's been one thing. 0.98

00:05:55.080 It's one thing to be a fat cop, but it is certainly another thing to be a fat soldier. 0.95

00:06:00.260 War is certainly hell. 0.98

00:06:04.680 Yeah.

00:06:05.260 I don't...

00:06:05.740 Yeah, no, a civil war not really designed for this type of lifestyle in people.

00:06:13.720 People that are like, why is my...

00:06:16.020 Like, I was at a restaurant yesterday for lunch with my wife, and the line took about a good eight minutes for us to get up and order.

00:06:25.160 Yeah.

00:06:25.620 And we...

00:06:26.360 I mean, it was almost as if we were going to collapse.

00:06:29.340 We were so upset about it.

00:06:30.440 Oh, yeah.

00:06:30.700 And, you know, when DoorDash is not there at the designated time that they predict, Americans freak out.

00:06:39.100 That's not the type of society you build a civil war upon.

00:06:42.960 No.

00:06:43.500 It's like, you know, we're the type of people who are like, okay, guys, guys, guys, come on.

00:06:49.060 Can we just give it a rest for a second?

00:06:51.420 I need to eat.

00:06:52.360 Yeah.

00:06:53.160 I need to rest.

00:06:53.980 DoorDash is here.

00:06:55.220 Stop firing.

00:06:55.960 I have to check what's happening on Facebook and TikTok, please.

00:07:03.900 The question would really be, and it would be interesting, is which side of the civil war would be more diverse?

00:07:09.220 Because we've learned that that's how you make a strong military.

00:07:12.820 The more diverse your military, you don't focus on the merit and attributes of the individual soldiers.

00:07:18.480 Right.

00:07:18.840 You think instead about what percentage of this army is, you know, illusion.

00:07:24.980 You know, that would be the other side.

00:07:28.280 But ours would be size does matter.

00:07:33.740 But we'd be talking about waistline.

00:07:36.220 We'd be like, maybe we could roll Tim down the hill.

00:07:41.940 Anyway, Texas and the Biden administration are at loggerheads now.

00:07:47.260 If President Biden won't defend us, states will have to defend themselves.

00:07:50.780 This is according to Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

00:07:55.400 Biden administration continues to refuse to secure the border.

00:07:59.420 Virginia supports Abbott and Texas's constitutional right to defend itself.

00:08:04.320 Glenn Youngkin.

00:08:05.020 We are at this place now where we have 25 governors who are saying this is constitutional and we support.

00:08:16.400 Now, let me play out because there's some crazy there's there's always crazy people.

00:08:22.620 You know what? 0.99

00:08:23.240 We wouldn't have a problem with all these crazy people if there weren't so many damn crazy people. 0.99

00:08:26.860 But we have people on the left and those who claim to be on the right that want violence, want war. 0.99

00:08:38.640 And then there are people who are in the middle and, you know, maybe middle right.

00:08:44.160 And I think partially middle, I can't say left, but more centrist, not Mitt Romney, but that are so angry right now.

00:08:54.200 And they're peaceful, but they're angry and they're like, somebody has to do something.

00:08:58.120 We have to stand up.

00:08:59.940 So this is what Greg Abbott has done.

00:09:03.140 And he has done it the right way.

00:09:05.960 He's an attorney.

00:09:07.180 Ken Paxton is one of the best attorney generals in the country.

00:09:10.140 They know the Constitution inside and out.

00:09:13.760 And so they are taking the constitutional route.

00:09:16.240 Remember, when our founding fathers said that governments are instituted among men to protect these rights.

00:09:25.920 And when a government becomes hostile to those rights, it's the right of the people to throw off those chains and form a new government.

00:09:36.820 OK, so there's a couple of things here.

00:09:38.320 First of all, let's remember that the new government must be more likely to protect those rights.

00:09:46.140 So leftists, sorry, you'd be in violation, just like the South was in violation.

00:09:55.800 Oh, you want to wait?

00:09:57.000 You want to increase slavery?

00:09:59.140 Yeah.

00:09:59.780 We as a government haven't really been protecting everybody's rights like we should have.

00:10:06.400 But we're going to say no to more.

00:10:09.500 OK, remember, when Lincoln came in, he said the most important thing is to save a union.

00:10:14.940 Why?

00:10:15.540 Because a house divided against itself cannot stand.

00:10:19.700 We know that to be true.

00:10:21.280 So the most important thing we need to do is hold the republic together.

00:10:27.080 Hold the republic together.

00:10:30.180 But realize that Lincoln was also right.

00:10:32.700 If we were to ever fall, the threat would come from inside.

00:10:35.960 Right now, if we were in a scary movie, which sometimes I think we are, if we were starring in our scary movie,

00:10:43.520 somebody would be in the Senate and you'd be in the House and somebody from the Senate would pick up the phone and it would ring in the House of Representatives.

00:10:54.960 You pick it up and they'd say.

00:10:56.960 The call is coming from inside the House.

00:11:00.700 No, I think it's coming from inside the Senate.

00:11:03.020 Then somebody else would call.

00:11:04.040 No, it's in the House.

00:11:05.160 It's the White House.

00:11:06.340 The threat is amongst us.

00:11:10.100 The threat is from the system.

00:11:12.120 So the founders gave us all kinds of things that we can do.

00:11:16.660 And the first real, clear, constitutional thing that I have seen, a remedy, at least on the border,

00:11:25.640 is National Guard being declared because of invasion, because the government is not fulfilling its duty.

00:11:33.360 That is just so clear.

00:11:35.600 We should celebrate.

00:11:36.300 And if something happens, first of all, I do not believe that federal troops or our border patrol agents would fire on our National Guard.

00:11:48.640 And I don't think our National Guard would fire on federal troops.

00:11:54.740 They wouldn't.

00:11:55.560 I just don't think that we are there. 1.00

00:11:58.960 Now, somebody could be stupid. 1.00

00:12:01.820 That could happen. 1.00

00:12:03.400 Somebody would be somebody fire something.

00:12:05.260 I mean, look at the Boston Massacre.

00:12:06.700 That's the way things usually happen.

00:12:08.700 The shot hurt around the world.

00:12:10.260 But I do not believe that the Texas National Guard would turn on Texas with the Constitution being so clear.

00:12:20.360 And I don't think Greg Abbott or anybody else wants that.

00:12:25.020 What they want is the challenge in the Supreme Court.

00:12:28.240 What they want is to say, we disagree.

00:12:32.620 Now, the government has taken extra steps to harm Texas.

00:12:38.760 And we're just following the Constitution.

00:12:42.400 Supreme Court, who's right?

00:12:45.440 We also have something really exciting happening right now that the founders did not.

00:12:52.840 An election in November.

00:12:55.280 Now, we have to watch how all of this plays out.

00:13:01.020 We have to, if you haven't signed up to work for your district, and you're not monitoring the election, you're not part of that system, then how are you going to complain?

00:13:16.460 We all have to play a role in this to make sure that it is as safe as possible.

00:13:21.860 But the founders, even if there was a chance that they could have voted the king out, even though it wouldn't have happened, but it could have, if they had representation, they would have taken that.

00:13:39.460 If the election was happening in November, they would be very pessimistic about their chances, but they wouldn't have written the Declaration of Independence in July.

00:13:51.520 So, let's stop with, again, have you been to the Balkans?

00:13:57.760 Have you seen a civil war?

00:14:00.220 Not good.

00:14:01.580 You know how many Americans died in World War II?

00:14:06.140 400 and what?

00:14:07.540 1,000, 400 and 5,000, something like that.

00:14:10.340 How many died in World War I?

00:14:14.740 About 200,000?

00:14:16.500 Is that right, Stu?

00:14:17.200 It's a lot smaller than World War I or World War II.

00:14:22.440 Yeah, 116,000 in World War I, 405,000 in World War II.

00:14:27.400 The bottom estimate, we don't know for sure, but the bottom estimate for the Civil War was 650,000.

00:14:36.360 The top estimate is 850.

00:14:42.220 That's twice the number of World War II.

00:14:47.860 And more than World War I and World War II combined.

00:14:51.440 And people might note the population was a lot higher in World War II, right?

00:14:56.620 Like, this is a much more, wait, this is what happens when both sides are you.

00:15:02.120 Yes.

00:15:02.620 When both sides are still your country, the numbers add up quickly. 0.74

00:15:07.000 Now, I think it's a very bad idea, and I think everybody agrees.

00:15:11.140 Washing the world in blood would hate the return of the promised one.

00:15:14.820 I'm not trying to do that one.

00:15:16.920 That's true.

00:15:17.340 Iran might have some affinity towards this plan.

00:15:20.620 That's really one thing that I don't mind if my kids have to deal with and I don't.

00:15:25.600 You know what I mean?

00:15:26.100 And I don't say bad things about them when they're alive and we're all gone and they're like, Jesus might come.

00:15:34.600 Hey, let's slow that down.

00:15:35.880 Let's pass that to the next generation.

00:15:37.660 I'm all for that.

00:15:39.380 I'm all for that.

00:15:40.140 I think Jesus would be okay with that kind of thinking, too.

00:15:43.400 He doesn't really like warring off a lot.

00:15:46.500 Now, we don't compromise.

00:15:48.660 We don't back down.

00:15:50.920 What Greg Abbott is doing is absolutely right.

00:15:57.820 Oh, boy.

00:15:58.440 I have many questions for you.

00:15:59.720 Oh, boy.

00:16:00.040 Okay.

00:16:00.360 Let me take a break before I get.

00:16:01.760 I just heard him think.

00:16:03.280 You know what I mean?

00:16:04.440 I said he's absolutely right, and I just heard.

00:16:07.180 It still cranks up.

00:16:08.960 It's a slow crank-up process when a real new thought comes into my mind.

00:16:15.640 So we'll give him a chance to rev the engine here just a bit, and let me tell you about the burner launcher.

00:16:21.640 What's your relationship with firearms?

00:16:23.380 As an American, you have a right to keep and bear arms, and I would highly suggest that you have arms.

00:16:31.320 You have guns.

00:16:32.320 You have rifles, whatever it is, because with the way the world is going, chaos is in your neighborhood.

00:16:41.000 It's everywhere.

00:16:43.020 So protect yourself and your family.

00:16:45.500 That's your responsibility.

00:16:47.780 Now, not every situation where you have to protect yourself or your family calls for lethal violence, and you know what?

00:16:52.660 I have a daughter who will not train on a gun.

00:16:56.000 She doesn't like guns.

00:16:57.120 She will not use a gun, and I'm like, you're on your own, man, because.

00:17:01.560 No, so I got her and every member of the family a burner launcher.

00:17:08.040 Burn a launcher just, it looks like a handgun, and you can get it in orange if you want it.

00:17:14.360 I got mine in black, but I have been in situations where I could have killed a member of my own family had something just been slightly different, and there are people that have done this.

00:17:26.580 And when you pull the trigger on your gun, you better make sure you're right.

00:17:31.680 But if you have the chance to stop somebody at a distance, this is where the burner launcher comes in.

00:17:38.480 It's non-lethal.

00:17:39.900 It has kinetic rounds, and it also has tear gas, not pepper spray.

00:17:44.280 You do pepper spray all day long.

00:17:46.320 Try tear gas, okay?

00:17:47.800 From a 60-foot range, you can hit.

00:18:17.120 So are we falling into some trap here where...

00:18:20.160 It's a trap!

00:18:22.540 Admiral Ackbar?

00:18:23.660 Yes.

00:18:23.980 We're falling into an Admiral Ackbar situation where, like, the media seems to be inflaming...

00:18:29.720 Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:18:30.420 ...these, you know, some random voices on the internet talking about civil war and writing articles about it.

00:18:35.280 But, like, isn't this Texas situation a lot more boring than we're talking about in the media right now?

00:18:44.940 For example...

00:18:45.480 Well, it is something that, I mean, yeah, it's a court case.

00:18:51.860 It's a court case.

00:18:53.120 Yeah, but it is a constitutional crisis that we haven't had since the 1860s.

00:18:59.340 It could turn into that.

00:19:00.560 But, like, right now, what has happened is the case has not been decided.

00:19:05.680 Uh-huh.

00:19:06.120 They pushed it back in the interim.

00:19:08.820 And all they said was that...

00:19:10.760 I mean, what they said, basically, was, Texas, put up as much barbed wire as you want, but they get to cut it down for the next couple months.

00:19:20.260 Texas is not stopping the feds from coming in and cutting the barbed wire.

00:19:24.480 They're not.

00:19:24.800 Right.

00:19:25.200 Like...

00:19:25.440 They've just said, we'll put down some more wire.

00:19:27.920 And the Supreme Court, this is not a violation.

00:19:31.080 I know the left has a hard time understanding this.

00:19:33.840 It's really hard for them to understand.

00:19:35.160 Yeah.

00:19:35.300 Almost none of the people on the left who actually look at this stuff have any idea what's going on.

00:19:39.960 Yeah, because they don't actually understand the Constitution, the Supreme Court, and they're so used to it.

00:19:45.700 It didn't go our way.

00:19:47.440 Well, then, we got to get them.

00:19:51.040 Okay?

00:19:51.940 This did go your way to an extent.

00:19:56.800 Very minor extent.

00:19:57.720 Very minor extent.

00:19:59.180 It just said that the federal government can cut the wire.

00:20:04.880 It doesn't say Texas has to remove it.

00:20:09.280 Now, they can't stop the federal government from cutting the wire, but as soon as they walk away, they can put more wire down.

00:20:15.940 Now, this is not a beautiful solution.

00:20:21.800 No.

00:20:21.940 It's not a final...

00:20:23.540 I don't want to use that.

00:20:24.700 Please don't.

00:20:25.080 It's not a bigger solution.

00:20:28.380 No, it's bad.

00:20:29.180 Look, it's not good.

00:20:30.420 I'm not arguing it's good.

00:20:31.380 I'm just arguing it's a lot more boring than a civil war.

00:20:34.680 Yes, it is.

00:20:35.120 Yes, it is.

00:20:35.480 It is a court case that I still believe, when it's decided, will come down on the conservative side.

00:20:43.240 I could be wrong on that, and I'm nervous about that because of Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett.

00:20:48.280 Yeah, I know.

00:20:48.720 I still believe that Amy Coney Barrett, at the end of the day, is not going to go the wrong way on that.

00:20:54.880 And they did not argue insurrection.

00:20:57.380 That wasn't it at all.

00:20:58.840 No.

00:20:58.940 That was not the argument.

00:21:00.520 The argument now is, this is not insurrection.

00:21:03.360 This is an invasion.

00:21:05.720 And that word was shunned by the media at the very beginning, if you remember.

00:21:12.540 And everybody's like, well, I mean, it kind of is an invasion, but, I mean, it's not.

00:21:17.120 You know, when you had 30,000 people coming over, you're like, oh, it's an invasion.

00:21:21.280 When you have 10 million people coming over our border illegally, ah, it's an invasion. 1.00

00:21:27.500 Okay?

00:21:27.800 So it's clear it's an invasion at this point.

00:21:30.100 And that's what needs to be decided, because if it is, and the government is letting them in, then they're aiding and abetting.

00:21:37.860 That's not even the case, they're arguing.

00:21:40.660 Texas is just saying, we have a right.

00:21:43.160 If they don't do their job, we have a right to do it.

00:21:47.080 It's like watching your own home burn, and all the firemen who lit the fire are standing around going,

00:21:53.820 tough luck for you, until you pull out your own fire truck and your own firefighters and you put it out.

00:22:01.300 And then the police come and they say, you can't put your own house out.

00:22:04.500 That's the job of the firemen.

00:22:06.140 Yeah, they're not doing it, so I am.

00:22:09.340 That's what this really is all about.

00:22:11.240 Now, federal officials gave Texas, until Friday, to, I don't even know, make a decision.

00:22:24.520 Make a decision what?

00:22:26.200 A demand for Texas to allow Border Patrol to access a key park.

00:22:32.060 They can go there.

00:22:33.120 I've talked to the lieutenant governor about it this week.

00:22:36.000 They can go there.

00:22:36.740 But our National Guard's going to be there as well, and you cut the wires.

00:22:41.460 Go ahead.

00:22:41.840 I'm not going to stop you.

00:22:42.920 I am going to lay a new line of wire behind you. 0.86

00:22:46.100 It'll be a ridiculous show, but it'll happen. 0.98

00:22:48.600 It's a clown show, really, at this point. 0.99

00:22:50.500 It is.

00:22:51.200 Once upon a time, we almost made all of our clothing.

00:22:56.600 Almost all of it.

00:22:57.200 I saw that Levi's is laying people off.

00:23:00.860 Good.

00:23:02.240 Levi's is laying people off, I guess, maybe, probably in other countries,

00:23:06.300 because they don't make their clothes here in America.

00:23:08.360 They're laying people off.

00:23:09.720 They were the ones who said, we want to be the uniform of the American Revolution.

00:23:14.420 Really?

00:23:15.240 Do you?

00:23:16.120 Well, some of us said, hmm, not interested.

00:23:20.760 So now they're going to become an uber expensive pair of jeans.

00:23:26.620 Oh, now I want them even more.

00:23:29.580 Look, American Giant, they make their clothes here in America, and they make them right.

00:23:34.780 They make them with better machines, machines that we used to use.

00:23:41.080 They went and they bought them back from China after we shipped them there years ago,

00:23:45.000 brought them back, fixed them, got them working in a modern fashion,

00:23:48.960 and then retrained all these people to start making great American clothing.

00:23:53.940 So buy American at American-Giant.com slash Glenn.

00:23:57.720 American-Giant.com slash Glenn.

00:23:59.940 Do it now.

00:24:00.580 And head over to BlazeTV.com slash Glenn.

00:24:03.700 You can save $30 off your subscription to BlazeTV if you use the code GLEN30.

00:24:07.900 It's GLEN30 at BlazeTV.com slash Glenn.

00:24:10.440 Hello, America. 0.87

00:24:27.140 Yes, it's me, your old fat dad, behind my cardboard microphone now. 0.96

00:24:34.380 Greetings from Texas. 0.95

00:24:36.400 Yes, we have Representative Barry Loudermilk.

00:24:39.200 There's a story that we have been trying to get to this week,

00:24:43.280 and we just kept putting it off, putting it off, and I was going to have it next hour.

00:24:47.400 I'm going to try to do it hour three today of the podcast,

00:24:49.880 but I have Carrie Lake on in about half an hour, so stand by for that.

00:24:53.860 But Barry has been looking into the January 6th committee

00:24:59.360 and the deleted files that contain critical information.

00:25:03.940 They deleted them before the GOP was able to access them.

00:25:10.580 Now, they have recovered them, but we're looking for the password,

00:25:15.120 and the password is never.

00:25:18.580 Barry Loudermilk is with us now.

00:25:21.060 Congressman, how are you?

00:25:23.000 Good, Glenn.

00:25:23.660 It's good to be with you again.

00:25:25.000 Yes, thank you.

00:25:25.360 And, hey, we haven't tried the password never.

00:25:27.680 We may just get done with Trump and see how that works.

00:25:30.360 Could do hate Trump.

00:25:32.000 Could do scam.

00:25:33.440 I mean, I could go all day on those.

00:25:36.000 Barry, what is the significance of these files?

00:25:42.140 Well, that is what we don't know.

00:25:45.140 All we know at this point is they were recovered from a series of hard drives

00:25:50.820 that were given to us that were the hard drives on the computers

00:25:53.880 of the select committee on January 6th.

00:25:55.680 At one point in my communications with Benny Thompson,

00:26:02.380 who was the chairman of the select committee,

00:26:04.620 regarding videos that he admitted that they didn't keep

00:26:08.320 that were critical to the investigation.

00:26:10.460 And these were the videos of the depositions,

00:26:13.220 which even Liz Cheney in her recent book says was so important

00:26:17.580 that we videotaped so the American people could see the truth.

00:26:20.280 But they decided not to preserve those.

00:26:23.680 We were communicating with him about that as well as documents that he sent

00:26:27.460 to the White House and DHS instead of keeping them and giving to us.

00:26:31.020 And in his response to me as to what happened to these documents,

00:26:36.340 why didn't he keep them?

00:26:37.480 He mentioned that they handed over four terabytes of digital data to us.

00:26:42.320 The problem is we only had less than three terabytes of digital data.

00:26:46.620 So when we found out that these videotapes were missing,

00:26:51.200 that we searched for those, they didn't exist.

00:26:53.480 He admitted to not keeping those.

00:26:54.940 I don't know where those are.

00:26:56.060 We're still trying to find those.

00:26:57.600 You know, can somebody check?

00:26:58.660 I'm pretty sure the NSA has a really big storage cloud in Utah.

00:27:05.340 Can we maybe knock on the door and say,

00:27:07.500 hey, are you a lending library?

00:27:10.840 Can we see some stuff?

00:27:11.780 That is a possibility there.

00:27:15.360 We've even gone to the house recording studio,

00:27:18.060 who is when you normally do a deposition

00:27:20.780 and you have it recorded, video recording,

00:27:25.260 you just call the house studio.

00:27:26.640 This is what they do.

00:27:27.700 They bring in the equipment, they record it,

00:27:29.720 and they keep it, and they make it available to you.

00:27:32.720 And then when you're ready to archive it, you get it from them.

00:27:35.360 What the select committee did was different

00:27:37.220 because when Benny Thompson told us he didn't keep any of these,

00:27:41.440 we just went to the recording studio and said,

00:27:43.260 can you give us copies of them?

00:27:44.820 They said, well, we don't have any

00:27:46.520 because they didn't allow us to have any.

00:27:48.480 In fact, they only borrowed our equipment.

00:27:52.120 They wouldn't even use our people to do the recording.

00:27:54.780 So that sounded to me like, wow, this was planned from the beginning.

00:28:00.100 So we hired, trying to figure out where these other one plus terabytes of data were,

00:28:07.880 we hired an independent outside computer forensics company

00:28:12.380 to take those hard drives and do a low-level scan of them.

00:28:16.020 And as you would expect, the hard drive that someone uses,

00:28:20.740 you're going to find some deleted files.

00:28:22.560 Now, if you see files that were deleted early on in the investigation,

00:28:26.320 you know, it's doing work.

00:28:28.220 You delete duplicates.

00:28:29.140 You get rid of things.

00:28:30.780 But what highlighted to us was files,

00:28:35.180 and particularly some that were deleted, that they recovered,

00:28:38.260 that were deleted just literally days or hours

00:28:41.760 before the Republicans took control.

00:28:43.540 One of those documents that was not password encrypted for some reason,

00:28:48.860 it was found in the recycle bin,

00:28:51.360 was related to the depositions that were sent to the White House.

00:28:57.180 So there's a deleted file that was deleted on January 1st,

00:29:04.420 two days before the Republicans took control,

00:29:06.980 related to documents that we know that they had that they sent away

00:29:11.220 and we didn't have access to.

00:29:13.160 There were also 117, I believe the number,

00:29:17.100 of documents that were password protected and encrypted

00:29:21.180 that we can see the file names.

00:29:24.260 We can see what type of file it is.

00:29:27.380 And those names don't match anything that we already have.

00:29:30.420 So they are unique documents that I believe we haven't seen before,

00:29:34.220 but we can't get into.

00:29:36.000 So how critical they are, we don't know.

00:29:38.240 I just want somebody to give me the password.

00:29:39.960 So we are, don't we have people that do that?

00:29:43.960 I've seen it, you know, in movies and stuff.

00:29:46.320 You put a little box over the password and it's like,

00:29:48.820 password is cake.

00:29:50.720 Like, all right.

00:29:51.460 So anyway, that's my password, by the way.

00:29:53.300 I've got to change it now.

00:29:54.200 But we're talking to Chairman Barry Loudermilk from Georgia,

00:29:59.040 the conservative Republican from Georgia.

00:30:04.000 Is any of this illegal?

00:30:05.740 I mean, aren't you supposed to preserve documents?

00:30:08.100 I know if this happened and Congress wanted information that was on my computer

00:30:14.440 and I just went, whoops, I deleted it all.

00:30:17.500 I think my butt would be in a chair in front of you guys and you'd be, 0.80

00:30:22.080 I'd be in trouble. 0.98

00:30:24.100 Wouldn't I?

00:30:24.840 And you could be, yes.

00:30:27.660 Because if you deleted it at a point when you knew that Congress was looking for it

00:30:34.700 or you knew the courts were looking for it, yes.

00:30:36.660 I mean, you're free to delete anything you want today.

00:30:38.760 But once you know.

00:30:40.180 And they did know.

00:30:41.380 Or a letter.

00:30:42.000 And they did know.

00:30:43.500 We sent them letters of preservation.

00:30:45.520 The clerk's office has rules regarding what should be preserved.

00:30:49.500 And videotapes and depositions are part of that.

00:30:52.660 So why is nothing happening?

00:30:57.460 Well, we've got to know exactly the extent of where things are.

00:31:03.080 And, you know, my number one priority is getting the password.

00:31:08.200 So we can, you know, not only the passwords for these documents,

00:31:13.180 but getting the documents from the White House and Homeland Security that they have.

00:31:17.820 And so we are, for lack of a better term, working with the White House right now.

00:31:23.960 The four depositions they have that are, these are House documents.

00:31:28.200 They are not executive branch.

00:31:29.940 These are documents owned by the House of Representatives.

00:31:32.380 They are White House employees who testified before the committee.

00:31:36.700 And the chairman sent those to the White House.

00:31:40.620 We requested them.

00:31:42.240 They didn't respond.

00:31:43.120 Requested them again.

00:31:44.120 They responded and said, okay, we'll send them to you once we redact them.

00:31:47.620 So they sent me four documents that belong to the House, so heavily redacted,

00:31:52.220 they're literally pages.

00:31:54.280 Look, Barry, what do you think about this?

00:31:57.100 Let me just offer, I can get on the air now.

00:32:00.220 I can probably find somebody that goes by the name of, like, you know, OneEye,

00:32:04.720 and he can have that thing hacked open, you know, pretty quickly.

00:32:09.400 And we do it, you know, in the Capitol, you know, under supervision and stuff.

00:32:13.580 But I think we could get that done.

00:32:15.140 I cannot believe, with the power and the might of the United States of America,

00:32:19.900 we can't open up those files.

00:32:23.840 We're going to be looking at – we've contacted some different firms, if you will,

00:32:30.580 that have technology to try to get into these.

00:32:33.380 Now, some of them say with the new encryption standards, they may not be able to.

00:32:37.840 But we're looking at doing that.

00:32:40.320 In the meantime, we're just trying to find somebody that has the passwords.

00:32:43.620 I asked Benny Thompson for him, just a simple letter saying, hey, we found these documents.

00:32:49.660 Not making an accusation here, but we just – they're encrypted.

00:32:54.340 Don't know why you encrypt them, but we need the passwords.

00:32:56.480 And he responded with a three-page letter.

00:32:59.500 I think he used Ultra MAGA in it about eight or ten times, making all kind of blanket accusations.

00:33:06.320 That seems like obstruction.

00:33:07.280 I have no idea what you're talking about.

00:33:08.980 Yeah, yeah.

00:33:09.660 Seems like obstruction.

00:33:10.540 And which could be the case.

00:33:11.780 It could be he doesn't know what the committee did for two years.

00:33:15.160 Nobody on the staff does.

00:33:17.180 Okay.

00:33:17.520 Somebody knows what those passwords are.

00:33:19.640 Yeah, yeah.

00:33:20.340 Talking to Representative Barry Loudermilk about January 6th.

00:33:23.780 There's one other thing I want to hit quickly.

00:33:25.760 This whole pipe bomb story is falling apart quickly.

00:33:28.960 I mean, all of the January 6th narrative is falling apart.

00:33:34.240 Any update on the pipe bomb thing?

00:33:36.980 I mean, this week we saw the video of an undercover Capitol policeman who supposedly was just a passerby at the beginning.

00:33:47.400 Now we find out he was Capitol Police.

00:33:49.780 And he spots it, then goes over to the Secret Service.

00:33:54.440 They finish their sandwiches, let kids walk by it before they get out of their car and then send the robot out to disarm it.

00:34:03.840 What the hell is going on with this?

00:34:06.780 That is a good question.

00:34:07.980 We've been working with Representative Thomas Massey of Kentucky.

00:34:10.980 This is something he wanted to take on as a member of the Judiciary Committee and the Weaponization Committee.

00:34:16.040 So we've been working closely with him, pulling video records, doing some investigative work ourselves.

00:34:23.940 And, you know, we released in the last couple of weeks that it was an undercover Capitol Police officer.

00:34:30.600 But even before we knew that, we have video of the person who placed the pipe bomb.

00:34:37.180 You can watch him place it the night before.

00:34:40.240 And it was obvious that he was putting it in a place to be found.

00:34:44.260 The Secret Service had the Vice President-elect, Kamala Harris, at that building. 0.97

00:34:52.740 They were there sitting literally feet away from this pipe bomb and never saw it.

00:34:58.400 I mean, they are supposed to be doing sweeps of the building before you bring somebody there.

00:35:03.280 And that pipe bomb, it's out there from the night before.

00:35:05.400 If you look at the pipe bomb, it was, like, designed by Megamind.

00:35:15.340 I mean, it's so clear.

00:35:16.680 It's got the kitchen timer on it.

00:35:19.020 It is so clear that it was meant to be found and that it's a pipe bomb that my dog would have sniffed it out.

00:35:28.260 How did they miss it?

00:35:30.040 Except they did find it 20 minutes before the vote was supposed to go down on Capitol Hill.

00:35:38.480 Wow.

00:35:39.080 And that's where the timer was stopped.

00:35:41.080 It stopped at 20 minutes before the hour or whatever.

00:35:46.600 Wow.

00:35:46.900 What a coincidence that is.

00:35:48.600 And why is it that Kamala Harris, we didn't even know where she was in anything about this for a year. 1.00

00:35:55.060 And how is it that this is the greatest scandal and the darkest day in American history,

00:36:00.460 and yet the people that would gain the most from saying there were two pipe bombs they planned on blowing up buildings

00:36:07.600 haven't said a word about it.

00:36:10.440 Why?

00:36:10.780 And the FBI pulls resources from the investigation and moves them over to helping prosecute the people that were there on January 6th.

00:36:20.740 It seems to me a lone pipe bomber would be more dangerous than people who have already, you know,

00:36:28.600 even if they did something wrong, which there were people that did.

00:36:32.500 I mean, there were ballots that day.

00:36:33.920 But there are other people that they're spending an awful lot of resources on what should be misdemeanor charges

00:36:40.660 that you're going to pull resources from investigating a pipe bomb to go after these folks.

00:36:47.700 And then there's the issue of the gallows, you know, the infamous gallows that Biden is using in his campaign right now.

00:36:55.560 Yeah.

00:36:56.080 And they were built the night before in front of police.

00:37:00.260 It was like six o'clock in the morning.

00:37:01.380 Yeah.

00:37:01.920 Why didn't somebody tear that down?

00:37:03.560 I mean, with all the security, with all the police, with U.S. Park Police, the FBI, Metropolitan Police,

00:37:11.720 the U.S. Capitol Police, in droves all around that area that morning.

00:37:16.320 And we have it all on tape.

00:37:17.440 Why did not somebody report it?

00:37:18.860 Yeah.

00:37:19.180 And we have it all on tape and we can't find the guys that built it, can we?

00:37:23.460 Well, the FBI sure hasn't.

00:37:25.900 Yeah, that's weird.

00:37:29.000 Independent investigative reporter that's doing tremendous work,

00:37:31.840 much like Steve Baker, who you have been doing, has been working on this, and he's gotten more leads than the FBI has.

00:37:38.000 Yeah, that's weird.

00:37:38.940 Let me tell you, Steve has done a tremendous job.

00:37:43.040 We spent a lot of time with him.

00:37:44.600 Of course, he's been in our office looking at videos.

00:37:47.320 And, you know, he's doing a great service to the American people by exposing some in-depth corruption.

00:37:53.980 I know our prayers are with him and our support with him as well.

00:37:57.740 Thank you.

00:37:58.200 I will say, everybody at The Blaze, and I ask the audience to do the same, pray for him,

00:38:03.420 because we're expecting him to be arrested any day.

00:38:07.840 And we don't even know the charges.

00:38:09.260 And they won't tell him the charges.

00:38:12.300 And all he did was investigate.

00:38:15.580 He was there just as a reporter, investigating.

00:38:19.200 And now that he's exposing things, all of a sudden, oh, they're going to file charges.

00:38:24.900 So, any day.

00:38:26.220 Thank you so much for your help on that and everything else, Barry.

00:38:28.800 Appreciate it.

00:38:29.940 God bless.

00:38:30.960 Well, the American people deserve to know the truth.

00:38:33.480 They sure do.

00:38:34.680 Thank you.

00:38:35.220 Congressman Barry Loudermilk from the great state of Georgia.

00:38:39.200 Now, I'm going to put this all into perspective why this is happening.

00:38:52.720 You know, back in the Civil War, yeah, penicillin was really hard to get.

00:38:57.000 But that used to be something that happened only in other countries like Cuba.

00:39:01.160 But, unfortunately, things just aren't that way anymore.

00:39:03.800 Shortages are real.

00:39:05.460 And when it comes to vital medications, they can mean the difference between life and death, literally,

00:39:35.900 They can add on medications that are available.

00:40:08.340 You're listening to the Swingin' Sounds of Glenn Beck.

00:40:12.440 Sit tight, boys and girls.

00:40:14.200 We'll be right back after these messages.

00:40:32.820 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.

00:40:34.480 I just want to remind you, we are not fighting against our Democratic neighbors.

00:40:38.140 We're not.

00:40:39.060 They're silent, and they may have been revved up so much that they don't really see what's going on.

00:40:45.440 But let me give you a poll.

00:40:47.260 It was just released this week.

00:40:48.940 This is who you're fighting.

00:40:50.320 Elites and super elites.

00:40:52.340 Okay?

00:40:52.580 The people who went to Harvard and everything else.

00:40:54.900 They just did a new poll on this.

00:40:57.520 73% consider themselves Democrats.

00:41:00.460 74% say their personal finances are on the upswing.

00:41:04.760 They also say that 89% say they support the strict rationing of meat, gas, and electricity.

00:41:14.920 They would ban powered cars and no non-essential air travel for you.

00:41:20.720 47% and 55% believe the government affords Americans too much freedom.

00:41:26.240 By the way, regular Americans are between 16% and 25% tops on all of those.

00:41:31.100 Glenn Beck program.

00:41:32.220 The Glenn Beck program.

00:41:32.420 We've got to stay together if we're going to survive.

00:42:00.420 Stay the strength.

00:42:06.660 And hold the line.

00:42:10.080 It's a new day.

00:42:12.300 Time to rise.

00:42:18.420 Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

00:42:25.660 This is the Glenn Beck program.

00:42:32.640 Welcome to the program.

00:42:33.760 We're glad you're here.

00:42:34.480 Earlier this week, we heard a stunning audio tape.

00:42:38.860 Listen.

00:42:39.760 Is there a number of which?

00:42:41.720 I can be bought.

00:42:44.120 That's what it's about.

00:42:45.280 You can take a pause for a couple of years.

00:42:46.900 No.

00:42:47.160 And then go right back to what you're doing.

00:42:49.100 No.

00:42:49.520 This is Carrie Lake. 0.99

00:42:51.800 She's the former Arizona news anchor and now a candidate for the U.S. Senate in Arizona. 0.50

00:42:59.280 One of her, quote, friends who runs the or ran the GOP in Arizona came to her to tell her that somebody back east wants her out.

00:43:11.780 So, is there a job we can give you where you can make lots of money and, you know, just disappear for a couple of years?

00:43:21.560 Because there are some very powerful people that do not want you in the Senate.

00:43:27.260 Hmm.

00:43:28.600 Carrie Lake joins us. 0.99

00:43:30.400 And we'll have a conversation about that in 60 seconds.

00:43:33.340 First, Tunnel to Towers, out of the ashes of the 9-11 tragedy, Tunnel to Towers Foundation rose to the challenge of supporting Americans fallen, the injured, the homeless heroes and their families.

00:43:44.420 Their Gold Star Fallen First Responder, Smart Home and Homeless Veterans Program all honor the sacrifice made for us by those who have risked their life for all of us overseas or in our own communities.

00:43:57.020 Their Never Forget programs engage people in 9-11 remembrance across America with over 80 runs, walks and climbs a year, not to mention dozens of golf outings and barbecues.

00:44:08.240 We all need to help them, help the heroes that need it.

00:44:14.700 Tunnel to Towers 9-11 Institute also works to educate kids from kindergarten all the way through the 12th grade about the awful events that happened that day.

00:44:22.360 We are going to repeat history if we don't learn history.

00:44:25.800 Join Tunnel to Towers on its mission to do good.

00:44:28.700 Americans' heroes are counting on you and 95% of every dollar goes directly to these programs.

00:44:34.780 So donate $11 a month to Tunnel to Towers at t2t.org.

00:44:39.520 That's t2t.org.

00:44:43.620 Welcome to the program, Carrie Lake.

00:44:47.080 Hello.

00:44:47.980 How are you?

00:44:49.360 I'm doing great.

00:44:50.780 Are you?

00:44:51.620 Yes, it has been a crazy week.

00:44:53.180 Oh, I bet it has been.

00:44:55.880 And arrows are coming your way everywhere.

00:45:00.180 So, first of all...

00:45:01.860 You know what?

00:45:03.400 Actually, no.

00:45:05.080 I think a lot of love is coming my way from the people.

00:45:08.400 Obviously, the arrows have been coming my way for a long time.

00:45:11.880 Yeah.

00:45:12.420 The people are just exactly fed up right now.

00:45:16.280 And they know this stuff's going on.

00:45:18.460 And I think it just verified that they're not wrong.

00:45:21.380 This is the kind of world we're living in, the corrupt world in Washington, D.C. and in politics.

00:45:26.020 Right.

00:45:26.500 So let's start kind of at the beginning.

00:45:30.280 This guy was a friend and a co-worker.

00:45:35.660 He claims that we were friends.

00:45:37.480 We were just having conversations.

00:45:38.660 Do you record all of your conversations?

00:45:42.780 Or is there a reason why you had this conversation taped?

00:45:48.560 Let's back up to it.

00:45:49.740 Yeah, go ahead.

00:45:50.480 Why would I record this?

00:45:52.360 Well, I recorded it because it was about 2 or 3 in the afternoon.

00:45:55.640 And I got a call from Jeff DeWitt, who is the chairman of the Arizona Republican Party.

00:46:01.480 And he said, hey, what are you doing?

00:46:02.980 I got to come over and talk to you.

00:46:04.720 And I said, I'm a little busy right now.

00:46:07.280 I'm actually packing for CPAC.

00:46:08.920 I think you might have been at that CPAC.

00:46:10.560 Yep, I saw you there.

00:46:11.480 And finishing up my book, I don't have a lot of time.

00:46:14.680 And he said, well, I'm right in your neighborhood.

00:46:16.700 I'm going to be there in five minutes.

00:46:18.240 What I have to talk to you about, I have to do in person.

00:46:20.680 It can't be.

00:46:23.340 And I said, Jeff, at this point, a lot of people knew there was speculation I was going to run for Senate.

00:46:30.300 And I said, if you're trying to talk me out of running for Senate, because I knew he had some friends who didn't want me to run for Senate, you know, I'm not going to entertain that.

00:46:39.500 And he said, no, no, no, no, I just I got to come over.

00:46:41.800 But I can't do it on the phone, what I have to talk to you about.

00:46:45.240 And I just got a bad feeling about it.

00:46:47.400 I thought, is there going to be a threat?

00:46:48.520 What is why does he have to come to my door and talk to me?

00:46:52.020 I know I would record that conversation.

00:46:54.020 I recorded it.

00:46:54.740 I just thought there's a threat, a threat.

00:46:57.120 If he's going to threaten me, I need to have this on recording.

00:46:59.700 I never even listened to it back until this week.

00:47:03.340 OK, go ahead.

00:47:05.360 OK, so wait a minute.

00:47:06.440 So had he because his resignation letter was bizarre.

00:47:12.040 If I wasn't doing things, I mean, I've had all kinds of conversations with Stu, but this is what I do.

00:47:18.020 This is what I believe in.

00:47:19.340 And if Stu said, I've got some tape and, you know, I'm going to expose it.

00:47:24.640 I would be like I'd come on and say, go ahead, expose it.

00:47:28.240 We had many conversations.

00:47:30.520 Some of them were difficult conversations, but none of them were unethical or illegal or anything like that.

00:47:37.160 Why would he resign and say I'm resigning because of her threat that she's got more tapes?

00:47:43.120 Do you have more tapes?

00:47:44.160 And did he do other things like this?

00:47:46.500 No, I don't.

00:47:49.260 I don't have more tapes.

00:47:50.740 And that's what is so disturbing about it, that he thinks that his behavior has been so unethical that he thinks there's worse stuff out there.

00:47:58.340 So you never said that you had more tapes to release.

00:48:01.740 You never gave that threat to him.

00:48:03.940 I haven't talked to him, returned any calls, even texted him in a long time.

00:48:08.580 And and this is a bunch of BS.

00:48:10.640 He's saying that I blackmailed him.

00:48:12.740 I didn't even tell him I was putting it out.

00:48:14.640 Usually, if there's a blackmail situation, you say this is going out if you don't do that.

00:48:20.980 So you didn't even know until until the media contacted him for comment.

00:48:26.360 You know, I don't he didn't know it was going out.

00:48:28.320 Now, you said this.

00:48:29.920 Go ahead.

00:48:30.600 He's behaved in a way that he thinks there's I think that the response he said is there's more damaging video out there for damaging stuff out there.

00:48:38.820 And I'm like, what what could be more damaging than 10 or 11 minutes?

00:48:43.160 Yeah. Yeah. Of a bribery call.

00:48:45.060 I mean, is there a snuff film out there?

00:48:46.440 What the heck is going on with this?

00:48:48.480 OK, so I said when this tape came out, I was really angry and said not another dime should go to the GOP.

00:48:55.520 This guy should resign.

00:48:56.940 If that if this is illegal, they should be arrested.

00:49:00.520 Anybody who was involved, if it wasn't illegal, it should be illegal.

00:49:04.000 And I said, it's not just about this guy in Arizona.

00:49:08.400 The most important thing to me was that a call came from back east and the way he said it, it was very knowing.

00:49:20.200 Do you and you don't have to give any names, because if you do, you're you're going to you can get in trouble for slander or whatever, you know, unless you have something to back it up.

00:49:33.680 Do you have a pretty good idea of who he meant by back east?

00:49:38.600 I don't know. I mean, I've thought about it long and hard.

00:49:43.540 I've got some guesses I could make.

00:49:45.680 But again, I'm not going to do that.

00:49:47.460 The sad thing, though, Glenn, is you could sit there for hours and think about it and come up with a list of 300, 400, maybe 500 people or groups or organizations that it could be.

00:49:59.340 And that it says a lot about the state of our government, the state of our political situation.

00:50:07.140 You know, it could be so many different people shows you how corrupt Washington, D.C. is.

00:50:14.000 OK, so is anybody has anybody reached out to you from back east to say, hey, we got to get to the bottom of this.

00:50:24.300 Anybody from the GOP? Nobody?

00:50:25.980 No, nobody from the GOP. I've had I've had some great people reach out to me, senators who I think are fantastic and said, oh, my gosh.

00:50:34.020 Yeah. You know, we can't wait to get you in the Senate.

00:50:36.400 We need somebody who isn't bought and paid for and influenced.

00:50:40.140 And you would think, Glenn, I mean, and I appreciate you for having me on.

00:50:43.060 And we've had some great interviews already on this.

00:50:45.220 But the mainstream media, by the way, I went public with this within 24 hours.

00:50:51.100 I went public. I flew out of town, went to CPAC, changed my entire speech.

00:50:56.580 And I just talked about this. I said, I just got bribed by a pretty big political person to stay out of politics.

00:51:03.480 You know, basically offering me how much would it take to make you to stay out?

00:51:07.560 And I brought my whole speech. I kind of wrapped around this.

00:51:10.820 And mainstream media didn't reach out and say, who bribed you?

00:51:13.700 Can I tell you something, Carrie? I mean, I've heard I've heard those things before.

00:51:18.440 I've had things like this happen to me before and I've referenced them, but I didn't have a tape.

00:51:25.600 Why did you not? Because I would have had you on the next day had I thought that you had proof of it.

00:51:33.740 And maybe it was just me for just dropping the ball here.

00:51:37.000 Why did you wait for the tape to be released or to say, I have a tape of it?

00:51:45.240 Well, I didn't want to release anything and I also didn't listen to it.

00:51:49.660 I taped it because I was afraid there was going to be a physical threat.

00:51:52.940 And when there wasn't, I just kind of put that, you know, put that file away and never even dealt with it.

00:51:58.920 But I felt that going public with it the next day or within 24 hours when I went on the CPAC stage and since then, again, this was 11 months ago.

00:52:07.560 Oh, I know. I was there. I heard you and it didn't occur to me to ask you if you had evidence of it.

00:52:13.760 And I'm sorry. I should have.

00:52:15.620 No, that's OK.

00:52:17.100 But I didn't listen to it until this week.

00:52:20.980 I just went, oh, my gosh, I have a recording of that.

00:52:24.340 And I was eating dinner with my husband.

00:52:26.620 My daughter was eating dinner with us.

00:52:29.020 And I happened to I tracked it down and found it and hit play while we were eating dinner.

00:52:33.080 And and literally as as vivid as I recalled it.

00:52:36.420 And I think when I did my speech at CPAC, I described it pretty well.

00:52:40.160 Our jaws dropped to the floor.

00:52:42.040 We were shocked.

00:52:42.780 I went, oh, my gosh, this is so much worse than I even remembered it being.

00:52:47.500 And my daughter was shocked.

00:52:49.340 She said, tell me that guy doesn't work in politics anymore.

00:52:51.760 I said, he heads up the Arizona GOP.

00:52:55.360 And she said, what are you going to do about it, mom?

00:52:58.220 And I thought I didn't really want to put that out.

00:53:01.220 But how disappointing when you're when your kids hear something like that and then you just sit on it.

00:53:07.160 Well, I didn't want to.

00:53:08.380 I will tell you, you won a primary, did you not?

00:53:13.460 In the in the governor's race?

00:53:15.160 Yes.

00:53:15.400 Yeah, but no, not yet.

00:53:17.780 In primary happens when?

00:53:20.120 In Arizona in August.

00:53:23.120 Oh, geez.

00:53:24.260 I'm up 40 points against the competitor.

00:53:27.460 How many points?

00:53:28.520 How many points?

00:53:29.600 Depending on the poll, 30 or 40 points.

00:53:31.600 I'm not really.

00:53:32.640 So here's the amazing thing that, you know, somebody back east, powerful people really want you to go away.

00:53:39.840 They don't want you in the Senate.

00:53:41.220 I know that there is a big Senate fund and I'm not making any accusations.

00:53:46.560 But I know there's a big Senate fund that is that the GOP has that is controlled by one individual who does have a pattern of supporting people that are not MAGA at any cost.

00:54:01.960 Even if it means we lose a Senate race and they're not going to get behind you.

00:54:09.600 First of all, if you're leading by 30 or 40 points, then you're the obvious candidate.

00:54:16.280 Let the people of Arizona decide.

00:54:19.340 But you should be getting support from the GOP.

00:54:22.600 And if somebody is is trashing our system and they are offering bribes so people go away, that all has to be exposed.

00:54:31.940 I can't call out corruption on the other side if I don't call it out on our side.

00:54:37.420 Oh, 100 percent.

00:54:38.560 I don't I don't want corruption anywhere.

00:54:41.000 I don't want it on the left.

00:54:42.100 I don't either.

00:54:43.420 And right now, Glenn, it seems like we have a lot of corruption in the Republican Party.

00:54:48.480 And there's just this, you know, and I think a lot of it is resistance to Trump.

00:54:52.600 They don't want Trump.

00:54:54.180 And I don't know if it's because he's going to reveal a lot of the corruption.

00:54:57.400 Frankly, I want people going to Washington, D.C., who Washington, D.C. doesn't.

00:55:03.400 Oh, me, too.

00:55:04.500 So, you know, the media now is covering this and they're trying to.

00:55:10.020 Oh, he was just offering her a job.

00:55:11.500 It's like, no, no, no.

00:55:12.420 And they're just you know, you talked about you have conversations with your friends.

00:55:16.040 You run a business.

00:55:18.100 Have you ever had a conversation like this is not normal?

00:55:20.820 No.

00:55:21.360 Anybody who runs a business, if this is the kind of normal conversations you're having, you're probably in the mafia.

00:55:26.720 Well, quite honestly, I mean, it makes it says a lot about people who leave Congress.

00:55:33.540 And before they run for another higher office, they go to work for these companies and seem to bide their time.

00:55:41.680 There have been accusations by the guy who did it that you edited the tape.

00:55:47.160 Is there any truth to that?

00:55:48.960 I put 11, 10 or 11 minutes that involved the bribe.

00:55:55.360 And I don't know how you could say that was I forget the word he used.

00:56:00.020 Out of context.

00:56:02.160 Yeah.

00:56:02.680 Some sort out of context.

00:56:03.820 How do you take 10 minutes of bribery out of context?

00:56:06.780 I mean, Stu and I were talking about this yesterday.

00:56:09.020 And I said, the only way it can be taken out of context is if the sentence before was everything I'm about to say, I'm totally making up, Carrie.

00:56:19.280 That's the only way to take it out of context.

00:56:21.820 Or I got to describe a scene from a movie I just watched.

00:56:25.100 Yes.

00:56:25.220 Here's how it went.

00:56:26.120 Yes.

00:56:26.500 But the tape you gave us is...

00:56:30.780 He said it was creative editing.

00:56:32.740 Right.

00:56:33.120 The tape I gave you is an honest tape.

00:56:36.680 I pulled 10 or 11 minutes.

00:56:38.740 I forget.

00:56:39.120 I think it's a little over 10 of him trying to bribe me.

00:56:43.040 But you did not splice around or edit anything out of those 11 minutes?

00:56:48.380 Nope.

00:56:49.260 Okay.

00:56:50.220 It's all of the bribery part.

00:56:52.100 And I didn't say, hey, welcome.

00:56:54.000 Can I got you a cup of coffee?

00:56:55.520 All of that.

00:56:57.080 But, you know, this is not taken out of context.

00:57:00.620 This is not creative editing.

00:57:04.320 Creative editing would be a 30-second clip.

00:57:07.300 Yeah.

00:57:08.040 Okay.

00:57:08.680 This is a conversation about him bribing me.

00:57:12.180 There's no ifs, ands, and buts.

00:57:13.740 And he's afraid there's worse stuff out there.

00:57:16.360 It tells you a lot about him.

00:57:18.100 Carrie, I have to break for 60 seconds.

00:57:20.200 Can you hang for a second?

00:57:21.820 Sure.

00:57:22.180 Okay.

00:57:22.580 Back with Carrie Lake here in just a second. 0.52

00:57:43.000 There is a company that is making it easy to switch.

00:58:37.960 Patriot.

00:58:38.660 Ten seconds.

00:58:39.160 Station ID.

00:58:47.720 So, Kerry.

00:58:49.980 You're a former news anchor for many years.

00:58:54.500 You know how this works.

00:58:57.180 And it is shocking to me that you have evidence of the GOP being dirty and the mainstream media won't pick it up.

00:59:10.860 You'd think this would be a story they would run with forever.

00:59:15.420 Well, and they have picked it up.

00:59:17.880 And I think initially they were like, what do we do with this?

00:59:20.440 Because I am the person second to Trump that they like to bash over and just spread lies about and lie about.

00:59:29.400 And so they picked it up and they covered it.

00:59:31.700 And now they're like, oh, wait, what are we going to do?

00:59:34.340 We've got a GOP guy bribing her and they love to attack the GOP.

00:59:41.200 But yet we can't ever make her look good.

00:59:44.180 So how do we cover this?

00:59:45.660 I mean, they're just unbelievable.

00:59:47.040 They don't know what to do.

00:59:48.360 It's actually funny.

00:59:49.900 I find it interesting.

00:59:50.820 Just this week when this story came out, the Arizona Republic, I call it the Arizona Repugnant.

00:59:56.720 It's gotten that bad.

00:59:57.640 Our local paper has been public comments on any of the stories they put out.

01:00:03.740 They know the public is fed up with them.

01:00:06.200 The mainstream media is starting to fall apart.

01:00:08.680 The wheels are coming off.

01:00:09.960 You saw the hundreds of layoffs at the L.A. Times.

01:00:12.280 People have just stunned the lies of the media.

01:00:16.080 And thank God for people like you, Glenn.

01:00:18.100 You've been around for a long time telling the truth.

01:00:20.320 And thank God for the alternative media that's popping up and the independent journalists.

01:00:25.640 We now have places to go where we can get the unfiltered truth and we don't have to depend on these propagandists.

01:00:33.380 What is the biggest thing that you would want to take on in Congress?

01:00:39.580 Why in the Senate?

01:00:42.280 Who would you ally yourself with?

01:00:48.460 Well, that's a good question.

01:00:50.100 I think there are a lot of good senators.

01:00:52.880 I love Rand Paul.

01:00:54.720 I love Mike Lee.

01:00:55.760 Of course, they're fighters.

01:00:58.240 I've gotten to know John Barrasso, and I think he's a good man.

01:01:02.700 But I want to just go and represent the people of Arizona.

01:01:06.080 I don't want to become part of a clique.

01:01:07.760 I definitely don't want to become part of the back-scratching club.

01:01:12.280 That Jeff talked about.

01:01:14.560 Despicable.

01:01:15.020 Or the back-stabbing club.

01:01:16.820 I'm sure there's one of those. 0.88

01:01:17.960 I'd rather be in the butt-kicking club, to be honest.

01:01:20.400 And I want to take on the border.

01:01:24.000 And I say that with a bit of reluctance because I have a feeling that I'm hoping the border is going to be taken on before then.

01:01:31.280 I mean, how much longer can we take?

01:01:33.100 Can we wait until January 25th?

01:01:34.920 What do you think about Texas saying that it's an invasion and calling up the National Guard and the fact that the Democrats are saying the president needs to federalize them and take that power away from the governor?

01:01:51.540 Well, I was the first.

01:01:54.460 When I ran for governor, I was the first candidate in the country to come up with a border plan.

01:01:59.400 And it called for me on day one, taking the oath of office, to declare an invasion and put the National Guard on the border, take back the right and control of our border.

01:02:09.760 Exactly what's happening now.

01:02:10.960 I know.

01:02:11.160 I remember.

01:02:12.060 I wish somebody would have done it when you didn't.

01:02:13.940 I wish somebody would have taken your idea and done it a little earlier.

01:02:16.420 But we're here now, and it is clearly an invasion.

01:02:20.840 I'm glad it's happening.

01:02:22.420 And somebody said to me at the time, well, what if Joe Biden sues you?

01:02:26.360 I go, sue me.

01:02:27.780 What's he going to do, arrest the governor?

01:02:29.800 Yeah.

01:02:30.280 Bring it on.

01:02:31.380 This is a fight worth having.

01:02:33.320 Thank you so much.

01:02:34.840 She is a candidate for the U.S. Senate in Arizona.

01:03:09.300 Whether it's just one day or 50 years, it's too long.

01:03:12.900 Pain makes it hard or even unbearable to do basic things every day.

01:03:17.780 But what if I told you this could be your year?

01:03:19.920 This could be the year that you leave that pain behind and you improve the quality of life.

01:03:25.640 If you've been living with pain, it might be hard to believe, but there is something out there that may help.

01:03:30.620 A million people have taken this.

01:04:33.260 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.

01:04:35.000 I want to give you some good news.

01:04:36.200 And I've got more good news for you.

01:04:38.000 In fact, well, I'll get to it after we have Bob Rommel on.

01:04:41.320 He is a Florida State representative.

01:04:43.740 This is a massive, massive win.

01:04:47.820 And I wanted to get him on to congratulate him and everybody in Florida that was involved in this.

01:04:53.300 The banks, 100 banks, including the big ones, in Florida have now signed an agreement that they will not discriminate against their customers on the basis of their political views.

01:05:06.740 Now, where's the teeth in this?

01:05:08.400 What does it actually mean?

01:05:09.680 Bob Rommel joins us now.

01:05:11.500 Hi, Bob.

01:05:12.000 How are you?

01:05:12.420 Good morning, Glenn, and thanks for having you back on the show.

01:05:16.680 We're doing great today.

01:05:18.200 I mean, this is a very big win.

01:05:21.280 Tell me about it and tell me about the teeth.

01:05:24.840 Well, Glenn, when I first started looking at, you know, the ESG policies and what banks around America were doing, first of all, I couldn't believe it was happening.

01:05:33.000 To me, it was a form of discrimination.

01:05:35.020 And really, they all told me, too, that if they're a federally chartered bank, that Florida couldn't tell them what to do.

01:05:44.260 And they're kind of right.

01:05:46.700 So, really, the teeth of the teeth of the bill was that if you use ESG policies in the state of Florida determining credit, you will no longer be qualified to accept qualified public deposits in Florida, which is about $200 billion a year.

01:06:02.140 So, how do we know if they're doing that?

01:06:05.900 Do the people have a right to know why they were turned down for a loan and to file suit?

01:06:11.560 Well, that's the second part of the bill that we were working on.

01:06:16.500 But the first part is that the executives at these banks had to attest and sign that they were not using it.

01:06:24.360 So, now, first of all, none of them wanted to sign it because I guess maybe they wanted to do it.

01:06:29.680 But they had to attest.

01:06:30.640 We put their signature personally on the line for their corporation.

01:06:35.300 And actually, every bank that does business in Florida except one signed it.

01:06:39.700 What was the one?

01:06:41.560 Ah, I don't know.

01:06:42.600 Some communist bank of China or something.

01:06:46.220 Was it really the bank of China?

01:06:48.660 No, no.

01:06:49.460 It was actually a small bank that does business in Canada, too.

01:06:52.720 So, that's close to China.

01:06:54.300 Okay, yeah.

01:06:55.120 Getting closer and closer.

01:06:57.700 Is there teeth in that?

01:07:00.660 For instance, when if you signed this and you find out that they are engaging in that, what happens to the bank or the person who signed it?

01:07:11.560 Well, then that bank will no longer be able to do business in Florida, period.

01:07:15.540 And, you know, when you're talking $200 billion a year in business of public deposits, that's a big number.

01:07:22.540 That's a big number.

01:07:23.280 And, obviously, their shareholders would be upset.

01:07:25.980 But we are working on part two of – that was HB3.

01:07:31.080 We're working on part two.

01:07:32.320 And what this would do if a bank discriminates against an individual and debanks you to tell you – say you're just doing your checking and your savings, your credit cards through a bank, and a bank debanks you because, you know, they don't like you.

01:07:46.160 And they're using this terminology of suspicious activity.

01:07:52.080 Beta Florida is saying if you're doing – you know, suspending somebody for suspicious activity, you need to tell us privately.

01:07:58.580 We don't want – you know, we don't want bad guys that are doing, you know, human trafficking and things like that to get away with that stuff.

01:08:05.120 If you tell us and we see that you're doing it in good faith because there really are bad guys and you really did tell the IRS, Department of Justice, it's okay.

01:08:13.400 But if you did it just because of some political reason, ideological reason, well, first of all, you can't do business with us, and those people can sue you.

01:08:21.680 That's really good.

01:08:22.800 We have to take the power and give it to the people because we can't wait around for an attorney general to look at our complaint, decide to take it up.

01:08:33.960 The individual needs to be able to say, I need – I want to know, deliver the documents, why did I not get this, why have I been debanked, and then be able to sue them.

01:08:45.020 And the state can join if they care to, but it has to empower the people, not just the attorney general's office.

01:08:53.580 Do you agree?

01:08:54.420 You know, I think – no, 100% agree because it could take too long.

01:08:57.860 It could take –

01:08:58.480 Yes.

01:08:58.740 It could take years for the attorney general to get to it, and by then, if you're a business owner –

01:09:03.940 You can't do any banking.

01:09:05.400 You're out of business, period.

01:09:07.180 And, I mean, we do remember a few years ago under the Obama administration when they put pressures on banks and not to do business with short-term loan folks and people that sell, you know, legal guns.

01:09:19.320 Listen, I don't frankly trust the big banks, and I don't frankly trust the Department of Justice myself.

01:09:24.060 Can you – wow.

01:09:26.700 Me neither.

01:09:27.220 That was a surprise.

01:09:28.700 The – may I change the subject here, Bob, and I know I didn't prep you to be talking about this, and I don't know if you have an opinion on it.

01:09:36.660 But, obviously, Governor Abbott has stepped into the big boots of cowboy techs here and said, we are declaring an invasion, and the government's not doing its job.

01:09:51.160 That invokes the Constitution and my right to put the National Guard.

01:09:54.980 The feds have said, you have 24 hours to allow us to come on the property.

01:10:01.540 It's my understanding from the lieutenant governor who I talked to.

01:10:04.620 He said, they're free to go, and they can cut the wire, but we're going to put other wire right behind it.

01:10:10.540 And that's all in line with the Supreme Court.

01:10:13.320 You're from one of the states that said you signed on – 25 states signed on yesterday to say, we back Florida – or, we back Texas.

01:10:25.020 If this goes on, are you – would the state of Florida, do you think, would send National Guard to Texas?

01:10:35.520 Glenn, in the past, we've already sent some National Guard and some, actually, FDLE, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, to help Texas.

01:10:45.560 Not only would I support doing that – again, that would have to come from the governor or, you know, we as the legislative body –

01:10:51.200 but I would volunteer my time to go there and help them myself because it is an invasion of America.

01:10:58.900 The fabric of America is being destroyed purposely because the Biden administration wants to do it.

01:11:05.140 They're destroying Texas, but they're also destroying small towns around the country where these people are being dropped off 0.93

01:11:12.700 and now living and becoming part of society.

01:11:15.220 They're destroying schools.

01:11:16.520 They're destroying hospitals.

01:11:17.860 They're destroying affordable housing because the government's paying $450 a day for these people to live in some place, 0.99

01:11:25.140 and veterans are getting kicked out of, you know, homes that they live in.

01:11:30.140 It's worse than that.

01:11:31.420 I have a story here.

01:11:32.500 The VA has a backlog of 1 million veteran claims, but the resources are going to illegal immigrants. 0.94

01:11:42.220 So a million veterans are not getting the services they've been promised because of this.

01:11:47.380 I mean, this is an outrage.

01:11:49.860 You know, I know we have to be compassionate to other people, and I feel bad that everybody wasn't born in America, 0.72

01:11:56.680 but there's 8 billion people in America, and 7 billion of them live below our poverty standards.

01:12:01.920 We can't take them all in illegally because then we have no laws. 0.65

01:12:06.480 And what you talked about veterans, we work really hard here in Florida to be veteran-friendly,

01:12:11.120 and when I see how much money we're spending on illegals, I said, 0.79

01:12:14.540 can we just spend a little bit more on veterans and give them what they're due?

01:12:18.220 I get frustrated.

01:12:21.080 Bob, I asked this of Ron DeSantis when he was running for governor.

01:12:26.900 I said, you can't run a second term or a third term, and I'm afraid that this will all be redone.

01:12:35.000 He said, no, we're doing it the right way.

01:12:36.660 He said, we're passing all of this as legislation.

01:12:39.180 He said, my goal is to make the governor's office so impotent that they can't go back.

01:12:46.880 Do you feel comfortable that you've made enough progress and you can get to that finish line before his term ends?

01:12:58.120 Obviously, he has two more years, and I think we can do more.

01:13:02.220 And I do have confidence in the bench that we have, but we're not as ruby red as people think.

01:13:08.180 I mean, his first election, he won by 32,000 votes.

01:13:13.340 The country today is a little bit different than his election two years ago.

01:13:17.880 But I know that we have a good bench.

01:13:20.020 I know people are going to fight.

01:13:21.120 I know people like me are going to fight.

01:13:22.520 I'm termed out myself right now at the end of this session.

01:13:26.740 But you know what?

01:13:28.120 Deep down, I have confidence in the people that are moving to Florida.

01:13:31.520 They're usually moving because they came from a bad state.

01:13:34.640 So they're not bringing that policy here because, actually, our voter logs for Republicans keep rising.

01:13:42.820 But, you know, we have to keep the pedal to the metal and step on the liberals' throats if they think that it's okay to destroy America.

01:13:49.840 You should talk to somebody in the state.

01:13:52.760 I talked to two governors in Texas about this, and neither of them took us up on this.

01:13:57.600 I felt that there should be a trailer that runs before every movie in Texas that is just very, very positive.

01:14:05.860 It's not political.

01:14:07.100 But it's just a lot of people moved here for a reason.

01:14:10.360 Texas is different.

01:14:11.640 And don't forget what you moved here for, why you moved away and came here.

01:14:18.500 Keep Texas, Texas.

01:14:21.000 And nobody liked that idea.

01:14:23.880 I think Florida should do the same thing.

01:14:26.600 No, I agree.

01:14:27.900 And we have a thing here.

01:14:29.000 Make America Florida.

01:14:30.780 I mean, we were one of the first states that banned sanctuary cities.

01:14:36.500 And, you know, we've been in lawsuits with different cities.

01:14:39.760 But you see what happens when you have sanctuary cities.

01:14:42.460 You destroy a city, San Francisco, one of the most beautiful cities in America.

01:14:47.080 Well, they did clean it up when, you know.

01:14:49.360 Yeah, when President Z came.

01:14:51.320 Yeah.

01:14:52.800 These are simple things.

01:14:54.260 I mean, we live in a law and order country, I think, unless you're illegal.

01:14:59.600 And then you want to go to California, get a sex change. 0.57

01:15:02.480 They'll pay for it.

01:15:03.160 Or, you know, if you're a part of the elite political class or you're part of some community

01:15:09.640 that is organized and has, you know, special reasons to get away with crime, you know.

01:15:15.840 But other than that, we're a law and order country.

01:15:18.440 I know those who lead us in Davos, they want us to all drive our bicycles, but they can fly

01:15:24.300 in their planes.

01:15:25.560 And it's awful.

01:15:27.660 But we're going to keep fighting.

01:15:29.720 I have faith in our country.

01:15:31.500 I love our country.

01:15:32.840 I know we've gone through tougher times, I think.

01:15:35.620 But it seems like the world is against the way we live our life here in America.

01:15:40.000 And unfortunately, so is the White House.

01:15:42.960 Barry Laudermilk.

01:15:43.880 Thank you so much.

01:15:44.660 Republican from Georgia is.

01:15:47.600 Pardon me.

01:15:49.800 Oh, my gosh.

01:15:50.520 I'm sorry.

01:15:51.060 I have Barry.

01:15:52.140 I had Barry on last hour.

01:15:53.140 I'm sorry.

01:15:54.340 I should have thought of that.

01:15:56.080 So, so sorry about that.

01:15:58.800 Thank you so much for being on the program, Bob.

01:16:01.580 I really appreciate everything that you guys have done in Florida.

01:16:05.340 And you've really led the way on ESG.

01:16:08.200 So, Bob Rommel from Florida.

01:16:09.900 Thank you.

01:16:11.200 Thank you, Glenn.

01:16:12.100 God bless.

01:16:12.620 Bye-bye.

01:16:13.200 That was a nice Joe Biden moment.

01:16:15.860 I know.

01:16:16.480 I was, because I was looking at what was coming up in the schedule and everything.

01:16:20.260 And I just looked at, I don't know what that happened.

01:16:22.420 Anyway, coming up in, coming up in just a minute, we have Thomas Massey.

01:16:28.240 And Thomas is going to talk to us about the pipe bombs.

01:16:32.680 The January 6th narrative is completely falling apart.

01:16:37.760 But half the country is missing the entire narrative arc of this.

01:16:43.380 And it is really incumbent upon us to know the facts and be able to talk to our friends and say, hey, this is what happened here and here and here.

01:16:57.340 Nefarious people were involved.

01:16:59.780 Let's both agree on that.

01:17:01.320 But what else was going on?

01:17:04.000 And Thomas Massey has been working on this.

01:17:06.320 We have him coming up in just a few minutes.

01:17:07.920 First, if you own a dog, yes, I dare say it, and you keep your dog in the master bedroom, and you've watched him experience the joy of Rough Greens, you know it works.

01:17:23.740 Your dog, it's like dog crack, except it's healthy.

01:17:27.900 I mean, you know, not that crack isn't healthy.

01:17:29.920 I don't mean to go out on that limb.

01:17:31.760 Jeez.

01:17:32.160 But it tastes so good for them.

01:17:34.860 They love it, and they are more active.

01:17:38.300 At least my dog was more active.

01:17:41.320 He's more alert.

01:17:43.200 It's really a dramatic change.

01:17:46.180 If it's healthy, it's in Rough Greens.

01:17:49.500 It's not in your kibble food, which bakes everything out.

01:17:53.640 It has to be sterilized.

01:17:55.260 What are you getting from sterilized food?

01:17:58.240 Roughgreens.com slash back.

01:17:59.980 They're going to give you your first bag free.

01:18:01.360 You just pay for shipping 833-GLEN-33, 833-GLEN-33.

01:18:06.760 Call them now and ask for your first trial bag.

01:18:09.680 They'll ship it to you.

01:18:10.940 It's roughgreens.com slash back.

01:18:17.760 Glenn's newsletter is free and full of useful info delivered every day right to your inbox.

01:18:24.420 Sign up at glennbeck.com.

01:18:31.360 Still, a lot of stuff going on.

01:18:49.380 You afraid yet?

01:18:51.140 Afraid of what, Glenn?

01:18:52.920 You're not afraid.

01:18:53.960 No, I'm not afraid.

01:18:55.080 You will be.

01:18:56.920 You will be.

01:19:01.980 Oh, my.

01:19:02.820 That's the way it works.

01:19:03.700 You know, I had to get that in there because last hour it was Admiral Ackbar.

01:19:08.280 It's a trap.

01:19:09.420 Yeah.

01:19:09.560 And, you know, there's an awful lot that Star Wars gave us and then they wrecked it.

01:19:15.240 Yes, they've wrecked it for me.

01:19:16.560 I stood by it all the way until the eighth one they released, I would say.

01:19:25.520 Like, the first three, obviously, classics.

01:19:28.020 The prequels, underwhelming and bad, but also had some moments.

01:19:32.980 It didn't turn me, I was like, okay, it's prequels and they're going to finish this and then it'll be done.

01:19:38.920 Yep.

01:19:39.480 And I was okay, honestly, with the first one they released and the new batch.

01:19:43.920 I was okay with it.

01:19:45.020 What was it?

01:19:45.620 I don't remember what it was called, but it was basically a complete shot for shot remake of the original.

01:19:50.720 And they just changed the names of the characters.

01:19:52.880 But it was, you know, I thought it was all right.

01:19:55.800 And then they went into that other, the second one there.

01:19:59.180 I don't know what they were thinking.

01:20:00.700 I don't even know what they are now.

01:20:01.740 And the last one was catastrophic as well.

01:20:03.860 I mean, the last two were horrible.

01:20:05.960 And then they're like, okay, well, look, we know that didn't work out.

01:20:09.680 People were kind of pissed off in a lot of those movies.

01:20:11.700 Let's give you a great series.

01:20:13.400 We'll call it The Mandalorian.

01:20:14.740 We'll have the best character in the series.

01:20:16.360 And then we'll fire her for a tweet. 1.00

01:20:20.020 And that's really where they lost me.

01:20:22.020 Because I was still watching it.

01:20:22.740 I mean, Mandalorian was okay.

01:20:24.040 I was still watching it.

01:20:24.980 But when they blew out Gina Carano, it just like, it's one of those things that was just like,

01:20:29.760 this is insanity.

01:20:30.920 It was like my Disney moment.

01:20:32.180 A lot of people had it later with, you know, I don't know, they were trying to like trans your kid or something.

01:20:37.440 But like, I was like, you just fired this woman for something that was completely innocuous.

01:20:43.400 And that another cast member tweeted the exact same thing about the opposite party.

01:20:49.760 And he just got to keep going.

01:20:52.300 And she was like the best character on the show.

01:20:55.300 Here's the thing.

01:20:56.300 If you don't have the Disney hate yet, if that hasn't happened to you, you know, you're not there.

01:21:02.900 You will be.

01:21:04.760 You will be.

01:21:07.580 All right.

01:21:08.240 Coming up in just a second.

01:21:09.360 Barry Loudermilk is coming up. 0.99

01:21:10.940 Shut up. 1.00

01:21:11.400 Shut up. 1.00

01:21:13.480 And then I make some beer and the things of Great Lakes is great. 0.99

01:21:21.680 You see that with Joe Biden today?

01:21:23.740 Yeah.

01:21:24.000 What was the beer thing?

01:21:24.960 Can we play some of that?

01:21:26.440 Can we?

01:21:27.260 Yeah, please.

01:21:28.040 Yes.

01:21:28.860 I request.

01:21:30.840 You know what I thought of when you said, can we play that?

01:21:32.820 It's a trap.

01:21:34.460 But it's not.

01:21:35.340 It's just good fun.

01:21:36.520 Friday with the Glenn Beck Program.

01:21:40.140 The Glenn Beck Program.

01:21:42.540 We have no room to compromise.

01:22:03.100 We've got to stay together.

01:22:07.220 Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

01:22:35.400 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:22:40.140 Boy, have you seen how all of this is just falling apart on almost every front?

01:22:48.880 Inflation, the economy, jobs, the World Economic Forum.

01:22:52.560 That's all conspiracy.

01:22:53.980 Is it?

01:22:54.440 Really?

01:22:54.640 Uh, the COVID, uh, vaccines, that's all coming out.

01:22:59.540 Now, there's new news out about it today that they didn't release information that myocarditis

01:23:06.300 is, could be a side effect because they didn't want people to panic.

01:23:10.160 Oh, I don't know.

01:23:11.460 Maybe that's something you should have told us.

01:23:13.900 It's all coming apart.

01:23:15.460 The border and the January 6th narrative is really falling apart quickly, especially when

01:23:22.180 it comes to the pipe bombs.

01:23:24.700 And we're going to talk to a guy who, in Congress, has been following this like crazy.

01:23:29.260 He's going to give us an update.

01:23:30.760 Barry Loudermilk is going to be joining us here in just a, uh, just a second.

01:23:35.120 So, go on out.

01:23:35.600 No, I'm going to sour.

01:23:36.160 That's hour one.

01:23:36.840 Sorry, sorry, sorry.

01:23:37.700 Uh, Bob Rommel is going to be with us.

01:23:39.560 No, listen.

01:23:40.580 He was on an hour two.

01:23:41.760 He was on an hour two.

01:23:42.480 We have Thomas Massey on.

01:23:44.100 Oh, Thomas Massey.

01:23:46.120 Yeah.

01:23:47.780 Thomas Massey joins us in just a second.

01:23:50.380 I love Thomas.

01:23:51.460 Okay.

01:23:52.100 Let's say you want to sell your house.

01:23:53.600 If that idea sounds simple, you've probably never done it before.

01:23:56.960 Let me assure you, literally nothing about it except cashing the checks is fun.

01:24:01.800 It's the same with buying a house, especially right now.

01:24:05.420 You have to have the right real estate agent that is absolutely on his or her game.

01:24:10.160 You could easily be in for a really bad time.

01:24:13.520 Now, years ago, I really got tired of mediocre real estate agents, and it wasn't their fault.

01:24:18.600 It was mine.

01:24:19.280 I didn't know how to interview them.

01:24:20.840 Well, I started working with the 500 best real estate agents in the country, according

01:24:25.100 to the Wall Street Journal, and I've learned a lot.

01:24:27.440 I want to pair these people up with you.

01:24:30.220 There's a reason some real estate agents make a lot of money and some don't.

01:24:35.460 There are tricks to the trade, if you will.

01:24:38.680 They're called best practices, and that's what we look for and turn on to you.

01:24:43.960 I'm not charging you anything.

01:24:45.040 My company's not charging you anything for the tip.

01:24:48.180 All you have to do, if you're buying or selling a house, go to realestateagentsitrust.com.

01:24:54.100 realestateagentsitrust.com.

01:24:55.040 The name says it all.

01:24:55.980 Go there now.

01:24:56.960 We'll hook you up, whether you're moving across the street or across the country.

01:25:00.960 realestateagentsitrust.com.

01:25:02.040 Our good friend, Thomas Massey.

01:25:06.180 Hello, Thomas.

01:25:07.260 How are you doing, Glenn?

01:25:08.600 I'm good.

01:25:09.460 I'm good.

01:25:09.920 I got a couple of things to talk to you about, but I would really like to hear what is happening

01:25:16.400 with the January 6th pipe bomb.

01:25:18.600 There is so much breaking news on this, this week, that it is, it's shocking, shocking.

01:25:26.720 Yeah.

01:25:27.400 Well, let me tell you where this all started.

01:25:29.040 When we took the majority, remember, the Democrats had the majority for two years.

01:25:32.860 When we took the majority, it became possible for us to go look at the videos of January 6th.

01:25:38.580 So my staff sat over there and watched dozens of hours.

01:25:41.820 We found something that had never been released.

01:25:44.000 I worked for weeks.

01:25:46.120 I finally got, went all the way to the top, got Kevin McCarthy to pull some levers, and

01:25:51.360 I got a video released of the second pipe bomb being discovered.

01:25:55.560 They've never talked about who discovered the second pipe bomb.

01:26:00.180 So then I got to talk to the assistant director of the FBI.

01:26:06.820 This is the guy in charge of the investigation.

01:26:09.220 For two years, he was in charge of this investigation.

01:26:11.960 And it wasn't just a little chit-chat, and it wasn't five minutes in a hearing.

01:26:16.500 We had several hours with him in a deposition, a transcribed interview.

01:26:20.960 And I put these questions to him.

01:26:23.140 For instance, how does a one-hour kitchen timer on these bombs, how is it supposed to

01:26:28.600 set the bomb off 17 hours later?

01:26:32.180 Because, remember, the FBI said, oh, these were planted the night before.

01:26:36.980 We've got videotape of this person walking around putting these bombs out, one at the

01:26:40.760 RNC, one at the DNC.

01:26:42.680 But the next day, the question is, how the heck can they go off?

01:26:47.260 And he told me, I said, I asked him, do you think they intended for the bomb to go off

01:26:53.760 the next day?

01:26:54.400 He said, I can't speculate on that, sir.

01:26:56.460 I said, well, let me ask you this.

01:26:57.720 Do you think it was technically possible for a kitchen timer?

01:27:00.980 No, no.

01:27:01.640 He said, I said, that has a one-hour duration.

01:27:04.760 He said, no.

01:27:05.680 I said, to detonate a bomb 17 hours later.

01:27:08.080 He said, no, I don't.

01:27:10.140 And how come they both stopped at 20 minutes, Till?

01:27:13.180 Yeah.

01:27:14.160 I mean, what are the odds?

01:27:16.000 The synchronicity of the discovery of these two bombs.

01:27:19.580 My question is, how hard did they look for the third bomb?

01:27:22.920 How did they know they were just two bombs?

01:27:25.060 They're like, all right, let's wrap this bomb thing up.

01:27:27.600 We got them both.

01:27:28.420 But that's kind of their attitude.

01:27:32.140 The interesting thing is, the video you released shows that the source was a Capitol Police

01:27:41.540 officer, right?

01:27:42.280 Off-duty.

01:27:44.120 I have not interviewed that person yet.

01:27:46.420 They say plainclothes.

01:27:47.660 Plainclothes.

01:27:48.220 Okay.

01:27:48.760 So, Capitol Police officer finds the bomb.

01:27:51.940 And the picture is comical because it's just sitting in front of the bushes.

01:27:57.120 It clearly, I mean, it looks, all that's missing is acme on the front of it.

01:28:03.440 It looks like a pipe bomb with wires coming out of a kitchen timer. 0.98

01:28:08.080 It's ridiculous. 0.95

01:28:09.820 Nobody finds this. 0.68

01:28:12.040 Just about 20 minutes before the vote is going down, a plainclothes police officer happens to spot it.

01:28:20.280 And then he goes over casually to the Secret Service, talks to them casually for a while, then goes around the other side of the window, talks to that officer, then leaves.

01:28:33.800 And the Secret Service don't leave their car.

01:28:37.920 Then children are walking by.

01:28:42.540 Oh, my gosh.

01:28:43.560 A whole group of little children are walking by, and the FBI is not saying, or the Secret Service are not saying, hey, can you cross on the other side of the street, please?

01:28:51.820 Nothing.

01:28:52.640 Nothing.

01:28:54.060 How is that happening?

01:28:55.940 What did he say?

01:28:58.940 He, I said, would that person, by the way, I don't know for sure that it was a plainclothes Capitol Hill police officer.

01:29:05.960 Okay.

01:29:06.080 I don't know that for certain until I talked to that person, but I have reason to believe that's probably true.

01:29:12.020 I asked him at the time before we knew that fact or suspected that fact, I said, would that, would the people who found these bombs be suspects?

01:29:21.260 And he said, absolutely.

01:29:22.720 That's investigation 101.

01:29:24.340 And I said, well, who found the bomb?

01:29:25.720 He said, I don't know.

01:29:28.860 But he's been running it for two years.

01:29:31.220 For two years.

01:29:32.300 Here's the other thing.

01:29:33.120 I asked him, okay, how confident are you that the person you have on video the night before is the person who planted those bombs?

01:29:39.300 He said, very, very confident.

01:29:41.160 They said, well, how did that work when you went to, did you use the cell phone data?

01:29:45.600 Did you geofence and locate this person?

01:29:48.600 And this is when he told me what it's unbelievable to be.

01:29:53.100 And he said, I don't want to start any conspiracy theories, but the data was corrupted from one of the providers.

01:30:01.620 And that's probably why we couldn't get the, well, we can't figure out who this person was.

01:30:06.020 The data was corrupted.

01:30:07.280 They can find the thousands of grandmas and go break down the nursing home doors to throw them in jail. 0.91

01:30:14.800 But the data was corrupted on that guy.

01:30:18.400 Wow.

01:30:20.940 It's the dog ate my homework explanation that just doesn't match up.

01:30:27.100 Did you ask him about the video that they have shown that is at a frame rate that no security camera has ever had?

01:30:38.680 I asked him about that.

01:30:41.320 I asked another in a follow-up briefing from the FBI that I had just before Christmas.

01:30:47.180 I asked another person about that and the alternate angles.

01:30:50.840 They've got different angles from that camera that they seem to not be releasing or showing us that would show the person actually placing the bomb the night before.

01:31:00.160 Right.

01:31:00.420 Remember, we've got video of a person, but we have no video of him placing it.

01:31:05.700 They're placing, right, on either near the DNC, with actually closer to the Capitol Hill Club than the DNC.

01:31:14.040 And we have no video of them placing it at the RNC.

01:31:18.620 Sorry, RNC, Capitol Hill Club, they're next to each other.

01:31:21.960 DNC is further down the street.

01:31:24.640 So I asked, you know, I asked the, you know, assistant director in charge.

01:31:30.120 This is Stephen D'Antuano.

01:31:32.000 He's since retired from the FBI, by the way.

01:31:34.920 By the way, he, wait, wait, wait.

01:31:36.360 He's also the guy that got a promotion.

01:31:39.140 He was in Michigan.

01:31:42.000 He was the guy who thwarted and oversaw the operation on the Whitmer kidnapping case, which was a joke and thrown out.

01:31:51.660 So because of that great success, he was transferred and put into Washington, D.C., which is a is the place that everybody's trying to get to.

01:32:02.580 And then after this, he suddenly resigns.

01:32:04.800 It's weird.

01:32:05.820 What happened?

01:32:06.500 Yeah, well, not until he had a non-investigation for two years of the pipe bomb for, you know, I've talked to people who live in that vicinity.

01:32:16.240 They have townhouses near where the person allegedly placed the bombs the night before and where the bombs were found.

01:32:22.460 They weren't talked to until months later.

01:32:25.680 Like, you have to be there.

01:32:27.940 The evidence starts disappearing, you know, within hours.

01:32:31.580 For instance, as this person walked around the neighborhood, there's Wi-Fi.

01:32:35.880 Did you go check the Wi-Fi routers?

01:32:37.760 Did their Wi-Fi try to connect to somebody's cell phone?

01:32:40.740 Did Bluetooth devices try to connect?

01:32:42.620 There was no effort, as far as we can tell, and as far as I know from talking to people that own townhouses around there, to do that.

01:32:50.940 There's a complete lack of diligence here.

01:32:53.760 Let me ask you, you know, motive plays a real role here.

01:33:01.060 Who would have the motive to place bombs in a place where, you know, it's going to be 20 minutes before the vote and the vice president is inside of that building?

01:33:19.520 Who has who would have motive of doing that?

01:33:23.940 Really, really, really, really bad guys, right?

01:33:26.760 Or those who are trying to put together a setup, correct?

01:33:33.500 A narrative.

01:33:34.200 Right, okay.

01:33:35.360 But if...

01:33:35.960 The indictments on all the J... 0.98

01:33:38.740 Well, I don't know if it's all the J6ers. 1.00

01:33:41.140 I just learned this last night from Kyle Serafin.

01:33:43.300 He said that the pipe bombs are mentioned in the narrative, you know, that was used to indict...

01:33:48.960 Oh, my gosh.

01:33:49.800 So, you have this narrative, except if it was really nefarious people, why wouldn't the vice president, the DNC, the media, everybody else, why wouldn't they be digging into this story and talking about these pipe bombs?

01:34:09.640 For two years, we've not heard anything about these pipe bombs.

01:34:13.720 Why?

01:34:14.440 What would the motivation be if it was planted by somebody nefarious?

01:34:20.000 Are they suddenly just becoming just very, very, very Christ-like and saying, well, we can forgive and forget?

01:34:28.160 By the way, it was the incoming vice president who was like 30 feet from this bomb for what would have been, you know, a long time.

01:34:40.380 Yeah.

01:34:40.600 Yeah.

01:34:41.320 And they're not...

01:34:42.420 I mean, why have they not played that up?

01:34:44.720 In fact, they kept the fact that she was at the DNC where this pipe bomb was out of public knowledge for a long time.

01:34:52.280 But why wouldn't they use that to say, look...

01:34:54.500 Correct.

01:34:54.840 The first, you know, African-American female vice president was almost murdered on January 6th. 1.00

01:35:03.320 It is the most egregious part of January 6th, if it would have happened.

01:35:09.260 And if you believe those were nefarious people that put those in, you would be all over that.

01:35:15.600 You know, if we found, you know, the bombs in the World Trade Center wired to the pillars and we caught it in time, we would be saying, they planted bombs, thank God they didn't go off, and the pillars of the World Trade Center.

01:35:35.740 Why wouldn't you do that with this?

01:35:39.760 You know, with the Boston bombing, they were at the Macy's where the pressure cooker was purchased within 36 hours.

01:35:47.220 They had identified, you know, where the pressure cooker came from, and they were getting the video off of the Macy's camera within 36 hours of that bombing.

01:35:56.700 Let me ask the question the other way.

01:36:01.060 So what would the motive of the bad guy be?

01:36:03.680 What would the motive of the, quote, you know, air quote, good guys be to not diligently follow all these leads to just sort of try to memory hole this whole episode of these two pipe bombs?

01:36:17.080 And I would say the motive is, the most charitable interpretation is that they were keystone cops, and they don't want to be embarrassed by they were terrible at doing all of this, and they're embarrassing.

01:36:30.780 They're more charitable than I am.

01:36:32.800 Yeah, I don't believe it.

01:36:35.400 I'm saying that's the charitable.

01:36:36.700 I think the more probable motive is that they were somehow involved, just like in the Michigan case, where, you know, they were trying to, you were poking either, and I'm not saying it's somebody who gets a, you know, goes to a cubicle at FBI or somewhere and draws a salary.

01:36:56.080 Maybe these were assets, and they were running something to try to ensnare anybody who was thinking of having, you know, pipe bombs there.

01:37:05.700 Well, they would gravitate toward this effort if it was hanging out there in the, you know, subversive underground.

01:37:13.380 But they've totally, they're just totally trying to memory hole this.

01:37:17.940 I'm trying to get this out there.

01:37:20.640 By the way, it was Darren Beattie of Revolver News.

01:37:23.520 He's doing great work.

01:37:25.260 He's doing great work.

01:37:27.640 Great work.

01:37:28.120 He's the one, I first showed, well, I couldn't show him the video.

01:37:32.080 I told him what I saw in the video.

01:37:33.880 And then when I, you know, did the transcribed interview of the assistant deputy of the FBI who was in charge of the D.C. field office, he, you know, Darren was like, I think you should ask these questions and this question.

01:37:47.380 And why didn't they do that?

01:37:48.520 And I would encourage people, we've released that transcript just recently of me interviewing D'Antuano, and folks should read that.

01:37:57.540 I mean, this is the guy who was in charge of the investigation for two years, and he has no theory on why these pipe bombs had one-hour timers and were set 17 hours before.

01:38:09.160 We'll get somebody on that.

01:38:10.600 On my staff, get them to tweet that out right away so you can read it.

01:38:13.500 Back with, did you have a second?

01:38:14.660 Can I ask you another question?

01:38:16.120 Let me break for 60 seconds back with Thomas Massey.

01:38:18.540 Uh, Relief Factor Sleep, when you're having a rough night, you keep tossing and turning, unable to sink down into that beautiful state of bliss that we call sleep that we all wasted when we were teenagers.

01:38:31.580 Anyway, um, if you have a hard time getting to sleep, reach for Relief Factor.

01:38:37.280 You know what happens?

01:38:38.340 You'll sleep soundly, and you'll wake up the next day feeling refreshed.

01:38:41.880 Just like the regular Relief Factor that you take for pain, Relief Factor Sleep is 100% drug-free.

01:38:47.420 It has a blend of natural ingredients designed to promote healthy sleep by reducing anxiety and distress, improving mood, and promoting relaxation.

01:38:55.700 I know from experience, it works.

01:38:57.680 It's great.

01:38:58.540 The first bottle is 1995.

01:39:00.520 Unleash the power of great sleep, all naturally, by calling 800-4-RELIEF.

01:39:06.160 That's 800-4-RELIEF. 0.91

01:39:08.000 Or go to relieffactor.com.

01:39:09.840 10 seconds, station ID.

01:39:11.880 The other guy that really needs credit in this is Scott Baker from The Blaze, and we would ask that you would pray for him.

01:39:28.220 He's on the verge of—oh, Steve Baker, I'm sorry.

01:39:31.940 What is happening?

01:39:33.240 I'm turning into Joe Biden.

01:39:35.520 But Steve Baker has done just tremendous work, and please pray for him.

01:39:39.720 And Scott, I don't know if Scott needs him, but throw him in.

01:39:42.940 Throw him in.

01:39:44.040 But Steve, we fear, he's been notified he's going to be rested any day now for his coverage on all of this.

01:39:52.580 You talk to him, he's such an aggressive, scary guy.

01:39:55.540 He is, and he does.

01:39:56.340 You can tell he puts you on the edge immediately.

01:39:59.420 Yeah.

01:40:00.300 Not at all.

01:40:01.040 Not at all.

01:40:01.400 So, Thomas, there's been another couple of breaking things.

01:40:05.080 One broke, I think, yesterday or this morning that we have now a memo from, I think it was the CDC, saying that we can't release the fact that myocarditis may be a side effect of this because we'll panic America.

01:40:23.000 Did you see this?

01:40:23.720 I did see that, and, you know, I want to add something to this.

01:40:31.260 I'm doing my own investigation of the FDA, and I've done two transcribed interviews that haven't been released yet, and I plan to do a hearing.

01:40:41.340 The two people in charge of vaccine approval at the FDA, each of whom had 30 years of experience, were forced out in the fall of 2021 when they got orders from the Biden administration to go from emergency use to a full-on license.

01:41:02.700 I remember this.

01:41:03.480 Because they wanted to do mandates, and they felt like unless they had a license, they couldn't do the mandates.

01:41:12.640 So, these are people who were in charge of the vaccine approval at the FDA, and they were basically forced out, resigned, because they were removed of all of their responsibilities.

01:41:25.540 I've got several hours of transcribed interviews with them.

01:41:28.820 When you have this ready, please come to Dallas.

01:41:32.740 I'll spend the whole day going through it with you.

01:41:35.140 I'd love to expose that.

01:41:37.060 This is the unexplained or what do they call it, overachiever deaths or whatever they call it, the excess deaths, is pretty phenomenal.

01:41:51.120 And that nobody – well, they are overachievers.

01:41:53.400 They're trying to –

01:41:53.860 I don't know overachievers.

01:41:55.060 The right description.

01:41:55.520 I want my death to count.

01:41:58.660 Anyway, it is truly frightening.

01:42:02.400 Yeah.

01:42:02.800 You know, there were signals.

01:42:04.460 This is long past that memo you're talking about.

01:42:07.640 You know, this is the fall of 2021.

01:42:09.620 The memo you're talking about was almost as soon as the vaccines came out, I think, in January, February.

01:42:15.280 But they knew well about myocarditis and these other side effects.

01:42:21.040 By the way, these are actually what I would call kind of the mythical people who are apolitical, who just go about doing their jobs for decades inside of the government.

01:42:33.860 They believe in the real science, not the science with the trademark beside it.

01:42:37.460 And I couldn't tell you if they're Republican or Democrat, haven't asked them, but they left because they were being told to ignore the science and to skip all of the things they knew that were right to do.

01:42:49.220 I mean, we're in a very dangerous place right now because the deep state and all of the people that are so corrupt, it's all coming undone, and it's going to be exposed.

01:43:01.160 And when that happens, that's when those people panic.

01:43:05.080 Don't panic.

01:43:06.080 We are on the winning side.

01:43:07.740 Truth is coming out.

01:43:09.480 As always, Thomas Massey, thank you for being on the program.

01:43:13.340 Thanks, Glenn.

01:44:41.160 Do you remember when that letter came out and it was all the former intelligence people and they were like,

01:45:08.460 I mean, we don't have any access to any real information, but that Hunter Biden thing looks a lot like it came from Russia.

01:45:18.260 Right?

01:45:18.680 Remember that?

01:45:19.240 I do remember.

01:45:19.820 They said it just like that, with that voice.

01:45:21.660 I got a Russia. 0.88

01:45:23.480 It just sounds like Russia.

01:45:25.280 I'm sorry.

01:45:25.760 That's just the way I hear them now.

01:45:27.400 No, it is.

01:45:27.720 It is for me, too.

01:45:28.800 Hey, I'm Barney from the bar on the Simpsons.

01:45:32.200 That's exactly it.

01:45:34.960 Anyway, some new FBI people have come out and they just wrote a letter to the Honorable Mike Johnson,

01:45:46.600 the Dishonorable Charles Sumner, the Honorable Mike Turner.

01:45:51.720 Charles Sumner?

01:45:53.400 Are we going way back?

01:45:54.640 What is wrong with me?

01:45:55.980 What is happening with you today?

01:45:57.620 I was like, Sumner, man, he's still around.

01:45:59.580 I've got to get my eyes fixed, man.

01:46:00.300 I've got to get my eyes fixed.

01:46:02.760 And there you have it.

01:46:08.900 Hey, stop for a second.

01:46:09.820 Let me just teach you something here.

01:46:11.520 Okay?

01:46:12.040 You guys are not in the Hall of Fame.

01:46:13.580 No.

01:46:14.200 So let me teach those who could someday be in the Hall of Fame.

01:46:17.820 You work.

01:46:18.800 You work hard.

01:46:19.680 You master your craft.

01:46:21.060 Okay.

01:46:21.240 They give you the award and then you just give up.

01:46:24.600 Because there's nothing they can do about it.

01:46:26.840 Really?

01:46:27.320 Okay.

01:46:27.580 So anyway, this is going to the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, the Majority

01:46:33.560 and Minority Leaders, Homeland Security, Homeland Security and Government Affairs.

01:46:38.800 And it says this.

01:46:40.020 Subject.

01:46:40.680 The United States is facing a new and imminent danger.

01:46:44.520 Dear Mr. Speaker, Senate Majority Leader and Chairman, as former senior executives of the

01:46:50.540 Federal Bureau of Investigation with deep experience combating dangers to the nation,

01:46:55.460 we write to express our concern about a current specific threat that may be one of the most

01:47:01.660 pernicious ever to menace the United States.

01:47:05.340 I don't know.

01:47:05.840 You got my attention.

01:47:06.820 Yeah, sure.

01:47:07.600 The danger arises from the nature of the threat itself.

01:47:11.260 Wars and espionage, bombings and riots are sadly familiar delivery systems of instability,

01:47:17.020 intimidation, and insecurity.

01:47:19.640 The country has faced these more and more throughout its history, but it is held together,

01:47:28.860 though not without struggle.

01:47:31.060 The threat we call out today is new and unfamiliar.

01:47:34.280 In its modern history, the U.S. has never suffered from an invasion of the homeland, and yet one 1.00

01:47:41.320 is enfolding now.

01:47:42.940 Military-aged men from across the globe, many from countries or regions not friendly to the

01:47:48.800 United States, are landing in waves on our soil by the thousands, not by splashing ashore

01:47:55.200 from a ship or parachuting from a plane, but rather by foot across the border that has been

01:48:01.780 accurately advertised around the world as largely unprotected and ready to grant you access.

01:48:08.640 It would be difficult to overstate the danger represented by the presence inside our borders

01:48:15.860 of what is comparatively a multi-division army of young single adult males from hostile nations

01:48:23.440 and regions whose background, intent, or allegiance is completely unknown.

01:48:29.280 They include individuals encountered by border officials and then possibly released into our

01:48:35.280 country, along with a shockingly high estimate of gotaways, meaning those who have entered

01:48:41.080 and evaded apprehension.

01:48:43.440 In light of such daunting, unprecedented penetration by uninvited foreign actors, it is reasonable to 1.00

01:48:50.040 assert that the country possesses dramatically diminished national security at this time.

01:48:56.000 The nation's military and laws and other natural protective barriers that have provided

01:49:01.960 traditional security in the past have been thoroughly circumvented over the past three years.

01:49:08.200 In 2021, the demographics of those crossing the porous border on our South started to shift.

01:49:14.760 Young men from around the world traveling alone and holding questionable motivations dramatically

01:49:19.360 increased in number to become the most common profile of those breaching our nation's borders.

01:49:25.820 The startling number have been found on the terrorist watch list or are from countries designated

01:49:31.740 as state sponsors of terror, distinctly unfriendly to the United States.

01:49:37.400 This particularly is alarming in light of the Hamas terror attack on Israel on October 7.

01:49:43.580 Those of us who have fought terrorism know that historically successful terrorist attacks invite mimicry.

01:49:51.820 We know as well that terror leaders intentionally cultivate throngs of young men possessing certain easily

01:49:59.320 manipulated personality types to carry out these atrocities.

01:50:03.500 It is stark to say so, but having a large number of young men now within our border 0.98

01:50:10.180 that could begin an attack gathering of unarmed citizens in intimidation of 10-7,

01:50:19.300 or I'm sorry, in imitation of 10-7, and behest of a foreign terror group,

01:50:25.640 it must be considered a distinct possibility.

01:50:36.300 We would be remiss not to call this out.

01:50:39.020 It's a potentially grave threat in the most direct terms.

01:50:43.020 The warning lights are blinking, and yet this very real concern does not seem to be getting the focus

01:50:49.740 it logically deserves.

01:50:51.640 The director of the FBI has correctly assessed an elevated threat level since 10-7,

01:50:57.720 but relatively little discussion has followed highlighting unsecured borders

01:51:02.480 as a significant cause of this increasing dangerous environment.

01:51:08.300 It is troubling.

01:51:09.760 It's a troubling concern that needs illumination, not avoidance.

01:51:15.480 Any violation of the nation's immigration laws increase our risk,

01:51:19.680 but the surge in numbers of single military-age males descending upon America cities and towns

01:51:26.640 is alarming and perilous.

01:51:29.740 Additionally, they are not just from terror-linked regions,

01:51:33.420 but from China and Russia as well.

01:51:36.560 Hostile adversaries of the U.S.

01:51:39.100 with aspirations to devastate national infrastructure.

01:51:42.800 For those reasons, elements of this recent surge are likely no accident or coincidence.

01:51:50.660 These men are potential operators in what appears to be an accelerated and strategic penetration,

01:51:58.080 a soft invasion designed to gain internal access to a country that cannot be invaded militarily

01:52:04.980 in order to inflict catastrophic damage if and when an enemy deems it necessary.

01:52:11.180 This new reality, this never-seen-before threat, deserves greater attention.

01:52:18.820 The borders need to be secured against these young men and those already here illegally. 1.00

01:52:24.460 They must be identified and removed without delay.

01:52:28.520 This will take coordinated, cooperative efforts of the FBI, Department of Homeland Security,

01:52:34.340 and the rest of the intelligence community to achieve.

01:52:37.680 Yeah, fat chance.

01:52:38.620 We encourage these actions and much greater congressional attention to this threat.

01:52:44.540 The country has been invaded.

01:52:47.480 It is an invasion that will continue as long as the nation's enemies perceive that it will be tolerated.

01:52:54.280 Until it is stopped, the United States is extraordinarily less safe and secure.

01:53:00.020 Knowing all of this, it would be a shameful travesty if some terrible attack,

01:53:07.500 as preventable as these attacks would be,

01:53:11.940 were to occur against innocent Americans or the infrastructure that keeps our nation safe and functioning.

01:53:18.940 The government will have failed grievously in its duty to protect.

01:53:24.520 Sincerely, Kevin R. Brock, Assistant Director, Directorate of Intelligence, Federal Bureau of Investigation,

01:53:31.640 also Principal Deputy Director, National Counterterrorism Center,

01:53:35.260 and Mr. Chris Swecker, Assistant Director, Criminal Investigation Division, Federal Bureau of Investigation.

01:53:42.560 And both of them are former and retired from the FBI.

01:53:47.180 That is a clear clarion call.

01:53:52.120 Now, if you really want to be cynical, you'll say,

01:53:55.980 oh, yeah, but it just came out when Texas said it was an invasion invoking the powers for the governor in the U.S. Constitution.

01:54:06.620 But is there any part of that you don't think is true?

01:54:12.460 I mean, the facts are behind this letter.

01:54:16.520 We know that how many out were on the terrorist list that we know of, like 118 that we know of?

01:54:24.680 People are coming in from Russia.

01:54:26.960 Whole swaths of people, men coming in military age from China.

01:54:32.360 You don't think that in 10 million people, there aren't 200 that have nefarious thoughts?

01:54:44.280 It's insanity.

01:54:46.160 With what we went through after 9-11, for us to be this intentionally blind is insanity.

01:54:54.680 And just yet, another agent of chaos.

01:55:01.720 Because that is all that those who are trying to grab control of the world and the Western freedoms, 0.99

01:55:12.420 that's all they're about.

01:55:15.920 Chaos.

01:55:17.200 Chaos.

01:55:18.360 Chaos.

01:55:18.700 Whatever you do, just do the next right thing.

01:55:26.120 If you find yourself being surrounded or talked into chaos or anything that would cause more confusion and chaos,

01:55:35.400 get away from it.

01:55:37.880 Do not lose your first citizenship to try to save your second citizenship.

01:55:44.440 Back in just a second, the winter clouds have begun to lift and spring isn't that far around the corner from us.

01:55:51.220 I don't know about you.

01:55:52.440 You're living, you know, back east.

01:55:54.720 By the way, let me just say this.

01:55:56.720 When things happen, where you are is where you will be.

01:56:01.420 You will be.

01:56:03.280 So, you might want to think about that.

01:56:05.480 Anyway, spring isn't far around the corner from us.

01:57:16.100 You're listening to the Glenn Beck Program.

01:57:18.500 Okay, there's a couple of things.

01:57:39.180 First of all, proof positive of what I just said about an invasion.

01:57:42.520 I want to show you some video here.

01:57:44.020 I'll describe it as it goes up on the screen.

01:57:45.540 And migrants are in a boat, and they land near San Diego.

01:57:49.040 They're in La Jolla, California.

01:57:50.720 And here is a video of it.

01:57:53.940 You'll see this black rubber boat.

01:57:56.300 It's just speeding on to shore.

01:57:58.780 It looks like what our Navy SEALs use.

01:58:01.960 Okay, same thing.

01:58:03.140 It's full of people, all dressed in black.

01:58:06.700 It comes ashore.

01:58:07.780 People are standing there.

01:58:09.040 And you can hear someone go, wait a minute, what's going on?

01:58:11.740 Why isn't somebody doing about this?

01:58:13.360 You hear the cops coming.

01:58:14.440 Somebody at least called the cops.

01:58:15.680 I wasn't sure what was going on.

01:58:18.780 And you see these guys come out of the boat.

01:58:21.520 They're carrying black bags, some of them.

01:58:24.100 And they're all wearing black, all identical.

01:58:26.740 They get off the boat, and they run into the neighborhood.

01:58:29.700 And they get away.

01:58:30.780 They're illegal aliens. 0.88

01:58:32.040 Now, I understand why people aren't doing anything, quite honestly, because they think that they're going to be arrested if they get involved.

01:58:43.240 And in California, you probably would.

01:58:46.900 But that should tell you, you're not in control.

01:58:50.460 This country is no longer about you, the people, about the citizen and their rights.

01:58:59.000 You don't have it.

01:59:00.560 They have it.

01:59:01.640 And you don't know who those people are.

01:59:03.900 Didn't that look like a Navy SEAL invasion?

01:59:06.220 Yeah.

01:59:06.580 I mean, not a maybe highly trained one.

01:59:09.340 Yeah.

01:59:09.660 But not necessarily a well-equipped one.

01:59:11.900 Right.

01:59:12.280 But still, scary.

01:59:13.460 And it's a question of how many times do we, on a daily basis, have that same question in our mind?

01:59:18.840 Why isn't anyone doing anything?

01:59:20.000 You see it over and over and over again.

01:59:22.400 The president is trying to change the narrative here.

01:59:25.700 He came out this week, and he said, I've never said the border was secure.

01:59:29.560 What?

01:59:29.800 I've always said that it wasn't secure.

01:59:31.540 I want you to listen to the administration over the last couple of years.

01:59:36.040 Just some highlights.

01:59:36.820 Cut three.

01:59:38.220 You're confident this border is secure?

01:59:39.500 We have a secure border in that that is a priority for any nation, including ours and

01:59:50.040 our administration.

01:59:51.100 The border is closed.

01:59:52.720 The border is secure.

01:59:54.480 No doubt about it.

01:59:55.360 Our border is secure.

01:59:57.240 The border remains closed.

01:59:58.960 It is not open.

01:59:59.840 We are turning away the majority of adults.

02:00:01.640 The removal of Title 42 does not mean the border is open.

02:00:05.160 Anyone who suggests otherwise is simply doing the work of these smugglers.

02:00:09.820 I want to be very clear.

02:00:11.100 Our borders are not open.

02:00:13.680 There certainly is not an open border.

02:00:15.480 We are continuing to employ our immigration proceedings and process and restrictions at the

02:00:21.320 border.

02:00:21.720 People who cross our border unlawfully and without a legal basis to remain will be promptly processed 0.92

02:00:28.980 and removed.

02:00:30.320 The border is secure.

02:00:31.220 The fact that the removal of Title 42 is happening in just a day or two doesn't mean that the

02:00:37.320 border is open.

02:00:38.120 It just doesn't mean that.

02:00:39.660 The border is secure.

02:00:42.580 Do you believe that the border is secure?

02:00:45.520 It does.

02:00:47.300 I have to leave it for the last 10 years.

02:00:50.220 And I've said it for the last 10 years.

02:00:52.220 Give me the money.

02:00:54.040 Stop.

02:00:54.580 So what does he say?

02:00:55.980 I've never believed that the border was secure.

02:00:57.900 I haven't said that.

02:00:58.780 I've been saying that for the last 10 years.

02:01:00.680 But you won't give me the money.

02:01:02.740 This isn't about money.

02:01:05.440 Why is it?

02:01:06.000 Did the money suddenly dry up the minute you got into office?

02:01:11.660 It's not about the money.

02:01:14.100 Now, let me ask you, who's the one in rebellion?

02:01:20.060 Who is the one that is telling the truth?

02:01:23.720 Who's the one that is on the side of law and order and safety for Americans?

02:01:32.820 Is it the administration that has been telling you now for three years and we will have 10

02:01:38.300 million people across that totally secure closed border?

02:01:42.720 Is it them or is it the so-called conspiracy theorists?

02:01:50.100 See, the hard thing with a conspiracy theory is you got to tell people what they really can't see with their own eyes.

02:01:56.840 It's not a it's not a theory.

02:01:59.020 It's an absolute fact.

02:02:00.980 Look at it in your own town.

02:02:03.940 Stand up, America.

02:02:05.220 You are not someone who destroys.

02:02:08.260 You are someone who bills.

02:02:10.220 Step up.
