Good morning. This is the great thing about live radio is we had a great show lined up
00:00:07.080
for you still do. But I don't know if we're going to get to it today because we just got
00:00:11.600
the unclassified unclassified Select Committee on Intelligence report. And we're going to
00:00:18.980
read it to you. We just were handed it just a few minutes ago. We've been reading it.
00:00:23.960
Um, it is interesting. It is, uh, so far I'm about three quarters of the way through and I don't see
00:00:30.780
a problem with it. Um, but we'll let you decide and we'll go over it with a fine tooth comb. I want
00:00:36.060
to talk to you about real estate agents. I trust we have over a thousand active agents and another
00:00:40.880
5,000 who are on a waiting list ready to join, but we want to, we want to make sure that we get only
00:00:46.820
the best agents. And, and these are the people that share my vision on how real estate should be done
00:00:52.960
all over the country. We named the company real estate agents, I trust, uh, dot com for a reason.
00:00:59.700
It is not only the address, but it is also the whole spirit of the deal. I need to know that my
00:01:06.440
real estate agent is going to work really hard for me, going to keep focused on me, uh, and knows how
00:01:13.520
to price my house, knows how to sell my house, knows how to price the house I want to buy and can
00:01:18.680
negotiate that deal. And there is a system to it. And there's a reason why some are really
00:01:23.300
successful. Those are the people we'll send your way. Real estate agents, I trust.com buy or sell a
00:01:29.080
house the right way. Real estate agents, I trust.com the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:01:48.620
This is the Glenn Beck program. Okay. No need to, uh, beat around the bush. Uh, this was just handed to
00:01:56.960
us just a few minutes ago. We have the whistleblower complaint that was written August 12th. It has
00:02:04.780
just been declassified. We haven't even finished reading all the way through it, uh, but we're
00:02:09.960
going to take it piece by piece, line by line, and you will hear the entire report. And we'll
00:02:15.640
begin that in one minute. This is the Glenn Beck program. You know, remember the Cheshire cat in
00:02:24.380
Alice in Wonderland and his most famous line, we're all a little mad here. Well, welcome to 2019 in
00:02:33.460
America. Congress is trying to impeach the president this week for, well, I don't know. Um, you know,
00:02:41.360
they had to drop their attempt last week to impeach Kavanaugh baseless, baselessly, so they could
00:02:47.120
baselessly impeach the president this week. They're basically squirrels, you know, or dogs that are like
00:02:53.860
squirrel squirrel. They keep seeing a nut, something shiny in the wind, and they've got to
00:02:58.940
move the constant assault on our constitution. The rule of law and Liberty is something that
00:03:05.180
is subsidized by many large corporations in the United States and your cell phone company
00:03:10.380
may be among them. Patriot mobile. You know, we've, we've often said, you know, I can't stop
00:03:16.320
going to see movies because we're not making enough good movies, you know, with a conservative
00:03:21.620
or a, a, a, at least a common sense bent to it. I can't boycott Hollywood. I can't boycott Johnson
00:03:28.520
and Johnson. What am I going to do? Well, you can, you can replace your cell company and get the same
00:03:36.420
great service at a fraction of a cost. And you will ensure that your money is going for that service
00:03:44.740
to a veteran led company. Uh, and they're not taking that money and, uh, and spending it at
00:03:51.720
Planned Parenthood, giving it to La Raza, giving it to anti-free speech movements. They're giving it to
00:03:59.860
the things that you believe in. So now is the time. Put your money where your mouth is. Let your money do
00:04:08.200
the work while you are on the phone. Switching is really easy. Go to patriotmobile.com slash back
00:04:15.360
or call them at 877-367-7524. That's 877-367-7524. Or just go to patriotmobile.com slash back switch
00:04:27.100
today. Patriotmobile.com slash back. All right. To the Honorable Richard Burr, Chairman,
00:04:41.700
Select Committee on Intelligence, United States Senate, and the Honorable Adam Schiff, Chairman,
00:04:46.740
Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, House of Representatives. Dear Chairman Burr and Chairman
00:04:52.620
Schiff. I am reporting, this is the whistleblower now. This is August 12th, 2019. I am reporting an
00:04:59.960
urgent concern in accordance with the procedures outlined in 50 USC, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:05:05.720
This letter is unclassified when separated from the attachment. In the course of my official duties,
00:05:12.840
I have received information from multiple U.S. government officials that the president of the
00:05:17.140
United States is using his power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign
00:05:22.580
country in the 2020 U.S. elections. Wow, that's quite a charge. The interference includes,
00:05:30.060
among other things, pressuring a foreign country to investigate one of the president's main domestic
00:05:35.140
political rivals. The president's personal lawyer, Rudolph Giuliani, is central figure in this effort.
00:05:42.520
Attorney General Barr appears to be involved as well. Okay, so I want to set this out from the outset.
00:05:49.580
In the course of my official duties, I have received information from multiple U.S. government
00:05:56.820
officials. So in other words, what he's about to present, he has no firsthand knowledge of.
00:06:05.940
But even if he did, what he's saying, I don't know if there's a problem. He said, over the past four
00:06:12.360
months, more than half a dozen U.S. officials have informed me of various facts related to this effort.
00:06:17.600
The information provided herein was relayed to me in the course of official interagency business.
00:06:24.760
It is routine for U.S. officials with responsibility for a particular regional or functional portfolio
00:06:30.360
to share such information with one another in order to inform policymaking and analysis.
00:06:37.100
So in other words, I want you to know we're not doing anything weird here.
00:06:40.160
I was not a direct witness to most of the events described.
00:06:46.940
I was not a direct witness to most of the events described.
00:06:50.420
However, I found my colleagues' accounts of these events to be credible because in almost all cases,
00:06:57.340
multiple officials recounted a fact pattern that was consistent with one another.
00:07:03.200
In addition, a variety of information consistent with these private accounts has been reported publicly.
00:07:11.460
First of all, we'll let you decide whether there's anything in this.
00:07:16.860
But I just, I want you to know, I really, truly believe we would have read this document differently
00:07:23.520
had the press and the intelligence community not spent the last three and a half to four years
00:07:30.540
trying to take this president down on everything.
00:07:35.100
This used to mean something when you'd have a so-called whistleblower.
00:07:40.820
But does anybody trust the press, the intelligence community, the DOJ, any of it?
00:07:48.520
They have so discredited themselves that you don't know what's real and what's not.
00:07:58.500
I am deeply concerned that the actions described below constitute a serious or flagrant problem,
00:08:06.380
abuse, or violation of law or executive order that does not include differences of opinions
00:08:15.240
It is consistent with the definition of an urgent concern in U.S. C-50, blah, blah, blah.
00:08:22.460
I am therefore fulfilling my duty to report this information through proper legal channels
00:08:29.680
I am also concerned that these actions pose risk to the U.S. national security
00:08:35.360
and undermine the U.S. government's efforts to deter and counter foreign interference in U.S. elections.
00:08:42.580
To the best of my knowledge, the entirety of this statement is unclassified
00:08:54.820
There is a classified appendix which is attached to it.
00:08:58.240
Okay, it's only a little bit of black boxes, right?
00:09:01.380
I have endeavored to apply the classification standards outlined in Executive Order 13-526
00:09:08.880
and to separate out information that I know or have reason to believe is classified for national security purposes.
00:09:15.920
If a classification marking is applied retroactively,
00:09:20.440
I believe it is incumbent upon the classifying authority to explain why such a marking was applied
00:09:39.840
And because you may have missed yesterday's show
00:09:42.620
and maybe really only heard the reporting with ellipses,
00:09:48.980
the media in newspaper, online, on television, on all fronts
00:09:56.340
used an ellipse three, you know, dot, dot, dot,
00:10:35.540
we think you're surrounded by some of the bad guys
00:10:46.220
maybe in your circle has it or knows where it is.
00:11:39.320
but this was the first publicly acknowledged call
00:12:10.220
I mean, after they had an exchange of pleasantries,
00:12:18.080
I mean, it certainly wasn't the remainder of the call.
00:12:27.720
that they were only about his own personal interest,
00:12:33.240
However, his personal interests seemingly align
00:12:37.540
if we had a vice president of the United States
01:01:57.280
was happening, they were firing and, uh, bribing
01:03:36.100
And I think it can be just as easily interpreted
01:04:35.120
intelligence agency and the, uh, the government
01:04:49.980
know, making sure I do not want the intelligence
01:05:06.900
American Financing Corporation, NMLS, 1-8-2-3-3-4,
01:05:15.920
American Financing, you know, I'm a big proponent
01:05:24.640
It could be a good investment for you if you're
01:05:42.360
These are the people that I trust not to put you
01:05:50.440
They don't have upfront fees that you have to pay.
01:05:53.080
They just build custom loans to fit your needs,
01:05:55.620
including options for as little as a thousand down
01:06:03.600
Be responsible and talk to the people that are on
01:06:42.160
There's a couple of things that we have learned
01:06:43.580
from this whistleblower testimony and you're not
01:06:46.020
going to get this from, I don't think you're going
01:06:49.100
They're all going to be talking about Joe Biden
01:07:04.180
when it starts to be understood for what it is.
01:07:07.900
You're going to start hearing things like the Trump,
01:07:20.560
and I assume that Donald Trump is doing the things
01:07:27.840
which we've already found he has been discredited
01:07:30.660
because what he said was in the memo was not in the memo.
01:07:33.280
However, he is, he's making some strong allegations.
01:07:43.340
Quite honestly, as I understand what they're saying here,
01:07:48.160
I think I would have done exactly the same thing
01:07:51.620
and I would have done it for national security reasons.
01:08:05.160
I would have made sure this didn't go to Congress.
01:08:08.760
I would have made sure that this was in the top level drawer
01:08:22.820
I think what the president was onto is deep state
01:08:29.860
it's the intelligence that is wheedling this out.
01:08:37.900
and saying, oh no, he's doing something really bad.
01:08:44.600
He's looking for collusion of corruption in Ukraine with the DNC.
01:09:16.420
And I think we were on the wrong side, quite honestly.
01:09:19.240
We were all over Ukraine during the Obama administration.
01:09:27.320
I cannot believe, this reminded me of another show
01:09:31.640
And I just really quickly looked up to see how in bed
01:09:37.920
And this is about a year ago, the research you did.
01:10:01.880
Chief strategist for Bernie Sanders, Tad Devine.
01:10:09.040
Which is the guy who shut down his consulting firm
01:10:12.440
the minute it was found that there was dirty goings on in Ukraine.
01:10:27.100
which was a part of the larger Russia investigation.
01:10:31.580
Um, chief strategist for Hillary Clinton, Mark Penn.
01:10:36.840
Uh, two Obama pollsters, a minor pollster, John Alazon,
01:10:40.120
and Obama, the Obama campaign's lead pollster, Joel Benenson.
01:10:53.060
So they're helping, they're helping this former administration,
01:11:04.300
The president's personal attorneys are over there.
01:11:08.420
Hillary Clinton's chief strategist is over there.
01:11:16.320
And it's all right around the 2016, uh, campaign.
01:11:23.400
And they all happen to be there while Trump is running.
01:11:27.380
And, uh, we're expected to believe that Hillary Clinton's people
01:11:40.240
We're expected to believe that they were perfect angels.
01:11:48.360
So, so this is what Trump is really looking for.
01:11:52.640
Trump is looking to finish the, the Russian investigation.
01:12:09.900
And they don't have jurisdiction on this anyway.
01:12:19.100
Keep, uh, keep, uh, attorney general bar in the loop.
01:12:26.560
Don't tell anybody because what they're saying is the,
01:12:30.240
the Trump response is it was a corrupt country.
01:12:34.580
It was corrupt and it was being run really by the Obama white house.
01:12:40.800
When I started to run, uh, they started this Russia thing.
01:12:45.400
We know that fusion GPS was hired by the Democrats to go get that dirt in Russia.
01:12:52.720
We know that, uh, Russia had people involved with the oligarchs in Ukraine.
01:13:00.340
So are we to believe that they know nothing that the Democrats had nothing?
01:13:05.500
And by the way, those DNC servers are somewhere held by a corrupt oligarch in Ukraine.
01:13:12.560
And so the president of the United States is saying, I got to find those servers.
01:13:17.120
He is doing a Russia investigation on his own and not telling anyone about it.
01:13:30.200
I would do exactly the same thing because I do believe this government is corrupt.
01:13:35.620
I do believe that there are people, especially in the state department that think they know
01:13:42.100
And exactly what is, if, if there's no deep state in our country, will you at least admit
01:14:09.660
And Donald Trump, and it may all be for personal reasons, but this is what the people hired
01:14:16.780
him to do, honestly, was go in and shut this deep state, shut, shut this swamp down where
01:14:27.200
Everybody's playing a game and you don't know about it.
01:14:33.160
And that's why this will be the battle to death.
01:14:36.340
And quite honestly, I hope to God the security on this new president in Ukraine is good because
01:14:45.720
this guy is fighting all of these fighting Russia.
01:14:58.440
He's fighting all of the most dangerous people in the world.
01:15:03.160
And you're going to hear this now just called a conspiracy theory.
01:15:09.880
If we find out Zelensky was recruiting 14-year-olds to a Miami mansion, we know what's going down.
01:15:18.960
It's kind of fascinating to watch it kind of all play out.
01:15:21.740
I don't, you know, you see everyone kind of rushing to their side.
01:15:27.060
And I think we learned in the Mueller investigation, the best approach is to sit here and look at
01:15:33.180
the information as it comes out and try to analyze whether it was correct or not.
01:15:37.140
I mean, think of how excited people on both sides got over the Mueller investigation over
01:15:41.980
How many days were wasted chasing rumors and things that we didn't understand at the end
01:15:48.500
of the investigation for all the complaining about the investigation and for all the praising
01:15:53.020
of the investigation, what we got at the end was something that basically said Trump did
01:15:59.860
And so, you know, at the end of the day, I think like the more we're able to look at this
01:16:04.760
information in a sober fashion and look at it and wait for the actual results to come
01:16:15.280
And the reason why I say this is a battle to the death, I thought it was very, very weird
01:16:22.600
First of all, that Nancy Pelosi, without any evidence, all of a sudden got to take him down.
01:16:28.700
No good answer for that, unless you look at this whistleblower's report from a different
01:16:37.260
And if you look at it from a different point of view, Nancy Pelosi and the DNC would know
01:16:47.200
He's got to be over or we're exposed for all the games that we played in the 2016 election
01:16:57.780
And I believe there will be people on the GOP that will have the same kind of connections
01:17:02.520
who have made the same kind of money, et cetera, et cetera.
01:17:09.440
Not only did Nancy Pelosi flip-flop on something where he had no evidence.
01:17:18.140
That Nancy Pelosi released right before, right, was it, yeah, right after she spoke and said
01:17:29.500
They released that President Trump had made a personal phone call to Nancy Pelosi.
01:17:35.100
And he said, isn't there some sort of deal we can make here?
01:17:39.100
And Nancy Pelosi's office reported, she said, no deal, Mr. President.
01:17:49.320
And that bothered me because I thought, what kind of deal could be made?
01:17:53.840
What if, if, if that was even true, why would he make that phone call?
01:18:01.380
Oh, I know we're in mutually assured destruction, whether the president would use this for ultimate
01:18:14.340
I don't know, but this is mutually assured destruction.
01:18:24.120
They're either going to completely discredit and impeach Donald Trump or Donald Trump and
01:18:30.340
his allies will expose them for what they were doing, if indeed they were doing this in
01:18:37.960
I don't think it's a far stretch to believe, to not believe either of those or both of those
01:18:49.160
We'll give you more on this coming up in just a second.
01:19:00.340
Give me an update on John Solomon here in a second.
01:19:02.560
John Solomon, he's the guy who's mentioned in this report, supposed to be on with us here
01:19:07.600
But we had a hitch a few minutes ago, and I just want to see if, if he's still going to
01:19:16.620
Imagine an office filled with state-of-the-art chairs with provide comfort for everybody who
01:19:21.940
sits in that look incredibly futuristic and stylish at the same time.
01:19:25.920
Imagine that they're all ergonomically beyond your wildest dreams and beyond the wildest
01:19:31.860
dreams of your employees, and they mold to the shape of the user's body, and they make
01:19:35.540
you feel like you never want to leave work again.
01:19:40.180
Well, you just imagined the X-chair with its patented dynamic variable lumbar support.
01:19:46.900
The X-chair is what you need for a comfortable workday, whether you're working at home or
01:19:54.900
And thanks to the X-chair 30-day no-questions-asked guarantee of satisfaction, you don't have any
01:20:00.700
Most companies can't make that kind of offer because the risk of you having to send back
01:20:05.600
and them having to pay the shipping cost would put them out of business.
01:20:15.600
Now, it's on sale for $100 off, so just go to xchairbeck.com.
01:20:26.980
Use the promo code BEC, and you'll receive a free set of the new X wheels with your X-chair.
01:20:45.440
We're trying to figure out, because this impeachment hearing just doesn't make any sense on any
01:20:53.320
You know, Nancy Pelosi said, strike while the iron is hot.
01:20:58.000
Most people do not want the president to be impeached.
01:21:02.260
They just don't want, they see it as a waste of time and a waste of money.
01:21:14.100
One of them is, it's going to come out, if what Giuliani and Trump are saying is going
01:21:21.680
You've got to make it like a whataboutism and try to make it about Joe Biden.
01:21:29.600
I mean, I'm starting to think that they're actually throwing Joe Biden to the wolves here
01:21:33.820
because they've got a bigger pot of gold that they are trying to protect.
01:21:38.580
So they're going to make this about Joe Biden because that's all you're hearing about.
01:21:44.140
If the whistleblower's testimony is true and this is what Donald Trump is doing, I'm actually,
01:21:54.120
I was like, well, you know, I was with Ben Sasse.
01:21:58.800
But I am starting to see if this is true, what Donald Trump is doing, I'm actually with
01:22:10.280
And he may have been doing it for selfish reasons, but this is the deep state.
01:22:19.900
This is about the DNC and the deep state of the State Department, the deep state and intelligence,
01:22:26.160
all of the crooked people that were behind the Fusion GPS report and leaking it to the
01:22:35.040
This one is, this one's a big, nasty hairball that if he rolls this down and he gets this
01:22:50.940
This is the kind of stuff that starts wars, quite honestly.
01:22:54.240
This is the kind of stuff that, you know, people, you know, start to snuff people out.
01:23:00.000
And, you know, you have a Archduke Ferdinand happen in Ukraine.
01:23:15.260
And, uh, don't listen to those who are screaming and shouting.
01:23:35.160
You know, I had a different show planned for you today because we didn't expect, uh, we
01:23:54.660
didn't expect this report to come out, um, until later on.
01:23:58.660
And, uh, I urge you to listen to tomorrow's show because the empire is striking back and,
01:24:37.300
The British Supreme Court just eviscerated, uh, the prime minister over in England.
01:24:44.980
And he said, I will tie myself to the mast of the ship and we are not turning away from
01:24:53.420
There is, there's a lot going on and it all revolves around the word chaos.
01:25:01.220
There is a solution to it, but I, I just, I want to go over it with you tomorrow and,
01:25:38.900
I haven't gotten to a single thing that I wanted to talk about today.
01:25:42.740
That is really, really important, uh, because we have this nonsense going on about the impeachment
01:25:50.120
But as we look at the whistleblower, um, a timeline emerges and it's not about Joe Biden.
01:25:59.980
It's not about anything Nancy Pelosi or the media are telling you what it's about.
01:26:06.600
It is disturbing, but I don't think in the way the media or the Democrats think, uh, I think
01:26:18.820
And if I were Donald Trump and if I were the GOP, I would stop playing, uh, defense right
01:26:27.540
Go on offense, make sure they're having to answer the questions about what's in this
01:26:39.340
It's time for the president to go on defense and forget about everything that they're trying
01:26:46.220
Because I believe this is a battle between the two Titans and only one is going to be
01:27:01.820
You know, I wish I had somebody like Greta Thunberg working for me several years back
01:27:09.180
She could have just stood there looking at the real estate agents we've been dealing with
01:27:19.200
You made him think that he was going to get this house sold when you really weren't doing
01:27:29.880
Just got to spook the crap out of them so they think they only have 10 years to live.
01:27:34.140
Sadly, Greta was nowhere to be found back then, which is why a number of years ago,
01:27:37.920
my wife and I started Real Estate Agents I Trust.
01:27:44.580
This kind of came out of something else that I was doing, and I'm finding myself with these
01:27:49.940
500 best real estate agents in the country as selected by the Wall Street Journal, and
01:27:57.480
And so, you know, as we're just talking about things, I'm like, okay, so how do you really
01:28:02.660
There's actually a way to figure out which real estate agent will sell your house and
01:28:09.020
And that is the track record of success that we look for when we're going to recommend
01:28:23.700
These are the people who help you do it and make sure that you have the most amount of
01:28:39.960
So I'm writing to Chris Stewart, a friend of the program and a friend of mine, and as
01:28:49.060
I'm writing to ask him, hey, you have insight on this document, I look up to TV and there
01:28:55.120
he is talking to the Director of National Intelligence.
01:28:58.960
He just walked out of the hearing room to make the call, and he's on with us now, Congressman
01:29:09.100
You're the only guy I'd walk out of the hearing for.
01:29:13.900
You have a front row seat, literally a front row seat.
01:29:16.860
Tell me what you think this is really, what's really going on here.
01:29:21.120
Well, it's nothing that we haven't seen for three years, and that's just not shocking.
01:29:28.420
This is a concerted effort by Democrats to repeal and rescind the 2016 election.
01:29:35.240
It's what they've been doing since the very day Donald Trump was elected.
01:29:44.000
And if I could make this point, I think it's a fair point.
01:29:50.120
We just want to know the facts, but the facts just don't bear this out, unlike in previous impeachments.
01:29:54.820
I mean, with Richard Nixon, the American people understood that that was wrong.
01:30:02.380
With Bill Clinton, the American people knew that it was wrong for him to be with an intern,
01:30:06.620
and it was wrong for him to lie to a grand jury.
01:30:11.400
How in the world do you convince the American people that there's an impeachable offense here?
01:30:15.380
Because he asked a foreign leader to investigate what he thought was corruption?
01:30:20.340
And I think most Americans look at that and listen around and go, why in the world should we remove him from office for that?
01:30:27.600
And, you know, Chris, as I read this, because I read this this morning, and you had access to it yesterday,
01:30:32.760
as I was reading this this morning, I don't think this is about Joe Biden.
01:30:37.840
This is really all about the Russia investigation.
01:30:42.620
What was going on, you know, when Obama was in office?
01:30:48.340
Were the Democrats using the Ukrainians to look for dirt on Donald Trump?
01:30:55.700
And, you know, that crowd strike server thing is disturbing if you look at it from a different point of view.
01:31:03.680
Then you all of a sudden go, wait a minute, that would explain why he would take this transcript
01:31:09.160
and put it into an encrypted form that no one can get to unless subpoenaed by by the Congress.
01:31:17.260
No one can get into this because he's showing I think he's trying to make the case of a deep state.
01:31:27.880
No, I think there's much more that we got to learn there.
01:31:30.480
And you know what, with the crowd strike, there's just so much to this that many people are overwhelmed by it.
01:31:35.400
But the essence of that is just exactly as you've described it.
01:31:38.740
And, by the way, this thing, too, about whether this document was stored in a highly classified server,
01:31:45.760
we have no idea whether that's standard for conversations between the head of state.
01:31:54.820
So, I mean, some people are trying to make a big deal of that as if that's part of the cover-up.
01:31:59.320
But, A, again, we have no idea if that's not standard.
01:32:05.240
So, Ben Sasse, I mean, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer said exactly what I would expect them to say.
01:32:15.740
And so, I read this today with an open mind thinking, okay, I'm going to find something disturbing.
01:32:21.500
I haven't found it, except I think I found a reason where all of it makes sense on what Trump is doing
01:32:28.780
and what they're accusing him and why they flip so hard and made this their key to destroy him finally.
01:32:36.520
But I, what did Ben Sasse, do you have any idea, did you see anything in here?
01:32:42.700
Because Ben Sasse said, look, there's some things in here that I think we need answers to questions on.
01:32:48.260
And, you know, you shouldn't circle the wagons.
01:32:56.900
But is there anything in here that stuck out to you?
01:33:02.140
Well, I mean, I went into this with a little bit of anxiety.
01:33:07.240
And in this world, heaven's sakes, you never know what to expect, right?
01:33:10.600
And I was fearful that there might be something to this, some surprise to this.
01:33:19.800
And at the end of this, which was late yesterday afternoon, I'll be honest with you, Glenn.
01:33:24.720
I was much more confident that this president was not going to be impeached than I was before I read the document.
01:33:37.140
And I think, again, look, it doesn't matter if you get to 217 votes in the House.
01:33:44.840
And the American people have to have had a consensus among them that this president has committed high crimes and misdemeanors and he should be removed from office.
01:33:54.240
And I don't think there's a chance in the world that this document convinces the American people of that.
01:33:59.760
And you talk about Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer being disturbed.
01:34:03.880
But, Glenn, they've been disturbed for three years.
01:34:07.320
This is the part that doesn't fit, Chris, that Nancy Pelosi has been against this.
01:34:16.540
Why, all of a sudden, with nothing, does she say, this is it?
01:34:24.460
The American people, even Democrats, are not for impeachment.
01:34:29.640
I think there's actually a fairly simple explanation for that, and there's two elements to it.
01:34:34.120
Number one is, and this is just obvious, and you know this, and that is that she just finally reached a point with her own party, her own caucus, that she couldn't do nothing.
01:34:46.020
And I think the genesis was that with those seven moderates who represent, you know, moderate districts, and in the past have been kind of a buffer for her.
01:34:54.860
When they wrote that editorial over the weekend, I think she felt like she had to respond to this.
01:34:59.640
But at the same time, the second element to this is this.
01:35:04.820
If she was serious about an impeachment inquiry, that requires a vote on the House floor.
01:35:09.860
She has to put her members on record of saying, yes, we are seeking impeachment.
01:35:17.840
She's saying, yeah, yeah, yeah, we're going to start an impeachment inquiry, and we're going to do it by doing the same thing we've been doing for the last, you know, nine months.
01:35:24.840
And that's the committee's doing the same, same thing.
01:35:27.540
She's not serious about this inquiry, or she would have the vote and compel her members to say, yes, I want to proceed.
01:35:35.700
The guy who you just questioned, he is the director of national intelligence.
01:35:40.620
He's the guy who stopped the memo from coming out and be given to Congress.
01:35:49.580
No whistleblower has ever been kept in the history of our country from Congress.
01:36:01.260
Yeah, it's true, but there's a reason for that.
01:36:03.280
And that is, we've never had a whistleblower complaint that was an accusation against the president of the United States.
01:36:10.800
And so then you have elements of executive privilege.
01:36:14.140
And the second thing that he had to consider, the law compelled him to consider, is was this outside of the jurisdiction of the director of intelligence, which it was?
01:36:24.140
And look, Mr. McGuire, as I was adamant in my defense of him, this is a man of clear integrity.
01:36:29.020
He found a deficiency in ambiguity in the law and did not know what to do.
01:36:36.900
He simply didn't know what legally he could do in this situation.
01:36:41.000
And I think he did the only thing that he could do.
01:36:42.860
You go to the Office of Legal Counsel and you seek their advice.
01:36:47.400
But to create this narrative of my Democratic colleagues, and they attacked his integrity so often and so repeatedly as if he's the problem.
01:36:56.280
And then I said to them, if you think you're going to win on this by trying to convince the American people that this is a political stooge sitting before us, good luck on that.
01:37:04.100
Because if anyone watches this hearing for even a few minutes, it's very clear.
01:37:08.260
This is a military officer who has served his nation for 36 years.
01:37:16.900
So it's it's a it was a threat to the national security, according to this whistleblower.
01:37:26.400
It's a threat to the presidency itself and the country.
01:37:37.340
So can't he pass that to somebody's jurisdiction or, you know, I he said he was asked, well, did people investigate this?
01:37:47.340
What did they find or why did it not go to someone else?
01:37:52.220
Well, and it gets a little bit complicated, Glenn, and I don't want to I don't want to bore you with some of the technical legalities.
01:37:59.360
But I mean, what it comes down to is this at what point and it's not whether he had to.
01:38:04.960
I mean, the objection of my Democratic colleagues is that he didn't do it immediately, but he had a 14 day window where he could seek legal counsel and make a decision.
01:38:13.380
And and it's apparent that, again, he and the inspector general were in the disagreement and a bit of a loggerheads.
01:38:19.820
And I think that we have to realize, as I said, the law is deficient on this and we need to address the law.
01:38:25.300
But but I mean, this information as a member of Congress, it's and I've made this clear repeatedly over the years.
01:38:33.120
My job and the thing that I protect is allowing Congress to provide its oversight, allowing Congress to have access to this information.
01:38:41.140
And I've always said this should come to Congress.
01:38:43.900
But I recognize in this case there was a complicated legal process before it could come to Congress.
01:38:49.380
And that's all that's what he was trying to comply with.
01:38:52.080
And it seems to me that it only added fuel to the fire, you know, because they you know, everybody knows they try to play off the Nixon thing.
01:39:03.200
Yeah. And, you know, if it's a legal process and this guy is is honorable, I mean, what are you going to do about it?
01:39:18.060
Representative Chris Stewart, Republican from Utah.
01:39:23.220
I mean, legitimately right out of the hearing, like you'll see him go, but he's going to walk back into the hearing room in a second.
01:39:34.480
You're going to get better, quicker insight from a real player in the story than that.
01:39:38.160
And we should mention to John Solomon, who was supposed to be on here.
01:39:41.760
If you were looking for that interview, he had to reschedule till tomorrow, had had apparently he said a meeting with a source that just come up, have just come up.
01:39:54.440
He was the guy who is not by name, but his work is mentioned in the whistleblower report extensively extensively.
01:40:02.160
And so he's going to come on and tell us what that is like to go through on tomorrow's program at this time.
01:40:07.860
And in one minute, I want to come back and I'm going to give you the timeline.
01:40:11.080
Stu will take you through the timeline of this whistleblower report because it's all out of order.
01:40:18.480
But he's taken the time and put it all in order so you can understand it.
01:40:25.100
Also, on today's television program, we're going to take your phone calls.
01:40:29.800
And I'm going to be taking phone calls right after this broadcast in about 40 minutes.
01:40:34.620
If you'd like to come on, I'd love to hear your opinion.
01:40:38.560
I want to know what you've pieced together, what you're thinking, what your friends and neighbors are saying about this impeachment stuff.
01:40:52.220
We're going to take your phone calls and we'll do that right after this broadcast in about 40 minutes.
01:40:59.820
So call now and talk to our producers, 888-727-BECK.
01:41:09.800
There is something happening, as I'm going to outline to you tomorrow.
01:41:15.980
Whatever changed last week, we clearly still have a very big problem.
01:41:23.780
They are still, the Fed is still bailing out the banks to the tune of $160 billion a day.
01:41:44.240
And it's gone from $50 billion to now they announced yesterday $160 billion every day.
01:41:52.600
At least they can tell us, though, which banks were borrowing money, right?
01:41:56.980
No, the Fed doesn't even know who they're borrowing, who's borrowing the money.
01:42:03.040
It's legitimately an anonymous borrowing system.
01:42:11.420
All right, there's, and tomorrow I'll get into this, because we have to.
01:42:15.540
There's something wrong, and it's going to affect the entire world.
01:42:19.980
I think this, if this whistleblower complaint is what I think it is, buckle up, 2020 is going
01:42:33.800
That's why I would like you to consider gold and Goldline.
01:42:36.760
I sat down, I've been a strong advocate of buying gold for a long, long time.
01:42:42.480
A lot of people say, I don't have the money for gold.
01:42:45.260
All right, may I suggest you get into one of their more popular investment vehicles, their
01:42:52.660
You set aside $100 a month, and you can invest in gold or silver bullion.
01:42:57.160
You can get also the free half-ounce silver coin added for your first delivery by calling
01:43:08.800
$100 a month, and it'll accumulate, and then you'll have gold, and they'll ship it to you.
01:43:14.280
So please, just find out if it's right for you.
01:43:18.700
Find out why I have gold, because it's going to become very important soon.
01:43:23.060
Can I buy gold with anonymously borrowed money?
01:43:44.280
One of the things they say the banks might be doing is they might have all gone into oil,
01:43:49.260
and they might have put billions and billions of dollars on oil, thinking that it was going
01:43:57.720
And when it didn't, they have to pay for those bets, and they're short.
01:44:09.340
We do know what's going on with the impeachment, and it is not the story you're getting from
01:44:14.560
I urge you to go back and listen to the podcast today if you missed any of this show.
01:44:23.840
If you can't do it total right now, let's kind of give a recap of where we were and then
01:44:33.660
You heard Chris Stewart go through a lot of this.
01:44:36.080
A couple of things that are important to know that you're hearing from the media that
01:44:40.960
Number one is at no point did Donald Trump say, I would like you to do us a favor, please
01:44:52.640
And that's what all of the press was talking about yesterday.
01:44:59.080
Yeah, depending on how they cut it, but it was between five and 550 words they cut out of
01:45:03.900
that to make it seem like, do me a favor, investigate Biden.
01:45:08.820
He's actually asking about the favor related to something completely different, which is
01:45:13.740
about the election and the meddling from Russia and crowd strike.
01:45:22.720
But the bottom line is they are intentionally editing out 500 words with an ellipsis or just
01:45:34.580
Maybe we'll play this after the break of multiple news sources, CNN, Fox News, even
01:45:47.100
The next quote says, investigate Joe Biden or whatever the exact quote is.
01:45:54.160
It's only could possibly be done intentionally.
01:45:56.880
You would if you went to any college and you were writing something, you know, factual
01:46:03.080
and college was fair, you know, not not biased.
01:46:06.960
If you will say you're using this and you were doing it and this bias came in on the opposite
01:46:16.600
You might even get kicked out of class for doing something like this.
01:46:23.440
You've skipped about 500 to 550 words to draw that conclusion.
01:46:30.560
It is it's reprehensible what the press is doing.
01:46:38.720
We're going to give you the whole timeline of what this really is all about.
01:46:43.220
If you listen to the whistleblower stuff, it's not about Joe Biden.
01:46:52.520
And because it's not about Joe Biden, it's much worse for the Democrats.
01:46:57.660
Whether you have a lot of money in the bank or not, you do have a lot to lose when it
01:47:01.600
comes to, you know, somebody coming along and stealing your identity.
01:47:06.480
They're also stealing, in a lot of cases, your very credibility.
01:47:10.880
This is the hardest thing about cleaning up identity theft is you have to now rebuild
01:47:21.240
Once you're marked as bad bet, it's everywhere.
01:47:26.320
You need to make sure somebody is watching so they don't steal it in the first place.
01:47:29.720
Now, nobody can, you know, stop all identity theft or monitor all transactions, but they're
01:47:35.420
And then if somebody has come in and they have taken your identity and just destroyed
01:47:40.980
you, they have a team of U.S.-based restoration specialists that work to fix that.
01:47:48.940
You get 30% off with your first year if you use the promo code BECK.
01:48:13.440
We dive deeper into this document and all the accusations on tonight's TV program.
01:48:17.360
This is the Glenn Beck program and we welcome you and I want to thank you for your subscription
01:48:38.420
to the blaze and compliment you and also tell you kind of a, you are in a position that really
01:48:46.940
very few people in the country are in you because you subscribe to the blaze or if you just listen
01:48:53.580
to this show every day, um, you know, this story, you know, this story better than any of your
01:49:04.400
We did a special on Joe Biden and a two day special.
01:49:08.360
And I invite you to go to my YouTube page or if you're a blaze subscriber, you'll, you'll
01:49:18.400
And then the second special was Joe Biden and China came out earlier this year or even late
01:49:25.420
last year, uh, where we did this, this special and we lined it all up.
01:49:31.960
So you are in a very good place to be, uh, because you know this, but you have a responsibility
01:49:39.660
now to help share that with other people to tell them to go to the YouTube page and watch
01:49:46.640
You have an understanding that most conservatives don't have.
01:49:52.000
And I'll say it is a, it's a good position to be in, but it's also a frustrating one because
01:50:02.080
What are they, what are they getting out of this story to them?
01:50:05.540
The first thing that happened was Donald Trump inexplicably is talking to the Ukrainian, uh,
01:50:12.680
president about trying to get dirt on Joe Biden, which to them, if you didn't have any of this
01:50:18.800
information, you'd think to yourself, well, that is a bizarre action.
01:50:22.540
He's trying to ruin his political rivals campaign.
01:50:26.780
And so to the average person, this seems like Trump has made this dramatic, irrational move
01:50:34.060
to anyone in this audience who's been sitting here for the past six months to a year, hearing
01:50:43.000
And, and anyone can go on YouTube and watch it for free.
01:50:48.760
You can go see all of this story, the story laid out in extreme detail with visuals from
01:50:56.940
And the point here is that those people are going to get a completely different picture.
01:51:03.360
So it is important for, you know, if you have a chance to share the YouTube thing, if
01:51:07.660
you, you know, if you've, if you've known all this before, talk to your friends about
01:51:11.440
And if you haven't watched it in a long time, go back and watch it because you have to have
01:51:20.020
So when you're talking to people about this, don't get emotional.
01:51:28.560
And I want to talk to Stu about, I think we need to do a special next week.
01:51:33.780
Um, and, uh, I already have it in my head based on this.
01:51:38.300
I think we can, I think we can tie this thing together and explain it in a way that no one
01:51:45.040
else is explaining and I'll take it from both sides.
01:51:47.780
I'll say, look, this is what the Democrats believe is happening.
01:51:56.460
Now, let me tell you what I think Donald Trump just did and what is, is happening from his
01:52:02.180
point of view and you decide, but I think I can make a strong case.
01:52:15.880
That's why they're panicking and doing this impeachment thing with no smoking gun because
01:52:22.300
And, and bringing attention to this story is, is beneficial, not only to the president
01:52:26.100
and, and bad for Democrats, but also for the country.
01:52:29.520
I mean, it's important that we find out the facts on this.
01:52:31.760
I'll say that I was, saw an op-ed yesterday that made a great point in that one of the
01:52:36.260
big problems with conservative media, generally speaking, is we're very reactive.
01:52:41.160
We let NBC come out with this big story and then we say, well, here's the truth about it
01:52:46.160
or here's our spin on it, or here's what we think is going on instead of leading this stuff,
01:52:51.340
you know, and they complimented you specifically on this particular story, how we were way out
01:52:57.360
in front of this and have been for, you know, a very long time telling you the details of the
01:53:03.160
story because we believed it would become a really important election issue.
01:53:08.620
And what's frustrating about the, about this as a, as a process is the media is now presenting
01:53:14.720
this major scandal about Joe Biden as a Trump problem exclusively.
01:53:20.880
Now that, that is to, to anyone who's been listening to this story for six months, it's
01:53:27.800
You didn't cover any of this for six months and now all of a sudden you're bringing it
01:53:33.420
up as an important thing because you have a Trump transcript.
01:53:36.520
Look, the important thing is, is that most hosts, most shows will tell you what happened
01:53:44.720
My job is to make sense of what happened yesterday while showing you what's coming tomorrow.
01:53:53.700
And that's hard because most people don't want to hear the speculation of what's coming
01:54:00.980
And if you don't understand what's coming tomorrow, all you're going to be doing is playing defense.
01:54:06.440
All right, let's go back into the whistleblower and let's look at the timeline.
01:54:10.040
This is basically what the whistleblower is accusing the president of doing in his timeline.
01:54:17.900
And there was some confusion earlier kind of on the show as to some of these events and
01:54:22.720
And the reason for that is the actual whistleblower report itself is out of order.
01:54:28.840
It's presented the facts of later date events that happen at later dates are first and then
01:54:39.080
So let me lay this out in a timeline structure.
01:54:44.020
This is not necessarily, you know, the corrective truth.
01:54:49.260
This is just the accusation from the whistleblower.
01:54:51.920
So what they say is in late 2018, late last year, Giuliani first met with the former prosecutor
01:54:59.940
This is the guy who was fired, fired by Biden, who, by the way, on camera said very close
01:55:12.000
He took he withheld money that Ukraine was expecting billion dollars, a billion dollars.
01:55:18.680
And this is what Joe Biden admitted that he would withhold this money to unless they fired this particular prosecutor.
01:55:26.900
OK, now Giuliani in 2018 met with him in late January.
01:55:34.080
Do we know anything at all about what Giuliani found out from Shoykin?
01:55:39.140
Because remember, the accusation is that Shoykin was going in and and going to question Gazprom and the big bank,
01:55:48.580
the biggest bank over there, which had one point eight billion dollars of our money,
01:55:53.800
our taxpayer dollars that just went offshore and just disappeared with the guy from from Burisma, the gas company.
01:56:02.020
Right. And so we don't know exactly what was said in there.
01:56:08.820
OK, but she's or he is leading is is is building a case here is building a case here to try to say, hey,
01:56:20.620
So these events happen in late 2018 Giuliani meeting late January of 2019.
01:56:26.240
Another Giuliani meeting mid-February Giuliani.
01:56:30.960
Now, Lushenko is an ally of the president who lost to the talk show host guy who's in there now, Zelensky.
01:56:41.820
What's the motivation for Lushenko talking to Giuliani?
01:56:45.900
You could make the argument, and I think this is the implied argument,
01:56:49.300
that Lushenko realizes his allies about to lose this election
01:56:53.300
and is trying to align himself with American interests so that he can save his job when Zelensky loses.
01:57:01.320
Right. So after these meetings happen with Giuliani.
01:57:05.180
The Hill starts publishing articles and videos featuring comments from Lushenko.
01:57:13.100
Lushenko says all sorts of things about the Democrats and all stuff that's bad for Democrats.
01:57:18.940
OK, this is, again, the accusation, not what we necessarily believe, but this is the accusation.
01:57:22.820
The implication of this allegation is basically Giuliani met with these people, Lushenko in particular,
01:57:31.600
and that those meetings resulted in Lushenko outwardly and publicly saying really bad things for Democrats
01:57:39.520
that the media barely picked up, but they were said publicly.
01:57:45.700
Like they went through us to get to Russia to find out stuff on Trump to affect the 2016 election.
01:57:58.560
On March 31st, that was the first round of the Ukrainian elections.
01:58:03.840
In this, the ally of Lushenko survives to get to a runoff, but is losing.
01:58:15.320
So now you have Lushenko, who has been talked about as losing his job if Zelensky wins.
01:58:24.360
He had this background work done with the Americans.
01:58:28.580
I think, you know, at least the implication of the allegation is, all right, well, this guy is,
01:58:35.200
now I can get the Americans to help me keep my gig, essentially.
01:58:40.540
So he was a truth teller until he started talking to Trump.
01:58:46.900
On April 25th, Trump comments on these stories from The Hill.
01:58:50.020
Now, The Hill, a lot of this stuff came from John Solomon.
01:58:54.440
In this hour, he was supposed to be on today, but a last-second cancellation.
01:58:58.440
Potentially, was it related to the fact that he was mentioned, essentially, in the whistleblower report?
01:59:04.700
But he said he had a source meeting, so we'll find out about that tomorrow.
01:59:07.500
On May 9th of this year, the New York Times reported that Giuliani was going to Ukraine to meet with Ukrainians.
01:59:12.860
On May 11th, Lushenko met with the current president, Zelensky, the talk show host guy.
01:59:18.920
In mid-May is when the whistleblower says they first started hearing rumors about all of this.
01:59:26.700
So they have no—this person, who is the source of this allegation, had no knowledge about any of this stuff other than what was publicly reported until mid-May.
01:59:39.380
Between May and early July, Trump will—the allegation is that Trump said he will only meet or call with the new Ukrainian president.
01:59:50.900
He'll only meet with him and only give him the call if he, quote, plays ball.
01:59:55.360
Now, there's no—the quote is not an actual quote.
01:59:59.200
Again, this person doesn't even claim to have witnessed or seen any of these things themselves.
02:00:03.960
They're reporting second- and third-hand information.
02:00:07.320
So the allegation is Trump is holding back this meeting, holding back this call, because he wants him to play ball and get me dirt on Biden.
02:00:17.200
In June, Zelensky asked for a replacement of Lushenko.
02:00:21.580
So it didn't work for Lushenko if he tried to do this.
02:00:24.680
In mid-July, the whistleblower began learning of the policy of withholding funds to Ukraine.
02:00:32.120
This is a big part of this allegation, if he withheld funds for the dirt on Biden, essentially.
02:00:37.900
Then in July 25th was the call that we all got the transcript of yesterday.
02:00:42.100
And then in August, Lushenko was actually removed from that job.
02:00:45.840
So he's no longer in the prosecutor job or prosecutor general job.
02:00:49.220
So if you see this, though, at what point did the U.S. ambassador that was fired, at what point did they get in and stop Ukrainian investigators from coming over to the United States to explain and arrest people?
02:01:16.360
The U.S. ambassador, who was an Obama appointee, was obstructing justice in Ukraine and has been removed.
02:01:31.500
Yeah, allegedly obstructing justice, according to the Ukrainians.
02:01:34.880
And she was covering, allegedly, for something that the Democrats were doing or these oligarchs were doing.
02:01:43.640
And that was one of the complaints that came from Zelensky to Donald Trump.
02:01:52.340
And so we'll, we'll, there's a lot more going on here.
02:01:56.080
And I want to take the time and really lay it out and show you what I think is really going on.
02:02:03.200
Because I, I have a decent gut on some of these things.

I want to talk to you about pain relief and that Star Trek movie where Captain Kirk says to McCoy,
02:02:48.360
Now, the pain relievers that we have were actually old German pain relievers.
02:02:55.600
Yeah, that's where oxycodone and cotton came from, uh, was, uh, the Germans.
02:03:08.340

02:04:03.880
I want to know what your thoughts are on this impeachment process, uh, where you think we
02:04:10.300
may have it wrong, where the media, we know where the media has it wrong, um, what the
02:04:17.760
You know, are you disturbed by any of the stuff that is going on?
02:04:22.780
I will tell you that I started the day, before I read the whistleblower stuff, I started the
02:04:28.320
day going, okay, well, I don't know where this is going to go, but I think he's in the clear
02:04:35.960
I didn't understand at the beginning of the day why Nancy Pelosi would turn on a dime.
02:04:47.140
And I'm, I think the president needs to go on, uh, on offense and forget defense.
02:04:53.540
It's going to be hard for him to do, but stop playing defense on this because they're making
