00:50:23.420 to to go out and pay for that at new rates so whether you're refinancing it or you're taking on new

00:50:30.560 date debt for every one trillion dollars that we either refinance or take on a new new debt that will be

00:50:38.860 an extra 100 billion dollars that is added to our interest service on the debt so stuff that we

00:50:46.760 have already paid for it's not a linear one-to-one it's not like when the fed funds rate goes up it

00:50:52.440 automatically increases the debt but it does trickle through it trickles through to the 10-year yields and

00:50:59.060 the three-year yields and the two-year yields which is is the way that our that we have to um uh finance

00:51:05.060 our debt and and what's paid for it so if we did uh have to read redo five trillion dollars in our debt

00:51:16.140 which is not an unusual if we had to buy and refinance another five trillion on our debt that

00:51:22.900 would add a trillion dollars worth of debt would it not because we've we've gone up two points or we

00:55:27.760 are already wealthy and well connected um who have that that long-term staying power they don't mind

00:55:41.640 know you as you're somebody who's panicking and not sure what's to do you take your money out of the

00:55:46.380 market or you know perhaps you know in the great financial uh the great recession financial crisis your

00:55:51.000 home's foreclosed on you know all of these things happen and they fall on the shoulders of the

00:55:55.000 little guy and then these you know i'm calling them vulture capitalists come in well capitalized

00:56:01.100 buy everything up as at pennies on the dollar and then are positioned for the next boom cycle of

00:56:07.620 interference and this is just an epic wealth transfer it's been happening you're on an accelerated basis
