00:02:01.260I don't know if you've heard what Alan Dershowitz just recently wrote about, but he was in the courtroom yesterday for the final day of the Trump trial.
00:02:13.320Also, a little chart came out about how much your happy meal has gone up since Biden took office.
00:02:21.360Oh, and another thing, I believe Biden is emptying the strategic oil reserve for the East Coast because the election's coming up and we need to get prices down on gasoline.
00:08:12.380And it struck a good portion of his testimony away.
00:08:18.120And there was nothing, according to Dershowitz, there was nothing wrong with it.
00:08:21.600And that's when Costello, who again is an attorney, raised his eyebrows, looked at the judge and raised his eyebrows like, what?
00:08:32.600And that pissed the judge off so much that he cleared the courtroom and he said, you do that to me again and I'll strike every bit of your testimony from the record.
00:08:48.220Dershowitz said he was allowing things that had no relevance in the case for the prosecution, allowing that all in.
00:09:00.700And then, striking probably the death blow to this whole case from Costello, he was threatening to get rid of all of it.
00:09:12.840And Dershowitz said, I've seen court in Russia and I have never seen anything like this.
00:09:21.960He said, this case should have been on television.
00:09:59.180Dershowitz yesterday, being in the courtroom, said this is a monstrosity of a trial.

00:10:07.280The fact that it's getting seemingly worse now at the end is, I don't know if it's not, I don't know what I would say.
00:10:12.700It's surprising, but it is something that is so disturbing.
00:10:16.960I think the only thing that you can kind of hold up and maybe take solace in if you're the Trump side is that this has been, I think, obvious to a lot of people

00:10:28.780And it's been, it's actually gone worse, I would argue, than you would even think.

00:11:00.800I read a story today, and I hate to say this, but I read it in a story, and it was a credible source.
00:11:09.340But I'd like a second source on this, because this seems insane, that the, however many gallons or barrels that Biden is releasing from the Strategic Oil Reserve,
00:11:21.860he's doing it from the Strategic Oil Reserve in the Northeast, which will empty our gas reserves in the Northeast.
00:14:09.080The people who are not having a problem are the people who have lots and lots of money and are invested in the stock market.
00:14:18.020Now you might be invested in the stock market in your 401k, but that's not what, that's not the same.
00:14:25.800The, the corporations are getting all kinds of deals from the government if they play along.
00:14:32.760All kinds of deals from the government, uh, and they're, they're putting all of that extra money, and especially the banks, all of it into the stock market.

00:24:26.100Imagine that you spend just some outrageous number that you know you can't afford, and you come home to your family, and it's taken you 100 days, and you make $70,000.
00:24:47.320And you come home, and you say, I just spent $1,000,000 on credit.
00:24:53.580What do you think your family would say?
00:25:07.000But probably the first question they would ask is, what did you buy, right?
00:25:15.360What did you spend the million dollars on?
00:25:18.220And if you couldn't tell the family that, well, you bought a house and a boat or something else that was great that you could sell, do you think they would be, if you just said, I don't know, a bunch of stuff.
00:25:37.560You know, some of it was at the strip club, some of it I just gave to this guy on the street who was, he said he's curing cancer, and he has no reputation for, I mean, he's not even a scientist, but I gave him $250,000.
00:27:09.800You might say roads and bridges, but I got to tell you, first of all, most roads and bridges are state projects or local projects, not U.S. projects.
00:27:20.660And I've been hearing about our roads and bridges for 25 years.
00:27:26.280They've been saying we need, you know, we need $787,000,000,000,000 to be able to do the roads and bridges and we'll be fixed.
00:27:39.940That one was not even this year, so I couldn't put that in there.
00:27:44.280And I don't know that we're, I mean, we're getting certainly a lot out of that, but we're, I'm sure, getting a couple of roads and bridges here and there.
00:28:26.380Well, they were first bringing them through border crossings, and the Hamas was shooting all of the volunteers, and then they would just steal all of the food.
00:28:48.020So we spent $320,000,000, quite honestly, risked the lives of our soldiers and everybody else that was building that stupid pier, and we've put some of the aid on this pier, and now it looks like none of the aid has gotten to the people of Gaza.
00:29:24.560Now, they have had trucks leave this pier and start going towards, get the stuff loaded onto trucks and the stuff guards going to Gaza.
00:29:35.460They just keep getting intercepted by Palestinians in the middle of it and Hamas members who are taking all the stuff.
00:29:42.000And by the way, Glenn, if I could just note real quick, if you make, let's say, $75,000,000 a year on average throughout your working life, and you work for 50 years from age 20 to age 70, and you average $75,000, you pay your taxes diligently every single year, your entire life will amount to paying for 0.3% of that pier.
00:30:06.080I can't, I mean, I've always been, you know, you've got to pay your taxes, you've got to pull your fair share, and believe me, I explained to my grandchildren yesterday, I picked them up at school.

00:30:30.920And they read this really great book about how rich people were stealing water from this community, and they were making all this money, and there had to be a law that is passed that says that rich people can't do that.

00:34:47.140I want to make sure that, I would love, maybe we have to FOIA it, but the warrant to go into Joe Biden's garage and to go into Joe Biden's office, you know, at the university, I wonder if it says use of deadly force in that one.

01:24:32.740How out of control a school board has gotten.
01:24:36.060They suspended the son from school for three days in an English class for using the term illegal alien.
01:24:47.300Now, after the mom complained, the school board member is slandering mom about her past.
01:25:08.740I want to see if the people of Davidson County are starting to step up, what is happening in this case.
01:25:13.960And I understand there is some legal updates that we may be able to get today as well.

01:28:49.060And also giving us proof that Ashley Carroll and Chairman Beck were taking part in sending around my arrest records.
01:29:01.220So, we have been absolutely blown away since your broadcast because it allowed people to step forward in courage and boldness and share this information with us.
01:29:12.300So, I'm so thankful that you asked the community and the state to step up in order to expose this unethical, defamatory, and cruel text that they have shared around.
01:29:25.260You know, I read a lot of the emails, and there was one posting that said,
01:29:33.200I don't personally know this woman who continues to blast my child's school all over social media,
01:29:37.260but I believe a person's past actions and criminal convictions make me question the legitimacy of their current narrative and story.
01:29:44.860There's always three sides to every story, and I find it rather ironic.
01:29:47.760No local news station has run the story, only right-wing political news, I'm just saying.
01:29:53.060And somebody wrote back and said, hey, this is affecting the child involved here.
01:29:59.740And in an amazing response, I sincerely, no, wait, wait, wait, wait, I would like to sincerely apologize for my post after thinking about it, talking to a mutual friend.
01:31:31.120She's started her own business in North Carolina, had it for many years.
01:31:35.620She was appointed by a superior court judge in Brunswick County, North Carolina, to be part of an advisory board for that county's commissioners regarding substance use disorder, nationally accredited with the Encompass Program of America, where you educate the public on the understanding of the science of addiction and everything else.
01:31:55.160She has spoken over 30 times in several states regarding addiction and recovery.
01:32:01.460She's a prime example of doing the crime, doing the time, and then not just putting her life back together, but helping others not do it.
01:32:13.600And this school board only released her arrest record, and they did it to smear you because you were saying, you know, my son, illegal alien is not a race, and they called him a racist, correct?
01:32:44.460On the write-up, it says write a detailed description of the events that happened, and the only thing they wrote is Christian made a racially insensitive, racially motivated comment saying aliens, illegal aliens need green cards.
01:33:21.520Yeah, Glenn, we've received new text messages, including a message that came in this morning, and these are all screenshots.
01:33:28.160I think the community in Davidson County heard your call, Glenn, to step up and help Leah, because people are coming forward who have been contacted by board members.
01:33:37.280And the message I'm looking at right now that we received earlier this morning, this is a board member, Ashley Carroll, talking to someone who I understand used to work in law enforcement.
01:33:49.440And she says, here's the mom's record.
01:33:52.820If you want to know the kind of person you're dealing with, didn't you work hard to get drug dealers off the streets?
01:33:58.900So, you know, the audience is to let that sink in because he is saying, she is saying essentially that her son does not deserve a fair process because of Leah's arrest over a decade ago and trying to guilt this former law enforcement officer into turning against Leah and her son because of her record.
01:34:25.300So, the more we get in terms of messages from the community, the worse it looks for this school and for this board.
01:34:34.300What is the motivation to do this kind of damage?
01:34:39.640I mean, that just, that seems like you're at a squirt gun fight and somebody brings a nuclear bomb.
01:34:45.640I can't speak to their motivation, but I think we see this from government at all levels, from the, from the top right down to, to the smaller local levels, like a school board.
01:34:59.440Pride, ego, the inability to make, to admit mistakes and doubling down.
01:36:18.060The only other thing I'll say is that we're also meeting with lawyers in North Carolina to discuss possible defamation claims that Leah could bring against these board members.
01:36:29.140I mean, that seems like a slam dunk here, doesn't it?
01:36:32.540Yes, and again, I'll say the more that community members step up and expose the unethical and cruel messages and false messages that are being shared, the better case we have.
01:37:27.580I mean, for people to bring up something that was done over a decade ago and not look at the work that was put in to, you know, help the community is disgusting.
01:37:41.260I also received messages that Ashley Carroll sent to another leader in North Carolina, and she is of Jewish descent.
01:37:55.500And Ashley equates what my son said to her in this text.
01:38:02.020She says, because the lady asked, what about the Latino child who took offense and threatened Christian?
01:38:11.420And Ashley's response was, wouldn't you beat a kid's ASS who was making anti-Semitic comments?
01:38:21.660So, she equated what Christian said to anti-Semitism.
01:38:25.960It blows my mind how low this woman, who is an elected official, will go to continue to abuse my child.
01:38:38.940There was another text that came out that said, the mother of said child who was kicked out has been kicked out because of, kicked out of multiple schools for being racist.
01:38:49.960Yes, that was sent to the same person, and that is an absolute lie.
01:38:56.920Christian has never been kicked out of any school, any school, and never, ever had a label of racism placed on his record until this happened at Central Davidson High School.
01:39:11.980And so, that just further lies that this Board of Education is spreading.
01:39:19.160They continue to just spread lie after lie after lie after lie.
01:39:28.940Well, now, Glenn, we have the more to the story.
01:39:31.700And it is them spreading these lies and unethical, defamatory statements to leaders and residents.
01:39:42.720I also had a local mother who worked for the school that sent the message saying that she has our total support, but that she cannot share because she's scared she'll lose her job.
