00:02:12.280
this is the glenn back program well hello america and welcome to the glenn back program uh there are
00:02:23.400
many things that are happening in today's world that you did not vote for you didn't vote to get off of
00:02:30.100
gas and coal and everything else by shutting everything down financially uh by crippling the market
00:02:40.420
it's not putin this is something you didn't vote for but through esg and the administration
00:02:47.160
you're now paying what five bucks a gallon for gas more in some some places congratulations
00:02:54.420
but there is something that anybody who voted for joe biden uh knew and now they dismissed it but now
00:03:04.280
it is coming here's what he said he would do in 2019 to to gun owners out there who say well
00:03:11.920
abiding administration means they're going to come for my guns bingo you're right if you have an assault
00:03:16.460
weapon the fact of the matter is they should be illegal period well he is making that dream come true
00:03:23.460
it's insanity what's going on in congress this week we begin there in 60 seconds
00:03:30.520
by the way also uh bill barr is on with us he's going to talk about uh johnny depp no he's not
00:03:38.280
going to talk to us about johnny depp he's uh he's going to talk to us about the durham trial that came
00:03:42.640
out uh this week uh also uh i want to talk to him a little bit about the gun laws and what are what
00:03:50.580
are the odds of this actually going through tuttle twins books one of the greatest things you're still
00:03:56.160
allowed to do in this country is start your own business uh you know not not available in all
00:04:03.860
states i mean hawaii alaska i think you can uh but uh definitely maybe not hawaii start your own
00:04:11.020
business the government is not making it easy but you have a right to do it and one of the best things
00:04:17.480
we can teach our kids is how to start their own business how to think like an entrepreneur how not
00:04:24.000
to think like everyone else that is being trained like a robot in colleges there's a book from the
00:04:31.340
tuttle twins that i want you to have i've talked to them they're they're shipping it out for free
00:04:35.800
all you have to do is pay for shipping it is called the tuttle twins and their amazing show business it is
00:04:42.280
a great way to teach your kids or your grandkids the fundamentals of the american way you and your kids
00:04:50.020
need to read this book have it for the summer it's tuttle twins and their spectacular show business
00:04:56.060
get it for free just pay for shipping tuttletwinsbeck.com that's tuttletwinsbeck.com
00:05:03.320
okay so uh let me just go through a few of the clips uh before we get to the president's speech
00:05:11.280
um let's play cut three here this is a um uh this is a um a democrat in congress i'm sorry it's cut
00:05:21.920
five uh david is it siciline from rhode island listen to this i don't think there is a single
00:05:29.140
incident and i and maybe there's one but i've not found one of a assailant using an assault weapon
00:05:36.140
that was stopped by a person with a gun uh so this is a stop stop stop uh never been stopped
00:05:45.260
all of them stop with a person with a gun every single one of them every single one no but what
00:05:52.640
what are they doing jujitsu jujitsu they're coming out there was that slingshot one they stopped that
00:05:58.740
one yeah remember that was nice yeah goliath came out with his ar yeah the question is only
00:06:05.500
do you want the people with the gun to be there before the shooting starts or after it begins
00:06:10.440
that is the only question here uh by the way um this congressman should know now he's looked he's
00:06:16.740
looked very hard and you have to go way way back to last saturday to find a guy who walked into a
00:06:27.260
party with 40 people he had an assault rifle he wounds two police officers and takes them out of
00:06:35.300
commission and a woman reaches into her purse pulls out her pistol and shoots the guy there's one now
00:06:44.960
that was really hard to find uh because well uh you know a democratic congressman wouldn't be reading
00:06:51.820
the news from any source that would actually cover that that just happened saturday one woman private
00:07:00.960
citizen handgun saved 40 people so uh andy here is um here's the uh the congressman the great uh
00:07:12.780
congressman again from rhode island who said this so spare me the bull about constitutional rights
00:07:21.760
the gentleman not be no i will not yield and i'm not going to yield for my entire five minutes so don't
00:07:25.880
ask again oh the passion the totally authentic and genuine passion from these people it's just
00:07:33.280
incredible well let me show you some more uh just i mean unbelievable uh passion is so passionate that
00:07:41.420
he had to read it here is uh representative jones on guns cut 14
00:07:47.720
enough of your thoughts and prayers enough enough enough see i'm mad that's why you will not stop us
00:07:56.300
from advancing the protecting our kids act today you will not stop us from passing it in the house
00:08:01.880
next week and you will not stop us there if the filibuster obstructs us we will abolish it
00:08:09.080
if the supreme court objects we will expand it and we will not rest until we have taken weapons of
00:08:15.840
war out of circulation in our communities each and every day we will do whatever it takes to end gun
00:08:22.660
violence whatever it takes what we will do is not fail the children of this country the way that you
00:08:29.680
have failed us okay this is uh this is amazing this amazing we will do whatever we have to do
00:08:37.560
to take out guns these guns from circulation in our community so get rid of the guns it's not a purchase
00:08:47.820
ban no it's removing them from circulation removing them and they will do anything if there is a
00:08:54.700
constitutional limit we disregard it if you try to stop us legitimately through the votes in congress or
00:09:02.720
the senate we will override it and we'll abolish the filibuster you left out the part on the script where
00:09:09.220
he bangs his fist on the table there yeah fist table i mean i'm sorry and uh if the supreme court
00:09:17.020
says it's unconstitutional to do that we'll wipe them out wow the ends justify the means it's not just for
00:09:28.800
radicals anymore it's for everyone because seemingly everyone in the democratic party is a radical
00:09:37.540
so what did the very very astute together wide awake president say in his speech last night well he came
00:09:51.500
out into the east wing and he walked down the red carpet that was all lined with candles now i don't know
00:10:01.880
if behind the flag his lovely wife jill was taking a bath surrounded by the candles and rose petals in the
00:10:12.120
water could be but it was a very beautiful and appealing um image there with the president by
00:10:24.040
candlelight to talk to us about guns and here he is cut 10 for god's sake how much more carnage are we
00:10:36.440
willing to accept oh i hate that how many more innocent american lives okay hang on can we add can
00:10:42.420
we answer that i say uh i'd say 150 100 i was going to say 153 so we're in the same ballpark yeah that's
00:10:49.920
that's totally by the way that's entirely the standard here of this debate yes which is we are just waiting
00:10:54.820
for the exact amount of bodies until we adopt all of their policies and what is it going to take
00:11:00.040
for us to intellectually abandon the principle of the constitution what's it going to take right it's
00:11:08.400
not that we disagree or think you could solve it other ways or think that the constitution's important
00:11:12.820
it's that we haven't seen a high enough stack of bodies yet and we don't really care minds as long
00:11:18.540
as they're killing children republicans don't care yeah we won't care about that we won't care so here's
00:11:23.700
the thing uh glenn every time that you hear them say we need to do something translate that to we
00:11:31.000
need to do exactly what we want right it's what if we we have passed tons of laws since sandy hook
00:11:39.400
yet they always say there have been we have done nothing since sandy hook because we haven't done the
00:11:44.320
thing they want us to do say federal-based legislation that takes people's guns away because we haven't done
00:11:51.260
that they say we haven't done anything well we've done tons of things states have passed laws all over
00:11:55.520
the country both on the pro-gun control side of this argument and the pro-second amendment side when
00:12:01.920
it comes to things like you know making schools more safe as far as uh security and stuff all that
00:12:08.020
stuff has been passed all over the country we've done tons of stuff since these actions have gone on
00:12:12.900
we just haven't done the thing they want us to do why are you avoiding the question just give me the
00:12:19.400
number dear god enough is a fist to table oh enough is a exclamation point enough okay give me the
00:12:30.320
number is it 153 is that your final 153 that's the number from stew remember mine is 150 once we see
00:12:38.100
another 150 then i'm going to abandon all of my principles okay uh next cut please here's what he wants
00:12:47.740
to do allows a gun sale to go through after three business days even if the background check has not
00:12:54.140
been completed stop why is that why does a background check even if it's not completed after three days
00:13:06.120
why do they abandon that and give you your license why is that that seems crazy right no no it doesn't
00:13:16.520
when you understand why a federal background check should take about 20 minutes when clinton was in office
00:13:27.000
it strangely took days days and days and days and days sometimes weeks to get it done
00:13:36.480
when obama was in office what happened oh my gosh the the computers
00:13:44.260
were all just jammed in washington they had outages and it would take so long we're trying we're
00:13:53.320
trying super hard but we've got dial-up modems here and we just can't do that background check and i thought
00:14:02.200
that was a little suspicious though when you saw the way that they launched obamacare and the website
00:14:07.460
maybe it was maybe they just were that bad at the computer well no because when bush was in office
00:14:14.760
you could get it in 20 minutes when trump was in office you could get it in 20 minutes
00:14:20.220
so what is this law that says three days and if you don't finish the background check they get the
00:14:28.080
license that is to ensure that the federal government doesn't do what like states like
00:14:36.860
uh new york does drag it out for months make it impossible that's why that's there that's there to keep
00:14:48.040
the federal government honest it doesn't take more than 20 minutes
00:15:01.060
for so many of you at home i want to be very clear okay this is not about taking away anyone's guns what
00:15:11.260
it's about villa not about vilifying gum on gun owners gum owners in fact we believe we should
00:15:17.160
be treating responsible gun owners as an example of how every gun owner should behave oh what about
00:15:22.580
responsible gum i respect the culture the tradition don't walk while the concerns of lawful gun owners
00:15:28.300
okay stop stop no you don't swallow your no you don't lawful gun owners aren't killing people
00:15:37.420
lawful gun owners are saving people's lives i don't get the same respect you you think you're
00:15:46.840
treating me and my friends who own guns and are completely responsible you think you're treating me
00:15:54.740
with respect by telling me things like you know they just let these people they get them without even
00:16:01.760
a background check you think you're treating us with respect by saying you know these guns blow
00:16:09.040
holes into people and you can't even recognize them the dna oh you got to use dna to be able to identify
00:16:17.320
the bodies because ar-15s which is now every semi-automatic weapon uh they just they blow the faces
00:16:28.000
people explode and so you need to have a dna test done to identify the children wow have we gotten that
00:16:40.960
quick with dna testing because the victims you know as soon as the parents are notified and that usually
00:16:48.080
takes well shorter than it takes democratic states to count the votes on election day
00:16:56.640
people have absolutely no idea what they're talking about and they say it with exclamation
00:17:02.280
points next to it to try to make it sound like they do they are they don't morons morons uh most of
00:17:08.300
them are morons there are those like joe biden that knows exactly what he's doing there are those who
00:17:16.820
are running the democratic party right now that know exact they know what the truth is
00:17:23.020
but they will tell you that when we banned assault weapons when we banned them well i'll tell you we saw
00:17:32.620
the murder rate go down no we didn't no we didn't every study including the studies from the federal
00:17:40.760
government show no difference was made none you know in chicago they have uh rounded up i think uh
00:17:52.340
what was it four thousand weapons here in the last year or two how many of them are legally owned
00:17:59.460
i'd like to know why doesn't it just says the number of weapons that have been used and confiscated
00:18:06.560
because of shootings and everything else why don't they tell us were those legal or illegal guns
00:18:16.140
because that's where if those are legal responsible gun owners if they're all members of the nra
00:18:24.880
and they've gone through all the nra testing well then i'm wrong but you're treating me joe
00:18:33.420
as as if i'm the one with the illegal gun that is shooting kids and innocent people
00:18:41.280
in chicago or a school we're going through all this stuff for the special tonight on studios america
00:18:48.380
to debunk really really good special tonight you need to see it all the gun myths and uh one of the
00:18:53.960
studies that came across was uh they looked at uh criminals people who were arrested and were in
00:19:00.020
prison and gun related offenses what they found is about two percent of them had gone through retail
00:19:05.760
sources about two percent of the criminals had got they got their guns through retail they went to a
00:19:12.100
they went to a gun show no that's that i bought a gun at a gun show it was seemed pretty retail to me
00:19:17.640
huh so i thought that was it oh it must be they got it from the grandfather no yeah no not a lot of
00:19:22.980
borrowing from grandpa going on in the criminal world these days it's almost as if they don't care
00:19:28.360
about your background checks huh wow it's weird but you know what keep the border open because
00:19:34.440
you can ban all these weapons and pass all these new laws but keep the mexican-american border wide
00:19:41.100
open and see what happens with guns drug cartel they're not involved in drug smuggling they're not
00:19:47.000
involved in human smuggling and they're certainly they stay away from firearms okay especially those
00:19:54.300
illegal ones our sponsor is rough greens uh terry writes uh my dogs have uh my two dogs have been on
00:20:02.760
rough greens now for four months i no longer have to give tilly an allergy pill that she previously
00:20:08.400
needed and i stopped a probiotic that they were using because rough greens already has it tilly uh her
00:20:15.060
fur is far less greasy she smells better tucker who wasn't eating much at all now has a great appetite
00:20:21.940
last night uno came up to me and he's a german shepherd and now he is you know in the heat
00:20:28.200
and i'll tell you last summer oof whoa this summer i mean are we did we teach you know how to brush his
00:20:38.440
teeth his breath wasn't so bad and i swear to you i don't know but i think that's rough greens because
00:20:44.700

00:21:08.880
rough greens.com slash back or call 833 glenn 33 10 seconds station id
00:21:30.820
cut 12. we should repeal the liability shield that often protects gun manufacturers of being
00:21:39.000
sued for the death and destruction caused by their weapons they're the only industry in this
00:21:44.420
country that has that kind of immunity imagine imagine if the tobacco industry have been immune
00:21:50.160
i imagine full fledged duct tape alert your head may explode duct tape alert all i'm asking is you
00:22:04.440
have some duct tape you wrap it around your head wrap it around tight it's not going to stop your head
00:22:08.620
from exploding every time he says this but at least you'll have all of the pieces of your skull
00:22:15.360
so when you go into er they can go oof you listen to biden talk about the immunity and the gun
00:22:22.400
gun gun manufacturers right yeah and my head exploded but i got all the pieces don't worry we can stitch
00:22:29.700
you back up oh my gosh you know who had they don't have immunity
00:22:36.440
the drug manufacturers do you had a problem with your covid vaccine don't worry the government said
00:22:47.760
you can't sue them so please don't start with immunity
00:22:54.900
my god these people are so evil just lying one of the most dangerous phrases in the english language
00:23:04.100
is it'll never happen to me they'll never get that legislation through and that's second only to
00:23:11.780
hold my beer right um if you have anything to steal anything and maybe especially your identity i guarantee
00:23:20.520
you it's gonna there's somebody out there that wants to take it wants it right now might be working
00:23:26.960
for yours in particular it's important to understand how cyber crime and identity theft affect our lives
00:23:33.420
and it's not just somebody hacking in it's also have you ever received a thing my wife just uh
00:23:38.620
got an email from she thought paypal and they said you got to update your password so she just clicks
00:23:44.980

last week i had an opportunity to sit down with um william barr bill barr the former attorney general
00:24:35.080
he is the author of i i think i think one of the best titled books of all time one damn thing after
00:24:43.500
another because that's the way i think everybody feels um he is uh this is a number one new york
00:24:49.780
times bestseller it's a great book gives you lots of insight and uh as i said to bill when we left the
00:24:55.700
soundstage uh from recording the podcast last week thank you for not you know um waiting on something
00:25:04.280
like you know i knew the constitution was on fire and we were all gonna die but i didn't say anything
00:25:11.380
because i had a book deal that was coming out in a couple of years and so i saved it for the book
00:25:15.760
um william barr bill barr welcome how are you sir thanks glenn i'm doing well i really enjoyed our
00:25:24.140
last discussion yeah me too um so bill there's a couple of things uh first of all our country is
00:25:32.000
going absolutely insane um could we play the i want to talk to you about the durham thing but can
00:25:39.460
we just play the clip from the congressman uh that i played let me look for it real quick uh where he
00:25:46.760
said uh where was the one where he said um where he was talking about we don't care we you won't stop
00:25:57.980
us can you play this listen to this enough of your thoughts and prayers enough enough you will
00:26:05.880
not stop us from advancing the protecting our kids act today you will not stop us from passing it in
00:26:11.920
the house next week and you will not stop us there if the filibuster obstructs us we will abolish it
00:26:19.480
if the supreme court objects we will expand it and we will not rest until we have taken weapons of
00:26:26.260
war out of circulation in our communities stop we're not talking about common sense gun legislation
00:26:33.440
they're now talking about taking um ars semi-automatics out of circulation in the community
00:26:41.640
and they will not stop for any constitutional reason do we are we living in a banana republic
00:26:50.120
uh we're approaching that but you know this highlights i think uh the the hypocrisy of the
00:26:58.460
democratic party where they talk about the threat to democracy you and i know that the founders well
00:27:05.020
understood as a as words is expressed in federalist paper 10 that the threat to democracy they felt was a
00:27:12.220
momentary bare majority steamrolling over a minority and that's why they built in these checks
00:27:18.880
imbalances so a momentary majority cannot uh steamroll a minority and what they're basically
00:27:26.180
saying is uh we we have a bare majority and we're going to steamroll you and we're and and if the
00:27:34.000
constitution gets in our way uh we're going to pack the court and and do an end run around the
00:27:39.760
constitution so it goes back to this basic thing we discussed is that whatever their ends they feel
00:27:46.700
justify any means i i i tell you you know we're seeing it with guns we're seeing it with roe we're
00:27:52.960
seeing it with energy education where the the administrative state is now making all the rules
00:28:01.440
i.e laws because congress has abandoned their responsibility um are you disturbed by any of
00:28:09.920
this is any way to stop this bill legally well through uh you know i i think this supreme court
00:28:17.400
majority we have could roll back on the administrative state as you just said the basic problem we have is
00:28:24.780
congress is not doing its job it's essentially you know holding hearings and making statements and stuff
00:28:31.740
like that uh and and you know like it operates like a peanut gallery but uh it it doesn't actually
00:28:38.820
address any of the problems they have the legislative power and they don't use it um and uh the other
00:28:46.420
thing is they use the legislative process to make statements so i expect the democrats are going to come
00:28:51.780
in with sort of an you know everything but the kitchen sink gun control legislation that's meant as a
00:28:57.680
political statement and is not really designed to make incremental progress yeah toward common sense
00:29:03.880
goals right um bill let me switch to um uh durham we spoke about it last week before the verdict came
00:29:11.720
in um and i've heard you speak about it um this week but a lot of people were you know as we we spoke
00:29:21.480
given up hope on anyone ever paying for a crime i i don't think you know what's what durham is pursuing
00:29:30.300
but does this end this does the do the revelations that came out does that help him for the future
00:29:38.860
well what should we take from that well i think there's a you know there's a there are two different goals
00:29:45.620
i think one goal is to get to the truth lay the facts bare and and to some extent achieve
00:29:52.500
accountability by the reaction of the american people by getting the truth out of what happened
00:29:57.120
the other goal obviously would be to punish people to the extent you can achieve convictions
00:30:02.640
uh that latter goal is is more difficult because of the way the system operates the high standard of
00:30:08.980
proof you need admissible evidence and uh you know dc juries are not the most favorable
00:30:15.320
forum for these cases by a long stretch and i think everyone recognized that that didn't inhibit
00:30:21.340
durham uh because uh the fact that he knew there would be a tough jury because i think the rule in
00:30:29.220
the department is that you bring a case if you think you can prove to an unbiased jury uh the case and so
00:30:38.580
i think he felt he had the duty to bring this case he knew that it was a difficult jury but
00:30:44.860
but i think the and and i'm disappointed uh in the outcome but i am actually happy that he brought
00:30:54.860
the case because i think it actually achieved a lot of progress on the issue of getting at the truth
00:31:00.360
he shed a lot of light and and demonstrated the central role played by hillary clinton's campaign
00:31:08.320
and also the very troubling behavior of the fbi leadership that that duped its own agents about the source of this
00:31:15.920
information and that's a lot of progress and i think there's going to be more progress on this front with
00:31:20.460
danchenko and ultimately i think he's going to write a very illuminating report about how all this went down
00:31:28.060
now if i can just say you know one of the things that's always frustrated me about the frustration
00:31:34.700
of of trump's allies and i include myself in that on this issue uh it is this idea that uh just because
00:31:44.560
we think we know what happened it should be easy to throw people in jail and this case sort of illustrates
00:31:49.020
that in this sense we knew or thought we knew that hillary clinton in july had had given the green light
00:31:58.280
on on on this thing and on the idea of putting out a story to tie trump to putin but the reason we knew
00:32:05.800
that is because the cia gave a report saying that they had some indications of this and then immediately
00:32:12.480
won't say so well throw them in jail that's not admissible evidence correct and you could never
00:32:18.740
have built a case on that the hard work had to be done to actually get evidence of not hearsay but
00:32:25.940
direct evidence that that happened and through a lot of hard work that people were trying to bring people
00:32:31.780
to justice they were able to tell that story with direct evidence as to the role of the campaign
00:32:38.560
and that's the kind of hard work that's required to actually present a case in court and to achieve
00:32:46.560
a to achieve a conviction but i think the public has been conditioned that just because you know
00:32:51.920
there's information out there in the ether that suggests something that that should be enough and
00:32:57.760
it's not enough no it's we talked about this in the podcast i i think we're both for um a an open
00:33:06.820
and honest hearing of all of the evidence on the 2022 campaign but you can't do that during the the
00:33:16.060
time in a in a five-week period you the the clock is ticking constitutionally but it absolutely should
00:33:24.160
be done we should decide and hear all of the evidence i just don't know who could possibly present
00:33:31.420
it to us that both sides would listen to and trust anymore about the election yeah or about the
00:33:38.800
yeah their election um yeah i mean i i think that's true i think we're at a point where where there is
00:33:47.660
no authoritative entity that hasn't you know that that can command you know everyone's uh ascent but
00:33:55.340
i as i said to you you know i am all for exploring all the potential theories about uh you know and we
00:34:04.820
should if it's true we need to fix it and it doesn't matter if it could change the election or not
00:34:11.140
if it's one vote we should fix the problem that caused that vote to be counted if it's a you know a
00:34:19.420
million votes it to me it makes no difference i want to know what happened and there's no reason in
00:34:26.200
today's technological age that we can't have secure elections but i don't think either party is actually
00:34:34.680
serious about that well you know i do think the republican party generally has has uh supported
00:34:43.300
measures that assure integrity uh and you know i actually think that post hoc after the fact
00:34:52.260
reviews uh audits uh investigations are good because then during an election people know that
00:34:59.620
this their actions are going to be scrutinized later so um you know right and and i also believe
00:35:07.860
that even if someone you know committed fraud one person committed voting fraud in california that
00:35:13.100
will not have a an effect on the election but nonetheless if they committed a criminal act they
00:35:18.480
should be prosecuted for it um bill thank you so much may i um may i send you some information
00:35:25.420
i did a show this week on uh uh what's happening in the administration with um really what appears to be
00:35:34.480
uh preparing for a climate emergency and i would love your opinion on it to see
00:35:41.840
you know what you're you know taking a fresh set of eyes and looking at it and somebody who's been
00:35:47.800
in the government and knows the law and knows how it works what it would mean to declare a climate
00:35:54.400
emergency could i send you some information have you just look at it okay please do please do thank
00:36:00.140
you thank you so much hey thanks glenn you're welcome uh that's uh bill barr former attorney general
00:36:06.540
the number one book uh in the nation actually with the new york times too boy they don't let that
00:36:12.860
happen all the time one damn thing after another one damn thing after another by bill barr even if
00:36:19.600
you disagree with him you need to hear what his answers are because he answers all of the uh things
00:36:26.200
that have been brought up over the years uh and you need to read his his answers or listen to the
00:36:32.520
podcast from last week by the way tomorrow's podcast already available for blaze tv subscribers

00:36:55.520
watching basketball you know uh in the summer months you know turning off the soccer for baseball
00:37:02.160
that's me you know it and people say to me all the time you're a grease monkey glenn i mean i think
00:37:08.160
i could just put you know just pour out a box of parts and you could assemble an engine sure absolutely
00:37:14.300
but i just don't have time that's why i have professionals do it when my car breaks down
00:37:21.160
which really kind of hacks me off and costs a lot of money especially today god forbid we have a chip
00:37:29.340
go down in a car um for about 100 bucks a month i have my cars covered that are out of warranty
00:37:36.200
with car shield my trucks i want to drive them and drive them and drive them and drive them until
00:37:42.180
either my seat falls through the floor because of rust or the doors fall off and i can no longer get
00:37:49.340
you know some sort of plastic to tape over the window or the door that's how long i want to drive
00:37:55.860
those trucks but i'm not going to if i have to pay for expensive repairs i don't have to worry about
00:38:00.440
it get coverage like i have with car shield car shield.com slash back car shield.com slash back

00:38:33.800
miss a lot visit blaze tv.com today and never miss a moment of truth
00:38:39.380
this is the glenbeck program we're glad you're here uh i just i just want to play a congressman
00:38:55.840
from tennessee who just brought up some things about you know guns that i didn't know listen
00:39:04.480
assault weapons are made to kill did you know that the picture that miss jackson lee had up here
00:39:10.420
of those 19 children the last time you'll be able or anybody would be able to recognize some of them
00:39:16.840
because when they're hit with an assault weapon they cannot be identified they are obliterated
00:39:21.660
stop did you know that you if you're hit by an ar you're obliterated he goes on
00:39:34.100
and they need dna to identify whoa need dna tests to identify them they put holes in their bodies so
00:39:42.560
hang on just a second they put holes in your body guns do
00:39:51.060
holy cow i'm learning a lot here that there's no way they could survive no way they are weapons of war
00:39:59.880
and weapons of death and weapons of destruction that we should not permit out here amen amen
00:40:06.380
when you've got a gun that will obliterate people that the only thing left is like a little spot on
00:40:15.100
the carpet that you have to have some scientists come in and and run through a dna machine
00:40:21.940
could it be more transparent and gruesome i mean again like this is horrible trying to take advantage
00:40:29.600
of this situation just shows you who every one of these democrats are it's awful it's awful it's also
00:40:36.280
the fact you know it's one thing about using death it's another than to lie about it right
00:40:44.940
that you you you're you're obliterated that these kids couldn't be recognized that's an out and out
00:40:54.060
lie it's odd there is no shame there is no shame this is what happens to a society
00:41:05.500
when you don't know what the definition of is is when lies about something that small just don't matter
00:41:23.560
this is the glenn back program stew you talk to jeffy about sweat block this is huge i've been
00:41:32.500
harassing jeffy for a while i'll be like we got to get you on you got to try sweat block because
00:41:36.380
jeffy's known for his flop sweat it's me it's the it's his distinguishing characteristic around here
00:41:42.020
the best thing about him yeah the best thing about him is that he constantly sweats now you'd
00:41:45.620
think that's a negative characteristic you're right but all of his other characteristics are
00:41:48.700
more negative and jeffy that's the that's the best that's the best thing yeah uh and i'm like you
00:41:53.380
got to try sweat block he's like dude i already do use it it works great stop bothering me
00:41:57.840
wow yeah he doesn't i mean he doesn't like me i don't understand why i've been so nice to him
00:42:02.220
i want to tire i want to test i would like to have him tested on his face and his head
00:42:06.140
because he sweats a lot on his head too oh yeah oh gosh but sweat block is it is really amazing i i can't
00:42:12.620
wait to go to the ranch this summer i'm gonna be you know outside as usual doing things outside
00:42:19.920
oh i don't know no it's not me but use sweat block i i use it uh here in dallas uh i use the actual
00:42:27.840
the wipes the deodorant stick is great but the wipes you wipe them once under your arms before you
00:42:34.720
go to bed one night and for six or seven days you don't have to wear deodorant at all it's amazing
00:43:04.700
what you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment
00:43:33.180
hello america and welcome to the glenbeck program it's friday so i can't wait to hear the answer to
00:43:43.260
my first question with bill o'reilly what is the biggest story of the week because i i don't even
00:43:49.860
know there are so many of them they're all game changing bill will give us his biggest story of the
00:43:57.200
week in 60 seconds when you think about your kids future do you spend a lot of time worrying
00:44:02.580
i it's a character flaw in me i guess but i do uh i want my kids to be able to go out into the world
00:44:09.520
um you know they don't have to be successful they have to be happy and i think part of that is being
00:44:16.960
successful enough to put food on the table and to be able to have um what uh in delicate society
00:44:24.800
is screw you money so you you don't feel a slave to some place that is making you do things that you
00:44:31.960
just don't want to do i'm trying my best to give the kids the necessary tools but there is a tool out
00:44:37.840
there now that is fantastic the tuttle twins books they have a book out there they're making free
00:44:44.520
the tuttle twins and their spectacular showbiz you're going to get a copy for free you just pay for
00:44:50.000
shipping this will teach your kid about being an entrepreneur about living your dreams about what
00:44:57.360
it takes to start a business even if they don't want to start a business they will understand how
00:45:02.700
business works and that's critical just for living in a capitalist society right now you ask your kids
00:45:10.100
how do businesses work can they even tell you let alone if they do tell you is it going to be
00:45:17.180
accurate or distorted tuttle twins books tuttle twins and their spectacular show business get it
00:45:24.100
free right now just pay for shipping at tuttle twins beck.com tuttle twins beck.com it's friday mr bill
00:45:32.980
o'reilly biggest story of the week sir uh joe biden trying to save his administration by using the gun
00:45:42.140
issue that's the biggest story of the week so yesterday uh the president gets out there and he
00:45:49.220
gave it away right away so he says that if legislatures fail to act voters should use their
00:45:57.080
outrage to turn it into a central issue in november's midterm elections uh so you've got a catastrophe on
00:46:07.460
the economic front everybody is suffering who is in a working class category um and he admitted also
00:46:15.840
in a different soundbite hey i can't do anything about inflation or rising gas prices i don't know i i
00:46:25.000
can't i'm sorry he said that that's unbelievable said that he can actually he's probably the only guy
00:46:33.200
him in the fed that can actually do something about it right but at least he was honest because
00:46:38.720
he himself does not understand what you just said well no i you know see i i won't give you a pass on
00:46:46.060
this one because he knows he knows that through esg and the banks choking off the money to the big oil
00:46:54.540
companies him with leases etc etc um the push is for this all new green economy they are intentionally
00:47:02.980
driving the price of oil up he knows he knows generally that gas is bad and green energy is good
00:47:13.560
but he doesn't know what he did ignited inflation he doesn't and and i'm not giving him a pass back i'm
00:47:23.220
telling you the man's incapacitated all right that's what i'm telling you so now his advisors
00:47:28.760
say hey look we got a little battle of the bulge scenario here battle of the bulge world war ii
00:47:33.820
nazis were defeated they made one more push and they caused some damage and then they were uh defeated
00:47:40.780
uh at baston in in uh northern belgium so uh this is the battle of the bulge for the democrats
00:47:48.620
for midterm elections let's take the kids who were killed in texas the evaldi kids and make that
00:47:54.620
a campaign issue by putting forth legislation that we know is not going to be passed in the senate
00:48:00.420
they're not going to ban guns in the senate not going to do it um and then we can use that to
00:48:07.520
tell people that the republicans are irresponsible and dangerous and vote for democrats that's what this
00:48:12.200
is all about beck you know that i do but i also think it is um a setup for uh getting rid of the
00:48:20.880
filibuster packing the court yeah i mean all of that's down the road here we only have five more
00:48:27.820
months until the democratic party is absolutely destroyed okay so so let me ask you this bill
00:48:34.020
yes and and i'm i'm not suggesting anything i have my own theories but i i would like your answer on this
00:48:40.520
you know that when you have a dangerous animal cornered and they've got nothing to lose that's
00:48:48.640
when you're in the most danger the this dangerous marxist animal has been cornered people are on to
00:48:57.100
them they're all of their lies are being exposed their policies are being exposed for what they are
00:49:03.320
um and they know they're going to lose in a big way what do those marxist animals that are trapped
00:49:11.180
in a corner are they just going to just take it no that's why they're they're trying to centralize
00:49:18.000
the issue of violence and put it on the republican party so that's that's their last gasp but the
00:49:27.760
republicans aren't smart enough to counter so you can't just say no to millions of independent
00:49:34.380
voters you've got to say no but here's what we're going to do to make it harder for children to be
00:49:41.360
murdered in school well but the but the real common sense thing is to put police in our schools put
00:49:49.160
armed you know people in our local issue i know that i know that all right so that's local but
00:49:54.620
well what is federal right so the federal law the government shall not infringe on that and i know
00:50:02.980
people will say well there's some common sense things we can do yeah but there's one big thing
00:50:07.320
we can do and you should be monitoring billoreilly.com because i've been battering this all week
00:50:12.580
so the only way in a nation of 330 million people that you're going to control violence with guns
00:50:21.240
is to federalize gun crimes that's it and that was done uh for bank robbery you'll remember that in
00:50:29.120
the 1930s as well killing the mob was all about um that these thugs were running wild around the
00:50:36.780
country with big machine guns robbing banks and the locals couldn't couldn't stop it and police
00:50:43.480
officers are being killed the civilians are being killed in these banks so the fbi the new fbi that
00:50:49.540
was just formed said hey all bank robbies federal we're going to do it now that's the only way to
00:50:56.180
do this there is no other solution on the national level okay so hang on just a second the last thing
00:51:02.900
i want to do is give more power to the federal government well you're wrong okay really here the
00:51:09.120
power can be used just like it was used to decimate the terrorists killing the killers back the power of
00:51:18.080
the state can be used for good so and it can very briefly back i don't want i don't want to light
00:51:25.280
your paranoia up oh my gosh this is not a complicated thing if a person in america commits a crime with a
00:51:36.600
firearm and that includes carrying an illegal firearm in your state okay whatever the state law is
00:51:45.320
then the feds prosecute it with mandatory prison terms that means if let me let me ask you wait
00:51:54.900
wait wait it could be five years it could be 10 what that does is it not only takes the guns out of
00:52:01.380
the hands of the loons but it makes it much harder for the drug gangs a story completely ignored by the
00:52:08.920
corrupt media in this country who are killing far more than the loons going into the schools well the
00:52:15.120
thing i like about this is it's it would work in today's america it would probably work as well as
00:52:21.780
federalizing uh and making a federal offense out of lying to congress because that way we know that nobody
00:52:30.340
will lie to congress anyway um you know what is amazing yeah honestly go ahead because i i think
00:52:37.900
people find this surprising that we actually like each other oh you and me yeah yeah but they don't
00:52:44.360
understand why i like you oh okay no no no look we have a mutual respect because we both think things
00:52:54.760
out and our goal i believe this to be true is that both of us want the best for yes the american
00:53:03.380
people and we don't agree on everything uh and and certainly not on on on federal like giving more
00:53:08.860
power to the federal government but but wait let me ask you a question then you're just blithely
00:53:13.840
dismissing me you read killing the killers yes father's day ever you read it yes i did the power of the
00:53:21.340
federal government was used to go after these heinous terrorists everywhere i got it i got it i mean i
00:53:29.020
also watched the untouchables you know i got it this worked back no it did it's a different america back
00:53:37.920
of these terrorist cells it was a different america not working right now we're doing the same thing right
00:53:47.640
now look i understand your suspicion of the federal government it can't do much but once you put a code
00:53:56.340
of law in that says you cannot commit any crime with a gun look do you understand i think you know
00:54:06.280
that here in new york where i am the cops can arrest you with an illegal firearm oh i know and you're out
00:54:14.240
on bail the same day beck uh not in new jersey i know uh not in new jersey if they in new york city
00:54:21.560
the largest city in the country there are no bailing people i will hot with automatic right and i will
00:54:29.860
tell you if i were in new york city and i got caught with a gun they would not release me on bail
00:54:38.440
no but they just want to incarcerate you anyway yes exactly exactly right personal with you exactly
00:54:45.940
right okay hang on just a second hang on just a second bill o'reilly more with him in just a second
00:54:50.480

00:55:05.100
please give this a try um you can't just give up and i was there a few years ago i was there
00:55:12.300
ready to give up and my wife made me try relief factor because i heard the commercials and i'm like
00:55:18.060
it's not going to work you know some guy on the radio is telling you uh and and i didn't think it would
00:55:25.140
work i don't know why i'm like that um but i am and i didn't think it would work because it works on
00:55:32.620
inflammation yes so does ibuprofen and ibuprofen does nothing for me nothing ibuprofen attacks
00:55:39.620
inflammation one way inflation is the main source of our pain and our problems in our body relief factor
00:55:47.520
attacks inflammation in four different directions that's why it works for so many people 70 of the
00:55:54.420
people who try this go on to order more month after month after month now it may not work for you but
00:56:00.480
for the majority of people it will isn't it worth the 20 bucks just to find out it was for me
00:56:08.020
and then i had to eat my hat and once again say my favorite uh phrase to utter at least it's the
00:56:15.900
most common phrase for me to utter you're right honey you were right relieffactor.com relieffactor.com
00:56:23.940

00:56:37.180
all right so bill o'reilly um is the uh ceo of um jp morgan chase jamie diamond
00:56:56.680
came out in fact do we have the clip from jamie diamond here's what he said this week
00:57:02.280
it's a hurricane it's right now it's kind of sunny things are doing fine you know everyone
00:57:09.160
thinks that the fed can handle this that hurricane is right out there down the road coming our way
00:57:14.840
we just don't know if it's a minor one or super storm sandy or yeah sandy or or uh andrew or something
00:57:22.160
like that and it's you you better brace yourself we're taking a poll right now at glennbeck.com
00:57:30.720
asking what is the breaking point for the american people uh what is the breaking point for america
00:57:38.740
and they're all saying out of all the problems we have they're saying um a financial meltdown of
00:57:46.140
uh you know every nobody has any money that's worth anything anymore what what go ahead first of all
00:57:52.760
are you ever going to say to me you were right honey you know last commercial no i mean no i'm waiting
00:58:00.100
i'm waiting no uh uh never never you don't have to say the honey just say you were right you were
00:58:06.100
right okay i can say that all right um look speculating about uh economic armageddon no no
00:58:13.600
no i i'm i'm i'm asking you yes there's how does what is the breaking point for the average person
00:58:22.080
it's already reached it's already here um you know we're we're running about 11 inflation they
00:58:29.060
say three but if you add in all the other stuff it's about 11 it's here people don't have any money
00:58:33.840
you can see it across the board now consumer spending is being constrained people aren't
00:58:38.560
spending as much as they did this time last year particularly on the road on gas and things like
00:58:43.500
that and people are very very worried about their future and their children and everything else which
00:58:48.220
is why um you know we elected joe biden and i know a lot of people uh you know feel the uh election
00:58:57.280
was phony i had dinesh de suzanne in those spin news this week um but we're paying a price for a foolish
00:59:05.220
vote it was a foolish vote to put this man into office and i'm not i'm not coming at this at any party or
00:59:12.700
any ideology i knew i said you said because we discussed it on your program if you vote for joe
00:59:20.560
biden you're voting for a man who's going to be incompetent did that not come true yeah okay and if
00:59:27.980
you don't believe it ladies and gentlemen all the millions listening to us right now give me one thing
00:59:33.320
just one that president biden has improved in america in the past 18 months just one
00:59:41.980
you cannot point to anything that man and his administration has made better nothing
00:59:50.620
it is a route across the board and i'm angry about it i'm okay i mean you know i save my money and i'm
01:00:00.700
not uh in any kind of financial difficulty but i've got i know people who are you're right and
01:00:07.760
particularly the elderly in this country i don't think you even heard me you're right yes i i know
01:00:12.660
you said right you just didn't say honey i did say honey oh my god you're right honey yeah i know
01:00:19.220
look i know the same i know the same people i know a guy who's uh buying a house right now and the guy
01:00:25.660
can way afford it and he said the financial picture now is so disturbing i'm having second thoughts
01:00:34.020
and this guy can afford it he's not a guy that you know is close to the poverty line yeah everyone
01:00:39.240
is everyone is looking at this like jamie diamond said and said this is a hurricane these these gas
01:00:47.080
prices are not up because of war these gas prices are not going down your leader yeah i i really don't
01:00:54.700
think i can do anything about it i'm just sitting there going are you kidding me you're not even trying
01:01:00.640
to fake it okay he doesn't even because he has no filter you know he says to people you know look
01:01:08.460
we're going to put these gun things in there but if they don't do them then to vote against them you
01:01:13.480
know that we know why you're doing it you don't want to solve the problem biden the democrats don't
01:01:19.240
want to solve the gun violence problem because if they did they'd take draconian measures by putting
01:01:26.780
the criminals in prison who use guns that's the way you do it um but anyway going back to the
01:01:36.120
economics of it all i think that people have to understand that we are in a downward cycle in
01:01:42.360
this country on almost every level culturally financially and politically but that's not
01:01:49.060
going to last it never has it will come back but we the people have to wise up and start going oh i
01:01:58.020
don't like trump i don't like trump did this trump did that that was immature when trump left office
01:02:05.460
inflation was 1.4 percent it's now almost 11 so all the people who voted against trump giving biden power
01:02:17.880
are responsible for this debacle you know it's amazing because i i um i thought of the uh clip of
01:02:24.940
of donald trump during one of the debates where he just looked in the camera and people mocked him for
01:02:30.500
it when he looked in the camera and said if you vote for this man your energy prices your economy your
01:02:37.700
food everything will be worse than anyone can imagine that's right and he was absolutely right man he
01:02:46.180
he he's a businessman all right and he governed by making deals that turned out to be good for
01:02:54.500
all americans all americans and that infuriated the corrupt media because they hate him so much
01:03:05.160
so they had to trump up the impeachment and all this other stuff and i understand why americans got
01:03:10.820
exhausted they were exhausted from all this and they wanted somebody now yeah to bring some kind of
01:03:18.960
stability and to stop it but now be careful what you wish for and the worst part about all this back
01:03:26.040
is that biden is not going to get any better so in november you've got to neutralize him and the
01:03:34.560
democratic party across the board in every state you have to or you're going to be paying you know
01:03:42.720
inflation is going to hit 15 percent because they have no solution it'll hit more than that bill thank
01:03:48.820

michael malice is uh joining us now he had a couple of tweets that i just want to give to you
01:05:51.960
uh remember no one wants to take away your guns no one wants to shut down your business no one wants to
01:05:59.260
have lockdowns to continue more than necessary no one's going to force you to have a vaccine passport
01:06:05.100
no one is teaching your kids critical race theory these are all conspiracy theories
01:06:10.040
yeah they're really not are they um but don't worry they don't want to take your uh your gun michael
01:06:17.260
how are you sir good morning sir and and if you people want to look at that tweet the replies are
01:06:22.400
particularly hilarious when people insist well actually all those things end up did happening
01:06:26.220
so you just owned yourself yeah yeah yes that's glad that's the point um i think we should all give
01:06:33.280
a big thanks this morning to justin trudeau who has really kind of silenced the gun issue in america
01:06:40.920
because people who are on the fence who are like okay red flag logs you know assault weapons which
01:06:46.960
isn't a thing they are looking what happened in canada which was weeks after they imprisoned all
01:06:52.280
those truckers and realizing okay this is clearly the end game here in america as well
01:06:57.620
is that is there a big upright i'm not following canadian politics are you are canadian aren't you
01:07:05.640
god no how oh no that's right no i forgot i'm sorry i forgot you are canadian you might as well call
01:07:11.840
me a woman sir how have you no i didn't call you a french canadian after all is said and done have
01:07:19.980
no no shame i know i'm sorry i'm i apologize i deeply apologize i'll let my wife step up to the
01:07:26.680
microphone and just say if you're if you're apologizing so much maybe you're the canadian
01:07:31.620
huh right okay so um are they standing up in canada against no they're not at all barely they are but
01:07:40.020
that's the point we need to look north to see kind of kind of like looking into the sliding doors
01:07:44.840
moment to our near future so um so it's it's very disturbing to see you had another tweet this week
01:07:50.960
and it says white pill in the last decade the gun rights side has shifted from i need guns to keep
01:07:57.440
my home safe from criminals do i need guns to keep my safe myself safe from the government a far more
01:08:03.860
principled and non-negotiable position absolutely true absolutely true and they're absolutely right
01:08:11.020
like many of these guns you do not need them to hunt deer it's a complete it's true and a completely
01:08:16.000
irrelevant uh the whole point of the second amendment as you and everyone listening to this knows
01:08:20.360
was to protect americans against a government that got too big and got usurpacious now they're going
01:08:26.880
to say oh you're not going to go out and be uh you know shooting agents of the state and that is
01:08:31.960
correct but the point is when things become more expensive to do when things become more dangerous to do
01:08:37.460
that causes people uh executives to have second thoughts and the other thing which people should
01:08:44.300
be very disturbed about you know for four years we're taught that trump's a hitler he's a strong
01:08:49.560
man he doesn't respect the law the constitution as soon as some truckers have a peaceful protest a
01:08:54.660
literally peaceful protest the canadian government for the first time in history now even after 9-11
01:08:59.320
invoked emergency powers so that shows how little those who are in the government have respect for
01:09:06.220
things like constitutions and principles they'll just legislate around it and do whatever they want
01:09:10.900
regardless and you look at michael around the world with countries that we may have thought were
01:09:16.500
culturally similar to us in at least some major ways canada you know new zealand australia countries
01:09:23.460
that don't have a second amendment in a in a culture of pushing back against the government look at what
01:09:30.280
they did with covet look at what they did what we're seeing in canada now where they're banning
01:09:36.260
basically all firearms uh over a period of a few decades until they decide to fully ban the handguns
01:09:42.640
in a couple years i'm sure i mean this has to highlight the importance of this of the second
01:09:47.980
amendment not not the other way around yeah i completely agree with you stewart and you know a
01:09:52.080
couple weeks ago i went to waco and where all the people from the davidian compound the compound is still
01:09:57.140
there they're still an active church and they people forget that uh um oklahoma city was a
01:10:03.120
reaction by timothy mcveigh to wake waco and the second that despicable tragedy happened and he committed
01:10:08.640
his terrorist attack bill clinton was on tv saying we need to go after assault weapons even though he
01:10:13.400
used the bomb so they will use any excuse yeah not not only assault weapons but i remember clearly
01:10:20.480
also talk radio that's that's right yeah that's when those two things your speech and your guns
01:10:27.260
um one other question here michael on that tweet you said white pill and i'm losing track of all of
01:10:35.100
the pills i i think the red pill is you wake up the blue pill as you go to sleep i don't know what
01:10:42.480
the white pill is i don't think i know what the black pill is can you just go through the bill colors
01:10:48.120
okay if you can handle the street light you can handle the pills there's just two pairs of two
01:10:52.560
pills so the black pill is all hope is lost we're doomed they're going to win anyway they've got all
01:10:58.580
the structural advantages they've got all the cultural advantages it's and the people who are on
01:11:02.920
our side are all weak the white pill is it is possible we will lose it is impossible that we must lose
01:11:09.840
oh okay well i so i am i'm i've been red pilled and white pilled that's the best combo yes right
01:11:19.260
isn't there an orange pill too oh that's for people who like bitcoin but you have to be on
01:11:23.920
the spectrum for that one that's my prescription only yeah and the government's really regulating that
01:11:33.920
one uh go ahead no go ahead i was just gonna say i'm also very hopeful because of places like
01:11:40.000
ghostguns.com there's there's some they are working for 3d printing guns and the same way there's a big
01:11:45.880
discussion now what is a woman matt walsh just dropped that documentary on daily wire the question
01:11:50.480
legally is well what is a gun if i can press a button my printer and print everything but let's say the
01:11:55.640
handle is that legally gone okay if they say 50 well then i'll just print 50 attach 50 so the battle is
01:12:02.440
being lost on a technological level uh regarding gun control as well yeah it is it it will have to be
01:12:08.620
uh 1984 or brave new world to put this genie back in the bottle i mean that is the thing i brought this
01:12:16.820
up with bill o'reilly and he didn't quite he didn't really respond to it um you know these guys the left
01:12:22.900
they have pulled out all the stops they thought they were going to get away with this and quite honestly
01:12:29.680
the way it's going if america starts to stand up and another 10 percent wakes up uh they're going to
01:12:39.300
be people that go to jail serious jail time for what has been going on uh and they know um it's a it's a
01:12:49.160
repeat uh at best of 1920 where progressives had to go into a closet for a hundred years um i don't
01:12:58.840
think they're going to give up quietly they're a caged animal or a cornered animal that i glenn i
01:13:04.480
could not agree with you more uh this is a demonstration not of their strength but their
01:13:07.940
weakness uh how quickly they forgot about roe v wade which is just amazing to me because that
01:13:12.840
would be a much bigger and kind of more saline issue for them i would think so they're scrambling
01:13:17.480
to latch on to something that will maintain their hold on power but at this point they're kind of like
01:13:21.720
bailing water from a shanking ship ship because everywhere they look there's only nothing you hold in
01:13:25.860
their bullcrap um i love your opinion uh on this and mainly because i know you probably have a deep
01:13:34.520
opinion on it and so few people in our business would tell me your thoughts on the johnny depp
01:13:41.220
amber heard trial now that it's been decided oh um i hadn't been following it because i thought of
01:13:48.420
some silly entertainment divorce situation right then i realized i was i gotta tell you i was extremely
01:13:54.440
disturbed uh above all by the actions of what i heard about the aclu yes the fact that they wanted
01:14:00.400
to insinuate themselves and make her a victim without doing their due diligence yeah historically
01:14:04.880
the aclu and the hard leftist were defending like the worst people and defending criminals and things
01:14:11.700
like this like people were genuinely bad instead of trying to make villains at they would make heroes
01:14:16.320
that are villains instead of trying to make villains maybe john depp's not a hero was certainly an
01:14:19.780
innocent person yeah so the fact that this this is a glenn i'm glad you brought it up this is another
01:14:24.720
massive loss for them yes because for a long time all you have to do is like look at what she did it's
01:14:30.760
not like one time she lied okay he was mean to me this was systemic and this was an organized campaign
01:14:36.200
by the media she's basically jesse smollett in a dress so well there's nothing wrong with that
01:14:41.900
so happy pride month glenn so yeah so this is such a loss look at what they had on the table
01:14:49.600
the media they had the aclu discredited the me too movement discredited uh companies like disney
01:15:00.680
that you know would just fire people without the facts just because it's a witch hunt i mean that this
01:15:06.660
was a massive loss and and the thing is everyone listening to this men and women alike know the
01:15:13.840
story of people who've had the crazy ex-girlfriend now the crazy ex-boyfriend is violent he's disgusting
01:15:19.220
person he should be denounced but the crazy ex-girlfriend is dangerous in a very different way
01:15:23.340
and amber heard is not unique although it's pretty it's extremely rare let's be fair as well does he get
01:15:28.680
his career back do you think oh i think he's going to be a big hero and i think he's going to be he's
01:15:34.600
going to get some backlash because the people who like him are not people who are liked by the
01:15:38.140
corporate press right and does she have a career at the end of this yeah she's going to be uh speaking
01:15:44.340
out against brett kavanaugh next week at cornell did you did you did you know he uh touched her
01:15:50.920
inappropriately when she was i know she just she just remembered wow really that's amazing when he was
01:15:57.700
in high school or after you had an amber heard oh yeah he was some kind of a law professor there's no
01:16:03.600
record of her being at the school library and she doesn't remember what right but it definitely
01:16:06.940
happened just ask just ask the vice president okay thank you very much michael malice uh he's on with
01:16:13.820
us and you can follow him uh you know and and grab his book he's got a couple of really good books
01:16:19.280
um the anarchist handbook also he's the host of your welcome oh wait is he still on i have to ask
01:16:25.100
he's still on um your episode of your welcome uh this week is with the uh libertarian right the new
01:16:33.380
libertarian angela mccardle who just took over over the weekend in reno as new the new chair of the
01:16:38.180
libertarian party okay real quick tell me are they have they come back to reality of a being small
01:16:46.680
government uh not just not just some strange progressive libertarian uh and do they have a
01:16:55.580
chance with her of actually winning anything well they've come back to the reality that a is anarchism
01:17:01.820
which means no government which is far less utopian than your constitutionalist fantasy uh and they
01:17:06.600
actually do have a chance because yes sir they do have a chance of making some massive cultural change
01:17:13.620
because it's going to be very easy to uh drop the ball that republicans and democrats have dropped
01:17:18.640
at the very least for decreasing budgets yes governor de santis just today signed the record
01:17:23.240
budget in florida so there's no room anywhere in the political spectrum between republican democrat

so joe biden is on talking about how he has created 600 000 new jobs uh since he's been in office
01:20:03.900
the the the the lies in the number playing uh game with this just incredible he's saying that our
01:20:13.100
our inflation is our strength now there might be a reason for saying that it does to me it makes no
01:20:20.980
sense but there's an economist out that's a good economist liberal but not crazy liberal yeah and
01:20:27.560
his point is that you don't see this there's no sign of recession in the data now i i think at times
01:20:32.380
when we're talking about this in a colloquial sense we generally generally insert the word recession
01:20:38.840
for bad we're going to go into recession meaning bad things are going to happen in the economy
01:20:44.400
of course obviously as an economist you know the the technical definition is different you know the
01:20:49.540
sort of uh back of the envelope is two quarters of gdp growth correct now when you're in an
01:20:54.900
inflationary environment where things are going up you're not going to necessarily see negative uh
01:21:00.560
gdp growth numbers just because there's more dollars being spent right these numbers like right now
01:21:06.360
one of the things in the in this economic dump of data was that wages have grown at a rate of 4.5
01:21:14.340
percent well that typically would indicate a healthy economy however when your inflation rate is at 10
01:21:20.180
the fact that you've increased wages by 4.5 does not feel all that good and is actually hurting people
01:21:26.720
and his point joe biden's point just a minute ago he's giving a speech now um you know unemployment is
01:21:32.380
3.6 well that's a fake that's a fake number that that you're forgetting all of the people that have
01:21:38.560
chosen not to go to work because the government is paying them that's the problem we we have we have
01:21:45.800
many more jobs uh than we have people willing to fill them not people to fill them willingly fill
01:21:55.160
them they won't do it so all of these numbers are bogus and at some point you are going to have
01:22:02.440
negative growth you'll have stagflation because i mean i think people are there if not they will be by
01:22:09.800
the end of summer when you're paying this kind of gas price and it is not going lower it will as long
01:22:17.820
as these people are in charge and they do esg you will not see gas prices drop you might drop a few
01:22:26.800
pennies here and there but it's never going back to three dollars a gallon never under these people
01:22:32.880
um and at some point it just breaks the back of everyone and you can't afford to go buy anything
01:22:41.200
no matter how much it costs or how little it costs that's what's coming
01:22:45.940
this is the glenn back program all right thank you uh so much we've uh i've got another crisis
01:22:56.020
another shortage of things that i don't think anyone is thinking about and it's significant
01:23:05.400
and game-changing and i'll tell you about that coming up in just a few minutes you're giving me a
01:23:14.680
film at 11 i'm giving you there's a huge crisis you need to save your children i'll tell you about
01:23:19.920
it in a couple of hours yeah no i'll i'll tell you about it in one and a half minutes okay 45
01:23:24.760
seconds what happens if that crisis hits in the next 90 seconds well it's already here so you know
01:23:30.480
black pill wait what so that's the one where you're negative we're doomed so red is the one that
01:23:37.960
that neo took right to to yes to wake up to wake up and see the truth blue is the one to put you back
01:23:43.980
to sleep go back to sleep you're back in the matrix i actually i'm kind of becoming more of an advocate
01:23:48.920
for the blue pill i'm pro blue pill there's no doubt about it if seriously if you could just take a pill
01:23:53.760
and you forgot everything and you were just you know a zombie that sounds fantastic it really does
01:24:04.140
kind of sound good it does at this point are we getting too cynical
01:24:32.460
what you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment this is
01:25:01.380
hello america it's friday and uh this portion of the program brought to you by relief factor paul
01:25:11.420
wrote in recently tell us about um his husband's experience with relief factor he said i love this
01:25:18.200
product i take two packets every day i suffer from gulf war illness and riddled with arthritis
01:25:24.800
this has been the only product that has worked for me thank you relief factor paul you are welcome
01:25:32.040
i am thank you for your service and i'm so glad that you're seeing relief from this
01:25:36.520
if you can get your life back it's a it's a trial pack away 1995 try it for three weeks you don't see
01:25:45.520
anything changing in you it's probably not going to work but if you start to see relief from your pain
01:25:50.760
keep going i am i am between 95 and 100 or 99 uh pain free i have my bad days but they are few and far
01:26:02.560
between relief factor dot com it's relief factor dot com call 800 for relief 800 the number for relief
01:26:10.900
relief factor dot com feel the difference all righty so let me start um here with a business owner
01:26:21.780
in uh detroit michigan listen to this business owners say if these gas and diesel prices don't
01:26:29.120
come down soon the american dream will fade away this gas price they killing like that's a lot of
01:26:35.180
like american dreams killing their dreams so they cannot make uh the living hmm what is the american
01:26:43.160
dream what is the american dream most people will tell you you know it's a great job or you can become
01:26:52.380
a millionaire or you know you have your first house hey you've heard politician after politician say
01:26:58.880
you know we need to you know get on banking regulations so more people can have access to
01:27:05.700
loans so they can experience the american dream of having their own house that's not the american dream
01:27:11.240
that's what fdr changed it into this is another progressive lie the american dream is to be able to chart
01:27:23.280
your own course to be able to succeed or fail but have a square opportunity that if you can come up with a
01:27:36.960
better mousetrap this is not true anymore by the way you come up with a better mousetrap it doesn't
01:27:43.060
mean the market will run to you you have to get through all of the red tape all of the government
01:27:50.660
restrictions all of the other businesses that will will do everything they can to stop you
01:27:58.540
and if you can endure that onslaught then maybe you can have the american dream of your house
01:28:06.680
we can't chart our own course and congress is absolutely irrelevant congress has given away their power
01:28:19.880
for far too long they've given away their power to the administrative state and this again
01:28:27.840
woodrow wilson the administrative state think about it what can congress really do
01:28:38.120
nothing really nothing until they decide to take their power back
01:28:46.160
when they become the lawmakers right now how many times have you heard well for instance let me give
01:28:53.060
you one uh that just came across my desk yesterday let me see if i can find it quick
01:28:58.140
there is uh the uh department of education has decided that if your school doesn't have the right bathrooms
01:29:06.200
you don't get the funding who made that decision did you vote for that
01:29:13.000
because it's now taxation without representation
01:29:19.340
and they will say no technically that's not true why because you voted for the president
01:29:25.080
but i didn't vote for all the bureaucrats and when i voted for the president i didn't vote for him to be a dictator
01:29:32.640
and i mean this for republican or democrat it doesn't matter
01:29:37.120
i voted for a president to have the bully pulpit to convince the american people this is the direction we should be going in
01:29:48.260
not for him just to close the curtain and flip some switches and and you know turn up the the dial on different things
01:29:59.720
that that's not his job and it's certainly not the administration's job passing laws
01:30:07.080
goes to congress setting limits goes to congress but gun issue
01:30:15.500
congress congress will do what it wants and if it doesn't uh if it doesn't get its way it will break
01:30:26.320
the constitution to get its way and believe me they are already putting things into place
01:30:35.180
to uh infringe on this right and they're putting them in place through atf
01:30:44.380
through the commerce department homeland security
01:31:03.700
this is a government that is now being done through the administrative state
01:31:18.860
the administrative state through the presidency has now changed this
01:31:31.260
they're reacting now to all hurricanes yet to come
