00:00:19.200 And that's because kibble food has been cooked to the point to where it cooks out everything.
00:00:24.500 So everything in it is dead.
00:00:26.660 It doesn't have a good shelf life.
00:00:29.540 You know, it's not very nutritious.
00:00:30.920 Good news is there's Rough Greens.

00:01:03.480 Bye-bye.
00:01:13.440 Oh!
00:01:13.980 We'll be right back.
00:01:43.980 Stand up straight and hold the line.
00:01:48.880 It's a new day, I'm trying to rise.
00:01:55.280 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:02:01.280 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:05.160 Stand up.
00:02:09.000 Hello, America.
00:02:10.300 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:12.560 Jim, we're glad you're here.
00:02:14.720 We had the president speak last night, which was manna from heaven, honestly, if you're
00:02:20.920 looking to understand how dangerous this government is becoming to the republic.
00:02:26.780 Yeah, I guess I'm a danger to democracy because we're not a democracy.
00:02:32.480 We're a republic, and that requires certain things.
00:02:36.740 But he said danger to the democracy.
00:02:40.960 It was unbelievably transparent, unbelievably desperate, a last gasp to try to get people
00:02:50.200 to panic and fear the republicans.
00:02:54.860 We're going to go through that, and we also have some pretty interesting facts to oppose
00:03:02.500 what the president said.
00:03:03.780 Right now, as the economy struggles to right itself and the housing market is, in particular,
00:03:11.080 begins to settle back into the normal range, which means that interest rates go back to
00:03:17.520 historic norms, which are not down.
00:03:20.160 It's actually higher than it is now.
00:03:21.760 But prices of houses comes down as well.
00:03:26.500 That's where we're going to reenter a normal period if it doesn't just collapse.
00:03:32.440 Whether buying or selling a house or both, there is no doubt that you have some serious
00:03:38.260 thinking to do, pretty complicated and serious decision-making in the coming months.
00:03:43.220 You need somebody who really knows how to navigate among those issues.
00:03:47.500 A top seller who knows the game inside and out, and you're going to find that person at
00:03:51.540 realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:03:53.640 If you're looking to buy or sell a house from across the street to across the nation, we
00:03:59.120 help you find the real estate agent that we think is going to help you best.
00:04:04.840 It's realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:04:07.340 That's realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:04:10.440 Okay, so the president spoke last night.
00:04:13.860 He said, our democracy is under attack.
00:04:17.180 Here's cut to.
00:04:20.220 You know, American democracy is under attack because the defeated former president of
00:04:25.800 the United States refuses to accept the results of the 2020 election.
00:04:30.760 He refuses to accept the will of the people.
00:04:33.900 He refuses to accept the fact that he lost.
00:04:39.140 He has abused his power and put the loyalty to himself before loyalty to the Constitution.
00:04:45.500 Okay.
00:04:46.000 And he's made a big lie.
00:04:48.460 Okay.
00:04:48.780 An article.
00:04:49.180 So we already hear it, that he's just blaming Donald Trump again.
00:04:52.200 He got to bring Donald Trump into it.
00:04:53.880 Okay.
00:04:54.880 He then says that there are extreme MAGA Republicans questioning this election.
00:05:01.840 Listen, here it is.
00:05:02.740 Yet now, extreme MAGA Republicans aim to question not only the legitimacy of past elections, but
00:05:10.000 elections being held now.
00:05:12.180 Right.
00:05:12.600 And into the future.
00:05:13.520 And into the future.
00:05:14.200 Stop.
00:05:14.440 I want to show you the number one MAGA supporter, the number one MAGA supporter that is not
00:05:22.520 only questioning now and elections of the past, but is actually starting to question elections
00:05:30.620 in the future.
00:05:31.360 Exactly what he said.
00:05:32.940 He's right on this.
00:05:33.880 Here's the MAGA supporter.
00:05:35.220 But we also have to look ahead because you know what?
00:05:38.640 Our opponents certainly are.
00:05:41.560 Right-wing extremists already have a plan to literally steal the next presidential election.
00:05:48.900 Stop.
00:05:49.300 So, wait a minute.
00:05:51.440 Wait a minute.
00:05:52.680 It is, if you're an election denier or you question, you are a danger to democracy.
00:06:00.580 But that's Hillary Clinton from last weekend.
00:06:03.920 One of the big complaints about Donald Trump was that he started questioning the election
00:06:09.120 before it even happened.
00:06:10.180 He was saying they could steal it.
00:06:11.860 They could steal it.
00:06:12.720 Right.
00:06:13.100 That was their big, that was like in the January 6th commission.
00:06:16.980 Okay.
00:06:17.300 And here's Hillary doing it.
00:06:18.420 Let me give you, on Monday, we told you the Intercept had published an article on the
00:06:22.820 Department of Homeland Security's efforts to combat misinformation and disinformation.
00:06:28.640 Drawing on the combination of leaked and public documents, the outlet detailed how
00:06:33.900 the DHS pressured major tech companies to police what they claimed was false election information
00:06:40.940 on their platforms.
00:06:43.000 We know now the government and social media colluded.
00:06:47.820 24 hours later, ProPublica has published an investigation of its own titled, How the Biden
00:06:54.460 Administration Caved to Republicans on Fighting Election Disinformation.
00:06:59.020 It makes the case that as local election officials had begged federal agencies for help countering
00:07:05.820 disinformation, current and former DHS employees were frustrated that the agency's efforts had
00:07:11.880 been hobbled in response to political pressure.
00:07:15.820 However, they go on to say the DHS initiatives to counter influence and impact dangerous conspiracy
00:07:24.120 conspiracy theories can provide a gateway to terroristic violence.
00:07:30.380 Excuse me?
00:07:32.220 The DHS now is saying that these conspiracies, election deniers, are potential terrorists.
00:07:43.000 Okay, so let's step it up a notch, shall we?
00:07:48.860 That's what our government is doing.
00:07:50.940 That is what is at stake this election.
00:07:54.700 They are putting a giant rope around everyone's neck who disagrees with the state and will not
00:08:04.420 stand for lies.
00:08:06.660 I can't tell you that the last election was stolen.
00:08:09.540 I think it was, but I don't know if it was enough to swing the election.
00:08:16.860 I have no idea.
00:08:18.800 I want a clean investigation, one that is open and transparent and let the chips fall where they may.
00:08:28.480 But no, no, no, I can't even say that.
00:08:30.460 In fact, we're on YouTube.
00:08:32.300 We broadcast the first hour of this broadcast on YouTube.
00:08:35.940 I'm not sure because I just violated their policies by saying, I'm not sure.
00:08:42.380 I'd like an investigation.
00:08:44.900 I'd like some clearance and clarity on this.
00:08:51.080 Let me break some more rules here.
00:08:56.440 What if I told you that there was a conspiracy, that there was a cabal of right-wing activists,
00:09:08.920 of 501c3 groups.
00:09:13.060 Mike Lindell and CEOs like him were all involved to impose their will on voting systems and laws this time.
00:09:26.260 And that they are, they are doing it in the open and they are doing everything they can to make sure that Republicans win.
00:09:36.280 And they're even controlling the information that is coming from many of our outlets.
00:09:46.380 Would the right and the left, would they have a problem with that cabal?
00:09:54.420 The answer is yes.
00:09:56.880 Yes, they would.
00:10:00.260 Now, that's an important thing because here is the truth from Time magazine.
00:10:07.800 Time magazine.
00:10:10.320 The story is titled The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign that Saved the 2020 Election.
00:10:19.140 Now, another alternative title could be how the Democrats interfered with the 2020 election, but it would be a little too on the nose.
00:10:28.740 And remember, the reason why they have no problem saying this is because they think they know better than you.
00:10:40.540 Listen to this quote from Time magazine.
00:10:43.100 I gave this last night on the TV show.
00:10:44.920 Now, a well-funded cabal, cabal, their words, not mine, a well-funded cabal of powerful people ranging across industries and ideologies working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions.
00:11:03.400 Oh, to change rules and laws, to steer media coverage and control the flow of information.
00:11:14.220 Does that sound like America or does that sound like a communist country?
00:11:19.860 If the right were doing that, I'd expose it and I would not stand with the right.
00:11:27.300 That is a violation of our Bill of Rights.
00:11:32.200 So they were influencing perceptions.
00:11:35.580 Now, does that include misinformation?
00:11:37.060 You know, the Babylon Bee and the Onion are in court because they're arguing that parody is not a felony offense.
00:11:51.660 Parody, a felony offense.
00:11:55.280 That's where our country is going.
00:11:58.460 To stop misinformation, jokes will become a felony.
00:12:07.060 I don't know how this is going to turn out in the Supreme Court.
00:12:09.980 I hope well.
00:12:11.480 Otherwise, it's over.
00:12:15.100 So that's what the left is pushing now.
00:12:18.720 Felonies for parody.
00:12:20.780 Now, it won't be all parody.
00:12:22.020 I guarantee you it will be a felony for parody for, you know, anybody who takes on the administration.
00:12:29.160 Is, is that a good thing or a bad thing?
00:12:37.760 When you do not a parody, not a parody.
00:12:41.920 When you start to do videos from a bogus news source, you make it up.
00:12:48.500 It's the town crier.
00:12:50.620 Hi, I'm from the town crier.
00:12:52.600 I'm a town crier.
00:12:54.120 I'm Glenn.
00:12:54.980 And the Democrats have just stopped some amazing things happening due to the Republican Party.
00:13:02.900 And I give you a story and I'm on a set that's not real.
00:13:07.720 My organization is not real.
00:13:10.280 And I'm giving you propaganda.
00:13:12.220 Is that misinformation?
00:13:15.000 Because that's what Hillary Clinton's good friend that started Media Matters with her is doing now in four different states.
00:13:24.340 But the FBI doesn't care, do they?
00:13:28.220 Listen to the listen again to the the Time magazine article.
00:13:33.060 Their work touched every aspect of the election.
00:13:36.920 They got states to change voting systems and laws and help secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding.
00:13:44.780 Oh, a public private partnership.
00:13:46.620 They fended off voter suppression lawsuits.
00:13:49.400 So somebody was suing them, saying, you're suppressing the vote.
00:13:56.600 They went in and fought those.
00:13:59.340 They recruited armies of poll workers and got millions of people to vote by mail for the very first time.
00:14:06.780 Now, how is that not election interference?
00:14:10.620 And they call it the conspiracy to save the 2020 election.
00:14:17.640 Huh.
00:14:20.680 Now, that is interesting.
00:14:24.240 By the way, the Hillary Clinton lawyer Mark Elias also is part of this.
00:14:31.220 The article goes on to mention an alliance with a group called Fight Back Table.
00:14:35.840 If that sounds familiar, it's because we told you about it in 2019, the Transition Integrity Project.
00:14:43.340 But we couldn't get any of the damn Republicans to pay attention.
00:14:48.560 They produced a document for an election night war game.
00:14:53.180 They talked about mass civil unrest should Trump win.
00:14:57.100 Now, we told you about this, that there would be unrest.
00:15:00.620 And if you remember right, after the election, do you remember Antifa?
00:15:05.500 Everybody said, tonight at 7 o'clock when the sun goes down, we're taking over D.C.
00:15:11.640 And what happened?
00:15:13.680 The candidate, Joe Biden, who is now the president-elect, got on television and said, there's going to be no violence.
00:15:21.260 No violence tonight.
00:15:24.060 And there was no violence.
00:15:26.400 Well, we've now found out that that's because it was called off by this organization.
00:15:34.100 This is all coordinated.
00:15:37.800 And they keep saying it's democracy.
00:15:40.620 It's not.
00:15:41.820 It's a republic.
00:15:44.320 And the states must have control of the vote.
00:15:49.660 Once you pour federal money into the elections and make sure that they're safe, it's the easiest way to hijack it.
00:15:59.960 They want top-down control of everything.
00:16:04.980 Now, let me ask you this.
00:16:06.960 Why is it bad to question the integrity of an election?
00:16:10.940 I just spoke to David Barton, who, Wall Builders, is out all over the country.
00:16:18.160 And they have recruited people.
00:16:20.020 They've recruited people to be poll watchers.
00:16:22.700 And they've recruited people now to go over the roles of all of the districts.
00:16:29.220 So they're looking at all the voter roles.
00:16:31.920 And the first thing they're doing is looking for people who are over the age of 100.
00:16:37.880 Is there anybody over there?
00:16:40.120 Not that there aren't voters over the age of 100.
00:16:43.860 But let's just confirm, because there shouldn't be a lot of them.
00:16:47.380 By doing this, in Michigan alone, they found a guy named Jason Daniel.
00:16:53.160 He voted twice in 2020.
00:16:55.960 Twice.
00:16:56.580 Two times.
00:16:58.320 And he's over 100.
00:17:00.640 In fact, he's well over 100.
00:17:02.260 Jason Daniel was born in 1850.
00:17:04.900 So that means he lived through the Civil War and voted twice in 2020.
00:17:10.120 In fact, on one of the pages, there's 100 names on each page.
00:17:16.640 In Michigan, on one of the pages of 100 names, the first 67 names on that active voting list were dead.
00:17:27.100 There are over 35,000 dead people who are on the active roles in Michigan.
00:17:36.240 And you know what the Secretary of State is doing in Michigan?
00:17:40.080 He is actually fighting in court to keep the names of the dead on the active voter list.
00:17:47.100 Now, I would think that Republicans and Democrats and independents could all come together on that.
00:17:55.860 But perhaps not.
00:17:58.060 Because it's being deemed a threat to democracy.
00:18:02.840 More in just a second.
00:18:04.460 American Financing NMLS 182334 www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org
00:18:10.980 Okay.
00:18:12.000 There's something about finally being out of debt after being in it for so long that's indescribable.
00:18:19.400 It's one of the most relieving things you can do.
00:18:21.900 But that is really hard right now.
00:18:23.820 Most people are racking up debt now because they can't afford groceries and gas.
00:18:29.700 Another thing that just, we're going to talk about it later.
00:18:32.360 Joe Biden said last night, you can't look at those selfish things like inflation and the price of gas.
00:18:38.320 The democracy is at stake.
00:18:40.680 Oh my gosh.
00:18:41.920 He actually didn't say selfish.
00:18:43.480 He said petty.
00:18:44.580 Those are petty things?
00:18:47.260 Oh my gosh.
00:18:48.480 Please call American Financing if you're one of the people that are struggling and you have a home because they might be able to take the equity that you have in your home and put you in a low interest rate and take all of those credit cards and get rid of them.
00:19:09.180 Pay them off.
00:19:09.900 Get them off your back.
00:19:11.940 Now you'll pay for all of the debt of that, but you're going to pay at a 5% interest rate instead of,
00:19:17.500 I heard somebody had a 25% interest loan.
00:19:21.380 It's impossible.
00:19:22.940 You cannot get out from, that's shark territory.
00:19:29.420 So please call American Financing.
00:19:33.360 The average person that does business with American Financing right now that calls in saves $695 a month, every month.
00:19:43.040 Call 800-906-2440.
00:19:45.340 800-906-2440.
00:19:47.140 Or go to AmericanFinancing.net.
00:19:49.500 10 seconds.
00:19:50.340 Station ID.
00:19:51.120 So, you know, tomorrow I'm going to have David Barton on who's going to go through all of this research, not research.
00:20:10.580 It's all stuff that they're currently doing right now to throw these dead people off of the rolls in Michigan.
00:20:20.820 I'll have him on tomorrow.
00:20:22.180 He'll tell you all about how they're finding it, what it is.
00:20:25.300 But this is what I got from him last night, which is really very, very disturbing.
00:20:30.980 And there's much more.
00:20:32.320 They're doing this in, I think, all of the swing states.
00:20:37.000 They're doing it in all of the swing states.
00:20:38.660 And they're finding really nasty stuff.
00:20:42.060 So, the president says that they're going after, you've got to be careful because of these MAGA people and their conspiracies.
00:20:50.760 Okay, we already played Hillary Clinton's conspiracy, which apparently is not a problem.
00:20:54.720 And they're going after misinformation and disinformation.
00:20:59.280 Well, for the first time, the Biden administration was held and humiliated by a fact check from Twitter.
00:21:10.760 They said something that we have been saying since he gave the speech about Social Security checks.
00:21:16.980 What has that been, a month?
00:21:17.900 He talked about Social Security checks, and the White House made this big deal that you're getting the biggest increase since the 1970s.
00:21:28.260 You're getting the biggest increase, old people.
00:21:30.000 You're going to love it.
00:21:31.080 And it's thanks to me.
00:21:32.500 No, it's not.
00:21:33.260 It's not thanks to him.
00:21:34.920 It's required by law.
00:21:36.600 It is tied to the inflation index.
00:21:39.480 Well, they tweeted it again.
00:21:41.660 And this time, they were held by one guy changing jobs.
00:21:47.200 One guy.
00:21:48.140 Elon Musk.
00:21:50.320 They've not been held by the media in account for any of these things.
00:21:56.860 None of them.
00:21:57.720 That's why the lies keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
00:22:02.040 Mainstream media has given the GOP 87% negative press in the run-up of the midterms.
00:22:10.940 87% of what they say is negative.
00:22:15.120 I don't know.
00:22:16.480 Is that a problem?
00:22:17.900 How about the networks giving 11 times the coverage to Pelosi as opposed to the Kavanaugh threat?
00:22:26.560 Same story, except without the hammer.
00:22:30.220 They caught him in time.
00:22:33.420 But 11 times the coverage?
00:22:35.220 And you want to talk about a threat to democracy?
00:22:38.460 How about killing all of the Republicans in Congress?
00:22:42.320 That was a Bernie Sanders supporter.
00:22:43.720 One back program.
00:22:44.220 One of these days, if you're not really, really careful, you might end up being one of those people you hear about in a commercial like this.
00:22:53.220 Victims of identity theft.
00:22:54.740 Unfortunately, it doesn't just happen to other people.
00:22:58.500 We have so much on our plate.
00:23:01.520 We have so much we have to worry about.
00:23:03.140 When you can, you've got to give things like this over to somebody else.
00:23:08.380 Now, who do you trust?
00:23:10.220 Man, I don't trust anybody anymore.
00:23:13.040 And then you hear the name LifeLock by Norton.
00:23:17.040 Well, I know Norton.
00:23:18.060 Norton is the number one protector of your computer against viruses, right?
00:23:24.520 So they've got a long track record.
00:23:26.080 LifeLock was the first, I think, in this business.
00:23:29.160 So I trust them.
00:23:30.480 Now, nobody can prevent everything from happening.
00:23:32.360 But that's why they have a restoration team if you do end up having your information hacked into.
00:23:36.480 Because the only thing worse than having your information hacked into is not knowing what to do now.
00:23:42.740 LifeLock.
00:23:43.360 1-800-LIFELOCK.
00:23:44.720 1-800-LIFELOCK or LifeLock.com.
00:23:47.740 You're going to save 25% if you use the promo code BECK.
00:23:51.040 So call them now.
00:23:52.220 1-800-LIFELOCK or LifeLock.com.
00:23:55.600 Use the promo code BECK.
00:23:59.860 The best election night coverage anywhere.
00:24:01.900 BlazeTV.com slash midterms.
00:24:03.740 If you use the promo code REDWAVE, you'll get 30 bucks off.
00:24:14.720 So Joe Biden spoke last night and his DOJ is considering laws that would put people in prison for misinformation.
00:24:28.080 But I don't think they understand what misinformation is, quite honestly.
00:24:33.000 They're now saying that, this is from the Washington Post, that releasing the video on Paul Pelosi is just a way to extend the conspiracy theory.
00:24:43.740 Now, I don't think anything happened there except this.
00:24:49.560 A crazy hippie went down a rabbit hole, went even more crazy, and tried to kill or hobble Nancy Pelosi.
00:25:01.280 That's what happened.
00:25:03.440 That's what happened.
00:25:04.920 Except the Washington Post talks about how the conspiracy theories are spread, the same reason that QAnon itself did.
00:25:14.900 That there are reward mechanisms for sowing doubt that don't exist for sharing the less exciting truth.
00:25:21.240 There are political rewards.
00:25:23.060 Certainly, various political actors got new surges in attention by spreading false claims about the attack.
00:25:28.220 It is the same as suggesting that authorities have been lying about an audience builder since the days of UFO chatter on AM radio.
00:25:38.700 You mean the ones that now the Pentagon is verifying?
00:25:41.740 I just want to throw that out there.
00:25:43.800 So they go in to say that, look, the conspiracies don't happen because you don't have the information.
00:25:52.100 Conspiracies happen because you do give them the information.
00:25:55.780 And you give these people, release the video, release the video.
00:26:00.540 What are you hiding?
00:26:02.160 If information is suppressed, it reinforces the conspiracy theory.
00:26:05.800 If it's released, it becomes evidence that contributes to the conspiracy theory.
00:26:11.480 Colored yarn is pinned to it and pinned to another cork board.
00:26:18.740 Okay, so great.
00:26:20.720 Yeah, that's the way people are, but that's not a reason for not releasing information.
00:26:28.800 He quotes the Lawrence Lessig's 2009 essay against transparency in which he warned publishing information in the interest of governmental transparency would simply give people scads of material to generate their own narratives.
00:26:44.660 So they're arguing now that the government should not release information.
00:26:53.660 In what world does that make sense?
00:26:57.180 I will explain.
00:26:58.620 In the world of the Washington Post, Megan McArdle of the Washington Post has just written a story where she believes that the media was mistaken to report on the public comments and expressions of a prominent figure who was running for president.
00:27:14.660 Who was hosting campaign rallies attended by thousands.
00:27:18.520 She said we were responsible for Trump.
00:27:25.760 Wow.
00:27:26.540 And she said we covered him, but we didn't get the effect we were hoping for.
00:27:31.660 What effect were you hoping for?
00:27:34.400 Let me ask you as a journalist, you are to journal the news.
00:27:40.300 You're supposed to tell people what happened today.
00:27:43.460 You're not supposed to steer us like sheep.
00:27:48.420 McArdle believes she and her peers failed the public, but she believes the voters failed even more.
00:27:55.300 They're supposed to look at what the media is saying and come to the same conclusion.
00:28:00.800 There's a great article on this in The Federalist.
00:28:03.400 So she says that rather than leaping to condemn his every pronouncement, we should just treat Trump's Twitter account the way we would treat some random account with five followers.
00:28:18.260 We just ignore them.
00:28:20.260 They're beneath our notice.
00:28:21.400 That's called a blackout.
00:28:23.860 McArdle's former Post colleague, The Federalist, points out Margaret Sullivan also said last month the old style journalism will no longer suffice in political coverage.
00:28:35.740 Instead, she said all her little friends should be thinking about what coverage serves the public best.
00:28:43.500 In other words, what serves her interest or the media's interest or her collection of friends interest.
00:28:51.120 They don't know everyone in the country, yet they are steering everyone into the country on their belief because they are convinced that they're right.
00:29:04.200 This is extraordinarily dangerous.
00:29:07.520 By the way, the FBI official that was one of the head guys that suppressed the Hunter Biden laptop story is still involved in the government's disinformation role.
00:29:18.000 This is one of the guys making the decisions.
00:29:21.880 Now, another question.
00:29:23.860 This one comes from reason.
00:29:25.840 Have you seen what they're charging Pelosi's attacker with?
00:29:29.580 And I have to tell you, he should go to prison or a mental institution like John Hinckley did.
00:29:36.960 OK, we're letting John Hinckley out now.
00:29:39.540 I don't think we should do that.
00:29:40.800 You you attack somebody like that.
00:29:42.700 You go to jail forever.
00:29:43.920 However, however, this man should be put away.
00:29:48.120 And I want that to be very, very clear.
00:29:50.920 What he did was very wrong.
00:29:52.560 We have no place in our society for it.
00:29:55.040 But.
00:29:57.100 They they are charging him and really double charging him everywhere, everywhere.
00:30:05.320 He according to the Justice Department, they're prosecuting him for violating some statute, which applies to someone who assaults a member of U.S.
00:30:16.160 officials immediate family with intent to retaliate against that official on account of the performance of the official duties.
00:30:22.000 When the assault results in bodily injury, it's punishable up to 30 years.
00:30:25.840 They're also violated, saying he violated 18 U.S.C.
00:30:30.320 1201, which applies to someone who attempts to kidnap a federal official on account of performance of official duties.
00:30:37.040 He also faces six state charges.
00:30:39.800 Some of them overlap with the federal charges.
00:30:42.700 The state charges include first degree residential burglary, assault with a deadly deadly weapon, elderly abuse, false imprisonment and threatening a member of an elected official's immediate family.
00:30:52.920 Secondly, he is also charged with attempted first degree murder.
00:30:58.640 OK, I, I, I have to tell you.
00:31:02.880 I'm sure, I'm sure many of these things are accurate.
00:31:07.660 OK, I'm not an attorney.
00:31:10.560 Here's what I'm concerned of.
00:31:12.920 Is Paul Pelosi's life more important than anyone else?
00:31:18.920 Is Paul Pelosi's, I mean, is Nancy Pelosi's husband more important than the mom in Buffalo?
00:31:31.960 I don't know if you've been following this.
00:31:34.380 Kathy Hochul says the system absolutely failed.
00:31:37.920 There was a guy who was arrested 45 years old, Adam Benningfield.
00:31:56.460 He was arrested because of the savage beating of his estranged wife.
00:32:04.820 But because of the changes the Democrats have made in cash free bail.
00:32:11.940 He couldn't be held.
00:32:15.340 And so he leaves.
00:32:18.420 And this mother of three is executed by this guy.
00:32:22.680 Now the mother of the former wife is holding Hochul and saying, what are you doing?
00:32:32.360 Of course we care about crime.
00:32:35.960 He was in jail and there was no bail for a domestic violence incident.
00:32:46.900 So he left.
00:32:48.140 Hochul has said, yes, the laws could use some tweaking.
00:32:53.660 Tweaking?
00:32:55.500 You are throwing the book at this guy who deserves the book to be thrown at him in San Francisco.
00:33:03.220 But how many other people in San Francisco have been raped or murdered and nobody paid attention to it?
00:33:13.680 Do you see what's happening?
00:33:15.840 You don't matter.
00:33:17.340 You don't matter to the press.
00:33:19.560 You don't matter to the elites.
00:33:22.540 By the way, what happened to Katie Hobbs?
00:33:27.420 Is Katie Hobbs going to be held for misinformation?
00:33:33.060 Because she came out and blamed Carrie Lake for someone breaking into her office.
00:33:38.580 And Carrie Lake said, this is ridiculous.
00:33:41.380 This is ridiculous.
00:33:43.060 I had nothing to do with it.
00:33:44.720 Nobody I know would have anything to do with it.
00:33:47.040 We're winning in the first place.
00:33:51.100 But that didn't stop Katie Hobbs.
00:33:53.960 Even after they caught the guy, still.
00:33:57.780 Might have been influenced, might have been influenced by Carrie Lake.
00:34:02.420 No, no.
00:34:03.640 Actually, the guy that they arrested was an illegal alien.
00:34:08.180 He had been arrested earlier in the day and then released.
00:34:14.560 Do you see a pattern here?
00:34:18.560 Yeah, but we're talking about violence against really?
00:34:23.280 How about the shooting that the media barely covered when the guy who had worked for the Bernie Sanders campaign?
00:34:31.660 And I don't blame Bernie Sanders for this.
00:34:34.280 But they don't give me that.
00:34:37.860 No, no, no.
00:34:39.820 I've got to blame every Republican.
00:34:41.920 Uh, really?
00:34:45.760 How about the guy who went to the ballgame?
00:34:47.940 Does anyone even remember this in the press?
00:34:50.560 That tried to kill the Republicans on the field.
00:34:54.640 They would have wiped out almost all of the Republicans in one day.
00:34:59.040 Is that a threat to democracy?
00:35:04.980 They barely mentioned it.
00:35:10.800 Look.
00:35:14.120 We don't have a democracy.
00:35:16.120 We have a republic.
00:35:18.040 And there's an important difference.
00:35:19.780 And if you don't know the difference, just look it up.
00:35:23.100 It's important.
00:35:24.080 The founders knew democracy always fails quickly and rolls into a totalitarian state.
00:35:34.040 That's why we have all of the safeguards that we are now getting rid of.
00:35:42.500 But our republic truly is at stake.
00:35:47.020 And Tuesday, am I the only one that got up this morning and started reading polls, which, by the way, Stu is going to go into?
00:35:54.080 Don't listen to these polls.
00:35:56.420 Don't listen.
00:35:57.040 They're registered voter polls.
00:35:59.660 They are trying to make you feel like, oh, crap, we're going to lose.
00:36:03.880 But I have to tell you, I got up this morning and I thought, geez, you know, we've been very optimistic lately.
00:36:10.540 But by Wednesday, a week from yesterday, we could be looking at each other going, dear God, what is going to come now?
00:36:19.840 It has to stop the madness has to have a speed bump, at least or a roadblock.
00:36:30.000 And I just read that there is like 10 percent of 17 percent of Republicans in Georgia.
00:36:36.680 They're not sure they're going to vote because they're not sure you're not sure.
00:36:41.580 However, be sure of this.
00:36:46.500 If you don't put up a roadblock.
00:36:49.720 We will not have a democracy and a republic.
00:36:55.920 We will not be following the Constitution at all.
00:37:00.080 Please, please, please don't risk that.
00:37:07.280 Back in a minute.
00:37:09.040 I want to remind you that you still live in a country where you were allowed to do business as you're pleased.
00:37:14.380 And now more than ever, it is important to support companies like Patriot Mobile.
00:37:18.800 Well, these people have been trying to recreate the system, and that's hard.
00:37:24.340 You need a parallel economy.
00:37:26.380 You need something that you can go to.
00:37:29.260 If everybody shuts you out, if everybody is going in one direction, I'd like to go in the other direction.
00:37:37.240 I'd like to go back to the Constitution.
00:37:40.880 But maybe that's just me and you.
00:37:43.900 Well, it's not.
00:37:44.580 It's Patriot Mobile, too.
00:37:45.760 And they are America's only Christian conservative wireless carrier.
00:37:51.000 They donate a big portion of every single dollar that they make to organizations that fight for causes that you and I care about.
00:37:58.440 Their people are actually in our schools.
00:38:01.180 These people are fighting.
00:38:02.960 They believe they're you.
00:38:05.560 They share your values, won't send your hard-earned money to aid in the destruction of America.
00:38:11.260 They are fighting against it, and they're giving you great mobile service.
00:38:15.300 You're going to get the same.
00:38:16.480 They're on the same tower, so you get the same coverage.
00:38:19.080 You get better because it's all in America, customer service, and you'll save money.

00:38:42.200 So, and I were just talking about if these things that they're doing with the DOJ actually pass and are codified
00:39:05.220 and are not stopped, you will not be able to hear broadcasts like us.
00:39:11.860 We would go to prison.
00:39:14.700 It would be a felony if they decide something is misinformation.
00:39:18.800 We'd go to prison for a joke.
00:39:22.320 No joke, folks.
00:39:23.740 Not kidding.
00:39:24.460 This is what is at stake on Tuesday.
00:39:29.920 Tell me a little bit about these polls.
00:39:31.420 We're going to get into the polls here in a second, but give me some information on the polls that are coming out, Stu.
00:39:36.180 So, a lot of the top line numbers that people are reporting are registered voters.
00:39:39.620 And registered voters sounds like a good way to do a poll until you realize that a lot of people are registered that don't vote.
00:39:46.140 Correct.
00:39:46.440 There might be dead people registered that didn't vote.
00:39:49.420 That's true.
00:39:50.220 Right.
00:39:50.540 But if you talk to somebody and they're registered to vote, that doesn't mean they're actually going to bother to go out to the polls.
00:39:54.640 A lot of people don't, obviously.
00:39:56.300 So, usually what people will do is a likely voter screen.
00:39:59.460 That usually favors Republicans because Republicans typically care about these issues more than, you know, the person who's watching the Kardashians 23 hours a day.
00:40:08.740 So, what happens?
00:40:10.080 They apply these likely voter screens.
00:40:12.120 Now, these are most of the polls that came out today are Fox News polls.
00:40:14.900 They did have a likely voter screen in it.
00:40:17.700 It's not really being reported as much as the registered voter number.
00:40:21.280 The likely voter number helps Republicans, but not as much as you'd think.
00:40:25.880 Now, there's a couple ways of doing likely voter screens.
00:40:28.260 The easiest way is just saying, hey, are you going to vote?
00:40:31.840 How sure are you that you're going to vote?
00:40:33.440 And the person says, I'm really sure, or I already voted.
00:40:35.880 So, they put them in.
00:40:37.240 That's what they did here.
00:40:38.040 They did certain or already voted.
00:40:40.260 You could also ask a lot of different questions.
00:40:42.600 Hey, did you vote in the past elections?
00:40:44.280 You can dig into this for a more accurate screen.
00:40:48.200 So, these numbers aren't great for Republican candidates, but there are reasons why you could be a little skeptical that that's the way things are going to turn out.
00:40:57.640 One way or another, it could be very, very razor thin close.
00:41:03.740 And then, if you get that close, you're going to have speculation on either side.
00:41:10.300 Ah, they cheated.
00:41:11.360 They cheated.
00:41:12.100 Whatever.
00:41:13.400 Get to the polls and overwhelm the polls.
00:41:19.020 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:41:20.220 All right, every morning, people all over the country wake up and go through their lives in a land that's still kind of free, at least for the moment.
00:41:28.020 They work hard.
00:41:28.880 They try to make a good living.
00:41:30.260 They love their God.
00:41:31.100 They love their family.
00:41:32.020 And at the end of the night, they go to bed as decent quality people.
00:41:35.320 This does actually happen in America.
00:41:37.040 The American ideal is almost limitless.
00:41:40.480 It's just a matter of how much is going to be squashed.
00:41:43.100 Now, when you're looking for a great example of people who kind of do it the old school way, I want to tell you about Grip6.
00:41:50.800 Grip6 is doing it the old school way.
00:41:52.940 Whether you buy their socks, for instance, or their wallets, or really anything that they sell.
00:42:00.100 Grip6, their great belts.
00:42:01.380 We're talking about American manufacturers who wash the wool, process it, weave it into socks, and keep your feet warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
00:42:09.920 The American business owners who have accepted the risk that comes along with doing things this way, they're great people, and they love this country.

00:43:21.020 Hello and welcome, America.
00:43:24.040 We are so glad that you have tuned in.
00:43:28.120 We've got a packed remaining two hours of this broadcast that you do not want to miss.
00:43:35.360 Some crazy things are happening with polling.
00:43:38.300 Some things are happening with the president's speech last night.
00:43:43.460 And in the 28th congressional district race in Texas, the Democrat is a guy who the FBI has broken down his door.
00:43:56.200 Okay, that seems to be happening regularly, but not for these reasons.
00:44:00.700 And he is dealing now with a strange donation from a family connected to the Zeta drug cartel.
00:44:10.880 Guess where he stands on the border.
00:44:13.600 We're going to talk to the Republican that is now, this was 20 points in Democratic favor.
00:44:21.140 It is now less than three.
00:44:25.020 We talked to Cassie Garcia.
00:44:31.320 She joins us in 60 seconds.
00:44:34.140 So, if you really want to create valuable breathing room in your budget, pay less for your home, possibly save thousands of dollars a month, listen up.
00:44:45.240 Now is the time to refinance right now, possibly your mortgage, especially if you have an adjustable loan.
00:44:54.420 Yesterday, they raised the interest rates again at the Fed, another three quarters of a point.
00:45:01.380 This is not going to go well.
00:45:04.720 It's just not going to go well.
00:45:06.560 You have the benefit of extremely low mortgage rates right now.
00:45:10.220 The incentive of an economy that has gone insane and may not stabilize for a while.
00:45:17.500 American financing will be there no matter what you're trying to do.
00:45:21.240 The people that call American Financing, on average, when they do business with American Financing, they're saving now, on average, today, $695 a month.
00:45:31.240 That's fantastic.
00:45:32.580 That would help put food on the table and gas in the tank.
00:45:35.580 So, call American Financing now.
00:45:37.200 See if they can help you.
00:45:38.160 800-906-2440.
00:45:40.700 800-906-2440.
00:45:43.360 Or AmericanFinancing.net.
00:45:46.480 American Financing, NMLS, 1-82334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
00:45:54.140 Cassieforcongress.com is the home where you can find out how you can assist and help Cassie Garcia.
00:46:02.640 Hi, Cassie.
00:46:03.260 How are you?
00:46:05.180 Hi, Glenn.
00:46:05.860 I'm doing great.
00:46:07.020 Thank you so much.
00:46:07.740 I'm honored to be on with you this morning.
00:46:09.100 Thank you.
00:46:09.620 Now, tell me about your race, because this is a district that has gone double-digit Democratic in the past, and it's not going that way this time.
00:46:21.600 Why?
00:46:23.060 So, there's so many reasons why right now.
00:46:25.840 You know, this district is a toss-up race, one of the 28 races to watch in the country.
00:46:30.420 The Democrats are destroying the country that I love so much, that I grew up in the Rio Grande Valley past 37 years, a conservative Republican.
00:46:38.100 The Democrat Party has left the Hispanic community, and we're seeing the failed Biden-Cuehrer-Pelosi agenda.
00:46:44.600 We don't support open borders.
00:46:46.500 We don't look.
00:46:47.120 And as a lifelong South Texas and the wife of a border patrol agent, I don't like what we're seeing in this country.
00:46:52.020 You know, look, the border's broken, price is out of control, and people can't find doctors in our community.
00:46:58.200 What do you mean, people can't find doctors?
00:47:00.640 So, four of the nine counties in this district do not even have a doctor, do not even have a doctor.
00:47:05.920 And Henry Cuehrer has been in office since 1987.
00:47:09.840 Oh, my gosh.
00:47:10.460 Because I've been in kindergarten.
00:47:12.200 And what do we have gone?
00:47:13.180 You know, he's under a criminal investigation for corruption.
00:47:16.540 People are ready for a change.
00:47:18.000 They're waking up.
00:47:19.200 I'm meeting Democrats, Glenn, every single day that said, Kathy, I voted for you.
00:47:24.360 I voted Republican because we talk about our values of faith, family, and freedom.
00:47:29.380 So, what is the, how is the border debate that is going on in America, how is that affecting your community?
00:47:39.800 And what is the take from the Hispanic community on what's happening at the border?
00:47:44.740 That's a great question.
00:47:46.640 You know, any part of the community in District 20, whether I'm on the border, down in Rio Grande, in Rio Grande, City, Starr County, in Laredo, up in San Antonio, Guadalupe County, people on their top issues on their mind.
00:47:57.000 When I'm talking to Republicans and Democrats and Independents, they're telling me, Kathy, what is happening at the border?
00:48:01.320 Why has the administration done anything to secure our communities?
00:48:04.180 I met a mother who lost her daughter to fentanyl.
00:48:07.160 She was 17 years old.
00:48:08.280 She died July 20th this year.
00:48:09.580 I met a father last night that he lost his son.
00:48:12.700 He was 24 years old to fentanyl.
00:48:14.940 People are losing their children because they're thinking they're taking a sleeping aid pill and it's laced with fentanyl.
00:48:20.060 We have a drug crisis.
00:48:22.200 We have a failed leadership crisis.
00:48:23.400 We have a border crisis.
00:48:24.660 And, you know, I have Henry Cuellar, who's been in office for 18 years as a member of Congress, lost the endorsement from the National Border Patrol Council, who's always endorsed Henry Cuellar because, you know, he's a slick politician.
00:48:36.620 He can go on TV, on Fox News, and say he's done, you know, everything to secure our southern border.
00:48:41.940 But at the end of the day, he votes 95% of the time with Nancy Pelosi, 95% of the time.
00:48:47.520 And he's lockstep with Joe Biden.
00:48:49.240 And he voted against life-saving infrastructure.
00:48:53.460 So the National Border Patrol Council has now endorsed me in this race.
00:48:57.060 That is fantastic.
00:48:58.060 And talking to voters on the ground, they're tired of these failed policies, and that's impacting our hospital systems, our school systems.
00:49:05.380 I bet.
00:49:05.860 We're having bailouts every single day.
00:49:08.900 You know, the border is a mess.
00:49:10.400 It's an invasion.
00:49:11.240 It's an invasion.
00:49:12.060 And we need to secure our border.
00:49:14.420 You know what?
00:49:14.740 The president of the United States has done nothing, nothing to secure the border.
00:49:19.760 We have Kamala Harris, who our borders are, who hasn't even visited the border.
00:49:24.080 And so people are just frustrated.
00:49:25.900 And my husband is a border patrol agent serving his great country for 26 years.
00:49:29.260 And I will tell you, the men and women in green, they need support.
00:49:32.820 They need the personnel, the technology, and the resources.
00:49:35.380 And Henry Cuellar voted for a bill that's going to make inflation worse.
00:49:39.220 And he said he voted to allow he wants 87,000 more IRS agents.
00:49:45.900 We don't need 87,000 IRS agents.
00:49:48.140 We need 87,000 border patrol agents, custom officers, and security school officers to keep our community safe.
00:49:54.080 So Henry Cuellar, he's in trouble.
00:49:58.080 You do say he's under investigation.
00:50:00.040 It's some form.
00:50:00.940 They say he's not the main person but involved in something to do with Azerbaijan and corruption there.
00:50:09.780 But also, there is something that happened in 2012 with him and his brother.
00:50:16.560 They got a donation from a guy who does, you know, who lines the pockets of politicians for the drug cartels.
00:50:26.820 And that happened in 2012, and it came out, or I should say it came out in 2012.
00:50:32.400 But if I'm not mistaken, somebody was killed on the border by the Zetas.
00:50:40.820 And the mother came out and blamed Henry Cuellar and his brother and said, these guys are on the take.
00:50:49.420 And only then did he return that money, if I'm not mistaken.
00:50:55.680 Correct?
00:50:56.300 That's correct.
00:50:57.820 You know, this story, you know, so I'll tell you this.
00:51:01.260 People in my community are very disturbed by the scandal.
00:51:05.420 You know, it turns out that Henry Cuellar and his brother, who is a local sheriff in Webb County,
00:51:11.140 took thousands of dollars from a convicted money launderer from Los Zetas, which is the most dangerous drug cartel in Mexico.
00:51:17.240 And according to a federal indictment, you know, the money launderer's job was to funnel cash between the cartels and the corrupt politicians,
00:51:23.000 which raises a lot of questions.
00:51:25.520 But look, this is part of a larger pattern with Henry Cuellar.
00:51:28.940 He's already under a very serious criminal investigation for corruption involving a foreign government.
00:51:33.900 You know, and the voters in our community are fed up.
00:51:37.460 We need a member of Congress who will focus solely on fixing the economy, securing the border, and bringing health care to South Texas.
00:51:44.280 And, you know, Glenn, because you're from Texas, we have entire counties down here without a single doctor.
00:51:50.420 And Henry Cuellar, who's been in office since I was in kindergarten, has failed us.
00:51:55.060 And that's why, come November 8th, we are voting for a better way forward for our community,
00:52:00.140 and we will see a big red wave here in South Texas.
00:52:02.600 You, I mean, it's, that's quite an amazing thing.
00:52:06.540 The, if I'm not mistaken, the district is 70% Hispanic, which would lead people to believe that it's going to go to the Democrats.
00:52:17.240 But things are changing rapidly.
00:52:20.220 Let me ask you, I have not met any Latino that likes being called a Latinx or Latinx.
00:52:32.700 And even this weekend, they were saying that Hispanics who are voting for Republicans are uneducated and they're Latinx.
00:52:44.440 What, what, who are these people that are trying to change Latinos?
00:52:51.700 You know, when I first heard of Latinx or whatever you want to call it, I honestly thought it was some kind of new bleach line or something.
00:52:59.420 You know, none of us know what it means.
00:53:01.260 And this is a reminder of how out of touch the Democrats are with Hispanics.
00:53:05.860 And it's not just on the culture level.
00:53:08.040 The Biden-Pelosi coercion is destroying our community.
00:53:10.580 We've never seen inflation this bad and the border is a mess.
00:53:14.140 And people who I have to go to, people that I know talking to people in the community have to go to Mexico for doctor's appointments and mammograms.
00:53:21.720 And as an American and a woman with a pre-existing condition, I think that this is just disgraceful.
00:53:27.260 And that's why Hispanics are turning the page on Henry Cuellar, Joe Biden, and Nancy Pelosi's radical agenda.
00:53:35.080 So, Cassie Garcia, how can people help you?
00:53:38.200 If we are five days away and I'm asking...
00:53:42.140 Wait, wait, wait.
00:53:42.840 Let me say that.
00:53:43.580 Let me say that.
00:53:44.340 We are five days away from the fundamental transformation of the United States of America.
00:53:50.180 That's great.
00:53:50.700 We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.
00:53:55.340 Yes.
00:53:55.840 So, we're about to transform it back in five days.
00:53:58.560 Anyway.
00:53:59.720 That's right.
00:54:00.200 That's right.
00:54:00.860 So, if you want to get involved or help, go to Cassie for Congress, C-A-S-S-Y for Congress dot com.
00:54:08.520 And every dollar raise will keep my commercial up on the air.
00:54:12.320 So, we're asking for support.
00:54:13.840 Help me flip the C.
00:54:15.020 It's been Democrat-controlled for 110 years.
00:54:17.360 Oh, my gosh.
00:54:18.080 And Henry Coyier-Paki and I will be the first Hispanic female to ever represent this great District 28.
00:54:24.640 So, I'm ready.
00:54:25.740 They are ready for a change, a voice, a new voice in Washington, D.C.
00:54:30.000 that's going to represent their values of faith, family, and freedom.
00:54:33.240 I love you.
00:54:34.300 Cassie, I love you.
00:54:35.160 Thank you so much.
00:54:35.980 Good luck next week.
00:54:36.920 Thank you, Glenn.
00:54:37.280 Thank you so much, Glenn.
00:54:38.500 Thank you for having me on.
00:54:39.460 You bet.
00:54:39.880 Cassie Garcia.
00:54:40.740 I think that should be – this is historic, America.
00:54:45.160 We are five days away from the fundamental transformation because this is historic.
00:54:51.320 This is a minority.
00:54:53.000 This is a Hispanic and a Hispanic woman.
00:54:56.960 They've never elected a Hispanic woman because they're so misogynistic, I guess.
00:55:05.080 But this is historic.
00:55:07.300 We can now change the world.
00:55:10.740 I have hope for change.
00:55:13.200 Let's break that glass ceiling together, shall we?
00:55:16.420 Shall we?
00:55:16.800 Let's do that.
00:55:18.840 Cassie Garcia.
00:55:20.560 Cassie for Congress.com.
00:55:22.380 This one is winnable, but it requires boots on the ground and people digging.
00:55:29.360 This one will be a massive, massive loss and an indication of a real red wave.

00:56:55.580 Station ID.
00:57:05.800 Oh, man, I don't know.
00:57:09.220 I don't know what we're going to do.
00:57:11.040 I'm bummed out by this.
00:57:12.520 I think this could change everything.
00:57:14.200 Liz Cheney has endorsed Pelosi for another term as House Speaker.
00:57:18.920 Wow, that's crucially important.
00:57:20.880 She is.
00:57:21.860 And she's on the cutting edge.
00:57:23.540 Everybody, when she speaks, nobody, I mean, people listen.
00:57:28.200 So, it's ridiculous.
00:57:29.900 Like, you, if you wanted to be Liz Cheney and have an impact on this, right, you could do this in a different way.
00:57:36.680 Like, you could say, I don't support Donald Trump and I don't support X, Y, and Z candidate, but let me tell you how hard I'm pushing for this Republican candidate that I really love.
00:57:45.760 Right.
00:57:46.140 So, here's the thing.
00:57:46.840 That's not really happening.
00:57:47.280 Liz Cheney has, she is old style Republican.
00:57:51.740 I don't even think that's true right now.
00:57:54.320 Hear me out.
00:57:55.140 Hear me out.
00:57:55.580 This is, she is a, an example of how much the rhinos hate the new Republican that wants accountability and wants to change America from this progressive course.
00:58:12.920 They hate them.
00:58:14.260 And I think she's just got so wrapped up in it.
00:58:18.000 She's become a little, a little mentally ill with Trump derangement syndrome to where she'll, she'll back everyone on the left to stop these new Republicans from coming in.
00:58:29.300 Yeah, I think that's, that's largely true.
00:58:32.580 I mean, she, she does not seem, again, you're, you're, you're, you're endorsing candidates that would stand up against everything Liz Cheney said she believed in up until 2021.
00:58:44.740 Yeah.
00:58:45.220 I mean, really, even then, I mean, she, remember, this is a person who voted for Donald Trump.
00:58:49.840 This is, this is, this person that is out there saying that now Tim Ryan should win over J.D. Vance, that we should have, that we should have Democrats continue control of the Senate.
00:59:00.960 I believe the Bushes would do the same thing.
00:59:03.500 I believe the Bushes would.
00:59:04.940 But the Bushes didn't vote for Donald Trump, for example.
00:59:07.020 I know.
00:59:07.400 But I believe, quite famously, didn't.
00:59:08.840 I believe that they would support Nancy Pelosi over some of, you know, you know, these new Republicans.
00:59:14.880 It's crazy.
00:59:16.040 It's really, really insane.
00:59:17.340 And again, you can, you don't have to abandon everything you've ever believed.
00:59:20.100 I do think that a lot of these people get in the spotlight.
00:59:23.300 They start getting, I mean, this is the Evan McMullin story as well, as well, right?
00:59:27.040 This is a guy who said he was a Republican for a long time.
00:59:29.760 McMuffin?
00:59:30.140 Yeah, McMuffin.
00:59:30.860 Yes, I'm sorry, McMuffin.
00:59:32.320 And, you know, you get into this realm where everybody who is responsible for your future
00:59:38.340 is a Democrat.
00:59:39.340 Everybody giving you money is a Democrat.
00:59:41.300 Everybody telling you how wonderful you are is a Democrat.
00:59:43.300 And you, over time, marinate in that long enough.
00:59:47.520 You, anything you believed in the past just evaporates.
00:59:50.440 And that's what's happened with him.
00:59:51.520 I mean, I don't know if he ever had really hardcore beliefs, but what he did have was at
00:59:55.840 least the ability to talk about good things that sounded Republican and conservative.
01:00:01.500 He's totally lost that.
01:00:02.700 I mean, he is really at that point where he's just trying to give the Democrats power.
01:00:08.200 And look, you could say you're strong all you want, and maybe you are.
01:00:12.880 But when you get millions and millions and millions of dollars from people who are telling
01:00:18.480 you to vote this way, a lot of people will just start voting that way.
01:00:21.780 Yeah.
01:00:21.940 And we've seen McMullen.
01:00:23.560 Well, no, I can trust a former CIA spy.
01:00:28.480 You know what I mean?
01:00:29.320 They're not good at lying and doing deceitful things.
01:00:32.280 Anyway, help me out with this.
01:00:35.800 Half of Pennsylvanians say the Senate debate was a factor in their vote.
01:00:40.680 And yet I haven't seen the polls really move.
01:00:44.540 In fact, if anything, they seem to be going towards Spetterman.
01:00:49.100 Also, Democrats are switching their voter registration to GOP in Pennsylvania like crazy.
01:00:55.640 Like crazy.
01:00:57.000 Yeah.
01:00:58.000 What is happening?
01:00:59.940 So there's a bunch of new polls out in this Spetterman race now all post-debate.
01:01:04.960 We had a bunch of polls that came out.
01:01:06.300 They were half before the debate, half after it.
01:01:08.000 It was hard to really suss anything out.
01:01:10.280 What we have seen, and I will say, Glenn, the movement is clear.
01:01:13.260 The movement is clear towards us in all of these polls.
01:01:15.860 It's just that many of them are still showing Fetterman leading.
01:01:20.280 Like he had a bigger lead before, but now he has a smaller lead.
01:01:23.080 So three polls that are out today.
01:01:24.160 Fox News has one that has Fetterman down or up by four.
01:01:28.680 Now, is that registered voters or likely voters?
01:01:31.740 So they do have a likely voter screen.
01:01:33.880 They have a, it's a three-point lead under registered voters, four-point lead for some
01:01:38.040 reason under likely voters.
01:01:39.520 That's insane.
01:01:40.300 Now, the one thing that's a little bit less insane about it is the way they did this likely
01:01:44.200 voter screen.
01:01:44.840 To not get too deep into this, but basically they asked if you were certain to vote or
01:01:48.860 have already voted.
01:01:50.300 Now, we all know Democrats are much more likely to use early voting.
01:01:53.900 So counting, they count someone as sure to vote if they say they've already voted.
01:01:57.640 So that could be what's weighing down this poll.
01:01:59.940 Uh, there's another poll out from USA Today that has Fetterman up by two points.
01:02:04.080 Okay.
01:02:04.200 So hang on.
01:02:04.720 How's Doug Mastriano doing?
01:02:06.740 I don't, I mean, Mastriano's in serious trouble.
01:02:09.320 He's down in, there's usually about a nine point spread, seven to nine points between
01:02:14.300 Mastriano and Oz.
01:02:15.900 That's not helpful.
01:02:16.940 No.
01:02:17.540 Um, and one of the reasons why a lot of people think Fetterman might hold onto this is that
01:02:22.020 a Shapiro who's running against Mastriano for governor might pull him over the finish
01:02:26.320 line.
01:02:26.580 Enough people don't want to vote for Mastriano.
01:02:28.920 No, that's going to hurt Oz.
01:02:30.480 We'll see if that happens.
01:02:31.820 That does, there is evidence of that happening sometimes.
01:02:34.500 I don't know that it's going to happen here.
01:02:36.380 The third poll though is out from Emerson, which is one of the better pollsters and they
01:02:40.200 do have, uh, Fetterman now, um, uh, behind by, I think it's one point.
01:02:46.480 I don't have the, yes, uh, Oz leading Fetterman, it's two, two points, 48 to 46 among likely
01:02:51.460 voters.
01:02:52.260 All within the, all of these are within the margin of error that we should point out.
01:02:54.820 There are two states that are must wins.
01:02:56.700 You got to win Georgia and I mean, if you want anything significant, you want to stop
01:03:03.840 the, uh, the madness and stop any of the Supreme court justices that will be coming down the
01:03:10.340 pike in the next two years.
01:03:11.680 Um, you've got to win Georgia and maybe, uh, Pennsylvania and Georgia is close as well.
01:03:18.900 Oh yeah.
01:03:19.400 Crucially close.
01:03:20.320 Again, getting to 51 is, is a big hurdle, right?
01:03:23.080 It does a lot.
01:03:24.440 However, you think Mitt Romney is going to be this bulwark against some moderate slash liberal
01:03:31.880 Supreme court nominee.
01:03:33.240 Well, if he has McMuffin by his side, maybe, maybe that will give him the strength he needs.
01:03:37.880 Right.
01:03:38.260 Oh, geez.
01:03:39.520 All right.
01:03:40.740 More on this.
01:03:42.160 And what is the government doing to make sure that there's no shenanigans at polling places?
01:03:51.000 Oh, wait, wait.
01:03:53.780 We have an expert that has been watching this.
01:03:56.800 He joins us next.
01:03:58.660 The Glenn Beck program.
01:04:00.360 All right.
01:04:03.520 Uh, if you're pretty much like everybody else, uh, you probably like to just always be able
01:04:08.280 to get into your car and start it and then turn it off when you're done with it and then
01:04:12.200 start it again and go where you want and then turn it off.
01:04:14.660 Right.
01:04:15.500 I mean, it's so much to ask.
01:04:17.100 You're so demanding.
01:04:18.460 Your car probably has other plans.
01:04:20.500 Uh, cause that's not the way life works with the car, especially if you're out of a warranty.
01:04:27.460 It's a conspiracy theory.
01:04:29.000 I think sure it is, but it seems like everything kind of starts to wear out right after the
01:04:35.560 warranty, doesn't it?
01:04:36.860 And now when you have to replace either your car or any of the chips or anything that's
01:04:42.240 from one of the other hundred countries around the world, uh, it's hard to do car shield offers
01:04:48.700 protection plans now for about a hundred bucks a month.
01:04:51.300 And they, you, all you have to do is just choose the mechanic, take the car there, choose
01:04:55.840 the mechanic.
01:04:56.340 They write the check.
01:04:57.440 They take care of all of it.
01:04:59.200 Car shield.
01:04:59.860 They've had my back several times from my truck's breakdown, get coverage.
01:05:03.340 Like I have go to car shield.com slash back or call 800-391-8888, 800-391-8888.
01:05:11.040 It's car shield.com slash back.
01:05:15.200 The best election coverage is on blaze TV.
01:05:17.880 Go to blaze TV.com slash midterms.
01:05:20.180 Use the promo code red wave to save 30 bucks.
01:05:35.380 Just a few minutes.
01:05:36.260 I hope to, uh, be able to get ahold of the, uh, the, uh, government accountability legal
01:05:41.480 director.
01:05:41.960 This guy was a, a big guy, um, at the FBI.
01:05:47.240 Don't hold that against him.
01:05:48.220 He's on the good team.
01:05:49.040 Now, um, he served in the FBI as a supervisory special agent leading a large section in the
01:05:56.060 FBI's directorate of intelligence.
01:05:57.800 Uh, he's also served in the, uh, army.
01:06:01.060 He led more than 300 combat missions in Iraq.
01:06:04.800 Um, he rescued hostages.
01:06:07.240 I mean, the guy's really solid.
01:06:08.920 And there was a story that came out, um, let's see a couple of days ago, I think, uh, that
01:06:16.300 is warning about the DOJ's memo that was released.
01:06:23.800 They released a summary of their comprehensive election day plan for next Tuesday.
01:06:32.900 They said they're just wanting to ensure that all qualified voters have the opportunity to
01:06:36.860 cast their ballots and have their votes counted free of discrimination, intimidation, or fraud
01:06:41.440 in the election process.
01:06:43.160 Okay.
01:06:43.600 Sounds great.
01:06:44.760 I'm all for it.
01:06:46.780 Consistent with the longstanding justice department practices and procedures, the civil rights,
01:06:52.140 criminal and national security divisions are going to spearhead the effort.
01:06:56.900 The plan says the civil rights division will conduct monitoring in the field and that civil
01:07:02.360 rights division attorneys will be prepared to receive complaints that day in real time.
01:07:09.140 Also, it said prosecutors at the public integrity section will be on duty while polls are open
01:07:15.520 to take election integrity complaints and the DOJ is prepared to hear complaints about intimidation
01:07:22.060 at the polls and practices that have a discriminatory purpose or a discriminatory result.
01:07:28.740 This is absolutely incredible.
01:07:32.660 This is the DOJ propping up because the fear is, is that they will, um, they'll go into Republican
01:07:42.700 areas and, uh, really concentrate there and turn a blind eye in democratic areas.
01:07:51.300 We have him on the phone.
01:07:53.700 We have Stuart Whitson.
01:07:55.340 He is, um, with the foundation for, uh, government accountability.
01:07:59.080 He's their legal director and he has been ringing the bell on this one.
01:08:03.100 Tell me what this means, Stuart.
01:08:06.720 Hey, good morning, Glenn.
01:08:07.920 Thanks for having me on.
01:08:08.780 Sure.
01:08:09.100 Yeah.
01:08:09.260 So this DOJ press release is just part of a much bigger scheme that kind of centers on
01:08:15.060 Biden's EO, EO 1 4 0 1 9, uh, which maybe we can talk about in a second, but, but
01:08:20.180 this press release in a nutshell, it's basically just a thinly veiled threat to conservative
01:08:24.820 States that have passed new election integrity laws, especially ones related to poll watchers.
01:08:31.060 And it's basically saying, look, if you try to enforce these laws, if you try to carry
01:08:35.660 out, you know, the poll watching activities, which everyone knows the right has been working
01:08:38.900 really hard to recruit and train folks to do, uh, that the DOJ civil rights division
01:08:43.760 is going to come after them.
01:08:45.600 Um, so yeah, so in what way for what?
01:08:50.180 It, the state is the one that makes the law it's in the constitution.
01:08:55.400 So what are they coming after them with?
01:09:00.460 Well, so what they're threatening, I guess you could say is they're setting up hotlines
01:09:05.180 and they're saying, they're using phrases like, you know, intimidating voters, um, or
01:09:10.880 doing some sort of election practice that would lead to a discriminatory purpose or a discriminatory
01:09:15.400 result.
01:09:15.900 And basically what it is, is they're setting up these hotlines and they're inviting left
01:09:20.820 wing, you know, their left wing followers, uh, to call into these hotlines and file these
01:09:25.860 kinds of complaints.
01:09:26.760 But then the DOJ civil rights division, which is led, you know, obviously by political appointees
01:09:31.960 of Biden can then come in and launch investigations and try to exert pressure on these local election
01:09:39.800 offices and try to discourage them from carrying out state election laws that have recently
01:09:44.140 passed.
01:09:45.260 And so it's basically just a way, it's just one, again, one of many different things they're
01:09:49.640 trying to do to try to tip the scales in favor of the left.
01:09:53.080 This is something we're working hard to stop.
01:09:55.320 Uh, you know, I, I know you were high up at one point with the, with the FBI, but the
01:10:01.980 FBI and the DOJ have become Gestapo light.
01:10:11.600 No comment on that.
01:10:13.340 Are you there?
01:10:14.380 No, no, no.
01:10:14.880 Okay.
01:10:15.100 I mean, I think, no, so of course, so I would, so I'd say like in this, again, I'm obviously
01:10:19.740 biased because I came from the FBI, but it's like 99% of the organization are good, honest
01:10:25.380 people who believe in the constitution.
01:10:27.740 They've sworn to uphold and defend the constitution against all enemies foreign domestic.
01:10:31.660 And they truly believe that.
01:10:33.240 But the problem is if you have weak leadership or corrupt leadership in either DOJ or FBI at
01:10:39.580 the top, then that can color everything wrong.
01:10:42.560 And then, and people can be allowed to do things that, you know, the rest of the organization,
01:10:47.060 um, would just abhor, but, but, you know, it's, it's kind of like really bad things happen
01:10:54.080 when good men do nothing.
01:10:55.860 Um, isn't it, you know, you can't say you're just following orders.
01:11:00.320 If you know that this is wrong, you need to come out and speak up against it.
01:11:06.840 Don't the, cause I agree with you.
01:11:09.340 The agents that I have ever met, uh, have always been kind and, and professional and
01:11:15.980 everything else.
01:11:16.660 And I, I want to believe that, but the silence, you know, when you only have 25 people who are,
01:11:22.600 and that's a lot, but you only have 25 people who are whistleblowers on what's going on in
01:11:27.260 the FBI and the DOJ, that's concerning.
01:11:33.120 Yeah.
01:11:33.800 Well, and I think, you know, the FDA, so for instance, I, the most, all the work I did
01:11:37.620 involved international terrorism, Islamic terrorism.
01:11:41.460 Right.
01:11:41.600 And so there's large groups of the FBI and DOJ that aren't, that have no, you know, because
01:11:45.600 everything's compartmented and you don't, you stay in your, uh, but I will say, I think
01:11:50.920 you point to a good point.
01:11:52.140 There's 25 whistleblowers who've come forward.
01:11:54.540 So people that are in a position to see things that they think are wrong are coming forward.
01:11:59.840 And I think once things go the way it looks like things are going to go with the midterm
01:12:04.500 elections and, you know, Republicans gain some control in the house, the ability to utilize
01:12:10.240 the oversight powers and really, you know, drive that home.
01:12:14.260 That's going to be good for the American people.
01:12:16.040 It's going to be, and frankly, it's going to be good for DOJ and FBI when that happens.
01:12:19.680 I have to tell you the, the, the, the trap they're laying for the American people is just
01:12:25.340 remarkable.
01:12:26.480 It's very well thought out and planned.
01:12:29.160 And if there isn't oversight, if we don't turn this thing around in this election and you
01:12:33.980 don't get oversight from opposing parties, um, this becomes very, very dangerous for the
01:12:41.200 American people.
01:12:41.960 They're, they're talking about misinformation being felonies.
01:12:46.040 That's not good.
01:12:47.480 You're exactly right.
01:12:48.560 This is, this is a plan, but I got to tell you, like the Biden administration doesn't deserve
01:12:53.500 all the credit for coming up with this plan.
01:12:55.520 Right.
01:12:56.000 This plan was actually developed and dreamed up by a left-wing think tank known as Demos.
01:13:01.740 And so Demos crafted a plan to issue an executive, use the power of a presidential executive
01:13:09.840 order to try to exert the federal executive branch into some, into an area where it does
01:13:14.900 not belong, which is the administration of elections.
01:13:17.240 As you alluded to earlier, obviously, article one, section four, clause one, the elections
01:13:21.700 clause leads the time, places, and manner of elections to the state with limited oversight
01:13:26.700 from Congress, but nowhere is the president of the United States allowed to insert himself.
01:13:31.740 Correct.
01:13:31.940 And that's exactly what the president is trying to do with EO 14019.
01:13:37.180 And that's why FGA is working so hard to stop that effort.
01:13:40.800 And so basically I, you know, I know a lot of your listeners are going to be familiar with
01:13:44.280 the Zucker bucks.
01:13:45.300 Yeah.
01:13:45.560 Like that's going to be something they're very familiar with.
01:13:48.280 Well, this thing, we call this Biden bucks because EO 14019 is, is Zucker bucks on steroids.
01:13:56.940 Right.
01:13:57.240 Instead of Mark Zuckerberg, it's Joe Biden.
01:14:00.500 And instead of $400 million, it is unlimited power and resources and reach of the federal
01:14:06.620 executive branch led by Biden's political appointees.
01:14:09.660 And so that's, that's the problem.
01:14:12.440 And so last year we tried to get to the bottom of this and we filed a number of FOIA requests
01:14:18.360 to shed some light on the scheme.
01:14:20.040 Right.
01:14:20.300 When we saw this EO come out, the EO came out in March of 2021.
01:14:24.120 Yep.
01:14:24.520 And I should just say the EO for listeners, if they haven't seen it, it orders every federal
01:14:30.500 agency.
01:14:31.180 So this is by ordering every federal agency to develop a strategic plan to do two things,
01:14:36.400 promote voter registration and promote voter participation.
01:14:42.480 So voter participation, that's another way to say that is get out the boat, right?
01:14:46.260 Yep.
01:14:47.000 And so it gets even worse.
01:14:48.020 The order also commands all federal agencies to solicit.
01:14:53.560 So to actually reach out and try to solicit and support quote approved third party groups
01:14:59.100 to engage in registration efforts and mobilization efforts on federal agency property using
01:15:06.320 federal resources.
01:15:07.680 God heavens.
01:15:08.700 The order doesn't say, you know, who gets to decide which groups are approved.
01:15:13.900 What's the criteria?
01:15:15.360 All that is a mystery because the Biden administration won't disclose it.
01:15:19.420 And that's what our FOIAs are trying to get at.
01:15:21.800 Obviously, if it's being, you know, so the effort I should say is being led by the domestic
01:15:25.900 policy advisor, which many listeners will know is Susan Rice.
01:15:30.120 That doesn't give any extra comfort either.
01:15:32.720 Yeah.
01:15:33.620 And so obviously, so that's the key that we're trying to get to.
01:15:36.780 And so basically what happened last year, we filed FOIA requests to try to get these
01:15:40.740 answers.
01:15:41.900 And this is going to shock you, Glenn, but the Biden administration stonewalled us.
01:15:46.140 Yeah.
01:15:46.780 So just ignore the FOIA request that the FOIA law doesn't matter to them.
01:15:50.840 Right.
01:15:51.340 So, Stuart, would you be willing to just hold for a couple of minutes and come back?
01:15:56.920 Do you have time?
01:15:57.460 I want to ask you, so what do you think is coming beginning next week?

01:17:49.640 He's been ringing the bell now for a while, and they are on top of it on what the administration
01:17:56.400 has done with a new executive order and what the FBI and DOJ will be doing next Tuesday.
01:18:02.440 Stuart, last night, the president said we need to be patient for the results.
01:18:06.640 He's expecting many races, he said, won't be decided or called perhaps for weeks.
01:18:13.180 Is this alluding to maybe the effects of the executive order?
01:18:19.220 It definitely could.
01:18:21.280 But that's the whole million-dollar question.
01:18:24.220 No one knows.
01:18:25.760 So over 50 members of Congress have demanded to see copies of the strategic plans created
01:18:33.640 by all these agencies to carry out this order.
01:18:36.880 Secretaries of state from across the country, more than 13 attorney generals,
01:18:41.500 signed a letter demanding the rescission of the executive order.
01:18:45.360 Everyone is kind of united around the fact that this order is improper.
01:18:49.700 It is illegal, unconstitutional, and unethical on its face.
01:18:54.440 But we can't get answers.
01:18:56.420 And so that's why FGA has turned to kind of the one source left, which is the courts,
01:19:01.500 and using the power of the courts to compel DOJ and the Biden administration to comply.
01:19:06.240 I also think following what, you know, knock on wood, right, don't want to jinx anything,
01:19:11.620 but the red wave that's going to come November 8th, I think you're going to see congressional
01:19:15.680 oversight committees in a really strong position to gather evidence.
01:19:19.900 And I think the other thing that's going to come is state AGs.
01:19:24.140 So state attorneys general is following the midterm elections are going to be well-positioned
01:19:30.140 to file lawsuits to help stop this executive order, because, again, that's the big long
01:19:35.280 play is going to be 2024.
01:19:37.340 I don't think they're organized enough to get all their ducks in a row in time for the
01:19:41.760 midterms.
01:19:42.360 I think there are a ton of efforts that are already underway.
01:19:46.480 You've seen probably reporting on that with HUD and a ton of other agencies engaging in
01:19:51.140 unprecedented efforts.
01:19:53.040 But again, there's more at this point.
01:19:55.060 We know less than we should.
01:19:57.400 So we're working hard to find out.
01:19:59.240 So isn't it interesting to you?
01:20:00.840 I mean, it seems completely unreasonable to say the questioning of our elections is somehow
01:20:08.280 or another disinformation, misinformation or, you know, a felony when executive orders like
01:20:15.740 this are not fully explained, when the administration is changing things that have always been in
01:20:23.080 place.
01:20:24.860 Isn't it unreasonable to expect that people won't have questions?
01:20:30.120 Yeah, of course it is.
01:20:31.520 And that's and we want you know, one of the things we always say with election integrity.
01:20:34.920 So obviously, we're trying to make it easy to vote, but hard to cheat.
01:20:37.720 But the key with election integrity isn't just stopping fraud.
01:20:41.220 It's also inspiring voter confidence.
01:20:43.800 Correct.
01:20:44.060 And that really is the difference between the left and the right.
01:20:46.760 The right genuinely believes that they just they want everyone right and left to wake
01:20:53.160 up the morning after an election and just have confidence that whether your candidate
01:20:57.020 won or lost.
01:20:58.000 Yep.
01:20:58.400 You at least know it was fair.
01:20:59.820 Right.
01:21:00.240 Your candidate lost.
01:21:01.340 Hey, you got to roll up your sleeves and get to work.
01:21:03.520 Yeah.
01:21:03.720 The kind of world the right wants.
01:21:05.980 The left doesn't want that.
01:21:07.600 The left doesn't care.
01:21:08.540 And so that so that's that's kind of the big difference.
01:21:10.820 And so, of course, that's what they do.
01:21:12.060 They vilify it.
01:21:12.640 That's why they're, again, going back to that press release, they're going after poll
01:21:16.540 watchers.
01:21:17.500 These are good people, good folks who are literally devoted hours and hours of their
01:21:23.200 time to take training, to get qualified in their state to serve as a poll watcher.
01:21:27.620 And all they want to do is just go there to help do their civic duty, to help promote
01:21:32.460 free and fair elections.
01:21:33.400 And what are they doing?
01:21:34.760 They're literally trying to intimidate them.
01:21:37.560 And so it's unacceptable.
01:21:40.120 We're going to do FDA and do everything we can to stop this.
01:21:42.540 As a matter of fact, we actually filed a motion this morning in federal court to compel DOJ
01:21:47.820 once and for all to disclose the documents that it's withheld.
01:21:51.340 So it's strategic plan.
01:21:53.200 So that order is now in the hand of a judge.
01:21:56.460 And so because we're a Florida-based company, our 501c3, we're based in Florida, we actually
01:22:02.600 have the ability to get, you know, fair judges that are impartial and apply the law.
01:22:07.540 And so we have a Trump-appointed Florida-based judge who we believe is going to fairly apply
01:22:12.380 the law.
01:22:13.380 And so we're optimistic.
01:22:15.240 Either way, we're going to continue our fight.
01:22:17.240 We're going to share everything we got with attorneys general and Congress and try to help
01:22:21.200 stop this.
01:22:21.960 Good.
01:22:22.300 Thank you for everything that you guys are doing.
01:22:24.960 I really appreciate it.
01:22:26.220 We'll follow up with you after the election.
01:22:28.340 The Foundation for Government Accountability.
01:22:32.620 Find out more.
01:22:33.740 Follow this.
01:22:34.840 Stuart Whitson, the legal director.
01:22:36.940 Thank you so much, Stuart.
01:22:37.900 The Glenn Beck Program.
01:22:39.340 Let me tell you about American financing.
01:22:40.940 If you are in a situation that really most of us are in where you're trying to make the
01:22:47.040 ends meet and they're not even close.
01:22:49.580 It's like buttoning my pants.
01:22:51.920 That's what it feels like every time you pay your bills.
01:22:54.920 Yeah, I can't stretch that far.
01:22:56.360 Uh, then what you need to do is call American financing.
01:23:00.160 They may be able to help you out.
01:23:02.560 Um, and, uh, for the people who do, you know, call and do business with American financing,
01:23:07.480 the average person is saving $695 a month.
01:23:10.580 That's an awful lot of money.
01:23:11.840 So whatever your situation is, please just call them.
01:23:15.480 See if they can help you.
01:23:17.220 We all need help from time to time.
01:23:19.800 And this is the best kind of help.
01:23:20.880 They just help you do the right thing.
01:23:23.200 And that's all we need to do.
01:23:24.720 Just do the next right thing.
01:23:26.920 That next right thing for you just may be calling 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440, or Americanfinancing.net.
01:23:36.980 Final hour of the program coming up in just a second.
01:23:39.640 We'll be right back.
01:23:52.200 We'll be right back.
01:23:54.200 We'll be right back.
01:24:06.760 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:24:34.620 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:24:42.140 Hello, America.
01:24:43.560 We're just five days away from the fundamental transformation of the United States of America.
01:24:49.600 Hopefully.
01:24:51.620 He didn't say it that way, don't he?
01:24:53.520 He didn't say hopefully.
01:24:54.560 Hopefully.
01:24:55.140 Hopefully.
01:24:56.160 We'll give you the...
01:24:57.120 He was confident in that transformation.
01:24:58.500 Yes, he was.
01:24:59.860 We're going to transform it back.
01:25:01.220 Anyway, we'll have the latest on polls.
01:25:04.680 Also, some coverage of the president's speech and a new way to read old things.
01:25:13.240 We'll begin in 60 seconds.
01:25:14.940 First, I want you to hear from Olivia, whose visit to a pre-born clinic made all the difference
01:25:20.880 in the world.
01:25:21.560 Listen.
01:25:21.780 So, I felt like the only ones that were really there for me were the women at the clinic.
01:25:27.060 And it actually did empower me and help me.
01:25:29.240 I was late enough to get my ultrasound.
01:25:31.260 I still remember, you know, healing everything.
01:25:35.840 It's changing.
01:25:36.920 I said I would not get an abortion.
01:25:39.180 So, I was going to raise this baby with or without him.
01:25:41.200 So, he said without.
01:25:42.580 I think if I didn't find the clinic, then I probably would have considered abortion.
01:25:46.840 The women there are just so kind.
01:25:48.320 They're just so genuine.
01:25:49.780 I would not be this strong without the clinic.
01:25:52.020 My dreams now revolve around my son.
01:25:54.360 You know what's great about pre-born?
01:25:56.080 I've been to their clinic here in Fort Worth.
01:25:59.700 And it's an amazing place full of caring people.
01:26:03.360 And the last room I saw when I was there on my visit, after I met with some of the moms,
01:26:07.300 was this incredible room where it was like going into a baby store.
01:26:10.600 It was like going in and toddler clothes, brand new, not used to, brand new.
01:26:16.200 All this stuff.
01:26:17.260 They care about not just the baby being born, but they care about the mother and the family as well.
01:26:23.500 And they put their money where their mouth is.
01:26:25.840 These are great, great clinics.
01:26:27.820 Pre-born is putting ultrasounds into these clinics all across the country.
01:26:33.120 That's what saves babies' lives.
01:26:35.460 100% of your gift will go towards saving babies.
01:26:38.440 I would invite you to dial pound 250 and say the keyword baby.
01:26:43.080 That's pound 250.
01:26:44.540 Say the keyword baby.
01:26:46.160 Do it now.
01:26:46.980 You can find out all the information at preborn.com slash Beck.
01:26:50.720 That's preborn.com slash Beck.
01:26:55.540 So my niece sent me a scripture this morning.
01:27:00.380 And I read it and I saw it with new eyes and it relates directly to today.
01:27:07.940 I've, I've, I've read this a million times, but I don't know.
01:27:13.500 Maybe, maybe you will find how right in today this is.
01:27:21.020 So I tell you this, I insist on it in the Lord that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do.
01:27:29.880 In other words, you're people that respect God.
01:27:33.360 Stop living the way everybody else is living in the futility of their thinking because they are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God.
01:27:46.680 Isn't that the problem we're experiencing right now?
01:27:50.540 People, it's like they're, they, they, they just, they don't have any understanding and the understanding they have is pretty dark.
01:28:01.320 Because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts.
01:28:06.740 So the ignorance, how true this is today, the ignorance is happening because they've hardened their heart.
01:28:14.900 They're not willing to listen to reason.
01:28:17.900 They're not willing to listen to another side.
01:28:21.020 And so thus they're ignorant because they won't listen.
01:28:25.500 They won't check and verify.
01:28:29.880 Listen to this.
01:28:31.300 Having lost all sensitivity.
01:28:34.760 Just think of that one.
01:28:36.160 Having lost all sensitivity.
01:28:38.700 Isn't that the problem with today's world?
01:28:41.940 We don't, we're not sensitive to stuff anymore.
01:28:45.900 We're, we're, we're not shocked by things anymore.
01:28:48.660 I don't know.
01:28:49.220 I am still every day.
01:28:50.660 I sit in this chair at five o'clock in the morning and I'm shocked by the stuff that I'm reading in the morning.
01:28:56.520 But.
01:29:00.000 Is the average person.
01:29:02.900 Having lost all sensitivity.
01:29:04.800 They have given themselves over to sensuality.
01:29:09.640 So as to indulge in every kind of impurity.
01:29:14.140 So they're not sensitive anymore because they've hardened their hearts and they're ignorant.
01:29:22.820 And so what have they done?
01:29:24.520 They've given themselves over to anything, any kind of impurity that will make them feel good.
01:29:31.620 All the things of the flesh.
01:29:33.900 Did you, did you read the story?
01:29:36.280 Who was it?
01:29:36.680 The attorney.
01:29:37.880 I better not say.
01:29:38.820 It's one of the state actors in one of our 50 states that was saying, you know, drag queens just make us feel good.
01:29:46.720 And that's why I want to have, you know, drag queens for schools because you just feel good.
01:29:54.680 Wow.
01:29:55.200 So they indulge in every kind of impurity and they are full of greed.
01:30:02.660 Isn't that what ESG is all about?
01:30:07.040 Isn't that what?
01:30:09.240 Isn't that the reason why you run somebody like Fetterman?
01:30:13.120 Or Joe Biden, who are not capable of doing the job, but it's greed.
01:30:21.580 ESG.
01:30:23.060 It's greed.
01:30:26.600 It goes on.
01:30:27.560 That, however, is not the way of life that you learned.
01:30:30.880 When you heard about Christ, you were taught in him in accordance with the truth that is in him.
01:30:35.560 You were taught with regard to your former way of life, the way we used to be your old self to put it off.
01:30:41.860 Because that was corrupted by deceitful desires.
01:30:45.440 And you were to be made new and have a new attitude of your mind.
01:30:50.240 And to put on that new self, created to be like God in righteousness.
01:30:59.540 Then he goes on and says this.
01:31:01.340 Therefore, each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully.
01:31:08.680 Do you know how much we would gain tomorrow if every single one of us would put off any falsehood?
01:31:19.600 Sorry, that's not true.
01:31:22.840 Sorry, I know I said this yesterday or I went along with that, but it's not true.
01:31:27.100 And we got rid of everything that was not true.
01:31:35.100 It says, put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor.
01:31:39.760 For we all are members of one body.
01:31:43.240 So in your anger, do not sin.
01:31:45.860 Uh-oh.
01:31:47.580 Listen to this one.
01:31:48.620 Don't let the sun go down while you're still angry.
01:31:51.180 Oh, boy.
01:31:53.740 Well, it says don't let the sun go down when you're angry.
01:31:57.660 It doesn't say 5,467 suns that have set in anger.
01:32:05.240 Do not give the devil a foothold.
01:32:09.820 Anyone who's been stealing, steal no longer.
01:32:14.000 Listen to this.
01:32:14.620 But work, work, doing something useful with your own hands.
01:32:21.640 It gives you a reason why to work.
01:32:23.720 So you may have something to share with those in need.
01:32:29.020 Don't let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouth.
01:32:31.920 Oh, boy.
01:32:33.460 But only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs.
01:32:37.880 That's why I'm not telling you right now something else bad that's happening today.
01:32:46.720 So that your words may benefit those who listen.
01:32:51.540 Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God with whom you are sealed for the day of redemption.
01:32:55.620 Get rid of all bitterness.
01:32:58.500 Get rid of all rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.
01:33:05.440 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as God has forgiven you.
01:33:15.080 I don't know about you, but that is.
01:33:18.680 This is why they always say, you know, the Bible is alive.
01:33:23.360 Because you read it and there are times I've read that a million times.
01:33:26.600 But I've never seen the world the same way.
01:33:33.520 I've never seen this in practice and the need for the new self as much today.
01:33:46.420 By the way, you can find that in Ephesians 4, 17 to 32.
01:33:52.920 Give me an amen.
01:33:53.880 All right.
01:33:54.660 When we come back, we're going to talk about the election results.
01:34:00.480 And what we're seeing in the polls today.
01:34:03.180 If you're one of the few people hadn't gotten the memo about the Fed not being your friend.
01:34:08.280 Beep, beep, beep.
01:34:09.160 Here's the memo.
01:34:11.700 They're not even trying to hide the fact that inflation is here.
01:34:15.320 The White House is.
01:34:16.520 But it's here to stay.
01:34:17.840 In the meantime, they're not doing anything to really make it better.
01:34:21.040 They are printing money right and left.
01:34:23.960 And they're doing that because of the government.
01:34:26.160 But at the same time, they're hurting you by raising the interest rates.
01:34:30.520 So it makes no sense.
01:34:32.200 It's not going to work.
01:34:33.460 You can't hurt the economy by raising rates to suck all that money in if you're printing even more money with the other hand.
01:34:42.040 They're not your friend.
01:34:44.960 This week, I've been so excited.
01:34:47.780 The commemorative Stand with God series has launched its second coin.
01:34:52.560 I personally designed these coins.
01:34:55.360 The second one, first one had Benjamin Franklin on the front.
01:34:58.620 The second one has the Mayflower.
01:35:02.200 And on the back, they both have the parting of the Red Sea.
01:35:05.600 And when they're gone, they're gone.
01:35:08.500 This is the second in this series, which I'm designing exclusively for Goldline clients.
01:35:13.460 To celebrate the launch of their new product and to help support clients, Goldline is including at no cost five of the silver rounds.
01:35:21.520 That's an ounce of silver in this new commemorative Stand with God series.
01:35:26.980 And five copper rounds with every tube of the new quarter ounce gold Mayflower commemoratives.
01:35:33.000 So call 866-GOLDLINE.
01:35:35.800 These are collector coins.
01:35:38.160 This isn't just this.
01:35:39.440 These are you can trade for things with this.

01:37:09.760 It begins, ends at midnight Eastern.
01:37:11.900 Yeah.
01:37:12.120 Also, if you are interested, we're going to go extend the coverage on my YouTube channel, YouTube.com slash Stu Does America.

01:37:21.800 Yeah.
01:37:22.380 Well, you've got to get up early tomorrow, the next day, too.
01:37:25.560 To do this show.
01:37:26.640 To do this broadcast, yeah.
01:37:28.240 Yeah.
01:37:28.820 I'm doing that kind of now.
01:37:30.400 I'm doing that today.
01:37:31.420 I'm going to St. George to, oh, I'm going to hold Mike Lee's feet to the fire.
01:37:39.540 I'm doing a question and answer, which will probably end up being more screw around than anything else.
01:37:43.880 But, and I'm looking for somebody that would provide many muffins because I would like to give the audience the only muffin that they should ever have instead of voting for Mr. McMuffin.
01:38:00.520 Anyway, so I'll be back here tomorrow out in St. George later on this evening.
01:38:07.380 Can I take you back and look at the big picture here as far as the elections go?
01:38:11.200 Yes.
01:38:11.460 Let me take you back six weeks ago.
01:38:12.980 Okay.
01:38:13.460 Six weeks ago.
01:38:14.620 Yeah.
01:38:14.900 Let's go to the mainstream media gold standard here, 538, and their predictions on who will control the Senate.
01:38:23.060 I like where this is headed.
01:38:24.120 Six weeks ago, the Democrats had a 71% chance to take the Senate.
01:38:31.600 Okay.
01:38:31.940 I'm not really turned on yet.
01:38:33.460 You're about to put something lacy on.
01:38:35.180 Yeah, I am.
01:38:36.280 And it's not going to look good, but you're going to enjoy it anyway.
01:38:39.300 It started to fall after that a little bit.
01:38:41.160 Uh-huh.
01:38:41.620 Trended down a little bit until we got to about a month ago.
01:38:45.200 It was at 66.
01:38:46.520 66% for the Democrats to take control of the Senate.
01:38:50.220 Yeah, yeah.
01:38:51.040 And then things started happening.
01:38:53.620 It's like their polls jumped in a pool.
01:38:57.680 Go.
01:38:58.620 It started to sink a little bit.
01:38:59.980 And in fact, as far as October 21st, it fell all the way to only 57% chance for the Democrats to control the Senate.
01:39:08.580 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:39:09.300 Go.
01:39:09.460 But things kept happening.
01:39:10.720 Go, girl.
01:39:11.240 They kept happening.
01:39:12.220 Yeah.
01:39:12.480 And on Halloween, a very, very scary night for Democrats.
01:39:16.920 Uh-huh, uh-huh.
01:39:17.540 Yes, the control of the Senate hit 50-50.
01:39:22.420 Mm-hmm.
01:39:22.920 All the way from 71% down to 50%.
01:39:26.480 But as you may know, today is not Halloween.
01:39:29.400 No, it's not.
01:39:30.200 No, it's a few days after.
01:39:31.360 Yeah.
01:39:31.740 And now it is November 3rd.
01:39:33.580 Uh-huh.
01:39:34.220 And now.
01:39:36.140 Yes.
01:39:36.680 Democrats.
01:39:37.260 Right.
01:39:37.700 Have fallen.
01:39:38.440 Go.
01:39:38.900 Below.
01:39:39.480 Yes.
01:39:40.280 50%.
01:39:41.720 Yes, and they are at.
01:39:43.960 46%.
01:39:45.160 Oh, yes.
01:39:46.120 Oh, yes.
01:39:46.780 So satisfying.
01:39:47.300 Republicans now favored 54 to 46 in the Senate.
01:39:50.920 The same type of story happened in the House where it was up to 32% chance for Democrats to win the House in mid-September.
01:39:58.480 Now down to 15%.
01:40:00.380 So 85-15 for Republicans.
01:40:02.280 Okay, can you tell me there's a new poll out, I'm trying to find it here, where they have moved four California seats into the Republicans.
01:40:19.480 And they're showing even the red wave is starting to affect California.
01:40:25.020 Is that true?
01:40:26.200 Yeah, we're seeing, you know, some of the biggest states where you're seeing movement is ones you wouldn't necessarily think of in the House, states like New York, states like California, where there are, there actually are Republicans who live in these states.
01:40:38.720 People don't realize it.
01:40:39.600 Sometimes they don't remember that there are, you know, even in these blowout elections, 40, 42% are still voting for Republicans.
01:40:48.760 And so now these races that are sort of in the middle, we've talked to a couple people in Texas over the past few weeks that are in these types of situations, situations that normally favor Democrats.
01:41:00.200 But because of major changes this election, we're starting to see the opposite.
01:41:05.500 You know, whether you have to sit back and you wonder whether the wave is big enough, because there's a, there's been some analysis out the last couple of days talking about how we all kind of look at the polls with some skepticism.
01:41:20.460 And I think that's okay.
01:41:21.320 What polls really do, they do not tell you incredibly specific things.
01:41:27.160 What their value is, is you tell you general things.
01:41:30.200 Their compass.
01:41:30.880 Yeah, their compass.
01:41:31.680 I think you get direction at times.
01:41:34.240 You also get a general idea.
01:41:36.220 Like, for example, polls tell you what is for dinner.
01:41:40.060 They don't tell you the calorie count of the dinner.
01:41:42.280 So in other words, it's more like a compass or a find my phone app.
01:41:47.320 It won't tell you it's underneath the bed where you kicked it off last night.
01:41:54.360 It won't tell you it'll just tell you it's in the house generally somewhere.
01:41:58.660 Maybe in that room somewhere.
01:41:59.760 Right.
01:41:59.900 Right.
01:42:00.220 So we, it tells us enough to tell us that the Nevada governor and Senate races are really close.
01:42:07.000 So it does not, it's, you can't sit here and say, okay, if they have one side favored by one point, we should lock in that that side's going to win.
01:42:14.700 That is not what these polls are telling you.
01:42:16.280 They're telling you it's close.
01:42:17.940 And that's why a, an average polling error that happens in every election, they're never perfect.
01:42:23.160 Just an average, not a big polling error, could swing this from a Republican wave all the way to a Democratic victory.
01:42:30.000 Right.
01:42:30.680 In the Senate.
01:42:31.260 So the, the Cook political report is the one that shifted election ratings for 10 house races in the Republican direction.
01:42:43.120 That's phenomenal.
01:42:44.300 One Democratic strategist told the Cook political report, I've never seen any, seen any election where the signs are this divergent and lumpy.
01:42:53.100 It's less nationalized than we're accustomed to.
01:42:56.400 And there's more weakness in the blue end of the battlefield.
01:42:59.960 We're moving 10 seats in the GOP's direction, all in very blue states and all in districts.
01:43:07.220 Biden carried between eight and 20 points.
01:43:10.900 Yeah.
01:43:11.840 That's remarkable.
01:43:13.440 This is what you're seeing.
01:43:14.480 You're seeing these competitive districts being fought on battlegrounds in mid to high single digits, all the way up to, you know, moderate double digit victory states.
01:43:24.920 These are states that lean blue or districts that lean blue.
01:43:27.960 And they are the, it's where Democrats are choosing to spend their money.
01:43:35.300 Believe the polls, don't believe the polls, but look at that.
01:43:38.020 Why would a Democrat be dumping money into a district where Joe Biden won by 16 points, for example?
01:43:44.100 You wouldn't.
01:43:44.800 There's no reason to do that unless you're terrified.
01:43:47.640 And they are terrified.
01:43:48.840 I mean, the Democrats are legit.
01:43:50.100 You saw this desperate speech from Joe Biden last night.
01:43:52.960 Oh my gosh.
01:43:53.380 And this is just not, this is not, these are not the actions of a confident party.
01:43:56.860 No.
01:43:57.960 This is insanity.
01:43:59.320 And he's throwing, he gave away another $13 billion or something last night.
01:44:04.120 You know, just like, he's just throwing money out the window.
01:44:06.320 He's saying everything about everybody.
01:44:08.080 He's doing everything he can to protect his legacy.
01:44:10.360 And this is, this is what he should be doing, by the way, if you have absolutely no scruples.
01:44:15.800 Because if Joe Biden wants to run in 2024, what he needs to avoid is a red wave.
01:44:21.560 He needs to avoid a 2022 red wave because his party will, they will do anything for power.
01:44:29.080 And if they see a catastrophe here in 2022, the writing is going to be on the wall for Biden in 2024.
01:44:34.980 So that's why he's so active here.
01:44:36.560 He wants to do anything he can to hold on to as many of these seats, even seats that lean slight blue.
01:44:43.360 He can lose the House, maybe even lose the Senate.
01:44:46.880 But if it's a wave and it sends the message that we do not like this guy, that's when he starts becoming in trouble for a primary challenger or more likely some family concerns.
01:44:58.580 That means he needs to leave office.
01:45:00.200 We should, uh, we should maybe figure out when that election is, uh, oh, it's Tuesday.
01:45:07.040 Which Tuesday?
01:45:07.600 There's probably any Tuesday.
01:45:08.180 It's next Tuesday.
01:45:09.160 This one that's coming up.
01:45:10.060 Next Tuesday.
01:45:10.700 The most, I don't care if you have to start standing in line right now.
01:45:15.180 Bring a friend and vote.

01:46:48.900 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:46:54.560 God only knows what to expect next week.
01:46:57.760 Listen to JPK on, or KJP on what she was asked yesterday at the White House.
01:47:09.100 Listen to this.
01:47:11.360 Cut 10.
01:47:13.640 Given the number of Republicans who have said they won't accept the results,
01:47:18.660 and just the unpredictability of this election compared to others, is the White House doing
01:47:22.800 any contingency planning for election night or the day after?
01:47:26.820 Or just people not accepting results if violence breaks out.
01:47:31.560 How are you guys thinking about that?
01:47:33.780 So, a couple of things.
01:47:34.660 I've been asked about this before, and I want to be clear and say this again.
01:47:40.240 Americans should feel free, safe.
01:47:42.700 They should feel safe.
01:47:44.700 Can we stop?
01:47:45.340 I can't even listen to her answer.
01:47:46.860 She's reading it, and she is the absolute worst.
01:47:49.460 I've never seen anything like this.
01:47:50.840 I don't think I've ever seen anything like this where a person is so clearly unqualified
01:47:57.620 for their jobs.
01:47:58.780 She has absolutely no ability to do this job.
01:48:02.900 She stands up there every single day and reads every single answer to the most basic questions,
01:48:09.340 and sometimes can't even read them.
01:48:11.760 I mean, the entire time that question is being asked, she's flipping to a page, I guess,
01:48:17.620 about election violence, and then the entire time, her eyes are straight down to the podium,
01:48:23.300 and she's reading every word of it.
01:48:25.260 Why not just put Siri in charge of this job?
01:48:28.420 You could just put an email.
01:48:30.440 Hey, Siri.
01:48:30.780 Hey, Siri.
01:48:31.480 Read answer about election.
01:48:33.440 And then she could just, just an automated voice can go through the transcript and mispronounce
01:48:37.840 words and butcher things just like Corrine Jean-Pierre does.
01:48:40.240 And me.
01:48:40.860 And you.
01:48:41.520 But at least you're doing, you're butchering things off the top of your head.
01:48:44.840 She's reading them and still butchering them.
01:48:47.260 Okay, here's the thing.
01:48:48.600 Here's the thing.
01:48:49.180 I want to, I want to go back to Biden.
01:48:50.960 So now they're talking about violence from the GOP that won't accept it.
01:48:55.520 But here's Biden.
01:48:56.860 Cut six.
01:48:58.360 Last night.
01:48:59.160 We know that more and more ballots are cast in early voting or by mail in America.
01:49:06.900 We know that many states don't start counting those ballots until after the polls close on November 8th.
01:49:14.320 That means in some cases we won't know the winner of the election for a few days, until a few days after the election.
01:49:22.340 It takes time to count all legitimate ballots in a legal and orderly manner.
01:49:27.080 It's always been important for citizens and democracy to be informed and engaged.
01:49:33.160 Now it's important for citizens to be patient as well.
01:49:36.660 So why is it that we are, why is it we're going backwards in a world that just keeps getting faster and faster, more complicated, in a world that has blockchain?
01:49:49.380 Why is it that we are going backward and now we're being told, for the first time in my life, no, first time was 2020, second time in my life, that we have to wait days before we know the election results?
01:50:05.920 No, that's happened before.
01:50:07.780 I mean, we did the 2000 elections and that took quite some time.
01:50:11.200 No, but it wasn't expected.
01:50:13.780 It wasn't expected.
01:50:14.680 Yes, when it's close.
01:50:15.960 But generally speaking, we've only waited for Alaska and Hawaii.
01:50:20.840 I mean, that's, they've been counting votes late.
01:50:24.300 Usually the results are known, right?
01:50:26.300 Like usually there's enough of a separation.
01:50:29.120 They're not close enough that you have to worry about every little last vote trickling in.
01:50:32.820 Correct.
01:50:33.020 But I mean, part of this is state law.
01:50:34.980 Like Pennsylvania state law still was not changed from 2020, still says you cannot tabulate any early votes until election day.
01:50:42.960 So there's no way they're going to have them all cut.
01:50:45.300 They're not.
01:50:45.900 Yeah.
01:50:46.120 They are quite clear.
01:50:48.100 Well, I don't want to get into it.
01:50:49.800 I don't want to get into it.
01:50:50.780 Republicans did not change it either.
01:50:53.060 I know.
01:50:53.580 Listen.
01:50:54.900 Should be done.
01:50:55.320 You're right, though.
01:50:56.120 Here's the thing.
01:50:56.760 This is, this is, this is inexcusable in this country.
01:51:02.040 But that's what I would expect from this country today.
01:51:05.680 We're not the country.
01:51:06.780 We're not America.
01:51:07.880 We're not.
01:51:08.720 That's gone.
01:51:10.060 Now, we can always revive it just by our attitude and what we take into our own hands.
01:51:16.340 What we do ourselves.
01:51:18.120 That's America.
01:51:19.800 Americans always were the ones that are like, you won't climb that mountain?
01:51:22.840 I'll climb that mountain.
01:51:24.840 Oh, you, oh, this country says you can't do it that way.
01:51:27.520 Here, let me show you how to do it.
01:51:29.320 That's who we are.
01:51:30.700 But the people have been convinced they no longer have any power to do anything, to reinvent.
01:51:36.220 The only guy that's really showing us that is Elon Musk.
01:51:40.480 That's the only guy in our society that really shows us as a nation.
01:51:45.900 And he's under attack.
01:51:47.620 They do everything they can to shut him down.
01:51:49.700 And Joe Biden actually had the cojones to say last night that, you know, you shouldn't be so selfish that our democracy, our republic, Joe, our republic, maybe the president should get that right.
01:52:09.760 He says our democracy, our democracy, our form of government is a way of being.
01:52:17.220 We need to vote knowing who we've been and what we're at risk becoming.
01:52:22.500 I agree 100 percent.
01:52:25.020 But he also said that you, in this defining moment, have got to stop worrying about those petty things.
01:52:38.860 Like the price of gas and food.
01:52:44.500 Petty things.
01:52:47.380 Really?
01:52:48.320 Those are petty.
01:52:49.540 It's petty for me to worry that diesel reserves are at a 71 year low.
01:52:57.500 It's petty for me to tell you a story out of Lincoln, Nebraska, about a trucking company.
01:53:02.800 With everything that's going on and a potential rail strike still looming, he didn't solve that.
01:53:11.120 He just pushed it off.
01:53:13.900 That, too, can disrupt the shipment of fuel.
01:53:17.360 The guy who owns the Lincoln-based Stanford Matic trucking, he said, I don't know what we're going to do.
01:53:25.680 I don't believe we have any alternative.
01:53:27.540 So if the pipeline shuts down, it's shutting me completely out of business.
01:53:32.220 He's been in business for 26 years.
01:53:36.200 He said everything that they're doing is costing everybody more money.
01:53:39.520 But poor people are the ones who are going to suffer the most because it all comes back down to them.
01:53:44.880 The people who can't afford it the most are the ones who are going to get hit the hardest.
01:53:49.760 Of course.
01:53:52.100 If they can't deliver or they have to raise the price of diesel fuel, which is coming after the election.
01:53:59.200 He says everything in stores in every city in the United States is brought in by truck.
01:54:04.880 Probably 99% of those trucks run on diesel.
01:54:10.300 So you're going to see everything in the grocery stores go up until the prices of diesel go down.
01:54:16.840 Well, I'd like to say that 99% of the trucks run on diesel that are delivery trucks.
01:54:21.920 Yes, but 100% of the trains run on diesel.
01:54:30.080 100% of the ships run on diesel.
01:54:34.720 And I don't think it's, I don't know.
01:54:37.660 I don't think that it is petty to think about that.
01:54:41.660 Now, this isn't the first time, by the way, that you're going to have a turkey shortage for Thanksgiving.
01:54:49.580 However, this is a particularly bad year.
01:54:56.520 Right this year for Thanksgiving, you may not be able to afford the things that you have had in my life.
01:55:05.420 Every Christmas, Thanksgiving, we have had turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce.
01:55:15.700 Every year.
01:55:18.200 My entire life.
01:55:21.160 Maybe not this year.
01:55:23.060 You're going to have a hard time getting a turkey.
01:55:26.000 The prices in the stores are jacking up so high that you may not be able to afford it.
01:55:35.420 By the way, the Fed approved another three-point hike to take rates to the highest since 2008.
01:55:51.300 Let me just remind you, in 2008, Biden was running and said there will be no coal plants here in America.
01:56:01.820 No coal plants here in America.
01:56:07.400 He's still saying that.
01:56:09.040 He's also still saying, in fact, do we have the clip of John Kerry cut seven?
01:56:15.940 Ford Motor Company and General Motors and other companies around the world have spent hundreds of billions of dollars retooling their plants.
01:56:23.680 Why?
01:56:24.500 Because they're going electric.
01:56:25.900 And by 2035, that's all we're going to have in America, electric cars being manufactured, not on the road, but being sold in new cars.
01:56:34.860 That's President Biden's goal.
01:56:37.140 By 2035, he wants the power sector of America to be carbon-free.
01:56:42.020 So, if we accelerate these efforts, which is what technology and entrepreneurial activity help us to do, this is going to change even faster.
01:56:55.720 And so, that's where I draw enormous hope and some optimism.
01:57:01.480 Great.
01:57:02.040 Stop.
01:57:02.460 So, what he believes is we're all going to be fine, and the tooth fairy is real as well.
01:57:07.900 Sorry, kids, to break it to you.
01:57:10.720 This is not selfish for you to worry about.
01:57:15.980 This is not petty for you to worry about this.
01:57:20.840 This is not a one-time thing.
01:57:23.520 These prices will not go down if this administration continues.
01:57:30.200 Let me give you this.
01:57:32.460 Earlier in October, the International Monetary Fund issued a stark warning about the global economy.
01:57:39.700 In it, the IMF Economic Counselor and Director of Research wrote that the 2023 slowdown will be broad-based with countries accounting for one-third of the global economy poised to contract.
01:57:51.840 The three largest economies, the United States, China, and the euro area, will continue to stall.
01:57:58.500 It will also reopen economic wounds that were only partially healed post-pandemic.
01:58:05.500 In short, the worst is yet to come.
01:58:11.320 Okay.
01:58:11.840 Is that petty to worry about that?
01:58:14.840 Because these are the people that are spending money.
01:58:18.680 Think of this.
01:58:19.740 They're spending money, which needs to be printed.
01:58:21.860 So they're printing money so they could give you, how many billions did he give away last night?
01:58:26.780 So they can put that into the economy.
01:58:29.580 And then, at the same time, raise the interest rates so you can't afford to spend money.
01:58:37.920 Because they need to claw that money back.
01:58:40.420 They're taking that money away from you.
01:58:43.240 And at the same time, all of the money that you have saved is being devalued.
01:58:49.700 Is this petty to worry about this?
01:58:54.340 By the way, the president went over to OPEC and said, hey, can you?
01:58:59.100 He only wanted to do it until the election was over.
01:59:02.100 We now know.
01:59:03.440 But you know what would have strengthened his hand to bargain?
01:59:08.680 The Keystone Pipeline.
01:59:11.860 But he canceled that.
01:59:14.440 This guy is so incompetent.
01:59:17.160 And this administration and the Congress and the Senate are going right along with it.
01:59:23.520 He may be incompetent.
01:59:25.000 He may have bad ideas.
01:59:26.340 But I can guarantee you, these are not his ideas.
01:59:29.600 This is a strategy from the far left.
01:59:33.440 And they are crippling us.
01:59:36.160 So I'm sorry, President Biden.
01:59:39.200 As I do agree with you that you said last night, dark forces are threatening democracy.
01:59:46.720 No, sir.
01:59:48.020 Your own dark forces that you are in bed with that are carrying out the policy you are, in some cases, hiding and some places, celebrating.
02:00:00.400 Those dark forces are a threat to our republic.
02:00:04.880 And with God's help and God's blessing, the madness will end November 8th, next Tuesday at the ballot box.
02:00:19.540 May it be a fair fight.
02:00:23.360 If you were stuck in your home a few days during the natural disaster, would you have enough food?
02:00:30.680 Did you have enough food when it first started?
02:00:33.700 Or did you have to run out and get everything before we were all, you know, quarantined in our home?
02:00:41.400 I'd eat stew, but he'd be stringy.
02:00:45.440 He's a vegetarian.
02:00:46.240 He probably tastes like a potato, which, I mean, do I have butter?
02:00:49.920 Lots of butter and some salt?
02:00:51.320 Then maybe.
02:00:52.560 You need to stock up while you can.

02:01:13.860 This is not if, if this person does that.
02:01:16.440 This is, it's coming.

02:02:15.820 Not a lefty.
02:02:17.060 She's, she doesn't agree with me.
02:02:19.980 Let's put it that way.
02:02:21.120 Because I can't figure her.
02:02:22.500 She's smart.
02:02:24.660 Yes, she's smart.
02:02:26.280 But she does her own homework.
02:02:27.620 She's just written two books.

02:02:41.200 Okay.
02:02:41.700 So she is, she went through it all.
02:02:44.420 And the things that she found are fascinating.
02:02:49.240 Absolutely fascinating.
