The Glenn Beck Program - Dems WILL Pack the Court ｜ Guests： Salena Zito & Jason Whitlock ｜ 10⧸27⧸20

00:00:00.000 Thank you very much, Hillary. I want to thank a new sponsor that is coming onto the program.

00:00:05.080 It's actually a new book called Not Free America. It is written by Mike Donovan, and this guy has

00:00:12.220 fought tyranny for many, many, many years as the founder of the nation's largest pro bono civil

00:00:18.160 rights law firm. As Donovan puts it in his new book, Not Free America, our Bill of Rights has

00:00:24.100 been under attack for long, long before COVID-19 or George Floyd's murder. If you refuse to surrender

00:00:32.080 your liberty to any earthly power, this is a book you need to read. Not Free America solves the issues

00:00:38.860 of the citizens being used by the government. It's more than a book. It actually has a solution in it.

00:00:44.440 I want you to visit notfreeamerica.com, take the Liberty Pledge, and order your copy today. Find

00:00:51.020 out how to stop the overreaching abuse of our government and what actions you can take that

00:00:57.800 will make things much, much better. We have to work together and do better to fix our ever-compounding

00:01:03.700 liberty crisis in America. If we can unite around the concept of liberty, we can create lasting

00:01:10.860 greatness. Remember, the most significant changes usually come from a crisis. Do your part. Visit

00:01:16.920 notfreeamerica.com today. That's notfreeamerica.com. Order your book today.

00:01:25.760 I kind of thought that we had no problems here in America. I can't believe we would need a book like

00:01:29.200 that. Oh, wait till you hear the show. We have no problems. Oh, good. Good. Yeah.

00:01:33.440 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment. This is the Glenn Beck

00:02:02.700 program. Ah, good news from The Economist. They project the Democratic nominee Joe Biden will win

00:02:13.360 350 electoral votes far above the 270 needed to win the White House. In addition to the polls,

00:02:21.420 the model relies on individual states, political economic factors, and notes that states with

00:02:26.020 similar demographics are more likely to move with each other. They say that he's also going to win

00:02:31.740 54% of the popular vote, beating Donald Trump by over eight points. It also gives Biden a 95% chance

00:02:41.200 to win Wisconsin and Michigan, 91% chance to win Pennsylvania. So that's great. Oh, and they also say,

00:02:48.840 tipping point, we're going to lose the Senate as well. Good news. You have got to take this seriously.

00:03:01.500 All hands on deck. This is the last gasp of America. This is the last gasp of freedom. That is hyperbole.

00:03:12.400 Normally, when you would say that, or I would have to project way out. But I don't have to. In the next 20

00:03:19.120 minutes, you will see exactly why this is the last gasp of our Constitution. It's beyond hanging by a

00:03:29.140 thread. Joe Biden and his administration are giant scissors, and we'll show you what he's about to cut

00:03:35.860 in 60 seconds. This is the Glenn Beck Program. Okay, well, if you haven't thought about security

00:03:44.760 at your home, you might want to. There are over 200 protests. Several cities now are preparing for

00:03:51.500 riots, which is what we normally do here in America. I got a story coming up where it talks about

00:03:56.700 how, you know, America has a very violent past with protests. We do? Since when? When do we have

00:04:05.780 really violent past? It's called the Tea Party, Glenn. Oh, sorry. You're right. You're right. When

00:04:11.900 you're right, you're right, Stu. I forgot we were on New History now. SimpliSafe will help you protect

00:04:17.120 your home. SimpliSafe will make it easy and affordable to have the best home security on

00:04:42.440 Just go to SimpliSafeBeck.com. Oh, that's great. Now, I have another poll that came out. I actually

00:04:53.760 have two polls that show the exact opposite of the one I just told you about. We'll get to that here

00:04:57.900 in just a second. But let me give you some stories. This one from USA Today. Tabitha Converse is quietly

00:05:03.600 preparing for Election Day and the weeks beyond by stocking her basement pantry with canned goods,

00:05:09.500 toilet paper, and other basic supplies. She's even persuaded her husband to buy a hunting rifle just

00:05:17.460 in case. It just seemed, well, stupid isn't the right word, but it just doesn't make sense to be 0.99

00:05:24.300 ill-prepared, she says. A lifelong Republican who voted Democrat in the presidential race for the 0.99

00:05:30.880 first time this year. A civil war? Yeah. Well, it could last for years. We don't have a year's worth

00:05:37.920 of supplies. And if it went on for years, well, I told my husband, you could always go out and shoot a 0.84

00:05:43.560 deer. No, sweetheart. And I say that with love and respect that all sweethearts deserve. But

00:05:50.940 that's not exactly the way it works. Because you voted for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. May I remind

00:05:59.880 you where they stand on gun control and the Second Amendment? The biggest mistake that Bernie made,

00:06:07.580 the Senator Sanders made, he voted to give the gun manufacturers, the only major industry in America,

00:06:14.520 a loophole that does not allow them to be sued for the carnage they are creating. First thing I'll do

00:06:22.160 as president is work to get rid of that. It's going to be hard. I will give the United States Congress

00:06:26.300 100 days to get their act together and have the courage to pass reasonable gun safety laws. And if

00:06:32.300 they fail to do it, then I will take executive action. There is no rationale to own a military style

00:06:39.160 weapon, an AR-15, that if you're a hunter and you need an AR-15, you shouldn't be out there hunting.

00:06:46.640 I'll require that we support the ATF in taking the licenses of gun dealers who violate the law.

00:06:51.660 You don't need an AR-15. It's harder to aim. It's harder to use. And in fact, you don't need 30

00:06:59.340 rounds to protect yourself. In the process of doing that, we have collected over 1,200 firearms from the

00:07:06.960 hands of individuals who are on a list because they were known to have purchased a firearm and

00:07:14.000 they were known to be a danger to themselves or society. I introduced the first assault weapons

00:07:19.840 ban. I, in fact, got it passed. I'm the only guy that beat the NRA twice. This is not about saying

00:07:25.980 we're going to take everyone's guns away. We're saying we need reasonable gun safety laws, including

00:07:31.100 universal background checks. And to your point, Chris, a renewal of the assault weapons ban. It's just

00:07:35.520 the right thing to do. There's no threat to the Second Amendment by telling people there are

00:07:41.660 certain weapons they cannot own. Okay. Well, let me give you one more. And I have to kind of

00:07:47.060 translate as we go along because it's hard to hear. But this is just Joe Biden, just a couple of

00:07:55.000 months ago, talking to somebody who came up to him in a crowd. I want you to listen.

00:07:58.820 I did not say that. Beto says you're going to take guns. I didn't say that. It's not true.

00:08:04.980 It's a viral video like the other ones you've put down to do. It's a lie. It's a lie.

00:08:09.740 Your voice, you said you were going to be taking our guns.

00:08:13.400 AR-14s are going to go. 1.00

00:08:19.720 Don't try me, pal.

00:08:21.020 Look, here's the deal. You're going to be able to own a machine gun?

00:08:34.800 Own a machine gun? I said, are you going to be able to own a machine gun?

00:08:37.940 So he's saying AR-14s, which everybody has an AR-14.

00:09:00.860 AR-14 machine guns?

00:09:02.460 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:09:03.120 They're all machine guns. And why do you need 100 rounds?

00:09:05.460 I don't know. If somebody's coming to my house,

00:09:09.160 I want as many rounds as it's going to take to stop people.

00:09:13.600 You know what I mean?

00:09:14.740 If somebody is coming to attack me, if a mob is coming,

00:09:19.100 I want as many rounds as we possibly can ever have.

00:09:23.920 Does the military say, come on, come on, come on?

00:09:27.200 How many rounds do you really need to protect this platoon?

00:09:31.000 There's another idea. Don't ask me what I'm doing with it.

00:09:33.740 Leave me alone. It's none of your business. Thank you.

00:09:36.960 Well, the woman who is a Republican who voted Democrat for the first time

00:09:41.800 is expecting a civil war.

00:09:44.260 She said, and now listen to this, listen to this.

00:09:47.080 The angst follows months of widespread Black Lives Matter social justice protests.

00:09:51.640 More than 90% were peaceful.

00:09:53.440 But some conservative news outlets and GOP leaders,

00:09:56.760 including President Donald Trump,

00:09:58.220 have pointed to looting and destruction to argue that more federal law enforcement is needed

00:10:03.760 to guard against violence, aiming their message squarely at suburban women.

00:10:09.180 On the other side, there's the fear that right-wing anti-government extremists

00:10:13.900 responding to the largest civil rights movement in 50 years

00:10:17.940 have now aligned themselves with Donald Trump.

00:10:20.480 After years of growing hate crimes and violence,

00:10:24.380 experts say there is a concern that armed right-wing terrorists

00:10:28.400 might take to the streets if there are delays in the election results

00:10:32.600 or an unfavorable outcome, such as Democrat Joe Biden taking the White House.

00:10:38.540 While the U.S. has a long history of violent protest,

00:10:42.080 from the firebombings and shootings at abortion clinics by anti-abortion extremists,

00:10:47.620 to the 25 committed by left-wing Weather Underground Terror Group opposing Vietnam racism,

00:10:54.940 experts say widespread predictions of election-related violence are unprecedented.

00:11:01.200 Further fueling the potential violence,

00:11:03.340 the staggering number of guns bought this year.

00:11:06.420 Gun dealers in June ran more than 3.9 million background checks on purchasers

00:11:10.640 through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System,

00:11:14.460 the highest number ever recorded in a single month.

00:11:17.100 While background checks are not an exact measure of gun sales,

00:11:20.760 they are widely used as a proxy.

00:11:24.020 The violence will occur either way, says Gallagher.

00:11:27.080 I don't know who Gallagher is.

00:11:28.700 I must have missed it someplace else.

00:11:30.360 If Biden wins, it'll be an excuse to try to delegitimize the results

00:11:35.560 and go after perceived enemies on the left.

00:11:39.060 And, of course, that means labeling pretty much anyone you disagree with,

00:11:43.280 Antifa.

00:11:43.800 But I worry, too, if Trump wins, this will signal to those far-right groups

00:11:49.240 that have supported him, extremist groups like the Oath Keepers, Proud Boys,

00:11:53.300 and other groups like this, that they will see this like open season

00:11:57.320 and go after people that have been opponents of Trump.

00:12:00.100 So even if he wins, you know, I think violence is going to happen.

00:12:04.180 It's just going to be an opening of a door.

00:12:06.440 May I suggest, if you are promoting this and you're expecting it,

00:12:11.700 you will get what you expect.

00:12:14.000 I don't expect that.

00:12:16.200 I don't want it.

00:12:17.560 I pray against it.

00:12:19.200 Please, Lord, please protect us.

00:12:22.180 Please thwart all of those that are trying to create violence.

00:12:26.060 Please let those who are smoke and mirrors be defeated, be exposed. 0.83

00:12:36.220 But Amnesty International documented about 200 violent conflicts between protest groups

00:12:41.160 out of approximately 12,000 protests nationally.

00:12:45.260 Most violence occurred, according to Amnesty International,

00:12:48.220 when armed right-wing groups showed up.

00:12:51.100 Trump has repeatedly said several cities with Democratic mayors are going to hell.

00:13:03.900 They've called him Satan. 0.85

00:13:05.560 They've called him Hitler.

00:13:07.140 They've called him Mussolini.

00:13:09.620 He's warned more cities will descend into chaos if Biden wins the presidency.

00:13:14.200 Yes, it will.

00:13:15.360 What makes you think that it won't?

00:13:17.580 What evidence do you have that shows that Biden and the left want these things to stop?

00:13:26.120 They are being funded by left-wing billionaires.

00:13:31.220 That's what's happening.

00:13:33.440 Now, it didn't help at all how the Republicans,

00:13:37.500 they took extremist Amy Coney Barrett

00:13:42.040 and they confirmed her last night.

00:13:45.060 Let me just give you some of the headlines, some of the things that were said.

00:13:49.200 This is Kamala Harris.

00:13:51.180 Today, Republicans denied the will of the American people

00:13:54.260 and confirmed a Supreme Court justice through an illegitimate process.

00:13:59.660 What's illegitimate about it?

00:14:01.220 Where is it illegitimate?

00:14:02.240 It's not illegitimate.

00:14:03.620 Even Jake Tapper has gone on and said,

00:14:06.460 there's nothing non-constitutional or unconstitutional.

00:14:09.200 This is exactly what the Constitution spells out.

00:14:12.680 All of their effort to gut the Affordable Care Act

00:14:15.700 and strip health care from millions of people.

00:14:19.280 Oh, we won't forget this.

00:14:21.500 Is that a threat?

00:14:22.700 Because it sounds like a threat.

00:14:25.280 The left-wing anti-Trump group Indivisible said,

00:14:29.060 Mitch McConnell and his Republican cronies

00:14:31.120 affirmed Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court,

00:14:33.560 tarnishing the legacy of the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg

00:14:37.120 and undermining whatever remaining faith the public still had

00:14:40.720 in the court as an institution.

00:14:42.380 So now, they don't have any faith in the Supreme Court.

00:14:47.460 Let's make this clear.

00:14:49.240 The Supreme Court is now under the control of six far-right ideologues

00:14:53.840 who have been chosen and confirmed not to administer justice,

00:14:57.760 but to administer the wins for the Republican Party.

00:15:02.560 Amy Coney Barrett is a threat to health and safety of all Americans. 1.00

00:15:08.960 Oh, okay.

00:15:10.840 We also had Ocasio-Cortez.

00:15:13.780 She tweeted, expand the court. 0.99

00:15:16.720 Ilan Omar, expand the court.

00:15:20.600 She said, we are going to take back the White House

00:15:23.120 and the Senate next week with a resounding mandate from the people

00:15:26.780 to fight back against Trump's illegitimate stacked judiciary.

00:15:32.140 Really?

00:15:35.180 Tlaib said, we must expand the court

00:15:37.540 if we're serious about transformational change

00:15:40.420 the people are crying out for.

00:15:42.020 So they know already they have to change the rules.

00:15:45.700 You know, I listened to one of the most obnoxious twisting of history

00:15:50.740 I have ever heard from the New York Times,

00:15:53.600 and that's saying something.

00:15:54.520 Did you hear it this morning?

00:15:55.800 The 2020 election?

00:15:57.020 I didn't hear it.

00:15:57.400 The 2000 election?

00:15:59.020 I thought you might have been referring to their electoral college history

00:16:01.980 from last week, which was utterly amazing.

00:16:04.400 Oh, it's so, they are just twisting all of history.

00:16:09.580 And, you know, they were twisting how Gore,

00:16:13.760 they were saying Gore just wanted some simple changes.

00:16:17.300 And the Republicans, this is the exact quote, I think,

00:16:20.200 the Republicans were saying, hey, play by the rules that were all in line.

00:16:25.100 And then they made that sound like it was crazy.

00:16:27.460 It's like getting to the end of the Super Bowl and saying,

00:16:30.420 oh, you know what, our team didn't win.

00:16:32.280 You know what, we've got to change some of the rules.

00:16:34.420 Let me go back and look at some of those calls with these new rules.

00:16:37.460 No, you play the game under the rules and it stands.

00:16:41.700 They're doing this again.

00:16:43.900 They know they can't get these things done.

00:16:46.900 They know it's not constitutional, so they're going to gut the Constitution.

00:16:51.560 If you vote for Joe Biden or you don't vote,

00:16:55.740 you are voting for the destruction of the Constitution.

00:17:02.980 You are.

00:17:03.800 No vote is a vote.

00:17:05.760 You have to take a stand.

00:17:09.100 This is, and I hate this phrase,

00:17:13.200 so let me change it.

00:17:14.740 This is the last election under the Constitution of the United States

00:17:19.500 as understood by the Founding Fathers if the Democrats win.

00:17:25.580 This is the last time there will be a Supreme Court

00:17:29.920 that actually decides what is constitutional and what is not.

00:17:36.120 Instead, it will be a rubber stamp to move all of this

00:17:41.260 Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, unconstitutional bullcrap through.

00:17:46.080 You will lose the Electoral College.

00:17:49.260 You will lose the filibuster.

00:17:51.240 You will lose the Supreme Court of nine justices.

00:17:56.580 This is what this is about.

00:17:58.180 This is not about Donald Trump.

00:18:00.100 Don't think this is about Donald Trump.

00:18:02.440 This is about ending the United States of America as we know it.

00:19:08.200 Station ID.

00:19:08.640 So Joe Biden has come out and said,

00:19:22.020 look, the Supreme Court is a lifetime appointment.

00:19:24.280 I'm not going to attempt to change the term of the Supreme Court.

00:19:28.820 Oh, okay.

00:19:29.680 Well, that's good until he follows.

00:19:31.400 There is some literature among constitutional scholars, however,

00:19:35.920 about the possibility of going from one court to another.

00:19:39.180 So you wouldn't just stay the whole time on the Supreme Court.

00:19:42.240 So the president would just transfer.

00:19:44.180 Oh, you know what?

00:19:44.980 This time you're not on the Supreme Court.

00:19:48.200 You're on the Skagit Valley Court.

00:19:51.300 Excuse me?

00:19:54.000 Where is that?

00:19:55.360 Well, you know, he's got some scholars that know all about this.

00:19:59.920 Meanwhile, last night, Senator Ed Markey said,

00:20:03.460 we must expand the Supreme Court. 0.70

00:20:06.680 I will vote next year to end the filibuster so we can expand the Supreme Court

00:20:10.680 to get back the seats which have been stolen by the Republicans over the last four years.

00:20:15.700 You know, I am sick and tired of this.

00:20:18.040 For the last 20 years, any time the Democrats lose, it's stolen from them.

00:20:23.420 Every single time.

00:20:24.680 Sorry, as Barack Obama said, elections have consequences.

00:20:31.320 They do.

00:20:31.900 And I know the consequences of Joe Biden being elected.

00:20:35.100 You're going to destroy the Constitution.

00:20:37.880 You will pack the Supreme Court.

00:20:39.900 You will change and change out the judicial appointments that Donald Trump made in the lower courts.

00:20:48.160 You're going to end the filibuster.

00:20:49.740 You're going to add states.

00:20:51.060 You will make sure that there is no way a Republican is ever elected ever again

00:20:57.860 because you're just going to do whatever it takes because the ends justify the means to you.

00:21:03.460 Well, that's not the American way of doing things.

00:21:06.140 That's fascism.

00:21:07.680 That is authoritarianism.

00:21:10.760 That's what that is.

00:21:12.800 And that's what we're up against.

00:21:14.560 Coons said hundreds of Trump's lower court judges shouldn't be allowed to sit peacefully, peacefully.

00:21:22.580 We have a wide open conversation now on how to rebalance our courts. 0.92

00:21:27.320 Yeah, the two Supreme Court seats have been stolen through these processes and just wildly hypocritical.

00:21:33.440 They've used everything to jam through partisan nominees.

00:21:38.160 But we've got to look at our federal courts as a whole because we've seen hundreds of conservative judges put on circuit courts and district courts all over this country in the last four years.

00:21:47.940 Yes, that's the president's job.

00:21:50.200 In many cases, they were too young or too unqualified or too far right to be allowed to sit without our reexamining the process, the results and the consequences.

00:21:59.580 So they went through the process.

00:22:01.340 It was all done.

00:22:02.220 It was all confirmed.

00:22:03.600 And now you want to go back and look because they were let me quote it too young, unqualified, too far right to be allowed to sit peacefully through our reexamining process.

00:22:16.560 So, I mean, why would you say it can't sit peaceably?

00:22:21.820 Why would you?

00:22:22.560 What does that mean exactly?

00:22:23.900 Is that a threat?

00:22:24.940 The answer is yes.

00:22:27.340 By the way, looks like Senator Warren, we're looking at possibility of Bernie Sanders being your labor secretary and Senator Warren.

00:22:37.900 Because she has pro-Scranton values, she's being talked about as our treasury secretary. 1.00

00:22:51.220 Usually, usually you kind of look for somebody that, you know, won't spook the markets.

00:22:56.520 But they say this time, with so much at stake, the inequality exposed and heightened by the COVID crisis, we need to have a treasury secretary who puts working people first.

00:24:45.540 Let me give you some good news.

00:24:47.120 With 1,294,660 ballots cast, the GOP leads the early vote in Wisconsin.

00:24:57.860 42% GOP to 36% Democrat.

00:25:02.060 About 46% of the estimated total votes of 2020 have been cast.

00:25:07.160 In Wisconsin, you can register and vote the same day.

00:25:10.360 Still a close race.

00:25:11.540 Over the last few days, Republicans have stormed the polls and are beginning to take the lead in early voting in several states.

00:25:18.980 This data is derived from actual ballots cast.

00:25:23.080 The sample size larger than any poll.

00:25:26.020 They say it's very accurate in determining the voter preference.

00:25:30.600 The data does not account for specific demographics or segments of the electorate that still have to vote.

00:25:37.520 So that is good.

00:25:38.540 That is good.

00:25:39.340 They say what's worrisome for Democrats is the absence of youth voters.

00:25:45.380 This is something that they always get wrong in the polls.

00:25:48.700 Democrats are always expecting the youth to show up.

00:25:52.080 The 18 to 29 year olds.

00:25:54.000 They don't usually show up.

00:25:56.260 The only time it's ever happened is with Barack Obama.

00:25:59.860 Voting is now up 309% from this time in 2016.

00:26:07.520 Then 2016, the raw numbers show the youth vote up.

00:26:11.040 In 2020, as a percentage of the electorate, 18 to 29 year olds cast only 5% of the total vote.

00:26:17.780 In 2016, they were 17% of the vote.

00:26:20.980 The data suggests young people are not showing up at the same rate as they have in even 2016.

00:26:28.660 Good.

00:26:29.340 So, yes.

00:26:30.840 This is a good.

00:26:33.200 What happened in, was it North Carolina or South Carolina?

00:26:35.940 The Republicans are 10 points behind.

00:26:40.540 Pat, I think you were saying that.

00:26:41.880 What was that number?

00:26:42.380 Yeah, the Republicans are 10% behind and at the same stage in the 2016 election, Hillary was up by 13.5%.

00:26:54.440 And Trump still won.

00:26:57.240 And was that South Carolina?

00:26:58.400 North Carolina.

00:26:58.860 North Carolina.

00:26:59.680 Yeah.

00:27:00.300 It's bizarre.

00:27:01.180 I mean, it's like, you know, we mentioned this off the air, but in Pennsylvania, it's 64 to 25 Biden.

00:27:09.220 Now, again, when we say Biden, we're summarizing here.

00:27:11.900 It's just party registration.

00:27:13.160 All these Democrats could be voting for Donald Trump.

00:27:15.000 We don't know.

00:27:15.620 But when it comes to party registration, it's 64 to 25.

00:27:19.360 That's big.

00:27:19.940 And voting, as compared to 2016, is up 955%.

00:27:24.540 Wow.

00:27:25.620 Now, this is what's so weird about this election.

00:27:28.180 It's like COVID changes all these rules.

00:27:31.820 Like, I don't know what you can take out of this, honestly.

00:27:33.760 I really don't know what to read into it.

00:27:35.680 States right next to each other with the same demographic breakdowns.

00:27:38.500 Have completely different results.

00:27:40.500 Like, I don't know what quirky thing is going on with the data.

00:27:43.460 Or if it's just everyone is very indecisive.

00:27:46.420 Well, who knows?

00:27:47.740 But it's hard to read things out of early vote.

00:27:50.880 If you go crazy with it, you'll get really excited or really depressed.

00:27:54.520 And you may very well be for no reason.

00:27:58.120 But so far, we are seeing massive numbers.

00:28:01.940 I mean, way beyond anything we've ever seen.

00:28:04.040 Over 60 million people have already voted.

00:28:05.960 I mean, you're talking about, you know, they expect about $155 million here for the total.

00:28:13.320 Might be the most, the biggest turnout, percentage-wise, since 1908.

00:28:17.660 Did you hear?

00:28:19.380 Feels right.

00:28:20.420 Did you hear that some Democrats now are asking for their ballots back?

00:28:25.200 Yeah.

00:28:25.700 After the Hunter Biden?

00:28:27.660 Yeah.

00:28:28.000 Especially.

00:28:28.380 They're allowing those people to go back in and get their ballots.

00:28:31.940 It's legal in seven states.

00:28:33.760 And Pennsylvania is one of them.

00:28:35.200 Michigan's another.

00:28:35.940 So there are some swing states that you can, but you've got to consult your local, you know,

00:28:41.780 voting authority and find out how you do that.

00:28:45.040 Because it's different in every state.

00:28:46.060 I find that amazing.

00:28:48.140 Yeah.

00:28:48.460 You know, for somebody who had voted early for Biden, and then they see the news, for

00:28:54.800 them to say, that's enough for me to change my ballot, that doesn't bode well, I think,

00:29:02.220 for Joe Biden, if this news would have gotten out, which is why the press didn't do anything.

00:29:07.660 I want to play something that I find really telling.

00:29:15.580 Let's play from Kamala Harris, the two cuts.

00:29:19.400 Here's cut one of Kamala Harris on 60 Minutes.

00:29:24.000 You're very different in the policies that you've supported in the past.

00:29:28.160 You're considered the most liberal United States senator.

00:29:32.760 Somebody said that, and it actually was Mike Pence on the debate stage.

00:29:36.800 But yeah, well, actually, the nonpartisan GovTrack has rated you as the most liberal senator.

00:29:44.400 You supported the Green New Deal. 0.70

00:29:46.320 You supported Medicare for All.

00:29:48.120 You've supported legalizing marijuana.

00:29:50.700 Joe Biden doesn't support those things.

00:29:52.560 So are you going to bring the policies, those progressive policies that you supported as

00:29:58.020 senator into a Biden administration?

00:30:00.400 What I will do, and I promise you this, and this is what Joe wants me to do.

00:30:04.880 This was part of our deal.

00:30:06.920 I will always share with him my lived experience as it relates to any issue that we confront.

00:30:13.840 And I promised Joe that I will give him that perspective and always be honest with him.

00:30:18.080 Okay, stop.

00:30:19.020 So she is, I'm going to bring my lived experience.

00:30:23.720 But here's the problem.

00:30:25.320 You're the most liberal.

00:30:26.500 Oh, my, my.

00:30:31.300 Why is she laughing?

00:30:32.540 Every time she is asked a tough question, she laughs.

00:30:37.760 Yeah.

00:30:38.540 Listen to the next one.

00:30:40.100 And is that a socialist or progressive perspective?

00:30:45.160 No.

00:30:45.740 No, it is the perspective of a woman who grew up a black child in America, who was also

00:30:56.760 a prosecutor, who also has a mother who arrived here at the age of 19 from India, who also

00:31:03.220 likes hip hop.

00:31:06.560 What do you want to know?

00:31:07.780 Well, I want to give you, I want to give you the opportunity to address this.

00:31:10.820 I mean, it's, seriously, it's, stop, it's unsettling.

00:31:15.320 It's unsettling.

00:31:16.840 She's going to be, make no mistake, she's going to be the president of the United States.

00:31:21.740 If Biden wins.

00:31:22.720 If Biden wins, she will be the president.

00:31:25.160 I'm not saying that Biden's not going to be the president for a while, but he's not going

00:31:28.640 to last for four years.

00:31:30.240 We all know that.

00:31:31.980 We all know that.

00:31:33.220 This is the next president of the United States.

00:31:36.660 And, you know, I'm really glad because when I said the president was a socialist, I was

00:31:44.500 called a racist.

00:31:45.520 I'm glad to see now it's not racist.

00:31:48.260 It's funny to be called a socialist.

00:31:51.920 Oh, man.

00:31:54.680 Golly, no.

00:31:58.540 I can't answer that, so I'm just going to laugh hysterically.

00:32:03.220 Socialist.

00:32:13.220 Well, everything you believe in is right from Marx.

00:32:20.220 I mean, can you answer the question?

00:32:23.220 I mean, you're belittling the honest question here.

00:32:30.800 And there wasn't an additional thing said, a joke, or anything.

00:32:34.740 You just started laughing hysterically in the middle of silence.

00:32:38.740 Oh, my sons!

00:32:40.840 Stop! 1.00

00:32:42.600 I can't take it!

00:32:46.660 So some would say that you got in, cut a deal with Biden, that you would actually be

00:32:53.840 the president.

00:32:54.460 And at some point, he would just step aside.

00:33:06.460 Oh! 0.60

00:33:08.300 So you're...

00:33:09.660 Are you at least a progressive?

00:33:15.400 I don't know.

00:33:16.180 I think maybe we should pay attention to that just a little bit.

00:33:22.620 By the way, the media has excused Joe Biden's apparent Bush-Trump mix-up.

00:33:29.980 Did you hear about this?

00:33:30.840 Yeah, I think he's talking about George Lopez.

00:33:34.140 Yeah.

00:33:34.680 Now, I just want to play this from yesterday, if we still have it.

00:33:39.960 Could we play when Joe Biden starts talking about, we're going to have another four years

00:33:45.880 of Bush, George, listen.

00:33:51.680 This is the most consequent, not because I'm running, but because of who I'm running against.

00:33:55.520 This is the most consequential election in a long, long, long time.

00:34:00.940 And the character of the country, in my view, is literally on the ballot.

00:34:04.560 What kind of country are we going to be?

00:34:05.960 Four more years of George, George, he's going to find ourselves in a position where if Trump

00:34:13.460 gets elected, we're going to be in a different world.

00:34:17.520 Four more years of George, George, George Lopez.

00:34:22.400 Yeah, that's what he's hoping for.

00:34:26.620 This is not being said by a nobody.

00:34:28.960 This is the Washington Post.

00:34:31.500 The Washington Post is saying George Lopez makes more sense.

00:34:36.700 Then, you know, then George W. Bush does.

00:34:39.560 Well, yes.

00:34:40.900 Yes, that's that's true.

00:34:44.020 But so does George the Curious Monkey.

00:34:46.840 I mean, that's read every night.

00:34:49.080 And we're going to have another four years of George the Curious Monkey.

00:34:52.980 I mean, that doesn't make any sense at all.

00:34:55.060 Not at all.

00:34:56.400 He's talking about George Clooney.

00:34:57.840 He really likes George Clooney.

00:34:59.260 And he was thinking about another four years of Clooney movies. 0.91

00:35:02.300 What a ridiculous explanation for that.

00:35:06.040 We're going to have four years of George Jetson walking the dog on that automatic treadmill. 0.94

00:35:11.600 Holy cow. 0.89

00:35:12.680 The press is just doing everything they can.

00:35:16.520 Everything they can.

00:35:17.860 All right.

00:35:31.600 Let me talk to you about relief factor.

00:35:33.500 You know, I used to suffer from frequent, almost debilitating pain.

00:35:37.540 If you can relate to that, I have something to talk to you about.

00:35:41.600 You need to swing for the fences.

00:35:43.020 I lived with pain far too long before I found the right thing.

00:35:47.720 I mean, I tried everything and I got to the point to where I was.

00:35:54.240 You know, I'm just going to live this way.

00:35:56.680 Don't do that.

00:35:57.860 Don't.

00:35:58.420 Now is the time.

00:35:59.540 Today is your opportunity to reach for the bootstraps and pull yourself up by them and get out of pain.

00:36:05.660 Try relief factor.

00:36:07.000 It's not a drug developed by doctors.

00:36:08.580 And 70% of the people who try it go on to order more every month.

00:36:13.400 Why?

00:36:14.120 Because it kicks pain out of your life.

00:36:17.740 Just try it.

00:36:18.420 See if you're one of the 70% that it works for.

00:36:21.940 Relieffactor.com.

00:36:23.180 Call 800-500-8384.

00:36:25.360 800-500-8384.

00:36:27.180 It's relieffactor.com.

00:36:33.680 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:36:35.580 Hey, here's something the mainstream media is not going to tell you.

00:36:45.880 U.S. incarceration rate fell last year to its lowest level since 1994.

00:36:52.460 There were 33,000 fewer people incarcerated in state and federal prisons in 2019, down from 1.46 million at the end of 2018 to 1.43 million.

00:37:07.180 The overall incarceration rate fell 419 to every 100,000 U.S. residents.

00:37:14.000 That's a 3% drop from 2017 and, sorry, 2018, and 17% down from 2008.

00:37:22.780 The total prison population hit an all-time high in 2009.

00:37:33.660 Hmm.

00:37:35.080 Who was president in 2009 and who was vice president?

00:37:38.800 George W. Bush was president in 2009 until January 20th.

00:37:44.100 Right.

00:37:44.860 Yeah, you're forgetting about those first 20 days when all the people were arrested.

00:37:49.140 It has fallen by 11% as states passed a wave of bipartisan criminal justice reforms.

00:37:58.300 Ah, bipartisan.

00:38:01.300 I mean, it was, but who was the one who passed all of those?

00:38:06.080 Kim Kardashian.

00:38:07.020 She was the one responsible by every media report.

00:38:11.120 Holy cow. 0.89

00:38:12.220 I mean, obviously, you know, a 2009 number, right, would have a lot to do with what happened before that.

00:38:18.000 It's the first year of a new president.

00:38:19.200 But still, like that, again, I get so confused by these incarceration numbers as if they're supposed to tell us about what's fair and what's not.

00:38:26.520 Right.

00:38:26.680 Like, if you make, you set rules, right, people can either follow them or not.

00:38:31.880 Right.

00:38:32.280 Now, that doesn't mean we don't change the rules if they're not just.

00:38:35.700 Right.

00:38:35.800 Of course we do.

00:38:37.020 But that doesn't necessarily mean just because there was a lot of people who committed crimes and went to jail for them does not mean that, like, there's some inherently racist policy going on.

00:38:47.840 In fact, it's kind of racist to assume.

00:38:49.620 Wow.

00:38:49.920 Well, I don't.

00:38:54.440 If Joe Biden gets in, I'm going to be the first to tell him, you've been the head writer on this program the whole time. 0.81

00:39:00.440 And it's your racism that made me say all of these things, and you're the one that should go to the gulag.

00:39:08.860 If you're excited about this next story, you should vote for Joe Biden.

00:39:13.660 Tampon brand, Tampon brand, Tampax.

00:39:16.920 There's no story that starts this way that I'm excited about.

00:39:19.820 Oh, no, you're going to love this.

00:39:21.060 Okay.

00:39:21.300 Procter & Gamble shared the message that, fact, not all women have periods.

00:39:28.800 Okay.

00:39:29.400 Yeah, that's all.

00:39:30.500 Also a fact, not all people with periods are women.

00:39:34.960 Let's celebrate the diversity of all people who bleed. 1.00

00:39:46.160 Oh, my gosh.

00:39:48.360 I was right.

00:39:49.500 No story that started that way.

00:39:51.240 I could be excited about.

00:39:52.300 Tampax included the tag hashtag myth busting, hashtag period truths, and hashtag trans is beautiful.

00:40:03.640 Oh, this is crazy.

00:40:09.020 You want to talk about misogynistic?

00:40:10.880 You want to talk about?

00:40:11.460 You're erasing women. 1.00

00:40:13.120 You're erasing them.

00:40:14.580 Now, men can have periods, too.

00:40:16.460 No, they can't.

00:40:17.340 No, they can't.

00:40:18.300 Trying to just break down what they're attempting here.

00:40:21.640 Are they attempting?

00:40:22.700 Can we talk actual real human language here for just a second?

00:40:26.620 What they're saying, I think, is that a woman who is now saying they're a man still needs Tampax.

00:40:32.800 Is that basically what they're saying?

00:40:34.640 Yes.

00:40:35.100 Okay.

00:40:35.720 Yeah.

00:40:36.400 So they want to make sure they maximize their market demographics to include women who used to now say they're men.

00:40:43.500 Here's what they're really saying, because I translate bullcrap into English all the time. 0.65

00:40:49.180 I used to speak bullcrap. 0.97

00:40:50.840 Being an alcoholic, I spoke bullcrap fluently for years. 0.98

00:40:54.120 So what they're saying is, hi, we're Procter & Gamble.

00:40:59.040 We're a huge corporation, and we don't want any risk, and we want to make sure that we say the politically correct thing because we don't want to be a part of the cancel culture.

00:41:09.060 I mean, we'll be a part of it.

00:41:10.960 We'll make sure we're saying all the right things so you can cancel other people, but please don't cancel us.

00:41:15.960 So if you know that in English, I don't know my brands of tampons, but Tampax and anything really, Procter & Gamble, would probably be off the list.

00:41:31.720 If, well, I'm a guy.

00:41:33.960 I was going to say if I went out and bought tampons for me, but of course I can because I can get a period too.

00:41:41.740 No, I can't!

00:41:43.300 It's the Glenn Beck Program.

00:42:48.600 I want to talk to you a little bit about American financing.

00:42:53.380 You've got, we're seven days away from the fundamental transformation of the United States of America.

00:43:00.700 By the way, have that five days ready for us.

00:43:04.120 What is that on Thursday, right?

00:43:06.080 We'll be five days away.

00:43:08.380 Yeah.

00:43:08.800 Anyway, we have very little time to get a lot done.

00:43:13.260 Um, and if you are looking to get your mortgage down, it is going to be a lot harder to get, uh, a loan for your house and, uh, everything is going to change next week.

00:43:27.840 If Joe Biden and Kamala Harris win, please be prepared for it.

00:43:32.400 If we have unrest, you know, through January, it's also going to be very, very bad for the economy.

00:43:39.420 So please, if you're paying 4% or more on your mortgage or your credit cards, my gosh, how much are you paying there?

00:43:46.200 15%?

00:43:46.960 Just call the people at American Financing.

00:43:50.260 Talk to them about a refi or a consolidation loan or a brand new loan for a mortgage.

00:43:55.420 It's American Financing.

00:43:57.000 They'll get you the lowest rates.

00:43:58.680 Stu just got a rate in the twos from American Financing.

00:44:02.060 Call American Financing right now at 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440, or AmericanFinancing.net.

00:44:09.660 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

00:44:35.160 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:44:43.240 Chuck Schumer said yesterday with the Amy Coney Barrett, uh, confirmation, it's, I'm quoting,

00:44:54.980 one of the saddest days, the darkest days in Senate history.

00:45:01.640 Really?

00:45:03.560 That, that was?

00:45:05.160 Wow.

00:45:06.680 Uh, I didn't want to look at your perspective.

00:45:09.480 Get, you know, get things, uh, get things in order.

00:45:12.040 Because I think there's been a lot of other things that have gone on in the Senate that

00:45:15.200 were a lot worse than that.

00:45:17.240 But this is giving them the excuse to call her illegitimate, even though the process works

00:45:23.740 exactly the same every single time.

00:45:26.440 And, uh, too extreme.

00:45:28.980 Too extreme.

00:45:29.840 So, they're going to have to pack the court.

00:45:32.820 We'll have more on that later this hour.

00:45:35.040 Also, Selena Zito is with us. 0.56

00:45:37.940 Selena is the reporter that called the election last time.

00:45:42.340 She got it right because she listens to the people and not to the rest of the press.

00:45:46.820 In fact, she just got rid of her Twitter account.

00:45:49.120 So, she's not listening to everybody else.

00:45:51.600 And she just, anyway.

00:45:53.320 Uh, Selena is joining us to tell us what's happening on the ground in a very important

00:45:58.640 state, Pennsylvania.

00:46:00.800 And we begin in 60 seconds.

00:46:02.600 So, not really the year for vacations, uh, you know, 2020.

00:46:12.440 Even though we've all really needed one.

00:46:15.360 Uh, if you're a timeshare owner, your annual destination probably went to waste.

00:46:20.200 And it probably wasn't the first time that you weren't able to book your vacation where

00:46:24.120 or when you wanted to go.

00:46:25.340 So, let's be honest.

00:46:27.420 With how uncertain everything is right now, you think you're going to be able to use it

00:46:30.860 next year?

00:46:32.080 I mean, you're still going to have to pay for it.

00:46:34.100 Oh, and you get all of the upgrades that you have to pay for.

00:46:37.000 That is so great.

00:46:39.240 How about you pay for something you can use?

00:46:41.620 Because there is a way out.

00:46:43.440 It's called timeshare termination team.

00:46:46.160 They're going to help you get out of your timeshare legally.

00:46:49.100 They're going to get it canceled for you.

00:46:50.500 And you can take control of your life again.

00:46:53.700 In fact, they have a hundred percent success rate of getting people out of timeshares legally.

00:46:58.520 It's timeshare termination team.

00:47:00.640 Get a hold of them today.

00:47:01.800 Get the process started.

00:47:02.880 Don't keep putting it off and getting stuck with another year of timeshare that you won't

00:47:07.100 use.

00:47:07.800 You'll get 20% off when you terminate your timeshare.

00:47:10.920 Make sure you tell them that I sent you at 888-GET-YOU-OUT.

00:47:14.400 That's 888-438-8688.

00:47:18.600 888-GET-YOU-OUT.

00:47:19.640 Or you can go online at timeshareterminationteam.com.

00:47:27.560 Selena Zito is with us.

00:47:30.360 She's the national political reporter for The Washington Examiner, a columnist for the

00:47:35.600 evil New York Post, and the co-author of The Great Revolt.

00:47:40.340 Hi, Selena.

00:47:40.820 How are you?

00:47:42.020 Good morning, sunshine.

00:47:43.440 How are you?

00:47:44.260 I'm really good.

00:47:45.940 I'm really good.

00:47:46.620 How are you feeling about what The New York Post has done with that Hunter Biden and those

00:47:50.760 lies?

00:47:52.420 You know, I applaud.

00:47:55.480 You know, our job as journalists is not to take a team over the finish line, but to come

00:48:02.780 uncover the uncomfortable facts.

00:48:05.540 And that is what The New York Post has done.

00:48:09.380 And I think that it is incredibly telling that our cultural curators, all of them, this time

00:48:17.420 it is social media, big tech, are punishing them for essentially doing their job.

00:48:28.220 And I think that when you meddle in things like that and you silence things like that, that

00:48:36.200 you are doing not only a disservice to your consumers or your audience or whatever, but

00:48:44.700 you are also stifling the ability for people to read about it.

00:48:51.500 But, you know, people find ways to read about it.

00:48:53.680 Yeah, I think they've made this story even bigger.

00:48:55.440 Right.

00:48:56.140 Selena, let me let me talk to you now about Pennsylvania, a state you know very well.

00:49:01.040 You've been traveling back and forth.

00:49:02.580 You've been talking to people.

00:49:04.640 There's a couple of things that we need to address.

00:49:06.760 First of all, the riots in Philadelphia yesterday caused when police shot a black man who was not

00:49:14.820 unarmed is coming at them with a knife.

00:49:16.960 It was all on on tape.

00:49:19.360 Is this going to help or hurt in the election?

00:49:24.040 Well, I think that the challenge for Democrats in this instance is that the black vote has as little trust in either party to to have their back. 0.96

00:49:47.100 And they're going to I don't think that they're necessarily going to say this is Donald Trump's fault because it happened in Philadelphia and it happened in the city of Philadelphia.

00:49:58.120 And the people that have sort of the control of the city of Philadelphia are Democrats.

00:50:06.260 Yeah. 0.64

00:50:07.340 Wildly corrupt city.

00:50:08.600 It's much, much more local than national.

00:50:13.600 But what I'm what I'm asking you about is the let's say the suburban voters and the voters that look at Philadelphia and see riots on the streets.

00:50:22.820 Is this going to be good for Democrats or bad for Democrats?

00:50:30.500 Well, so here's what I think.

00:50:32.080 I think I think suburban Democrats or suburban Republicans who could find no reason to come to to vote for Trump are going to do one of two things.

00:50:42.960 They're going to vote for Biden because they think this what happened is an extension of Donald Trump.

00:50:50.380 I don't know why.

00:50:51.180 But also, I think it gives a reluctant Trump voters who are afraid of Biden's policies, but are, you know, face the peer pressure of living in the suburbs.

00:51:07.600 They're going to people tend to vote not for themselves, but for their communities.

00:51:13.240 And a lot of people don't vote ideology.

00:51:16.100 They vote for the person who has their communities back.

00:51:20.000 I think in that way that Trump benefits.

00:51:24.140 They either vote for him or they don't show up.

00:51:27.640 So let's talk about Washington County, because you have a examiner article where Trump's 2020 coalition must come from in Pennsylvania.

00:51:36.100 Talk to me about Washington County.

00:51:37.880 This is the largest producer of natural gas among all of the counties and the second largest producer nationwide.

00:51:44.340 Yeah, so Washington County, to me, is sort of the boilerplate of what needs to happen in counties outside of Allegheny, where Pittsburgh is located, and outside of the Philadelphia color counties.

00:51:58.020 Now, in 2016, they came out at about 2,000, there were 10 of them, who were not convinced that Mitt Romney was a good businessman, who were convinced he was the guy who was going to actually come to their desk with a box rather than build a new company.

00:52:17.600 And they saw in Trump that he would be the guy that restarted things.

00:52:23.960 And so they took a gamble and they voted for him.

00:52:27.900 There were 10 counties that just needed to turn out 2,000 more votes over what Romney did, and they did.

00:52:36.180 And now, and he won.

00:52:38.480 Donald Trump won because of counties like Washington County, who have been dominant Democrat-registrated parties for years, forever, since like the 1930s.

00:52:51.460 Wow.

00:52:51.880 The FDR, the New Deal Coalition, came in. 0.58

00:52:54.380 Now, Trump needs not only those 10 counties, which is also Erie, Luzerne, Westmoreland, Butler, and Beaver, but they need the additional counties that run across the top of the state who are conservative counties.

00:53:09.940 But they were, they didn't show up in the high number for Trump, mainly because these are farmers and gas workers who thought that Trump in 2016 sounded more like a liberal New York Democrat than a conservative.

00:53:27.740 Now he has delivered, and all Trump needs is about 50,000 votes total out of all eight of these, what I call heat counties.

00:53:39.180 And no matter what happens in Philadelphia or in Allegheny County, that vote will exceed the vote that the Democrats have.

00:53:50.900 Not by much.

00:53:51.820 It's going to be close.

00:53:53.100 But if Trump wins, it's on the back of those voters plus the voters who put him in office in 2020.

00:54:00.980 So those are the counties I'm watching election night.

00:54:04.180 If they have a high turnout, or if that is telling me that he is on the road to victory.

00:54:12.780 So what do you, what does your gut tell you?

00:54:15.380 Because he not only needs at least what he got last time, he needs an additional 3% of the vote to offset the numbers that have changed since 2016.

00:54:27.660 Um, and I think, I think if the president wins 5%, that's enough to offset any of the shenanigans or anything else.

00:54:35.880 Does he have a, do you, are you seeing signs that that's happening?

00:54:40.440 Oh gosh, in 2016, I thought the signs were over the top.

00:54:45.800 You know, I saw houses with Trump on the side, painted on the side.

00:54:50.520 They saw barns, they saw a horse, uh, with Trump painted on the side.

00:54:54.660 Um, this time people don't have one sign, they have nine.

00:54:57.520 They also have two flags and a four by eight in their front porch, awkwardly covering the front window.

00:55:03.800 Um, the enthusiasm is there.

00:55:06.860 And I want to be clear, he doesn't need three, Trump doesn't need 3% more of all throughout the state,

00:55:14.260 just in those rural counties.

00:55:16.280 So that's about two to 3,000 more votes in, in some of these more rural counties.

00:55:23.040 And I, and if people go to selenazito.com, I lay it out, uh, completely like every county to watch.

00:55:30.440 I wouldn't watch Philadelphia.

00:55:32.120 First of all, I don't even think they'll have their, um, their numbers in until at least Friday.

00:55:37.680 Um, but I would see what was the enthusiasm in the rural counties, which we are going to be able to see, uh, uh, probably faster than Philadelphia and, and the collar counties.

00:55:51.400 Selina, I don't know what you're doing and who you're with, but I'd love to have you on, uh, our coverage, uh, for the, uh, for the election.

00:55:58.620 If you would, wouldn't mind dropping in and, uh, telling us all about, uh, Pennsylvania and what you're seeing on, um, on election day.

00:56:07.300 Uh, I would absolutely love to.

00:56:10.780 All right, Selina, thank you so much.

00:56:12.640 She's the national political reporter for the Washington Examiner, columnist of the New York Post.

00:56:16.740 Uh, she does dispatches from Ohio and Pennsylvania.

00:56:19.400 By the way, do you have any information on Ohio, Selina?

00:56:22.760 Oh yeah, I wrote also, go to selinazita.com.

00:56:26.520 It's about the third story down.

00:56:28.120 I say if, if Ohio is about three to four percentage for Trump on election, go, the polls going into election day, uh, uh, the democratic wave that people in DC and New York and them were writing about.

00:56:42.940 And was honestly very possible.

00:56:45.760 That means it's gone.

00:56:46.900 And, and, and that means that Trump, um, at least is standing a better chance in Pennsylvania and Michigan and North Carolina, um, states, um, that are a little more democratic than Ohio.

00:57:01.060 But if Ohio is coming in at like a three to four to 5% win for Trump, um, all things are even going into election night.

00:57:10.000 What did he win last time in Ohio?

00:57:12.460 I think it was eight percentage points.

00:57:15.820 Um, I, I, I, I actually think that it's going to be maybe 6% in Ohio.

00:57:23.580 Um, and I did a good layout of Ohio as well.

00:57:26.720 Um, a couple of days ago, um, for the examiner.

00:57:30.300 If y'all just go to my website and check it out.

00:57:33.040 Selina Zito, Selina Zito, Z I T O.com.

00:57:36.940 Selina, the, um, uh, the polls are showing the exact opposite.

00:57:41.600 Are you meeting very many people that voted for Trump last time and are not voting this time for him?

00:57:48.320 I've never met that person.

00:57:50.820 You've never met that person.

00:57:52.780 I've never met that person.

00:57:53.960 Uh, it doesn't mean they don't exist.

00:57:55.480 I'm sure there is.

00:57:56.400 Yeah.

00:57:56.580 Yeah.

00:57:56.720 Yeah.

00:57:57.100 Um, there's, there's all kinds of social pressure with in particular, the suburbs.

00:58:01.940 But what I tend to meet are people that, I mean, there, there is a story I have, uh, of, of the line of people, um, in Cambria County, home of Jack Murtha.

00:58:12.720 You remember Jack Murtha, um, Glenn, um, this, this, this County has always been Democrat registered, uh, County line of people who voted for Clinton and were changing their party registration to Republican.

00:58:26.120 That is now a Republican County.

00:58:28.260 It blows my mind.

00:58:30.280 The three of County, Johnstown, Pennsylvania, um, is now a Republican County.

00:58:35.800 Selina, thank you so much.

00:58:37.400 God bless.

00:58:38.660 Uh, she is, uh, she's an amazing reporter and she is the one that said right after the election, the problem is, is that, uh, the media took his words literally and didn't take him seriously.

00:58:53.340 Uh, where the voters took him seriously, but didn't take his words literally.

00:58:59.240 Uh, I thought that was a great understanding of Donald Trump right after the election.

00:59:04.340 Selina Zito, um, thank you so much.

00:59:06.300 And you can find her at selinazito.com.

01:00:54.020 Amazing that here she is confirmed last night.

01:00:56.360 Clarence Thomas swears her in and, you know, like here we are, you know, we're an hour into

01:01:02.660 the show and it's like, it's like, that would have been, you would have thought that would

01:01:05.720 have been the biggest story of an entire year.

01:01:08.780 Well, that was the lead story when we first started today, but we didn't start with her.

01:01:13.380 We started with what the Democrats said.

01:01:15.520 Yeah.

01:01:16.040 The Democrats are saying, you know, this is it.

01:01:18.180 We're going to, we're going to stack the courts.

01:01:20.120 We're going to change the judicial, judicial system entirely.

01:01:23.960 Yeah.

01:01:24.500 I mean, it is, it is fundamental transformation.

01:01:28.300 It is a changing of all the constitutional rules if they win.

01:01:33.740 It seems, they're all admitting it.

01:01:36.040 Oh, yeah.

01:01:36.440 They're all admitting it. 0.99

01:01:36.960 And they're all admitting their idiocy when it comes to like, they're like, well, like, 0.99

01:01:39.860 no, originalism. 0.99

01:01:41.860 Amy Coney Barrett says she's an originalist.

01:01:43.680 Well, I'll tell you what, if you're an originalist, then you believe in slavery.

01:01:46.660 And then you believe in, then you believe women shouldn't vote. 0.99

01:01:50.240 Wait, what?

01:01:50.940 They all make the same points.

01:01:51.940 Like, do you have any idea what this word means?

01:01:55.260 It doesn't mean that, originalism means whatever we had at the start of the country, we still

01:02:00.320 have.

01:02:00.900 Like, no, like the amendments count in the constitution.

01:02:03.900 That's part of the constitution.

01:02:05.400 It's the whole process.

01:02:06.660 Sounds like you.

01:02:06.980 Our issue with you is that you want to amend the constitution without amending the constitution.

01:02:14.120 You just want it to say things that aren't in it.

01:02:17.040 What you need to do, you can change it.

01:02:19.140 It is a living document.

01:02:20.600 If you amend it, you just want to do that without amending it.

01:02:24.420 Because it's too hard.

01:02:25.680 Because it's hard.

01:02:26.540 Because the whole point of the country here and the way it was set up is to make it difficult

01:02:30.680 to change the fundamental precepts of it.

01:02:33.180 And instead, they want to just be, look, well, we don't really like that thing.

01:02:36.540 And other people are opposing it.

01:02:38.440 So how do we get it if we don't just change the rules?

01:02:41.400 We can't get the things we want.

01:02:43.740 Well, yeah, that's kind of the reason why they set it up this way.

01:02:46.040 But they keep thinking this idea that their desire for something means it's in the constitution.

01:02:53.560 That's not how the constitution gets amended.

01:02:56.080 You don't just get to wish it into existence.

01:02:58.860 And that's what hopefully Amy Coney Barrett will make more of a, well, she will concrete 1.00

01:03:04.780 that a little bit.

01:03:05.580 Well, she'll have two months to do it. 0.99

01:03:07.180 If they win, she'll have about two or three months to do it.

01:03:11.400 Because they will, within the first 120 days, Joe Biden has said he's going to act.

01:03:17.360 Again, they need the Senate to do this too, we should point out.

01:03:19.580 It's not just the presidency.

01:03:21.000 Correct.

01:03:21.260 The Senate is vitally important here.

01:03:24.240 Because they can block all of this stuff if the Republicans hold the Senate.

01:03:28.780 And the Republicans, while they will flake on a lot of different things, they're not going to

01:03:32.860 flake on court packing.

01:03:34.060 I don't, I don't, I really just don't think, I mean, if you get rid of the electoral college,

01:03:38.840 you start adding states, you start packing courts, changing the entire system of the judiciary.

01:03:48.500 I just don't think states will stand for it.

01:03:51.360 I really don't.

01:03:52.120 I mean, I don't know.

01:03:53.880 Look, I really truly believe if there's no funny business,

01:03:58.540 if nobody is trying to, you know, fiddle with the numbers and, and win this in a court

01:04:04.820 of law, um, if, if, and the only way you'd win it in the court of law is if there's accusations

01:04:12.540 of some sort of funny business, that somebody's doing something to the ballots that were finding

01:04:19.260 new ballots.

01:04:20.140 If none of that happens in Donald Trump loses, I really truly believe that the American people

01:04:27.860 will accept the consequence of that election.

01:04:32.700 However, I don't, I don't know if that's going to, if that's going to be allowed to happen.

01:04:38.300 You know what I mean?

01:04:39.320 Um, because they're going to start, there are already 200, uh, protests that have been planned.

01:04:45.580 Uh, and we're going to go through some of them and the, the, the problem will come on a Biden

01:04:51.120 administration after he's elected.

01:04:54.120 The problem will come if you start to actually change the constitution without changing the

01:05:01.480 constitution, just start packing the courts. 1.00

01:05:03.540 That's when people will, won't stand for that.

01:05:05.760 And I don't think a lot of Democrats will stand for that, but I mean, they're going to do it

01:05:10.980 anyway.

01:05:11.500 They're going to try to do it.

01:05:12.540 And that's why the Senate is so important.

01:05:14.360 It's why the presidency is important.

01:05:16.080 If you get one of those two, you only need one of the two to stop all the craziest things

01:05:20.780 they're trying to do, uh, just need one of the two.

01:05:23.760 Yeah.

01:05:23.860 But you, you don't make progress on anything with one of the two, but no, you do stop

01:05:29.060 progresses.

01:05:30.180 But again, they're not going to get the house.

01:05:31.780 I mean, that's basically the Senate and the, I think you can make progress on a few things.

01:05:37.360 I mean, courts, courts, courts can still continue with the Senate.

01:05:40.860 Vitantly important.

01:05:43.320 This is the Glenn Beck program.

01:05:45.900 There's a man sitting as a computer right now, eating his Cheetos and wiping orange

01:05:53.500 dust on the carpet of his mom's basement.

01:05:55.940 Do you have a camera in my house?

01:05:59.300 Well, this guy is doing something interesting on that computer.

01:06:02.660 What do you know?

01:06:03.460 It involves your bank account.

01:06:05.000 Oh yeah, that's me.

01:06:05.720 Yeah.

01:06:06.560 Uh, gee, I wonder how he got enough of your information to start playing around in your

01:06:10.120 account.

01:06:10.520 Well, this criminal mastermind with the dungeon and dragons t-shirt might just cost you a

01:06:17.480 bundle.

01:06:18.080 It's important to understand how cyber crime and identity theft are affecting our lives.

01:06:22.920 Every day we put our information at risk on the internet and cyber criminals keep finding

01:06:27.100 new ways to steal identities.

01:06:29.060 And you could miss certain identity threats if all you're doing is monitoring your credit.

01:06:33.700 Fortunately, there's LifeLock to protect you.

01:06:36.040 No one can prevent all identity theft or monitor all transactions at all businesses, but LifeLock

01:07:10.020 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:07:23.480 Welcome.

01:07:24.020 On a personal note, my daughter is having a very risky surgery as we speak.

01:07:31.540 I would be at the hospital if I could be at the hospital because of COVID.

01:07:37.360 She can only have one visitor per day, and she selected her sister to stay with her overnight.

01:07:44.760 So Hannah is at the hospital, and Mary is... 0.91

01:07:49.280 Mary's a warrior.

01:07:50.200 She is.

01:07:50.800 She's having one test, and it's one last test before her brain surgery, and it is a significant

01:07:58.600 test that the doctors, you know, said would give us, you know, real results.

01:08:04.940 But it's a risky test and could cause strokes during the operation.

01:08:13.280 So please keep her in your prayers for me, if you will.

01:08:19.040 All right.

01:08:20.340 Let me go through a couple of things here.

01:08:22.920 First of all, did you see CNN's Chiron on Amy Coney Barrett last night?

01:08:31.660 Did you see this?

01:08:33.100 No.

01:08:33.340 I mean, you'd have to be watching CNN to see it.

01:08:35.620 Right.

01:08:35.920 Somebody on our staff was and caught this.

01:08:39.320 Can you put the full screen up, please?

01:08:41.460 There it is.

01:08:42.060 Look at this.

01:08:43.040 Trump's Supreme Court nominee about to be sworn in at White House at another potential super

01:08:48.960 spreader event.

01:08:50.520 Come on.

01:08:53.240 By the way, they all were either completely social distancing because the picture they're

01:08:57.840 showing is the people on stage who were not wearing masks, but everyone in the audience

01:09:01.480 was wearing masks.

01:09:02.300 They were much more separated than the last time this went on.

01:09:05.160 I think they've learned some lessons from the last one.

01:09:07.100 Not to mention, a lot of the people had COVID there, right?

01:09:12.560 I mean, yeah, you know, Amy Coney Barrett had it a long time ago and the president obviously

01:09:15.980 had it.

01:09:17.000 So, I mean, unless Justice Thomas, you know, gets it from, I don't know, somebody else.

01:09:22.860 He's not getting it from those two.

01:09:24.160 And like, I'm not in favor of big restrictions, you know, obviously on these things from the

01:09:30.760 government.

01:09:31.040 I will say I would like Clarence Thomas to live in a bubble.

01:09:34.520 He should not be able to be exposed to any germ of any sort.

01:09:39.840 He's the most important man in America, in my view.

01:09:43.140 And I don't want him.

01:09:45.000 He is the real stalwart.

01:09:46.520 He's the guy who, and I don't, I want two of them.

01:09:50.020 I want Amy and Clarence.

01:09:53.260 Both.

01:09:53.920 Oh, I want them all healthy.

01:09:54.900 I want them all healthy for a very, very long time.

01:09:58.060 But Clarence Thomas is the man.

01:09:59.260 Let's be honest about it.

01:10:00.440 And I was, do you know what the process is, Glenn, on who swears in the...

01:10:07.480 No, I don't. 0.96

01:10:08.240 I wonder if she chose, if she chose Clarence Thomas, damn, is that a good sign. 0.95

01:10:11.920 I really hope that's, I'm just going to believe that actually. 0.97

01:10:14.500 Not even going to look into it.

01:10:15.500 I'm going to believe she chose Clarence Thomas.

01:10:18.060 No!

01:10:18.600 Look into it!

01:10:19.600 I refuse to look into it.

01:10:20.820 I want to believe a good thing for once.

01:10:23.860 I really hope that's where the key went on.

01:10:25.480 I do salute you on that.

01:10:26.940 There's been many things that I look at just recently.

01:10:29.820 I look at some of the polls and I'm like, nope, not going to read that one.

01:10:32.580 You know, people say living in denial is bad.

01:10:35.580 No.

01:10:36.240 I mean, you know what?

01:10:37.600 Here's the thing.

01:10:38.080 All those people sitting in those little tubs of goo in the Matrix were happy.

01:10:45.600 They were happy.

01:10:45.900 They didn't know anything was going wrong at all.

01:10:47.960 They were in a wonderful life and they didn't have any challenges.

01:10:51.460 They got fed every day.

01:10:53.080 They were happy.

01:10:53.960 They were happy.

01:10:55.180 They lived and they...

01:10:56.420 Leave me in my pod.

01:10:57.960 Yes.

01:10:58.520 What is it?

01:10:59.080 Red pill, blue pill?

01:10:59.960 Whichever one keeps me in the tub, I'm in.

01:11:04.300 At this point in 2020, you have to believe that.

01:11:08.120 I mean, think of what has gone on this year.

01:11:10.920 And I'm not saying, oh, please, I can't wait for 2021.

01:11:14.680 It's going to be worse.

01:11:16.600 Whatever it is, it's going to be worse.

01:11:19.700 You know, the amazing thing is that Mark Zuckerberg said, what was it?

01:11:25.540 A 60% chance that we're already living in the Matrix?

01:11:29.220 If this is the Matrix, I'm really pissed off.

01:11:33.080 How bad did it have to get for this to be the easy way?

01:11:38.080 Oh, I...

01:11:41.080 Was it Mark Zuckerberg or was it...

01:11:44.360 It was Zuckerberg who said that.

01:11:45.440 It was Zuckerberg who said that.

01:11:46.720 Yeah.

01:11:46.960 Or was it Elon Musk or something?

01:11:48.480 I thought it was...

01:11:48.960 I thought it was Zuckerberg, but it...

01:11:50.160 One of these tech guys.

01:11:50.980 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:11:51.300 It was one of these tech guys who did this.

01:11:54.080 But yeah, this would be the worst Matrix ever.

01:11:56.740 They did say in the Matrix, I believe, if I'm remembering my history well from the documentary,

01:12:00.860 the Matrix, that they initially created the Matrix for everyone to be happy and everything

01:12:05.920 was perfect. 1.00

01:12:06.640 And then stupid people were like, I don't know. 1.00

01:12:09.080 This is... 1.00

01:12:09.620 I can't deal with this.

01:12:11.160 I want more strife.

01:12:12.580 That's America.

01:12:13.560 And that's us now.

01:12:14.160 In 2020.

01:12:15.040 Yeah.

01:12:15.360 It's like, hey, you guys stopped slavery and you've healed a lot of racial wounds.

01:12:20.720 What's going on now?

01:12:21.780 I can't believe these statues of the people who used to do it.

01:12:25.360 Burn the city down.

01:12:27.560 Like, what? 0.97

01:12:28.340 It's nuts.

01:12:29.540 Oh, we are crazy. 0.89

01:12:30.920 We are. 0.99

01:12:31.400 We are going to be looked back at as a crazy group of people. 0.92

01:12:35.800 Just crazy.

01:12:37.320 I mean, look, we went through this a million times, but it's like, things are better in

01:12:42.140 so many ways than they've ever been.

01:12:44.940 But the good news is...

01:12:45.840 And we just complain all the time.

01:12:46.620 We're going to reverse that policy.

01:12:48.620 Yes!

01:12:49.000 Remember I told you yesterday about the Great Reset?

01:12:51.300 Yes.

01:12:51.540 Do we have the Economic Forum video by any chance?

01:12:53.860 I want to read this to you because it's just music, but it was something that's on the

01:12:57.880 World Economic Forum.

01:12:59.700 And tell me how great this is.

01:13:02.240 Watch the screen.

01:13:03.380 Here it is.

01:13:04.080 Eight predictions for the world in 2030.

01:13:07.160 From the World Economic Forum.

01:13:08.840 You'll own nothing and you'll be happy.

01:13:11.500 Oh.

01:13:12.280 Oh.

01:13:12.700 Whatever you want, you'll rent and it'll be delivered by drone.

01:13:18.100 The U.S. won't be the world's leading superpower.

01:13:21.140 Oh, thank God.

01:13:21.600 A handful of countries will dominate.

01:13:26.520 You won't die waiting for an organ donor.

01:13:29.680 That sounds pretty good.

01:13:31.260 You won't...

01:13:32.220 We won't transplant organs.

01:13:33.680 We'll print new ones instead.

01:13:35.660 That's pretty good.

01:13:36.580 You will eat much less meat.

01:13:40.100 An occasional treat, not a staple, for the good of the environment and your health.

01:13:45.260 Oh, good.

01:13:45.700 A billion people will be displaced by climate change.

01:13:49.180 Oh.

01:13:49.320 We'll have to do a better job at welcoming and integrating refugees.

01:13:55.820 Polluters will have to pay to emit carbon dioxide.

01:14:00.020 There will be a global price on carbon, which will help make fossil fuels history.

01:14:06.200 You could be preparing to go to Mars.

01:14:09.120 Scientists will have worked out how to keep you healthy in space.

01:14:14.000 Start a journey to find alien life.

01:14:17.380 Western values will have been tested to the breaking point.

01:14:22.340 Checks and balances that underpin our democracies must not be forgotten.

01:14:26.200 Okay.

01:14:27.200 That last one.

01:14:28.760 That last one.

01:14:29.740 Really important.

01:14:30.900 We're not doing it.

01:14:32.180 In fact, the World Economic Forum is calling for the Great Reset, which would get rid of all of those checks and balances.

01:14:38.200 When it said Mars...

01:14:39.840 You said the same thing I did when I first saw it.

01:14:41.860 I want to be on Mars.

01:14:43.640 I'd want...

01:14:44.220 That would get me...

01:14:45.360 Hey, you'll never be able to return again. 0.98

01:14:47.200 You might die.

01:14:48.220 Sign me up today. 0.78

01:14:50.060 What am I doing?

01:14:51.040 Poop potatoes?

01:14:52.160 Okay, I'm in.

01:14:53.040 You sign me up with Matt Damon.

01:14:54.820 Yep, I'm in.

01:14:56.060 Can I address one of the claims they make there?

01:14:58.040 Yeah.

01:14:58.300 Which is fascinating.

01:14:59.380 So the billion people that will be displaced by climate change.

01:15:01.820 Climate change, yeah.

01:15:02.460 Right.

01:15:02.980 So how do you get to that number?

01:15:04.740 That's a fascinating number.

01:15:05.820 A billion people is a lot of people.

01:15:07.480 Sure.

01:15:07.820 So what you do, first of all, is you take a scientific estimate as to what things like sea level rise, right?

01:15:13.200 And what you do is, of course, take the range of their estimates and you take the absolute worst case scenario.

01:15:18.960 So that's number one.

01:15:19.780 Of course, you start doing that.

01:15:21.140 But that's not enough to get to a billion people displaced.

01:15:23.520 What you also need to do is act as if human beings would do nothing to try to change this outcome.

01:15:31.040 So, like, let's say, Glenn, you live by the water, right?

01:15:34.000 Yeah.

01:15:34.460 And the sea level...

01:15:35.460 I'm Barbara Streisand.

01:15:36.320 I believe in climate change and I've got my house on the beach.

01:15:40.200 Right.

01:15:40.400 Yes, I got it.

01:15:41.060 So the sea level starts to rise.

01:15:43.680 Yes.

01:15:43.840 Okay?

01:15:44.460 Keeps coming up.

01:15:45.320 And every year you look at it and you're like, oh my gosh, look at the sea.

01:15:48.540 It's getting higher and higher.

01:15:50.060 What should we do?

01:15:51.340 Let's just wait.

01:15:52.800 And let's not do anything the entire time.

01:15:55.400 We're not going to build seawalls.

01:15:56.720 We're not going to go build flood systems out in the water like they've done in many countries and have solved these problems completely.

01:16:03.400 You don't move.

01:16:04.320 You're not going to...

01:16:04.900 Right.

01:16:05.100 Well, displacement is what they're saying.

01:16:06.900 They're going to be forced to move.

01:16:07.520 But wait, wait, wait.

01:16:08.760 Displacement, it was followed by refugees. 1.00

01:16:11.260 Right.

01:16:11.560 So if a billion people, if you saw it coming for 10 years, you'll move.

01:16:17.360 Right.

01:16:17.840 But what they're saying is the water will keep coming up and it'll fly.

01:16:22.060 Think of New York City.

01:16:23.100 Yeah.

01:16:23.300 Right.

01:16:23.600 The water keeps coming up.

01:16:24.640 Let's think of Barack Obama's house.

01:16:26.320 Okay.

01:16:26.500 Barack Obama's house.

01:16:27.240 The water keeps coming up and Barack just stays there.

01:16:29.960 And eventually the water is so high, he's forced to leave and become a refugee. 1.00

01:16:33.880 He's on his roof with a sign.

01:16:34.840 That's how you get to a billion people.

01:16:36.220 Help.

01:16:36.740 Help.

01:16:37.040 Right.

01:16:37.460 And the National Guard or the Coast Guard, they don't see that sign.

01:16:41.260 They don't do anything.

01:16:41.880 So they don't do anything.

01:16:42.740 So that's what happens.

01:16:43.760 Okay.

01:16:44.520 Instead, what actually happens has happened in European countries.

01:16:48.220 It's happened all over the world.

01:16:49.700 You come up with systems to limit the downside of flood.

01:16:55.020 Right.

01:16:55.260 You put up everything.

01:16:57.180 Like Galveston is a good example.

01:16:58.900 They had this really bad hurricane.

01:17:00.040 They almost wiped out a hundred years ago.

01:17:02.000 Had all these problems.

01:17:03.100 They built a seawall.

01:17:05.280 So then they don't have as many problems anymore.

01:17:08.200 You do things to adapt to the changes.

01:17:12.040 You don't just sit there and go, oh my God, the water is lapping up into the living room.

01:17:15.840 How much time do we have, honey?

01:17:17.340 Well, then explain Venice.

01:17:21.820 There you go.

01:17:23.200 We're all going to be Venice one day.

01:17:24.620 I mean, like these things.

01:17:25.940 But Venice, they've been doing this for hundreds of years.

01:17:29.560 It's like not new technology.

01:17:31.720 Hundreds of years that city has been sinking.

01:17:34.200 Yeah.

01:17:34.380 And surprisingly, the technology is even better now where you could do all sorts of things,

01:17:39.660 including systems in the water that minimize these floods.

01:17:43.500 And look, we all understand this and everyone knows this is true.

01:17:48.820 Well, you don't just sit there and let the water lap into your mansion.

01:17:51.620 You go and you move, right?

01:17:53.760 Or you change or you adjust the circumstances so it doesn't affect you.

01:17:57.780 They're basically saying everyone in this giant area is just going to leave at the last minute and be refugees. 1.00

01:18:02.860 Oh, my goodness. 1.00

01:18:03.780 It's idiotic. 1.00

01:18:04.560 Here's what that's that's what you concentrate on. 1.00

01:18:06.860 Yes, is that a billion people.

01:18:08.480 That's not going to happen because what they just said is going to happen is exactly what Joe Biden is denying that he has said on the campaign trail.

01:18:18.120 This is the this is the great reset.

01:18:21.680 So that bans fracking, that bans petroleum and oil.

01:18:25.040 First, it just taxes the snot out of it to stop it, to get people to get out of that industry and find something else.

01:18:33.040 So that's what Joe Biden has been talking about on the campaign trail the whole time.

01:18:38.160 But what I really liked is that you're not going to own property and yet you're going to like it.

01:18:45.460 Now, is that a threat?

01:18:48.480 Or just a prediction, you're not going to own property and you're and you'll like it.

01:18:53.860 Or is it you're not going to own property and you will like it?

01:18:58.900 I have a feeling I have a feeling it's more the second than the first.

01:19:10.860 You know me, I don't like to get to preachy, but I'm going to get preachy because it's a cold for there is big mobile companies out there.

01:19:21.680 And what they're doing with the money that you get, that you send them every month when they overcharge you.

01:19:29.360 A portion of that is going to horrible causes like Planned Parenthood and anti-Second Amendment causes.

01:19:35.700 I mean, you know, you might not stress too hard on the gun rights, abortion, freedom of speech, freedom of press.

01:19:43.980 I don't want any of my money going going towards things that stop our freedoms or go to killing babies.

01:19:56.660 Thankfully, there is an alternative.

01:19:58.760 You don't have to be with big mobile anymore.

01:20:01.360 Patriot Mobile is there and they don't donate to leftist causes.

01:20:05.820 But in fact, they do donate to conservative ones.

01:20:09.360 They do believe in life.

01:20:11.180 They do believe in the Second Amendment.

01:20:12.900 They do believe in your rights as outlined by our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

01:20:18.620 I know that's dangerous nowadays, but that's who they are.

01:20:22.760 You need to stand with them.

01:20:24.360 You don't have to give your money to big mobile anymore.

01:20:27.460 Everyone's on the same towers, the same sticks.

01:20:30.800 Get off and go with people who are actually working with you to save America.

01:20:37.060 It's Patriot Mobile.

01:20:38.380 You get the same great coverage.

01:20:39.800 I think better service and you're going to save money.

01:20:44.220 Call their U.S.-based customer service team right now and switch at 972-PATRIOT.

01:20:48.180 That's 972-PATRIOT.

01:21:03.520 If you thought this confession from Biden was bad.

01:21:06.260 I would transition from the oil industry, yes.

01:21:09.120 Because the oil industry pollutes.

01:21:11.700 Wait until you hear what else radical Democrats have planned for his presidency.

01:21:15.780 Just days away from one of the most important elections of our lifetime, Glenn exposes the terrifying agenda to completely transform America.

01:21:34.600 The Bill of Rights is going by the wayside quickly, and especially if we pack the courts.

01:21:50.300 But the biggest violator of this now is Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Google.

01:21:55.140 You are losing all kinds of freedoms, freedom of the press, as we have seen.

01:22:05.760 This is not a coincidence.

01:22:10.480 Jack Dorsey is an active Democratic donor.

01:22:13.220 He's the CEO of Twitter.

01:22:15.500 The director of Twitter, the executive chairman, matched $530,000 to a donation of the ACLU.

01:22:23.080 And has donated thousands of dollars to the DNC and Democratic candidates.

01:22:27.520 The CEO has a history of donating to Democratic candidates.

01:22:48.440 The public policy director, in charge of government election partnerships with leading global government and political publishers, including the content strategy for Twitter.

01:22:59.500 She was an intern and press secretary for multiple Democratic politicians.

01:23:03.440 Plus, she worked on the Rachel Maddow show.

01:23:06.360 The senior communications manager, former communications manager, press secretary for Kamala Harris.

01:23:16.160 The former director of public policy, left to join Biden's transition team, worked at the White House under the Obama administration, worked under the Hillary campaign.

01:23:26.640 Brandon Borman, the VP of global communications at Twitter, donated thousands to Joe Biden recently and was the media spokesperson for the decision to fact check Donald Trump's tweets.

01:23:38.740 I mean, look at that.

01:23:42.280 This is this is not a coincidence.

01:23:44.900 And by next week, our voice could be silenced or throttled way, way back if we speak out against the conventional approved narrative.

01:25:22.500 You're either going in as a buyer or a seller, and it can really feel like you're rolling the dice and hoping against hope that you hit seven.

01:25:30.120 But let's be honest, in a way you are.

01:25:32.980 There's no guarantee that the housing market is going to stay stable.

01:25:36.620 In fact, it looks like house values are headed for a plunge in the not too distant future, maybe six months to a year.

01:25:43.420 That thought alone is enough to make your skin crawl if you're trying to buy or sell a house.

01:25:47.880 But there is hope.

01:25:48.960 A few years ago, I started a company called Real Estate Agents I Trust, and it was designed as a free service to you, whereby we can connect you with the nation's top real estate agents.

01:27:00.780 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:27:06.000 I don't want to waste any time.

01:27:08.240 I'm looking for somebody that can talk to me about what's happening in the African-American community with this election.

01:27:15.020 How is Donald Trump perceived?

01:27:16.980 What's really going on?

01:27:18.540 We have Jason Whitlock joining us in 60 seconds.

01:27:22.700 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:27:28.100 All right.

01:27:28.780 Our sponsor this half hour is Relief Factor.

01:27:31.040 If you're one of those people like I used to be who suffers from frequent, unrelenting pain, the kind that just make you say, I just can't get up anymore.

01:27:38.420 I can't do it anymore.

01:27:39.360 It's time for you to get proactive.

01:27:42.000 You know what causes most of our pain?

01:27:44.600 Inflammation.

01:27:45.360 Our joints swell within our body, and then that just lights your pain receptors up like a Christmas tree.

01:27:51.280 I'm sorry.

01:27:51.680 Is that still?

01:27:52.340 Can we still say Christmas?

01:27:54.120 Yes.

01:27:54.600 And depending on who wins next week.

01:27:56.700 Okay.

01:27:57.600 Now, maybe you've lived with this for a long time.

01:27:59.840 Maybe you think that there's nothing that will ever give you your life back.

01:28:03.180 But I am here to tell you there is something that did it for me.

01:28:05.760 I went.

01:28:06.360 I mean, I was at the Mayo Clinic.

01:28:07.780 I was everywhere.

01:28:08.940 And things would work for a while.

01:28:11.400 And then they would stop.

01:28:12.860 I really thought I had the code cracked several times.

01:28:15.580 And then it just stopped.

01:28:17.700 Well, something that I've been taking now for three years.

01:28:20.780 Every time I stop taking it, my pain comes back.

01:28:23.720 It works for me.

01:28:24.660 And 70% of the people who try it go on to order more.

01:28:27.600 Why would you do that unless it's working?

01:28:30.100 See if you're part of that 70% and get your life back like I did. 0.99

01:29:19.440 He's a sports writer.

01:29:21.160 He can be found at Outkick.com now.

01:29:24.700 And Jason joins me now.

01:29:27.460 Jason, welcome to the program.

01:29:29.180 I want to start with something you just wrote for Outkick.

01:29:31.700 President Trump's dragon energy entices Ice Cube, Kanye West, 50 Cent, and other black men. 0.98

01:29:37.700 Twelve years ago, when I trashed Sarah Palin in a Huffington Post column and across social media on a daily basis,

01:29:43.800 no one cared.

01:29:45.160 No one told me to stick to sports.

01:29:47.440 Although a non-voter, my preference for Barack Obama and Joe Biden was quite clear.

01:29:51.580 I'm still a non-voter.

01:29:53.340 But my preference for Donald Trump and Mike Pence now is quite clear.

01:29:57.220 My critics passionately want me to stick to sports.

01:30:00.380 My presidential preference is now offensive.

01:30:02.820 I've sold out.

01:30:03.460 I've changed. 0.99

01:30:04.060 I'm a hypocrite. 0.96

01:30:04.700 This Wednesday, I visited the White House to interview President Trump. 0.99

01:30:08.680 I wanted to probe him on why black voters, particularly black men, seem to be breaking from the facade

01:30:14.120 that he is the grand wizard of the Ku Klux Klan. 0.64

01:30:18.780 What's happening, Jason?

01:30:20.600 What's happening in the black community?

01:30:23.740 Well, I really believe the facts are starting to speak for themselves.

01:30:30.460 And that Donald Trump's record of accomplishment, particularly as it relates to African Americans, speaks for itself.

01:30:42.880 That he actually has a record to stand on, unlike even Barack Obama when he was president.

01:30:54.800 I don't think he had much of a record to stand on in terms of, hey, what did he actually deliver for African Americans?

01:31:03.720 President Trump has things he stands, he can stand on.

01:31:07.580 And, you know, beyond that, I think black people understand when he starts talking about black unemployment rate and America's unemployment rate.

01:31:16.720 And then when you just add in for black men, the facade we've been putting on as it relates to President Trump is embarrassing, to be quite honest with you. 1.00

01:31:28.460 Just because we have celebrated him in hip-hop music.

01:31:35.380 Yeah.

01:31:35.840 We have been friends with him and socialized with him in every way possible, from Oprah Winfrey to Jesse Jackson to just any number of African American celebrities.

01:31:55.200 And, you know, this whole thing that he's, you know, some flaming racist, it just doesn't ring true.

01:32:03.120 And people are having to deal with that reality.

01:32:07.260 And I think for black men, it's just his masculinity, his fearlessness. 1.00

01:32:15.200 It just resonates and rings true to us.

01:32:19.740 You know, Jason, I got a lot of heat for saying, I don't know, about six or maybe, maybe as long as a year ago, I said that Donald Trump is the alpha male.

01:32:32.220 And that he is one of the only examples in public life outside of sports, perhaps, that is an alpha that doesn't mind saying, yeah, I'm a man.

01:32:45.220 I'm all man.

01:32:46.040 And you may not like the way he manifests that in some ways, but he's not ashamed of it.

01:32:51.740 And we're living in a culture where we are told to be women. 0.99

01:32:56.300 Men are told to be women or damn near. 0.93

01:32:59.240 And he's not. 0.57

01:33:01.320 He's not.

01:33:02.280 And I think that plays a role in the psyche of a lot of men.

01:33:07.200 I think without question, you know, we've been on this tangent that, like, everything masculine is evil, toxic.

01:33:19.460 And that's just not true.

01:33:21.440 And I think for men and a segment of the female population, I think a pretty large segment, we just don't buy that.

01:33:29.620 We understand that American freedoms were won through masculinity.

01:33:35.820 And there is a way to be responsibly masculine.

01:33:38.880 Yes.

01:33:39.120 And there's a way to be irresponsibly masculine.

01:33:41.880 We need to get rid of the irresponsible, but to paint all masculinity as toxic and evil and a detriment to the country is just wrong.

01:33:52.800 And I just, people aren't buying into it.

01:33:56.620 Look, I think the Black Lives Matter, rioting, looting, disrespect, when you have any sort, just 10% Christian values, 5%, it just, Black Lives Matters and all what we've seen all summer, it just doesn't jibe with any kind of Christian values or faith-based values. 1.00

01:34:25.340 American values.

01:34:27.340 American values.

01:34:29.340 But let's say you want to have some anti-American sentiment, because, listen, I love my mother.

01:34:36.220 She's a hardcore Democrat. 1.00

01:34:38.380 You know, she tossed me over a bridge for Barack Obama.

01:34:41.400 But I'm constantly questioning her, like, hey, how do these policies coincide with our religious faith?

01:34:50.160 This is what's been at the foundation of our family.

01:34:53.100 This is why you took me to church every Sunday as a kid.

01:34:56.200 This is why I was baptized.

01:34:58.020 These things that you're supporting politically, it's so crystal clear now they don't coincide with our religious faith.

01:35:04.400 What does she say?

01:35:07.400 She doesn't have a great answer.

01:35:10.820 She just gets frustrated.

01:35:12.800 And she thinks that, she's been convinced that racism is the sin above all sins.

01:35:21.340 And I'm not trying to diminish racism, but it is just a sin.

01:35:29.620 And when I say just a sin, it's no greater, worse than any other sin.

01:35:36.560 And sin, and it's like I explained to her, I was like, look, you understand the biblical truth.

01:35:40.680 Sin entered the world. 0.80

01:35:42.120 Unfairness entered the world.

01:35:43.560 And if someone gets angry and says the wrong word, that does not mean they're not human.

01:35:50.740 That just means they're a sinner like you. 1.00

01:35:53.020 I've heard you say the wrong word.

01:35:55.480 But does that really drive your actions on a daily basis?

01:35:59.480 And so we've made racism the how you judge people.

01:36:07.500 And the media can define almost anything as racist.

01:36:12.460 So anything can be a dog whistle.

01:36:15.140 But how do you, have you said to your mom what you said last week about Antifa being, you know, the modern day Klan?

01:36:25.580 Of course.

01:36:26.380 Yeah.

01:36:28.780 People live in their own little bubbles.

01:36:31.620 And when you live in a bubble framed for you by MSNBC and CNN.

01:36:37.540 Yeah.

01:36:38.280 You know, she doesn't, Antifa, you know, maybe I heard something about it.

01:36:42.280 Joe Biden said it was an idea.

01:36:44.340 She hasn't seen, she doesn't know what's going on in Portland and Seattle every day.

01:36:49.240 She doesn't know that there are paid, organized protesters looting and burning down these cities.

01:36:56.960 Yeah.

01:36:57.040 She doesn't know because that doesn't get into her bubble.

01:37:01.460 And, you know, listen, what I've explained to her and I've spoken at the church I grew up in and I've explained to them because I still financially support the church I grew up in.

01:37:13.140 But I'm like, we can't let politics become our religion.

01:37:17.440 We can't, we can't.

01:37:19.400 And I've asked my mother all the time and I finally got her to quit.

01:37:22.520 But I was like, you can't talk about Trump and Obama more than you talk about God.

01:37:27.500 That's not, that's not, we can't be that.

01:37:30.640 And some of it is starting to get through.

01:37:34.640 And it's funny, Glenn, President Trump gave me a present to give to my mother.

01:37:41.560 And I told my mother this when I came back from, I said, he gave you a key to the White House.

01:37:48.380 It's very nice.

01:37:49.200 I'm going to send it to you.

01:37:50.220 And she thought I was joking.

01:37:53.200 And I was like, no, my mom's serious.

01:37:55.620 And so literally her reaction was like, she didn't think President Trump was capable of an act of kindness.

01:38:03.500 That's how much TV, and my mom's 80. 0.80

01:38:07.220 And so, you know, she's at home.

01:38:08.760 She's like a lot of old people watching a lot of TV. 1.00

01:38:10.720 And it kind of shook her up a little bit.

01:38:13.520 Like, oh, my God, this guy is a human being.

01:38:16.960 You know, but Jason, it's weird because you get, I get that reaction.

01:38:21.900 I get that reaction from people who meet me.

01:38:24.320 I mean, I had a guy that was so, that hated me so much that came into a meeting with me.

01:38:30.080 His hands were shaking.

01:38:31.480 He called me the devil when we first sat down.

01:38:34.780 45 minutes into it, he said, wow.

01:38:38.380 I mean, you are nice.

01:38:41.240 You're a nice guy.

01:38:42.500 And he felt bad.

01:38:43.600 He told everybody after I left the meeting how badly he felt about saying those things.

01:38:48.060 People just don't believe that conservatives, for one, and in some ways, you know, Democrats are decent people.

01:38:57.540 We just make them into these monsters. 0.99

01:39:01.120 If you're on that side, you're a monster.

01:39:03.840 That is the power of social media.

01:39:06.920 And I keep explaining to people, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, they're some of the most secular places on Earth.

01:39:15.280 And we've reduced everyone to a tweet that we disagree with.

01:39:22.440 And we used to not be that way.

01:39:24.260 We used to, I don't find it like, James Carville's wife, they were on different sides of the political aisle.

01:39:31.820 I know.

01:39:32.220 And it's like, we've illegalized all of that.

01:39:34.620 I know.

01:39:34.900 And we used to live in a time where people could disagree politically, still see the humanity of each other, still love each other enough to get married.

01:39:43.620 And now it's like, oh, we disagree politically. 0.99

01:39:46.420 You're the worst human being on the world. 0.90

01:39:48.740 That is how much social media and the mainstream media have divided us. 0.99

01:39:54.800 We've defined each other on different sides of the political stripe as evil.

01:39:59.680 And take someone like me, Glenn.

01:40:01.280 I'm not political.

01:40:02.560 I've never voted.

01:40:03.520 It drives my parents crazy.

01:40:05.880 It drives me crazy, too.

01:40:07.160 I wanted to ask you that.

01:40:09.840 Why have you never voted?

01:40:12.280 Because I don't believe in politicians.

01:40:15.940 I am a person of my word.

01:40:18.300 And so if I say, hey, I'm going to do something, I'm really going to do it.

01:40:21.900 And I'm going to hold you to that expectation.

01:40:25.220 Politicians don't stick to their word.

01:40:28.000 And this is why, and it's taken me time to realize, it's taken me three and a half years to realize,

01:40:33.180 it's like, the reason why I kind of halfway like Trump, he's not a politician.

01:40:38.240 And it's like, oh my God, the stuff that he actually said he was going to do, he's actually

01:40:43.120 tried to do it and has done a lot of it.

01:40:46.280 But that has made me, I've waited too late to register to vote here in Tennessee.

01:40:53.120 If I hadn't, I think I'm to the point I would have voted this election.

01:40:58.740 Because I actually believe the guy.

01:41:00.640 He, you know, whether I agree or disagree, it's like, oh man, the stuff he says, I'm going to do.

01:41:05.620 I have to tell you, he called me, oh, I don't know, a year ago when I first started to say,

01:41:12.200 maybe a year and a half ago when I first started saying I was wrong about him.

01:41:15.440 And I was wrong about him because I didn't think he'd keep any of his promises.

01:41:19.340 Because he was a, you know, he's a businessman in New York and there's no way he's going to keep his promises.

01:41:24.880 And I started saying on the air, he kept his promises and I think he's actually doing a good job.

01:41:33.280 And he called me and he, you know, thanked me for that.

01:41:37.660 And I said, no, you don't have to thank me.

01:41:39.700 It's my responsibility as a decent human being to call him as I see him.

01:41:47.380 And I didn't like you at the beginning and I didn't think that you were going to do any things, but you did.

01:41:53.200 And so I've got to admit that.

01:41:54.880 And I said, but that doesn't mean I like everything.

01:41:57.420 I said, your trade policy.

01:41:59.840 He talked to me for probably 25 or 30 minutes about trade policy.

01:42:04.700 He asked me really intelligent questions.

01:42:08.000 He went back and forth with me.

01:42:10.240 And in the end, he said, yeah, I still, I just like trade policy.

01:42:15.180 So I'm still going to do them.

01:42:16.540 He didn't say to my face what every other politician has ever said.

01:42:20.560 Well, you know what?

01:42:21.400 I'm going to look, I'm going to think about that.

01:42:23.120 He didn't.

01:42:23.820 He just said, but I don't agree with you.

01:42:25.940 And I loved that.

01:42:27.240 I love that.

01:42:28.200 Yeah, I think if he would get off Twitter and if I'm hoping if he gets a second term that because he's made his point about the media.

01:42:42.900 And so, and I agree with him about the media being the enemy of the people and fake news, I agree with.

01:42:48.540 I just like to see him being a bit more kinder and gentler in his second term where it would just be easier for people to focus on what he's actually done.

01:42:58.660 Yeah.

01:42:58.780 And what he's actually done, particularly for me as an African-American, the support of HBCUs, the Opportunity Zones, his Platinum Plan, there's a sincere commitment to make things better for everyone.

01:43:13.520 And again, the America first thing, as I told him in our interview, that's the number one thing for me.

01:43:20.040 And my parent, my mother was a factory worker. 1.00

01:43:24.100 My dad didn't graduate high school, factory worker who then started a bar business in the inner city for factory workers.

01:43:32.880 We got to do something about getting manufacturing jobs back here in the United States so that people like my parents can uplift their children despite them not having college educations or some kind of white collar job.

01:43:49.380 Me and my brother, and I got a stepsister I'm very close to, all of us college graduates, all of us doing well in life, off the backs of factory workers and manufacturing jobs.

01:44:02.860 I love the America first agenda.

01:44:05.400 I beg my mother, watch the inauguration speech.

01:44:09.160 It's one of the greatest speeches I've ever heard, and he's speaking directly to you.

01:44:13.980 Jason, I have to run, but I thank you very much for standing for what you believe in, whether we agree or disagree.

01:44:23.380 Fearless with Jason Whitlock is exactly the right name for anything that you do.

01:44:28.900 Thank you, Jason. Appreciate it.

01:44:29.960 Thank you, Glenn.

01:44:30.540 You bet. Bye-bye.

01:44:32.180 Jason Whitlock, sportswriteroutkick.com is where you can find him.

01:46:07.820 You know what's really sad is I look at what happened in Philadelphia last night, and I 0.99

01:46:14.980 see the chants, ain't no good, pigs in my hood, ain't no good, pigs in my hood. 0.99

01:46:21.560 I have the same bumper sticker. 0.99

01:46:22.840 Yeah, me too.

01:46:23.600 And I have the sweatshirt.

01:46:25.380 Well, it's pretty, but.

01:46:26.300 Okay.

01:46:26.940 Anyway, it really bothers me that we live in a time where my kids, my older kids, I 0.56

01:46:36.700 remember saying, yeah, they used to call police pigs, and they were so, they were

01:46:43.200 like, what?

01:46:44.140 They'd never heard that before.

01:46:46.300 Good, that means you're a good father.

01:46:47.480 Right, and it was something that, you know, had come from the 60s, and now we're

01:46:53.180 doing it again, and a whole new generation is going through, and I think it's 1.00

01:46:57.220 because of those damn hippies that just won't let go. 1.00

01:47:02.420 They went, they used the capitalist system to enrich themselves, and now, as 1.00

01:47:06.680 they are going out, and they're controlling the world, this is what they do.

01:47:12.100 They just bring it all back and introduce this poison back into our system.

01:47:17.040 Gosh, I don't know where that passion came from there.

01:47:18.920 For a second, it seems like I might have something that I should deal with.

01:47:23.220 Well, I'll tell you this.

01:47:24.420 You watched some of the footage last night from Philadelphia where they're burning

01:47:27.100 down, you know, burning cars and all these things, and a police officer gets

01:47:30.420 basically run over by a truck in the middle of the protests.

01:47:33.840 This is, I mean, you know, it's amazing that it's still going on.

01:47:37.740 I can tell you that it's a heck of a reminder to a very important state in this

01:47:42.060 election, Pennsylvania, as to what is going on in our country right now.

01:47:47.160 This is your state on fire.

01:47:50.220 By the way, racial equality.

01:47:53.400 Three out of four people say they've reached the American dream or are on their

01:47:57.000 way, and a majority of black people believe they have more opportunities than 0.84

01:48:01.780 their parents.

01:48:04.000 Hmm.

01:50:08.280 No, no, I'm sorry.

01:50:09.040 27 times it's been open for the president to pick right before an election.

01:50:15.340 And 27 times they have nominated someone.

01:50:17.640 Right.

01:50:17.960 27 of 27.

01:50:19.020 Um, 19 times that has gone through and the person has been, uh, nominated.

01:50:25.920 The hearings went on and were, uh, they were, uh, seated as a Supreme Court justice.

01:50:32.800 19 times that has happened.

01:50:35.540 The rest of them is because it didn't happen.

01:50:39.920 They were nominated, but they, but they didn't go through.

01:50:43.660 Why?

01:50:45.120 Because they didn't have the control of the Senate.

01:50:48.520 The president was from a different party from the Senate.

01:50:51.340 So 19 times we have this happening.

01:50:54.460 This time, somehow or another, it's illegitimate.

01:50:58.380 And they are only using this as an excuse.

01:51:02.300 The idea of packing the courts happened long before Ginsburg died.

01:51:08.740 This has been making the circle of, uh, of the left for a long time.

01:51:15.780 They're looking for excuses.

01:51:18.240 They're looking for reasons.

01:51:19.960 So they're making the reason to pack the court and get rid of all of these constitutional norms

01:51:25.600 because of Amy Coney Barrett.

01:51:28.620 It is a lie, but I want you to listen to what Chuck Schumer said.

01:51:32.320 Really listen to this.

01:51:33.840 Leader McConnell has lectured the Senate before on consequences of the majority's action.

01:51:40.720 You'll regret this, he told Democrats once, and you may regret it this a lot sooner than

01:51:46.200 you think.

01:51:47.460 Listen to those words.

01:51:49.880 You'll regret this, and you may regret it a lot sooner than you think.

01:51:56.040 I would change just one word.

01:51:58.020 My colleagues may regret this for a lot longer than they think.

01:52:04.260 Monday, October 26th, 2020, it will go down as one of the darkest days in the 231-year

01:52:14.200 history of the United States Senate.

01:52:16.920 I believe that statement to be true because of what he preceded it with.

01:52:21.500 To say this is one of the darkest days in Senate history is not true.

01:52:26.840 That they, what, they did what constitutionally they were supposed to do, and they've done

01:52:30.700 19 different times throughout history? 0.97

01:52:33.080 It's ridiculous. 0.71

01:52:34.220 But because of what he said before, it's accurate. 0.73

01:52:38.880 He said, my colleagues may regret this for a lot longer than they think.

01:52:45.620 So, in other words, when you lose an election, you know, you're going to regret this sooner

01:52:52.880 than you think.

01:52:54.220 Okay?

01:52:54.740 You're going to lose the election, and we're going to go our way.

01:52:58.080 Okay.

01:52:59.060 But longer, why would it be longer than you think?

01:53:03.300 It'd be longer because you're going to use it to change the constitutional norms.

01:53:09.840 You're going to get rid of the filibuster.

01:53:11.780 You're going to add new states so you can add new senators. 0.98

01:53:17.020 You are going to pack the courts.

01:53:20.440 You're going to start playing with the lower courts as well.

01:53:24.140 So, of course, you're going to regret it longer.

01:53:26.580 You're going to regret it for the rest of your life because they are changing the system,

01:53:32.080 and people need to understand this.

01:53:34.680 The only one who's not saying it is Joe Biden, but he is saying this yesterday.

01:53:40.920 Listen.

01:53:41.780 Part of your commission, you would look at how long justices serve on the court.

01:53:45.140 Does that mean that you're open to term limits?

01:53:46.920 No, no, no, no, no.

01:53:48.280 There is a question about whether or not it's a lifetime appointment.

01:53:53.200 I'm not going to attempt to change that at all.

01:53:55.360 There's some literature among consulists and scholars about the possibility of going from

01:54:00.300 one court to another court, not just always staying the whole time on the Supreme Court.

01:54:04.160 But I have made no judgment, my word.

01:54:07.340 My word is that I've made no judgment.

01:54:09.440 They're just a group of serious consulists and scholars have a number of ideas how we

01:54:14.240 should proceed from this point on.

01:54:16.520 And that's what we're going to be doing.

01:54:18.280 I'm going to give him 180 days, God willing, if I'm elected, from the time I'm sworn in,

01:54:22.980 to be able to make such a recommendation.

01:54:24.320 So 180 days after he's elected, he's going to have this council of very wise, very wise

01:54:33.800 constitutional scholars tell him different ways they can change the judicial system.

01:54:40.640 So in other words, Amy Coney Barrett, she'll still be an appointee for life, but she won't

01:54:44.880 always be on the Supreme Court.

01:54:46.760 She might go to a lower court for a while and then she might pop back. 0.98

01:54:51.480 Oh my gosh, where is that in the Constitution?

01:54:54.320 Where is that?

01:54:55.800 What he's doing is exactly what Stu told me, and I can't believe that I didn't recognize

01:55:04.060 it.

01:55:05.260 He is becoming Philip Drew Administrator.

01:55:09.380 If you're a longtime listener of this program or you watched me on Fox, you know I talked

01:55:14.180 about Philip Drew Administrator.

01:55:16.240 It's one of the worst novels of all time, but it was Woodrow Wilson's favorite book.

01:55:22.560 And it was written by, I want to say, Colonel House, wasn't it?

01:55:27.220 One of his big advisors.

01:55:29.300 And it was it was the way things are going to be in the future where the president is

01:55:36.580 just a he's just he's an administrator.

01:55:39.740 He doesn't make the decisions.

01:55:41.960 He's just look, I'm going to get a good counsel.

01:55:44.380 I'm going to get a wise counsel.

01:55:46.760 And you know what?

01:55:47.820 I completely forgot.

01:55:48.980 You know what?

01:55:49.280 The first thing he does.

01:55:50.360 The first thing he does is make sure that he changes the Constitution and the Supreme Court

01:55:55.120 to be able to be more fair and to be able to get these things through because they're

01:56:01.260 all common sense.

01:56:02.140 And all of these scholars all believe in these things.

01:56:05.660 Then he went state by state to change their constitutions to make sure that they lined up

01:56:12.280 with the federal Constitution.

01:56:15.580 This is this is the beginnings of what they were talking about then.

01:56:19.920 They're doing it.

01:56:21.460 Look, I'm just I'm just saying we're just talking about it.

01:56:24.040 We're just talking about it.

01:56:25.240 And I'm not going to decide.

01:56:26.480 Right.

01:56:26.560 I mean, well, you're not going to decide either, but these wise men and women are going to

01:56:31.440 decide.

01:56:32.800 It's fascinating.

01:56:33.720 Wow.

01:56:34.080 Yeah.

01:56:34.340 I mean, it also makes it so he doesn't have to answer questions during an election.

01:56:39.280 I mean, am I going to pack the court?

01:56:40.660 I don't know.

01:56:41.280 Let's see what the experts say.

01:56:42.800 Am I going to close things down?

01:56:43.980 I don't know.

01:56:44.360 Let's see what the scientists say.

01:56:45.860 He's constantly pushing these things off to other people.

01:56:48.480 Therefore, he can't be held responsible for any of the actions.

01:56:51.120 And it makes it so that we do not live in the constitutional republic as designed by

01:56:57.220 the founders.

01:56:57.720 That's for sure.

01:56:58.860 And it's amazing to hear Schumer, too.

01:57:00.180 He's like it's such a fascinating set of arguments.

01:57:03.760 What did the Republicans do that was so offensive here?

01:57:07.180 Right.

01:57:07.380 They named a Supreme Court justice and push push them through right before an election.

01:57:13.240 And the Democratic argument there is to say, well, back in 2016, you said the opposite.

01:57:20.140 But this was a standard that the republic, first of all, it's not true.

01:57:25.100 We know historically it's not true.

01:57:26.460 We've dealt with that already.

01:57:27.560 But like this was not a standard the Democrats accepted.

01:57:31.920 Right.

01:57:32.380 They fought against it every single step of the way.

01:57:35.060 They didn't say at the end of this, well, I guess you guys won.

01:57:37.480 You didn't get Merrick Garland in there.

01:57:38.740 So from now on, we can't we will not name any Supreme Court.

01:57:43.180 They didn't accept that standard. 0.94

01:57:45.060 They're using it as just a ridiculous argument.

01:57:47.880 They fought that standard every step of the way.

01:57:51.680 This is what they asked for last time.

01:57:54.040 But see, there are no standards anymore.

01:57:55.940 No, there are no standards.

01:57:57.420 And that's that's what's coming your way.

01:57:59.500 If Donald Trump loses, there won't be standards that we all hang our hat on because they'll have

01:58:06.520 the experts look at those standards.

01:58:08.600 These are these are some of the most vindictive, angry people I have ever seen.

01:58:16.540 You don't give power.

01:58:18.340 I can't believe I'm going to quote him again.

01:58:21.780 Lindsey Graham.

01:58:23.760 You people want power so badly.

01:58:27.780 You will do anything for it.

01:58:30.060 And I hope to God you never get it.

01:58:33.440 That's where we're at.

01:58:34.880 They will do anything for power.

01:58:38.060 And when they have it, they will not let it go.

01:58:42.160 They won't.

01:58:43.560 We know from we know from our own investigation and from from documents from the federal government

01:58:50.740 that Barack Obama set up the deep state in intelligence and in the State Department.

01:58:57.420 He he in a way codified it to make sure that it never changed.

01:59:04.120 That was their goal.

01:59:05.200 It won't change.

01:59:07.000 Well, it was an infant and Donald Trump won instead of Hillary Clinton.

01:59:12.160 And that's what they're really mad about.

01:59:14.980 They're mad that they couldn't put the final touches on that system to make sure that deep

01:59:20.940 state was healthy and could withstand any Donald Trump.

01:59:25.480 And it's exposed the deep state.

01:59:30.180 This is what they're doing.

01:59:31.480 They're going to come in and change all the constitutional norms.

01:59:35.080 I can't believe that anyone would vote for a Democrat right now just based on that alone.

01:59:41.000 People that are saying we're going to change the Supreme Court.

01:59:45.600 We're going to pack it.

01:59:46.960 We're going to change the lower courts because the judges that Donald Trump sent in, which

01:59:54.320 many of them they voted for in the Senate.

01:59:57.760 That those people are so radical they shouldn't be able to lead to serve peace peaceably.

02:00:07.060 What does that mean?

02:00:10.180 They're going to go back in and they're going to go see which ones they don't want because

02:00:14.640 they're too extreme.

02:00:16.160 And if that doesn't work, they'll just start changing the way the judicial system works

02:00:21.100 entirely.

02:00:22.360 It is.

02:00:23.300 It's it's a madhouse. 0.78

02:00:26.420 It's a madhouse. 0.53

02:00:29.360 It's a good way to describe it.

02:00:31.020 It is a good way to describe it.

02:00:32.560 And they there are some of that people like Joe Biden, for example, are trying to push

02:00:38.580 these things off in this.

02:00:39.920 You know, we're going to do a commission, right?

02:00:41.580 Because he doesn't want to answer these things right now.

02:00:43.240 People like Chuck Schumer, you know, you're a senator from New York.

02:00:47.540 You just blurt it out, right?

02:00:48.960 Your constituents are fine with it.

02:00:50.840 And they're blurting out what they want to do with these changes.

02:00:53.240 And we should take them seriously.

02:00:54.700 They will do it.

02:00:55.660 Never in my life have people said something that is so brazen and so unconstitutional

02:01:03.440 as what's happening right now on multiple fronts, multiple fronts.

02:01:08.040 Yeah, they're talking about changing capitalism.

02:01:10.820 Getting rid of capitalism as we know it and getting into some equity business.

02:01:17.100 They're talking about you want to talk about the stock market taking a nosedive.

02:01:21.120 They're talking about our Treasury Department being run by Elizabeth Warren.

02:01:26.000 And as and as if that's not bad enough, the statement on why they said normally Wall

02:01:33.260 Street has to be really kind of taken into consideration so it looks stable, et cetera,

02:01:38.040 et cetera.

02:01:38.400 But because we're in this covid emergency.

02:01:43.800 Equity needs to be addressed first. 0.95

02:01:47.360 So they don't care what Wall Street is going to say about the Treasury Department.

02:01:53.040 Now, I don't want to be dictated to by Wall Street either, but that shows you the level

02:01:58.600 of change they're going to make that if you appoint her, the markets will freak out. 1.00

02:02:04.500 All investment, all companies coming to move here, thinking about moving here.

02:02:09.840 If you fundamentally change our economic system.

02:02:14.960 You're going to destroy all of that.

02:02:16.880 It will be the greatest American depression.

02:02:21.100 And we're a week away.

02:02:24.540 Congratulations.

02:02:25.460 It's going to be interesting.

02:02:31.520 Patricia in Ohio writes about giving her dog Rough Green, saying he loves Rough Greens.

02:02:37.480 In fact, he whines now if we don't put it on his food.

02:02:43.400 Boy, Patricia, I hear you.

02:02:45.760 Rough Greens is like dog crack.

02:02:47.880 I expecting Uno to, you know, turn up running some shell corporation in the Ukraine and raking 0.99

02:02:53.440 in piles of cash and sending it to Joe Biden.

02:02:55.880 But I don't know.

02:02:56.960 He's a healthier, happier dog now.

02:02:59.120 And his appetite is through the roof.

02:03:01.760 But he hasn't gained any weight.

02:03:03.360 He's gained muscle.

02:03:04.580 He is so active now.

02:03:06.740 That is not my seven-year-old Uno before I started feeding him Rough Greens.

02:03:12.040 And every day that goes by, I see more changes in him.

02:03:16.980 He's a German Shepherd with 3,000 pounds of crushing power in his jawline.

02:03:22.580 So I haven't tried not giving it to him, Patricia.

02:03:27.800 But maybe somebody else can try that.

02:03:30.540 Rough Greens, not a dog food.

02:03:32.380 It's a supplement that you put on the dog food.

02:03:34.460 And dogs love it.

02:03:35.560 Probiotics, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, omega oils.

02:04:01.160 That's Rough Greens.com slash Beck.

02:04:03.880 R-U-F-F Greens.com slash Beck.

02:04:09.120 You're listening to Glenn Beck.

02:04:12.140 This is the Glenn Beck program.

02:04:18.960 We're glad you're here.

02:04:20.880 You know, today we just wanted to give you a quick study on Kamala Harris and Joe Biden on guns.

02:04:30.280 We think it's, you know, it didn't come up in a debate.

02:04:32.880 Why would it?

02:04:33.460 It's only the Second Amendment.

02:04:34.520 And these guys are on the record.

02:04:36.520 Here they are.

02:04:37.260 The biggest mistake that Bernie made, that Senator Sanders made, he voted to give the gun manufacturers,

02:04:44.920 the only major industry in America, a loophole that does not allow them to be sued for the carnage they are creating.

02:04:54.040 First thing I'll do as president is work to get rid of that.

02:04:56.600 It's going to be hard.

02:04:57.380 I will give the United States Congress 100 days to get their act together and have the courage to pass reasonable gun safety laws.

02:05:04.820 And if they fail to do it, then I will take executive action.

02:05:08.440 There is no rationale to own a military style weapon, an AR-15, that if you need, if you're a hunter and you need an AR-15, you shouldn't be out there hunting.

02:05:19.380 I'll require that we support the ATF in taking the licenses of gun dealers who violate the law.

02:05:24.300 You don't need an AR-15. It's harder to aim. It's harder to use. And in fact, you don't need 30 rounds to protect yourself.

02:05:33.620 In the process of doing that, we have collected over 1,200 firearms from the hands of individuals who are on a list because they were known to have purchased a firearm and they were known to be a danger to themselves or society.

02:05:50.620 I introduced the first assault weapons ban. I, in fact, got it passed. I'm the only guy that beat the NRA twice.

02:05:57.320 This is not about saying we're going to take everyone's guns away.

02:06:00.760 We're saying we need reasonable gun safety laws, including universal background checks.

02:06:05.640 And to your point, Chris, a renewal of the assault weapons ban is just the right thing to do.

02:06:09.360 There's no threat to the Second Amendment by telling people there are certain weapons they cannot own.

02:06:16.120 Wow, I think you're pretty clear. Pretty clear.

02:06:21.300 Shall I not be infringed? I thought that was the wording.

02:06:23.180 Well, what I really like is that if Congress, she's going to give them 100 days, and if Congress doesn't act, well, she will just do an executive order and get rid of that pesky little Second Amendment thing. 0.98

02:06:36.460 We'll get back.

02:06:43.420 We'll do it.

02:06:45.520 We'll be right back.

02:06:48.960 We'll be right back.

02:06:53.320 We'll be right back.

02:06:58.520 We'll be right back.

02:06:58.940 We'll be right back.

02:07:03.780 We'll be right back.
