00:00:00.000 In case you didn't know, the things that you do with your money truly matters.
00:00:05.360 You can often affect change in this country with your wallet as much as you can with your vote.
00:00:10.140 One way of doing this is buying things that are made here in America.
00:00:14.360 And I want to talk to you about what it means to be made in America.
00:00:18.600 When you buy clothing from American Giant, you should know you are getting true American quality,
00:00:25.260 a product with merit, made by people in this country for a fair wage.
00:00:30.760 Every stitch of thread, every metal rivet, every drop of ink is made and assembled here by Americans.
00:00:38.040 So you're not just buying clothing.
00:00:39.800 You're investing in the process of bringing things back home to be made here in America.
00:00:47.160 You can buy less expensive stuff, but it's all made by people in third world countries
00:00:54.060 that don't get a living wage.
00:00:56.020 There is an American Giant in all of us.
00:00:58.480 Find yours at American-Giant.com slash Glenn.
00:01:04.340 That's American-Giant.com slash Glenn.
00:01:24.060 Got no room to compromise

00:01:43.160 Stand up straight and hold the line
00:01:48.740 It's a new day of time to rise
00:01:54.660 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:02:02.700 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:07.740 Well, hello America and welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:12.060 It is election day and I want you to do one thing before you vote.
00:02:16.980 But this is very important.
00:02:19.060 Before you vote today, go grocery shopping.
00:02:23.320 And gas up your car.
00:02:25.700 Then pay your bills.
00:02:27.600 Then look at your 401k.
00:02:31.180 Then go vote.
00:02:32.940 John wrote in about his experience with Relief Factory.
00:02:37.500 He said,
00:02:37.860 I had such a severe knee pain for so long,
00:02:41.000 eventually I wasn't even able to work anymore.
00:02:44.000 But then I heard about Relief Factory and decided,
00:02:46.480 might as well give it a try.
00:02:48.020 Within just a few weeks, I was not only able to go back to work,
00:02:51.720 now I can go hiking and bike riding with virtually no pain at all.
00:02:56.280 Thank you, Relief Factory.
00:02:58.140 John, thank you for writing in.
00:02:59.740 Relief Factory is a drug developed just for people like you
00:03:03.740 that have really kind of tried everything else and nothing seems to work.
00:03:08.280 This is taking you back to more natural approach to medicine.
00:03:13.060 It reduces inflammation.
00:03:14.860 And unlike ibuprofen, it attacks inflammation from four different directions
00:03:19.400 and four different remedies.
00:03:21.960 It works about 70% of the time.
00:03:24.400 People will go and order Relief Factory and they'll order more month after month.
00:03:30.600 That tells me an awful lot about the effectiveness of Relief Factory.
00:03:35.000 See if you're in that 70%, will you?
00:03:37.400 Just go to relieffactor.com, relieffactor.com,

00:03:46.980 It is election day all across the United States.
00:03:49.420 It shows a stalemate in the race for Congress on how Americans use the economy.
00:03:52.560 We'll see three days until decision day for the midterm elections.
00:03:55.480 People have to make this choice.
00:03:57.280 The average person is faced with 35,000 choices every single day.
00:04:02.600 Some are made in an instant, a blip of time so small it doesn't even register.
00:04:07.360 Eggs or pancakes?
00:04:09.320 Polo or tea?
00:04:10.080 But some of them are life and death.
00:04:16.320 Should I leave or should we stay?
00:04:20.680 Speak or stay silent?
00:04:22.940 Run toward or run away?
00:04:25.100 Stand or sit?
00:04:26.460 Flee or fight?
00:04:27.840 Freedom or...
00:04:28.600 The American people have decided...
00:04:30.620 Totalitarianism.
00:04:31.520 She must survive.
00:04:34.640 Two years ago...
00:04:35.680 Survive at any cost.
00:04:39.060 We had a choice.
00:04:40.080 I had a choice.
00:04:40.780 You had a choice.
00:04:42.260 Every single American had a choice.
00:04:45.100 And some...
00:04:46.320 Chosen correctly.
00:04:50.180 One choice from the 35,000 daily decisions changed this nation forever.
00:04:59.140 They seized upon that choice with every fiber in their beings.
00:05:03.180 They took it by the horns and they're doing everything they can to never let go of the powers they've obtained.
00:05:10.680 They're using their money, their influence, their manipulation to fundamentally transform this country so far beyond what our founders imagined.
00:05:20.080 So far beyond the America we grew up in, that I'm concerned our constitutional republic no longer really exists.
00:05:29.560 And now, government elites are using us as pathetic pawns in their power plays.
00:05:40.700 You, me, the business owner, the farmer, the nurse, the teacher, the cop, the kid in kindergarten.
00:05:47.280 We're all slowly and meticulously being molded into foot soldiers for DC's all-powerful.
00:05:54.540 But today, we have something much greater than a choice.
00:05:59.140 Today, we have a second chance, a monumental opportunity to save America, to save freedom, to save our kids from slavery, to save the shining city on the hill that has become a beacon of light for so many around the world.
00:06:17.120 Today, we have an opportunity today to begin the process of winding all of this back.
00:06:30.320 Fool me once, shame on you.
00:06:33.860 Fool me twice, shame on me.
00:06:37.240 Fool me three times, I don't think we get a third time.
00:06:41.500 Fool me twice, shame on me.
00:07:11.500 How they are desecrating the office.
00:07:17.240 How they are not living up to their promise.
00:07:22.580 Today is our day.
00:07:25.360 Today is the day we need to be fulfilling the duties of our office, the most important office in America, that office of a responsible citizen.
00:07:42.260 One that just doesn't bitch and moan.
00:07:45.960 One that just doesn't want everybody else to do something for them.
00:07:50.380 But one that understands what this constitution is.
00:07:54.720 When we go out and vote, we should ask ourselves, is my vote empowering the government to do more?
00:08:06.600 Or is my vote empowering individuals to control their own destiny?
00:08:16.480 Because that's what we really are.
00:08:19.560 But we've been tricked into thinking that, no, no, you don't really have the power.
00:08:25.700 You really can't do the common sense thing.
00:08:28.840 How many times have you had conversations with people in business or in, you know, building a shed, doing something on your property?
00:08:37.920 And the government gets involved and you look at your neighbors and you're talking about it and you're like, ah, it's government.
00:08:43.540 How many times have you and your friends said, you know, it's really not that hard?
00:08:51.140 I don't know why everybody makes it so complicated.
00:08:53.920 We make it complicated because we vote in the people who want to grow the government so the government can do more.
00:09:02.060 Never doubt the power of the people who have been tricked into thinking, oh, I'm just a mom.
00:09:17.980 Never doubt the power of the people who say, I am just one person.
00:09:23.920 What can I do?
00:09:27.400 Stop believing the lie.
00:09:29.300 Here's the truth.
00:09:30.380 You are an American citizen.
00:09:33.620 You are the most empowered individual to ever walk the face of the earth.
00:09:43.000 But only if you believe that.
00:09:46.480 Because if you believe that, you know who the government works for in every other country.
00:09:55.480 The government doesn't work for the people.
00:10:00.380 And by the people.
00:10:01.700 And of the people.
00:10:03.620 It's here in America.
00:10:05.820 And people have been trying to convince us.
00:10:09.140 That we're just like every other place.
00:10:11.760 But we're not.
00:10:12.480 Bad things have happened.
00:10:17.720 Lies have spread about our founders, our founding, our founding documents, which hardly anyone even reads anymore.
00:10:26.040 How can you possibly go to vote if you don't know what the Declaration of Independence says?
00:10:33.800 Because that's our mission statement.
00:10:35.760 We told the king, look, we have to go our separate ways because you don't know us.
00:10:45.800 And we're not just breaking away because we think there's a better king.
00:10:49.560 We think completely differently than you.
00:10:55.680 What we're going to create if we win this battle and separate from you.
00:11:01.000 What we're going to create is completely different.
00:11:04.680 That all men are created equal and endowed by a creator with certain inalienable rights.
00:11:10.520 And among them life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
00:11:13.720 And governments are instituted among men to protect those rights.
00:11:19.780 Bad things have happened because we've listened to experts and the experts are wrong.
00:11:39.560 I don't even know why I vote anymore.
00:11:44.460 Well, let me give you a reason.
00:11:45.880 I vote because I believe that there is endless and extraordinary possibilities in the ordinary person.
00:12:11.440 Empower yourself.
00:12:13.860 Empower others.
00:12:15.880 Because that's truly what made America, America.
00:12:27.480 Vote.
00:12:29.020 To empower people.
00:12:34.560 We begin in just a minute.
00:12:36.300 I've got to tell you about some of the things that are going on today revolving around the election.
00:12:41.520 Then we're going to get to a couple of things.
00:12:44.300 We have Stu's latest, his prediction for tonight.
00:12:50.160 It was my final, except for the ones I'm going to release after the results.
00:12:53.540 I was going to be, I'm going to nail that one.
00:12:55.680 Would you bet on it?
00:12:56.600 I would bet on a lot of the races, but there's a bunch in the middle that, like as a sports bettor, there's certain games you just stay away from.
00:13:03.980 I don't know what's going on.
00:13:04.920 That's where I would be on a lot of these races.
00:13:06.840 I had no choice.
00:13:07.620 I'm no Mattress Max with the Astros.
00:13:09.400 I'm not putting $10 million down on this bet.
00:13:13.920 No.
00:13:14.380 No.
00:13:14.520 I mean, I think there's a lot of optimism for good reason, but it's not a sure thing today.
00:13:19.160 And we'll tell you some of the things that are going on throughout the show that you need to pay attention to.
00:13:25.740 And we also want to go through some of the propositions that are in the bills.
00:13:32.180 And by the way, if it says bond, change that word as you're going to the end of the voting booth.
00:13:40.300 If it says bond, know that that's not James Bond.
00:13:44.820 And that really has nothing to do with schools.
00:13:48.540 Schools are more well-financed than ever before in human history.
00:13:54.920 When it says bond, replace that word in your mind with tax.
00:13:58.880 Yeah, I'm for the new fill-in-the-blank tax.
00:14:05.580 I think they have enough of our tax money myself.
00:14:09.360 America is not done one way or another, no matter how things turn out.
00:14:14.900 We still have a country.
00:14:17.500 And it's up to you and me to keep proving that every single day.
00:14:21.280 It's time to keep pushing leftist ideology back into the pit from whence it came.
00:14:27.120 And it's time for you and me to put our money into solid American businesses.
00:14:33.100 One of those businesses that you've really helped grow is Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
00:14:41.200 Now, I've told you a million times different things that they do to get involved.
00:14:44.620 But let me tell you how much of an impact they're having.
00:14:46.880 BBC just did a special or an in-depth report on Patriot Mobile.
00:14:59.980 They are a national Christian, Christian nationalist kind of company.
00:15:07.720 Yeah.
00:15:08.160 Now, can you name one cell company over in Great Britain?
00:15:14.800 One.
00:15:15.400 Name one.
00:15:17.460 I can't.
00:15:18.080 And I'm in the media.
00:15:19.960 I can't think of one.
00:15:22.340 Boy, they must have really good reporters at the BBC.
00:15:26.040 Because how they found this new Christian phone, mobile phone carrier is beyond me.
00:15:33.520 Wow.
00:15:33.960 I wouldn't even know where to begin to look.
00:15:38.360 They found it because somebody is very upset at the power that they are upsetting.
00:15:45.540 That's reason, well, reason number one to switch.
00:15:50.700 You're going to get the same great cell service.
00:15:52.280 You're going to save money.
00:15:53.580 They've got great customer service.
00:15:55.300 All of that stuff.
00:15:56.480 But they are making the power to be very angry.
00:16:01.060 PatriotMobile.com slash Beck.
00:16:03.520 PatriotMobile.com slash Beck.
00:16:05.420 Or call 972-PATRIOT.
00:16:08.360 972-PATRIOT.
00:16:09.920 10 seconds.
00:16:10.500 Station ID.
00:16:15.540 All right.
00:16:23.060 Yesterday, I told you that Missouri Secretary of State was emailed a message from the Department of Justice, the Civil Rights Division.
00:16:34.540 We wanted to let you know that we'll be reviewing Cole County's voting program on site, Election Day.
00:16:40.580 There will be four Department of Justice staff, including me, working with teams.
00:16:46.280 One team would like to come by your office and just briefly touch base.
00:16:50.540 On Election Day, we'd appreciate it if you could identify for us the election official we should touch base with at each polling place.
00:16:58.620 For example, who would be the election judge?
00:17:01.380 Also, would you please let election officials know we'll be visiting each polling place and have a few questions that may assist in making the visits go smoothly?
00:17:11.980 Really?
00:17:12.480 Is that your intention, Department of Justice?
00:17:15.040 Because I was on the phone yesterday on the air with the Attorney General of Texas, and they got the same thing.
00:17:24.600 And then, later on in the day, Florida got the same message.
00:17:31.500 So, you're going to see guys in blue jackets with DOJ on their backs.
00:17:39.200 Now, I'm sure that's all on the up and up.
00:17:44.640 Stu, look who runs the Civil Rights Division of the DOJ.
00:17:49.680 Radical.
00:17:50.900 Total radical.
00:17:52.320 But, Florida is handling things right, and we're going to talk to the Secretary of State from Missouri.
00:18:00.160 He's also running for the Senate and going to win in Missouri, I believe, Eric Schmidt.
00:18:08.240 We're going to talk to him in just a second.
00:18:09.700 But here's how Florida responded.
00:18:11.460 Please find the attached letter from the Florida Department of State invoking Florida law to remind the Department of Justice that federal election monitors are not permitted inside polling places, as it would be counterproductive and could potentially undermine confidence in the election.
00:18:28.840 Additionally, the Florida Department of State is hereby informing the Department of Justice that its own representatives will be dispatched to ensure that no interference with the voting process occurs.
00:18:39.300 Then, this is the letter that was attached.
00:18:43.920 Earlier today, the Florida Department of State received copies of your letters to Miami, Dade, and Broward counties, in which you seem to indicate that the Department of Justice will send monitors inside polling places in these counties.
00:18:56.680 We also understand you sent similar letters to Palm Beach County, but the Department of Justice monitors are not permitted under federal law.
00:19:06.440 Section blah, blah, blah.
00:19:07.580 The Florida statutes list the people who may enter any polling room or polling place.
00:19:13.380 The Department of Justice personnel are not included on that list.
00:19:16.960 Even if they could qualify as law enforcement under Section 102 of the Florida statutes, absent some evidence concerning the need for federal intrusion or some federal statute that preempts Florida law, the presence of Florida or federal law enforcement inside polling places would be counterproductive and could potentially undermine confidence in the election.
00:19:40.500 Indeed, your letters do not detail the need for federal monitors in these counties.
00:19:46.820 None of the counties are currently subject to any election-related federal consent decrees.
00:19:52.140 None of the counties have been accused of violating the rights of language or racial minorities or the elderly or disabled.
00:19:58.500 Your letters simply provide a non-exhaustive list of federal election statutes as the basis for this action without pointing to any specific statutory authorization.
00:20:10.960 When asked for specific authorization during our phone call, you didn't provide any.
00:20:16.040 Accordingly, the Department of State invokes its authority under Section 101 of the Florida statutes to send its own monitors to the three targeted jurisdictions.
00:20:25.200 These monitors will ensure that there is no interference with the voting process.
00:20:30.900 You have my cell phone number.
00:20:32.680 Please let me know how best to coordinate with your team as Florida works towards another smooth election day.
00:20:41.100 That's the way to handle it.
00:20:46.740 There's one other thing, and this is good news.
00:20:48.660 How much time do I have here, Sarah?
00:20:49.720 Tom Cotton, Chuck Grassley, Marsha Blackburn, Mike Lee, and Marco Rubio have just sent a letter to the 50 largest law firms in the country.
00:21:07.140 Dear fill-in-the-blank,
00:21:08.260 We are writing about your firm's environmental, social, and governance practice.
00:21:12.620 Although businesses would certainly be wise to lawyer up before undertaking an ESG initiative,
00:21:19.940 your firm has a duty to fully inform your clients of the risks they incur by participating in climate cartels and other ill-advised ESG schemes.
00:21:30.840 During a recent Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, FTC Commissioner Lena Kahn said,
00:21:38.400 she's also the Assistant Attorney General of the Antitrust Division, blah, blah, blah,
00:21:42.360 were asked to share their thoughts about ESG collusion.
00:21:46.000 Commissioner Kahn emphasized that there is no ESG exemption to antitrust laws.
00:21:51.740 Yada, yada, yada.
00:21:52.520 The ESG movement attempts to weaponize corporations to reshape society in ways Americans would never endorse at the ballot box.
00:22:07.100 Of particular concern is the collusive effort to restrict the supply of oil, coal, and gas,
00:22:14.800 which is driving energy costs up all over the globe.
00:22:18.580 Over the coming months and years, Congress will increasingly use its oversight powers to scrutinize institutional antitrust violations
00:22:26.800 being committed in the name of ESG.
00:22:31.000 You should warn and advise your clients that are participating in ESG initiatives.
00:22:36.560 Both you and your clients should take care to preserve relevant documents
00:22:41.160 in anticipation of Congressional Investigations.
00:22:48.580 That's great.
00:22:50.460 This is why they are so scared, and they know they cannot lose today.
00:22:55.220 You've got to go out and vote.
00:22:56.980 If you spend any time at all on the Internet, whether it's on your computer or phone or some other device,
00:23:02.420 you are potentially putting information at risk being hacked by cybercriminals,
00:23:07.520 people who will steal anything and everything that you don't have nailed down.
00:23:11.180 Basically, you know, if you don't spend any time at all on the Internet, you're fine.
00:23:15.480 You're fine.
00:23:16.760 But what's wrong with you?
00:23:18.620 Sorry.
00:23:19.360 It's important.
00:23:20.200 It's important.
00:23:21.040 You're normal.
00:23:21.860 No, you're better than normal.
00:23:23.420 It's important to understand how cybercrime and identity theft are affecting our lives.

00:25:51.340 Fun?
00:25:52.500 Wild?
00:25:52.860 Tragically sad if it doesn't go our way tonight.
00:25:58.400 But I really think it's going to.
00:26:02.720 Eric Schmidt is with us.
00:26:04.840 He is the Missouri Attorney General.
00:26:06.700 I think he's one of the strongest.
00:26:08.240 There's like four of them in the country that I can always count on and go, yep, they're going to do the right thing.
00:26:14.780 Eric Schmidt is one of those guys.
00:26:16.400 He is the Attorney General who's running for the U.S. Senate.
00:26:20.240 And you are, I mean, I say this without trying to jinx it, you are way ahead in your election, are you not, Eric?
00:26:28.040 We feel good about it.
00:26:30.500 And that's what the polling would suggest.
00:26:32.080 But you know this, Glenn.
00:26:33.200 I know.
00:26:33.580 You've got to run through the tape here and make sure people get out and vote.
00:26:37.560 I know.
00:26:37.780 But it's exciting.
00:26:38.660 We're confident.
00:26:39.660 And we're working really hard.
00:26:41.720 I mean, you talk about it all the time, Glenn.
00:26:44.040 I think the fate of this republic hangs in the balance.
00:26:46.440 We cannot go another two years with what we've seen.
00:26:48.500 And we've been fighting those fights in the AG's office.
00:26:50.560 And I want to take that same fighting spirit to the Senate.
00:26:53.180 Well, we need you in there.
00:26:54.460 I don't know if you've seen the letter from Grassley and Mike Lee and Tom Cotton that talk about ESG.
00:27:02.740 There is a big coalition in the Senate that's going to take that on next year.
00:27:07.800 And I think that's great.
00:27:09.580 Yeah, I look forward to hopefully joining that.
00:27:11.760 As you know, Glenn, we opened up a big investigation just a few weeks ago against six of the biggest banks in the world for this UN net zero carbon alliance, net zero banking alliance, where they want to have their portfolios by 2050 carbon neutral.
00:27:28.460 What does that mean?
00:27:29.040 Well, that means not only going after oil and gas production, which is, by the way, driving inflation because we've choked that off, going after car manufacturers.
00:27:38.660 And California is the worst example of this, right?
00:27:41.420 On Monday, they say no more gas-powered vehicles.
00:27:45.920 On Friday, they say, oh, yeah, you can't charge your electric vehicle.
00:27:49.040 It's just totally insane.
00:27:50.520 But also, it's traditional agriculture.
00:27:52.880 I mean, they're going to go after your farm, your loan, because you have too many diesel-powered vehicles.
00:27:57.720 This is a radical agenda.
00:27:59.600 We see the short-term play right now with the Biden administration.
00:28:03.100 This ESG movement's a long-term play.
00:28:05.000 It's antithetical to capitalism.
00:28:06.560 It's antithetical to the American experiment.
00:28:08.880 And we've got to stop it.
00:28:09.680 Well, I do want to also tell you that tomorrow I start a campaign for all the senators, Republican, that have been elected or are currently there, except for Mitt Romney.
00:28:20.320 I am starting a campaign to get Rick Scott to replace, you know, Turtle Man.
00:28:30.040 What's his name?
00:28:30.560 Mitch McConnell.
00:28:30.960 Mitch McConnell.
00:28:31.480 I block his name all the time.
00:28:32.960 Yes, you do.
00:28:33.640 It's bad.
00:28:34.560 And I'm not going to ask you to join that campaign until tomorrow.
00:28:38.660 Then I'll talk to you about it.
00:28:39.720 So, Eric, I saw the DOJ's plans to monitor elections.
00:28:46.360 I know now it's happening in Missouri, it's happening in Texas, and it's happening in Florida.
00:28:52.860 What are you doing about it in Missouri?
00:28:55.940 And have they said why they're coming to monitor your elections?
00:29:00.020 You know, everybody just became aware of this last minute, as you would expect.
00:29:03.500 And we're obviously monitoring this ourselves and watching very closely.
00:29:07.860 I think it's a glimpse, Glenn, into two things.
00:29:11.660 One is the over-politization of DOJ.
00:29:14.580 We have seen this time and time again now, whether it's going after political enemies like some sort of banana republic.
00:29:20.360 It did, you know, raiding the pre-dawn raid of the former president's home and likely rival, which is nuts.
00:29:27.620 And, by the way, if that were happening in another country, our State Department would be, like, warning Americans about it, right?
00:29:34.160 It's happening here.
00:29:35.420 So, you've got that going on.
00:29:36.640 And, of course, you've got the infamous Patriot, using the Patriot Act to go after parents who show up to school board meetings.
00:29:43.040 These folks at the top are held in on power and control.
00:29:46.000 And one of our important roles in the Senate in this oversight function is we've got to bring these folks in, and not just there, obviously.
00:29:52.780 We've got in our lawsuit against big tech coordinating with big government a deposition schedule with Anthony Fauci.
00:29:58.500 I think he needs to be brought in in 2023 and clear his calendar.
00:30:01.740 But back to DOJ, you've seen the over-politization.
00:30:04.680 It's also a tell for them of what they really want to do when they talk about federalizing our elections.
00:30:11.540 I mean, they want command and control from Washington, D.C.
00:30:13.980 The Constitution is very clear.
00:30:15.980 The state legislature set the time, place, and manner of elections.
00:30:18.720 And this is a preemptive message, I guess, they're sending to 24 states where they're, quote-unquote, monitoring it.
00:30:27.720 So, we're concerned about it.
00:30:29.500 We're watching it.
00:30:30.620 But, again, it's part and parcel of this DOJ that, again, it's just become way too political.
00:30:35.240 So, wait a minute.
00:30:35.740 24 states.
00:30:37.000 How many of them are blue states?
00:30:40.180 I haven't seen the full list.
00:30:41.700 I really haven't.
00:30:42.360 I just know that in Missouri, our Secretary of State became aware of this just about 40 hours ago.
00:30:48.220 Yeah, yeah.
00:30:48.700 So, anyway, so it's—
00:30:50.840 Okay.
00:30:51.220 So, are you doing—Florida Department of State just said, you're not welcome.
00:30:57.600 In fact, federal election monitors are not permitted inside of polling places, as it would be counterproductive and potentially undermine the confidence in this election.
00:31:07.760 So, they're saying, don't you dare do it.
00:31:10.840 Yeah, no, we've pushed back.
00:31:14.080 We've pushed back.
00:31:15.140 And, again, it's kind of unclear what exactly, you know, this, quote-unquote, monitoring.
00:31:20.060 You know, it's just—it's this vagueness.
00:31:22.600 But I think it's meant to send a message, right?
00:31:25.000 Again, this is just—this is not what DOJ is supposed to be, right?
00:31:29.660 The Department of Justice is supposed to be this neutral actor that, you know, represents the government in certain cases, right?
00:31:38.540 What we're seeing right now—and it's not just DOJ, sadly.
00:31:42.280 I mean, you're seeing this with the 87,000 new IRS agents, which, by the way, is one thing that we've got to take care of right away when we get into Congress, make sure those people don't get funded.
00:31:52.040 But you're just seeing the administrative state now take on an even more aggressive approach.
00:31:57.380 And I actually think they're going to try to accelerate this, Glenn.
00:31:59.620 I think that, you know, especially if Republicans take over tonight, they know that the only way they can move their agenda forward isn't legislatively.
00:32:06.640 It's through this administrative state.
00:32:08.140 And Mike Lee is somebody that I—he endorsed me in my primary.
00:32:12.080 And I know that you hold that same admiration for him.
00:32:14.760 He's a good man.
00:32:16.180 And working on some things that pull back that power—the founders never envisioned.
00:32:22.600 In this system of self-government and separation of powers, which is meant to protect individual liberty, they never thought—
00:32:27.700 And by the way, half of the Federalist papers are written about how these different, you know, branches would jealously guard their power, right?
00:32:35.080 They knew what human nature was like.
00:32:36.980 They never thought that the Article I branch, Congress, would willingly cede all this authority to the Article II branch, the executive branch.
00:32:43.740 We've got to rein that back in, whether it's for every new rule, pull back 10, or it's if it has an impact over X, Y, and Z,
00:32:50.280 if Congress has to vote on it, we've got to do that because the folks in Congress, Glenn, are perfectly happy.
00:32:55.680 Many of them were saying, I voted for the greatest bill in the world, but I can't believe what the EPA did.
00:33:00.760 We've got to get rid of that because people aren't accountable.
00:33:03.640 And that's what our entire system of self-government is based on.
00:33:07.160 If you want to understand what—you know, Missouri's always been suspicious of the government, you know, central government a thousand miles away telling us how to live our lives.
00:33:16.020 But at the root of it is nobody knows who the deputy undersecretary of the Department of Transportation is.
00:33:23.320 And this is at the heart of all of these big issues we're talking about, a lot of our lawsuits, a lot of things you talk about.
00:33:29.740 We've got to get that under control.
00:33:31.660 It doesn't make front-page, you know, sort of headlines, but it's the root of frustration.
00:33:36.400 It's the root of the problem.
00:33:38.620 All right, my man.
00:33:39.680 Are you still out campaigning today?
00:33:43.960 We did a—we did a—election days, you know, interesting, right?
00:33:48.560 Like, we did a six-day tour yesterday around the state.
00:33:52.720 I'm going to go vote with my wife here in about 10 minutes.
00:33:56.480 We've got a family tradition of eating pizza on Election Day, so we'll do that later today.
00:34:02.060 So there's a lot of things, but you're going to still try to, you know, talk to voters.
00:34:05.880 But, you know, today is a day where people let their voices be heard, and it's—we're in the greatest country in the history of the world, and I think people understand the stakes today.
00:34:14.100 We have to preserve that.
00:34:15.400 We have to take this country back because there's nowhere else to go.
00:34:18.600 This is the greatest experiment in human history.
00:34:21.740 There is nowhere else to go, and once you lose it, you don't get it back.
00:34:25.480 Every civilization has a beginning and has an end, and I don't think that the American people right now want to give up on this country.
00:34:32.680 So today's a big, big day.
00:34:34.040 Hopefully, your election coverage tonight, you guys are having a lot of fun declaring, you know, this red wave.
00:34:38.900 But we've got to earn it.
00:34:40.000 Well—
00:34:40.220 Like I said, you cannot count it.
00:34:41.820 You've got to get out and vote.
00:34:42.860 We would love to have you on as soon as you walk off stage, you know, accepting tonight.
00:34:49.640 So we'd love to have you part of the program.
00:34:52.880 Listen, take care.
00:34:54.920 Be safe.
00:34:55.740 Thank you for everything you've done, and we look for big things, assuming you win tonight.
00:35:01.960 All right, Glenn.
00:35:02.520 Take care.
00:35:02.880 God bless.
00:35:03.480 Bye-bye.
00:35:05.040 I mean, it's such a tough spot to be a politician in the middle of an Election Day interview where, you know, like, you know, Eric's, I think, polling looks really good.
00:35:14.340 I think he's going to win.
00:35:16.340 But, like, you don't want people to say, ah, he's going to win.
00:35:19.280 They're not going to come out to the polls.
00:35:20.100 Oh, that's the worst thing anyone can do.
00:35:22.640 Yeah.
00:35:22.860 The worst thing anyone can do.
00:35:25.120 I would not look at any of this stuff as a sure thing.
00:35:28.440 I mean, these races can go either way.
00:35:30.600 You know, the Missouri race was supposed to be one of the closest in the country.
00:35:35.060 I think, you know, Eric has done a really good job as a candidate and has opened up a lead in the polling.
00:35:39.900 But not only a good job as a candidate, I think he was a strong attorney general.
00:35:44.000 I think he went after the bad guys over and over and over again, and people rewarded him for that.
00:35:50.120 They're two different jobs, though.
00:35:51.260 You know, you can be a really competent public servant and then suck as a candidate.
00:35:56.080 We've seen that many times, and people lose races that way.
00:35:59.340 He's been able to handle both of those jobs, which is great.
00:36:02.220 And I think he's going to be a really good senator when he wins today.
00:36:05.860 Yes.
00:36:06.400 Good news today.
00:36:07.520 Hopefully.
00:36:08.060 We have Masters on with us today.
00:36:10.520 When is he coming up?
00:36:11.560 Do you know?
00:36:11.940 Don't know yet.
00:36:13.240 We've got a few of them stopping by today, anxious to see what is happening with Carrie Lake.
00:36:19.440 You know, she was in her office was attacked.
00:36:22.680 Nobody's talking about all of the things that are happening to the Republicans, the violence, the threats that are going on.
00:36:32.220 They don't talk about that.
00:36:33.000 We are in the Hunter Biden window.
00:36:34.480 That's a new thing that has developed in elections.
00:36:36.300 There's a Hunter Biden window that journalists now all have adopted.
00:36:40.240 Like, it's, you know, it's a national holiday where they have a moratorium on news that could possibly help Republicans.
00:36:48.760 Yeah.
00:36:49.040 You just, you just, you just, look, it's too important.
00:36:52.420 This is them talking.
00:36:53.440 It's too important.
00:36:55.100 I know the journalism thing.
00:36:56.980 We're supposed to report both sides, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:36:59.440 But when we're this close, we can't, we can't throw it.
00:37:02.340 We can tell that story after.
00:37:04.200 Nancy Pelosi.
00:37:04.900 We can tell that story after the election, right?
00:37:07.200 And that is what I think really is, has been implemented is starting after 2016 with the, you know, the James Comey letter and, and the, and that stuff that developed right before that election.
00:37:19.140 They said they'd never make that mistake again.
00:37:20.940 And they are trying to implement that.
00:37:22.100 So I would like to just ask you one question.
00:37:24.260 It's more rhetorical.
00:37:25.160 We can get to the answer maybe tomorrow.
00:37:27.060 Why is it that Nancy Pelosi and the San Francisco police refuse to give anyone the mugshot of the perpetrator?
00:37:36.400 That try, why?
00:37:38.300 I don't know.
00:37:38.960 What, what is, hmm.
00:37:40.740 All right.
00:37:41.300 Back in just a second.
00:37:42.580 We lost almost 3000 people on nine 11.
00:37:46.160 And today, two decades later, there are still people dying from nine 11 related illnesses.
00:37:51.500 But with only two states mandating K through 12 learning about it, we have a whole new generation of kids coming up who know little to nothing about our nation's darkest days.
00:38:04.000 At least one of them.
00:38:04.900 A day when the courage of the American spirit shone the brightest nine 11.
00:38:10.100 That's why tunnel to towers.
00:38:11.620 The nine 11 Institute is so important.
00:38:15.240 It provides educators with nonfiction resources on nine 11 for kids grades K through 12, including scripted social studies, lessons, and activities.
00:38:25.660 They're not learning any of this stuff.
00:38:27.640 They're not learning any of it.
00:38:29.360 They also have the nonfiction discovering heroes book series that accompanies the curriculum.
00:38:34.280 They also have an 1100 square foot mobile museum exhibit touring with nine 11 artifacts.
00:38:40.900 I think these guys are amazing.
00:38:43.220 In fact, I'm working on some things that I want to present to them to, to go do some things together, because I think this is so important to never forget.
00:38:53.020 We have to educate future generations.
00:38:56.420 Donate $11 a month to tunnel to towers.
00:38:59.080 That's T to T dot org.
00:39:02.860 T the number two, T dot org.
00:39:08.880 The Glenn Beck program.
00:39:27.640 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
00:39:29.660 I'm excited to hear your predictions.
00:39:32.240 Are you?
00:39:32.940 I am.
00:39:33.600 I am.
00:39:34.200 Uh, I will say it was tough to do.
00:39:36.040 I think, you know, I'm hoping there are some good things that are going to come.
00:39:39.860 And I think dealing with optimism for me in these situations is difficult.
00:39:43.100 I'm not good at it.
00:39:44.420 I'm really, I'm very confident when I say, yep, going to lose.
00:39:48.740 Yeah, right.
00:39:49.200 Exactly.
00:39:49.620 That's how I feel.
00:39:50.360 That's why I've been very confident in past elections that I thought we were going to lose.
00:39:53.620 And then we did.
00:39:55.460 And I felt very confident.
00:39:57.020 This is a weird one.
00:39:57.920 I mean, I think it's close.
00:39:59.820 There's a lot of races.
00:40:00.860 You know, one of the things that scares me about some of the races that I have optimism on is Republicans were significantly behind.
00:40:07.060 And they jammed on the Excel and they put their foot on the accelerator pedal and really flew up out of nowhere and got right to about tied and just stopped.
00:40:19.880 And so these races have been holding at basically even the Masters race is one of them.
00:40:25.560 The New Hampshire one is another that has happened recently.
00:40:29.080 The Pennsylvania one is another one of these stories where you just saw it like, you know, there was a poll we did back in the summer where John Fetterman was up by 21 points.
00:40:39.920 And then now we kind of got right back into that, you know, very even area and all the polling movement stopped in the last week or so.
00:40:48.480 So it's a weird time, but we have the predictions.
00:40:51.840 I decided, you know, you got to put every single state, no toss ups.
00:40:55.000 You got to put everyone in a column.
00:40:56.680 So we did that yesterday.
00:40:57.920 I know you did as well, right?
00:40:58.820 Yeah, I did.
00:40:59.360 I did as well.
00:41:00.320 Went through the whole thing.
00:41:01.120 I'm anxious to see if we match up.
00:41:03.100 Gosh, I don't know if that's good or bad.
00:41:04.920 We'll do that.
00:41:05.440 If we both agree, then we're screwed.
00:41:06.540 We're screwed.
00:41:08.480 We'll do that coming up in just a second.
00:41:12.160 Stand by.
00:41:16.920 You can't assume that everything in life is always going to go according to plan, Stu.
00:41:22.800 As much as I wish it wasn't this way, Stu, the simple truth is life throws.
00:41:28.820 It's curveballs from time to time.
00:41:30.800 Yes.
00:41:31.320 Stu.
00:41:32.060 And sometimes they can be very scary, Stu.
00:41:36.400 But.
00:41:37.040 But.
00:41:37.780 Don't worry about it.
00:41:39.480 Have a plan.
00:41:40.780 Have a plan that's flexible.
00:41:42.520 Have, for instance, you could find yourself, Stu, out of a job at any time.
00:41:48.060 I don't think that's the big word.
00:41:49.520 Well, let's just pretend.
00:41:51.260 Okay.
00:41:51.740 Friday, you're called into somebody's office and you're let go.
00:41:56.080 Okay.
00:41:56.280 Do you have food?
00:41:57.100 Do you have food storage?
00:41:58.740 I mean, maybe not enough for that.
00:41:59.960 Right.
00:42:01.420 MyPatriotSupply.com.
00:42:02.520 You could be living on the streets within a month.

00:42:44.240 Stand together, it's the course of the night.
00:42:49.440 Stand up straight and hold the line.
00:42:54.740 It's a whole new day, I'm trying to rise.
00:43:00.880 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:43:06.660 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:43:09.220 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:43:15.960 We got a lot on our plate today.
00:43:18.580 We are going to go through our election predictions in 60 seconds.
00:43:25.040 Not pleasant to hear, but the truth is debt is like cancer and it just grows bigger and bigger and bigger over time.
00:43:31.180 Especially true of high interest debts like credit cards.
00:43:34.440 Credit card debt is up 13% in this country compared to last year.
00:43:40.280 Oh, you know, the economy is doing so well.
00:43:42.580 Everybody's just putting it on credit because they can afford groceries.
00:43:46.900 They don't need credit cards, right?
00:43:48.720 They're just choosing to do it because it's so great.
00:43:52.220 Meanwhile, the Fed's trying to pull us out of inflation, kind of.
00:43:56.300 At the same time, they're also causing inflation by just keep printing more money.
00:44:01.940 I want you to take 10 minutes today and call American Financing.
00:44:06.360 They have been in business for over two decades.
00:44:08.560 They know a few things about how to help you out.
00:44:10.660 Whether it's working with the equity in your home to pay off things that you need right now or many of the other options.
00:44:17.520 They're going to be there for you.
00:44:18.920 It's American Financing.
00:44:20.600 800-906-2440.
00:44:22.920 800-906-2440.
00:44:25.500 It's AmericanFinancing.net.
00:44:28.220 American Financing, NMLS, 182334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
00:44:35.040 All righty then.
00:44:36.940 Well, Stu is here.
00:44:38.560 And Stu is the guy who looks at all the polls, then looks at – what other things do you look at?
00:44:45.320 Lots of different things.
00:44:46.780 Historic trends, financial donations, changes in the demographics in each district, momentum.
00:44:57.160 Quantum – got it.
00:44:58.160 There's a lot of stuff.
00:44:58.860 Okay.
00:44:59.500 So you're putting them all together now, and you're ready to make your final calls.
00:45:05.920 Yes.
00:45:06.460 We're going to hold you to these.
00:45:08.120 Pat Gray is joining us now from Pat Gray Unleashed.
00:45:11.280 I do a similar thing.
00:45:13.120 I just look at the race and think, yeah, I think he's going to win.
00:45:17.140 That's pretty much the same process.
00:45:18.380 It's a very similar process.
00:45:19.600 It's very, very close to what you just described.
00:45:21.920 Except nothing like that.
00:45:23.580 Well, except the exact opposite of no research whatsoever.
00:45:26.400 Right.
00:45:26.800 Okay.
00:45:27.220 All right.
00:45:27.760 Okay.
00:45:28.220 So let's go through these.
00:45:29.660 These are probably more accurate, and that's how this works.
00:45:32.700 It's like the woman in the office who's never watched a college basketball game that wins the Final Four tournament.
00:45:38.520 Yeah.
00:45:38.980 That's how this works.
00:45:40.400 Yeah.
00:45:40.740 But so let me give you a baseline, because I think most of this we'll agree on.
00:45:45.500 Okay.
00:45:46.020 First of all, you start out in the Senate.
00:45:48.060 Thirty-six Democrats, not up for election.
00:45:50.740 They're automatically locked in.
00:45:52.220 Twenty-nine Republicans.
00:45:53.400 One of the reasons why it's tough for Republicans to win the Senate is because they're down by seven at the start.
00:45:58.000 Right.
00:45:58.440 Thirty-six, twenty-nine as we lead in to election day.
00:46:01.660 So then we go to the likely categories.
00:46:05.320 Races we don't think will be super close.
00:46:07.900 Tell me if you disagree with any of these.
00:46:09.580 We can move them on your charts.
00:46:11.460 But California, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Oregon, Vermont, Connecticut.
00:46:21.100 You got any disagreements on those?
00:46:21.720 All those locked in with Democrats.
00:46:23.080 With Democrats.
00:46:23.700 Yes.
00:46:24.440 I would agree with that.
00:46:25.440 There are some people I know around here that are getting super optimistic and thinking Connecticut might be in play.
00:46:29.820 No way.
00:46:31.040 I don't think so, but I'm confident with all of those.
00:46:33.900 Glenn, are you there?
00:46:36.320 I'm going to give you my list here in a minute, but I think that there's some openings there, but it's going to be.
00:46:43.180 Okay.
00:46:43.820 You're going to have to be.
00:46:45.220 We're going to have to have an extraordinary night.
00:46:47.760 Some people have speculated Oregon might be in play.
00:46:50.780 Yeah.
00:46:51.400 Oregon for the governor.
00:46:52.740 Governor.
00:46:53.180 Is definitely in play.
00:46:54.140 Yeah, I think so.
00:46:54.720 For the Senate.
00:46:55.060 Not so much.
00:46:55.900 It would be a big surprise.
00:46:56.920 Right.
00:46:57.080 But it's, you know, again, when the gubernatorial race is close, you know.
00:47:00.720 Yeah.
00:47:00.960 You never know.
00:47:01.680 I don't want to talk anyone out of voting.
00:47:02.520 Please do it.
00:47:03.080 Right.
00:47:03.220 Right.
00:47:03.420 On the likely Republican side.
00:47:04.880 Give me if you disagree with any of these.
00:47:07.040 Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, South Carolina, both Dakotas.
00:47:16.120 Also, both Oklahomas.
00:47:17.600 There's a special election going on.
00:47:18.700 There's two Senate seats in Oklahoma.
00:47:20.680 Missouri.
00:47:21.080 We just talked to Eric Schmidt just on the air just a minute ago.
00:47:23.860 So, Iowa and Florida, which is Marco Rubio, was closer early on.
00:47:28.520 I moved it over to the likely category, I think, a couple weeks ago.
00:47:31.160 That gives you any disagreements on there that you're worried about any of those?
00:47:34.780 No.
00:47:34.880 Okay.
00:47:35.000 So, what's interesting about that is it gets you to the baseline of 44-44.
00:47:39.660 Oh.
00:47:40.000 We're locking in right there at 44-44.
00:47:43.200 Mm-hmm.
00:47:43.780 All the races after that, I think, are up for a decent amount of discussion.
00:47:49.020 Should we go through some of these?
00:47:50.400 Sure.
00:47:50.660 Yeah.
00:47:50.780 So, Colorado is, we're talking about Democratic leaners, maybe.
00:47:55.020 Colorado, Washington, and New Hampshire.
00:47:58.220 Alaska, Utah, Wisconsin, Ohio, North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Arizona.
00:48:06.780 So, let's take these, start wherever you want.
00:48:09.380 Start at the beginning.
00:48:10.040 Okay.
00:48:10.500 Go ahead.
00:48:10.920 Okay, a couple, I think the two easiest ones would be Alaska.
00:48:14.560 Yeah.
00:48:14.940 So, Alaska is going to be a Republican.
00:48:16.980 We just don't know if it's Murkowski or not.
00:48:18.380 Yeah.
00:48:18.660 And then you have Utah, which is Mike Lee.
00:48:20.900 Mike Lee, it's going to.
00:48:21.380 I'm with.
00:48:22.000 I'm with.
00:48:22.600 Yeah, Mike Lee for sure.
00:48:23.360 Mike Lee, yeah.
00:48:24.380 And a Republican, because it's going to be a Republican.
00:48:26.340 It's going to be a Republican.
00:48:27.580 So, then you go to Wisconsin.
00:48:30.120 Yes.
00:48:30.360 Ron Johnson against Mandela Barnes.
00:48:32.060 I think he wins.
00:48:32.960 I think Ron Johnson wins.
00:48:34.300 I'm with Ron Johnson on that one.
00:48:36.160 Colorado is O'Day versus Bennett.
00:48:38.780 I think Bennett's going to win that.
00:48:41.340 You think Bennett's going to win?
00:48:42.360 Mm-hmm.
00:48:43.100 Glenn, the Democrat Bennett or the Republican O'Day?
00:48:48.060 Republican.
00:48:49.460 Really?
00:48:50.120 Okay.
00:48:50.720 Is this Alan O'Day who did Heaven on the Seventh Floor?
00:48:54.520 Yeah.
00:48:54.740 No, it's not.
00:48:55.420 It's not?
00:48:55.960 No, it's not.
00:48:56.380 Darn it.
00:48:56.720 I'd really, I'd love to hear that song again.
00:49:00.140 I would too.
00:49:00.840 Yeah, absolutely.
00:49:01.720 Heaven on the Seventh Floor.
00:49:03.540 Yeah.
00:49:03.900 All right.
00:49:04.260 Really good.
00:49:04.540 Go ahead.
00:49:05.240 That really should have been the theme song.
00:49:06.860 Yeah, really.
00:49:07.300 So, I have Colorado in my final predictions as a Democratic win, unfortunately.
00:49:12.500 In Colorado.
00:49:13.240 In Colorado.
00:49:13.900 Yeah, me too.
00:49:14.520 We go over to Ohio.
00:49:17.260 Mm-hmm.
00:49:17.720 Ohio, J.D. Vance.
00:49:18.960 Yes.
00:49:19.620 Versus Tim Ryan.
00:49:20.640 I think Vance wins.
00:49:21.700 Vance got a really good poll today.
00:49:23.420 Yeah.
00:49:23.560 Where he's up by 10.
00:49:24.880 Yeah.
00:49:25.080 Which is.
00:49:25.420 Nice.
00:49:25.940 Which is a great result.
00:49:27.120 I also have Ohio as a Republican.
00:49:28.660 And I have Wisconsin, if I didn't say that, as a Republican as well.
00:49:31.400 North Carolina, Ted Budd versus Beasley there.
00:49:34.900 Bud is held a moderate, but consistent lead here for a few weeks.
00:49:39.040 And I have Bud winning that seat.
00:49:41.260 Me too.
00:49:41.840 Okay.
00:49:42.740 Washington.
00:49:43.420 We talked to Tiffany Smiley going up against Patty Murray.
00:49:46.540 Gosh, she could win this.
00:49:47.760 A reach state potentially.
00:49:48.880 I'm going to.
00:49:49.300 So close.
00:49:49.840 I'm going to say yes.
00:49:50.760 Closer than Democrats could have possibly expected going into this.
00:49:53.840 For sure.
00:49:54.300 I'm going to say yes.
00:49:55.160 They don't like her.
00:49:56.000 They don't like Patty Murray in Washington.
00:49:58.000 Yeah.
00:49:58.160 I don't think the Democrats are even that excited about her.
00:50:01.380 They're not.
00:50:01.880 And so this might be.
00:50:04.140 I think this.
00:50:04.560 A big surprise.
00:50:05.820 Okay.
00:50:06.200 Pat.
00:50:06.500 What'd you say?
00:50:07.340 I think the Republican pulls it out here too.
00:50:10.340 Yeah.
00:50:10.620 Okay.
00:50:10.900 I would love that to be true.
00:50:12.400 I found this one really close.
00:50:14.640 However, I did give this one to the Democrats.
00:50:16.780 You did?
00:50:17.180 Yes.
00:50:17.640 In a close race.
00:50:18.600 You bastard.
00:50:19.380 I know.
00:50:19.960 Wow.
00:50:20.240 But again, I think these are so far pretty good results.
00:50:22.880 Georgia.
00:50:23.500 Herschel Walker.
00:50:24.400 Herschel wins.
00:50:25.060 Herschel wins.
00:50:25.780 I think Herschel wins as well.
00:50:27.240 I think he wins outright.
00:50:29.840 I don't think he'll even go to a runoff.
00:50:31.900 That's going to be my follow-up.
00:50:32.760 Do you think, Glenn, that it goes to a runoff?
00:50:35.240 Does he clear 50%?
00:50:36.380 I think it could go to a runoff.
00:50:37.460 I do think it could as well.
00:50:38.720 Now, that, again, would probably be good for Herschel Walker.
00:50:43.780 I think so too.
00:50:44.080 He probably will win a runoff.
00:50:46.160 But again, we said that last time too, and both Democrats won.
00:50:49.980 True.
00:50:50.100 So you don't want to risk it.
00:50:51.060 Hopefully, he can get over 50% there.
00:50:53.800 Pennsylvania.
00:50:54.660 Oz versus Fetterman.
00:50:56.440 Fetterman.
00:50:57.240 I don't want Fetterman so badly that I can't pick him.
00:51:05.260 I'm going to pick Oz.
00:51:06.460 Oz.
00:51:07.060 Mm-hmm.
00:51:07.400 I just, this is one of those.
00:51:11.140 No confidence.
00:51:11.460 The data looks, yeah.
00:51:12.780 First of all, we're in no confidence area.
00:51:14.700 At this point, we've cleared all the ones I have any confidence in.
00:51:16.840 It could go either way.
00:51:18.660 We're in really, really close territory here.
00:51:20.880 Yes.
00:51:20.980 I went back and forth a little bit on Pennsylvania, but I just can't imagine.
00:51:25.140 And I shouldn't say things like this, but the data had a very, it was very, very close.
00:51:31.120 I'm giving the edge to Dr. Oz.
00:51:33.640 Which is a strange sentence to say.
00:51:36.700 Good.
00:51:37.000 I love that.
00:51:37.460 But I think Oz will win.
00:51:38.800 That's great.
00:51:38.900 I just feel like there's enough people in the middle who don't necessarily have huge ideological
00:51:44.120 leanings.
00:51:44.660 Uh-huh.
00:51:44.960 In a Republican climate, you know, based on things like inflation and all the underlying
00:51:49.120 issues we're talking about, and then to see the fact that one of the two candidates
00:51:53.060 is incapable of speaking.
00:51:54.720 Yeah.
00:51:55.200 I just, I mean, I can't.
00:51:56.640 Are there not people with common sense to sway it?
00:51:58.260 Ten years ago, I would have said Oz.
00:52:00.760 Right.
00:52:01.100 For sure.
00:52:01.520 By 10 points.
00:52:02.180 Right.
00:52:02.340 By 20 points.
00:52:03.140 I don't think it's going to be 10 or 20 points.
00:52:04.520 No, it's not.
00:52:04.860 It's not.
00:52:04.960 It's going to be close.
00:52:05.720 It's going to be close.
00:52:05.760 But I've got to give this one to Oz and a squeaker.
00:52:08.360 All right.
00:52:08.700 Then next up, Nevada.
00:52:10.940 Nevada is Adam Laxalt against Cortez Masto.
00:52:13.460 I think Laxalt only because there's a legacy there, and Nevada loves the Laxalts, and I
00:52:21.560 think he wins.
00:52:22.740 I think he pulls it out.
00:52:23.240 Now, Cortez Masto is the incumbent, so there's a bit of an advantage there, but Laxalt's held
00:52:27.760 the public office.
00:52:28.720 He's relatively well-known.
00:52:30.580 His family's well-known.
00:52:31.680 Well-known.
00:52:32.260 Not known as some crazy outlier candidate.
00:52:34.860 He's done a good job in his campaign.
00:52:36.440 He's had many polls that have showed him up, though it is close.
00:52:39.520 I also had Nevada going to the Republicans and Laxalt winning.
00:52:43.460 Two races left here that we have not covered.
00:52:47.020 New Hampshire.
00:52:48.220 New Hampshire is a really interesting race because Hassan or Hassan, depending on how you
00:52:54.040 say it, people seem to do both.
00:52:57.600 But she has, she's the incumbent, but really not a particularly notable one, right?
00:53:03.380 Like, there's not a lot of chatter about her.
00:53:05.500 She's never really involved in big things.
00:53:07.960 This is a purplish state.
00:53:09.580 You have Don Bolduc, who was initially seen as this candidate that couldn't possibly win.
00:53:17.780 He's too radical, too crazy.
00:53:20.160 They came into office and closed the polls from about 11 points down to dead heat level.
00:53:25.580 I'm going to give it to him.
00:53:26.820 You're going to go with?
00:53:28.280 That's Bolduc.
00:53:29.100 Don Bolduc.
00:53:29.740 We had him on the air.
00:53:30.540 He didn't seem like a crazy person at all.
00:53:32.700 Had a couple of listeners from New Hampshire today that convinced me that Bolduc is going
00:53:36.560 to win.
00:53:36.960 You know, the momentum is really on his side right now.
00:53:42.000 It's going to be close.
00:53:43.020 It's going to be very close.
00:53:45.540 It could be weeks before we know.
00:53:47.280 We might not even know until 2027.
00:53:49.940 This is the race.
00:53:50.760 That's how long it'll be.
00:53:52.020 I had the hardest time with.
00:53:53.300 I went back and forth on it a bunch of times, and I wound up giving it to the Democrats.
00:53:58.180 Oh, wow.
00:53:59.480 Very, very close.
00:54:00.680 Very, very close.
00:54:01.460 Last race, Arizona.
00:54:03.920 Easy.
00:54:04.580 Masters.
00:54:05.400 Easy Masters.
00:54:06.180 Now, here's the thing to lead you into this.
00:54:08.700 No, not easy Masters.
00:54:10.360 Easy for me, Masters.
00:54:13.040 But, I mean, Arizona could be dead to us all by tonight.
00:54:16.020 Good.
00:54:16.240 You know what I mean?
00:54:17.040 Yeah, good.
00:54:18.300 What's interesting about the Masters race, because I said this about Pennsylvania, as
00:54:22.500 Oz was tightening this race, and I started to believe that Oz was going to win it, I
00:54:27.560 just said, I want to see one, one poll.
00:54:30.820 Give me one poll that shows him actually winning it.
00:54:33.240 You don't have to give him all of them, and now we got him.
00:54:35.160 Yeah.
00:54:35.640 We never got that out of the Masters race.
00:54:39.300 Still today.
00:54:39.680 There has not been any polls, any, that have shown Blake Masters ahead in this race, at
00:54:46.260 least according to RealClearPolitics.
00:54:47.680 Now, there's some other polls they don't always include.
00:54:49.560 However...
00:54:49.680 He's going to win.
00:54:50.880 However, let me amend that.
00:54:53.100 Until today.
00:54:54.840 Today, we got not only one, but two polls showing Masters ahead.
00:54:59.500 Nice.
00:54:59.900 Yeah.
00:55:00.640 So that is a big update to that story.
00:55:02.540 I think these polls are going to be very wrong, and I just don't see Masters not winning with
00:55:07.120 Carrie Lake.
00:55:07.840 I think you're right.
00:55:08.560 I think Masters will win as well.
00:55:10.900 I give that to Republicans.
00:55:11.440 So what do you have now?
00:55:12.460 So my total here, with all of the races we've just talked about, is Republicans with 53 seats,
00:55:18.560 Democrats 47 seats.
00:55:20.800 That's exactly what I have.
00:55:21.980 Is that really?
00:55:23.440 Because I have...
00:55:24.440 Now, you switched...
00:55:25.240 I might have switched a few states from you, but I wound up at 53-47.
00:55:29.260 You had Pennsylvania going to the Democrats, Glenn, if I remember.
00:55:31.860 Right.
00:55:32.280 And then you put your...
00:55:33.040 Here's my final count.
00:55:34.480 Okay.
00:55:35.320 Democrats 61...
00:55:36.860 Sorry.
00:55:37.340 Republicans 61, Democrats 38.
00:55:40.600 Wow.
00:55:41.100 So there's going to be one seat open?
00:55:42.500 Yeah.
00:55:42.700 That's because, strangely, Utah just wrote in, we want to eject Mitt Romney.
00:55:49.900 So there's one open seat.
00:55:52.020 Oh, wow.
00:55:52.560 So 61-38.
00:55:54.820 So you went with the ejection clause.
00:55:56.560 I did.
00:55:57.320 I like that.
00:55:57.860 I did.
00:55:58.420 It's with the good and plenty clause.
00:56:00.300 Yeah.
00:56:00.680 So...
00:56:01.160 That's in the Constitution.
00:56:01.820 We're still in the Constitution.
00:56:02.960 Well, we're in constitutional territory.
00:56:05.000 Okay.
00:56:05.300 Territory.
00:56:05.820 Okay.
00:56:06.480 Back in just a second.
00:56:08.640 When you're at the gas pump...
00:56:10.560 Wait till you hear my house predictions.
00:56:13.100 Okay.
00:56:14.040 When you're at the gas pump or the grocery store, you have to remind yourself very clearly
00:56:18.660 and firmly, you're not in a recession.
00:56:21.400 No, no, no.
00:56:22.360 Sometimes you're going to have to say it several times, and you won't believe it until you
00:56:26.120 really embrace that.
00:56:27.500 Our economy is as strong as hell and getting better every day.
00:56:32.460 Just keep repeating that.
00:56:34.220 Unless the Republicans win, then the recession is real, and they made it happen.
00:56:40.100 Okay?
00:56:40.920 By the way, I want you to fill up your gas tank.
00:56:44.460 I want you to go grocery shopping.
00:56:46.320 I want you to pay your bills today.
00:56:48.780 Then I want you to look at your 401k.
00:56:50.800 Then I want you to go vote today.
00:56:54.320 Anyway, Upside is an amazing app that will actually save you money on gas and groceries

00:57:39.840 10 seconds.
00:57:40.560 Station ID.
00:57:47.300 All right, so that's pretty positive with you.
00:57:49.980 50, 50, or you said 53.
00:57:52.600 53 is very positive.
00:57:53.880 We should be happy.
00:57:54.580 No, we shouldn't be.
00:57:54.960 We want to get to 53.
00:57:56.100 That would be good.
00:57:56.420 We might want to get to 54.
00:57:57.840 What we don't want to do is get to 48 and stop.
00:58:01.040 So let's just hope.
00:58:02.200 Again, look how many of these races we were like, gosh, these are really tight.
00:58:06.140 I know, no, no, no.
00:58:06.740 So really, it's not a sure thing.
00:58:08.660 There's at least three of them.
00:58:10.520 Yeah, I think that number might even be higher that you could flip.
00:58:13.320 Okay, no, no, no.
00:58:14.980 But hey, look, if you can get over, get to 51, that's the most important thing.
00:58:20.940 Yeah.
00:58:21.060 Everything you get above that.
00:58:21.880 Then you have probably Murkowski and Romney.
00:58:24.880 Yeah, so that's being 48.
00:58:25.880 You're not going to feel secure at 51.
00:58:27.680 Yeah.
00:58:27.940 But it's much better.
00:58:29.040 At least you can at least direct the things they're handling.
00:58:33.000 Yes.
00:58:33.680 Okay.
00:58:34.700 And by the way, don't forget Blaze TV coverage tonight.
00:58:37.080 BlazeTV.com slash midterms.
00:58:38.760 The promo code is Red Wave for 30 bucks off.
00:58:43.320 Also, after that coverage, going into the wee hours of the morning, I'm going to be on the
00:58:46.400 YouTube page, YouTube.com slash students America with extra coverage into the late night.
00:58:50.740 I'll be doing a Q&A this afternoon, too.
00:58:52.440 If you have any questions about the election on students America YouTube channel.
00:58:55.360 Let's go over to the House.
00:58:57.080 You want to do House next or Governors, Glenn?
00:58:58.940 Let's do the House.
00:58:59.980 Just real quick.
00:59:00.640 Okay.
00:59:00.780 Just give me numbers.
00:59:01.400 Yep.
00:59:01.880 So I have, again, current control, 220 Democrats, 212 Republicans.
00:59:07.100 All seats are up for election here.
00:59:09.740 As far as sure thing, likelies, I have 191 Republicans, 165 Democrats.
00:59:16.200 For leaners, 47 Republicans, 32 Democrats.
00:59:20.220 So for a final total of 238 Republicans, 197 Democrats.
00:59:24.880 So would you put that in the wave election?
00:59:26.760 That's really good.
00:59:27.940 That'd be really good.
00:59:29.960 It's good.
00:59:30.780 It's very good.
00:59:31.600 I don't think it's really strong.
00:59:33.160 It's not Red Tsunami.
00:59:34.280 No.
00:59:34.460 You could get into the 250s if things go super well tonight.
00:59:37.460 I have, there's 435.
00:59:40.780 So I have 432 going to the Republicans.
00:59:46.880 Okay.
00:59:47.360 432.
00:59:48.100 432.
00:59:48.580 You're thinking three Democrats are going to win?
00:59:50.520 Three Democrats are going to win, but they're so old, they'll be trapped in their office
00:59:55.360 because they won't know how to open the door or where they are.
00:59:58.600 Right.
00:59:59.080 And so they'll never actually show up for a vote.
01:00:03.020 You have a significant amount more optimism than I have.
01:00:06.840 I would say this is a red tidal wave, maybe.
01:00:09.780 Maybe a tsunami.
01:00:11.660 Okay.
01:00:12.000 So 432 to 3.
01:00:13.760 To 3.
01:00:14.480 I don't know if you could call.
01:00:15.920 431 to 38 in the Senate for the Republicans.
01:00:19.200 Yeah.
01:00:19.520 Wow.
01:00:19.680 Can you call that a tsunami, though, really?
01:00:22.100 It's not unanimous.
01:00:23.580 No.
01:00:24.080 Right.
01:00:24.360 That's true.
01:00:24.640 In either house.
01:00:25.120 Right.
01:00:25.600 No.
01:00:26.100 What are these, imagine the people in those three districts.
01:00:28.020 What the heck are they doing?
01:00:29.220 You know what I mean?
01:00:29.660 Right.
01:00:29.720 What are they doing voting for the Democrat in those three districts?
01:00:31.660 Well, they're stupid.
01:00:32.440 It's pathetic.
01:00:32.980 They're stupid people.
01:00:34.260 Nancy Pelosi's going to be one of them.
01:00:35.700 She's still going to make it through after all this.
01:00:37.240 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:00:38.140 Dang.
01:00:38.980 Well, that's a sympathy vote for her husband, though.
01:00:41.160 Yeah.
01:00:41.720 And Strom Thurmond's back on the ballot, but he's actually running as a Democrat because
01:00:47.460 he forgot.
01:00:48.080 Wow.
01:00:48.640 Yeah.
01:00:49.000 So he's running as a Democrat.
01:00:52.220 Really?
01:00:52.780 Yes.
01:00:53.420 Wow.
01:00:53.880 That's a surprise.
01:00:54.340 With the decomposition of Strom, I think that's pretty strong that he can actually do
01:00:59.960 that, though.
01:01:00.520 Oh, hats off to him.
01:01:00.960 And he can switch parties for one thing.
01:01:02.880 Oh, hats off to him, you know.
01:01:04.680 Well, hats off to him.
01:01:06.180 Really impressive.
01:01:06.980 Thank you.
01:01:07.460 An impressive, impressive thing.
01:01:09.000 I base that on a lot of stuff.
01:01:10.920 I want to say that I like your prediction better than mine.
01:01:13.900 I do, too.
01:01:14.560 I think it's better.
01:01:15.280 That's why I'm here.
01:01:16.220 Right.
01:01:16.600 Yeah.
01:01:16.800 You're giving the good news.
01:01:18.660 Pat, are you more optimistic or less than Glenn?
01:01:20.940 Just slightly less optimistic than Glenn.
01:01:22.640 I think it's going to be 240.
01:01:24.240 240?
01:01:24.840 To what?
01:01:25.720 196, would that be?
01:01:27.160 195.
01:01:27.620 95, yeah.
01:01:28.420 195.
01:01:29.060 Yeah.
01:01:29.600 240 to 195.
01:01:30.260 I mean, I think that's within the...
01:01:32.520 I mean, the Republicans really should win.
01:01:35.140 That's the key number one here is, you know, even like the mainstream models, you know,
01:01:41.040 have, I think it's 80, 85% chance of Republicans winning the House.
01:01:45.400 So things should go well here.
01:01:47.160 They are favored.
01:01:48.060 It's not impossible.
01:01:48.760 85%, though, is what?
01:01:49.820 One out of six chance that they don't.
01:01:52.040 But I mean, most likely they should win the House.
01:01:54.620 I saw one of those polls today where they're saying 70% chance that the Republicans regain
01:02:02.280 the Senate, which a couple of weeks ago, just maybe last month, it was the other way
01:02:08.260 around.
01:02:08.740 It was like 78% Democrat chance.
01:02:11.020 To give you, the 538 model had, on September 18th, had Democrats with a 71% chance of winning
01:02:19.140 the Senate.
01:02:19.560 And today, their final model, it's down to 41.
01:02:22.540 Holy cow.
01:02:23.080 That's more than a 10-point swing.
01:02:25.980 That's wild.
01:02:27.060 Wow.
01:02:27.460 That's good.
01:02:28.320 Really good math.
01:02:29.460 Thank you.
01:02:29.800 You're really good at that.
01:02:31.780 Look, I...
01:02:32.240 You do have a piece of paper.
01:02:35.000 No, but I did that one off the top of my head.
01:02:36.680 Wow.
01:02:36.920 Listen, here's the thing is, you know, they have to have the last one kind of right.
01:02:46.700 Otherwise, it'll be made fun of.
01:02:48.340 You know what I mean?
01:02:48.860 Yeah.
01:02:49.300 So, I mean, if you're really cynical, you'd be like, uh...
01:02:52.540 Pollsters.
01:02:53.280 Let's show me the last one before the election.
01:02:55.580 Some pollsters definitely do this, I think.
01:02:57.660 But the big worry you'd have for Republicans here is the last two election cycles, they
01:03:04.640 have...
01:03:05.560 The polls have sucked, right?
01:03:07.420 Mm-hmm.
01:03:07.900 And everyone's acknowledged they've sucked.
01:03:10.440 So, they are...
01:03:11.920 Some of these people are trying to fix the problems, and eventually, they probably will
01:03:15.720 fix them.
01:03:16.220 They may even overcorrect the other way.
01:03:17.920 And at some point, these polls are going to tell us something that's wrong the other
01:03:20.920 way.
01:03:21.400 I don't know when that's going to happen.
01:03:22.600 I just hope it's not this time.
01:03:24.220 Because at some point...
01:03:24.960 They have an incentive to try to get this right.
01:03:26.740 No.
01:03:26.780 You know, the one thing I do know is have a pretty good gut.
01:03:30.340 People are not happy.
01:03:32.740 Yeah.
01:03:33.100 They're not thinking this is working.
01:03:35.600 I agree.
01:03:35.960 So, I'm surprised that it's as close as it is, quite honestly.
01:03:39.460 Because in my lifetime, this is the clearest example of, hey, what we're doing is in the
01:03:45.780 wrong direction.
01:03:47.300 Biggest example ever.
01:03:48.520 The Glenn Beck Program.
01:03:52.900 All right.
01:03:53.440 First, I want to let you know what a tremendous product relief factor is.
01:03:57.080 This is what Connie wrote in.
01:03:58.720 She said, I have back and hip issues.
01:04:00.760 Nothing can be done for my pain.
01:04:02.380 It continually has gotten worse over the years.
01:04:06.080 And I heard your ad for relief factor, and I tried it.
01:04:09.240 After two days, I began to really feel the pain subsiding.
01:04:14.060 The longer I take my three daily doses, the less pain I have felt.
01:04:17.840 Thank you so much.
01:04:19.200 Connie, I'm glad to hear that.
01:04:20.860 Relief factor is not a drug.
01:04:22.660 It was developed by doctors, has four key ingredients that fight inflammation, which is
01:04:26.940 the source of most of our pain, and quite honestly, the source of most of our disease
01:04:31.360 in our body as well.
01:04:33.020 The three-week quick start, only $19.95, basically a trial pack, and hundreds of thousands of people
01:04:38.200 have ordered relief factor, and 70% of them have gone on to order more.
01:04:42.260 Try relief factor at relieffactor.com or call 800-4-RELIEF.
01:04:47.380 $19.95, three-week quick start, relieffactor.com, 800-4-RELIEF.
01:04:53.440 Feel the difference.
01:04:54.960 It's relief factor.

01:05:13.800 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
01:05:25.080 We're glad you're here.
01:05:26.860 All right.
01:05:27.480 So, we've made our predictions for today.
01:05:32.000 Stu is a little mealy-mouthed about it.
01:05:35.180 He says it's going to be...
01:05:36.360 Yeah, he says it's going to be 50-54.
01:05:39.500 53-47.
01:05:40.500 53-47.
01:05:41.360 That's my final point.
01:05:41.840 I'm a little more optimistic.
01:05:43.600 Pat's more optimistic.
01:05:44.880 You were saying the Senate's going to be...
01:05:46.540 I said 53-47.
01:05:48.220 Okay.
01:05:48.840 Yeah.
01:05:49.220 But he said it more optimistic.
01:05:50.320 I say 61-38 with the ejection of Mitt Romney, surprisingly, just in the write-in section,
01:05:59.080 just get rid of Mitt Romney so he's ejected from the Senate.
01:06:01.600 The first time the ejection clause will ever have been used against a U.S. senator.
01:06:05.960 Don't look for it today.
01:06:07.140 No, don't do it.
01:06:07.840 It's dusty, and I don't know where...
01:06:09.220 It's so old.
01:06:10.160 Yeah.
01:06:10.340 It's hard to read with a weird calligraphy thing they did.
01:06:12.980 I don't know.
01:06:14.400 All right.
01:06:15.060 And we all agree that the House, we're going to have a comfortable margin there.
01:06:19.340 Yeah.
01:06:19.680 I think.
01:06:20.340 I don't know if it's going to be as comfortable as you're saying.
01:06:24.400 Well, I think, and you guys are such naysayers, I think it's 432 for the Republicans.
01:06:35.960 And three Democrats, but they're all the oldest ones, and they're not going to be able
01:06:40.240 to find their way to...
01:06:40.480 How could you figure out which ones were the oldest ones?
01:06:42.700 That would actually do a lot of work.
01:06:44.100 We had to do carbon dating.
01:06:45.400 Carbon dating.
01:06:45.880 Oh, wow.
01:06:46.040 Yeah, that was part of my research.
01:06:47.360 Carbon dating.
01:06:47.820 Did you cut any of them in half and count their rings?
01:06:49.800 No.
01:06:50.200 I don't even want to joke about that.
01:06:51.940 Thank you.
01:06:52.360 That's true.
01:06:52.900 Thank you.
01:06:53.260 People having rings inside.
01:06:55.620 We know that's true, but we don't cut them open to see and count.
01:07:00.460 All right.
01:07:01.320 Governors?
01:07:01.700 Do you want to do the governors?
01:07:02.400 I actually want to do one more thing.
01:07:03.720 Okay.
01:07:03.880 Is Mitch McConnell thrown out of his position?
01:07:13.080 Here's what's going to happen.
01:07:15.120 He always, when the vote happens, because you can't put together any real coalition, because
01:07:23.320 it divides the Senate.
01:07:24.960 You know what I mean?
01:07:25.580 So you can't do any campaigning against him, and nobody wants to do any campaigning because
01:07:30.940 he holds the purse strings.
01:07:33.120 And then when you get back from the election trail, he's like, hey, you know what, guys?
01:07:39.120 Why don't we just do it right now before anybody's had a chance to campaign?
01:07:42.300 So I believe that we should do the campaigning.
01:07:46.800 Not this show, but Americans should do the campaigning.
01:07:50.420 And I'd like to nominate Rick Scott to replace him.
01:07:54.260 All in favor?
01:07:55.300 Yeah, sure.
01:07:56.180 Yeah.
01:07:56.340 Sure.
01:07:56.640 Good, good.
01:07:57.340 It's passed.
01:07:58.300 So Rick...
01:07:59.860 Wait.
01:08:00.800 So that was unanimous?
01:08:02.240 It was unanimous.
01:08:03.420 Wow.
01:08:03.740 Wait.
01:08:03.760 So why Rick Scott?
01:08:04.560 He's number one.
01:08:07.960 Number one.
01:08:09.080 He is...
01:08:10.560 Well, he's just not Mitch McConnell.
01:08:15.420 Okay.
01:08:16.200 That is true.
01:08:16.860 He's actually highly qualified for that role.
01:08:19.220 He is.
01:08:19.620 Of not being Mitch McConnell.
01:08:20.520 Right.
01:08:21.060 Yeah.
01:08:21.500 Right.
01:08:21.720 It's interesting.
01:08:22.120 He seems like a guy...
01:08:24.020 He's not like the most divisive guy in the Senate.
01:08:26.160 He probably could build somewhat of a coalition.
01:08:28.500 I think so.
01:08:28.920 And he's strong.
01:08:29.860 Yep.
01:08:30.240 He's, you know, he's a strong conservative.
01:08:32.400 He'd do a good job.
01:08:33.280 And he can...
01:08:34.620 I think he could bring people together and get things done.
01:08:38.160 So...
01:08:38.920 That's exactly why it won't happen.
01:08:40.900 It will if people flood the Senate starting tomorrow.
01:08:45.280 Yeah.
01:08:45.500 Not today.
01:08:46.240 Not today.
01:08:46.600 Not today.
01:08:46.780 Not today.
01:08:47.060 If you're worried about Kentucky today, worry about Rand Paul getting reelected.
01:08:49.860 Yeah.
01:08:50.800 But after that, this is an interesting conversation.
01:08:53.500 I think it's the type of thing that Republicans always talk about doing but never actually do.
01:08:59.020 Yeah.
01:08:59.420 Because I...
01:09:00.260 Now, this is a rule of thumb.
01:09:02.200 Okay.
01:09:02.600 But I think it proves to be true.
01:09:06.200 If I had to describe the two parties, one is just stupid and the other one's evil.
01:09:13.340 That's a good description.
01:09:14.780 Right?
01:09:15.140 Yeah.
01:09:15.380 Now, I might be boiling things down a little too...
01:09:17.940 A little.
01:09:18.240 A little too...
01:09:19.220 I don't know.
01:09:19.560 Because sometimes Republicans are evil.
01:09:20.880 Seems pretty accurate to me.
01:09:21.000 Seems pretty accurate to me.
01:09:21.020 And sometimes Democrats are stupid.
01:09:22.780 Yeah.
01:09:23.280 But, yeah.
01:09:24.460 But usually when a Democrat is stupid, he's also evil.
01:09:26.940 Yeah.
01:09:27.200 They're stupid and evil.
01:09:28.400 Yeah.
01:09:28.520 It's kind of the same thing for Republicans.
01:09:30.400 When they're evil, they're kind of stupid.
01:09:31.880 The good ones tend to be smart.
01:09:33.260 Yeah.
01:09:33.700 Yeah.
01:09:34.400 So, when their Republicans are evil, they're smart.
01:09:37.840 It's just the good ones that seem to be so dumb.
01:09:41.320 You know who would be a great majority leader is Mike Lee.
01:09:43.940 Mike Lee, the best senator in the United States of America.
01:09:47.500 Again, worry about him getting elected today, please, first.
01:09:50.400 And I think he's got it.
01:09:51.120 I wouldn't...
01:09:51.620 I don't think so.
01:09:52.420 Because Mike is...
01:09:53.800 Mike is a lot of things.
01:09:57.320 Overqualified for almost anything.
01:09:59.160 Mm-hmm.
01:10:00.020 Except for the cheerleader.
01:10:03.740 Yeah, that's true.
01:10:04.780 You know what I mean?
01:10:05.540 Yeah.
01:10:05.760 He's not a cheerleader.
01:10:06.560 He's not exactly electric.
01:10:07.320 He's not exactly electric.
01:10:08.780 No, but Mitch McConnell is dirty.
01:10:10.760 So, he just pulls...
01:10:11.940 You know, he pulls strings and stuff.
01:10:13.660 But Mike would never do that.
01:10:15.200 So...
01:10:15.560 Yeah.
01:10:16.060 All right.
01:10:16.620 Anyway, let's go to the governors.
01:10:18.680 Governors, all right.
01:10:19.440 So, there's 14 that are not up for election.
01:10:23.400 Six Democrats.
01:10:24.460 Eight Republicans.
01:10:26.020 Of course, control in this...
01:10:27.980 You know, the number doesn't necessarily mean all that much, unlike the Senate.
01:10:31.460 But, likely Democrats.
01:10:33.280 Hawaii, Rhode Island, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maryland, which are both Republicans.
01:10:39.320 Now, going over to the Democrats.
01:10:40.660 But, you know, those stories.
01:10:41.860 Kind of liberal Republicans.
01:10:43.020 Really?
01:10:43.500 Maryland was run by a Republican?
01:10:45.320 It was, sort of.
01:10:46.600 Yeah.
01:10:47.220 Connecticut, Illinois, and California.
01:10:49.520 Gavin Newsom should win, unfortunately, easily there.
01:10:52.700 Republicans...
01:10:53.140 That's crazy.
01:10:53.900 Likely.
01:10:54.340 I know.
01:10:54.880 I think the chance to take out Gavin Newsom was the recall, which was pretty close, even
01:10:58.780 though people like to say he blew out the other...
01:11:00.560 It was not...
01:11:01.280 It was a few percentage points.
01:11:03.320 And he was in real danger just a couple of weeks before that election actually occurred.
01:11:08.020 Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas, Idaho, Nebraska, Ohio, Iowa, Wyoming, South Carolina, Vermont, New Hampshire, both Republicans, South Dakota, and then a couple that were in the discussion for a while as to whether they would be up.
01:11:23.820 Texas, Greg Abbott will win there.
01:11:26.820 And Florida, Ron DeSantis.
01:11:28.340 Let's just take a minute and just think of...
01:11:30.400 Beto goes away.
01:11:31.540 Beto's life after this.
01:11:33.480 And Charlie Crist.
01:11:34.680 I mean, both of those are pretty delightful.
01:11:36.160 They are.
01:11:36.420 Is there any way either of those guys could ever run for a major office again?
01:11:39.920 Yeah.
01:11:40.260 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:11:40.860 No, no, no.
01:11:41.380 Over and over again.
01:11:42.160 No, absolutely.
01:11:43.940 They will just be sent to fill those positions that are impossible to win.
01:11:49.740 So they can just run somebody.
01:11:51.560 Lose again.
01:11:52.200 Perennial losers.
01:11:53.120 Yeah, just perennial losers.
01:11:54.380 That's Stacey Abrams, too.
01:11:55.480 That's the Abrams story, right?
01:11:56.400 It is.
01:11:56.660 I mean, it's the same thing.
01:11:58.080 Okay, so that gets you to 22 Republicans and 14 Democrats.
01:12:03.700 The lean Democrats, I have Pennsylvania, which again is just...
01:12:10.080 Shapiro has been running ahead of Fetterman by about 8 to 10 points.
01:12:16.640 So I think they'll hold that one.
01:12:18.260 Maine.
01:12:19.860 This is a tough one.
01:12:20.800 What do you guys think about New York?
01:12:22.860 I think...
01:12:23.820 You think Zeldin's going to pull this thing out?
01:12:25.180 Zeldin can pull it off.
01:12:25.760 You think the Zell-mentum is real?
01:12:27.420 I do.
01:12:28.160 I refuse to call it Zell-mentum.
01:12:29.280 No, I think it's a great word.
01:12:30.540 Yeah, I know.
01:12:31.160 I really, really want this to be real.
01:12:33.400 I really, really want it to happen.
01:12:35.360 It's just hard to believe that it can't.
01:12:36.840 It's hard to believe.
01:12:37.300 I mean, yes, Pataki won, what, in the 2000s, but it's been...
01:12:41.900 A long time.
01:12:41.960 It seems like it's been forever.
01:12:43.380 It's been a long time.
01:12:44.420 Since the Republican won in New York.
01:12:44.940 Well, when did Pataki win?
01:12:46.480 What was it, 2005, 4, 6, 2?
01:12:50.020 No, it was before.
01:12:50.040 He was there for 2001, right?
01:12:51.720 Yeah, he was there for the 90s.
01:12:53.360 So he was there for the 90s.
01:12:53.380 Yeah.
01:12:53.740 Okay.
01:12:53.980 He was really the 90s.
01:12:55.600 Wow.
01:12:55.960 It's been a long time.
01:12:56.860 It has been a long time, but look at how bad.
01:12:59.640 Do we have the clip of, not Whitmer, but, what's her name, Hochul, talking about crime
01:13:07.820 yet again?
01:13:08.860 Here she is yesterday.
01:13:10.380 He has been hyperventilating, trying to scare people for months.
01:13:16.240 And New Yorkers are onto it.
01:13:17.780 All the legitimate media organizations have called him out for what he is doing.
01:13:23.980 Fear-mongering.
01:13:24.920 It's not just here in New York.
01:13:26.500 That is by the Republican playbook all across this country.
01:13:29.640 All you need to know is that the Democratic states are safe in the Republican states.
01:13:34.400 Check out the fact.
01:13:35.500 Oh, God, what the stupid line.
01:13:37.060 Oh, my gosh.
01:13:37.760 It's unbelievable.
01:13:38.600 So, New York really, I think, is a lot tighter than anyone could have possibly expected.
01:13:43.320 I think it is.
01:13:44.260 I think one of the big problems, though, and I mean this sincerely, is over the past couple
01:13:48.680 of years, it's been so bad in New York.
01:13:50.720 How many people do you know that have moved from New York to Florida?
01:13:54.460 Oh, yeah.
01:13:54.840 It might be.
01:13:55.760 It might just be the really scary people.
01:13:57.880 The people who vote.
01:13:59.040 No.
01:13:59.360 Yeah.
01:13:59.620 The people who would vote for Lee Zeldin in this situation already voted with a plane and
01:14:04.820 a moving truck and now are in another state.
01:14:07.020 And so, so many people left that state that would be possibly be Zeldin voters.
01:14:12.560 That might be the problem.
01:14:14.500 Again, it's still a blue state.
01:14:16.220 And, you know, the fundamentals there are pretty strong in the Democrats' favor.
01:14:20.340 I did not like to give this one to the Democrats, but I did.
01:14:23.820 I gave Hope a close hanging on.
01:14:26.660 Don't you think?
01:14:27.520 Yeah.
01:14:27.880 Oh, yeah.
01:14:28.160 Alaska, it's got to be Republican, ranked choice voting, though.
01:14:31.980 It's treason.
01:14:32.800 What are you speaking right there?
01:14:34.160 It's treason.
01:14:35.600 I think, I think, I think in the constitutionally accurate way, you're right.
01:14:40.180 Thank you.
01:14:40.720 Yeah.
01:14:41.080 Thank you.
01:14:41.560 And that's the one penalty where there's an actual punishment.
01:14:45.000 Oh, I don't even remember.
01:14:46.740 I don't even remember that.
01:14:48.400 Are you threatening my life now?
01:14:50.000 Death.
01:14:50.100 Because I picked all the things you're saying.
01:14:51.360 No, I'm not the one speaking treason.
01:14:53.300 It's the founding fathers who threatened your life.
01:14:56.500 I knew I hated them.
01:14:57.660 They saw you coming.
01:14:58.360 They are slaves.
01:14:58.860 They saw you coming.
01:14:59.560 They did.
01:14:59.940 They saw him coming a mile away.
01:15:01.200 Slave owners.
01:15:01.680 A mile and 240 years away.
01:15:04.520 Georgia.
01:15:05.360 Kemp.
01:15:05.700 You think Kemp's going to hold on there?
01:15:06.800 Yes.
01:15:06.940 I think, right?
01:15:07.500 Yes.
01:15:08.040 Stacey Abrams finally out of our lives.
01:15:09.880 Yeah.
01:15:10.280 Oklahoma, the oddly competitive Oklahoma.
01:15:12.460 We talked to Governor Stitt yesterday.
01:15:14.200 How'd that happen?
01:15:14.840 And his opponent is a former Republican that just switched parties.
01:15:19.240 Oh, wow.
01:15:19.800 So it's kind of a quirky race.
01:15:20.940 And they're saying Oklahoma's crime rate is higher than New York's?
01:15:24.640 Is that even true?
01:15:25.460 I haven't fact-checked that yet.
01:15:27.100 Part of this is so weird the way they do this.
01:15:29.620 Like, yeah.
01:15:30.040 Like, the highest murder rate in America is Alaska.
01:15:32.820 Now, would you feel like you'd be the most unsafe in Alaska?
01:15:36.720 If the murderers are polar bears, yes.
01:15:39.660 Exactly.
01:15:41.020 When you broaden it to states, it winds up, a lot of times, smaller population states
01:15:47.860 that have one bad Democratic-run city rank high on state lists.
01:15:51.920 It's really unimportant and an idiotic measure.
01:15:54.340 Of course, Hochul knows this.
01:15:55.440 She says it anyway.
01:15:56.240 You look at cities.
01:15:57.720 That's where all the crime is.
01:15:59.140 Yeah.
01:15:59.960 27 out of the top 30 cities in America have massive crime.
01:16:07.740 The worst cities in America for crime, the first 27 of them are run by Democrats.
01:16:16.020 But just the first 27.
01:16:17.400 Yeah, just the first 27.
01:16:18.600 That's not bad.
01:16:19.080 Yeah.
01:16:19.280 It's not all of them.
01:16:20.100 I don't even know how you could find any kind of a pattern there.
01:16:23.860 Okay.
01:16:24.480 Carrie Lake.
01:16:25.240 Is she going to win?
01:16:26.140 Yes.
01:16:26.420 Yes.
01:16:26.680 I agree.
01:16:27.640 I think she is.
01:16:28.540 Nevada, very close.
01:16:30.180 Lombardo, I have just winning for Republicans as well.
01:16:33.020 Yes.
01:16:33.700 Wisconsin, very, very close.
01:16:35.620 Even closer than the Senate race.
01:16:37.740 I also gave that to Republicans.
01:16:40.260 One of the more difficult races, honestly, I went back and forth on a bunch of times, is Kansas.
01:16:44.280 Kansas has a Democratic governor, which should, this should not be the case, boys and girls.
01:16:50.040 Kansas should not be the case.
01:16:52.060 This should not be happening.
01:16:53.540 I actually went back and watched this debate recently, and it's like, you have this grandmotherly figure as a Democrat,
01:17:00.560 and this very buttoned up Republican who really knows, you could tell he knows what he's talking about.
01:17:05.900 He's very intelligent.
01:17:08.340 And you just look at this, you're just like, how is this?
01:17:10.440 But the polls are super close, and this governor in Kansas might hold on.
01:17:15.160 I gave it to the Republicans.
01:17:17.660 It's a tough one, though.
01:17:18.540 That could go either way.
01:17:19.520 That's just to cover your tracks of for treason.
01:17:21.420 For treason, yeah.
01:17:22.040 I'm trying to get out of the treason thing.
01:17:23.740 Minnesota, oddly very, very close in this cycle.
01:17:26.540 I wound up giving that to Democrats.
01:17:28.760 The thing I want to watch tonight is, in Minnesota, how does Keith Ellison do?
01:17:35.500 Because he's up for re-election.
01:17:37.580 And I don't think it's going well for him.
01:17:40.240 Wow, that'll be very interesting.
01:17:41.300 That would be very good.
01:17:42.040 He's another one that would be nice to get out of our political lives.
01:17:44.760 New Mexico is also pretty darn close, but I gave it to Democrats.
01:17:48.180 So the last two were really, really tough.
01:17:50.700 And these have been kind of the two that have been talked about the most.
01:17:53.800 Oregon.
01:17:55.220 Oregon, obviously a blue state.
01:17:57.480 And a very odd three-way race has made it very close, where the Republican has led for most of the last few weeks.
01:18:04.500 The issue here is, as the independent candidate, former Democrat, fades away, which is what seems to happen in these three-way races often,
01:18:13.520 what's going to happen with those votes?
01:18:15.220 So far, the Republican, Christine Drazen, has held on to a slight lead in a lot of these polls.
01:18:20.320 I fear, though, these third-party candid people who are voting for Betsy Johnson are going to come across to the Democrat and give the Democrat a really tight victory.
01:18:29.880 I believe that things are so crazy bad in Oregon that they're going to give it to the Republicans.
01:18:36.400 I hope you're right.
01:18:37.240 I want you to be right on that.
01:18:38.340 Yeah.
01:18:38.440 And then the last one, which is I actually switched as I walked in the studio.
01:18:43.140 And every time I do this, I get these wrong.
01:18:45.080 So take this with a grain of salt.
01:18:47.060 Maybe I'm wish-casting a little bit here.
01:18:49.420 But I gave Michigan to Tudor Dixon.
01:18:52.820 Oh, I'd love that.
01:18:53.680 Wouldn't that be great?
01:18:54.440 Wouldn't that be sweet?
01:18:55.280 Oh, my gosh.
01:18:56.140 That'd be great.
01:18:56.760 I think she could win.
01:18:58.300 And she's a good candidate.
01:18:59.400 She's really good.
01:19:00.440 She's almost as good as Carrie Lake.
01:19:02.040 Yeah, and the frustration with Whitmer is real, I think.
01:19:05.540 Yeah, I think she could win.
01:19:07.100 And polls have missed in this area, particularly Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio.
01:19:13.980 That whole region has been where the polls have missed most.
01:19:16.580 Well, because of all the dead people that won't answer polls.
01:19:19.960 So here is the thing.
01:19:22.240 Don't miss tonight's coverage.

01:19:46.820 That only accounts for 50 states.
01:19:48.380 What about the other four that Biden was talking about the other day?
01:19:51.580 We'll get to that later.
01:19:52.500 All right.
01:19:52.920 Okay.
01:19:53.260 That's the third hour of the show today.

01:21:15.180 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:21:32.100 So, tonight, we're all gathering back here, 745 Eastern time.
01:21:38.240 Going to be fun.
01:21:39.480 Big night.
01:21:41.060 Yeah.
01:21:41.200 At what point does it stop being fun?
01:21:46.180 Well, after that-
01:21:47.260 About 10 minutes after we get here?
01:21:48.400 I think after the fourth Democratic House seat, because then we're going to know you were
01:21:52.120 not optimistic enough.
01:21:53.380 You were too optimistic.
01:21:55.480 I'm going to be really disappointed quickly.
01:21:57.820 If Republicans can't get to 432, I'm upset.
01:22:00.760 Yeah.
01:22:01.180 I am upset, too.
01:22:02.460 And then it'll be bad.
01:22:03.540 And I think that'll be about 10 minutes in.
01:22:05.380 Yeah.
01:22:05.920 About 10 minutes.
01:22:07.300 Yeah.
01:22:07.500 The first hour, we have Donald Trump and Megyn Kelly joining us on the broadcast.
01:22:13.480 You don't want to miss tonight, election coverage.
01:22:17.620 You are not going to get anything like it anyplace else.
01:22:20.740 Make sure you join us.
01:22:22.140 BlazeTV.com slash midterms.
01:22:25.980 The Glenn Beck program.
01:22:27.440 These days, you need to do more to protect your finances.
01:22:31.300 No, I don't want to hear it.
01:22:32.380 I'm coming up with very good things, and you are destroying them.
01:22:36.720 You really are, Glenn.
01:22:37.400 I have to agree with you on that today.
01:22:39.400 You really are.
01:22:40.200 And Stu's just trying to reign all over it.
01:22:42.100 Let me tell you about American financing.
01:22:45.020 Yeah.
01:22:45.280 I mean, at best, you're a little black rain cloud.
01:22:47.860 Yeah.
01:22:48.080 But in all honesty, you're treasonous.
01:22:51.380 Mostly treasonous.
01:22:52.220 Okay.
01:22:52.660 If you need to pay off your high interest debt or shorten your loan terms, you could have
01:22:57.520 access to cash from your equity.
01:22:59.560 There are so many possibilities.
01:23:00.560 There are so many possibilities, ways you could save tons of money, maybe as much as $1,000
01:23:04.160 a month.
01:23:06.780 So what are you waiting for?
01:23:08.660 Well, okay.
01:23:09.200 Today, you're going to wait for the election.
01:23:11.080 But while you're standing there in line, ready to vote, I want you to go to American Financing
01:23:16.980 at 800-906-2440.
01:23:19.340 800-906-2440.
01:23:21.820 Americanfinancing.net.
01:23:24.700 All right.
01:23:26.220 That was kind of a spooky voice.
01:23:27.580 Yeah, that was from the Halloween commercial.
01:23:29.160 Yeah, it was.
01:23:30.560 But for three years.
01:23:34.400 Thank you.
01:23:35.480 Thank you.
01:23:37.100 Thank you.
01:23:39.920 Canada.
01:23:53.020 Canada.
01:23:53.360 Canada.
01:23:53.840 Canada.
01:23:54.320 Canada.
01:23:54.540 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:24:20.600 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:24:24.540 Hello, America.
01:24:28.000 It is Election Day, and we've got all of the things you need coming in 60 seconds.
01:24:37.280 First, let me tell you about Goldline.
01:24:39.820 Apparently, the central banks around the world have added 399 tons of physical gold in the last quarter.
01:24:46.940 Now, that's really happy.
01:24:49.460 I'm just graying everything.
01:24:51.200 Until you find out, we sold like 160 tons.
01:24:55.780 Wait, the United States?
01:24:57.080 Wait, we what?
01:24:58.600 Huh?
01:24:59.660 Everybody else is buying?
01:25:00.640 How much of that?
01:25:01.540 I still cannot get an answer.
01:25:03.380 Been trying to look for an answer for the last three weeks.
01:25:06.240 Calling everybody I know that have connected.
01:25:08.300 Tell me how much of that went to China.
01:25:10.400 Are we selling our gold to China?
01:25:12.100 I gotta tell you.
01:25:13.200 End the madness!
01:25:16.080 Now, just in case, you know, some crazy things happen, and our dollar is suddenly devalued,
01:25:25.520 and, you know, it's worth less and less,
01:25:29.240 uh, well, then maybe you should hedge against inflation and insanity with gold.
01:25:36.960 By the way, paper, the exchange funds in gold, that shrank.
01:25:42.140 So people are getting rid of their paper gold and buying physical gold.
01:25:46.660 I think they're doing it for a reason.
01:25:49.660 There's a new product out.
01:25:50.820 I've helped design this.
01:25:52.200 In fact, I did design this, and Goldline had it minted.
01:25:55.320 No cost.
01:25:56.400 Five silver rounds and five copper rounds.
01:26:00.100 And on these, you'll have the Mayflower.
01:26:03.900 On the front is the Mayflower celebration of 400 years,
01:26:07.180 and on the back is, um, the, um, uh, the seal of the United States that Ben Franklin wanted,
01:26:16.140 which is Moses parting the Red Sea.
01:26:18.560 It's an incredible coin.
01:26:19.860 You can get those at no cost if you buy a tube of the one-quarter ounce gold Mayflower commemorative.
01:26:26.620 Just call Goldline today.
01:26:28.100 Take advantage of this special today at 866-GOLDLINE, 866-GOLDLINE, or goldline.com.
01:26:34.340 It is an election day.
01:26:35.560 It shows a stalemate in the race for Congress on how American views the economy.
01:26:39.240 You see three days until decision day for the midterm elections.
01:26:41.920 People have to make this choice.
01:26:43.700 The average person is faced with 35,000 choices every single day.
01:26:49.000 Some are made in an instant, a blip of time so small it doesn't even register.
01:26:53.760 Eggs or pancakes.
01:26:55.740 Polo or tea.
01:26:57.340 But some of them are life and death.
01:27:02.460 Should I leave or should we stay?
01:27:05.560 Speak or stay silent.
01:27:09.240 Run toward or run away.
01:27:11.760 Stand or sit.
01:27:12.880 Flee or fight.
01:27:14.260 Freedom or...
01:27:15.020 The American people have decided.
01:27:17.380 Totalitarianism.
01:27:18.080 They must survive.
01:27:21.080 Two years ago...
01:27:22.080 Survivor and it goes.
01:27:25.520 We had a choice.
01:27:26.500 I had a choice.
01:27:27.180 You had a choice.
01:27:28.660 Every single American had a choice.
01:27:30.980 And some chosen correctly.
01:27:36.540 One choice from the 35,000 daily decisions changed this nation forever.
01:27:43.680 They seized upon that choice.
01:27:47.360 With every fiber in their beings, they took it by the horns.
01:27:51.700 And they're doing everything they can to never let go of the powers they've obtained.
01:27:57.080 They're using their money, their influence, their manipulation to fundamentally transform this country.
01:28:03.600 So far beyond what our founders imagined.
01:28:07.420 So far beyond the America we grew up in.
01:28:10.760 That I'm concerned our constitutional republic no longer really exists.
01:28:15.940 And now, government elites are using us as pathetic pawns in their power plays.
01:28:27.320 You, me, the business owner, the farmer, the nurse, the teacher, the cop, the kid in kindergarten.
01:28:33.700 We're all slowly and meticulously being molded into foot soldiers for DC's all-powerful.
01:28:40.980 But today, we have something much greater than a choice.
01:28:45.820 Today, we have a second chance.
01:28:48.920 A monumental opportunity to save America.
01:28:53.120 To save freedom.
01:28:54.680 To save our kids from slavery.
01:28:57.380 To save the shining city on the hill that has become a beacon of light for so many around the world.
01:29:04.040 We have an opportunity today to begin the process of winding all of this back.
01:29:10.980 She is a broken...
01:29:17.200 Fool me once, shame on you.
01:29:19.820 Fool me twice, shame on me.
01:29:23.640 Fool me three times, I don't think we get a third time.
01:29:27.880 She has no time left...
01:29:31.300 Tonight, it's time to stop the madness.
01:29:36.720 Save the republic.
01:29:37.760 Tonight, our coverage on the madness and stopping it begins at 745 Eastern Time, only on Blaze TV.

01:30:08.900 It's going to be really good coverage and a very good night.
01:30:13.240 So, we start with, in the first hour, we have, I think, Donald Trump and Megyn Kelly, and we go on for there.
01:30:22.260 Dave Rubin is going to be with Governor DeSantis, or coverage with Dave, and Governor DeSantis will cover that.
01:30:30.460 We've got people everywhere.
01:30:32.100 You don't want to miss it.
01:30:33.200 Tonight begins at 745.
01:30:35.480 And then right after, that coverage ends, over to the Studios America YouTube channel.
01:30:41.500 We're going to be doing an election Q&A this afternoon as well, if you have any questions, or just want to accuse me of treason, like this happened several times on this program today.
01:30:48.700 You can do that as well.
01:30:49.460 I'm doing a Q&A today, too.
01:30:51.040 You are?
01:30:51.880 I think I'm doing it on...
01:30:53.300 Am I doing it on Blaze?
01:30:54.180 I'm doing it on Blaze, for Blaze subscribers only, I think.
01:30:56.940 Really?
01:30:57.780 Yeah.
01:30:58.100 I didn't know that.
01:30:59.060 Well, that's another...
01:30:59.600 Are you doing one?
01:31:00.020 I'm, as I said, I'm doing one on the YouTube channel.
01:31:03.080 Oh, on YouTube.
01:31:03.900 For Studios America.
01:31:04.280 Oh, yeah.
01:31:04.680 I like to go to the loyal people.
01:31:06.100 I'm not a traitor.
01:31:07.920 Yeah.
01:31:08.480 See, I don't understand.
01:31:09.420 It seems to always end with me being a traitor.
01:31:11.760 Well, Pat...
01:31:13.020 What are you going to do?
01:31:13.720 Yeah.
01:31:13.900 You know, when you're a traitor, you're a traitor.
01:31:15.260 You're a traitor.
01:31:15.600 And I got to call a spade a spade.
01:31:17.480 You know.
01:31:17.920 Or a traitor, a traitor.
01:31:19.120 So, anyway, I'm doing that this afternoon, too.
01:31:22.840 If you're a Blaze TV subscriber, we're going to be able to have a little one-on-one this afternoon.
01:31:27.760 This is all really funny until it becomes official U.S. policy that all three of us are actual traitors.
01:31:32.880 Yes.
01:31:33.280 And that could happen.
01:31:33.980 Then it stops being so fun.
01:31:35.940 It's not as hilarious at that point.
01:31:37.380 Yeah.
01:31:37.660 I want you guys to go first, though.
01:31:40.060 Really?
01:31:40.480 Yeah.
01:31:40.800 Just to kind of...
01:31:41.540 Yeah.
01:31:41.860 I mean, that's a question, you know, if you're...
01:31:43.020 Well, maybe.
01:31:43.640 Maybe not.
01:31:44.400 I mean, if the three of us were in the injection room, would you want to go first or last?
01:31:49.560 I think I actually would rather go first.
01:31:51.720 Really?
01:31:52.260 Get it over with.
01:31:52.740 Yeah, I think so.
01:31:53.040 Get it over with, you know.
01:31:54.440 Stop the waiting.
01:31:55.580 Yeah.
01:31:55.940 Anyway, I won't...
01:31:58.420 That way you don't have to see the twitching of the other two.
01:32:00.520 Right.
01:32:00.940 And I won't say that as I shove one of you on the table in front of me.
01:32:05.420 But...
01:32:06.180 Anyway.
01:32:07.880 This is why we need to regain, or Republicans need to regain the Senate and the House.
01:32:12.420 So I don't care if they do a single bill, because they're not going to get one passed
01:32:16.080 anyway.
01:32:16.420 No.
01:32:16.820 Not without being vetoed.
01:32:18.380 I just want them to stop the nonsense that's going on.
01:32:22.820 As much of it as you can.
01:32:23.820 Just stop.
01:32:24.360 Yep.
01:32:24.700 Stop the packing of the Supreme Court, you know.
01:32:27.620 I think the DOJ, stopping the DOJ is probably one of the biggest things I've seen in my lifetime.
01:32:37.140 Yeah.
01:32:37.260 If the DOJ is allowed to be corrupted as much as it is, you know, you're not joking so much
01:32:43.380 about, you know, shoving you on the table first, so...
01:32:46.100 That's right.
01:32:46.600 And Pat and I will do it.
01:32:48.520 We'll do it.
01:32:49.460 You seem very serious as you say that.
01:32:51.800 I swear, Your Honor.
01:32:53.560 I swear, Your Honor.
01:32:54.600 It was him.
01:32:56.060 He wrote all the things I said.
01:32:58.200 It was crazy.
01:33:00.140 Glenn's actually been liberal for some time now.
01:33:02.640 Oh, my gosh.
01:33:03.340 Right?
01:33:03.600 Since we were about 12.
01:33:04.500 You too, Pat.
01:33:04.600 Me too.
01:33:05.320 Me too.
01:33:06.480 Yeah.
01:33:06.860 Yeah.
01:33:07.100 We were just afraid of Pat.
01:33:08.540 Whole time.
01:33:09.220 Yeah.
01:33:10.040 So I think that's the biggest thing.
01:33:11.260 That, but what has to happen is, first, you've got to get Mitch McConnell out of the way.
01:33:15.740 You've got to get him out of the way.
01:33:18.140 Senate, vote Rick Scott.
01:33:19.800 I'm just saying.
01:33:20.420 I'm just campaigning for him.
01:33:22.780 Okay.
01:33:23.160 So anyway, you get him out of the way, then you have to pass a budget and have it go through
01:33:29.500 the appropriations and everything else.
01:33:31.540 Otherwise, you can't stop the IRS.
01:33:34.820 You can't turn off the spigot for the IRS and their 87,000 new agents.
01:33:41.260 Wasn't it 2009, the last time we actually passed a budget?
01:33:45.400 No, I think it was 2007 or 8.
01:33:49.320 It's been a long time.
01:33:50.400 It's been since George Bush.
01:33:51.800 It's been, yeah, a long, long time.
01:33:53.740 Yeah.
01:33:54.000 That's insane.
01:33:55.740 It's insane.
01:33:56.880 It's unconscionable.
01:33:58.560 Right.
01:33:58.920 I don't know if you've noticed, the budget that we have essentially operated under has
01:34:03.920 not exactly been in balance.
01:34:05.940 Not exactly.
01:34:07.100 I don't know if anyone's noticed this, but we seem to-
01:34:08.780 Just ever so slightly out of balance?
01:34:10.460 Yeah.
01:34:10.700 Well, that's how they get around it.
01:34:13.780 We don't have a budget, so we're just going to tack on some more-
01:34:17.940 Continuing resolution.
01:34:18.600 Yeah.
01:34:18.920 Some more spending.
01:34:20.020 And then they can actually take that money and spend it really kind of pretty much wherever
01:34:24.240 they want.
01:34:24.640 And that's what they keep doing.
01:34:26.180 So, I mean, how many bad things have been financed by no budget?
01:34:31.660 Many.
01:34:33.000 Many, many.
01:34:33.760 Including this war in Ukraine.
01:34:35.680 Right.
01:34:35.860 Which I'm starting to think is a bad thing.
01:34:37.380 Right.
01:34:37.620 And it's another reason why the Senate and the House don't have, they don't have any control
01:34:41.960 over anything.
01:34:43.080 They've been completely gutted because Congress has the purse strings.
01:34:47.200 That's the thing with oversight.
01:34:51.020 When a congressman pulls Fauci up and says, I don't think you're telling the truth.
01:34:58.180 You just cut their funding off.
01:35:00.440 That's what everybody's been afraid of in the past.
01:35:02.660 But Congress can't do that now.
01:35:04.580 Well, kind of an unconstitutional thing, but by the way, Chicago man has been arrested
01:35:12.080 after authorities say he left a threatening voicemail for a Republican gubernatorial candidate.
01:35:18.240 He said he was going to skin Darren Bailey alive after killing the candidate's family.
01:35:25.500 He better kill himself now because if he doesn't, I'm going to kill him, said Lennox.
01:35:32.320 Lennox also described Bailey, an Illinois state senator who's running against Democratic Illinois
01:35:38.000 Pritzker as a racist white person, and he knew where Bailey and his children sleep.
01:35:44.260 So there's some more of that right-wing hatred that is happening.
01:35:50.140 Houston police arrested a man suspected of throwing a beer at Republican Senator Ted Cruz
01:35:57.740 during a parade for the Houston Astros.
01:36:01.180 Cruz, the video captured the moment Cruz was waving to the crowd as a beer was launched
01:36:06.880 at him.
01:36:08.220 We have the video.
01:36:09.960 There he is.
01:36:10.980 Yeah.
01:36:11.480 It bounced off of him.
01:36:14.800 But apparently one of the security people really kind of helped deflect that a bit.
01:36:18.920 Uh, and they have, uh, they have arrested a 33 year old male, but I'm sure that's just
01:36:26.780 another case of a GOP or that has been listening to mega maga Republican.
01:36:34.300 Exactly right.
01:36:35.140 Violence.
01:36:35.820 Uh, Pat, I asked to earlier, may, may I ask you, why would police refuse to release the mugshot
01:36:42.680 of the, uh, Pelosi hammer attack suspect?
01:36:49.380 Uh, I was wondering that myself earlier.
01:36:52.960 Uh, and I, I don't know that I came up with a reason.
01:36:56.720 No, I can't either.
01:36:58.740 They say, the police say we don't, we don't own the copyright of the mugshot.
01:37:02.420 We don't own the copyright.
01:37:04.800 What?
01:37:05.180 What?
01:37:05.280 Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
01:37:05.980 Who does?
01:37:06.620 We don't own the rights to that mugshot.
01:37:08.140 I don't know.
01:37:08.880 Who owns the rights to police mugshots?
01:37:11.100 Who owns the rights to the mugshot?
01:37:12.300 It should be the city.
01:37:14.260 Yeah.
01:37:14.580 I think.
01:37:15.280 Yeah.
01:37:15.540 Um, we also have Carrie Lake's campaign targeted over the weekend, uh, by what her team, uh,
01:37:24.000 thought to be a terrorist attack.
01:37:26.100 Lake noted the alleged threat wasn't the first her team has had to deal with, but this one,
01:37:30.920 uh, has to be found.
01:37:35.360 Uh, Republican nominee for Arizona, Carrie Lake spoke to reporters.
01:37:39.740 Have you watched her press conferences?
01:37:42.120 She's amazing.
01:37:42.980 Are they not the best?
01:37:44.260 Yeah.
01:37:44.480 She's incredible.
01:37:45.120 Um, they, uh, she talked to him about the white powder and the threats that came into
01:37:50.620 the office.
01:37:51.700 Uh, she said, we're in dangerous times.
01:37:53.720 This is not the first time we've been threatened.
01:37:55.700 I've been threatened many times.
01:37:57.040 Our tires have been slashed.
01:37:58.700 We've had screws drilled into our tires.
01:38:00.600 So our tires would blow out while we're on the road.
01:38:03.000 She said, this is why we need to elect somebody who's strong and a fighter and not a coward.
01:38:07.480 We'll get to the bottom of this.
01:38:09.200 Uh, we really don't want to get too far ahead of it.
01:38:11.600 So the police are, um, looking into it now.
01:38:15.920 The FBI is looking into it.
01:38:18.140 Oh, well then it's fixed.
01:38:19.480 Yeah.
01:38:19.700 Right.
01:38:20.020 If the FBI is on it, it's fixed.
01:38:22.600 So that's good.
01:38:23.280 Yeah.
01:38:23.400 Well, they're a little behind on who, who leaked the, um, Supreme court, uh, documents.
01:38:29.100 Are they?
01:38:29.780 Yeah.
01:38:29.940 They're a little behind on that.
01:38:31.200 So they may not be able to get through it.
01:38:32.300 You think you should have had somebody by now?
01:38:33.600 I, huh.
01:38:34.600 Maybe I just, especially because there's just, there's only like a hundred possibilities
01:38:39.900 at the beginning of it.
01:38:41.240 Yeah.
01:38:41.420 Yeah.
01:38:41.600 Right.
01:38:41.820 Like how have they not narrowed this down?
01:38:44.460 Like what?
01:38:45.260 I don't know.
01:38:45.880 Maybe they know and they just haven't released a report or whatever.
01:38:48.600 Who knows?
01:38:49.040 But still, it does seem like this is taking an odd amount of time.
01:38:52.400 So, uh, Cheryl and Leslie has been charged with two counts of felony fraud, South Florida
01:38:59.700 woman arrested Friday and charges.
01:39:02.100 She voted in Florida and Alaska, uh, during the, uh, election cycle over the last couple
01:39:09.100 of, uh, election cycles.
01:39:11.100 Um, she, uh, told investigators her work as a physician's assistant required extensive travel
01:39:18.580 between multiple States and she just didn't even think she, I forgot I was in Alaska and
01:39:24.540 I had to vote and then, and then I was down in Florida and I vote and I forgot that I voted
01:39:29.900 and uh, uh, uh, so physician's assistance is you should know you can't do that.
01:39:36.560 And magician's assistance should know that they also are prohibited by law, no matter how
01:39:43.020 many magic shows you're doing, uh, back in just a second.

01:40:25.660 That's good.
01:40:26.380 And I'm not joking.
01:40:27.880 It's still going on two weeks before it's done.

01:41:00.880 10 seconds, station ID.
01:41:02.920 Former Orange County Commissioner candidate Cynthia Harris has filed a sworn affidavit
01:41:20.900 in late August with the Secretary of State's office, alleging that illegal operations to
01:41:26.640 collect third-party ballots have been going on for years now in the Orlando area, where
01:41:33.280 voting activists are paid $10 for each ballot they collect.
01:41:37.900 She described an intricate system funded by liberal-leaning organizations that dispatch
01:41:43.040 ballot brokers in black communities to pressure voters to turn over their ballots.
01:41:48.980 There's a $10 fee per ballot.
01:41:51.740 It's divvied up among the parties who help complete the harvesting.
01:41:55.780 Collection and delivery of ballots by third parties is illegal in Florida.
01:41:59.880 Didn't know that.
01:42:00.800 But I was once a magician's assistant.
01:42:03.400 So I don't know a lot about election law.
01:42:07.960 Buying people's ballots.
01:42:10.100 Not legal.
01:42:11.140 Mark that down.
01:42:11.880 Write it down.
01:42:12.300 Really?
01:42:12.660 Yeah.
01:42:13.020 Not legal.
01:42:13.440 Even if you give a good rate?
01:42:14.940 Yeah.
01:42:15.560 Wow.
01:42:16.060 Yeah.
01:42:16.720 Yeah.
01:42:17.400 Yeah.
01:42:17.780 So that's fantastic.
01:42:20.580 We got that going on for us.
01:42:22.260 Colorado man has been arrested for tampering with a voting machine.
01:42:27.820 He went in.
01:42:28.380 And that's illegal, too?
01:42:29.540 Well, in Colorado.
01:42:30.400 How picky are we going to get with this election?
01:42:32.300 Right.
01:42:32.600 Huh?
01:42:33.060 I mean, come on.
01:42:34.040 Yeah.
01:42:34.320 Come on.
01:42:34.720 Really?
01:42:35.300 What, does it have to be perfect for you people?
01:42:37.640 Huh?
01:42:38.160 Jeez.
01:42:39.820 Don't pass the good, you know, for the perfect, you know?
01:42:45.320 Right.
01:42:46.020 Exactly.
01:42:47.060 Exactly.
01:42:47.340 There's a saying in there.
01:42:48.240 There's a saying in there.
01:42:49.200 I don't know what it is.
01:42:50.040 It's not exactly that.
01:42:50.940 No.
01:42:51.440 I think I'm getting Alzheimer's.
01:42:53.420 I think I am.
01:42:54.360 I think there's a chance.
01:42:54.860 I feel that way when I'm on the air as well sometimes.
01:42:56.480 Yeah.
01:42:56.760 Do you?
01:42:57.120 Yeah, I do.
01:42:57.720 Yeah.
01:42:57.840 I do.
01:42:58.340 Your erratic mood swings went into Keegan.
01:43:00.440 Shut up!
01:43:01.680 Okay, anyway, we were talking about...
01:43:06.880 We've really hit the wall.
01:43:12.400 This has been a long election season, everybody.
01:43:15.860 We're all about to snap.
01:43:17.940 Tonight could be an interesting broadcast.
01:43:20.940 Oh, man.
01:43:21.380 If this thing goes the wrong way, this is going to be...
01:43:24.560 Oh, boy.
01:43:24.760 Everyone's going to be pulling clips of us just, you know, committing Harry Carey.
01:43:30.020 It might be our last broadcast.
01:43:32.640 Anyway, Colorado man arrested for tampering with a voting machine.
01:43:37.660 He apparently inserted a USB thumb drive into one of the voting machines.
01:43:43.120 So?
01:43:44.120 I know.
01:43:45.060 Come on.
01:43:45.820 Right?
01:43:47.280 Okay.
01:43:48.760 Apparently, there's tamper evidence seals on the machine.
01:43:52.260 And they appeared to be disturbed when the machine, when he left, the next person came
01:43:57.960 in and an alarm went off on it so they know who it was.
01:44:03.040 This is actually good news.
01:44:04.540 Yeah.
01:44:05.620 It's cool.
01:44:06.320 There are a lot.
01:44:07.000 I mean, and a lot of these election laws that were presented as these evil voter suppression
01:44:11.900 acts did a decent amount to try to tighten things up from 2020.
01:44:17.720 So hopefully there's a reason to be a lot more confident.
01:44:20.000 A Democratic poll worker accused of pressing straight Democratic ticket on a voter's electronic
01:44:26.140 ballot and telling two black voters not to pull the levers for pro-parent candidates
01:44:31.940 because their supporters are racists.
01:44:34.880 Apparently, she went in, this is in Indiana, and said, here, just set it up like this.
01:44:39.720 And she pushed the straight Democratic ballot ticket.
01:44:43.380 The lady couldn't figure out how to get it off of that.
01:44:45.740 And so she's in trouble, too.
01:44:47.960 Well, my understanding is if you're black and you vote for Republicans, you ain't black.
01:44:52.200 I believe that was the advice from our president.
01:44:54.340 Yes.
01:44:54.680 Thank you.
01:44:55.260 Thank you for reminding me of this.
01:44:56.120 That might be why they did that.
01:44:57.320 We've learned a lot in the last couple of minutes.
01:44:59.900 We really have learned a lot.
01:45:02.160 Of course, I can't remember any of it right now.
01:45:04.220 Jackie wrote in recently about her dog's experience with Rough Green.
01:45:11.180 She says, we ordered the sample bag of Rough Greens that you were talking about, and our
01:45:15.200 little chihuahua absolutely loves it.
01:45:17.200 She used to take forever eating her food, but now she gobbles it down and actually begs
01:45:21.220 for her food every night.
01:45:22.820 So she'll scratch on the cupboard until we feed her.
01:45:26.300 Oh, you got to stop that.
01:45:27.800 You really got to stop that.
01:45:29.560 Her energy is up.
01:45:30.780 She runs up and down the stairs easier than ever.
01:45:33.160 I mean, you could stop it, or you could just get a real dog.
01:45:37.800 You know, chihuahuas, I'm just, hey, look, you're a fan.
01:45:43.580 You're buying Rough Greens.
01:45:45.020 I'm a fan of yours.
01:45:46.120 I'll pretend I like chihuahuas.
01:45:47.740 Here's the thing.
01:45:48.840 Rough Greens.
01:45:49.640 You get it now, you can get a free sample bag just for your dog, air quotes, to check out.

01:46:39.000 Welcome to the...
01:46:40.560 You know what?
01:46:43.160 This is really bad.
01:46:44.480 Because this is like the day after we've been up all night.
01:46:48.980 Usually the show goes off the rails.
01:46:51.040 Off the rails.
01:46:51.940 And for it to happen so early in the day...
01:46:56.020 Yeah, this is bad.
01:46:56.580 ...of a very, very long day.
01:46:58.780 Tomorrow, all bets are off.
01:47:02.320 Yeah, we're screwed.
01:47:03.200 Blake Masters is here.
01:47:04.660 He is the U.S. Senate candidate in Arizona.
01:47:08.840 Blake, I want you to know we all called you as the winner today.
01:47:14.760 We're betting on you.
01:47:17.740 We're betting on you.
01:47:18.440 I appreciate it, Glenn.
01:47:19.380 Thank you.
01:47:19.980 Great to join you.
01:47:20.700 We're feeling great.
01:47:21.380 We've got the momentum.
01:47:22.400 We just need to seal the deal.
01:47:23.760 Yeah, you've got two polls out today that show you ahead.
01:47:28.480 And you've been campaigning with Carrie as well.
01:47:32.200 And I just can't imagine her, you know, sweeping up and you not being able to close the deal against the space guy.
01:47:41.600 We're going to send him back to space.
01:47:43.480 I think the last four or five polls, no, last four out of five polls that I've seen had me up, right?
01:47:50.200 So we're peaking at the right time, certainly.
01:47:52.300 The independents that are crucial are breaking our way.
01:47:54.780 And it's no surprise, right?
01:47:56.060 When people look around, they know they're worse off, unfortunately, than they were two years ago.
01:48:01.420 When you get into the Senate, you are going to love Mitt Romney.
01:48:07.960 He said last week, he tweeted, Red Wave is coming, and all of the credit goes to Mitch McConnell.
01:48:18.840 Oh, my gosh.
01:48:19.880 Oh, my gosh.
01:48:21.160 Did they ever bring the money back to you in Arizona?
01:48:25.900 No.
01:48:26.800 Never.
01:48:27.400 Not a dime.
01:48:27.860 And I try not to be bitter about it.
01:48:29.520 You know, if I felt entitled to other people's money, I'd be like AOC.
01:48:34.080 It's a good conservative value to not feel entitled to it.
01:48:36.540 Good for you.
01:48:37.620 Good for you.
01:48:38.320 But when Mitch McConnell pulled that money, I just said, you know what?
01:48:41.660 That's his business.
01:48:42.480 My job is to win this race with or without Mitch McConnell's money.
01:48:45.180 I think we're on track to win without, which is just as good in my book.
01:48:47.920 Oh, I think it's even better.
01:48:48.960 Even better.
01:48:49.360 So, Blake, how can you do things on inflation without passing a budget?
01:48:59.940 Well, I think we can at least put the brakes on inflation, right?
01:49:03.180 Stop the bleeding.
01:49:04.360 When a boat is sinking, the first thing to do is plug the holes and make sure you don't take on more water.
01:49:09.100 And so just by taking back the House and the Senate, we can put a stop to Biden's demented spending.
01:49:14.960 I mean, he won't be able to get the Green New Deal passed.
01:49:17.720 He won't be able to get built back better.
01:49:19.360 We wouldn't have done the, quote, Inflation Reduction Act, a $700 billion tax and spend bill.
01:49:24.840 Which just was renamed.
01:49:28.640 You know, that is really the portions of that are the Green New Deal and the Build Back Better bill.
01:49:34.520 The down payment.
01:49:35.080 Yeah.
01:49:35.380 The down payment on the Green New Deal.
01:49:37.040 So that's crazy.
01:49:38.020 We'll put a stop to that.
01:49:39.300 You know, the other half of inflation is just the consequence, predictable consequence, of course, of Biden's America last energy policies.
01:49:47.580 You surrender our energy independence.
01:49:49.860 You make war on oil and gas.
01:49:51.600 Well, you're going to make the price of energy go up.
01:49:53.460 That makes everything more expensive because everything we need to live, of course, takes energy to make and to move.
01:50:00.000 And so that's going to be harder to put that that cat back in the bag.
01:50:03.300 We just need to bear hug Biden's administration and basically hold him hostage until he re-implements the very commonsensical America first energy policies we know we need.
01:50:12.520 Can you help me out on this?
01:50:14.640 Yesterday, it was announced that a letter went out from Senator Grassley, Cotton, Blackburn, Mike Lee, and Marco Rubio.
01:50:26.320 And it went out to 51 of the biggest law firms in the country.
01:50:32.520 And it's all about ESG.
01:50:35.240 And basically, it says, let me quote, we're writing about your firm's environmental, social and government's practice.
01:50:42.800 Although businesses would certainly be wise to lawyer up before undertaking ESG initiatives, your firm has a duty to fully inform clients of the risks they incur by participating in climate cartels and other ill-advised schemes.
01:50:57.740 It goes on how they're going to investigate.
01:50:59.320 To the extent that your firm continues to advise clients regarding participation in ESG initiatives, both you and those clients should take care to preserve relevant documents in anticipation of Senate investigations.
01:51:15.640 Will you put your name to that?
01:51:17.500 Absolutely.
01:51:18.420 I think we need to ban ESG.
01:51:20.580 And, you know, it can be slippery.
01:51:22.780 The exact details might be pretty hard, but there's a couple ways to really get our hooks in here.
01:51:28.740 You know, I think it arguably violates fiduciary duties to shareholders when you start privileging left-wing social causes over making sure that a business is making wise economic decisions, right?
01:51:41.140 The federal government has a lot to say about where and how pension funds are invested.
01:51:47.040 And, you know, we're going to use every bit of leverage we have.
01:51:50.240 You can't draft the Fortune 1000 into being this quasi-de facto government by getting private, you know, so-called private companies to just enforce the left's increasingly totalitarian agenda.
01:52:04.340 We're just not going to tolerate that in a free society.
01:52:06.580 So, what do we look for in tonight's results?
01:52:13.580 Where do we, where is the, where are the counties or what areas of Arizona do you look at and say, this has got to go well here?
01:52:23.660 If this goes well, we got it.
01:52:26.040 Well, if, if we win Maricopa County, and I think, you know, if everything goes cleanly, we will, that's, you know, that's the bellwether.
01:52:34.820 That's going to really suggest Republicans are going to sweep statewide in Arizona.
01:52:38.760 You try to win Maricopa or at least fight to a draw, we'll lose Pima County, but hopefully not too badly.
01:52:45.920 And then you run up the score in every other county, most of which are ruby red.
01:52:49.660 The problem right now in Maricopa County, and I'm just dealing with this, about 10 to 20% of the voting centers, the machines aren't working.
01:52:58.260 Today? We just found this out today.
01:53:00.940 This morning. It's a lot of people, a lot of patriots are waiting in line to be told, oh, hey, just, you know, find somewhere else to vote.
01:53:06.980 Or if you want, you can drop your ballot in this black box and it'll be taken downtown and counted later.
01:53:11.860 Yeah, the tabulators aren't working.
01:53:13.180 So, look, I don't want to jump to conclusions.
01:53:15.060 I don't know if it's a genuine incompetence or if it's something worse than that.
01:53:19.580 But I do know that the Democrats are hoping that it demoralizes our voters and people get sick and tired of waiting and just go home.
01:53:26.580 So my message to folks in Arizona, if you haven't voted yet, if you're waiting in line, stay in line.
01:53:32.580 Stay in line. Make sure your vote is cast.
01:53:34.620 In fact, we need to use this to galvanize more turnout.
01:53:38.040 Pull out your cell phone. Call everybody you know in Arizona.
01:53:40.840 Get them to a voting center. Take some food. Take some water.
01:53:43.860 We have to stay in line. You have to cast those votes.
01:53:46.420 That's how we save this country.
01:53:47.860 Even if they're trying to play funny business.
01:53:50.320 What is the percentage of machines, do you know?
01:53:53.780 Sounds like about 20% of the tabulators or at least some fraction of tabulators at 20% of the sites are not working.
01:54:00.720 And, you know, the elections officials swear that they tested them yesterday.
01:54:04.300 And it's like, hmm, man, I don't know.
01:54:07.460 I don't know what to conclude except we have to overwhelm the system.
01:54:11.280 We have to just have record turnout.
01:54:13.760 We need everybody to get out and vote.
01:54:17.060 Stay in line.
01:54:18.120 Make it fun.
01:54:18.940 Make it celebratory.
01:54:19.780 Make it festive.
01:54:20.560 Bring some tunes.
01:54:21.960 Bring some food.
01:54:22.660 But, man, we need to overwhelm this glitch, these hiccups.
01:54:28.500 Yeah.
01:54:28.660 This is the last chance.
01:54:30.580 Well, best of luck to you, Blake.
01:54:33.080 Who's Blake Masters, who's running for the Senate, for the U.S. Senate in Arizona.
01:54:39.580 Highly recommend him.
01:54:41.580 He is going to be instrumental in turning things around, I believe, in Washington, D.C.
01:54:49.020 Thank you so much.
01:54:50.840 Thank you.
01:54:51.280 Great to be with you.
01:54:52.200 You bet.
01:54:52.460 Godspeed.
01:54:53.040 Thanks, Senator.
01:54:55.160 I think if we say it like that, it just becomes reality.
01:54:59.440 Really?
01:54:59.740 Is that what it is?
01:55:00.140 We can wish it into existence.
01:55:01.320 This seems a little like witchcraft.
01:55:04.300 You're not above it.
01:55:06.260 No.
01:55:06.820 That's what it takes to win.
01:55:08.040 That's what it takes to win.
01:55:08.640 Right.
01:55:08.980 Again, everything, winning is not an option here.
01:55:12.860 Or losing is not an option.
01:55:14.240 Winning should be an option.
01:55:15.900 Winning should be an option.
01:55:17.260 Yeah.
01:55:17.500 By the way, the Arizona thing, if you remember Pennsylvania on election night 2020,
01:55:21.280 as many people will, where Republicans got off to a big lead and then that was slowly
01:55:25.900 withered away over the evening.
01:55:28.240 People don't necessarily remember the opposite is true in Arizona, where Democrats typically
01:55:34.140 get off to a big lead.
01:55:35.040 The way they count their vote is they're allowed to count the early vote and the mail-in vote,
01:55:40.200 tabulate it beforehand, and they can release it, I think, up to an hour after polls close.
01:55:45.480 So all that stuff can come in right away, and that's going to be Democrat-leaning vote.
01:55:50.000 So what you should expect in Arizona is that the Democrats will lead early as you're watching
01:55:55.400 the coverage tonight, and Republicans will start chipping away at that as we go later
01:55:58.920 on in the evening.
01:55:59.500 The exact opposite in Pennsylvania.
01:56:01.360 In Pennsylvania, which they have not changed that law.
01:56:03.180 So the same thing we saw, the same thing we saw last time is the same.
01:56:06.720 They're going to go home at like 10 o'clock, remember?
01:56:08.720 Well, they say they're not going to go home this time.
01:56:10.140 That is the one thing they did say.
01:56:11.280 They're not going to go home for any naps.
01:56:14.000 There's no sleepy sleep.
01:56:15.340 You just keep going.
01:56:16.040 But the same thing where it would appear Republicans would, because they're going to count day of
01:56:22.220 voting first, and they cannot even begin counting the mail-in vote until after the polls close.
01:56:29.440 That doesn't make sense.
01:56:30.680 I agree.
01:56:31.500 There's a bunch of states that do it that way, though.
01:56:33.480 There are, let's see, 16 states and Washington, D.C. do not allow counting until the polls close.
01:56:41.140 Then there are 23 states that allow counting to begin on election day, but before the polls close.
01:56:46.880 And then there's 10 states that I believe do it the right way, which will allow the processing
01:56:51.780 and the counting of the mail-in vote beforehand.
01:56:54.640 They never release it.
01:56:55.620 It's a felony to release any results.
01:56:58.240 Oh, you mean like releasing something of the Supreme Court?
01:57:01.440 I'm not saying it's perfect, but like Florida is an example of this, right?
01:57:05.000 Florida does it right.
01:57:06.080 It's sort of the gold standard.
01:57:07.140 Remember, they went through some issues after the 2000 election.
01:57:10.860 And actually worked to make the system better and succeeded largely.
01:57:14.840 They are, I mean, again, if you cross your fingers, you never know what election something's
01:57:18.220 going to blow up.
01:57:18.920 But since 2000, they've done a really good job getting the vote counted accurately and
01:57:23.200 quickly.
01:57:24.120 And so it's one of the states you really look at to see what the tenor of the race is.
01:57:30.020 What's the climate of this election?
01:57:31.440 Well, you can get results really quickly from Florida and get a sense.
01:57:34.760 Is DeSantis going to win by 15?
01:57:36.180 Is he going to win by two?
01:57:37.140 So, you know, that's going to give you a good sense as to what the other rest of the
01:57:40.520 country looks like, or at least give you an indication of that.
01:57:44.800 Where in Pennsylvania, you got no idea.
01:57:47.880 It's going to roll in over hours, hours, you know, weeks.
01:57:52.000 I mean, it's going to take a while to really know what happens if it's razor thin close
01:57:55.920 in Pennsylvania.
01:57:56.800 And that's when people start thinking like, hey, what's going on there?
01:58:00.520 Yeah.
01:58:00.660 I mean, it's a notable, it's a, it's an understandable thing.
01:58:05.100 They really should move to get this done.
01:58:08.320 You want to mail in your vote?
01:58:10.000 Okay.
01:58:10.660 You got an absentee vote.
01:58:11.640 You want to mail it in?
01:58:12.400 I know everyone's got different rules on this, but it should be there by election day.
01:58:16.600 That is not too much to ask.
01:58:18.120 I have to tell you, I was listening to NPR today and they were telling me how it's really
01:58:23.560 Pennsylvania.
01:58:24.540 That's, that's going to be a mess, but that's the Republicans fault.
01:58:27.680 They, they wouldn't, they just wouldn't get rid of that law.
01:58:31.120 They did.
01:58:32.300 Republicans.
01:58:33.300 I mean, they're not completely wrong on this.
01:58:35.340 Republicans were.
01:58:36.100 Now, if you look at it the other way, right?
01:58:38.180 The argument against this is votes will come in.
01:58:42.020 They will get tabulated in advance.
01:58:43.840 Someone will leak them.
01:58:45.300 People will know what's going on in advance and there could be shenanigans.
01:58:49.100 That's probably why they did it this way.
01:58:51.140 But, you know, go to Florida, go ask Ron how this is happening every single election and
01:58:56.520 they're doing it competently.
01:58:57.920 Let me go ask Rick Scott.
01:58:59.380 He's going to, he'll remember, figure this out and implement a similar policy because it
01:59:03.920 doesn't make any sense.
01:59:04.880 If you're going to have a high number of mail-in votes and absentee votes, if it's going to
01:59:08.740 be the determinative factor in a close election, you got to be able to tabulate it within a
01:59:13.000 reasonable amount of time.
01:59:13.960 I have to tell you, I am just, I'm looking for the thing that they did in Baghdad.
01:59:18.780 Remember they, they stuck their fingers in purple ink, purple ink.
01:59:23.240 I think, honestly, I think we should go back to that.
01:59:26.560 You got your finger in purple ink.
01:59:28.340 Great.
01:59:28.740 You voted.
