00:00:00.000 You know what? Tonight, steak night.
00:00:03.500 Tonight in my house, steak night.
00:00:07.000 I took the New York strips out last night from the freezer.
00:00:14.400 They are thawing, ready for steak night tonight.
00:00:17.340 And I got them from Good Ranchers, and they are so good.
00:00:21.560 If you want really high-quality meat and lock your price in, this is the craziest thing.
00:00:29.200 I don't know how they're going to survive, but if you buy your meat from Good Ranchers,
00:00:34.320 and you can pick what you want every month, and it will be delivered,
00:00:38.580 as long as you're part of that, you don't ever get a price increase.
00:00:44.000 Prices are supposed to go up 15%. They will at your grocery store.
00:00:48.760 You're not going to get a price increase? How fantastic is that?
00:00:52.680 Plus, right now, you're going to get 24 ounces of Applewood smoked bacon added to each box for a year.
00:00:59.900 It's 100% American, high-quality bacon, sourced from local farms.
00:01:04.700 $200 worth of it over the course of the year.
00:01:07.360 It's not going to last forever. It is free.
00:01:09.760 Order your meat, steak night.
00:01:12.520 Order your meat, your ground beef, whatever you need.
00:01:14.780 It's really high-quality beef from America.
00:01:18.540 GoodRanchers.com. Use the promo code GLEN.
00:01:22.260 GoodRanchers.com. Promo code GLEN.
00:01:24.380 Hold the line.
00:01:36.260 We got no room to compromise
00:01:41.280 We gotta stand together and it's the course of mine
00:01:47.060 Stand up, stand and hold the line
00:01:52.360 It's a new day I'm trying to raise
00:01:57.940 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:02:08.040 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:13.380 Welcome to it. It is Friday, America.
00:02:17.100 And Stu, did I not promise that we would not talk about scary things today, right?
00:02:26.080 You did, yeah.
00:02:26.440 We were going to have all good news.
00:02:27.960 Yeah, you said it was going to be fun.
00:02:29.300 We were going to have a lot of really good things.
00:02:30.400 So I'm just asking as my executive producer,
00:02:33.780 I should not mention that Deutsche Bank is down 10% on the stock market today
00:02:40.660 and everybody's freaking out.
00:02:42.180 No one believed you were going to actually follow through on this.
00:02:45.040 No, I was asking you.
00:02:46.180 No, don't worry about it.
00:02:47.300 No one had any faith in you at all that they would turn the radio on today.
00:02:51.380 No, seriously.
00:02:52.060 That's the only bad thing I have today.
00:02:54.020 That's the only bad thing I have.
00:02:55.440 And I was asking you, and that was a sincere question, Stu.
00:02:59.680 I don't know how you interpreted that.
00:03:02.400 We have some amazing, amazing stories for you today.
00:03:07.440 First of all, Ray Epps is demanding an apology.
00:03:12.740 Well, we did, oh, about 40 seconds of homework on this.
00:03:18.400 You are not going to believe this story.
00:03:21.560 It is just, it's USDA Prime.
00:03:25.600 It's prime eating beef right there.
00:03:27.540 We start there in 60 seconds.
00:03:30.380 Let me tell you about a guy named Ace.
00:03:35.900 His experience with Relief Factor, he wrote in about not long ago.
00:03:40.000 He is 80 years old, and during his lifetime, he has broken his back not once, but twice.
00:03:47.160 I mean, that fits a guy named Ace, doesn't it?
00:03:50.080 I mean, you name a baby Ace, and you're like, yeah, they're going to just trash their body,
00:03:56.080 and they're probably broken back from doing something crazy.
00:04:00.060 He broke his back two times over the years.
00:04:03.140 He had had surgery after surgery to fix his back as well as possible,
00:04:06.660 and that left him in a lot of pain.
00:04:09.360 Thankfully, his wife kept bugging him to try Relief Factor.
00:04:12.700 I know how it feels, Ace.
00:04:14.260 Marrying up somebody smarter than you is exactly what happened with my wife.
00:04:20.120 And Ace, I am just gathering, I'm just, I'm guessing here,
00:04:24.240 that maybe you did it just to have her stop saying,
00:04:29.080 Why don't you try to leave her?
00:04:31.820 And now, it works for him.
00:04:34.520 His pain is down to manageable.
00:04:37.260 Ace says, he doesn't feel 20, but he doesn't feel 80 anymore.
00:04:41.480 He got his life back.
00:04:43.220 Three-week quick start.
00:04:44.660 Try it now.
00:04:45.720 ReliefFactor.com.
00:04:46.840 Take his directed.
00:04:48.520 ReliefFactor.com.
00:04:49.900 All natural.
00:04:51.860 800-4-RELIEF.
00:04:53.440 800.
00:04:54.080 The number for relief.
00:04:55.480 ReliefFactor.com.
00:04:57.840 All right.
00:04:58.540 So, okay.
00:05:00.680 So, you know Ray Epps.
00:05:03.360 Okay.
00:05:03.740 Who is Ray Epps?
00:05:04.940 Who's Ray Epps?
00:05:06.440 He was a guy at the January 6th stuff where he was encouraging people to go inside the
00:05:13.380 Capitol.
00:05:14.460 He, I don't know that he ever actually went inside the Capitol, but he was on the grounds.
00:05:19.280 No, he was at the gates.
00:05:20.620 Yeah.
00:05:20.860 He was encouraging people to push through the gates.
00:05:23.040 Yep.
00:05:23.540 And he later became the focus of a lot of people saying, hey, this guy is on camera, yet he's
00:05:31.920 not on any of the most wanted lists.
00:05:33.880 He hasn't been indicted.
00:05:34.780 What's going on with this guy?
00:05:36.040 And it became a potential.
00:05:37.600 The belief was that he was maybe an informant or something else was going on with him.
00:05:42.720 Have you spoken to your attorney this morning?
00:05:44.640 Because that is the fairest Ray Epps description I've ever heard.
00:05:50.880 There you go.
00:05:51.400 Okay.
00:05:51.700 So, you're going to not have to worry about a lawsuit coming from Ray Epps.
00:05:57.240 Good.
00:05:57.480 Note that, attorneys, please.
00:05:58.820 Yes.
00:05:59.000 Because Ray Epps is now demanding that Tucker Carlson and Fox News publicly retract their
00:06:06.960 false and defamatory statements that Mr. Epps had worked as a government provocateur on
00:06:13.720 January 6th and helped instigate the mob's attack.
00:06:18.260 In a letter from the lawyer, Michael Teeter, he demanded a formal on-air apology for the
00:06:25.180 lies that have been spread about Mr. Epps.
00:06:29.020 The fanciful notions that Mr. Carlson advances on his show regarding Mr. Epps' involvement in
00:06:34.920 January 6th insurrection are demonstrably false.
00:06:38.680 And yet, Mr. Carlson persists in his assault on the truth.
00:06:46.840 Wow.
00:06:47.780 Well, this is shocking and horrifying.
00:06:53.140 And here is this guy who was a, I mean, he's clearly a right-wing MAGA supporter, right?
00:07:00.920 He was in the MAGA hat.
00:07:02.860 He was like, this election is bogus on video.
00:07:05.660 This election is bogus.
00:07:07.360 We got to go in there and take the Capitol.
00:07:11.180 So this guy is no friend of the left.
00:07:16.080 I'll tell you that right now.
00:07:17.620 No friend of even the right because you got to distance yourself.
00:07:23.060 They, people started, MAGA people started chanting, fed, fed, fed around him.
00:07:29.660 They, they, they, they felt that he was an FBI plant because he was so vitriolic in his
00:07:35.960 support of going in and taking the Capitol tomorrow.
00:07:40.360 Well, he hired an attorney.
00:07:43.960 Now, what's weird is this attorney just left Perkins Coy, the law firm.
00:07:53.660 Now, Perkins Coy, Perkins Coy, Perkins Coy.
00:07:57.960 Why do I know Perkins Coy?
00:08:02.120 Oh, that's Hillary Clinton's firm.
00:08:06.300 The one that just got busted for putting together the steel dossier.
00:08:13.560 Oh, they were the ones that Hillary Clinton paid and then she got a misdemeanor because
00:08:24.420 she marked it down as a legal expense and it wasn't a legal expense, you know, kind of
00:08:29.740 like Donald Trump.
00:08:31.120 And so she had to pay a fine.
00:08:34.660 Wow.
00:08:35.780 That Perkins Coy.
00:08:36.760 So his attorney is with, or used to be with Perkins Coy.
00:08:43.740 Well, I mean, just because you're in part of that, you know, Clinton law firm doesn't
00:08:49.060 mean that, you know, you're like that, except he now works for David Brock.
00:08:59.680 David Brock, David Brock.
00:09:01.640 Why do I know David Brock?
00:09:04.080 Oh, that's right.
00:09:05.240 David Brock used to be the head of Media Matters.
00:09:11.980 He was close with all the Clinton people.
00:09:15.800 So that's weird.
00:09:17.480 The attorney is from the Clinton firm and he left there to get away to go work with David
00:09:25.820 Brock.
00:09:26.340 So now he's working with David Brock and somehow or another, this guy, I just, I want to hum
00:09:38.620 the national anthem, the start every, I mean, even Broadway musicals that make me feel American.
00:09:49.640 I just want to hum it all day because this lawyer, even though he worked at Perkins Coy, even though he took a job with the very leftist smear mongering David Brock, he takes on Ray Epps, who with his MAGA hat is screaming in front of a crowd.
00:10:13.180 Let's go take the capital.
00:10:15.180 Let's go take the capital.
00:10:17.340 Wow.
00:10:18.680 Now you can't work for Perkins Coy and David Brock, take a job with David Brock at this time in history.
00:10:25.400 If you were, you know, really a MAGA person, it would drive you out of your mind.
00:10:31.240 So clearly he's a lefty, but he believes in the right to protest and the right of freedom of speech and the right to do that without being smeared.
00:10:44.540 So he goes, he goes from the, from the law department that was chief in smearing the president of the United States, right to David Brock, who ran the biggest smear operation, Media Matters, ever.
00:11:03.440 And now he's representing this, this beautiful MAGA guy because he believes no man should be smeared.
00:11:13.140 Wow.
00:11:15.600 Wow.
00:11:16.180 That's amazing.
00:11:18.080 It's amazing.
00:11:20.220 And I'm, you know, I'm glad that he's out there because boy, what would we do without an attorney like that?
00:11:26.640 And let me go on a bit further.
00:11:30.160 What would we do without the New York times?
00:11:32.860 Listen to this too.
00:11:34.140 As a potential indictment looms over president Donald J Trump, he and his allies have sought to tie the Manhattan district attorney, bringing the case to a familiar Republican specter, George Soros.
00:11:50.600 No, yeah, they didn't Soros, Soros, who has backed Democratic candidates and causes as well as democracy and human rights all around the world.
00:12:02.560 Loves democracy, loves human rights.
00:12:04.680 He does.
00:12:05.880 He's been the boogeyman on the right for many years.
00:12:10.440 You mean like a mythical creature in the night?
00:12:15.280 Yes.
00:12:15.620 Doing all these negative things.
00:12:16.820 But in reality, he doesn't even exist.
00:12:19.660 Well, here's the deal.
00:12:20.700 I mean, he has had to confront attacks that portray him as a globalist mastermind.
00:12:26.140 Oh, no.
00:12:26.700 And they often veer into.
00:12:29.400 Anti-Semitism.
00:12:30.140 Yes, there you go.
00:12:31.440 Right.
00:12:31.720 Okay.
00:12:31.940 The connections between him and Alvin Bragg, this is the New York Times, between him and Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan district attorney, are real, but overstated.
00:12:43.560 Wait.
00:12:44.520 So they are real.
00:12:45.460 They are real, but they're overstated.
00:12:47.460 They're overstated.
00:12:47.960 Okay.
00:12:48.280 Okay.
00:12:48.620 In reality.
00:12:49.200 How are they overstated?
00:12:49.720 In reality, Mr. Soros donated to a liberal group that endorses progressive prosecutors and supports efforts to overhaul the criminal justice system.
00:13:00.060 Okay.
00:13:00.360 So basically, if I could just translate the Republican lies here for a moment.
00:13:07.260 Yes.
00:13:07.480 Basically, what's happened is George Soros wrote a $5,000 check to a charity.
00:13:11.660 Well.
00:13:12.260 And that charity gave a ton of money to this candidate.
00:13:16.980 Mm-hmm.
00:13:17.380 And George Soros was a small part of it, but because George Soros is Jewish, people are just signaling him out, basically.
00:13:25.640 Yeah, right.
00:13:26.040 That's the way this works.
00:13:26.740 Well, sure.
00:13:27.380 Sure.
00:13:27.880 Is it?
00:13:28.380 Here's the deal.
00:13:29.620 He did donate to that liberal group that endorses progressive prosecutors and supports efforts to overhaul the justice system.
00:13:36.320 But this is in line with causes that he's publicly supported for years.
00:13:41.320 Okay.
00:13:41.340 See?
00:13:41.500 That's what I mean.
00:13:41.800 So he wasn't going after this guy in particular.
00:13:44.420 So let me guess.
00:13:45.000 He gave a donation years ago.
00:13:47.940 Uh-huh.
00:13:48.480 And that money just sat in the bank account for a while and eventually was given out by this organization to this one guy that they're highlighting because they want to make the big Donald Trump conspiracy.
00:13:56.920 It's so typical of these conservatives.
00:13:58.360 Okay.
00:13:58.900 So here's the thing.
00:14:00.960 Here's the thing.
00:14:01.620 Um, while the link between Mr. Bragg and Mr. Soros does exist, arguments that the district attorney was bought is misleading.
00:14:12.000 Yeah.
00:14:12.240 Okay.
00:14:12.480 Mr. Bragg announced his candidacy for the position in June 2019.
00:14:16.740 Nearly two years later, on May 8th, 2021, the political arm of Color of Change, a progressive criminal justice group, endorsed him.
00:14:28.340 Okay.
00:14:28.620 It pledged it would send a million dollars on direct mailers, on-the-ground campaigning, and voter turnout efforts on his behalf.
00:14:35.980 Okay.
00:14:36.280 So a small portion of that money was the money that George Soros had already...
00:14:39.520 I know, will you listen?
00:14:41.060 I'm sorry.
00:14:41.360 See, you're jumping to conclusions.
00:14:42.600 I am, I am.
00:14:43.460 It didn't donate to Mr. Bragg's campaign directly.
00:14:46.980 Okay?
00:14:47.480 Oh.
00:14:47.900 It didn't...
00:14:48.660 There was no money.
00:14:49.840 He was...
00:14:50.200 They were just doing that.
00:14:51.800 Okay?
00:14:52.260 Okay.
00:14:53.000 A few days later...
00:14:55.320 A few days later...
00:14:57.900 Yeah.
00:14:58.300 May 14th, Mr. Soros contributed a million dollars to the group...
00:15:04.040 Come on.
00:15:04.960 Right.
00:15:05.620 Which intended to help Mr. Bragg with the money.
00:15:08.620 Wait, hold on.
00:15:09.120 Sorry.
00:15:09.260 But he didn't do it.
00:15:10.800 I mean...
00:15:11.380 Let me make sure I understand here.
00:15:12.840 Right.
00:15:14.000 So Color of Change announces publicly they want to give one million dollars exactly to this
00:15:19.340 candidate.
00:15:19.880 Yeah.
00:15:20.320 Three days later, George Soros gives one million dollars to this organization and says he wants
00:15:26.420 it to go to the candidate.
00:15:28.640 And...
00:15:29.080 Well, no.
00:15:29.600 He just said, here's a million dollars.
00:15:31.760 I don't care how you use it.
00:15:33.900 Did he, though?
00:15:34.340 Do you have anything...
00:15:35.540 Well, I mean, you're making it up that he said that.
00:15:38.820 I thought that what you just said said intended to...
00:15:40.940 The New York Times just said, Mr. Soros contributed one million dollars to the group, which intended
00:15:47.820 to help Mr. Bragg with the money.
00:15:49.660 So the group intended to do it.
00:15:51.560 Yes.
00:15:52.000 And he just happened to donate...
00:15:53.940 And the exact amount of money three days after they quote-unquote publicly announce it.
00:15:58.640 He just happened to be there.
00:16:00.980 He didn't know that Color of Change didn't meet its pledge.
00:16:05.580 It eventually spent nearly $500,000 in support.
00:16:09.740 And that was 11% of the group's $4.6 million in spending.
00:16:14.700 And how much was Soros of the spending?
00:16:17.420 $1 million out of $4.6 million?
00:16:19.600 Gee, he's not important to this organization at all.
00:16:22.020 A spokesperson for the political arm of Color of Change said the group reviewed and interviewed
00:16:26.620 reform-minded district attorneys each election cycle, and the process was independent of all
00:16:32.260 the funders.
00:16:33.400 Mr. Soros was just one of many large donors to the group.
00:16:36.860 Past donors include, write this down, the members of the wealthy Pritzker family, the Facebook
00:16:43.560 co-founder, Dustin Moskovitz, and the hip-hop group, the Beastie Boys.
00:16:50.980 Mr. Bragg was...
00:16:52.240 No, I'm glad that they're influencing our campaign.
00:16:54.700 Mr. Bragg was not the only candidate for Color of Change that they endorsed and aided through
00:16:59.360 organizing efforts.
00:17:00.500 The group also helped, with George Soros' money, to re-elect Larry Krasner, the district
00:17:06.640 attorney of Philadelphia, okay?
00:17:09.500 And all they did was contact more than 300,000 voters and sent nearly 200,000 pieces of direct
00:17:15.580 mail on his behalf.
00:17:16.840 In addition, it also operated phone banks, ran advertisements, and mobilized voters to support
00:17:23.780 the local candidate in Virginia with a ballot initiative in Minneapolis.
00:17:28.440 Nor was Mr. Soros' $1 million contribution particularly unusual.
00:17:34.780 Soros has given to the group multiple times before it endorsed Mr. Bragg.
00:17:42.720 He personally donated $450,000 between 2016 and 2018.
00:17:47.900 Wait, but what the hell does this matter?
00:17:49.780 And his PAC gave $2.5 million in 2020.
00:17:53.580 We agree that George Soros funds crazy, terrible district attorney candidates.
00:17:58.660 There's been no connection between George Soros and Alvin Bragg.
00:18:03.360 There's been no, I'm quoting, no contact between the two.
00:18:07.380 Yes, George Soros and Alvin Bragg have never met in person or spoken by telephone.
00:18:12.840 What does that matter?
00:18:13.400 Email, Zoom.
00:18:14.960 There has been no contact between the two.
00:18:18.060 Mr. Soros has been open about his years-long support of progressive prosecutors.
00:18:23.140 In fact, in a 2022 op-ed article in the Wall Street Journal, Mr. Soros explained his thoughts
00:18:29.400 on overhauling the criminal justice system and wrote, quote,
00:18:33.360 we have, no, the idea we need to choose between justice and safety is false.
00:18:40.880 I have supported in the election and more recently the re-election of prosecutors who support reform.
00:18:46.780 I've done it transparently and I have no intention of stopping.
00:18:51.300 His, he says, look, we have justice and that's what I'm pushing for.
00:18:58.120 And you say that it won't be as safe.
00:19:01.220 That's false.
00:19:02.380 We have to spend more time on this.
00:19:04.060 Back in just a minute.
00:19:05.580 Mantis X.
00:19:06.820 I'm not sure where ammunition comes from anymore.
00:19:10.060 I suspect that it's made in a giant factory where a bunch of Oompa Loompas dance around,
00:19:16.060 singing songs about, you know, effing around and then finding out that it's bad.
00:19:21.580 But I can't really be sure.
00:19:24.080 What I do know is that it costs a fortune.
00:19:28.000 A fortune.
00:19:29.580 Just going to target practice right now can set you back quite a bit and you still need
00:19:33.320 to maintain your marksmanship.
00:19:35.160 There is a better way.
00:19:36.920 This is why I highly recommend the Mantis X.
00:19:41.440 It is high tech, easy to use system.
00:19:44.340 We should put this on my screen in front of us so we can, I can show you.
00:19:48.200 It's so incredible.
00:19:49.680 All you do is you take your gun, you attach the Mantis X to the barrel and you can aim at anything.
00:19:56.360 You don't need a target and you aim at anything.
00:19:59.000 And what it's doing is it's analyzing where you're trying to focus on and what happens as you pull the trigger.
00:20:05.760 Within 20 minutes, within 20 minutes, 94% of shooters improve.
00:20:12.640 It is fantastic.
00:20:14.140 It's like having a firearm instructor, I don't know, taped to your gun.
00:20:18.700 Start improving today.

00:20:25.540 10 seconds station ID.
00:20:26.420 So what do they think the accusation here is?
00:20:39.920 That they were buddies?
00:20:41.440 Like, I never thought that George Soros and Alvin Bragg were hanging out and, like, going to coffee in the morning.
00:20:47.000 The accusation was George Soros has an insane political philosophy that gets people killed, and he's been paying for these candidates' campaigns.
00:20:55.480 Oh, see, there you go.
00:20:56.560 There you go.
00:20:57.500 There's your connection.
00:20:59.000 Trying to tie George Soros to Alvin Bragg.
00:21:02.180 Yes!
00:21:02.480 Saying that he's in his pocket because he's paying for the campaigns.
00:21:06.900 Like, I think there is a, this happens all the time, where, like, George Soros gives $100,000 to an organization that winds up supporting something, you know, multiple years later, and it's still an interesting tie.
00:21:19.080 That's interesting.
00:21:20.100 This is way, way more clear than that.
00:21:22.820 They announced a million dollars for this guy, and three days later, he gave a million dollars to the organization to give to this guy.
00:21:29.800 You are a guy, you're a guy, I guarantee, I guarantee, just by the way you're saying, you're against the New York Times when they come after the Koch brothers, you know, when they come out and say, hey, there's no connection, no connection to their money and the politicians and the policies that they're supporting.
00:21:49.800 There's no connection there.
00:21:50.860 They have issues that they, well, the one that's alive, has issues that they believe in.
00:21:55.460 Right.
00:21:55.760 And they donate to organizations that support those beliefs.
00:21:58.180 I suppose you say that's evil.
00:22:00.600 Because that's the New York Times.
00:22:02.080 I mean, the New York Times has got to be saying that's evil with the Koch brothers.
00:22:04.960 There is no problem whatsoever with George Soros giving his money to an organization he believes in.
00:22:09.300 The problem is the things he believes in are killing our society.
00:22:12.920 That's the problem.
00:22:14.120 He can give his money, but we can also note that he is the cause of all of this crap that's happening to us.
00:22:20.000 He's just looking for justice.
00:22:21.620 Is he?
00:22:22.460 He's just looking for justice and safety.
00:22:24.120 And of course there's a connection.
00:22:25.380 What do you mean there's no connection?
00:22:26.620 You just outlined an incredibly close connection.
00:22:29.340 I don't.
00:22:29.800 I apologize.
00:22:31.600 If anybody in David Brock's organization, who is a former attorney for Perkins Coy, happens to be listening, it's all on him.
00:22:40.760 I'm with you.
00:22:42.540 I'm for justice.
00:22:44.480 Are you?
00:22:45.120 Yeah.
00:22:45.540 Are you?
00:22:46.100 Yeah.
00:22:46.400 More in just a second.
00:22:48.140 Great, great stuff today.
00:22:50.340 I mean, besides the Deutsche Bank thing.
00:22:57.060 No, you're not supposed to say that.
00:22:58.180 Oh.
00:22:58.740 The Glenn Beck program.
00:23:02.000 Uh, I gotta tell you.
00:23:03.500 I am just so thrilled every time I open my eyes and I'm like, oh my gosh, they found a way to make that woke.
00:23:10.180 You know, when they got to M&M's, I'm like, that is fantastic.
00:23:14.480 It's fantastic.
00:23:16.020 You know, some people are tired of all of that and they just want a good product at a great price.
00:23:21.820 Something they can really rely on and, hey, once in a while, surprise me.
00:23:27.260 Be on my side.
00:23:28.720 Don't be woke.

00:24:50.240 The Great Narrative campaign seeks to use the decay of traditional values throughout the West and new and future advancements in technology, including the areas of artificial intelligence, automation, the metaverse, robotics, and more, to seize control of economies and societies in North America and Europe.
00:25:12.200 They will impact your life all over the planet.
00:25:21.120 It is going to change the definition of free will, freedom, and even what it means to be a human.
00:25:28.680 According to the leaders of the Great Reset, the great narrative movement, by the year 2030, your world will be fundamentally transformed, and you're going to be happy about it.

00:26:08.760 That's a nice addition.
00:26:11.180 Congratulations, Glenn.
00:26:11.800 You have the number one book in America in the category of fascism.
00:26:16.140 So you've beat out Mein Kampf.
00:26:18.040 Congratulations.
00:26:18.720 Wow, thank you.
00:26:19.340 You've done it.
00:26:19.720 Thank you.
00:26:20.140 Thank you.
00:26:20.960 They're going to use that against you.
00:26:22.600 Glenn Beck, best-selling fascist author.
00:26:24.740 But what's fascinating is you also now have the number one book in America on Amazon, When You Search for Dark Future, which is the title of your book, which has not been the case until right now.
00:26:39.540 Wait a minute.
00:26:39.920 What?
00:26:40.020 Now when you search for the title of your book, it actually shows up.
00:26:43.140 So congratulations.
00:26:44.260 That is great.
00:26:44.640 That is wonderful.
00:26:45.680 Okay, so grab your copy now.
00:26:48.540 Make sure you get a copy.
00:26:50.320 You can order it at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, wherever you buy your books.
00:26:53.800 Okay, let's go through a couple of other things.
00:26:57.180 Just read this story.
00:27:00.440 Asteroid, the size of 22 tuna, fly closer to Earth than the moon.
00:27:08.320 Now, I don't know what the hell's happening, but I've never measured things by the size of tuna.
00:27:22.760 I don't know.
00:27:23.880 Tuna could be the size of a car, size of a suitcase.
00:27:27.780 I don't know the size of tuna.
00:27:30.000 I have no idea.
00:27:31.120 I've never had to go out and hunt my own tuna, you know, and gut and clean it and then go, hey, who wants tuna fish sandwiches?
00:27:41.160 I mean, we just have to hope that it's not a Costco, you know, economy-sized can of tuna.
00:27:46.520 Right.
00:27:47.000 That could blow up the entire world.
00:27:49.380 I mean, I was just starting to get down with the measuring of asteroids by the size of camels.
00:27:57.820 Remember, that came out a couple weeks ago.
00:27:59.020 That was weird, too.
00:27:59.580 What the hell is going on?
00:28:01.840 I'm telling you, aliens have taken over, and they're like, yeah, it's about the size of 22 tuna.
00:28:07.720 That's what they say, right?
00:28:08.960 That's what the humans, they measure by tuna?
00:28:10.780 No, I thought it was camels.
00:28:12.200 What the hell?
00:28:13.020 It's tuna or camels.
00:28:14.260 We know that.
00:28:15.160 Those are the two competing systems, like English and metric.
00:28:17.580 You got tuna and camels.
00:28:18.680 That's the only way people understand things.
00:28:20.480 I mean, if you said three Mustangs, I would go, okay, we're not talking about horses, I don't think.
00:28:27.900 We're talking about cars, right?
00:28:29.840 Couldn't you just say three cars?
00:28:31.380 Yes, you could.
00:28:32.400 Yes, you could.
00:28:33.040 Three cars would make sense.
00:28:34.100 Yes, you could.
00:28:35.120 How many tunas is this thing?
00:28:36.820 22.
00:28:37.380 22 tuna?
00:28:37.940 22 tuna.
00:28:38.760 There's got to be something that's 22 times the size of a tuna.
00:28:42.420 It's like...
00:28:43.020 That would be better to summarize this.
00:28:44.340 It's like Noah's Ark.
00:28:46.200 You know?
00:28:46.800 Cubits.
00:28:47.740 How big is a cubit?
00:28:48.620 I don't know.
00:28:49.360 Compare it to a tuna.
00:28:50.480 How many tunas does this ship need to be?
00:28:52.660 Anyway, did you see the Ford Mustang and Chevy Camaro?
00:28:56.900 Dead.
00:28:57.300 As of January 2024, going to be electric.
00:29:02.900 So the last ones are coming off the line this year.
00:29:07.820 It'll be the 2024, but the last one off the line is January 2024, which I hate.
00:29:14.320 And have you seen the SRT Demon?
00:29:17.860 Yes.
00:29:18.160 The Challenger?
00:29:19.140 Yeah, the Dodge Challenger Demon SRT.
00:29:23.320 Yeah.
00:29:23.580 There's like five names there, but man, that thing's impressive.
00:29:26.680 Let me just say, if you happen to be in the car business and you have a lot coming in, a Dodge Challenger SRT Demon, I know a customer.
00:29:42.920 His name kind of sounds like Len Eck, which is weird.
00:29:50.460 And for anybody who might, maybe my wife listening, I am not saying for me.
00:29:55.680 So you know someone.
00:29:56.960 I know somebody who would like one of these and can't find one of these.
00:30:02.820 And I'm just saying you should call 888-727-BCK so I could pass your information as a dealer on to this friend.
00:30:13.640 That friend.
00:30:14.180 Yeah.
00:30:14.320 I think they don't go on sale until Monday.
00:30:16.900 I think it's the 27th.
00:30:18.520 I mean, I've already, I've called around and everybody's like, I mean, my friend is called around.
00:30:23.480 Oh, you called around for your friend.
00:30:24.840 Yeah.
00:30:25.200 Yeah.
00:30:25.480 Yeah.
00:30:25.940 And he said he was calling around like, let me get on the phone.
00:30:28.960 Maybe that'll, you know, sway some.
00:30:30.860 No, no.
00:30:32.100 Because they're only making 3,000 of these things.
00:30:33.840 3,000.
00:30:34.480 1,025 horsepower, I believe.
00:30:36.960 Yeah.
00:30:38.380 It is zero to 60.
00:30:41.000 Not zero, actually.
00:30:42.100 Rolling start to 60 in 1.66 seconds.
00:30:46.480 Okay.
00:30:46.920 Holy cow.
00:30:49.800 It comes with a parachute.
00:30:52.420 I mean, we, how can we abandon this technology?
00:30:55.600 I know.
00:30:55.900 We're just getting good at it.
00:30:57.200 Just pisses me off.
00:30:57.980 Like, we're just nailing the combustion engine and having it do incredible things.
00:31:02.240 We're like, oh, let's just bail completely.
00:31:03.920 I know.
00:31:04.480 It just, it drives me out of my mind.
00:31:07.000 It really drives me out of my mind.
00:31:08.760 Everybody, did you see that Ford just lost $2 billion in 2022 because of EVs?
00:31:18.280 They're electric vehicles.
00:31:20.020 That division lost $2 billion.
00:31:26.160 I mean, but I mean, that's, you know.
00:31:29.040 And it's, by the way, there was a big story that I think might have been in the Times as
00:31:32.100 well, talking about the effects on local economies because of the electric cars.
00:31:39.240 These areas that have been built on parts manufacturing and all of this are just being
00:31:44.800 destroyed.
00:31:45.320 And look, I, you know, as a guy who likes innovation, that is part of capitalism.
00:31:49.780 It does happen when you have new technology.
00:31:52.260 But what usually is the reason for it is you have new superior technology, technology that
00:31:57.740 people are choosing and want and desire and therefore the older industry goes away.
00:32:02.400 That's not what's happening here.
00:32:03.780 No.
00:32:04.100 It's not like people are choosing, like, I got to have an electric car.
00:32:06.160 Some people are, and they're great.
00:32:07.520 Some of them are incredible cars, but like, I, you know, I really like the Tesla.
00:32:12.380 I don't own a Tesla because it, it, it's impossible to recharge if you're going on a long trip.
00:32:20.200 And I like to drive cross country.
00:32:22.300 So I'm not buying a Tesla.
00:32:24.300 You know, you get something where it is, you know, I'm able to go someplace and I can, you
00:32:29.700 know, stop at a electric fueling station.
00:32:32.480 And it takes me, you know, 10 minutes to recharge it.
00:32:35.680 I'm good.
00:32:36.780 But no, I don't think the technology is.
00:32:39.900 I also don't like the fact that, you know, you can burn up in your car.
00:32:43.700 Um, but, but on those two things, you know, I'm good with it.
00:32:48.660 This is, this is, this is, this is insane.
00:32:51.640 We do not have the transmission lines to be able to deliver this kind of electricity.
00:33:00.320 California leads the country in number of electric vehicles.
00:33:06.200 You already have brownouts and blackouts.
00:33:10.760 What are you crazy?
00:33:12.460 Where are you going to get the electric, the electricity?
00:33:15.480 What, where is that coming?
00:33:19.100 I mean, you're, you already don't have enough.
00:33:23.040 It's just, I mean, it makes absolutely no sense.
00:33:27.960 You seem frustrated, almost as frustrated as I am trying to figure out what the average
00:33:32.240 length of a tuna is, which is, I've been trying to do this entire time.
00:33:37.120 And they range from, let's see, 4.6 feet to 9.8 feet.
00:33:49.120 For an adult male, these are larger tuna, obviously.
00:33:53.060 So we don't know if it's male or female.
00:33:54.600 We don't know.
00:33:55.360 But like, is it an albacore at 4.6 feet?
00:33:58.540 Is it a Pacific bluefin tuna at 9.8 feet?
00:34:01.800 That's incredibly important here, right?
00:34:04.920 You're talking about doubling the size of this asteroid.
00:34:08.500 We have no idea if this asteroid is blue, Pacific bluefin tuna.
00:34:14.220 Albacore tuna or Pacific bluefin tuna.
00:34:16.860 Bluefin tuna.
00:34:17.640 We have no idea what could possibly hit the Earth today.
00:34:22.000 No idea the size of it.
00:34:23.360 It's 22 times that.
00:34:25.220 That's a lot.
00:34:26.120 That's a lot.
00:34:26.800 I mean, is it 22 times 4, 22 times 3, or 22 times 10?
00:34:32.580 If it hits Earth, I hope it lands on my house.
00:34:35.100 I mean, and me in it.
00:34:36.380 Not my family.
00:34:37.220 Just me.
00:34:37.760 Just take me out.
00:34:41.020 Your family agrees.
00:34:42.260 Yeah.
00:34:42.860 I know they do.
00:34:44.460 But Dodge dealers, they do not agree.
00:34:48.420 They don't make decisions for Len Eck.
00:34:50.200 No, they don't.
00:34:51.740 Oh, he's a totally different person.
00:34:53.000 He wants one of these SRT demons like crazy, so you should call, and I'll pass your number
00:35:01.480 on to Len Eck.
00:35:04.180 Good dude, that Len Eck.
00:35:05.620 He is a good dude.
00:35:07.280 Good dude.
00:35:08.060 Good dude.
00:35:08.360 Keeping America running by buying one of these Dodge.
00:35:11.080 Right.
00:35:11.640 You know, because they may not sell out.
00:35:14.860 Would this be something?
00:35:15.740 Now, this is something, a totally different conversation.
00:35:17.660 I hate to bring it up here, but would this be something your wife would oppose if you wanted
00:35:21.940 one?
00:35:22.140 Now, I know you don't, but I'm saying if I wanted one, no, she would be, are you kidding
00:35:28.740 me?
00:35:29.080 She'd kill me.
00:35:30.860 That's why I don't want one.
00:35:32.940 No, I know you don't want one.
00:35:34.280 Yeah.
00:35:34.460 But I would like a Dodge dealer that has access to one just to call, because my friend might
00:35:42.240 buy one.
00:35:43.720 Probably pretty done deal on that one.
00:35:47.160 But he'd have to talk to his wife.
00:35:49.780 But his wife is so cool.
00:35:51.160 Anyway, 888-727-BECK.
00:35:55.640 I want to paint a picture of peace of mind for you.
00:35:58.560 You're planning to buy or sell a home in the near future or both.
00:36:03.480 Your real estate agent comes in the door, comes in, sits down.
00:36:06.740 You have a talk with them.
00:36:08.160 You like them.
00:36:09.320 You relate to them.
00:36:10.540 They're kind of coming from the same place that you are.
00:36:12.920 They have credibility.
00:36:14.860 They ask what your goals are.
00:36:16.900 They help you out with those goals.
00:36:18.580 That's realistic.
00:36:19.460 That's not realistic.
00:36:20.700 If you want to get that, then here's what we have to do.
00:36:23.460 And he pulls out his phone and a piece of paper and proceeds to pull up all the names of every
00:36:28.740 single person that you're going to need to help get the job done and do it right.
00:36:33.420 And he knows them.
00:36:34.540 And they're going to be able to do this quickly so we can get on the road.
00:36:37.500 Oh, and by the way, I've already got customers because I've been culling people through my website.
00:36:44.160 I know what they're looking for, so as soon as we post it, your house is going to have the best chance of selling on time and for the most amount of money.
00:36:52.880 And they'll do the same thing.
00:36:54.160 Is that a dream come true?
00:36:56.680 It's not a dream.
00:36:57.620 It's realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:36:59.560 You have to get the guys who know what they're doing.
00:37:02.200 Did I just say guys?
00:37:03.440 Because there are females and males who used to be.
00:37:07.100 Nope, none of those.
00:37:08.380 None of those.
00:37:09.620 But male and females, realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:37:12.860 Go there now.
00:37:13.920 We'll recommend the people that we think are the best in your area.
00:37:20.480 realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:37:23.100 Join the conversation.
00:37:25.020 888-727-BECK.
00:37:27.580 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:37:42.860 Welcome to the...
00:37:46.740 Not you.
00:37:47.560 Right.
00:37:48.020 You can't design it from scratch, but your friend Len.
00:37:50.420 Right.
00:37:50.880 Len Eck could describe it.
00:37:52.020 Len Eck could do it.
00:37:52.500 Vaughn in Oklahoma is on.
00:37:54.540 You're with a Dodge dealership.
00:37:57.640 Yeah, that's right.
00:37:58.640 I was calling to maybe get in touch with this friend of yours.
00:38:02.860 Yeah.
00:38:03.140 Now, you'll have to be careful because his wife doesn't know about this.
00:38:08.620 Okay.
00:38:08.700 We'll keep it between us.
00:38:09.760 Yeah, keep it between.
00:38:11.020 And any friend of Len Eck's wife, you'll be dead to me if you tell his wife about this.
00:38:20.200 Why would you care that much about Len?
00:38:22.080 Just a good friend with him.
00:38:23.440 Just a good friend.
00:38:24.340 Oh, okay.
00:38:24.700 Just my...
00:38:25.320 You know, he'll break it to his wife slowly.
00:38:28.560 Anyway, he'll talk about how much money they're saving by buying this.
00:38:33.560 Oh, okay.
00:38:34.060 You see what...
00:38:35.000 You see what...
00:38:35.620 Right.
00:38:36.200 Okay.
00:38:36.300 Sure.
00:38:37.320 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:38:38.200 So, you have some allocated?
00:38:41.080 We do.
00:38:41.720 We have two allocated to our store.
00:38:44.400 Okay.
00:38:44.980 And I think one of them might have had a customer's name on it that rhymed with Len Eck.
00:38:51.420 I don't know.
00:38:52.320 Shut up.
00:38:53.420 Well, I've heard this guy, this friend of yours occasionally misspells his name and it looks
00:38:58.860 like your name.
00:38:59.800 It's very similar.
00:39:00.520 Yeah, but that bastard only does it on contracts.
00:39:03.200 You know what I mean?
00:39:03.680 Oh, really?
00:39:04.020 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:39:06.000 So, Vaughn, we're going to get your phone number and then my friend may call you later
00:39:12.860 about this.
00:39:14.200 That'd be great.
00:39:14.760 Now, he sounds like me, but don't be fooled.
00:39:17.480 Okay?
00:39:17.620 Don't let him pull a prank on you like that.
00:39:19.880 Absolutely.
00:39:20.560 No.
00:39:20.700 So, we'll make sure that you properly identify this individual.
00:39:24.980 So, for people that are looking to buy one of these, do you get to design them or are
00:39:33.380 they just coming?
00:39:34.140 No, they're just coming.
00:39:36.980 They're just coming.
00:39:37.620 No, they're what's called the last call.
00:39:39.960 It's the last time they're going to make this engine.
00:39:42.780 Right.
00:39:43.040 But, I mean, there's no features that you can upgrade, right?
00:39:47.280 Can you do that?
00:39:47.920 Not, no, not at the moment.
00:39:50.880 Wow.
00:39:51.360 Okay.
00:39:51.940 All right.
00:39:52.800 Interesting.
00:39:53.420 Because they're set for a set amount, and I believe, if I'm not mistaken, only 1,500 are
00:39:59.320 coming to the U.S.
00:40:00.740 3,000, I think.
00:40:02.340 I think it was 3,000 total.
00:40:03.020 3,000 total in the U.S., 300 in Canada, I think.
00:40:07.960 300 in Canada, right.
00:40:09.420 Yeah.
00:40:09.520 Yeah.
00:40:09.700 So, they're coming as Dodge builds them.
00:40:12.340 They're not customized.
00:40:14.100 Okay.
00:40:14.460 All right.
00:40:15.740 Okay.
00:40:16.080 Well, he'll call you or somebody from his office, because sometimes they get very busy in his
00:40:21.140 office.
00:40:21.880 He's, I don't know what he does, but he's...
00:40:25.160 Well, you know, and if he happens to be, you know, a short drive from Oklahoma City, I don't
00:40:29.960 know that...
00:40:30.540 It's weird.
00:40:31.560 I think he lives by Oklahoma City.
00:40:34.020 Yeah, or near Oklahoma.
00:40:35.520 Or live, right?
00:40:36.380 Yeah.
00:40:37.180 He lives right near Oklahoma.
00:40:38.760 City.
00:40:40.260 Yeah.
00:40:40.660 Which is in Oklahoma.
00:40:41.500 It was meant to be.
00:40:42.440 Yeah, meant to be.
00:40:43.180 It was.
00:40:43.720 All right, Vaughn.
00:40:44.840 We should get Vaughn's information.
00:40:46.420 Yeah.
00:40:46.700 We should at least say what the dealership is.
00:40:48.480 Yeah, what is your dealership?
00:40:49.840 What dealership?
00:40:50.700 Bob Howard Dodge.
00:40:51.860 Bob Howard Dodge in Oklahoma City.
00:40:55.580 Has won Challenger.
00:41:00.100 Wow, has one been sold?
00:41:01.220 Yeah.
00:41:02.120 Apparently, I don't know.
00:41:03.480 Yeah, the guy he said, it was already had a name on it.
00:41:05.880 So, thank you so much, Vaughn.
00:41:07.520 Hang on.
00:41:07.940 I want to make sure we have your information and we will, I'll have my friend reach out
00:41:12.500 to you.
00:41:14.120 You said yourself.
00:41:14.900 Does anybody have any advice on how to remain married when you have to tell your wife you
00:41:28.300 want a challenger?
00:41:31.800 Has anybody done that successfully?
00:41:37.560 Love to hear from you.
00:41:39.020 Art Laffer with some good news next.
00:41:42.580 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:41:43.800 I just spent some time with the head of American Giant and I swear to you, he is, we are cut
00:41:52.640 from the same cloth.
00:41:53.660 We talked about things, you know, to try to save America, et cetera, et cetera.
00:41:57.260 He's like, I don't care if we make any money.
00:41:58.960 I mean, you know, we just, we got to do it.
00:42:01.340 And I'm like, you and I are going to live in the poor house because that's exactly the
00:42:06.140 way I am.
00:42:06.760 He just wants to make the best quality stuff and revive America.
00:42:13.600 It's American Giant.
00:42:15.560 It is quality, quality clothing made here, cut here, sewn here.
00:42:22.320 The cotton is grown here.
00:42:24.280 It is, it's cleaned here, washed.
00:42:27.420 All of it is done here in America because Bayard's on a mission.
00:42:32.940 He is on a mission to restore America to its greatness.
00:42:37.440 So you can find cheaper clothes, you know, made over in Vietnam, or you can buy America
00:42:43.560 and help build the dream by getting really quality American clothing.
00:42:51.140 It is creating jobs and restoring us.
00:42:56.020 American-giant.com slash Glenn.
00:43:00.360 Anything you're looking for, t-shirts, anything you're looking for, jeans, pants, whatever.
00:43:07.040 American-giant.com slash Glenn.
00:43:10.440 American-giant.com slash Glenn.
00:43:12.680 American-giant.com slash Glenn.
00:43:15.920 American-giant.com slash you're looking for, mean.
00:43:17.740 American-giant.com slash ты.
00:43:29.780 Yes.
00:43:30.300 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:43:53.780 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:43:56.520 All right, you sick, twisted freak.
00:44:00.780 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:44:02.240 Now, yesterday, it was kind of a downer of a program.
00:44:06.420 And so I said, hey, tomorrow is going to be all bright blue sky sunshine.
00:44:12.900 We're just going to be, we're going to look for the good things.
00:44:15.880 And, you know, with me left to my own devices, I would be looking at, let's say, a German bank that might be in trouble today.
00:44:29.320 It's always in trouble, so there's nothing new.
00:44:31.560 But I'm not looking at that.
00:44:33.280 I'm not looking.
00:44:34.020 You might.
00:44:34.440 But I'm not looking at that.
00:44:36.360 I wanted to get the guy on who's fixed really bad problems before to give us his look at where we are in the economy and how we fix it if we would gain control of the levers in two years.
00:44:55.480 His name is the legendary Art Laffer.
00:44:59.560 He is joining us in 60 seconds.
00:45:02.960 Sometimes the awful effects of a terrible event manifest themselves long after the event is over.
00:45:09.560 And on 9-11, there were almost 3,000 people killed.
00:45:13.060 And over two decades later, people are still losing their lives from 9-11 related illnesses.
00:45:19.580 There is a whole new generation of young people growing up right now who don't know anything about what happened that day.
00:45:27.140 Only two states mandate learning about it in school.
00:45:31.440 How much you want to make a bet New York's not one of them?
00:45:34.220 This is why the Tunnel to Towers 9-11 Institute is giving educators access to non-fiction 9-11 resources for K-12 learning.
00:45:44.900 This includes full curriculum units built around first-person accounts, scripted social studies lessons, activities, and background for teachers,
00:45:55.300 as well as the non-fiction Discovering Heroes series of books and their curriculum units.
00:46:02.200 There's the Speakers Bureau, First Responders, Survivors.
00:46:06.220 They have a mobile exhibit that is about an 1,100 square foot museum that goes around the country.
00:46:16.140 These people are making sure we don't forget and are teaching the truth.
00:46:21.640 Never forget means we have to educate future generations.
00:46:24.820 So help Tunnel to Towers educate kids.
00:46:27.700 Donate $11 a month at T2T.org.
00:46:31.120 That's T, the number two T, dot org.
00:46:36.220 So, probably anybody who is my generation or a little younger, their favorite movie is Ferris Bueller.
00:46:47.520 And in Ferris Bueller, there is this scene.
00:46:51.200 In 1930, the Republican-controlled House of Representatives, in an effort to alleviate the effects of the, anyone, anyone, the Great Depression,
00:47:02.660 passed the, anyone, anyone, a tariff bill, the Hawley-Smoot Tariff Act, which, anyone raised or lowered, raised tariffs,
00:47:16.880 in an effort to collect more revenue for the federal government, did it work, anyone, anyone know the effects?
00:47:25.100 It did not work, and the United States sank deeper into the Great Depression.
00:47:29.700 Today, we have a similar debate over this.
00:47:32.380 Anyone know what this is, class?
00:47:34.380 Anyone?
00:47:36.200 Anyone?
00:47:37.100 Anyone seen this before?
00:47:38.320 The Laffer Curve.
00:47:40.300 Anyone know what this says?
00:47:42.200 It says that at this point on the revenue curve, you will get exactly the same amount of revenue as at this point.
00:47:52.000 This is very controversial.
00:47:53.480 Does anyone know what Vice President Bush called this in 1980?
00:47:57.660 Anyone?
00:47:59.640 Something D-O-O economics.
00:48:02.860 Voodoo economics.
00:48:04.000 Okay, Art Laffer, who the Laffer Curve is named after.
00:48:09.480 Welcome to the program.
00:48:10.700 Hi, Art.
00:48:11.120 Thank you.
00:48:11.540 It's so good talking to you, Glenn.
00:48:13.240 You're a hero of mine.
00:48:14.700 Thank you.
00:48:15.480 You are mine as well.
00:48:17.440 So, Art, you are always the most optimistic guy because you have gone into countries that have collapsed and turned it around.
00:48:28.420 So, I know we can do it.
00:48:30.700 I'd like to ask a couple of things.
00:48:32.840 What you're feeling is with all of the pressures that are, I mean, we're shutting off energy.
00:48:40.700 We are on the verge of a war.
00:48:44.160 I hope to God not.
00:48:45.900 We have a possible banking collapse in our horizon.
00:48:50.820 I hope to God not.
00:48:53.580 And inflation.
00:48:54.860 So, what is your outlook?
00:48:58.280 And then what do we, what are the most important things that we should do to encourage Congress and look for in the next president?
00:49:06.460 Well, let me just say the things you listed there, we are in those troubles.
00:49:10.540 We do have a banking crisis.
00:49:12.180 We do have inflation.
00:49:13.760 We do have a very muddled policy of the government.
00:49:17.320 And there is a land war in Europe that is going on that's quite serious and is threatening.
00:49:22.020 All those true.
00:49:23.000 Now, that doesn't mean it has to be true going forward.
00:49:25.340 I mean, just when we came into office in January 20th, 1981, Glenn, we had Jimmy Carter.
00:49:31.520 We had four presidents, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, and Carter.
00:49:34.800 What I call the four stooges.
00:49:37.240 The largest assemblage of bipartisan ignorance ever on planet Earth.
00:49:41.600 The economy had tumbled.
00:49:42.900 The stock market had fallen from 1966 to 1982.
00:49:48.020 The stock market fell by like 65% in real terms.
00:49:52.180 So we were at the tail end of a really bad hurricane, but we could turn it around.
00:49:57.640 And I think right now is the same way.
00:50:00.020 I mean, I'm feeling very depressed about the policies that are going on, as you mentioned.
00:50:03.780 And everyone knows all of them every day, all the time.
00:50:06.660 Biden wants more taxes.
00:50:08.140 His budget's $6.9 trillion.
00:50:10.360 You have people flipping you off all around the world.
00:50:12.620 It is a bad picture.
00:50:14.100 But right now, I feel that this is the time for a cataclysmic change in U.S. policies.
00:50:20.460 It gives us the opportunity to really change the face of the earth, all for the better.
00:50:25.600 And I think the election of 2024 portends to be a really good election for truth, beauty, and the American way.
00:50:32.060 That's me talking.
00:50:33.280 Now, the Republicans are right now as much a problem as are the Democrats.
00:50:37.520 Don't think of this in Republican-Democrat terms.
00:50:40.380 Think of this in pro-growth, pro-freedom, tax cut, controlled spending, sound money.
00:50:45.640 Think of it in those terms, not in terms of parties.
00:50:48.340 And I think we can do it, Ben.
00:50:50.500 I mean, Glenn.
00:50:50.980 So, that's my friend who's trying to buy a car and his wife doesn't know about it.
00:50:56.580 No, I was thinking of Ben Stein.
00:50:57.980 Okay.
00:50:58.620 Play that video, that clip.
00:51:01.060 Sorry.
00:51:01.220 So, that's all right.
00:51:02.180 So, by the way, have you talked to Ben recently?
00:51:05.320 He's such a great guy.
00:51:06.040 I have.
00:51:06.060 I talked to him about six months ago.
00:51:08.340 I spent a lot of time with him.
00:51:09.500 Yeah.
00:51:09.760 And he wasn't doing well at the time.
00:51:11.340 He was not well.
00:51:12.640 Oh, if you talk to him, say hi to him for me, will you?
00:51:14.720 I sure will.
00:51:15.600 He's a great guy.
00:51:16.420 Great guy.
00:51:17.480 Such a great guy.
00:51:18.320 All right.
00:51:19.180 So, Art, can we just take this apart here for just a second?
00:51:23.160 Have you seen, and I'm not talking about what we can do, because I do believe if we unleash
00:51:31.120 the ingenuity of the American people, really free them, and then, you know, stop all this
00:51:37.940 insanity, we can rescue our country.
00:51:41.740 I agree with that.
00:51:43.040 But have you ever seen us in this kind of situation historically, where we seem to have
00:51:50.280 all of the decks stacked against the republic?
00:51:55.300 Yeah.
00:51:56.720 I think, you know, when I mentioned 1980, before 80, I think it was all stacked against
00:52:01.220 us.
00:52:01.720 It was really depressing, Glenn.
00:52:03.080 I know you were really young then, maybe not even born yet.
00:52:05.960 No, I was.
00:52:06.900 But the world was really grisly.
00:52:09.640 It was dark.
00:52:10.420 It was grim.
00:52:11.580 I was depressed beyond belief.
00:52:13.140 We didn't have the debt that we have now.
00:52:16.580 We don't, we didn't have the...
00:52:18.200 Oh, there are differences.
00:52:19.280 They're true.
00:52:19.700 But we also didn't have the tax rates then that we have now.
00:52:22.400 Our tax rate now, highest income tax rate's 37%.
00:52:25.640 Back then, it was 70%, Glenn.
00:52:28.220 You know, we had, in 1976, now that's just a little bit before, every single state in
00:52:34.980 the United States, except Nevada, had a death tax.
00:52:39.200 Every single one.
00:52:40.160 Today, 33 states have gotten rid of their death taxes.
00:52:43.200 So, there are lots of things.
00:52:44.520 I mean, pollution.
00:52:45.500 I come from Cleveland, Ohio.
00:52:47.100 Lake Erie, back then, when I was a kid, to prove that you were the Christ, you wouldn't
00:52:50.820 have to walk on the water.
00:52:51.880 Hell, anyone could do that.
00:52:53.100 You know, we had smog in L.A., we had like 25 three-stage smog alerts, and then, you
00:53:02.100 know, we were facing a horrible enemy at that time in 1980.
00:53:06.120 You know, Russia wasn't a joke back then like it is now.
00:53:09.640 I mean, so, you know, I think these times, we all tend to think of our own time as being
00:53:14.360 the worst ever, but it's just as bad back then, and partisanship was horrible post-Nixon.
00:53:20.020 I don't know if you remember, Democrats hated Republicans like mad.
00:53:23.820 They wanted to kill every Republican.
00:53:25.360 It was just like it is now.
00:53:28.620 I mean, there wasn't a civil libertarian.
00:53:30.720 There wasn't a libertarian, a private person in the place that wasn't pilloried by the
00:53:36.760 lefties.
00:53:37.480 And that's the same thing now.
00:53:39.120 Crime was horrendously high back then.
00:53:41.300 Well, I don't mean to be lecturing at you, but these are very bad times today, but bad
00:53:47.600 times lead to great changes in public policy.
00:53:51.160 And if you look at the long picture, we're winning.
00:53:53.360 We're not losing.
00:53:54.300 The conservatives in this world are winning big time.
00:53:57.300 Do you see, and you don't have to name, but do you see one or more politicians that could
00:54:06.160 actually be a Reagan and pull this off?
00:54:10.020 I see tons of them who could be.
00:54:12.640 You know, the potential here in these people, there are some really qualified people.
00:54:17.500 They have flaws and stuff like that, but they move.
00:54:20.360 I want to see people who can read and can learn from their own mistakes and other people's
00:54:24.460 mistakes to do a better job.
00:54:26.240 Not a doctrinal locked in the mud, you know, type of people.
00:54:29.980 Reagan learned a lot.
00:54:31.060 When he was governor, he was the biggest tax increase or ever he passed all the anti-abortion
00:54:35.400 statutes in the state of California.
00:54:37.240 He chaired the Equal Rights Amendment.
00:54:38.940 He was a union leader.
00:54:39.980 It called nationwide strikes.
00:54:41.580 And Reagan became the best president because he learned.
00:54:44.520 But I see people like DeSantis.
00:54:46.040 I see people like Cruz.
00:54:47.660 I see people, even Trump.
00:54:49.260 I see people all over the place that have the potential of being a great president.
00:54:53.100 And as a Democrat, let me just put it.
00:54:55.720 There's a guy who's governor of Colorado named Jared Polis, who is doing an amazing
00:55:01.060 job.
00:55:02.060 He did not do a lockdown in Colorado.
00:55:05.160 He did not.
00:55:06.300 He was right along with the Republican governors.
00:55:08.540 He wants to get rid of the income tax there.
00:55:10.620 He's cut property taxes.
00:55:12.520 You know, he shipped up groups of illegal immigrants to Chicago and New York.
00:55:17.100 I mean, there are people all around who have the potential of being great.
00:55:21.700 So, Art, when you look at what's happening with the Federal Reserve, I mean, when you were
00:55:28.900 with Reagan, interest rates were 18 or 19 percent, if I remember right.
00:55:34.220 Yeah, 21 and a half percent when we took office on January 20th.
00:55:37.280 There you go.
00:55:38.180 21.
00:55:39.200 21 would.
00:55:40.360 You missed the half.
00:55:41.060 I know.
00:55:41.780 21 and a half.
00:55:42.440 You are that would kill everything in America today.
00:55:48.320 How how when you look at the Fed and they were saying, oh, this is transitory and now
00:55:53.220 it's not.
00:55:53.900 And you've got the banking crisis that's that's just underlying everything right now.
00:55:59.080 And they still raise the rates that should tell you they're freaking out now about inflation.
00:56:05.460 Is that true or not?
00:56:07.040 Well, I think there's a difference today than there was then.
00:56:09.880 And let me do the one today.
00:56:11.660 The Fed has made huge mistakes of keeping interest rates at zero percent for a long, long, long,
00:56:16.080 long, long, long time.
00:56:17.460 And banks have developed their portfolio strategies, all their actions based upon zero interest rates.
00:56:23.180 So now once they've made the mistake of thinking the world is zero interest and they've got
00:56:27.840 those portfolios, there is no way we can adjust back to market rates without having grave ramifications
00:56:34.360 in the banking system and other financial institutions as well.
00:56:37.880 So how do we how do we get out of the business of controlling interest rates, the better off
00:56:42.040 we'll be.
00:56:43.760 So that's the market should do that.
00:56:45.260 Not not some Jay Powell, who is the credentials are nothing like Volcker's or Greenspan or McChesney
00:56:51.780 Martins.
00:56:52.160 I mean, these people are not the competent gravitas people of the past.
00:56:56.580 You now have the central bank of Switzerland guaranteeing Credit Suisse.
00:57:04.080 Germany, central bank said, you know, if there's problems with Deutsche Bank.
00:57:09.220 And so everybody is doing this.
00:57:11.820 How do you reverse that?
00:57:14.100 Yeah, I know.
00:57:14.840 It's tough once you once you're in the suit.
00:57:16.680 It's like this is an example of if I remember correctly, you told me once that you were an
00:57:20.980 alcoholic and you got rid of it and, you know, it's going cold turkey.
00:57:26.560 You know, you got to stop drinking.
00:57:28.900 What is it when you have a state running monetary system, which it should not be there when you
00:57:33.120 have a state running every tax, every government spending?
00:57:35.880 Just stop already.
00:57:38.020 You know, two people standing there, Glenn.
00:57:40.100 One's been a lifelong smoker and the other one's never had a cigarette.
00:57:43.100 And you ask them both to not smoke for the next three months for the guy who's never had a cigarette.
00:57:48.520 That's fine.
00:57:49.060 Let's go.
00:57:49.560 I'm fine with that.
00:57:50.740 The guy who's the three pack a day smoker.
00:57:52.900 Oh, my God.
00:57:53.780 It's the end of the we have allowed ourselves to be addicted to socialist economic policies over the last 20 plus years.
00:58:00.920 And it's it's wreaking havoc on the U.S.
00:58:04.240 How do we get back to free markets?
00:58:06.580 And I know of only one way of getting back to free markets is doing it right now.
00:58:10.820 The Fed's balance sheet is almost nine trillion dollars.
00:58:14.640 I know.
00:58:15.260 I mean, we have a budget proposed of six point nine trillion dollars.
00:58:19.180 We have a national debt of one hundred and twenty five percent of GDP.
00:58:22.580 All of these things, Glenn, need to be stopped.
00:58:25.720 Now, how do you stop it?
00:58:28.000 You know, you stop it by going cold turkey.
00:58:29.660 You know, when we got in, we went a little cold turkey with you.
00:58:32.880 If you remember, 1981, 82, 83, it wasn't the prettiest period.
00:58:36.580 No, it wasn't.
00:58:37.080 Tell me how you like the story and the ending of that story.
00:58:39.600 I did.
00:58:39.940 Wasn't it beautiful?
00:58:40.780 Yeah.
00:58:41.180 OK, so, Art, hang on.
00:58:42.280 Can you hang on just for one minute?
00:58:43.780 I want to come back one minute with Art Laffer.
00:58:46.640 He's an economist who actually has experience of fixing these things.
00:58:50.840 And he's always optimistic, even when he tells you bad news.
00:58:55.440 All right.
00:58:55.780 Today is the last day for a special from Tuttle Twins.

01:00:21.360 Art Laffer is with us.
01:00:24.200 Art, what does a banking collapse that includes all of Europe's banks as well, what does that
01:00:36.840 look like when it happens?
01:00:41.240 I don't think America has ever seen that.
01:00:43.340 Maybe in the 1930s, but not a global collapse like this.
01:00:47.780 We saw it back in the 19th century.
01:00:49.760 We saw a number of them.
01:00:50.680 We did see in the 30s as well.
01:00:52.340 I mean, you know, the government of the U.S. confiscated all private holdings of gold in
01:00:58.100 March of 1933 at $20.67 an ounce.
01:01:02.440 Six months later, they raised the price of gold from $20.67 to $35.
01:01:08.200 It was the biggest wealth tax ever.
01:01:10.180 We devalued the dollar against the British pound, the German mark, the French franc.
01:01:15.360 We have seen really horrible things in our past.
01:01:18.620 And the nice thing about crises is that they're over quickly.
01:01:21.580 We had a crisis in 2007, 2008 when Obama came into office and the Democratic Congress there
01:01:28.040 and the tax increases and all that.
01:01:30.040 But we tried to save losers.
01:01:32.460 And when you try to save losers, you guarantee there are no winners.
01:01:36.120 And at the beginning of the world of 2008 is when the U.S. started in its long secular decline.
01:01:42.700 And it really did.
01:01:44.520 It was W. and Obama combined.
01:01:46.680 They're both ridiculous.
01:01:48.080 I mean, the Bobsey twins, I call them.
01:01:50.580 The ridiculous policies that started the long decline of America, which we are experiencing right now.
01:01:56.180 But prior to that, I mean, when we came into office, Glenn, when we came into office on January 20th, 1981,
01:02:03.140 we'd had a long decline in America.
01:02:05.560 Oh, yeah.
01:02:05.880 I mean, there was just a short, brief respite of sunshine with John F. Kennedy for, what, was it three years in office?
01:02:12.540 When we had the tax cuts and growth.
01:02:13.980 But before that, it was all horrible, Glenn.
01:02:17.180 I mean, since 1929, it had been horrible.
01:02:20.280 So we can reverse this.
01:02:22.220 And we just need someone to come in with the fortitude and vision of low-rate, broad-based flat taxes.
01:02:29.060 So I know that, I know after Woodrow Wilson, Silent Cow came in.
01:02:34.540 And he cut the size of the government.
01:02:36.440 And he cut the size of taxes.
01:02:38.440 He cut both of them in half.
01:02:39.900 And then I think half again a year or so later.
01:02:42.640 He did.
01:02:42.940 He did.
01:02:43.360 It was called the Roaring Twenties.
01:02:45.100 Hello?
01:02:45.580 We ran budget surpluses for 11 years straight.
01:02:50.300 Right.
01:02:50.780 11 years straight, Glenn.
01:02:52.100 That's crazy.
01:02:52.860 God, it was just amazing.
01:02:55.140 So how do you sell that?
01:02:59.900 I mean, it was easier to sell that around the turn of the century when people understood the federal government was not something that should be growing out of control.
01:03:09.160 These progressive ideas were all new ideas.
01:03:12.080 The selling of it is a funny animal.
01:03:14.360 And let me give you an example of sort of my philosophy on selling things.
01:03:18.620 is, you know, every election is a referendum on the incumbent.
01:03:23.960 You know, if the incumbent's great, why change the renter?
01:03:26.340 Keep competing.
01:03:27.360 Yeah.
01:03:27.380 You know, and what happened in 1980 is Jimmy Carter had failed miserably.
01:03:33.200 We had Johnson, Nixon, Ford, and Carter, those four studios I mentioned to you.
01:03:37.820 And Ronald Reagan was selected at that time as being better than the incumbent.
01:03:42.180 Right.
01:03:42.440 And came in and did change the policies.
01:03:44.720 The election of 1984, where we won 49 out of 50 states, that was an election pro-Reagan.
01:03:51.960 Then the election of 88 was pro-Reagan.
01:03:54.480 You know, I think you've got a very weak president right now.
01:03:57.440 I think people don't like him.
01:03:59.340 I don't think they relish his competence.
01:04:02.580 I don't think of him as a good leader.
01:04:04.400 They don't think of him as a good leader of the country.
01:04:06.320 So we have a real opportunity to take advantage of a rejection of an incumbent president,
01:04:12.280 rejection of an incumbent Congress, House, and Senate.
01:04:16.060 And I think we have a real chance of flipping the system.
01:04:19.340 Now all we need to do is get someone in there who understands pro-growth, free market, economics.
01:04:26.680 Laffer Associates.
01:04:27.600 But we will.
01:04:28.300 Laffer.
01:04:28.940 I think we will.
01:04:29.660 Laffer Associates, founder and chairman, Art Laffer.
01:04:33.160 Thank you, sir, for your friendship.
01:04:35.900 But more importantly, thank you for your optimism and your hard work that truly has saved the West for a long time.
01:04:43.520 Thank you.
01:04:44.440 Art Laffer.
01:04:44.600 The Glenn Beck Program.
01:04:46.760 Inflammation.
01:04:47.320 Even the word sounds unpleasant, doesn't it?
01:04:50.860 There are a lot of people in the world who suffer from frequent pain, and inflammation is usually the thing causing it.
01:04:58.540 Inside your body, joints can begin to swell.
01:05:01.340 And the next thing you know, you have pain radiating outward from their sources in the body, and you'll take aspirin for it or whatever.
01:05:09.740 You'll take ibuprofen, but it won't touch it.
01:05:11.780 I will tell you that I never take ibuprofen because it never has worked for me.
01:05:18.880 So when I found out Relief Factor, it reduces inflammation.
01:05:22.160 I'm like, oh, good.
01:05:23.420 So it's ibuprofen.
01:05:24.700 No, it's not.
01:05:25.880 It's not.
01:05:26.960 It attacks inflammation from four different ways.
01:05:31.020 There's four different ingredients in this.
01:05:33.080 So it attacks it in ways that ibuprofen can't attack it.
01:05:39.620 Three-week quick start.
01:05:41.100 Get your life back.

01:06:20.620 We were just talking about Art Laffer.
01:06:22.340 I've known Art for years, and he's just a dynamic guy.
01:06:26.100 Stu said to me, you know how old he is?
01:06:31.400 No.
01:06:32.960 Think about it.
01:06:33.660 Just think about it before I give the answer.
01:06:35.840 Judge him from that interview.
01:06:38.240 He was on top of everything.
01:06:39.640 He remembered all sorts of historical details.
01:06:41.420 He was describing the current situation.
01:06:43.080 He went into detail of names and figures and everything.
01:06:48.060 I mean, he's completely on the ball.
01:06:51.440 Smarter than every person you will talk to today.
01:06:53.960 And as on the ball as any person you'll talk to today.
01:06:57.900 That man you just heard is two years older than Joe Biden.
01:07:03.100 That's crazy.
01:07:04.420 That's incredible.
01:07:05.160 That is incredible.
01:07:06.060 It shows that the criticism of Biden on this front is not an age criticism.
01:07:10.480 It is a Joe Biden criticism.
01:07:12.860 By the way, let me remind you that David Sachs, an incredible interview with David Sachs, is the podcast.
01:07:22.100 It'll be out tomorrow.
01:07:23.100 It came out last night for Blaze TV subscribers.
01:07:26.460 You can stream it anytime.
01:07:28.040 It'll be out wherever you get your podcast and on YouTube tomorrow.
01:07:33.280 Don't miss it.
01:07:34.960 All right.
01:07:35.320 You know, I wanted to talk about good things today.
01:07:38.040 And we have the Missouri Attorney General on, Andrew Bailey, who is filling the shoes nicely of the Attorney General, who is now the senator from the great state of Missouri.
01:07:50.640 Andrew, welcome to the program.
01:07:53.880 Thank you so much for having me on.
01:07:55.520 You bet.
01:07:55.880 So I just wanted to go over some of the things that you're doing, because I wish more attorney generals, but no attorneys general would follow in your footsteps and a few of the other states.
01:08:11.640 And I know several states are banning together on certain cases.
01:08:19.880 But let's just go through some of the things you're doing.
01:08:21.960 You're St. Louis circuit attorney.
01:08:24.880 Is that a Soros person, Kim Gardner?
01:08:27.800 Yes.
01:08:28.280 That's a Soros-backed prosecutor that's been in office now for too long, is creating more victims instead of protecting victims.
01:08:35.860 And what are you doing about it?
01:08:37.180 Well, we've initiated a legal proceeding to remove her from office, to hold her accountable for her unlawful refusal to enforce the laws.
01:08:46.980 And so it's called a writ of quo warranto.
01:08:49.120 And we've initiated that proceeding.
01:08:50.800 And just this week, we filed an amended petition, 120 pages of additional facts that we've uncovered since we started this process.
01:08:57.920 And we're going to keep our foot on the gas pedal in order to store the rule of law and justice for victims in the city of St. Louis.
01:09:03.980 Like, what are some of the things that she has done?
01:09:06.780 Well, she's refused to prosecute cases.
01:09:09.040 So she charges cases, and then they languish on the docket sheets.
01:09:12.780 She never gathers evidence.
01:09:14.180 She never gets her witnesses together.
01:09:15.600 She never prepares for trial.
01:09:16.800 And so the court has to dismiss the cases because the defendants have a right to a trial.
01:09:20.420 She also refuses to inform and confer with victims, which is her constitutional statutory and, not the least of which, moral obligation.
01:09:29.240 And she also refuses to file new charges referred to her by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
01:09:34.520 So this is a continuous pattern of behavior.
01:09:37.520 It's an unlawful refusal to do her job, and it's time for her to go and the rule of law to prevail.
01:09:42.080 So in Missouri, in, I think, February, you launched an investigation into the Children's Hospital, the Transgender Center.
01:09:51.080 And to me, what's amazing about this is Jamie Reid, who worked at the Transgender Center, went to you and went public saying,
01:10:03.140 these doctors, these hospital employees, are lying to the parents of patients.
01:10:09.420 She said, on several occasions, doctors at the Transgender Center have continued prescribing medical transition,
01:10:16.720 even when a parent stated they were revoking consent.
01:10:19.980 What have you found on this so far?
01:10:21.580 Well, this issue is about protecting children for me.
01:10:24.760 And the allegations that the whistleblower has made and sworn testimony to my office goes even further than that.
01:10:31.720 And if even one-tenth of what she's saying is true, this is scary stuff.
01:10:35.640 And she, first of all, this is a person who identifies as a progressive who asked to work as a caseworker in a transgender clinic
01:10:43.320 because she believes in transgender rights.
01:10:45.200 And so if she's saying this is too far, we've got to take it seriously.
01:10:49.380 And so we marshaled state resources.
01:10:50.840 We're conducting a thorough investigation.
01:10:53.660 And some of the allegations include the very things you're saying.
01:10:56.940 There's not real informed consent.
01:10:58.440 They're not tracking.
01:10:59.960 They're not doing real psychological or psychiatric assessments prior to prescribing cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers and ultimately surgery.
01:11:06.980 They're recommending transition surgery for children under the age of 18.
01:11:10.860 And we know that some of these drugs have serious long-term and even permanent health consequences, brain swelling, loss of bone density, blindness.
01:11:20.100 These aren't FDA-approved.
01:11:21.480 These are experimental drugs.
01:11:23.460 And surgery is certainly irreversible.
01:11:25.240 And so we're not going to let left-wing woke quacks experiment on children in the state of Missouri.
01:11:30.520 We're taking every measure at our disposal to put an end to it.
01:11:33.880 Which includes the emergency regulation.
01:11:36.760 What is that?
01:11:38.500 Yeah, well, that's exactly right.
01:11:40.100 And so under our rulemaking authority in statute, we've promulgated an emergency rule in order to put some safeguards in place so that parents have informed consent,
01:11:49.460 so they understand that European nations that are far to the left of America culturally have abandoned these dangerous practices in favor of psychiatry and psychology
01:11:57.320 that require a psychological assessment prior to administration of drugs and recommendation of surgery and that require these clinics to actually obtain
01:12:06.680 and maintain parental consent if they're going to go down this dangerous road because it's about protecting children.
01:12:13.060 And at the end of the day, you know, what's frightening to me is that we had asked the clinic in St. Louis to institute a moratorium as we conducted our investigation
01:12:20.260 because they acknowledged that the allegations of whistleblower made were serious.
01:12:25.120 And yet the clinic refused a moratorium under the auspices that they're the only clinic that provides these kinds of procedures and treatments.
01:12:32.620 Well, we found through subsequent investigations that that's patently false.
01:12:36.600 There's a shadowy, clandestine network of these clinics across the state of Missouri that are experimenting on children, and it's dangerous.
01:12:43.780 So we've got to, we've got to do everything we can to put a stop to it.
01:12:47.540 Um, I was just at a, um, at a pro-life, uh, center, a pre-born center.
01:12:53.400 And, um, they told me that just a few days before I had gotten there, um, a young girl who had gone and gotten a, uh, the abortion pill, uh, walked in and had in a towel,
01:13:11.380 the body of her baby, and she was hysterical.
01:13:16.000 And she said, I, I didn't know what to do.
01:13:19.120 I didn't know where to go.
01:13:20.120 And she came there, um, and she had just been told, oh, it'll just be like a, you know, a heavy period.
01:13:26.180 It's not going to be a big deal.
01:13:27.580 This is traumatizing, um, young girls, mainly young girls.
01:13:33.740 And, uh, they are at, at times flushing what, you know, will look just like a child.
01:13:43.080 And then as if it's no big deal, they return to the scene every time they have to go to the bathroom at their house.
01:13:51.020 It is, I mean, the psychological damage alone, let alone the, um, the, the physical damage that can be done by these abortion pills.
01:14:01.500 You and 20 state AGs are going, uh, going through and saying you cannot send them through the mail.
01:14:10.340 What, where do we stand on this?
01:14:13.200 Well, we've got to stand up and fight to protect the health of women and children.
01:14:16.780 And I'm proud to be leading this effort and for Missouri to be a, a model state for these kinds of, uh, these kinds of safety measures.
01:14:23.380 And so, you know, president Biden, there's a statute on the books on the, in the federal code that prohibits a shipment of abortion pills through the mail.
01:14:31.240 And that's been on the books for a long time.
01:14:32.740 Well, despite the plain text of that statute, president Biden is trying to use unelected bureaucrats at the FDA to undermine the rule of law by, by allowing shipment of abortion pills through the mail.
01:14:43.840 And we know these are dangerous.
01:14:44.840 That's the policy position that our elected representatives have taken by prohibiting that kind of behavior.
01:14:50.220 And so we, we stood up and fought back and we, we told the pharmaceutical companies that we would hold them accountable to pharmacies that we would hold them accountable for violations of the law.
01:14:58.740 And we're winning that fight.
01:15:00.100 I'm happy to say that some of the major pharmacies across the United States are starting to back down and starting to read the actual law and realize that president Biden's unelected federal bureaucrats can't give them a pass.
01:15:11.940 Can't, can't give them a get out of jail free card to get around the plain text of the statutory prohibition on this kind of dangerous, dangerous behavior.
01:15:20.740 Um, you, I know you were working, um, you had a, uh, a state gun law, the, that was second amendment preservation act, uh, and a judge ruled it unconstitutional.
01:15:33.120 Where are you and the other states with some of these, um, protections for guns?
01:15:39.640 How, do you know, any update on the, um, uh, the, the confiscation or the, um, making of a felony?
01:15:49.600 Uh, if you had a, uh, a gun that, you know, had the extending, uh, stock brace, yeah, pistol brace.
01:15:59.680 Yeah, no, exactly.
01:16:00.840 So we, two issues there.
01:16:02.240 Number one, we have joined other states in filing suit to block the federal rule that would ban pistol braces.
01:16:08.960 That would overnight make hundreds of thousands of Missouri lawful, Missouri gun owners, uh, federal offenders.
01:16:15.580 And quite frankly, I don't have a lot of trust in president Biden's department of justice at this point.
01:16:20.320 So we're not going to allow that to happen.
01:16:22.120 We're going to stand up and protect Missouri and second amendment rights to keep and bear arms.
01:16:25.840 Hang on just a sec.
01:16:27.260 Any update on that?
01:16:28.400 Because the federal government has given everybody, I think 120 days and we're about halfway, uh, through that time now.
01:16:37.760 And we're still waiting for the court to, to stop this.
01:16:41.760 Are we going to know?
01:16:43.380 Yeah.
01:16:43.820 I mean, we've asked for an injunction.
01:16:45.100 Certainly we've, we have put on the evidence to, to demonstrate to the court, the urgency of the matter.
01:16:50.360 And, uh, we, we are confident that the court will do the right thing and, and enjoying, uh, enforcement of that rule to give us time to litigate the merits of that case.
01:16:58.720 And so I like where we are in that litigation.
01:17:00.240 And it's important to, for the state attorneys general to join together as the Vanguard in the fight against the rise of the unelected bureaucratic federal administrative state.
01:17:11.500 And I'm proud to be leading that effort on behalf of the state of Missouri.
01:17:14.460 That's great.
01:17:15.420 Um, you know, I was really nervous when Eric Schmidt said he was going to run for Senate.
01:17:19.380 And I said, Eric, you please tell me you have a great replacement.
01:17:23.400 He said, Oh, the guy coming up is just fantastic.
01:17:27.140 And, uh, it, it, it appears as though he was absolutely right about that.
01:17:31.040 Andrew Bailey, the Missouri attorney general.
01:17:33.640 Thank you so much for being on with me.
01:17:35.780 Hey, thank you, sir.
01:17:36.520 Really appreciate the opportunity.
01:17:37.700 You got it.
01:17:38.240 Bye-bye.
01:17:40.200 Um, Stu and I were there at the pre-born clinic, uh, when that nurse told us that story.
01:17:47.480 And I just cannot imagine the horror, uh, that everybody went through on that.
01:17:55.740 Anyway, pre-born is a remarkable, remarkable place.
01:18:00.800 And about 20% of all pregnancies in this country still end in abortion.
01:18:08.340 That that's staggering 20% ever since the overturning of Roe versus Wade.
01:18:14.500 Now you have the abortion pill.
01:18:16.520 Um, it is, I mean, it's, it's a bad situation.
01:18:20.320 A few years ago, I partnered with the ministry of pre-born and, uh, I wanted to help them rescue,
01:18:29.220 uh, babies from exactly the fate we're talking about.
01:18:33.540 They provide free ultrasounds to expecting moms.
01:18:37.600 Now this is better than a sign.
01:18:39.460 This is better than protesting this.
01:18:42.000 This saves babies and their moms together.
01:18:46.700 Just an ultrasound.
01:18:47.960 Um, it's $28 per ultrasound.
01:18:51.100 And you know, these women aren't asking for an ultrasound.
01:18:55.240 And so what the pre-born clinics do is they come in and they say, okay, well, let's see
01:18:58.880 what we're dealing with.
01:18:59.720 Let's see how far along you are.
01:19:01.560 They do an ultrasound for free because you or I or somebody else has paid for it.
01:19:07.340 If you could donate 28 bucks, if you could donate 28 bucks, um, uh, a month, you personally
01:19:16.040 would be responsible probably for about six babies being born.
01:19:21.400 That's amazing.
01:19:23.000 That's amazing.
01:19:24.260 $28 a month.
01:19:25.320 I think that's a good investment.
01:19:27.260 Six lives are saved.
01:19:29.660 Donate.
01:19:30.260 Now dial pound two 50, say the keyword baby.
01:19:34.000 That's pound two 50 keyword baby, or go to pre-born.com slash back.
01:19:39.760 That's pre-born.com slash back sponsored by pre-born.
01:19:44.480 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:19:46.400 There's a couple of things that, uh, we should, uh, check on here.
01:20:05.960 Here's Janet Yellen yesterday.
01:20:08.080 Cut one, uh, about Joe Biden's budget.
01:20:11.460 Isn't it a fact that the president's proposed budget proposes $4.7 trillion in new taxes?
01:20:21.320 It does, it does propose significant additional taxes.
01:20:26.680 Yes.
01:20:27.100 $4.7 trillion?
01:20:32.300 Something like that.
01:20:33.520 Yes.
01:20:34.780 Does she have a stroke or something?
01:20:36.420 What?
01:20:36.620 I mean, but seriously, I don't know.
01:20:38.680 That's something weird.
01:20:39.960 I mean, I can't, I don't know.
01:20:41.060 It's the strangest accent of any person.
01:20:42.860 So strange.
01:20:43.600 All of it.
01:20:44.280 But 4.7.
01:20:45.140 Just the 4.7.
01:20:45.780 And that's just what they're saying.
01:20:47.120 Yeah.
01:20:47.340 And it's $4.7 trillion in new taxes.
01:20:51.400 Um, by the way, only, only on the billionaires.
01:20:55.620 Oh, because they have, they have.
01:20:57.400 Every billionaire has a trillion dollars.
01:20:59.100 That's how that works.
01:20:59.780 Not going to touch you.
01:21:02.060 Um, here is the TikTok CEO admitting that, uh, yeah, the Chinese Communist Party can manipulate
01:21:12.000 things.
01:21:12.960 Do you disagree with FBI Director Wray and NSA Director Nekasone when they said that the CCP
01:21:18.880 could have the capability to manipulate data and send it to the United States?
01:21:24.040 Do you disagree with their statement?
01:21:25.780 Their statement says could.
01:21:27.960 So do you disagree with that?
01:21:29.400 No, I don't disagree with them.
01:21:31.260 Okay.
01:21:31.480 So it is possible that the CCP under the auspices of ByteDance, which is your parent company,
01:21:38.480 which you get paid from, has the ability to manipulate content that is being shared with
01:21:43.440 130 million Americans.
01:21:45.420 Yes?
01:21:45.780 Congressman, I want to just want to make sure I'm understanding all these questions.
01:21:48.800 I don't disagree with them that there are data risks in general.
01:21:51.260 That's what I meant.
01:21:51.900 There's a big data risk.
01:21:52.900 But on us specifically.
01:21:53.940 Are there engineers located inside mainland China that work on TikTok?
01:21:57.980 Not Doijian, but TikTok.
01:22:00.240 We are not the only company that has that.
01:22:02.060 Are there engineers inside mainland China currently working on the algorithm for TikTok?
01:22:07.400 Congressman, like I said, there are other companies that, as I told you in your office,
01:22:11.620 there are other companies that-
01:22:11.840 By the way, I'm going to reclaim my time.
01:22:13.840 Please rename your project.
01:22:15.940 Texas is not the appropriate name.
01:22:17.680 We stand for freedom and transparency, and we don't want your project.
01:22:20.900 It didn't go well.
01:22:24.060 I don't understand.
01:22:24.740 Like, we caught them.
01:22:27.040 I know.
01:22:27.400 This is not like a question.
01:22:29.080 We caught them.
01:22:30.080 They're engineers.
01:22:31.920 People who work for these companies.
01:22:34.220 We're talking about it in China.
01:22:35.840 We got those messages leaked.
01:22:37.600 I watched his testimony-
01:22:38.660 And I fired them later.
01:22:39.420 Watched his testimony yesterday, and then the powers of be come down the stairs, and he's
01:22:46.740 like, would you like to do the honors?
01:22:48.620 And so there's a video of me that was released yesterday permanently deleting TikTok from Blaze.
01:22:56.120 Wow.
01:22:56.620 We are no longer a part of TikTok.
01:22:59.840 Good.
01:23:00.360 We were actually doing well on TikTok, too.
01:23:03.360 No.
01:23:04.240 No.
01:23:04.860 And I'm glad.
01:23:05.940 No.
01:23:06.380 And I'm glad.
01:23:07.020 So there's a TikTok challenge to end all TikTok challenges.
01:23:14.100 Permanently delete TikTok.
01:23:16.400 But what about, where will we find idiots lip syncing to things?
01:23:19.620 Oh, you'll find that everywhere.
01:23:20.800 Okay.
01:23:21.140 You'll find that.
01:23:21.680 People will go to Reels, or they'll go somewhere else.
01:23:23.600 We'll all get-
01:23:24.200 Delete TikTok.
01:23:25.800 It is really dangerous.
01:23:27.680 The Glenn Beck Program.
01:23:37.020 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment.
01:24:07.000 Enlightenment and enlightenment.
01:24:10.920 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:24:13.340 Hello, America.
01:24:17.280 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
01:24:18.900 We've got quite an hour to wrap up the week.
01:24:22.820 Bill O'Reilly joins us in just a second.
01:24:25.060 I was talking to him on the phone yesterday, and he's just had dinner with Donald Trump.
01:24:30.260 And so the indictment, he has some really good perspective on this.
01:24:35.740 Also, I want to talk to him a little bit about what's happening at Fox News.
01:24:42.080 Fox News is in real trouble, gang.
01:24:45.160 Real trouble.
01:24:47.100 And there's nobody better to talk about it than with Bill O'Reilly.
01:24:53.360 Well, I mean, there's probably 10 or 12 other people that I could talk to that would be a little better.
01:24:58.980 But I got Bill O'Reilly.
01:25:00.440 Okay.
01:25:00.960 So Bill O'Reilly joins me in 60 seconds.
01:25:04.760 I am proud of the fact that when I put meat on the table for my family, I know it comes from an American rancher.
01:25:12.780 Partly because I'm an American rancher.
01:25:15.540 I'm an American rancher, and I take one of our cows every year.
01:25:21.500 However, I still need to supplement a bit.
01:25:24.760 I do like my meat, and my wife likes chicken.
01:25:28.840 And Good Ranchers has meat and chicken.
01:25:30.960 Now, this is really top-shelf meat.
01:25:35.420 It is all sourced from here in America on local ranchers and the chickens from local farms.
01:25:43.020 It is really good.
01:25:44.840 Yes, it's steak night at my house tonight.
01:25:48.120 Mm-hmm.
01:25:48.960 Mm-hmm.
01:25:49.980 100% American meat delivered.
01:25:53.560 Really good top-shelf stuff at a price that is really reasonable.
01:25:59.320 And the best thing is, at inflation, they say beef is going to go up another 15% before the end of the year.
01:26:07.980 You lock in your price right now.
01:26:10.400 They have a price lock guarantee.
01:26:12.820 That's fantastic.
01:26:13.760 You will be paying the least amount for your meat in about six months than anybody else you know.
01:26:21.580 Goodranchers.com.
01:26:23.320 Goodranchers.com.
01:26:24.620 Go there now.
01:26:25.440 You also have the incentive, while it lasts, free bacon for a year.
01:26:29.940 24 ounces of Applewood smoked bacon added to each box for a year for free.
01:26:36.200 100% high-quality bacon sourced right from the farm.
01:26:40.320 $200 worth of it over the course of a year.
01:26:43.300 Just use the promo code BECK.
01:26:45.460 Use the promo code BECK.
01:26:46.880 Goodranchers.com.
01:26:49.840 Mr. Bill O'Reilly, how are you, sir?
01:26:52.140 You know, I'm the same, Beck, and I always use that line that it's tragic for everyone.
01:26:58.060 You know, the graph doesn't change here at the O'Reilly Mansion.
01:27:01.720 Yeah, yeah, it doesn't.
01:27:03.560 So, Bill, let's start with, I want to start first, I guess, with Fox, because there's a story out today that Tucker Carlson is being told, at least by an attorney,
01:27:21.440 that you've got to apologize for what you've said, you have to apologize to Ray Epps, and Ray Epps has an attorney, and that attorney used to work for Perkins Coy,
01:27:38.820 and then the attorney went to work for David Brock at, what is it, Truth Squad USA or something like that, which is his SWAT team for Truth.
01:27:49.760 This is a Clinton leftist operative, somehow or another, finding poor Ray Epps and representing Ray Epps, so he gets a fair shake.
01:28:04.300 Well, the story is interesting because this is the beginning of the assault in the court system against Fox.
01:28:15.640 And it happened six years ago, and now it's happening all over again for different reasons, so you're going to see more of this.
01:28:24.240 I don't think, though, I would be surprised if any Fox News attorney was telling Carlson to apologize to Ray Epps.
01:28:34.140 No, no, no, I'm saying that Ray Epps' attorney is telling him.
01:28:38.800 Oh, yeah, all right, okay, fine.
01:28:39.960 And what they're threatening is, we're going to sue you.
01:28:42.880 Yeah, and don't be surprised if they do, because the greasy attorneys, and I'm using that plural now in a general form,
01:28:51.600 they do this for free, and they're paid by other entities.
01:28:56.720 So when I had to defend myself, I knew that there were big boys behind these accusations, for example, Color of Change, which is a George Soros-funded organization.
01:29:13.500 Right. They came after me, too.
01:29:14.900 Yeah. So that's the game here. And, of course, the corporate media will never report on that.
01:29:21.800 Van Jones on CBS started Color of Change, so you're not going to get anything there.
01:29:27.380 But does it kill you that you're looking at Ray Epps, who is on tape in a MAGA hat, clearly inciting the crowd,
01:29:37.500 and an attorney that worked at Hillary Clinton's, you know, law firm that gave us the dossier on Trump,
01:29:48.920 and then goes over to another Hillary Clinton, George Soros friend, Facts First USA, and David Brock,
01:29:57.080 and that guy is representing the MAGA hat guy? Come on.
01:30:01.340 Yeah, I mean, sure.
01:30:02.520 Come on.
01:30:03.080 Yeah. You know, and I give you credit, Beck, and you know that makes...
01:30:07.680 It hurts.
01:30:08.620 ...pains me.
01:30:09.380 Yes.
01:30:09.840 Because you've put it together. You understand what this is. So the Fox News haters see an opportunity
01:30:19.900 to destroy that business once and for all. And if you look at the rules of radical, okay,
01:30:29.440 rules for radicals, it's keep the pressure on, keep the pressure on, keep the pressure on.
01:30:36.260 And Ray Epps, I don't know who Ray Epps is. I know what he did, but I don't know him.
01:30:42.540 You know, they're telling him, look, if you cooperate with us, we'll do this for you, whatever it may be.
01:30:50.140 So the Ray goes, oh, yeah, okay. And you're going to see more and more and more and more of this,
01:30:58.100 hoping that Fox News collapses, because they do have a major problem with the Dominion lawsuits.
01:31:06.540 So let me ask you, before we get into Dominion, let me ask you, on the Ray Epps thing,
01:31:10.140 isn't it a broadcaster's right to take somebody who has been thrust into the public because of what
01:31:19.500 they were doing and take the videotape of him inciting, then take the fact that he was one of
01:31:26.240 the top five most wanted, and then he was taken off. Nobody in the Justice Department will comment
01:31:32.680 on it. Is it really something you can sue over by saying, you know, this looks really bad? I mean,
01:31:40.520 this looks like the guy you're looking for inciting. What is he, an FBI agent? What's the deal with Ray
01:31:47.380 Epps? How is that suable? I don't know what Carlson said. Quote, do you know what he said? I don't.
01:31:55.160 Okay, so we don't know what he said about Mr. Epps. I did look into him for the no spin news
01:32:02.460 on BillOReilly.com because obviously, I mean, this is the guy who was inciting the crowd, as you
01:32:07.600 reported accurately. And what I found out was that they didn't indict him, the Justice Department,
01:32:14.640 because he didn't break into the Capitol. He did not go into the building. And so that he escaped
01:32:24.060 indictment because 100% of the indictments were either you were in the building physically or
01:32:32.320 or on the internet, you were involved in some kind of conspiracy. So him actually inciting to get
01:32:44.040 people to go in. No, because that comes under freedom of speech. Wow. Inciting? And it does.
01:32:49.880 Inciting? Well, look, he's going to say that he wanted to let his protest be known. That's going to
01:32:59.480 be his defense. And the Justice Department, it's a civil beef, by the way. To them, and I'm not saying
01:33:08.060 they made the right decision. I mean, but I don't, I don't, you know, I'd have to look at exactly what
01:33:13.780 the timeline is for him. I mean, certainly, it's worthy to comment on. I have, you have. Yeah. Okay.
01:33:21.120 Um, but if you accuse, directly accuse Epps of a crime, then Epps can sue you. He can sue
01:33:31.420 you anyway, but it'll probably get thrown out in summary judgment. Yeah. So it just depends on
01:33:35.920 how Carlson framed it. All right. Let me go now to the Dominion case, because how is this going to end?
01:33:44.840 Well, no one knows. Six years ago, I left Fox News. So this is karma to me. I'm sorry, but it is.
01:33:54.180 And then, you know, six years, almost to the day, the trial for Dominion begins in Delaware. Now,
01:34:02.840 I think that trial is going to be postponed. Find something to postpone it. You know how that goes
01:34:09.540 in civil court. Um, but Dominion has a case. And today, Bill Barr, the former attorney general
01:34:19.100 came out and said, well, it's a weak case. I don't think it's a weak case. I think it could go either
01:34:25.580 way because you do as a, as a press person and you and I have made our living, um, being, you know,
01:34:33.620 in the media since the war of 1812. So we've, we've been around for a while. We do have wide
01:34:40.600 latitude to comment on public affairs. We do. The problem is, and the mistake is so stupid
01:34:48.680 is that a lot of times Fox news would bring on people like Giuliani and Sidney Powell and these
01:34:57.580 people who would spout this, uh, what they believed happened, which they have a right to do.
01:35:04.080 All right. They can say, I think that the election was fraudulent, that that's protected opinion. You
01:35:09.640 can do that. Right. But then there was no other side to the story presented. Yeah. We had Sidney
01:35:17.600 Powell on, uh, exactly one time, uh, and she made all these charges. And I said, do you have evidence
01:35:23.620 of it? She said, well, we're going to release it. And I said, well, then you're welcome back here
01:35:27.960 when you release it, you know, but I never use them. Um, because I, you know, in our, um, in,
01:35:36.240 in our, um, research, yeah, there was nothing. They didn't have anything, nothing filed. So,
01:35:43.500 but that was the point of, that was the point of our interview. She said, we have this, we have this,
01:35:48.520 we have this. And I said, then why haven't you presented it? Where, when are you presenting that? I mean,
01:35:53.380 that's what experienced broadcasters do, but all Fox had to do is what I did every night on the
01:35:59.740 factor. And what you did when you work for Fox is you bring in an opposing point of view. That's
01:36:05.880 all you had to do. And then they wouldn't be in this horrendous situation. There are two things
01:36:12.240 here. They may have to pay hundreds of millions of dollars, which will gut the company. They're
01:36:18.880 already laying off and are already cutting sours at Fox news already underway. Okay. And if those
01:36:25.260 primetime talent have to go into a courtroom where there's going to be cameras and they get
01:36:32.380 eviscerated, you, you know, it's going to happen. Okay. And that includes Rupert Murdoch. So this is
01:36:38.740 insane, right? Insane. There's no win here for Fox. Even if they win, they don't win. But all you had
01:36:46.020 to do was, okay, here's Sidney Powell. But here's somebody who doesn't think that happened. And then
01:36:53.240 you're, then you're free. You don't have any liability. I mean, Rupert Murdoch, I don't know,
01:36:58.880 maybe living up in a space station at this point, or, you know, in an iron lung. I don't know if he's
01:37:05.360 an audio animatronic at this point, because he's, he's fairly old and has kind of, you know,
01:37:11.980 let the kids take Fox. And my understanding, Bill, you might know better than me. They don't
01:37:18.260 really like Fox all that much. I mean, this is a, this is a possible knockout if they really
01:37:27.400 take it apart financially. Well, the good news for Fox, I did a poll on billoreilly.com and the
01:37:35.460 other polls reflect this is that the hardcore Fox news viewer, which is a very conservative
01:37:42.640 individual over the age of 65, doesn't care. So they'll keep their audience. Their audience
01:37:52.400 isn't going to abandon FNC. The second thing is FNC's talent, the people they have on the air
01:37:59.720 are so much better than CNN and MSNBC. They're not going to lose any viewers to those networks.
01:38:08.240 So viewer wise, they're okay. But in the court of public opinion, all the discretionary people
01:38:17.600 that used to watch you at five o'clock and me at eight o'clock, all of those people that weren't
01:38:23.580 ideological, that were just looking for information and robust debate, they're gone.
01:38:29.720 Hmm. Bill, the younger viewers are gone as well. Bill, isn't one of the strange things about this
01:38:34.340 and looking at the texts and stuff that have come out is that Fox really seemed to panic over losing
01:38:40.640 some viewers to Newsmax. Um, and you know, as you point out, like they're so much better than,
01:38:47.260 than, uh, their hosts are so much better than MSNBC and CNN. They're not going to flee there.
01:38:51.160 They did flee for a couple of months in that time, at least some of them. And the panic seems to
01:38:56.580 have really moved their coverage. Of course, because all about money for them now. So when I,
01:39:04.040 uh, went on the air and told my audience and, and Bill O'Reilly.com is a subscription service.
01:39:10.420 So you pay, not a lot. And we give you discounts on my books and everything else, but you pay to hear
01:39:17.920 and see me every day. Well, I went on the air and I said, this election fraud charge isn't going
01:39:25.080 anywhere, nowhere. I lost a thousand viewers in 24 hours, a thousand subscribers. Boom, vanished.
01:39:36.200 Okay. And that was a revenue hit, obviously, but my business model is simple. I always tell the truth
01:39:48.180 based on facts as I see it. Yeah. Fox does not do that now. That's a money machine now.
01:39:58.240 All right. Hang on, Bill. I got to take a quick break and then we're going to come back and talk
01:40:01.860 about Donald Trump and what's the plan there is. Uh, first, let me talk about gold line. We move
01:40:07.000 every day, just a little bit closer to a collapse of the banking system as we know it in this country.
01:40:12.580 I mean, Art Laffer was shockingly, um, realistic on what's coming our way. Uh, it will, it will be bad
01:40:22.160 and it will mean a centralization of our currency and, um, and, and, and a loss, a great amount of loss
01:40:31.300 all across the board. I am urging you to call gold line and talk to them about gold or silver.
01:40:39.940 Maybe you think you can't afford gold. Okay. But you can silver and silver. I mean, if,
01:40:45.320 if things really go to hell in a handbasket, silver is like 20 bucks now, and, uh, you can
01:40:51.200 get the silver and that you could trade with. I mean, unless you have a small, small fractional
01:40:56.620 coin of gold, you're not going to be trading with anything like that, but it's a great storehouse
01:41:02.760 of wealth that is protected against inflation. It's goldline.com. I want you to call them now,
01:41:09.680 get all the information. I urge you to do this. 866 gold line, 866 gold line or goldline.com.
01:41:16.840 10 second station ID. So what is the, what's the story? I read this ridiculous article. We just went
01:41:33.580 over it, um, with, uh, the New York times on the New York attorney and George Soros, their defense of
01:41:39.740 Soros. Um, what is, what's happening with this? Is this a vendetta? Is this, is it going to happen?
01:41:48.680 I don't know whether it's going to happen, but it's a fiasco word of the day. Um, it's embarrassing.
01:41:56.300 Um, Alvin Bragg, the DA of Manhattan has been in office for 15 months and almost a hundred assistant
01:42:04.980 DAs have quit. Every single New York city police officer hates his guts, Bragg's guts. Okay. Crime
01:42:16.800 in New York rising on every level, except for murders. Murders are down a little this year.
01:42:22.700 This man is an incompetent and he's a political player. Soros organization has donated more than
01:42:31.840 one million dollars through various political action committees to help Alvin Bragg.
01:42:39.980 So are we doing the math here? No, not the New York times are not doing it for a local DA, right?
01:42:49.040 Okay. This is unheard of. So look, I'm not going to be irresponsible and speculate. I'm going to tell
01:42:57.420 you, in my opinion, there is no case in my opinion. And we had Brett Tallman on a former
01:43:04.060 U S attorney on the nose of the news last week, this week, I should say, it'll never see a courtroom.
01:43:10.080 It'll get thrown out. And if it doesn't in the state of New York, which is, you know,
01:43:15.440 not exactly the most honest state in the union, it'll go to the Supreme court and they'll throw it
01:43:19.580 out. Yeah. So this is a political prosecution and this should never happen in the United States
01:43:29.520 of America. And on the other thing, and I just, I'm sorry to bloviate, but on the document thing
01:43:36.400 in Ma-a-Lago where Trump's attorney is now testifying today, this, they're desperately trying
01:43:43.840 to find a crime here. There's no crime right now. And they, and that's not how investigations
01:43:50.680 go. It's not a crime is committed. And then you investigate Stalin used to say, show me the man
01:43:56.920 and I'll find the crime. That's what we have now. That's right. And, and so look, uh, I'm not
01:44:05.340 sticking up for Trump because I like Trump, but the rule of law and equal justice for all
01:44:13.840 in this country is collapsing before our eyes and people should understand that you watching
01:44:18.440 what's happening, uh, with, uh, uh, with the Biden's while we're out of time. Can you hang
01:44:23.760 on for just a minute? Sure. For you, anything, Bill O'Reilly, we'll continue with him in just
01:44:29.700 a second. By the way, uh, in case you don't know, um, we, we retaliated and an Iranian drone
01:44:37.540 killed some Americans in Syria and, uh, we retaliated and sent some missiles over. We'll
01:44:43.740 see what that means. Uh, and we'll watch over the weekend more in just a second with
01:44:50.660 Mr. Bill O'Reilly.
01:45:00.840 The Glenn Beck program.
01:45:03.720 Well, Mike Belindel is always full of surprises, uh, to say the least. Um, he thought, you know,
01:45:09.360 his pillows were popular, but then he did my slippers and now they outsell the pillows.
01:45:17.240 What? That's crazy, but they are great slippers. They're incredibly comfortable. You can wear

01:46:34.400 This is amazing. Um, the corruption is just startling to me. It is so clear and so obvious
01:46:44.920 and no one, uh, is really talking about it. It's just all about politics. Uh, Bill O'Reilly joins us,
01:46:51.960 Bill, the, the U S attorney nominee, uh, that Joe Biden just put up is, um, is a guy who was in the
01:47:02.720 district of Pennsylvania. And while the Delaware's U S attorney's office, uh, was, uh, investigating,
01:47:11.760 um, this healthcare company, um, he was the guy who was, was working on that case. Well,
01:47:20.320 that case and the defrauding of the healthcare company, the guy who was accused of defrauding
01:47:25.720 it is Jim Biden. And, uh, he had been interviewed by this, by this lawyer several times. Now,
01:47:35.540 the last person that he nominated was, uh, let's see, uh, Chung, Cindy Chung. She was confirmed to
01:47:43.720 the third circuit court of appeals. Uh, Chung whom president Biden had nominated for the federal
01:47:49.120 appellate court had been overseeing the criminal investigation into the bankrupt healthcare business
01:47:54.700 AmeriCorps, a business. Jim Biden allegedly siphoned hundreds of thousands of dollars from,
01:47:59.940 uh, to finance repairs for his beach house. I mean, what is going on there? Two attorneys.
01:48:08.000 Well, we need, we need Elliot Ness, um, to come on in, don't we? Boy, we do. You know, look,
01:48:15.520 I don't think at this point for people listening to the Glenn Beck radio program, and you've got my,
01:48:21.320 uh, Corgi all upset now. I'm sorry. You know, we all know about Jim Biden. Okay. Holly apparently
01:48:29.660 did not know about Jim. Yeah. It's a shock when you hear it. Yeah. And so she's really upset.
01:48:34.920 But anyway, does anybody, and I'm asking this seriously, not think the Biden administration
01:48:42.480 is corrupt at this point in history? Is there anybody who doesn't think so besides Joy Bayar?
01:48:49.120 I mean, it, it's so, and, but then the frustration comes back and then people write to you, they write
01:48:56.780 to me, well, what can we do about it? And the answer is nothing because 80 million Americans voted for
01:49:05.960 Joe Biden. And you know, you get what you pay for when you go to the store and you get who you vote
01:49:15.340 for. So my Congressman is George Santos. I voted for George Santos. Right. I mean, I didn't know,
01:49:26.840 I, you know, how many people research Congress people's background. Right. I never met him,
01:49:34.700 but he's my Congressman and I voted for him because the guy he ran against was a far left loon,
01:49:40.860 right. Okay. So I got, you know, I really don't want a far left loon representing me. Right. So I
01:49:48.900 vote for George Santos, who turns out to be Dracula. I mean, so what can I do about it? I, I can mock
01:49:58.460 him on the radio and television, which I do, but votes are votes. So yesterday, a people comes out,
01:50:07.400 Joe Biden's approval rating is at 38%. Now, I don't know anybody among those 38. Do you know
01:50:16.320 anybody who? I don't. Okay. I know people who hate Trump still hate him and still won't repudiate
01:50:22.860 their Biden vote because they hate Trump so much. Correct. I know people like that. I do,
01:50:28.380 but I don't know anyone who goes, I want that Joe Biden to run again. I'm doing them a little
01:50:33.840 Muhammad Ali. Oh, Joe Biden to run again. Okay. He's the greatest. Right. Uh, you know, so we all
01:50:41.980 know the country knows, but here's the key question. Will the country learn? And I'm sorry, but I don't
01:50:50.580 think so. We're just too poisoned with ideology, too emotional. Now we don't step back and really
01:50:58.340 understand that you have to vote competency. You know, when I had my supper with, uh, with Trump
01:51:05.140 last week, last Tuesday, um, number one, he paid for supper and, and, and it was good at Ma'a Lago.
01:51:12.300 There's good food there. Okay. May I, may I ask, are, are you a hobbit? What, what is the difference
01:51:16.680 between dinner and supper? Supper is for working class people. Okay. All right. Okay. Dinner is for
01:51:23.680 Ma'a Lago. Okay. All right. Okay. Ma'a Lago. Anyway, um, two hours, it was just Trump and me
01:51:31.900 out on a little patio, you know, and all that. And I went over there. Some of us on the record,
01:51:38.320 some of us off the record, but I went over some on some questions that I needed to know about how
01:51:45.620 he did what he did. That was what the O'Reilly Trump history tour was all about. Okay. And now we
01:51:50.780 got an update with Putin and she, and the cartels. Look, you may hate Donald Trump with, you know,
01:51:59.380 a passion, but he has a grasp of the issues. That's the bottom line. He understands the dynamic.
01:52:12.600 He understands economics. He understands foreign affairs. He knows who the players are. And he
01:52:18.860 governed, in my opinion, in a responsible manner. Now, once he starts on the road to, uh, you know,
01:52:26.340 ranking out, remember ranking out when you were a kid, I'm going to rank you out by insulting you.
01:52:31.840 Then it all just goes crazy. But by just as an administrator and trying to get the country in a
01:52:41.040 strong position, Trump succeeded, but you'll never get that from the corporate media or the people who
01:52:48.320 hate him. So if he, I mean, he's, you know, running again, if he gets the nomination. And he probably
01:52:55.860 will. Yeah, I think so too. This all will help him. Yes. All of this crazy stuff will help him. He's not a
01:53:02.140 person anymore. He's a, he's a symbol. I really, I mean, he's a symbol of, I want to fight back.
01:53:09.480 Uh, you know, he's, he's, he's, he's almost been adopted as people's, uh, proxy in some way.
01:53:19.340 Every time he's hit, they feel the hit that they've taken. And so very good, very, very, very good. So
01:53:28.060 it's a transferal of emotion. Yes. So Trump is going to be in Texas tomorrow. Uh, he's given a speech
01:53:36.480 in Texas and I can guarantee you that there will be so much emotion in that speech, not on the part
01:53:47.220 of Trump. And you know what he's going to do. I mean, just today he called Alvin Bragg, a demented
01:53:54.040 psychopath or something like, you know, his usual, very casual way. Um, so, you know, Trump will give
01:54:02.580 the red meat speech, but if you look at the crowd that goes there tomorrow in Texas to see him,
01:54:09.080 they have emotion invested in the man. Yes. Yes, they do. So let me ask you two things.
01:54:18.860 One, if he gets the nomination, do you think he can gain anyone who wasn't on his side last time?
01:54:27.000 Um, yes, because it's the grocery store vote. Okay. So the independents who don't necessarily
01:54:36.040 hate him, but are not approving of his demeanor, they got to go to the grocery store.
01:54:45.740 Okay. And this is getting worse and worse and worse. So he'll get a portion of those votes.
01:54:54.480 And then depending on who he picks as vice president, and I hope it's DeSantis, even though
01:55:02.180 now they're slinging mud at each other again. And I did talk to him about that. And I told him flat
01:55:07.740 out, I was cutting my Dover soul. I looked up and I said, you want to get back in that overall office?
01:55:14.340 You got to put DeSantis on the two. He's got to move up to Georgia, rent a little condo,
01:55:19.860 and you guys have got to run together. He did not push back on that back.
01:55:27.100 That would be a way to get the ticket through.
01:55:32.780 That's right. If he wants to be president, that's your best shot. Okay. You put Carrie Lake on the
01:55:40.180 second, you'll lose.
01:55:41.900 Yeah. You think he knows that?
01:55:44.000 I'm not sure. Because he goes in and out. When he's with me, the reality zone descends.
01:55:52.140 But at one in the morning, I'm not sure the reality zone is there.
01:55:57.120 Wow. And is there anything that is bad enough to open this lead up?
01:56:09.840 Yes. Yes. If the recession kicks in, you've already seen Amazon and Apple and Meta and all
01:56:17.000 these people laying people off. Big, big time layoffs. And you're going to see that, unfortunately,
01:56:22.920 and I say that sincerely, at Fox. You're going to see layoffs now. And that can lead to a recession.
01:56:34.500 So this time next year, and we'll have four or five primaries already under our belt. It's coming
01:56:40.600 up fast. If the country goes into recession, there's even more pain at the grocery store
01:56:45.860 than Trump gains.
01:56:48.980 Mr. Bill O'Reilly, thank you very much. We'll talk to you again.
01:56:52.660 Okay, Beck. Thanks for having me. And I want you to join you and Stu,
01:56:56.140 Team Normal on BillOReilly.com. I'm sending you gear this week.
01:57:00.340 Oh, nice. And you'll have it. And Team Normal is what we're doing right now.
01:57:05.800 Okay. And I guess as part of BillOReilly.com, you're getting these insights of private meetings
01:57:10.760 with Donald Trump all the time. I mean, this is incredible.
01:57:13.960 Yeah. And you're a genius, Stu. I just want you to let me know.
01:57:16.680 Thank you.
01:57:18.300 Thanks a lot, Bill. Bill O'Reilly from BillOReilly.com. Back in just a second.
01:57:23.780 Rachel lives in New Jersey. She writes in about her dog's experience with Rough Green. She said,
01:57:28.640 my 10-year-old golden doodle maverick loves Rough Greens. I started using it when I heard your ad on
01:57:35.220 the radio and I was unsure if he'd eat it since he's usually a picky eater. But I followed the
01:57:41.860 instructions. I started with half the recommended amount and gradually adding more until I got to
01:57:45.960 the full amount. And he loves it. His coat is shinier. He has a lot more pep in his step. Thank you
01:57:53.040 so much. I thank you, Rachel, for writing in. That is exactly the case that I had with Uno. He was
01:58:00.960 such a picky eater. He was a pain in the... And we started putting Rough Greens on his food and he
01:58:07.400 loved it. That was the win for us, just getting him to eat. Now, we see the difference in him as
01:58:14.540 well. And it just kept coming month after month after month. Rough Greens.com slash Beck. Make
01:58:20.500 sure your dog likes to eat it. They don't want you out or anything if your dog doesn't like it. So
01:58:24.340 they're going to send you a first trial bag free. And then if your dog eats it, you'll get the second
01:58:29.980 bag and the third bag. And it's amazing what it's done to Uno. Rough Greens.com slash Beck.
01:58:36.460 R-U-F-F-Greens.com slash Beck. Or call 833-GLEN-33. This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:58:43.540 Jeez. Uh, this weekend, the Glenn Beck Podcast, uh, I have, uh, David Sachs. He is the founding COO of
01:59:10.380 PayPal, a venture capitalist. He was one of the angel investors in Facebook and Airbnb. I don't
01:59:19.000 think he has to worry about, uh, money unless it's in a bank. Uh, and, uh, this podcast is all about
01:59:26.120 that. He breaks down the biggest questions being asked. Who owns our money? Is it you? Is it the
01:59:32.420 bank? How does this all work? Federal Reserve controlled CBDCs. Is that the end game? I ask him
01:59:39.580 point blank. Who's to blame for the collapse? How is life going to change? We also discussed, uh, AI,
01:59:47.380 his friendship with Elon Musk, which was fascinating. Um, and, uh, as he said, Biden's reliable
01:59:55.200 incompetence, um, we'll, uh, we'll, Oh, and you have to hear what he says about the Nord Stream
02:00:01.820 pipeline. Wow. This is a podcast you don't want to miss. It'll come out tomorrow, wherever you get
02:00:09.220 your podcast. You'll also see it on YouTube, but it's available now on blaze TV. It is a great podcast
02:00:15.860 with David Sachs. Um, he is now one of the cohosts for the all in podcast who, I mean, it's just a
02:00:22.800 great, I listened to it all the time. Great guys. Great, great, great guys. Um, and very,
02:00:27.780 very smart, may not agree with them always, but, uh, very, very smart. Uh, you'll see it on blaze
02:00:32.920 tv.com slash Glenn. It'll be available tomorrow, YouTube and wherever you get your podcasts. By the
02:00:40.100 way, it is, um, yesterday was the anniversary of the give me Liberty or give me death, uh, speech.
02:00:49.440 And when's the last time you read that?
02:00:51.780 Uh, gosh, a long time ago. High school, maybe. Right. Yeah. Listen to this. This is no time for
02:00:58.740 ceremony. The question before us is one of awful moment to this country for my own part. I consider
02:01:05.100 it as nothing less than a question of freedom or slavery and in proportion to the magnitude of the
02:01:10.760 subject ought to be the freedom of the debate. Wow. Listen to this. It is only in this way that we
02:01:18.160 can hope to arrive at truth and fulfill the great responsibility, which we hold to God in our
02:01:24.200 country. Should I keep my opinion back at such a time through fear of giving some sort of offense?
02:01:30.340 Should I consider myself, uh, if I did, I should consider myself as guilty of treason towards my
02:01:37.220 country, an act of disloyalty towards the majesty of heaven, which I rever, uh, revere above all earthly
02:01:44.320 kings. Look, it's natural to man, to indulge in the illusions of hope. We're apt to shut our eyes
02:01:52.280 against the painful truths and listen to the song of that siren until she transforms us into beasts.
02:01:59.540 Is this the part of wise men engaged in a great and arduous struggle for Liberty?
02:02:04.920 Are we opposed to be of the number of those who have eyes yet see not having ears hear not for the
02:02:14.320 things which so gravely concern their own freedom, security, and economic future for whatever
02:02:23.420 anguish of spirit it may cost. I am willing to know the whole truth to know the worst and to provide
02:02:32.100 for it. That's, that's just the opening preamble. That's incredible. Cause that's, isn't that just
02:02:41.740 like where we are now? Feels like it. It does. It does. And he's like, look, if, if we have to fight,
02:02:49.780 then let's fight. We have to debate. I'm going to debate hard liberty or death.
02:02:55.960 Yeah. I mean, I look, we, we are at a point where obviously we, you know, it should, we should be at
02:03:07.880 a point, I guess, with the foundation that we have, that we can solve these things, you know, with debate
02:03:13.140 and, and normal process. But, you know, look, it's, it's a, it's a scary time. And in some people,
02:03:22.220 not everyone's going to see it that way, unfortunately, you know, we, we have to make
02:03:26.460 sure we stay true to our, the American principles. They've worked pretty well so far. Pretty well.
02:03:31.120 By the way, just before we leave quickly, prayers for Stu and his family. President Miles is not doing
02:03:36.540 well. Uh, and, uh, we'll be thinking of you this weekend. Thank you, man. Appreciate it. God bless.
02:03:41.380 We will see you Monday.
02:03:46.220 The Glenn Beck Program.
