Keith Ellison is a moron, and it's not because he doesn't know what he's talking about. Glenn Beck explains why and why not only does Keith Ellison hate Donald Trump, but he's also a MORON about it.
00:01:32.620You know we've been fighting every single day.
00:01:34.380We push back against the lies, the censorship, the nonsense of the mainstream media that they're trying to feed you.
00:01:40.660We work tirelessly to bring you the unfiltered truth because you deserve it.
00:01:45.580But to keep this fight going, we need you.
00:01:47.780Right now, would you take a moment and rate and review the Glenn Beck podcast?
00:01:51.780Give us five stars and lead a comment because every single review helps us break through Big Tech's algorithm to reach more Americans who need to hear the truth.
00:09:11.660I don't like it, but it's settled law now.
00:09:15.420You can cooperate with the federal government and help them with their enforcement or not cooperate.
00:09:21.160You as a state can decline to assist, but you may not obstruct or veto or override federal immigration operations.
00:09:31.820Settled, settled in the court of law, okay?
00:09:36.220And that distinction matters because his argument assumes that Minnesota has a constitutional right to block the federal enforcement officers.
00:13:57.640If they wear masks or they carry rifles or they arrive in large numbers, 3,000 or two people, that doesn't have anything to do with the Constitution.
00:14:12.360It has nothing to do with the Constitution.
00:14:13.320Here's the question that does have something to do with the Constitution.
00:14:38.380You're just, you want it your way and you can't handle it.
00:14:43.300And what kills me is how you people will jump from one side of the Constitution to the other.
00:14:50.400And, and sometimes, sometimes that happens, you know, the Constitution, you know, what I love about the Constitution, and I know that it's right, is I don't always agree with it.
00:17:10.280This is the kind of radio that you can toss in a truck, clip to a backpack, keep in a kitchen drawer, even hand to a kid with simple instructions.
00:17:16.680And feel confident it will do the job when you press that button.
00:17:20.680Solid, straightforward, built to work.
00:17:23.180It's not meant to impress somebody in a product meeting, you know.
00:17:27.000It's for when things get busy or unpredictable when you really need it.
00:17:30.240Whether that's a storm, a big event, travel, or just a day when everybody is scattered in different directions.
00:17:35.660This kind of simple, reliable connection starts to feel less like a gadget and more like peace of mind.
00:18:20.300And I say that because I was going to release here in the next couple of days 10 songs that I've been working on that are about the Constitution because nobody knows the Constitution.
00:18:34.560Can you tell me the Eighth Amendment, what the Eighth Amendment is?
00:18:37.220Can you tell me the Ninth Amendment, Tenth Amendment?
00:18:39.900Tenth Amendment is actually pretty easy.
00:18:41.320And that's the one he's falling down on.
00:18:44.340So let me just play the song because we're – I'll explain in a minute.
00:18:48.320Let me just play the song on the Tenth Amendment.
00:18:51.000This is what the Tenth Amendment is all about.
00:24:07.040What I like about the Berna Launcher is it gives you an option that lives in that space before things reach their worst-case scenario.
00:24:13.160Berna is a less lethal launcher designed to help you protect yourself by stopping a threat at a distance using kinetic and irritant projectiles that can disorient and put an attacker down on the ground, give you time to get away, create space, call for help.
00:24:36.720It doesn't require a permit, which means you don't have to jump through a maze of red tape just to have a practical layer of protection in your home or with you when you're out and about.
00:24:45.880As long as you're over 18, there's no paperwork.
00:26:39.960It sharpens and quickens your thinking.
00:26:42.740Um, it even determines what you're likely to see and understand while that rhythm is there.
00:26:50.300Our, our brain is built for certain beats and certain rhythm.
00:26:55.300That's why speech, if, if, if speeches are given and the, in the giving the exact opposite example, and the speaker has good rhythm to him, he's a more effective speaker.
00:27:31.480Um, it's why, it's why I'm spending this time because I want you to have tools for your kids.
00:27:38.840I, I, I wish I would have done this earlier when my kids were young.
00:27:42.600Um, I want you to be able to have some tools that you can just play around your kids and hopefully your kids will like it and they'll sing it.
00:27:53.180Um, play, uh, number nine, amendment number nine.
00:27:57.120Do you even know what amendment number nine is?
00:27:59.540Amendment number nine is important because number it, it is the basic building block to get you to number 10.
00:28:07.400Number 10 is amendment number 10 is if it's not written down for DC and it doesn't go to the state, then it belongs to the people, but this, they can't just make up rights.
00:38:35.780They should be, but not today, not next year, five years from now, because I'm telling you, if, if they keep doing this and they do a good job and the NFL keeps going the direction they're going,
00:38:48.600what will happen is people will start to get into the habit of going to TPUSA.
00:38:53.080And that's when the sponsors say, you know what?
00:38:56.160You can't charge me what you charge in the game for this, for the halftime show, because you're losing 20 million people, 30 million people.
00:39:51.140Our sponsor of this F hour is simply safe.
00:39:53.240Uh, you're, you know, you really don't think about your front door until you're lying in bed and hearing a sound.
00:39:57.900You can't quite place, you know, or until you leave a, uh, leave for a trip and you have a moment at the airport where you're like, did I actually lock everything?
00:40:06.360I, I, I, I live with my wife, Tanya, who I swear to you, every door, every screen, every, I go out to put the garbage out and she's locked down the house.
00:40:37.460Home security can actually alert the police.
00:40:40.680If they see something going on in your yard, somebody is coming across your fence or your lawn and they're coming towards your house and they shouldn't be.
00:40:46.880They can speak to those people say, whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:42:50.200One of the most frustrating parts of hearing loss is that it can, it can make you feel completely disconnected without ever announcing itself.
00:43:24.200It's a hearing, uh, a design to be straightforward, approachable without prescriptions, no complicated setups, a charging case that has a touch screen that lets you adjust the volume and modes without any buttons or a learning curve.
00:43:35.360It's clear, natural sound developed with input from audiologists.
00:43:39.240So conversations feel less like work and what they're supposed to be connection and easy to follow.
00:55:55.060You can't verify those numbers, but that's the number that's going around that pretty much everybody agrees on is they scooped up 36,000 people off the street and just killed them.
00:56:17.560Um, I'm going to get into that here in just a second.
00:56:19.840First, let me tell you about our sponsor.
00:56:22.500Our sponsor of this half hour is Patriot Mobile.
00:56:24.860Every month a bill shows up that you don't think twice about automatic, like gravity, your phone just works and the payment just goes through.
00:56:31.540And nobody ever stops to think where, wait, where's that money going to?
00:56:35.820And you don't stop to look at all of the charges, the extra charges, and you're like, wait a minute, what is that?
00:56:53.140I mean, it's, it's an amazingly loyal, uh, business.
00:56:57.800Once you have people on your cell service, they almost never go away because you don't want the hassle.
00:57:03.040I'm telling you now you want to get away from these guys because they're taking your money and investing it in things that are, are helping destroy our country.
01:08:20.420So tell me what, I mean, here's a regime that just killed 35,000.
01:08:27.120We think, uh, 35,000 of the protesters, I, I don't want to go to war, but I also don't like the fact that they could get away with that.
01:08:37.720And then we say, let's go talk about nuclear weapons.
01:08:40.560What, what is it that we are most likely doing and, and, and really going for?
01:08:47.540Is there something that is a real win here for us?
01:08:51.640Sir, let me first say that you're right.
01:08:57.300Thousands were murdered in the streets in January.
01:09:01.300Tens of thousands more have been arrested and are likely being in many cases tortured and will be executed.
01:09:09.560What we're seeing in Iran is a true revolution.
01:09:12.580I mean, all sectors of Iranian society are involved.
01:09:15.620In fact, it started, and I think this is very important, the, the, the, the demonstration started with the merchant class in the Grand Bazaar.
01:09:23.620And I think that's an indicator that this, this regime is approaching its final days.
01:09:30.820But revolutions, revolutions are very messy things and they don't unfold in a single direction.
01:09:37.160There are episodes of despair, episodes of hope.
01:09:40.320What is key here is that this is a revolution of and by the Iranian people and the fate of the regime will be determined by the Iranian people.
01:09:49.920What the United States does is very important.
01:09:53.240And as you pointed out, the president has opted, at least for now, for negotiations to see if there is an agreement that we can reach, not just on nuclear, but on ballistic missiles, on its support for terrorist proxies throughout the region, and also about the way it treats its own people.
01:10:16.600He was very clear when the murder on the streets began by the regime, that the United States would come to the assistance of the demonstrators, of the protesters.
01:10:28.440But I think he needs to demonstrate to the world that he has tried every single option, peaceful option, diplomatic option.
01:10:37.080And I think that's the reason that he is testing the notion that we can have an agreement with this regime.
01:10:52.020Is there something we could walk away that keeps them in power, but we could walk away and say, that's good and we trust them?
01:11:03.320Well, I would just point to a very important editorial in the Wall Street Journal a week ago today.
01:11:14.040And it was entitled, The Deal in Iran is Regime Change.
01:11:19.640It shows the fallacy of negotiating with this regime, something that we've been trying for over 20 years.
01:11:27.960But the regime uses the negotiations to buy time and to gain concessions.
01:11:33.420And if the concessions come, as they have in the past, in terms of resources, they will use those resources to advance the very programs that we're trying to constrain, whether that be nuclear or ballistic missile.
01:11:47.680They use it to support their terrorist proxies, Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis.
01:11:53.320And, you know, they use it, you know, they use those concessions, those resources to kill their own people.
01:12:55.500Uh, he has, uh, really no support as far as I can tell on the ground in Iran.
01:13:02.220His positions, his positions on what form of government should follow, uh, you know, are, are very contradictory.
01:13:10.860Uh, and he has proposed some of the most absurd, uh, actions, uh, for example, cooperating with the IRGC, the revolutionary guards, or at least sectors or individuals in the revolutionary guards.
01:13:24.060The IRGC is, is at the very heart of this corrupt, this brutal, uh, and this inept regime.
01:13:32.060I, I don't think the Shah's son has, uh, any support outside of, uh, a very, a very small circle.
01:13:43.820I mean, you were in that free, uh, Iran rally, a hundred thousand people plus in Berlin this last weekend.
01:13:50.360Who do you think has the ability to take this?
01:13:55.680Well, Mrs. Rajavi, of course, was at the center of this rally as she has been, uh, at the center of resistance, uh, to, to the regime for, for over 40 years.
01:14:07.200Uh, and the National Council of Resistance of Iran, uh, is, I think, uh, instrumental, uh, in, uh, both regaining support from Iranian nationals, uh, outside of Iran, uh, but also in terms of what we're seeing, uh, on the streets of Iran.
01:14:30.260Uh, the, the, uh, uh, uh, organization, uh, you know, has, uh, on the ground, uh, individuals, some resistance units, uh, who are very instrumental in attacking the very, uh, symbols of the regime on the ground, in organizing the resistance, uh, and in pushing for this regime change.
01:14:54.240Again, regime change must come from within.
01:14:57.140It can't be imposed by the United States, no matter what we do, even though what we do is important if we continue to put pressure on the regime, but it's from, it's from inside Iran.
01:15:09.180And I think, uh, that is, you know, that, that is probably the most important thing for us, uh, for us to understand.
01:15:17.320This armada that Trump is sending over there is remarkable.
01:15:22.500Um, what, what, if we were going to hit something, what would we hit that would make a difference?
01:15:31.460Well, I think there are a number of things one can do militarily that could make a difference.
01:15:36.620Uh, there are many options in the cyber world.
01:15:40.660Uh, the armada could also be used for a blockade, again, to put pressure on the regime.
01:15:46.680And, of course, there are kinetic options that, uh, could strike at the power centers, whether it be IRGC or their Ministry of Intelligence, uh, uh, uh, you know, with, with, within the country.
01:16:03.280So there are a lot of things that we could do militarily, but we could also, you know, continue to put pressure through economic measures like expanding and toughening the sanctions, pushing for secondary sanctions, cutting off access to, to the international financial system.
01:16:21.340Um, there are political and diplomatic things that we can do pressuring Europeans and other countries to close the Iranian embassies to kick out the agents of the regime.
01:16:33.800Uh, and most important, uh, I think what we can do is push so that, uh, so that the regime doesn't get yet another lifeline through their negotiations.
01:16:49.640Um, there was a, um, an article, only a free run can prevent nuclear catastrophe.
01:16:55.580Um, the one thing I know that Donald Trump worries about, really worries about is a missile launch.
01:17:01.420Um, we, we, we've destroyed that capability in Iran, have we not?
01:17:07.700Because I believe if they ever had a nuclear weapon, they're the kinds of people that would use it because of their, you know, the 12 or ideology, if 12 or has ever really, um, meant it.
01:17:25.980I think if they had a nuclear weapon, they would use it.
01:17:28.880They would do anything for the survival of the regime.
01:17:32.840But the ballistic missile force, even though it was degraded significantly by Israeli, uh, strikes in the 12 day war in June, uh, still may be, may be a formidable force.
01:17:44.740And it is the ballistic missile force that the Iranians are saying that the Iranian government is saying, uh, will be used if there's any attack on Iran.
01:17:54.780But that's one of the reasons that President Trump has assembled this armada.
01:17:59.840And the armada includes not just offensive capabilities, but defensive capabilities, missile defense capabilities to protect American forces in the region, uh, and also to, uh, to protect our allies.
01:18:12.320But we can't, uh, we can't discount, you know, that, uh, that the regime won't use, uh, ballistic missiles.
01:18:19.380Uh, they've done that in the past, not with great success.
01:18:23.940Uh, but, uh, but that's pretty much all that's left, you know, for them in terms of their options.
01:18:30.900Let's say it's Friday this week, maybe Friday next week.
01:19:28.100And so I think it's for that reason, it's for that reason that the regime, the regime will go away.
01:19:35.620It may not go away this Friday or next Friday, but it will be overthrown.
01:19:40.380It will be overthrown by, by the people through the resistance units and through the, the, the leadership, uh, of which Mrs. Rajavi is an important part.
01:21:28.660American financing helps you step off of that treadmill, get out of that loop and look at the big picture and help you find a smarter way to structure everything.
01:21:37.080So you're not getting bled out with high interest payments month after month after month.
01:21:41.200This is about getting your finances to make sense again.
01:21:44.260So I want you to call American financing.net.
01:21:46.980See if they can help you save an awful lot of money every month.
01:22:26.600Your home's title is really just a document that is sitting in some digital file somewhere.
01:22:36.180It's proof that you own what you work so hard to build.
01:22:40.320But that's exactly what makes it such an easy target.
01:22:42.460Cyber criminals have learned how to find those records online and forge your signature and transfer ownership right out from under you.
01:22:49.720And once they do, they can borrow against your home, they can rack up massive debt in your name, and they leave you to fight the nightmare of legal battles trying to improve.
01:23:01.240Home title theft is one of the fastest growing crimes in America.
01:23:04.280It's one of the biggest real estate scams in America.
01:23:06.700And you might not even know that it's happened until you're getting late notices or foreclosure warnings for loans that you never took out.
01:23:13.820Home title lock is the only service that monitors your home title around the clock.
01:23:18.200If someone tries to forge or transfer your ownership, you'll know immediately.
01:23:22.300I've partnered with home title lock for a long time, and they can protect your equity.
01:23:25.880They can help find out if you're already a victim of this.
01:23:29.140Use the promo code Blaze when you go to hometitlelock.com.
01:23:32.300You'll get a free title history report plus a free trial of their million-dollar triple lock protection.
01:23:38.400It's 24-7 monitoring of your home title records, urgent alerts to any changes.
01:23:43.360And if fraud does occur, their U.S.-based restoration team will spend up to a million bucks just to fix it.
01:35:06.900And by the time the government repealed the tax, tens of billions of dollars in capital already gone, along with all the jobs and the investment that came with it.
01:35:16.620You know, that's the one thing you forget.
01:35:19.200Have you ever worked for a guy who is poor?
01:35:24.520I haven't worked for a single poor man my entire life.
01:35:28.500Somebody who just didn't have any money.
01:35:30.220Didn't pay any taxes because he just didn't have any money.
01:35:33.040The only people that are hiring are people who have money.
01:35:37.140You get rid of the people who have money.
01:36:45.260That's the danger of the jock tax mentality.
01:36:48.460Because once you accept the idea that location alone gives the government to reach into your entire life, there is no limiting principle anymore.
01:37:06.080But if the, God forbid, that mindset ever goes national, when there's no Florida to run to, no Texas to escape to, that's when it's over, over for good.
01:37:18.820I mean, the jock tax isn't insane because it punishes rich athletes.
01:37:24.840It's insane because it teaches the government to believe if you pass through our borders, we own a piece of you.
01:39:40.740They're walking away from like a billion dollar asset because they can't take California anymore.
01:39:47.200They think that gas in California, once this is, is in effect, they believe gas will go up another dollar to dollar 50 because of this one refinery.
01:40:01.120And Gavin Newsom, you know what they're, you know what they did?
01:40:04.460Well, that's why we're going to have electric.
01:40:06.740That's why we're going to have electric cars.
01:40:21.140So now, because, and I told you this would happen because they convinced everybody to get an electric car, they're having an energy crisis, but also what have they decided to do?
01:40:35.260They've decided because you have an electric car, you're no longer paying that gasoline tax.
01:40:40.160So they've just passed a bill where you have to pay by the mile.
01:41:13.660Uh, because they have to have the money.
01:41:16.760There are five cities now in the U S and I swear to you, if the federal government decides to bail these, these states and these cities out by using my federal tax dollar, I am going to hemorrhage out of my eyes.
01:41:38.040I mean, it will be like, uh, I have an artery just behind my, my eyes.
01:43:26.220If you think that's going to work and you know what, they've just hired a mayor who's insane.
01:43:30.500And California, Los Angeles is about to do it again.
01:43:33.700Somebody who is more progressive than the woman who's making out with Karl Marx and Fidel Castro, you know, while the fires are burning out of control.
01:43:43.560I'm just, I got my tongue down Karl Marx's throat right now.
01:45:54.700So if you think I'm passionate about California, wait until I tell you the story about the SAVE Act and what's happening in Washington with the SAVE Act.
01:46:22.820The SAVE Act, in case you don't know, is the only way we save our republic.
01:46:31.060If we don't have control of just knowing that that's an actual citizen and that's an actual valid ID, so yes, here's your ballot, you do not win another election.
01:47:45.560But what you can do is something that hasn't been done for many, many decades, but it is completely constitutional is you can enforce the standing filibuster.
01:48:38.120So you lie down, you close your eyes and your brain decides perfect time to replay conversations, you know, invent problems that just don't exist and run a full length feature presentation called.
01:48:54.440This is why I'm a fan of Z factor, a sleep supplement from the makers of relief factor designed to help your body actually wind down so your mind can follow because real sleep isn't about the hours in bed.
01:49:06.800It's about the depth, the recovery and waking up feeling like your battery has been charged.
01:49:12.940When you sleep well, everything feels more manageable.
01:49:18.360Even little problems stay, you know, little because they haven't turned been turned into monsters at 3 AM Z factor, get back to sleep.
01:49:28.220And the sleep that actually does something for you, the kind that your body gets the rest it needs.
01:49:32.200And your brain finally turns the lights off right now, save 46% off your first order.
