00:00:00.000 Hey there, happy Wednesday. I'm Hillary with your 4-Minute Buzz, and here are some of today's
00:00:11.560 top stories. Yesterday, the Senate Judiciary Committee held another hearing with Facebook
00:00:16.360 and Twitter CEOs Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey. The hearing focused around big tech censorship
00:00:21.380 during and after the election, especially their content moderation policies. Since the election,
00:00:27.260 Facebook and Twitter have cracked down on what they deem to be misinformation. Twitter has
00:00:32.020 notoriously flagged tweets suggesting election fraud, especially against President Trump.
00:00:37.080 Republicans claimed the companies were purposely suppressing conservative points of view,
00:00:41.460 and in a viral moment, Senator Ted Cruz asked Twitter's Jack Dorsey if some example tweets
00:00:46.660 would be flagged as disputed information, but the examples didn't come from Republicans.
00:00:51.920 Mr. Dorsey, would the following statement violate Twitter's policies? Quote,
00:00:55.700 absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud.
00:01:01.180 I imagine that we would label it so that people can have more context.
00:01:06.360 How about this quote? Quote, third-party organizations, candidates, and political activists.
00:01:14.200 Voter fraud is particularly possible where, quote, third-party organizations, candidates,
00:01:18.360 and political party activists are involved in, quote, handling absentee ballots. Would you
00:01:22.900 flag that as potentially misleading? I don't know the specifics of how we might enforce that,
00:01:31.160 but I imagine a lot of these would have a label pointing people to a bigger conversation.
00:01:37.240 Well, you're right. You would label them because you've taken the political position right now
00:01:41.240 that voter fraud doesn't exist. I would note both of those quotes come from the Carter-Baker
00:01:45.900 Commission on Federal Election Reform. That is, Democratic President Jimmy Carter and former
00:01:50.900 Secretary of State James Baker. And Twitter's position is essentially, voter fraud does not
00:01:56.660 exist. But will any consequences actually come from this round of hearings? Well, if so,
00:02:02.240 they'll probably revolve around reforms to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act,
00:02:06.840 which protects internet platforms. But Senator Mike Lee took a different approach. He claimed that
00:02:12.000 the companies committed deceptive trade practices by not giving users what was promised. He explained
00:02:17.140 how on Fox News. What do you plan to lay out for them that they should abide by? Look, for me,
00:02:23.800 it's very simple. I want them to offer the service that they claim they're going to be offering to
00:02:29.540 their customers. When their customers get on one of these platforms, they expect to get both sides.
00:02:34.200 They expect that both sides will be treated fairly. And that's not what's happening. That's a deceptive
00:02:39.700 trade practice. And that's putting them potentially squarely in the crosshairs of Section 5 of the
00:02:45.460 Federal Trade Commission Act. They don't want to be there, and they shouldn't be there.
00:02:49.760 And President Trump made headlines yesterday for another high-profile firing. This time,
00:02:54.720 it was Chris Krebs, director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
00:02:59.440 Part of the agency's duties was to protect the 2020 election from hackers. And Krebs recently claimed
00:03:04.160 that it was the, quote, most secure in American history. Well, apparently, President Trump disagrees.
00:03:09.700 Instead, he claimed while announcing Krebs firing that elections suffered from, quote,
00:03:13.780 massive improprieties and fraud. But while nothing has been found yet that could flip the election,
00:03:20.060 more uncounted votes were found in Georgia. During the state's recount, officials found a second batch
00:03:25.380 of nearly 3,000 votes that were never transferred from a memory card. President Trump netted about 450
00:03:32.000 more votes than Biden from the card, but that still leaves Biden about 13,000 votes ahead.
00:03:37.960 The recount is projected to conclude later today.
00:03:41.400 I'm Hillary. That's your 4-Minute Buzz. And now here's Glenn and Stu with the first hour of the show.
00:03:45.780 Thank you so much.
00:03:49.000 I don't know.
00:03:50.320 Today's show could go awry.
00:03:52.080 Oh, yeah.
00:03:52.800 Quickly.
00:03:53.200 It's on schedule to go awry at this point, I would say.
00:03:56.960 It's maybe already awry.
00:03:59.280 But welcome to the program.
00:04:00.820 Glad you're here.
00:04:01.600 Good show.
00:04:02.180 Maybe coming up for you in just a second.
00:04:04.420 I want to talk to you about Keeps, our spotlight sponsor for Blaze TV.
00:04:08.580 They make this broadcast possible online.
00:04:11.340 Keeps would like to ask you if you've been noticing your hair is kind of falling out.
00:04:16.960 If you are somebody who's just like, you're spending extra time making sure your hair is just covering everything.
00:04:23.240 Perfectly aligned.
00:04:24.060 Yeah.
00:04:24.280 That one hair has to be there.
00:04:27.660 It might be time to try Keeps.
00:04:29.660 I want you to go to K-E-E-P-S dot com and just take a couple of pictures of your hair.
00:04:35.960 You send it into the website.
00:04:37.500 You post it.
00:04:38.920 They have a doctor that looks at it.
00:04:42.140 They prescribe the right medication for you.
00:04:45.480 They even send it to you.
00:04:47.500 You get, I think, what is it, 50% off?
00:04:50.040 Yeah, 50% off your first order.
00:04:52.680 And once you start taking this stuff, it really helps.
00:04:57.000 I know.
00:04:57.460 I've been taking it for years.
00:04:59.860 K-E-E-P-S dot com slash save.
00:05:03.960 Keeps dot com slash save.
00:05:05.960 Get 50% off.
00:05:07.180 You got to go to that website, though.
00:05:08.680 Keeps dot com slash save.
00:05:11.100 Do it now.
00:05:12.860 All right.
00:05:13.200 We'll probably all tear our hair out here in just a few minutes.
00:05:16.300 Stand by.
00:05:16.820 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:05:43.200 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:05:48.020 Oh, well, hello, America, and welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:05:52.580 Quite a program for you today.
00:05:54.080 We are going to we're going to check in, see what the latest is with the vote.
00:05:58.980 We're also going to check in.
00:06:00.200 What's the latest with Joe Biden?
00:06:03.140 Oh, are these going to be 100 days of just sheer joy?
00:06:06.700 You bet.
00:06:09.840 Also, we have somebody who has been following high tech for a very long time.
00:06:16.480 He's going to tell you some things.
00:06:17.920 We're going to go over what happened in the Senate yesterday with Zuckerberg and Jack, the nose king.
00:06:26.020 We we're going to go over that with him.
00:06:29.680 But you need to hear some things that big tech is working on that should should wake your neighbors up and your friends.
00:06:38.800 Also, we're going to talk to a guy who says he has inside information on what's going on with the Durham report.
00:06:43.680 I don't think anything is going to happen to this thing.
00:06:46.560 I think this has just been it's been criminal in every way you could possibly meet that mean that that's coming up.
00:06:55.160 Also, don't we have Jason Whitlock on today?
00:06:57.740 Jason Whitlock is on with us joining on the program.
00:07:01.660 How the DNC is sending blacks to hell.
00:07:08.540 That's his words.
00:07:10.400 He's he's not very outspoken.
00:07:14.580 No, we're going to have to try to work out to get something out of him today.
00:07:17.520 He keeps a lot of it inside.
00:07:18.900 We begin in 60 seconds.
00:07:21.060 This is the Glenn Beck program.
00:07:24.800 All right.
00:07:25.820 The holidays have descended upon us.
00:07:28.020 There comes time for uniting with the family.
00:07:30.360 By the way.
00:07:32.060 You know, they're recommending that we don't have anybody over for Thanksgiving and Christmas may be canceled.
00:07:37.280 And all the who's in Whoville will cry boo hoo.
00:07:42.700 But we're not supposed to have anybody over.
00:07:46.000 And we're supposed to wear masks in our houses for Thanksgiving unless you're eating.
00:07:52.240 Well, in my house, we'd never put a mask on.
00:07:54.860 I just want to throw that out there.
00:07:57.440 Thanksgiving.
00:07:57.980 That's all we're doing.
00:07:59.080 That's the trick.
00:07:59.820 You just carry around.
00:08:01.080 Even if it's just a cup of water.
00:08:02.460 All the time.
00:08:03.240 Keep eating and drinking.
00:08:05.140 Thank you.
00:08:05.880 Didn't need that instruction.
00:08:07.920 But as I'll point out here in a few minutes, they are going to be cracking down in Oregon.
00:08:15.880 You're actually you could go to jail for this.
00:08:19.100 We'll talk about that coming up in a second.
00:08:20.780 I just want you to know that in my family, I am inviting extra people and I'm only going to send out one fork.
00:08:28.840 And so we're all going to use the same fork.
00:08:31.460 Really?
00:08:32.060 Yeah.
00:08:32.380 Oh, that's nice.
00:08:33.120 It's about sharing.
00:08:34.280 It is.
00:08:35.120 Sharing and caring.
00:08:36.080 That's what Thanksgiving is all about.
00:08:37.880 Anyway, Rectech is there and big old plates of delicious food is coming your way.
00:08:44.140 Best Thanksgiving or I think I'd made it for Christmas years ago.
00:08:48.400 Best food I ever made for Christmas was I smoked a duck and it was duck a la range.
00:08:56.480 Uh, I don't even know what that means, but, um, it was great to try it again this time on Rectech.
00:09:05.020 Last time I did it, it was like I had to have the wood and put it all in.
00:09:09.300 Forget that with Rectech.
00:09:11.880 Rectech does everything includes smart grill technology.
00:09:14.800 It does everything for you.
00:09:16.880 Once you've started cooking whatever you want to cook, thick buttery steaks, juicy burgers, hot dogs, duck a la range.
00:09:25.280 Uh, once you've started it, Rectech monitors and adjusts the heat throughout the whole process to give you perfection every single time.
00:09:33.440 And my favorite part, you can monitor it from inside where you've got a plate where you're just shoveling junk into yourself to where you get to eat the whatever it is you're cooking.
00:09:44.080 And you're like, I'm so stuffy.
00:09:45.680 Ooh, that looks good.
00:09:46.700 I got to have some more of that.
00:09:47.860 It's Rectech.
00:09:49.200 Go to R-E-C-T-E-Q dot com.
00:09:52.380 That's Rectech dot com.
00:09:58.880 Live from Inferno Tron Studios in beautiful Hell, Michigan.
00:10:03.040 Just 34 shy of the 700 Club.
00:10:06.440 Here's your host, the Prince of Darkness and the King of Fun, Lucy Fair.
00:10:13.760 Thank you.
00:10:14.780 Thank you very much.
00:10:15.880 Uh, we're here in the Inferno Tron Studios, indeed.
00:10:21.020 Uh, along with my co-host, Stu.
00:10:24.340 Hello, Stu.
00:10:25.260 Hi, I consider this a promotion.
00:10:27.200 Ha ha ha!
00:10:29.940 Well, it is.
00:10:31.000 Being with the Prince of Darkness, it is.
00:10:33.620 Uh, I just wanted to give some good news today.
00:10:37.100 Uh, in the news, we have Bernie Sanders.
00:10:40.380 Uh, now, uh, now looking at, uh, all the things that he can do.
00:10:45.180 And the first thing that Bernie Sanders says, I'm sorry, that, uh, Joe Biden says he's going
00:10:51.340 to do, I get those two mixed up all the time.
00:10:54.840 It's understandable.
00:10:55.980 They're, uh, they're just interchangeable.
00:10:58.700 Uh, but the first thing he's going to do is, uh, scrap the pro-life policies of Donald Trump.
00:11:09.940 And I really think that deserves a round of applause.
00:11:14.160 Yeah.
00:11:14.660 It's a very brave, very brave thing.
00:11:17.900 Kill more babies.
00:11:19.320 You know what I'm saying, Stu?
00:11:21.100 You know what we always say, Satan?
00:11:22.360 No life matters.
00:11:23.940 Ha ha ha!
00:11:24.660 Exactly right!
00:11:26.620 So, he'll be ending the life of an unborn child, uh, and, uh, anybody who calls that
00:11:33.700 family planting, uh, family planting was demonized, if you will, uh, for, uh, for the cutting off
00:11:43.700 of the funds.
00:11:45.280 And, uh, as we all know, those funds are important.
00:11:48.580 We don't want more African babies hanging around, you know?
00:11:53.540 That is very much in character for you to say, Satan.
00:11:55.800 Yes, thank you very much.
00:11:57.520 Thank you.
00:11:58.000 That's why I am not just Lucifer, but also the Prince of Darkness.
00:12:05.440 Thank you.
00:12:06.460 You know, do we have a little mood music?
00:12:10.320 Ah, this always puts me in a summer sort of mood, you know?
00:12:14.900 Cruising down the Pacific Highway, uh, the top down.
00:12:20.440 Uh, not, not, not in a car.
00:12:22.300 Just, uh, I usually take a sole and cut the top of their head off and just cruise down
00:12:28.700 Pacific Highway.
00:12:30.220 On your way to your timeshare, which you invented, we should point out.
00:12:33.480 So, I, I, I wanted to just point out something that everybody is saying a mistake, uh, but,
00:12:42.200 uh, Pope Francis apparently liked an Instagram photo of a, uh, uh, a woman, beautiful woman,
00:12:52.280 uh, dressed in what they call a revealing tartan skirt.
00:12:58.280 Uh, hey, there's nothing wrong with a human body, you know what I'm saying?
00:13:02.660 Especially when it's in thigh highs.
00:13:05.060 Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
00:13:06.420 And a little schoolgirl skirt.
00:13:09.440 Now, I do want to, uh, I do want to point out that it was a mistake.
00:13:15.780 Uh, this was not the Pope, this is one of his underlings.
00:13:20.520 And, uh, he did like it, but at first he thought it was a, uh, a little schoolboy outfit.
00:13:28.460 Outfit
00:13:32.780 I quit
00:13:33.640 Oh you can't
00:13:35.300 No you're here
00:13:37.480 You're here for all eternity
00:13:40.060 Get back on that spit
00:13:43.740 Also
00:13:45.860 I just want to congratulate
00:13:48.280 I'm going to just say it
00:13:51.360 The next democratic senator
00:13:53.980 From Georgia
00:13:55.100 Warnock
00:13:56.940 He is
00:13:58.200 Fantastic
00:13:59.520 He of course is taking his talking points
00:14:04.400 From Planned Parenthood
00:14:06.380 And he
00:14:08.340 Believes in abortion
00:14:10.580 Which I think is great
00:14:12.420 And he's a
00:14:14.160 A Christian minister
00:14:17.020 Anyway
00:14:25.160 He says that
00:14:26.660 My view of abortion
00:14:28.480 Is consistent
00:14:30.100 With my view
00:14:31.800 As a Christian minister
00:14:33.500 And
00:14:34.760 Now I've been working hard
00:14:37.360 On these guys
00:14:38.160 I mean
00:14:39.040 I'd like a little credit here
00:14:40.520 People don't give you enough credit
00:14:42.020 For working hard
00:14:43.160 On the souls of democratic politicians
00:14:45.420 But you really go to

00:14:54.700 I kill me
00:15:00.960 And you

00:15:10.340 Don't know what happened there
00:15:12.160 By the way

00:15:35.560 Suggesting
00:15:36.620 Apparently it's

00:16:29.700 You're not
00:16:30.100 Narrowing this down
00:16:31.000 At all
00:16:31.360 You're exactly right
00:16:32.500 Anyway
00:16:32.980 The progressives
00:16:34.800 Are saying
00:16:36.000 This is not a
00:16:36.700 One way street
00:16:37.380 We showed up
00:16:38.140 Now it is
00:16:39.220 Gavin Newsom's
00:16:40.040 Turn to do the same
00:16:41.700 If Governor Newsom
00:16:42.840 Is serious about
00:16:43.500 His role in
00:16:44.060 The Democratic Party
00:16:44.980 He will deliver
00:16:46.400 To his base
00:16:47.120 And answer our
00:16:48.060 Call to appoint
00:16:49.120 A black woman
00:16:50.060 To the Senate
00:16:51.160 So it's important
00:16:52.300 That we get
00:16:52.920 A black woman
00:16:53.620 Forget about
00:16:54.420 The qualifications
00:16:55.220 Forget about
00:16:55.860 Anything else
00:16:56.500 Just we need
00:16:58.200 A black woman
00:16:59.180 Hey
00:17:01.120 These are the things
00:17:02.300 They used to
00:17:03.080 Not say out loud
00:17:04.360 Right
00:17:05.160 Like it was always
00:17:05.940 This implied thing
00:17:07.180 That identity politics
00:17:08.980 Was the most important
00:17:09.980 Issue
00:17:10.860 But they would say
00:17:11.700 We want the most
00:17:12.360 Qualified person
00:17:13.060 And it happens
00:17:13.640 To be
00:17:14.020 This particular
00:17:15.300 Exact demographic
00:17:16.340 I need for my
00:17:16.980 Re-election
00:17:17.460 Now they're just
00:17:19.260 Coming out and
00:17:19.720 Saying it
00:17:20.100 I just want to
00:17:20.960 Go back to
00:17:22.220 The good old days
00:17:23.540 When we had
00:17:24.700 Biden in office
00:17:25.600 Last time
00:17:26.320 Because I think
00:17:26.900 They're coming back
00:17:27.660 I think they're
00:17:28.500 Coming back
00:17:29.020 Virginia police chief
00:17:30.480 Who brought charges
00:17:31.580 Against the people
00:17:32.760 That were trying
00:17:33.340 To tear down
00:17:34.020 The confederate
00:17:35.200 Monument
00:17:35.820 In virginia
00:17:37.720 She brought charges
00:17:39.180 I think
00:17:39.740 Against 12
00:17:41.540 Or 17
00:17:42.600 Different people
00:17:44.160 Yeah 17 others
00:17:46.340 And
00:17:46.940 She
00:17:48.540 She charged them
00:17:49.740 And they were
00:17:51.340 They were
00:17:51.880 They were
00:17:52.480 You know
00:17:52.840 Being
00:17:53.380 Heard in
00:17:54.720 In court
00:17:55.420 Well the judge
00:17:56.560 Dismissed all of the
00:17:57.920 Charges
00:17:58.480 Of those people
00:18:00.820 Who were
00:18:01.260 You know
00:18:02.240 Involved in the
00:18:03.240 Incident
00:18:03.720 The NAACP
00:18:05.540 Leaders
00:18:05.920 Several public
00:18:07.060 Defenders
00:18:07.600 A school board
00:18:08.520 Member
00:18:08.900 They were trying
00:18:10.240 To deface
00:18:11.340 And tear down
00:18:12.140 The statues
00:18:12.980 And the judge
00:18:14.420 Said they did
00:18:15.120 Nothing wrong
00:18:15.860 And so what
00:18:17.160 Happens to the
00:18:17.900 Chief of police
00:18:18.740 Fired
00:18:19.840 And finally
00:18:21.560 Justice
00:18:22.320 Has been done
00:18:24.380 Don't you feel
00:18:25.320 That way
00:18:25.600 Don't you feel
00:18:26.080 Like justice
00:18:26.720 Is coming our
00:18:28.240 Way
00:18:28.460 Oh it certainly
00:18:29.260 Is
00:18:29.700 Yeah
00:18:30.860 We're gonna get
00:18:31.520 Yeah
00:18:31.880 We're gonna get
00:18:32.280 What's coming to us
00:18:33.040 Yes you will
00:18:35.860 By the way
00:18:36.460 Crazy Texas
00:18:37.500 Democrat
00:18:37.980 Sheila Jackson Lee
00:18:39.320 Thank you
00:18:39.940 There you go
00:18:40.860 Sheila Jackson Lee
00:18:41.840 We should get her
00:18:43.020 She'd be great
00:18:44.760 She'd have to move
00:18:45.700 To California
00:18:46.240 But they're fine
00:18:46.880 With that stuff
00:18:47.540 Oh yeah
00:18:47.860 They don't care
00:18:48.260 About rules
00:18:48.700 Georgia
00:18:49.040 Ask Gavin Newsom
00:18:50.200 If he cares about
00:18:50.800 Rules as he has
00:18:51.520 His dinner party
00:18:52.340 Indoors
00:18:52.980 No
00:18:53.460 That was a mistake
00:18:54.880 And he just
00:18:55.480 Didn't think
00:18:56.520 He just went in
00:18:58.060 And had that
00:18:58.540 Dinner party
00:18:59.240 And had all the
00:19:00.580 Friends and
00:19:01.180 Everything else
00:19:01.740 And he
00:19:02.020 You know
00:19:02.460 He and his
00:19:03.020 Wife stayed
00:19:03.600 And they
00:19:04.020 Partook
00:19:05.540 And
00:19:06.280 And they just
00:19:08.100 Didn't even
00:19:08.640 Think about the
00:19:09.420 Rules
00:19:09.720 You know
00:19:10.320 It was a mistake
00:19:10.980 Easy to make
00:19:11.820 Easy to make
00:19:12.700 I mean we all
00:19:13.760 Fall short
00:19:14.280 As he said
00:19:14.960 And he would know
00:19:16.180 Better than most
00:19:17.040 We all fall short
00:19:18.960 Over and over again
00:19:20.760 Yeah
00:19:21.120 Very short
00:19:22.300 Like
00:19:23.100 Sometimes not even close
00:19:24.160 Irve Villages
00:19:24.660 Short
00:19:25.440 You know what I mean
00:19:26.040 Yeah
00:19:26.240 Very very short
00:19:27.580 So we also have
00:19:30.680 News that now
00:19:31.880 Joe Biden
00:19:32.560 Is freezing out
00:19:33.740 Bernie Sanders
00:19:34.820 And Elizabeth Warren
00:19:35.900 Out of the cabinet
00:19:36.800 And the progressives
00:19:38.980 Are not happy about it
00:19:42.020 I'm not either
00:19:44.360 Because I think
00:19:45.000 This is just a
00:19:45.880 This is a pose
00:19:47.020 To make us all go
00:19:48.820 Okay
00:19:49.620 It's not going to be crazy
00:19:52.020 But here's why
00:19:53.300 It's going to be crazy
00:19:54.200 The left
00:19:55.940 The BLM
00:19:57.520 In particular
00:19:58.200 They believe
00:19:59.520 That they were
00:20:00.500 The reason
00:20:01.180 Why Joe Biden
00:20:03.080 Won
00:20:03.680 Now I don't think
00:20:05.000 They're the only reason
00:20:05.740 I think the voting
00:20:06.320 Machines had something
00:20:06.960 To do with it
00:20:07.440 But they believe
00:20:09.540 Also the suburbs
00:20:10.120 Seem to have
00:20:10.720 Something to do with it
00:20:11.340 They believe
00:20:12.440 That they were
00:20:13.280 The ones that
00:20:14.000 Put it over the top
00:20:15.020 For Joe Biden
00:20:16.280 They are not
00:20:17.240 Going to sit
00:20:17.860 Quietly
00:20:18.780 They're already
00:20:20.460 Threatening
00:20:21.200 Saying
00:20:21.920 If you don't
00:20:23.280 Do what we
00:20:23.960 Tell you to do
00:20:24.900 We're going
00:20:26.160 To be back
00:20:26.760 On the streets
00:20:27.440 You are our
00:20:28.480 Neck
00:20:28.840 This is their
00:20:29.380 Quote
00:20:29.900 You're our
00:20:30.460 Next target
00:20:31.260 Imagine if
00:20:32.600 We would have
00:20:33.180 Said
00:20:33.520 Hey
00:20:34.440 Donald
00:20:35.740 I mean
00:20:36.320 Joe Biden
00:20:37.060 Is our
00:20:37.340 Next target
00:20:38.060 Meaning
00:20:39.120 We're going
00:20:40.520 To target
00:20:40.880 You to get
00:20:41.360 You out
00:20:41.840 Here's a
00:20:43.640 Group that
00:20:44.220 Actually is
00:20:44.980 Engaged in
00:20:45.700 Violence
00:20:46.260 Yep
00:20:46.660 Saying
00:20:47.440 Joe Biden
00:20:48.680 And Kamala
00:20:49.740 Harris
00:20:50.140 Will be our
00:20:50.820 Next target
00:20:51.740 If they
00:20:52.600 Don't
00:20:52.880 Do what
00:20:53.260 We say
00:20:53.760 And for
00:20:54.280 All the
00:20:54.520 Credit that
00:20:55.140 Black Lives
00:20:55.780 Matter
00:20:56.080 And Stacey
00:20:57.340 Abrams
00:20:57.900 Are getting
00:20:58.360 For this
00:20:58.900 Potential
00:20:59.760 Election result
00:21:01.380 You have a
00:21:02.380 Situation where
00:21:03.160 In Georgia
00:21:03.940 Black turnout
00:21:05.240 Was down
00:21:06.280 Significantly
00:21:07.600 I mean it
00:21:08.800 Didn't seem
00:21:09.200 Like it
00:21:09.440 Worked at
00:21:09.840 All
00:21:10.160 Joe Biden
00:21:11.600 Got votes
00:21:12.120 In the
00:21:12.400 Suburbs
00:21:12.960 From white
00:21:13.660 People who
00:21:14.260 College
00:21:15.020 Graduates
00:21:15.540 And non
00:21:16.140 College
00:21:16.440 Graduate
00:21:16.820 White
00:21:17.160 White voters
00:21:18.540 And that
00:21:19.560 Was where
00:21:20.080 The same
00:21:20.720 Thing in
00:21:20.980 Pennsylvania
00:21:21.320 Is where
00:21:21.680 These margins
00:21:22.320 Came from
00:21:22.900 So I
00:21:25.300 Don't know
00:21:25.680 Where they're
00:21:26.300 Coming off
00:21:26.840 Thinking that
00:21:27.300 They were
00:21:27.860 Responsible
00:21:28.500 For this
00:21:28.820 It does
00:21:29.120 Not seem
00:21:29.600 To be
00:21:29.880 True
00:21:30.120 I mean
00:21:30.500 Philadelphia
00:21:30.960 Turnout
00:21:31.520 Was down
00:21:32.200 Like truth
00:21:35.300 Matters
00:21:36.480 Thank you
00:21:37.220 Satan
00:21:37.440 I appreciate
00:21:37.860 It
00:21:38.080 Give me
00:21:39.160 A break
00:21:39.740 You're a lot
00:21:40.080 Nicer than
00:21:40.500 The other
00:21:40.800 Co-host
00:21:41.140 I had
00:21:41.440 By the
00:21:41.640 Way
00:21:41.800 Thank you
00:21:43.180 Oh no
00:21:43.700 Sorry
00:21:44.040 You
00:21:44.880 You
00:21:45.460 Don't say
00:21:46.700 Those things
00:21:47.200 Out loud
00:21:47.780 Okay
00:21:48.140 Sorry
00:21:48.780 Back in
00:21:49.820 Just a
00:21:50.200 Second
00:21:50.460 With
00:21:51.320 Some
00:21:51.560 I think
00:21:54.200 With some
00:21:54.740 Words that
00:21:55.660 Need to
00:21:55.980 Be heard
00:21:56.400 Coming up
00:21:57.280 In a
00:21:57.460 Second
00:21:57.640 First
00:21:57.900 Let me
00:21:58.080 Tell you
00:21:58.260 About
00:21:58.420 Relief
00:21:58.920 Factor
00:21:59.320 Everybody
00:21:59.740 Deals
00:22:00.200 With pain
00:22:00.680 From time
00:22:01.120 To time
00:22:01.500 Just one
00:22:01.920 Of those
00:22:02.200 Things we
00:22:02.600 Have to
00:22:02.820 Go through
00:22:03.320 Periodically
00:22:04.420 In life
00:22:04.920 When it
00:22:05.600 Happens
00:22:06.140 You know
00:22:06.640 We deal
00:22:07.160 With it
00:22:07.480 And we
00:22:07.740 Move forward
00:22:08.280 But sometimes
00:22:08.820 There's no
00:22:09.240 Moving forward
00:22:09.940 Because sometimes
00:22:10.640 It comes
00:22:12.560 Back
00:22:12.960 Every day
00:22:13.840 Day after
00:22:14.380 Day
00:22:14.680 And it
00:22:15.160 Just
00:22:15.700 Is relentless
00:22:16.800 Until it
00:22:17.480 Fills your
00:22:17.980 World
00:22:18.280 And steals
00:22:19.400 A little
00:22:19.800 Bit of
00:22:20.160 The joy
00:22:20.740 Out of
00:22:21.360 Your life
00:22:21.920 You know
00:22:22.300 I can
00:22:23.420 Talk from
00:22:23.960 Personal experience
00:22:24.980 On two
00:22:25.360 Things
00:22:25.720 I understand
00:22:26.540 Bad pain
00:22:27.400 And I
00:22:27.820 Also understand
00:22:29.000 The relief
00:22:30.360 That you can
00:22:31.040 Find with
00:22:31.640 Relief factor
00:22:32.440 70%
00:22:33.820 70%
00:22:34.000 Of the people
00:22:34.700 Who try
00:22:35.240 Relief factor
00:22:36.020 Go on
00:22:36.560 To order
00:22:36.960 More
00:22:37.340 I have
00:22:37.960 Met these
00:22:38.380 People
00:22:38.620 These
00:22:38.900 These are
00:22:39.660 People who
00:22:40.220 Were on
00:22:40.900 Hard
00:22:41.980 Hard
00:22:42.620 Narcotic
00:22:43.360 Prescription
00:22:43.960 Drugs
00:22:44.440 That just
00:22:45.480 Wanted to
00:22:46.060 Get
00:22:46.380 That out
00:22:47.680 Of their
00:22:48.180 Life
00:22:48.700 Tried

00:29:24.340 Unfortunately
00:29:24.960 There
00:29:25.200 Are
00:29:25.580 Only
00:29:25.880 Two
00:29:26.140 Of
00:29:26.320 Them
00:29:26.880 So tell me about Hawley, what he got tech to expose.
00:29:33.040 Well, what he exposed was something we've long suspected but had no proof of,
00:29:38.100 which is that the big tech platforms, Google, Twitter, and Facebook, coordinate on censorship.
00:29:44.160 They share information on who they're targeting, who they're censoring,
00:29:49.120 and Facebook maintains a database of all this called Tasks.
00:29:54.320 And in this Tasks tool, they can see data from Google and Twitter about people who are being targeted for censorship.
00:30:02.560 Hawley had information from a whistleblower.
00:30:04.340 He displayed it at the hearing, and he confronted Mark Zuckerberg with it, who had to admit that it exists.
00:30:11.620 But he wouldn't give any information on who was on the list or how it works, correct?
00:30:18.540 No, he wouldn't.
00:30:19.720 And there was actually a brilliant double act between Hawley and some of the other senators,
00:30:23.020 where the other senators asked Zuckerberg to provide them with lists of people who had been censored.
00:30:27.300 And Zuckerberg hemmed and awed and said, well, I'm not sure if such lists exist.
00:30:31.620 Then Hawley exposed the list and asked him to provide more information.
00:30:38.560 And Zuckerberg simply wouldn't make that commitment under oath.
00:30:42.060 So Hawley did talk about subpoenaing the tech judge,
00:30:45.460 and I think that's really the next step there because they are just not cooperating.
00:30:48.600 So I want people to understand.
00:30:52.640 I talked to somebody last night who said, you know, Glenn, you're just, you're over the top with your fear mongering that voices are going to be snuffed out.
00:31:03.820 No, we're not.
00:31:06.320 It's happening right now at a level I've never seen before.
00:31:11.220 If I say something, I get censored.
00:31:14.940 I heard today the NPR make the statement that there was no fraud, zero, no fraud, and quoting them.
00:31:27.220 And that is a proven fact.
00:31:29.960 That's not a proven fact.
00:31:31.700 That may be your opinion, but it's not a proven fact.
00:31:35.260 And they're not going to get any pushback on that.
00:31:39.520 But if I said, hey, let's look into this election because there may be fraud, I immediately am going to be censored.
00:31:48.840 There's something in the in the works that you and I talked about, I think a week or two ago at Google,
00:31:56.160 where they are combining their hate speech algorithm with something really diabolical.
00:32:03.780 Can you go into that?
00:32:06.040 Of course.
00:32:06.960 Well, what Silicon Valley has built over the past four years is really a system of censoring,
00:32:11.780 not just one or two people, but entire political movements.
00:32:15.240 And the way they do that is using their algorithms to this is how algorithms work.
00:32:20.820 They assign everything with a score, a numerical value.
00:32:24.000 And this determines whether you're going to be at the top of Google search results or Facebook feeds or Twitter feeds
00:32:29.300 or whether you'll be buried where no one can find you.
00:32:32.200 And in the past, those scores, they're sometimes called quality scores, used to be determined by whether you're posting spam or malware or viruses.
00:32:40.660 But now it's determined by whether you conform to the values of Silicon Valley's ruling elite.
00:32:45.780 Are you posting what they consider to be misinformation or what they consider to be hate speech?
00:32:50.900 And those are the things will get you suppressed, sometimes without your knowledge.
00:32:54.980 Sometimes you won't even know that you're being pushed down the results where no one can find you.
00:32:59.380 So it's really very much like a Chinese social credit system that Silicon Valley is building.
00:33:06.360 And I think we actually saw the results of this in the election.
00:33:10.260 You know, I wrote a book released just a couple of months before the election called Big Tech's Battle to Erase the Trump Movement and Steal the Election.
00:33:17.780 And I don't think that was an alarmist title at all, because they spent four years totally erasing an entire political movement from the Internet.
00:33:26.760 They shot down Google, shot down search results for Breitbart News completely burying us.
00:33:33.140 And they've gone to so many people.
00:33:34.820 They've done it to the president himself.
00:33:36.220 They've done it to the New York Post.
00:33:37.500 They've done it to you, Glenn.
00:33:38.540 They've done it to Tucker Carlson.
00:33:39.600 They've done it to so many people.
00:33:41.400 And they just prevented undecided voters from hearing a contrary opinion to the barrage of pro-Biden, anti-Trump propaganda in the mainstream media.
00:33:51.080 I think that had a massive impact on the results.
00:33:52.940 I think it did, too.
00:33:53.820 But you also talk now that you say a whistleblower came to you and talked about the algorithm that Google is working on, putting critical race theory into that algorithm.
00:34:07.380 So if you're violating anything that disagrees with critical race, it not only searches you and tags you, but then looks for anybody that you have infected with this.
00:34:20.380 Correct?
00:34:21.640 Yes.
00:34:22.180 This is another one of Silicon Valley's endgame.
00:34:24.720 So one of the things that social media platforms look at, the field is called network analysis.
00:34:31.600 It's how they identify entire networks of people.
00:34:34.320 This can be used in a commercial sense to identify certain consumer networks, but now it's being used to identify political networks as well.
00:34:42.600 So if someone in your network, someone you're following, someone who follows you gets banned for, say, posting hate speech or what Silicon Valley considers to be hate speech, you may think that doesn't affect you.
00:34:52.960 But it actually does, because, you know, these Silicon Valley companies have actually admitted that one of the signals they look at for suppressing content and posts in their search results is, you know, who's following who.
00:35:06.760 So that's why I say, you know, a formula for censoring entire movements, because the algorithm is now trained to suppress entire networks at once.
00:35:13.980 Jeez.
00:35:15.240 Mike Lee said yesterday that we should go after them for deceptive trade practices.
00:35:22.740 Tell me about your thoughts on that.
00:35:25.360 That's definitely one angle of attack against these companies, and I think there are multiple angles that should all be pursued.
00:35:30.720 That's a really important one, because, of course, these tech platforms promise to be open, to give everyone a level playing field.
00:35:37.420 They continue to insist in public that they're politically neutral, and I think that's why they're so resistant to the demands of Hawley and others to give them the data, because the data will prove that they are targeting some political groups and some politicians way more than others.
00:35:52.280 So I think, you know, telling the public they're politically neutral when they clearly are not is one example of a deceptive trade practice.
00:36:00.100 Also, election interference, I mean, these are huge in-kind contributions to the Democrats, and you can't do that on the SEC regulations.
00:36:08.620 Of course, you know, if Biden gets in, you know, he's not going to pursue any of this, which is why I think they're so brazen about it.
00:36:15.340 So help me out on this.
00:36:18.980 How do we expect anyone in the Senate or in Washington to go after these guys, not only because huge amounts of money spent by Google and Facebook on Capitol Hill, huge amounts of money, but also they have every—I don't know if people understand that you have a digital twin, and they have more information stored on you than you even know.
00:36:44.460 And, I mean, for yourself, they would have information that you'd go, really, what?
00:36:51.540 And people have said for a long time, well, I'm not doing anything wrong.
00:36:55.860 Well, when somebody can take things out of context and has all information and you don't have access to it, they can make it look like you're doing all kinds of things.
00:37:07.880 I don't believe that it's just money that will stop these people in Washington to take action against them, but I think they have a tremendous power of blackmail.
00:37:21.820 Is that too much of a movie script?
00:37:24.200 I don't think it is a movie script.
00:37:26.820 I mean, these companies track you even if you're not using the platform.
00:37:30.140 If you just log on to a website that has their cookies attached to it, cookies are a kind of technology that track you around the Internet.
00:37:36.540 So you don't have to have a Facebook account or a Twitter account or a Google account for them to know everything about you.
00:37:42.500 And it's impossible to know how they're using this data because there's no transparency.
00:37:47.700 I really think if there's going to be a solution to this, like you said, I don't think I'll come from the politicians themselves with a few notable exceptions like Hawley and Cruz and Blackburn.
00:37:57.960 But I think it has to come from the people.
00:38:00.000 You know, you remember, you know, the Tea Party era when Republicans who refused to fight simply weren't tolerated by the base.
00:38:07.380 I think a similar thing has to happen with the big tech companies.
00:38:10.560 If Republicans aren't pulling their weight, you know, the voters, ordinary Republicans will have to make their voice heard.
00:38:17.340 And ordinary Democrats as well, frankly.
00:38:19.620 There's actually been some great surveys, very positive, showing that even ordinary rank and final Democrats believe that tech censorship is a problem.
00:38:27.700 I mean, they're politicians, they're representatives who disagree.
00:38:31.700 Well, these are unelected people.
00:38:34.280 We don't know what they're – we can guess what their values are.
00:38:38.140 We don't know what they're for and against totally.
00:38:40.920 We don't know what they're doing.
00:38:42.460 And they are making decisions that will affect not only the country but the entire world.
00:38:47.920 It is a horrible abuse of power.
00:38:50.740 It's massive.
00:38:53.080 And actually, a few days before the American elections, Facebook shut down the page of an entire political party in New Zealand.
00:39:00.260 So, as you say, Glenn, they have their thumb on the scale of democracy, not just in America but all around the world, wherever they're dominant.
00:39:06.680 And they're dominant in the vast majority of countries.
00:39:09.380 This is not just a crisis for American democracy but a crisis for democracy all around the world.
00:39:15.900 Just over a period of maybe less than a decade, a handful of unaccountable elites in San Francisco have somehow taken over the flow of all news, the flow of all political information, online political organization, and now control access to political information.
00:39:33.840 It's an extraordinary amount of power that there's ever been a period in history where so few people have wielded such power over politics.
00:39:44.140 And what's frightening is don't fear the algorithm.
00:39:48.680 Fear the people who design it, especially when it comes to machine learning because at some point AGI comes into play.
00:39:56.680 And we're not sure that it would be friendly to its maker, if you will, the people in Silicon Valley, because God only knows what they're putting into these things.
00:40:06.980 One quick last question.
00:40:08.500 I've got about 30 seconds.
00:40:10.280 Have we hit the line?
00:40:13.440 Is the line still in front of us or behind us to be able to stop this and really have any assurance that we're not being sucked into a matrix?
00:40:24.920 The only positive thing I can say, Glenn, is that the vast majority of people do not trust these companies.
00:40:32.020 You know, they still use them because there's no alternative, but I don't think there's any trust even among, you know, Democrats and, you know, undecided voters, Republicans, you name it.
00:40:40.980 It's only politicians and the powerful who are really in bed with these companies.
00:40:45.660 And I think the people can still, you know, if they make their voice heard, there's still a chance to rein them in.
00:40:51.500 Great.
00:40:52.040 Thank you so much.
00:40:52.780 I really appreciate it.
00:40:53.940 And you've done such great work.
00:40:56.960 And I'm a fan.
00:40:58.740 Thank you.
00:40:59.720 Alam Bakari.
00:41:00.700 He's the author of Hashtag Deleted and the senior tech correspondent at Breitbart.
00:41:12.040 So I'm always glad to have Omaha Steaks on.
00:41:16.920 And here's why.
00:41:18.320 I am a rancher.
00:41:19.900 We, we, we, we, we have our own steaks that we get from the ranch.
00:41:26.200 We get our own hamburger and everything else.
00:41:28.360 I don't know how many massages those cows have to receive at Omaha Steaks to be as tender as they are, but I can't get my cows to, to be that tender.
00:41:41.060 You know, I don't know.
00:41:42.440 I honestly don't know what they do.
00:41:44.100 They are so good.
00:41:45.300 They're aged to perfection.
00:41:47.840 Isn't it easier to just get them from Omaha Steaks?
00:41:50.760 Why are you going through all that trouble?
00:41:53.020 Because I have to have some skill or something when the world breaks down.
00:41:57.240 Otherwise, I'm just the storyteller who is perfectly marbled and everyone eats me.
00:42:05.460 Okay.
00:42:06.720 I have no skills.
00:42:08.700 None.
00:42:09.360 I got to bring something.
00:42:10.680 In a world.
00:42:11.400 God insane.
00:42:12.620 I'm the first to be eaten.

00:43:06.520 November 3rd was important, but what happens on January 5th is even more critical.
00:43:11.520 Glenn takes you inside the GOP's war room in Georgia and reveals the dark truth behind the Democrat candidates,
00:43:18.600 their tie to radicals, and who's funding their campaigns to unravel the republic.
00:43:23.240 It all comes down to this.
00:43:26.780 Battleground Georgia.
00:43:28.140 The radical Democrats who will transform America.
00:43:30.600 Tonight, 9 p.m. Eastern at blaze-tv.com slash Glenn.
00:43:34.720 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:43:36.960 The leading authority on everything, Jake Tapper, said that Christmas is probably not going to be possible this year.
00:43:55.420 Only Santa can declare that.
00:43:57.560 Because of COVID-19, caused by widespread indoor holiday gatherings.
00:44:03.860 Wow.
00:44:06.160 You know what?
00:44:08.840 I know it's my sister, and I don't want to do it, but if she comes for the holiday, she's just going to have to be on the list of everybody has to make out with everybody.
00:44:17.840 Either that or we just all eat with one fork.
00:44:21.260 I am so sick of this.
00:44:22.700 You could have gotten me to do this had you not been so authoritarian.
00:44:29.600 If we would have done 15 days to flatten the curve, and then they say, we need a couple more weeks.
00:44:33.980 Okay.
00:44:34.540 So we do 30 days to flatten the curve.
00:44:36.640 When we do, you pull us out.
00:44:38.580 We go back to normal.
00:44:40.040 You don't close everybody's businesses down.
00:44:42.380 And then you come to this time, and you're like, hey, we've got to flatten the curve again.
00:44:45.660 Everybody's got to, you know, don't do anything for Thanksgiving.
00:44:48.020 Stay at home.
00:44:49.160 Flatten the curve for a couple of weeks.
00:44:50.840 I do it.
00:44:51.540 But Gavin Newsom and all the rioters and Joe Biden and all of his mayor friends all gathered together.
00:44:59.660 Screw you.
00:45:00.500 Whether you're working from home or working on fitness, it doesn't matter.
00:45:04.080 You want to listen to what you want to listen to and not what your kids are listening to or somebody else is listening to.
00:45:08.800 And right now is the perfect time to get a pair of premium wireless earbuds.
00:45:14.360 Raycon, the way to go.
00:45:15.880 Raycons start at about half the price of, let's be honest, the Apple.

00:46:02.520 Let me tell you about Rough Greens because your dog is part of the family.
00:46:08.440 While he's not sitting at the table having, you know, Thanksgiving dinner, he is going to be the only one that I forced to wear a mask.
00:46:15.940 And we want him to be at his healthiest.
00:46:19.880 We want to be at his most active because if you've ever had to put a dog down, you know, it is heart-wrenching, just heart-wrenching.
00:46:31.200 We should have learned it really, honestly, from Old Yeller.
00:46:34.960 I mean, it is that bad every time.
00:46:37.960 So we want our dog to live as long as they can, as healthy as they can.
00:46:42.360 That's why we feed him Rough Greens.
00:46:44.280 Try the Jump Start bag.
00:46:45.660 Make sure your dog will eat it.
00:46:47.100 It's a two-week bag, and your dog, if your dog will eat it, in the coming months, you are going to see massive changes.
00:46:55.100 Is there any dog that doesn't like Rough Greens?
00:46:57.000 I've never heard of one.
00:46:58.320 Apparently, there are.
00:46:59.720 I've not heard of one.
00:47:01.680 We know a lot of people are using Rough Greens now, and they gobble.
00:47:05.420 It's like dog crack.
00:47:07.500 Go to ruffgreens.com.
00:47:10.120 Really good stuff.
00:47:12.040 Roughgreens.com slash back.
00:47:17.100 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:47:40.540 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:47:47.040 Hello, America.
00:47:48.440 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:47:50.440 Thank you for listening.
00:47:51.500 My name is Glenn Beck, and I want you to stick with me for the next few minutes.
00:47:57.340 We have an amazing, amazing hour.
00:47:59.860 We're going to talk to the guy who's in the statehouse in California that just filed the lawsuit and won, declaring Gavin Newsom, you know, he's got to turn his crown back in.
00:48:13.060 He's not king of California.
00:48:15.000 Now, there's been a stay on that last night, but we're going to talk to him about can we get California and the government under control?
00:48:23.200 Also, Sean Davis is joining us.
00:48:26.440 He is the co-founder of The Federalist, and he has some inside information that Durham, the investigation into this Russia hoax, all the things that we went through with the trial, with the impeachment, all of that.
00:48:42.580 Durham now isn't doing anything.
00:48:44.540 He's dropping his investigations because he's scared about some blowback from Joe Biden.
00:48:51.560 This is this is what so many Americans were voting for when they voted for Donald Trump, because they don't feel like anyone has to pay for anything.
00:49:05.000 And at least Donald Trump, because he was personally involved, at least he was investigating all of the rats down at the bottom of the cage.
00:49:17.380 Is that now over?
00:49:19.840 Has this been a colossal waste of time for four years when we now have the facts?
00:49:26.840 Sean Davis joins us in 60 seconds.
00:49:29.620 This is the Glenn Beck program.
00:49:32.220 Man, we don't believe in American justice.
00:49:36.020 They took the truth, justice and the American way.
00:49:40.000 All three of those things are gone now.
00:49:42.780 All three of those are gone.
00:49:45.280 We better start putting them back together soon, gang.
00:49:48.920 All right.
00:49:49.520 You work hard for your money, and it stands to reason that if you're fiscally responsible, you work to save as much as you can in as many areas as you can.
00:49:57.680 The big financial decisions in life, like owning a home, having a mortgage, it's complicated, even messy at times.
00:50:05.180 And unless you have your finger on the pulse of the housing market at all times, you might be missing an opportunity that might arise like the mortgage rates.
00:50:13.120 They have been falling steadily all year.
00:50:16.940 Refinancing your mortgage could be the right move for you.
00:50:20.760 You might save hundreds, even thousands of dollars just on your mortgage.
00:50:25.620 But I will tell you, if you fold in your high interest rate credit cards without resetting your loan, you will be able to get out of debt.
00:50:36.840 You'll be able to have that monkey off of your back, which I'm telling you is going to come in really handy in the coming months and over the next year.
00:50:45.960 American Financing, family-owned business that's been helping people make the right financial decisions for nearly two decades.
00:50:53.480 They started working out of a house.
00:50:55.740 They went on to become a hugely successful business, and they're successful because they're not in it for the bank.
00:51:02.340 They're in it for you.
00:51:03.800 American Financing, 800-906-2440.
00:51:07.020 800-906-2440.
00:51:09.100 Or go to AmericanFinancing.net.
00:51:11.720 American Financing, NMLS, 1-82334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
00:51:20.900 So over the weekend, I follow Sean Davis.
00:51:25.260 He is the co-founder of The Federalist.
00:51:28.780 And I saw a tweet from him.
00:51:31.360 A source familiar with Durham's ongoing investigation of the bogus Russian collusion operation tells Federalist,
00:51:37.040 Durham isn't doing anything.
00:51:38.740 Dropping his investigations.
00:51:40.040 He's worried about blowback from Biden.
00:51:42.620 A separate source who has seen the evidence compiled during the course of Durham's investigation told The Federalist that there is more than enough evidence to indict multiple involved in the Russian collusion hoax on the operation to take down Donald Trump.
00:51:58.440 I don't know if it's going to happen.
00:52:00.520 Sean Davis, welcome to the program.
00:52:03.080 Thank you for having me.
00:52:03.880 First of all, tell us what you know and you can tell us about what's going on behind the scenes.
00:52:11.100 Right.
00:52:11.580 So I think the most important thing to look at is to step back and kind of see the trajectory of this investigation,
00:52:17.620 which Barr appointed Durham to do back in about mid-2019.
00:52:21.640 It seemed to be going at the proper pace.
00:52:24.840 They were developing leads.
00:52:26.720 In fact, when that big inspector general investigation came out last December in which Horowitz, the IG, said,
00:52:34.460 oh, no, the predication for the whole crossfire hurricane was fine, you actually had Durham and Barr come out and say, no, that's not true.
00:52:42.840 So fast forward through 2020, things are moving along.
00:52:46.980 Barr himself goes on television.
00:52:49.240 And I think late August, right around when a Mueller and a Comey attorney was indicted for fabricating evidence and said, we're going to have all this out before the election.
00:52:58.820 This shows that everything is proceeding as it should.
00:53:02.080 And then something happened in early September.
00:53:04.640 And every source I've talked to about this says something changed in mid-September.
00:53:11.040 And that's when we started hearing leaks and getting indications from the media that maybe Durham didn't want to do anything before the election because it would look political.
00:53:19.780 Can't have anything looking political, even though everything is political in America now.
00:53:23.880 And so something changed in September, the momentum stalled, any sort of demand for indictment seemed to kind of fall away internally.
00:53:35.800 And now multiple sources I talked to are very worried that, you know, we might get a report, but they seem convinced.
00:53:43.660 Most, not all, most seem convinced that there's no indictments coming and that if we're lucky, we might get a report.
00:53:49.560 That is unbelievable.
00:53:52.760 So what do you have any idea what might have happened in September?
00:53:58.600 I don't know.
00:53:59.980 I two sources I talked to over the weekend said they just they think Durham might have lost his nerve.
00:54:06.000 He's worried that indicting here might look political and he doesn't want to look political.
00:54:10.280 But what does he have the goods?
00:54:13.040 Does he have evidence of crimes?
00:54:15.860 I've been told 100 percent absolutely clear, incontrovertible evidence of crimes to support indictments.
00:54:23.620 So then that to me, that doesn't make sense.
00:54:26.680 Then this guy is an accomplice.
00:54:29.120 I mean, it doesn't matter if it's political or not.
00:54:32.940 It doesn't matter.
00:54:34.340 It doesn't matter.
00:54:35.060 That's like that's like the church saying, oh, let's not talk about, you know, let's not talk about these scandals because it's the church.
00:54:41.140 No, it doesn't matter who you are.
00:54:44.120 Justice is blind.
00:54:45.780 If an injustice was done, it needs to be exposed.
00:54:51.020 At what point is a prosecutor supposed to care about politics?
00:54:56.840 Well, you're exactly right.
00:54:59.540 And in fact, with everything being political now, the best way to actually keep politics out of things is to follow the facts, follow the law and apply them evenly without bias, without skewing towards one party.
00:55:14.100 And if a member of a certain party happened to do something illegal, they should be held accountable.
00:55:18.980 If a member of another party did something illegal, they should be held accountable.
00:55:22.220 So to the extent that maybe Durham feels it would look political if he were to indict a host of corrupt Obama-era administration officials for cooking up a hoax, so be it.
00:55:33.800 The facts are the facts.
00:55:35.360 And the problem we have now is we basically have what appears to be a two-tier justice system, where if you have the right connections on the left, you get off scot-free.
00:55:42.740 And if you have the wrong connections on the right, we're going to ring you up for anything.
00:55:49.540 So where's Bill Barr?
00:55:52.220 That's a good question.
00:55:56.040 You know, he assures people that, you know, it's not been dropped, it's going ahead.
00:56:03.840 But, you know, he...
00:56:05.200 I don't believe him.
00:56:06.000 I think it was a Fox interview in August where he said, everything's happening, we're going to know before the election.
00:56:10.800 And he's kind of disappeared since then, which is really disappointing, because he has said all the right things thus far.
00:56:16.200 We just haven't seen any actual results, which are the only thing that matter at the end of the day.
00:56:20.440 I just, I am so frustrated because we did our homework.
00:56:26.060 You know, we really put a lot of time and energy for almost a year into what was going on with this investigation.
00:56:35.660 What really happened, put all of the investigations in Ukraine and in impeachment, you know, the whistleblower, all of this stuff.
00:56:45.780 And we have enough to at least convene a grand jury.
00:56:50.480 We have enough.
00:56:51.560 And I don't have access to things that they have access to.
00:56:56.180 If we don't solve this, there is no faith in the republic or justice.
00:57:03.020 I mean, even if everybody, if it goes to court and everybody is proclaimed innocent, it has to go to court.
00:57:10.840 That's right.
00:57:14.220 We can't have two systems of justice in this country, which is what we appear to have when Hillary can get off and be proclaimed by James Comey to be innocent because she didn't do anything illegal.
00:57:25.760 When you have people in the Trump campaign who got rung up for the sole crime of just being involved with the wrong political candidate, which many of them were targeted for.
00:57:35.980 And when you have people like Comey and McCabe, who was fired for lying under the oath, get off scot-free while someone like General Flynn was taken down because they didn't like his foreign policy views.
00:57:48.460 That that's not a republic that is a that is rule of men that is not rule of law and a republic cannot survive where we have a two tiered system of justice where your guilt or innocence depends entirely on your political connections.
00:58:05.180 So this is why we are a nation divided.
00:58:09.700 You know, I love how, you know, the left came out immediately after the election said, oh, finally, we can unite what unite under what?
00:58:18.460 As long as we agree with you, is that how we unite?
00:58:22.300 Nobody's actually talking about any uniting principles.
00:58:25.600 And those principles are truth, justice and the American way.
00:58:30.440 It's freedom.
00:58:32.120 It's freedom and liberty and the Bill of Rights.
00:58:36.540 That's what was our unum.
00:58:38.840 It's what brought people together without that unum, without the Bill of Rights and and a nation of laws.
00:58:48.460 And not of men.
00:58:49.620 We have nothing to unite on.
00:58:52.300 And this kind of corruption.
00:58:55.420 If we go back to seeing the same kind of corruption, if not worse, because, you know, Peter Schweitzer says, and I agree with him, that Biden was the most corrupt vice president in all of American history.
00:59:10.220 Which is saying something.
00:59:12.380 If we see this kind of corruption and no one does anything and you have the press just being cheerleaders for it.
00:59:21.160 What do we have left as a country, Sean?
00:59:23.240 I don't think we have much.
00:59:26.520 And it's a little bit laughable hearing these calls for so-called unity from the left.
00:59:30.760 The left doesn't want unity.
00:59:31.960 The left wants submission.
00:59:33.400 Yes.
00:59:33.560 This is the institution that cooked up the Russian collusion hoax that said that Brett Kavanaugh, without any evidence, was the secret ringleader of a gang rape cartel that said a young man who went to a Catholic high school was a racist because he went to a pro-life rally.
00:59:50.500 These are not people who want our unity.
00:59:52.720 They want our submission, which is why they've spent the last six to nine months burning down our cities, doxing conservatives, attacking Christians, banning people from going to church.
01:00:01.940 They don't want unity.
01:00:03.120 They want us to bend the knee.
01:00:04.320 And I say no.
01:00:07.420 So what does the average person do, Sean?
01:00:11.860 You know, I was I was talking to somebody yesterday and I said, you know, so people just have to get up and speak out.
01:00:20.860 And I said, you know, they did that.
01:00:22.940 It was it was called the Tea Party.
01:00:24.520 They did that.
01:00:25.260 And when it first started, it was about principles.
01:00:27.680 It wasn't about politics.
01:00:28.900 It was about principles.
01:00:31.480 And let's get behind the Constitution again.
01:00:34.480 And it went awry.
01:00:35.660 But I think the reason it went awry was because while it made an impact, the people had the snot kicked out of them.
01:00:46.180 And I think they were tired and thought, you know, enough.
01:00:49.640 And that's why they looked for the biggest bully on the block, a guy who would stand up and say, hey, don't beat up on those people.
01:00:57.360 That's those are my people.
01:00:59.540 And now if Donald Trump can't do it, I think a lot of people think if he can't do it, what chance do we have?
01:01:06.540 Which is a lie.
01:01:07.760 But I think one that people buy into or at least feel.
01:01:11.320 Right.
01:01:14.040 It's so easy to feel discouraged.
01:01:15.560 But I think the thing that has always made this country great, that it's made it the greatest, most successful, most free nation on earth, even in spite of all our difficulties now, is not its politicians.
01:01:26.020 And it's been its people.
01:01:27.360 The people are the foundation of this country.
01:01:29.300 The people are what make it great.
01:01:30.640 And I think the best thing they can do is keep living out their principles, keep working hard, keep taking care of their families, keep going to church, and keep praying for deliverance from the Almighty.
01:01:40.300 That has always been the case, and it will always be the case.
01:01:43.540 And we shouldn't lose sight that it's not politicians that make this country great.
01:01:48.160 It's the American people who keep this country great.
01:01:50.240 Thank you so much, Sean.
01:01:51.920 I appreciate it.
01:01:53.040 Keep up the fight.
01:01:53.960 Let us know if there's any update on this or if there's anything this audience can do to put pressure on Barr or Durham or Trump or whoever.
01:02:06.120 But this is outrageous that this thing is being swept under the carpet now.
01:02:13.520 It is.
01:02:14.260 It is.
01:02:14.520 And thank you so much for having me on and for all the work you do.
01:02:16.900 It's been an honor.
01:02:17.660 Thank you very much, Sean.
01:02:18.540 Appreciate it.

01:03:31.560 Station ID.
01:03:44.960 So I want to talk to you about where we go from here.
01:03:51.280 Because we're going to be on our own.
01:03:58.240 And I think you should prepare for a time when you don't have people like me or Tucker or anybody else talking to you every day.
01:04:10.740 I hope to God that doesn't happen, but I don't think that's outside the realm of possibilities.
01:04:15.580 I was talking to Vinny Penn today from WELI, and he said, I heard somebody talking about a speech you gave to the radio industry where you said that if Biden wins, the talk radio in particular is going to come under attack, and it is possibly going to be lost.
01:04:37.960 And I said, did everybody think that was crazy?
01:04:39.860 He said, no, everybody agreed with you except me.
01:04:42.360 He said, we're more important now, more important than ever.
01:04:46.120 And I said, you're exactly right.
01:04:48.160 We are more important than ever before.
01:04:51.540 Because we are becoming the last line of defense.
01:04:55.400 That is why they will do everything they can to silence us.
01:05:00.320 They will come after our sponsors like nobody's business.
01:05:04.800 They will do everything they can to scare you and others away from us.
01:05:10.940 And in the end, the FCC will just come up with something, and it'll pass, especially if we lose the Senate.
01:05:20.840 We are facing very difficult times.
01:05:25.840 So here's what you need to do.
01:05:27.640 Even in our state today, we are still the freest people on Earth.
01:05:38.020 If people could survive and freedom could win in Eastern Bloc countries, when they had neighbors paid to spy on them, we can survive.
01:05:56.240 And freedom will breathe free again in this country, should we lose it.
01:06:06.200 But it's up to us.
01:06:07.820 It's not up to anybody else.
01:06:09.900 There's not going to be.
01:06:11.800 They just took the Lone Ranger.
01:06:16.020 And they ran him out of town.
01:06:18.120 So when that happens, it's the townsfolk that have to stand.
01:06:27.120 And I tell you, I'm not sitting down.
01:06:29.460 My sister wrote to me last night.
01:06:33.660 She said, I'm afraid I won't have the courage that I need when the time comes.
01:06:42.920 That's a good fear to have.
01:06:45.760 Because those who say, I'm not afraid of it, you haven't meant you.
01:06:50.520 Let me quote Yoda.
01:06:52.160 You will be.
01:06:53.280 You haven't taken it seriously enough.
01:06:59.060 You have to think the unthinkable.
01:07:01.920 Because quite frankly, the world we're living in now, the America that we're living in today, I told you last summer, you're not going to recognize your country this summer.
01:07:12.180 It's going to be a moonscape next summer compared to where we are now.
01:07:16.700 It's going in the wrong direction.
01:07:22.180 And if you're not mentally prepared for it, if you don't know the Constitution, if you don't know the Bill of Rights, if you don't know why they were put into place, you can't defend it.
01:07:36.640 But we need an enlightenment.
01:07:45.200 We need a great awakening.
01:07:48.560 But what we need also is a great awakening to those basic principles that have always made us America.
01:07:57.680 So it can be articulated by every man, woman, and child who's standing for the Constitution.
01:08:07.900 I want you to use Thanksgiving as a time to talk to your family.
01:08:15.960 This is a turning point in our nation.
01:08:19.600 Who will you be?
01:08:21.540 How will the world remember this generation of Americans as the ones who said it's too hard?
01:08:31.840 Or the ones that actually stood up and did the hard work?
01:08:36.100 It takes 15 to 20 percent of us to change the world.
01:08:41.460 Can we find 18 percent of America that has the balls to stand up for freedom?
01:08:48.200 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:08:52.140 I think we can.
01:08:53.560 That's just me.
01:08:55.240 All around my house, some things get used every single day.
01:08:59.240 Toothbrushes?
01:09:00.000 Eh, with my son, maybe not so much.
01:09:02.240 The kitchen sink and earbuds.
01:09:06.320 This is why I am getting my family earbuds for the holidays.
01:09:12.340 Because, you know, the kids aren't going to like toothbrushes or kitchen sinks, but they're going to love earbuds.
01:09:19.660 And they're going to stop stealing mine.
01:09:23.160 It's never too early to start gift shopping.
01:09:26.300 That's why you shouldn't wait until Black Friday when you can get something as great as a pair of Raycon earbuds for 20 percent off an already fantastic price.

01:10:22.780 A couple of California State Assemblymen have taken on Governor Newsom and his abuse of power.
01:10:30.180 Not the mistakes that everybody makes.
01:10:32.240 Like, Stu, let's say you're the head of the Gestapo.
01:10:37.860 Rather not, but okay.
01:10:39.240 And you're like, no Jews for anyone, right?
01:10:42.900 And then you're caught at a birthday party where only Jews are in attendance.
01:10:49.920 Right.
01:10:50.040 Is that a mistake that you should have caught that you would have been?
01:10:54.360 You're like driving there and you're like, ah, you know, everybody has a wits at the end
01:11:00.060 of their name.
01:11:00.820 Maybe this is something I shouldn't be seen at.
01:11:04.140 It seems like, you know, maybe you wanted to go to this particular event.
01:11:07.920 Right.
01:11:08.360 Right.
01:11:08.520 And you didn't care.
01:11:09.620 You didn't care.
01:11:10.240 Until you got caught.
01:11:11.940 Yeah.
01:11:12.600 Yeah.
01:11:13.560 Well, that's kind of what's happening in California with Governor Newsom.
01:11:17.040 Uh, he went to a friend's birthday party, uh, 400 and some dollars, uh, plate, uh, for this
01:11:25.540 50 year old, uh, guy.
01:11:27.040 And, uh, they, they, uh, yeah.
01:11:29.800 Don't you hate the rich?
01:11:30.980 I do.
01:11:31.800 Anyway.
01:11:32.360 Uh, but they eat well.
01:11:33.780 Anyway.
01:11:34.080 Uh, so this guy, uh, Newsom shows up, there's no masks, there's no social distancing, nothing.
01:11:41.500 Somebody takes some pictures, starts posting, and then he's super, super sorry.
01:11:45.380 Well, a couple of California state assemblymen have, have taken on his abuse of power.
01:11:49.860 One of them is with us now, James Gallagher.
01:11:52.540 James, thank God there's somebody out in California that still has common sense and a spine to stand
01:12:00.340 up.
01:12:00.580 Uh, well, you're welcome, Glenn.
01:12:03.540 And thanks for having me on your show this morning.
01:12:05.400 You bet.
01:12:05.960 So I, I want to talk to you about, uh, the case that just, uh, uh, you just won.
01:12:14.120 So tell me about that.
01:12:15.460 And then we're going to talk about what comes next and what happened yesterday.
01:12:19.720 Well, uh, the essential crux of our case is that the governor is now exercising legislative
01:12:25.760 power out here.
01:12:27.300 Uh, in California, we apparently, you know, no longer have separation of powers, at least
01:12:32.340 according to the governor and that he gets to not only, uh, make law, he gets to amend
01:12:37.360 existing statute.
01:12:38.680 Uh, and our, the case that we brought, he amended many provisions of the elections code out here.
01:12:44.900 No big deal.
01:12:45.900 Um, and decided to, uh, you know, just arbitrarily unilaterally do that without the legislature.
01:12:52.200 And it's obviously, which is, uh, my colleague Kevin Kiley and I had a problem with that.
01:12:57.160 Yeah.
01:12:57.260 It is literally unconstitutional.
01:12:59.660 It's actually written into the constitution that the federal government doesn't have anything
01:13:05.500 to do with it.
01:13:06.140 And you can't just change laws.
01:13:07.940 It has to go through the legislature.
01:13:10.960 So how is, go ahead.
01:13:13.500 Uh, in many ways, Glenn, it's the simplest case ever, uh, really is very clear, very clear
01:13:20.120 from our founding documents.
01:13:21.520 Uh, and here in California, we have an even stronger provision of, for separation of powers
01:13:25.900 in our constitution.
01:13:27.620 Uh, and you know, we just presented that very simply to the court and, and they, you know,
01:13:33.500 obviously came to the reason, the only result you can come to that his order was unconstitutional
01:13:38.900 and further, even better part of this case is they have now enjoined him, um, from any
01:13:44.980 further exercise of legislative power.
01:13:47.320 So it was definitely a victory, uh, for the American form of government.
01:13:51.940 Now he's got a stay on that order.
01:13:54.840 He got one from another judge yesterday, right?
01:13:57.980 Yes.
01:13:58.580 Late yesterday, the appellate court issued a stay.
01:14:01.540 Uh, they have not received our response.
01:14:04.720 It's amazing.
01:14:05.360 I mean, this is allowed in our judicial system.
01:14:07.760 Amazingly, uh, we can go through a full trial, uh, and wait many months to finally get, you
01:14:13.580 know, the, the decision of the court, uh, and he can go to an appellate court and get
01:14:18.260 a stay without even hearing from us and without even hearing our side, um, uh, and get a temporary
01:14:25.620 stay on the order.
01:14:26.400 We anticipate that that's going to get overturned.
01:14:28.460 Again, we think the law is very clear.
01:14:30.200 Um, and so, but he'll take it all the way to the Supreme court.
01:14:35.900 I'm guessing where if, if there is, uh, anything that resembles the truth anymore, uh, in any
01:14:45.520 of our courts, this one, as you said, is the clearest case there can possibly be.
01:14:51.660 It's in the constitution.
01:14:53.540 He's doing what the constitution says you cannot do.
01:14:57.060 Uh, and, uh, and the Supreme court should rule in your favor, in the favor of the, uh, the
01:15:03.980 people of California.
01:15:04.980 How much will this change things in California?
01:15:11.000 Um, well, I'm, I'm just hoping it gets us back to where we're supposed to be, which is
01:15:15.280 representative government.
01:15:16.600 You know, um, you know, we, we, we never envisioned one man rule.
01:15:21.000 And just because we're in an emergency, uh, we shouldn't condone that or, or acquiesce in
01:15:26.840 that.
01:15:27.060 And certainly, uh, you know, it shouldn't be just me and my colleague, Kevin Kiley.
01:15:31.660 It should really be all of the legislature, uh, joining in this lawsuit.
01:15:36.160 Um, it's, it's funny, uh, Glenn, you know, in February of this year, the state legislature
01:15:41.840 memorialized and apologized for Japanese internment.
01:15:45.800 And there were all these speeches about how fear can lead us to do things that impede people's
01:15:51.520 civil rights, um, and to do great injustices and to allow our system of government to devolve.
01:15:58.320 I point out it was an executive order that created, uh, Japanese internment out here.
01:16:05.000 And now, you know, then in March we start this pandemic and how many people have really
01:16:10.880 just gone along with, uh, uh, uh, you know, a devolution into autocratic government out
01:16:18.400 here in California and, and allowed, you know, very clear infringements on religious liberty,
01:16:23.840 on civil liberties, on people's rights to pursue their happiness in a business, uh, their
01:16:30.140 livelihood, um, uh, children's education.
01:16:33.900 I mean, it's, it's amazing.
01:16:36.140 Um, and you know, look, I, I strongly believe in one of the biggest reasons I brought this
01:16:40.840 suit, um, is that we need to respond to this pandemic as a free society.
01:16:45.860 Yes.
01:16:46.360 Uh, we can't allow ourselves to become something else.
01:16:49.160 I will tell you that I think if from the get-go, they would have said, Hey, 15 days to flatten
01:16:55.040 the curve.
01:16:55.440 And then after the 15 days, we need three more weeks.
01:16:59.040 And they would have asked us, not demanded, asked us.
01:17:03.100 Right.
01:17:03.420 We would have done it.
01:17:04.660 Well, in fact, if now that it's coming back, if they weren't such authoritarians all the
01:17:09.720 way through this, uh, in, you know, our, our governors come out and legislature comes out
01:17:15.520 and says, Hey, everybody, you might want to rethink your Thanksgiving plans.
01:17:19.700 I think the vast majority of Americans would happily have made that choice.
01:17:25.840 But now, even though COVID is serious, now it's almost like I, honestly, there's a part
01:17:33.640 of me that wants to have everybody over to my house and everybody uses the same fork.
01:17:38.580 I mean, I'm just so, I just, there's, there's rebellion in the American gene when you are
01:17:46.540 forced to accept something.
01:17:49.860 No, I, you make a great point there.
01:17:51.900 And I mean, you know, going, I hearken back to World War II, um, you know, this country
01:17:56.600 is always inspired towards a collective effort.
01:18:01.080 Um, and, and it is at its best when we are inspired to, not when we're forced to, not
01:18:05.760 when government is mandating that you do so, but when we say, Hey, we are in a cause, we
01:18:10.640 are in a fight, um, and we all need to come together.
01:18:13.880 And we certainly saw that during the World War II effort, um, you know, and, and many times
01:18:19.740 than I think in our history and, you know, why wasn't that?
01:18:23.120 I mean, I do look back on this and say, man, why wasn't that harness in such a way as to
01:18:28.420 say, Hey, let's come together and help respond to this, um, you know, in freedom, but all
01:18:33.600 of us seeing our duty as to help ward this thing off, um, how, how, how much differently
01:18:39.140 would this have gone?
01:18:40.020 Had we done that?
01:18:40.680 Uh, well, I think the, the president tried to do that by not issuing orders that government,
01:18:46.380 uh, that the government could just take over industry, uh, but that's what the left wanted
01:18:51.860 the entire time.
01:18:54.000 You ran allowing states, allowing federalism.
01:18:58.060 Imagine that, uh, you know, uh, you know, Biden is saying he's going to do national mandates.
01:19:02.880 Um, you know, that's really not envisioned again by the constitution.
01:19:06.380 We have states that can, you know, each deal with this in their, in their way, the way
01:19:11.800 that they see fit.
01:19:13.120 Um, of course, out here in California, that has been, you know, uh, you know, a very different
01:19:19.640 way.
01:19:19.960 And certainly I think it's been a violation of our own constitution and laws and rules.
01:19:24.000 Um, uh, hence the lawsuit.
01:19:26.520 What, what scares me is, uh, that it's not just in California.
01:19:30.380 I mean, though, you guys are really bad.
01:19:32.120 New York is bad.
01:19:33.500 Um, Michigan is bad.
01:19:35.180 Uh, when the government, uh, and those who wish to rule, uh, when they see the level
01:19:43.020 that people will take, that is the level that you will get.
01:19:49.140 Uh, and it seems to me that Californians and others are just fine with this.
01:19:56.200 You're never going to get rid of this.
01:19:58.020 If everybody's fine with it, doesn't matter what the law says, or what is the, what is
01:20:02.960 the feeling in California on this lawsuit and, and, you know, what you believe?
01:20:10.840 Well, I mean, I, I just posted yesterday, government can only take what you will let them.
01:20:15.860 Um, and I think that's exceptionally true in America where it, it, all government is based
01:20:21.260 on the consent of the governed, uh, based on a contract and that contract's been violated.
01:20:27.360 And I think more and more people, I mean, really, I'm hearing from people on the left,
01:20:31.200 people who are Democrats, um, you know, independence in California who are saying, you know, we, we've
01:20:37.460 had AB five out here, which, you know, did away with, uh, side gigs and, and independent
01:20:43.060 contractor relationships like Uber and Lyft, uh, put a lot of people out of, out of business.
01:20:48.220 We've, you know, increasing regulation.
01:20:50.460 And then now with this shutdown of small businesses, uh, you know, small business being the backbone,
01:20:55.840 uh, of our state and, and revenue and, and, and, and economy, um, they're just getting
01:21:02.540 hammered by these, uh, autocratic rules.
01:21:05.220 I think more and more people are waking up.
01:21:06.580 There's a recall effort going on out here.
01:21:08.620 That's gaining a lot of traction.
01:21:11.040 Um, you know, so look, I'm, I am hopeful that that, that, that essential liberty that
01:21:15.580 I think is at the heart of every American is starting to be, to be awakened.
01:21:20.000 And, you know, I'm hopeful that people rise up and, and, uh, you know, elect leaders, uh,
01:21:26.260 accordingly.
01:21:27.620 If you, if you haven't yet, may I encourage you, uh, and those who think
01:21:32.480 like you in California to read, uh, the world economic forums, uh, case on the great
01:21:39.520 reset, because I can guarantee you, your state is going to be, uh, all in with the
01:21:48.140 great reset.
01:21:48.680 And it's, it's not a conspiracy theory.
01:21:51.600 Read it on the world economic forum.org.
01:21:55.080 It is terrifying.
01:21:56.980 And I truly believe that's why some of these, uh, uh, Democrats are reacting the way they
01:22:03.780 are to COVID because it provides the reason to reset us entirely.
01:22:09.760 Uh, James governor actually out here just real quick, Glenn, our governor at the outset of
01:22:14.900 this said, this is an opportunity for progressive, uh, politics.
01:22:18.400 Um, yeah, he made no, really no bones about it.
01:22:21.740 Um, and has been obviously using this emergency to, you know, just recently he banned, uh, you
01:22:28.180 know, the sale of all gas powered cars, uh, using an executive order.
01:22:32.440 Um, so we're seeing, we're definitely seeing, um, you know, this emergency be abused to initiate
01:22:38.860 in an agenda.
01:22:39.640 Thank you so much, James.
01:22:41.100 James Gallagher, he is California state assemblyman.
01:22:44.380 Uh, you should follow him, uh, on Twitter, J underscore Gallagher 83, uh, and, uh, and support
01:22:53.040 those who are standing up for freedom in Cal.
01:22:56.540 I would say the great state of California, but the state of California, James, thank you
01:23:01.840 so much.
01:23:02.360 God bless.
01:23:02.900 Well, he can say it's a great state, right?
01:23:10.100 That's true.
01:23:10.380 I can say it's a beautiful state.
01:23:11.780 One of the most beautiful state that has completely been destroyed and I am not going to pay to
01:23:19.580 bail out.
01:23:20.040 I actually have a theory on this that I want to talk to you about here in a few minutes.
01:23:22.900 Uh, because I, I think I don't know how it works, but I think the American people have
01:23:29.320 a class action lawsuit, uh, that we can file.
01:23:33.020 And I don't know, you can't, I, can you sue the government?
01:23:35.700 I, I, I just want to run it by you.
01:23:38.340 I want to run it by you.
01:23:39.800 Let me talk to you about Patriot mobile.
01:23:42.520 When you go for a sale, a cell phone, what do you want?
01:23:45.820 You want good service?
01:23:46.860 You want a good plan?
01:23:48.160 Uh, you may want new phones.
01:23:50.900 Uh, you know, pretty much everybody is looking for the same thing, but the big Verizon, AT&T,
01:23:59.320 I mean, AT&T owns CNN.
01:24:02.180 Hey, Verizon is, you know, spending millions of dollars in Planned Parenthood.
01:24:08.640 Yay.
01:24:09.860 How about going to Patriot mobile?
01:24:12.120 They're not doing either of those things.
01:24:14.080 You know what they're doing?
01:24:14.900 They're spending their hard, their hard earned, uh, money developing a better company and helping
01:24:23.260 defend freedom.
01:24:24.900 But the first thing they do is better their own service for you.
01:24:30.760 That's a crazy idea.
01:24:33.560 Patriot mobile.com slash back Patriot mobile.com slash back switch over.

01:25:04.240 Tonight on Glenn TV, November 3rd was important, but what happens on January 5th is even more
01:25:11.340 critical.
01:25:12.780 Glenn takes you inside the GOP's war room in Georgia and reveals the dark truth behind the
01:25:17.560 Democrat candidates.
01:25:18.840 They're tied to radicals and who's funding their campaigns to unravel the Republic.
01:25:22.840 It all comes down to this battleground, Georgia, the radical Democrats who will transform America
01:25:30.820 tonight, 9 PM Eastern at blaze TV.com slash Glenn.
01:25:46.280 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:25:48.980 And we like sheep have gone astray.
01:25:53.620 We like sheep or I, where are we going to just accept everything now?
01:25:57.640 Here's a, here's my theory, Stu.
01:26:00.880 I'm not a lawyer.
01:26:02.080 I don't, I'm a doctor, but I'm not a lawyer.
01:26:04.400 I can treat lawyers for any kind of head cold to open heart surgery.
01:26:08.920 It's not how it works.
01:26:09.640 Um, but, uh, if they pass this executive order to pay for rich kids, uh, student loans, I,
01:26:22.200 I don't know what I'm going to do.
01:26:23.540 I'm not going to become Wesley Snipes cause they'll single us out for an us.
01:26:28.120 You too.
01:26:28.860 How to pay zero income taxes.
01:26:30.740 Yeah.
01:26:31.020 Go to jail.
01:26:32.120 But I'm telling you, it is the greatest injustice that I didn't go to college because I couldn't
01:26:39.800 afford it.
01:26:40.560 I went one semester and couldn't afford it.
01:26:43.560 So wait, I'm now having to pay for somebody else's student loan.
01:26:48.540 Yeah.
01:26:48.760 And, and of course the somebody else usually are kids of wealthier people, upper class
01:26:53.780 people who could pay for college in the first place.
01:26:55.980 Yeah.
01:26:56.260 Like, you know, like imagine you're a plumber, right?
01:26:59.760 And you get out and you decide I'm going to go work my butt off and try to make a living
01:27:03.180 for my family.
01:27:04.040 And to do that, you got to take a loan out to get a van and you got to get equipment and
01:27:07.800 all that.
01:27:08.540 Did they pay that off?
01:27:09.920 No, we just pay off the guy who's going to read about marks.
01:27:13.780 This is the Glenn Beck program.

01:28:44.540 I pledge my support to economic policies that support industrial and technological revolutions.
01:28:49.740 I pledge my support for your right to say something that I might disagree with.
01:28:54.580 And I reserve my right to say, I disagree with you.
01:28:58.360 I pledge to support policies and use government influence whenever possible to dismantle laws
01:29:05.120 and regulations that restrict the civil liberties of Americans.
01:29:09.400 It goes on.
01:29:10.940 It goes on.

01:29:28.500 It goes over that in much more depth and why we need those those steps.
01:29:32.460 But it's the liberty pledge at not free America dot com.
01:29:35.640 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:29:53.040 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:29:57.200 So have you noticed how many Republican women are going to the House?
01:30:08.780 Oh, yeah, we have a squad of our own.
01:30:12.480 The Truth Squad.
01:30:14.420 Hey, there's something to that.
01:30:15.780 No, there's not.
01:30:16.240 We have one of the women who is now part of this group of conservative women that are new members of Congress,
01:30:28.900 and they know exactly why they're serving.
01:30:33.320 I want to introduce you to one of them in about a minute who I think you're really, really going to love.
01:30:40.440 We do it in 60 seconds.
01:30:42.040 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:30:46.240 All right.
01:30:50.700 Is it rec tech?
01:30:51.360 Do I want to talk about rec tech?
01:30:52.520 Norton 360.

01:30:58.400 Giving back to your community.
01:31:00.840 Wearing a mask.
01:31:02.300 Keeping social distance rules.
01:31:04.880 Making sure you don't hug grandma.
01:31:07.520 Make sure you don't invite her over even because somebody might sneeze.
01:31:12.700 And it might be her.
01:31:13.480 You don't know.
01:31:14.560 I don't want that to happen.
01:31:15.480 I don't want that to happen.
01:31:16.980 Oh, and by the way, while you're online, because there's nothing else to do because your family is all shut up someplace.
01:31:24.100 Make sure you have Norton 360 because there's a cyber criminal looking to steal all your crap.
01:31:28.340 I have to tell you about what happened to my father-in-law.
01:31:31.040 Holy cow.
01:31:32.040 Holy cow.
01:31:33.020 Just happened to him last night.
01:31:35.900 Remind me.
01:31:36.480 Write that down.
01:31:36.960 Remind me.
01:31:37.900 Anyway, it was about cyber crime.

01:32:15.040 Nicole Malia Takis.
01:32:16.680 She is a congresswoman, congresswoman elect from New York.
01:32:21.740 She is part of the huge gain in the House made by mainly Republican women.
01:32:30.960 Welcome to the program, Nicole.
01:32:32.580 How are you?
01:32:34.100 Great.
01:32:34.640 Thank you for having me.
01:32:35.960 So tell me, first of all, I mean, New York.
01:32:41.140 I mean, it was supposed to be an absolute blue wave and it was just the opposite.
01:32:49.100 It was as close to getting to be a red wave as you could probably get.
01:32:56.100 Well, I'll tell you, they held on to all the Republican congressional seats, including that of Rep. Peter King, who was retired and replaced by Andrew Garbarino.
01:33:06.440 And it looks like we took back two seats as well, including mine, defeating incumbent Democrat Max Rose.
01:33:13.100 So this was a seat that has historically been Republican for 30 years, was lost in 2018.
01:33:17.860 And we were able to take it back as an important seat because it is the only Republican voice in Washington from New York City.
01:33:24.320 And, of course, there needs to be a counterbalance here to AOC, in addition to someone who's going to hold Mayor de Blasio accountable from the federal level.
01:33:32.660 So tell me why you ran.
01:33:35.520 Well, look, I'm the daughter of a Cuban refugee.
01:33:39.940 My parents are immigrants.
01:33:41.260 My mom's from Cuba, came in 1959 to flee the Castro regime.
01:33:45.440 My dad is from Greece.
01:33:46.860 I feel it's incredibly important that we preserve the American dream that gave me the opportunity in one generation to become a United States congressperson.
01:33:55.220 It's what makes this country so truly special.
01:33:57.900 Freedoms, liberties, opportunity, the pursuit of happiness.
01:34:01.180 That needs to be preserved.
01:34:02.980 And right now it's under attack by individuals within the ranks of Congress who want to take away those freedoms.
01:34:11.220 They want to increase government.
01:34:14.180 They want to have a takeover and have socialized medicine.
01:34:18.040 They want to stack the court.
01:34:19.160 They want to change the election laws.
01:34:20.600 And they want to really change what makes this nation so unique.
01:34:24.480 And, by the way, it's attracted millions of immigrants like my parents for opportunities.
01:34:29.360 And so I felt it was important.
01:34:31.020 And I'm a state legislator now.
01:34:32.820 And I've decided not to run for that and instead run for Congress.
01:34:36.260 And I'm looking forward to taking my legislative experience to Washington but also taking my passion for this great country that has done so much for my family.
01:34:47.580 And, you know, look, to me it's very special and unique.
01:34:51.240 We need to preserve that.
01:34:52.120 We can't allow others to destroy that.
01:34:53.900 So, Nicole, I think part of the problem here in America, and I would imagine your mom has told you this, when Castro was first around and came to power, they made it very clear he was not a Marxist.
01:35:10.800 He was not a communist, which he was.
01:35:14.060 But that's not the way they sold it.
01:35:16.260 And a lot of people, I think, when these things happen, they think, well, it's not going to be, it won't happen here.
01:35:25.760 And Americans have the, it can't happen here disease.
01:35:30.880 And we are all in ICU on that.
01:35:33.420 How do you convince people that these people are exactly who they say they are?
01:35:40.520 Well, that's the whole idea.
01:35:41.960 My mom always told me, you know, socialism sounds like a great idea on paper.
01:35:46.860 But in practice, it's not only an awful idea, but it just can't be implemented.
01:35:51.260 And to me, you know, socialism is communism light.
01:35:55.400 And what happens when you run out of people's money and you want to retain the power, then you turn into a communist society.
01:36:01.140 What I could tell you is that, look, we have an amazing new class who's going to go out there and talk about this.
01:36:08.700 We have what's turning into a nice alliance, a natural alliance that's forming.
01:36:14.380 We have two other Cubans from Florida, Carlos Jimenez and Maria Salazar.
01:36:21.640 Carlos himself came here at six years old from Cuba.
01:36:24.320 And Maria, like me, is the daughter of Cuban refugee.
01:36:27.540 We also have somebody from the Ukraine who fled Soviet Union rule.
01:36:32.960 And she's a member from Indiana, Victoria Spars.
01:36:35.680 We also have members from Korea who are immigrants here and their parents left North Korea for South Korea.
01:36:40.660 And I have to tell you, we have a story and we have a message for America.
01:36:44.760 We need to get out there and let people know, particularly millennials that think that socialism is something grand when you start.
01:36:52.860 It's the price you pay at the end of the day for what the government says they're going to do for you.
01:36:57.860 Right. And I could tell you, I have family in Cuba.
01:37:00.520 They have no aspirations, no goals, no dreams.
01:37:02.660 They're told by the government what their contribution to society will be.
01:37:06.840 They make, what, measly 15 U.S. dollars a month.
01:37:11.140 And that's why I laugh when I hear Bernie Sanders talk about a fight for 15, you know, a $15 minimum wage,
01:37:18.260 when in reality in a communist society or socialist society, maybe you're lucky if you make $15 a month.
01:37:24.540 But you're wholly owned by the government.
01:37:27.580 And so, you know, that's the thing.
01:37:29.580 It's something that it may sound to some a good idea on paper, but in practice, it's a complete disaster and only brings misery, scripture, freedoms and liberties.
01:37:39.240 And that's what we have to get out there to the American people who may not know what it's like in other countries like we do, particularly those millennials.
01:37:47.080 I have a farm in Idaho and $15 an hour wage would be mind-boggling great.
01:37:58.300 In New York, a $15 a wage would be a horror show.
01:38:03.340 I don't understand why this is a federal problem when every city and every state is different and should decide based on what's happening in their community and their state.
01:38:20.320 Yeah, I mean, and that is something that is a good perspective and point of view.
01:38:25.580 It needs to be understood.
01:38:27.220 I mean, we are seeing the effects of New York's economy.
01:38:29.820 It's not just the minimum wage.
01:38:32.220 It's a lot of other issues, government mandates.
01:38:34.860 And particularly now during COVID, the way that the mayor and the governor have just shut down industries.
01:38:40.480 You know, the tourist industry is just a complete disaster.
01:38:43.480 Theater is closed.
01:38:44.840 The restaurant industry has just mandate and mandate after regulation.
01:38:49.000 You know, it's just it really is hurting our local economy.
01:38:51.840 And that's one of the things I want to work on is to help push to reopen New York's economy.
01:38:55.780 We can do so safely.
01:38:57.760 We need to be smart about it.
01:38:59.100 And we need cooperation from the public, but also restore those jobs lost across the country.
01:39:04.440 And I think that that has to be a major focus, particularly for somebody from New York.
01:39:07.760 You know, it's an economic engine.
01:39:09.500 But there's not there's no I mean, we talk to people from New York.
01:39:13.060 And, you know, I just had some friends out from Los Angeles.
01:39:15.940 First time they've left their neighborhood since this whole thing began in California.
01:39:22.420 And they they came out here and, you know, we went out to a restaurant.
01:39:26.760 They said there are people in restaurants.
01:39:29.020 And we're like, yeah, you know, it's about 50 percent.
01:39:32.460 But, you know, everybody's everybody's being cool about it.
01:39:35.900 And we're basically living our life and just trying to be smart.
01:39:39.380 You don't get that opportunity.
01:39:40.920 And the people in New York that I know, they think we're insane for for not being draconian.
01:39:49.940 Yeah, well, I could say this.
01:39:53.600 New York is having a lot of problems under Mayor de Blasio and the shutdown is one of them.
01:39:59.880 But you also look at the crime has increased exponentially a number of policies that he and the Democrats have put in place under one party rule.
01:40:08.220 They changed the bail laws in New York, which became a complete disaster.
01:40:12.540 Three thousand individuals released, committed nine thousand more crimes, murder and shootings and and burglaries increase.
01:40:19.160 So we've got to get back on track.
01:40:20.420 And the only way we're going to do that is by reversing some of the policies that have been put in place under one party rule.
01:40:25.680 And that's why I'm I'm I contribute in the sense that I'm providing alternative perspective that that needs to be considered if we're going to get New York City back on track.
01:40:35.640 And we need to restore law and order.
01:40:36.980 That's a that's a big issue.
01:40:37.980 It's one of the reasons I think probably the primary reason I won this race was because I support law and order.
01:40:44.220 I support our police.
01:40:45.940 Mayor cut a billion dollars from the NYPD budget.
01:40:48.660 And my opponent had marched, marched alongside those calling for it.
01:40:52.440 And we're seeing crime increase in quality of life deteriorate as a result.
01:40:57.900 But you won't have you won't have control of Congress.
01:41:05.420 It is much better balanced than it was.
01:41:08.540 But you don't have control of Congress.
01:41:11.480 But but what I'm hoping you do have is a united front, because the the left is splitting the Democratic Party.
01:41:21.220 You know, that's absolutely right.
01:41:23.820 And it's refreshing to hear some Democrats actually push back and say, you know, we don't we don't we should not be the party of defunding the police.
01:41:31.580 We should not be the party of socialism.
01:41:33.280 And it's about time, because what they're starting to realize, I think, is no matter how far the left they go, they'll never satisfy that radical fringe group.
01:41:41.600 And that's something New York City needs to learn.
01:41:43.900 They'll never satisfy them.
01:41:45.220 In fact, when they after they cut a billion dollars from the NYPD budget, the first tweet from Ocasio-Cortez was saying defund the police means defund the police.
01:41:52.100 And that's not enough.
01:41:53.380 And I have to say, you know, I agree with you.
01:41:56.440 We need to be united.
01:41:57.700 And I think that's the goal of Leader McCarthy, because we can advance, you know, motions to recommit and amendments if we are all on the same page and work together.
01:42:06.980 So I think that's important.
01:42:07.880 And also, I think, you know, this this this is the smallest majority they're going to have since World War Two.
01:42:14.220 And I don't think Nancy Pelosi has the votes necessarily to be speaker still.
01:42:18.520 And so we have to see what happens there.
01:42:20.080 But I do believe there's opportunity for us as we'll be a governing minority and and hopefully we'll pick up the seats needed to be in the majority two years from now.
01:42:28.000 That would be nice.
01:42:28.820 Thank you so much.
01:42:30.020 Thank you for running.
01:42:30.960 Thank you for standing.
01:42:32.360 And the one thing that America has to get back to is our unum.
01:42:36.920 We have to fight for liberty.
01:42:40.300 That's the only thing that will unite us.
01:42:42.920 And and I don't even know if that's possible anymore, because there's a lot of people that don't believe in it anymore.
01:42:47.740 But but I do.
01:42:50.760 And I think a lot of Americans do.
01:42:53.260 We're not going to come together on policies.
01:42:55.080 We're going to come together on principles if we can find them again.
01:42:58.840 Thank you, Nicole.
01:42:59.660 Appreciate it.
01:43:01.120 Thank you.
01:43:01.780 My website is Nicole for NY dot com.
01:43:03.740 I hope your folks will follow me and I look forward to talking to you again.
01:43:07.060 Thank you very much.
01:43:10.360 All right.
01:43:11.540 I just feel bad talking to people who are going into Congress.
01:43:14.100 I always do.
01:43:15.180 Yeah.
01:43:15.380 You're like.
01:43:17.120 Yeah.
01:43:17.520 Yeah.
01:43:18.200 You don't ask anyone.
01:43:20.300 Here's the lion.
01:43:21.320 Right.
01:43:21.740 Nicole insert head in mouth.
01:43:24.120 You haven't asked anyone in a while how their soul is.
01:43:27.240 What happened to that?
01:43:27.940 It used to be every new candidate.
01:43:29.100 You would always ask, how's your soul?
01:43:30.820 Yeah.
01:43:31.440 I thought about it.
01:43:32.180 You just give it up.
01:43:32.940 I thought about it.
01:43:33.880 Yeah, I kind of did.
01:43:34.860 I kind of did.
01:43:35.520 I mean, you know, if I if I think that there is a real pure one out there who's kind of like,
01:43:44.480 hi, we're going to go and we're going to change the world because now we're those people.
01:43:49.640 I'm like, um, just want to ask you, how's your soul?
01:43:55.260 Right.
01:43:55.680 And there was like, it's great.
01:43:57.000 It's super shiny with God.
01:43:58.520 You're like, yeah.
01:43:59.740 There's going to be some people who are wanting to tarnish that a lot.
01:44:06.600 I think I hope that people know that at this point.
01:44:10.280 I mean, how many times have we heard?
01:44:12.100 Oh, House of Cards, with an exception of the killing.
01:44:16.780 Absolutely the way it is.
01:44:18.060 Right.
01:44:18.740 You're like, and when we say the exception of the killing, there's more killing in the real life.
01:44:22.740 Yeah.
01:44:23.020 Real life.
01:44:23.580 There's a lot more killing.
01:44:24.380 Much more killing.
01:44:25.360 Hey, it's a train.
01:44:26.480 Oh, another body found under it.
01:44:28.040 Anyway, let me tell you a little bit about Goldline.
01:44:33.020 You are going to see the dollar start to crater, and that is going to be intentionally done.
01:44:40.480 Did you see that Mitch McConnell could not get Trump's Federal Reserve chair?
01:44:48.340 Well, Grassley wasn't there, right?
01:44:50.420 I know.
01:44:50.640 Two people weren't there.
01:44:52.160 From COVID exposure.
01:44:53.600 He has it, right?
01:44:54.200 Yeah, he has it, but they have until Thanksgiving to be able to get him in, because then I think there's somebody else being sworn in for a seat, and so they won't have the numbers to be able to pass this.
01:45:09.220 They've got to pass that.
01:45:11.180 They are holding up his Federal Reserve chair nominee because this person believes in, I don't know, back money up with gold or something, you know?
01:45:22.520 Have a standard.
01:45:23.320 We can't print everything.
01:45:24.640 That person has got to get in to be able to slow people down, but we'll see.
01:45:29.300 Money is going to start falling apart on us in the next 12 months, 24 months.
01:45:34.740 Could be sooner, could be later.
01:45:36.480 Goldline is the place that I have trusted for a very long time to take my fiat money and turn it into gold or silver.
01:45:50.680 And gold or silver that you can actually spend.
01:45:54.400 I think gold is going to get so expensive if the world breaks down that it'll be good for, you know, having, you know, big sums of money.
01:46:02.760 But I think silver is going to be the coin of the realm for at least a little while as they destroy this.
01:46:09.100 You're going to have to have something of value.
01:46:11.420 Please call Goldline now and ask them about investing in gold or silver.
01:46:17.440 Also, ask about their holiday and retirement account specials so you are prepared.
01:46:24.160 Now, you also can get some great holiday gifts for the kids and the grandkids.
01:46:29.620 My grandpa used to give out silver dollars when the dollars were actually silver.
01:46:35.660 And it was the greatest thing.
01:46:37.900 I don't know what I did.
01:46:38.980 I think I spent all of them, and I regret that.
01:46:41.500 But if you want to create a lasting memory, go get some silver dollars or get these holiday season coins that you can get now.
01:46:51.280 They're pure silver, and they have Santa or sleighs or, you know, snowmen on them.
01:46:56.560 Check them out now at Goldline.
01:46:58.320 866-GOLDLINE.
01:46:59.900 866-GOLDLINE.
01:47:01.220 They're waiting for your call right now.
01:47:03.720 Please check in to gold or silver as a lifeline at goldline.com.
01:47:09.420 10 seconds, station ID.
01:47:11.500 So I get home last night, and my wife says to me, my mom just called.
01:47:33.600 And I said, what happened?
01:47:35.760 And she said she just got called by somebody who said they're calling from Google to let you know that your Apple account has been hacked into.
01:47:48.600 That's what Google does all the time.
01:47:50.440 All the time.
01:47:50.900 They're always like, hey, I'm concerned about these people's Apple accounts.
01:47:53.660 Right.
01:47:53.700 Here's the thing.
01:47:54.560 They don't call you.
01:47:56.280 Apple doesn't call you out of the blue.
01:47:59.120 This happened to my son-in-law.
01:48:00.220 Happened to me, too.
01:48:01.440 I got a call once, and it said, on the caller ID, on my iPhone, it said it was from Apple.
01:48:06.220 Yeah.
01:48:06.780 Not from Apple.
01:48:07.920 It was not from Apple.
01:48:09.060 You just hang up on that, and then you call Apple.
01:48:11.900 Say, great.
01:48:12.620 I'll call you right back.
01:48:13.860 Hang up.
01:48:14.680 Call Apple.
01:48:15.740 They don't do this.
01:48:16.860 But they worried that they'd been hacked into, and so can you give us the banking information, and can you give us all this information?
01:48:25.500 And my father-in-law said they had, like, so much.
01:48:31.480 That's identity theft.
01:48:33.200 They have so much of your information.
01:48:35.700 They can convince you that they know everything.
01:48:39.440 He said they had all the account.
01:48:40.800 They had everything.
01:48:41.480 They just didn't have account numbers, et cetera, et cetera, but they had enough to make a good, compelling argument.
01:48:48.020 Wow.
01:48:48.640 That's scary.
01:48:49.680 That's what you—when we say that people are stealing your identity and they're selling it on the dark web, that's what I mean.
01:48:56.820 They sell pieces of it because with just a few pieces, they can put it all together.
01:49:02.140 And it's amazing.
01:49:04.160 They prey on older people who are much more trustworthy.
01:49:10.300 And, you know, a phone call used to be a phone call, especially if you look down and it says Apple.
01:49:15.700 Well, how do you—you can't fake that.
01:49:17.320 Oh, yes, you can.
01:49:19.000 Yes, you can.
01:49:19.660 And they do.
01:49:21.780 It's just amazing how many things are going on now.
01:49:25.760 I mean, we're just getting arrows from everywhere, from everywhere.
01:49:30.100 So, what are you doing for Thanksgiving, besides going out and buying masks for everybody?
01:49:37.420 We do have a—I know this is going to sound illegal to many, but a family gathering.
01:49:44.320 I, you know, we'll take precautions at times.
01:49:47.420 I think you try not to sneeze on each other as much as possible.
01:49:50.800 And we do have the benefit of being in Texas, where it's very nice outside right now.
01:49:55.040 So, probably we'll eat outside.
01:49:58.000 I think that's a smart precaution to take.
01:49:59.920 I think taking basic precautions is a good idea in the current circumstance.
01:50:05.200 That does not mean the government gets to tell you whether you get to go see Mommy or not.
01:50:09.160 That's where I think the issue is becoming so offensive to people.
01:50:14.060 Because you see people like Gavin Newsom, who tell you, you can't see your family.
01:50:17.740 And then there's pictures of him indoors, just having a random meal.
01:50:21.300 And the California legislators that went over to Hawaii for the big conference.
01:50:25.960 Yeah.
01:50:26.260 Oh my gosh.
01:50:27.740 Really?
01:50:28.880 Really?
01:50:29.240 You're in Hawaii, but I can't go see Mom.
01:50:31.680 Yeah.
01:50:31.920 Oh, okay.
01:50:32.900 This is the problem.
01:50:33.980 People think this is a scam because the media put such a tight lid on anyone questioning anything.
01:50:42.260 Instead of saying, hey, all questions are valid.
01:50:44.900 We don't know.
01:50:46.160 Let's look into those.
01:50:47.700 And exposing them and, you know, having reasonable conversations.
01:50:51.700 Instead, they forced you to do everything.
01:50:55.520 That makes people repel and go, I don't know if I trust anything.
01:51:01.080 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:51:04.060 But they can't figure it out.
01:51:05.360 They don't know what's causing these people.
01:51:07.840 All right.

01:52:25.780 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:52:35.740 Tonight, 9 p.m. on Blaze TV.
01:52:38.080 Democrats are trying to hide how radical and how Marxist the Senate candidates really are in Georgia.
01:52:47.720 They're trying to sell them as moderates, but they are anything but.
01:52:51.100 And we go through their records tonight.
01:52:53.800 Voters have rejected the radical Marxist and progressives en masse this last election.
01:53:01.780 Americans, I think, were saying, yeah, yeah, we may not want all the crazy texting, but we really don't want all the Marxist crazy either.
01:53:10.760 We're going to show you tonight the Green New Deal, defund the police.
01:53:14.460 It's all on the table.
01:53:16.400 And they balk at us saying that they're Marxists, but we'll show you who they really are.
01:53:22.080 Raphael Warnock, he is the man running against Kelly Loeffler.
01:53:26.720 He has preached to his own congregation.
01:53:29.360 He's a he's a pastor about socialism and single payer health care.
01:53:34.120 Listen, I'm so sick and tired of all of these folk talking about socialistic medicine.
01:53:40.560 You're giving in to socialism.
01:53:42.920 And I really get upset when I hear Christians in the midst of this debate talking about socialism.
01:53:49.540 They ought to go back and read Acts chapter two, where the Bible says that the church had all things in common.
01:53:58.600 I'm trying to figure out how that works in a socialist socialism.
01:54:04.780 Uh, we have, uh, we have somebody in studio that I think is the, just one of the bravest guys, uh, out there.
01:54:14.840 We've had him on the program before.
01:54:16.360 Uh, he comes, you know, mainly to this program for his, uh, you know, for his sports information.
01:54:22.520 Right.
01:54:23.100 Because you know sports so much.
01:54:24.700 So well.
01:54:25.240 Uh, Jason Whitlock is, uh, with us now host of fearless with Jason Whitlock.
01:54:30.060 Welcome.
01:54:30.600 How are you?
01:54:31.200 I'm great.
01:54:31.920 Thank you for having me, Glenn.
01:54:34.180 Before you take me down the path, I just want to make, I want the viewers, listeners to know how well I was treated when I arrived in Dallas.
01:54:43.780 You know, I pull up and I see, is that a Maybach out front?
01:54:46.760 What is, what is, what is Glenn drive here?
01:54:48.740 What is that?
01:54:49.760 A Maybach?
01:54:49.940 This is not something we, it's not something we, there's a Maybach out here, but you know what Glenn sent to pick me up from the airport?
01:54:58.780 What?
01:54:59.180 Some little, I don't even know, some little Chevrolet Cruze, the tiniest car I've been in since I was a little kid.
01:55:07.880 Look, we run a clown car.
01:55:10.040 It had fast food trash in the back.
01:55:12.660 That's me squashed into the back of the car that Glenn sent for me.
01:55:17.100 And I pull up, and Glenn's Maybach is reading me, and I'm like, wow, he's sending a message to you.
01:55:24.600 Wow.
01:55:27.020 I did not know that we picked you up in that.
01:55:29.920 Next time, I'll send you the nice car.
01:55:32.040 I needed that.
01:55:33.780 I needed that.
01:55:34.740 So, Jason, you are, what is pushing you to be as honest as anyone, beyond what anyone dares to be now?
01:55:49.960 I don't feel like I have a choice.
01:55:53.680 There's a couple of things, what's pushing me.
01:55:56.380 Actually, my grandmother, Lovie Kennedy, we called her Mama Lovie, greatest influence on my life, raised me in a little small Baptist church.
01:56:07.560 And again, my parents were very involved in my life.
01:56:09.740 I live with my, but my grandmother was just an angel from God.
01:56:14.180 And amazing things happened in her life, not good, but some just awesome.
01:56:21.800 You know, her father, the KKK, tried to lynch her father, and they ran her family out of Kentucky.
01:56:29.480 And she was very bitter for a long time in her youth.
01:56:34.600 She became a Christian, and it took every bit of bitterness and anger away from her.
01:56:42.100 And she became this person we all called Mama Lovie.
01:56:46.040 She was the essence of Christian love.
01:56:48.620 And so that has been implanted in me, a seed she put in me as a kid that is really taking root.
01:56:55.620 And it doesn't, I mean, what's being planted in, I think, all of us, but in our churches, especially in the black community, what's being planted now are seeds of anger and vindictiveness, Marxism.
01:57:11.260 I mean, it's bad.
01:57:12.520 The church, the black church in particular, has been taken over by politics.
01:57:17.640 And politics is God, and Barack Obama is Jesus, and Donald Trump is Satan.
01:57:25.100 And I deal with this within my family.
01:57:28.940 Me and my mother argue about it all the time.
01:57:31.980 You know, I just, I try to interpret the world through God's eyes, not through what the mainstream media is telling me.
01:57:40.600 And it's, but when you go back to what's driving me, I'm really concerned about this country.
01:57:46.680 And so you factor that with my mother, and then I'm looking at our country, embrace socialism, which is the gateway drug to communism, which is the gateway drug to full Marxism.
01:57:59.520 And then I'm trying to explain to people, like, hey, man, these Marxism, communism, so they're all hostile to religion and faith.
01:58:08.120 Oh, yeah.
01:58:08.440 And our faith is the American, religious freedom, and particularly for African Americans, faith is why we survive 300, 400 years of oppression.
01:58:21.940 We're a modern miracle.
01:58:23.840 And I wrote about it this week about Patrick Moynihan's, the Moynihan Report in 1965, where he was like, wow.
01:58:31.360 When he looked and studied black people, it was like, it's incredible, it's extraordinary that they survived this.
01:58:37.820 And he didn't say this, but when I read it, my only answer is it had to be God.
01:58:42.360 And to see us as a community, America, but black people in particular, become more and more secular, scares the heck out of me, Glenn.
01:58:54.480 It scares the heck out of me.
01:58:55.400 If God is your God and you have an understanding of the Christian, the real Christian God, he's all about forgiveness.
01:59:02.040 He's all about you live your life in a way like he would.
01:59:08.040 And even when he's being nailed to the cross, he's asking for God to forgive them.
01:59:13.120 If government is your God, they need you to be a soldier, and they need you to march and make sure you browbeat anyone else to get them into the party and get them to stand in line.
01:59:29.400 That is absolutely correct.
01:59:31.720 What's most concerning for me as a black person, though, is we've created this black pride religion.
01:59:39.460 This black what?
01:59:40.120 Black pride religion, where we're out evangelizing, literally, love us.
01:59:47.300 And people think that's just like a harmless thing.
01:59:49.700 NBA players had it on the back of their jerseys this summer when they finished up their season.
01:59:55.080 They're making Beats by Dre.
01:59:56.740 Major corporations are making commercials about you love me or begging people to love blackness.
02:00:03.780 And it all sounds good.
02:00:06.180 But as a Christian, I should be out evangelizing, love God.
02:00:11.540 That will emancipate you.
02:00:13.340 That will lead you in a better direction.
02:00:15.780 That will be your salvation.
02:00:17.560 There is no salvation in loving your skin color.
02:00:21.080 That's not an anti-black statement.
02:00:23.420 That's just the reality.
02:00:25.140 There's no salvation if I loved my skin color.
02:00:27.560 None.
02:00:28.300 Again, white pride is demonized.
02:00:32.200 Black pride is celebrated.
02:00:34.440 Why would white liberals would demonize any white person?
02:00:38.480 You've got to love white people and white pride, but they would demonize any because they know that's poison.
02:00:43.660 They know that that's not good for you.
02:00:45.220 So who are who are the because I'm convinced Johnson, President Johnson and his when they made this big turn, these guys were practically Klan members at the time.
02:00:59.360 They were known racist their entire life.
02:01:02.320 And even after they, quote unquote, had a conversion, they were still pretty damn racist.
02:01:08.080 Who who are these liberals or who were they?
02:01:10.940 I think for Lyndon Johnson, having to, as racist as he was, having to negotiate with Martin Luther King Jr., I don't think he liked that.
02:01:21.080 I think he came up with a solution.
02:01:24.580 So this will never happen again.
02:01:26.320 Yeah.
02:01:26.640 And they pivoted black people and that whole civil rights movement driven by Christians and people of religious faith.
02:01:35.100 It doesn't just have to be Christian, but people that submitted to a higher power.
02:01:38.720 That whole movement comes from out of the church and comes from out of faith in God, faith in a higher power.
02:01:45.100 They were we're going to cut off that power, connect these people to politics and other things.
02:01:49.840 And now black people's identity is connected to liberalism.
02:01:54.120 You have to in order to be black, you have to be liberal.
02:01:56.940 And as black people, I don't think we fully understand how the label liberal is being used.
02:02:03.440 That's it to me.
02:02:05.120 And it'll take time.
02:02:06.680 I'll say it and you'll have to think about it for a day to fully get it.
02:02:10.040 But the label liberalism is the new KKK hood.
02:02:15.080 You just put it over your head and no one knows you're a bigot.
02:02:18.660 And so you can be as bigot as you want to be.
02:02:20.360 You put the KKK hood on.
02:02:21.600 You can go out and kill people, burn crosses.
02:02:24.200 No one knows it's you.
02:02:25.320 You get to do all kinds of racism and then go back into your life and pretend like it wasn't you.
02:02:31.140 Put the liberal hood on.
02:02:32.960 You can do anything and there is no condemnation.
02:02:38.400 Anything you do is a gift from God.
02:02:41.320 If you write the crime bill that black people say led to mass incarceration, Joe Biden, because he's got that liberal hood on.
02:02:50.240 It's Joe Biden.
02:02:51.680 He's a liberal.
02:02:52.440 That was an unintended consequences.
02:02:56.100 That was an honest mistake.
02:02:57.420 There was no intent there.
02:02:59.260 There was no malice.
02:03:02.080 Juxtapose that to conservative.
02:03:03.800 There's no upside to being called a conservative.
02:03:06.600 If you're white, you're racist, homophobic and just anything bad.
02:03:11.840 If you're black, you're a sellout.
02:03:14.860 And so I'm not even political.
02:03:17.180 I've never voted.
02:03:19.040 I'm not really into politics.
02:03:21.060 I'm just not as bothered my whole family that I'm just not into it.
02:03:24.540 But I am conservative because of my upbringing in the church and my upbringing as a football player, as an athlete.
02:03:31.000 I am conservative.
02:03:32.380 There's no upside.
02:03:33.820 Oh, now I'm a sellout.
02:03:35.560 Now I must not like black people.
02:03:37.660 But you throw that liberal hood on, all is forgiven.
02:03:42.520 You can rape, kill, plan abortion clinics in every black neighborhood across the country.
02:03:50.920 They're just killing them babies.
02:03:52.560 That's good for them.
02:03:53.400 Anything that they do is a positive if you put that liberal hood on.
02:03:59.940 And I just I'm trying to wake black people up like, hey, the KKK has no influence, no power, no real traction anymore.
02:04:10.460 They've converted to liberal.
02:04:13.220 And that's what's undermining black people's freedom, rise, success, elevation.
02:04:21.780 And this whole thing of looking at black skin as the defining characteristic of black people that started 400 years ago with people that enslave black people.
02:04:33.020 Oh, you're black.
02:04:34.020 That defines you.
02:04:34.800 That means your freedom is limited in X, Y and Z ways.
02:04:39.740 Now they're coming 400 years later.
02:04:42.320 The descendants, the ideological descendants of those people have let's capitalize the B.
02:04:48.480 The AP did this.
02:04:49.520 The Associated Press and all the mainstream media has followed.
02:04:52.580 Black is this special characteristic and distinction that we set off in a category different than everybody else.
02:04:59.080 And we we get to define what black is and we now limit your ability.
02:05:06.000 You go out and chase being black while everybody else goes out, chases freedom, chases faith in God, chases family, chases intelligence.
02:05:16.460 Those they get to go after those characteristics as they're defining.
02:05:20.240 There are men, women to sit out there.
02:05:22.020 You know, I want to be known as a family man.
02:05:23.500 I want to be known as a Christian.
02:05:24.940 I want to be known as an honest person.
02:05:26.820 As black people, the only option we have is you have to be known as black and white liberals in Hollywood, in the music industry and in the movie and TV industry, they get to decide what black is.
02:05:41.260 And then you have to live up to that standard.
02:05:43.640 It is crazy.
02:05:44.560 I could spend a long time with you.
02:05:47.580 I'd love to have you on one of the podcasts where I could just let you run, because I think what you say, what you write is so well thought out and and needs to be heard, really needs to be heard.
02:06:01.080 I'm glad your voice is out there.
02:06:03.160 Appreciate it, Glenn.
02:06:03.860 Thank you.
02:06:04.380 Give me a better car next time I come.
02:06:05.980 All right.
02:06:10.920 Let me tell you about relief factor.
02:06:13.340 Relief factor has had a big impact on so many people in this audience.
02:06:18.680 I, for one, used to suffer from horrible pain all the time.
02:06:22.000 Didn't think I could be able to use my hands anymore.
02:06:24.240 I wouldn't be able to.
02:06:25.360 I mean, I'm sitting here with a pen and a piece of paper in front of me.
02:06:27.640 I like to actually physically write things, and I didn't think I would be able to anymore because my pain was so bad.
02:06:35.860 Skeptical at first.
02:06:36.860 It took my wife basically yelling at me and saying, try this, or I'm not going to listen to you whine anymore.
02:06:42.520 I didn't think it would work because I tried everything.
02:06:45.340 Relief factor.
02:06:46.340 It works for about 70% of the people who try.
02:06:49.660 It doesn't work for everybody, but 70% of the people who try it go on to order more month after month because it works.
02:06:55.780 Just try a three-week quick start to see if you're in that 70%.
02:06:59.620 I, luckily enough, was in that 70%.
02:07:03.200 Go to relieffactor.com or call 800-500-8384.
02:07:07.160 800-500-8384.
02:07:09.100 It's relieffactor.com.
02:07:13.140 You're listening to Glenn Beck.
02:07:18.560 This is the Glenn Beck program.
02:07:21.080 We're glad you're here.
02:07:22.680 We have quite a special on tonight.
02:07:26.140 We're going to go over the two guys that are running for the Senate for the Democrats in Georgia.
02:07:34.640 And if these guys win, it's over.
02:07:38.460 It really is over because they'll have the House, the Senate, and the White House.
02:07:42.180 People are really relaxing, I feel like.
02:07:44.600 And they're like, oh, well, you know, we've got the Senate at least.
02:07:47.300 It's like, wait a minute.
02:07:47.920 You don't have the Senate yet.
02:07:49.080 You don't.
02:07:49.340 You don't have it yet.
02:07:50.300 You have to win at least one.
02:07:52.560 And you really need two.
02:07:53.340 You need two because, right?
02:07:55.620 A tie will be broken by Kamala.
02:07:58.960 And we should talk about the Alaska ballot measure, too, at some point maybe this week about how that one advantage is about to turn into about a half advantage because of the way that vote turned out.
02:08:09.060 And, you know, it's a significant thing.
02:08:11.740 Even with two, you could lose people.
02:08:14.940 You have Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins.
02:08:17.640 Mitt Romney.
02:08:18.920 I mean, you don't have this locked.
02:08:22.660 You really need both of them.
02:08:23.620 I mean, you don't think that Mitt Romney will go for any crazy tax plan, any kind of crazy giveaway.
02:08:31.380 You bet he will.
02:08:32.340 He'll sell our rights down the river.
02:08:34.280 He doesn't understand them.
02:08:35.960 And these are tiny, tiny, tiny margins in the state.
02:08:39.420 You saw how close it was.
02:08:40.960 I mean, Purdue was almost got to 50 percent, but not quite.
02:08:45.600 You know, Trump at this point down 13 or 11,000 votes, whatever it is at this moment.
02:08:49.640 But, like, this is a purple, purple, purple state right now.
02:08:53.420 You should not be taken.
02:08:54.260 This is not Georgia, you know, 1995.
02:08:57.920 This is Georgia 2020 is a totally different place that is a purple state.
02:09:02.400 And if Republicans do not get out and do something about this election, you could have Joe Biden and Kamala Harris with complete control of the government.
02:09:10.560 Complete control.
02:09:13.340 Complete control.
02:09:14.140 Along with the little brown shirts, pushing them even more left on the streets.
02:09:20.940 Could be really a fun time.
02:09:23.000 We've got to win in Georgia.
02:09:25.300 Don't miss today's episode, 9 p.m.
02:09:27.260 Blaze TV.
02:09:27.920 That program.
02:09:28.600 That program.
02:09:30.760 That program.
