00:00:13.940 I've had German Shepherds for a long time.
00:00:16.820 I thought Uno was really healthy and active.
00:00:20.300 The problem with Uno was we used to have to hand feed him.
00:00:23.640 We don't anymore, which was the biggest thing I thought I would like getting out of Rough Greens.
00:00:28.860 But he has changed.
00:00:30.620 He's such a healthy dog, and I think we have given him years of much more active and healthy life just because of Rough Greens.
00:00:41.520 Yeah, you can get it, by the way, at roughgreens.com slash beck, roughgreens.com slash beck, or call them 833-GLEN-33.

00:00:59.160 G-L-E-N-N-33.
00:01:00.840 Radio show starts here in just a moment.
00:01:02.380 We'll be right back.
00:01:32.380 A new day, I turn the rage.
00:01:39.820 Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:01:48.580 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:01:53.260 Hello, America.
00:01:54.640 We've got a great show coming for you today.
00:01:57.200 We have Tulsi Gabbard on.
00:01:59.140 We also have Alan Dershowitz.
00:02:01.260 I don't know if you've heard what Alan Dershowitz just recently wrote about, but he was in the courtroom yesterday for the final day of the Trump trial.
00:02:10.280 And it was it was amazing.
00:02:13.320 Also, a little chart came out about how much your happy meal has gone up since Biden took office.
00:02:21.360 Oh, and another thing, I believe Biden is emptying the strategic oil reserve for the East Coast because the election's coming up and we need to get prices down on gasoline.
00:02:33.600 This is unbelievably reckless.
00:02:36.300 Just suicide.
00:02:38.220 We're on a suicide course as a nation.
00:02:40.580 We'll try to cut some of the rope down here in 60 seconds.
00:02:45.920 Stand by.
00:02:47.940 Let me tell you about Lear Capital.
00:02:49.440 One of the things we're doing, which is causing suicide or it's, you know, nation suicide.
00:02:54.140 Well, let me just give you this.
00:02:55.440 The McDonald's price increase.
00:02:57.440 Do you know how much a medium French fry was?
00:02:59.680 Have you seen this, Stu?
00:03:00.520 How much was a medium French fry at McDonald's before Joe Biden took office?
00:03:10.940 I don't know the numbers, but it's a lot less.
00:03:13.460 OK, it's a it was a dollar seventy nine.
00:03:17.180 Do you know what it is today?
00:03:20.120 You'd think I would since I'm there 12 times a week, but no, I don't.
00:03:23.300 Four dollars and 19 cents.
00:03:26.300 Wow.
00:03:26.720 Wow.
00:03:27.260 OK, what is causing that?
00:03:29.580 It's no longer COVID.
00:03:31.540 It's no longer shortages.
00:03:33.940 This is money printing.
00:03:36.780 This is our government spending all kinds of money and money printing.
00:03:42.140 You have lost 25 cents of every dollar.
00:03:47.480 Twenty five cents of every dollar is just gone out of your bank account because of inflation.
00:03:54.460 Please, if you're in the stock market, everybody's saying, oh, my gosh, the stock market is doing great.
00:03:59.580 Yeah.
00:03:59.840 Well, why is gold doing so well as well?
00:04:03.260 Why is Bitcoin doing as well as it is right now?
00:04:06.740 That makes no sense that they're all doing well.
00:04:09.940 The reason why is because the smart people know that this is a casino.
00:04:15.300 Wall Street is nothing more than a casino and it's all being used with bogus money.
00:04:22.220 There's no rhyme or reason it is as high as it is.
00:04:25.660 You need Lear Capital.
00:04:27.380 Please call them and get your free wealth protection guide.
00:04:31.160 Lear will also credit your account if you decide to buy anything because you listen to me.
00:04:35.300 Two hundred and fifty dollars towards your purchase.
00:04:37.700 Call them today.
00:04:38.580 Eight hundred nine five seven gold.
00:04:40.400 Eight hundred nine five seven gold.
00:04:46.420 Well, welcome to the program.
00:04:48.840 Stu, welcome.
00:04:50.420 Yes.
00:04:50.860 Nice to have you here.
00:04:51.300 Glenn, good to have you here, too.
00:04:53.220 You know, the Blaze TV listeners are demanding a video appearance.
00:04:57.100 They want to see the Phantom.
00:04:58.660 They want to see.
00:04:59.380 See the Phantom?
00:05:00.200 Yeah, they can handle it.
00:05:01.320 That's what they're saying.
00:05:01.900 Well, you know, in the first part of the Phantom of the Opera, he's wearing the mask and you're like, you know, I'm cool with that.
00:05:08.380 And and then when he takes the mask off, you're like, oh, he should put that back on.
00:05:14.020 That's a lesson.
00:05:14.760 I mean, you could probably pull some information out of that for your own life.
00:05:18.400 Right.
00:05:20.940 That has nothing to do with my eye surgery.
00:05:23.020 Right.
00:05:23.360 Right.
00:05:23.640 Oh, yeah.
00:05:24.080 So I yesterday at the Blaze, they were like, please, the, you know, Blaze subscribers are calling and blah, blah, blah.
00:05:33.840 And I don't believe any of it.
00:05:35.420 I think this is somebody, somebody that works at the Blaze who's just like, we got to have him on camera looking like a monster.
00:05:44.580 Yeah.
00:05:44.780 Someone who knows who it could be.
00:05:47.100 I don't know.
00:05:49.780 I don't have a name, but it's someone.
00:05:51.720 Yeah, probably a three-lettered person like Tom.
00:05:56.280 Anyway, so I've put on sunglasses.
00:06:01.080 I hate having to wear the sunglasses.
00:06:04.900 Should I wear the sunglasses or my regular glasses, Stu?
00:06:07.340 I think the sunglasses is a good look on you.
00:06:09.840 All right.
00:06:10.740 Oh, is it?
00:06:11.300 Is it a good look for me?
00:06:12.260 It's a good look.
00:06:13.280 Okay.
00:06:13.800 So we're going to do parts of the show.
00:06:15.960 If you're a video subscriber, there I am in my glory.
00:06:19.520 You can't really see anything because you don't want to see it.
00:06:23.720 But so you can, there.
00:06:28.300 There you go.
00:06:28.640 Are you happy Blaze subscribers?
00:06:29.720 There you go.
00:06:29.900 Is this somehow or another you're like, ooh, yes.
00:06:32.940 Oh, yeah.
00:06:33.480 More sunglasses.
00:06:34.740 And, you know, Glenn, you're kind of like the elementary school kid who goes away for chemotherapy and comes back without hair.
00:06:40.860 Then everyone in their class shaves their head.
00:06:43.100 So I just want to be supportive with you right now.
00:06:45.700 Oh, and you're going to put the shades on, too.
00:06:47.680 I will also wear sunglasses for today's show.
00:06:49.800 Oh, that is nice.
00:06:50.840 Unfortunately, we're going to have to go back and forth because I have to keep ice on my face all the time.
00:06:55.680 Yesterday, I did the whole show with my face in a bag of ice.
00:07:02.200 But anyway.
00:07:04.000 Well, I'm not putting ice on my face.
00:07:05.200 I hope that makes you happy.
00:07:05.700 I'm not putting my ice on my face to support you, but I'll wear the sunglasses for you.
00:07:10.360 I appreciate the sunglasses, too.
00:07:12.120 Okay.
00:07:12.440 So where do we even start today?
00:07:15.600 I mean, did you read the story about Alan Dershowitz, his op-ed?
00:07:21.480 Yeah.
00:07:21.880 He was angry.
00:07:25.220 Shocked.
00:07:26.540 Shocked.
00:07:27.020 He's going to be joining us.
00:07:28.280 He's going to be joining us in about 90 minutes.
00:07:30.580 He is.
00:07:31.840 I'm anxious to see what he says about, you know, because he's been saying we're so close to a banana republic.
00:07:37.680 And I'm anxious to see what he has to say because he was in the courtroom yesterday.
00:07:44.700 I think it was the last day of the defense.
00:07:47.300 Defense rested.
00:07:50.120 And the attorney, the very credible attorney that was giving testimony.
00:07:59.720 Costello, yeah.
00:08:00.380 Yeah, Costello.
00:08:01.700 When he was giving testimony, there was an objection from the prosecution without even asking, you know, what's your objection?
00:08:11.440 Granted.
00:08:12.380 And it struck a good portion of his testimony away.
00:08:18.120 And there was nothing, according to Dershowitz, there was nothing wrong with it.
00:08:21.600 And that's when Costello, who again is an attorney, raised his eyebrows, looked at the judge and raised his eyebrows like, what?
00:08:32.600 And that pissed the judge off so much that he cleared the courtroom and he said, you do that to me again and I'll strike every bit of your testimony from the record.
00:08:48.220 Dershowitz said he was allowing things that had no relevance in the case for the prosecution, allowing that all in.
00:09:00.700 And then, striking probably the death blow to this whole case from Costello, he was threatening to get rid of all of it.
00:09:12.840 And Dershowitz said, I've seen court in Russia and I have never seen anything like this.
00:09:21.960 He said, this case should have been on television.
00:09:24.800 He said, because I was there.
00:09:27.020 He said, for some reason, I was the only one allowed to remain in the courtroom.
00:09:32.020 Everybody else was cleared out.
00:09:33.740 And he said, I saw what this judge did.
00:09:37.060 And he said, and then I went home and I saw what the reporters were allowed to see and what they were reporting on, which I also saw.
00:09:48.040 And he said, it was not the same.
00:09:51.600 He said, Americans are losing on this.
00:09:54.280 They have no idea what's going on.
00:09:57.020 You think it was bad.
00:09:59.180 Dershowitz yesterday, being in the courtroom, said this is a monstrosity of a trial.
00:10:05.160 And the whole thing has been a monstrosity.
00:10:07.280 The fact that it's getting seemingly worse now at the end is, I don't know if it's not, I don't know what I would say.
00:10:12.700 It's surprising, but it is something that is so disturbing.
00:10:16.960 I think the only thing that you can kind of hold up and maybe take solace in if you're the Trump side is that this has been, I think, obvious to a lot of people
00:10:26.440 that this was the weakest one coming in.
00:10:28.780 And it's been, it's actually gone worse, I would argue, than you would even think.
00:10:34.040 Dershowitz said there's no way this stands.
00:10:36.380 They can rule whatever they want.
00:10:37.880 He said, but this, none of this will stand.
00:10:40.540 The question, though, does that matter?
00:10:42.240 I mean, if he gets this thing overturned in March 2025, I mean, what good does that do him if it hurts him for his election chances?
00:10:51.000 Let me just tell you, America, you know, they always say that it's the economy stupid.
00:10:57.800 And that's why, check on this, Stu.
00:11:00.800 I read a story today, and I hate to say this, but I read it in a story, and it was a credible source.
00:11:09.340 But I'd like a second source on this, because this seems insane, that the, however many gallons or barrels that Biden is releasing from the Strategic Oil Reserve,
00:11:21.860 he's doing it from the Strategic Oil Reserve in the Northeast, which will empty our gas reserves in the Northeast.
00:11:33.440 That can't be true.
00:11:35.600 I don't know if it's not, it is not the, you know, this is not the Strategic Oil Reserve, right?
00:11:39.260 This is the Strategic Gasoline Reserve.
00:11:41.440 Correct.
00:11:41.920 And it is coming from the Northeast in, you know, seemingly an attempt to buy a bunch of votes with lower gas prices.
00:11:48.920 But I will check on what the reserve levels are, and I'll look like I'm doing it seriously in these sunglasses.
00:11:54.300 Thank you.
00:11:54.900 Me too.
00:11:55.520 I'm glad we can get very serious.
00:11:57.860 Look me into the eye.
00:11:59.180 You don't want to do that.
00:12:00.620 Anyway, I just want people to understand, if you think it's bad now,
00:12:11.960 what do you think it's going to be like in another four years of this?
00:12:19.760 Right now, McDonald's has their $5 value meal.
00:12:23.520 They came out yesterday and said, we can't do this for very long, because it's absolutely unsustainable.
00:12:31.200 But we're trying to give people a break.
00:12:33.640 When's the last time you went to McDonald's and you spent under $5, under $10?
00:12:39.000 If you've gone for yourself, it's probably $10 to $12.
00:12:43.840 You go with two people.
00:12:44.920 You go with four people, you know, your family, you're probably up to $40 at McDonald's.
00:12:52.280 Listen to the price increases.
00:12:54.340 The first numbers will be, during Trump, french fries, $1.79.
00:12:59.800 Biden, $4.19.
00:13:02.420 That's an increase of 134%.
00:13:05.000 The McChicken, $1.29.
00:13:09.600 Now it's $3.89, a 201% increase.
00:13:15.080 The Big Mac was, let me see, $3.99.
00:13:20.140 Oh my, that can't be right.
00:13:21.520 Hang on, take me off the screen.
00:13:23.060 I have to take my glasses off and put my actual glasses on to make sure this is right.
00:13:26.640 The Big Mac was $3.99.
00:13:34.860 It's now $7.49.
00:13:37.800 Ten McNuggets was $4.99.
00:13:40.680 It's now $7.58.
00:13:43.160 A cheeseburger was $1.
00:13:45.280 It's now $3.15.
00:13:46.640 That's, that's, I, how do you, what do you think is going to happen?
00:13:56.480 People at the bottom of the ladder, they always say, we're for the working person, we're for the, no you're not.
00:14:03.000 They're for the very wealthy.
00:14:04.920 Who's getting wealthy right now?
00:14:07.120 Who is not having a problem?
00:14:09.080 The people who are not having a problem are the people who have lots and lots of money and are invested in the stock market.
00:14:18.020 Now you might be invested in the stock market in your 401k, but that's not what, that's not the same.
00:14:25.800 The, the corporations are getting all kinds of deals from the government if they play along.
00:14:32.760 All kinds of deals from the government, uh, and they're, they're putting all of that extra money, and especially the banks, all of it into the stock market.
00:14:45.220 That's what's happening.
00:14:46.600 The rich, and I don't mean the rich, I mean the uber rich and the giant corporations.
00:14:53.760 I mean the people who are trust fund people and the giant corporations.
00:14:58.160 They are clearing the table.
00:15:01.840 Every day, they're clearing the table.
00:15:04.560 There won't be a middle class in this country in another four years.
00:15:10.260 It won't exist.
00:15:12.740 They, you know, I, I wondered when we first wrote The Great Reset, I wondered,
00:15:17.700 how do you, how do you, how do you, in, in, by 2030, arrive to a place where you will own nothing and you will like it,
00:15:29.180 especially in a country that is all about ownership?
00:15:33.840 I mean, look at what's happening just to your insurance.
00:15:37.740 How much is your car insurance?
00:15:40.040 How much is your home insurance?
00:15:41.700 Why did that go up so much?
00:15:46.220 Guess who's playing ball with the administration?
00:15:49.180 The insurance companies.
00:15:51.320 When they start raising your insurance, you can't afford to own what you own.
00:15:58.100 You want to get rid of guns?
00:15:59.660 Great.
00:16:00.520 Make your, make your insurance for gun ownership through the roof,
00:16:05.920 and the average person won't be able to buy it,
00:16:08.900 and they haven't done anything unconstitutional.
00:16:11.380 No, we're just going with the market.
00:16:13.520 Bullcrap.
00:16:15.600 Bullcrap.
00:16:16.940 All of this stuff, we have to begin to explain to our families and our neighbors,
00:16:23.760 this is not normal.
00:16:28.300 This is not Jimmy Carter.
00:16:31.580 You know, Jimmy Carter was a series of horrible blunders,
00:16:34.600 and yes, he had socialist tendencies,
00:16:39.160 but it's not the same as it was with Jimmy Carter.
00:16:43.640 We're on the edge.
00:16:44.860 We didn't have the debt with Jimmy Carter.
00:16:47.080 We didn't have the fractured society without God.
00:16:52.160 Did you hear what's happening with AA, Stu?
00:16:55.400 Let me take a quick break.
00:16:56.640 I mean, you want to talk about they're destroying everything.
00:17:01.840 When you get down to destroying AA,
00:17:06.260 you have a society that is just hell-bent on, you know, living in hell, honestly.
00:17:15.880 We'll give it to you here in just a second.

00:18:40.680 Welcome to the program.
00:18:51.280 So The Blaze has an exclusive story out about AA, which I personally thank The Blaze and the writer.
00:19:01.040 I'm not sure who wrote this story for covering.
00:19:04.180 But we were getting word that AA is going woke.
00:19:10.420 And if you know anything about AA, it is absolutely nonpartisan.
00:19:16.560 You don't talk about politics.
00:19:18.380 You don't talk about those things.
00:19:20.580 You talk about what a dirtbag you were.
00:19:22.960 And, you know, and I've seen people.
00:19:27.000 I mean, look, if I were in a recovery with Hunter Biden, I would bless Hunter Biden for being there.
00:19:36.780 I would listen to him, and I would think to myself, what a dirtbag.
00:19:41.540 But I would say, keep on coming back.
00:19:44.500 Keep working the program.
00:19:46.300 Because if you work the program, it changes your life.
00:19:50.600 But AA, up until the 1930s, and Bill W. came up with the 12 Steps, nothing solved alcoholism.
00:20:01.780 Nothing.
00:20:02.300 If you were an alcoholic, you would end up either dead or in an institution.
00:20:09.000 Okay?
00:20:09.260 There was no hope for you at all.
00:20:12.600 Nobody had cracked the code.
00:20:15.180 And quite honestly, the code is, and you don't have to, I don't care what God it is.
00:20:22.040 I really don't.
00:20:23.040 Well, I mean, Satan would probably be a bad one.
00:20:26.580 But I don't care what God it is.
00:20:29.240 But you have to, you know, understand that the first few steps is, I'm powerless over this.
00:20:37.420 I've done everything I can to stop it.
00:20:40.620 And I can't stop it.
00:20:42.800 And there's a higher power that can.
00:20:46.460 And so I surrender to that higher power.
00:20:49.880 And then you go through the atonement.
00:20:52.640 You go through, you know, if you've been a dirtbag, you're cheating on your wife, it's not going to help if you just stop.
00:21:00.640 You have to make amends.
00:21:02.400 You don't necessarily have to tell her if it's going to make things worse.
00:21:05.980 But you have to make amends.
00:21:08.420 You have to confess it.
00:21:10.340 And you have to be forgiven for it.
00:21:12.600 But there's steps that you have to do.
00:21:16.200 And there's 12 of them.
00:21:18.600 What's happening in a lot of these AAs is they are starting to go very, very woke.
00:21:26.840 And now they're starting to talk to people about, you know, hey, hey, hey, don't miss gender.
00:21:34.860 Shut up.
00:21:35.940 Shut up.
00:21:38.480 You know, I said to my daughter, we were talking, we were having breakfast, the whole family and everybody.
00:21:45.400 And I used, and appropriately so, quite honestly, the R word that you're not supposed to say.
00:21:53.840 And my eldest daughter said, Dad, we do not use that word.
00:21:58.380 And I said, hmm.
00:22:01.240 You know, I do.
00:22:02.620 I do.
00:22:03.400 And I think it's because I'm 60 now.
00:22:05.600 I don't really care.
00:22:06.620 I do.
00:22:08.600 And you can't become woke in AA.
00:22:13.560 And if you read the story, when you get towards the end, you see that they're now trying to cut God out of AA.
00:22:24.700 It will not work without a higher power.
00:22:29.220 Are there any AA members that will give me an amen on that?
00:22:32.660 It will not work without a higher power of some sort.
00:22:38.040 Your God concept.
00:22:40.120 They're destroying AA.
00:22:42.820 All right.
00:22:45.760 Let me tell you about real estate agents I trust.
00:22:47.900 Once upon a time, it was sort of kind of just a given that if you had a job to do, you would do it well.
00:22:54.360 You'd do it right the first time so you didn't have to do it over and over again.
00:22:57.460 I listened to my grandfather on that one.
00:22:59.900 After he made me, we were working on a chicken barn.
00:23:04.960 And I don't remember what I had to do.
00:23:06.740 But he made me redo it three times.
00:23:08.700 And he was like, it would have been easier if you would have done it the first time right.
00:23:13.520 And I'm like, yeah, but I'm lazy.
00:23:15.980 Anyway, you don't want people like I was, you know, before my grandfather taught me that lesson.
00:23:21.400 You want somebody who knows the job, knows how to do it right.
00:23:25.600 Really good real estate agents when you're selling your house.
00:23:29.600 Somebody who has a big Rolodex, has people coming to their website already looking for a house like yours.
00:23:36.060 I started a business a few years ago.
00:23:38.000 It is called Real Estate Agents I Trust.
00:23:40.380 We vet these people six ways to Sunday.
00:23:43.240 We have, I think, a 10,000 agent waiting list, but we can't vet them all.
00:23:50.040 Real Estate Agents I Trust dot com.
00:23:52.460 Go there now.
00:23:52.980 Tell us where you're moving to or selling, and we'll help you.
00:23:56.000 Real Estate Agents I Trust dot com.
00:23:58.300 And it's BlazeTV dot com slash Glenn.
00:23:59.920 The promo code is Glenn.
00:24:01.220 Save 20 bucks off Blaze TV.
00:24:16.120 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
00:24:18.400 You know, before we move off money and how much our government is spending, I just want to ask you one thing.
00:24:26.100 Imagine that you spend just some outrageous number that you know you can't afford, and you come home to your family, and it's taken you 100 days, and you make $70,000.
00:24:47.320 And you come home, and you say, I just spent $1,000,000 on credit.
00:24:53.580 What do you think your family would say?
00:25:01.720 How are we going to pay for that?
00:25:04.540 How's that going to work out?
00:25:06.720 Sure.
00:25:07.000 But probably the first question they would ask is, what did you buy, right?
00:25:15.360 What did you spend the million dollars on?
00:25:18.220 And if you couldn't tell the family that, well, you bought a house and a boat or something else that was great that you could sell, do you think they would be, if you just said, I don't know, a bunch of stuff.
00:25:37.560 You know, some of it was at the strip club, some of it I just gave to this guy on the street who was, he said he's curing cancer, and he has no reputation for, I mean, he's not even a scientist, but I gave him $250,000.
00:25:56.120 What would the reaction be?
00:25:58.420 I would think that your family would put you in an asylum.
00:26:02.860 We are spending $1,000,000,000 and borrowing $1,000,000,000 every 100 days.
00:26:15.380 May I ask, what did we buy?
00:26:21.980 A trillion dollars is a lot of money.
00:26:24.280 I don't know if anybody remembers that, but a trillion dollars is an awful lot of money.
00:26:30.460 Did we buy giant companies?
00:26:36.180 Did we buy, I don't even know, a trillion dollars?
00:26:43.380 Did we buy a whole bunch of new aircraft carriers?
00:26:47.320 What do we have to show for the $3,000,000,000 extra that we will borrow this year?
00:26:58.520 What do we have to show for it?
00:26:59.820 Can you think of a thing, Stu, that you're like, yeah, but, I mean, look at that.
00:27:03.660 We got that cool thing.
00:27:06.180 One thing.
00:27:09.800 You might say roads and bridges, but I got to tell you, first of all, most roads and bridges are state projects or local projects, not U.S. projects.
00:27:20.660 And I've been hearing about our roads and bridges for 25 years.
00:27:26.280 They've been saying we need, you know, we need $787,000,000,000,000 to be able to do the roads and bridges and we'll be fixed.
00:27:33.920 What do we have?
00:27:35.340 Yeah, I mean, the infrastructure bill, which was, by the way, a bipartisan bill.
00:27:39.100 Yeah, I know.
00:27:39.740 Bipartisan bill.
00:27:39.940 That one was not even this year, so I couldn't put that in there.
00:27:44.280 And I don't know that we're, I mean, we're getting certainly a lot out of that, but we're, I'm sure, getting a couple of roads and bridges here and there.
00:27:51.520 I don't know.
00:27:52.260 I can't, I, again, I ask myself this question every April.
00:27:55.800 I don't, I don't know what I'm getting for this money.
00:27:58.180 I know, I know.
00:27:59.640 Okay, let me tell you about just a measly $320,000,000 that we spent.
00:28:05.460 We spent $320,000,000 on a pier made for the people of Gaza.
00:28:16.660 The pier, Joe Biden's idea, was to be able to distribute more aid within the war zone.
00:28:24.920 Why did they do that?
00:28:26.380 Well, they were first bringing them through border crossings, and the Hamas was shooting all of the volunteers, and then they would just steal all of the food.
00:28:39.960 So it wasn't getting to the people.
00:28:42.360 Then we decided maybe we should airdrop.
00:28:45.720 No, the same thing would happen.
00:28:48.020 So we spent $320,000,000, quite honestly, risked the lives of our soldiers and everybody else that was building that stupid pier, and we've put some of the aid on this pier, and now it looks like none of the aid has gotten to the people of Gaza.
00:29:10.100 So, we've got that going for us.
00:29:14.220 Yeah, nothing.
00:29:14.960 Zero.
00:29:15.520 Nothing.
00:29:15.940 According to them, by the way, this is according to the people who are responsible for watching this.
00:29:22.400 Nothing has gotten to Gaza.
00:29:24.260 Nothing.
00:29:24.560 Now, they have had trucks leave this pier and start going towards, get the stuff loaded onto trucks and the stuff guards going to Gaza.
00:29:35.460 They just keep getting intercepted by Palestinians in the middle of it and Hamas members who are taking all the stuff.
00:29:42.000 And by the way, Glenn, if I could just note real quick, if you make, let's say, $75,000,000 a year on average throughout your working life, and you work for 50 years from age 20 to age 70, and you average $75,000, you pay your taxes diligently every single year, your entire life will amount to paying for 0.3% of that pier.
00:30:06.080 I can't, I mean, I've always been, you know, you've got to pay your taxes, you've got to pull your fair share, and believe me, I explained to my grandchildren yesterday, I picked them up at school.
00:30:22.680 I wasn't driving, by the way, my son-in-law was driving, and picked them up at school, and I said, what'd you learn today?
00:30:30.920 And they read this really great book about how rich people were stealing water from this community, and they were making all this money, and there had to be a law that is passed that says that rich people can't do that.
00:30:46.200 Water belongs to everybody.
00:30:48.980 And I was like, oh, dear God.
00:30:51.600 What school are you sending these kids to?
00:30:54.200 I'm not sending them to that school.
00:30:56.080 Oh, okay.
00:30:56.860 School de la Socialism?
00:30:58.360 Yeah, so it's an international baccalaureate school, Stu.
00:31:03.020 Oh, okay.
00:31:03.820 So anyway, so, and she said, and they don't pay taxes, you know, Grandpa.
00:31:13.000 And I said, hmm, they don't pay taxes.
00:31:17.860 Do you think Grandpa makes, you know, a lot of money?
00:31:21.580 Oh, yeah, you make a lot of money.
00:31:24.040 Uh-huh, uh-huh.
00:31:25.620 So does Grandpa pay taxes?
00:31:29.180 Well, I guess.
00:31:30.680 What would be fair for Grandpa to pay?
00:31:35.080 I don't know.
00:31:37.120 Would it be fair if Grandpa had to take 50 freaking cents of every dollar he makes and gives it to, you know, the community and everything else?
00:31:48.500 Wait a minute.
00:31:49.020 No.
00:31:49.400 Oh, so you'd make $20 and they'd take 10?
00:31:52.880 Uh-huh.
00:31:54.300 No, that's not fair.
00:31:55.860 Uh-huh.
00:31:56.220 That's what Grandpa pays.
00:31:58.220 That's what Grandpa pays.
00:32:00.160 If I'm lucky.
00:32:01.160 If I live in New York, I pay more than 50%.
00:32:03.860 Oh, my gosh.
00:32:05.340 They are indoctrinating our children.
00:32:07.820 And how do you expect them to vote?
00:32:11.360 How do you expect them to know the truth?
00:32:13.760 If they're raised on this garbage every day?
00:32:17.620 Hey, hey, you know, trillion dollars.
00:32:22.040 That's, you know, that, when I was your age, that number was a joke.
00:32:27.620 We didn't even know if a trillion, I mean, I'm asking sincerely because this is how unreasonable it was, a trillion dollars when I was a kid in the 70s and early 80s.
00:32:41.060 When you said a trillion, it was usually followed by like a trillion, zillion dollars.
00:32:48.620 I want to know, is a zillion a real number?
00:32:53.500 Because I think we're going to learn it soon.
00:32:57.620 Do you know, Stu, is a zillion a true number?
00:33:01.820 Or is that just what kids made up?
00:33:03.420 I don't think zillions.
00:33:04.520 Because I grew up thinking a trillion was a made-up number.
00:33:10.200 What is the next number bigger than a trillion?
00:33:13.800 I know it goes trillion, quadrillion, quintillion.
00:33:17.520 So we got a little while to go before we started getting to a zillion, which I do not believe is an actual real number.
00:33:22.540 I don't think so either.
00:33:23.920 But who knows?
00:33:25.760 We will find out.
00:33:27.720 We will find out at the end of this.
00:33:30.100 And your money will be absolutely worthless.
00:33:33.160 I wanted to ask you, we only have a couple of minutes.
00:33:35.720 Let me ask you, Stu, about the FBI authorizing deadly force against Donald Trump when they raided Mar-a-Lago.
00:33:46.060 Yeah, this is a story that came out today and, you know, looking at the actual documents when they raided Mar-a-Lago.
00:33:52.420 It has a phrase in there, and I don't have the exact phrasing in front of me, but it says something to the effect of it was justified.
00:33:59.860 You only use lethal force if absolutely necessary is the way it's phrased.
00:34:06.820 It's law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary.
00:34:12.560 When necessary.
00:34:13.160 So, the question is, is this a normal thing that's on every quote-unquote raid?
00:34:20.680 I believe it is.
00:34:21.660 It is, okay.
00:34:23.140 So, I mean, look, that shouldn't be necessary.
00:34:26.980 It wasn't necessary, obviously.
00:34:28.400 We now know.
00:34:29.420 It's scary, though, with the way the government abuses their power when you see wording like this.
00:34:35.640 Especially when you think, you know, you see how many people, how many threats a person like Donald Trump gets on a daily basis, right?
00:34:41.720 And, you know, no one ever seems to care or report on them, but this guy is constantly being threatened online.
00:34:47.140 I want to make sure that, I would love, maybe we have to FOIA it, but the warrant to go into Joe Biden's garage and to go into Joe Biden's office, you know, at the university, I wonder if it says use of deadly force in that one.
00:35:06.280 It probably does, but I'd like to verify that.
00:35:09.300 And here's why.
00:35:11.960 I think we should engage our brains when we issue the, I don't think there should just be, ah, you know what, it's just a boilerplate, you can use deadly force.
00:35:26.660 No, I don't think so.
00:35:28.760 You know, you're going to arrest somebody on the FACE Act.
00:35:32.380 No, I don't think you can use deadly force.
00:35:34.580 If you're going to a president's house or a former president's house, I'd like to, you know, just put a little extra in there and say, hey, you know what, no matter what happens, unless you're being fired at by the president or his, you know, anyone in his building, you can't kill him.
00:36:00.000 It's not really worth that.
00:36:01.580 You know, we're already trying to put one in jail.
00:36:04.900 What do you say we don't have the current administration put out and assassinate another president?
00:36:13.420 And I say that with Joe Biden as well.
00:36:16.300 If that was in Joe Biden's, it shouldn't be there.
00:36:21.220 What have we become?
00:36:24.520 Can we use some common sense?
00:36:27.480 Back in just a minute.
00:36:31.080 Let me tell you about my Patriot supply.
00:36:33.060 When it comes to your own home, you're in charge of holding down the fort.
00:36:37.640 Well, if you're in New York, good luck with that.
00:36:42.080 Now, that means, you know, being ready in case of, you know, a robber or a natural or economic disaster, holding down the fort when things really go south.
00:36:52.900 And they're going to go fast.
00:36:53.920 Remember, this is the old saying, how did your company go bankrupt over a long period of time?
00:37:03.080 And then all of a sudden, when this happens, our country is going to be all of a sudden, overnight.
00:37:09.900 I mean, you read the diaries of people from, and believe me, I have no life, I did this.
00:37:14.900 Read the diaries of people from Germany in the Weimar Republic when they started hyperinflation.
00:37:23.920 No one knew what the word was, kind of like zillion.
00:37:28.780 Nobody knew what the word even meant.
00:37:31.300 But one week later, their diaries say, everybody is talking about hyperinflation.
00:37:39.480 It happens over a long period of time, and then all of a sudden, please be ready.

00:38:42.680 We'll be right back after these messages.
00:38:44.360 You know, I want to make this really clear about this document,
00:39:02.740 because I don't, well, I know that that kind of language about use of force
00:39:08.560 is in all of these documents.
00:39:10.940 I'm suggesting that we re-examine that,
00:39:16.220 especially with the things that we have people dealing with right now.
00:39:20.660 I don't want to see any of our police officers or anybody in the line of duty get shot
00:39:27.540 and put them in a bad situation.
00:39:29.700 But let's just talk about the president.
00:39:32.960 You would be, and let's take Donald Trump out of it,
00:39:36.740 so it's not slanted that way.
00:39:38.860 Let me go to somebody who I really disagree with.
00:39:41.000 If we had done the same thing to Joe Biden and there was an order to kill
00:39:48.500 and you've got, you know, somebody who likes guns and drugs in his family,
00:39:55.120 imagine going in to get the documents and there's any kind of gunplay at all.
00:40:01.340 We're shooting the president's son.
00:40:03.600 We're possibly shooting the president or his wife in an accident, whatever.
00:40:08.500 However, that makes us, that makes us a third world country all the time.
00:40:16.380 If those documents were that important,
00:40:21.080 and this, I believe, was just a photo op,
00:40:23.940 and I don't believe they were going in to try to kill the president.
00:40:26.540 That's nonsense.
00:40:27.880 But they were going in for a photo op and to get these documents, I do believe.
00:40:32.060 And from here on out, if you have a president has documents like that,
00:40:39.420 you don't have an order to use force if necessary.
00:40:43.980 You go there with some, you know, with some bean counters,
00:40:47.940 which they did, and try to get the documents.
00:40:50.520 And if they don't, I believe the president, if it was Trump,
00:40:54.900 he should get on the air and say,
00:40:56.300 this, we've done it the right way, we're going in,
00:40:59.440 we're not going to be armed,
00:41:01.540 but we have to get these documents
00:41:03.860 and make the case to the American people.
00:41:06.620 Because if you do something like,
00:41:09.520 I mean, just look at what happened.
00:41:11.420 That was an assault on half of America.
00:41:14.840 If something, God forbid, would have happened at Mar-a-Lago,
00:41:18.640 it would have been civil war.
00:41:20.040 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:41:21.860 Burna is our sponsor, B-Y-R-N-A.
00:41:25.060 It's a Burna launcher.
00:41:26.000 It looks like a gun, but it's not a gun.
00:41:29.040 There's no sound to it, and it doesn't kick.
00:41:32.240 It's something that is firing projectiles
00:41:35.580 up to 60 feet really accurately,
00:41:39.240 and it will stop somebody in their track,
00:41:42.160 mainly because, first, they have just a kinetic round
00:41:45.600 that you shoot if you want.
00:41:47.640 I load mine with a kinetic round and a tear gas round.
00:41:50.600 Then a kinetic round and a tear gas round.
00:41:53.060 You hit somebody within five feet
00:41:56.760 with one of the tear gas rounds,
00:41:58.640 they're incapacitated for 40 minutes.
00:42:01.880 It's legal in all states.
00:42:03.740 You just have to be over 18 to be able to legally carry it,
00:42:07.720 and there's just no hassle with it.

00:42:53.240 Stay up straight.
00:42:56.960 And hold the line.
00:43:00.360 It's a new day.
00:43:02.520 Time to rise.
00:43:04.360 Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:43:17.700 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:43:22.320 Hello, America.
00:43:23.340 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:43:25.080 This is going to be a fun hour
00:43:26.600 because two of my favorite,
00:43:29.180 I guess maybe I would call them both classic liberals,
00:43:33.880 and I disagree with both of them on many, many things,
00:43:39.200 but I like them so much.
00:43:41.560 I consider them friends
00:43:43.060 because while we disagree,
00:43:45.280 we can still like each other and talk to each other
00:43:48.360 and pound things out without hating each other
00:43:51.880 the way we used to be in this country.
00:43:55.620 The former U.S. congresswoman
00:43:58.060 who is supposedly on a short list to be vice president,
00:44:03.340 Tulsi Gabbard, joins me.
00:44:05.640 And then in 30 minutes,
00:44:07.020 we have Alan Dershowitz,
00:44:08.640 who is in the courtroom
00:44:09.840 and allowed to stay
00:44:11.160 when the judge cleared the courtroom
00:44:14.440 in one of the most amazing kind of Soviet Union things
00:44:18.820 he says he's ever seen.
00:44:21.160 We'll talk to him in 30 minutes,
00:44:22.940 Tulsi Gabbard, in 60 seconds.
00:44:24.980 Stand by.
00:44:26.160 First, let me tell you about our sponsor.
00:44:28.220 It is Preborn.
00:44:29.600 You know, people say that conservatives,
00:44:31.940 you know, you care about the baby
00:44:33.220 and then, you know,
00:44:34.040 you're not going to adopt the baby.
00:44:35.280 You're not going to...
00:44:36.120 Yes, I've adopted a baby.
00:44:39.520 And adoption is a really difficult thing to do,
00:44:42.280 and I would love to have easier
00:44:44.600 or more kids to adopt.
00:44:48.300 But they also say we don't care about the mom.
00:44:51.160 This is why I'm a part of Preborn.
00:44:53.620 I really love this group.
00:44:56.780 What they do is first,
00:44:58.360 they offer the moms
00:44:59.580 who are thinking about an abortion
00:45:00.840 a free ultrasound.
00:45:02.980 It costs $28, a free ultrasound.
00:45:05.960 And when the mom hears the heartbeat
00:45:08.180 and sees the baby,
00:45:09.700 she's twice as likely to say,
00:45:13.040 no, I want to carry the baby.
00:45:14.920 But then there are so many of these women
00:45:16.900 that they feel trapped.
00:45:18.620 Nobody in their life supports that decision.
00:45:21.420 They may not be able to support it.
00:45:23.880 This is again where Preborn comes in
00:45:26.120 and helps mom.
00:45:27.560 60% of the women who have abortions
00:45:29.840 regret it afterwards.
00:45:31.680 They felt trapped.
00:45:33.260 Preborn helps mom take care of the baby
00:45:36.100 and provides all the postnatal care
00:45:38.500 and even clothing and books
00:45:40.420 and everything else
00:45:41.420 for up to two years after birth.
00:45:44.420 Trying to save two humans,
00:45:46.740 not one.
00:45:48.000 They're both patients.
00:45:49.860 Preborn.
00:45:50.560 Would you like to help out?
00:45:51.840 Just donate anything you can.
00:45:53.220 $28 buys an ultrasound.
00:45:55.720 You can do that for,
00:45:57.580 you know, on a monthly basis
00:45:58.660 if you'd like.
00:45:59.420 Just hit pound 250,
00:46:01.020 say the keyword baby.
00:46:02.520 Pound 250, keyword baby.
00:46:04.580 Or go to preborn.com slash Beck.
00:46:07.180 Preborn.com slash Beck.
00:46:08.680 Sponsored by Preborn.
00:46:13.220 Tulsi Gabbard.
00:46:14.380 Welcome to the program.
00:46:15.320 How are you?
00:46:17.340 Very good, my friend.
00:46:18.540 How are you?
00:46:19.420 I'm good.
00:46:20.240 I'm good.
00:46:21.800 Are you in Hawaii right now?
00:46:25.380 I'm in Virginia today
00:46:27.540 and tomorrow
00:46:29.000 and Texas the day after.
00:46:30.540 I'm on the road
00:46:31.420 living out of a suitcase.
00:46:33.040 Oh, boy.
00:46:34.080 So, first of all,
00:46:36.180 you know,
00:46:37.260 you're on a short list
00:46:38.280 and I'm not going to ask you,
00:46:39.820 you know,
00:46:40.400 anything other than
00:46:41.400 have you had a conversation
00:46:42.500 with him
00:46:43.100 about being vice president?
00:46:46.920 I've spoken to him.
00:46:48.300 I won't talk about
00:46:49.660 what we spoke about.
00:46:50.560 That's fine.
00:46:51.160 I've met and spoken to him.
00:46:52.440 Would you serve
00:46:54.340 in any capacity
00:46:55.540 in a Trump administration?
00:46:58.720 I would serve
00:47:00.080 in a capacity
00:47:00.880 where I felt
00:47:01.840 that I could actually
00:47:03.060 be effective
00:47:04.960 in helping
00:47:06.180 to get our country
00:47:07.980 back on track
00:47:08.900 both in domestic policy
00:47:10.340 and foreign policy.
00:47:12.480 So, Tulsi,
00:47:13.880 you know I respect you.
00:47:15.360 I really like you.
00:47:16.800 We disagree on things.
00:47:18.380 You were a former
00:47:19.180 Bernie Sanders supporter.
00:47:20.620 you know,
00:47:23.860 but I also know
00:47:26.400 you love the Constitution
00:47:28.240 and America
00:47:29.400 and the country
00:47:30.840 and just finding somebody
00:47:32.780 who loves America
00:47:34.100 is very hard
00:47:35.500 to find right now.
00:47:37.620 Can you help me out
00:47:39.620 on understanding
00:47:40.500 the Bernie Sanders
00:47:42.420 to, you know,
00:47:45.260 I'd be willing to serve
00:47:46.280 in a Trump administration?
00:47:47.440 Of course.
00:47:49.480 I'm glad you asked
00:47:50.480 because it is
00:47:52.080 on its face
00:47:53.080 kind of a big mental leap.
00:47:57.060 But when you actually
00:47:57.780 look at the reason
00:47:59.460 when I made that announcement
00:48:00.780 back in 2016
00:48:02.200 to resign
00:48:03.900 as vice chair
00:48:04.700 of the DNC
00:48:05.680 so that I could get involved
00:48:08.060 in that Democratic
00:48:09.220 presidential primary,
00:48:10.980 I focused on one thing.
00:48:12.920 I announced my endorsement
00:48:14.060 of Bernie Sanders
00:48:14.820 over Hillary Clinton
00:48:16.020 around foreign policy.
00:48:18.880 Bernie Sanders
00:48:19.880 today is
00:48:20.940 even different
00:48:22.380 now
00:48:23.120 than he was
00:48:24.140 back then
00:48:24.780 on some of these
00:48:26.160 foreign policy issues.
00:48:27.580 But there was
00:48:28.420 a very clear contrast
00:48:29.560 between
00:48:30.520 Hillary Clinton,
00:48:31.580 the queen of warmongers,
00:48:33.140 and Bernie Sanders
00:48:34.200 who has,
00:48:35.220 for a long time,
00:48:35.940 largely been
00:48:36.820 more of a non-interventionist.
00:48:39.000 And I was frustrated
00:48:40.420 because as an officer
00:48:41.360 of the DNC,
00:48:42.100 I couldn't,
00:48:43.340 you know,
00:48:43.560 according to the rules,
00:48:44.820 get involved
00:48:45.460 or speak out publicly.
00:48:47.260 But as you remember,
00:48:48.980 Glenn,
00:48:49.400 people were saying
00:48:50.080 that Hillary Clinton
00:48:50.660 was the most qualified person
00:48:52.200 ever to run for president
00:48:53.340 in the history of our country.
00:48:55.280 But of course,
00:48:56.440 I know,
00:48:57.020 I still laugh
00:48:57.980 when I think about that.
00:48:59.160 And it wasn't just
00:49:00.160 her campaign people
00:49:01.400 who were saying this,
00:49:02.180 it was supposedly
00:49:03.500 serious people
00:49:04.920 on, you know,
00:49:05.840 the different cable shows
00:49:07.140 and the broadcast news shows
00:49:08.740 and the meet-the-press-type shows.
00:49:10.960 But they never went beyond,
00:49:13.820 okay,
00:49:14.160 well,
00:49:14.340 she's held this title
00:49:15.360 and that title
00:49:15.980 and that title.
00:49:17.060 They would never go into
00:49:18.520 what her record actually was,
00:49:20.620 the kinds of decisions
00:49:21.540 that she made,
00:49:22.320 the things that she influenced
00:49:23.700 and urged President Obama
00:49:24.880 to do as his Secretary of State.
00:49:27.160 And for me,
00:49:27.880 as an American citizen,
00:49:29.080 as a soldier
00:49:29.780 and a veteran
00:49:30.400 of various wars
00:49:32.280 and conflicts,
00:49:33.080 I felt strongly
00:49:34.540 about the fact
00:49:35.420 that Hillary Clinton
00:49:36.180 would be
00:49:36.600 the most dangerous
00:49:37.680 president
00:49:38.500 and commander-in-chief
00:49:39.520 for our country,
00:49:40.780 our freedom,
00:49:41.500 our security,
00:49:42.100 and our liberty.
00:49:43.180 And so I took the opportunity
00:49:44.440 to make that endorsement
00:49:46.680 of Bernie Sanders
00:49:47.460 around that issue
00:49:48.660 so that I could have
00:49:49.640 a platform
00:49:50.380 to call her out
00:49:52.040 directly
00:49:52.700 to the American people
00:49:53.900 so that at a minimum
00:49:55.000 they could make
00:49:56.260 a more informed decision
00:49:58.220 about who they wanted
00:49:59.820 to be the Democratic
00:50:01.900 presidential nominee
00:50:02.840 for that time.
00:50:04.020 And I did that.
00:50:05.180 So that explains
00:50:07.320 an awful lot.
00:50:07.960 The State Department,
00:50:09.520 you know,
00:50:11.000 has been off the rails
00:50:12.720 for a hundred years
00:50:14.040 and they're very
00:50:16.940 warmongering.
00:50:18.540 What's happening
00:50:19.140 in Ukraine
00:50:20.060 is obscene.
00:50:23.120 And strangely,
00:50:25.300 I think since Ronald Reagan
00:50:27.880 and I think even more so
00:50:30.140 than Ronald Reagan,
00:50:31.160 but it was a different time,
00:50:32.280 Donald Trump
00:50:33.420 is the least,
00:50:36.180 he understands
00:50:37.620 peace through strength,
00:50:39.260 but he is the least
00:50:41.500 likely to go to war
00:50:42.560 and yet the left
00:50:44.040 keeps saying
00:50:44.680 he's a warmonger.
00:50:47.400 It's their tried
00:50:48.540 and true tactic
00:50:49.640 and you see them
00:50:50.660 doing this
00:50:51.220 not only
00:50:51.860 with,
00:50:53.000 you know,
00:50:54.060 an issue as serious
00:50:55.300 as war and peace,
00:50:56.980 but you also see
00:50:58.620 how they're doing it
00:50:59.400 around democracy.
00:51:01.160 You know,
00:51:01.920 they're claiming
00:51:02.360 he will be
00:51:02.800 the dictator-in-chief
00:51:04.040 and this will be
00:51:04.620 the last election
00:51:05.560 that's ever held
00:51:06.280 if he wins
00:51:07.060 and so on and so forth.
00:51:08.240 Yet,
00:51:08.880 we look at how
00:51:09.580 they're weaponizing
00:51:10.380 the Department of Justice
00:51:11.520 and all that they are doing
00:51:13.300 both to target
00:51:14.260 and prosecute,
00:51:15.920 throwing everything
00:51:16.500 in the kitchen sink
00:51:17.320 at Donald Trump,
00:51:18.160 but also going after
00:51:19.620 everyday Americans
00:51:20.780 whose names
00:51:22.180 will never be
00:51:22.860 in the headlines
00:51:23.640 because they are
00:51:25.100 the quote-unquote
00:51:25.820 political opposition,
00:51:27.900 the undermining
00:51:28.580 of free speech,
00:51:29.320 the undermining
00:51:30.060 of the rule of law
00:51:31.120 and yet
00:51:31.700 they cloak
00:51:32.900 all of this
00:51:33.620 and try to distract
00:51:34.900 and deflect attention
00:51:36.260 away from
00:51:37.160 the American people
00:51:38.880 and the reality
00:51:40.660 of how they are
00:51:41.520 destroying our democracy
00:51:42.780 right before our very eyes
00:51:44.260 and they do so
00:51:44.980 by saying
00:51:45.460 Donald Trump
00:51:46.080 is the biggest enemy
00:51:46.960 of democracy.
00:51:48.240 They're doing the same thing
00:51:49.200 around foreign policy.
00:51:51.020 The thing that I'm urging
00:51:52.200 Americans to do
00:51:53.180 across the country,
00:51:54.060 both through my book
00:51:55.000 For Love of Country
00:51:55.900 but also
00:51:56.560 in every platform
00:51:58.060 or speech
00:51:58.640 where people will have me
00:52:00.200 is to look at the facts.
00:52:03.140 This is the first time
00:52:03.900 in our lifetimes
00:52:04.620 we've had a presidential election
00:52:06.200 where we actually have
00:52:07.960 two people
00:52:08.680 who served in the White House
00:52:10.120 with a very real record
00:52:11.640 for us to examine.
00:52:13.440 Compare.
00:52:14.060 And take the emotions aside.
00:52:16.800 People have strong feelings
00:52:17.920 one way or the other
00:52:18.860 and there's,
00:52:20.520 and that's what a lot
00:52:21.640 of the Democrats
00:52:22.220 and Biden people focus on
00:52:24.200 because they're afraid
00:52:25.200 that we will actually
00:52:26.460 compare and contrast
00:52:28.200 their record
00:52:29.260 on border security,
00:52:31.060 on education,
00:52:32.520 on fairness
00:52:33.380 for women and girls
00:52:34.700 and sports and education,
00:52:36.380 on the economy
00:52:37.400 and inflation,
00:52:39.240 you know,
00:52:39.600 on criminal justice reform,
00:52:42.640 something that Democrats
00:52:43.540 claim to be for.
00:52:45.020 And also,
00:52:45.820 of course,
00:52:46.280 first and foremost,
00:52:47.640 foreign policy
00:52:48.460 and how secure
00:52:49.600 is our country today
00:52:51.380 and where are
00:52:52.680 our taxpayer dollars
00:52:54.260 being dedicated.
00:52:56.140 In each of these areas
00:52:57.640 and more,
00:52:58.220 there's a very clear contrast
00:52:59.600 between President Biden
00:53:00.960 and President Trump
00:53:01.780 and to me,
00:53:02.520 what it all comes down to
00:53:03.700 are the two most
00:53:05.800 core critical questions
00:53:07.340 that,
00:53:07.800 as you pointed out,
00:53:08.580 are rooted
00:53:09.120 in the Constitution
00:53:10.620 is,
00:53:11.220 number one,
00:53:13.380 who actually
00:53:14.820 has served
00:53:16.500 the interests
00:53:17.340 of the American people
00:53:18.880 and our country
00:53:19.620 and our ability
00:53:20.280 to live in a safe,
00:53:21.940 free,
00:53:22.500 peaceful,
00:53:23.180 and prosperous society.
00:53:25.760 And number two,
00:53:26.960 who has either defended
00:53:30.060 or assaulted
00:53:31.500 our fundamental rights
00:53:32.980 and freedoms
00:53:33.460 that are enshrined
00:53:34.220 in the Constitution?
00:53:35.620 Freedom of speech,
00:53:36.680 freedom of expression,
00:53:37.840 freedom of religion,
00:53:39.380 our civil liberties
00:53:40.980 guaranteed by
00:53:41.920 the Fourth Amendment.
00:53:43.260 And again,
00:53:44.020 when you look at
00:53:44.800 these metrics,
00:53:47.780 there is no,
00:53:48.860 question about
00:53:49.900 the difference
00:53:50.460 between President Biden
00:53:51.600 and President Trump.
00:53:55.840 Let me ask you,
00:53:58.040 why should somebody,
00:53:59.680 and I don't mean
00:54:00.480 this just to you,
00:54:01.600 I mean this for anybody,
00:54:02.820 even, you know,
00:54:04.000 Joe Biden,
00:54:04.520 Donald Trump,
00:54:05.640 why should we believe
00:54:07.160 when we have not seen
00:54:08.440 one for a very long time,
00:54:10.460 and when they do believe this,
00:54:12.420 they're called extremists,
00:54:13.520 why should we believe
00:54:15.700 anybody or you
00:54:17.160 that you actually,
00:54:19.640 your oath of office
00:54:21.400 would mean
00:54:22.360 what it says,
00:54:23.880 that you will protect
00:54:25.540 the Constitution
00:54:27.040 and the Bill of Rights?
00:54:28.200 I think with anybody
00:54:31.540 and everyone,
00:54:33.040 it is,
00:54:33.680 it is,
00:54:34.400 you know,
00:54:35.420 going back to the old
00:54:36.700 adage,
00:54:37.160 trust but verify
00:54:38.080 and hold people accountable.
00:54:40.680 And that,
00:54:41.640 that is true of me
00:54:43.300 and of anyone
00:54:44.420 asking for
00:54:45.680 the trust
00:54:46.840 and confidence
00:54:47.540 of the American people.
00:54:48.980 I think part of that
00:54:50.560 is recognizing
00:54:51.700 that as the world
00:54:53.340 changes,
00:54:54.180 as the country changes,
00:54:56.160 there has to be
00:54:57.840 room for people
00:54:59.320 to learn
00:55:02.080 and grow
00:55:02.900 from these
00:55:04.200 changing circumstances.
00:55:05.520 I think a lot
00:55:06.200 of the problems
00:55:06.800 that we're seeing
00:55:08.020 in a lot
00:55:09.120 of the political
00:55:09.840 divides,
00:55:10.940 and I get it,
00:55:11.720 trust is earned,
00:55:13.180 but in order
00:55:15.180 for there to be progress,
00:55:16.640 we have to allow people
00:55:18.260 to grow
00:55:19.380 and change
00:55:20.780 based on the circumstances.
00:55:23.500 You know,
00:55:23.780 we've seen,
00:55:24.860 I think,
00:55:25.320 over these last
00:55:26.120 five or six years,
00:55:27.400 or especially
00:55:28.000 during the Obama,
00:55:29.700 I'm sorry,
00:55:30.740 during the Biden
00:55:31.420 administration,
00:55:33.060 we have seen
00:55:35.060 what an increasingly
00:55:36.380 tyrannical government
00:55:37.520 looks like.
00:55:38.760 And we are seeing
00:55:39.940 how our founding fathers
00:55:41.740 were so wise
00:55:43.780 in recognizing
00:55:45.200 that our democracy,
00:55:46.600 this form of governance
00:55:47.580 that we have
00:55:48.240 in this constitutional
00:55:49.260 republic,
00:55:49.940 through this
00:55:50.680 representative democracy,
00:55:52.840 is very fragile,
00:55:54.400 and how people
00:55:55.240 in positions of power
00:55:56.380 are often tempted
00:55:57.420 and may fall
00:55:58.380 to that temptation
00:55:59.380 of abuse of power.
00:56:01.600 And so we have
00:56:02.520 this system
00:56:03.220 of checks
00:56:03.800 and balances
00:56:04.560 through three
00:56:05.360 co-equal branches
00:56:06.180 of government.
00:56:06.800 We have this system
00:56:07.700 of checks and balances
00:56:08.680 through the Constitution,
00:56:10.680 our First Amendment
00:56:11.360 and our Second Amendment,
00:56:12.360 for the power
00:56:14.100 to always
00:56:15.340 favor the voices
00:56:18.540 and the power
00:56:19.380 of a free people
00:56:20.220 and a free society.
00:56:21.860 I would never
00:56:22.700 have imagined,
00:56:23.700 Glenn,
00:56:23.920 in my lifetime
00:56:24.620 that we would see
00:56:25.880 such brazen,
00:56:27.380 abusive power.
00:56:28.740 And it's not only
00:56:30.520 just a failure
00:56:33.080 to uphold the Constitution.
00:56:34.460 The Democrat elite
00:56:35.440 are actively
00:56:36.920 destroying the Constitution
00:56:39.020 in broad daylight
00:56:40.500 and telling us,
00:56:42.080 no,
00:56:42.420 we don't think
00:56:43.340 the First Amendment
00:56:44.060 is relevant today
00:56:45.100 because of misinformation,
00:56:46.680 disinformation,
00:56:47.420 hate speech,
00:56:47.800 all of the excuses
00:56:48.740 that they give,
00:56:50.420 which are very dangerous.
00:56:51.560 They tell us that,
00:56:52.420 no,
00:56:52.900 the Second Amendment
00:56:53.700 shouldn't apply
00:56:55.360 because,
00:56:55.940 and they cite
00:56:56.400 all of these
00:56:56.940 different statistics
00:56:57.800 of tragedies
00:56:59.000 that occur
00:56:59.480 in our country,
00:57:00.520 but that ultimately
00:57:01.600 taking guns away
00:57:02.860 from law-abiding Americans
00:57:04.380 would not
00:57:05.740 actually prevent
00:57:07.540 those types
00:57:09.240 of tragedies
00:57:10.380 from occurring.
00:57:12.260 It would make it
00:57:12.720 more dangerous
00:57:13.360 and it denies
00:57:14.500 the reality
00:57:15.260 that we have faced
00:57:16.680 throughout,
00:57:17.440 I think,
00:57:17.760 the history of humanity
00:57:18.760 is that you have,
00:57:19.700 if you have a person
00:57:20.660 who seeks to do harm
00:57:21.740 to others,
00:57:22.520 they will find a way
00:57:24.120 to do so,
00:57:25.360 unfortunately.
00:57:27.040 And,
00:57:27.120 you know,
00:57:27.840 so,
00:57:28.120 go ahead.
00:57:30.220 No,
00:57:30.840 you finish your thoughts,
00:57:32.220 please.
00:57:32.500 I don't want to interrupt you.
00:57:33.660 They will find a way
00:57:34.640 to do so.
00:57:35.360 it's incumbent upon us
00:57:37.260 now,
00:57:38.380 again,
00:57:39.240 to understand
00:57:40.280 and recognize
00:57:41.120 the seriousness
00:57:42.200 of this moment
00:57:43.140 and the fact
00:57:44.340 that they are doing
00:57:45.220 all these things
00:57:45.920 because they're afraid
00:57:46.900 of the power
00:57:47.520 of a free people.
00:57:49.000 But we are only powerful
00:57:50.380 if we hold on
00:57:51.080 to that power.
00:57:52.360 I want to ask you
00:57:53.240 one more question.
00:57:54.440 I know we're out of time
00:57:55.660 for your schedule.
00:57:56.840 Could I ask you
00:57:58.040 to give me 60 seconds more
00:57:59.540 and then I'll ask you
00:58:01.200 just one more question?
00:58:03.240 Yes.
00:58:03.500 Do you have time?
00:58:04.220 Okay,
00:58:04.740 good.
00:58:04.940 Back with Tulsi Gabbard
00:58:06.120 here in just a second.
00:58:07.160 Stand by.

00:58:10.660 about Patriot Mobile.
00:58:11.980 The sooner you switch

00:58:13.880 the sooner you can
00:58:14.620 start paying less
00:58:15.540 and I mean way less
00:58:16.800 than what you're paying
00:58:17.980 right now
00:58:18.500 with your major
00:58:19.060 mobile phone company.
00:58:21.080 Sometimes doing good
00:58:22.220 is hard.

00:58:24.020 it's a no-brainer
00:58:24.960 and this switch
00:58:25.940 is a no-brainer.

00:58:46.880 sending all that money
00:58:48.420 to them
00:58:49.020 so they can,
00:58:49.760 you know,
00:58:50.080 support all kinds
00:58:51.220 of causes
00:58:51.800 that you,
00:58:53.260 quite frankly,
00:58:53.640 are fighting
00:58:54.200 every day to stop.

00:58:56.900 excellent plans.

00:59:18.500 station ID.
00:59:25.380 Tulsi,
00:59:30.000 when you were in town,
00:59:30.680 I'd love to do
00:59:31.200 another podcast with you
00:59:32.320 because I find you
00:59:33.120 fascinating
00:59:33.720 and I actually think
00:59:34.780 you could be a huge
00:59:35.860 help
00:59:36.980 to bringing our country
00:59:38.580 back together
00:59:39.260 but
00:59:40.600 the time is so short here.
00:59:43.520 I wanted to ask you,
00:59:45.120 you know,
00:59:45.400 one of the things
00:59:46.300 that if I were
00:59:46.980 President Trump,
00:59:47.820 I would actually consider you
00:59:49.040 as a vice presidential
00:59:49.920 candidate to unite
00:59:50.940 the country,
00:59:52.100 you know,
00:59:53.000 after much discussion
00:59:54.260 but the one thing
00:59:55.360 I know I would feel
00:59:56.460 comfortable appointing you
00:59:57.560 to is Secretary of Defense.
00:59:59.780 Our military
01:00:01.000 is a mess
01:00:02.980 and it's because
01:00:04.140 we have all of these
01:00:05.380 woke generals
01:00:06.320 and all of these
01:00:07.220 political appointments,
01:00:08.160 they've all risen to the top.
01:00:09.500 Problem is,
01:00:10.420 doesn't appear to me
01:00:11.780 to be below
01:00:13.500 the general
01:00:15.860 and all of their,
01:00:17.280 you know,
01:00:18.300 apparatus around them.
01:00:20.360 If you were
01:00:21.260 Secretary of Defense,
01:00:22.820 could you clean this up?
01:00:24.940 Is it fixable?
01:00:28.500 Yes.
01:00:29.360 Yes.
01:00:29.860 Unequivocally,
01:00:30.820 yes.
01:00:31.980 And your diagnosis
01:00:33.240 is correct.
01:00:34.980 You know,
01:00:35.220 it's not by accident
01:00:37.020 that the kinds
01:00:39.280 of general officers
01:00:40.320 that are rising
01:00:41.120 through the ranks
01:00:41.940 are those
01:00:42.700 who are advocating
01:00:44.320 for these
01:00:45.140 so-called woke
01:00:46.120 slash DEI,
01:00:48.220 whatever policies.
01:00:49.760 The reason why
01:00:50.420 they've gotten there
01:00:51.100 is because of their
01:00:52.000 civilian leadership
01:00:53.280 picking and choosing
01:00:54.860 people
01:00:55.500 who will not,
01:00:57.420 I mean,
01:00:57.560 obviously we have
01:00:58.000 a civilian-led military.
01:00:59.540 Those in uniform
01:01:00.480 will follow the policies
01:01:01.860 that are set
01:01:02.460 by the civilian leaders.
01:01:04.120 But these civilian leaders,
01:01:05.440 Secretary Austin
01:01:06.360 and the different secretaries
01:01:07.960 of each branch
01:01:08.560 of the military,
01:01:09.160 they are promoting
01:01:10.280 careerists
01:01:11.600 who have played it safe,
01:01:13.420 who have done
01:01:14.820 whatever they needed
01:01:15.620 to do to go along
01:01:16.680 and get along,
01:01:17.460 to rise through the ranks,
01:01:19.080 and have not been
01:01:20.160 in those positions
01:01:21.060 and have intentionally so,
01:01:23.020 not been in those
01:01:24.220 combat-hardened positions
01:01:25.840 where they've got to make
01:01:26.700 really tough choices
01:01:27.900 that may come
01:01:29.360 with some backlash.
01:01:30.780 But that is the definition
01:01:32.180 of leadership.
01:01:33.520 And I can tell you,
01:01:34.260 I know personally
01:01:35.200 a number of officers
01:01:36.560 in different branches
01:01:37.600 of the military
01:01:38.260 who have been shoved out
01:01:40.120 and forced to retire
01:01:41.320 because they happen
01:01:42.580 to be white males.
01:01:43.580 And these are people
01:01:44.380 who over the last 25 years
01:01:47.180 have deployed
01:01:48.260 every single year
01:01:49.780 in the most
01:01:50.640 harsh combat environment
01:01:53.580 and made those tough calls
01:01:55.020 between life and death.
01:01:56.500 They've been investigations
01:01:57.580 because of it.
01:01:58.860 But these are people
01:02:00.180 who have the kind of experience
01:02:01.520 that will never be replaced.
01:02:02.920 And they're getting shoved out
01:02:04.520 and they are not getting promoted
01:02:05.980 because of the civilian leadership
01:02:08.120 at the very top
01:02:09.100 of the Department of Defense.
01:02:10.260 So yes,
01:02:11.300 as a Secretary of Defense,
01:02:12.900 I would 100%
01:02:15.040 be able to write the course,
01:02:17.640 fix what has become
01:02:18.620 so broken
01:02:19.280 within our Department of Defense.
01:02:21.480 And it starts
01:02:22.080 with putting the right leaders
01:02:23.260 in the right places
01:02:24.320 who put our country first
01:02:25.660 and who really care more
01:02:27.120 about our troops
01:02:28.320 than they care about
01:02:29.360 how many stars
01:02:30.460 they wear on their shoulders.
01:02:31.780 I obviously have
01:02:32.580 very strong feelings
01:02:33.440 about this
01:02:33.940 because I still serve
01:02:35.480 and I know personally
01:02:37.160 the detrimental impact
01:02:38.940 that this administration
01:02:40.020 is having
01:02:40.860 on our military,
01:02:42.580 their morale
01:02:43.140 and their capabilities
01:02:44.080 and readiness
01:02:44.620 to be able to do their job.
01:02:46.680 Tulsi, next time you're in Dallas,
01:02:48.220 please let me know.
01:02:48.920 I'd love to talk more about
01:02:50.200 especially the military
01:02:51.260 and where we're at.
01:02:52.380 Thank you so much.
01:02:53.260 I look forward to it, Glenn.
01:02:54.260 Thank you so much.
01:02:55.400 You bet.
01:02:55.740 Bye-bye.
01:02:56.480 I have to tell you, Stu,
01:02:58.160 I've said this before
01:02:58.880 and I think,
01:02:59.400 I don't know how,
01:03:00.820 I'm sure I'm in the minority
01:03:04.220 on this,
01:03:05.620 but simply because,
01:03:08.480 I mean,
01:03:08.780 I believe her
01:03:09.660 that we disagree
01:03:10.440 on a whole bunch of stuff
01:03:11.480 and I know
01:03:12.560 the Vice President
01:03:13.500 is so important
01:03:15.140 for the party
01:03:16.240 going forward
01:03:17.580 to raise
01:03:18.440 the next generation
01:03:20.140 and, you know,
01:03:21.500 she wouldn't be
01:03:22.320 the next generation
01:03:23.180 of Republicans,
01:03:25.460 but to be able to say,
01:03:28.480 yeah,
01:03:29.700 my Vice President
01:03:31.360 relates to
01:03:32.780 classic liberals.
01:03:35.120 I'm not a monster
01:03:36.460 that's just going to be going in.
01:03:37.960 I don't know
01:03:38.420 if it would make any difference,
01:03:39.900 but it would be
01:03:40.760 at least an olive branch
01:03:42.520 to those Democrats
01:03:43.940 that are like,
01:03:45.500 you know,
01:03:45.880 the old Reagan Democrats.
01:03:47.540 They don't hate America
01:03:48.720 and the one thing
01:03:49.560 you can say
01:03:49.980 about Tulsi Gabbard
01:03:50.840 is she does love America.
01:03:58.120 Alan Dershowitz
01:03:59.120 is next.
01:04:00.180 Stand by first.
01:04:01.180 Relief Factor.
01:04:02.560 Summer is finally here.
01:04:03.900 For most people,
01:04:04.540 that means going out,
01:04:05.260 having fun in the sun,
01:04:06.240 shooting around to golf.
01:04:07.520 You know,
01:04:07.820 in my case,
01:04:08.460 going out and shooting,
01:04:10.060 hopping on a bike,
01:04:11.480 just taking a walk.
01:04:13.360 Unless you have pain
01:04:14.820 and those things
01:04:15.940 just trigger.
01:04:17.000 I mean,
01:04:17.420 for a while,
01:04:18.500 you know,
01:04:18.860 you've heard
01:04:19.460 that I couldn't paint.
01:04:20.420 I couldn't write
01:04:21.100 with my hands.
01:04:21.960 It was so painful.
01:04:24.260 One of the things
01:04:24.980 I love to do
01:04:26.040 is clay pigeons.
01:04:27.980 I love it.
01:04:29.780 Just the recoil
01:04:31.280 on my hands
01:04:32.300 and my shoulder
01:04:33.020 would put me
01:04:34.260 into really bad situations
01:04:36.280 and I thought
01:04:36.900 I'm not going to be able
01:04:37.620 to shoot anymore
01:04:38.220 and I hate that.
01:04:40.020 I can now.
01:04:40.860 I started Relief Factor.
01:04:42.420 It's a daily supplement

01:04:47.780 It uses a unique formula

01:04:52.700 mask pain
01:04:53.520 for a short time.
01:04:54.460 It actually helps
01:04:55.440 eliminate it.
01:04:56.680 Three weeks or less,
01:04:57.620 just try it.

01:05:13.120 BlazeTV.com
01:05:14.040 slash Glenn
01:05:14.900 The promo code
01:05:15.820 is Glenn.
01:05:31.540 Oh, man.
01:05:32.800 So many things
01:05:33.300 are going on.
01:05:34.100 One of the biggest
01:05:37.800 I just
01:05:39.700 I don't understand
01:05:42.660 how our justice system
01:05:45.660 got to where it is
01:05:47.360 this quickly.
01:05:49.400 I hope it's different
01:05:51.240 in New York
01:05:53.140 and Washington, D.C.,
01:05:55.000 but I have a feeling
01:05:56.540 it's this way
01:05:57.340 in many states
01:05:58.560 and we are not
01:05:59.900 we're not even connected
01:06:01.700 to the rule of law anymore.
01:06:04.100 I read an article,
01:06:05.860 an op-ed
01:06:06.300 from Alan Dershowitz
01:06:07.720 who was
01:06:08.120 at the courtroom
01:06:10.400 the last
01:06:12.580 when, you know,
01:06:13.360 when the defense
01:06:14.020 rested
01:06:14.700 and heard the testimony
01:06:16.620 of, who was it?
01:06:18.100 Cohen?
01:06:19.400 Or Collins?
01:06:21.000 I can't remember.
01:06:22.660 Anyway,
01:06:23.220 and all he did
01:06:25.920 was raise his eyebrows
01:06:27.320 when there was
01:06:28.060 an objection
01:06:28.640 and the judge said,
01:06:31.980 you know,
01:06:33.260 sustained.
01:06:34.320 He looked at the judge
01:06:35.680 and raised his eyebrows
01:06:36.820 which set the judge
01:06:38.440 into a tirade,
01:06:41.440 cleared the courtroom.
01:06:42.820 For some reason,
01:06:43.820 Alan Dershowitz
01:06:44.540 was allowed to stay
01:06:45.640 and he writes about it
01:06:47.320 at dersh.substack.com
01:06:50.380 and you have to read it
01:06:52.280 and Alan joins us now.
01:06:53.720 Hi, Alan.
01:06:54.180 How are you?
01:06:55.340 Hi.
01:06:55.880 I wish the trial
01:06:56.780 had been televised
01:06:57.600 so that all Americans
01:06:58.600 could see the veins
01:07:00.260 in this judge's head
01:07:01.880 popping.
01:07:02.900 I mean,
01:07:03.120 he just went berserk.
01:07:04.520 You know,
01:07:04.720 he reminded me
01:07:05.640 of the psycho
01:07:06.280 in the movie
01:07:07.840 Taxi Driver.
01:07:09.220 You're looking at me!
01:07:10.260 Hey,
01:07:10.540 you're looking at me!
01:07:11.940 The judge had
01:07:12.880 so thick,
01:07:13.800 thin skin.
01:07:14.680 You're looking at me!
01:07:15.620 You're raising your eyebrows!
01:07:17.380 I'm going to strike
01:07:18.340 all your testimony!
01:07:19.580 Can you imagine
01:07:20.480 the effect
01:07:21.240 if the judge
01:07:21.840 had actually gone through
01:07:22.740 with it?
01:07:23.800 Hang on just a second.
01:07:24.880 Did he say that
01:07:26.060 in front of the jury?
01:07:27.880 No.
01:07:28.420 No.
01:07:28.780 He did that outside.
01:07:30.180 In fact,
01:07:30.660 he didn't say it
01:07:31.220 in front of the media.
01:07:32.220 He threw the media out
01:07:33.420 for some bizarre reason.
01:07:34.740 I was sitting in the front row
01:07:35.840 and they didn't ask me to leave
01:07:38.020 so I was sitting literally
01:07:39.220 right near the judge
01:07:41.080 and the defendants
01:07:42.100 and Cohen
01:07:43.220 and all of them.
01:07:44.240 He took the jury out
01:07:45.640 but he said basically
01:07:46.920 if you raise your eyebrows again
01:07:49.580 I will deny Donald Trump
01:07:51.680 a fair trial
01:07:52.560 by striking your defense testimony
01:07:55.540 and not allowing him
01:07:57.200 to put on a defense.
01:07:58.380 Now,
01:07:58.540 Donald Trump didn't raise
01:07:59.560 his eyebrows
01:08:00.120 at least in the courtroom.
01:08:01.320 He certainly raised
01:08:01.960 a lot of eyebrows
01:08:02.660 outside the courtroom
01:08:04.260 as he has the right to do
01:08:05.920 because this is a political trial
01:08:07.200 so he's responding
01:08:08.060 in a political way.
01:08:09.120 But the idea
01:08:11.080 that you would strike
01:08:12.400 the defense
01:08:13.680 because of something
01:08:14.900 you didn't like
01:08:16.060 a witness doing
01:08:16.960 first of all
01:08:17.500 everybody has a constitutional right
01:08:19.560 to raise their eyebrows
01:08:20.660 and to look
01:08:22.200 and stare at a judge.
01:08:23.680 I've done that
01:08:24.420 many, many times.
01:08:25.860 I never forget
01:08:26.560 Mae West
01:08:27.260 in the movie
01:08:28.060 Little Chickadee
01:08:28.860 she's in front of the judge
01:08:30.300 and the judge says
01:08:31.020 you're showing your contempt
01:08:32.740 for the court
01:08:33.400 and Mae West says
01:08:34.720 no, your honor
01:08:35.220 I'm trying my best
01:08:36.120 to hide my contempt
01:08:37.140 for the court
01:08:37.720 and you know
01:08:38.920 that's what
01:08:39.640 many people do
01:08:40.900 to this judge
01:08:41.640 I'm not a witness
01:08:43.360 or anything
01:08:43.760 so I didn't hide
01:08:44.980 my contempt
01:08:45.460 I rolled my eyes
01:08:46.700 I raised my eyebrows
01:08:48.240 I stared at the judge
01:08:49.740 I whispered to people
01:08:51.100 next to me
01:08:51.500 saying would you believe
01:08:52.640 the judge did that?
01:08:54.340 Kept out this testimony
01:08:55.580 let in this testimony
01:08:56.540 let's remember
01:08:57.440 this is a judge
01:08:58.240 who was so permissive
01:08:59.260 with the prosecution
01:09:00.000 he allowed
01:09:01.200 Stormy Daniels
01:09:02.500 to testify
01:09:03.560 that they had sex
01:09:05.160 in a missionary position
01:09:06.560 that he used
01:09:08.120 a certain kind
01:09:08.860 of deodorant
01:09:10.140 and that he wore
01:09:11.240 silk pajamas
01:09:12.040 now how is that
01:09:13.100 relevant to
01:09:13.920 an entry case
01:09:15.340 involving bookkeeping
01:09:16.500 entry
01:09:16.940 utterly irrelevant
01:09:18.320 utterly prejudicial
01:09:19.660 the judge said
01:09:20.360 no no no
01:09:20.740 that's okay
01:09:21.580 let it all go in
01:09:22.780 let it all go in
01:09:23.500 but when Cohen
01:09:24.620 tries to testify
01:09:25.620 about what his
01:09:27.940 former client
01:09:28.880 said to him
01:09:29.500 and waived
01:09:29.960 the client
01:09:31.400 that waived
01:09:31.880 the privilege
01:09:32.360 said to him
01:09:33.540 saying I don't know
01:09:34.060 anything about Trump
01:09:34.780 I can't incriminate him
01:09:35.900 the judge said
01:09:37.240 no no
01:09:38.180 I'm imposing
01:09:39.240 restrictions
01:09:39.860 on what your witness
01:09:41.840 could say
01:09:42.500 and I would raise
01:09:43.240 my eyebrows
01:09:43.760 wait wait wait
01:09:44.560 he wasn't allowed
01:09:46.040 to enter that
01:09:47.660 into testimony
01:09:48.420 he was restricted
01:09:50.520 as to what he could say
01:09:51.900 he was allowed
01:09:53.760 to say
01:09:54.400 that
01:09:55.160 he had said
01:09:56.960 on numerous occasions
01:09:58.020 that
01:09:58.980 that he didn't know
01:10:00.740 anything about Trump
01:10:01.580 but he was restricted
01:10:02.780 from saying
01:10:03.400 many other things
01:10:04.520 as he said
01:10:05.120 he swore to tell
01:10:06.200 the truth
01:10:06.560 the whole truth
01:10:07.260 and nothing but the truth
01:10:08.240 and the judge said
01:10:09.300 no I only want
01:10:09.880 a partial truth
01:10:10.620 when it came to
01:10:11.700 an expert witness
01:10:12.580 the judge was even tougher
01:10:14.140 the judge said
01:10:15.340 that even though
01:10:16.060 the prosecution
01:10:16.640 was allowed
01:10:17.340 to introduce
01:10:17.920 evidence
01:10:18.660 that they claim
01:10:20.800 the payments
01:10:21.840 were illegal
01:10:22.780 campaign contributions
01:10:23.860 the country's
01:10:24.820 leading expert
01:10:25.620 on campaign contributions
01:10:26.920 who was prepared
01:10:27.620 to testify
01:10:28.160 these were not
01:10:29.580 illegal campaign contributions
01:10:31.240 the judge said
01:10:32.180 no you can testify
01:10:33.040 as to your credentials
01:10:33.960 and a few other things
01:10:34.860 but you can't testify
01:10:36.260 as to legality
01:10:37.380 or illegality
01:10:38.360 even though the other
01:10:39.100 side was allowed to
01:10:40.000 what does it mean
01:10:40.980 under the sixth amendment
01:10:41.860 then
01:10:42.220 that you have a right
01:10:43.320 to confront
01:10:44.120 you have a right
01:10:45.420 to confront
01:10:46.060 the charges
01:10:46.800 and the witnesses
01:10:47.480 against you
01:10:48.240 you think that it means
01:10:50.000 you have a right
01:10:50.520 to call witnesses
01:10:51.700 on your own
01:10:52.640 who would tell
01:10:53.660 a different story
01:10:54.820 and give a different account
01:10:55.900 so the jury
01:10:56.420 can make up their mind
01:10:57.400 but not according
01:10:58.580 to this judge
01:10:59.120 this judge
01:10:59.980 has an agenda
01:11:00.620 he wants a conviction
01:11:01.560 whether it's because
01:11:02.860 his daughter
01:11:03.420 would profit
01:11:04.020 from a conviction
01:11:05.620 she runs a
01:11:06.460 she works for
01:11:07.460 a fundraising outfit
01:11:08.460 that fundraisers
01:11:10.180 off this trial
01:11:11.140 or whether
01:11:12.560 there are other reasons
01:11:13.520 for it
01:11:13.880 I don't know
01:11:14.680 I'm not going to try
01:11:15.320 to psychoanalyze
01:11:16.280 the judge
01:11:17.360 any more than the judge
01:11:18.580 to try to psychoanalyze
01:11:19.920 Donald Trump
01:11:21.180 in order to convict him
01:11:22.640 you have to believe
01:11:23.600 that the only reason
01:11:25.560 that the false entries
01:11:26.900 were made
01:11:27.360 they weren't even made
01:11:28.120 by him
01:11:28.460 they were made
01:11:28.880 by some underling
01:11:29.620 that the only reason
01:11:30.680 the false entries
01:11:31.520 if they were false even
01:11:32.800 were made
01:11:33.680 was to affect
01:11:34.640 the campaign
01:11:35.180 that it had no reason
01:11:36.600 to avoid embarrassment
01:11:38.720 to his wife
01:11:39.420 to his son
01:11:40.120 who was in school
01:11:40.880 at the time
01:11:41.520 to avoid
01:11:42.540 losing his
01:11:43.920 television show
01:11:45.200 because there's
01:11:45.860 a morality clause
01:11:46.860 in the contract
01:11:48.260 no reason
01:11:50.300 to believe
01:11:51.000 it might affect
01:11:52.020 his branding business
01:11:53.600 because you know
01:11:54.280 all the branding
01:11:55.080 of the Trump hotels
01:11:56.440 etc
01:11:56.900 obviously
01:11:57.840 there were
01:11:58.220 mixed motives
01:11:58.880 but the jury
01:12:00.060 has to conclude
01:12:00.780 that the predominant
01:12:01.800 motive was to
01:12:02.660 impact the election
01:12:04.120 even though
01:12:04.900 if it was a campaign
01:12:05.720 contribution
01:12:06.200 he wouldn't have
01:12:07.580 had to report it
01:12:08.960 until after the election
01:12:10.420 this case is so absurd
01:12:12.740 in 60 years
01:12:13.780 of practicing
01:12:14.880 teaching
01:12:15.720 and writing
01:12:16.380 about criminal law
01:12:17.200 I have never seen
01:12:19.080 a weaker case
01:12:20.140 and yet there might be
01:12:21.240 a conviction
01:12:21.700 because this is a
01:12:22.480 New York jury
01:12:23.080 you have watched
01:12:25.420 juries forever
01:12:26.300 did you see
01:12:28.100 any signs
01:12:29.100 from them
01:12:29.680 at all
01:12:30.200 one way or another
01:12:30.980 hard to tell
01:12:32.520 when he acknowledged
01:12:34.760 that he had stolen
01:12:35.680 $60,000
01:12:36.560 from Trump
01:12:37.400 and never tried
01:12:38.100 to repay it
01:12:38.840 I could see
01:12:39.960 the juries
01:12:40.600 literally raising
01:12:42.220 their own eyebrows
01:12:43.140 they leaned forward
01:12:45.000 they paid close
01:12:46.020 attention to that
01:12:47.040 there was a lot
01:12:48.640 of boring testimony
01:12:49.560 and you know
01:12:50.800 jurors don't close
01:12:51.660 their eyes
01:12:52.120 but they sit back
01:12:53.240 you never know
01:12:53.840 what they're thinking
01:12:54.540 the only problem
01:12:55.980 is that jurors
01:12:56.920 usually love the judge
01:12:58.120 the judge
01:12:58.920 is the benevolent
01:13:00.040 despot
01:13:00.600 and he is benevolent
01:13:02.140 when the jury is there
01:13:03.100 it's when the jury
01:13:03.740 leaves that he becomes
01:13:05.020 the true tyrant
01:13:06.280 that he really is
01:13:07.600 so the jury
01:13:08.560 may take a cue
01:13:09.400 from the judge
01:13:10.640 and the judge
01:13:11.140 is going to give
01:13:11.600 an instruction
01:13:12.140 I believe
01:13:13.520 that clearly favors
01:13:15.000 the prosecution
01:13:16.000 and is prejudiced
01:13:17.700 against the defendant
01:13:18.580 so there's no real
01:13:20.040 predicting the outcome
01:13:21.040 I guess the most
01:13:22.240 most betting people
01:13:23.460 are saying
01:13:24.000 a hung jury
01:13:25.320 that it's going to be
01:13:25.920 hard to get 12 people
01:13:27.340 to conclude either way
01:13:29.380 that he was totally
01:13:30.180 innocent or totally guilty
01:13:31.520 I hope
01:13:32.200 and then what happens
01:13:34.000 from
01:13:34.340 what happens from there
01:13:35.920 the prosecution
01:13:37.500 has the right
01:13:38.320 to try him again
01:13:39.060 but at that point
01:13:39.780 the trial would have
01:13:40.440 to take place
01:13:41.000 probably after the election
01:13:42.140 and I'm not sure
01:13:42.780 they would go forward
01:13:43.420 it would depend on the vote
01:13:44.940 if the vote were
01:13:46.040 10 to 2 for conviction
01:13:47.200 they might retry him
01:13:48.240 if it was 10 to 2
01:13:49.100 for acquittal
01:13:49.700 they might not
01:13:50.360 retry him
01:13:51.300 so there's a lot
01:13:52.880 to be seen
01:13:53.280 the other thing
01:13:54.020 that's bizarre
01:13:54.660 I've never seen this before
01:13:56.180 the judge delayed
01:13:57.660 the trial a whole week
01:13:58.700 the jury went home
01:13:59.620 the jury's home today
01:14:00.860 it'll be home tomorrow
01:14:01.820 it'll be home Friday
01:14:03.440 of course
01:14:04.420 then the holiday vacation
01:14:05.740 then it comes back
01:14:06.420 next week
01:14:06.980 isn't this one
01:14:09.380 of those cases
01:14:10.160 that you really
01:14:11.520 should sequester
01:14:12.980 the jury
01:14:14.260 so they're not
01:14:14.880 seeing the news
01:14:15.880 of course
01:14:17.080 and especially
01:14:18.000 that they're not
01:14:18.580 seeing CNN
01:14:19.180 or reading the New York Times
01:14:20.320 or watching MSNBC
01:14:21.960 which have already
01:14:22.720 convicted him
01:14:23.480 without a doubt
01:14:24.520 I mean MSNBC
01:14:25.300 thinks this is
01:14:27.800 the strongest case
01:14:28.700 since the Abraham Lincoln
01:14:29.620 assassination
01:14:30.120 if it had been
01:14:31.420 on videotape
01:14:32.240 there's no doubt
01:14:33.920 by the MSNBC
01:14:35.220 because they're rooting
01:14:36.120 for a verdict
01:14:36.800 as are the media
01:14:38.920 when I was in the
01:14:39.940 courtroom the other day
01:14:41.060 you could just see
01:14:42.420 and you could hear
01:14:43.600 from the media
01:14:44.200 they're all rooting
01:14:45.160 for a conviction
01:14:45.880 even one of the
01:14:47.580 courtroom artists
01:14:48.760 criticized me
01:14:51.040 for coming to the trial
01:14:52.600 and showing support
01:14:53.580 for Donald Trump
01:14:54.220 I didn't come to show
01:14:55.460 political support
01:14:56.320 for Donald Trump
01:14:56.900 I haven't made up my mind
01:14:57.880 who I'm voting for
01:14:58.560 I voted for Biden
01:14:59.260 in the last election
01:15:00.100 but I'm not sure
01:15:01.320 who I'm going to vote for
01:15:02.040 I didn't come there
01:15:03.060 to show political support
01:15:04.120 I came there
01:15:05.880 to show legal support
01:15:07.220 that this is a case
01:15:08.220 that should never
01:15:08.820 have been brought
01:15:09.440 I would have done
01:15:10.460 the same thing
01:15:11.100 if Biden had been
01:15:12.480 charged with
01:15:13.300 a non-crime
01:15:14.920 like this
01:15:15.560 I'm not political
01:15:16.620 when it comes to
01:15:17.420 my legal analysis
01:15:18.820 Alan let me switch
01:15:22.180 gears
01:15:22.660 there is a
01:15:23.640 there's a story
01:15:24.420 out about the FBI
01:15:25.500 and the raid
01:15:26.820 on Mar-a-Lago
01:15:27.460 and you know
01:15:28.560 there was a
01:15:29.420 you know
01:15:29.980 and they were
01:15:31.400 allowed to use
01:15:32.080 deadly force
01:15:32.840 and I
01:15:33.560 it's my understanding
01:15:34.920 at least
01:15:35.400 that this is being
01:15:36.200 misreported by the
01:15:37.200 right
01:15:37.460 that's in all
01:15:38.880 of these
01:15:39.560 it's a general
01:15:40.520 thing
01:15:41.700 it is
01:15:42.100 but there
01:15:42.660 shouldn't have
01:15:43.060 been a search
01:15:43.500 there shouldn't
01:15:44.040 have been a search
01:15:44.520 warrant at all
01:15:45.080 there should have
01:15:45.460 been just a subpoena
01:15:46.280 when you deal
01:15:47.640 with people
01:15:48.160 like
01:15:48.840 the former
01:15:50.200 president of the
01:15:50.660 United States
01:15:51.060 you send them
01:15:51.580 a subpoena
01:15:51.960 and if he fails
01:15:53.280 to disclose
01:15:53.920 the material
01:15:54.540 then he's in
01:15:55.220 contempt of court
01:15:55.980 or in violation
01:15:57.040 of statutes
01:15:57.740 but you don't
01:15:59.520 burst into his
01:16:00.320 home
01:16:00.680 yeah of course
01:16:02.380 you need to be
01:16:02.940 able to use
01:16:03.360 deadly force
01:16:03.960 if there's
01:16:04.540 somebody there
01:16:05.140 who's shooting
01:16:05.580 at you
01:16:05.940 shooting at you
01:16:07.000 but that
01:16:07.420 they should never
01:16:08.460 have used the
01:16:08.960 search warrant
01:16:09.380 in the first place
01:16:10.080 yeah that was
01:16:10.840 kind of
01:16:11.140 I mean I don't
01:16:11.960 I didn't know
01:16:12.940 about the subpoena
01:16:14.000 and all that
01:16:14.980 that you had
01:16:15.660 other options
01:16:16.320 but as I'm
01:16:17.580 I was looking
01:16:18.440 at this this
01:16:18.980 morning and I'm
01:16:19.480 like you know
01:16:20.180 at least
01:16:21.060 for presidents
01:16:22.120 and I think
01:16:22.640 it would be
01:16:23.040 fine for
01:16:23.640 other things
01:16:24.360 because a lot
01:16:24.840 of people
01:16:25.140 seem to be
01:16:25.880 having their
01:16:26.360 doors kicked
01:16:27.000 in
01:16:27.240 but you know
01:16:29.120 when it comes
01:16:29.540 to the president
01:16:30.040 and I say
01:16:30.540 this about
01:16:31.020 Biden too
01:16:31.700 I'm sure
01:16:32.120 that was
01:16:32.540 in the same
01:16:33.460 you know
01:16:35.080 paperwork
01:16:36.420 for Joe
01:16:37.060 Biden
01:16:37.440 you know
01:16:38.000 in his garage
01:16:38.880 no they
01:16:40.040 didn't have
01:16:40.400 a search warrant
01:16:41.940 for Biden
01:16:42.380 they had
01:16:43.260 a subpoena
01:16:43.720 so there
01:16:45.280 was no
01:16:45.720 such paperwork
01:16:46.220 for Biden
01:16:46.980 so you know
01:16:47.940 it's a very
01:16:48.460 different
01:16:48.840 very very
01:16:49.900 different standard
01:16:50.740 it's rare
01:16:51.720 to get a search
01:16:52.380 warrant
01:16:52.760 normally the way
01:16:54.460 to go
01:16:54.840 is just
01:16:55.480 in a gentlemanly
01:16:56.360 way
01:16:56.740 or in a lady
01:16:57.720 like way
01:16:58.260 you say
01:16:58.620 look we're
01:16:59.180 subpoenaing
01:16:59.720 this
01:16:59.900 please
01:17:00.200 produce it
01:17:01.160 into the
01:17:01.420 court tomorrow
01:17:02.000 and if you
01:17:02.380 don't
01:17:02.600 you'll be
01:17:02.860 held in
01:17:03.180 contempt
01:17:03.440 and if
01:17:04.320 you try
01:17:04.780 to destroy
01:17:05.300 something
01:17:05.700 like it
01:17:06.180 is claimed
01:17:06.700 Hillary Clinton
01:17:07.340 tried to
01:17:07.880 destroy
01:17:08.280 some of
01:17:09.100 our servers
01:17:09.720 that's an
01:17:10.620 independent
01:17:11.040 crime
01:17:11.560 but Hillary
01:17:12.000 Clinton
01:17:12.320 didn't have
01:17:12.720 a search
01:17:13.040 warrant
01:17:13.300 conducted
01:17:13.760 against
01:17:14.120 her
01:17:14.400 Joe Biden
01:17:15.300 didn't
01:17:15.660 I don't
01:17:16.040 know
01:17:16.380 about
01:17:16.660 Biden's
01:17:17.140 kid
01:17:17.420 I don't
01:17:18.520 know
01:17:18.860 whether
01:17:19.060 Hunter
01:17:19.320 Biden
01:17:19.600 had a
01:17:19.900 search
01:17:20.080 warrant
01:17:20.420 but
01:17:20.780 search
01:17:21.540 warrants
01:17:21.820 are not
01:17:22.200 the usual
01:17:22.680 way
01:17:23.000 of obtaining
01:17:23.460 material
01:17:23.920 usually
01:17:24.280 it's
01:17:24.520 by subpoena
01:17:25.060 so
01:17:26.860 I talked
01:17:29.120 to you
01:17:29.320 maybe
01:17:29.500 six
01:17:30.180 months
01:17:30.700 ago
01:17:31.060 and we
01:17:31.600 were
01:17:31.740 talking
01:17:32.060 about
01:17:32.480 banana
01:17:32.840 republics
01:17:33.480 and you
01:17:33.720 said
01:17:33.920 we're
01:17:34.140 up to
01:17:34.420 six
01:17:34.700 bananas
01:17:35.200 get
01:17:35.560 ten
01:17:35.840 bananas
01:17:36.260 and
01:17:36.560 we're
01:17:37.140 a
01:17:37.240 banana
01:17:37.480 republic
01:17:37.980 where
01:17:38.320 are
01:17:38.500 we
01:17:38.620 today
01:17:38.920 if
01:17:39.780 there's
01:17:40.000 a
01:17:40.100 conviction
01:17:40.460 we're
01:17:40.740 up to
01:17:41.020 seven
01:17:41.460 but
01:17:42.340 there's
01:17:42.620 another
01:17:43.000 court
01:17:43.760 I want
01:17:44.020 to talk
01:17:44.300 about
01:17:44.500 for a
01:17:44.780 second
01:17:45.020 if you
01:17:45.400 don't
01:17:45.580 mind
01:17:45.860 and that
01:17:46.400 is
01:17:46.520 the
01:17:46.640 international
01:17:47.020 criminal
01:17:47.460 court
01:17:47.860 that
01:17:48.420 for the
01:17:48.700 first
01:17:48.920 time
01:17:49.200 in
01:17:49.320 its
01:17:49.460 history
01:17:49.860 has
01:17:50.640 gone
01:17:50.940 after
01:17:51.240 leaders
01:17:51.580 of a
01:17:51.840 democracy
01:17:52.400 namely
01:17:53.580 Benjamin
01:17:54.180 Netanyahu
01:17:54.720 and
01:17:55.380 the
01:17:56.520 military
01:17:59.040 minister
01:18:01.180 in
01:18:01.600 Israel
01:18:02.020 even
01:18:03.140 though
01:18:03.360 what
01:18:03.560 they
01:18:03.720 did
01:18:03.940 was
01:18:04.160 purely
01:18:04.620 self
01:18:05.420 defense
01:18:05.940 and
01:18:06.840 it
01:18:08.080 means
01:18:08.600 that
01:18:08.880 the
01:18:09.060 United
01:18:09.260 States
01:18:09.660 is at
01:18:10.020 risk
01:18:10.300 Great
01:18:10.960 Britain
01:18:11.220 is at
01:18:11.520 risk
01:18:11.720 Canada
01:18:12.080 is at
01:18:12.400 risk
01:18:12.620 any
01:18:13.200 country
01:18:13.580 that
01:18:13.820 wages
01:18:14.120 war
01:18:14.480 is now
01:18:14.840 at
01:18:15.000 risk
01:18:15.260 there
01:18:15.940 is a
01:18:16.240 rule
01:18:16.640 for the
01:18:17.720 international
01:18:18.100 criminal
01:18:18.460 court
01:18:18.700 that
01:18:18.840 they
01:18:19.000 can't
01:18:19.240 go
01:18:19.420 after
01:18:19.840 any
01:18:20.500 country
01:18:21.020 that
01:18:22.080 has
01:18:22.420 a
01:18:22.600 working
01:18:23.800 judiciary
01:18:24.340 which
01:18:25.220 is
01:18:25.380 capable
01:18:25.740 and
01:18:26.020 willing
01:18:26.260 to
01:18:26.460 investigate
01:18:26.900 their
01:18:27.160 own
01:18:27.320 people
01:18:27.680 and
01:18:28.360 Israel
01:18:28.660 has
01:18:28.920 a
01:18:29.020 very
01:18:29.200 active
01:18:29.540 judiciary
01:18:30.080 four
01:18:30.620 former
01:18:31.020 prime
01:18:31.320 ministers
01:18:31.680 were
01:18:32.500 investigated
01:18:33.200 four
01:18:34.120 former
01:18:34.580 prime
01:18:34.880 ministers
01:18:35.320 Rabin
01:18:36.240 Sharon
01:18:36.920 Elmer
01:18:37.720 and
01:18:38.520 and
01:18:38.780 and
01:18:39.100 and
01:18:39.360 not to
01:18:39.700 know
01:18:39.920 in
01:18:40.080 one
01:18:40.300 former
01:18:40.640 president
01:18:41.380 went
01:18:42.060 to
01:18:42.260 jail
01:18:42.580 in
01:18:42.800 fact
01:18:42.960 I
01:18:43.140 made
01:18:43.400 a
01:18:43.560 joke
01:18:43.760 about
01:18:44.020 that
01:18:44.200 when
01:18:44.340 I
01:18:44.460 visited
01:18:44.840 Ehud
01:18:45.580 Olmer
01:18:45.920 in
01:18:46.240 prison
01:18:46.560 I
01:18:47.400 said
01:18:47.620 in
01:18:47.760 Israel
01:18:48.040 when
01:18:48.260 you
01:18:48.360 ask
01:18:48.660 for
01:18:48.840 a
01:18:51.020 member
01:18:51.180 it's
01:18:51.640 not
01:18:51.800 necessarily
01:18:52.320 a
01:18:52.600 what
01:18:55.860 other
01:18:56.120 country
01:18:56.540 can
01:18:56.860 boast
01:18:57.240 that
01:18:57.580 they
01:18:57.800 have
01:18:57.940 had
01:18:58.120 such
01:18:58.300 an
01:18:58.440 aggressive
01:18:58.800 judiciary
01:18:59.500 and
01:19:00.140 yet
01:19:00.320 the
01:19:00.460 international
01:19:00.860 criminal
01:19:01.220 court
01:19:01.420 says
01:19:01.560 no
01:19:01.700 no
01:19:01.900 we're
01:19:02.540 going
01:19:02.740 after
01:19:03.020 you
01:19:03.540 even
01:19:03.840 though
01:19:04.040 Israel
01:19:04.660 and
01:19:04.960 the
01:19:05.060 United
01:19:05.280 States
01:19:05.520 are
01:19:05.680 not
01:19:05.900 even
01:19:06.140 signatories
01:19:06.800 to
01:19:07.020 the
01:19:07.160 treaty
01:19:07.440 they're
01:19:07.940 not
01:19:08.120 members
01:19:08.420 of
01:19:08.540 the
01:19:08.640 court
01:19:08.820 so
01:19:09.280 we
01:19:09.740 live
01:19:09.960 in
01:19:10.060 an
01:19:10.200 age
01:19:10.420 now
01:19:10.660 where
01:19:10.820 courts
01:19:11.100 are
01:19:11.220 going
01:19:11.440 out
01:19:11.660 of
01:19:11.780 control
01:19:12.240 the
01:19:13.020 court
01:19:13.220 in
01:19:13.340 New
01:19:13.460 York
01:19:13.660 is
01:19:13.840 out
01:19:13.960 control
01:19:14.380 the
01:19:14.620 court
01:19:14.760 in
01:19:14.880 the
01:19:15.000 Hague
01:19:15.220 is
01:19:15.380 out
01:19:15.560 of
01:19:15.660 control
01:19:16.020 and
01:19:16.940 we
01:19:17.480 should
01:19:17.740 not
01:19:17.980 be
01:19:18.200 living
01:19:18.440 by
01:19:18.640 the
01:19:18.780 judiciary
01:19:19.120 you know
01:19:19.660 in
01:19:20.340 the
01:19:20.480 book
01:19:20.680 of
01:19:20.940 Ruth
01:19:22.400 in
01:19:22.900 the
01:19:23.020 Bible
01:19:23.340 it
01:19:23.600 starts
01:19:23.980 by
01:19:24.200 saying
01:19:24.540 when
01:19:25.180 judges
01:19:25.740 ruled
01:19:26.260 the
01:19:26.520 land
01:19:26.960 there
01:19:27.600 was
01:19:27.840 famine
01:19:28.340 and
01:19:28.700 hunger
01:19:29.140 you
01:19:30.360 don't
01:19:31.160 want
01:19:31.500 judges
01:19:31.900 to
01:19:32.160 rule
01:19:32.380 the
01:19:32.560 land
01:19:32.960 right
01:19:33.720 Alan
01:19:35.060 thank you
01:19:35.500 so much
01:19:35.880 for
01:19:36.040 talking
01:19:36.300 to
01:19:36.480 us
01:19:36.620 I
01:19:36.740 appreciate
01:19:37.040 it

01:19:51.380 read
01:19:51.580 that
01:19:51.820 it's
01:19:52.120 well
01:19:52.460 worth
01:19:52.720 your
01:19:52.900 time
01:19:53.220 let me
01:19:55.920 tell you
01:19:56.200 about
01:19:56.420 American
01:19:56.840 financing
01:19:57.440 your
01:19:57.700 home
01:19:57.980 is
01:19:58.140 so
01:19:58.300 much
01:19:58.520 more
01:19:58.760 than
01:19:58.920 a
01:19:59.040 place
01:19:59.320 that
01:19:59.460 you
01:19:59.540 just
01:19:59.760 live
01:20:00.060 in
01:20:00.260 it's
01:20:00.500 an
01:20:00.620 investment
01:20:01.100 tool
01:20:01.540 and
01:20:02.020 if
01:20:02.120 you
01:20:02.200 can
01:20:02.360 put
01:20:02.520 that
01:20:02.760 tool
01:20:03.040 to
01:20:03.280 use
01:20:03.720 you
01:20:04.280 can
01:20:04.460 put
01:20:04.660 it
01:20:04.780 to
01:20:04.920 use
01:20:05.140 by
01:20:05.420 accessing
01:20:07.580 cash
01:20:08.000 which

01:24:00.140 Welcome to the Fusion of Entertainment and Enlightenment.
01:24:15.640 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:24:20.920 Hello, America.
01:24:21.880 Earlier this week, I told you a story about what was happening to a mom and a daughter and a whole family, really, in North Carolina, in Davidson County.
01:24:32.740 How out of control a school board has gotten.
01:24:36.060 They suspended the son from school for three days in an English class for using the term illegal alien.
01:24:47.300 Now, after the mom complained, the school board member is slandering mom about her past.
01:24:57.100 And this is an incredible story.
01:24:58.880 As somebody who has sought redemption and is a member of AA, this story just is rotten to the core.
01:25:07.520 And I want an update.
01:25:08.740 I want to see if the people of Davidson County are starting to step up, what is happening in this case.
01:25:13.960 And I understand there is some legal updates that we may be able to get today as well.
01:25:20.800 Both Lee McGee and Unrelated, her attorney from Liberty Justice Center, Dean McGee, spelled differently, is going to join us here in a second.
01:25:32.280 And by the way, before we start, let me just say this.
01:25:34.720 Liberty Justice Center Educational Freedom, these guys, they are there and they don't charge for their services.
01:25:45.280 These are good guy attorneys and they can really use your help.
01:25:50.040 You can go to the libertyjusticecenter.org or go to Give, Send, Go and just search for Support for McGee Family.
01:26:00.400 And you can help support this legal action.
01:26:04.400 They need your help.
01:26:05.400 Okay, they join us with updates in 60 seconds.
01:26:08.860 Stand by.
01:26:09.720 First, our sponsor this half hour is the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
01:26:16.640 You know, I don't know if other shows, because I don't listen to them, advertise for as many charities as we do.
01:26:27.660 But this audience is probably, if not the, one of the top two or three drivers of funds to Tunnel to Towers.
01:26:37.980 They know you're good people and you know you, they know you care.
01:26:44.160 And we care about our veterans and our police officers, our firemen, anybody that is hurt.
01:26:49.940 We care, at least I care deeply about our veterans that are living on the streets.
01:26:55.840 While we are housing illegal aliens and feeding them and they're complaining about it,
01:27:02.020 our veterans are living on the streets and it is sick.
01:27:08.900 Tunnel to Towers Foundation, they help the veterans that are living on the streets.
01:27:13.120 They help with PTSD.
01:27:15.160 They help the families recover by giving homes to the families after, you know, dad has died.
01:27:22.920 They make sure that the mortgage is taken care of.
01:27:25.000 This is the real deal, AAA charity rating.
01:27:31.020 It's Tunnel to Towers, please.
01:27:33.400 They ask you for $11 a month.
01:27:36.120 That's less than McDonald's.
01:27:38.180 $11 a month to Tunnel to Towers at T2T.org.

01:27:56.880 Very good.
01:27:57.420 Please call me Glenn.
01:27:58.380 And I want to make sure I got it.
01:27:59.780 It is Lee, not Leah, right?
01:28:02.120 It's Leah.
01:28:03.320 Oh, sorry, Leah.
01:28:04.360 Okay.
01:28:05.180 So, Leah, what has happened since we spoke last time on the radio?
01:28:10.440 Anything?
01:28:11.880 Oh, my gracious.
01:28:12.700 We have been so blessed by so many people that have received the text messages and emails
01:28:25.620 that Ashley Carroll, who is a Board of Education member, and Chairman Alan Beck had sent around
01:28:34.520 the community and to leaders of North Carolina, spreading lies about our child being suspended from multiple schools.
01:28:46.500 He's never, ever been kicked out of a school.
01:28:49.060 And also giving us proof that Ashley Carroll and Chairman Beck were taking part in sending around my arrest records.
01:29:01.220 So, we have been absolutely blown away since your broadcast because it allowed people to step forward in courage and boldness and share this information with us.
01:29:12.300 So, I'm so thankful that you asked the community and the state to step up in order to expose this unethical, defamatory, and cruel text that they have shared around.
01:29:25.260 You know, I read a lot of the emails, and there was one posting that said,
01:29:33.200 I don't personally know this woman who continues to blast my child's school all over social media,
01:29:37.260 but I believe a person's past actions and criminal convictions make me question the legitimacy of their current narrative and story.
01:29:44.860 There's always three sides to every story, and I find it rather ironic.
01:29:47.760 No local news station has run the story, only right-wing political news, I'm just saying.
01:29:53.060 And somebody wrote back and said, hey, this is affecting the child involved here.
01:29:58.740 I think you should apologize.
01:29:59.740 And in an amazing response, I sincerely, no, wait, wait, wait, wait, I would like to sincerely apologize for my post after thinking about it, talking to a mutual friend.
01:30:11.800 I deleted the post, blah, blah, blah.
01:30:13.420 Then somebody said, you should apologize to the child, and they wrote, I'm so very sorry my post was shared with your son.
01:30:20.320 That was absolutely never my intention.
01:30:22.640 Yes, I will apologize for my biased judgment I made.
01:30:25.420 Again, I'm sincerely sorry.
01:30:26.640 I mean, it shows that there are good people out there.
01:30:31.080 There are.
01:30:32.840 She received that message from actually, from what we have been told, one of a family member of a commissioner.
01:30:45.920 And when I requested her public apology, she did publicly apologize, and I was so grateful for that.
01:30:53.960 But that post is the post that was sent around my child's school.
01:30:59.660 So that post with the mugshot and the record is the post that was sent around my child's school.
01:31:07.360 And Christian received that post before I did.
01:31:10.680 Oh, my gosh.
01:31:11.380 Okay, so let me just say that for anybody who doesn't know the story, Leah, mom, she was arrested 14 years ago.
01:31:24.080 She was arrested on drug charges.
01:31:27.680 She was released over 10 years ago.
01:31:30.080 She served her time.
01:31:31.120 She's started her own business in North Carolina, had it for many years.
01:31:35.620 She was appointed by a superior court judge in Brunswick County, North Carolina, to be part of an advisory board for that county's commissioners regarding substance use disorder, nationally accredited with the Encompass Program of America, where you educate the public on the understanding of the science of addiction and everything else.
01:31:55.160 She has spoken over 30 times in several states regarding addiction and recovery.
01:32:01.460 She's a prime example of doing the crime, doing the time, and then not just putting her life back together, but helping others not do it.
01:32:13.600 And this school board only released her arrest record, and they did it to smear you because you were saying, you know, my son, illegal alien is not a race, and they called him a racist, correct?
01:32:29.360 Absolutely.
01:32:31.480 Yeah, that's on the write-up.
01:32:33.300 It says he made a racially motivated, racially insensitive comment saying aliens need green cards.
01:32:40.860 That was the extent of the write-up.
01:32:44.460 On the write-up, it says write a detailed description of the events that happened, and the only thing they wrote is Christian made a racially insensitive, racially motivated comment saying aliens, illegal aliens need green cards.
01:33:01.980 Interesting.
01:33:03.140 So let me go to your attorney from the Liberty Justice Center.
01:33:06.300 Dean McGee is with us.
01:33:08.560 I understand there's a couple of possible legal updates.
01:33:13.200 First of all, you received new text messages from a local leader.
01:33:19.100 Can you tell me anything about that?
01:33:21.520 Yeah, Glenn, we've received new text messages, including a message that came in this morning, and these are all screenshots.
01:33:28.160 I think the community in Davidson County heard your call, Glenn, to step up and help Leah, because people are coming forward who have been contacted by board members.
01:33:37.280 And the message I'm looking at right now that we received earlier this morning, this is a board member, Ashley Carroll, talking to someone who I understand used to work in law enforcement.
01:33:49.440 And she says, here's the mom's record.
01:33:52.820 If you want to know the kind of person you're dealing with, didn't you work hard to get drug dealers off the streets?
01:33:58.900 So, you know, the audience is to let that sink in because he is saying, she is saying essentially that her son does not deserve a fair process because of Leah's arrest over a decade ago and trying to guilt this former law enforcement officer into turning against Leah and her son because of her record.
01:34:25.300 So, the more we get in terms of messages from the community, the worse it looks for this school and for this board.
01:34:34.300 What is the motivation to do this kind of damage?
01:34:39.640 I mean, that just, that seems like you're at a squirt gun fight and somebody brings a nuclear bomb.
01:34:45.640 I can't speak to their motivation, but I think we see this from government at all levels, from the, from the top right down to, to the smaller local levels, like a school board.
01:34:59.440 Pride, ego, the inability to make, to admit mistakes and doubling down.
01:35:04.960 It's nothing new.
01:35:05.940 And, you know, Liberty Justice Center, we sue the government at all levels.
01:35:09.960 That's our job.
01:35:11.400 And we see it all the time.
01:35:12.480 Thank you for that.
01:35:16.400 The, have you served papers yet?
01:35:20.240 I thought, I thought they were supposed to be maybe served today.
01:35:23.700 Am I, I don't know what I'm allowed to say.
01:35:26.240 No, that's fine.
01:35:27.060 Our, yes, our papers are going out.
01:35:28.940 We had a meeting with our local council.
01:35:30.900 We have on the ground attorneys in North Carolina who are working to get papers served, working,
01:35:39.100 we're working to get an injunction served against the school and the case is coming together very nicely.
01:35:46.340 And the school board is, as well.
01:35:50.500 The board is, the board is our primary descendant because at the end of the day, they're supposed to be the backstop.
01:35:57.760 They set policy and they're supposed to be the final word when administrators mess up.
01:36:03.480 And, as you can see in this case, not only have they failed to step up to help, they've made things much worse.
01:36:10.320 Oh, yeah.
01:36:11.200 Yeah.
01:36:11.740 Any other updates you can give us on the legal side at this time?
01:36:15.680 That's where we are.
01:36:16.520 That's where we are for now.
01:36:18.060 The only other thing I'll say is that we're also meeting with lawyers in North Carolina to discuss possible defamation claims that Leah could bring against these board members.
01:36:28.660 Could.
01:36:29.140 I mean, that seems like a slam dunk here, doesn't it?
01:36:32.540 Yes, and again, I'll say the more that community members step up and expose the unethical and cruel messages and false messages that are being shared, the better case we have.
01:36:47.920 Leah, I feel for you.
01:36:50.720 I really do.
01:36:52.080 Because, to me, you're a symbol.
01:36:56.160 I don't know you, but from what the story I do know, you seem to be exactly what the redemption process is all about.
01:37:06.780 You did the time, you changed your life, and now you're helping others.
01:37:11.960 I mean, that's AA, quite honestly, and the atonement of Jesus Christ.
01:37:18.080 So, I just, I feel for you.
01:37:22.340 I really feel for you.
01:37:23.300 This is awful.
01:37:24.820 Thank you, Glenn.
01:37:25.820 That means the world to me.
01:37:27.580 I mean, for people to bring up something that was done over a decade ago and not look at the work that was put in to, you know, help the community is disgusting.
01:37:41.260 I also received messages that Ashley Carroll sent to another leader in North Carolina, and she is of Jewish descent.
01:37:55.500 And Ashley equates what my son said to her in this text.
01:38:02.020 She says, because the lady asked, what about the Latino child who took offense and threatened Christian?
01:38:11.420 And Ashley's response was, wouldn't you beat a kid's ASS who was making anti-Semitic comments?
01:38:21.660 So, she equated what Christian said to anti-Semitism.
01:38:25.960 It blows my mind how low this woman, who is an elected official, will go to continue to abuse my child.
01:38:38.940 There was another text that came out that said, the mother of said child who was kicked out has been kicked out because of, kicked out of multiple schools for being racist.
01:38:49.960 Yes, that was sent to the same person, and that is an absolute lie.
01:38:56.920 Christian has never been kicked out of any school, any school, and never, ever had a label of racism placed on his record until this happened at Central Davidson High School.
01:39:11.980 And so, that just further lies that this Board of Education is spreading.
01:39:19.160 They continue to just spread lie after lie after lie after lie.
01:39:24.060 I tell you.
01:39:24.760 And the people, there's more to the story.
01:39:27.560 There's more to the story.
01:39:28.940 Well, now, Glenn, we have the more to the story.
01:39:31.700 And it is them spreading these lies and unethical, defamatory statements to leaders and residents.
01:39:42.720 I also had a local mother who worked for the school that sent the message saying that she has our total support, but that she cannot share because she's scared she'll lose her job.
01:40:01.120 Oh, my gosh.
01:40:01.780 She said verbatim, she said, unfortunately, I wish I could share all of this, but we can't because we will lose our job.
01:40:12.180 But we do share amongst each other.
01:40:15.080 We know what's going on, and we are sick and tired of it, too.
01:40:19.160 If it came down to it, I would absolutely voice my opinion.
01:40:23.640 I do think that these schools have much work to do.
01:40:27.340 Leah, thank you.
01:40:30.800 Dean, thank you.
01:40:32.460 If you want to help, go to libertyjusticecenter.org and donate, or you can go to givesendgo.com and just search for support for the McGee family.
01:40:43.320 This has got to stop.
01:40:45.760 I hope, again, the county of Davidson, every single member shows up at the school board meetings and demands them to resign.
01:40:56.900 No one seems to be really helping here.
01:41:00.680 The school now should be cleaned out.
01:41:02.960 If you have a school where this kind of injustice is happening and somebody in the school says, I agree, but I can't say anything or I'll be fired,
01:41:14.880 what kind of fascistic community do you live in?
01:41:19.900 You cannot allow this to stand.
01:41:22.180 Please stand up if you are in Davidson County in North Carolina.
01:41:27.560 And to that person who is at the school who said that, is your honor, is your word, is your compassion, is your vow to Jesus Christ to live like Christ?
01:41:48.060 And I know it's tough, you know, even the apostles in their hour of shame refused to call him friend.
01:42:00.800 But I have to tell you, your job is not worth it.
01:42:04.900 If you are working for those kinds of people, it will infect your soul.
01:42:10.340 You've got to stand up and take a stand and take your community back for truth and justice and the American way.
01:42:21.740 Dean, thank you for all that you do.
01:42:23.900 And Leah, God bless you.
01:42:25.360 We'll talk again.
01:42:26.080 Back in just a second.

01:42:37.860 I'm a rancher myself.
01:42:39.520 Well, I own a ranch.
01:42:42.460 Others ranch for me.
01:42:44.980 I know the cows scare me.
01:42:46.100 Anyway, and I just look at them all the time and I'm like, you are rump roast.
01:42:52.660 You, my friend, are beautiful filet.
01:42:55.100 Anyway, Good Ranchers is giving free beef patties away.

01:43:57.120 That story pisses me off even more every time we do that story.
01:44:12.880 I mean,
01:44:14.000 how does it get worse, Stu?
01:44:18.480 How does it get worse?
01:44:20.000 It worse shows up?
01:44:21.800 That would be worse.
01:44:23.240 That would be worse, yeah.
01:44:24.020 I'm happy to say that it's so good to hear that people who got these messages
01:44:29.840 are forwarding them to Leah.
01:44:35.100 That's a really good sign that people are standing up.
01:44:38.480 But it's so typical, and I know it's tough.
01:44:42.300 I really do.
01:44:44.320 But it's becoming far too typical to have information
01:44:49.600 and then not stand up.
01:44:52.900 You will find yourself on the wrong side in the end if you do that.
01:44:58.800 You have to draw a line in the sand.
01:45:02.040 An injustice anywhere is an injustice everywhere.
01:45:08.280 Glenn Beck.
01:45:11.060 All right, let me tell you about Rough Greens.
01:45:12.600 Rough Greens.
01:45:13.480 Your dog is a member of your family,
01:45:15.520 but he's also there to protect you if somebody breaks into your house.
01:45:19.480 My dog, not so much right now.
01:45:24.000 Here's a hypothetical situation.
01:45:25.680 Let's say you feed your dog kibble food,
01:45:27.360 but the burglar brings along hamburger and gives it to him.
01:45:31.820 I think Uno would be like,
01:45:33.680 no, no, no, he's kind of great.
01:45:36.040 The burglar's stealing all your stuff while your faithful dog is maybe attacking you
01:45:40.660 because they're like, kibble food, when this was available?
01:45:43.780 You can make your dog healthier and love the food.
01:45:48.320 It's kibble food.
01:45:49.200 Love the food that they eat.
01:45:51.260 You just use the kibble food you're using,
01:45:53.400 but you put a supplement on top of it.
01:45:56.460 They love it.
01:45:57.240 I swear it's like dog crack.
01:45:58.580 They love it for some reason.
01:46:00.180 And it's really healthy.

01:46:25.400 You'll save 20 bucks.
01:46:32.660 I'm going to tell you some truth about your country
01:46:48.940 that you may not like, but it is true.
01:46:52.760 We are the source of much of the instability in today's world,
01:47:01.560 and it has been intentional,
01:47:03.060 and it has been well-crafted in the last 20 or 30 years
01:47:07.760 by people like Hillary Clinton and the State Department, etc., etc.
01:47:13.460 And I want you to understand what a color revolution is, okay?
01:47:18.740 Instead of sending troops into a country in the name of democracy,
01:47:23.940 we have developed, and we are experts at this now,
01:47:27.820 we use what are called color revolutions as a tool to intervene
01:47:32.100 in other countries' internal affairs, to subvert the government,
01:47:37.080 to have, you know, reinforce global control, okay?
01:47:43.460 It's estimated now that in the past three decades,
01:47:47.260 among all of the toppled governments,
01:47:49.920 those that were subverted by non-violent revolutions
01:47:54.220 accounted for more than 90%.
01:47:57.180 90% of the revolutions happened through, quote,
01:48:03.460 non-violent revolutions.
01:48:05.840 Have you heard the term,
01:48:09.520 these protesters are all non-violent?
01:48:13.460 That's important.
01:48:16.040 During the Cold War,
01:48:18.200 we ran 64 covert and six overt attempts at regime change,
01:48:26.760 and it was, you know, part of the Cold War.
01:48:30.340 However, color revolutions,
01:48:33.140 they are, what they leave in the wake is not peaceful.
01:48:40.020 It is destruction, confusion, and chaos.
01:48:44.440 And let me just give you a little bit of what we do know.
01:48:53.340 We meddle in all of these things.
01:48:56.200 And so how does a color revolution work?
01:48:58.820 First, the United States and their planners find a target that they dislike.
01:49:05.320 Then they launch a physical, or sorry, a psychological war.
01:49:10.000 Let's say the target is the president of the United States.
01:49:14.400 It usually is somebody like Donald Trump.
01:49:18.060 Find a target at the top that they can call a fascist,
01:49:22.200 and then they launch a psychological war and say that that fascist
01:49:27.140 is the one that is responsible for the end of democracy.
01:49:32.080 Now, remember, we've done this 20 times.
01:49:38.380 I mean, we are responsible for at least six regime changes,
01:49:45.340 and including the Middle East and the Arab Spring,
01:49:48.820 that I can name off the top of my head,
01:49:51.700 and I know there's more.
01:49:53.820 So it's not impromptu.
01:49:57.520 Nothing, everything is a stage.
01:50:00.160 You know that we are watching what's happening in our colleges right now.
01:50:05.020 It's a performance, and it's orchestrated not by an individual.
01:50:11.720 This is a deliberate political act organized and coordinated by planners,
01:50:18.740 trainers, funders, instigators, troublemakers, followers,
01:50:23.660 and occasionally violent terrorists and hired people.
01:50:28.020 You know this because, remember, during the George Floyd riots,
01:50:34.500 bricks were dropped off on street corners?
01:50:39.680 The color revolutions across the world, we are the leader of it.
01:50:47.020 So they find a target that they dislike.
01:50:50.460 They start the psychological war.
01:50:52.740 They find and organize a group of political activists,
01:50:57.160 provide them with information and financial support.
01:51:00.460 George Soros, sound familiar?
01:51:02.620 And they help intensify their opposition sentiment.
01:51:06.900 Then the planners mobilize the masses to initiate political protests,
01:51:13.480 including compelling non-governmental organizations, NGOs,
01:51:19.020 and the media to intervene or participate in the protest movement.
01:51:25.200 This is the textbook.
01:51:27.460 This is not me.
01:51:29.820 This is the textbook of how it's done.
01:51:31.940 So there's a chain of protests, and they're set off by planners
01:51:37.800 just helping increase the intensity and expand the team
01:51:42.260 to await the fall of the government.
01:51:45.640 The government falls because of these NGOs,
01:51:49.800 and you have a revolution.
01:51:52.220 You'll have chaos and then grabbing control.
01:51:55.300 We have done it over and over and over again.
01:52:00.640 Never did I think we would ever...
01:52:03.480 Well, first of all, I at the time didn't know we were behind the Arab Spring,
01:52:06.880 but we were.
01:52:08.200 We are causing chaos all over the world.
01:52:12.240 It's why all democracies are under attack,
01:52:15.520 and they're all saying this person, this group is a threat to democracy.
01:52:20.940 That's the calling card of a color revolution.
01:52:24.280 In 2020, I warned about an organization, a group of organizations and people
01:52:32.300 that were plotting the color revolution in 2020.
01:52:36.640 I was so concerned about it.
01:52:39.700 I don't make political contributions,
01:52:43.180 but I gave an outrageous sum of money to Donald Trump before the election,
01:52:50.600 to Donald Trump for his legal defense fund.
01:52:54.280 And I did it to get their attention,
01:52:56.800 because I had talked to all of them one at a time,
01:52:59.460 and nobody seemed to be listening to me.
01:53:02.000 And I needed to get in front of somebody with a call of,
01:53:05.960 hey, thank you, that was quite a donation,
01:53:07.920 so I could hand them the information and say,
01:53:11.400 please read this.
01:53:13.360 This is what's coming your way.
01:53:15.600 Nobody did anything, and you saw what happened.
01:53:18.640 I truly believe that January 6th was part of a color revolution.
01:53:24.800 You had all of these FBI people on the ground.
01:53:28.360 You had them knowing what was coming,
01:53:30.960 but the government didn't do anything.
01:53:33.160 They wanted the revolution, right?
01:53:36.160 So tonight I'm going to show you,
01:53:38.180 well, let me just play a clip from tonight's show.
01:53:40.460 Do you have it?
01:53:49.680 Here it is.
01:53:50.300 Revolution becomes a primary value to the communists
01:53:53.240 to the extent to which it can be used
01:53:54.980 to condition the masses psychologically
01:53:56.860 to accept the nonviolent revolution,
01:54:00.280 which is offered supposedly as the only alternative.
01:54:02.600 We've been through revolution before, America.
01:54:11.600 We survived a civil war.
01:54:14.460 And it was a revolution that started this great nation
01:54:17.060 over 200 years ago.
01:54:18.980 So what's to fear?
01:54:21.460 Millions of dollars in property damage is done.
01:54:23.820 Broken my heart.
01:54:26.660 The plan is for raging fires
01:54:31.720 from one city to the next.
01:54:33.580 Violent revolutions can be good.
01:54:36.140 Our founding fathers were violent
01:54:38.360 when they were fighting.
01:54:40.380 Blah, blah, blah.
01:54:42.660 That's what the uninformed say.
01:54:45.160 That's what they say as the left slowly begins
01:54:47.860 pushing that word to the forefront of our discussions,
01:54:51.880 normalizing it.
01:54:53.200 Revolution, revolution.
01:54:54.800 We are in the middle of a revolution right now.
01:54:57.000 I know you can feel it.
01:54:58.080 And this time it's not just Bernie Sanders
01:55:01.240 and his ragtag group of far-left radicals.
01:55:04.500 No, it's the whole damn party.
01:55:08.040 Well, tonight I'm going to show you
01:55:09.280 why this revolution is nothing like anything
01:55:12.300 we've ever faced before.
01:55:13.980 I will show you why this one is dark,
01:55:16.560 dangerous, sinister, and flat-out evil.
01:55:20.420 It is calculated.
01:55:21.920 The plans and preparations for a communist revolution
01:55:25.760 of force and violence are far advanced.
01:55:28.800 So calculated that while the left sits back
01:55:31.320 with smug smirks watching as we destroy each other
01:55:35.280 on the streets thanks to their plan,
01:55:37.920 Trump will be the one who takes all the heat.
01:55:41.040 But the revolution will destroy all of us.
01:55:46.000 And it's nothing short of national suicide
01:55:48.180 for us to continue to ignore their plans.
01:55:51.520 You know, Joe Biden should not concede
01:55:53.460 under any circumstances.
01:55:55.680 So, to stop it in its tracks,
01:56:00.180 the first step, understanding how it began.
01:56:04.400 Because while we've been hit in the face
01:56:06.580 with story after story and riot after riot
01:56:08.800 and death after death,
01:56:09.700 Come on, OG, stay with me.
01:56:10.840 Come on, OG.
01:56:11.620 We've been left unable to sit back
01:56:13.620 and truly see how all of this is connected
01:56:16.320 and fits together.
01:56:17.620 If I do one thing well,
01:56:23.240 it is putting dots together
01:56:26.500 and showing you how it all connects
01:56:29.240 and step away and back up
01:56:31.760 and see the whole picture.
01:56:35.220 It's an inevitability that,
01:56:37.860 as an artist, Surratt had,
01:56:41.360 where it's a bunch of dots
01:56:42.640 until you step away and you're like,
01:56:44.320 oh my gosh, it's people picnicking
01:56:45.600 in a park in France.
01:56:47.620 Um, tonight we're re-airing that show
01:56:50.300 because next week
01:56:51.680 I'm going to the chalkboard
01:56:54.000 to reveal how the color revolution
01:56:56.160 has progressed ever since.
01:56:58.160 If Donald Trump would have won,
01:57:02.180 these things would have come true.
01:57:04.860 Because he didn't,
01:57:06.340 because he didn't win,
01:57:08.140 did you notice all of a sudden
01:57:09.600 there were no left riots on the streets?
01:57:13.280 Only January 6th,
01:57:15.080 which they tried to make into the Civil War.
01:57:17.760 And they have been picking and poking you
01:57:20.700 for four years.
01:57:23.080 One of the groups I spoke about
01:57:24.720 in 2020 in tonight's special,
01:57:26.960 you'll see them in detail
01:57:29.000 on the show tonight.
01:57:30.880 Later mentioned in Time Magazine
01:57:33.320 as part of a secret cabal
01:57:35.480 that saved the 2020 election.
01:57:37.820 I tried to warn the Trump campaign
01:57:41.100 last time.
01:57:42.000 I hope they listen this time.
01:57:44.320 Because next week,
01:57:45.560 I'm going to show you
01:57:46.800 where their leadership,
01:57:48.640 where they went
01:57:49.700 after they left the quote,
01:57:52.280 what Time Magazine said
01:57:53.460 was a cabal
01:57:54.760 to save democracy.
01:57:56.960 I'll show you in great detail
01:57:59.680 on what some of their partners
01:58:00.840 are doing today.
01:58:01.780 and shockingly,
01:58:04.460 either in
01:58:05.600 or directly in coordination
01:58:08.600 with the Biden administration.
01:58:11.780 If tonight you watch,
01:58:14.180 you will be reminded
01:58:15.020 how the election results
01:58:16.280 prompted a general stand-down order.
01:58:19.900 What does that mean?
01:58:21.300 I've never seen it.
01:58:22.860 The military was told
01:58:24.700 stand-down on everything.
01:58:27.400 And it came from the cabal.
01:58:28.860 And there are plans
01:58:30.140 to rush the streets
01:58:31.320 all over the country.
01:58:32.300 It never happened last time.
01:58:34.820 But what happens
01:58:35.540 if Donald Trump wins in November?
01:58:38.240 Remember Hillary Clinton's words.
01:58:41.020 Joe Biden shouldn't concede
01:58:42.820 under any circumstance.
01:58:45.880 Is there a color revolution going on?
01:58:49.100 Is that our future?
01:58:51.100 Are we already in one?
01:58:53.420 I believe the answer
01:58:54.740 to both of those questions
01:58:56.280 is yes.
01:58:57.480 But it doesn't happen
01:58:59.800 if we know
01:59:01.080 what they're doing.
01:59:02.860 This is a two-part special.
01:59:05.060 We go back to 2020
01:59:06.880 to show you
01:59:07.840 what happened last time.
01:59:09.680 Next week,
01:59:10.480 we show you
01:59:11.160 where those people are now
01:59:13.300 and what's happening
01:59:15.000 this time.
01:59:16.440 Don't miss
01:59:17.100 tonight's Wednesday night special
01:59:19.180 at 9 p.m. Eastern
01:59:21.140 only on Blaze TV.
01:59:23.700 This one,

01:59:25.560 the republic,
01:59:27.340 democracy,
01:59:28.880 these next two shows,
01:59:31.480 you must share with a friend.

02:00:00.540 it's much better
02:00:01.840 for you and your whole family

02:00:04.740 at McDonald's.
02:00:06.100 Join us,

02:00:11.120 on the Wednesday night special.
02:00:13.340 Our sponsor this half hour
02:00:14.760 is the Berna Launcher.
02:00:17.040 So,
02:00:17.840 I don't know if you've
02:00:19.200 ever tried to travel
02:00:20.160 with a gun on a trip.
02:00:22.080 I've done it
02:00:22.980 when I lived in New York
02:00:24.280 flying out of New Jersey
02:00:27.680 out west of the Rocky Mountains
02:00:30.240 and I will tell you
02:00:31.560 it took me about two hours
02:00:33.120 to get the gun.
02:00:34.680 It had to be in like
02:00:35.340 three different suitcases.
02:00:36.460 None of it was TSA.
02:00:38.160 It was all made up at the time
02:00:39.240 and then they lost my luggage
02:00:42.300 and my gun ended up in Canada.
02:00:46.400 But don't worry,
02:00:46.960 the Canadians surrendered
02:00:48.040 to the luggage
02:00:49.800 so everything worked out all right.
02:00:51.820 But you don't have to have
02:00:52.820 any hassle
02:00:53.580 if you have a Berna Launcher.
02:00:55.620 This is a non-lethal alternative
02:00:57.540 to safeguarding your home.
02:00:59.340 It'll send potential threats
02:01:00.700 running in the opposite direction.
02:01:02.360 It is legal in all 50 states.
02:01:04.840 It doesn't require a permit
02:01:06.320 or background check
02:01:07.500 and it can be used
02:01:08.920 by all ages over 18
02:01:10.920 and you can pack it
02:01:12.180 in your checked luggage
02:01:13.280 without the need
02:01:14.540 to declare it as a firearm
02:01:15.900 making your airport experience
02:01:17.340 a little less of a hassle.
02:01:20.040 There are times
02:01:20.760 when non-lethal
02:01:21.600 really is the way to go
02:01:22.720 and if you're traveling
02:01:23.480 and you're driving or flying
02:01:25.000 and you're going into big cities
02:01:26.220 with what's going on
02:01:27.720 in the streets,
02:01:28.420 I don't know.
02:01:28.960 I'd like to have
02:01:29.860 a little tear gas
02:01:30.760 to protect my family.
02:01:32.660 Berna has it.

02:01:46.620 You're listening to
02:01:47.860 the Glenn Beck Program.
02:01:49.120 Welcome to the program.
02:02:06.120 I've got some good news for you.
02:02:07.980 Last night
02:02:08.640 or night before last,
02:02:10.020 Portland voters went out
02:02:12.980 and they fired
02:02:14.400 the one term
02:02:15.080 George Soros back
02:02:16.300 the district attorney
02:02:18.480 that was not
02:02:19.580 enforcing anything.
02:02:21.220 It was close.
02:02:22.480 It took them
02:02:22.840 almost 20 minutes
02:02:23.660 to call the race.
02:02:25.420 58 to 42
02:02:27.340 was the final number.
02:02:29.320 So,
02:02:29.900 maybe some sanity
02:02:30.980 returns
02:02:31.700 to Oregon.
02:02:33.420 I have a point
02:02:34.760 of contention
02:02:35.260 on that last thing
02:02:36.360 you said
02:02:36.680 about sanity
02:02:37.780 returning.
02:02:38.800 Fannie Willis
02:02:39.700 also won.
02:02:41.560 She wound up
02:02:42.660 winning
02:02:42.940 her re-election.
02:02:44.560 Well,
02:02:44.800 she won her primary
02:02:45.480 which means
02:02:46.040 she's going to win
02:02:46.580 her re-election bid.
02:02:47.560 You've got to be
02:02:48.380 kidding me.
02:02:49.080 Yeah.
02:02:49.480 So,
02:02:49.720 basically,
02:02:50.120 there's no way
02:02:50.780 to lose an election
02:02:52.000 if you're,
02:02:53.720 if you're...
02:02:54.200 Well,
02:02:54.220 I don't know.
02:02:54.680 In Portland,
02:02:55.560 you know,
02:02:55.820 I would have never
02:02:56.440 thought this would have
02:02:57.180 happened.
02:02:57.940 But Fannie,
02:02:58.580 you know that,
02:02:59.000 you know what that shows?
02:03:00.340 How much
02:03:01.200 the Democrats
02:03:02.160 hate
02:03:03.640 Donald Trump?
02:03:05.340 That when you
02:03:06.220 can have somebody
02:03:07.140 who clearly
02:03:09.000 was lying
02:03:10.160 on the stand
02:03:11.000 all of the things
02:03:13.140 that she has done
02:03:14.060 and they say,
02:03:15.820 oh no,
02:03:16.200 she's the one
02:03:16.740 we want running.
02:03:18.120 I hope the Republicans
02:03:19.780 have somebody
02:03:21.220 that they can run
02:03:22.280 that can actually
02:03:23.820 beat her.
02:03:25.220 No.
02:03:26.000 That's
02:03:26.480 not going to happen.
02:03:27.920 That's obscene.
02:03:28.700 I know it's not
02:03:29.340 going to happen,
02:03:29.780 but let's hope
02:03:31.600 until we have
02:03:32.780 our dreams crushed.
02:03:33.880 By the way,
02:03:34.200 we have a new
02:03:34.580 Fannie Willis bit
02:03:35.840 going up on
02:03:37.020 youtube.com
02:03:37.800 slash
02:03:38.100 Studios America
02:03:38.760 later today.
02:03:39.680 I think if you
02:03:41.140 don't like
02:03:41.600 Fannie Willis so much,
02:03:42.680 you might just
02:03:43.220 like the bit.
02:03:44.300 Ooh,
02:03:44.500 I'm going to like that.
02:03:47.580 The Glenn Beck Program.
