00:01:21.320 We'll be right back.
00:01:51.320 Stand up straight and hold the line.
00:01:58.680 It's a new day, I'm trying to rise.
00:02:05.120 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:02:10.980 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:13.480 What is happening right now is the most cynical, nihilistic attempt to bait the citizenry, perhaps, in all of American history.
00:02:25.620 We will not take that bait, but we're not going to put up with it either.
00:02:30.120 Today, how to fight back, peaceably, but aggressively.
00:02:35.360 That is our focus today on the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:37.640 On 9-11, 2,977 people were killed in terrorist attacks on American soil.
00:02:52.480 The Tunnel to Towers Foundation has been supporting America's heroes and their families ever since when a first responder or military service member doesn't come home and young children are left behind.
00:03:03.020 Tunnel to Towers pays off their mortgage to lift a financial burden, bring the family to financial stability.
00:03:08.600 U.S. Army Specialist Jason Wheeler is one of those heroes.
00:03:11.720 U.S. Army Specialist Jason Wheeler reenlisted after 9-11, but a training accident injuries left him unable to walk.
00:03:18.740 After years of trying to manage, Specialist Wheeler and his family moved into a mortgage-free smart home that was custom-designed for his needs.
00:03:26.540 Our nation's heroes, people who put their lives on the line for our country and our communities, they need our help.
00:03:31.980 Help those heroes and their families join Tunnel to Towers on its mission to do good in their honor.
00:03:38.280 Donate $11 a month at T2T.org.
00:03:43.300 That's T, the number two, T, dot org.
00:03:48.740 It has, it's been a great weekend.
00:03:56.600 I want to, I want to begin with something that may seem a little ordinary, a little hum-dum.
00:04:04.080 We are the Steve Day Show.
00:04:05.280 We are filling in here on the Glenn Begg program here on the Tuesday post-Labor Day.
00:04:08.720 And over the weekend, I got a chance to move my mama back home here to Iowa.
00:04:16.440 That was the good news.
00:04:17.380 The bad news is that's the first time I got suckered into helping somebody move in 15 years.
00:04:21.540 And I'm reminded how much it sucks, but it was, it was for a worthy cause for my mom to come back home.
00:04:26.960 I got a chance to enjoy high school football Friday night with my son.
00:04:33.520 I got a chance the next day with my son and a good buddy of mine to watch our beloved Michigan Wolverines kick off the college football season.
00:04:43.120 Saw a lot of great college football over the weekend.
00:04:45.620 My wife surprised me with tickets to the 40th anniversary Fathom event edition of one of my all-time favorite films, Star Trek II, The Wrath of Khan.
00:04:55.780 Got to go see that.
00:04:57.760 My daughter, my oldest daughter, got her, her wedding dress arrived today.
00:05:01.980 She's getting married here in about a month and a half.
00:05:03.860 Um, my youngest daughter, uh, is freaking me out with her first serious boyfriend.
00:05:10.500 Okay.
00:05:11.980 Um, what else?
00:05:13.440 Um, uh, Todd, you got to go down to the University of Arkansas and watch your oldest.
00:05:18.060 Yeah.
00:05:18.680 Compete on the highest collegiate, uh, stage, uh, you know, for the University of Arkansas, but playing, uh, Division I soccer.
00:05:25.960 You got to do that over the weekend.
00:05:27.180 I mean, that's a dream come true for any parent, right?
00:05:30.360 Aaron got a dream come true.
00:05:31.840 Uh, Ben got to get to have Ben probably fall asleep on your chest while you watched Iowa win with two safeties and a field goal.
00:05:37.300 The dream coming true was that last part, two safeties and a field goal.
00:05:41.120 Yes.
00:05:41.160 The most Iowa, the most Iowa Hawkeye win of all time.
00:05:44.780 Why, why do we bring all these things up here at the top of the program?
00:05:47.720 I mean, they, this isn't really that much different than probably what went on in a lot of American households over this Labor Day weekend.
00:05:55.780 Here's why.
00:05:56.480 It is these moments, these benchmarks, these experiences, these things that previous generations of Americans took for granted unless they were faced with an external threat that are being threatened right now.
00:06:17.740 But these threats are coming internally.
00:06:21.780 The calls are coming from inside the house.
00:06:25.700 There are beyond nefarious forces at work in our culture today.
00:06:30.560 Every war in all of human history has been a culture war.
00:06:37.240 Every war has been.
00:06:39.340 The style of war, propaganda, militaristic, the style of war may change, but the cause of the war has always been the same.
00:06:50.160 My culture will dominate yours.
00:06:51.960 My culture will replace yours.
00:06:53.480 I'm trying to preserve my culture, save it from yours.
00:06:58.820 All wars in the over 6,000 years of recorded human history, all of them have been culture wars.
00:07:07.280 We are in the midst of one in America right now.
00:07:10.020 What has gone on from this White House in these last few days, and this is saying something after the last 29 months of COVID, Stan, Kavanaugh, before that, what we've all endured here these last few years, really unprecedented levels of deception.
00:07:29.280 But we have sunk to a new level of nihilistic cynicism, and I apologize not for the redundancy there.
00:07:39.280 We have sunk to a new level of nihilistic cynicism with the antics of this senile disgrace of a presidency.
00:07:47.700 And their attempts to bait you into behaving the way they do, the way they behave at every time we see Antifa, every George Floyd funeral, the way they behave, you know, every mostly peaceful protest, an attempt to bait you into this after they tried to entrap you into it on January 6th.
00:08:12.780 Now they want to bait you into something worse.
00:08:15.060 But don't take this cynical ploy, and props to all of us for not taking the bait the last few days.
00:08:21.980 Don't take this cynical ploy to mean they don't mean it.
00:08:26.020 They do.
00:08:27.440 This is a man who, over the weekend, said, I beat Big Pharma.
00:08:32.520 Last year at this time, he was attempting to turn you and I all into their test tube lab rat guinea pigs for a non-working shot with an escalating and more dangerous risk profile
00:08:44.220 every single day or you could not work.
00:08:48.520 Mark of the Beast kind of left-behind book stuff.
00:08:51.540 This is what he tried to do at this time last year.
00:08:54.280 And he announced it on September the 9th, in total violation of every syllable, morsel, consonant, and vowel of the Social Compact, the Constitution, the Nuremberg Code, the Bible,
00:09:04.800 anything you hold sacred and holy in this world for decency.
00:09:08.520 He did it a full month after his own CDC admitted on national television the shots wouldn't even stop you from getting or spreading the virus anyway.
00:09:15.860 But he was willing to hand you over to non-elected, non-accountable, non-suable entities, perhaps make you infertile, give you a never-ending ringing in your ears, myocarditis, a heart attack, sudden adult death syndrome.
00:09:34.660 No, these attempts to bait us are cynical and nihilistic, but that does not mean they're not serious.
00:09:43.560 During the course of the U.S. Civil War, and I know a lot of you know this history because you listen to the Glenn Black program, so you're historians, because Glenn is.
00:09:50.820 During the course of the Civil War, Lincoln did everything he could to not sink into cynical nihilism, to anticipate that the time would come when we'd have to reunify into one nation again, and it would be more difficult than ever.
00:10:13.400 More Americans were still killed at Antietam than any singular event in all of American history.
00:10:18.660 So before you casually invoke, time for a Civil War, brah, and all that kind of stuff, understand the carnage that ensues.
00:10:27.720 You know who wants a Civil War? Hell.
00:10:30.520 Because they hate each side of this argument just the same.
00:10:36.340 It was going to be difficult enough with the carnage to reunite into a singular country when it was over.
00:10:41.860 Which is why, over and over again, you watch Lincoln, despite the devastation on the battlefields, take the high road rhetorically.
00:10:54.260 Never before in all of American history has there been an attempt to bait, demagogue, discredit domestic political opposition, or at least half the country, like what is happening right now with this regime.
00:11:16.360 We cannot take the bait, but we also can't just stand here and take it either.
00:11:26.560 Nine weeks from today, there will be an election.
00:11:30.320 It will likely go well to some degree for the Republicans, but a lot of them, frankly, you and I both know, aren't going to be worth the effort you'll make to go to the polling booth to vote for them.
00:11:39.620 So, if we lack, outside of the state of Florida and a few other places, if we lack real political representation, how do we fight back?
00:11:53.980 Peaceably, but aggressively.
00:11:58.460 That will be the subject that we will discuss for the next three hours right here on the Glenn Beck Program.
00:12:09.620 If you are looking to get involved in the real estate market during these, Todd, are you ready?
00:12:16.900 Unprecedented times.
00:12:18.440 Bing.
00:12:19.020 Make sure that you check out our friends over at realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:12:24.100 It's times like this that you need the absolute best real estate agent on your side guiding you every step of the way.
00:12:30.300 That's where Real Estate Agents I Trust comes in.
00:12:32.960 I started, or Glenn started this company.
00:12:35.260 This is what happens when you hand me Glenn's reads.
00:12:37.520 Glenn started this.
00:12:38.480 Pronouns!
00:12:39.640 Is that the first time we've ever invoked incorrect pronoun usage in the history of this show and meant it without cynicism or parody?
00:12:47.400 Pronouns.
00:12:48.080 Glenn started this company a number of years ago with his brother as a free service to you.
00:12:52.720 And what they do is pair you up with the absolute best agents in your area, making sure you get the best deal when you go to buy and the best price when you go to sell.
00:13:01.380 You can check them out for yourself today.
00:13:04.840 Realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:13:05.940 The name says it all.
00:13:06.960 That's realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:13:10.480 10-second station ID.
00:13:11.680 We're going to be joined here in a moment by our good friend Daniel Horowitz.
00:13:27.960 I want to show you a visual, though.
00:13:30.880 Can we throw that up there really quick, Aaron?
00:13:32.420 A side-by-side visual.
00:13:35.940 The color scheme here oddly matches.
00:13:39.380 There, if you're watching on Blaze TV, on the right is the cover of a new book.
00:13:45.580 Pre-sales are out right now.
00:13:47.600 My co-author is going to join us here in a minute, Daniel Horowitz.
00:13:50.520 Rise of the Fourth Reich, confronting COVID fascism with a new Nuremberg trial so this never happens again.
00:13:58.980 It's framed like a Nuremberg trial.
00:14:01.280 We go back and show you where literally the bodies are buried, from lockdowns to masks to the jabs.
00:14:07.460 Who is responsible?
00:14:08.740 Who needs to be held accountable with a Nuremberg-like trial?
00:14:13.140 Pre-sales are available right now on Amazon.com.
00:14:15.900 You can read the opening argument.
00:14:18.420 Again, it's framed just like a legal proceeding.
00:14:20.860 We don't have chapters.
00:14:21.820 We have witnesses.
00:14:22.420 You can read the opening argument right now for free at trialsandexecution.com.
00:14:28.680 Trials is plural, execution singular.
00:14:32.380 Trialsandexecution.com.
00:14:33.480 But if you see that cover there, when we put this out a month ago, we had no idea Joe Biden was going to give the speech that he did.
00:14:45.380 The color scheme there.
00:14:46.760 For those of you that thought, hey, that's a little over the top, Rise of the Fourth Reich, truth, ladies and gentlemen, and fellow non-binary beings, is much stranger than fiction.
00:14:57.600 And we bring Daniel Horowitz onto the program now, my co-author of Rise of the Fourth Reich.
00:15:02.960 Brother, when you saw the visual of the desecration, I mean, that wasn't a speech.
00:15:09.760 That was a desecration of Independence Hall.
00:15:12.100 I mean, for his next parlor trick, why doesn't Antiochus Epiphanes just slaughter a pig on the altar?
00:15:16.580 I'm sorry, why doesn't Biden just slaughter a pig on the altar?
00:15:20.180 I mean, that was a desecration of Independence Hall.
00:15:23.240 When you saw that visual and then the cover of our book, dude, I mean, I don't know if that's coincidence, providence, serendipity, but it's freaking creepy.
00:15:34.800 Hey, Steve, it's reflective of everything we are seeing from the other side.
00:15:40.620 They tell you exactly what they're going to do.
00:15:43.720 This is what is so bizarre about everything that's happened in the last two and a half years.
00:15:49.000 You don't have to believe some sort of right-wing blog or conspiracy.
00:15:53.020 They do it out in the open.
00:15:55.280 Hey, yeah, a bunch of people are dying.
00:15:57.340 Oh, the shots don't work, so therefore you have to get more.
00:15:59.780 The mask didn't work, therefore you need the shot.
00:16:01.760 But then the shots didn't work, therefore you need the mask.
00:16:04.200 And you will do it anyway.
00:16:05.940 It doesn't matter.
00:16:08.020 It's like they'll tell you one thing and then their policies will be the opposite and people lop it up.
00:16:14.400 It reminds me of that news service last generation.
00:16:17.680 There was a news service that they would very seriously give over the news, and while they were doing it, they would blithely take off their clothes.
00:16:23.880 And you're like, wait, wait, what am I looking at?
00:16:26.280 So that's what it's like.
00:16:28.480 They tell you what they're going to do.
00:16:30.480 It's just – it's bizarre.
00:16:31.760 I think they're not the issue.
00:16:33.460 We're the issue.
00:16:34.160 We don't take it seriously enough.
00:16:36.860 Maybe that speech was a turning point.
00:16:38.880 I don't know.
00:16:39.360 But that's why we warned about this.
00:16:41.460 Whether it's COVID fascism, food, fuel, there is nothing they won't do to achieve their goals.
00:16:48.480 And yes, if that means killing millions of people, millions of people around the globe from the creation of the gain-of-function virus, the blocking of treatment for it,
00:16:57.880 and then the creation of a vaccine that – oh, my gosh, Steve.
00:17:02.100 Every hour more information comes out about it on the causal relationship everywhere, perfectly lining up with the demographics and the timing to indicate record excess deaths and then plummeting birth rates.
00:17:17.040 Right nine months after the take-up of childbearing women getting the vaccine, Steve, yeah, this is the Fourth Reich.
00:17:27.060 So I'm glad the color scheme finally caught up to it.
00:17:29.740 You mentioned – I mean, there's so much data coming out now.
00:17:33.640 I mean, Katie, bar the door.
00:17:35.860 I can't even keep up with it, brother.
00:17:37.620 I know you're on top of it.
00:17:39.020 So I don't even know what to ask you because I don't want to leave everything out.
00:17:43.600 But the amount of data that is coming out now about these jabs, I'll just hand it to you.
00:17:48.380 Where do you want to even start on just what's come out in the last few days or week or two?
00:17:52.860 So the most important thing is this study published in Vaccine.
00:17:59.200 Okay, that's the journal, and they gave a lot of problems with it.
00:18:02.040 They delayed that for months, but finally it was indeed published.
00:18:06.520 It's written by European, American, Australian researchers.
00:18:10.040 A lot of people are familiar with Peter Doshi, who is one of the authors.
00:18:14.540 He is the editor of the British Medical Journal.
00:18:17.820 That's their version of a JAMA for people that don't know what that is.
00:18:20.840 Yeah.
00:18:20.940 And combined, there was a 16% higher risk of serious adverse events of special interest.
00:18:29.100 Basically, what they did, this is the only one of its kind.
00:18:31.940 They did a follow-up of all cause, I would say hospitalization, but hospitalization is one of the manifestations of a serious adverse event.
00:18:41.440 But this is basically death, long-term disability, life-threatening.
00:18:45.680 So you could have a very serious adverse event that doesn't fit the bill.
00:18:50.080 This is very, very serious, including death.
00:18:53.300 All cause among the trial groups of Moderna and Pfizer compared to the placebo.
00:19:02.300 Now, to be clear, it's only six months.
00:19:04.040 It was very early on, and it was before the boosters, which we know there's numerous studies out now that show it's dose-dependent.
00:19:12.040 And there's been exponentially more deaths from those that got three, four shots.
00:19:17.880 So this is only the first two.
00:19:19.360 And they found a rate of 12.5 per 10,000, again, serious adverse events of special interest.
00:19:28.360 That's one in 800.
00:19:30.120 If you would do my rough math would, you know, if you take the number of people that got the shots in the U.S. and the world, that would work out to be 448,000 people in the U.S.
00:19:41.540 dead or seriously, serious life-threatening injuries, and 10.6 million around the world.
00:19:48.600 And again, that was just the first six months.
00:19:50.540 That's just before the boosters.
00:19:53.500 They found, obviously, more deaths and serious injury in the Moderna trial because of, you know, it's just a higher dose, 100 micrograms.
00:20:04.920 And they straight up paired it against the benefit in reduced hospitalization.
00:20:12.740 So, for example, in Pfizer, the excess risk of serious adverse events was 10.1 per 10,000, meaning they had a slight amount of efficacy in the original strain.
00:20:25.740 Now, it very likely caused more dominant strains to come, so that was washed out later.
00:20:31.500 But right off the bat, from day one, with the participants of their own trial, they knew that it had a net negative cost-benefit analysis.
00:20:43.760 I've got less than a minute here.
00:20:45.820 Take everything you just said, sum it up for somebody driving to work right now in 40 seconds.
00:20:51.400 Sure, from day one, if you follow up on people that were in the trial and had the placebo, you would expect a lot fewer people in the trial to land in the hospital.
00:21:04.120 In fact, many, many more landed in the hospital, 16% more, or equivalent of that urgent care, things like that.
00:21:13.860 Why does that matter?
00:21:14.900 Because we're sitting and debating why people are dying suddenly, why people are dropping suddenly.
00:21:21.400 And on a micro level, it's hard to prove without an autopsy, without anything.
00:21:25.660 But in the macro level, if you're seeing that many more coinciding with...
00:21:31.460 We'll come back. More with Daniel Horowitz here in just a moment.
00:21:35.360 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:21:41.820 Name of the book, Rise of the Fourth Reich.
00:21:44.840 Confronting COVID Fascism with a New Nuremberg Trial so that this never happens again.
00:21:49.420 In 400 pages, over 200 end notes, we bring the receipts against COVID stands so people like my man Chip Roy, a congressman from Texas, if he's in the majority next year and he'll join us next hour, he knows where to go, where the bodies are buried.
00:22:06.180 My colleague and co-author Daniel Horowitz and I, we made it as simple as possible so that these Republicans next year, when they get the power you're going to give them nine weeks from today, are without excuse.
00:22:15.940 If you want a preview of this book, you can get pre-sales right now at Amazon.com.
00:22:20.740 You want a preview of this book, you can read the opening argument, the opening statement of the prosecution.
00:22:25.380 That's Daniel and I.
00:22:26.500 Read it for free today.
00:22:27.600 We'll send it to you.
00:22:28.240 If you go to trials and execution, trials, plural, execution, singular, trialsandexecution.com.
00:22:35.860 That's trialsandexecution.com.
00:22:39.000 Quickly, Daniel, because we ran out of time in the last segment, re-summarize for us the most potent analysis done by folks from the prestigious British Medical Journal, some scientists from Stanford and UCLA here in the U.S., scientists around the country doing a risk-benefit analysis of the COVID jab.
00:22:56.500 Just summarize that for us one more time.
00:22:58.580 Sure.
00:22:59.300 All-cause death, all-cause injury, all-cause hospitalization is what matters.
00:23:04.600 On a micro level, everyone's going to debate, well, who died of what?
00:23:08.360 Well, we're seeing a lot of death, but who says it's from the shots?
00:23:12.860 Maybe it's from COVID.
00:23:13.580 Maybe it's from something else.
00:23:15.140 The problem is when you do a trial and you have a trial group exposed to the therapeutic, that intervention,
00:23:22.660 and you have a control group, a placebo, that gets something that is just benign, and you compare the total outcomes.
00:23:31.660 They found that there was a 16% higher risk of severe adverse event, whether you trace it back to it or not, in the trial group.
00:23:42.980 They found this.
00:23:44.360 It was across all ages.
00:23:45.860 It was both Moderna and Pfizer.
00:23:48.360 They knew this early on, and this was the fact that they unblinded all of the participants a few months later,
00:23:57.920 so we don't get to see the follow-up to this very day, the real long-term side effects.
00:24:05.380 But at least short-term, we see from day one they knew there was more liability than benefit, not just for children but for everyone.
00:24:16.880 In fact, it was only for adults, this trial.
00:24:21.380 So they knew it was negative.
00:24:23.300 Steve, that is straight up the most profound violation of the Nuremberg Code of all time that was given to over 5 billion people based on this very trial.
00:24:35.380 The first thing they did to violate the Nuremberg Code was create the virus itself with their gain-of-function research specifically done to measure spillover potential,
00:24:45.680 meaning they were specifically conducting gain-of-function with the intent of causing these viruses to leap from animal to human.
00:24:52.080 They wanted to measure it.
00:24:53.080 They were already playing with fire.
00:24:55.880 And then came, though, the lockdowns.
00:24:57.440 I want to share this with you.
00:24:58.860 This is from a gentleman named Ben Duba talking about his family and his cousin who has had a lot of mental issues.
00:25:10.740 And during lockdowns, Daniel, he lost his support group, really, and his accountability.
00:25:17.020 And this story is just beyond sad.
00:25:27.120 One night, however, when working on home repair with his dad, my cousin had a psychotic break.
00:25:32.120 He killed his grandma by bludgeoning her on the head with a pipe wrench.
00:25:35.440 And then he turned on his mom and Down syndrome sister, putting them both into the hospital.
00:25:39.320 They both died a few days later.
00:25:41.160 I blame this solely on the lockdowns.
00:25:42.960 If my cousin had been getting the mental health care he needed, three people wouldn't be dead,
00:25:47.380 my cousin wouldn't be a killer, and his dad wouldn't be a widower, son of a dead mother,
00:25:51.880 and the father of both a dead daughter and a killer son.
00:25:56.020 There's more to this note, but by now you get the gist of it.
00:25:59.140 The premise that we take in our book of interviewing witnesses, whistleblowers that are all on the record
00:26:05.720 from the Department of Defense to health care, but then also people who suffered because they were denied early treatment.
00:26:11.460 The study that just came out over the weekend as well, 92% effectiveness with early proper dosage prophylaxis of ivermectin.
00:26:19.660 How many people were denied early proper treatments that unnecessarily died as well?
00:26:24.980 There must be a reckoning.
00:26:26.740 There's names.
00:26:28.400 There's our families.
00:26:29.420 These are people.
00:26:30.480 There must be a reckoning for people like Ben Duba.
00:26:33.560 Our friend Charles, who had a friend that we all know, Aaron and Todd, whose friend was involved with substance abuse,
00:26:40.760 lost his accountability, his 12-step program, committed suicide.
00:26:44.880 These people, they need justice and retribution for what this system did to them, Daniel.
00:26:50.800 So it's both justice for the past but obviously deterrent for the future because they're not done.
00:26:58.000 That was the opening act.
00:26:59.060 This is the point.
00:27:00.040 This was the Great Reset.
00:27:01.580 And that's why I think in the book, the biggest point we do, you could sit and talk about the data and the science
00:27:07.960 and the morality and the legality of every single aspect of this.
00:27:11.580 But when you put it together, our main theme is showing how it is impossible that this was done by accident,
00:27:19.760 even naively, even bizarrely, even stupidly.
00:27:23.900 It wasn't malpractice.
00:27:25.920 This was done on purpose.
00:27:27.360 We're like, why would they keep shutting down schools over and over and over every new day
00:27:33.800 when it was clear it was all pain and no gain?
00:27:37.180 Why would you block treatment for that long?
00:27:39.280 Why to this day, as they say, yeah, you can get myocarditis and yeah, it doesn't work,
00:27:45.560 which is why you need new updates, but you better get it.
00:27:47.540 You're going to be kicked out of the military if you don't.
00:27:50.000 Again, there is no evidence that they're changing.
00:27:53.760 Everyone thinks CDC is changing their policies.
00:27:56.040 Not really.
00:27:56.820 Just the broad-based day-to-day stuff for the majority of people because they're facing an election.
00:28:02.320 But they have not changed it.
00:28:03.940 Well, the answer to that question gets back to the original question, which is why was it created?
00:28:08.660 Because it was created.
00:28:10.760 And whatever the answer to that is, Steve, therein lies the Rosetta Stone to understanding
00:28:15.920 how the same people seem to predict the food and fuel crisis, seem to know it was happening,
00:28:22.080 kind of creating it.
00:28:23.100 That institute the policies that make it happen?
00:28:24.980 In the UK, they're talking about COVID-like policies for energy this coming winter.
00:28:34.260 Again, that was a grooming event, what occurred in March 2020.
00:28:39.340 Most people fell into it through panic, but there were clearly a group of people in some
00:28:44.160 industries and in some governments that clearly knew about it, caused it.
00:28:49.520 It was premeditated.
00:28:50.520 I mean, you and I know how long it takes to put out a book.
00:28:53.520 Somehow, Klaus Schwab was able to get his Great Reset book out in three seconds there.
00:28:59.360 Again, and now we have tons of studies showing this was circulating throughout 2019 in numerous
00:29:04.460 parts of the world through analysis of the sewage in many different cities.
00:29:09.560 This was around a lot longer than we knew about it, but there were those who certainly
00:29:13.860 did know about it.
00:29:14.700 Here's another note I wanted to share with you in our audience, Daniel.
00:29:17.620 My mom passed December of 21 from a lack of COVID treatment at the hospital.
00:29:22.600 She was denied monoclonal antibodies, admitted to the hospital without a family member, outcast,
00:29:28.160 is unvaccinated, not given any of those early treatments you guys talk about.
00:29:33.100 They tried to put her on a ventilator.
00:29:35.620 She goes on to tell the story, but then she says this,
00:29:37.920 After her death, I reported the neglect to the hospital, the doctor to the board, the
00:29:42.200 nurse to the Ohio Board of Nursing, requested a meeting with my Congressman Warren Davidson,
00:29:46.880 who likes to be on Fox, but not me with his constituents, Senator Rob Portman, who's a
00:29:50.820 total waste, and an attorney who informed me everyone is exempt from any legal prosecution
00:29:54.980 because it is COVID.
00:29:56.320 I pray these people will pay for their crimes.
00:29:59.800 This is from a woman named Lisa telling us her story.
00:30:02.920 Now, Warren Davidson has retweeted me many times.
00:30:05.560 He's got a near 100% score over there on your website, Conservative Review Liberty score.
00:30:10.720 That's why I'm talking.
00:30:11.980 That's why I wanted to mention him, because if people that are usually with us on good
00:30:17.540 issues like Warren Davidson cannot be moved to understand the urgency of this moment and
00:30:23.760 the justice that must be obtained here and achieved for people like Lisa and her family,
00:30:29.560 then we've got a lot of work to do here, brother.
00:30:32.280 Red wave nine weeks from today or not.
00:30:34.920 This is why we wrote the book, Steve.
00:30:38.280 I mean, at first I figured, hey, it's over with.
00:30:41.420 I mean, we don't need to write this.
00:30:43.220 But no, we have not rectified that.
00:30:46.780 To this day, remdesivir is still standard of care.
00:30:50.080 And this has spilled over to other things aside from COVID, that hospitals are now killing
00:30:54.680 fields, that they do things that every first grader knows you wouldn't do for someone in
00:31:00.360 respiratory distress.
00:31:02.040 Rather than anti-inflammatories, they'll push opioids and sedatives, things that relax the
00:31:07.860 breathing, just kicking families out, not giving them proper nourishment.
00:31:14.580 We dedicate a big part of the book to this.
00:31:16.460 You can't move on from this.
00:31:18.780 We need a patient bill of rights.
00:31:20.180 We need a reckoning as to why the hospitals are doing this.
00:31:23.380 This is a big problem.
00:31:24.800 And this ties back into the Third Reich, which is now the Fourth Reich with greater technology
00:31:29.900 in that a certain amount planned it.
00:31:32.680 But then the entire medical profession in Germany went along with this mentality.
00:31:40.140 And this is what we saw in America.
00:31:42.540 They all went along with things that were immoral, illogical, illegal, inhumane.
00:31:47.720 And they had no problem with it to this day.
00:31:50.540 There is no reckoning with that.
00:31:52.980 How they would take someone who was on their dying breath.
00:31:56.680 It's not like they had anything to offer.
00:31:59.420 And they would try remdesivir, toxic drugs, no problem, the drop of a hat.
00:32:04.340 And people are saying, look, let us just come in, have a doctor, administer ivermectin.
00:32:08.520 We know it's safe.
00:32:09.880 Does it work or not?
00:32:10.720 Let's try it.
00:32:11.280 We have nothing to lose.
00:32:12.160 And they would fight them in the courts.
00:32:14.220 They would appeal if they lost at a district level.
00:32:17.480 How do you explain that?
00:32:18.980 I don't know.
00:32:19.620 There's no benign, innocent explanation for it at all.
00:32:22.900 And that's why there is no benign, innocent explanation.
00:32:25.940 And that's why what we need are trials and executions.
00:32:30.660 That's what we need.
00:32:31.640 That's what happened at Nuremberg.
00:32:33.240 This is absolutely the worst human rights, global human rights abuse we have seen as a species since then.
00:32:41.700 That's why you want to go to trialsandexecution.com.
00:32:45.860 That is the website.
00:32:47.140 You can put your email address in there.
00:32:48.720 We will send you the opening argument, a preview of our book.
00:32:52.180 And this will give you a taste of what is coming.
00:32:57.180 Trialsandexecution.com.
00:32:58.600 Again, that's trialsandexecution.com.
00:33:01.160 And the name of the book, Rise of the Fourth Reich, Confronting COVID Fascism with a New Nuremberg Trial so that this never happens again.
00:33:08.980 Pre-sales are happening right now at amazon.com.
00:33:12.160 I've got about a minute here, Daniel.
00:33:13.580 I'll give you the final word.
00:33:14.460 Go ahead.
00:33:15.780 Sure.
00:33:16.140 You know, this would be bad enough if we were completely done with it.
00:33:20.520 The fact that we wouldn't seek justice, we would just walk away from this.
00:33:23.980 But the reality is we're not done with any bit of this.
00:33:27.360 You know, Pfizer is going to come out with a six-in-one shot.
00:33:29.920 They just bragged about all sorts of strains for RSV, flu, COVID, using the same repudiated platforms, the lipid nanoparticles, the mRNA, spike proteins.
00:33:41.800 What is going on here, the lack of care, the gain of function, all of this, the war on treatment, the war on doctors, the silencing of doctors.
00:33:50.600 This is still going on to this very day.
00:33:54.220 It is shocking how we could just walk away from this, and yet Republicans don't even have a plan on the table.
00:34:00.960 It's not even their number 10 item, even the conservative ones, on what they plan to do, get rid of the immunity for the vaccine companies, get rid of the PrEP Act, which exempts everything, the hospitals, the malpractice, you name it.
00:34:15.420 We've seen – there's a pharmacy in West Virginia that gave undiluted shots to people.
00:34:20.540 It was all good.
00:34:21.700 The message that went out, it's all good.
00:34:23.860 No, no.
00:34:25.200 We need to reverse that.
00:34:26.900 I don't even see the person who has the bill to sponsor to get rid of the PrEP Act.
00:34:30.260 So, again, we have a lot of work to be done.
00:34:33.240 We need to recognize we're in the Fourth Reich, and if Biden's speech didn't do that for you, again, you're beyond help.
00:34:40.040 Great stuff, my brother.
00:34:41.320 Appreciate you as always.
00:34:42.320 All right.
00:34:42.540 Take care.
00:34:43.760 See you later.
00:34:44.620 You bet.
00:34:45.060 That's the one and only Daniel Horowitz.
00:34:46.720 You can read his stuff at conservativereview.com.
00:34:49.920 All the data – pardon me – everything that he just cited – pardon me – every study that he just mentioned,
00:34:56.160 it's all linked over there right now at conservativereview.com.
00:35:01.280 That's where you want to go, conservativereview.com.

00:35:54.280 Dace 20 at blazetv.com.
00:35:56.760 Gentlemen, thoughts on the conversation we just had with Daniel Horowitz here in the final couple of minutes of the hour?
00:36:01.140 Well, as the show's resident anti-vaxxer well before COVID,
00:36:05.620 when Daniel ends there talking about, don't think this is done, it's going to go on?
00:36:09.980 Well, that's because it's all part of the plan and has been for quite a long time.
00:36:14.960 There's no hard teachings in this religion, this magical power of vaccines.
00:36:19.400 Before, we had chickenpox vaccines introduced for no reason.
00:36:23.980 We've had Gardasil vaccines, pre-sexually active boys and girls being given this.
00:36:30.780 Why?
00:36:31.840 What has ultimately been the point?
00:36:33.540 It certainly hasn't been for health.
00:36:36.420 If nothing else, we need to understand that there is an agenda here that goes beyond our fundamental well-being.
00:36:44.380 You know, when you hear Joe Biden call half the country, more than half the country, extremists,
00:36:52.080 don't doubt for one second that there will not be follow-through in some way, shape, or form on that rhetoric.
00:36:59.680 There they have.
00:37:00.400 They showed you with COVID, they're more than willing to follow through on whatever the depths of their depraved minds can conjure at any given time.
00:37:08.280 And that's how these things are connected.
00:37:11.200 And that's why the rise of the Fourth Reich, that is an appropriate name.
00:37:16.040 So nine weeks from today is an election.
00:37:19.880 A lot of us are going to vent.
00:37:21.140 We're going to be angry.
00:37:21.900 There'll be some form of a red wave.
00:37:23.940 Will it accomplish a darn thing?
00:37:26.700 We'll talk about that next hour with Congressman Chip Roy from the state of Texas here on the Glenn Beck Program.
00:37:32.180 Stay tuned.
00:37:32.480 We'll talk about that next hour with Congressman Chip Roy from the state of Texas.
00:38:02.480 We'll talk about that next hour with Congressman Chip Roy from the state of Texas.
00:38:32.460 There will be a midterm election.
00:38:34.200 It will likely go well for the Republicans.
00:38:37.000 But what are they running on?
00:38:39.240 What do they plan to do after getting power at the expense of Let's Go Brandon?
00:38:44.480 We'll get into that with one of my best friends, Congressman Chip Roy, here in a moment.
00:38:48.160 And a stunning special announcement just came down from CDC.
00:38:54.140 We're going to let you hear that audio in just a moment here on the Glenn Beck Program.
00:38:58.380 You know, thanks to people like you, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation delivers on its promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices of America's greatest heroes.
00:39:13.880 Heroes like Misoto's Familia, who couldn't wait to join the NYPD to protect her community.
00:39:19.420 She proudly wore her uniform.
00:39:22.040 And then she was ambushed and shot in the head in the line of duty solely because of that uniform she was proud to wear.
00:39:28.940 She is survived by three children.
00:39:30.680 Genesis, who was 20 at the time of the murder, became sole guardian, provider for her twin siblings, Peter and Delilah, who were each 12.
00:39:38.880 And thanks to your generosity, Tunnels to Towers gave her children a mortgage-free home.
00:39:44.680 For some families, the foundation brings the comfort of knowing they can stay in the home where they made memories with their fallen loved ones.
00:39:51.900 For other families, the foundation enables new memories to be cherished forever.
00:39:56.400 Help our nation's greatest heroes and their families.
00:39:59.240 Donate just $11 a month.
00:40:00.720 That's it.
00:40:01.640 To Tunnel to Towers at T2T.org.
00:40:07.060 That's T, the number two, T, dot org.
00:40:11.260 We're going to talk to Congressman Chip Roy here in about 10 minutes, and we'll find out what is the agenda, the vision.
00:40:25.080 He has one.
00:40:25.900 It's published right now at The Blaze.
00:40:28.380 You can read it, and we'll share some of that with you here in just a moment when the congressman joins us on the show.
00:40:34.720 But nine weeks from today is an election.
00:40:36.520 Will it mean anything?
00:40:37.360 Will there be the reckoning that Daniel Horowitz and I were just talking about?
00:40:43.380 Will there be justice?
00:40:44.960 Will we at least get not the Lindsey Graham variety of getting to the bottom of nothing despite nightly appearances on Sean Hannity to lie to America?
00:40:53.520 No.
00:40:53.920 We're going to actually get to the bottom of why they create this virus.
00:41:00.600 What did they know about the true risks of these NADA vaccines?
00:41:04.360 We'll get into that with Chip Roy here in a moment.
00:41:07.820 But if you need yet another reminder of why there must be accountability, and again, the website to go to if you want to get the opening argument of our book, Rise of the Fourth Reich, trialsandexecution.com.
00:41:20.840 That's trials, plural, and execution, singular, dot com.
00:41:24.800 Available for pre-sales right now.
00:41:26.440 Rise of the Fourth Reich.
00:41:27.260 If you want another example of why there must be a new Nuremberg trial, you won't even believe this brand new announcement that just came down from CDC.
00:41:36.820 Do you like being inoculated against an already extinct variant where five jabs not enough?
00:41:47.000 Then you need Jab 2.0, Jab Harder.
00:41:50.200 It's got electrolytes coming this fall.
00:41:53.220 This heart-stopping rendition of the Hit Formulation is available in three flavors, chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry.
00:42:00.120 It's got the same spike protein for that long-lasting sensation and the virtue you love so you can show the world you care.
00:42:09.040 Tested on rodents and only rodents just like you for extra super-duper safety with an extra kick of electrolytes for your pleasure.
00:42:17.660 Look at this loser.
00:42:18.880 He didn't get Jab 2.0, Jab Harder, and now his tranny boyfriend left him for Lindsey Graham.
00:42:24.780 Don't be a science-denying loser.
00:42:26.980 Try Jab 2.0, Jab Harder.
00:42:29.100 It's got electrolytes endorsed by Joe Biden.
00:42:32.720 I was going to put him...
00:42:33.820 Becoming this fall.
00:42:36.700 All right, that's obviously parody.
00:42:39.060 Except it's not.
00:42:40.760 There's nothing in there that actually isn't being asserted to you as true.
00:42:48.640 They're bringing you Omicron boosters because they tested them on eight mice.
00:42:54.520 Guys, eight mice.
00:42:59.100 Eight mice.
00:43:01.440 Now, perhaps it is providential that they are saying you cannot get their poisonous Omicron booster
00:43:09.380 if you didn't get their previous poisonous jabs.
00:43:13.560 So, you know, I prayed about it, and man, I mean, I'm just...
00:43:24.340 They drive a hard bargainers, and I mean, I sweated this one out.
00:43:28.300 But, like they used to say on that famous reality show that no one watches anymore because there's so many of these singer shows now.
00:43:40.380 That's going to be a no from me, dog.
00:43:43.140 I mean, I thought about it.
00:43:44.780 Really?
00:43:46.360 Did all the mental math.
00:43:48.400 So, wait, I've got to go back and get the old poisonous jab to get your new poisonous jab.
00:43:52.880 I think I'm going to roll the dice here, Todd.
00:43:58.300 I'm going to pass on this one.
00:44:00.000 I know that's parody, but that's really everything in there is what they are asserting.
00:44:07.020 It's just we used to laugh at this stuff.
00:44:08.840 And by the way, one of the best medicines against their attempts to bait us cynically and nihilistically is to mock them.
00:44:17.340 There's an old Irish proverb that says, what the devil hates the most is to be mocked, to mock, to laugh.
00:44:25.400 I saw this again when I went and saw the 40th anniversary of Star Trek II, The Wrath of Khan.
00:44:30.960 And when Kirk is baiting Khan, I'm laughing.
00:44:34.980 He says, I'm laughing at the superior intellect.
00:44:38.860 This demonic movement takes itself very seriously.
00:44:43.260 It takes itself extremely seriously.
00:44:49.800 Those who succumb to it think that they're the heroes of this story.
00:44:54.840 They absolutely believe they're the good guys.
00:44:58.940 You need to be fixed.
00:45:00.560 This is why they won't let you have a national divorce.
00:45:03.440 They won't let you go.
00:45:05.760 You have to be converted.
00:45:07.500 You need to be fixed.
00:45:08.400 There's something wrong with you.
00:45:09.760 And they are the cure.
00:45:13.260 What people who succumb to cults can often be moved by the most is not a learned, as much as I love to do this, a learned discourse, a reasoned, deep debate on why they believe the feces they believe.
00:45:38.100 Because what tends to happen when you belong to a cult, and that's what this is, when you belong to a cult, you're beyond reason.
00:45:50.320 You're beyond being reasoned with.
00:45:51.880 You need the rhetorical, intellectual equivalent of Jimmy Cagney throwing a live grapefruit into the face of a hysterical woman in a movie to get her to stop being hysterical.
00:46:07.560 That's what you need.
00:46:10.240 You need slapped around a little bit, metaphorically speaking, of course.
00:46:13.160 And one way to do that is to reduce this to the silly pile of steaming ash it actually is, to mock it, to deride it, to scorn it.
00:46:26.060 Jesus referring to Herod as that sly fox.
00:46:35.720 Paul telling the Judaizers in Galatia, if you love circumcision so much, go ahead and cut your entire penis off and show us you really mean it and be especially holy.
00:46:45.660 Paul referring to the sorcerer in Acts as a son of the devil.
00:46:55.220 This sort of discourse is used throughout the scriptures.
00:46:58.940 When a people are so far gone in their own BS, they're beyond being reasoned with.
00:47:04.420 You just have to now call them on it.
00:47:07.820 We're going to call you on it.
00:47:09.400 Complete and total malarkey.
00:47:12.280 Just nothing is true there.
00:47:13.800 Nothing is.
00:47:14.340 Your mask doesn't work.
00:47:16.680 It never worked.
00:47:17.700 It was never going to work.
00:47:19.320 You're a tool.
00:47:20.520 Put down the wrench.
00:47:22.780 Oh wait, it's you.
00:47:28.880 To that end, we're going to have an event here in about nine weeks called an election.
00:47:39.600 And based on all the data that I am seeing, it will go well for the Republicans.
00:47:43.240 I think about an 85% chance Republicans will win the House.
00:47:46.760 I'd say about 65% they'll also win the Senate.
00:47:52.000 What's their agenda?
00:47:52.940 What are they running on?
00:47:53.860 Do you guys know?
00:47:54.520 Aaron, do you know what they're running on?
00:47:55.540 No idea.
00:47:56.580 Todd, do you know what the Republican agenda is?
00:48:00.680 Pronouning a little less hard.
00:48:02.220 Yeah.
00:48:02.360 I don't know what it is.
00:48:03.300 I don't know what they're running on.
00:48:04.240 I mean, it could very well be that.
00:48:06.400 I mean, like, you know what Carrie Lake is running on in Arizona, right?
00:48:09.540 I do.
00:48:09.760 Everybody knows.
00:48:10.960 Mass devastation of everybody trying to do mass devastation to us.
00:48:14.620 That's all she does every single day.
00:48:16.600 It's like Ron DeSantis and Dragon.
00:48:18.660 I'm so in on her right now that I am about to become a fan boy.
00:48:22.520 All right?
00:48:23.140 So you know what people like her and DeSantis and a few others are running for?
00:48:26.880 The vast majority of these Republicans that were about to grant power all over the country
00:48:31.080 nine weeks from now.
00:48:32.460 What are they running for?
00:48:34.280 I mean, we know what they're running on.
00:48:35.960 Well, we're not Joe Biden.
00:48:37.880 We're not the senile Let's Go Brandon.
00:48:39.760 What are they running for?
00:48:41.380 What's the agenda here?
00:48:42.420 What are they going to do?
00:48:43.800 What's the vision?
00:48:46.060 I mean, a lot of the policies that started us down this inflationary road, many of them
00:48:50.240 voted for with the COVID bailouts, for example.
00:48:53.600 Did they learn their lesson?
00:48:55.780 Today, Vladimir Zelensky is going to do the opening bell in between switching green search
00:49:00.680 and fighting a devastating life and death war where every minute counts.
00:49:06.180 He's going to ring the bell at the New York Stock Exchange and provide you some remarks.
00:49:10.500 We're going to fund another $13 billion of that waste.
00:49:13.720 What's the agenda here?
00:49:17.060 Good friend of mine, Congressman Chip Roy, has a piece up today over at The Blaze,
00:49:21.920 attempting to answer that exact question.
00:49:25.760 It's titled, Not One Additional Penny for Federal Tyranny.
00:49:31.200 Not One Additional Penny for Federal Tyranny.
00:49:34.760 Hear, hear.
00:49:35.160 Let's hear more about what that means when the congressman joins us in a moment.
00:49:45.320 Hey, are you in the middle of trying to buy or sell a home right now?
00:49:47.900 How's that going?
00:49:49.360 Given the way the housing market has gone absolutely nuts, mortgage rates have gone absolutely nuts
00:49:54.540 here in the Let's Go Brandon year.
00:49:55.780 I'm guessing you might be a little bit frazzled, the kind of thing that wasn't easy to begin with.
00:50:00.700 If you've ever done a buying and selling of a home or doing them simultaneously as I have,
00:50:04.800 it's never easy.
00:50:05.900 And it's during these unprecedented times.
00:50:09.200 Bing.
00:50:09.720 That you absolutely need the best real estate agent on your side, guiding you every step of the way.
00:50:14.340 That's where realestateagentsitrust.com comes in the name.
00:50:18.900 Kind of says it all.
00:50:20.920 We will help you find an agent that will help you navigate the tricky waters of buying and selling a home here
00:50:26.420 in the Let's Go Brandon era.
00:50:28.640 They'll take you and walk you through every step of the way and finish the race,
00:50:33.140 making sure you get the best deal when you go to buy and the best price when you go to sell.
00:50:37.100 Check them out for yourself today.
00:50:39.080 That's realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:50:41.960 10 seconds, Station ID.
00:50:55.800 I mentioned it just a minute ago.
00:50:57.580 It is a piece up this morning over at theblaze.com, over at theblaze.com,
00:51:03.140 from one of my best buddies, Congressman Shiproy from the state of Texas.
00:51:06.440 It is titled, Not One Additional Penny for Federal Tyranny.
00:51:11.920 And Chip joins us now here on the Glenn Beck Program.
00:51:15.240 It is good to see you, brother.
00:51:16.060 How are you?
00:51:16.460 Hope you had a great, long Labor Day weekend.
00:51:19.160 I did, Steve.
00:51:20.180 Went and caught some Texas country music, the last show of Robert O'Keefe with my family.
00:51:24.520 We had a good time with the family, but now it's back to work.
00:51:27.540 It is back to work.
00:51:29.200 Let's start with the question you heard me pose a few minutes ago.
00:51:32.780 I think right now it's about 85% odds.
00:51:38.300 And, you know, I didn't go into this for the audience, but, you know, I've got a bit of
00:51:40.700 a background in forecasting, polling, things of that nature.
00:51:43.900 So I'm not just like, you know, pulling these numbers out on my backside.
00:51:47.840 I think it's about 85% odds that you're going to be in the majority in the House next year.
00:51:51.820 What size of that majority?
00:51:53.100 Will it be 20 seats?
00:51:54.360 Will it be 50 seats?
00:51:55.300 I don't know, but I think you'll be in the majority.
00:51:56.860 And I think it's about 65% odds that Republicans will capture the Senate as well.
00:52:01.260 But let's just focus on your chamber for a moment, the House, okay?
00:52:06.800 What are you going to do with the power that you have, Chip?
00:52:09.040 What's the agenda?
00:52:10.080 Are you guys having discussions about that at all?
00:52:12.660 Is there any foresight at all?
00:52:14.200 What are we going to do with the power that we have?
00:52:16.980 Because when I see things like the guy who runs the Freedom Caucus that you're a part of,
00:52:21.060 Scott Perry, he may vote to codify so-called gay marriage into the federal code this week.
00:52:26.860 And this is the same guy that's getting roped into the same cockamamie fascistic Trump investigations
00:52:32.140 that they're doing to Trump.
00:52:33.260 They're roping him, taking his cell phone and everything else.
00:52:35.800 Does he not understand that the same people behind what is going against him are the same
00:52:40.520 people that are behind the pronouns and the eradication of gender, meatball surgery on
00:52:46.820 kids, redefinition of marriage.
00:52:49.160 And if he votes for this, they will then turn right around and attack the church and First
00:52:53.860 Amendment religious protections.
00:52:55.720 What's going on?
00:52:56.680 Inside your caucus right now, other than just, we can't wait until the Democrats continue
00:53:00.580 to suck and we take advantage of it.
00:53:03.540 Well, Steve, thanks.
00:53:04.920 First of all, I don't accept yet that we're going to be in the majority.
00:53:09.880 I think we have to go earn it.
00:53:11.120 Okay.
00:53:11.680 Step one for this current House Republican conference is to go out and earn it by demonstrating
00:53:17.940 we will fight for the American people.
00:53:19.720 That starts right now in September, when the funding for the government expires on September
00:53:25.320 30th.
00:53:25.780 That's the focus of the op-ed that I put up on the blaze today, which is that as step
00:53:31.120 one, again, we're still in the House of Representatives, unlike certain candidates like Kerry you talked
00:53:36.040 about, or Governor DeSantis, who are running their states and they can go out and lead with
00:53:39.580 their agenda and drive a message and a vision for the country.
00:53:42.820 We can do that, but we right now have a job, and our job is to hold the line for the American
00:53:47.640 people.
00:53:48.400 Don't just capitulate and give up.
00:53:50.520 So on September 30th, under no circumstances should we give the pen to Democrats to spend
00:53:56.000 another dollar of our money, to borrow another dollar to fund the authoritarian state, to
00:54:01.660 fund the IRS agents they're going to go after you, to fund the FBI they're going after parents
00:54:06.440 or active down in Mar-a-Lago, to go after the average hardworking American citizen, rather
00:54:14.220 than the corporate crony of state that's rolling over us.
00:54:17.380 That's our job right now in September.
00:54:19.980 So we're going to lean into that fight.
00:54:21.860 The Freedom Caucus is going to lean into that fight.
00:54:24.080 I'm guessing that the Senate will capitulate, because that's what happens when Susan Collins
00:54:28.560 and the merry band of purple staters, frankly, half the red staters, will go cave and say,
00:54:35.480 well, we've got to fund the government.
00:54:37.300 Don't you understand?
00:54:38.460 Look, we need to stand up right now and say that we have an agenda.
00:54:41.880 We believe we should fund the government that will stand up for the people.
00:54:45.360 And if they want to shut it down on their watch, while they control the White House,
00:54:49.000 while they control the Senate, while they control the House, then that's on them.
00:54:52.640 But we should stand up for the people.
00:54:54.580 But again, Steve, that's just step one.
00:54:57.380 Step two, which is to actually answer your question, is that when we get the majority,
00:55:01.980 if the people are gracious enough to bless us with that majority, then we need to come
00:55:07.500 out and say very clearly that we're going to stand up for them, that we're going to stand
00:55:11.440 up for America, that we're not going to just write a blank check to fund a government that
00:55:17.100 will continue COVID tyranny.
00:55:19.060 We should fight that.
00:55:20.500 No more schools getting shut down.
00:55:21.860 No more military getting fired.
00:55:23.560 No more vaccine mandates.
00:55:25.080 And I mean none.
00:55:26.440 We should stand up for energy freedom.
00:55:28.100 No more constraints on our ability to have the energy of our choice.
00:55:32.140 Don't pursue Germany.
00:55:33.380 Don't capitulate to China.
00:55:34.940 Have open oil and gas and nuclear power.
00:55:38.240 We should stand up for a secure border that stops fentanyl and stops cartels.
00:55:42.160 And I mean secure it.
00:55:43.720 Change the policies.
00:55:45.440 These are the things that we need to stand up and put before the American people that
00:55:49.760 we will do if they give us the ability to control this.
00:55:53.920 We can be clear about it.
00:55:55.520 We can lay that out and I'm going to be doing that in the next several weeks.
00:56:00.220 Chip, you and I are both Gen Xers.
00:56:02.200 So we kind of came of age politically during this era of the contract with America.
00:56:07.300 And I would argue with the exception of some of the things Trump tried to do, that was
00:56:14.300 really the last time I can remember the Republican Party after winning an election, attempting
00:56:19.620 to go after an actual counter agenda, go on offense with it in an attempt to impose something
00:56:27.900 counter to what was currently being done and governing on something other than, hey,
00:56:33.100 we're not the guys you hate even more.
00:56:34.540 And one of the urban legends, and maybe it's not, maybe it's not mythology, maybe it's
00:56:39.240 true.
00:56:40.000 One of the moments that has really changed GOP politics ever since is there's an urban
00:56:46.040 legend that Bob Dole and Newt Gingrich were on Air Force One with Bill Clinton during the
00:56:50.540 1995 budget fight.
00:56:52.200 And that Bill Clinton said to Bob Dole and Newt Gingrich, listen, you guys have me outnumbered.
00:56:57.560 I'll give you whatever you want.
00:56:59.140 But if you ask me for absolutely everything, I'm going to face a primary from my left from
00:57:04.120 a Jesse Jackson or somebody else.
00:57:06.060 Primary presidents never win.
00:57:07.940 You'll put me in a no-win scenario where I have to fight you.
00:57:12.520 So I'll give you 80% of what you want, 90% of what you want.
00:57:15.580 But if you ask for 100%, then I'm going to have to refuse you and we'll have a shutdown.
00:57:19.060 They asked for 100%.
00:57:20.400 There was a shutdown.
00:57:21.500 Bill Clinton ended up getting reelected after that, right?
00:57:24.520 That's, that's the, that's the, that's what you're, that's the tale you are told there
00:57:28.340 in Washington, D.C.
00:57:29.180 Do I have that chain of events, correct?
00:57:31.000 Okay.
00:57:31.780 And since, and since a lot of the same people are still running the Republican Party now
00:57:35.380 or that were in it back in 1995, that has been the conventional wisdom of your party ever
00:57:41.580 since when it comes to these budget fights.
00:57:43.440 Are you prepared to push back against that?
00:57:47.080 Yes, see, of course, that's what Republicans have been doing for the last 25 years is cowardice.
00:57:51.500 I don't know if you're roaring in the corner anytime somebody says something about shutdown.
00:57:54.780 But let's be very clear.
00:57:56.200 I'm not advocating for a shutdown.
00:57:58.160 You're not advocating for a shutdown.
00:57:59.760 We're advocating that you stand up and fight using the power of the purse that the founding
00:58:04.040 fathers specifically gave us.
00:58:06.120 Now, this is important for a minute for all your listeners and everybody paying attention.
00:58:09.400 The House of Representatives, the people's house, the part of the Congress closest to
00:58:14.760 the people, it is specifically constitutionally empowered to originate spending bills, to be
00:58:21.840 able to use the power of the purse to restrain executive authority.
00:58:26.620 What they did in 95, what they did in the 94 contract was energizing American people.
00:58:38.860 What they did in 95 by passing a lot of those bills and doing what they said they would do,
00:58:44.020 laid out a strong Republican majority in Congress.
00:58:47.880 We switched the body of a balance of power.
00:58:51.940 Democrats had controlled the House for the previous, what, Steve, 50 years, you know,
00:58:56.120 they just basically run Congress.
00:58:57.880 All right, hold it right there.
00:58:59.140 I want to, I want to let you finish that point here.
00:59:01.080 When we come back here in just a few minutes, Congressman Chip Roy, our guest here on the
00:59:05.520 Glenn Beck program, he says, Hey, it's time to do battle against this authoritarian government.
00:59:10.760 Not another penny for federal tyranny.

01:00:08.600 Name of the piece that's up on the blaze right now.
01:00:12.160 Not one additional penny for federal tyranny.
01:00:15.660 Congressman Chip Roy is the author.
01:00:17.500 Also one of my best buddies.
01:00:18.700 He joins us now here again on the Glenn Beck program.
01:00:21.420 Finish the point you were making there before I had the hard break.
01:00:23.880 Chip, go ahead.
01:00:25.360 Yeah, no problem, Steve.
01:00:26.320 I mean, look, Democrats have been completely in control of Congress for the better part
01:00:30.100 of the 20th century.
01:00:31.560 Certainly the last 50 or 60 years until the contract with America.
01:00:34.600 We shook things up and since then, Republicans have had a heavy dose of control.
01:00:39.520 The only times where we've weakened is when Republicans have played Democrat light.
01:00:43.660 We should stop that.
01:00:45.020 We should take an agenda straight to the American people and do so proudly.
01:00:48.460 After the 95 so-called shutdown, which you just walked through the history that Clinton
01:00:52.800 basically did, Republicans did fine in 96.
01:00:56.420 It was Bob Dole's weak establishment agenda that cost him the election and had a soft showing
01:01:01.900 in 96.
01:01:03.020 In 2014, after my friend and your friend, Ted Cruz, and I was there as his chief of staff,
01:01:08.540 we pushed hard to try to stop Obamacare.
01:01:11.580 The American people were with us.
01:01:13.400 Make D.C. listen, they said.
01:01:15.080 They were rallying.
01:01:16.620 They were rallying behind that.
01:01:18.420 And Republicans actually did very well in 2014.
01:01:21.260 Not because of the establishment said.
01:01:23.100 They said, oh, we shut that Ted Cruz down.
01:01:25.060 No, we demonstrated that we would stand up and fight for the people.
01:01:29.000 That's what they want to see right now.
01:01:30.760 And here's the question for you and your great team there.
01:01:33.720 Are you free?
01:01:35.100 Are we free right now?
01:01:36.920 Are you free if your borders are wide open and fentanyl pouring into your communities?
01:01:40.280 Are you free if our military are getting fired because they won't take an experimental jab
01:01:44.960 in their arm?
01:01:45.960 Are we free if our military is now a woke social engineering experiment?
01:01:50.780 Are we free if insurance companies are running our health care and you actually can't go to
01:01:55.460 the doctor of your choice and you have public health bureaucrats telling us when our schools
01:01:59.560 are going to get shut down?
01:02:01.000 Are you free if you can't send your kids to the school of your choice and empower parents
01:02:06.160 instead of being indoctrinated with some woke agenda?
01:02:08.820 I can keep going.
01:02:10.280 No, we are not free, right?
01:02:13.120 These are the same as the long train of abuses that the founders laid out in the declaration
01:02:17.560 almost 250 years ago.
01:02:19.840 Republicans have a duty to stand up and stop writing blank checks, borrowing money, printing
01:02:26.260 money to fund the very bureaucrats that are undermining our God-given liberties.
01:02:31.240 That's the agenda the American people want to see.
01:02:33.460 They want us to stand up for them and to do so not wild-eyed, but just being very thoughtful
01:02:38.600 and truthful, no more federal blank checks.
01:02:42.840 No more dollars going to these authoritarians and the IRS or the FBI or the CDC and NIH and
01:02:49.320 all of the federal bureaucrats.
01:02:51.160 No more blank checks for open borders.
01:02:53.540 No more blank checks for you to tell me what doctor I have to go to.
01:02:56.660 No more blank checks for a military that's not actually being trained to shoot people and
01:03:01.100 blow things up, but is a woke engineering experiment.
01:03:03.500 If we go out there and take that to the people, man, they will rally behind us.
01:03:07.660 I promise you.
01:03:09.820 Chip, how many more sheets off the photocopy machine over there at the Treasury that gets
01:03:15.120 passed on to us as inflation?
01:03:17.180 Are we going to have to pay for those green shirts over in Ukraine?
01:03:20.700 He's ringing the bell at the New York Stock Exchange this morning after he gives an address.
01:03:24.560 He's going to give us an address, of course.
01:03:26.020 How many more Ben Stiller public appearances do I have to pay for?
01:03:31.580 How many more Lindsey Graham walks down Main Street, Ukraine?
01:03:35.880 How many more parties in other parts of Ukraine do I have to pay for?
01:03:40.240 How many more green shirts?
01:03:41.820 How many more Sean Penn visits?
01:03:44.240 I mean, how much longer does this charade go on?
01:03:48.340 Well, this is one of the things that is being done purposely by not just the Democrats, but
01:03:52.820 the Republican defense establishment, who are going to be all too happy to say, sure, yeah,
01:03:57.480 we're going to have to fund the government on September 30th, because, gosh, Chip, don't
01:04:01.560 you understand?
01:04:02.480 Ukraine is going on.
01:04:03.920 I know Ukraine is going on, and I pray for their people, and I don't even mind providing
01:04:09.040 some baseline of support to help people stand up and protect some of our interests.
01:04:14.180 We do have interests in Eastern Europe, but a $56 billion blank check was an absolute offense
01:04:20.620 to the American people, and now they're back for more.
01:04:24.360 They're now saying they need another, I don't even know the number yet, right?
01:04:26.960 It keeps moving, $10 or $12 billion.
01:04:29.360 We've got to replenish our own supplies, but keep providing them support, including support
01:04:34.380 to their government, Steve.
01:04:35.840 And this is the problem.
01:04:37.200 We are actually having money that is, we know, going to their oligarchs, and we know that
01:04:41.040 it's going off into waste and fraud.
01:04:42.420 There's already been stories about that.
01:04:44.040 But it's also going to the Chinese Communist Party.
01:04:46.660 We're spending money going there that then goes to the Chinese communists.
01:04:51.080 And we know what the Chinese communists are doing, how they're buying up land in Texas.
01:04:54.940 And we're all sitting around building frickin' wind farms and solar panels, empowering our
01:04:59.340 frickin' damned adversaries.
01:05:01.120 So yeah, I don't believe we should be writing blank checks to go to Ukraine so that he can
01:05:05.720 pose on another frickin' magazine cover.
01:05:07.840 We should stand up for the interests of the American people, which begins and ends with securing
01:05:13.400 our own country with actually establishing sovereignty, having a strong military and a strong economy
01:05:20.060 where we don't print money so that we can prop up either Anthony Fauci or Zelensky on a magazine
01:05:25.800 cover.
01:05:26.500 State of California announced last week that it will no longer permit new car sales of gas-powered
01:05:33.580 vehicles in 2035.
01:05:35.800 Literally 72 hours later, that same state of California government put out a directive saying,
01:05:42.140 hey, you've got to power down, including your electrical vehicles, because we don't have
01:05:47.500 enough electricity for the season of heat that usually comes end of August, late September
01:05:53.420 out there on the West Coast.
01:05:55.540 See, we're going to mock this on the right.
01:05:57.840 Oh, liberal, ineffectiveness, moron.
01:06:00.760 They know exactly what they're doing.
01:06:02.180 They're not stupid.
01:06:03.500 This is all about control.
01:06:05.200 They know this.
01:06:05.840 They know that the average American cannot afford a $60,000 EV, and they also know that
01:06:12.560 we're going to go right into the ground to dig out all the cobalt and lithium and everything
01:06:16.100 else we need for these batteries, the same way we've got to dig out the oil out of the
01:06:20.680 ground.
01:06:20.900 They know all of this because it's not about environmentalism.
01:06:24.300 It's all about control.
01:06:26.740 How many people in your caucus realize this?
01:06:28.860 Well, not enough, Steve.
01:06:31.280 I mean, I think a few, and let me actually just slight bit of positivity here is that
01:06:35.000 I do believe more in the conference are recognizing this assault on our way of life.
01:06:39.880 I had a big Republican conference meeting.
01:06:41.720 I drove in March and we had Tom Homan, you know, Tom and Mark Morgan, the guys on the border
01:06:46.360 come in.
01:06:47.080 I actually had a member of the Texas delegation, a senior member come up to me and go, well,
01:06:50.640 Chip, I didn't know it was so bad.
01:06:52.380 I mean, literally, you can't make this stuff up.
01:06:54.140 I'm like, we're in Texas.
01:06:55.340 And now you're talking about energy and what the issue you just mentioned.
01:06:57.940 Here in Texas, ERCOT, I sat down and met with the head of ERCOT, you know, runs our grid.
01:07:03.760 And they're still going to be putting 80% wind and solar into our grid this next year, meaning
01:07:10.000 all the additional capacity, 80% of it will be wind and solar, even after the train wreck
01:07:15.360 last February in Texas.
01:07:17.080 This is all because of what?
01:07:19.260 Money.
01:07:20.340 Money, Steve.
01:07:21.420 They want their free, quote unquote, free money coming from Washington.
01:07:26.920 And guess what?
01:07:27.660 We're doing nothing on the whole CO2 issue.
01:07:30.600 We were driving CO2 levels down to the extent that that drives your agenda.
01:07:35.080 We were driving those down with clean, liquefied natural gas.
01:07:38.140 But we're not making any nuclear energy plants now.
01:07:41.320 We're not actually producing more gas plants, really, the number we should.
01:07:45.180 And here's a number for you.
01:07:46.560 1,100 coal-fired plants in China.
01:07:49.420 We have about 250.
01:07:51.120 They're adding one a week.
01:07:53.400 We're adding none.
01:07:54.480 We are a stupid people, Steve.
01:07:57.100 And it's time for people to step up and stand up for our communities.
01:08:00.820 We should stand up proudly for fossil fuels and nuclear power.
01:08:03.720 We should actually push an agenda that says you want power to have a flourishing lifestyle.
01:08:09.360 You want to be able to manage the climate and be able to have power in air conditioning
01:08:14.200 and the heat.
01:08:14.940 If you plug in two Teslas at your house, your electricity bill is basically going to double.
01:08:19.840 You're going to have basically adding another air conditioning unit to your house or a heating
01:08:23.860 unit if you live up north.
01:08:25.640 And no one talks about that.
01:08:27.220 They don't talk about all the side effects of windmills and solar panels and empowering
01:08:30.420 China.
01:08:31.440 And Republicans get up and go, oh, don't worry.
01:08:34.040 We'll do carbon capture it.
01:08:35.620 We'll do it, too.
01:08:36.840 We love the environment, too, guys.
01:08:38.300 Believe us.
01:08:39.180 Of course we do.
01:08:40.020 We live in it.
01:08:40.900 But we actually want to have power.
01:08:42.460 And we can have it.
01:08:43.460 So let's go get it.
01:08:45.840 Final thing I want to ask you about, Chip.
01:08:47.320 Chip, over the weekend, this nihilistic, senile disgrace of a president claimed over the
01:08:55.500 weekend that he's been fighting Big Pharma his entire career, and this year he beat them.
01:09:00.800 On September 9th last year, the president issued an executive order, which he had said
01:09:05.460 numerous times in public he had no power to issue.
01:09:08.560 He issued an executive order saying, I mean, this is like left behind book stuff.
01:09:12.440 You can't work in America unless you take one of these COVID jabs.
01:09:18.900 And this came a full month, Chip, after the director of CDC, Rochelle Walensky, admitted
01:09:24.440 on national television on August 6th of 2021 that the jabs no longer stopped the spread
01:09:30.900 of the virus and that those who were jabbed could still spread it to others.
01:09:35.680 So on August 6th, the CDC director admits it's not a vaccine in the traditional inoculation
01:09:41.860 terminology that we become accustomed to.
01:09:44.360 A full month later, the president, violating every syllable, morsel, consonant, and vowel
01:09:50.440 of the social compact, the Constitution, the Nuremberg Code, said, I'm going to make it that
01:09:55.580 you can't work in America unless you take it anyway.
01:09:59.080 Since then, everything we've learned from escalating risk profiles of what happens with children,
01:10:04.240 pregnant women, et cetera, a lot of the stuff we didn't know we suspected last September
01:10:08.340 that we do actually know now.
01:10:10.220 We were talking with Daniel Horowitz about that an hour ago.
01:10:13.160 And now he's out there claiming, I'm the one that beat Big Pharma.
01:10:16.300 Chip, he tried to turn us in to test tubes for Big Pharma that we can't sue, that we can't
01:10:21.640 criminally charge, that we can't hold accountable on any level whatsoever.
01:10:25.520 Chip, if that is not impeachable, tell me then what is.
01:10:32.140 Well, it's a great question.
01:10:33.500 And it's the right question to ask in terms of what's been happening with the power of the
01:10:36.880 government being levied against the American people, beginning with COVID.
01:10:41.040 But I would argue in many other ways as well.
01:10:43.140 I mean, there's a reason they want these 85,000 new IRS agents, right?
01:10:46.900 It's purposeful.
01:10:47.560 It's not revenue.
01:10:49.380 It's to be able to go after and target the American people, specific American people.
01:10:53.660 But let me just say one thing.
01:10:56.820 There's merit to pursuing impeachment of Mayorkas.
01:10:59.860 There's merit to pursuing impeachment of President Biden for what he's been doing in
01:11:04.640 violation of the principles of the Constitution, the text of the Constitution, separation of
01:11:08.840 powers, targeting Americans, going after American citizens, and for daring to challenge school
01:11:14.680 boards.
01:11:15.060 And we'll go down the list in Garland.
01:11:16.540 But remember this.
01:11:18.560 The reason I focus so much on spending and defunding the authoritarian state is because
01:11:23.620 it's the one absolute thing we can do.
01:11:26.600 And we only need the majority in the House and 60 in the Senate.
01:11:29.980 In an impeachment scenario, we need a majority in the House and 67 in the Senate.
01:11:34.660 So my basic point is, put your training wheels on right now.
01:11:39.120 Demonstrate to the American people you'll fight for them by stopping and giving the checks
01:11:43.260 to FBI, the checks to the DHS, the checks to the Department of Justice, the checks to the
01:11:48.460 President, the checks by that I mean the dollars, the blank checks, the printed money, to go
01:11:53.660 after us.
01:11:54.900 And so that, I think, is the threshold question.
01:11:57.320 And then we can talk about whether and how the President or Mayorkas or Garland or Fauci
01:12:02.600 or any other public officials who are potentially still in power have violated the Constitution
01:12:07.700 and committed impeachable offenses.
01:12:09.440 But it is very clear that this government has been undermining the well-being of the
01:12:15.200 American people, targeting the American people, violating laws in the process.
01:12:19.740 This whole student loan fiasco, total train wreck, ignoring the law, the text of the law.
01:12:24.640 The border, Mayorkas is literally blatantly disregarding law to have operational control
01:12:29.880 of the border.
01:12:30.740 The Attorney General going after parents and targeting them with these edu-official tags.
01:12:36.180 I've got one minute.
01:12:37.020 Go ahead and finish.
01:12:37.580 Go ahead.
01:12:38.080 I've got one minute.
01:12:38.660 Go.
01:12:39.360 Yeah.
01:12:39.660 All these public health officials.
01:12:41.580 And then Biden is right on the top of this.
01:12:43.340 And it is Biden who knows exactly what he's doing in his administration.
01:12:48.240 Great stuff, brother.
01:12:49.080 Check out his piece over at The Blaze.
01:12:51.560 Not one additional penny for federal tyranny.
01:12:54.600 It's available right now.
01:12:56.240 Congressman Chip Roy from Texas.
01:12:57.680 You can read it over at The Blaze.
01:12:58.920 Good to see you, my friend.
01:13:00.100 Appreciate the time as always.
01:13:01.600 All right.
01:13:01.760 Take care.
01:13:01.880 Yeah.
01:13:02.060 God bless you.
01:13:02.640 Your whole team.
01:13:03.340 Thanks, everybody.
01:13:03.960 Same to you guys.
01:13:04.620 Nate and the whole team over there as well.
01:13:05.660 Thank you.
01:13:06.700 I will come back.
01:13:07.420 And we'll wrap up hour two here on the Glenn Beck program in a moment.
01:13:10.880 The Glenn Beck program.
01:13:12.140 All right, wrapping up hour two here on the Glenn Beck program, let's get some reaction
01:13:32.000 to the conversation that I just had with my good friend, Congressman Chip Roy from Texas.
01:13:36.680 Aaron, I'll start with you.
01:13:37.400 What did you think?
01:13:37.900 I think it's important to remember at moments like this, and I'm speaking broadly in this
01:13:45.060 American moment, voting Republican is purely at best, and I mean at best, and it's a stretch
01:13:53.620 at best, a self-defense measure.
01:13:57.080 Voting GOP in any seat in Washington is at best a self-defense measure.
01:14:04.080 These people don't just disagree with you.
01:14:08.660 The apparatus of the Republican Party doesn't just disdain you.
01:14:12.720 They actually kind of hate you.
01:14:16.560 They actually kind of, they don't just disagree with you.
01:14:19.380 They disagree with you.
01:14:20.900 They hate you.
01:14:22.100 So, I think it's important to remember, when we talk about voting GOP, we have to make our
01:14:29.500 communities, if you live in a red state, make it as red as California is blue.
01:14:35.460 Because right now, the balkanization, the balkanization of the United States is actually
01:14:40.660 what's going to save us in the near term.
01:14:42.780 We can't save the entire country at once.
01:14:45.120 You have to make your red states as red as possible.
01:14:47.740 And just in closing, I remember, just to kind of illustrate, out of the, what, 535 some
01:14:54.680 members of Congress, I think we did this exercise one time.
01:14:58.260 There's maybe 20 of them that we don't feel like we have to babysit on a day-to-day basis.
01:15:03.820 That's how far gone the GOP is in Washington.
01:15:07.800 I'm guessing you're just going to say what he said.
01:15:09.820 My favorite thing that Chip said is, we are a stupid people.
01:15:12.540 Amen.
01:15:13.980 Hour three of the Glenn Beck program is next.
01:15:16.560 Stay tuned.
01:15:17.740 Hey, I'm getting lighter, by the way, and I've got Bilt Bar to thank for.
01:15:24.160 They have been my secret weapon this year.
01:15:26.840 I'm trying to lose the last 50 pounds I had to lose several years ago when I had to lose
01:15:31.140 150 and only lost 100 because I just got tired.
01:15:34.960 Allen Iverson levels of tired.
01:15:36.440 Now I'm trying to lose the last 50 before I turn 50.
01:15:39.140 I've dropped about 30 of them this year.
01:15:41.020 Bilt Bar has been huge.
01:15:42.060 It's not just the protein I'm looking for, but also the sweet tooth satisfaction that I crave.
01:15:48.220 So many great flavors.
01:15:49.640 I had a brownie batter, one of my favorites here during the show a little while ago.
01:15:53.260 I've got four boxes of my all-time favorite chocolate chip cookie dough chunk at home.
01:15:57.260 So many great flavors.
01:15:58.580 You cannot beat it.
01:15:59.580 Bilt.com is where you want to go.
01:16:01.800 Bilt.com is where you want to go.
01:16:03.540 promo code Beck, and you'll get 15% off your order for Bilt Bar at Bilt.com.
01:16:11.020 We have one more hour to go, and I'm going to begin it by really annoying Todd.
01:16:17.420 That's coming up here in just a moment.
01:16:33.540 We've got no room to compromise
01:16:51.140 We've got to stand together if we're going to survive
01:16:56.940 Stand up straight and hold the line
01:17:02.620 It's a new day I'm trying to raise
01:17:08.540 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:17:16.600 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:17:19.540 Stand up
01:17:21.540 So we're just talking to my good friend Congressman Chip Roy last hour.
01:17:37.100 What's the GOP agenda?
01:17:38.620 Well, he's laid out, we think, a pretty robust one that we would rally behind.
01:17:42.340 But what if they let us down again?
01:17:44.320 Do we have other options?
01:17:45.820 We do.
01:17:46.600 And we'll discuss that here in Hour 3 of the Glenn Beck Program.
01:17:49.280 Stay tuned.
01:17:49.580 Stay tuned.
01:17:51.360 All right, back here on the Glenn Beck Program.
01:18:01.340 We are normally after the Glenn Beck Program right here on Blaze TV.
01:18:04.960 I am Steve Dace with Tatters and Aaron McIntyre.
01:18:07.880 We are noon to 2 Eastern right after Glenn Beck.
01:18:10.280 And if you like what you've heard so far today and you want to hear more, great week to become a Blaze TV subscriber because that way you also won't miss any of Glenn's exclusive outstanding Wednesday night specials as well.
01:18:25.260 Dace 20, that's my last name.
01:18:27.000 D-E-A-C-E.
01:18:28.500 Dace 20 is what you want to use to get your 20% off Blaze TV discount.
01:18:32.920 When you go to blazetv.com, again, that's blazetv.com and use the discount code DACE20.
01:18:40.180 We just got through talking to a good friend of mine, Congressman Chip Roy of Texas, laying out an actual vision for Republicans.
01:18:48.540 Don't just stand there and not be Democrats when people are voting and they're pissed at the Dems and just take advantage of it with no plan of what to do affirmatively on your own.
01:18:58.300 In fact, he laid out a plan for what to do with the budget battle at the very end of this month.
01:19:02.860 But what if, with a couple of exceptions like the governor of Florida, maybe the would-be governor of Arizona, Republicans, Republican again.
01:19:12.580 Let us down again.
01:19:14.900 Do we lack any other options within the conventional political system to peaceably but aggressively push back on the spirit of the age?
01:19:25.040 The answer is no.
01:19:26.260 There is still one other option.
01:19:28.040 Another good friend of mine, Mark Meckler from the Convention of States, he'll be joining us later in this hour to talk about that.
01:19:33.880 But first, I have to annoy Todd.
01:19:37.900 There's so many different ways this could go down.
01:19:39.880 There is many ways this could go down.
01:19:42.120 But 110 days from today, Todd.
01:19:47.020 Yeah, I'm annoyed.
01:19:51.400 Because you know already what I'm going to say?
01:19:53.140 Like I said, there's so many ways and I know this way.
01:19:55.700 Because we go this way a lot.
01:19:57.020 But usually about this time of year, right?
01:19:59.340 Kids go back to school, football season kicks off, and a middle-aged man's fancies turn to Christmas.
01:20:07.180 Because, as you like to say, I have the palate of a 12-year-old.
01:20:10.900 I have the sense of humor of one, too.
01:20:12.860 And I am a year-round Christmas slappy.
01:20:15.620 We didn't even take down all of our Christmas decorations from last year.
01:20:18.900 We just love the way the house looks so much.
01:20:20.520 110 days from today, it is Christmas time.
01:20:24.360 Are you ready?
01:20:24.640 He's not kidding, America.
01:20:25.600 No, I'm not kidding.
01:20:26.280 They left them up.
01:20:27.320 No, we left them up.
01:20:28.760 I'm not kidding.
01:20:29.780 No, I mean, I take very few things seriously.
01:20:33.540 Christmas is one of them.
01:20:34.800 I am an absolute Christmas slappy.
01:20:37.780 So, in order to indoctrinate the rest of you into my Christmas slappiness, I thought we'd give you a little preview of some of the great sounds of the season.
01:20:51.520 Nothing brings back warm Christmas memories like the songs and carols you love, and only Perry Carditis and his mRNAs have all your favorite holiday songs in one non-random controlled study.
01:21:04.640 It's beginning to look a lot like it's beginning to look a lot like a Vax Pass to get into anywhere you go.
01:21:12.600 From inspiring hymns like...
01:21:15.100 Oh, holy spike, the protein bloodstream trembling, because they lied, and it don't stay in your arm.
01:21:30.580 Oh, little town of Wuhan, we can't believe you lied.
01:21:41.120 You're run by creeps who should be put to sleep.
01:21:48.100 Those bats, they don't live nearby.
01:21:52.240 To traditional Christmas classics such as...
01:21:54.120 In the 12th decade of lockdowns my true lords gave to me, absolutely freaking nothing, I've been home since Christmas.
01:22:10.960 Hmm.
01:22:11.160 Then there's those funny novelty songs to lighten the mood.
01:22:31.800 Grandma got run over by a Cuomo He left her to die in an infected nursing home
01:22:39.220 I really can't stay Baby, it's COVID, Stan I really must go
01:22:45.880 And baby, it's COVID, Stan I saw mommy masking Santa Claus
01:22:54.080 Because the CDC said so last night
01:22:59.800 Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell palsy
01:23:03.520 If you dare get that booster, then you sure are ballsy
01:23:07.360 And of course, we remember the reason for the season
01:23:10.340 Fauci, did you know
01:23:12.400 That your virus
01:23:15.640 Would someday wreck the world
01:23:20.020 Fauci, did you know
01:23:23.060 That your science
01:23:26.540 Doesn't know what's a boy or a girl
01:23:30.920 It came upon Anthony Fauci
01:23:38.240 A sulfuric presence of old
01:23:44.140 From demons deep within the earth
01:23:53.200 Who knew that his soul was sold
01:23:58.900 But that's not all, this collection has so much more to offer
01:24:03.440 Like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Redfield
01:24:05.520 All I want for Christmas is my fifth vaccine
01:24:08.460 Deck Rochelle with facts and data
01:24:10.740 Whitmer Wonderland
01:24:12.200 Little Jabber Boy
01:24:13.400 Have yourself a little waning efficacy
01:24:15.660 Happy Christmas, this is never over
01:24:18.000 And more
01:24:18.800 All this can be yours for a high, high price we can't name yet because inflation
01:24:22.920 But don't let that stop you from this once-in-a-lifetime collection
01:24:26.120 Call now at 1-900-666-VAX to order
01:24:29.800 Only available while supply chains last
01:24:32.220 Must be double-masked when you call
01:24:34.000 Again, that's 1-900-666-VAXX
01:24:37.940 Now doesn't that put you in the spirit, Erzin?
01:24:41.300 It actually does
01:24:42.300 Don't give me your bah, homebag
01:24:43.680 You've got to right now be just
01:24:45.600 Whistling a little silver bells right now
01:24:48.040 Yes, but not for the reasons you think
01:24:51.600 First of all, I love the fact that like
01:24:53.240 We're off air
01:24:55.040 You already talked on the show
01:24:57.140 About your book coming out with Daniel Horowitz
01:25:00.280 You've got a movie coming out in less than a year
01:25:02.460 And off air while we're watching this, you're talking
01:25:04.340 This is my magnum opus
01:25:05.580 This is the finest work I've ever done
01:25:07.240 Right here
01:25:08.040 And you could have
01:25:09.440 And how you leaned into this thing
01:25:10.940 You have a daughter who has a training in theater
01:25:14.120 You could have called in here to sing it
01:25:15.520 She's literally an award-winning singer, my daughter
01:25:16.780 You're like, no, I got this
01:25:18.060 Yes
01:25:18.480 Usually all the things I hear
01:25:20.600 We've said in anger
01:25:22.340 That's the other
01:25:23.080 You say all the things we've said so many times
01:25:26.320 With rage in our voice
01:25:27.260 And it's got that just
01:25:28.680 Dacian, off-key joy in it
01:25:31.060 It is truly the magic of Christmas
01:25:33.480 That lifted that entire enterprise up
01:25:35.360 Going back and listening to that
01:25:36.860 I mean, I've not listened to it since last Christmas
01:25:38.640 Just now
01:25:39.600 It's the first time I've heard that since
01:25:40.900 Last December
01:25:42.160 Holy cow
01:25:43.960 It's, I mean
01:25:45.780 We were
01:25:46.780 We were parodying stuff back then
01:25:48.960 When Aaron and I put that together
01:25:50.560 You know, around Thanksgiving of last year
01:25:52.720 But pretty much everything that's in there
01:25:54.940 It's not even parody now
01:25:56.840 Right?
01:25:58.160 I mean, it was
01:25:58.460 It was still considered revolutionary
01:26:00.060 To say in December of last year
01:26:01.840 That the spike protein doesn't stay in your arm
01:26:04.280 Now
01:26:06.040 Now we know it
01:26:07.920 You know, it goes into your testes
01:26:09.820 Goes into your ovaries
01:26:10.660 Everybody
01:26:11.060 The stuff that we submitted as parody a year ago
01:26:14.780 That's in that incredible production
01:26:19.060 That Aaron put together from last Christmas
01:26:20.680 That's news now
01:26:23.020 Everything in there is news now
01:26:25.700 Think about that
01:26:27.100 Like, this is
01:26:28.320 Isn't this what the writers of Black Mirror said?
01:26:31.320 That they didn't do another season of the show
01:26:33.300 Because they couldn't figure out
01:26:35.320 How to come up with stuff
01:26:36.240 That was actually crazier or worse
01:26:37.820 Yeah
01:26:38.020 Than what was really happening right now
01:26:39.880 Well, that's
01:26:40.660 You are onto something
01:26:42.560 Way larger
01:26:44.060 Than perhaps you thought at the time
01:26:46.280 When Steve Carell said
01:26:48.200 We couldn't do the office today
01:26:50.360 Yeah
01:26:50.700 Because
01:26:51.160 Our ability
01:26:52.800 To communicate
01:26:54.060 As a people to one another
01:26:55.520 And tell the stories that need to be told
01:26:57.400 Is getting increasingly
01:26:58.840 Very, very difficult
01:27:00.340 So this is
01:27:01.520 This is a way of being subversive
01:27:04.500 This is almost like Thomas More stuff
01:27:06.240 I need to criticize the king
01:27:07.860 Nice analogy
01:27:08.360 How do I do it?
01:27:09.320 Yeah
01:27:09.460 So I
01:27:10.360 I write farce
01:27:12.480 So, you know
01:27:12.840 I write utopia
01:27:13.760 As a parody
01:27:14.400 As a satire
01:27:15.000 Yes
01:27:15.260 Yeah
01:27:15.500 That's a great analogy
01:27:16.880 So
01:27:17.420 There is one last line of defense here
01:27:20.960 Should the Republicans prove
01:27:23.120 How many times in a row
01:27:26.820 To not be it?
01:27:28.520 Okay
01:27:28.780 Should they do what they typically do
01:27:31.800 In all too many cases
01:27:33.220 With few exceptions
01:27:33.980 When we give them power
01:27:34.960 Turn on us
01:27:36.280 Instead of them
01:27:37.180 Right
01:27:37.660 There is one more
01:27:39.400 Line of defense here
01:27:40.820 We will talk about that here
01:27:41.860 In a moment
01:27:42.320 On the Glenn Beck Program
01:27:43.540 All right
01:27:49.980 Back here on the Glenn Beck Program
01:27:51.360 And I have
01:27:52.660 After being initially skeptical
01:27:54.220 Out of fear
01:27:56.080 Of the whole idea
01:27:57.560 Of a runaway convention
01:27:59.780 Because I'm a total depravity
01:28:01.700 Kind of guy
01:28:02.240 And I have zero trust
01:28:03.920 For human nature
01:28:04.840 Whatsoever
01:28:05.540 I have
01:28:05.880 An extremely high view
01:28:07.660 Of human worth
01:28:08.760 And dignity
01:28:09.260 Because we are the
01:28:10.000 Imago Dei
01:28:10.740 We are the
01:28:11.140 Only beings
01:28:12.180 In all of the universe
01:28:13.360 Made in the image
01:28:14.740 And likeness
01:28:15.840 Of our creator
01:28:16.800 But
01:28:18.100 Because we are also
01:28:19.520 Fallen
01:28:20.100 I have
01:28:20.680 The exact opposite
01:28:22.340 Level of regard
01:28:23.280 For human nature
01:28:24.100 So I can be
01:28:24.940 Very distrusting
01:28:26.300 Of people
01:28:26.720 Beginning with myself
01:28:27.880 All right
01:28:28.740 So I was initially
01:28:29.920 Skeptical
01:28:30.620 And then we got
01:28:31.380 Closer and closer
01:28:32.260 To the end
01:28:32.880 Of the ball game here
01:28:33.920 We are at least
01:28:35.000 At a two minute warning
01:28:36.040 As a civilization
01:28:37.260 We are at least there
01:28:38.900 At least there
01:28:40.340 If we are not living
01:28:41.780 Through Romans 1
01:28:42.720 Kind of stuff
01:28:43.540 We have
01:28:44.520 An increasingly
01:28:45.540 Growing segment
01:28:46.620 Of our society
01:28:47.500 That is trying
01:28:48.380 To push us
01:28:49.040 To that brink
01:28:49.600 At the very least
01:28:50.440 So we are at least
01:28:52.220 At the two minute warning
01:28:53.420 Part of the football game
01:28:54.500 When you realize
01:28:55.360 You know
01:28:56.140 Some of the traditional
01:28:57.060 More conventional
01:28:58.020 Methods
01:28:58.880 Of winning here
01:29:01.060 May not be
01:29:02.040 As open to us
01:29:02.940 We might need
01:29:03.480 To use some things
01:29:04.340 That are within the rules
01:29:05.340 They're in the rules
01:29:06.760 But they're a little bit
01:29:07.940 More radical
01:29:08.620 A little bit more risky
01:29:09.980 Because nothing's riskier
01:29:11.920 Than having the game
01:29:13.320 Go final
01:29:14.100 And we're the losing team
01:29:15.560 And then it doesn't
01:29:16.320 Get replayed
01:29:17.040 That's what the word
01:29:17.880 Final means
01:29:18.720 It means it's over
01:29:19.660 Right
01:29:20.560 And so after initially
01:29:21.860 Being skeptical
01:29:22.680 Of a convention of states
01:29:23.920 I've now become
01:29:25.240 A full-throated advocate
01:29:26.600 Of it
01:29:26.900 I've spoken on behalf
01:29:27.820 Of it
01:29:28.100 Whether it's here
01:29:29.440 In my state
01:29:29.980 Where I live now
01:29:30.720 Iowa
01:29:31.200 My original home state
01:29:32.560 Of Michigan
01:29:33.240 Written about it
01:29:34.340 Extensively
01:29:34.900 Become good friends
01:29:35.840 With one of the people
01:29:36.840 One of the architects
01:29:38.060 Of it that joins us now
01:29:39.220 Mark Meckler
01:29:39.880 From the convention of states
01:29:41.280 It's good to have you
01:29:41.880 With us brother
01:29:42.300 How are you?
01:29:43.600 It's good to be here
01:29:44.340 And good to see you
01:29:45.200 Wearing a Wolverine shirt
01:29:46.220 I gotta say
01:29:46.780 It was a good weekend
01:29:47.560 It was a very good weekend
01:29:48.940 So yes
01:29:49.600 Go blue
01:29:50.080 I know
01:29:50.880 We are on my old
01:29:52.220 Hometown station
01:29:53.000 That I grew up
01:29:53.540 Listening to Michigan football
01:29:54.460 On when I was a kid
01:29:55.340 Wood AM in Grand Rapids, Michigan
01:29:57.560 So I listened to that
01:29:58.880 Growing up
01:29:59.240 So I wanted to give
01:29:59.740 Those folks a shout out
01:30:00.820 Over there of course
01:30:01.960 But let's get to
01:30:03.400 A football game
01:30:04.400 Of a little bit more
01:30:05.040 Serious import
01:30:06.060 At least when we look
01:30:07.660 At it as an analogy
01:30:08.460 The desecration of Independence Hall
01:30:11.280 Last Thursday
01:30:12.040 That's what I'm calling it
01:30:12.960 I mean it really was
01:30:13.960 A desecration
01:30:15.240 That wasn't a speech
01:30:16.100 I can't think of a moment
01:30:17.680 In American history
01:30:19.240 Where a national political leader
01:30:21.180 Spoke about a large segment
01:30:23.100 Of our own people
01:30:24.060 The way that he did
01:30:25.600 And I thought it was
01:30:26.840 A cynical attempt
01:30:28.140 To bait our people
01:30:29.120 Into acting out
01:30:30.420 Worse than whatever
01:30:31.360 They were entrapped into
01:30:32.420 On January the 6th
01:30:33.700 But I also think
01:30:34.800 That they nihilistically
01:30:36.200 Mean this
01:30:36.900 Mark I mean they
01:30:37.520 They have pursued policies
01:30:39.160 As if they think this way
01:30:40.760 About large segments
01:30:42.500 Of the people
01:30:43.140 And it's not just
01:30:44.120 Campaign rhetoric
01:30:45.520 So with that in mind
01:30:47.040 I think
01:30:47.600 Whatever hour
01:30:48.740 Of the
01:30:49.140 That you thought
01:30:49.860 We were in
01:30:50.500 Before last Thursday
01:30:52.020 The clock at least
01:30:52.960 Went at least a minute
01:30:53.760 Or two later
01:30:54.320 Didn't it?
01:30:55.680 It absolutely did
01:30:56.740 I mean what you saw
01:30:57.680 In bold relief
01:30:58.680 In colors
01:30:59.280 In graphic representation
01:31:00.900 Is the new
01:31:02.440 Democratic fascist party
01:31:03.720 The NDFP
01:31:04.380 That's what the Democrats
01:31:05.580 Have become today
01:31:06.500 Joe Biden used
01:31:07.680 All the symbology
01:31:08.780 Of a fascist
01:31:10.060 Rising government
01:31:11.120 He used fascist language
01:31:13.200 He vilified his opponents
01:31:14.720 In a way that
01:31:15.420 Essentially
01:31:16.280 Potentially leads
01:31:17.580 To genocide
01:31:18.160 I mean what he's doing
01:31:18.960 Is dehumanizing
01:31:20.020 The opposition
01:31:20.740 Saying that the opposition
01:31:22.260 Must be silenced
01:31:23.180 Pushed from the political square
01:31:24.600 Important to remember
01:31:25.900 Mussolini's definition
01:31:27.060 Of fascism
01:31:27.680 The inventor of fascism
01:31:28.680 Said it's
01:31:29.280 Everything inside the state
01:31:30.720 Nothing outside the state
01:31:31.740 And importantly
01:31:32.420 Nothing against the state
01:31:33.920 That's the definition
01:31:35.200 Of today's new
01:31:36.080 Democrat fascist party
01:31:37.500 He also said
01:31:40.460 Over the weekend
01:31:41.000 That he's been fighting
01:31:42.200 Big Pharma
01:31:42.740 His entire career
01:31:43.580 He beat them this year
01:31:44.680 Mark it was almost
01:31:45.560 Exactly a year ago
01:31:46.720 That he announced
01:31:48.240 The worst executive order
01:31:50.240 In my opinion
01:31:50.940 In all of American history
01:31:52.320 Literally stuff out of
01:31:54.320 Like left behind books
01:31:55.520 You couldn't win
01:31:56.600 Or you couldn't work
01:31:57.540 Unless you took a jab
01:31:58.960 Which his own CDC director
01:32:01.100 Had admitted a full month prior
01:32:02.760 Won't stop you
01:32:03.840 From even getting
01:32:04.520 Or transmitting the virus
01:32:05.880 But you had to get
01:32:06.560 This jab anyway
01:32:07.460 And now we are seeing
01:32:08.940 All the risk profiles
01:32:10.780 The VAERS database
01:32:12.000 Surging in reports
01:32:13.540 What we're seeing
01:32:14.420 With data all over the world
01:32:15.620 The study in Thailand
01:32:16.800 A month ago
01:32:17.580 18% of teenage boys
01:32:19.460 Had abnormal EKGs
01:32:21.060 After getting a full dose
01:32:22.400 Of Pfizer
01:32:22.900 The Israeli data
01:32:24.340 The UK data
01:32:25.360 Our own data
01:32:26.220 The study from
01:32:26.940 The British Medical Journal
01:32:27.940 The risk profile
01:32:29.240 And everything else
01:32:29.880 He was willing
01:32:30.660 To risk
01:32:31.920 The infertility rates
01:32:33.640 Of many Americans
01:32:34.920 The nervous systems
01:32:36.500 Of many Americans
01:32:37.340 The cardiovascular systems
01:32:39.040 Of many Americans
01:32:39.940 The hearts of many Americans
01:32:41.580 The long term health
01:32:42.520 Of our children
01:32:43.320 In order for you to work
01:32:45.240 If that's not a violation
01:32:46.460 Of every last morsel
01:32:48.460 Of the constitution
01:32:49.360 And social compact
01:32:50.400 At this point
01:32:51.500 I don't know
01:32:52.320 What is
01:32:53.340 And I just think
01:32:54.460 When they say
01:32:56.320 What they really mean
01:32:57.600 And then act on it
01:32:58.500 We should probably
01:32:59.720 Listen to them
01:33:00.600 Mark
01:33:00.920 Yeah I think that's correct
01:33:03.180 And again
01:33:03.560 I'm going to point back
01:33:04.400 To fascism
01:33:05.080 This is totalitarian
01:33:06.400 Fascist control
01:33:07.500 It always starts this way
01:33:08.740 By the way
01:33:09.100 They never say
01:33:10.020 Hey we're going to do
01:33:11.200 Something really evil
01:33:12.020 They say
01:33:12.400 We're going to do something
01:33:13.360 That's really good for you
01:33:14.460 It's really good for society
01:33:15.880 Jonah Goldberg
01:33:16.920 Wrote a great book about this
01:33:18.000 I'm not a huge
01:33:18.640 Goldberg fan anymore
01:33:19.760 But he wrote a great book
01:33:20.140 Does he read his books anymore
01:33:21.020 That's another
01:33:21.440 That's a topic for another day
01:33:22.400 Does Jonah Goldberg
01:33:23.260 Still read the books
01:33:24.140 He once wrote
01:33:24.740 Do you know the answer to that
01:33:25.740 You know what
01:33:26.260 No one knows the answer to that
01:33:27.420 So continue on
01:33:28.120 With what you were saying
01:33:28.840 Go ahead
01:33:29.120 Likely no
01:33:30.240 But liberal fascism
01:33:31.360 Is the best examination
01:33:32.420 Of the history of fascism
01:33:33.480 In the world
01:33:34.000 And it says
01:33:34.840 It always starts with liberals
01:33:35.960 They always say
01:33:36.740 That they've got
01:33:37.300 Some great utopian scheme
01:33:39.240 That they want everybody
01:33:40.240 To adopt
01:33:40.780 And when you won't adopt it
01:33:41.820 Ultimately
01:33:42.200 They're going to force you
01:33:43.040 To do it
01:33:43.540 And if that doesn't work
01:33:44.840 What they're going to do
01:33:45.400 Is throw you in prison
01:33:46.120 And ultimately kill you
01:33:47.380 That's where I see
01:33:48.960 This government headed
01:33:49.760 They're going to throw
01:33:50.520 Their opponents in prison
01:33:51.560 We're already seeing them do this
01:33:52.920 They're doing raids
01:33:53.940 On innocent people
01:33:54.820 They're calling parents
01:33:56.140 Domestic terrorists
01:33:57.660 The FBI is targeting people
01:33:59.340 87,000 new IRS agents
01:34:02.000 To target people
01:34:02.740 Like you and me
01:34:03.540 Specifically because
01:34:04.820 We don't agree
01:34:06.080 With what they're doing
01:34:06.980 Which brings us
01:34:08.840 To this election
01:34:09.520 And I think
01:34:12.060 It's at least 85%
01:34:13.500 The Republicans
01:34:14.120 Are going to win the house
01:34:14.920 And we had a conversation
01:34:16.240 With one of my best buddies
01:34:17.120 Chip Roy
01:34:17.600 About that last hour
01:34:18.720 And what's their agenda
01:34:20.020 And what will they do
01:34:20.880 And you can just hear
01:34:21.660 In Chip's voice
01:34:22.300 He's fighting his own caucus
01:34:23.880 To get them to do anything
01:34:24.980 With it
01:34:25.380 Okay
01:34:25.780 It's about 65%
01:34:27.440 I would say right now
01:34:28.260 That I think they'll win
01:34:28.980 The Senate
01:34:29.360 But as long as
01:34:30.440 We've got old ditch
01:34:31.220 Over there running things
01:34:32.180 He'll just keep driving us
01:34:33.260 Into one
01:34:33.700 Right
01:34:34.040 You know
01:34:34.500 And so
01:34:36.100 A lot of our people
01:34:37.540 Especially as we're getting
01:34:38.480 Baited
01:34:38.960 Into this
01:34:40.140 Hopelessness
01:34:41.220 And you're terrible
01:34:42.340 And we're going to
01:34:43.300 Round you up
01:34:44.040 And you're not a citizen
01:34:45.160 And you shouldn't have a job
01:34:46.320 You shouldn't have a vote
01:34:47.040 We can steal your elections
01:34:48.120 We can do whatever we want
01:34:48.980 To you
01:34:49.380 This hopelessness
01:34:50.900 This baiting
01:34:51.700 We're being baited here
01:34:52.940 Into a certain outcome
01:34:54.820 That the spirit of the age
01:34:56.200 Would love to see
01:34:57.280 Essentially create
01:34:59.520 Unfathomable devastation
01:35:01.980 Of our way of life
01:35:03.780 And really of the last bastion
01:35:05.460 Of liberty in the world
01:35:06.400 And I know a lot of our people
01:35:07.940 Mark
01:35:08.200 Are increasingly feeling hopeless
01:35:09.920 That my vote
01:35:11.040 Won't even be counted
01:35:12.280 Even if I go vote
01:35:13.440 For these fake Republicans
01:35:14.480 My vote won't even count
01:35:15.620 And then if it does count
01:35:16.600 They'll win
01:35:16.980 And not do anything
01:35:17.880 That hopelessness
01:35:19.760 Will not just remain
01:35:21.120 Playing within the system
01:35:23.140 Forever
01:35:23.520 So is there another option
01:35:26.020 And the answer
01:35:26.940 To that question
01:35:27.500 Is yes
01:35:28.100 We'll get into that here
01:35:29.520 With Mark Meckler
01:35:30.260 From Convention of States
01:35:31.540 In just a moment
01:35:47.880 The Glenn Beck Program
01:35:58.440 So I believe that a convention of states
01:36:05.420 Might be the last opportunity we have
01:36:08.400 Within our constitutional framework
01:36:10.200 To save our constitutional republic
01:36:13.180 And I think the spirit of the age
01:36:14.900 Is showing that maybe it agrees
01:36:16.660 Because it is beginning
01:36:17.760 To attack the convention of states movement
01:36:20.580 After ignoring it for many years
01:36:22.120 The guy who runs the convention of states
01:36:24.620 For us is Mark Meckler
01:36:26.260 He's our guest here
01:36:26.960 On the Glenn Beck Program
01:36:27.800 So explain to our audience
01:36:29.540 Who of course are going to be
01:36:31.080 Very familiar with this process
01:36:32.340 But just in case
01:36:33.100 One more time
01:36:34.320 How does this work
01:36:35.220 It's right out of the constitution
01:36:36.900 I mean this isn't some cockamamie
01:36:39.420 You know
01:36:39.960 Hair brain scheme
01:36:41.100 It's right out of the constitution Mark
01:36:43.520 And why is it
01:36:45.580 That if you guys are really
01:36:47.200 A false flag operation
01:36:49.160 And are going to make it even easier
01:36:50.880 For the spirit of the age
01:36:52.140 To finish us off
01:36:53.020 Why are you guys getting attacked
01:36:54.240 So mercilessly by them
01:36:55.520 At the moment then?
01:36:57.120 Yeah so let's start with
01:36:58.100 Just sort of the how it works
01:36:59.260 The basics
01:36:59.860 Article 5 of the constitution
01:37:01.340 Contains two ways
01:37:02.560 To amend the constitution
01:37:03.780 The first is the way
01:37:05.160 We've always done
01:37:05.820 27 amendments
01:37:06.920 When two-thirds
01:37:08.140 Of either
01:37:09.080 Or sorry
01:37:09.540 Both houses of congress
01:37:10.600 Call for an amendment
01:37:11.780 They can then put that amendment
01:37:13.320 Out to the states
01:37:14.020 For ratification
01:37:14.800 By three-quarters of the states
01:37:16.320 The alternative method
01:37:17.800 If the federal government
01:37:18.560 Becomes unresponsive
01:37:19.820 Which clearly it is right now
01:37:21.360 Is when two-thirds
01:37:22.480 Of the states
01:37:23.100 Request to gather
01:37:24.340 In convention
01:37:24.960 They can then debate
01:37:26.320 And propose amendments
01:37:27.440 In other words
01:37:27.960 Make suggestions
01:37:28.820 To the states
01:37:29.720 And those suggestions
01:37:30.900 Go out the same way
01:37:31.680 As they did from congress
01:37:32.720 To three-quarters of the states
01:37:34.060 For ratification
01:37:34.920 So what we're doing right now
01:37:36.660 Is putting out a resolution
01:37:38.080 Nineteen of the requisite
01:37:39.740 Thirty-four states
01:37:40.700 Have passed that resolution already
01:37:42.520 So we're way more than halfway
01:37:43.700 And it calls for
01:37:45.140 Discussing fiscal restraints
01:37:47.500 On the federal government
01:37:48.140 Like a balanced budget amendment
01:37:49.340 Tax caps
01:37:50.060 Spending caps
01:37:50.820 Etc
01:37:51.240 Anything that would impose
01:37:52.960 Term limits on congress
01:37:54.900 Members of congress
01:37:55.860 But also importantly
01:37:56.960 The deep state
01:37:57.780 Federal officials
01:37:59.120 Bureaucrats
01:38:00.160 Staffers
01:38:00.800 And then finally
01:38:01.460 And I think most importantly
01:38:02.520 Anything that would impose
01:38:04.240 Scope and jurisdiction limits
01:38:06.740 On the federal government
01:38:07.660 Like saying
01:38:08.320 No you can't be involved
01:38:09.840 In education
01:38:10.500 Or energy
01:38:11.160 Or in your sweet spot
01:38:13.340 Our sweet spot
01:38:14.040 You can't be involved
01:38:14.800 In healthcare
01:38:15.320 Get out of our business
01:38:16.260 So these are things
01:38:17.400 We can do
01:38:17.980 And then you're right
01:38:18.980 We do have opposition
01:38:19.900 And even by what I would now call
01:38:22.100 Tools
01:38:23.020 Or willing conspirators
01:38:25.060 On the right
01:38:25.760 Who say this is going to be
01:38:26.960 A runaway convention
01:38:27.780 And we're going to lose
01:38:28.500 Our constitution
01:38:29.140 Those are absurd arguments
01:38:30.400 And by the way
01:38:31.220 If you listen to the recent book
01:38:32.880 Put out by
01:38:33.400 Senator Russ Feingold
01:38:35.080 The socialist from Wisconsin
01:38:36.640 Who was defeated by Ron Johnson
01:38:38.360 He says this is a serious effort
01:38:40.120 And it's the thing
01:38:41.120 That liberals should most fear
01:38:42.280 That book came out
01:38:43.080 In the last week
01:38:44.200 It's been covered extensively
01:38:45.760 In the New York Times
01:38:46.780 Favorably
01:38:47.560 On ABC
01:38:48.840 Favorably
01:38:49.520 And pretty much
01:38:50.060 Everywhere else
01:38:50.700 The left is going crazy
01:38:52.480 Against conventional states
01:38:53.520 Right now
01:38:53.840 Because they know
01:38:54.540 As you say
01:38:55.600 This is our chance
01:38:56.580 To pull the ripcord
01:38:57.480 And stop leftist overreach
01:38:59.180 And restore the constitution
01:39:00.460 I've made the analogy
01:39:02.600 In the past
01:39:03.300 When I've spoken
01:39:04.020 For you guys
01:39:04.860 Of comparing
01:39:06.040 The article 5 convention
01:39:08.680 To a Hail Mary pass
01:39:09.800 That it is something
01:39:12.360 That you don't do
01:39:13.900 Cavalierly
01:39:14.600 You don't
01:39:15.820 Make this choice
01:39:17.400 If you're down
01:39:18.180 In a football game
01:39:19.200 You know
01:39:19.560 Most of the quarter
01:39:20.580 To go
01:39:20.920 Even with
01:39:21.320 Say five minutes
01:39:22.340 To go
01:39:22.780 Because
01:39:23.160 It is not
01:39:24.680 Necessarily
01:39:25.580 The most high
01:39:26.300 Percentage play
01:39:27.040 Out there
01:39:27.420 It can be intercepted
01:39:28.600 To act as if
01:39:29.600 That can't happen
01:39:30.380 I don't think
01:39:30.900 Is
01:39:31.120 You know
01:39:33.200 Is being
01:39:34.260 Honest
01:39:34.720 Intellectually honest
01:39:35.820 But when you're
01:39:36.780 Sitting it
01:39:37.180 Towards the end
01:39:37.740 Of a game
01:39:38.160 And the game
01:39:39.060 Will go final
01:39:39.880 And if it goes
01:39:41.360 Final
01:39:41.680 And you're
01:39:42.060 Behind on the
01:39:42.720 School board
01:39:43.180 That means
01:39:43.580 You lost
01:39:44.300 Final
01:39:44.720 That game
01:39:45.140 Will not be
01:39:45.680 Played again
01:39:46.180 It will not
01:39:46.540 Be replayed
01:39:47.280 You lost
01:39:48.260 The game
01:39:48.880 To just sit
01:39:49.780 There and continue
01:39:50.580 To act as if
01:39:51.580 You can
01:39:51.920 Hank Stram
01:39:52.500 This thing
01:39:52.940 And matriculate
01:39:53.860 The ball
01:39:54.220 Down the field
01:39:54.880 In the final
01:39:55.420 Seconds of the
01:39:56.060 Game
01:39:56.300 Is not realistic
01:39:57.440 And that's
01:39:57.960 When you throw
01:39:58.500 That pass
01:39:59.260 If you're
01:40:00.140 Worried about
01:40:00.620 Losing our
01:40:01.140 Constitution
01:40:01.620 Tell me
01:40:02.220 Exactly
01:40:02.740 What part of
01:40:03.480 It we have
01:40:04.000 Retained
01:40:04.540 Right this
01:40:05.200 Minute
01:40:05.460 It's a dead
01:40:06.840 Letter
01:40:07.140 To at least
01:40:07.880 Half of this
01:40:08.540 Country
01:40:08.880 Right now
01:40:09.460 And a lot
01:40:10.580 Of the people
01:40:10.940 That we are
01:40:11.320 Going to
01:40:11.660 Elect to
01:40:12.200 Defend it
01:40:12.900 Have really
01:40:13.600 No interest
01:40:14.120 In defending
01:40:14.680 It
01:40:14.940 Or at least
01:40:15.940 They lack
01:40:16.380 The testicular
01:40:17.380 Fortitude
01:40:17.980 To do so
01:40:18.780 We are
01:40:19.600 We don't
01:40:20.060 Know what
01:40:20.340 A border
01:40:20.680 Is
01:40:20.960 We don't
01:40:21.240 Know what
01:40:21.420 A boy
01:40:21.680 Or girl
01:40:22.100 Is
01:40:22.340 We're
01:40:22.460 Doing
01:40:22.640 Meatball
01:40:23.100 Surgery
01:40:23.540 On our
01:40:23.900 Children
01:40:24.300 Should I
01:40:25.240 Go on
01:40:25.720 If this
01:40:26.080 Is not
01:40:26.460 The last
01:40:26.980 Few
01:40:27.200 Minutes
01:40:27.480 Of
01:40:27.620 The game
01:40:28.020 I
01:40:28.220 I don't
01:40:28.740 Even
01:40:28.860 Want to
01:40:29.100 Contemplate
01:40:29.720 Then what
01:40:30.020 The last
01:40:30.400 Few
01:40:30.560 Minutes
01:40:30.800 Of the
01:40:31.020 Game
01:40:31.280 Look like
01:40:32.100 Mark
01:40:32.360 This is
01:40:32.920 In my
01:40:33.280 View
01:40:33.520 The time
01:40:34.060 Now
01:40:34.380 That you
01:40:35.060 Go for
01:40:35.500 The big
01:40:35.900 Play to
01:40:36.320 Try to
01:40:36.660 Win the
01:40:36.980 Game
01:40:37.200 Before it
01:40:37.680 Goes final
01:40:38.180 Yeah and
01:40:39.820 To carry on
01:40:40.340 Your analogy
01:40:40.840 And I
01:40:41.120 Think this
01:40:41.440 Is important
01:40:41.960 What we
01:40:42.720 Have in
01:40:43.080 Congress
01:40:43.420 Right now
01:40:43.840 Are at
01:40:44.240 Best
01:40:44.540 Third string
01:40:45.160 Quarterbacks
01:40:45.780 Benchwarmers
01:40:46.500 Mitch McConnell
01:40:47.300 Kevin McCarthy
01:40:48.100 These are the
01:40:49.020 Guys that are
01:40:49.540 Going to
01:40:49.740 Lead the
01:40:50.140 Charge to
01:40:50.680 Restore
01:40:51.080 Our
01:40:51.260 Constitutional
01:40:52.020 Republic
01:40:52.420 If you're
01:40:53.120 Putting
01:40:53.260 Your hope
01:40:53.620 In them
01:40:54.060 Then I
01:40:54.640 Think you're
01:40:54.900 Putting
01:40:55.040 Your hope
01:40:55.360 Nowhere
01:40:55.800 And it's
01:40:56.100 Likely to
01:40:56.520 Be trampled
01:40:57.040 Underfoot
01:40:57.600 I put
01:40:58.360 My hope
01:40:58.780 In the
01:40:59.140 American
01:40:59.440 People
01:40:59.780 More broadly
01:41:00.440 Speaking
01:41:00.880 You speak
01:41:01.840 To a lot
01:41:02.240 Of great
01:41:02.560 Patriots
01:41:03.100 Every day
01:41:03.500 All across
01:41:03.960 The country
01:41:04.480 Converse
01:41:05.100 With them
01:41:05.500 Dialogue
01:41:06.000 With them
01:41:06.240 I do
01:41:06.580 The same
01:41:07.040 I've been
01:41:07.660 In 48
01:41:08.160 States
01:41:08.640 In the
01:41:09.100 Last few
01:41:09.600 Years
01:41:09.980 I know
01:41:11.100 The grit
01:41:11.740 That is
01:41:12.080 Still out
01:41:12.540 There in
01:41:13.000 The heartland
01:41:13.520 Of America
01:41:13.980 And I
01:41:14.280 Believe that
01:41:14.680 We can
01:41:15.080 Restore
01:41:15.640 The republic
01:41:16.200 By using
01:41:17.220 The tool
01:41:17.680 The founders
01:41:18.140 Gave us
01:41:18.520 For just
01:41:19.000 This moment
01:41:19.640 Ask yourself
01:41:20.480 A strategic
01:41:21.040 Question
01:41:21.520 What is
01:41:22.860 More likely
01:41:23.520 To be
01:41:24.360 The effective
01:41:25.220 Long term
01:41:25.860 Play
01:41:26.220 A
01:41:27.700 We
01:41:28.580 Vote
01:41:29.080 These republicans
01:41:29.920 Over and
01:41:30.280 Over again
01:41:30.720 And try to
01:41:31.120 Take some
01:41:31.540 Of the names
01:41:31.920 You just
01:41:32.400 Mentioned
01:41:32.800 Out in
01:41:33.180 These primaries
01:41:33.900 Where they
01:41:34.240 We get out
01:41:34.860 Spent all
01:41:35.240 The time
01:41:35.640 70 to
01:41:36.620 1
01:41:36.880 Okay
01:41:37.300 That's
01:41:38.560 One
01:41:38.720 Option
01:41:39.840 The other
01:41:40.940 Option is
01:41:41.560 We call
01:41:42.080 An article
01:41:42.440 Five
01:41:42.780 Convention
01:41:43.180 Of states
01:41:43.700 And we
01:41:44.680 Prove
01:41:45.220 Samuel Adams
01:41:45.900 Was right
01:41:46.360 That it's
01:41:46.660 Always been
01:41:47.080 A committed
01:41:47.460 Minority
01:41:48.000 That enacts
01:41:48.480 The most
01:41:48.900 Social change
01:41:49.760 And we
01:41:50.460 Just out
01:41:51.080 Organize
01:41:51.720 And out
01:41:52.040 Galvanize
01:41:52.660 At a
01:41:52.900 Grassroots
01:41:53.420 Level
01:41:53.720 To make
01:41:54.340 Sure our
01:41:54.780 People are
01:41:55.220 At that
01:41:55.640 Convention
01:41:56.080 And get
01:41:56.940 The job
01:41:57.420 Done
01:41:57.700 What
01:41:57.980 Where
01:41:58.480 Those are
01:41:58.880 Your two
01:41:59.160 Options
01:41:59.680 Short of
01:42:00.800 Let's go
01:42:01.340 Back to
01:42:01.700 Gettysburg
01:42:02.200 Or Antietam
01:42:02.780 Which I
01:42:03.260 Believe
01:42:03.540 Absolutely the
01:42:04.220 Bells of
01:42:04.620 Hell is
01:42:04.920 Trying to
01:42:05.240 Provoke us
01:42:05.680 To and
01:42:06.400 Do not
01:42:06.740 Forget more
01:42:07.220 Americans
01:42:07.660 Died in
01:42:08.120 Antietam
01:42:08.600 Than any
01:42:09.300 Other
01:42:09.500 Singular
01:42:09.960 Event
01:42:10.320 In
01:42:10.500 American
01:42:10.920 History
01:42:11.460 Okay
01:42:11.920 And the
01:42:12.580 Civil
01:42:12.800 War
01:42:13.000 Was so
01:42:13.460 Successful
01:42:14.180 That the
01:42:14.720 Political
01:42:15.140 Battles
01:42:15.640 That led
01:42:16.100 To it
01:42:16.420 And then
01:42:16.740 Came from
01:42:17.340 The end
01:42:17.660 Of it
01:42:17.880 We are
01:42:18.400 Still largely
01:42:19.160 Discussing and
01:42:19.980 Talking about
01:42:20.600 Here today
01:42:21.380 150 years
01:42:22.780 Later
01:42:23.180 All right
01:42:23.700 So those
01:42:25.240 Are really
01:42:25.620 Your two
01:42:26.040 Options
01:42:26.460 On the
01:42:26.880 Table
01:42:27.200 Within the
01:42:27.980 Current
01:42:28.280 Political
01:42:28.740 Schema
01:42:29.300 That we
01:42:29.620 Have
01:42:29.880 Right now
01:42:30.420 Which of
01:42:31.200 Those two
01:42:31.620 Do you
01:42:31.940 Believe is
01:42:32.400 Most likely
01:42:32.940 To be
01:42:33.280 Successful
01:42:33.840 I mean
01:42:35.420 From my
01:42:35.820 Perspective
01:42:36.300 I agree
01:42:36.680 We're at
01:42:37.180 A fork
01:42:37.560 In the
01:42:37.800 Road
01:42:38.000 Right now
01:42:38.400 In American
01:42:38.840 History
01:42:39.300 And the
01:42:40.000 Country is
01:42:40.360 Going to
01:42:40.900 Come apart
01:42:41.400 One way
01:42:41.880 Or another
01:42:42.160 So one
01:42:42.620 Way is
01:42:43.000 The way
01:42:43.260 You described
01:42:43.760 It's
01:42:43.980 Antietam
01:42:44.480 It's
01:42:44.780 The
01:42:44.960 Violence
01:42:45.460 And I
01:42:46.100 Think for
01:42:46.440 People who
01:42:47.020 Say we
01:42:47.340 Should do
01:42:47.700 That
01:42:47.980 They don't
01:42:48.620 Understand
01:42:49.000 What war
01:42:49.500 Actually
01:42:49.800 Looks like
01:42:50.300 If they
01:42:50.900 Want to
01:42:51.140 Know they
01:42:51.400 Should talk
01:42:51.740 To a
01:42:51.980 Veteran
01:42:52.260 Who's
01:42:52.420 Actually
01:42:52.660 Been
01:42:52.840 In
01:42:52.980 Combat
01:42:53.300 Or
01:42:53.980 They
01:42:54.100 Should
01:42:54.200 Look
01:42:54.480 At
01:42:54.620 Footage
01:42:54.980 From
01:42:55.160 Ukraine
01:42:55.560 Right
01:42:55.780 Now
01:42:55.960 If
01:42:56.100 They
01:43:03.840 Resolve
01:43:04.080 Anything
01:43:04.400 We're

01:43:33.840 The

01:46:01.240 Think
01:46:01.400 We

01:46:17.860 For
