The New York Times Booklist is out and the numbers are in, and it's a doozy! Glenn Beck breaks it all down and explains why Amazon and BookScan are doing much better than they reported last week.
00:56:58.960So, Marjorie, what is the plan to stop this from happening in the most misnamed hospital, it appears, on the planet, Mercy Hospital, and others in Minnesota?
00:57:15.960Well, Glenn, we are first bringing this battle to the court of public opinion, and you are absolutely critical to that role, and we thank you for having this on.
00:57:25.140And what we are showing the world is that Scott was near death because of the protocols used in that hospital, but now he is recovering, he is getting better, and he has some amazing stories, if you have time, about how much he has improved.
00:58:18.460Let's take care of that one first, then let us stay in touch with our producers and me, and let's monitor this case and find out, you know, I want to see the milestones that are hitting.
00:58:32.160If we can talk to the doctor, I would love to interview the doctor, and we'll be continuing this story with you both.
00:58:41.140Thank you both very much for what you're doing and bringing this to our attention as well as the rest of the country.
00:58:50.440Her husband is named Scott, and you can pray for him.
00:58:54.460He is now in a hospital here in Texas, away from a medical facility that on tape is saying things would have been different if he just would have gotten a vaccine.
00:59:20.280All right, here's one of the things that you need to know today.
00:59:24.440There is an article out that says if the Federal Reserve is serious, they have to raise interest rates by six points.
00:59:32.340Okay, first of all, that's not serious.
00:59:35.120That's a good first day, maybe, but that's not serious if you really want to change the rate of inflation.
00:59:42.940But what that means to you is they are going to start raising interest rates,
00:59:47.060and already the banks are doing it, even though they're not paying for more money from the paying more money for their borrowing from the Fed.
00:59:54.560They're charging you more money to borrow from them.
01:06:48.080It probably kind of led to this book to some extent.
01:06:49.860I will tell you that the things that your timing is perfect on this.
01:06:57.560Let's talk about the active role that George Soros has played all over this country that is having murderers released to go out and commit more crimes.
01:07:18.500And it is so much easier to move the needle when you're spending, you know, a million bucks on a local DA race than a presidential election, just as a total spending.
01:07:26.980And, you know, the so-called criminal justice reform, which is really a perversion of criminal justice, has been this sort of new meme for the left.
01:07:34.740And, you know, obviously, if you're going to do it legislatively, there's, you know, checks and balances there.
01:07:39.500But if you're influencing DA races, there is nothing a DA cannot do to accommodate that agenda.
01:07:45.560So if you're against bail, like a lot of these nutjobs are, you find a DA who's not going to enforce bail laws.
01:07:50.860If you want lesser sentences, you find a DA who's going to offer better plea deals.
01:07:55.780And all, you know, if you want someone who's going to, you know, be hard on cops, you find someone who's going to be hard on cops.
01:08:00.880And, you know, it's sort of playing into this whole, you know, it's coinciding with this defund the police era.
01:08:05.780And one thing I'm actually surprised more Republicans haven't brought up is if you compare us to Europe, we have something like 30 percent fewer cops per capita than Europe does.
01:08:15.260So people are always saying defund the police.
01:08:17.340Well, we don't even have as much as most developed countries do.
01:08:22.840So when in your research, Matt, I find George Soros so terrifying because he is cold and calculating.
01:08:29.940It is almost as if he sees himself above humanity and he talks at length openly about experiments with countries and experiments with freedom.
01:08:43.480And, yeah, people are going to die and people are, you know, countries are going to be overthrown and thrown into chaos and it might go wrong.
01:08:54.580Yeah, so the introductory quote to the book is one from Soros where he says, my goal is to be the conscience of the world.
01:09:01.160And the first chapter is all just sort of introductory information about his life.
01:09:06.060You know, I cover the infamous 60 Minutes Nazi story.
01:09:08.580I read through all his personal philosophy.
01:09:10.740And, you know, it's sort of in any other context, it's usually like either lazier or cliche to say, you know, my political opponent just wants what's worse for the world.
01:09:20.280But I cannot come up with a better explanation.
01:09:22.280I mean, this guy is an open egomaniac.
01:09:24.220Like, he pretty much comes close to saying he's a sociopath.
01:09:27.480And, you know, I think you played it on your show on Fox when he was on 60 Minutes and talking about, like, aiding the Nazis in Hungary.
01:09:33.820And the host kind of gave him, like, an out and said, well, you know, obviously you were forced to do this.
01:10:32.560If he had just said, I did what I had to do to live and my whole life regretting it, that's a different story.
01:10:38.800But he even compared it to finance where he's like, oh, no, it's just like in finance.
01:10:42.960You have to exploit certain things like it was almost a game to him.
01:10:46.320It was just a bizarrely creepy and just the demeanor, too.
01:10:50.040I mean, one of the things about sociopaths is I don't think they're that self-aware.
01:10:54.080So it was years after that that he finally decided, oh, no, actually, that was somehow out of context.
01:10:59.400And, you know, I don't want to sound conspiratorial.
01:11:01.820I know you can't really scrub anything from the Internet, but it's you have got to go through a few pages to find the full video or the full transcript.
01:11:08.980I don't know if people that are allied with him are just kind of trying to bury it a little, but you've got to work a little bit to find that.
01:11:14.860I've never I've never seen anyone more well protected by the press, et cetera, than George Soros.
01:11:21.220It is amazing the machinery that he has put around him.
01:11:25.660And I think it might just be because everybody knows him as a sugar daddy and don't say anything bad about George Soros.
01:11:31.100I'm not saying that he's making threats, but there is.
01:11:33.660I mean, actually, he has to me and my staff, but he doesn't usually have to because everybody looks at him as this great philanthropist, this great guy who's going to change the world.
01:12:06.080And he spent more on presidential races, which, you know, he doesn't have as much sway there.
01:12:10.260But he spent way more on trying to defeat Trump at any other elections before that.
01:12:13.740But so and the thing is, too, you know, what one part of the last part of the book is what happens when this guy dies?
01:12:18.680I mean, he's 91 years old and I ran the numbers.
01:12:21.420So he spent about 20 billion throughout his life on these causes.
01:12:24.540He in the past few years donated 32 billion to his own foundation.
01:12:28.520And that's presumably sort of, you know, estate planning for his ideological goals.
01:12:32.580So there's, you know, one, you know, one and a half times more money to be spent in his last years of life and beyond the grave compared to what he spent so far.
01:12:41.200So, you know, he's unfortunately seems like he's just getting started and his sons are going to kind of continue the empire.
01:12:46.780Yeah. And I've heard his son is just as bad in philosophy wise.
01:12:53.820He is the author of a book that just came out, The Man Behind the Curtain, Inside the Secret Network of George Soros.
01:13:00.880I think anything you can read about George Soros that tells even in even a oh, he's had bad days and he's yelled at people stories is worth reading.
01:13:11.200Because no one has the balls to write the truth about George Soros.
01:13:19.600Is there any chance in the future that you see that, you know, there's a few countries where he is unwelcome and he is not allowed to go in and do any business or anything else?
01:13:31.640Because these are old former Soviet satellite states and they know exactly who he is.
01:13:38.100Is there any chance that you see America ever getting to the point to where we're at least calling him out and saying you're a very dangerous and bad influence?
01:13:48.680It's tough because his arm is just so in the outlets.
01:13:52.720In fact, I have a chapter where I just detail his connections to media outlets.
01:13:56.660And my criteria is they have to serve on a board of the Soros-backed initiative.
01:14:00.420And you go to the list and it's New York Times, MSNBC, ABC, I mean, every place you can list, including people that you think, you know, that you think like associated press, you think maybe they're just center left.
01:15:10.120I didn't talk to them directly, but Richard Poe and David Horowitz, who wrote The Shadow Party, my publisher, actually reached out to them to ask, like, did any weird things happen after you published that?
01:15:29.620And it did play a role in the book's distribution.
01:15:32.200For instance, you know, we have, you know, for people like me, very good libel laws in that you can say a lot of things about a public figure.
01:15:40.160We only can publish a book in America because we publish it somewhere else.
01:15:43.420We risk him suing just for the sake of suing.
01:15:46.440So, you know, we were, you know, cognizant of that risk.
01:15:50.320You know, as to my life, I mean, statistically, it seems like he probably has a shorter life span than me because he's, you know, 91 and I'm 28.
01:18:49.700And next hour, I'm going to go through a couple of the high points from last night's special.
01:18:56.400I really want you to understand modern monetary theory because it's a Rosetta Stone.
01:19:03.320When you understand this, you will see why the Great Reset is so important, why we're spending money the way we are, and how it ends.
01:19:13.180The other thing I want to do is I want to give you the names of the banks and the actual rules that are either implemented here in the United States or being implemented here in the United States.
01:19:25.520All of that coming up after the top of the hour.
01:19:29.700Make sure you watch this and please rate, review.
01:19:34.640If you're watching it on YouTube, rate and review it.
01:19:38.800Subscribe to my page, Glenn Beck's page on YouTube.
01:25:07.540You know, one of the things in covering it, because so many people do think it's a conspiracy theory, I did need to show the clip of you on Fox News.
01:25:15.540You know, it's an establishment media operation.
01:25:37.800And it is, you know, and I could see where people would read it and say, okay, yeah, we've got a big problem, and we've got to fix the problem.
01:25:44.220We have systems that are eroding, and democracy that is fading, and capitalism is the root cause of this problem.
01:25:51.600So I could understand where entities would turn it into, oh, no, this is going to be-
01:25:55.600They're trying to turn us into communists, right?
01:25:58.580And also where people would look at it and say, yeah, we do need a change.
01:26:02.380And look, these elites, these powerful elites are going to, what, help us fix it?
01:26:06.760They're going to be the ones in charge?
01:27:03.480They stated this, and then they kind of backtracked on it, and they said, well, we didn't say that was a goal or part of the agenda.
01:27:09.500We're just saying that that's what's going to happen.
01:27:12.140We just predict that this is what's going to happen, that you're going to own nothing.
01:27:16.640And then, of course, do you remember Bloomberg just recently ran an article saying, you know, we're turning into a nation of renters, and it's not a bad thing.
01:27:27.760They're part of the World Economic Forum's partners.
01:27:29.760And so that's how they're going to, I guess, kind of get us into the mindset that this is okay by just continuing to say it over and over until we all say, yeah, okay, that's fine.
01:27:39.720So, Kim, you know, the circles I run into, you know, everybody knows and has already made a decision about me.
01:27:47.060You are in a circle where you can actually talk about the facts and see how it's being discussed without people either being polite or rude because they've already made a judgment about an individual.
01:28:04.060What did you see on the Great Reset a year ago when you were talking about things and what you're seeing today?
01:28:22.080And it just sort of became this, I really wasn't sure what it was.
01:28:27.480And when I would research it, it wasn't really that clear.
01:28:31.340So I kind of ignored it because I really didn't understand it.
01:28:34.780And I got to say, even after doing the piece that I did on the Hill, I still don't fully understand it because they're not that, they're not transparent about what it is.
01:29:04.460But we, the people, don't know totally what it is.
01:29:07.920They're not, I mean, you know, you've written a book.
01:29:10.080People that maybe read your book know about it.
01:29:12.100But otherwise, how do people know about this?
01:29:14.660I will tell you this, that it is, out of everything that I've done in my lifetime, I think this is the most important story of my lifetime.
01:29:24.660And I have seen a lot of important stories.
01:29:26.920This one is the turning point to freedom.
01:29:31.320And, you know, you can say it's going to be a golden utopia where your freedoms are completely changed and run through elites and everybody's happy about it.
01:29:41.820Or you can say that usually never works.
01:29:44.380Whichever way, it is coming, unless people understand it.
01:29:50.920Once people understand it, that's why you have New Hampshire.
01:29:57.360They were just doing it yesterday, working on a law to make sure the banks don't get into ESG and start refusing loans.
01:30:06.480The same thing is happening in West Virginia and in Texas.
01:30:09.500And I hope that sweeps if people know what this is, they can change it.
01:30:15.880But we're running out of time because this is very well advanced.
01:30:20.420I, you know, Glenn, how, how are we going to change it?
01:30:23.540We're talking about the we've got a global global world leader.
01:30:28.680We have global corporations, people with billions of dollars behind all of this.
01:30:35.140I don't know how we, the little people, are going to, even if you've got a bunch of money, like you've got a bunch of money, but even with your amount of money, you still don't have enough money to counter this.
01:30:44.700I don't know how we can actually counter this, even if we know about it.
01:30:54.260I really, truly believe that there are enough Republicans, Democrats and independents that still love America and believe in the free market.
01:31:05.000They may think that parts of it are broken.
01:31:07.540They may want to change certain things.
01:31:09.460They probably all of them feel it's corrupt one way or another, but they don't.
01:31:14.540They're not willing just to say that's over.
01:31:43.760They are now starting to say you're going to be too much of a risk if you don't believe in social justice.
01:31:49.380And in a few minutes and on the special I did last night, I showed you how that will affect even your auto loan in their own words all the way down to your auto loan.
01:32:03.060If there's enough Republicans, Democrats and independents who really understand what this is, the minute they start saying, you know what?
01:32:13.300I'm not going to allow my 401k to be invested in BlackRock.
01:32:18.060I am not allowing JPMorgan Chase, whose stated goals are these things, to have my money.
01:32:25.100I'm going to put it in a local bank, which will make my local businesses stronger, my local community stronger, and they have the best chance of standing up against this.
01:32:35.260You can go ahead and do your own thing.
01:32:37.380I'm not going to beat you on the global scale, but I'm telling you there's enough people that will strip them of their power, strip them of their resources enough to be able to cripple them to at least slow this way down.
01:32:55.000Yeah, I agree that they definitely miscalculated a bit.
01:32:58.760I think that with the pandemic, they were trying to see where we were all at.
01:33:01.740It was a temperature check to see how Americans would respond to shutdowns.
01:33:08.800And I could tell you that somebody who's always been coming from the left, I'm a liberal, but I'm the one liberal that you and your audience can love, trust me, is, you know, I have never appreciated more federalism in my life than during this pandemic.
01:33:23.560Living in California, I live in Los Angeles more than anything.
01:33:27.380I've been eyeing Texas and Florida as I want to move.
01:33:30.140I moved from Austin, Texas to L.A., and now I'm like, I've got to go back to Dallas or I've got to get to Florida or something.
01:33:38.480And so I think you're right that it does come down to those choices.
01:33:41.680My only hope is that we don't end up, you know, dilapidating the small business sector, which really should be the backbone of the U.S. economy, so that we can implement the plan that you're talking about.
01:33:52.920But the pandemic killed so many of those monochrome businesses.
01:33:56.340I know, but again, if we stop doing business with, and I'm, you know, I'm not saying you should do this.
01:35:15.580But I will say over the last few years, I have been shocked to find that when I would listen to your radio show, I would sit there and nod my head in agreement.
01:35:23.680And then I'd be like, I cannot believe I'm sitting here agreeing so much.
01:35:26.780It makes you question life itself, doesn't it?
01:35:59.640We're not represented in establishment media, but I am not alone.
01:36:05.420And we could tell that by just looking at my numbers in the views that I get being on the Hill, being this sort of independent outsider that is realigning.
01:36:15.740And I think so many of us are getting together and saying we agree on so much.
01:36:19.880Maybe there's some things we don't, but we agree on a lot of things.
01:36:23.280And one of those big things is we want to keep America free.
01:36:27.260And that means not being so into this collectivist mentality that we all have to behave in this, you know, as one, like a board, right?
01:36:37.140It's that in a free country means being an individual.
01:36:40.400We have to we have to hold on to that.
01:36:43.700Kim, I you can call me any name under the sun.
01:37:09.340And I truly believe that there are tons of people who classify themselves as liberals or Democrats that see this and they are like, wait a minute, wait, what's happening?
01:37:20.380And they don't they are not for getting rid of the Bill of Rights.
01:37:25.740Or as Stephen Colbert said last night, get rid of the Senate that that's insanity.
01:38:02.420You know, I have I've been warning of economic turmoil for a long time.
01:38:09.120We are now beginning we are at the beginning of economic turmoil.
01:38:15.440They are, as I said, in the special last night on the Great Reset, they are they are already preparing for a collapse of the global financial system.
01:38:27.140And that will be the thing that will take us into a great reset.
01:39:48.240So, Stu, let me just pass something on to you, see what you think.
01:40:04.340I think Elon Musk is probably becoming one of the best American spokespeople for the American dream and for common sense.
01:40:24.480Now, Elon Musk, I disagree with him on a lot of things, but he still believes that, and because he did it, you can come from nothing and make it here.
01:40:35.840He still believes in the basic ideas of America.
01:40:40.420There was an article that came out from him, he said, we have deprioritized family, and the family unit is going to break down because of birth rates.
01:40:53.080He said, we're going to have the collapse of a civilization because people aren't having children.
01:58:22.380It is the most anti-democratic institution next to the judiciary because the judiciary is only the way it is because the Senate is the way it is.
01:58:33.520No one would drop a single tear, you've already got tenure, you can go back to your old job, you'll be fine.
01:58:39.440Spend more time with bail-in, Bruce, okay?
01:58:41.640I don't understand what possible positive purpose the United States Senate provides right now.
01:58:53.300I mean, first of all, his judiciary point, the only reason those judges are in is because they got rid of the filibuster for the judges.
01:59:00.720So the exact thing he's asking for gave him those results, the thing he's complaining about, which is just he's so dumb from top to bottom in this clip.
01:59:26.340Liberals, Democrats, your friends that used to be friends but probably didn't talk to you for a long time, they're going to start talking to you again, and you need to start talking to them in a kindly fashion.
01:59:37.600Because you could play that for 100 Democrats, and the honest 70 would go, he's either joking or I am not with that at all.
01:59:52.640And I think that number would actually be higher.
01:59:55.100They are anti-American and anti-constitutionalist.
02:00:00.340That's not where the average Democrat is.
02:00:02.980That's not where the average Republican or the average Independent.
02:00:07.000They have gone so far off the deep end.
