00:52:02.820 official story is suicide whereas other conspiracies the closer you get uh the fewer people tend to

00:56:11.680 she wasn't epstein's type so he didn't understand why clinton risked his whole presidency on this

00:56:23.620 why would you you know put your whole presidency on the line to sleep with this girl and clinton told

00:56:29.100 him well you know the government was shut down and she was the only she was the only girl in the

00:56:34.400 white house basically oh my gosh so proud of this information that he had received that he called

00:56:40.760 a friend of his from the plane to say get this this is what bill clinton just told me about his

00:56:48.140 relationship with monica um there was also another instance when bill clinton was traveling to asia

00:56:56.860 uh with epstein and epstein tried to rope him into an an orgy with mc jagger from the rolling stones

00:57:07.280 this is a story that was told to us by alan dershowitz who was epstein's lawyer who said that epstein told

00:57:19.740 so let's let's focus in just quickly on dershowitz dershowitz has been on my show and he absolutely

00:57:30.460 denies that he had anything to do with any of this stuff um was he just the lawyer

00:57:47.080 you know we i i think that i think that dershowitz makes a compelling case i read his book and i've

00:57:54.600 spoken to him um and i've i've also interviewed other people who've known him for a long time

00:57:59.540 um you know this is the first time i've seen allegations like this against him uh you know i i

00:58:07.100 have not spoken to virginia jufra about it so i i really can't say like whose side i fall down on

00:58:13.300 this but i i would say i think that from what i've seen from dershowitz that his uh you know his

00:58:19.800 side is compelling so so daniel why would people like bill clinton and others um go along with this

00:58:32.080 i mean first of all let me ask you this is there any way that you were on his plane and you were

00:58:38.120 involved with him more than once and you didn't know something was wrong

00:58:43.260 i i find it very hard to believe uh when when people say that and they they tend to say it now

00:59:21.940 smart and compelling but i think i just don't don't think jeffrey epstein becomes jeffrey epstein

00:59:36.020 characters that for some reason thought the closer they were with him the more likely they were to get

00:59:41.280 some of it or that he would somehow fund their projects in terms of academic academia and obviously

00:59:48.020 some of these people uh partook in in some of the acts themselves and there have been strong

00:59:53.420 allegations against a number of jeffrey epstein's associates that they were that they were uh

00:59:59.180 trafficking or partaking in the trafficking of of these girls so i mean i i don't think it's i don't

01:00:09.420 money but obviously also there there's the sex which was a strong allure for for any number of people

01:11:10.220 allegedly already attempted suicide before that um you know just a month before so

01:11:17.040 so yeah they said that it's it's really hard to believe that the cameras wouldn't wouldn't have

01:11:31.340 uh is it's definitely a big red red flag so the the cellmate that he had was transferred out and

01:11:40.520 never replaced how odd was that place and and that also was very strange because typically what they

01:12:17.760 alleged suicide attempt which i just want to add also jeffrey epstein denied that he had tried to

01:12:24.480 commit suicide that first time and he told his lawyers a different story um but yeah he was

01:12:29.780 supposed to be at all times in a cell with a cellmate and that cellmate was transferred out

01:12:36.640 uh the day prior the day prior to his death and was not replaced okay so wait a minute daniel

01:12:44.000 tell me about the doctors he said uh the doctors said that he was suicidal tried to kill himself

01:12:50.960 but he said to his lawyers that that wasn't true which one do you believe in and why is there this

01:12:58.120 disparity well i guess you know we should concede that we'll never know but i think

01:13:04.500 jeffrey epstein um there's no reason to believe that he was lying to his lawyers uh also i mean he he led

01:13:12.320 his lawyers to believe that it was some sort of joke gone awry yeah maybe he was lying you know if you

01:13:17.800 want to believe it maybe you want to maybe he was lying so that he could commit suicide later

01:13:22.020 if if you want to but i i don't think the doctors were necessarily lying i think they they just they

01:13:47.540 the the autopsy and he said that the physical evidence suggests is that it was a homicide that

01:13:54.520 it's more consistent with a homicide than a suicide the way that the neck is broken and the various

01:14:01.500 physical evidence is is compelling according to him yeah and he's also dr michael bodden so you're

01:14:08.960 very well respected forensic pathologist he was hired by epstein's brother um after his death to

01:14:15.800 oversee the autopsy kind of be an independent monitor for the government government's autopsy

01:14:22.020 and dr bodden has been on a panel since the 1970s that looks at every single death in the new york

01:14:32.460 state prison system this was a panel that was started by a governor rockefeller and so he has

01:14:40.820 looked at you know just every every suicide that has taken place in the prison system and he said

01:14:46.860 not once prior did he have a case where you saw the same bone breakage uh as he did with epstein he

01:14:57.820 said there was three there were three separate bones that were broken in his neck and he said you just

01:15:02.920 can't recall any suicide um where that happened so i think that is pretty compelling he found that this

01:15:11.860 was much more consistent with a homicide so who could have pulled this off i mean you know if you if you're

01:15:21.500 into conspiracy theories uh on the right you've you've met somebody who has said oh the clintons

01:15:28.060 they kill everybody they've killed like 570 people so far um yeah but you know i don't believe that

01:15:34.760 you know hillary was donning a mask at night and i'm not sure that they have that kind of control who

01:15:50.000 talked to epstein's lawyer uh david shown who is a long time defense attorney worked with you know

01:16:05.400 he thinks somebody killed epstein he doesn't think that it was the clintons he said i don't think the

01:16:10.800 clintons did it i just think it was a regular somebody killed him so his his idea is that this may have

01:16:25.540 the book um in addition to people who had worked at mcc who we spoke to who said the way it could have

01:16:33.240 happened is if one of the other cells in epstein's um you know his area was left open um or just left

01:16:42.140 unlocked an epstein cell was left unlocked and the guards just turned a blind eye to this um i think

01:17:05.340 different location in the prison um so we don't know were these people ever interviewed like were

01:17:19.740 immediately transferred well i mean if i were going to if i had the power um the way i would do it is i
