00:00:00.000 Let me tell you about Jace Medical.
00:00:01.540 If you've been paying attention to the news lately,
00:00:04.100 drug shortages have hit a new record high in December.
00:00:09.000 Right now, there are 295 vital medications
00:00:12.200 that aren't readily available everywhere
00:00:14.400 that they should be in the United States of America.
00:00:18.080 And, you know, things like that very, very complex
00:00:20.540 and hard to get amoxicillin.
00:00:23.440 Ask yourself, what happens when somebody you love
00:00:25.840 needs one of these medications?
00:00:27.500 May I suggest you get the Jace case?
00:00:31.140 The Jace case is a personalized emergency kit
00:00:34.240 that begins with the five essential antibiotics
00:00:37.200 that treat the most common and deadly bacterial infections.
00:00:40.760 And Jace is continually working
00:00:42.600 to expand their medication offerings.
00:00:45.020 They've just added ivermectin.
00:00:46.680 You can get your family's life-saving medication
00:00:49.500 and have a year's worth of supply on hand
00:00:52.980 in case there's some sort of bad disruption.

00:01:09.740 All right, the program begins in just a second.
00:01:12.100 We have no room to compromise.
00:01:33.420 Welcome to the Fusion of Entertainment.
00:02:03.400 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:12.860 Well, hello, you sick freak.
00:02:14.140 Welcome to the program.
00:02:15.940 It is Tuesday.
00:02:17.760 And what a Tuesday it is.
00:02:19.540 We've got a couple of things.
00:02:20.740 First of all, the New York Times has issued a warning
00:02:24.980 that America really needs to understand.
00:02:29.520 The New York Times is coming out against Donald Trump.
00:02:32.320 I know, I know.
00:02:33.480 And they say in the op-ed, you know, paraphrasing,
00:02:37.720 that they've, you know,
00:02:38.820 they took a fair and balanced look at Donald Trump,
00:02:42.240 you know, in the first time, first time around.
00:02:44.360 But he has changed.
00:02:46.120 And now he is dangerous.
00:02:48.020 And Americans should know that.
00:02:51.540 It comes as a complete shock to me from the New York Times.
00:02:55.620 We'll go through that.
00:02:56.560 Oh, oh, and some might say this is how it begins.
00:03:00.900 But I'm not one of those.
00:03:02.600 Guess who's commenting on how important this next election is
00:03:08.500 and how she's concerned.
00:03:10.780 She just doesn't see, you know, light at the end of the tunnel.
00:03:14.280 It's, yeah, Michelle Obama.
00:03:16.340 Michelle Obama is dipping her toe
00:03:19.260 in just to talk about the primaries a little bit.
00:03:22.680 It's quite fascinating.
00:03:24.880 We begin there in 60 seconds.
00:03:27.460 First, just like the rest of us,
00:03:29.500 dogs need a good dose of nutrition in the food they eat
00:03:32.220 in order to lead a happy and healthy life.
00:03:35.060 And that is especially the case
00:03:36.680 if they're eating kibble food,
00:03:38.740 which has all the nutrients cooked out of it.
00:03:41.420 My dog, Uno, has begun to slow down in his old age.
00:03:45.120 And while it's hard to watch that,
00:03:47.080 I am glad that for the last few years
00:03:49.020 I've been feeding him rough greens
00:03:50.760 and putting that on his food
00:03:52.340 because I think it has given him the best years of his life.
00:03:57.080 It's not a dog food.
00:03:58.540 It's a supplement developed by naturopathic Dr. Dennis Black
00:04:01.880 that you sprinkle on your dog's food.
00:04:04.680 It's the green stuff.
00:04:06.460 You know, my wife is constantly,
00:04:08.260 eat a salad from time to time.
00:04:10.140 Oh, jeez.
00:04:11.920 Can I put bacon and sugar on it?
00:04:15.340 Anyway, the folks at Rough Greens
00:04:17.220 are so confident that your dog is going to love it.
00:04:19.420 They have a special deal for you.
00:04:20.620 Just go to roughgreens.com slash Beck.
00:04:23.560 Roughgreens.com slash Beck
00:04:25.480 or call 833-GLEN-33.
00:04:27.700 They'll give you your first trial bag for free.
00:04:30.740 All you pay for is shipping.
00:04:32.300 Call 833-GLEN-33, 833-GLEN-33
00:04:35.940 or roughgreens.com slash Beck.
00:04:41.300 So we find out today at theblaze.com
00:04:46.880 that the Biden campaign
00:04:49.900 has brought a lot of reporters
00:04:52.100 into their campaign headquarters
00:04:53.940 to, well, have an off-the-record conversation
00:04:59.300 with the top political reporters and editors.
00:05:02.900 And they brought them down
00:05:04.440 to campaign headquarters
00:05:06.440 in Wilmington, Delaware.
00:05:08.180 And those journalists and editors
00:05:10.840 met with top officials in the campaign,
00:05:14.240 including the advisors and the strategists
00:05:16.940 and even the Biden campaign manager.
00:05:19.400 And the purpose of the meeting
00:05:21.840 was to review media coverage
00:05:24.140 and correct what the campaign believes
00:05:26.180 they're getting wrong.
00:05:29.600 And that sounds normal.
00:05:32.100 Doesn't that sound normal, Stu?
00:05:33.800 That's journalism, Glenn.
00:05:35.720 The first thing they teach you,
00:05:37.080 day one journalism school,
00:05:39.180 is always take meetings with officials
00:05:42.040 that you're supposedly covering
00:05:44.200 and let them come to you
00:05:46.360 and tell you what you should be writing.
00:05:48.360 That's how you do the job.
00:05:51.060 Yeah, it is journalism 101.
00:05:52.920 I think people forget that.
00:05:54.840 But they met with the journalists
00:05:56.840 from the New York Times,
00:05:58.200 Washington Post.
00:05:59.580 The campaign plans to meet
00:06:00.980 with reporters from Reuters,
00:06:02.460 Bloomberg, NPR, Fox News,
00:06:04.240 The Wall Street Journal, NBC News, ABC,
00:06:06.840 and others in the coming day.
00:06:09.120 I would imagine we're not one of the others
00:06:11.480 that they're mentioning here.
00:06:14.100 But apparently, according to the campaign,
00:06:16.400 it has been very productive,
00:06:18.260 very productive,
00:06:18.940 because they did point out
00:06:22.200 that not only the White House,
00:06:24.720 but not just the campaign,
00:06:26.700 but Biden himself
00:06:27.860 has been very frustrated
00:06:29.760 with the media's coverage
00:06:31.000 of the economy.
00:06:33.100 And they're especially concerned
00:06:35.760 about the airtime
00:06:37.000 that polls are given
00:06:38.740 because it shows Biden
00:06:41.680 losing to Donald Trump.
00:06:42.920 And Biden in his campaign
00:06:46.160 told the New York Times another
00:06:47.600 they believe the media
00:06:49.160 should dedicate more time
00:06:50.680 to his narrative
00:06:52.260 and also talked about Trump
00:06:56.120 and how he represents
00:06:57.260 an existential threat to democracy.
00:07:00.400 Now, I haven't heard that last one
00:07:01.720 from any of those guys.
00:07:03.060 But, in a completely
00:07:06.520 unrelated story,
00:07:10.020 the New York Times
00:07:11.080 has come out with a warning
00:07:13.880 about Donald Trump in 2024.
00:07:18.020 They sure have, Glenn.
00:07:20.240 And this is devastating
00:07:23.180 for the president,
00:07:24.800 former President Trump.
00:07:26.680 I assume he's probably going
00:07:28.920 to withdraw from the entire
00:07:32.300 nomination process today.
00:07:35.180 It's bone-crushing.
00:07:36.320 It's bone-crushing.
00:07:37.260 This is not, Glenn,
00:07:38.320 and you might think,
00:07:38.980 well, an op-ed
00:07:39.980 from one of their writers.
00:07:41.200 No.
00:07:41.960 This is the editorial board
00:07:44.600 of the New York Times.
00:07:45.440 So that is a group
00:07:47.040 of independent journalists
00:07:52.440 whose, and I'm quoting
00:07:54.080 the New York Times,
00:07:54.840 whose views are informed
00:07:56.480 by expertise, research, debate,
00:08:01.080 and certain long-standing values.
00:08:05.400 And that's why
00:08:06.660 we should listen to them.
00:08:07.640 We know the New York Times
00:08:08.920 is the paper of record,
00:08:10.460 all the news that's fit to print,
00:08:12.740 and they found it
00:08:14.340 to be incredibly important
00:08:16.520 for you to know
00:08:18.940 that they are issuing
00:08:20.960 officially, Glenn,
00:08:23.660 and if you happen to be related
00:08:25.540 to the Trump campaign,
00:08:26.420 you may want to turn this off
00:08:27.300 because just hearing this
00:08:28.180 is going to crush you,
00:08:28.960 but they are issuing
00:08:30.540 an official warning
00:08:32.660 about Donald Trump
00:08:34.780 in 2024.
00:08:36.380 Now, this is not
00:08:37.260 the emergency broadcast system,
00:08:39.380 but it would sound
00:08:41.080 a little like this
00:08:42.440 if we were under attack,
00:08:44.680 you know,
00:08:45.600 and we're following this
00:08:47.400 beep, this tone now
00:08:50.680 with official information
00:08:53.520 from the New York Times.
00:08:55.560 And I, if I may,
00:08:56.720 just read it verbatim
00:08:57.640 because this is so devastating.
00:08:59.040 Powerful.
00:08:59.800 At the outset
00:09:00.580 of this election year,
00:09:01.920 with Donald Trump
00:09:02.680 leading the race
00:09:03.520 to be the Republican
00:09:04.280 presidential nominee,
00:09:06.080 Americans should pause
00:09:07.640 to consider
00:09:08.840 what a second Trump term
00:09:10.700 would mean
00:09:11.400 for our country
00:09:12.300 and the world
00:09:13.520 and to weigh
00:09:14.640 the serious responsibility
00:09:16.220 this election
00:09:17.160 places on their shoulders.
00:09:19.720 By now,
00:09:20.760 most American voters
00:09:21.960 should have no illusions
00:09:23.300 about who Mr. Trump is.
00:09:25.740 Now,
00:09:27.000 some could say
00:09:28.260 many of
00:09:30.440 the same things here
00:09:32.920 about Joe Biden,
00:09:34.820 but
00:09:35.660 I just don't think
00:09:37.920 most American voters
00:09:39.200 should have
00:09:40.500 any illusions
00:09:42.180 about who Mr. Biden is.
00:09:44.280 You live in your illusions
00:09:45.680 on who Mr. Biden is,
00:09:46.920 but let's talk about Donald Trump.
00:09:48.640 During as many years
00:09:49.840 as a real estate developer
00:09:51.080 and television personality,
00:09:53.260 then as president
00:09:54.240 and as a dominant figure
00:09:55.720 in the Republican Party,
00:09:56.860 Mr. Trump demonstrated
00:09:58.200 a character
00:09:59.040 and a temperament
00:10:00.800 that render him
00:10:02.120 utterly unfit
00:10:03.400 for high office.
00:10:04.800 Oh, my gosh.
00:10:05.500 As a TV host.
00:10:06.680 As a TV host.
00:10:07.580 Oh.
00:10:08.480 Yeah.
00:10:08.940 Now,
00:10:09.620 it's interesting
00:10:10.500 to hear about
00:10:11.560 the all-important
00:10:14.260 character
00:10:15.180 of the individual.
00:10:16.600 For instance,
00:10:19.220 you know,
00:10:19.500 he was a real estate developer
00:10:21.020 and television personality,
00:10:22.580 but
00:10:23.480 Joe Biden
00:10:24.560 was a senator
00:10:26.300 and then a vice president
00:10:28.440 and then a president,
00:10:29.760 so a little more important
00:10:31.200 than a TV guy.
00:10:33.360 But his character
00:10:35.040 led he and his son
00:10:36.900 and his family
00:10:37.720 to take millions of dollars
00:10:39.680 from the Chinese.
00:10:41.340 And I think
00:10:41.740 that's the kind of character
00:10:43.440 that America
00:10:44.800 really needs
00:10:45.940 to take into account
00:10:47.200 and go for,
00:10:49.460 you know.
00:10:50.140 As president,
00:10:51.240 the New York Times continues,
00:10:52.800 he wielded power
00:10:54.040 carelessly
00:10:55.060 and often cruelly
00:10:56.840 and put his ego
00:10:58.180 and his personal needs
00:10:59.220 above the interests
00:11:00.180 of his country.
00:11:02.100 Wow.
00:11:03.260 Wow.
00:11:03.860 Now,
00:11:04.000 the guy taking money
00:11:04.860 again from China
00:11:05.840 or Ukraine
00:11:06.420 has not done that.
00:11:07.920 The guy who didn't know
00:11:09.320 that the Secretary of Defense
00:11:11.820 was in ICU for a week
00:11:13.440 certainly didn't wield
00:11:14.800 his power carelessly
00:11:16.320 or cruelly.
00:11:18.660 And,
00:11:19.140 I don't know,
00:11:20.140 are you with me on this?
00:11:20.980 I am,
00:11:21.400 I'm surprised.
00:11:22.540 I thought
00:11:23.000 they were open
00:11:24.180 to maybe endorsing Trump
00:11:25.600 this time.
00:11:26.380 I thought they were
00:11:26.880 on the fence
00:11:27.700 and this seems to be
00:11:28.900 like they've made up
00:11:29.760 their mind
00:11:30.700 that not only
00:11:31.640 will they not endorse
00:11:32.660 Donald Trump
00:11:33.380 at any time
00:11:34.460 during this campaign cycle,
00:11:35.500 but they seem to think
00:11:36.740 he wasn't a good president
00:11:38.420 and would not be
00:11:39.220 a good president
00:11:39.820 in the future.
00:11:40.480 Well,
00:11:41.220 I want you to know,
00:11:42.180 Stu,
00:11:42.420 that this,
00:11:43.040 for the next 60 seconds,
00:11:44.500 this is not a test,
00:11:46.860 but an actual emergency alert
00:11:49.820 from the emergency broadcast system
00:11:52.240 where we are now giving
00:11:53.640 official information
00:11:55.020 from the New York Times.
00:11:57.160 This is indeed a warning.
00:12:00.320 As president,
00:12:01.400 he wielded his power
00:12:02.660 carelessly,
00:12:03.920 cruelly,
00:12:04.680 personal needs
00:12:05.500 above the interests,
00:12:06.920 but now as he campaigns again,
00:12:08.780 his worst impulses
00:12:10.680 remain as strong as ever.
00:12:12.280 Oh, no.
00:12:13.360 Encouraging violence.
00:12:15.120 I remember that.
00:12:16.440 Yeah.
00:12:16.900 You remember when he was
00:12:18.240 encouraging violence.
00:12:19.560 That was a big thing
00:12:20.520 when he...
00:12:21.060 It was a big thing.
00:12:21.920 He advocated the creation
00:12:23.400 of a new Godzilla
00:12:24.340 to crush U.S. cities.
00:12:25.840 I thought that was
00:12:26.320 over the line,
00:12:27.060 personally.
00:12:27.380 I did too.
00:12:28.040 I did too.
00:12:28.800 And he specifically,
00:12:30.000 the banners behind him said,
00:12:31.900 stomp on the power lines
00:12:33.300 and the trains.
00:12:34.180 Right.
00:12:34.380 Which I thought was,
00:12:35.920 you know,
00:12:37.220 a little lawless.
00:12:38.600 To me,
00:12:39.280 Kinko shouldn't even
00:12:40.120 print that banner.
00:12:41.000 I mean,
00:12:41.120 that's just me.
00:12:41.640 That's my stance.
00:12:42.800 Yeah, right.
00:12:43.780 Well,
00:12:44.200 he is encouraging violence
00:12:46.000 and lawlessness.
00:12:47.420 Now,
00:12:47.620 I don't know
00:12:48.660 of a president,
00:12:50.200 you know,
00:12:51.060 in the last,
00:12:52.180 really,
00:12:52.900 almost 20 years
00:12:54.260 that has promoted
00:12:56.480 lawlessness,
00:12:58.040 you know,
00:12:58.700 at all.
00:12:59.500 No, no, no.
00:13:00.800 I mean,
00:13:00.980 look at our border.
00:13:02.460 I mean,
00:13:02.640 it's the most...
00:13:03.640 Our border,
00:13:04.680 look at our cities
00:13:06.420 are just...
00:13:08.000 They're amazing.
00:13:08.740 I was in
00:13:09.860 West Palm
00:13:12.320 last night
00:13:13.220 having dinner
00:13:13.800 with some friends
00:13:14.400 and I've never
00:13:16.260 really spent any time
00:13:17.340 in West Palm Beach
00:13:18.940 and it's beautiful
00:13:20.620 but I'm walking down
00:13:23.020 the street
00:13:24.100 and it is like
00:13:25.180 money central.
00:13:26.120 It's like Rodeo Drive,
00:13:27.600 okay?
00:13:28.500 And I've never been there
00:13:30.040 and it was just like,
00:13:31.840 wow,
00:13:32.400 the people who live here
00:13:33.380 have a lot of money
00:13:34.160 and I'm driving
00:13:36.260 down the street
00:13:36.940 and I look at my wife
00:13:39.000 and I said,
00:13:40.020 hmm,
00:13:40.920 now there's something
00:13:42.380 different about this
00:13:44.200 compared to Rodeo Drive
00:13:46.640 and she said,
00:13:48.340 currently?
00:13:48.900 And I said,
00:13:49.420 yeah, currently.
00:13:50.100 Do you know what it might be?
00:13:51.420 And she said,
00:13:52.380 yes,
00:13:53.040 the plywood
00:13:53.960 on the windows
00:13:55.240 doesn't exist here.
00:13:56.480 the stores
00:13:58.520 that have taken
00:13:59.660 their names
00:14:00.100 off the stores
00:14:00.780 and moved away
00:14:01.600 because there
00:14:02.360 is absolutely
00:14:03.860 no law and order
00:14:05.140 in California?
00:14:06.520 And I said,
00:14:07.080 yeah,
00:14:07.340 I think that might be it.
00:14:08.860 What about the human waste?
00:14:10.500 That was still there
00:14:11.320 in Palm Beach?
00:14:11.940 No,
00:14:12.360 surprisingly,
00:14:13.440 it wasn't.
00:14:14.120 No,
00:14:14.500 it wasn't.
00:14:15.040 It was a very nice
00:14:16.200 American city.
00:14:17.600 It was very nice,
00:14:18.800 very nice.
00:14:19.940 And it tends to be that way
00:14:22.700 throughout Florida,
00:14:24.280 which I'm trying to figure out
00:14:26.600 what the difference is,
00:14:29.900 but it must be that
00:14:30.820 Donald Trump
00:14:31.360 is no longer in charge
00:14:32.800 because he,
00:14:34.040 again,
00:14:35.220 encourages violence
00:14:37.180 and lawlessness.
00:14:38.560 So there's more to this.
00:14:40.060 We'll get to it
00:14:40.720 in just a second
00:14:41.320 because it's a very
00:14:42.020 important warning.
00:14:43.520 We get to that
00:14:44.560 in just a second.
00:14:45.620 First,
00:14:45.940 let me tell you
00:14:46.300 about Legacy Box.
00:14:47.200 When you're walking
00:14:47.700 down memory lane
00:14:48.420 with your kids
00:14:48.920 and grandkids,
00:14:50.020 which you should be doing
00:14:51.120 because it's important
00:14:51.940 for them to know
00:14:52.840 the history of your family.
00:14:55.140 That is so important
00:14:56.180 to know where
00:14:57.380 and who you came from.
00:14:59.560 You really want
00:15:00.380 all those old photos
00:15:01.360 and family videos

00:15:03.880 you need to preserve them.
00:15:05.760 And for that,
00:15:06.560 I want you to try

00:15:37.540 and shape
00:15:38.740 the future,
00:15:40.220 you need to know
00:15:42.040 where you came from.
00:15:43.320 You need to know
00:15:44.040 what America was like
00:15:45.520 and our family videos
00:15:47.320 and our photos,
00:15:50.540 all of our records,
00:15:51.940 testify to that truth.
00:15:53.960 Please start the process today.

00:16:11.540 or enjoyed in years

00:16:13.160 don't have that device
00:16:14.660 left anymore.
00:16:15.960 Go to LegacyBox.com

00:16:18.640 That's LegacyBox.com
00:16:20.260 slash records.
00:16:21.920 10 seconds.
00:16:22.520 Station.
00:16:22.720 So, we're looking now
00:16:34.860 at a campaign
00:16:36.900 of Donald Trump
00:16:37.800 according to
00:16:38.540 the New York Times
00:16:39.520 where he's encouraging
00:16:42.880 violence and lawlessness.
00:16:44.620 He's exploiting fear
00:16:45.940 and hate
00:16:46.580 for political gain.
00:16:48.260 He's undermining
00:16:49.040 the rule of law.
00:16:50.380 Did you know that, Stu?
00:16:51.260 And the Constitution.
00:16:53.520 He's applauding dictators.
00:16:55.460 And I don't mean people
00:16:56.300 like Fidel Castro.
00:16:57.780 I mean, he's not really
00:16:58.700 a dictator.
00:16:58.800 That's okay.
00:16:59.740 That would be fine
00:17:01.060 if you did that.
00:17:01.600 Hugo Chavez,
00:17:02.840 that's not bad.
00:17:03.800 Doing business
00:17:04.560 with Venezuela today,
00:17:05.880 that's not bad.
00:17:07.120 Yeah.
00:17:08.320 And he's,
00:17:09.420 and these things
00:17:10.060 are escalating
00:17:10.740 as he tries to regain power
00:17:12.220 and he's plotting retribution.
00:17:14.860 Intend on eluding
00:17:16.280 the institutional,
00:17:17.460 legal,
00:17:17.840 and bureaucratic restraints
00:17:19.620 that put limits on him
00:17:21.480 in his first term.
00:17:23.120 Wow.
00:17:24.280 Wow.
00:17:25.300 So the New York Times
00:17:26.240 is letting you know,
00:17:27.080 quote,
00:17:27.400 the purpose
00:17:28.060 at the start
00:17:28.740 of the new year,
00:17:29.420 therefore,
00:17:29.720 is to sound a warning.
00:17:32.940 Mr. Trump
00:17:33.600 does not offer
00:17:34.200 voters anything,
00:17:35.500 anything resembling
00:17:36.460 a normal option
00:17:37.800 of Republican
00:17:38.640 or Democrat,
00:17:39.460 conservative
00:17:39.840 or liberal,
00:17:40.640 big government
00:17:41.140 or small.
00:17:41.980 No.
00:17:42.940 No.
00:17:43.440 The Democrats are.
00:17:45.460 Okay.
00:17:46.420 Even though
00:17:46.960 the Democrats
00:17:47.500 represent an America
00:17:48.700 where there is
00:17:50.120 no difference
00:17:50.720 between men and women,
00:17:52.140 gender is completely fluid,
00:17:53.840 white people
00:17:54.360 are always racist,
00:17:56.440 we redistribute
00:17:57.860 the wealth,
00:17:58.940 it's a Marxist state
00:18:01.320 that is going
00:18:02.640 to eventually
00:18:03.200 turn into
00:18:04.020 something that
00:18:05.400 does not resemble
00:18:06.840 capitalism
00:18:07.480 because it's
00:18:08.200 not capitalism.
00:18:10.200 So,
00:18:10.580 they're not offering
00:18:11.540 anything like that.
00:18:13.400 They're offering
00:18:14.460 just that regular America,
00:18:16.300 you know,
00:18:17.200 that is so
00:18:19.100 constitutional
00:18:20.000 and,
00:18:21.900 you know,
00:18:23.400 he,
00:18:24.000 Donald Trump
00:18:24.460 is confronting
00:18:25.120 in America
00:18:25.640 with far more
00:18:26.440 fateful choice
00:18:27.400 between the continuance
00:18:29.080 of the United States
00:18:29.940 as a nation
00:18:30.520 dedicated to the blessings
00:18:31.700 of liberty
00:18:32.280 to ourselves
00:18:32.960 and our posterity
00:18:34.020 and a man
00:18:35.200 who's proudly shown
00:18:36.140 open disdain
00:18:36.960 for the law
00:18:37.600 and protections
00:18:38.360 and ideals
00:18:39.260 of the constitutions.
00:18:41.240 Wow.
00:18:41.900 I,
00:18:42.300 you know what?
00:18:42.740 I think
00:18:44.600 I'm really
00:18:46.900 beginning to see
00:18:48.300 Donald Trump
00:18:49.860 for the monster
00:18:51.560 he is.
00:18:53.420 And you go on
00:18:53.940 through this op-ed
00:18:54.740 and it's much
00:18:55.640 of the same.
00:18:56.520 They talk about
00:18:57.040 his first four years
00:18:58.440 in the White House
00:18:59.000 did lasting damage
00:18:59.940 to the presidency
00:19:00.660 and the nation
00:19:01.360 and they go through
00:19:01.980 all that
00:19:02.500 but then they say
00:19:03.520 the republic
00:19:04.060 and they first of all
00:19:05.700 call it a republic
00:19:06.560 which is actually news
00:19:08.180 so it's not a democracy
00:19:09.180 this time.
00:19:09.560 They're talking to us.
00:19:11.300 Right.
00:19:11.620 Yes.
00:19:12.360 The republic
00:19:13.020 weathered Mr. Trump's
00:19:13.980 presidency
00:19:14.340 for a variety
00:19:15.300 of reasons.
00:19:16.420 His lack
00:19:17.080 of prepared agenda
00:19:18.220 so he was incompetent
00:19:19.640 and unprepared.
00:19:20.760 Right.
00:19:20.940 The disruption
00:19:21.340 of COVID-19
00:19:22.480 so the pandemic
00:19:24.300 got in the way
00:19:25.280 and his appointees
00:19:27.700 who tried to temper
00:19:28.820 his most dangerous
00:19:29.900 and unreasonable demands.
00:19:32.240 Most of all
00:19:33.040 it survived
00:19:34.180 because the people
00:19:35.040 and the institutions
00:19:35.800 and his administration
00:19:36.720 and the Republican Party
00:19:37.740 who proved strong enough
00:19:39.780 to stand up
00:19:40.560 to its efforts
00:19:41.300 to undermine
00:19:42.320 the peaceful transfer
00:19:43.260 of power.
00:19:44.300 Okay.
00:19:44.960 So you get the point here
00:19:46.780 that like all these things
00:19:48.140 limited him last time
00:19:49.360 and this time
00:19:50.120 he's going to be fully
00:19:51.000 unleashed
00:19:52.140 which echoes
00:19:53.640 exactly
00:19:55.520 what Donald Trump
00:19:57.060 is saying
00:19:57.700 on the campaign trail.
00:19:58.960 Like he's telling
00:20:00.080 his own voters
00:20:00.920 hey
00:20:01.620 I had all these things
00:20:03.360 that got in my way
00:20:04.100 last time
00:20:04.580 I won't let that happen again
00:20:05.700 I'm going to do all these
00:20:06.440 wonderful things this time.
00:20:08.380 And you go back at this
00:20:09.120 and you think about
00:20:09.720 well what's the reaction
00:20:11.440 of let's say
00:20:12.220 Ron DeSantis
00:20:13.500 to this being released?
00:20:15.580 Is the answer
00:20:16.460 is the reaction
00:20:17.600 to Ron DeSantis
00:20:18.080 yay
00:20:18.800 the New York Times
00:20:20.040 is attacking my opponent
00:20:21.620 and it makes it more likely
00:20:23.040 for me to win in Iowa
00:20:24.360 or
00:20:25.320 could it possibly be
00:20:27.020 he
00:20:27.480 sees it
00:20:28.460 he reads it on his laptop
00:20:29.560 and then throws his laptop
00:20:30.820 against the wall
00:20:31.700 across the room
00:20:32.580 because
00:20:33.200 What are you doing
00:20:34.600 New York Times
00:20:35.280 you're helping Donald Trump.
00:20:36.680 Exactly.
00:20:36.940 And so you come to that
00:20:38.020 conclusion
00:20:38.280 is this
00:20:39.320 a spectacular
00:20:40.760 failure
00:20:41.680 from the New York Times
00:20:42.880 trying to sink Donald Trump
00:20:44.220 and being pathetic
00:20:45.120 at doing it
00:20:45.800 or is it
00:20:46.740 a success
00:20:47.880 which is giving
00:20:49.500 Donald Trump
00:20:50.840 ammunition
00:20:51.380 to win this primary
00:20:53.140 and then in their eyes
00:20:54.540 eventually be defeated
00:20:55.680 by Joe Biden
00:20:56.680 a massive
00:20:57.760 massive risk
00:20:58.640 if you happen to be a Democrat
00:20:59.700 but one they seem
00:21:00.620 intent on taking
00:21:01.620 just a fascinating
00:21:03.880 effort here
00:21:05.060 because
00:21:05.400 whose mind
00:21:07.000 could possibly
00:21:08.700 be changed
00:21:09.360 by this
00:21:09.900 the New York Times
00:21:11.480 readers
00:21:11.980 who already think
00:21:13.300 Donald Trump is Hitler
00:21:14.220 are they like
00:21:14.800 wow thank god
00:21:15.680 they gave me a warning
00:21:16.420 I was on the verge
00:21:17.220 of voting for the guy
00:21:18.140 or
00:21:20.080 is there anyone
00:21:21.700 who
00:21:22.040 is already voting
00:21:23.900 for Trump
00:21:24.340 who's just like
00:21:24.860 oh gosh
00:21:25.660 I mean I don't know
00:21:26.560 now the New York Times
00:21:28.160 is giving me a warning
00:21:29.000 this establishment
00:21:30.380 that I don't trust
00:21:31.700 and hate
00:21:32.740 with every fiber
00:21:33.520 of my being
00:21:34.120 is telling me
00:21:34.620 this is the wrong
00:21:35.300 thing to do
00:21:35.860 gee what should I do
00:21:37.100 here
00:21:37.420 it's amazing
00:21:38.460 may I ask Stu
00:21:40.280 and I
00:21:41.560 sure this is a bit
00:21:43.720 cynical
00:21:44.120 but may I ask
00:21:46.240 that maybe
00:21:47.400 when
00:21:48.740 the New York Times
00:21:50.000 was meeting
00:21:51.180 in Delaware
00:21:52.240 in Wilmington
00:21:53.100 and the
00:21:54.020 White House said
00:21:55.140 you have to paint him
00:21:56.560 as a danger
00:21:58.000 to the country
00:22:00.340 I mean
00:22:01.020 what are you doing
00:22:02.040 you should dedicate
00:22:03.100 more time
00:22:04.100 that Trump
00:22:04.760 represents an
00:22:05.620 existential threat
00:22:06.700 to democracy
00:22:07.520 and then just a few
00:22:08.820 days later
00:22:09.460 they write
00:22:09.960 they write that
00:22:10.940 I mean I know
00:22:11.700 that's cynical
00:22:12.420 I mean it's total coincidence
00:22:14.320 it's total coincidence
00:22:15.220 oh and also
00:22:16.220 Joe Biden puts
00:22:17.840 Donald Trump
00:22:18.420 in his place
00:22:19.100 the New York Times
00:22:20.140 and is Trump
00:22:22.060 hell
00:22:22.520 from the New York Times
00:22:24.780 so they have a very
00:22:27.840 very good record here
00:22:30.280 it's Trump
00:22:31.120 hell
00:22:31.560 is he hell
00:22:32.940 is he hell
00:22:34.240 that's the name
00:22:34.980 of the
00:22:35.340 that's the headline
00:22:36.140 of a piece
00:22:38.120 a piece of something
00:22:39.640 I'll tell you that
00:22:40.580 it's a piece of something
00:22:41.660 you're right
00:22:42.100 smells like
00:22:43.500 hell
00:22:44.400 Glenn
00:22:45.060 Beck
00:22:45.840 mmm
00:22:48.000 okay
00:22:49.140 let me tell you about
00:22:49.920 our sponsor this half hour
00:22:51.120 it's Berna
00:22:51.920 when you absolutely
00:22:53.340 positively
00:22:54.180 have got to kill
00:22:56.260 somebody threatening
00:22:56.980 you and your family
00:22:57.840 you need a gun
00:22:58.700 but all
00:22:59.540 not all situations
00:23:00.520 call for deadly force
00:23:01.840 and
00:23:02.300 in those cases
00:23:04.640 what do you do
00:23:05.480 may I suggest
00:23:06.920 the Berna launcher
00:23:07.980 it is a non-lethal
00:23:09.700 alternative
00:23:10.340 to safeguarding
00:23:11.380 your home
00:23:11.960 that will send
00:23:13.140 potential threats
00:23:14.040 running in the
00:23:14.800 opposite direction
00:23:15.620 it is legal
00:23:16.640 in all 50 states
00:23:18.140 my wife carries one
00:23:19.500 my daughters
00:23:21.200 carry one
00:23:21.940 my son carries one
00:23:22.980 you don't need a permit
00:23:24.100 or a background check
00:23:25.420 and it can be used
00:23:26.740 by all age groups
00:23:28.000 over 18
00:23:28.960 the Berna launcher
00:23:30.540 is
00:23:31.200 is something that
00:23:32.440 you just have to get
00:23:33.180 within 6 feet
00:23:34.520 of the person
00:23:35.780 that you're afraid of
00:23:36.920 and it will launch
00:23:38.440 kinetic rounds
00:23:39.280 or tear gas
00:23:40.600 and I mean
00:23:41.180 tear gas
00:23:42.500 is not pepper spray
00:23:43.700 this will
00:23:44.720 incapacitate
00:23:46.120 an attacker
00:23:46.640 for 40
00:23:47.800 minutes
00:23:48.960 it's being used
00:23:50.240 by cops
00:23:50.820 now
00:23:51.120 you should have

00:24:29.120 joins us now
00:24:29.900 from Pat Gray
00:24:30.620 Unleashed
00:24:31.120 along with our
00:24:32.340 executive producer
00:24:33.860 Stu Bregeer
00:24:35.260 you know
00:24:36.460 Biden
00:24:37.140 has
00:24:38.400 continued
00:24:39.200 his attacks
00:24:40.140 on Donald
00:24:41.040 Trump
00:24:41.440 and his
00:24:42.240 supporters
00:24:42.720 now
00:24:43.760 this is
00:24:44.380 something
00:24:44.660 again
00:24:45.000 the New York
00:24:45.440 Times
00:24:45.880 just said
00:24:46.400 that Donald
00:24:46.820 Trump
00:24:47.240 does
00:24:47.760 but
00:24:48.780 apparently
00:24:49.560 not Joe
00:24:50.080 Biden
00:24:50.420 but let
00:24:50.840 me just
00:24:51.080 tell you
00:24:51.300 what happened
00:24:51.720 at his
00:24:52.220 speech
00:24:54.360 last night
00:24:55.380 in Charleston
00:24:56.260 South Carolina
00:24:57.100 he said
00:24:58.640 that Donald
00:24:59.140 Trump
00:24:59.440 and his
00:24:59.820 supporters
00:25:00.460 are
00:25:02.200 defeated
00:25:02.980 Confederates
00:25:04.480 oh
00:25:05.520 so wait
00:25:06.820 we would be
00:25:07.540 Democrats
00:25:08.960 after the
00:25:10.760 Civil War
00:25:11.260 the defeated
00:25:11.880 Confederates
00:25:12.880 wouldn't accept
00:25:13.840 the verdict
00:25:14.340 of the war
00:25:15.060 they lost
00:25:16.060 so
00:25:17.020 they say
00:25:18.300 they embraced
00:25:19.240 what is known
00:25:19.800 as the lost
00:25:20.840 cause
00:25:21.440 the self-serving
00:25:22.500 lie
00:25:22.920 that Civil War
00:25:23.780 was not about
00:25:24.360 slavery
00:25:24.780 but about
00:25:25.240 state rights
00:25:26.140 they call
00:25:27.680 that the
00:25:28.000 noble cause
00:25:28.740 that was
00:25:29.260 a lie
00:25:29.740 yes
00:25:30.380 Joe
00:25:30.960 it was
00:25:31.640 a lie
00:25:32.040 it is
00:25:32.340 really
00:25:32.920 weird
00:25:33.660 but you
00:25:34.400 would know
00:25:34.720 it best
00:25:35.100 because
00:25:35.580 you're
00:25:36.340 a Democrat
00:25:37.000 and that
00:25:38.120 was the
00:25:38.520 lie
00:25:38.880 of the
00:25:39.540 Southern
00:25:39.920 Democratic
00:25:40.720 Party
00:25:41.580 next
00:25:43.180 we're living
00:25:43.900 in an era
00:25:44.420 of second
00:25:44.980 loss
00:25:45.320 cause
00:25:45.720 once again
00:25:46.340 there are
00:25:46.640 some in
00:25:46.860 this country
00:25:47.220 trying to
00:25:47.640 turn a
00:25:47.920 loss
00:25:48.180 into a
00:25:48.540 lie
00:25:48.820 a lie
00:25:49.220 that if
00:25:49.500 allowed
00:25:49.720 to live
00:25:50.180 will once
00:25:50.880 again
00:25:51.120 bring
00:25:51.400 terrible
00:25:51.800 damage
00:25:52.200 to this
00:25:52.600 country
00:25:52.980 this time
00:25:53.920 the lie
00:25:54.260 is about
00:25:54.560 the 2020
00:25:55.180 election
00:25:56.000 let me
00:25:57.000 say what
00:25:57.440 others
00:25:57.740 cannot
00:25:58.160 we must
00:25:59.140 reject
00:25:59.580 political
00:26:00.160 violence
00:26:00.700 in America
00:26:01.400 I agree
00:26:02.440 like the
00:26:02.960 Klan
00:26:03.340 which was
00:26:04.620 an arm
00:26:05.280 of the
00:26:05.940 Democratic
00:26:06.400 Party
00:26:06.840 or
00:26:07.680 BLM
00:26:08.700 which is
00:26:09.460 an arm
00:26:10.020 of the
00:26:10.520 Democratic
00:26:10.980 Party
00:26:11.480 he says
00:26:12.960 always
00:26:13.540 not sometimes
00:26:14.500 but always
00:26:15.480 it's never
00:26:16.720 appropriate
00:26:17.340 so I would
00:26:18.260 assume
00:26:18.720 that would
00:26:19.300 be like
00:26:19.940 you know
00:26:21.920 BLM
00:26:22.980 today
00:26:23.620 the
00:26:24.260 violence
00:26:24.620 of
00:26:24.800 January
00:26:25.100 6
00:26:25.480 was
00:26:25.680 the
00:26:25.840 extension
00:26:26.280 of
00:26:26.460 an
00:26:26.580 old
00:26:26.880 playbook
00:26:27.420 from
00:26:27.760 the
00:26:27.980 threats
00:26:28.340 of
00:26:28.600 violence
00:26:29.040 and
00:26:29.280 intimidation
00:26:30.060 now
00:26:31.120 there
00:26:31.460 was a
00:26:31.760 period
00:26:32.040 there
00:26:32.320 but I
00:26:32.700 would
00:26:33.000 add
00:26:33.620 just
00:26:36.360 the
00:26:36.640 kind
00:26:37.040 of
00:26:37.200 stuff
00:26:37.500 we
00:26:37.700 were
00:26:37.860 talking
00:26:38.240 about
00:26:38.580 with
00:26:38.860 the
00:26:39.040 Klan
00:26:39.520 which
00:26:40.580 was
00:26:41.080 a
00:26:41.640 violent
00:26:42.840 arm
00:26:43.540 of the
00:26:45.080 Democrat
00:26:45.560 Party
00:26:46.380 I just
00:26:47.040 thought
00:26:47.320 I'd
00:26:48.280 throw
00:26:49.020 that in
00:26:49.500 it doesn't
00:26:52.420 get mentioned
00:26:52.860 all that
00:26:53.260 much
00:26:53.660 the history
00:26:54.740 of these
00:26:55.060 institutions
00:26:55.780 yeah
00:26:56.700 no
00:26:57.000 it really
00:26:57.360 it's
00:26:57.720 strange
00:26:58.160 it
00:26:58.460 doesn't
00:26:59.060 now
00:26:59.740 Michelle
00:27:01.680 Obama
00:27:02.080 came out
00:27:02.680 and
00:27:03.820 she said
00:27:04.780 she is
00:27:05.260 terrified
00:27:06.020 by what
00:27:07.540 may come
00:27:07.960 out of
00:27:08.200 the
00:27:08.320 2024
00:27:08.720 election
00:27:09.480 is she
00:27:10.300 giving a
00:27:10.720 warning
00:27:11.120 she's not
00:27:12.080 I mean
00:27:12.340 let me
00:27:12.600 just
00:27:12.780 she's not
00:27:13.360 saying
00:27:13.720 that she's
00:27:14.140 giving a
00:27:14.540 warning
00:27:14.780 about
00:27:15.060 Donald
00:27:15.340 Trump
00:27:15.600 in
00:27:15.740 2024
00:27:16.160 is
00:27:16.740 she
00:27:16.920 she is
00:27:18.120 she is
00:27:18.900 that's
00:27:19.140 the same
00:27:19.420 thing
00:27:19.540 the New
00:27:19.720 York
00:27:19.840 Times
00:27:20.200 did
00:27:20.420 today
00:27:20.800 yeah
00:27:21.500 so
00:27:21.940 she's
00:27:22.620 on this
00:27:22.960 podcast
00:27:23.420 with
00:27:24.560 Jay
00:27:25.500 Shetty
00:27:26.060 the
00:27:27.380 Jay
00:27:28.080 Shetty
00:27:28.480 yeah
00:27:29.020 of course
00:27:30.120 of course
00:27:30.660 you don't
00:27:31.000 get
00:27:31.240 Michelle
00:27:31.780 Obama
00:27:32.160 if
00:27:32.380 you're
00:27:32.600 not
00:27:33.080 if
00:27:33.300 you're
00:27:33.440 a
00:27:33.580 different
00:27:33.920 Jay
00:27:34.260 Shetty
00:27:34.660 she
00:27:36.320 says
00:27:36.800 what's
00:27:37.560 going to
00:27:37.760 happen
00:27:37.980 this
00:27:38.180 next
00:27:38.440 election
00:27:38.820 I
00:27:39.320 am
00:27:39.500 terrified
00:27:40.260 about
00:27:40.800 what
00:27:40.980 could
00:27:41.160 possibly
00:27:41.620 happen
00:27:42.020 that's
00:27:42.760 weird
00:27:43.020 because
00:27:43.420 so
00:27:43.860 am
00:27:44.020 I
00:27:44.240 because
00:27:45.120 our
00:27:45.360 leaders
00:27:45.740 matter
00:27:46.380 who
00:27:46.840 we
00:27:47.020 select
00:27:47.540 who
00:27:47.760 speaks
00:27:48.140 for
00:27:48.380 us
00:27:48.640 who
00:27:49.140 holds
00:27:49.500 that
00:27:49.760 bully
00:27:50.060 pulpit
00:27:50.560 it
00:27:51.140 affects
00:27:51.460 it
00:27:52.040 affects
00:27:52.400 us
00:27:52.600 in
00:27:52.740 ways
00:27:52.960 sometimes
00:27:53.380 I
00:27:53.600 think
00:27:53.760 people
00:27:54.020 take
00:27:54.280 for
00:27:54.460 granted
00:27:54.760 here
00:27:55.260 she
00:27:55.480 is
00:27:55.780 listen
00:27:56.100 the
00:27:56.720 things
00:27:57.220 that
00:27:57.520 keep
00:27:57.820 me
00:27:58.020 up
00:27:58.360 because
00:27:58.740 you
00:27:59.000 don't
00:27:59.460 have
00:27:59.660 control
00:28:00.160 over
00:28:00.460 them
00:28:00.740 and
00:28:01.660 you
00:28:01.800 wonder
00:28:02.320 where
00:28:03.280 are
00:28:03.420 people
00:28:03.740 where
00:28:04.200 are
00:28:04.420 we
00:28:04.640 in
00:28:04.900 this
00:28:05.260 you
00:28:05.860 know
00:28:05.980 where
00:28:06.180 are
00:28:06.340 our
00:28:06.480 hearts
00:28:06.880 what's
00:28:07.200 going
00:28:07.300 to
00:28:07.400 happen
00:28:07.640 in
00:28:07.800 this
00:28:07.960 next
00:28:08.220 election
00:28:08.660 I
00:28:09.200 am
00:28:09.360 terrified
00:28:09.820 about
00:28:10.680 what
00:28:11.000 could
00:28:11.240 possibly
00:28:11.740 happen
00:28:12.300 because
00:28:13.020 our
00:28:13.260 leaders
00:28:13.640 matter
00:28:18.640 pulpit
00:28:19.340 it
00:28:20.220 affects
00:28:20.660 us
00:28:20.900 in
00:28:21.060 ways
00:28:21.360 that
00:28:21.520 sometimes
00:28:21.980 I
00:28:22.260 think
00:28:22.500 people
00:28:22.840 take
00:28:23.160 for
00:28:23.380 granted
00:28:23.740 is he
00:28:25.520 wearing
00:28:25.700 a
00:28:25.940 snuggie
00:28:26.360 in that
00:28:26.900 interview
00:28:27.180 he
00:28:28.240 seems
00:28:28.500 to be
00:28:28.720 wearing
00:28:29.000 a
00:28:29.380 blanket
00:28:30.780 with
00:28:31.080 sleeves
00:28:31.600 is it
00:28:32.800 a
00:28:32.960 snuggie
00:28:33.380 is it
00:28:33.600 a
00:28:33.740 slanket
00:28:34.220 what
00:28:34.400 is it
00:28:34.980 because
00:28:35.260 you
00:28:36.140 know
00:28:38.480 this
00:28:39.180 is
00:28:39.460 if
00:28:39.900 you
00:28:40.080 can
00:28:40.260 do
00:28:40.360 shows
00:28:40.880 in
00:28:41.080 snuggies
00:28:42.420 I'm
00:28:42.840 going
00:28:43.000 to
00:28:43.180 start
00:28:43.380 doing
00:28:43.740 the
00:28:43.960 show
00:28:44.200 in
00:28:44.480 a
00:28:44.660 snuggie
00:28:45.080 I
00:28:45.660 didn't
00:28:45.780 know
00:28:45.860 that
00:28:45.940 was
00:28:46.120 allowed
00:28:46.480 I
00:28:47.220 have
00:28:47.440 to
00:28:47.560 tell
00:28:47.740 you
00:28:47.860 this
00:28:48.180 is
00:28:48.460 why
00:28:49.340 people
00:28:49.660 put
00:28:49.860 their
00:28:50.000 good
00:28:50.300 money
00:28:50.660 into
00:28:51.760 signing
00:28:52.120 up
00:28:52.320 for
00:28:52.460 blaze
00:28:52.800 tv
00:28:53.040 because
00:28:53.380 they
00:28:53.620 get
00:28:54.020 the
00:28:54.280 kind
00:28:54.680 of
00:28:54.860 deep
00:28:55.300 questions
00:28:55.940 like
00:28:56.620 slanket
00:28:57.520 or
00:28:57.980 snuggie
00:28:58.600 which
00:28:59.020 isn't
00:28:59.460 and
00:28:59.980 I
00:29:00.740 don't
00:29:00.880 think
00:29:01.020 I've
00:29:01.220 heard
00:29:01.360 anybody
00:29:01.660 else
00:29:01.920 ask
00:29:02.120 that
00:29:02.340 Stu
00:29:02.560 congratulations
00:29:03.280 thank
00:29:03.580 you
00:29:03.660 very
00:29:03.800 much
00:29:04.000 Glenn
00:29:04.200 yeah
00:29:04.780 she
00:29:06.300 said
00:29:06.780 she
00:29:07.300 knows
00:29:08.900 too
00:29:09.220 much
00:29:09.680 because
00:29:10.420 she
00:29:10.700 was
00:29:10.900 married
00:29:11.180 to
00:29:11.340 the
00:29:11.480 president
00:29:11.860 who
00:29:12.120 knows
00:29:12.480 everything
00:29:13.340 about
00:29:13.980 everything
00:29:14.680 in
00:29:15.280 the
00:29:15.460 world
00:29:16.100 wow
00:29:17.560 she
00:29:18.740 listed
00:29:19.100 wars
00:29:19.600 in
00:29:19.960 too
00:29:20.280 many
00:29:20.580 regions
00:29:21.200 the
00:29:22.580 future
00:29:22.940 of
00:29:23.120 artificial
00:29:23.500 intelligence
00:29:24.220 the
00:29:24.460 environment
00:29:24.900 education
00:29:25.600 whether
00:29:26.040 people
00:29:26.400 will
00:29:26.720 vote
00:29:27.180 people
00:29:27.920 being
00:29:28.200 too
00:29:28.400 engrossed
00:29:28.880 in
00:29:29.000 their
00:29:29.160 phones
00:29:29.700 as
00:29:30.020 other
00:29:30.360 issues
00:29:30.740 that
00:29:30.920 keep
00:29:31.120 her
00:29:31.260 awake
00:29:31.560 at
00:29:31.720 night
00:29:31.980 then
00:29:32.920 they
00:29:33.180 focus
00:29:33.720 the
00:29:34.000 discussion
00:29:34.400 on
00:29:34.700 what
00:29:35.140 offends
00:29:35.940 her
00:29:36.540 you know
00:29:37.460 and many
00:29:38.140 times
00:29:38.720 I've been
00:29:39.480 in
00:29:39.700 conversations
00:29:40.300 and it's
00:29:41.820 turned to
00:29:42.360 that
00:29:42.720 very
00:29:43.480 familiar
00:29:44.000 phrase
00:29:44.480 I wonder
00:29:45.020 what
00:29:45.300 offends
00:29:45.780 Michelle
00:29:46.200 Obama
00:29:46.660 and she
00:29:48.800 spoke
00:29:49.140 about it
00:29:49.660 and she
00:29:50.240 dislikes
00:29:50.800 injustice
00:29:51.460 thank god
00:29:53.400 somebody
00:29:53.940 does
00:29:54.400 she
00:29:55.240 dislikes
00:29:55.800 ego
00:29:56.440 right
00:29:57.600 greed
00:29:59.000 don't you
00:30:00.060 know it
00:30:00.620 and
00:30:01.540 racism
00:30:02.320 she
00:30:03.260 condemned
00:30:03.700 unfairness
00:30:04.560 and
00:30:05.000 bullies
00:30:05.640 and she
00:30:07.320 also decried
00:30:08.040 childish
00:30:08.740 leadership
00:30:09.380 in which
00:30:09.920 somebody's
00:30:10.400 just base
00:30:11.000 and vulgar
00:30:11.580 and cynical
00:30:12.340 you know
00:30:13.440 she's not
00:30:13.980 cynical
00:30:14.420 the police
00:30:15.620 don't always
00:30:16.220 do you
00:30:16.600 like that
00:30:17.260 white people
00:30:18.020 don't always
00:30:18.600 do you
00:30:18.940 like that
00:30:19.340 that would
00:30:19.620 be cynical
00:30:20.260 anyway
00:30:21.660 she says
00:30:22.360 she just
00:30:22.780 wants to
00:30:23.160 resonate
00:30:23.460 good
00:30:24.020 I want
00:30:25.240 to be
00:30:25.960 a face
00:30:26.360 of reason
00:30:27.000 and compassion
00:30:27.860 and empathy
00:30:28.820 and that's
00:30:30.320 much more
00:30:30.720 important
00:30:31.040 than my
00:30:31.440 feelings
00:30:32.160 because my
00:30:33.540 feelings
00:30:34.480 I can
00:30:35.680 take care
00:30:36.400 of those
00:30:37.160 she's on
00:30:38.220 the road
00:30:38.500 of being
00:30:38.860 a republican
00:30:39.540 listen to
00:30:40.400 that
00:30:40.620 her feelings
00:30:41.860 don't matter
00:30:42.940 because
00:30:44.000 she's in
00:30:45.740 charge of
00:30:46.460 those
00:30:46.960 that's the
00:30:48.220 first
00:30:48.560 progressive
00:30:49.460 democrat
00:30:49.940 I've ever
00:30:50.340 heard say
00:30:50.780 that
00:30:51.140 she also
00:30:52.320 talked about
00:30:52.860 and this is
00:30:53.200 going to
00:30:53.320 come as a
00:30:53.700 surprise to
00:30:54.160 you about
00:30:54.600 being another
00:30:55.480 she said
00:30:57.240 you know
00:30:57.520 you learn
00:30:57.920 how to be
00:30:58.300 excellent
00:30:58.620 all the
00:30:58.940 time
00:30:59.180 because
00:30:59.440 you can't
00:30:59.800 be less
00:31:00.320 you know
00:31:00.960 and she
00:31:03.040 said
00:31:03.420 I just
00:31:03.840 find it
00:31:04.400 interesting
00:31:04.760 that some
00:31:05.340 people can
00:31:05.880 be indicted
00:31:06.800 a bunch
00:31:07.380 of times
00:31:07.880 and still
00:31:09.180 run for
00:31:09.680 office
00:31:10.100 while black
00:31:11.300 men can't
00:31:12.220 and I
00:31:13.700 thought of
00:31:14.040 that
00:31:14.280 when her
00:31:15.960 husband won
00:31:16.740 the presidency
00:31:17.460 two times
00:31:18.200 in a row
00:31:18.620 I thought
00:31:19.800 boy
00:31:20.040 you know
00:31:20.460 I thought
00:31:21.120 this was
00:31:21.440 a country
00:31:21.800 where black
00:31:22.320 men can't
00:31:22.860 run for
00:31:23.740 office
00:31:24.160 and I
00:31:25.260 must have
00:31:25.760 been
00:31:25.900 mistaken
00:31:26.400 it's
00:31:26.960 called
00:31:27.120 oppression
00:31:27.480 it's
00:31:28.400 called
00:31:28.580 oppression
00:31:29.040 it's
00:31:29.400 oppression
00:31:29.900 that
00:31:30.380 you know
00:31:30.900 only
00:31:31.200 eight
00:31:31.520 years
00:31:31.780 in the
00:31:32.020 white
00:31:32.180 house
00:31:32.440 do you
00:31:33.020 know
00:31:33.220 they
00:31:33.480 created
00:31:34.000 that
00:31:34.420 constitutional
00:31:35.220 amendment
00:31:35.680 limiting
00:31:36.200 presidents
00:31:36.840 two terms
00:31:37.420 just to stop
00:31:38.120 the first
00:31:38.480 black
00:31:38.740 president
00:31:39.160 that's
00:31:40.300 why they
00:31:40.660 did it
00:31:40.900 I know
00:31:42.220 it's sad
00:31:42.900 it's sad
00:31:43.520 and it's
00:31:44.100 hard to
00:31:44.380 believe
00:31:44.600 but it's
00:31:45.180 true
00:31:45.340 he was
00:31:47.920 really our
00:31:48.360 first black
00:31:48.840 president
00:31:49.240 FDR
00:31:50.480 oh really
00:31:50.860 FDR
00:31:51.280 oh okay
00:31:52.560 yeah
00:31:52.860 all right
00:31:53.520 you didn't
00:31:53.880 know that
00:31:54.320 I always
00:31:55.160 thought it
00:31:55.460 was Clinton
00:31:56.180 no he
00:31:56.980 was second
00:31:57.360 but no
00:31:57.760 no he
00:31:58.200 was the
00:31:58.480 second
00:31:58.860 black
00:31:59.220 president
00:31:59.620 yes
00:32:00.000 and neither
00:32:00.540 Clinton
00:32:00.900 or FDR
00:32:01.640 were black
00:32:02.400 but they
00:32:04.040 were
00:32:04.360 but they
00:32:04.920 well it
00:32:05.580 depends on
00:32:05.960 how they
00:32:06.220 identified
00:32:06.680 that particular
00:32:07.460 term
00:32:07.840 I mean
00:32:08.140 one of his
00:32:10.020 terms where
00:32:10.540 he was a
00:32:10.900 black
00:32:11.080 president
00:32:11.500 and one
00:32:12.380 of his
00:32:12.620 native
00:32:12.960 American
00:32:13.380 president
00:32:13.860 one
00:32:14.660 and he
00:32:15.700 was a
00:32:16.040 lesbian
00:32:16.780 woman
00:32:17.200 for one
00:32:17.860 of his
00:32:18.100 terms
00:32:18.440 really
00:32:19.040 strange
00:32:19.600 because his
00:32:20.020 wife was
00:32:20.540 too
00:32:20.860 but
00:32:24.460 anyway
00:32:25.860 this is the
00:32:26.580 kind of
00:32:27.000 thing that
00:32:27.500 I think
00:32:27.820 she's talking
00:32:28.560 about
00:32:28.780 the reason
00:32:29.480 that she
00:32:30.240 could bring
00:32:30.640 to the
00:32:30.940 table
00:32:31.260 now
00:32:32.280 Stu
00:32:33.640 I mean
00:32:36.520 that's
00:32:37.460 exactly
00:32:38.120 how
00:32:40.120 I would
00:32:40.780 introduce
00:32:41.300 her
00:32:41.880 to the
00:32:43.140 political
00:32:43.540 process
00:32:44.360 is
00:32:45.020 skittering
00:32:45.580 her on
00:32:46.000 some
00:32:46.280 big show
00:32:46.840 like the
00:32:47.300 Jay Shetty
00:32:47.880 show
00:32:48.500 which is
00:32:49.460 anything but
00:32:49.980 Shetty
00:32:50.260 you know
00:32:50.700 what I mean
00:32:51.060 yeah
00:32:51.380 the
00:32:51.580 the
00:32:52.000 the
00:32:52.300 snuggie
00:32:52.740 guy
00:32:53.000 this
00:32:53.420 you're
00:32:54.040 gonna
00:32:54.100 put him
00:32:54.360 on a
00:32:54.580 show
00:32:54.780 with a
00:32:55.100 host
00:32:55.300 that's
00:32:55.540 wearing
00:32:55.740 a
00:32:55.900 snuggie
00:32:56.300 and
00:32:56.520 that's
00:32:56.720 how
00:32:56.820 you're
00:32:56.940 going
00:32:57.020 to
00:32:57.060 launch
00:32:57.300 the
00:32:57.460 campaign
00:32:57.840 that's
00:32:58.120 how
00:32:58.200 you
00:32:58.300 do
00:32:58.460 it
00:32:58.620 right
00:32:58.720 that's
00:32:59.120 how
00:32:59.220 you
00:32:59.340 do
00:32:59.560 it
00:32:59.700 and
00:33:00.260 and
00:33:01.380 you
00:33:01.500 know
00:33:01.600 I know
00:33:01.900 you still
00:33:02.400 think
00:33:02.720 that
00:33:03.000 you know
00:33:04.000 I'm
00:33:04.180 crazy
00:33:04.440 and I
00:33:04.720 might be
00:33:05.080 crazy
00:33:05.440 for saying
00:33:05.980 that
00:33:06.160 she
00:33:06.260 because
00:33:06.460 she keeps
00:33:07.000 saying
00:33:07.300 she's
00:33:07.620 not
00:33:07.820 interested
00:33:08.240 in it
00:33:08.740 you know
00:33:09.660 but
00:33:10.060 wow
00:33:10.660 she's
00:33:11.000 concerned
00:33:11.440 and
00:33:12.020 what
00:33:12.400 what
00:33:12.800 kind
00:33:13.000 of
00:33:13.120 person
00:33:13.400 are
00:33:13.720 you
00:33:14.020 that
00:33:14.900 could
00:33:15.240 save
00:33:15.980 the
00:33:16.400 republic
00:33:17.000 that
00:33:17.960 that
00:33:18.300 your
00:33:18.580 party
00:33:19.060 would
00:33:19.280 come
00:33:19.580 to
00:33:19.780 you
00:33:20.000 and
00:33:20.260 say
00:33:20.660 look
00:33:21.200 he
00:33:22.080 clearly
00:33:22.700 can't
00:33:23.180 run
00:33:23.500 we
00:33:23.800 can't
00:33:24.640 we
00:33:24.800 can't
00:33:25.160 start
00:33:25.520 a
00:33:25.720 new
00:33:25.940 campaign
00:33:26.540 right
00:33:27.200 now
00:33:27.420 with
00:33:27.600 anybody
00:33:28.000 else
00:33:28.460 and
00:33:29.880 you know
00:33:30.300 she might
00:33:30.760 say
00:33:30.980 well
00:33:31.180 you've
00:33:31.400 got
00:33:31.560 a
00:33:31.700 great
00:33:31.960 qualified
00:33:32.440 black
00:33:32.800 woman
00:33:33.140 in
00:33:33.560 Kamala
00:33:34.240 Harris
00:33:34.720 and
00:33:35.300 I
00:33:37.180 mean
00:33:37.380 you'd
00:33:37.640 have
00:33:37.860 to
00:33:38.060 say
00:33:38.400 well
00:33:38.640 no
00:33:38.820 we
00:33:38.980 just
00:33:39.200 picked
00:33:39.480 her
00:33:39.800 for
00:33:40.180 color
00:33:41.040 she's
00:33:42.980 not
00:33:43.160 strong
00:33:43.480 enough
00:33:43.680 to be
00:33:43.960 the
00:33:44.140 president
00:33:44.620 everybody
00:33:45.220 hated
00:33:45.620 her
00:33:45.800 even
00:33:46.040 in
00:33:46.240 our
00:33:46.380 own
00:33:46.560 party
00:33:46.920 and
00:33:47.480 then
00:33:47.620 she
00:33:47.800 would
00:33:47.940 remember
00:33:48.300 and
00:33:48.460 then
00:33:48.600 she
00:33:48.740 would
00:33:48.880 go
00:33:49.080 oh
00:33:49.400 you
00:33:49.620 you
00:33:49.640 know
00:33:50.040 what
00:33:50.240 you're
00:33:50.500 right
00:33:50.880 and
00:33:51.860 I
00:33:52.080 could
00:33:52.260 be
00:33:52.460 probably
00:33:52.880 the
00:33:53.160 only
00:33:53.480 replacement
00:33:54.160 because
00:33:54.420 you
00:33:54.560 can't
00:33:54.840 replace
00:33:55.280 him
00:33:55.540 with
00:33:55.720 another
00:33:56.100 white
00:33:57.200 man
00:33:57.740 if
00:33:58.080 you
00:33:58.220 have
00:33:58.400 a
00:33:58.540 black
00:33:58.880 woman
00:33:59.280 right
00:33:59.600 there
00:33:59.860 on
00:34:00.020 the
00:34:00.180 side
00:34:00.420 of
00:34:00.540 the
00:34:00.680 stage
00:34:01.220 well
00:34:01.520 okay
00:34:01.960 I
00:34:02.500 care
00:34:02.780 about
00:34:03.000 my
00:34:03.200 country
00:34:03.620 my
00:34:04.460 president
00:34:04.840 will
00:34:05.040 run
00:34:05.280 it
00:34:05.420 anyway
00:34:05.860 to
00:34:06.360 be
00:34:06.500 clear
00:34:06.680 I
00:34:06.800 don't
00:34:06.920 think
00:34:07.100 you're
00:34:07.320 crazy
00:34:07.760 on
00:34:08.060 this
00:34:08.300 theory
00:34:09.200 I
00:34:09.440 think
00:34:09.900 it's
00:34:10.120 plausible
00:34:10.680 especially
00:34:11.640 if
00:34:11.900 things
00:34:12.160 continue
00:34:12.520 to go
00:34:12.880 badly
00:34:13.520 I
00:34:13.660 mean
00:34:13.740 you
00:34:13.860 know
00:34:14.000 what
00:34:15.360 Joe
00:34:15.900 Biden's
00:34:16.240 approval
00:34:16.540 rating
00:34:16.820 is
00:34:16.980 right
00:34:17.140 now
00:34:18.000 on
00:34:18.800 average
00:34:19.180 38%
00:34:20.900 holy
00:34:21.900 cow
00:34:22.380 it's
00:34:22.840 that
00:34:23.080 high
00:34:23.420 I
00:34:25.660 really
00:34:26.180 would
00:34:26.400 have
00:34:26.480 thought
00:34:26.640 it
00:34:26.740 was
00:34:26.840 shocking
00:34:27.240 wow
00:34:29.600 but
00:34:30.180 like
00:34:30.360 that
00:34:30.660 is
00:34:30.920 down
00:34:31.700 he's
00:34:32.600 down
00:34:33.160 from
00:34:33.540 when
00:34:33.860 it
00:34:34.000 was
00:34:34.220 terrible
00:34:34.740 like
00:34:35.420 this
00:34:35.720 is
00:34:35.940 really
00:34:37.080 ugly
00:34:37.680 well
00:34:37.980 wait a
00:34:38.220 minute
00:34:38.300 it
00:34:38.420 wasn't
00:34:38.700 Donald
00:34:38.960 Trump's
00:34:39.440 at
00:34:39.580 like
00:34:39.800 39
00:34:40.240 Trump's
00:34:40.800 wasn't
00:34:41.020 good
00:34:41.200 either
00:34:41.380 Trump's
00:34:41.760 always
00:34:42.000 terrible
00:34:42.420 on
00:34:42.640 approval
00:34:43.020 rate
00:34:43.240 from
00:34:43.520 the
00:34:43.660 moment
00:34:43.920 he
00:34:44.080 walked
00:34:44.320 into
00:34:44.480 office
00:34:44.760 that
00:34:44.960 was
00:34:45.080 not
00:34:45.240 the
00:34:45.400 case
00:34:45.680 with
00:34:46.100 Barack
00:34:46.820 Obama
00:34:47.140 or
00:34:47.500 Joe
00:34:48.280 Biden
00:34:48.640 and
00:34:48.900 it
00:34:49.100 continues
00:34:49.420 to
00:34:49.580 go
00:34:49.720 down
00:34:50.020 for
00:34:50.240 Biden
00:34:50.580 things
00:34:51.040 continue
00:34:51.680 to get
00:34:51.960 worse
00:34:52.440 for his
00:34:52.960 candidacy
00:34:53.620 and of
00:34:54.020 course
00:34:54.160 he has
00:34:54.360 other
00:34:54.560 limitations
00:34:55.120 that
00:34:55.520 neither
00:34:55.800 of those
00:34:56.120 candidates
00:34:56.560 had
00:34:57.020 including
00:34:57.700 an age
00:34:58.720 that starts
00:34:59.200 with an
00:34:59.460 eight
00:34:59.720 if they
00:35:00.980 could
00:35:01.560 just
00:35:02.000 shut up
00:35:06.620 or imprison
00:35:07.540 anyone
00:35:08.380 that would
00:35:08.780 speak out
00:35:09.340 against
00:35:09.720 his
00:35:10.000 policies
00:35:10.600 or point
00:35:11.340 out
00:35:11.620 that
00:35:11.920 they're
00:35:12.400 not
00:35:12.600 working
00:35:13.040 for
00:35:13.300 democracy
00:35:13.840 right
00:35:14.400 for
00:35:14.740 democracy
00:35:15.280 people
00:35:16.120 would
00:35:16.380 love
00:35:16.840 him
00:35:17.180 yeah
00:35:17.460 if
00:35:17.940 he was
00:35:18.560 the only
00:35:19.000 choice
00:35:19.560 my
00:35:20.000 belief
00:35:20.440 is
00:35:20.640 he'd
00:35:20.800 get
00:35:20.940 100%
00:35:21.980 of
00:35:22.160 the
00:35:22.280 vote
00:35:22.540 and
00:35:22.680 that
00:35:22.780 would
00:35:22.900 show
00:35:23.120 real
00:35:23.440 unity
00:35:23.900 in
00:35:24.140 this
00:35:24.320 country
00:35:24.680 that's
00:35:25.520 how
00:35:25.740 democracy
00:35:26.560 works
00:35:27.640 every
00:35:28.380 single
00:35:29.160 person
00:35:29.640 one
00:35:30.060 man
00:35:30.500 one
00:35:31.080 vote
00:35:31.480 one
00:35:32.100 available
00:35:32.580 candidate
00:35:33.040 that's
00:35:33.640 democracy
00:35:34.280 as it
00:35:34.680 was outlined
00:35:35.160 by our
00:35:35.640 founders
00:35:35.860 amen
00:35:37.220 brother
00:35:38.620 amen
00:35:39.140 amen
00:35:39.700 so
00:35:40.420 I don't
00:35:40.720 know
00:35:40.880 I mean
00:35:41.080 so I
00:35:41.780 don't
00:35:41.860 think
00:35:42.000 your
00:35:42.140 idea
00:35:43.220 of
00:35:43.580 Michelle
00:35:43.860 Obama
00:35:44.200 making
00:35:44.500 this
00:35:44.720 you know
00:35:45.020 his
00:35:45.260 heroic
00:35:46.160 run
00:35:46.640 is
00:35:46.860 implausible
00:35:48.440 I don't
00:35:48.720 know that
00:35:48.960 it's the
00:35:49.280 most likely
00:35:50.100 outcome
00:35:50.700 but I do
00:35:51.280 think
00:35:51.480 it's a long
00:35:52.380 shot
00:35:52.660 it's a long
00:35:54.280 shot
00:35:54.540 but it
00:35:55.020 would be
00:35:55.580 one that I
00:35:57.380 think would win
00:35:58.040 the election
00:35:58.620 immediately
00:35:59.820 unless she
00:36:01.380 went out and
00:36:02.080 she started
00:36:02.560 talking to people
00:36:03.420 they'd have
00:36:04.320 to run it in
00:36:05.820 that very
00:36:06.300 democratic
00:36:06.840 fashion of
00:36:07.560 keeping her
00:36:08.160 under lock
00:36:08.740 and key
00:36:09.260 you know
00:36:10.040 kind of like
00:36:10.420 they did
00:36:10.760 with Joe
00:36:11.140 Biden
00:36:11.720 just you know
00:36:12.420 once in a while
00:36:13.060 she'd appear
00:36:13.520 from the
00:36:13.860 basement
00:36:14.160 but you
00:36:16.180 couldn't have
00:36:16.680 her actually
00:36:17.200 speaking on
00:36:18.100 her own
00:36:18.500 because
00:36:19.020 she hates
00:36:20.400 America
00:36:20.880 and it's
00:36:21.540 clear
00:36:22.160 once you
00:36:22.760 start to
00:36:23.140 hear her
00:36:23.600 yeah
00:36:23.800 can we
00:36:24.120 investigate
00:36:24.580 that a
00:36:26.700 little bit
00:36:26.980 because
00:36:27.300 I think
00:36:28.000 the assumption
00:36:28.820 is because
00:36:29.540 if you look
00:36:30.000 at Michelle
00:36:30.400 Obama's
00:36:31.340 approval
00:36:31.760 ratings
00:36:32.180 for example
00:36:32.680 occasionally
00:36:33.080 that's
00:36:33.400 pulled
00:36:33.620 and they're
00:36:33.940 very
00:36:34.440 very
00:36:34.840 good
00:36:35.300 I mean
00:36:35.660 she's
00:36:36.280 overwhelmingly
00:36:37.120 liked
00:36:37.860 by the
00:36:38.240 American
00:36:38.540 people
00:36:38.920 now
00:36:39.160 I don't
00:36:40.280 understand
00:36:40.820 that
00:36:41.260 myself
00:36:41.740 but
00:36:42.200 it's the
00:36:43.260 arms
00:36:43.980 I thought
00:36:44.220 it was
00:36:44.320 the
00:36:44.420 arms
00:36:44.680 oh yeah
00:36:45.000 the arms
00:36:45.560 the arms
00:36:45.940 her arms
00:36:46.320 are so
00:36:46.640 beautiful
00:36:47.000 so whatever
00:36:47.880 it is
00:36:48.420 she's got
00:36:48.920 good approval
00:36:49.380 ratings
00:36:49.660 hang on
00:36:49.880 just a second
00:36:50.480 hold on
00:36:50.940 can we just
00:36:51.540 think about
00:36:52.000 her arms
00:36:52.420 for a minute
00:36:52.840 just a moment
00:36:53.440 man they were
00:36:54.440 beautiful
00:36:55.000 and they still
00:36:56.340 are Glenn
00:36:56.900 in every way
00:36:57.500 I miss them
00:36:57.960 she's the most
00:36:58.640 beautiful woman
00:36:59.460 in the world
00:37:00.220 wow
00:37:01.360 I'm just
00:37:02.300 sometimes
00:37:04.340 you just
00:37:05.240 get that
00:37:05.860 that sense
00:37:08.100 of what that
00:37:08.860 woman really
00:37:09.760 is
00:37:10.340 you know
00:37:10.840 all woman
00:37:12.000 just hear her
00:37:13.200 roar
00:37:13.640 you know
00:37:14.680 and
00:37:16.280 sure
00:37:17.940 anyway
00:37:18.900 let me take a
00:37:20.080 quick break
00:37:20.440 and then you
00:37:20.800 come back to
00:37:21.360 your point
00:37:21.880 on who she
00:37:23.340 is in the
00:37:24.540 poll ratings
00:37:25.080 first let me
00:37:26.020 tell you if you
00:37:26.700 are looking for
00:37:28.060 the perfect
00:37:29.140 home buying
00:37:29.800 or selling
00:37:30.280 experience
00:37:31.000 you know
00:37:32.140 and you think
00:37:32.520 it doesn't
00:37:33.080 exist
00:37:33.500 I want you
00:37:34.140 to call
00:37:34.680 realestateagentsitrust.com
00:37:38.840 I think
00:37:39.820 you'll be
00:37:40.080 surprised
00:37:40.600 everybody
00:37:41.720 knows
00:37:42.140 moving
00:37:42.560 is no
00:37:43.260 fun
00:37:43.620 I mean
00:37:44.120 you know
00:37:44.760 gee
00:37:45.440 we have
00:37:46.340 to have
00:37:47.360 everybody
00:37:47.780 over for
00:37:48.520 Uncle Al's
00:37:49.300 funeral
00:37:49.760 or I gotta
00:37:51.120 move
00:37:51.580 I'm picking
00:37:54.160 the funeral
00:37:54.600 I'm picking
00:37:55.100 the funeral
00:37:55.560 especially with
00:37:57.300 Uncle Al
00:37:57.720 because you know
00:37:58.180 what he was
00:37:58.660 like
00:37:58.860 anyway
00:37:59.120 there's so
00:37:59.980 much
00:38:00.320 that you
00:38:00.760 have to do
00:38:01.160 to get
00:38:01.380 to house
00:38:01.740 ready
00:38:02.100 that you're
00:38:02.560 selling
00:38:02.900 you have
00:38:04.140 to replace
00:38:05.240 things
00:38:05.700 paint
00:38:06.120 things
00:38:06.680 get rid
00:38:07.420 of that
00:38:07.640 weird
00:38:07.880 1970s
00:38:08.720 wallpaper
00:38:09.100 that you
00:38:09.680 really never
00:38:10.160 got around
00:38:10.600 to removing
00:38:11.080 things like
00:38:11.520 that
00:38:11.780 and that
00:38:12.640 doesn't touch
00:38:13.160 everything you
00:38:13.560 have to do
00:38:14.040 on the buying
00:38:14.740 end as well
00:38:15.520 sitting down
00:38:16.140 negotiating
00:38:16.780 talking about
00:38:18.120 one of the
00:38:18.480 most expensive
00:38:19.340 purchases
00:38:19.860 you can make
00:38:20.700 it's no joke
00:38:21.480 you need
00:38:22.040 some
00:38:22.360 no joke
00:38:23.080 it's
00:38:23.600 you need
00:38:24.100 somebody
00:38:24.640 who is
00:38:25.200 really
00:38:25.700 really
00:38:26.060 good
00:38:26.540 folks
00:38:27.740 folks
00:38:29.280 no joke
00:38:30.060 I know
00:38:31.720 who's really
00:38:32.940 good
00:38:33.440 out there
00:38:34.000 I know
00:38:34.620 no joke
00:38:35.320 I'm not
00:38:35.700 joking
00:38:36.120 just think
00:38:37.820 it would
00:38:38.100 work
00:38:38.680 because it's
00:38:39.020 working so
00:38:39.720 well for
00:38:40.160 Bidenomics
00:38:41.120 let me try
00:38:41.580 it for
00:38:41.820 realestateagentsitrust.com
00:38:43.740 the name
00:38:44.160 says it all
00:38:44.840 realestateagentsitrust.com
00:38:48.340 this is the
00:38:50.200 Glenn Beck
00:38:51.140 program
00:38:51.980 this is the
00:39:09.960 Glenn Beck
00:39:10.440 program
00:39:10.880 so the
00:39:11.700 theory is
00:39:12.620 that Michelle
00:39:13.040 Obama would
00:39:13.540 be a last
00:39:14.000 minute step
00:39:14.520 in for
00:39:14.920 Joe Biden
00:39:15.620 because
00:39:16.120 she's very
00:39:17.220 very popular
00:39:17.800 and would
00:39:18.380 lead right
00:39:19.100 away
00:39:19.440 and like
00:39:20.940 there's polling
00:39:21.500 to back
00:39:21.940 that up
00:39:22.320 her approval
00:39:22.740 rating
00:39:23.060 usually
00:39:23.640 ranges
00:39:24.500 between
00:39:24.920 60 and
00:39:25.660 70 percent
00:39:26.680 overall
00:39:27.200 despite the
00:39:27.820 fact that
00:39:28.280 half the
00:39:28.760 country
00:39:29.040 didn't like
00:39:29.580 her husband
00:39:30.000 as president
00:39:30.620 so you'd
00:39:31.880 think
00:39:32.060 you know
00:39:32.520 she
00:39:32.720 you know
00:39:33.440 but she
00:39:33.700 kind of
00:39:34.020 clears a
00:39:34.480 lot of
00:39:34.680 that
00:39:34.860 even with
00:39:35.360 some
00:39:35.780 people
00:39:36.400 on the
00:39:36.800 right
00:39:37.040 she's
00:39:37.660 just
00:39:37.860 this
00:39:38.120 figure
00:39:38.520 she's
00:39:38.900 the
00:39:39.020 first
00:39:39.240 lady
00:39:39.560 and
00:39:39.820 she's
00:39:40.120 not
00:39:40.420 just
00:39:40.860 have
00:39:40.960 that
00:39:41.120 same
00:39:41.660 animus
00:39:42.640 against
00:39:42.980 her
00:39:43.260 as
00:39:43.500 some
00:39:43.680 of
00:39:43.780 the
00:39:43.940 politicians
00:39:44.680 so
00:39:45.420 theory
00:39:45.760 is
00:39:45.940 she
00:39:46.060 steps
00:39:46.440 in
00:39:46.620 and wins
00:39:47.300 in the
00:39:50.940 one
00:39:51.240 quite
00:39:51.600 clearly
00:39:51.920 you have
00:39:52.120 a very
00:39:52.400 long
00:39:52.760 record
00:39:53.180 even
00:39:53.700 Hillary
00:39:54.080 Clinton's
00:39:54.640 approval
00:39:54.900 rating
00:39:55.180 was
00:39:55.380 positive
00:39:55.820 before
00:39:56.260 she
00:39:56.480 started
00:39:56.760 running
00:39:57.040 for
00:39:57.280 office
00:39:57.960 like
00:39:58.260 there
00:39:58.540 is
00:39:58.820 a
00:39:59.200 long
00:40:01.760 standing
00:40:02.200 tradition
00:40:02.640 of
00:40:03.040 when
00:40:03.300 you
00:40:03.480 become
00:40:03.940 a
00:40:04.120 politician
00:40:04.640 and
00:40:05.060 everyone
00:40:05.300 has
00:40:05.520 to
00:40:05.620 either
00:40:05.760 vote
00:40:06.000 for
00:40:06.280 you
00:40:06.460 or
00:40:06.660 vote
00:40:06.940 against
00:40:07.260 you
00:40:07.580 there's
00:40:08.760 kind
00:40:08.960 of
00:40:09.040 a
00:40:09.140 situation
00:40:09.540 where
00:40:09.760 your
00:40:09.880 approval
00:40:10.180 rating
00:40:10.520 drops
00:40:11.060 and
00:40:11.260 I
00:40:11.360 would
00:40:11.500 expect
00:40:11.920 that
00:40:12.140 to
00:40:12.340 happen
00:40:12.660 in
00:40:12.920 an
00:40:13.760 environment
00:40:14.340 like
00:40:14.660 this
00:40:14.940 and
00:40:15.860 that
00:40:16.040 doesn't
00:40:16.400 even
00:40:16.560 include
00:40:17.040 the
00:40:17.220 fact
00:40:17.420 that
00:40:17.560 Michelle
00:40:18.340 Obama
00:40:18.720 would
00:40:18.900 be
00:40:19.320 out
00:40:19.460 there
00:40:19.600 speaking
00:40:20.120 about
00:40:21.140 policy
00:40:21.800 and
00:40:22.340 giving
00:40:22.480 her
00:40:22.660 opinion
00:40:23.080 on
00:40:23.640 the
00:40:23.760 future
00:40:24.020 of
00:40:24.140 the
00:40:24.260 country
00:40:24.680 and
00:40:25.320 talking
00:40:25.680 about
00:40:26.000 how
00:40:26.340 she's
00:40:26.700 been
00:40:26.920 oppressed
00:40:27.440 her whole
00:40:27.860 life
00:40:28.200 or
00:40:28.360 something
00:40:28.760 and
00:40:29.080 despite
00:40:29.540 living
00:40:29.900 in the
00:40:30.120 White
00:40:30.280 House
00:40:30.480 and
00:40:30.620 maybe
00:40:30.780 returning
00:40:31.240 to
00:40:31.540 it
00:40:31.740 and
00:40:32.400 like
00:40:32.600 I
00:40:32.800 don't
00:40:33.000 know
00:40:33.200 I
00:40:33.340 think
00:40:33.600 when
00:40:34.100 she's
00:40:34.480 put
00:40:34.740 in
00:40:35.080 that
00:40:35.320 position
00:40:35.880 where
00:40:36.240 it
00:40:36.460 matters
00:40:37.180 what
00:40:38.340 she
00:40:38.800 thinks
00:40:39.180 and
00:40:39.600 what
00:40:40.040 she
00:40:40.220 believes
00:40:40.640 don't
00:40:42.200 you
00:40:42.320 think
00:40:42.500 this
00:40:42.700 would
00:40:47.040 of
00:40:47.340 the
00:40:47.480 past
00:40:47.900 is
00:40:48.100 the
00:40:48.360 second
00:40:48.640 she
00:40:48.880 steps
00:40:49.160 on
00:40:49.340 stage
00:40:49.700 I
00:40:51.060 have
00:40:51.300 to
00:40:51.460 tell
00:40:51.720 you
00:40:51.980 it's
00:40:52.560 it's
00:40:53.860 really
00:40:54.120 cute
00:40:54.720 the way
00:40:55.220 you
00:40:55.380 still
00:40:55.660 believe
00:40:56.080 that
00:40:56.360 Americans
00:40:56.860 pay
00:40:57.340 attention
00:40:57.760 and
00:40:58.340 care
00:40:58.740 it's
00:40:59.580 an
00:40:59.720 antiquated
00:41:00.280 belief
00:41:00.660 of
00:41:00.820 it
00:41:01.280 is
00:41:01.940 I
00:41:02.220 mean
00:41:02.440 it's
00:41:02.680 cute
00:41:03.120 it
00:41:03.720 really
00:41:03.980 is
00:41:04.380 it's
00:41:04.620 kind
00:41:04.820 of
00:41:04.900 old
00:41:05.100 fashioned
00:41:05.520 makes
00:41:05.820 me
00:41:05.980 feel
00:41:06.220 like
00:41:06.440 I
00:41:06.560 don't
00:41:06.680 know
00:41:06.840 we
00:41:06.980 should
00:41:07.120 we
00:41:07.600 should
00:41:07.740 go
00:41:07.880 to
00:41:08.000 the
00:41:08.160 beach
00:41:08.460 and
00:41:08.620 I
00:41:08.780 should
00:41:08.940 wear
00:41:09.120 that
00:41:09.320 black
00:41:09.580 and
00:41:09.720 white
00:41:09.900 striped
00:41:10.400 bathing
00:41:10.800 suit
00:41:11.140 and
00:41:11.360 all
00:41:11.520 the
00:41:11.640 women
00:41:11.860 would
00:41:12.060 be
00:41:12.220 in
00:41:12.380 dresses
00:41:12.760 and
00:41:13.200 socks
00:41:13.620 and
00:41:13.860 stuff
00:41:14.180 in
00:41:14.360 the
00:41:14.480 water
00:41:14.760 I
00:41:15.900 think
00:41:16.100 that's
00:41:16.560 that's
00:41:17.080 refreshing
00:41:17.620 it
00:41:18.180 really
00:41:18.480 is
00:41:18.880 you
00:41:19.180 and
00:41:19.320 the
00:41:19.460 overall
00:41:20.280 bathing
00:41:20.720 suit
00:41:21.040 did
00:41:21.260 give me
00:41:21.520 quite
00:41:21.860 the
00:41:22.080 visual
00:41:22.440 I
00:41:23.100 will
00:41:23.260 say
00:41:23.600 in
00:41:23.780 my
00:41:23.920 mind
00:41:24.140 stripes
00:41:24.680 are
00:41:26.640 really
00:41:27.040 not
00:41:27.480 not

00:42:31.720 let it
00:42:32.280 rip over
00:42:32.800 you know
00:42:33.320 over the

00:42:37.860 agreement
00:42:38.260 Republicans
00:42:38.820 have
00:42:39.100 achieved
00:42:39.500 in
00:42:39.920 over
00:42:40.320 a
00:42:40.660 decade
00:42:40.980 which
00:42:42.300 is
00:42:43.100 great
00:42:44.500 I
00:42:45.080 mean
00:42:45.400 McCarthy
00:42:47.440 said his
00:42:48.180 debt ceiling
00:42:48.720 deal was
00:42:49.200 the largest
00:42:49.700 cut
00:42:50.360 that
00:42:50.740 Congress
00:42:51.100 has
00:42:51.440 ever
00:42:52.060 voted
00:42:52.540 on
00:42:52.960 even
00:42:53.940 though
00:42:54.120 it
00:42:54.240 led
00:42:54.440 to a
00:42:54.740 2.6
00:42:55.320 trillion
00:42:55.620 increase
00:42:56.360 in the
00:42:56.880 debt
00:42:57.120 in
00:42:57.420 just
00:42:57.960 a
00:42:58.160 little
00:42:58.480 over
00:42:58.720 six
00:42:59.060 months
00:42:59.360 no
00:42:59.520 big
00:42:59.680 deal
00:42:59.900 so
00:43:00.560 best
00:43:00.960 in
00:43:01.160 a
00:43:01.320 decade
00:43:01.700 I
00:43:02.440 mean
00:43:02.740 what
00:43:03.540 can
00:43:03.740 we
00:43:03.880 do
00:43:04.020 in
00:43:04.120 a
00:43:04.240 decade
00:43:04.500 maybe
00:43:05.060 maybe
00:43:05.860 we
00:43:06.020 only
00:43:06.200 do
00:43:06.360 a
00:43:06.520 trillion
00:43:07.060 more
00:43:07.880 in
00:43:08.060 debt
00:43:08.260 I
00:43:08.640 don't
00:43:09.060 know
00:43:09.340 but
00:43:10.540 it's
00:43:10.980 very
00:43:11.400 exciting
00:43:11.880 to know
00:43:12.300 that
00:43:12.500 they
00:43:12.680 have
00:43:12.880 no
00:43:13.520 intention
00:43:15.120 in
00:43:16.040 any
00:43:16.800 way
00:43:17.080 shape
00:43:17.340 or
00:43:17.520 form
00:43:17.800 of
00:43:18.060 controlling
00:43:18.560 this
00:43:19.380 behemoth
00:43:19.980 monster
00:43:20.600 also
00:43:21.340 there
00:43:21.580 was
00:43:21.700 a
00:43:21.860 story
00:43:22.100 that
00:43:22.300 came
00:43:22.540 out
00:43:22.880 over
00:43:23.480 the
00:43:23.660 weekend
00:43:24.100 and I
00:43:24.880 wanted to
00:43:25.140 get
00:43:25.280 Carol
00:43:25.560 Roth
00:43:25.880 on
00:43:26.080 about
00:43:26.320 it
00:43:26.500 almost
00:43:27.040 a
00:43:27.320 quarter
00:43:27.700 of
00:43:28.040 all
00:43:28.360 jobs
00:43:28.800 added
00:43:29.260 in
00:43:30.220 2023
00:43:31.020 didn't
00:43:32.940 actually
00:43:33.660 exist
00:43:34.620 that
00:43:36.160 meaning
00:43:36.480 that
00:43:36.740 means
00:43:37.300 one
00:43:38.340 fourth
00:43:39.080 of
00:43:39.420 all
00:43:39.720 jobs
00:43:40.280 that
00:43:40.500 they
00:43:40.760 the
00:43:41.020 Biden
00:43:41.240 administration
00:43:41.700 has been
00:43:42.060 touting
00:43:42.320 we're
00:43:42.540 growing
00:43:42.920 jobs
00:43:43.240 like
00:43:43.440 crazy
00:43:43.740 a
00:43:44.600 quarter
00:43:45.100 of
00:43:45.500 them
00:43:45.820 weren't
00:43:47.040 actually
00:43:47.580 there
00:43:48.080 now
00:43:49.300 how
00:43:50.140 can
00:43:50.460 something
00:43:50.880 like
00:43:51.340 this
00:43:51.680 happen
00:43:52.200 well
00:43:53.520 it
00:43:54.200 seemingly
00:43:55.400 to me
00:43:56.340 an outsider
00:43:57.040 it seems
00:43:57.860 like it
00:43:58.420 could happen
00:43:58.880 pretty
00:43:59.180 easily
00:43:59.780 but
00:44:00.940 only
00:44:01.300 if
00:44:01.540 one
00:44:01.800 thing
00:44:02.100 were
00:44:02.320 true
00:44:02.720 and
00:44:03.700 that
00:44:03.880 is
00:44:04.140 you're
00:44:04.440 in
00:44:04.580 some
00:44:04.900 sort
00:44:05.140 of
00:44:05.240 a
00:44:05.400 catastrophic
00:44:06.060 economic
00:44:07.200 fall
00:44:08.020 and
00:44:08.920 going
00:44:09.180 into
00:44:09.540 a
00:44:09.860 recession
00:44:10.500 and
00:44:12.040 the
00:44:12.920 government
00:44:13.360 fails
00:44:14.160 to
00:44:14.500 recognize
00:44:14.980 it
00:44:15.360 but
00:44:15.540 that's
00:44:16.400 just
00:44:16.600 an
00:44:16.780 outsider
00:44:17.160 looking
00:44:17.540 in
00:44:17.760 let me
00:44:17.960 talk
00:44:18.160 to
00:44:18.280 an
00:44:18.420 expert
00:44:18.780 in
00:44:19.400 60
00:44:19.860 seconds
00:44:20.280 first
00:44:21.900 our
00:44:22.460 sponsor
00:44:22.940 is
00:44:23.220 my
00:44:23.500 patriot
00:44:24.020 supply
00:44:24.440 when
00:44:24.780 it
00:44:24.920 comes
00:44:25.440 to
00:44:25.760 being
00:44:26.060 prepared
00:44:26.460 for
00:44:26.720 a
00:44:26.880 disaster
00:44:27.380 like
00:44:27.720 I
00:44:28.120 don't
00:44:28.260 know
00:44:28.500 a
00:44:31.000 Republican
00:44:31.420 not
00:44:31.720 getting
00:44:31.920 into
00:44:32.220 office
00:44:32.700 you know
00:44:33.260 in
00:44:33.580 the
00:44:33.820 Oval
00:44:34.400 office
00:44:34.740 maybe
00:44:34.980 that
00:44:35.180 would
00:44:35.340 be
00:44:35.600 one
00:44:36.100 of
00:44:36.200 those
00:44:36.360 things
00:44:36.560 there's
00:44:37.340 no
00:44:37.500 time
00:44:37.940 like
00:44:38.140 the
00:44:38.280 present
00:44:38.580 to
00:44:38.840 prepare
00:44:39.300 in
00:44:39.540 a
00:44:39.680 situation
00:44:40.240 where
00:44:40.660 food
00:44:41.000 is
00:44:41.180 hard
00:44:41.420 to
00:44:41.580 come
00:44:41.800 by
00:44:42.040 you'll

00:45:58.600 thanks

00:45:59.060 legitimatizing
00:46:00.880 me
00:46:01.300 I guess
00:46:01.860 is the
00:46:02.200 right
00:46:02.440 word
00:46:02.880 yeah
00:46:03.620 so
00:46:05.020 I don't
00:46:06.100 understand
00:46:06.520 the
00:46:07.400 job
00:46:08.240 report
00:46:08.740 and how
00:46:09.280 you can
00:46:09.660 make
00:46:09.960 a

00:46:11.560 this

00:46:14.100 the

00:46:19.180 it's
00:46:19.600 attributed
00:46:19.900 to him
00:46:20.380 anyway
00:46:20.760 said
00:46:21.280 there
00:46:21.980 are
00:46:22.100 three
00:46:22.400 three
00:46:22.700 types
00:46:23.040 of
00:46:23.380 lies
00:46:24.000 lies
00:46:24.400 damn
00:46:24.720 lies
00:46:25.080 and
00:46:25.280 statistics
00:46:25.860 and
00:46:26.900 this
00:46:27.380 goes
00:46:27.680 back
00:46:28.080 to
00:46:28.380 how
00:46:28.820 data
00:46:29.260 is
00:46:29.580 collected
00:46:30.140 how
00:46:30.980 it's
00:46:31.400 modeled
00:46:31.820 how
00:46:32.380 it's
00:46:32.800 manipulated
00:46:33.580 how
00:46:34.240 it's
00:46:34.540 revised
00:46:35.040 and
00:46:35.620 why
00:46:35.920 it
00:46:36.120 makes
00:46:36.460 absolutely
00:46:36.960 no
00:46:37.280 sense
00:46:37.740 I
00:46:38.980 have
00:46:39.200 seen
00:46:39.700 the
00:46:40.240 different
00:46:40.820 reports
00:46:41.600 and
00:46:42.360 yes
00:46:43.080 there
00:46:43.300 has
00:46:43.540 been
00:46:43.940 massive
00:46:44.820 downward
00:46:45.380 revisions
00:46:46.160 obviously
00:46:47.080 we just
00:46:47.800 got the
00:46:48.220 first
00:46:48.460 December
00:46:48.880 number
00:46:49.300 so
00:46:49.600 only
00:46:50.020 11
00:46:50.460 months
00:46:50.900 of
00:46:51.360 last
00:46:51.660 year
00:46:51.880 have
00:46:52.060 been
00:46:52.340 reported
00:46:53.080 and
00:46:53.740 10
00:46:54.060 out
00:46:54.380 of
00:46:54.620 the
00:46:54.820 11
00:46:55.160 months
00:46:55.680 have
00:46:56.220 been
00:46:56.520 revised
00:46:57.040 downward
00:46:57.620 the
00:46:58.660 scope
00:46:59.000 of
00:46:59.200 that
00:46:59.500 I've
00:47:00.380 looked
00:47:00.540 at
00:47:00.740 multiple
00:47:01.520 smart
00:47:02.240 people's
00:47:02.800 analysis
00:47:03.280 it's
00:47:04.320 anywhere
00:47:04.700 from
00:47:05.200 14%
00:47:06.200 to
00:47:06.440 24%
00:47:07.520 there's
00:47:07.880 a
00:47:07.960 piece
00:47:08.180 everyone
00:47:08.500 agrees
00:47:08.920 on
00:47:09.200 there's
00:47:09.460 another
00:47:09.720 piece
00:47:10.100 that
00:47:10.400 I
00:47:11.060 can't
00:47:11.340 tell
00:47:11.560 if
00:47:11.740 people
00:47:12.040 are
00:47:12.240 possibly
00:47:12.860 double
00:47:13.260 counting
00:47:13.680 but
00:47:13.920 either
00:47:14.180 way
00:47:14.520 it's
00:47:14.940 just
00:47:15.060 a
00:47:15.240 massive
00:47:15.760 shift
00:47:16.940 and
00:47:17.820 the
00:47:18.280 strange
00:47:18.900 thing
00:47:19.200 here
00:47:19.720 is
00:47:20.100 that
00:47:20.420 you
00:47:20.560 expect
00:47:21.220 data
00:47:21.840 to be
00:47:22.300 revised
00:47:22.780 based
00:47:23.180 on
00:47:23.400 how
00:47:23.600 it's
00:47:23.820 collected
00:47:24.320 but
00:47:25.400 usually
00:47:26.680 that
00:47:27.080 averages
00:47:27.720 out
00:47:28.180 over
00:47:28.560 time
00:47:29.080 maybe
00:47:29.560 it's
00:47:29.800 not
00:47:29.940 a
00:47:30.120 perfect
00:47:30.540 amount
00:47:31.160 but
00:47:31.700 like
00:47:31.860 in
00:47:32.000 2022
00:47:32.540 the
00:47:33.160 revisions
00:47:33.780 I
00:47:34.040 think
00:47:34.280 it was
00:47:34.660 revised
00:47:35.240 downwards
00:47:36.580 maybe
00:47:37.100 for
00:47:37.420 five
00:47:37.760 months
00:47:38.180 and
00:47:38.540 then
00:47:38.680 with
00:47:38.860 upward
00:47:39.160 revisions
00:47:39.600 and
00:47:39.740 no
00:47:39.880 revisions
00:47:40.420 when
00:47:41.000 you
00:47:41.180 netted
00:47:41.540 it
00:47:41.660 out
00:47:41.860 it
00:47:41.980 was
00:47:42.100 only
00:47:42.340 off
00:47:42.600 by
00:47:42.780 66,000
00:47:43.940 having
00:47:44.700 10
00:47:45.760 out
00:47:46.020 of
00:47:46.180 11
00:47:46.560 months
00:47:47.060 being
00:47:47.740 revised
00:47:48.240 downward
00:47:48.760 is
00:47:50.060 either
00:47:50.520 an
00:47:51.100 oddity
00:47:51.860 it's
00:47:52.780 lazy
00:47:53.220 or
00:47:53.500 nefarious
00:47:54.080 those
00:47:54.320 are
00:47:54.440 your
00:47:54.540 three
00:47:54.740 choices
00:47:55.140 pick
00:47:55.400 whichever
00:47:55.780 your
00:47:56.040 favorite
00:47:56.400 door
00:47:56.720 is
00:47:56.980 for
00:47:57.220 let's
00:47:57.520 make
00:47:57.700 a
00:47:57.820 deal
00:47:58.000 okay
00:47:58.420 so
00:47:58.740 so
00:47:59.140 but
00:47:59.440 what
00:47:59.640 I
00:47:59.760 understand
00:48:00.100 is
00:48:00.840 if
00:48:01.940 you
00:48:02.320 when
00:48:02.800 you're
00:48:03.080 revised
00:48:03.600 when
00:48:03.860 you
00:48:04.020 have
00:48:04.420 to
00:48:04.600 revise
00:48:04.980 you
00:48:05.260 take
00:48:05.600 that
00:48:05.820 into
00:48:06.100 account
00:48:06.720 especially
00:48:07.700 if
00:48:08.040 it's
00:48:08.240 repeated
00:48:08.740 a
00:48:09.500 couple
00:48:09.700 of
00:48:09.860 months
00:48:10.060 in a
00:48:10.300 row
00:48:10.500 you
00:48:10.720 start
00:48:11.020 to
00:48:11.220 change
00:48:11.760 the
00:48:12.020 algorithm
00:48:12.600 and
00:48:13.580 you're
00:48:13.760 like
00:48:13.980 no
00:48:14.320 it's
00:48:14.660 slowing
00:48:15.220 things
00:48:15.640 need
00:48:15.900 to be
00:48:16.220 slowed
00:48:16.580 down
00:48:17.020 there
00:48:17.280 because
00:48:17.740 that's
00:48:18.080 what
00:48:18.220 we
00:48:18.420 keep
00:48:18.660 seeing
00:48:19.060 so
00:48:19.920 it's
00:48:20.640 it's
00:48:21.420 not
00:48:21.800 unusual
00:48:22.360 to
00:48:23.060 miscount
00:48:24.080 for a
00:48:25.000 while
00:48:25.160 because
00:48:25.340 you're
00:48:25.460 not
00:48:25.620 actually
00:48:26.020 counting
00:48:26.540 it is
00:48:27.060 a
00:48:27.220 projection
00:48:27.700 but
00:48:29.340 if
00:48:30.180 you're
00:48:30.400 doing
00:48:30.680 it
00:48:30.860 for
00:48:31.080 a
00:48:31.320 year
00:48:31.700 it
00:48:32.080 shows
00:48:32.460 like
00:48:32.740 you
00:48:33.120 said
00:48:33.360 you're
00:48:33.560 either
00:48:33.780 lazy
00:48:34.440 or
00:48:34.800 you're
00:48:35.200 you're
00:48:35.860 you're
00:48:36.680 trying
00:48:36.960 to
00:48:37.180 cook
00:48:37.380 the
00:48:37.560 books
00:48:37.880 because
00:48:38.700 you
00:48:39.800 should
00:48:40.140 have
00:48:40.300 made
00:48:40.620 those
00:48:40.900 adjustments
00:48:41.340 and
00:48:43.020 what
00:48:43.820 would
00:48:44.020 account
00:48:44.460 for
00:48:44.760 this
00:48:45.160 is
00:48:46.160 that
00:48:46.300 we're
00:48:46.460 going
00:48:46.720 into
00:48:46.980 a
00:48:47.160 recession
00:48:47.560 is
00:48:47.920 that
00:48:48.140 true
00:48:48.600 that's
00:48:50.920 one
00:48:51.460 possible
00:48:52.460 interpretation
00:48:53.480 I
00:48:54.080 think
00:48:54.400 it's
00:48:54.640 helpful
00:48:54.980 perhaps
00:48:55.880 for
00:48:56.060 people
00:48:56.300 to
00:48:56.480 understand
00:48:57.260 you
00:48:57.700 know
00:48:57.880 how
00:48:58.300 this
00:48:58.580 data
00:48:58.980 is
00:48:59.300 collected
00:48:59.860 and
00:49:00.100 massaged
00:49:00.700 because
00:49:00.980 we
00:49:01.220 have
00:49:01.540 these
00:49:02.140 different
00:49:02.660 methodologies
00:49:03.620 right
00:49:04.000 we have
00:49:04.480 the
00:49:04.760 non-farm
00:49:06.760 payrolls
00:49:07.380 or the
00:49:07.580 establishment
00:49:08.120 survey
00:49:08.620 which is
00:49:09.020 that
00:49:09.220 headline
00:49:09.620 number
00:49:10.060 that
00:49:10.260 everyone
00:49:10.460 focuses
00:49:11.000 on
00:49:11.440 right
00:49:11.880 what
00:49:12.500 they
00:49:12.700 do
00:49:12.960 is
00:49:13.140 they
00:49:13.320 only
00:49:13.620 look
00:49:13.940 at
00:49:14.080 the
00:49:14.260 payroll
00:49:14.760 records
00:49:15.320 of
00:49:15.620 the last
00:49:16.180 time I
00:49:16.380 checked
00:49:16.560 it was
00:49:16.800 just
00:49:17.220 shy
00:49:17.420 of
00:49:17.520 150,000
00:49:18.600 businesses
00:49:19.060 and government
00:49:19.600 agencies
00:49:20.240 and then
00:49:21.360 they take
00:49:21.820 that
00:49:22.140 and they
00:49:22.400 put it
00:49:22.700 through
00:49:22.860 seasonal
00:49:23.200 adjustments
00:49:23.760 and
00:49:24.320 all the
00:49:24.920 different
00:49:25.160 kinds
00:49:25.420 of models
00:49:25.900 to come
00:49:26.260 up with
00:49:26.500 their
00:49:26.620 projection
00:49:27.120 but then
00:49:28.140 there's
00:49:28.340 an entirely
00:49:28.960 different
00:49:29.660 survey
00:49:30.240 called the
00:49:30.940 household
00:49:31.560 survey
00:49:32.100 or the
00:49:32.660 current
00:49:32.940 population
00:49:33.560 survey
00:49:34.100 which only
00:49:35.020 goes out
00:49:35.440 to about
00:49:35.800 60,000
00:49:36.780 households
00:49:37.400 and they're
00:49:38.440 getting their
00:49:39.040 employment
00:49:39.520 status
00:49:40.140 and the
00:49:40.440 demographic
00:49:40.920 data
00:49:41.380 and it's
00:49:41.880 very different
00:49:42.480 because in
00:49:42.940 the household
00:49:43.400 survey
00:49:43.920 they're
00:49:44.820 saying
00:49:45.220 are you
00:49:46.080 employed
00:49:46.620 but when
00:49:47.580 they go
00:49:47.960 out to
00:49:48.860 these
00:49:49.120 businesses
00:49:49.620 they say
00:49:50.060 how many
00:49:50.340 people are
00:49:50.820 on the
00:49:51.080 payroll
00:49:51.480 so first
00:49:52.960 of all
00:49:53.440 the
00:49:54.160 household
00:49:54.820 survey
00:49:55.480 captures
00:49:56.400 things like
00:49:57.420 agricultural
00:49:58.040 workers
00:49:58.660 people who
00:49:59.400 are self
00:49:59.920 employed
00:50:00.360 which we
00:50:00.740 know is a
00:50:01.120 huge portion
00:50:02.060 of the
00:50:02.320 population
00:50:02.900 that don't
00:50:03.860 have
00:50:04.060 corporations
00:50:04.780 you know
00:50:05.380 some other
00:50:05.700 small groups
00:50:06.600 the establishment
00:50:07.720 survey doesn't
00:50:08.320 even have
00:50:08.900 any of that
00:50:09.620 and if
00:50:10.780 you have
00:50:11.180 multiple
00:50:11.560 jobs
00:50:12.040 and you
00:50:12.400 show up
00:50:12.920 on multiple
00:50:13.600 payrolls
00:50:14.460 you're counted
00:50:15.320 multiple times
00:50:16.640 in that
00:50:17.180 survey
00:50:17.760 so the
00:50:18.980 data is
00:50:19.800 bastardized
00:50:20.980 and I
00:50:21.540 would argue
00:50:22.220 not even
00:50:23.140 relevant to
00:50:24.180 how our
00:50:25.160 country's
00:50:25.800 economy is
00:50:26.400 run given
00:50:26.920 the large
00:50:27.720 amount of
00:50:28.340 self-employment
00:50:29.320 we have
00:50:29.860 but with
00:50:30.980 all of that
00:50:31.820 we've seen
00:50:32.920 Glenn
00:50:33.360 a record
00:50:34.100 high of
00:50:34.900 almost 8.7
00:50:36.080 million people
00:50:36.940 who are holding
00:50:37.660 down multiple
00:50:38.300 jobs
00:50:38.820 we are
00:50:39.800 seeing
00:50:40.300 a loss
00:50:41.680 and again
00:50:42.460 the time
00:50:42.880 period is
00:50:43.400 disputed
00:50:43.980 but you
00:50:44.320 know
00:50:44.440 over
00:50:44.640 recent
00:50:45.500 months
00:50:46.000 of
00:50:46.560 1.5
00:50:47.540 million
00:50:47.960 full-time
00:50:48.820 workers
00:50:49.320 and adding
00:50:50.240 796,000
00:50:52.120 part-time
00:50:52.580 workers
00:50:52.880 so going
00:50:53.340 back to
00:50:53.720 your question
00:50:54.260 of recessionary
00:50:55.740 trends
00:50:56.600 you know
00:50:57.360 those are
00:50:57.760 things that
00:50:58.440 would make
00:50:58.780 you scratch
00:50:59.220 your head
00:50:59.620 and say
00:50:59.880 that's
00:51:00.220 moving
00:51:00.600 in the
00:51:01.280 wrong
00:51:01.680 direction
00:51:02.400 but
00:51:03.560 who's
00:51:04.320 picking up
00:51:04.880 the slack
00:51:05.480 for that
00:51:06.180 well
00:51:06.880 that is
00:51:07.680 the government
00:51:08.360 and the
00:51:09.180 government
00:51:09.680 jobs
00:51:10.060 we keep
00:51:10.440 getting
00:51:10.940 you know
00:51:11.440 in the
00:51:11.820 last three
00:51:12.380 months
00:51:12.720 like 50,000
00:51:14.020 government
00:51:14.940 jobs
00:51:15.440 on average
00:51:16.400 for the
00:51:16.860 last few
00:51:17.380 months
00:51:17.640 like that's
00:51:18.200 not
00:51:18.500 sustainable
00:51:19.140 and those
00:51:20.320 don't have
00:51:21.380 the same
00:51:21.720 level of
00:51:22.140 productivity
00:51:22.700 because they
00:51:23.460 are paid
00:51:23.900 for
00:51:24.320 by our
00:51:25.520 tax dollars
00:51:26.460 and or
00:51:27.120 the printing
00:51:27.860 of money
00:51:28.420 so all
00:51:29.320 of those
00:51:29.880 scenarios
00:51:30.860 don't look
00:51:31.940 great
00:51:32.480 in terms
00:51:33.300 of the
00:51:33.700 trends
00:51:34.320 for the
00:51:34.880 economy
00:51:35.320 so we
00:51:36.280 haven't
00:51:36.760 seen
00:51:37.140 the
00:51:37.680 numbers
00:51:38.080 for
00:51:38.400 December
00:51:39.000 but
00:51:40.380 216,000
00:51:42.280 jobs
00:51:42.740 were added
00:51:43.420 this has
00:51:44.140 not been
00:51:44.620 revised
00:51:45.060 yet
00:51:45.400 and 52,000
00:51:47.160 of those
00:51:47.660 were government
00:51:48.360 jobs
00:51:49.020 which brought
00:51:50.280 us to an
00:51:50.600 all-time high
00:51:51.280 of 23 million
00:51:52.180 employees
00:51:52.700 for the
00:51:53.740 federal
00:51:54.120 government
00:51:54.680 it's an
00:51:55.700 astounding
00:51:56.520 number
00:51:57.740 what I want
00:51:58.840 to say
00:51:59.220 on that
00:51:59.760 is that
00:52:00.420 as I said
00:52:01.400 December
00:52:02.020 we've just
00:52:02.460 gotten the
00:52:02.880 first print
00:52:04.420 we haven't
00:52:04.860 gotten a
00:52:05.220 revision
00:52:05.580 to it
00:52:06.080 same
00:52:06.740 thing
00:52:07.020 with
00:52:07.220 the
00:52:07.640 previous
00:52:08.440 periods
00:52:08.980 they keep
00:52:09.480 revising
00:52:09.920 that down
00:52:10.440 that means
00:52:11.200 not only
00:52:11.880 is it
00:52:12.500 52 over
00:52:13.640 you know
00:52:14.120 216,000
00:52:15.500 but if they
00:52:16.180 revise that
00:52:17.060 down
00:52:17.580 it means
00:52:18.420 it's going
00:52:18.680 to be
00:52:18.900 even a
00:52:19.380 larger
00:52:19.920 percentage
00:52:20.620 that is
00:52:21.480 government
00:52:22.040 jobs
00:52:22.460 and that's
00:52:22.860 what we've
00:52:23.220 been seeing
00:52:23.820 in terms
00:52:24.300 of the
00:52:24.560 trend
00:52:24.960 is that
00:52:25.720 the government
00:52:26.600 and all
00:52:27.220 of the
00:52:27.460 deficit
00:52:27.820 spending
00:52:28.420 that you
00:52:29.340 know
00:52:29.440 we're
00:52:29.780 paying
00:52:30.260 for in
00:52:30.900 terms of
00:52:31.620 inflation
00:52:32.220 in our
00:52:32.680 lives
00:52:33.200 you know
00:52:34.400 is really
00:52:35.100 what's
00:52:35.640 creating
00:52:36.040 the
00:52:36.260 differential
00:52:36.820 but you
00:52:37.580 know
00:52:37.660 what's
00:52:38.300 crazy
00:52:38.640 is
00:52:38.960 jobs
00:52:39.280 hasn't
00:52:39.580 even
00:52:39.740 been
00:52:39.900 the
00:52:40.060 issue
00:52:40.380 you
00:52:40.620 know
00:52:40.740 they keep
00:52:41.220 touting
00:52:41.640 that
00:52:41.820 this is
00:52:42.340 jobs
00:52:42.740 and look
00:52:43.300 at how
00:52:43.460 many jobs
00:52:44.000 were created
00:52:44.700 even though
00:52:45.360 many of
00:52:45.820 them were
00:52:46.220 reclaimed
00:52:46.940 not created
00:52:47.760 from you
00:52:48.440 know when
00:52:48.640 they shut
00:52:48.900 down the
00:52:49.200 economy
00:52:49.600 but that
00:52:50.900 really hasn't
00:52:51.540 been the
00:52:51.960 issue for
00:52:52.760 quite some
00:52:53.480 time for
00:52:53.980 people
00:52:54.420 it's really
00:52:55.560 been the
00:52:56.540 inflationary
00:52:57.400 pressures and
00:52:57.980 the cost
00:52:58.460 of living
00:52:59.000 which is why
00:53:00.020 so many
00:53:00.520 people aren't
00:53:01.680 even tuned
00:53:02.160 into this
00:53:02.900 and don't
00:53:03.400 notice when
00:53:04.360 we have
00:53:04.920 these massive
00:53:05.460 revisions
00:53:05.960 I have to
00:53:07.300 tell you I'm
00:53:07.820 in Florida
00:53:08.360 right now
00:53:09.040 and
00:53:09.700 specifically I'm
00:53:11.940 in West Palm
00:53:13.220 and
00:53:14.200 it is
00:53:16.240 one of the
00:53:17.340 bigger bubbles
00:53:18.060 I have seen
00:53:19.080 I mean Florida
00:53:19.820 is a bubble
00:53:20.480 in and of
00:53:20.980 itself
00:53:21.380 and
00:53:22.520 here in West Palm
00:53:24.540 it is
00:53:25.280 I mean there
00:53:26.020 there's a guy
00:53:27.060 I found out at
00:53:28.020 dinner last night
00:53:28.580 there's a guy
00:53:29.100 who bought up a
00:53:29.780 bunch of houses
00:53:30.600 right on the
00:53:31.740 ocean
00:53:32.060 he's
00:53:33.260 he bought
00:53:33.840 500 million
00:53:35.380 dollars in
00:53:36.340 in land
00:53:37.860 and he's
00:53:38.700 building a
00:53:39.180 500 million
00:53:40.580 dollar house
00:53:41.340 and he's not
00:53:41.840 a salary
00:53:42.220 and you know
00:53:45.160 he probably
00:53:45.680 has you know
00:53:46.340 he probably
00:53:46.700 has two or
00:53:47.160 three children
00:53:47.620 so you can
00:53:48.120 understand this
00:53:48.680 but you're
00:53:51.220 in Florida
00:53:52.240 you're especially
00:53:53.440 in places like
00:53:54.380 this boy it
00:53:55.260 doesn't feel
00:53:56.080 like anything
00:53:56.960 is wrong
00:53:57.900 with the
00:53:59.660 economy
00:54:00.140 right so
00:54:01.500 this is the
00:54:02.300 haves and
00:54:02.760 the have-nots
00:54:03.500 and it's part
00:54:04.340 of what makes
00:54:04.900 it so difficult
00:54:05.580 when we talk
00:54:06.220 about the
00:54:06.780 economy
00:54:07.240 because what
00:54:08.180 we have
00:54:08.540 witnessed over
00:54:09.360 the last
00:54:09.880 decade and a
00:54:10.600 half is this
00:54:11.420 massive Fed
00:54:12.540 and government
00:54:13.020 policy induced
00:54:13.900 wealth transfer
00:54:14.780 from Main Street
00:54:16.180 America to the
00:54:17.100 wealthy and
00:54:17.560 wealth connected
00:54:18.300 so when you
00:54:19.340 go to the
00:54:20.060 West Palm
00:54:20.660 beaches
00:54:21.080 when you go
00:54:21.960 to the
00:54:22.580 you know
00:54:23.060 these little
00:54:23.400 bubble areas
00:54:24.500 in Southern
00:54:25.220 California
00:54:26.000 and whatnot
00:54:26.720 you know
00:54:27.600 the prices
00:54:28.160 of real estate
00:54:28.820 are going
00:54:29.140 through the
00:54:29.480 roof
00:54:29.700 people are
00:54:30.260 driving
00:54:30.680 McLarens
00:54:31.780 and you
00:54:32.160 know
00:54:32.300 it's this
00:54:33.220 crazy display
00:54:34.060 of wealth
00:54:34.540 that they've
00:54:34.960 gotten
00:54:35.260 through the
00:54:36.060 inflation
00:54:36.560 of the
00:54:37.040 assets
00:54:37.500 because they
00:54:38.220 were these
00:54:38.600 massive asset
00:54:39.620 holders
00:54:40.140 at the same
00:54:41.280 time that the
00:54:41.860 people who
00:54:42.640 are on Main
00:54:43.280 Street America
00:54:44.080 didn't have
00:54:45.360 the opportunity
00:54:45.880 to participate
00:54:46.560 in that upside
00:54:47.360 are seeing their
00:54:48.240 cost of living
00:54:48.960 go through the
00:54:49.540 roof
00:54:49.820 and not being
00:54:50.820 able to keep
00:54:51.400 up so it
00:54:51.920 really is a
00:54:52.820 tale of two
00:54:53.480 different economies
00:54:54.360 and when you
00:54:55.580 average that out
00:54:56.760 with this massive
00:54:57.700 wealth at the
00:54:58.800 top it looks
00:55:00.720 like things
00:55:01.420 are you know
00:55:02.320 kind of moving
00:55:03.200 along and
00:55:04.400 that's why I
00:55:05.160 don't think
00:55:05.820 that the way
00:55:06.440 that we
00:55:06.800 portray data
00:55:07.980 is fair or
00:55:10.020 gives us
00:55:10.680 really a great
00:55:11.700 sense of what's
00:55:12.820 happening for
00:55:13.500 most of the
00:55:14.040 country and
00:55:15.160 why you know
00:55:16.100 some people in
00:55:17.140 the Democratic
00:55:17.660 Party seem to
00:55:18.380 be scratching
00:55:18.880 their heads and
00:55:19.560 going I don't
00:55:20.040 understand this
00:55:20.940 is a fantastic
00:55:21.980 economy Bidenomics
00:55:23.340 is working great
00:55:24.080 when we know
00:55:25.180 that the middle
00:55:26.100 class isn't
00:55:26.700 getting crushed
00:55:27.360 well if you're
00:55:28.280 living in you
00:55:29.620 know the
00:55:30.300 Washington DC
00:55:31.320 area of course
00:55:33.140 there's lots of
00:55:33.880 employment because
00:55:34.880 the government is
00:55:36.160 employing lots of
00:55:37.080 people
00:55:37.480 they are and
00:55:40.220 they're doing it
00:55:41.100 on the backs of
00:55:42.580 adding more debt
00:55:43.900 and more
00:55:44.500 inflationary
00:55:45.340 pressure that
00:55:47.100 is you know
00:55:47.720 been really
00:55:49.020 what we've been
00:55:49.880 paying for quite
00:55:50.740 literally particularly
00:55:52.460 over the past
00:55:53.380 couple of years
00:55:54.220 so there is
00:55:55.680 this delusion
00:55:56.560 and it's
00:55:58.060 happening on
00:55:58.820 Wall Street
00:55:59.400 it's happening
00:56:00.020 in these different
00:56:00.580 bubble areas
00:56:01.380 that people who
00:56:02.340 are in these
00:56:03.980 areas that have
00:56:04.640 created this
00:56:05.940 tipping of the
00:56:06.840 playing field
00:56:07.520 that has tilted
00:56:08.300 things in their
00:56:09.040 direction
00:56:09.600 they're going
00:56:10.280 this is working
00:56:10.920 great I don't
00:56:11.660 understand why
00:56:12.320 everybody's
00:56:12.880 complaining when
00:56:14.380 they have been
00:56:14.920 doing it at the
00:56:15.900 expense of you
00:56:17.360 know free true
00:56:18.560 fair and free
00:56:20.920 true capitalism
00:56:22.440 that you know
00:56:23.360 has been impacting
00:56:24.360 the lives of the
00:56:25.740 people who are
00:56:26.500 working and who
00:56:27.600 are the backbone
00:56:28.280 of our economy
00:56:29.100 so I'm driving in
00:56:31.420 some of these
00:56:31.780 neighborhoods I was
00:56:32.440 driving by
00:56:33.280 Mar-a-Lago
00:56:35.860 yesterday and
00:56:37.600 that was from the
00:56:38.360 1920s a lot of
00:56:39.460 these homes that
00:56:40.460 are huge like this
00:56:41.380 were from the
00:56:41.800 1920s and those
00:56:43.780 were the Jay
00:56:44.280 Gatsby you know
00:56:45.340 F. Scott Fitzgerald
00:56:46.520 days and and
00:56:48.540 I started
00:56:49.100 thinking when
00:56:49.760 did the Newport
00:56:52.220 Rhode Island thing
00:56:53.540 fall apart was
00:56:55.120 that during the
00:56:56.520 depression when
00:56:57.920 people started like
00:56:59.140 not living like
00:57:00.380 that anymore do
00:57:02.020 you know I don't
00:57:03.520 think so because
00:57:04.440 just being a you
00:57:06.380 know a Jackie
00:57:07.500 Kennedy researcher
00:57:08.900 you know and if
00:57:10.060 you think about all
00:57:10.780 the time that they
00:57:12.020 that their family
00:57:13.220 and the Kennedy
00:57:14.760 spent out at the
00:57:16.220 Hammersmith farm
00:57:17.280 where she got
00:57:18.020 married and that
00:57:18.940 whole area that
00:57:20.060 was pretty
00:57:20.500 extravagant and
00:57:22.240 their marriage was
00:57:23.180 like in the you
00:57:24.180 know the early
00:57:24.740 50s 53-ish so I
00:57:26.760 don't think it was
00:57:27.260 at that point in
00:57:27.960 time.
00:57:29.640 All right there
00:57:31.360 was something else
00:57:32.480 that I want to get
00:57:33.180 to can we take a
00:57:34.280 quick break and
00:57:34.860 then we'll come
00:57:35.280 right back in just
00:57:37.700 a minute.
00:57:38.060 Stand by.
00:57:38.520 We're talking to
00:57:40.740 Carol Roth about
00:57:42.200 the economy first
00:57:43.620 let me tell you
00:57:44.240 about relief factor
00:57:45.380 if you've noticed
00:57:47.440 when you're in pain
00:57:48.180 it's hard to
00:57:48.920 concentrate to do
00:57:50.180 just about anything
00:57:51.000 and it's practically
00:57:51.840 impossible to enjoy
00:57:53.140 whatever you're doing
00:57:54.000 pain is a monster
00:57:55.100 constantly trying to
00:57:56.520 eat you alive and
00:57:57.680 even having the will
00:57:58.460 to fight that monster
00:57:59.500 is sometimes too
00:58:00.220 much I know because
00:58:01.660 that's the way it
00:58:02.200 used to be for me
00:58:03.200 it doesn't have to
00:58:04.860 be I got my life
00:58:05.860 back now it this
00:58:07.060 doesn't work for
00:58:07.680 everybody it's a
00:58:08.600 supplement that helps
00:58:09.400 your body fight that
00:58:10.240 pain by fighting
00:58:11.000 inflammation and it's
00:58:12.380 100% drug-free
00:58:13.560 developed by doctors
00:58:14.600 to help reduce or
00:58:15.420 eliminate pain and
00:58:16.600 over a million people
00:58:17.540 have tried relief
00:58:18.280 factors quick start
00:58:19.100 kit 70% of them
00:58:20.300 have gone on to
00:58:20.920 order it again and
00:58:21.700 again so see how
00:58:22.680 their relief factor
00:58:23.540 can help you get
00:58:24.900 the three-week quick
00:58:26.160 start it's 1995
00:58:27.660 comes with the
00:58:29.000 relief factor feel
00:58:30.060 better or your
00:58:30.800 money-back guarantee
00:58:31.940 so give it a try
00:58:32.960 relieffactor.com
00:58:34.640 relieffactor.com or
00:58:36.180 you can call the
00:58:36.640 number 800-4-RELIEF
00:58:38.600 800-4-RELIEF
00:58:40.780 relieffactor.com
00:58:42.760 10 seconds
00:58:43.540 station 90
00:58:44.120 so I don't know if
00:58:55.420 you saw the Wall
00:58:56.560 Street Journal today
00:58:57.380 but the headline
00:59:00.280 do you have that
00:59:00.840 headline by any
00:59:01.400 chance to
00:59:01.880 don't have it handy
00:59:04.500 now yeah the
00:59:05.460 headline was the
00:59:07.560 latest dirty word in
00:59:09.680 corporate America
00:59:10.700 ESG and it says
00:59:17.240 following the years
00:59:18.300 of simmering investor
00:59:19.420 backlash political
00:59:21.760 pressure and legal
00:59:22.980 threats over
00:59:23.820 environmental social
00:59:24.700 and governance a
00:59:27.520 number of businesses
00:59:28.520 corporate have shed
00:59:31.540 ESG now they're just
00:59:32.820 calling it corporate
00:59:33.580 responsibility is this
00:59:35.520 a win Carol or is
00:59:38.100 this just a shell game
00:59:39.900 again so I would can I
00:59:43.260 answer both can I give
00:59:44.940 all of the above I
00:59:47.260 definitely think that
00:59:48.900 there is some win and I
00:59:51.180 think the part that we
00:59:52.300 need to take to heart is
00:59:54.440 that by you the noise
00:59:56.340 that you've made Glenn
00:59:57.700 and others have made
00:59:58.920 and the action that
01:00:00.420 your listeners and
01:00:01.260 others have taken and
01:00:02.340 talking about this and
01:00:03.660 really putting it under a
01:00:05.200 microscope has given
01:00:09.060 pushback to corporate
01:00:10.400 America and they're
01:00:11.240 seeing that it's not
01:00:12.980 only not working that
01:00:14.420 it's detracting from
01:00:15.420 their businesses even
01:00:16.620 BlackRock which we know
01:00:18.280 has been sort of
01:00:19.680 patient zero in the US
01:00:21.340 of ESGS they're laying
01:00:23.340 off a bunch of
01:00:24.560 employees something around
01:00:25.540 600 employees mainly
01:00:27.580 in their ESG division
01:00:29.660 because of the pushback
01:00:31.320 so I do think that
01:00:32.940 piece is a victory but
01:00:35.220 it's kind of like the
01:00:36.560 ant problems that many
01:00:38.420 of us have in our house
01:00:39.780 that you know you can
01:00:41.160 spray for them and kill
01:00:42.380 them in one season but
01:00:44.140 they're going to come
01:00:44.860 back out the next season
01:00:46.140 so you still have to
01:00:47.240 bring the exterminator
01:00:49.240 out again and
01:00:50.320 unfortunately that's the
01:00:51.720 case with ESG and
01:00:53.540 something that you and I
01:00:54.960 had begun to talk
01:00:56.300 about you actually
01:00:56.900 brought it to my
01:00:57.480 attention with these
01:00:59.120 natural asset companies
01:01:00.560 that are looking to
01:01:02.540 you know same kind of
01:01:03.500 thing bastardize
01:01:04.480 capitalism use corporate
01:01:07.160 money use pension money
01:01:08.940 to buy control or
01:01:12.020 management of lands
01:01:13.980 whether those be public
01:01:14.960 or private to try to
01:01:16.340 take them out of
01:01:17.080 productive use threatening
01:01:18.660 our food our land and
01:01:19.840 our water so
01:01:21.220 insanity they decided
01:01:23.660 to wait on that right
01:01:25.420 they didn't say no
01:01:27.500 they're not going to do
01:01:28.540 it they decided to wait
01:01:29.860 the SEC decided correct
01:01:31.640 well so so they were
01:01:33.180 due with the rule
01:01:34.140 January 2nd and
01:01:35.620 they've extended the
01:01:36.600 comment period to
01:01:38.040 January 18th I've
01:01:40.060 sent comments I've
01:01:41.020 actually posted them on
01:01:42.140 my Twitter feed if
01:01:42.980 anybody wants they
01:01:43.960 they're welcome to
01:01:44.640 copy and paste and
01:01:45.720 send them in to the
01:01:46.860 SEC or to anyone you
01:01:49.580 know whether it be
01:01:50.220 their representatives
01:01:51.080 whether it be their
01:01:52.360 state treasurers whether
01:01:53.680 it be their governors
01:01:54.600 I know that Marlo Oakes
01:01:56.780 from Utah who you've
01:01:58.060 had on the program is
01:01:59.080 you know one of the
01:01:59.640 key voices against this
01:02:01.260 and you know that we
01:02:03.200 need more people like
01:02:04.260 that because not only do
01:02:05.840 we need the SEC to say
01:02:08.380 no the New York Stock
01:02:09.820 Exchange can't list them
01:02:11.240 that's just one way these
01:02:12.860 groups can access
01:02:13.720 capital it doesn't mean
01:02:15.220 that NACs don't exist
01:02:16.820 it doesn't mean they
01:02:17.700 can't go to the
01:02:19.000 private market or
01:02:19.840 sovereign wealth funds
01:02:20.820 you know privately to
01:02:22.120 try to to go and do
01:02:23.380 this so we really do
01:02:25.160 need legislation that
01:02:27.040 says this is something
01:02:28.960 that needs to go away
01:02:30.140 so a little bit of a
01:02:31.060 celebration Glenn but
01:02:32.000 the job isn't done yet
01:02:33.180 right so let me if I
01:02:35.520 may invite you back on
01:02:36.660 tomorrow because I want
01:02:37.360 to talk about that very
01:02:38.680 thing because most
01:02:39.720 people don't have any
01:02:40.820 idea what we're talking
01:02:42.320 about it's something
01:02:43.140 that's new came out
01:02:44.580 right around the
01:02:45.640 holidays and it is
01:02:47.580 one of the most
01:02:48.340 diabolical schemes to
01:02:50.180 shut farming and
01:02:51.400 everything else down
01:02:52.780 and control the land
01:02:54.800 all across America
01:02:55.960 unlike anything I've
01:02:57.240 ever seen before and
01:02:59.540 we'll talk about that
01:03:00.240 tomorrow Carol thank you
01:03:01.560 so much God bless

01:03:28.440 much lower rate than the

01:04:49.860 lately and you've been
01:04:51.360 shocked at the price of
01:04:53.440 anything soup sandwiches to
01:04:56.260 stake anything you you can
01:04:59.520 fall into what's going on
01:05:02.740 this is a scam how can a
01:05:05.120 BLT be 16 bucks we wanted
01:05:07.900 to get Brian will on he's a
01:05:09.180 serial entrepreneur two-time
01:05:10.540 Wall Street Journal best
01:05:11.400 selling author leading
01:05:12.700 consultant in business and
01:05:13.800 sales management management
01:05:15.140 he's he's founded seven
01:05:16.740 different country companies
01:05:19.140 across four distinct
01:05:20.920 industries he is currently
01:05:23.720 the head of a chain of
01:05:26.400 restaurants and they are the
01:05:30.440 Derby Sports Bar Cantina
01:05:32.440 Loca the Tavern House in
01:05:34.720 Central City Tavern you might
01:05:35.960 have one in your town he is
01:05:38.320 also in his spare time a member
01:05:40.600 of the city council in the town
01:05:42.820 of Alpharetta Georgia I hope we
01:05:46.940 have time to talk about that a
01:05:48.100 little bit but he was just on
01:05:50.220 talking about the price of a BLT
01:05:52.720 on Varney and company and
01:05:55.480 everyone on my staff
01:05:57.520 Brian found that fascinating
01:06:00.160 on how you broke that down
01:06:02.080 how you doing Brian I'm good
01:06:05.440 Glenn thanks for having me this
01:06:06.620 was awesome
01:06:07.060 so so can you break this down
01:06:10.140 why should why should we look at
01:06:12.680 the price of sixteen dollars for a
01:06:16.120 BLT and say okay I understand it
01:06:19.560 it's reasonable
01:06:20.180 yeah this whole conversation
01:06:22.900 Glenn started with a friend of
01:06:24.860 mine who sent me this text when
01:06:26.320 he was sitting in my restaurant
01:06:27.320 saying hey Brian I'm sitting
01:06:29.680 here eating your BLT and it's
01:06:30.920 sixteen dollars you know it's
01:06:32.060 only bacon lettuce tomato and
01:06:33.820 bread and I said you know Dan
01:06:36.060 let me break this down for you I
01:06:37.560 want to give you some
01:06:38.100 perspective that sandwich might
01:06:40.660 cost sixteen dollars but we've
01:06:42.320 got twenty thousand dollars of
01:06:44.120 rent in that building we've got
01:06:45.480 six thousand dollars of utility
01:06:46.940 we've got sixty thousand dollars
01:06:48.600 of payroll and then we've got
01:06:50.820 our general office
01:06:51.740 opex expenses that all have to
01:06:54.580 get paid for out of the gross
01:06:56.360 profit margin in that sandwich
01:06:57.740 and so we actually did a
01:06:59.740 breakdown on that if you'd like to
01:07:01.060 hear this little breakdown I do I
01:07:02.880 do that six that sixteen dollar
01:07:04.920 sandwich has about five dollars of
01:07:06.740 actual food cost which leaves
01:07:08.480 about eleven dollars of gross
01:07:09.900 profit but out of that eleven two
01:07:12.600 dollars of that goes towards rent
01:07:14.500 utilities two dollars and fifty
01:07:16.740 cents goes towards we call our
01:07:18.720 fixed operational expenses like
01:07:20.300 the TVs and the music and the
01:07:21.960 mats and the towels and all that
01:07:23.520 stuff labor to make that
01:07:26.000 sandwich was four dollars and
01:07:27.160 fifty cents which only leaves me a
01:07:29.400 profit of two dollars so on a
01:07:31.300 sixteen dollar sandwich I have two
01:07:32.880 dollars of actual net profit that
01:07:35.380 I get to keep unless or until
01:07:37.720 something breaks or something goes
01:07:40.300 wrong that's my that's my gross
01:07:41.940 potential net profit so how many
01:07:44.680 BLTs do you have to sell to be
01:07:47.440 able to keep your doors open yeah
01:07:49.880 so I was laughing about that if
01:07:51.160 you take our eighty six thousand
01:07:52.800 dollars a month in general expenses
01:07:55.400 figure in a thirty percent food
01:07:57.640 cost we got to sell ninety three
01:07:59.660 thousand sandwiches a year to get
01:08:01.920 to zero every restaurant has a
01:08:04.040 break-even point a break-even
01:08:05.880 point in that restaurant's about one
01:08:07.300 point five million a year so if I do
01:08:09.520 one million four hundred ninety nine
01:08:10.780 thousand dollars in revenue I lose
01:08:12.920 a thousand bucks everything above
01:08:15.220 one point five we can make a profit
01:08:16.800 margin on but if you never get to
01:08:18.540 the one point five you just spin in
01:08:20.780 your wheels so what has changed I
01:08:24.440 mean it's not just the price of food
01:08:26.640 is it no food has gone up but our
01:08:30.620 biggest increase in expenses has been
01:08:33.140 labor if you remember obviously when
01:08:35.500 COVID hit everybody's getting all
01:08:37.140 these extended unemployment benefits
01:08:38.960 when we came out of COVID and tried
01:08:41.300 to bring people back they didn't want
01:08:42.580 to come back to work right but we
01:08:44.400 immediately went to a fifteen dollar
01:08:45.940 minimum that's for kids coming out of
01:08:48.400 high school and this was three years
01:08:49.900 ago that's now jumped up to about a
01:08:51.880 sixteen fifty so I have people with
01:08:54.060 zero experience 18 years old come to
01:08:57.060 work for me and we start them out at
01:08:58.280 thirty three thousand dollars where our
01:09:00.520 chefs are now at sixty thousand sixty
01:09:02.260 thousand our managers are now at seventy
01:09:04.020 to eighty thousand so if you look at my
01:09:06.320 restaurant three years ago we were
01:09:08.540 paying five hundred thousand for labor
01:09:10.440 on two point nine million of revenue
01:09:12.840 today we pay six hundred and fifty
01:09:15.320 thousand for labor on two point five
01:09:17.900 million of revenue my revenue is down
01:09:20.540 three fifty my labor is up one hundred
01:09:22.380 and fifty and that's why we have to keep
01:09:24.580 driving the price of these things up
01:09:25.860 everybody wants to get paid and they
01:09:27.560 want a big salary they want a living
01:09:29.420 wage but all that does is drive
01:09:31.220 everything up at some point we still
01:09:33.300 have to make a profit this is this is
01:09:36.760 what happened in Seattle except they
01:09:38.320 did it by choice when Seattle raised the
01:09:41.240 minimum wage I don't remember what it
01:09:42.740 was just I think fifteen or sixteen
01:09:44.500 dollars an hour all the restaurants
01:09:47.020 said we can't afford this and a lot of
01:09:49.580 them left close close shop and left
01:09:52.160 Seattle some of them stayed and some of
01:09:56.140 them just went out of business because of
01:09:58.180 it but that's not the only cost you now
01:10:00.480 have food going up you have labor going
01:10:02.980 up rent you tell utilities went up
01:10:06.380 forty percent just our gas and electric
01:10:09.660 right our insurance went up forty percent
01:10:11.600 everything is I mean the whole supply
01:10:13.260 chain from us down everybody's costs go
01:10:15.900 up in that compounds why did insurance
01:10:18.240 go up forty percent because they can I
01:10:22.220 mean I don't question because you have
01:10:27.820 no choice but to buy it because if you
01:10:29.500 don't buy it you can't stay in business
01:10:30.980 so it goes up you know it's uh it's
01:10:35.720 crazy how much costs have gone up so how
01:10:38.820 do you see us weathering this you know
01:10:42.440 business is interesting I have a picture
01:10:44.760 in my office of a guy on a tightrope and
01:10:46.920 he's got that big long bar right that
01:10:48.740 goes on both sides and I always say we
01:10:50.740 have to balance where business owners are
01:10:52.440 on this tightrope and you have to balance
01:10:53.960 what you can charge on one end with what
01:10:56.900 the consumer is willing to pay on the
01:10:58.600 other and so as long as you can keep that
01:11:01.300 balance you can stay on the tightrope and
01:11:02.820 stay in business but if you charge too
01:11:04.160 much they stop coming you fall off if you
01:11:06.660 don't charge enough you get more business
01:11:08.720 at a loss you go out of business so
01:11:10.760 there's always a balance and in our case
01:11:13.100 we've made sure we put our locations in
01:11:15.080 what we call high traffic areas so we're
01:11:18.720 getting you know organic traffic running
01:11:20.640 around our restaurants which helps us
01:11:23.740 drastically but you look at these small
01:11:25.860 operators that are out there you know
01:11:27.480 fighting all these costs that don't have
01:11:30.540 that organic type of traffic and that's
01:11:33.120 why they're going under I mean you're a
01:11:35.200 serial entrepreneur what do you hear from
01:11:39.080 entrepreneurs that are just beginning
01:11:41.020 today I mean it's a completely different
01:11:46.140 world can you make it is it it's a
01:11:50.580 different world in a lot of ways and I
01:11:52.020 actually do a lot of sales and management
01:11:53.560 training and one of the other things we
01:11:54.880 know in today's environment is there's so
01:11:57.180 much information online that people can
01:11:59.680 research almost anything before they ever
01:12:01.580 walk in your door and they already know
01:12:04.160 what your competition's charging they
01:12:05.780 already know what they should be paying
01:12:07.300 and so again you're back to this balance
01:12:09.840 of you either need to create something
01:12:11.560 extremely unique that will drive people in
01:12:14.880 and make them want to buy from you or your
01:12:18.020 chances of success are diminished greatly
01:12:19.980 so it I called COVID the great washout
01:12:22.660 Glenn all the weak operators that used to
01:12:25.080 be able to make it because we were in a
01:12:27.200 booming economy when COVID hit it just
01:12:30.160 washed out all those weak operators and
01:12:31.940 only left the ones that are strong now
01:12:34.080 you've got people that are coming in behind
01:12:35.620 us and trying to come in and undercut but
01:12:38.420 all they're going to do is lose all their
01:12:40.560 money and go out of business and hurt the
01:12:42.380 rest of us it's it's it's an interesting
01:12:44.680 time to be in business but if you're a true
01:12:47.400 entrepreneur it washed out a lot of people
01:12:49.580 who were just you know my dad used to have
01:12:52.740 his own bakery and that is hard keeping
01:12:55.320 that afloat of you know one little one man
01:12:58.440 shop in whatever you're doing and then food
01:13:01.940 is the worst at that yeah it wiped out a lot
01:13:05.340 of people who are just working for
01:13:06.820 themselves yeah just working for themselves
01:13:10.740 and only making enough money to live on and
01:13:12.520 most of the people that got washed out
01:13:13.800 didn't have any financial security behind
01:13:15.780 them savings you know they just weren't
01:13:18.880 able to weather that bump which is one of
01:13:21.640 the things I teach entrepreneurs today is
01:13:23.180 you better have enough security behind you
01:13:24.840 that if the next COVID comes along or if
01:13:27.080 something weird happens you're not going
01:13:29.140 to get wiped out at the drop of a hat we
01:13:30.960 we laid off 150 people in one day in March
01:13:33.520 of 2020 it was it was a horrible day
01:13:35.960 wow your uh your thoughts of what's coming
01:13:40.740 in 2024 any insight on yeah I've had this
01:13:46.240 question a good bit and I have friends in
01:13:49.180 the M&A field and I see everybody waiting to
01:13:52.300 see what's going to happen with this
01:13:53.460 election
01:13:53.840 we just don't know what's going to happen
01:13:57.600 I think if you know if Biden gets elected
01:14:00.060 again he doesn't have to worry about getting
01:14:01.700 reelected so who knows what's going to
01:14:03.220 happen you know with the people pulling the
01:14:04.880 strings up there in Washington and what
01:14:06.280 they're going to do
01:14:06.820 so I think we're in a tenuous time right
01:14:10.820 now particularly in small business
01:14:12.300 that we need to be very careful and we
01:14:14.180 need to be keeping some powder dry to keep
01:14:16.940 us safe just in case something else pops
01:14:18.880 up if Donald Trump were to be elected he
01:14:22.520 doesn't go to jail and the left doesn't
01:14:24.900 set the country on fire better or worse for
01:14:28.140 business if he can start taking some of
01:14:31.460 these regulations away if he can start
01:14:33.260 making it easy for us get those
01:14:34.620 interest rates back down I mean the other
01:14:37.780 issue we have and I love this this topic I
01:14:39.600 did a video on it the other day about
01:14:41.240 inflation inflation is going to affect us
01:14:42.980 forever right we had a five percent we
01:14:44.640 had an eight percent even if it's three
01:14:46.500 percent that doesn't mean prices are
01:14:47.860 going down right right that means they've
01:14:50.000 just compounded right there they're never
01:14:52.000 going back down maybe they won't go up as
01:14:54.280 much but they're not going back down
01:14:55.440 people get very confused on on how that
01:14:57.240 works but if we can get the economy
01:14:59.240 booming again to where people aren't
01:15:00.600 afraid to spend their money and they
01:15:01.920 aren't you know hoarding it trying to wait
01:15:04.260 to see what's going to happen then people
01:15:06.380 go out and they'll have more fun they'll
01:15:07.640 spend more money and I think we'll all be
01:15:09.020 okay it's just uh take a little bit of
01:15:11.280 time yeah Brian thank you so much really
01:15:14.200 appreciate it cool Glenn I appreciate you
01:15:16.440 having me you bet bye-bye Brian will he's an
01:15:18.740 entrepreneur and uh explaining uh what is
01:15:21.440 really going on it's it's going to get
01:15:24.280 harder and harder for people to see uh and
01:15:28.740 and easier and easier for politician
01:15:33.500 politicians to create boogeyman uh and say
01:15:37.900 you know it's these evil store owners it's
01:15:40.020 these evil whatever when in reality uh all
01:15:44.100 of the regulations just what's happening
01:15:45.780 with meat in California is truly terrifying
01:15:49.700 Stu would you write down I'd love to get
01:15:51.700 somebody from you know the pork producers
01:15:54.680 or the uh beef producers of America to
01:15:58.160 explain to America the dilemma that they
01:16:01.120 are in right now chicken producers anybody
01:16:04.060 who's producing eggs all of this California
01:16:07.480 just passed a law before the new year and
01:16:10.600 it's now in effect that um animal pens have
01:16:15.140 to be a certain size if the pork and beef
01:16:20.160 producers pork producers say if we have to
01:16:23.040 put this in then uh that's going to cost
01:16:26.740 about thirty five hundred dollars a head
01:16:29.180 for every pig and uh that would obviously
01:16:33.820 put us out of business or raise the price
01:16:36.140 skyrocket and so they're they're they're
01:16:40.040 put into this position to where they either
01:16:43.100 are not going to sell to California which is a
01:16:46.460 big buyer or they have to abide by California
01:16:53.300 law and that will cost the entire country more
01:16:58.300 money because they have to uh build all of
01:17:01.700 these different uh pens and barns and and
01:17:04.760 everything else I personally and I you know
01:17:07.880 I'm a I'm in a different situation than any of
01:17:10.360 the other farmers are ranchers are but I
01:17:12.720 personally would say screw you California um
01:17:16.060 I'm tired of California dictating to us what
01:17:20.400 we can and cannot do that is a failed system and
01:17:24.800 what it why we're allowing it to drag all of
01:17:27.920 us into that failed system is beyond me it's
01:17:31.680 not going to last because it can't numbers are
01:17:35.980 numbers math is math it just can't continue but
01:17:40.400 we'll have more on that uh coming up first

01:19:03.240 program
01:19:03.880 well see if this uh sounds familiar farmers commenced a week of planned
01:19:23.240 protests on monday while government officials warned that far
01:19:27.540 right groups are attempting to co-op the movement for their own
01:19:30.720 political ends the farmers began the day blocking roads
01:19:35.180 uh in response to a government proposal to revoke
01:19:39.120 key tax privileges uh the government said quote right-wing
01:19:43.480 extremists and other enemies of democracy are trying to infiltrate and
01:19:47.960 uh instrumentalize the protests
01:19:50.580 uh apparently these crazy farmers are rioting to trigger an overthrow of the
01:19:58.480 government my gosh when will they learn now these are german farmers and what
01:20:03.320 they're protesting about is the government has overspent
01:20:06.080 uh and just the cupboard is bare they can't cut anymore so they are
01:20:10.180 are doing a couple of things they're uh getting rid of some of the tax
01:20:14.180 benefits for farmland uh which is going to be hard for the farmers seeing
01:20:19.760 that they're not wealthy people to begin with
01:20:22.340 uh and then the second thing is they want to phase out diesel fuel
01:20:26.460 which is going to go really really well for all of that equipment
01:20:30.640 uh that they have purchased that uses diesel
01:20:34.440 uh so it's another part of the green agenda
01:20:38.340 uh and uh we're going to see it here in our country
01:20:42.160 but again the farmers are saying
01:20:44.300 they're putting us out of business we just want you to know
01:20:47.500 that means you starve to death
01:20:50.400 but government officials i'm sure are okay with that
01:20:54.060 so we got that going for us
01:20:56.160 stew back to you
01:20:58.160 well there's nothing there's no vegetables in german food
01:21:00.920 so in theory they probably could survive uh for at least a while
01:21:05.120 you know i think you might be right right on that
01:21:07.960 i think you might be right
01:21:09.920 it's bizarre i keep hearing this reported
01:21:13.900 and i don't know if it's targeted to me to make me feel
01:21:16.940 not so empathetic to their cause but it keeps being reported as government
01:21:21.000 subsidies are being cut to farmers and they're complaining about getting
01:21:24.180 basically not getting free money from the government but
01:21:26.620 the way you describe that is a little bit different than that coverage
01:21:30.320 yeah well they're they're losing their tax uh advantages
01:21:34.680 uh which i guess some would call subsidies
01:21:37.240 you know uh losing their tax advantages and i'm sure they are losing some subsidies
01:21:42.040 but remember this is a socialistic style government uh over there
01:21:46.820 and the problem is they know that the government is trying to put farmers out
01:21:52.320 of business all over europe and they won't stand for it
01:22:07.240 they have no room to compromise
01:22:19.240 we gotta stay together if we're gonna survive
01:22:26.040 stay up straight
01:22:28.460 and hold the line
01:22:32.320 it's a new day
01:22:35.740 time to raise
01:22:38.280 welcome to the fusion
01:22:44.840 of entertainment
01:22:47.200 and enlightenment
01:22:49.240 this
01:22:51.640 is the glennbeck program
01:22:53.980 so uh the what's interesting is the washington post has just come out and
01:23:01.300 was was talking about uh you know secretary austin leaving in intensive care
01:23:07.900 amid the growing scrutiny of the pentagon's secrecy
01:23:12.200 um it's it's weird uh they said the handling of the situation
01:23:17.680 uh pentagon officials said that it's you know it's it's not necessarily the best
01:23:23.960 thing that uh has happened by not informing the president that he was in icu for about a week
01:23:28.800 um but internally some uh frustrated officials have complained saying that the handling of the incident
01:23:35.920 showed unbelievably bad judgment on austin's part and i think that would be a first
01:23:41.700 where he showed bad judgment
01:23:43.340 officials in the white house and the pentagon according to the washington post
01:23:47.400 in a voice that is really uh one of the people vowed monday to remove to review the lapses in
01:23:54.560 communication that led to this imbroglio
01:23:57.760 now i would say imbroglie myself
01:24:00.760 uh but uh or hullabaloo
01:24:03.660 but all of those things are you know what the people on the street say
01:24:07.520 all the time washington post so thanks for keeping us in touch with the uh with the everyday people
01:24:12.840 we have chris stewart joining us um and we're going to talk about this he is a he is a guy who
01:24:19.380 is uh has been very involved with the defense department and knows does this kind of stuff
01:24:25.780 happen all the time chris stewart joins us in 60 seconds stand by
01:24:29.960 all right first let me tell you about a car shield imagine if one of the first things you did in the new
01:24:37.080 year was to make sure you never had to worry about how much a car repair was going to cost
01:24:40.860 be a great way to start 2024 right right
01:24:43.860 especially when you consider the cost of everything including car repairs it's only getting more and
01:24:50.840 more expensive that's what happens uh when you don't have a plan with car shield you can lock in
01:24:58.060 your price right now for car repairs and it will never go up i've literally had thousands of dollars
01:25:04.780 of repairs covered by them and the price doesn't change car shield offers protection plans
01:25:10.840 for around a hundred dollars a month and they cover more parts than ever before covering your
01:25:16.060 alternator to big ticket items like your transmission whether your car has 5 000 or 150 000 miles on it
01:25:22.280 car shield has a plan for you this year choose coverage through car shield go to carshield.com
01:25:29.100 slash beck that's carshield.com slash beck or call 800-227-6100 800-227-6100 carshield.com slash beck save 20 percent
01:25:41.760 now stew i don't i don't want to speak out of turn but uh i have heard the reason uh secretary of defense
01:25:51.500 you know he he he doesn't want to say why he was in the hospital it was for elective surgery
01:25:56.940 and uh i've heard a lot of people joke about this what does he have in transgender surgery i mean what
01:26:02.800 what why not just share what you have and and to be clear that's wrong to do because uh that's not
01:26:08.640 elective uh transgender surgery is the most important thing you can do for your health not an elective this
01:26:14.620 is uh and uh so i i understand that he was uh in for i think a fourth time for penile reduction
01:26:23.560 surgery um he just he just wants it very very small um and i think his exact quote was doc make
01:26:33.740 it smaller than it is when i'm in a cold pool and the first four or five times he did this uh they
01:26:40.940 couldn't get it small enough and so he was in one more take one more stab at it so i don't i don't
01:26:46.420 know that's necessary per se is that confirmed with this report no but i have it on you know pretty
01:26:53.340 good you know pretty good sources it's helpful sources yeah thank you uh chris stewart is with us
01:26:59.380 now hello chris how are you glenn that's twice you've made me really laugh this week but how am i
01:27:05.520 supposed to follow that kind of well i don't i i didn't mean to make you laugh i just trying to
01:27:10.820 tell the truth i i think that's what he was in for but i'm not i'm not entirely sure um a couple
01:27:16.900 days ago you give us flowers out in the garden or something and i was laughing as well so it's good
01:27:23.200 to be with you yeah good so chris um i mean i immediately thought of you when i read this uh over
01:27:29.560 the weekend uh because you know you you know a lot about how the pentagon works and you know how
01:27:36.120 how the military works and uh i haven't seen a secretary of defense kind of go missing
01:27:44.700 for a week and nobody really noticed have you well let's just say it's unusual
01:27:52.840 but who's who's surprised about this glenn i mean you talked about the judgment i would add
01:27:58.620 in addition to it it displays his poor judgment the arrogance that the secretary has demonstrated
01:28:05.260 again and again but it's perfectly on brand for his leadership and for the biden administration and
01:28:11.100 one thing i would emphasize glenn and that i think some of your listeners may understand but not all of
01:28:16.760 them and that is the culture and the expectations of the military they're different than it is in the
01:28:22.900 civilian world you give military members tremendous trust because you give them a tremendous power but
01:28:30.260 that demands certain behavior and one of those is that you just don't show up at work you know without
01:28:35.700 telling someone without you know telling the people who are going to cover for you without telling your
01:28:41.000 boss if a young sergeant or a young lieutenant did that they'd be facing severe repercussions and yet he
01:28:48.300 didn't show up he didn't tell the assistant secretary who is everyone knows now was vacationing in
01:28:53.160 puerto rico she didn't even know and worse he didn't tell his boss or me i don't know maybe he told
01:28:58.640 biden and maybe president biden forgot because that would be a possible explanation as well but it's
01:29:04.860 just so out far outside the norms of what you would expect from any responsible person let alone for
01:29:11.760 heaven's sakes the secretary of defense well did i mean we are currently uh you know uh shooting down
01:29:20.360 like their clay pigeons um uh missiles from you know the uh the uh houthis and and the iran proxies
01:29:31.620 i mean our ships are kind of busy right now is there no in a week is there no thought that maybe somebody
01:29:39.400 might call in and say hey what should we do yeah yeah so not only the ongoing you know skirmishes we're having
01:29:47.160 with the with the houthis which is a whole nother conversation by the way but you know there's also
01:29:52.440 the efforts that we have in the war in gaza there who's coordinating with the israel air defense
01:29:57.600 ministers on on those efforts what about the fact that we had a strike uh uh into baghdad during this
01:30:04.200 week on january 4th who coordinated that i mean that's the kind of thing that if you're going to strike
01:30:10.400 in baghdad my understanding was that the secretary of defense would be the final arbiter for that
01:30:15.520 decision and and as a minimum would have been informed on it and apparently that didn't happen
01:30:22.180 uh these are the kinds of things that you have to have leadership from inside the pentagon and
01:30:27.460 it turns out that just simply wasn't happening and by the way glenn if you'll allow me that's not the
01:30:32.100 first time because everyone i mean i've i've said the secretary should resign immediately after the
01:30:37.780 debacle in afghanistan again after the kind of balloon the fact that we have not met our recruiting
01:30:43.800 goals all of these things fall on his shoulders he should have resigned two years ago so who's
01:30:50.300 actually running things chris yeah people ask that question all the time both about the white house
01:30:57.940 and in some cases about the pentagon well i think absent or aside from his absence this last week that
01:31:05.800 you know this general is running things i've seen i've seen it reflected in in the decisions they make
01:31:12.220 or the lack of decisions or the poor decisions now if you ask about who's running the white house i truly
01:31:17.600 don't know and we used to say that glenn is kind of a joke but now we say it very seriously because
01:31:22.320 you look at this president and you know that he doesn't have the capability to to be running the
01:31:27.220 the most powerful government in the world so then who is but there's no question secretary austin's
01:31:32.720 running the pentagon again short of last week and you see it reflected in the decisions that they make
01:31:38.060 in the poor judgment that is that is now filtered down through the entire pentagon through the
01:31:43.060 entire department of defense and it breaks my heart to see the institution that i spent much of my life
01:31:50.780 serving and so did my brothers and my fathers and now our nephews and nieces to see it so abused by
01:31:56.780 by arrogance and and judgment that just isn't up to what these fine young men and women deserve
01:32:03.240 well i understand why he you know didn't want to talk about the penile reduction surgery
01:32:10.600 um but if it wasn't that let's just say it wasn't that why not why not say why you're going in what's
01:32:19.440 the big deal well so you know if if people and i have i have an understanding of this glenn as you know
01:32:28.240 that i recently resigned from congress because of health concerns with my wife so i'm i'm sensitive
01:32:34.400 to the fact that there you know in a in a day that is very very public or when you serve in a public
01:32:38.820 position that you know there are sensitivities regarding health concerns i i get that but you
01:32:45.580 don't hide it i mean so maybe we don't need to know why he went in for elective surgery but if you
01:32:51.480 have a reaction that puts you in intensive care that's different and that has to be discussed
01:32:56.780 and and if you're not going to discuss the reasons why and i and i think again being in intensive care
01:33:04.240 just kind of demands an answer but if you're unwilling to talk about that you still have to
01:33:09.020 tell people here i am and don't worry because my assistant secretary knows i'm here no she didn't
01:33:16.140 uh and don't worry because my boss the president united states knows and has made accommodations
01:33:21.940 no he didn't uh i mean that's the minimum that we would expect is communications about it and one
01:33:29.700 last thing on this glenn and i think this is important the secretary doesn't disappear into a
01:33:34.360 hospital and not have a large team of people know that i mean he he was certainly accompanied in the
01:33:41.900 hospital with probably more than a dozen people maybe several dozen and none of them acted responsibly
01:33:50.340 either some of them should have raised their hand and said hey the american people and leadership at
01:33:57.000 the white house deserves to know where we are today uh chris thank you so much i'm um i want to ask you
01:34:06.480 about um your your look at 2024 i'm going to give you a second to think about it uh as i do a commercial
01:34:12.940 but i what are we facing in 2024 that keeps you awake at night or makes you feel good that this is
01:34:20.260 coming our way we'll talk about that in 60 seconds first let me tell you about jace medical jace medical
01:34:28.760 is a company that i found a few years ago they actually found me uh and i went in to meet with

01:35:55.140 chris stewart is with us chris you've been a congressman uh you've you've worked uh in intelligence
01:36:13.060 you have been um with um the uh the services for ever you and your family what do you look at now
01:36:23.680 and say this is something that keeps me up or this is something that i keep looking at and saying
01:36:31.020 that's good there's some good news coming yeah well okay let me do the good news uh because i do think
01:36:39.060 that we are on a tactical basis which is we haven't won the war but we've won a few battles i do i do think
01:36:45.560 we are turning uh the tide on some things you mentioned earlier about esg or yeah or uh you
01:36:51.600 know some of the some of the real you know kind of battles uh social battles that we've had and i
01:36:57.420 think people are just exhausted by it and frankly i think they're sickened by it and and we are
01:37:01.500 winning on a couple of those things and i think we're going to it's going to clearly be one of the
01:37:06.120 primary conversations uh during the election and i think again we've we've we're winning some of those
01:37:10.980 battles at least we're slowing some of them down uh but i think this year glenn just has the potential
01:37:17.920 to be oh just such a such a mess and it's and it's going to hinge on the election um you know glenn
01:37:26.380 that uh the last book i wrote you and i've talked about it kind of the kind of premises that is the
01:37:31.440 contested election where we truly have half the country who just says whoever wins that's he's not
01:37:37.560 legitimate you know i will never recognize him as our president and and president trump is going to
01:37:43.860 be found guilty of some charges it's just almost inevitable we don't know which ones but he will be
01:37:48.600 and then the democrats are going to say look he's a criminal he can't be the president of the united
01:37:52.700 states well we know that's not true the criteria to be the president of the united states is really
01:37:56.760 simple you got to be 35 years old you got to be a citizen and no state no person no other agency
01:38:03.420 organization can add requirements that's it and so the president's going to continue to run and the
01:38:09.820 democrats are already setting it up to say well two things number one is he's he's a nazi he's a
01:38:15.080 authoritarian and uh and therefore we can never let him serve and the second is you know he's a criminal
01:38:20.440 and uh and i think meanwhile the republicans look at this and go well you all the projection on this
01:38:27.120 is just beyond irony about them accusing republicans of being totalitarian when we've seen the history of
01:38:33.180 what they've done uh and i just plan about the election this year i worry about the chaos and
01:38:40.360 the riots i think it's going to make 2020 look like a look like a garden party or at least potentially
01:38:45.760 could and then ultimately putting us in a place where there's actual real uh uncertainty about who
01:38:53.440 is the president and i don't know how our country walks through that without some without some just real
01:38:59.720 pain and deep deep scars that that would uh destabilize i mean if we were going through that
01:39:07.300 if i were china i'd go into taiwan right away yeah because we wouldn't we would just not have the
01:39:14.220 capability so you'd lose you'd lose that um any of the bad guys just come after us i mean it's
01:39:21.900 it we're entering that time i talked about in 2008 where all of our enemies will see that we are so
01:39:26.960 weakened that without coordination they'll just all look at each other and go now go go go go go
01:39:32.060 100 100 that's a great fear and the and and you have to recognize that these leaders do watch what's
01:39:39.760 happening internally and they do take measure of that it is part of their dynamic how will the u.s
01:39:45.080 respond and how are they going to respond if they're divided or if they're chaotic or if there's
01:39:49.060 uncertainty about who the actual president is and by the way the american people will be uh will be
01:39:54.560 exhausted by this effort as well and it's much harder for them to say well okay while we're in
01:39:58.400 the midst of all this yeah let's go ahead and intervene in a war in the south china sea and and
01:40:03.900 here's something else to keep in mind with that glenn that's really important most of the wars that
01:40:08.300 we've been involved with for the last generation very little sacrifice for most americans now for
01:40:14.400 those people serving it's incredible sacrifice but most americans it's not but a war with china
01:40:20.280 if for no other reason than this the the best uh analysis shows a nine percent reduction in gdp
01:40:26.980 from a war in the south china sea to give that some measure there was a seven percent reduction
01:40:33.540 during the great depression every one of us will feel it we have a war with china and uh and it won't
01:40:41.740 be the kind of thing where we think gosh i pray for our soldiers uh because they're over there fighting
01:40:46.280 war every one of us will be praying intensely because every one of us will be affected by it
01:40:52.040 there's no way we could go in and protect taiwan at this point is there
01:40:58.460 yeah there actually is glenn i mean it's very very difficult uh i mean the hope is that we can
01:41:05.960 we can manage a deterrence which would you know convince china it's just not worth the cost which is
01:41:11.280 of course what we're trying to do now uh but you know if you think that uh you know or someone who
01:41:17.340 who would suppose well you know taiwan won't be nearly destroyed in the effort and as example of
01:41:23.300 that some of these exquisite chip manufacturers where the world relies on them they are placed
01:41:29.940 in a position geographically where the focus of the war will be there's very little chance that they
01:41:34.960 would survive unharmed and so when you say well you know can we really go in and protect taiwan
01:41:39.640 yeah we can probably protect the island from being actually militarily taken over but it's going to
01:41:46.860 again it's going to come at a real cost what happens if you lose those chip plants what's the world
01:41:53.440 look like uh oh well it's very very different obviously i mean because those are used not just
01:41:59.060 in our products they're used primarily in the manufacturing of you know millions of products
01:42:04.160 so that's one of the reasons that you get this nine percent reduction in gdp and it's not just
01:42:10.020 the u.s it's globally that that has that impact and it takes years to build that i mean it would take
01:42:16.500 10 years for us to build up that capacity that we would lose the good news is china it'll take them
01:42:22.680 a generation they have no capability or very very limited capability to build it up it would it would
01:42:28.400 not be in president xi's lifetime so they would be hurt more than we would but still it would be a
01:42:33.180 dramatic impact on on the global economy is it uh reasonable to say just let them have it
01:42:40.480 just just let them take it why defend it let them take it yeah i mean control all of those chips
01:42:47.740 those chip plants yeah some people argue that and the interesting thing too glenn is that
01:42:52.740 we're going to see what taiwan thinks next week because they're going to have their election and there
01:42:58.160 are different views on that if you do polling in taiwan there's a number of them about 30 percent of
01:43:03.040 them we say yeah let's just go to china it's not that big of a deal um i think it'd be a catastrophe
01:43:07.780 for us to let that happen though yeah uh chris thank you so much chris stewart friend of the program

01:44:54.580 you know what chris stewart said a minute ago about the good news that we are turning the tide i
01:45:12.080 think that is true i think people know it they're tired of it um they are tired of it in their schools
01:45:20.340 they're just tired of it in their life and people are standing up it's why you know if if you're in
01:45:26.880 power you need to silence anyone who disagrees with you we saw today in the wall street journal that the
01:45:34.080 dirty word on wall street now are three letters e s and g uh and that's because of you that's because
01:45:41.000 you stood up you educated your friends and neighbors and they know the things they want to do are not
01:45:47.020 going to be popular and that's why they have to shut people up however what they didn't count on
01:45:53.300 really is you and also the internet they for some reason the people who you know made it into a
01:46:01.320 business somehow or another didn't realize that free speech would be dangerous for them and their
01:46:08.300 plans let me play something from taylor sheridan and joe rogan and i want you to listen to this and i
01:46:14.120 want you to remember joe rogan i think is either agnostic or an atheist um maybe an atheist not
01:46:21.980 talking about god an awful lot here he is with taylor sheridan listen to this paul harvey you know who
01:46:26.940 that is sure so he did a thing god back in the 60s or 70s and he equated it to the devil um and maybe
01:46:34.080 it is or you could also say it's it's it's just that but he did a radio piece on on how to destroy
01:46:40.560 america the social fabric of it wow and it's and it's as though somebody just took uh america the
01:46:48.880 the social fabric of america from the late 60s to today and and the timeline of the things that he
01:46:55.940 said it's pretty wicked it's pretty wow i'm not shocked i mean if you think about all the things
01:47:02.340 that we do to manipulate other countries i'm not shocked that someone would do that manipulate us
01:47:06.440 and that they would do it through education institutions that's the way to do it you get
01:47:10.920 kids and then you train them as they leave and then they go into the workforce they have these
01:47:16.140 ideas like burned into their heads and that's probably what all this gender confusion is this
01:47:21.340 this giant uptick of it it's literally probably engineered and i think that's also what a lot of
01:47:26.960 the climate stuff is and a lot of the a lot of the different things that people are fighting over
01:47:30.600 it's not just these big financial institutions that are that are invested in climate change and
01:47:37.740 green energy and all these different things but it's also other countries just with us
01:47:42.400 i think that's amazing to hear joe rogan talk about this by the way if you've not heard the paul harvey
01:47:50.360 uh if i were the devil it came out in 1965 it is one of his best pieces of work and i am a huge fan of
01:47:58.140 paul harvey listen to what he said 1965 if i were the devil if i were the devil
01:48:06.560 if i were the prince of darkness i'd want to engulf the whole world in darkness
01:48:13.120 and i'd have a third of its real estate and four-fifths of its population but i wouldn't be happy until
01:48:18.260 i have seized the ripest apple on the tree the so i've set about however necessary to take over the
01:48:25.620 united states i'd subvert the churches first i'd begin with a campaign of whispers with the wisdom
01:48:31.700 of a serpent i would whisper to you as i whispered to eve do as you please to the young i would whisper
01:48:38.140 that the bible is a myth i would convince them that man created god instead of the other way around
01:48:43.180 i would confide that what's bad is good and what's good is square and the old i would teach to pray
01:48:49.800 after me our father which art in washington
01:48:54.280 and then i'd get organized i'd educate authors in how to make lurid literature exciting so that
01:49:01.720 anything else would appear dull and uninteresting i'd threaten tv with dirtier movies and vice versa
01:49:06.960 i'd peddle narcotics to whom i could i'd sell alcohol to ladies and gentlemen of distinction
01:49:11.980 i'd tranquilize the rest with pills if i were the devil i'd soon have families at war with themselves
01:49:18.040 churches at war with themselves and nations at war with themselves until each and its turn
01:49:23.840 was consumed and with promises of higher ratings i'd have mesmerizing media fanning the flames
01:49:32.120 if i were the devil i would encourage schools to refine young intellects but neglect to discipline
01:49:37.660 emotions just let those run wild until before you knew it you'd have to have drug-snipping dogs
01:49:43.300 and metal detectors at every schoolhouse door within a decade i'd have prisons overflowing
01:49:50.740 i'd have judges promoting pornography soon i could evict god from the courthouse then from the schoolhouse
01:49:57.220 and then from the houses of congress and in his own churches i would substitute psychology for religion
01:50:02.900 and deify science i would lure priests and pastors into misusing boys and girls and church money if i
01:50:10.100 were the devil i'd make the symbol of easter an egg and the symbol of christmas a bottle if i were the
01:50:15.940 devil i'd take from those who have and give to those who wanted until i had killed the incentive of the
01:50:22.180 ambitious and what'll you bet i couldn't get whole states to promote gambling as the way to get rich
01:50:31.540 i would caution against extremes in hard work in patriotism in moral conduct i would convince the
01:50:41.940 young that marriage is old-fashioned that swinging is more fun that what you see on tv is the way to be
01:50:50.980 and thus i could undress you in public
01:50:52.900 and i could lure you into bed with diseases for which there is no cure
01:51:01.940 in other words if i were the devil i'd just keep right on doing what he's doing
01:51:07.140 isn't that incredible 1965 paul harvey
01:51:13.940 i i mean i don't think there's one thing that's on there with exception of the word square
01:51:19.300 that hasn't been done and and doesn't ring true absolutely in those words today everything
01:51:27.300 if i were the devil i'd put my feet up on the desk because i i'd think i was about to win
01:51:35.140 what the devil doesn't know is what the devil didn't know in the 1960s
01:51:40.900 and it didn't know in the 1950s didn't know in the civil war it didn't know in world war ii in nazi
01:51:50.660 germany that he never wins never ever he always gets close he's he's always just at the verge of
01:52:01.380 setting the entire world on fire and a good number of people go right along with him
01:52:08.500 him because he's the author of lies because he's the only author of fear there is no fear with god
01:52:18.340 there's faith there's trust there's hope with god fear doesn't come from any place that the devil
01:52:26.980 doesn't play in
01:52:32.660 no reason to fear we know how it ends
01:52:37.380 the devil is in the details

01:54:10.740 call in and let it out 888-727-BECK this is the glenn beck program
01:54:25.700 uh so joe biden is already trying to build the presidential campaign around the january 6
01:54:39.780 insurrection you know with his rants against the new hitler who incited this threat to american
01:54:45.460 democracy uh and uh it's not really connecting with some of his people they're down a little bit uh
01:54:52.100 it's a real problem glenn and you know i know i know some people are going to vote for donald trump
01:54:56.340 or ronda santis or nikki haley or whatever but when you talk about the presidency of the united states
01:55:00.660 you need leadership right and and and that's why um they're going to have a morale booster party
01:55:08.500 for the staff to celebrate all the incredible work they've done and and what's happened glenn over the
01:55:14.900 past couple months is that a lot of the people who are working for the white house are asking
01:55:20.340 themselves an important question which is why doesn't president joe biden want to kill all the
01:55:25.940 jews like i do right and then joe biden has responded well hey i understand your concerns
01:55:32.100 how about a trip to chuck e cheese we can all get together and have a pizza party and play some ski
01:55:38.100 ball right and get the morale up so that you know we can all forget about those jews right a little while
01:55:45.220 for just a little while um you know look we're all interested in the long term of running away
01:55:51.060 from israel at full speed and embracing all of the people that want to kill them but you know we need
01:55:56.260 to do that at a slower pace to fool voters going into the 2024 election are they correct they might
01:56:01.700 think there's some anti-semitism there and of course it's not anti-semitism anti-semitism was what
01:56:06.740 happens when you just blindly hate jews the democrats have hundreds of reasons why they don't like them
01:56:12.980 so it's totally different than anti-semitism it's not just blind hatred no they thought this through
01:56:19.700 i mean there was a there was somebody authored a book and uh i don't remember when but it was it
01:56:24.900 had a lot of stuff in about you know how bad the jews were yeah it was about a struggle it was a real
01:56:28.980 struggle yeah my my struggle my struggle yeah yeah and uh it was a book that democrats seem to be signing
01:56:35.860 up for now these days uh just protest after protest after protest when they chant the same things that are in
01:56:41.940 that book and we're all supposed to say well what about those people in charlottesville at that one
01:56:46.420 time we saw four people with tiki torches saying bad things which were bad and we all said were bad
01:56:51.940 but now that there's thousands of these rallies every week across the country at every single campus
01:56:57.700 you'd think maybe it would you'd see a little bit more priority put on that but apparently not
01:57:02.900 so if you happen to be at the pizza party have fun today i think breadsticks are included
01:57:07.060 uh now rich lowry uh has uh written a new column uh brace yourselves the left will royal the country
01:57:16.020 again if donald trump beats joe biden uh yeah yeah i think that's absolutely true uh lowry said saving
01:57:23.940 democracy doesn't mean upholding the rules no matter what and letting the voters decide on the election and
01:57:30.180 the fate of the next president no it means blocking trump by any means necessary regardless of the
01:57:35.540 consequences for the rule of law democratic politics or faith in our system of government
01:57:42.020 lowry who um is uh an unbashed tramp uh trump basher uh tried to be even-handed uh in his his article
01:57:52.260 here he um i don't know that's a fair uh summary of of oh you don't think so i mean no i mean i think
01:57:58.660 he i i mean okay he did brand it 2020 uh the 2024 election as a revenge tour so i mean you know he's
01:58:09.300 he's got that makes him an unabashed trump basher i mean i think i don't think he's a huge fan i would
01:58:15.860 say that but i don't think he's an unabashed i don't think he's a a mindless trump opponent like
01:58:21.140 some of the people you see in the media by any means so he goes on uh to say um that we are going
01:58:28.900 to have real problems uh and i think he's absolutely right on all of this um he says
01:58:38.740 they are going to do whatever they can to destroy donald trump and he said uh
01:58:45.460 uh left will organize throughout hollowed out one-time western constitutional democracies
01:58:51.140 like germany and canada to drive home their dissatisfaction with the american electorate
01:58:55.620 uh and expect to see cities set aflame with race-baiting democratic politicians on hand to
01:59:00.900 incite mob violence uh as with the george floyd riots corporate press here and among others their
01:59:06.580 counterparts in other western countries they'll justify their violence as righteous indignation
01:59:11.540 and if things really become unruly the place they'll place all the blame on mega republicans
01:59:16.820 we're about to become mighty mighty popular uh all across the world i think how do you and if you're
01:59:23.300 the democrats let's just say you're a democrat and this starts this stuff starts happening right trump
01:59:27.620 wins and the the democrats rise up and start causing chaos all across the country and let's say you're
01:59:34.420 one of the you're one of the good democrats and you don't want that chaos how would you talk your
01:59:40.100 voters out of it after everything you've told them over the past four to eight years about how
01:59:47.620 basically hitler has taken over and uh and they're going to um crack down on minorities overrun the rule
01:59:57.780 of law i mean read the entire we started the show with the op-ed from the new york times today
02:00:01.940 how could you justify not protesting over that person being elected right they've built this entire
02:00:08.100 foundation that the end of the world is coming if this guy wins when they rise up after he wins what
02:00:15.220 happens well see that i think is the difference here they'll claim that we say the same things about
02:00:21.380 joe biden and that's kind of true except our our charges are verifiably true and illegal and
02:00:30.740 everything else but uh and marxist um but but we're not saying that we are saying that this uh will
02:00:39.940 break the united states of america that we are going to be an entirely new kind of country but they say
02:00:46.340 that themselves joe biden is going to transform and barack obama the fundamental transformation of america
02:00:54.580 away from capitalism and everything else so they're saying that what we're saying is it's got to
02:01:01.380 stop and what we want to have stop is the illegal things that are going on the corruption that is going
02:01:10.820 on uh the lies that are being told the persecution of anybody who disagrees with our government but i have
02:01:18.340 to tell you if i thought that he was duly elected and it was clean okay well that's what the american
02:01:27.220 people decided i mean we don't go out in the streets i mean this this year might be different but we don't
02:01:34.260 go out in the streets and cause all kinds of chaos because we generally like the country and know what
02:01:42.340 chaos does that's just not a way the american people do it but i think we're at the edge here um they
02:01:49.380 have convinced themselves it's the end of the democracy we're telling the truth that it is the
02:01:55.700 end of the republic but i think only one side is eager to get violent and that is the left and they are
02:02:04.260 organizing for it
02:02:15.220 the glenn beck program
