01:09:40.780 she seems so sweet um and then you go away and what happens so while i'm on vacation every time

01:09:49.880 i went on vacation i would let the home know that i was gone but you could still reach me by phone

01:09:54.800 I got several phone calls from the home, no updates on her health.

01:09:59.140 So I thought that everything was fine, except that she had a fall and she needed to be in a wheelchair.

01:10:06.860 The Friday before, so a week before May took place, they told me that they were going to schedule her second assessment.

01:10:14.640 So they had already done the first assessment while I was on vacation and no one told me.

01:10:20.280 And then they told me that the second assessment would take place on July 6th.

01:10:25.220 So we cut our vacation short and came home to be there for that assessment.

01:16:50.860 Doctors and parents chose to sedate and kill him.

01:16:58.440 it argues that the child had multiple, very severe disabilities, both mental and physical,
