00:00:00.000 Let me tell you about American financing.
00:00:01.900 There is some real trouble coming.
00:00:03.620 We're going to try to get to the economy today if we have time.
00:00:06.400 There's so much going on.
00:00:07.900 But please, please, please, everything I've talked to you about for the last 20 years is happening now.
00:00:14.100 It's kind of frightening.
00:00:15.540 Kind of wish I was wrong, don't you, Stu?
00:00:18.240 I usually do, yes.
00:00:19.220 Yes.
00:00:20.420 Anyway, right now, you need to get a hold of American financing and find out how they can help you on any of your credit cards.
00:00:29.680 Believe me.
00:00:30.600 Oh, I've got a rant on credit cards here in a second.
00:00:35.560 But credit cards, the cost of credit cards are going to go up big time.
00:00:42.680 We're being impoverished right now, honestly.
00:00:45.980 Call American financing today.
00:00:47.580 See if they can help you on any of these things.
00:00:49.340 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440, or AmericanFinancing.net.
00:01:19.340 Got no world that can't be nice.
00:01:24.340 You gotta stand together, it's gonna survive.
00:01:28.340 Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
00:01:29.840 Stand up straight and hold the light.
00:01:33.400 Oh, oh, oh, oh.
00:01:35.340 It's a long-term day, I'm tired of life.
00:01:38.340 Oh, oh, oh, oh.
00:01:39.340 Oh, oh, oh, oh.
00:01:41.340 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:01:46.580 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:01:53.080 Hello, America.
00:01:54.080 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:01:55.380 It is a full-on governmental onslaught to try to intimidate you or to make you so mad you just are gonna do something crazy.
00:02:05.880 Well, I want you not to be intimidated, and I want to make sure that we're all on the same page of doing something crazy will end freedom, not just here in America, but the entire world.
00:02:22.320 Nikki Haley's gonna join me, something happened to her.
00:02:25.820 She's suing the New York Attorney General's office after they leaked the Stand for America's tax return with all of the names of the donors.
00:02:37.780 That was meant to intimidate people.
00:02:41.320 That's all that was about.
00:02:43.240 She's gonna talk about it.
00:02:44.380 Oh, and Joe Biden, yeah, he's serious.
00:02:49.220 No, I'm not joking.
00:02:50.660 I'm gonna take away your guns, but I'm not gonna take away your guns.
00:02:55.300 I respect the Second Amendment, but you people who believe in the Second Amendment are crazy.
00:03:01.300 Uh-huh.
00:03:02.560 Crazy Joe.
00:03:03.980 We begin there in 60 seconds.
00:03:06.840 Michael wrote in about his experience with Relief Factory.
00:03:09.280 He says, I'm a professional musician, and I depend on my hands for a living.
00:03:12.740 That said, I have had severe arthritis set in for 25 years, and I've tried everything.
00:03:19.260 Nothing worked until I found Relief Factor.
00:03:22.240 It takes away the pain, and I love it.
00:03:24.140 Thank you.
00:03:25.140 Michael, I've been where you are, not from arthritis, but having pain in my hands so bad that I couldn't move them.
00:03:32.520 Relief Factor.
00:03:33.660 It helped me.
00:03:35.020 It helped Michael.
00:03:36.760 Maybe it will help you.
00:03:38.420 70% of the people who try it go on to order more, so try the three-week quick start.
00:03:43.200 Just take it for three weeks as directed.
00:03:45.380 It's not working for you in three weeks.
00:03:47.160 Most likely not going to work.
00:03:49.440 But 70% of the people order more month after month.
00:03:52.840 It's relieffactor.com.
00:03:54.420 1-800-4-RELIEF.
00:03:56.380 1-800-4-RELIEF.
00:03:57.920 1995.
00:03:59.100 Relieffactor.com.
00:04:00.620 1-800-4-RELIEF.
00:04:02.080 Relief Factor.
00:04:02.940 Feel the difference.
00:04:03.900 All righty.
00:04:05.980 Let's look into, my gosh.
00:04:10.800 Let's look into the president.
00:04:13.300 What did he say yesterday?
00:04:15.380 Cut five.
00:04:16.380 Six, please.
00:04:17.800 I'm determined to ban assault weapons in this country.
00:04:21.400 Yeah.
00:04:22.200 Determined.
00:04:22.980 Yeah.
00:04:23.540 I did it once before.
00:04:27.880 Yeah.
00:04:29.140 And I'll do it again.
00:04:30.180 It made no difference.
00:04:30.880 And he'll do it again.
00:04:32.800 Do it again.
00:04:33.000 For many of you home, I want to be clear.
00:04:36.360 It's not about taking away anybody's guns.
00:04:38.280 In fact, we should be treating responsible gun owners as examples.
00:04:42.080 Really?
00:04:42.260 How every gun owner should behave.
00:04:44.380 Yeah.
00:04:44.900 I have two shotguns at home.
00:04:46.400 It's a long story, but I not oppose the guns.
00:04:49.640 But I support the Second Amendment.
00:04:51.340 And I support the Second Amendment.
00:04:52.400 But the Second Amendment, as one of the most conservative justice in history, Justice Scalia once wrote.
00:04:59.360 Justice Scalia.
00:05:00.260 Like, quote, like most rights.
00:05:02.260 Most rights.
00:05:02.800 The rights granted by the Second Amendment are not unlimited.
00:05:06.260 Right.
00:05:06.500 By the way, if he'd like to treat gun owners, legal gun owners, with respect and point us out as examples, you could start with me, Stu, almost all of our friends.
00:05:22.440 And we voted for Trump.
00:05:23.960 Isn't that weird?
00:05:24.720 What happened there?
00:05:26.320 Hold on just a second.
00:05:29.020 Because let's say I have two AR-15s.
00:05:35.540 No one needs an AR-15, first of all.
00:05:40.220 No one needs them.
00:05:40.800 But you might need two.
00:05:42.180 Yes.
00:05:42.680 That's what they never, they always leave that off at the end.
00:05:45.160 Well, I want one for every member of the family, but they're so dangerous, I only have two.
00:05:52.980 Well, you had two.
00:05:54.140 Yes, thank you very much.
00:05:55.340 So anyway, I'm a legal gun owner.
00:05:58.780 I have weapons of war.
00:06:01.680 I've never shot anybody.
00:06:03.480 Shot myself.
00:06:04.240 My children haven't done anything.
00:06:06.420 They're locked up in a safe.
00:06:08.200 We know exactly where they are.
00:06:10.240 No one except my wife and I have the combination of the safe.
00:06:14.940 What are you?
00:06:16.340 Are you going to say something nice about me, Joe?
00:06:19.720 Come on.
00:06:20.620 No joke.
00:06:21.760 I'm not kidding, folks.
00:06:23.800 Really.
00:06:24.700 I mean it.
00:06:25.480 Now, he did say something that I thought was, oh, I just find this funny.
00:06:39.580 He tried a new joke out last night.
00:06:43.440 Here it is.
00:06:43.900 Cut nine.
00:06:44.400 By the way, how many, my dad used to love to hunt in the Poconos when we lived in Scranton.
00:06:52.260 Sure.
00:06:52.840 Okay.
00:06:53.720 How many deer bear wearing Kevlar vests?
00:06:58.260 He's never said that before.
00:07:00.260 Wait, play it again because you got to hear the audience roar.
00:07:02.880 By the way, how many, my dad used to love to hunt in the Poconos when we lived in Scranton.
00:07:11.040 How many deer bear wearing Kevlar vests?
00:07:14.920 Huh?
00:07:15.260 Listen to that roar.
00:07:16.840 Not a joke.
00:07:18.300 No, we know.
00:07:19.080 Wait, that was so funny.
00:07:21.940 I thought it was a joke, but he's serious.
00:07:23.580 He's serious.
00:07:24.100 There weren't bears.
00:07:24.900 There weren't any.
00:07:26.400 There's no joke here.
00:07:28.100 There weren't any deer wearing Kevlar vests.
00:07:31.160 His dad never saw it, and he used to hunt.
00:07:33.660 Wow.
00:07:34.160 That's incredible.
00:07:35.020 Yeah, that is incredible.
00:07:36.360 What an incredible speaker he is.
00:07:37.260 And you know what I have to tell you?
00:07:38.380 The Second Amendment is all about hunting, okay?
00:07:41.360 Because that's a sport, and I should be able to have a sporting rifle.
00:07:45.140 You know what I mean?
00:07:45.740 I should be able to have my sport.
00:07:48.640 Now, I don't know why they didn't put croquet or cards.
00:07:55.180 You know, I don't know what they played back then.
00:07:58.220 You know, Spittles and Dicks.
00:08:00.380 I don't know what they used to play, but maybe that was one.
00:08:03.860 They would play a parlor game.
00:08:05.920 Do you have any more Spittles and Dicks?
00:08:07.980 And you're like, I don't know what that is.
00:08:09.800 It's a game.
00:08:10.620 It's a card game.
00:08:12.100 Okay.
00:08:12.900 I didn't know it was a card game.
00:08:14.140 Yeah, it's a card game.
00:08:15.300 There you go.
00:08:15.620 I'm pretty sure.
00:08:16.480 Oh, sure.
00:08:16.880 I'm pretty sure.
00:08:17.480 I'm going to take your word for it.
00:08:18.940 Not going to look it up on the internet, that's for sure.
00:08:24.520 You got to look it up.
00:08:25.500 See if it actually exists.
00:08:27.160 Just look up Spittles.
00:08:31.600 All right.
00:08:32.420 I think it's a card game.
00:08:33.560 Maybe somebody in the audience knows what Spittles and Dicks is.
00:08:36.180 But anyway, that's what they would be playing.
00:08:38.460 But that's nowhere to be found in the Bill of Rights.
00:08:41.620 Isn't that weird?
00:08:42.240 They didn't put any other sport.
00:08:45.280 Wait, no joke?
00:08:46.320 No joke.
00:08:46.900 No joke.
00:08:47.460 It's not in there.
00:08:48.100 No joke.
00:08:48.660 It's not Spittles and Dicks.
00:08:49.780 It's not in there.
00:08:50.920 Okay.
00:08:51.560 It's weird.
00:08:53.720 It's weird.
00:08:55.120 Now, he thinks it's extreme if you think the Second Amendment is there for the reason they
00:09:04.740 put it in there.
00:09:07.200 Listen.
00:09:08.780 This is cut seven.
00:09:10.600 And for those brave right-wing Americans who say it's all about keeping America, keeping
00:09:17.400 America's independent and safe, if you want to fight against a country, you need an F-15.
00:09:22.440 No, don't do it.
00:09:22.920 You need something a little more than a gun.
00:09:24.840 You know, it's funny.
00:09:25.740 It's funny.
00:09:26.200 It's funny that he would say this on the anniversary of the disaster of pulling out of Afghanistan.
00:09:31.540 Do they have F-15s?
00:09:32.720 Well, they do now.
00:09:33.540 They do now.
00:09:34.020 They do now.
00:09:34.700 There you go.
00:09:35.200 Yeah, they do now.
00:09:35.920 No joke?
00:09:36.440 Yeah, no joke.
00:09:37.440 No joke.
00:09:37.980 No joke.
00:09:38.960 I thought you might be joking there.
00:09:40.320 No.
00:09:40.600 Because how would the people in Afghanistan get F-15s?
00:09:44.080 But that's right.
00:09:44.660 We just left them there.
00:09:45.380 We just left them.
00:09:46.120 Yeah, that's right.
00:09:46.520 We just left them.
00:09:47.440 No joke.
00:09:47.840 So, you know, if you want to fight the United States, you need an F-15.
00:09:52.740 Well, that explains why, I guess, you left all of those planes and everything there.
00:09:58.000 But the second thing is, is they lived in caves.
00:10:01.680 Yeah.
00:10:01.920 They had guns and homemade bombs.
00:10:04.600 They seemed to do pretty well.
00:10:06.220 I don't know about you, but you surrendered to them.
00:10:10.540 Explain the fall of, you know, every empire with this analysis.
00:10:15.640 Right.
00:10:15.920 Right.
00:10:16.320 And they didn't all have that.
00:10:17.660 They have F-15s and Rome didn't have those.
00:10:20.700 Yeah.
00:10:21.280 I suppose that's the way.
00:10:23.680 Think of every modern empire that has gone into.
00:10:27.320 No, think of ancient.
00:10:28.360 Think of every country that's gone into Afghanistan.
00:10:30.340 Yeah, they had, Rome had gladiators.
00:10:34.600 They had all of these Roman legions.
00:10:37.780 Nothing.
00:10:38.840 What, are you going to have a legion?
00:10:40.820 Well, you kind of fell for it.
00:10:42.140 I hate this point because it's so stupid.
00:10:44.420 And it's supposed to give you this mental picture of you walk out of your, on your front stoop and down the driveway comes a tank or an F-15s coming at you.
00:10:55.460 And what are you going to do?
00:10:56.240 All you have is a gun.
00:10:57.780 It's like, guys, that's not how this works.
00:11:00.560 Right.
00:11:01.000 They don't go door to door with F-15s.
00:11:04.120 Now, this situation we hope would never face.
00:11:06.520 However, look at Afghanistan.
00:11:08.560 Look at Iraq.
00:11:09.640 It's called asymmetrical warfare.
00:11:12.340 How did we do with the helicopters we had when Jimmy Carter was president?
00:11:18.000 How did we do in the jungles of Vietnam?
00:11:20.660 Yes.
00:11:21.580 Against people who are hiding behind trees.
00:11:24.200 Correct.
00:11:24.520 Door to door warfare against a country with 450 million guns is a lot harder than you're making it seem.
00:11:34.580 Especially when probably more than half of the armed forces are from red states.
00:11:40.920 They wouldn't even fight the battle.
00:11:42.160 I mean, if you say, hey, by the way, I want you to go kill mom and dad there in Kansas.
00:11:47.040 I think a lot of them are going to be like, no, I don't think they're the extremists we should be worried about.
00:11:53.680 You know what I mean?
00:11:54.500 And by the way, this is why, unlike the rest of the world, we don't have a new weekly constitution.
00:12:00.380 What?
00:12:00.980 We seem to keep the one we have for hundreds of years.
00:12:05.160 Why?
00:12:05.880 Because there's a way to protect those rights.
00:12:08.420 We hope we never have to do these things.
00:12:10.220 Right?
00:12:10.900 We hope that never comes to that.
00:12:12.920 But having 450 million weapons pretty much guarantees it never comes to that.
00:12:18.480 Oh, my gosh.
00:12:20.960 You are.
00:12:21.640 You're an extremist.
00:12:22.880 You're an absolute extremist.
00:12:25.880 No joke?
00:12:26.520 No.
00:12:27.540 No joke.
00:12:29.200 You're.
00:12:29.780 Not a joke.
00:12:30.320 You are pushing for spittle and dicks to be put into the.
00:12:34.000 Why?
00:12:34.840 Why is it happening?
00:12:36.760 Just saying.
00:12:37.740 No joke, man.
00:12:38.620 No joke?
00:12:39.160 No joke.
00:12:40.840 Do we have the clip of him talking about the speed of bullets?
00:12:45.020 Because this is scientific fact.
00:12:47.700 Do you realize the bullet out of an AR-15 travels five times as rapidly as a bullet shot out of any other gun?
00:12:59.320 Out of any other gun?
00:13:00.240 That is weird.
00:13:02.840 That is.
00:13:03.600 That's not even close to true.
00:13:06.060 Not even close to true.
00:13:09.800 Like, they just did a deal on the velocity of bullets.
00:13:15.180 And by the way, it's it's pretty much bullets.
00:13:18.760 Guns just do the same thing.
00:13:20.300 They hit the back of the bullet and then it explodes the powder and then it shoots out.
00:13:26.120 So it's the bullet, not the gun.
00:13:28.800 No joke.
00:13:29.120 That makes them.
00:13:29.660 No joke.
00:13:30.140 No joke.
00:13:30.620 No joke.
00:13:31.900 So anyway, they just did a they just did a study of the fastest guns, fastest ammunition and AR-15s are not even in the top 10 or top 20.
00:13:46.060 You're acting as if he's trying to say something true.
00:13:48.680 You are you are you are acting as if he's trying to say something that has a factual basis behind it.
00:13:56.620 So you're saying no, he's not even trying.
00:13:58.600 He's not.
00:13:58.840 He's not even trying.
00:13:59.480 He's just trying to scare people.
00:14:01.100 Well, no, he owns two shotguns and he knows how to deal.
00:14:04.240 You want to scare somebody off, you go out to the back porch and you fire off your shotguns.
00:14:08.520 Why does he have shotguns?
00:14:09.820 What is he going to do against an F-15?
00:14:12.240 I don't even know.
00:14:13.460 I mean, that's I don't know.
00:14:15.460 No joke.
00:14:15.920 No joke.
00:14:16.920 It is no joke.
00:14:18.100 He is a joke, but that was not a joke.
00:14:20.320 We should call him because I bet he played Spittle.
00:14:24.340 Yeah, I'm sure he did play that game.
00:14:26.080 Yes, I'm sure he did.
00:14:27.640 OK, let me tell you about our spot.
00:14:29.500 I've got some good news for you today.
00:14:31.320 Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait.
00:14:32.200 Before before I break, because I would like to put all of the good news into, you know, one happy place.
00:14:39.640 So let me just get this out.
00:14:40.920 By the way, New York lawmakers have asked MasterCard and American Express to flag gun store purchases.
00:14:48.820 Hmm.
00:14:49.620 Now, why would they do that?
00:14:51.800 Why would they do that?
00:14:53.880 50 legislators from New York said, can you just flag these for us?
00:15:00.340 And MasterCard said, well, I mean, you know, purchases made at a gun store fall under miscellaneous or durable goods.
00:15:11.220 You know, but I mean, we do have in, you know, we have vendors like gas lighting fixtures, musical instruments, fireworks, party supplies, luggage.
00:15:21.540 Maybe we should have gun stores.
00:15:23.440 Well, maybe you shouldn't.
00:15:25.160 Maybe you shouldn't.
00:15:27.200 And here's why.
00:15:28.420 I mean, I'm just, you know, remember, they're saying law abiding citizens have nothing to worry about, nothing to worry about.
00:15:37.640 They're just they just want these financial institutions to step up and join the fight against gun violence.
00:15:44.400 That's all they're trying to do.
00:15:45.800 That's it.
00:15:46.480 And I know a lot of criminals that go in with their MasterCard to buy guns.
00:15:52.060 You know, they're saying, excuse me, that's a American Express black card.
00:15:56.640 You can't deny that one.
00:15:59.060 You know, I mean, I want me a gun.
00:16:01.360 That happens all the time.
00:16:03.840 Now, here's the here's the problem.
00:16:07.360 This would be a firearm registration.
00:16:12.460 This would be a centralized list of who has guns.
00:16:17.060 And we've always been against that.
00:16:19.660 You know why?
00:16:20.600 Because then the government knows exactly who has guns and who doesn't define we.
00:16:25.240 We we've always been against that.
00:16:27.340 I know we as if you're defining it, me and you.
00:16:30.980 Americans.
00:16:31.620 OK, Americans.
00:16:32.560 Right.
00:16:33.100 Yeah.
00:16:33.460 But not these people.
00:16:34.940 Not these.
00:16:35.540 Not these people.
00:16:36.300 No, not these people.
00:16:37.400 So I don't know what exactly they're for.
00:16:39.740 All right.
00:16:39.960 Good news coming up in just a second.
00:16:41.380 If you're if you're not worried about what the Federal Reserve is doing to our economy
00:16:46.140 right now.
00:16:47.260 Hey, let me help you out.
00:16:48.940 Let me give you some good news.
00:16:51.760 The Federal Reserve, the Central Bank of London, they're talking in Parliament because they're
00:16:56.600 hitting 20 percent inflation, 20 percent.
00:17:00.860 They're talking about now revoking the control of the money printing by the Central Bank of
00:17:07.960 England.
00:17:09.280 But somehow me thinks that they're doing it so the government can print more money.
00:17:17.340 I don't know.
00:17:19.260 Anyway, if you're not worried about what the Federal Reserve is doing to our economy right
00:17:23.280 now, it it may be that you don't know enough about the Federal Reserve.
00:17:27.880 Know your enemy.
00:17:30.000 Believe me, the Federal Reserve pretty much qualifies as an enemy to your wallet.
00:17:35.480 There is no better time to teach your kids about it.
00:17:38.520 The Tuttle Twins has a book about money and inflation and the Federal Reserve.
00:17:44.160 It's free again for the next couple of days.
00:17:46.560 It's really, really important.
00:17:48.060 Tuttle Twins and the Creature from Jekyll Island.
00:17:51.160 Now, this is a kid's book, but that's actually the name of a very scholarly book on the founding
00:17:56.720 of the Federal Reserve that is terrifying.
00:18:00.060 This one's not so terrifying.
00:18:02.260 Hey, kids, I want to put you to sleep.
00:18:03.940 I'm going to talk to you about the Federal Reserve.
00:18:07.620 Believe me, they won't go to sleep.
00:18:09.720 The Creature from Jekyll Island, Tuttle's Twins version, is great for kids.
00:18:14.660 It shows how the Fed creates inflation, how it works, how our money system works, and what
00:18:21.340 the Fed actually does.

00:18:24.480 You'll learn a lot from it as well, most likely.

00:18:28.940 While supplies last, you can get this free copy of the Tuttle Twins and the Creature from
00:18:32.080 Jekyll Island.
00:18:33.000 It's Tuttle Twins Beck dot com.
00:18:34.700 10 seconds, station ID.
00:18:35.700 Hey, Stu, these fast bullets that we've been talking about, I'm very concerned about them.
00:18:51.460 You are.
00:18:51.820 Well, Joe Biden is very concerned about faster bullets.
00:18:55.540 Isn't it true that a faster bullet would be more likely to go directly through the body?
00:19:00.740 It goes right through you.
00:19:02.400 It just cuts right through you.
00:19:04.680 Which you'd think would sound bad, but here we go.
00:19:08.420 No joke.
00:19:09.320 No joke.
00:19:09.840 I think it might be worse if you had a slower bullet that would hit and tumble through the
00:19:14.140 body and create more damage, right?
00:19:15.980 Isn't it true that they're often...
00:19:16.880 Have you ever fallen off a cliff?
00:19:18.300 Have you ever fallen off a cliff?
00:19:19.420 You go right straight to the ground, okay?
00:19:22.920 But if you're tumbling, it's a lot better.
00:19:26.000 That's not the way...
00:19:26.860 It's like you land on your feet.
00:19:27.920 You kind of tumble over and you...
00:19:29.860 It's kind of funny when you tumble.
00:19:31.140 Not really the way this works, though.
00:19:32.440 Really?
00:19:32.900 Yeah.
00:19:33.360 Huh.
00:19:33.760 Yeah.
00:19:34.680 Let me give you an Ohio grand jury.
00:19:37.460 They have just affirmed the stand-your-ground law in Ohio.
00:19:42.460 They refused to indict a man who shot his daughter's ex-boyfriend.
00:19:46.100 Apparently, it's like 11 o'clock in the morning and James Rail, he stood on the front porch
00:19:54.700 of his ex-girlfriend's house.
00:19:56.100 They had been apart for a while.
00:19:58.380 And apparently, he stood on the front porch for about 40 minutes, rang the doorbell repeatedly,
00:20:04.860 then left, then came back, and then began trying to break the door down.
00:20:10.200 Meanwhile, on the other side of the door was this guy's daughter, who James Rail was looking for,
00:20:18.300 and her dad, and he stood on the other side of the door, and he said, hey, leave our property.
00:20:26.080 I am here.
00:20:26.740 I have a gun.
00:20:27.620 And do not open the door.
00:20:30.860 I have a gun, and I will shoot you.
00:20:33.680 Well, they were on the phone with 911 and everything else.
00:20:36.100 Well, he tried to open the door, and so dad shot him, killed him.
00:20:38.960 And the grand jury said, ha, guess it sucks to be him.
00:20:45.420 Maybe he shouldn't have tried to open the door.
00:20:48.180 That, to me, is good news.
00:20:50.600 Common sense has played a role there.
00:20:54.920 There is also some good news that is coming from the election.
00:21:02.220 Did you see that Warnock, in the latest poll, is now behind our good friend, Herschel Walker?
00:21:11.940 That's very good news.
00:21:12.980 Very good news.
00:21:13.480 It's interesting.
00:21:14.340 I've been hearing him with the buzz of a potential presidential candidate.
00:21:18.560 Warnock.
00:21:19.940 Yeah, I have heard that, too.
00:21:21.480 It's bizarre.
00:21:21.980 Like, what they try to do to elevate these guys.
00:21:23.960 It's crazy.
00:21:24.860 It's just crazy.
00:21:25.640 That is what they've been saying lately.
00:21:27.340 Blake Masters from Arizona, he's in trouble because he spoke the truth.
00:21:32.220 I mean, in a funny way.
00:21:34.080 He was like, oh, well, maybe that explains why our economy is doing so well.
00:21:39.000 Being sarcastic, he attached the deal that they were concentrating at the Treasury and the Fed on race.
00:21:46.980 And they're just, you know, that's the most diverse group of people they've ever had.
00:21:52.440 And so the New York Times grabs it, and they're like, look at this racist saying he's blaming people of different colors on the economy.
00:21:59.360 He's saying this guy's too stupid.
00:22:01.220 No, that's in your head, man.
00:22:04.020 We all knew what that meant.
00:22:05.900 It meant, oh, really?
00:22:07.200 You're concentrating on diversity?
00:22:09.700 How about you concentrate on, oh, I don't know, the economy?
00:22:15.440 So he's over the target.
00:22:18.020 I think that's going to play well for him.
00:22:21.720 Play well for him.
00:22:23.600 Did I mention his name is Blake Masters, Arizona?
00:22:26.960 You should check him out.

00:22:32.660 American Financing NMLS 182334 www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org
00:22:39.460 So every day, the U.S. dollar gets just a little bit less valuable, which means that your spending power goes a little bit further down.
00:22:48.700 It's not really that prices are going up.
00:22:50.800 It's that your dollar can't afford it anymore.
00:22:56.000 The government is doubling down on their bad fiscal practices, driving the country further and further towards the edge of the cliff.
00:23:03.580 Now, you can panic about it, which would be understandable, but not really helpful.
00:23:08.580 Or you can make a call.

00:24:04.140 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:24:06.720 Welcome to it.
00:24:07.460 We've got a couple things going on today.
00:24:10.080 I'm going to give you an understanding of the First Amendment.
00:24:13.780 In a way that I don't think you've ever heard, and it is vital that you understand this,
00:24:21.940 they just passed in the California Assembly, and it's going to Gavin Newsom's desk,
00:24:27.420 and they keep saying, if he signs it, of course he's going to sign it.
00:24:30.820 The state is going to be the arbiter of all truth now.
00:24:34.440 And when it comes to doctors, that is terrifying.
00:24:38.180 Something else is going on.
00:24:39.420 And you're being intimidated and harassed, and they're trying to set examples of why you shouldn't get involved.
00:24:47.420 Nikki Haley is with us.
00:24:48.720 She's a former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, former South Carolina governor,
00:24:52.920 and founder for Stand for America.
00:24:56.080 And there was a problem with the attorney general's office in New York with Stand for America.
00:25:02.220 They accidentally leaked some documents.
00:25:06.300 Nikki is here to tell us all about it.
00:25:07.800 Hello, Nikki.
00:25:08.320 How are you?
00:25:09.800 Hey, Glenn.
00:25:10.660 Thanks for having me on.
00:25:11.840 You bet.
00:25:12.540 You bet.
00:25:13.280 So tell me what happened.
00:25:15.780 You know, basically, we have a, you know, a policy organization that we go out,
00:25:22.760 we send out newsletters every day to over 3 million people.
00:25:25.940 We talk about anything from the fact that it's wrong to make someone who doesn't go to college pay for someone that does go to college.
00:25:32.660 It's, you know, that we need term limits, that we can't $30 trillion in debt is a problem, and spending more is not going to help the inflation situation.
00:25:42.360 Why men shouldn't be playing in girls' sports.
00:25:45.180 We talk about all kinds of things.
00:25:46.700 We hit Biden, we hit Pelosi, we hit Gavin Newsom, we hit anyone that has liberal policies, and we talk about conservative solutions.
00:25:54.080 So we've had this for about three years.
00:25:55.880 It's called Stand for America.
00:25:57.160 And all of a sudden, we get contacted by a news organization that says, we have a copy of your tax return, which is supposed to be completely confidential, just like personal tax returns are.
00:26:09.340 And we're going to release all of your donors off of it.
00:26:12.580 Well, we said, okay, send us the copy that you say you have.
00:26:16.260 And we look at it, and on the last page, it's stamped by the New York State Attorney General's office.
00:26:21.320 The New York State Attorney General released this tax return to try and intimidate conservatives.
00:26:29.160 And, Glenn, they have done this.
00:26:30.580 I have said this for as long as I can remember.
00:26:33.120 Republicans are too nice.
00:26:35.180 They're too nice.
00:26:36.100 When something like this happens, they whine, they complain, and then they turn around and it happens to someone else.
00:26:42.060 Well, we are not going to do that.
00:26:43.980 We are suing the New York State Attorney General's office.
00:26:46.800 We are calling on Merrick Garland to investigate the New York State Attorney General's office, and we're going to make sure we fight back.
00:26:54.800 It's not going to be cheap.
00:26:56.220 It's not going to be easy.
00:26:57.720 But if we don't do it, at some point, this has to stop.
00:27:01.720 And I hope that every conservative listening today will join us in that fight and go to StandForAmerica.com.
00:27:08.080 And let's say no more.
00:27:09.820 Let's show them that when you mess with us, you've messed with the wrong person.
00:27:13.400 Are you going to sue Politico?
00:27:15.060 Because Politico was the one that released the names, correct?
00:27:19.060 Yes.
00:27:19.500 So that is also something that we're looking at.
00:27:21.680 You know, they've obviously said, oh, these are First Amendment rights.
00:27:24.320 But we are also looking at what it's going to take to sue Politico.
00:27:28.120 We're going to sue.
00:27:29.340 We're definitely New York State Attorney General, definitely going after Merrick Garland to have to answer for this.
00:27:34.380 We are looking at suing Documented, who is the one who got the information from the New York State Attorney General and gave it to Politico.
00:27:42.040 And we're looking at what we're going to do to Politico.
00:27:44.120 We're looking at every actor that put their hands on this.
00:27:47.060 I mean, they would never, ever, ever publish the dark money network of Arabella Advisors.
00:27:55.240 Never.
00:27:55.480 And there's so much money running through that dark network.
00:28:02.400 Democracy Alliance, they would never even think about doing this.
00:28:07.480 They're only doing it.
00:28:08.300 The ACLU, Planned Parenthood, none of those.
00:28:11.080 None of them.
00:28:11.440 None of those has ever been leaked.
00:28:13.120 Right.
00:28:13.700 And yet they have gone after President Trump.
00:28:16.000 They have gone after the NRA.
00:28:17.720 They've gone after pro-life groups.
00:28:19.580 Now they're going after us.
00:28:20.920 So anyone that gets, that is a thorn in their side, they turn around and think they can intimidate us just by doing something like this.
00:28:28.420 It takes a lot more than that to intimidate us.
00:28:30.540 So let me ask you, Nikki, do you think the intimidation will work to some degree?
00:28:37.680 I haven't met them yet, but are there people who are saying, you know what, I'm not going to get involved?
00:28:43.040 I don't want my name on a list.
00:28:45.720 You know, I mean, we have, you know, we have Stand for America PAC, which is a political organization.
00:28:50.400 We have hundreds of thousands of donors, and we publicize all of those because political organizations, by law, you do that.
00:28:56.820 Policy organizations, typically donors, they care about policy.
00:29:01.000 They just don't want to get into the political mess.
00:29:03.620 And so this was a way of trying to do that.
00:29:05.680 Everyone, we contacted every donor before this happened to let them know.
00:29:09.920 And every one of them said, we support you.
00:29:12.660 We appreciate what you're doing.
00:29:14.580 You go out there and fight.
00:29:15.740 And so, you know, we all, I was very proud of, you know, how our donors handled this.
00:29:21.460 And it's not about the donors themselves.
00:29:23.380 It's about the fact they don't want us talking about what's right.
00:29:26.780 They don't want us calling out the truth.
00:29:28.640 And they don't want us to expose them for what they really are, which is running our country in the ground.
00:29:34.220 Well, I hope you make progress in this lawsuit.
00:29:40.880 This is so dangerous.
00:29:42.480 It is, honestly, they have weaponized the government in states where they control, and they've weaponized the federal government.
00:29:51.680 And they think that somehow or another that's going to help them win.
00:29:56.760 I don't think so.
00:29:57.640 I think this wakes America up.
00:29:59.400 Well, and keep in mind, this is a violation of state tax law and a violation of federal tax law.
00:30:07.460 So if nothing is done to them for this, where will they go next?
00:30:13.300 I mean, at some point, something has to give.
00:30:15.940 And every conservative out there who has complained about the Biden administration, complained about these liberal attorney generals who are getting involved in things to hurt conservatives, everyone, don't complain about it.
00:30:28.420 Do something about it.
00:30:29.320 We need you to go to StandForAmerica.com.
00:30:31.660 We need your voices to be loud.
00:30:33.520 And we need to let them know we are fighting fire with fire.
00:30:37.480 And I think that's something that Republicans have not done well.
00:30:40.500 It is time to turn the corner on that, because if they can do this to us, they can do this to everyone else.
00:30:47.100 And rule of law matters.
00:30:48.820 It matters.
00:30:49.820 And the Democrats have decided they're going to break it anyway if it fits their narrative.
00:30:54.180 We've got to make them be held accountable for this.
00:30:56.540 I have, you know, this is one of my complaints with the Republicans that are currently in office, and not all of them, obviously, but the people like Mitch McConnell.
00:31:05.860 I don't even know what they're running on.
00:31:08.440 I mean, I think they're just running on we're not those guys.
00:31:10.980 I think that's what Mitch McConnell's plan is.
00:31:14.720 Well, and, you know, I'll tell you, if you're tired, you need to leave.
00:31:17.880 That's why I'm such a fan of term limits.
00:31:19.700 But if you're going to represent the people, you have to be willing to do the things that are uncomfortable to do.
00:31:26.480 You have to be willing to go into the fight and say, we're going to fight for freedom.
00:31:29.920 We're going to fight for the rule of law.
00:31:31.700 We're going to fight to get our country back.
00:31:33.860 And we're not going to stop until it happens.
00:31:35.820 And when the Democrats play dirty, guess what?
00:31:38.360 That's politics.
00:31:39.200 You play dirty right back with them.
00:31:41.100 What do you do it?
00:31:43.920 Legal fight dirty legally fight strong.
00:31:47.700 Yeah.
00:31:48.280 You know, I mean, look, I went up against China and Russia at the United Nations.
00:31:52.600 Wasn't easy.
00:31:53.660 It wasn't always nice.
00:31:54.860 But you do it because, you know, you're fighting for good.
00:31:57.400 You're fighting for the right thing.
00:31:58.660 You're fighting for truth.
00:31:59.780 You're fighting for a better way.
00:32:02.000 And that's what this is about.
00:32:03.600 Republicans, their policies lift up everyone, not just a small group of people.
00:32:09.580 They lift up everyone.
00:32:11.160 And that's why we fight as hard as we do.
00:32:13.660 Democrats don't like it because, believe it or not, they fight for elitists.
00:32:17.580 They fight for lining their own pockets.
00:32:19.700 They fight in a way that's corrupt just to fit their narrative.
00:32:23.580 And we're calling them out on the fact that they're not doing that.
00:32:26.440 Don't tell me that minorities are incapable of getting an ID to go vote.
00:32:30.700 They're perfectly capable.
00:32:32.140 Yes, we call them out when they're against voter ID.
00:32:34.820 Don't tell me that parents are incapable of picking the school that their children should go to.
00:32:39.280 We call them out when they're against school choice.
00:32:41.860 Don't tell them they're being fair when they're taking, you know, students who didn't go to people who didn't go to college and telling them, oh, now you have to pay for those that did go to college.
00:32:50.680 It's wrong. It's criminal.
00:32:52.760 And so, yes, we call them out, but we call them out because that's the truth.
00:32:56.780 And that's what I've always done is fight for the truth.
00:32:59.060 And that's why we're going to fight for it again on this, because we will not be intimidated.
00:33:03.140 We will not be bullied.
00:33:04.460 And every conservative out there, don't complain about it.
00:33:07.640 Do something about it.
00:33:08.440 We all need to be united in that.
00:33:11.060 Nikki Haley, former ambassador to the U.N. and governor.
00:33:15.460 Erin, you were a Tea Party candidate, if I'm not mistaken.
00:33:18.560 I was, yes.
00:33:19.180 Do you sense this is a wave election like it was with the Tea Party?
00:33:26.680 I hope so.
00:33:27.840 You know, three months ago, I would have told you yes.
00:33:30.280 Four months ago, I would have told you yes.
00:33:31.920 It feels shaky now.
00:33:33.240 I know we're going to win the House.
00:33:35.760 The Senate is going to be iffy.
00:33:37.980 I'm going to try as hard as I can.
00:33:39.680 I'm out there.
00:33:40.820 We have endorsed 50 candidates.
00:33:42.100 We're going to be all over the country, September and October, helping these people get over
00:33:45.740 the finish line.
00:33:47.200 But it's going to take all of us to do this.
00:33:49.200 It's really that important.
00:33:50.920 And what I don't want to see and what we're seeing is Republicans are, you know, you hear
00:33:55.040 the media saying, oh, but this isn't a good candidate or that's not a good candidate.
00:33:59.180 You know what?
00:33:59.560 Every one of our Republican candidates is better than the Democrats.
00:34:02.600 Yes, exactly right.
00:34:04.020 And we have to fight for that.
00:34:04.740 Exactly right.
00:34:05.500 We have to fight for that.
00:34:06.300 So we'll be there for Herschel Walker.
00:34:08.280 We're going to be there for Dr. Oz.
00:34:09.780 We're there for Sarah Palin.
00:34:11.120 We're going to continue to be there for all of these conservatives, because honestly,
00:34:15.020 we need their voice.
00:34:16.440 We do.
00:34:16.820 We need their fight.
00:34:17.980 We do.
00:34:18.340 And I'm going to be there to fight with them.
00:34:20.460 Nikki, thank you very much.
00:34:21.480 Nikki Haley.
00:34:22.760 She is the founder of Stand for America.
00:34:25.860 You can find more information and join the fight at Stand for America dot com.
00:34:31.640 I'm assuming you don't have to see the guy standing on the street corner with a sandwich
00:34:34.780 board that says end of the world is near to know that things are kind of in rough shape
00:34:39.720 right now.
00:34:41.120 If you haven't given any thought to preparing for bad situations.
00:34:46.640 Now might be a good time.
00:34:48.340 I mean, just my Patriot supply can help you with that right now.
00:34:52.460 My Patriot supply is taking two hundred fifty dollars off the three month emergency food
00:34:56.440 kit.
00:34:56.800 It's the lowest price since twenty nineteen.
00:34:59.620 Unlike a lot of companies out there, my Patriot supply is fighting for you and they want
00:35:04.600 you and your family to be well prepared.
00:35:06.760 No matter what happens, I've been stocking up on my Patriot food for well, I was.
00:35:14.520 And then I had that horrible boating accident.
00:35:17.900 Oh, yeah.
00:35:18.380 Yeah.
00:35:18.520 And some of it was just sucked into space.
00:35:21.000 It was so weird.
00:35:22.180 It happens happens to a lot of weird and I'm going to miss it because it was delicious
00:35:27.460 and well, but now I can go and I can get it at even a better price because I can save two
00:35:32.440 hundred fifty dollars today by going to prepare with Glenn dot com.
00:35:36.720 That's prepare with Glenn dot com.
00:35:39.080 Save two hundred and fifty dollars.
00:35:40.800 Now, and there are a three month emergency food kit.
00:35:43.720 Mine was sucked into space.
00:35:45.500 Yours will come in an unmarked box.
00:35:48.980 I don't know why I have some more prepare with Glenn dot com.
00:35:52.500 That's prepare with Glenn dot com.
00:35:56.560 The Glenn back program.
00:35:58.120 Rob Schneider called me last night and he was like, man, you say you love America and
00:36:24.020 the left just hammers you to death.
00:36:25.980 I know a lot of attention on that podcast.
00:36:28.580 A lot of people talking about it.
00:36:30.060 We'll get to that a little later on in the program.
00:36:32.180 But if you miss the podcast with Rob Schneider, it was so good and so sincere.
00:36:36.780 At one point, he's talking about where we have to go and how we have to return to love
00:36:42.300 and, you know, God and everything else.
00:36:44.600 And he breaks down and cries.
00:36:46.040 I mean, it is really a powerful interview and very funny.
00:36:50.260 Rob Schneider, the podcast from you can find it on YouTube or Blaze or wherever you get
00:36:54.240 your podcast from Saturday.
00:36:55.280 Now he's doing that after you made it cool.
00:36:59.960 Now he's crying.
00:37:01.020 It is so cool.
00:37:02.020 It is so cool.
00:37:03.140 Can we talk about what Nikki Haley was talking about at the end?
00:37:06.380 Because this is a big narrative in the media right now that the left has this incredible
00:37:10.960 momentum in this election.
00:37:12.180 It's all turning around.
00:37:13.280 The Republicans look like they were going to win.
00:37:15.000 It's it's not true.
00:37:16.880 Yeah.
00:37:17.100 I mean, you know, there's there's not no evidence of this.
00:37:20.600 Correct.
00:37:20.860 Right.
00:37:21.020 Like Biden's approval rating has bounced back a few points.
00:37:24.380 A couple of these special elections have leaned more Democrat than you might have expected.
00:37:29.080 But a special election stuff.
00:37:30.600 It's you know, there's not a huge turnout for it.
00:37:32.680 People are not focused on the election.
00:37:34.560 It's a localized situation.
00:37:36.300 It's not nothing.
00:37:38.820 But it's those couple of data points do exist.
00:37:42.060 But I mean, we've been talking about these Senate races for a while, really before a lot
00:37:46.840 of other people have been talking about.
00:37:48.500 We've been talking about the Herschel Walker race with Raphael Warnock, where Walker has
00:37:53.620 been typically three, four points behind in that race.
00:37:57.760 There's now two polls out over the last couple of days where he's leading.
00:38:01.760 OK.
00:38:02.540 All right.
00:38:02.840 That's good.
00:38:03.640 And so, you know, this normally happens the closer you get to a race.
00:38:07.540 We're early on this.
00:38:08.840 I've said this.
00:38:09.420 But it looks like you're the polls are starting to tighten.
00:38:12.360 Yeah, I've said like October, early October is when I really expected some of these races
00:38:17.580 to start tightening, and it seems like it's already happening.
00:38:20.760 The Blake Masters race was an eight to ten point race.
00:38:23.820 Now the latest poll has him down four.
00:38:26.900 That's momentum to the conservative side.
00:38:29.720 Dr. Oz, there was a poll two weeks ago that had him down 16 points.
00:38:34.880 There was another one that had him down 13 points, another one that had him down 11 points.
00:38:38.620 The last couple of polls have him, I think, four down four and five.
00:38:43.100 Which, again, that doesn't...
00:38:44.740 These are all within striking distance.
00:38:46.560 All within striking distance.
00:38:47.280 All of them.
00:38:48.000 Eric Schmidt in Missouri, who we, you know, one of our favorite candidates out there, is
00:38:53.080 up double digits.
00:38:55.340 You know, these are...
00:38:56.940 This is just a sampling, right?
00:38:58.300 I mean, but there's not a lot of bad news.
00:39:00.620 The Ron Johnson race in Wisconsin, which had showed him down five or six points, now has
00:39:06.120 him down two.
00:39:07.400 Now look, Johnson should win that race.
00:39:10.140 And if there's any place where you can make the argument that polling has sucked over
00:39:13.820 the past couple of cycles, it's been there.
00:39:15.560 So you could make the argument that maybe he's even leading that race because the polling
00:39:21.120 has just not worked in Wisconsin at all.
00:39:22.680 But you look across the board, I don't see this panic.
00:39:28.620 I don't understand why...
00:39:30.820 It's like, they want to set this narrative.
00:39:33.260 Yeah, they do.
00:39:33.820 They want to set this narrative that, number one, this is turning towards Democrats.
00:39:37.360 They've got all this momentum.
00:39:38.340 Everyone get on board.
00:39:39.340 And number two, they really want to paint the picture that the reason this is happening...
00:39:45.420 Is because of abortion.
00:39:46.120 Is because of abortion.
00:39:47.000 And if you're against abortion, you're going to get punished politically.
00:39:51.680 They want to set that dynamic up.
00:39:53.380 So Republicans next time are like, look, I can't do anything about abortion because look
00:39:57.200 what happened last time.
00:39:58.360 We had this wave election going and then the Democrats wound up winning because of the
00:40:02.320 abortion thing.
00:40:02.960 That's what they want Republicans to think about.
00:40:05.180 Correct.
00:40:05.320 And first of all, look, we're talking about millions of lives here.
00:40:09.460 So you want to throw away...
00:40:10.780 If you have to throw away a couple of midterm elections to get that done, I'm completely fine
00:40:14.780 with it.
00:40:15.100 If that were true, I would take the deal.
00:40:17.360 I just don't think it is.
00:40:18.460 No, I don't either.
00:40:19.120 I don't think that's how this is going to end up.
00:40:20.040 I don't think they vote that way.
00:40:21.040 I just don't think they vote that way.
00:40:22.900 And when you actually have Joe Biden out campaigning for you in Pennsylvania, that's not good.
00:40:30.980 That's just not a good sign.
00:40:32.460 No.
00:40:33.060 It's not a good sign.
00:40:34.940 But don't believe what you're hearing.
00:40:38.460 They're trying to beat you down and discourage you.
00:40:40.980 Just know that.
00:40:42.380 Know that.
00:40:43.000 Their agenda is not the truth.
00:40:46.580 The truth has no agenda.
00:40:49.320 So live there in the truth.
00:40:51.660 But you should be optimistic as long as you're doing everything you can.
00:40:56.280 Make sure you're doing everything that you can to get out to vote, to spread the word,
00:41:02.140 to get other people out to vote.
00:41:03.980 Because the government is doing that this time.
00:41:09.500 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:41:11.280 Home title theft is another one to add to the list, unfortunately.
00:41:13.940 It's a growing crime.
00:41:14.960 If you take steps to protect yourself, however, you can avoid worrying about it.
00:41:19.080 And if you go to Home Title Lock, this is the easiest way to do it.
00:41:22.860 You just go to HomeTitleLock.com and simply enter your address.
00:41:26.040 It's a free, no obligation home title scan.
00:41:28.660 They'll look at your title and say, okay, someone's screwing with your title or hopefully you're in the clear.
00:41:32.940 And then you can protect yourself going forward with Home Title Lock.
00:41:36.920 Because if they access your title, they can forge their name.
00:41:40.300 They can borrow against your equity.
00:41:42.720 You don't want this to happen to you.
00:41:44.300 Stop it before it starts with Home Title Lock.
00:41:46.680 HomeTitleLock.com.
00:41:47.760 The code is radio.
00:41:49.080 You can enter your address for the free, no obligation home title scan.
00:41:52.160 It's a $100 value.
00:41:53.520 It's free right now.
00:41:54.580 If you go to HomeTitleLock.com.
00:41:56.320 Code is radio.
00:41:57.880 HomeTitleLock.com.
00:41:59.120 The code is radio.
00:42:00.680 Speaking of radio, the radio show starts here in just a second.
00:42:03.580 Wow.
00:42:04.200 What a transition.
00:42:05.160 Thank you.
00:42:05.660 Hall of Fame worthy.
00:42:06.720 Not.
00:42:06.920 Got no room to compromise.
00:42:31.320 We got to stand together.
00:42:35.840 It's the goodness of mine.
00:42:40.100 Stand up straight and hold the line.
00:42:45.360 It's a new day.
00:42:47.300 I'm trying to rise.
00:42:51.760 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:42:57.520 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:43:00.180 Well, hello, America.
00:43:04.220 Welcome to the program.
00:43:05.660 This is a program that is trying to challenge you to be better today than you were yesterday.
00:43:12.500 Stronger, more hopeful than you were.
00:43:15.280 Put things into perspective.
00:43:17.120 I have faith.
00:43:17.780 I have hope because I know the truth.
00:43:21.460 I know God is the author of truth, and I know who the author of lies are, and I ain't going to bend to that.
00:43:28.640 We have to pick a badge of merit winner, and we ask you to do that at Glenn Beck.com.
00:43:33.960 This week, we're looking at three people.
00:43:37.060 Dana, she runs a nonprofit for children in foster care.
00:43:40.680 The toughest cases, she adopts herself.
00:43:43.620 She's amazing.
00:43:45.180 Francine is our candidate number two.
00:43:47.780 Francine comforts the elderly in their final hours, even when her coworkers are ignoring them.
00:43:53.740 And finally, Michael was nominated by his children for his commitment to being a strong role model for boys who don't have one.
00:44:02.380 You can read the entire nomination, the full stories of these amazing people at glennbeck.com, and make sure you vote.
00:44:09.640 We give that away tomorrow.
00:44:11.420 All right, the FBI.
00:44:12.760 Boy, they have their hands full.
00:44:14.500 Diaries, laptops, crack cocaine, hookers, and those evil terrorist parents that are standing up at school board meetings.
00:44:26.640 What is a modern-day FBI to do?
00:44:30.120 We're going to talk about some of those scandals and any progress on them with Peter Schweizer next.
00:44:39.360 You know the pain you've been living with?
00:44:41.980 Yeah, that pain.
00:44:43.620 And despite all your efforts down through the years, you just haven't been able to get rid of it.
00:44:48.200 I know what it feels like.
00:44:51.480 What if I told you out there something out there that might, maybe a 70% chance, would help you get rid of the pain?
00:44:58.900 It's called relief factor, and it helped me get my life back.
00:45:02.520 I started taking it, and three weeks later, I'm telling myself, no, it's a coincidence that I'm taking this, and I'm starting to feel better.
00:45:11.880 I was starting to feel better when I stopped taking it after the third week.
00:45:15.900 I felt, oh, how much it had already helped, and it just got better and better and better.
00:45:21.740 Try the three-week quick start.
00:45:23.500 Develop just for you at $19.95 a day.
00:45:26.180 It's a trial pack.
00:45:27.400 Hundreds of thousands of people have ordered Relief Factor, and about 70% of them go on to order more.
00:45:32.140 That says everything.
00:45:33.880 ReliefFactor.com.
00:45:35.220 ReliefFactor.com or call 800-4-RELIEF.
00:45:38.420 800-4-RELIEF.
00:45:39.900 1995.
00:45:40.980 ReliefFactor.com.
00:45:42.700 Feel the difference.
00:45:45.700 Oh, man.
00:45:46.480 I am thrilled to have the one and only Peter Swiser on with us.
00:45:52.460 Hello, Peter.
00:45:52.940 How are you?
00:45:54.200 Hey, I'm great, Glenn.
00:45:55.300 Good to be with you as always.
00:45:56.360 Thanks for having me.
00:45:57.000 You bet.
00:45:57.280 You are the president, not that you don't know this, but let me introduce you, the president
00:46:01.640 of the Government Accountability Institute, the author of Red Handed, and the co-host of
00:46:07.300 The Drill Down.
00:46:09.160 Peter, I wanted to talk to you about a couple of things.
00:46:12.100 First of all, have you ever seen anything like what the FBI is currently doing with the
00:46:21.300 National Archives to Donald Trump?
00:46:23.600 Anything like it?
00:46:24.980 No, no, nothing like it.
00:46:26.720 And it's really, truly bizarre, Glenn, because if you look at the issue that is at stake,
00:46:33.260 which is the handling of these classified materials, we had a run at this in 2016 with
00:46:39.720 Hillary Clinton.
00:46:40.920 And, you know, it's worthwhile remembering some of the details.
00:46:44.100 I mean, let's remember, she had this server that was not authorized, not even known by federal
00:46:50.240 security officials.
00:46:51.180 She was found to be storing dozens of top secret and other secret materials on that server.
00:46:59.680 They didn't know about it.
00:47:01.000 When they discovered it, she had her lawyers go through and delete the emails that she felt
00:47:09.060 should be deleted.
00:47:09.900 The FBI concluded that her server had been penetrated by a foreign intelligence service.
00:47:16.400 And then she destroyed the phones that she had been given as secretary of state.
00:47:22.460 That is all very consistent in the sense of the issue of what we're dealing with Donald
00:47:29.160 Trump, which is the National Archives claiming that these materials, it's not being handled
00:47:34.400 properly.
00:47:35.040 But instead of handling it the way that they did with Hillary Clinton, which is to engage
00:47:39.820 with their lawyers, try to work it out.
00:47:41.540 Of course, they let her get away with a lot of stuff.
00:47:44.740 That's not what they did here.
00:47:46.140 They were engaged with with Donald Trump's lawyers, and then they conducted this raid.
00:47:51.580 And it's important to point out, by the way, Glenn, that the Department of Justice and FBI
00:47:55.540 have always had kind of a policy as it relates to election years and not taking sort of deep,
00:48:01.840 provocative actions, you know, 90 days or so before an election.
00:48:06.440 They certainly did it in the case of the raid on Donald Trump.
00:48:09.680 It was very visible.
00:48:10.780 It was very clear cut.
00:48:12.140 What do you think this is about, Peter?
00:48:14.100 What do you think this is really about?
00:48:16.340 I think it's about a combination of things.
00:48:18.300 I think, number one, there's no question that there are certain elements of the FBI, particularly
00:48:25.200 at the Washington headquarters, that are smarting at how it was revealed.
00:48:31.840 That they sort of jerry-rigged the Russiagate investigation.
00:48:36.760 I mean, remember the revelations.
00:48:38.060 You've talked about them regularly.
00:48:39.920 The misconduct by senior FBI officials.
00:48:43.480 First, you have Peter Strzok making all those comments to his lover about Donald Trump and
00:48:49.900 his despising of Donald Trump and his supporters.
00:48:52.940 Then you have documents that go to the FISA court that have been altered.
00:48:57.080 Then you have clear evidence the procedures won't be followed.
00:48:59.340 That's deeply embarrassing to a law enforcement agency like the FBI that is supposed to be
00:49:05.320 all about process.
00:49:07.400 They have a process to deal with every investigation.
00:49:10.520 They did not follow it.
00:49:12.280 And then they tried to cover it up.
00:49:13.960 That is institutionally embarrassing, particularly to FBI senior officials who've been there for
00:49:18.960 25, 30 years and were running the show at the time.
00:49:22.620 So I think that is the component of it.
00:49:24.540 I also think more broadly speaking, there's just a lot of institutions in Washington, D.C.,
00:49:31.200 apparently including now the National Archives, that don't like Donald Trump.
00:49:35.780 And they have a separate set of rules for him than they do for people like Hillary Clinton.
00:49:41.500 And here's the problem, Glenn.
00:49:42.800 You're a student of history.
00:49:43.980 You can probably expound on this better than I can.
00:49:46.240 If you look at the decline of civilizations or if you look at the loss of freedom in countries,
00:49:52.960 absolutely elections are important.
00:49:55.280 Even more important is when the judicial system favors certain people and is used to go after
00:50:02.500 other people.
00:50:03.360 When you undermine the judicial system in that way, you are in a very, very precarious situation.
00:50:10.100 Well, when when you when you pack a court, that's the end.
00:50:14.840 There's no country that has ever recovered from packing of the court.
00:50:19.320 But we are approaching everything else in our judicial system.
00:50:23.880 It is it's becoming just quite amazing.
00:50:27.980 Let me ask you, Fauci just was just said, I'm going to leave before January.
00:50:34.940 Perry, I think, hoping that, you know, since the Republicans are going to have the call
00:50:39.180 to, you know, have a power to call a committee together and look into Fauci and others that
00:50:44.420 he was like, I'm what I'm I'm on a beach someplace.
00:50:48.100 I don't think that's going to work.
00:50:50.000 I hope it doesn't.
00:50:51.200 I hope they they get him if he was lying.
00:50:53.640 I want to get to the bottom of it.
00:50:56.320 Absolutely.
00:50:56.720 But do you think that what we know about Hunter Biden, do you think people like Mitt
00:51:04.600 Romney and you would get anybody if you won the Senate and the House decided to go with
00:51:10.500 impeachment just based on the things that we know, do you think there is more to be
00:51:16.540 found there and it would be enough to impeach Joe Biden?
00:51:21.820 Yes, I think it would.
00:51:23.660 And here's the interesting thing.
00:51:25.620 Wait, wait, not just to wait, wait, I do want to make sure I'm clear on this, not just
00:51:29.520 impeach, but remove.
00:51:33.260 That's another question.
00:51:35.100 I do think I do think that the evidence is clearly there.
00:51:40.640 And I think what if we have these hearings in the House with Hunter Biden and by the way,
00:51:46.260 it's interesting to know, Glenn, the left, I think, overreached, as they often do, because
00:51:51.560 remember, there was an individual named Steve Bannon who was just charged with contempt of
00:51:57.700 Congress.
00:51:58.460 So what happens when the House calls Hunter Biden next year and he refuses to show up?
00:52:05.200 I mean, you've got a problem there if you are on the political left.
00:52:09.400 But my view is this has always been not a story about the hookers, about the cocaine, about
00:52:15.320 the drug abuse.
00:52:16.960 And it's not even been a story just about Ukraine and Russia.
00:52:20.800 For me, it's always been about espionage and about the fact that Chinese intelligence has
00:52:27.880 their claws into this family.
00:52:29.380 And all you have to do is look at, very simply, the four businessmen that Hunter Biden received
00:52:34.560 tens of millions of dollars from in China.
00:52:36.660 They're all directly linked to the highest levels of Chinese intelligence.
00:52:40.580 And that ain't a coincidence.
00:52:43.580 And by the way, it would have been pretty easy for Hunter Biden to discover who these
00:52:48.840 individuals are.
00:52:49.820 We were able to do it based on public records.
00:52:51.920 He could have done the same thing.
00:52:53.600 So the point is, that puts it into a different category.
00:52:56.700 The problem that you have with elected officials like Mitt Romney is they really do view high
00:53:04.880 elected office as a club.
00:53:06.980 And I understand, Glenn, you want to have camaraderie, right?
00:53:09.860 You want to try to get along with people.
00:53:11.800 You want to try to have a sense of common purpose.
00:53:14.160 But you can't gloss over major crimes and major security threats.
00:53:20.040 That club thing is ridiculous.
00:53:22.120 So if Rush Limbaugh would have been corrupt and doing all kinds of things that would hurt
00:53:28.820 our country, every talk radio host in America would have turned on him.
00:53:33.620 Would have turned on him.
00:53:34.280 Yeah.
00:53:34.520 And the reason is, by the way, is because by him doing that, it would have been horrible
00:53:39.180 for the club.
00:53:40.060 Exactly right.
00:53:41.860 That's the way that Mitt Romney, unfortunately, does not see it.
00:53:47.540 So, yes, I do believe that there's going to be grounds there.
00:53:50.920 I think for Anthony Fauci, the question, and I talked about this a little bit in Red Handed,
00:53:56.980 let's just try to get to the bottom of this question of where this virus that shut down
00:54:02.440 our country, that killed a million people, where it actually came from.
00:54:06.380 And what we know for a fact is that Fauci, very early on, immediately jumped in, not as
00:54:13.500 a scientist or as a medical professional, they wouldn't do that, as a bureaucrat, and
00:54:18.980 immediately declared, no, no, no, this had to be naturally occurring.
00:54:23.040 This is not allowed.
00:54:24.220 I mean, he immediately killed that.
00:54:26.480 He needs to stand before the American people and explain why.
00:54:30.060 Because here's a guy who has declared himself as science.
00:54:33.760 So you explain to us why.
00:54:35.840 And we need to get to the origins of this to this point right now here today, Glenn, as
00:54:41.420 we are talking, going back to 2020 when the virus started, there has not been a single
00:54:47.040 congressional hearing in the House of Representatives on the origins of the COVID virus.
00:54:52.800 There hasn't been one in the Senate either.
00:54:54.860 That is shocking to me, shocking to me.
00:54:58.200 If you view this as a war, almost a million Americans have died.
00:55:02.300 We've had this huge damage to our civil liberties and to our economy.
00:55:06.460 And nobody in responsibility in Washington wants to know how this war started or who's
00:55:12.420 responsible.
00:55:13.500 It's ridiculous.
00:55:14.440 So I hope they make that a priority.
00:55:17.000 And Anthony Fauci needs to answer questions under oath, not rushed, not with a five minute
00:55:22.560 rule, but very specific questions he needs to answer about why he tried to cover this up.
00:55:28.580 Because you'll notice, Glenn, the conversation is shifting.
00:55:31.220 A lot of people are coming out of the woodwork now and saying there is mounting evidence
00:55:36.280 that we've talked about all along that this was manmade and created in a lab.
00:55:41.900 More with Peter Swiser here in just a second.
00:55:44.920 If you haven't read Red Handed, you need to.
00:55:48.560 All of the people in Washington that are just taking money from our enemies, it needs to be
00:55:54.900 stopped.
00:55:55.560 We'll talk to Peter Swiser a little bit more.
00:55:57.200 I've got two questions on Joe Biden that I think are disturbing coming up in just a second.
00:56:01.640 American Financing, NMLS 182334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
00:56:07.800 So there's a lot more to a mortgage refinance than just a lower rate.
00:56:11.000 It is an opportunity to access your home's equity.
00:56:15.580 Now, you have probably more equity in it than you had three years ago.
00:56:21.320 And that equity is going to go down as your home price falls down.
00:56:24.840 Now, this can be used to fund home improvements.
00:56:28.680 I would really recommend you pay off any high interest credit cards before the rates rise
00:56:34.140 yet again and they're going to continue to go up.
00:56:36.680 All of these things are possible when you give American Financing a call.
00:56:41.020 Please call them.
00:56:42.120 American Financing, it's a family run, you know, family values kind of company.
00:56:47.200 I've been in business with them for probably 15 years.
00:56:49.720 American Financing will do right by you and they don't take kickbacks from the banks and
00:56:54.500 all of the people that are on the team that are going to answer your phone call.
00:56:59.280 They're not, they're salaried.
00:57:00.780 Nobody gets bonuses for getting a new person on the line.
00:57:06.520 So call 800-906-2440.
00:57:09.960 They really want to do right by you and put you in a situation to where you can weather the
00:57:14.760 coming storms, 800-906-2440, AmericanFinancing.net.
00:57:20.100 10 seconds, Station ID.
00:57:31.500 So, Peter, I find it amazing that we haven't had time to look into, you know, the laptop
00:57:40.420 of Hunter Biden.
00:57:41.520 FBI just has not had the time to do that.
00:57:44.180 They haven't had the time to finish the Durham report.
00:57:48.640 And yet, boy, they arrested a couple of people who were accused of stealing Joe Biden's daughter's
00:57:56.680 diary, which they said wasn't real for a very long time.
00:58:00.940 And I'm all for putting people in jail who stole something.
00:58:04.220 They shouldn't have stolen it.
00:58:05.920 However, that is disturbing if you know what was inside of that diary.
00:58:10.460 Yeah, and look, I mean, nobody obviously knows exactly, you know, if this is her diary.
00:58:18.080 I mean, I haven't done any forensic work on it.
00:58:19.900 Maybe other people have.
00:58:21.060 But again, it goes back to this larger issue, Glenn, which is he's president of the United
00:58:26.600 States.
00:58:27.360 His family is engaged in these financial relationships with Chinese officials who are linked to the
00:58:34.340 CCP.
00:58:35.160 And now there is a document floating around that may or may not be accurate that apparently
00:58:40.340 has some very salacious, damaging things to Joe Biden.
00:58:45.260 Yeah.
00:58:46.100 Or, you know, are foreign intelligence agencies aware of this?
00:58:50.220 Do they have copies of this?
00:58:52.040 Has this been used as leverage against Joe Biden?
00:58:54.700 I mean, these are the kinds of questions that used to be asked during the Cold War.
00:59:00.160 You know, we have an entire counterintelligence apparatus that is supposed to look into this
00:59:04.480 stuff and explore it.
00:59:06.540 And yet it's sort of head in the sand kind of mindset in Washington, D.C.
00:59:11.400 It doesn't matter what the vulnerabilities or the possible points of leverage that foreign
00:59:18.460 intelligence services have on this president.
00:59:20.560 We're just going to pretend they don't exist.
00:59:23.200 And that's the part that is truly shocking to me.
00:59:26.340 And you're quite right.
00:59:27.640 The priorities of the FBI when it comes to these issues, I know for a fact, because it's
00:59:34.540 been reported back in 2020 that Tony Bobulinski shared his materials with the FBI.
00:59:41.640 There's no evidence.
00:59:43.060 And I have it on pretty good authority that nothing has been done with that material.
00:59:47.640 And now you have this FBI official who reportedly the whistleblowers identified as slow walking
00:59:54.360 or suppressing the investigation of Hunter Biden.
00:59:57.360 The reporting's been, Glenn, is that he resigned and he's retiring and he's getting his pension.
01:00:02.460 I mean, you know, that's that's it is sick.
01:00:05.500 What's going on?
01:00:06.240 It is really sick.
01:00:07.660 What's going on?
01:00:08.760 And could I mention a name that nobody's heard for a while?
01:00:12.940 Durham.
01:00:14.080 Where the hell is the Durham report?
01:00:15.960 Yeah, the Durham report and also the Hunter Biden grand jury.
01:00:20.860 And, you know, what what could be going on is, again, they violated it, you know, in blazing
01:00:27.700 glory with the Trump raid.
01:00:29.680 But the DOJ has had this policy that, you know, 90 days or so before an election, you're
01:00:36.200 not going to come out with something that that may be what's going on with the grand jury,
01:00:41.040 because I do have some people that are aware of what's going on.
01:00:45.260 And that seems to be there's been a lot of activity.
01:00:47.680 They're kind of quieting things down.
01:00:49.900 But again, what people are looking for, Glenn, is consistency.
01:00:53.820 If you're going to have a 90 day rule, it should apply to a grand jury.
01:00:57.960 It should apply to the Durham investigation.
01:00:59.640 It should also apply to major FBI operations where they show up with guns and the media's
01:01:08.420 presence in these dramatic raids.
01:01:10.900 And it's the inconsistency, the fact that the different rules apply to different people
01:01:16.060 in the same circumstances, which is, I think, what has angered people the most and has made
01:01:22.460 people very distraught about the course that our country has now been on for a while.
01:01:27.120 With the amount of money that our government is spending now, Peter, and I know this is
01:01:31.760 really what you've been this what started you on so many of these journeys was the waste
01:01:40.460 and the corruption of our public funds.
01:01:44.640 I really think when somebody looks into all the connections and where our money has gone
01:01:50.420 in Ukraine, my gut tells me it is a massive scandal waiting to be uncovered.
01:01:57.940 Yeah.
01:01:58.660 But with the amount of money that we're spending, the amount of money that can be being funneled
01:02:08.140 into dark kinds of things is astounding.
01:02:12.640 It is.
01:02:13.700 There are numbers with lots of zeros at the end.
01:02:17.240 Lots more zeros than you and I are ever going to see or that a large number of people in Texas
01:02:22.760 together are ever going to see.
01:02:25.060 Yeah, it's a huge problem.
01:02:26.580 And look, when it comes to Ukraine, in my mind, it's really possible to believe two things
01:02:33.380 at the same time.
01:02:34.360 Number one, Vladimir Putin is an aggressor that has moved into neighboring Ukraine.
01:02:39.380 He's created this humanitarian crisis.
01:02:41.940 And number two, the Ukrainian government is corrupt.
01:02:45.000 And we are going to pour billions of dollars in there that is going to end up in overseas
01:02:49.640 accounts.
01:02:50.640 We know Zelensky has already done this.
01:02:52.740 This has been done by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists.
01:02:57.540 They got access to overseas bank accounts that government officials have had that have been
01:03:02.920 arranged through shell companies.
01:03:04.700 Zelensky had some of those.
01:03:06.060 We know that the people that backed Zelensky coming to power, particularly an oligarch named
01:03:11.680 Kolomoisky, is deeply corrupt and has been implicated in siphoning off billions of dollars
01:03:18.740 in the USA.
01:03:19.640 So what you're saying is already happening, and it's a tragedy.
01:03:24.000 Peter Swiser, thank you so much.
01:03:25.540 We'll talk to you again.
01:03:26.960 PeterSwiser.com and grab his book, Red Handed, or listen to the podcast, The Drill Down.
01:03:35.500 Peter Swiser, back in a minute.
01:03:37.860 The Glenn Beck Program.
01:03:41.760 How would you like to take, I don't know, 10, 15 years off of your appearance and without
01:03:46.760 having to go under the knife and get work done to accomplish it?
01:03:49.860 That's what people report when they use GenuCell products.
01:03:53.180 Now, I've been talking to you about GenuCell for years, and that's because it really works.
01:03:57.620 My wife and my mom both use GenuCell.
01:04:00.060 They love it.
01:04:00.660 We give it for gifts all the time.
01:04:01.980 People love GenuCell.
01:04:03.240 It's the best in skincare.
01:04:04.260 And if you're dealing with those crow's feet around the eyes or maybe a little of
01:04:08.120 the old turkey neck, it might be time for you to give GenuCell a try today.

01:04:54.280 Boy, America, you need to know the truth on how oppressed Lizzo really is.
01:05:00.160 She's very oppressed.
01:05:02.000 And I'm going to expose that oppression next.
01:05:05.220 Now, not everybody is up on their Lizzo rap, if you will, but I, I'm, you know, I'm from
01:05:24.140 the mean, I'm from the mean streets, just, just west of Southlake, which is weird west
01:05:31.580 of Southlake.
01:05:32.140 What's that, but it's, they're mean streets, mean, mean, mean streets, ugly.
01:05:37.760 And, uh, I have to tell you, you gotta be a hardened criminal to survive out there.
01:05:43.080 Wow.
01:05:43.620 You ain't kidding.
01:05:44.500 Uh, and everybody's all up in everybody's physical, physical, all up in that area, in
01:05:52.040 that entire vicinity, worried about the oppression of Lizzo.
01:05:56.640 You know, you know, she just won a, I don't know, MTV music award, which who knew that
01:06:01.480 was still something.
01:06:03.100 Uh, and, uh, she's, uh, she's won that music award and immediately.
01:06:08.520 She looked great too.
01:06:09.300 Oh, she did.
01:06:10.460 Wow.
01:06:10.600 Man, I can understand why she's a big celebrity.
01:06:13.580 She is a big celebrity.
01:06:15.660 Huge.
01:06:16.260 Huge one.
01:06:16.680 You know, but she's, uh, oppressed.
01:06:18.740 Um, and I just would like to point out to her, you cannot claim oppression if you made
01:06:25.540 money on this.
01:06:28.500 Uh, what a hell my phone, what a hell my phone, what a hell my, what a hell my phone, huh?
01:06:33.760 How I'm supposed to get home, uh, what a hell my phone, what a hell my phone, what a hell
01:06:38.880 my, what a hell my phone.
01:06:40.440 Uh, I mean, she made money on this.
01:06:43.840 How is she supposed to get home without her phone?
01:06:46.680 I mean, how is she supposed to get home without her phone?
01:06:47.880 Well, they found her phone.
01:06:49.160 They found her phone.
01:06:50.280 Yeah, she thought it was, uh, she, they, she actually, it was tragic.
01:06:53.880 they thought it was a tumor there for a while but it had fallen in she it was an old flip phone
01:06:58.560 she lost it years ago and it went into one of the folds of fat along with a cheese sandwich
01:07:04.560 and it just kind of it looked like a tumor but when they removed it they were like ah
01:07:10.000 found your phone so now was that before or after she released the song i hate to think it was an
01:07:15.620 inauthentic no she no she didn't know she didn't know at the time she didn't know you know you
01:07:20.780 don't get warnings like that you know that oh my gosh you have a tumor wait no it's a phone and a
01:07:27.560 cheese sandwich now i will say this uh glenn you you seem to be making some reference to her weight
01:07:33.820 being excessive in some way it's beautiful and i'll first of all we should note that both of us are
01:07:40.340 you know you know adonis type figures and it's difficult for us to understand people who can't
01:07:46.080 control their eating it's i don't i don't remember i do not relate i was sitting on my couch last night
01:07:50.720 having a bag of chips uh and dip and thinking to myself that very thing i i don't understand people
01:07:57.580 who can't control their eating it's kind of disgusting to me you know as a person with such
01:08:02.220 immense self-control i i find it personally revolting yeah to see people who are even the
01:08:09.340 slightest bit overweight me too i don't i just i just don't understand it i hate it but uh i am told
01:08:14.880 that lizzo does work out she she teaches a peloton class she teaches teaches a peloton class
01:08:21.760 now if you remember there was the wow i did not think that metal was that strong i really didn't
01:08:28.140 right and this is first of all should be a commercial for peloton you say hey right if
01:08:32.260 they ran the commercials and said hey lizzo teaches a class it holds her up right it's obviously very
01:08:37.960 sturdy that would be a good ad campaign where's the seat go that's that's let's move on let me go
01:08:44.860 i think we should note that remember peloton got criticized because they put a very attractive
01:08:50.600 woman on a bike yeah and she was she was uh she got it as a present and they and everyone criticized
01:08:58.480 them for that and no one criticized them for for having lizzo teach classes could it possibly be that
01:09:05.900 this is part of the reason their stock is down 85 yes because there there you go thank you for making
01:09:13.000 the point oppression oppression let me go to justin haskins who is joining us he is the co-author of
01:09:19.780 the great book still available called the great reset he's also the heartland institute editorial
01:09:25.880 director and stopping socialism.com and he has been working uh with several teams around the country
01:09:31.760 uh trying to stop esg um there is some new research out that is really quite disturbing
01:09:40.860 uh about our public pension funds and we welcome justin now hi justin hi glenn how are you good
01:09:49.140 well i'm you know i haven't lost a phone and a cheese sandwich in any of my folds lately so
01:09:53.120 i'm pretty good no you know i just i just gotta say this whole lead-in to this esg pension discussion
01:09:59.580 featuring lizzo yeah is uh i've never had that happen before this is a radio hall of famer
01:10:05.780 exactly right exactly right a lot of the audience goes for uh you know chiropractic adjustments from
01:10:12.680 the whiplash that they get on this program um anyway so tell me what is what's happening with
01:10:19.200 the pension funds because we've been worried about uh blackrock and and all of those guys but the
01:10:26.820 pension funds uh are showing something really truly remarkable yeah that's right there is this
01:10:34.080 incredible study put out by morningstar which is a financial services company that actually
01:10:38.780 supports esg so they're not on our side of this issue at all and what they did was they looked at
01:10:44.920 public pension funds those are pension funds that are funded by taxpayers directly or indirectly
01:10:50.180 so if you're listening to the show right now you have contributed very likely you have contributed
01:10:54.760 to one of these pension funds and what they did was they looked to see how these pension funds
01:11:00.440 were voting in esg shareholder resolutions so when companies have an esg resolution that comes up
01:11:09.060 um a corporation uh if you own stock in that company and that includes pension funds you can vote
01:11:16.000 in favor or against these shareholder resolutions and these esg resolutions are usually favoring very
01:11:22.500 far left-wing causes okay uh like battling climate change or misinformation on social media platforms
01:11:29.620 things like that and what they did was they looked at pension funds to see how they were voting and
01:11:34.240 what they found was that in 90 of the vote 90 of the time public pension funds were voting in favor
01:11:42.880 of these esg related resolutions okay now wait a minute i i just i want to put this into perspective here
01:11:49.120 so this is your public pension fund you have any kind of pension that you're getting from the state
01:11:54.960 or whatever a teacher whatever these are your public pension funds they're voting 90 of the time with esg
01:12:03.140 the esg focused funds so the ones where people are like i want esg i'm intentionally putting my money there
01:12:14.080 i believe in all this are only voting with esg standards and all that crap 85 percent 85 percent
01:12:24.860 so your regular pension fund is outdoing the esg funds on esg
01:12:32.520 yeah yeah that that's exactly right and some of the biggest champions of esg that get all of the press
01:12:40.640 and rightly so like black rock and state street global advisors they're at 74 percent and 66 percent
01:12:47.780 respectively for those two uh asset management companies so publicly funded pension funds but from
01:12:53.640 taxpayers are far more likely to support esg than even black rock or state street or like you said an esg
01:13:01.000 fund so and this isn't a small amount of money either in just the states that were covered in the study
01:13:06.760 which are not all the states because of availability of data it was 14 million workers covered through
01:13:13.020 these pension funds with 3.4 trillion trillion with a t assets under management so they're using
01:13:20.300 trillions of dollars in assets in order to promote left-wing causes and it's not so brilliant in
01:13:27.640 democrat-run states it's all over the country that this is happening now democratic states are worse
01:13:33.640 their pension funds 98 times out of 100 uh they're voting with esg split state pensions are 85
01:13:42.020 but it only goes to 80 with republican states yeah that's right the red states according to this study
01:13:51.300 are are eight times out of 10 voting in favor of these esg metrics and to give you an example of of an
01:13:59.180 actual shareholder resolution that some of these supposedly freedom champ the champions of freedom are
01:14:05.560 voting in favor of uh in red states there was an esg resolution put up for facebook now meta that was
01:14:13.720 trying to battle misinformation okay and make it extremely difficult for misinformation to be
01:14:22.500 allowed on the platform now of course everything you and i believe glenn is misinformation according
01:14:27.800 to facebook we already know this right so this resolution comes up for a vote and among the many
01:14:34.320 pension funds that voted in favor of this the vast majority of them voted in favor of the many
01:14:39.300 pension funds that voted in favor of this resolution with facebook you had the florida retirement system
01:14:44.940 the employees retirement system of texas the teacher retirement system of texas the ohio public
01:14:51.860 employees retirement system the nebraska investment council the north dakota state investment board
01:14:57.620 etc so in all of these red states some of them deep red states like nebraska north dakota where the you
01:15:05.660 know republicans have a 30 something point advantage in some of these places they are voting in favor of
01:15:11.540 silencing people on facebook think about how insane that is it's and so okay so what do people do about
01:15:19.560 this how do we stop this the all the the primary way to stop it is to get state governments to
01:15:27.280 put policies into place either through executive action or ideally through the state legislature
01:15:33.480 through the legislature please yeah we're not going to promote esg causes in the state using publicly
01:15:40.500 funded dollars it's not going to happen there are but there are several there are many states that
01:15:45.540 does two dozen states or so that have been looking at this issue that are trying to put laws into
01:15:50.520 place uh some places have done some of this like in west virginia i know you've had riley moore on a bunch
01:15:56.780 of times they've done a lot of good stuff there in utah marlo oaks um texas has actually passed
01:16:02.620 a law on this a limited law um and florida recently governor de santis came out and said
01:16:08.800 no more of this in the state of florida we're done doing this in the state of florida he's good
01:16:14.040 he is so good oh he's very good on this issue he's taking the lead on it nationally and that's
01:16:20.060 exactly what we need we need someone like ron de santis taking the lead so that's what needs to
01:16:25.260 happen but it's only happening in a handful of states right now and even in some of those states
01:16:29.480 they're only focused on the e in esg they're only focused on stuff related to energy and oil and
01:16:35.800 natural gas and climate change and all of that stuff and that's important but what about silencing
01:16:40.880 people on facebook where's the law preventing that right states are not doing enough on that issue
01:16:47.400 and that the s and the g is what's going to get the average person i mean the e is going to cause
01:16:54.020 all kinds of energy problems and i mean it is why have you seen what's happening in uh in england
01:17:00.980 with their energy costs you know they didn't take that they didn't take that trump pause uh with the
01:17:07.140 paris accords so they're ahead of us but uh what what's happening over in england is outrageous
01:17:14.620 outrageous and that is going to affect all of us look this will impoverish all of us
01:17:22.240 if your goal your stated goal is you will own nothing by 2030 how are you going to get the western
01:17:32.800 world that was built on ownership how are you going to make that happen in seven years
01:17:40.200 you have to make it so you can't own anything you'll be impoverished you they'll take it from you
01:17:48.260 they'll you'll have to sell stuff they'll sick the irs off onto you you won't have anything left
01:17:55.480 and that's by design it's got to stop it's got to stop yeah without a doubt and the genius of in a
01:18:04.360 very sort of evil maniacal way the genius of the great reset which is what you're describing
01:18:10.240 is that in america and in places where we have constitutional protections in place to prevent the
01:18:16.860 government from doing these kinds of things to us you now have government working hand in hand with
01:18:21.900 private corporations and businesses who are not beholden to those same rules and constitutional
01:18:26.520 guidelines who are now doing the dirty work on behalf of the government in order to limit people's
01:18:32.840 rights and this is stories are coming out about this literally every single day in fact just yesterday
01:18:38.520 on theblaze.com i saw a story just browsing the website i saw a story that was titled new york
01:18:44.300 lawmakers ask mastercard and american express to flag gun store purchases that is the great reset
01:18:50.900 that's what it is they want mastercard and they want american express and other credit card companies
01:18:56.760 and and uh other servicers um to do the dirty work for the government because the government can't get
01:19:03.080 these laws passed it's terrifying um thank you so much uh justin we are making huge inroads on this
01:19:11.460 though don't you think without a doubt we have seen more progress on this issue in the past six
01:19:18.800 probably eight to ten months than we've seen in the previous 20 years yeah it's it's remarkable
01:19:24.680 huge inroads it's remarkable and and much the thanks to uh you and uh the research that uh you did for
01:19:32.540 the book the great reset um great reset is available everywhere it's my latest uh justin is my co-author
01:19:39.600 uh and it is a remarkable look at what is all true by the way we are not even allowed to say the
01:19:48.260 words the great reset on youtube can't say those words mr brilliant radio hall of fame here named his
01:19:55.400 book after it now he can't even say that the title of his own book so here's what i would suggest you
01:20:00.300 get the book while you still can get the book the great reset available everywhere and there you have
01:20:07.200 another example of why glenn beck is in the radio hall of fame he's not the author's hall of fame
01:20:13.540 let's be clear pam wrote in about her dog's experience with rough green she said winston my
01:20:18.880 six-year-old shelty is a picky eater been very impressed because he will pick the dry food with
01:20:25.200 rough greens over his wet food any day and that's saying a lot it would take him two days to eat a
01:20:30.140 cup of dry food before now he gobbles it down and he's uh been on the product now for three weeks i'm
01:20:36.340 so happy well pam you watch you're i mean it was for me the first thing only thing really i wanted out
01:20:42.840 of it was that my dog would eat my dog wolf sit down as well but wait until you start seeing the
01:20:49.500 changes over the month with your dog they're remarkable rough greens not a dog food a supplement
01:20:55.420 developed by naturopathic dr dennis black you sprinkle it on the food vitamins minerals probiotics

01:22:00.840 just looking around are there people that like are driving around in their cars
01:22:07.680 listening to this other than this show right now are there intentionally of course the question is
01:22:13.660 are there people listening to this right now going i wish these guys would shut up that's my favorite song
01:22:18.820 the glenn back program

01:22:30.420 yeah
01:22:34.420 so
01:22:37.780 yeah
01:22:42.420 You're no one that can't come back
01:22:44.920 You gotta stand together, it's the course of life
01:22:50.800 Stand up straight and hold the light
01:22:56.420 It's a new day and time to rise
01:23:01.940 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment
01:23:09.560 This is the Glenn Beck Program
01:23:13.060 Oh man, this is so good
01:23:16.160 Once again, count them, how many times do you hear stories like this?
01:23:20.200 A new one from CNN
01:23:21.860 Mealworms cooked in sugar may be the perfect ingredient for carnivores and others looking for meaty, protein-rich, and sustainable seasoning
01:23:34.380 I've always wanted my seasoning to be meaty
01:23:38.420 Researchers are hoping that soon you'll be hearing
01:23:44.200 Would you like some mealworm powder to help season your food at the dinner table soon?
01:23:51.820 This is the American Chemical Society's fall meeting
01:23:55.920 The research that is happening now in Korea is a response to the dietary demands
01:24:01.700 Of a growing global population and the looming climate crisis
01:24:06.420 Everybody's going to be eating bugs
01:24:08.940 Yay!
01:24:10.120 Well, it'll be something to do because we won't have any electricity or anything to be able to do absolutely anything
01:24:21.860 Except bow to our overlords
01:24:24.200 By the way, we have Alex Epstein on with us
01:24:27.020 He is the author of a great book called Fossil Future
01:24:30.560 He's joining us next

01:24:38.760 Because, believe me, they're already here
01:24:42.380 I've been saying this for 20 years
01:24:44.660 And this is the first time in my career with Stu
01:24:47.200 Because I hired Stu to be a skeptic
01:24:50.460 I hired him because he's a good balance for me
01:24:53.420 And he's like, okay, all right, Nostradamus, slow down
01:24:57.240 But the things that are going on now are actually frightening you now
01:25:01.860 You're not frightening
01:25:03.180 You're starting to say, I think I should be much more prepared than I am
01:25:06.940 Yeah, no, I think, you know, you should be prepared anyway
01:25:10.040 Because you can't predict every little thing that's coming around the corner
01:25:12.600 But the more and more this stuff happens
01:25:14.580 The further down this road you need to be
01:25:16.160 So, believe me, the bad times are here

01:26:14.720 How are you?
01:26:16.240 Hey, Glenn
01:26:16.880 Great to be back
01:26:17.740 I have to tell you
01:26:18.860 I've been waiting for weeks for this interview
01:26:22.100 Because you are the guy
01:26:25.240 You not only
01:26:25.880 In your new book
01:26:26.780 You not only give us the way out
01:26:28.600 What we should be doing
01:26:29.780 But you're actually describing
01:26:31.920 What's coming
01:26:33.980 It's insanity
01:26:35.600 To cut our legs off
01:26:38.660 Before we have another chair
01:26:40.340 You know what I mean
01:26:41.720 We are turning off
01:26:44.460 All of our energy supply
01:26:46.400 And it can't be done this way
01:26:49.340 You mean one thing I talk about
01:26:52.560 Throughout Fossil Future
01:26:53.980 Is this phenomenon of fossil fuel benefit denial
01:26:57.220 We hear a lot about climate change denial
01:27:00.300 But the real denial
01:27:02.020 Is the huge benefits of fossil fuels
01:27:04.380 Which provide 80% of the world's energy
01:27:06.680 In a world that needs far more energy
01:27:09.680 And yet we're talking about
01:27:11.480 Rapidly eliminating fossil fuels
01:27:13.400 Without any evidence
01:27:15.060 Of a viable replacement
01:27:17.060 And that has been the insane strategy
01:27:18.800 That you're talking about
01:27:20.000 Yeah, go through some of the benefits
01:27:22.500 Because everybody's like
01:27:23.920 Oh, fossil fuels
01:27:24.700 Okay, I get it
01:27:25.520 Petroleum
01:27:26.120 So you get your cars
01:27:28.040 Yeah, I mean
01:27:31.660 The real benefit of fossil fuels
01:27:33.820 As I talk about in Chapter 4
01:27:35.060 Is a livable world
01:27:36.760 I mean, people talk about
01:27:37.940 Oh, I'm worried that fossil fuels
01:27:39.620 Would make the world unlivable
01:27:41.180 But you have to recognize first
01:27:43.220 That fossil fuels
01:27:43.860 Are the only reason
01:27:44.740 Why the world is livable
01:27:46.140 As you know it
01:27:47.600 So the world naturally
01:27:49.260 Is a very deficient
01:27:50.780 And dangerous place
01:27:51.960 It's very low on resources
01:27:53.440 And it's very high on threats
01:27:55.600 We, in what I call
01:27:57.120 The empowered world
01:27:57.960 Experience the world
01:27:59.160 As an abundant and safe place
01:28:01.060 But that is a very
01:28:01.800 Unnatural phenomenon
01:28:03.160 Specifically, it's a phenomenon
01:28:04.860 Of being able to use machines
01:28:07.020 To radically expand
01:28:09.460 And amplify our productive abilities
01:28:12.040 So expand means
01:28:13.220 We can produce things
01:28:14.820 Using machines
01:28:15.720 Powered by low-cost, reliable energy
01:28:17.840 That we simply can't do
01:28:19.200 With our physical bodies
01:28:19.940 Like provide an incubator
01:28:21.100 That can save a baby's life
01:28:22.880 And then we also amplify our abilities
01:28:24.660 We can do things like
01:28:25.740 Run a combine harvester
01:28:27.400 That can reap and thresh
01:28:28.520 A thousand times more wheat
01:28:30.260 Than a really good manual laborer can
01:28:32.500 So they only exist
01:28:34.540 In this abundant and safe world
01:28:36.300 By the grace of all of these machines
01:28:38.600 Doing work for us
01:28:39.740 And that only works
01:28:41.420 To the extent energy is cost-effective
01:28:43.260 Which means low-cost, reliable, versatile
01:28:45.940 Meaning being able to power
01:28:47.140 Any type of machine
01:28:48.040 And scalable
01:28:49.980 So providing energy for billions of people
01:28:52.040 In thousands of places
01:28:52.980 And what we're seeing
01:28:53.640 With this energy crisis
01:28:54.620 Is when you make energy
01:28:56.400 Less cost-effective
01:28:57.460 Everything becomes less cost-effective
01:28:59.660 And you see Europe
01:29:00.600 Afraid of winter
01:29:01.680 Which is an embarrassment
01:29:02.560 And you see real threats
01:29:04.340 Of starvation around the world
01:29:05.980 Now people here in America
01:29:07.560 Will say
01:29:08.000 Well, it's not going to happen here
01:29:09.660 That's just because
01:29:10.260 Europe screwed up somehow
01:29:11.820 And I don't want to think past that
01:29:13.280 They actually just didn't take the pause
01:29:16.080 On the Paris Climate Accords, right?
01:29:18.560 So they're just a little ahead of us
01:29:20.500 Yeah, well, nobody is following
01:29:23.960 The Paris Climate Accords
01:29:25.600 In a certain sense
01:29:26.260 We are following it
01:29:27.320 More than they are
01:29:28.240 But nobody is really following it
01:29:30.300 In terms of rapidly eliminating
01:29:32.620 CO2 emissions
01:29:34.080 But this is what's scary
01:29:35.800 Is that the net zero agenda
01:29:38.440 Has maybe had 1-2% success
01:29:41.500 In terms of slowing the growth
01:29:43.860 Of fossil fuels
01:29:44.460 Because fossil fuels are still growing
01:29:45.820 Around the world
01:29:46.500 Mostly in underdeveloped places
01:29:50.320 That are less restrictive
01:29:51.740 But in general
01:29:52.460 Fossil fuels are still growing
01:29:53.940 But they're shrinking
01:29:55.180 In what I call
01:29:56.180 The empowered world
01:29:57.060 The freer parts of the world
01:29:58.260 And even that
01:29:59.520 Is causing an energy crisis
01:30:01.260 Because energy is so important
01:30:02.920 And it's so desperately needed
01:30:05.500 So people don't really understand
01:30:08.060 What it means
01:30:09.080 Not to have energy
01:30:10.520 Over in, I think it was Scotland
01:30:12.820 Amazon and Microsoft
01:30:14.920 Shut down some server farms
01:30:18.440 Because they just couldn't
01:30:19.860 Get the enough electricity
01:30:21.420 We are a country
01:30:23.700 And a civilization
01:30:24.920 That is reliant
01:30:26.680 On our technology
01:30:27.840 Not just our engines
01:30:29.160 But also our technology
01:30:31.320 And if you don't have the power
01:30:34.180 You can't keep it
01:30:36.240 At today's standards
01:30:37.280 But I don't know
01:30:37.860 If anybody's noticed this
01:30:39.160 What's happening
01:30:41.340 In the technological world
01:30:43.220 Is only getting bigger
01:30:45.340 And more invasive
01:30:48.200 In our lives
01:30:49.140 Not smaller
01:30:49.940 We need more electricity
01:30:52.000 In the future
01:30:52.900 Not less
01:30:53.620 For sure
01:30:55.840 So this is something
01:30:56.400 I talk about
01:30:57.060 In chapter 5
01:30:58.400 Of Fossil Future
01:30:59.520 Which includes
01:31:00.580 Talking about
01:31:01.360 You know
01:31:01.640 It's an expanding pie
01:31:03.280 In terms of the need
01:31:04.100 For energy
01:31:04.600 The biggest reason
01:31:05.500 Is just most people
01:31:06.360 Are very energy poor
01:31:07.500 In the world
01:31:08.320 We have 6 billion
01:31:09.160 Out of 8 billion people
01:31:10.180 Who use an amount
01:31:10.800 Of energy
01:31:11.200 That you and I
01:31:11.780 Would consider
01:31:12.300 Unacceptable
01:31:13.420 We have 3 billion people
01:31:14.600 Using less electricity
01:31:15.780 Per person
01:31:16.720 Than a typical
01:31:17.340 American refrigerator
01:31:18.300 We have a third
01:31:19.020 Of the world
01:31:19.400 Using wood
01:31:19.960 And animal dung
01:31:20.600 As their primary fuel
01:31:22.000 For heating and cooking
01:31:23.000 So we have that
01:31:24.120 But then as you're
01:31:25.240 As you're pointing out
01:31:26.180 The parts of the world
01:31:27.440 Even that are empowered
01:31:28.480 We're finding new ways
01:31:30.100 To use energy
01:31:31.080 And particularly
01:31:31.740 In the realm
01:31:32.400 Of information technology
01:31:33.720 We have rapid growth
01:31:35.820 And what you're finding
01:31:37.500 With some of these
01:31:38.320 Tech companies
01:31:38.940 It's really tragic
01:31:40.120 Or in a certain sense
01:31:41.060 Shameful
01:31:41.640 Is they are huge
01:31:43.100 Consumers of electricity
01:31:44.340 Who are rightly
01:31:45.840 Using more electricity
01:31:46.940 And yet they're huge
01:31:48.280 Boosters of the idea
01:31:49.620 That we can get off
01:31:51.480 Fossil fuels rapidly
01:31:52.640 And one way they do this
01:31:53.940 That's particularly insidious
01:31:55.140 That I talk about
01:31:55.800 In chapter 6
01:31:56.720 On alternatives
01:31:57.340 Is they claim to be
01:31:59.240 100% renewable
01:32:01.080 And the literal way
01:32:02.940 They do this
01:32:03.600 Is they pay grids
01:32:04.900 To give them credit
01:32:06.280 For everyone else's
01:32:07.320 Solar and wind
01:32:07.920 And to give everyone else
01:32:09.260 The blame
01:32:09.720 For their coal, gas
01:32:10.980 And nuclear
01:32:11.500 So this is really shameful
01:32:12.620 And it's promoting
01:32:13.620 All the wrong ideas
01:32:14.660 Even though the world
01:32:15.520 Needs more energy
01:32:16.320 And they're exhibit A
01:32:17.680 Of why
01:32:18.240 Can you talk a little bit
01:32:19.760 About I mean
01:32:20.720 The problem with our
01:32:21.740 Information system
01:32:23.100 That we have now
01:32:24.220 Where people believe
01:32:25.940 Global warming
01:32:26.620 Is a catastrophe
01:32:27.740 And yet we have
01:32:28.860 More information now
01:32:30.020 Or access to more
01:32:31.140 Information than ever before
01:32:32.520 Yeah I have a term
01:32:35.300 I coined called
01:32:36.080 Knowledge system
01:32:36.980 To really capture
01:32:37.960 The set of institutions
01:32:39.320 We often call it
01:32:40.020 The media
01:32:40.420 But that's too much
01:32:41.260 Of a simplification
01:32:42.100 The set of institutions
01:32:43.280 That are designed
01:32:44.460 To give us expert
01:32:45.540 Knowledge and guidance
01:32:46.440 And I think
01:32:46.900 One key thing
01:32:47.920 Is that you have
01:32:48.780 These different phases
01:32:49.760 By which knowledge
01:32:50.740 Is acquired and transmitted
01:32:52.160 And so there's
01:32:52.740 The research phase
01:32:53.660 But we don't just
01:32:54.660 Get things from the research
01:32:55.880 The research needs
01:32:56.660 To be synthesized
01:32:57.600 By institutions
01:32:58.300 And then disseminated
01:32:59.320 And then ultimately
01:33:00.380 We evaluate
01:33:01.100 What do we do
01:33:02.120 About it
01:33:02.820 And with something
01:33:03.160 Like climate
01:33:03.840 What you see
01:33:04.600 Is the actual research
01:33:06.520 Has quite a few biases
01:33:07.860 But even
01:33:08.600 But that research
01:33:10.120 Even as it exists today
01:33:11.900 In no way
01:33:13.400 Justifies this idea
01:33:14.780 Of climate catastrophe
01:33:16.040 And certainly
01:33:16.800 In no way
01:33:17.300 Justifies the idea
01:33:18.340 Of rapidly eliminating
01:33:19.540 Fossil fuels
01:33:20.320 And replacing them
01:33:21.620 Specifically with
01:33:22.460 Unreliable solar wind
01:33:23.700 And yet we get
01:33:24.760 This narrative that
01:33:25.700 Oh the scientists
01:33:26.880 To say we need
01:33:27.720 To get off fossil fuels
01:33:28.720 And replace them
01:33:29.420 With 100% renewable
01:33:30.420 That doesn't follow at all
01:33:32.160 And so what's happening
01:33:33.060 Is we are getting
01:33:34.280 A distortion
01:33:35.040 From what I call
01:33:36.160 The knowledge system
01:33:36.940 The institutions
01:33:37.620 We're trusting
01:33:38.340 To get expert knowledge
01:33:39.160 They're distorting
01:33:40.260 The actual state
01:33:41.220 Of the research
01:33:41.900 To the point
01:33:43.060 Where we're being told
01:33:44.520 That fossil fuels
01:33:45.220 Have no benefits
01:33:45.980 And yet reality
01:33:46.800 Is proving
01:33:47.280 They have huge benefits
01:33:48.400 And losing those benefits
01:33:49.660 Is catastrophic
01:33:50.860 Alex
01:33:53.180 Put this on
01:33:55.220 I mean you've been
01:33:57.600 Warning about this
01:33:59.300 For a long time
01:34:00.320 Put this on
01:34:02.440 What's coming
01:34:03.340 In some sort of
01:34:04.980 Scale that people
01:34:06.080 Can understand
01:34:06.980 What is life like
01:34:08.800 In 2030
01:34:09.760 If we continue
01:34:11.260 Down this path
01:34:12.040 What's it like
01:34:12.680 In 2024
01:34:13.580 26
01:34:14.220 If we continue
01:34:15.760 Down this path
01:34:16.560 I think there are
01:34:19.100 Two versions of this
01:34:20.120 That we need
01:34:20.560 To contemplate
01:34:21.820 One is less realistic
01:34:24.700 And one is more realistic
01:34:26.580 So the less realistic
01:34:28.240 One is the one
01:34:29.400 Where we all pursue
01:34:30.920 Anything resembling
01:34:32.540 Net zero
01:34:33.160 Where we all seek
01:34:34.160 To reduce our emissions
01:34:35.140 Without a viable
01:34:36.040 Replacement
01:34:37.000 And certainly
01:34:37.340 There's nothing
01:34:37.780 Resembling a viable
01:34:38.760 Replacement
01:34:39.340 By 2030
01:34:40.260 Particularly because
01:34:40.880 You're basically
01:34:41.260 Not allowed to build
01:34:42.380 Nuclear now
01:34:43.020 So if everyone
01:34:44.800 Did that
01:34:45.480 It would be like
01:34:46.680 Much much much
01:34:47.840 More extreme
01:34:48.500 Than what Europe
01:34:49.200 Is experiencing
01:34:50.140 Right now
01:34:50.740 Because it's just
01:34:51.440 And you're just
01:34:51.880 Seeing it
01:34:52.340 Their power bills
01:34:53.420 Are going up
01:34:54.020 By a factor of four
01:34:55.220 All these shops
01:34:56.360 Are shutting down
01:34:56.880 You just see
01:34:57.420 The whole economy
01:34:58.160 Crash because
01:34:59.000 It's interdependent
01:35:00.000 And energy is the
01:35:01.120 Industry that powers
01:35:02.000 Every other industry
01:35:02.780 So the price of energy
01:35:03.840 Determines the price
01:35:04.740 Of everything
01:35:05.100 So you just see
01:35:05.520 Prices skyrocketing
01:35:06.940 And things crashing
01:35:08.060 So there's that
01:35:09.260 Happening on a
01:35:10.600 Global scale
01:35:11.360 Everywhere
01:35:11.820 But the reason
01:35:12.280 I say it's
01:35:12.700 Unrealistic is
01:35:13.560 Let me ask you
01:35:14.680 Do you think
01:35:14.980 China's going to
01:35:15.620 Participate in this
01:35:16.380 Glenn?
01:35:16.820 No
01:35:16.960 Do you think
01:35:17.300 China's going to
01:35:17.900 Rapidly
01:35:18.260 Is Russia going to?
01:35:20.300 No
01:35:20.540 They're going to
01:35:21.620 Love this
01:35:22.020 They'll be providing
01:35:23.340 Oil for any
01:35:24.020 Country that's not
01:35:24.960 Adopting this
01:35:26.060 Insanity
01:35:26.660 And so this
01:35:28.240 Is what I
01:35:29.040 One of the things
01:35:29.700 I warned about
01:35:30.200 In chapter 11
01:35:30.900 Of the book
01:35:31.320 Which I call
01:35:32.260 Unilateral
01:35:32.840 Disempowerment
01:35:33.780 Which Europe
01:35:34.220 Is exhibiting
01:35:35.060 Right now
01:35:35.500 Which means
01:35:36.180 The freer
01:35:36.760 Countries
01:35:37.280 Decide
01:35:37.700 Hey
01:35:37.960 We're going to
01:35:38.860 Restrict
01:35:39.320 Our emissions
01:35:40.180 We're going to
01:35:40.800 Lower our
01:35:41.960 Fossil fuel
01:35:42.500 Use
01:35:42.680 But what
01:35:43.320 Happens then
01:35:44.020 Is you
01:35:44.440 Empower
01:35:45.120 Often the
01:35:46.060 Less free
01:35:46.580 Places
01:35:47.040 Like China
01:35:47.700 And Russia
01:35:48.260 And China
01:35:49.200 In particular
01:35:49.880 Loves using
01:35:50.840 Huge amounts
01:35:51.480 Of coal
01:35:51.980 To produce
01:35:52.920 Huge amounts
01:35:53.500 Of unreliable
01:35:54.260 Solar and
01:35:54.760 Wind
01:35:54.960 That then ruin
01:35:55.940 Our economy
01:35:56.820 And our way
01:35:57.780 Of life
01:35:58.140 Like that's
01:35:58.680 Great for
01:35:59.180 Their ambition
01:35:59.820 Of becoming
01:36:00.360 A global
01:36:00.860 Superpower
01:36:01.560 By 2049
01:36:02.600 So that's
01:36:03.020 What I
01:36:03.320 Think is
01:36:03.840 The most
01:36:04.180 Realistic
01:36:04.720 Is that
01:36:05.140 We kind
01:36:05.900 Of
01:36:06.020 Sacrifice
01:36:07.040 Unilaterally
01:36:08.040 And we
01:36:08.840 Make ourselves
01:36:09.480 Much less
01:36:10.120 Secure
01:36:10.580 Much more
01:36:11.580 Dependent
01:36:12.160 On powers
01:36:12.880 That do not
01:36:13.380 Wish us
01:36:13.760 Well and
01:36:14.100 That are not
01:36:14.560 Pro-freedom
01:36:15.540 Tell me
01:36:15.840 What we
01:36:17.080 Lose
01:36:17.640 Besides
01:36:18.100 Freedom
01:36:18.760 Tell me
01:36:19.840 What the
01:36:20.960 Average
01:36:21.240 Person's
01:36:21.800 Life
01:36:22.000 How is
01:36:22.340 This going
01:36:22.640 To impact
01:36:23.120 How is
01:36:23.480 This going
01:36:23.720 To change
01:36:24.240 Their life
01:36:25.400 Well I
01:36:27.380 Would just
01:36:27.700 Ask have
01:36:28.540 You ever
01:36:28.760 Been really
01:36:29.240 Poor
01:36:29.680 Yes he
01:36:32.160 Has Alex
01:36:32.680 He has
01:36:33.060 I've seen
01:36:33.380 It in
01:36:34.220 Action
01:36:34.480 I have
01:36:35.300 No I'm
01:36:36.520 Just saying
01:36:37.000 Like most
01:36:38.360 Of us even
01:36:38.900 Who have
01:36:39.300 Had success
01:36:39.960 Have had
01:36:40.860 Periods where
01:36:41.420 We didn't
01:36:41.820 Have much
01:36:42.560 Money
01:36:42.800 I certainly
01:36:43.300 Had that
01:36:44.080 In my
01:36:44.360 Life
01:36:44.640 And like
01:36:45.040 It will be
01:36:45.920 Much much
01:36:46.440 Worse
01:36:46.780 Than that
01:36:47.340 I mean
01:36:47.860 This is
01:36:48.140 This is
01:36:48.440 The thing
01:36:48.720 Because you
01:36:49.360 Know you
01:36:49.580 Have the
01:36:49.960 Element of
01:36:50.540 Just becoming
01:36:51.420 Much poorer
01:36:52.160 Which people
01:36:52.720 Experience even
01:36:53.720 With modest
01:36:54.440 Rises in
01:36:55.120 Gasoline prices
01:36:55.920 You know you
01:36:56.300 Cannot afford
01:36:58.000 As much
01:36:58.400 But part of
01:36:59.380 It's not just
01:37:00.140 It's this
01:37:00.620 Combination of
01:37:01.380 You become
01:37:01.880 Poor but
01:37:03.100 Also you
01:37:04.060 Are in a
01:37:04.680 Society that
01:37:05.580 Is disintegrating
01:37:06.840 And so what
01:37:07.380 You're like
01:37:07.800 Look at
01:37:08.220 Sri Lanka
01:37:08.760 And other
01:37:09.140 Places free
01:37:09.680 Of these
01:37:09.980 Riots
01:37:10.560 What happens
01:37:11.000 Is the
01:37:11.720 Decline is
01:37:12.400 Not this
01:37:12.800 Just smooth
01:37:13.440 Thing where
01:37:14.020 Okay I
01:37:14.480 Made a
01:37:14.740 Hundred
01:37:14.900 Thousand
01:37:15.320 Dollars
01:37:15.680 And now
01:37:15.980 I make
01:37:16.240 Sixty
01:37:16.560 Thousand
01:37:16.880 It is
01:37:17.700 Chaos
01:37:18.180 I mean
01:37:18.680 You just
01:37:19.200 Look around
01:37:20.120 The world
01:37:20.480 Every time
01:37:21.100 You have
01:37:21.400 These fuel
01:37:21.900 Price crises
01:37:22.680 It is
01:37:23.700 It is
01:37:24.220 Chaos
01:37:24.560 And it's
01:37:25.200 Not like
01:37:25.600 America
01:37:26.080 Is in a
01:37:26.500 Particularly
01:37:26.800 Stable
01:37:27.460 State right
01:37:28.080 Now
01:37:28.360 Politically
01:37:29.520 So we
01:37:31.240 Don't
01:37:31.640 This is
01:37:32.500 Not what
01:37:33.280 We need
01:37:33.640 Now the
01:37:33.900 Nice thing
01:37:34.440 Is we
01:37:35.040 Have all
01:37:35.720 The physical
01:37:36.220 Resources
01:37:36.760 In the
01:37:37.120 World to
01:37:37.740 Produce
01:37:38.100 Enough
01:37:38.360 Energy
01:37:38.780 For a
01:37:39.360 Lot of
01:37:39.640 People
01:37:39.960 To have
01:37:40.700 A good
01:37:40.980 Life
01:37:41.260 Like this
01:37:41.940 Is totally
01:37:42.760 A political
01:37:43.520 I mean
01:37:44.160 It's cultural
01:37:44.700 Beneath that
01:37:45.700 But it's a
01:37:46.160 Political
01:37:46.620 Phenomenon
01:37:47.300 So we
01:37:48.260 Can produce
01:37:49.100 A lot
01:37:49.460 More
01:37:49.680 Fossil
01:37:50.080 Fuel
01:37:50.280 We can
01:37:50.660 Produce
01:37:51.020 Nuclear
01:37:51.400 Energy
01:37:51.740 We can
01:37:52.180 Pursue
01:37:52.840 What I
01:37:53.140 Call
01:37:53.460 Energy
01:37:54.240 Freedom
01:37:54.580 And that's
01:37:54.960 A lot
01:37:55.180 Of my
01:37:55.360 Work right
01:37:55.800 Now
01:37:56.040 Besides
01:37:56.480 Making
01:37:57.540 Clear this
01:37:58.020 Idea of a
01:37:58.460 Fossil
01:37:58.720 Future
01:37:58.920 Is promoting
01:37:59.940 Energy
01:38:00.300 Freedom
01:38:00.660 Policies
01:38:01.180 So that
01:38:01.460 We can
01:38:01.760 Get there
01:38:02.320 And also
01:38:02.860 Get to
01:38:03.240 New
01:38:03.520 Alternatives
01:38:04.120 So I
01:38:04.400 Only have
01:38:04.720 About a
01:38:05.080 Minute left
01:38:05.580 And I
01:38:06.020 Want to
01:38:06.440 Ask you
01:38:06.760 About your
01:38:07.340 Energy
01:38:07.880 Freedom
01:38:08.260 Because
01:38:08.580 You're
01:38:09.120 Saying
01:38:09.520 Let us
01:38:10.200 Build
01:38:10.940 Nuclear
01:38:11.360 Power
01:38:12.240 Let us
01:38:13.040 You know
01:38:13.500 Real
01:38:13.840 Promising
01:38:14.520 Alternatives
01:38:15.500 Let's
01:38:16.880 Release
01:38:18.580 The
01:38:18.900 Release
01:38:19.440 The
01:38:19.620 Hounds
01:38:19.960 Here
01:38:20.200 Let us
01:38:20.660 Do
01:38:20.980 Our
01:38:21.240 Work
01:38:21.640 Chances
01:38:22.660 Of
01:38:22.920 That
01:38:23.160 I mean
01:38:23.620 I'm
01:38:24.120 Starting
01:38:24.460 To see
01:38:24.800 People
01:38:25.160 Love
01:38:25.600 Nuclear
01:38:26.040 Energy
01:38:26.460 More
01:38:27.220 Than
01:38:27.400 I've
01:38:27.620 Ever
01:38:27.780 Seen
01:38:28.060 It
01:38:28.220 Since
01:38:28.440 I
01:38:28.580 Was
01:38:28.700 A
01:38:28.880 Kid
01:38:29.240 I
01:38:31.020 Know
01:38:31.200 That's
01:38:32.200 An
01:38:32.320 Exciting
01:38:32.900 Development
01:38:33.360 So
01:38:33.600 Reality
01:38:34.200 You know
01:38:34.540 This
01:38:34.740 Crisis
01:38:35.120 They're
01:38:35.840 Helping
01:38:36.300 Us
01:38:36.580 Open
01:38:37.380 People's
01:38:38.060 Minds
01:38:38.400 If
01:38:38.480 People
01:38:38.700 Want
01:38:38.880 To
01:38:38.980 Check
01:38:39.180 This
01:38:39.440 Out
01:38:39.680 Go
01:38:39.900 To
01:38:40.060 Alex
01:38:40.360 Epstein
01:38:40.720 Substack
01:38:41.420 Dot
01:38:41.620 Com
01:38:41.820 And
01:38:41.940 You'll
01:38:42.040 See
01:38:42.240 Near
01:38:42.720 The
01:38:42.860 Top
01:38:43.080 The
01:38:43.240 Energy
01:38:43.480 Freedom
01:38:43.780 Platform
01:38:44.120 I
01:38:44.720 Should
01:38:44.900 Say
01:38:45.100 You know
01:38:45.340 I
01:38:45.520 Used
01:38:45.700 Have
01:38:45.920 No
01:38:46.180 Influence
01:38:46.640 At
01:38:46.760 All
01:38:46.880 On
01:38:47.020 DC
01:38:47.280 And
01:38:47.560 Now
01:38:47.800 I
01:38:47.980 Work
01:38:48.240 With
01:38:48.420 Something
01:38:48.660 Like
01:38:48.920 300
01:38:49.440 Staffers
01:38:50.200 On
01:38:50.400 Policy
01:38:50.860 In
01:38:51.060 Different
01:38:51.320 Ways
01:38:51.640 So
01:38:51.900 I'm
01:38:52.640 Optimistic
01:38:53.260 That
01:38:53.600 There's
01:38:53.920 A
01:38:54.040 Real
01:38:54.240 Appetite
01:38:54.880 For
01:38:55.160 A
01:38:55.300 New
01:38:55.440 Energy
01:38:55.760 Policy
01:38:56.200 That
01:38:56.400 Gives
01:38:56.600 Us
01:38:56.760 All
01:38:57.060 The
01:38:57.380 Energy
01:38:57.660 We
01:38:57.860 Need
01:38:58.040 In
01:38:58.140 The
01:38:58.240 Present
01:38:58.520 And
01:38:59.240 Promotes
01:38:59.680 The
01:38:59.860 Positive
01:39:00.520 Evolution
01:39:01.080 Of
01:39:01.280 Energy
01:39:01.560 Going
01:39:01.860 Forward
01:39:02.340 Alex
01:39:03.720 Thank
01:39:03.980 You

01:39:10.860 Author
01:39:11.120 Of
01:39:11.300 A
01:39:11.420 Great
01:39:11.700 New
01:39:11.880 Book
01:39:12.100 It's
01:39:12.320 Called
01:39:12.560 Fossil
01:39:13.280 Fuel
01:39:14.040 Oh
01:39:14.540 Sorry
01:39:14.740 Fossil
01:39:15.340 Future
01:39:15.980 The
01:39:16.640 Real
01:39:16.840 Story
01:39:17.120 On
01:39:17.280 Energy
01:39:17.640 That
01:39:17.900 No
01:39:18.060 One
01:39:18.160 Else
01:39:18.340 Will
01:39:18.460 Tell
01:39:18.640 You
01:39:18.780 About
01:39:19.060 And
01:39:19.320 It
01:39:19.460 Is
01:39:19.680 Important
01:39:20.060 That
01:39:20.300 You
01:39:20.440 Hear
01:39:20.700 It
01:39:20.860 So

01:46:43.880 And
01:46:44.200 Treatments
01:46:44.680 Why
01:46:47.260 Is
01:46:47.400 This
01:46:47.540 Happening
01:46:47.880 Now
01:46:48.240 Why
01:46:50.600 Is
01:46:50.800 This
01:46:50.960 Happening
01:46:51.300 Now
01:46:51.700 Because
01:46:53.180 I
01:46:53.320 Don't
01:46:53.460 Think
01:46:53.640 This
01:46:53.860 Is
01:46:54.000 About
01:46:54.260 COVID-19
01:46:55.260 Vaccines
01:46:56.100 And
01:46:57.540 Treatments
01:46:58.300 This
01:46:58.900 Is
01:46:59.060 A
01:46:59.260 Doorway
01:46:59.960 So
01:47:01.380 Wait
01:47:01.540 A
01:47:01.640 Minute
01:47:01.740 So
01:47:02.620 If
01:47:03.560 My
01:47:03.860 Doctor
01:47:04.340 Says
01:47:04.940 Listen
01:47:05.440 I
01:47:05.780 Don't
01:47:06.160 Trust
01:47:06.500 That
01:47:06.880 That
01:47:08.000 COVID-19
01:47:09.040 Vaccine
01:47:10.320 I
01:47:11.300 Wouldn't
01:47:11.540 Take
01:47:11.780 It
01:47:11.880 You
01:47:12.020 Know
01:47:12.120 What
01:47:12.380 I'm
01:47:13.100 Gonna
01:47:13.280 I'm
01:47:13.940 Gonna
01:47:14.040 Recommend
01:47:14.440 You
01:47:14.540 Do
01:47:14.700 This
01:47:15.100 They
01:47:16.980 Can
01:47:17.180 Lose
01:47:17.620 Their
01:47:17.920 License
01:47:18.820 So
01:47:21.440 We
01:47:21.600 Have
01:47:21.740 The
01:47:21.920 State
01:47:22.560 Telling
01:47:24.880 You
01:47:25.320 Or
01:47:25.700 Telling
01:47:26.000 Your
01:47:26.140 Doctor
01:47:26.560 What
01:47:27.580 He
01:47:27.760 Can
01:47:28.080 Or
01:47:28.240 Cannot
01:47:28.620 Say
01:47:29.120 About
01:47:30.060 A
01:47:30.240 Product
01:47:30.760 That
01:47:31.480 The
01:47:31.700 State
01:47:32.320 Is
01:47:32.740 A
01:47:32.880 Co-owner
01:47:33.300 In
01:47:33.600 That
01:47:35.420 That's
01:47:35.540 Not
01:47:35.700 Good
01:47:36.000 I
01:47:37.620 Want
01:47:37.740 To
01:47:37.820 Give
01:47:37.980 You
01:47:38.240 Just
01:47:39.360 A
01:47:39.560 Little
01:47:39.700 Refresher
01:47:40.360 Course
01:47:40.860 On
01:47:41.940 Our
01:47:42.620 Founder
01:47:42.980 1798
01:47:44.820 I
01:47:45.200 Think
01:47:45.480 Is
01:47:45.720 The
01:47:46.040 Sedition
01:47:46.880 Act
01:47:47.200 Sedition
01:47:48.260 Act
01:47:48.600 Was
01:47:49.100 Finally
01:47:49.880 Pulled
01:47:50.300 And
01:47:50.460 Found
01:47:50.840 Invalid
01:47:51.580 But
01:47:52.620 It
01:47:52.760 Caused
01:47:53.180 A
01:47:53.540 Real
01:47:54.700 Problem
01:47:58.300 And
01:47:59.260 A
01:47:59.420 Real
01:47:59.620 Debate
01:48:00.280 The
01:48:00.920 First
01:48:01.300 Time
01:48:01.600 It
01:48:01.740 Was
01:48:01.900 Introduced
01:48:02.480 Now
01:48:03.520 Woodrow
01:48:04.140 Wilson
01:48:04.540 Brought
01:48:05.060 It
01:48:05.200 Up
01:48:05.340 Again
01:48:05.680 But
01:48:05.920 The
01:48:06.060 First
01:48:06.300 Time
01:48:06.520 It
01:48:06.640 Was
01:48:06.820 Used
01:48:07.140 Was
01:48:07.480 During
01:48:08.120 Our
01:48:08.300 Second
01:48:08.740 President
01:48:09.420 John
01:48:10.280 Adams
01:48:10.640 And
01:48:11.720 So
01:48:13.060 The
01:48:13.220 Debate
01:48:13.560 Became
01:48:14.000 Wait a
01:48:14.380 Minute
01:48:14.480 Wait a
01:48:14.780 Minute
01:48:14.860 Wait a
01:48:15.180 Minute
01:48:15.280 Just
01:48:16.360 Because
01:48:16.660 They're
01:48:16.880 Saying
01:48:17.140 Something
01:48:17.500 About
01:48:18.020 The
01:48:18.620 State
01:48:19.020 Or
01:48:19.280 You
01:48:19.560 Mr.
01:48:20.000 Adams
01:48:20.280 Or
01:48:20.660 You
01:48:21.500 Mr.
01:48:21.840 Jefferson
01:48:22.360 You
01:48:23.640 Think
01:48:24.120 That
01:48:24.480 The
01:48:25.200 First
01:48:25.460 Amendment
01:48:25.740 Doesn't
01:48:26.620 Allow
01:48:27.440 You
01:48:27.800 To
01:48:28.520 Have
01:48:31.660 Those
01:48:32.060 Charges
01:48:32.580 Brought
01:48:32.840 Up
01:48:32.960 Against
01:48:33.260 You
01:48:33.520 Well
01:48:35.220 But
01:48:35.400 These
01:48:35.580 People
01:48:35.840 Know
01:48:36.080 It's
01:48:36.280 Not
01:48:36.460 True
01:48:36.780 So
01:48:38.360 This
01:48:38.560 Amazing
01:48:39.120 Debate
01:48:39.600 Happened
01:48:40.100 I
01:48:41.320 Invite
01:48:41.600 You
01:48:41.700 To
01:48:41.820 Look
01:48:41.980 This
01:48:42.200 Up
01:48:42.440 The
01:48:43.420 Debate
01:48:44.160 Was
01:48:44.500 All
01:48:44.920 Around
01:48:45.360 Whether
01:48:45.860 Or
01:48:46.060 Not
01:48:46.220 The
01:48:46.420 State
01:48:46.680 Has
01:48:47.000 A
01:48:47.160 Right
01:48:47.540 To
01:48:48.120 Tell
01:48:48.800 You
01:48:49.040 What's
01:48:49.420 True
01:48:49.860 And
01:48:50.220 What
01:48:50.420 Is
01:48:50.600 Not
01:48:51.060 And
01:48:51.940 The
01:48:52.060 Founders
01:48:52.380 Came
01:48:52.680 To
01:48:52.880 A
01:48:53.040 Place
01:48:53.400 To
01:48:53.580 Where
01:48:53.740 They
01:48:53.920 Said
01:48:54.360 And
01:48:54.700 I'm
01:48:54.980 Practically
01:48:55.820 Quoting
01:48:56.300 If
01:48:56.500 You
01:48:56.600 Can
01:48:56.740 Help
01:48:56.940 Me
01:48:57.140 Remember
01:48:57.520 This
01:48:57.800 At
01:48:57.920 All
01:48:58.080 Stu
01:48:58.280 But
01:48:58.760 I'm
01:48:58.900 Practically
01:48:59.460 Quoting
01:48:59.980 Where
01:49:00.940 They
01:49:01.080 Said
01:49:01.320 Look
01:49:01.660 If
01:49:02.460 A
01:49:02.640 Person
01:49:03.120 Decides
01:49:04.300 He's
01:49:04.580 Just
01:49:04.780 Going
01:49:04.960 To
01:49:05.000 Be
01:49:05.140 The
01:49:05.320 Worst
01:49:05.760 Person
01:49:06.180 In
01:49:06.320 The
01:49:06.420 World
01:49:06.740 And
01:49:07.920 He
01:49:08.180 Has
01:49:08.420 No
01:49:08.740 Scruples
01:49:09.540 No
01:49:10.120 No
01:49:10.960 Moorings
01:49:11.920 To
01:49:12.340 Anything
01:49:13.300 Ethical
01:49:14.400 Or
01:49:14.820 Moral
01:49:15.520 And
01:49:16.120 He
01:49:16.380 Decides
01:49:16.940 To
01:49:17.180 Make
01:49:17.400 Up
01:49:17.600 The
01:49:17.860 Worst
01:49:18.760 Things
01:49:19.440 That
01:49:20.060 Are
01:49:20.220 Known
01:49:20.840 Lies
01:49:21.420 And
01:49:21.860 He
01:49:22.300 Knows
01:49:22.760 It
01:49:23.020 We
01:49:25.440 Can
01:49:25.880 Not
01:49:26.520 Say
01:49:28.420 That
01:49:29.680 He
01:49:30.000 Gets
01:49:30.340 Jail
01:49:30.720 Time
01:49:31.020 Or
01:49:31.240 He
01:49:31.520 Needs
01:49:31.800 To
01:49:31.960 Be
01:49:32.100 Shut
01:49:32.360 Up
01:49:32.620 Because
01:49:33.580 Of
01:49:34.540 Why
01:49:34.880 Do you
01:49:35.340 Remember
01:49:35.540 Stu
01:49:35.820 Because
01:49:37.400 The
01:49:37.740 Government
01:49:38.120 Can't
01:49:38.960 Be
01:49:41.160 Because
01:49:42.200 The
01:49:42.760 Government
01:49:43.520 Could
01:49:43.800 Be
01:49:44.000 At
01:49:44.120 The
01:49:44.240 Other
01:49:44.420 End
01:49:44.720 Of
01:49:44.900 A
01:49:45.000 Claim
01:49:45.340 Right
01:49:45.800 And
01:49:45.980 If
01:49:46.340 They're
01:49:46.580 The
01:49:46.700 Ones
01:49:46.880 That
01:49:47.000 Are
01:49:47.100 Determining
01:49:47.800 The
01:49:48.460 Truth
01:49:48.940 Then
01:49:49.960 You
01:49:50.360 Can't
01:49:50.620 Accuse
01:49:50.940 Them
01:49:51.140 Of
01:49:51.340 Anything
01:49:51.660 Because
01:49:52.140 They
01:49:52.460 Can
01:49:52.640 Always
01:49:52.900 Say
01:49:53.140 Well
01:49:53.380 My
01:49:53.680 Side
01:49:53.940 Is
01:49:54.080 Right
01:49:54.380 Correct
01:49:55.060 So
01:49:55.280 You
01:49:55.580 Can't
01:49:55.840 Put
01:49:56.040 It
01:49:56.140 In
01:49:56.260 Their
01:49:56.380 Hand
01:49:56.580 And
01:49:56.840 They
01:49:57.100 Went
01:49:57.280 As
01:49:57.420 Far
01:49:57.640 As
01:49:57.800 Saying
01:49:58.020 Look
01:49:58.320 This
01:49:58.600 Is
01:49:58.860 This
01:49:59.320 Is
01:49:59.500 Like
01:49:59.860 If
01:50:00.180 You
01:50:00.400 Have
01:50:00.900 And
01:50:01.340 They
01:50:01.540 They
01:50:01.560 Talked
01:50:03.660 About
01:50:08.960 Democrats
01:50:09.380 And
01:50:09.940 The
01:50:10.100 Whigs
01:50:10.500 Were
01:50:10.900 At
01:50:11.200 Each
01:50:11.380 Other's
01:50:11.700 Throats
01:50:12.020 Just
01:50:12.280 Like
01:50:12.460 Now
01:50:12.740 And
01:50:13.840 Wigs
01:50:15.140 Not
01:50:15.360 A
01:50:15.560 Huge
01:50:15.760 Presence
01:50:16.160 These
01:50:16.380 Days
01:50:16.620 But
01:50:16.820 I
01:50:16.900 Know
01:50:17.000 What
01:50:17.100 You're
01:50:17.200 Saying
01:50:17.400 Yeah
01:50:17.660 So
01:50:18.340 They
01:50:18.800 Were
01:50:19.040 They
01:50:19.400 Were
01:50:19.600 At
01:50:19.860 Each
01:50:20.040 Other's
01:50:20.360 Throats
01:50:20.680 And
01:50:21.240 They
01:50:21.360 Said
01:50:21.540 Look
01:50:21.800 In
01:50:22.160 In
01:50:22.500 A
01:50:22.780 Situation
01:50:23.420 Like
01:50:23.720 We're
01:50:24.000 In
01:50:24.180 Right
01:50:24.460 Now
01:50:24.860 Where
01:50:25.220 It's
01:50:25.540 50
01:50:25.920 50
01:50:26.340 And
01:50:26.900 One
01:50:27.160 Side
01:50:27.420 Doesn't
01:50:27.800 Believe
01:50:28.120 The
01:50:28.320 Other
01:50:28.520 Side
01:50:28.900 You
01:50:30.440 Put
01:50:30.820 Something
01:50:31.240 On
01:50:31.560 Trial
01:50:32.160 To
01:50:32.860 Decide
01:50:33.340 What's
01:50:33.780 True
01:50:34.240 What
01:50:36.240 Happens
01:50:36.600 If
01:50:36.760 You
01:50:36.840 Get
01:50:36.980 All
01:50:37.180 Whigs
01:50:37.460 In
01:50:37.640 There
01:50:37.860 Or
01:50:38.280 A

01:50:38.920 Of

01:50:45.280 Because
01:50:45.580 They
01:50:45.980 See
01:50:46.420 The
01:50:46.680 Truth
01:50:47.180 Differently
01:50:48.120 Now
01:50:49.120 Think
01:50:49.380 Of
01:50:49.480 This
01:50:49.720 Having

01:50:57.820 Are
01:50:57.980 You
01:50:58.100 Going
01:50:58.260 To
01:50:58.380 Get
01:50:58.420 A
01:50:58.520 Fair
01:50:58.660 Trial
01:50:58.980 I
01:51:01.320 Don't
01:51:01.460 Think
01:51:01.640 So
01:51:01.900 That's
01:51:03.540 Why
01:51:04.040 The
01:51:04.300 Government
01:51:04.720 Can't
01:51:05.280 Decide
01:51:05.840 Truth
01:51:06.540 They
01:51:08.680 Can
01:51:08.960 Play
01:51:09.260 No
01:51:09.560 Role
01:51:10.200 In
01:51:10.500 That
01:51:10.840 California
01:51:12.100 Is
01:51:12.980 Deciding
01:51:13.520 What
01:51:13.700 The
01:51:13.840 Truth
01:51:14.120 Is
01:51:14.360 Now
01:51:14.540 California
01:51:15.160 Has
01:51:15.860 Been
01:51:16.180 At
01:51:16.580 Some
01:51:16.940 Of
01:51:17.080 The

01:51:18.220 Of
01:51:18.840 Squashing
01:51:19.860 The
01:51:20.120 Truth
01:51:20.480 And
01:51:20.840 Lying
01:51:21.240 To
01:51:21.500 You
01:51:21.700 They're
01:51:22.320 Using
01:51:22.820 COVID
01:51:23.560 19
01:51:24.380 As
01:51:25.440 An
01:51:25.580 Example
01:51:26.120 Of
01:51:26.440 That
01:51:26.760 They
01:51:27.140 Should
01:51:27.400 Be
01:51:27.540 The
01:51:27.720 Ones
01:51:28.180 That
01:51:29.000 Tell
01:51:29.220 You
01:51:29.380 What's
01:51:29.640 True
01:51:29.920 And
01:51:30.080 What's
01:51:30.360 Not
01:51:30.800 California
01:51:32.080 I
01:51:33.380 Don't
01:51:33.560 Even
01:51:33.780 Recognize
01:51:34.840 I
01:51:35.200 Don't
01:51:35.340 Even
01:51:35.540 Recognize
01:51:36.380 Sanity
01:51:37.880 With
01:51:38.480 You
01:51:38.700 Anymore
01:51:39.200 There's
01:51:40.080 No
01:51:40.280 Logic
01:51:40.820 To
01:51:41.100 This
01:51:41.400 At
01:51:41.820 All
01:51:42.220 But
01:51:44.620 Warning
01:51:45.040 It
01:51:46.420 Is
01:51:47.120 Coming
01:51:47.940 It's
01:51:48.280 Coming
01:51:48.520 In
01:51:48.720 California
01:51:49.280 And
01:51:50.240 If
01:51:50.380 California
01:51:50.860 Adopt
01:51:51.240 Something
01:51:51.660 Wait
01:51:52.280 Until
01:51:52.600 You
01:51:52.780 See
01:51:53.020 How
01:51:53.260 Many
01:51:53.540 Others
01:51:54.200 Do
01:51:54.800 By
01:51:56.160 The
01:51:56.240 Way
01:51:56.520 Another
01:51:57.820 Story
01:51:58.240 On
01:51:58.500 This
01:51:58.800 I
01:52:01.120 Was
01:52:01.380 Sued
01:52:02.040 How
01:52:03.600 Many
01:52:03.780 Years
01:52:04.060 Ago
01:52:04.280 Stu
01:52:04.580 You
01:52:04.880 Had to
01:52:05.040 Tear
01:52:05.220 Down
01:52:05.680 I
01:52:07.400 Was
01:52:07.560 Sued
01:52:07.740 Like
01:52:07.940 10
01:52:08.240 Years
01:52:08.600 Ago
01:52:08.920 For
01:52:09.140 Something
01:52:09.440 That
01:52:09.860 I
01:52:10.200 Knew
01:52:10.680 Was
01:52:12.460 True
01:52:12.880 Because
01:52:13.300 I
01:52:13.620 Had
01:52:13.920 The
01:52:14.140 Documents
01:52:14.780 From
01:52:15.300 A
01:52:15.580 Source
01:52:16.060 Inside
01:52:17.020 Of
01:52:17.380 Washington
01:52:17.820 And
01:52:19.160 This
01:52:19.600 Was
01:52:19.780 A
01:52:19.960 Very
01:52:20.400 Very
01:52:20.860 Credible
01:52:21.420 Source
01:52:21.880 And
01:52:22.620 He
01:52:23.360 Was
01:52:23.560 In
01:52:23.680 The
01:52:23.800 Position
01:52:24.160 To
01:52:24.460 Know
01:52:24.840 What
01:52:25.100 Was
01:52:25.320 True
01:52:25.620 And
01:52:25.820 What
01:52:25.960 Was
01:52:26.180 Not
01:52:26.640 In
01:52:27.060 Homeland
01:52:27.340 Security
01:52:27.780 Because
01:52:27.980 It
01:52:28.060 All
01:52:28.160 Went
01:52:28.320 Through
01:52:28.460 His
01:52:28.600 Hands
01:52:28.860 But
01:52:29.480 He
01:52:29.640 Couldn't
01:52:30.000 Be
01:52:30.180 Outed
01:52:30.580 So
01:52:31.600 I
01:52:31.820 Couldn't
01:52:32.200 Say
01:52:32.540 Who
01:52:32.820 It
01:52:32.960 Was
01:52:33.420 And
01:52:34.320 I
01:52:34.500 Asked
01:52:34.940 Him
01:52:35.120 Several
01:52:35.460 Times
01:52:35.820 Will
01:52:36.380 You
01:52:36.740 Please
01:52:37.280 Testify
01:52:37.920 I
01:52:38.840 Can't
01:52:39.320 Or
01:52:39.600 I
01:52:39.760 Lose
01:52:40.220 The
01:52:40.980 Access
01:52:41.460 So
01:52:41.840 I
01:52:41.980 Can't
01:52:42.420 Okay
01:52:42.980 So
01:52:44.000 I
01:52:44.260 Took
01:52:44.480 It
01:52:44.660 But
01:52:45.340 I
01:52:45.640 Had
01:52:46.060 The
01:52:46.280 Documents
01:52:46.800 And
01:52:47.460 They
01:52:47.600 Were
01:52:47.760 Not
01:52:48.020 Redacted
01:52:48.700 And
01:52:49.860 I
01:52:50.000 Went
01:52:50.200 To
01:52:50.340 The
01:52:50.500 Judge
01:52:50.860 And
01:52:51.260 I
01:52:51.420 Said
01:52:51.860 These
01:52:52.420 Are
01:52:52.560 The
01:52:52.660 Documents
01:52:53.120 And
01:52:53.280 She
01:52:53.420 Said
01:52:53.780 Well
01:52:54.380 How
01:52:55.240 Did
01:52:55.440 You
01:52:55.560 Get
01:52:55.760 Them
01:52:56.000 And
01:52:56.120 I
01:52:56.240 Said
01:52:56.400 From
01:52:56.600 A
01:52:56.740 Source
01:52:57.000 Who
01:52:57.600 Is
01:52:57.720 Your
01:52:57.860 Source
01:52:58.220 I
01:52:58.480 Can't
01:52:58.780 Tell
01:52:58.940 You
01:52:59.060 That
01:52:59.280 Then
01:52:59.500 We
01:52:59.720 Can't
01:53:00.080 Tell
01:53:00.300 You
01:53:00.500 If
01:53:00.640 These
01:53:00.860 Documents
01:53:01.420 Are
01:53:01.740 Right
01:53:02.020 Or
01:53:02.140 Not
01:53:02.500 I
01:53:03.260 Said
01:53:03.640 Then
01:53:04.240 Tell
01:53:04.640 The
01:53:04.800 Government
01:53:05.100 To
01:53:05.400 Produce
01:53:06.040 These
01:53:06.480 Documents
01:53:07.100 We
01:53:07.840 Had
01:53:07.980 Like
01:53:08.260 Six
01:53:08.700 White
01:53:09.060 House
01:53:09.420 Attorneys
01:53:10.020 Show
01:53:10.560 Up
01:53:10.880 At
01:53:11.280 The
01:53:11.400 Next
01:53:11.660 Hearing
01:53:12.020 Six
01:53:12.720 I
01:53:13.480 Had
01:53:13.580 One
01:53:13.900 Six
01:53:15.120 And
01:53:16.180 They
01:53:16.340 Told
01:53:16.640 The
01:53:16.820 Judge
01:53:17.080 To
01:53:17.280 Her
01:53:17.420 Face
01:53:17.700 We're
01:53:18.140 Not
01:53:18.300 Giving
01:53:18.560 You
01:53:18.740 These
01:53:19.080 Documents
01:53:19.940 They're
01:53:21.000 Privileged
01:53:21.340 Documents
01:53:21.760 We're
01:53:21.900 Not
01:53:22.040 Giving
01:53:22.220 You
01:53:22.340 These
01:53:22.540 Documents
01:53:23.000 She
01:53:23.680 Said
01:53:23.840 Well
01:53:23.960 You're
01:53:24.160 Going
01:53:24.260 To
01:53:24.340 Turn
01:53:24.540 Them
01:53:24.720 Over
01:53:25.000 And
01:53:25.780 They
01:53:25.960 Said
01:53:26.200 No
01:53:26.620 We're
01:53:26.800 Not
01:53:27.020 And
01:53:27.300 They
01:53:27.420 Left
01:53:27.720 It
01:53:27.960 Was
01:53:28.080 Over
01:53:28.320 And
01:53:29.160 Then
01:53:29.480 They
01:53:30.120 Didn't
01:53:30.420 Produce
01:53:30.840 The
01:53:31.060 Documents
01:53:31.560 And
01:53:31.840 So
01:53:31.980 She
01:53:32.120 Calls
01:53:32.360 Them
01:53:32.460 Again
01:53:32.720 And
01:53:32.900 Says
01:53:33.180 You
01:53:33.900 Are
01:53:34.380 Going
01:53:34.840 To
01:53:35.080 Produce
01:53:35.460 These
01:53:35.720 Documents
01:53:36.260 So
01:53:36.760 They
01:53:36.920 Did
01:53:37.200 300
01:53:38.480 Pages
01:53:39.380 Fully
01:53:40.520 Redacted
01:53:41.300 You
01:53:43.080 Could
01:53:43.560 Have
01:53:43.840 The
01:53:44.160 Ifs
01:53:44.940 The
01:53:45.120 Ands
01:53:45.620 The
01:53:45.760 Buts
01:53:46.100 But
01:53:46.340 Almost
01:53:46.940 Everything
01:53:47.720 Else
01:53:48.240 I
01:53:48.480 Mean
01:53:48.580 It
01:53:48.740 Made

01:53:52.440 Look
01:53:52.880 Like
01:53:53.120 The
01:53:53.300 Encyclopedia
01:53:54.420 And
01:53:55.440 What
01:53:56.000 Was
01:53:56.100 Interesting
01:53:56.520 About
01:53:56.740 That
01:53:56.920 Is
01:53:57.100 It
01:53:57.300 Wasn't
01:53:57.720 Like
01:53:58.120 They
01:53:58.640 Were
01:53:58.800 Hiding
01:53:59.200 What
01:53:59.400 Was
01:53:59.540 In
01:53:59.640 The
01:53:59.740 Documents
01:54:00.220 Because
01:54:00.780 You
01:54:01.580 Had
01:54:01.980 The
01:54:02.200 Unredacted
01:54:03.000 Documents
01:54:03.380 Correct
01:54:03.640 So
01:54:03.980 Like
01:54:04.240 It
01:54:04.440 Was
01:54:04.640 Just
01:54:04.920 All
01:54:05.380 They
01:54:05.540 Needed
01:54:05.760 To
01:54:05.820 Do
01:54:05.940 Was
01:54:06.080 Confirm
01:54:06.580 Whether
01:54:06.780 These
01:54:07.020 Were
01:54:07.200 Real
01:54:07.460 Or
01:54:07.580 Not
01:54:07.820 And

01:58:21.760 Anything
01:58:22.220 Except
01:58:22.580 Good
01:58:22.920 Things
01:58:23.280 Your
01:58:23.500 Income
01:58:23.880 Will

01:58:24.460 Now
01:58:26.220 It's
01:58:26.380 Hard
01:58:26.760 I
01:58:26.900 I
01:58:27.160 Honestly
01:58:27.660 Think

01:58:28.140 I
01:58:28.240 Know
01:58:28.380 This
01:58:28.600 For

01:58:28.900 Fact
01:58:29.160 That
01:58:29.380 We've
01:58:29.620 Had
01:58:29.820 A
01:58:30.220 Bunch
01:58:30.500 Of

01:58:32.920 To
01:58:33.080 Come
01:58:33.280 On
01:58:33.480 And

01:58:33.800 Conversation
01:58:34.260 With
01:58:34.440 You
01:58:34.520 Because
01:58:34.640 They
01:58:34.740 Thought
01:58:34.900 It
01:58:34.960 Would
01:58:35.060 Be
01:58:35.180 Interesting
01:58:35.520 I
01:58:35.660 Thought

01:58:36.000 You
01:58:36.600 An
01:58:36.760 Impactful

01:58:37.880 But
01:58:38.120 They
01:58:38.260 Don't
01:58:38.460 Do
01:58:38.620 It
01:58:38.740 Because
01:58:38.920 They

01:58:39.220 Know
01:58:39.500 Down
01:58:39.760 The

01:59:21.040 Great
01:59:21.540 But
01:59:23.940 You

01:59:27.940 Lose
01:59:28.120 It
01:59:28.240 All
01:59:28.500 He
01:59:30.040 Didn't
01:59:30.200 Even
01:59:30.380 Think
01:59:30.860 Absolutely
01:59:32.580 Because
01:59:33.880 If
01:59:34.080 If

01:59:35.080 Don't
01:59:35.280 Have
01:59:35.540 It
01:59:35.700 Then
01:59:35.980 We
01:59:36.200 Have
01:59:36.400 Nothing
01:59:36.820 We

01:59:39.940 We

01:59:53.800 Well

02:00:14.180 I
02:00:14.480 Mean
02:00:14.600 You
02:00:14.740 Know
02:00:14.920 You
02:00:15.900 Know

02:00:19.540 Rob
02:00:20.060 Schneider
02:00:20.300 Has
02:00:20.460 A
02:00:20.540 Good
02:00:20.880 Record
02:00:21.340 And
02:00:21.560 Yeah
02:00:21.860 Good
02:00:22.040 Record
02:00:22.360 He's
02:00:22.520 Been
02:00:22.600 In
02:00:22.720 A lot
02:00:22.980 Of

02:00:23.960 Movies
02:00:24.400 Yeah
02:00:24.580 Huge
02:00:24.900 And
02:00:25.940 He
02:00:26.460 Can't
02:00:26.720 Get
02:00:26.840 Any
02:00:27.000 Of
02:00:27.120 His
02:00:27.380 Former
02:00:27.980 Friends
02:00:28.460 To
02:00:28.780 Make
02:00:29.000 It
02:00:29.140 Because
02:00:29.640 He
02:00:30.300 Is
02:00:30.460 Who
02:00:30.580 He
02:00:30.720 Is
02:00:30.980 Yeah
02:00:31.240 And
02:00:31.720 I
02:00:31.840 Don't
02:00:32.000 Think
02:00:32.180 It
02:00:32.280 Was
02:00:32.440 His
02:00:32.620 Friends
02:00:32.880 I
02:00:33.040 Got
02:00:33.220 The
02:00:33.380 Impression
02:00:33.740 That
02:00:33.960 His
02:00:34.160 Friend
02:00:34.860 Friends
02:00:35.320 Are
02:00:35.860 Still
02:00:36.140 There
02:00:36.420 Oh
02:00:36.600 Yeah
02:00:36.740 I
02:00:37.560 Didn't
02:00:37.880 Mean
02:00:38.000 To
02:00:38.180 Single
02:00:38.520 Out
02:00:38.720 Because
02:00:39.000 He
02:00:39.140 Obviously
02:00:39.400 Has
02:00:39.640 A
02:00:39.800 Tight
02:00:40.240 Circle
02:00:40.480 Not
02:00:40.680 Those
02:00:40.920 Guys
02:00:41.120 They're
02:00:41.460 Not
02:00:41.600 A
02:00:41.720 Problem
02:00:41.860 And
02:00:42.420 And
02:00:42.520 It
02:00:43.100 Is
02:00:43.340 His
02:00:43.680 It's
02:00:44.420 The
02:00:44.600 People
02:00:44.940 That
02:00:45.180 He
02:00:45.340 Has
02:00:45.560 Made
02:00:45.980 As
02:00:46.420 He
02:00:46.560 Said
02:00:46.800 I've
02:00:47.120 Made
02:00:47.240 These
02:00:47.420 People
02:00:47.680 Millions
02:00:48.740 Of
02:00:49.020 Dollars
02:00:49.500 And
02:00:50.360 He
02:00:50.520 Said
02:00:50.840 I
02:00:51.080 Know
02:00:51.240 This
02:00:51.480 Film
02:00:51.720 And
02:00:51.860 It
02:00:51.960 Comes
02:00:52.200 Out
02:00:52.600 I
02:00:53.740 Think
02:00:53.940 Next
02:00:54.280 Week
02:00:54.540 Or
02:00:54.660 This
02:00:54.940 Week
02:00:55.220 Maybe
02:00:55.580 Look
02:00:57.240 It
02:00:57.340 Up
02:00:57.480 Look
02:00:57.660 Up
02:00:57.840 What
02:00:58.100 The
02:00:58.620 Name
02:00:58.800 Of
02:00:58.920 It
02:00:59.020 Is
02:00:59.220 But
02:00:59.440 It's
02:00:59.580 Only
02:00:59.900 Playing
02:01:00.440 In
02:01:00.720 One
02:01:01.040 Theater
02:01:01.500 Chain
02:01:02.020 Because
02:01:02.740 No
02:01:03.140 One
02:01:03.480 In
02:01:03.740 Hollywood
02:01:04.160 Would
02:01:04.540 Pick
02:01:04.800 It
02:01:04.920 Up
02:01:05.160 No
02:01:05.700 One
02:01:05.960 In
02:01:06.160 Hollywood
02:01:06.540 Would
02:01:06.880 Pick
02:01:07.100 It
02:01:07.240 Up
02:01:07.480 So
02:01:09.880 Now
02:01:10.360 I
02:01:10.520 Think
02:01:10.660 It's
02:01:10.820 At
02:01:10.960 Lowe's
02:01:11.500 Isn't
02:01:11.960 It
02:01:12.460 I
02:01:12.900 Think
02:01:13.000 It
02:01:13.100 Harkins
02:01:13.520 Harkins
02:01:14.080 That's
02:01:14.560 It
02:01:14.680 Harkins
02:01:15.220 So
02:01:15.580 It's
02:01:15.740 Only
02:01:16.140 In
02:01:16.480 Harkins
02:01:16.940 Theater
02:01:17.280 So
02:01:18.160 If
02:01:18.420 You
02:01:18.580 Live
02:01:18.880 In
02:01:19.000 A
02:01:19.100 Town
02:01:19.420 I
02:01:19.640 Mean
02:01:19.740 They
02:01:25.580 Go
02:01:26.280 See
02:01:26.480 The
02:01:26.620 New
02:01:26.780 Rob
02:01:27.240 Schneider
02:01:28.180 Movie
02:01:28.460 Daddy
