The Glenn Beck Program - Teaching Is Under Fire ｜ Guests： Rep. Ken Buck & Salena Zito ｜ 8⧸11⧸20

00:00:00.000 I don't even know where to begin again today. So much has been left on the edit room floor,

00:00:06.240 if you will. We're going to try to get to all of the stories that are important to you today.

00:00:11.860 We're going to talk about your children's schools, what are happening with the teachers. We're

00:00:15.500 actually doing this for a couple of days. We're talking about the great reset that is coming.

00:00:22.260 If you don't know anything about it, you don't want to miss a second of the show. You will be,

00:00:29.020 I promise you, if you listen to this program every day, you will not be surprised about what is

00:00:34.700 coming. You will be prepared and thus not freaking out. We also are going to check in with a friend

00:00:40.320 of mine, the guy actually who really heads up the operations for Operation, no, not Operation Underground

00:00:48.220 Railroad, but the Nazarene Fund. He is a guy who grew up in Lebanon and he knows it real well.

00:00:57.300 My gut says, and I haven't talked to him yet, but my gut says something is coming that is not real

00:01:03.800 good from this explosion that happened. There are riots in the streets, but you know, there's riots

00:01:09.960 in the streets in Chicago too. He didn't need to blow anything up in Chicago. We've got riots in the

00:01:15.840 streets. Also, I was on Tucker last night talking about the outrageous statements from the Democrats

00:01:23.540 about how worried they are that this election might be stolen. Oh, we have that and so much

00:01:30.660 more. And we begin in 60 seconds. This is the Glenn Beck program.

00:01:39.760 Anyone who really knows me thinks of me as an eternal optimist, right? Stu, I mean, don't you?

00:01:45.720 Right. That's you. Yeah. OK, maybe not. Maybe not. But once in a while, I have a positive thought.

00:01:52.140 And here's one. Think of refinancing your mortgage to a lower rate as the pay raise you haven't gotten

00:01:59.000 in a while. Huh? A lower rate can mean hundreds of dollars in monthly savings. I mean, you can you

00:02:07.020 can get down to, you know, three percent. I just talked to a guy that I know that has a two and a

00:02:13.680 half percent interest rate on his mortgage. That's insanity. Insanity. Please. 122 percent increase

00:02:23.100 in mortgage refis right now. People are standing in line. Get on the phone right now with American

00:02:30.140 Financing. Think of it this way. Saving four hundred dollars a month is five grand extra every single

00:02:36.860 year. Some people will save up to a thousand dollars every month or more. American Financing. Call 800-906-2440

00:02:45.960 800-906-2440 or go to AmericanFinancing.net. American Financing. NMLS 182334. www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.

00:03:00.140 So there was a shooting at the White House yesterday during a press conference with Donald

00:03:07.840 Trump. Let me just play the part of the press conference here where he was interrupted by Secret

00:03:12.920 Service. Watch this. It looks like they're just about going to be topping records hopefully soon.

00:03:18.400 Excuse me.

00:03:19.140 So now a Secret Service man walks up and says, Mr. President, can I toss you off the podium?

00:03:35.160 And then he looks to give him a word of some sort that might be a key word that knows he knows you got,

00:03:43.900 we have to secure you now, Mr. President. And so he walks off and the press is like, what just

00:03:50.900 happened? Well, what just happened was a shooting, an active shooting was going on outside of the

00:03:58.180 White House with some guy 50 years old. We don't know anything about him, which to me means he's

00:04:03.560 either a progressive or a Muslim. Because if he was a white guy who was a Tea Party member,

00:04:10.860 oh my gosh, the world would know about everything about him, we would know his shoe size right now.

00:04:16.660 So I don't know why we don't know anything about him. We don't know really his condition.

00:04:20.760 But then the president walked back in after a few minutes and said somebody has been shot. He's on 1.00

00:04:26.380 the way to the hospital. Secret Service shot him. But everything is okay. And then he followed it

00:04:31.740 with this. Listen. There was a shooting outside of the White House and seems to be very well under

00:04:39.200 control. I'd like to thank the Secret Service for doing their always quick and very effective work.

00:04:47.940 But there was an actual shooting and somebody's been taken to the hospital. I don't know the condition

00:04:55.960 of the person. It seems that the person was was shot by Secret Service. So we'll see what happens. And

00:05:04.420 yeah. So do you have the the third part here where he's asked some questions?

00:05:11.880 Are you rattled by this at all, Mr. President?

00:05:14.280 I don't know. Do I seem rattled? It's unfortunate that this is a world, but the world's always been

00:05:21.200 a dangerous place. Are you rattled by this, Mr. President? The guy walked out like, oh, geez,

00:05:30.380 the Secret Service have to do I have to walk down those stairs again? Because honestly, guys,

00:05:35.180 you're gonna have to carry me. I don't like exercise. You know that I'm tired of this. Can

00:05:39.500 I just sit here in the hallway for a while? He does not seem phased by this at all, which

00:05:46.940 I don't think you would necessarily get from every president. But smooth handling on this and our

00:05:55.460 prayers go out to the Secret Service, especially when we told you we are just a couple of weeks

00:06:00.320 away from Antifa or it was what did we say the name of the group was yesterday? Advertising or

00:06:10.040 ad busters. Ad busters. These are the people that started Occupy Wall Street. They're saying

00:06:17.100 they're going to lay siege to the White House beginning in a couple of weeks until after the

00:06:22.800 election. So it's going to get very, very dicey here for a while. Last night I was on Tucker and he

00:06:31.800 was talking about how the how the Democrats are now talking about the election being stolen and

00:06:40.820 they're talking about it in many, many different ways. They're talking about the president is trying

00:06:45.280 to use the postmaster general to stop the election and all of the the absentee ballots that are going

00:06:53.500 out. That's a point where they're going to say he stole the election. They're saying that now he's

00:06:58.820 working again with Russia. Guys, did you read the reports that I mean, he wasn't working with Russia

00:07:04.800 the first time? What do you think he would work with Russia now? Russia is trying to steal the 0.99

00:07:11.220 election. But of course, do we have that that sought from from Nancy Pelosi from a couple of days ago

00:07:18.480 where she was talking about this? Yeah, she was she was talking about it. And she said that, you know,

00:07:23.840 but, you know, in China, China doesn't like us either. That's another global power. But but

00:07:28.660 they're fine. They're not doing anything. China, you're OK with China. You had no reason to look 0.74

00:07:34.420 into China. China is for Joe Biden. That's why they don't want Donald Trump. Russia doesn't want

00:07:42.900 Donald Trump either. Russia just wants the chaos. China is actually playing for the guy they've already

00:07:50.040 paid for. Look, they bought their presidential candidate. They paid for him through his son.

00:07:56.420 We want what we paid for. Of course, China cares. They're not going to do anything. No, no, no, 0.54

00:08:04.100 no, because they're on the up and up. They sent us the coronavirus. What there? Oh, no. No, no,

00:08:11.320 no. We are totally innocent. We're just we're just eating here. Just all you can hear the sound of our

00:08:19.080 chopsticks eating. We're just having lunch right now. Nothing really. By the way, I don't know why the

00:08:25.560 Chinese sound like Russians. Oh, oh, I do. I do remember. It's OK to make the Russian accent 1.00

00:08:35.100 because they're a bunch of white guys. So anyway, right now we have a situation to where they are

00:08:44.600 setting us up. Anything the Democrats say they are doing. And I know, you know, if you've been paying

00:08:49.280 attention, if you've been paying attention, you know that whatever they say Trump is doing,

00:08:58.460 they are doing. They are saying that Trump is planning for all of these riots afterwards,

00:09:04.980 that he's not going to leave. He's going to contest if he if he doesn't win. Those are all the things

00:09:11.460 they're going to do. Right now, could I ask you if you really cared about this election? And I do.

00:09:19.000 I deeply care. I mean, what do they worry about Russia? OK, well, let's just look at a couple of

00:09:26.080 things. The mail in ballots, hundreds of thousands of these ballots have been deemed fraudulent.

00:09:33.000 Hundreds of thousands, hundreds of thousands, half a million incorrect absentee ballot applications

00:09:38.960 were sent out. Half a million. That's to one state. In the New York City primary, 84,000 incorrect

00:09:48.080 ballots sent. They're still counting the primary for the presidential election. They're still counting

00:09:56.400 the ballots in New York. Really? So we have we have a party that screwed up their own caucus in Iowa.

00:10:08.620 I think they're still counting ballots. I think they're still like, hang on, hang on. We're going

00:10:12.500 to get a winner here soon. They screwed up their own caucus by trying something new. They have already

00:10:20.500 sent out tons, hundreds of thousands, if not millions of incorrect absentee ballots. I'm not

00:10:28.060 making this up. A cat that has been dead for nine years got a ballot. OK, why would we change at this

00:10:38.840 critical time? Why would we change our ballot counting and the way we do our ballots? It is more

00:10:45.840 important than ever that we don't try something new. What are we doing? How does that make sense?

00:10:55.840 Unless you're trying to create chaos. That is the operative word. As I told you 10 years ago,

00:11:03.320 when we get into this thing, chaos will be the operative word. Anybody that is trying to cause chaos

00:11:10.280 on either side in any way. Run, run, run. It is honestly one reason why I worried about Donald Trump.

00:11:19.560 He lives in a world of chaos. But as we have seen, he may be the only one that can navigate

00:11:25.180 the world of chaos. Look at him, Mr. President. Somebody's in the hallway. They might want they might

00:11:31.520 want to shoot you again. OK, I mean, he he can live and thrive in that world. Chaos is coming.

00:11:48.020 Then they're worried about the they're worried about the Russians. Well, we told you about this in 2014,

00:11:56.520 what the Russians were doing. And we told you at the time they are not picking somebody to win or

00:12:04.440 lose. They are only trying to divide us. That's why when we went back and we looked at all of the

00:12:11.440 social media that they put out, they were for the cops and against the cops. They were for Hillary

00:12:17.400 and against Hillary. They were for Trump and against Trump. They were only trying to get us to hate each

00:12:23.460 other. That's the quickest way to dismantle us. That's why the Democrats and their Marxist friends

00:12:30.960 are doing this to us because they need us divided. If you really cared about the election, you would be

00:12:40.460 watching China and Russia. You would not be trying to do some new kind of voting. You would not be asking

00:12:48.940 for absentee ballots when we know absentee ballots are bad. We know they are. We know that they that has a long

00:12:58.120 history of being inaccurate and slow. What was it? One of the primaries that just happened, Stu, they found

00:13:06.540 like 80,000 ballot. Oh, you know what? We just found these 80,000 in this box over here.

00:13:11.440 Wait. Wait. I don't know. Now, are you when you're saying this, you mean are you talking more

00:13:18.500 about mail-in voting than absentee voting? Mail-in voting. Okay. Yeah. Mail-in voting. There is a

00:13:23.000 distinction. This new mail-in. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. This new mail-in voting idea. Let's not try

00:13:28.600 anything new. Let's not try new machines out. Let's not try anything out. Now they're saying,

00:13:34.980 you know, we just might not know on day number one. This is going to be so close. Really? Why is

00:13:42.600 that? Because we've had close elections before. You know, the only one in my lifetime was, was

00:13:50.540 Goran Bush. Why is everyone saying, oh, it could be weeks before we know how this ends? Why are they

00:13:59.820 setting us up for this? That's the mail-in thing, right? I mean, they think that people are going to

00:14:03.240 mail-in. Some of these states have it where if you're postmarked by the date of the vote, it

00:14:08.500 counts. So, I mean, you, if it comes in, it could arrive four days after the election.

00:14:15.640 Oh, really? So I'd have time. I got it. So I would have time to go, oh, I'm about 5,000 ballots short.

00:14:24.240 Hey, look what just came in the mail. I mean. Don't take the vote away from that. This is not good.

00:14:29.880 Don't do that. No, don't, don't do it. Don't do it. You're trying to

00:14:32.980 steal Tunsis' vote, and I don't like it. Yeah. And if you really cared, you would check into the

00:14:39.460 millions and millions of dollars that tech has given to the Democrats, and the algorithms that

00:14:47.280 they themselves have admitted can change the election. We know that they can swing an election

00:14:54.900 by four to six points just through algorithms. Is anybody monitoring that? No, no, no. It's Russia. 0.68

00:15:03.180 Russia. Stop it. Just stop it. All right. Let me just take a quick break here and tell you a 0.99

00:15:11.720 little bit about Relief Factor. Brian lives in Alabama. He's a little like me. He's been in

00:15:16.780 severe pain on a regular basis for years, and it was beginning to limit his mobility, both at work

00:15:22.040 and home. A little over a year ago, he heard me talking about Relief Factor on the radio, and he

00:15:27.280 resisted trying it for a whole year, and the pain just got worse and worse and worse. One day, he made

00:15:33.440 the decision to give it a shot. He says within three weeks, 90% of his pain was gone. Brian, thank you.

00:15:41.960 Sorry that you were like me and you waited so long because you just didn't believe. That's just some

00:15:46.220 joker on the radio telling me about it. Thank you for being like me, but also thank you for being

00:15:53.160 more like my wife and finally doing it. You got your life back. I have my life back, and so can you.

00:16:01.500 Get your life back with Relief Factor. Not a drug developed by doctors. 70% of the people try it. Go

00:16:37.500 I have told my kids that, and this is the first time in my entire broadcast career,

00:16:43.460 that they must watch my Wednesday night shows. They have to watch them because there's too much

00:16:51.340 stuff that if you don't know, and nobody else is sharing with you, if you don't know what's

00:16:58.680 behind the curtain, you're going to believe in The Wizard of Oz. You need to see what's behind

00:17:05.680 the curtain, and every Wednesday night, I pull that curtain back. People are joking right now about

00:17:12.320 2020. Well, it's 2020. You know, a whole year is a disaster. Right. 2021 is going to make this look

00:17:20.180 like a picnic. It's going to happen because the world is right now being reset. We're not going to

00:17:29.780 go into recovery. We're going to go into a process of being reset. The Great Reset. We told you about

00:17:37.960 pieces of this with Event 201. That's an episode that you need to watch. The Forced Recession,

00:17:45.920 another episode you should watch. Agenda 21 and 30, again in the episode. The waves of civil unrest,

00:17:54.740 the violence that George Soros himself predicted months ago would come. Predicted it would throw a

00:18:00.880 wrench into the re-election of Donald Trump. All of these things are connected,

00:18:05.200 and it's happening with the most powerful people in the world, and they don't all have the same

00:18:11.340 agenda. What's happening at the Fed is not the same thing that is happening with Antifa,

00:18:16.900 but they are all using each other. The most powerful people in the world are using all of it to achieve

00:18:24.160 their utopian dream, their brave new world. If you know that reference, I don't know if anybody does

00:18:30.600 anymore because I don't know if we even read anymore, but the insanity that we experienced

00:18:36.560 this year will get worse next year. It's called the Great Reset. I will show you exactly what this plan

00:18:45.780 is, exactly who's behind it, and how to stop it. Tomorrow night, a brave new world. The left's

00:18:55.920 march towards global fascism, communism, authoritarianism, call it whatever you want,

00:19:03.960 but they are going there quickly. That's tomorrow night at blazetv.com slash Glenn. Make sure you become

00:19:13.460 a member. You can use the promo code Glenn, and you'll save 10% on your membership. We need you now

00:19:21.240 more than ever, and quite honestly, you need this information now more than ever.

00:19:28.500 All right, Stu, there was a, in about a half an hour, we're going to be talking about schools and

00:19:33.600 what's happening in our schools. You found a new podcast that is blaming white parents for schools?

00:19:45.000 Yes, that is the, well, as you know, white parents are the cause of pretty much every 0.99

00:19:49.000 ill in our society today, and you're allowed to say that, but it's not racist at all.

00:19:54.480 Somehow, there's some theoretical way you can make that not to be racist when you blame an entire

00:19:59.100 race for, or something like this. The New York Times, in their new podcast, it's from,

00:20:06.100 you know, they bought the cereal company. Not poster, but like the cereal podcast company,

00:20:11.580 and their new podcast is called Nice White Parents. There's a, we should listen to one of

00:20:16.080 these promos for it. It's incredible. Like, if you said this about any other color, any other race,

00:20:20.620 I don't know that we have time for it here, but we should have it soon. But yeah, it's a pretty

00:20:26.880 amazing thing. It's like, you can just blame, I mean, outwardly blame a race for the ills of your

00:20:34.220 society, and that's okay. That's completely okay now. The definition of racism has changed,

00:20:41.080 and Martin Luther King is being, you know, is, it would be rolling around in his grave over

00:20:45.760 something like this. It's the exact opposite of his vision. Well, he's, he's no longer part of

00:20:49.440 the movement. He's now part of the problem. Yeah. Martin Luther King is now part of the problem.

00:20:54.000 They'll be tearing down his statues. They'll be tearing down his statues and ripping that holiday 0.99

00:20:56.800 away from him. This is what I warned about. Don't go over the cliff with the rest of society.

00:21:03.380 Because it has gone insane. Let me tell you about Shave Secret. Shave Secret has revolutionized the

00:21:11.140 way millions of Americans shave. They, listen to what Lori had to say. She said, the bag of goodies

00:21:17.040 I received from my first 5k run included Shave Secret. After not liking any shave product in the

00:21:23.440 last 45 years, I'm thrilled to be using Shave Secret and getting a smooth, close shave with no

00:21:28.520 irritation or nicks. And my skin is much softer. I highly recommend it. That's what Lori writes. And

00:21:35.700 this is something that you, you, you know, you don't think of all the time. You just out of habit,

00:21:39.800 you just go grab some of that foam or whatever. Shave Secret is entirely different. It is an essential

00:21:45.480 oil. And all you need is just a few drops each time on a wet palm. It feels great on your skin.

00:21:51.360 It smells amazing. And it will replace all of the ridiculous foams and gels in your bathroom.

00:22:26.360 I wanted to bring a good friend of mine on. He's Lieutenant Colonel Rudy Atala, and he is a

00:22:41.220 retired Air Force officer. He's the chief operating officer of the Nazarene Fund and the executive,

00:22:48.340 chief executive officer of White Mountain Research. He grew up in Lebanon, if I remember right. He,

00:22:56.080 he grew up, he was a native to Beirut. He speaks, I don't know how many different languages. He is a

00:23:02.520 straight up guy, worked at the White House for a while. And it's an honor to call him my friend.

00:23:08.340 Rudy is with us now. Hi, Rudy.

00:23:10.920 Hi, Glenn. It's an honor to be with you.

00:23:13.080 I just wanted to check with you real quick on something. What's happening in Lebanon? My gut

00:23:20.660 tells me this is the start of something really not good. Am I wrong on that?

00:23:27.640 No, your gut is right spot on. Actually, it's a, it's a start of, um, I, I'm afraid to say that

00:23:36.180 if things continue trending this way, Lebanon is going to go back to civil war, uh, unless the

00:23:41.760 international community really finds a solution to, uh, to the issues right now.

00:23:45.820 Okay. So tell me, tell me exactly what we know. Uh, I know you have a team on the ground in Lebanon

00:23:53.240 now. Tell me what we do know about, uh, this amodium nitrate. Uh, was it from Hezbollah from 0.97

00:24:01.760 Iran? Why was it there? And what happened yesterday with the riots?

00:24:07.440 Yeah. So, uh, Hezbollah has controlled, uh, Hezbollah has slowly, slowly taken over and

00:24:15.980 control the Lebanese government. So the entire Lebanese government is extremely, extremely

00:24:20.780 corrupt and controlled by Iran, uh, through its proxies, Hezbollah inside Lebanon. Uh,

00:24:27.320 once they took control of, of the, the government, they, they, uh, they control the airport and

00:24:32.900 they also control the seaport where the explosion happened. And with their control of the seaport,

00:24:38.460 they were, they were bringing in all types of weapons, uh, missiles, missile propellants,

00:24:43.620 and of course, ammonium nitrate. So the combination of all of that and nothing entered or left the

00:24:49.680 port without Hezbollah knowing about it. Uh, in fact, after the explosion occurred, they cordoned

00:24:56.080 off the entire, uh, you know, facility, the entire port itself did not allow anybody near

00:25:02.740 it. Um, and, uh, the sad thing about it is the explosion was so massive that it devastated a

00:25:09.400 good chunk of the city and it impacted close to 85% of the Christian area in Beirut.

00:25:16.580 Oh my gosh.

00:25:17.660 So, so, so the bulk of the damage has occurred in the, in the Christian areas. We now, as of,

00:25:24.480 as of today, we have, um, we have over 2000 critically wounded, uh, 6,000 total wounded,

00:25:31.680 uh, 200 dead with many, many more missing and over 350,000 people are homeless. My, my cousin

00:25:39.780 lost his entire home, his entire business. My father's house was damaged. My closest friends,

00:25:45.820 all their homes were destroyed. Um, so it's been, it's been, uh, an incredibly difficult time for

00:25:53.380 everybody. And, and yesterday with riots, what was, what was really, um, crazy that was happening

00:25:59.580 is you had, uh, plain people in plain clothes from the, from the Hezbollah side, driving into the

00:26:07.520 Christian areas where the damage occurred and basically offering up to buy homes from people 0.78

00:26:12.940 saying, Oh, you lost everything. We'll, we'll purchase your place from you. It's, it's something

00:26:18.000 that they've done over the years is they've slowly basically entered and penetrated the Christian 0.99

00:26:23.380 areas by asking to purchase land from Christians and from people. Now they're doing it with this 0.99

00:26:28.660 damage, which is very, very alarming. So the riots yesterday, the people are fed up because there's

00:26:34.980 economic depression. Um, you know, the, the major devaluation of the Lebanese pound against the

00:26:41.520 dollar. Um, a lot of the food that was entering the ports was being basically whisked away out of

00:26:47.400 the country and moved across the border into Syria to continue propping up the Assad regime. And

00:26:53.620 Hezbollah was behind all of this. So the people are starving there. The, the, the value of their 0.71

00:26:59.200 money is not, is not there. They can't purchase anything. And, and what's made it worse is there's,

00:27:05.300 there are no jobs. You, the Lebanese population is 4.5 million. Now add on top of that 1.5 million

00:27:13.380 Syrian refugees from the war in Syria. And you have an extremely, you have an extremely volatile area now

00:27:21.260 with no jobs and nothing. So people yesterday had, so they were so fed up. They went into the streets

00:27:27.560 and they were basically clashing with the police. And yesterday, uh, we've had a total of over 728

00:27:34.340 wounded. And, and, uh, right now the entire, the entire, uh, government resigned. Uh, so the, the prime

00:27:42.640 minister Hassan Diab resigned and, uh, but, uh, he's going to continue working with his people.

00:27:48.460 Hassan Diab and the government, Lebanese government was all handpicked by Hezbollah and by Iran. So,

00:27:55.000 um, the people are waiting to see what's going to happen right now. They, the people are pushing

00:28:00.500 for a guy named, uh, Nwab Salam to become the next prime minister because the constitution of Lebanon

00:28:07.540 states that the prime minister must be Sunni. And, uh, and, uh, so the people are trying to, to select

00:28:13.780 their prime minister, but we will see what happens. This is where the rub is going to be,

00:28:18.040 is that nobody wants Iran or Hezbollah to be in control of government anymore.

00:28:24.000 And Iran's not going to take that sitting down. 0.88

00:28:27.220 No, they can't lose Lebanon. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. There was something else that was really,

00:28:33.020 that's really interesting. And I think your listeners need to know is that, you know,

00:28:38.680 it's funny that the, uh, the, uh, the last week on Friday, uh, was when the, uh, the Hague was going

00:28:44.720 to come up with its final verdict in, uh, in the long, long, uh, investigation of $600 million worth,

00:28:53.120 uh, uh, of investigations on the assassination of the former prime minister of Lebanon in 2005,

00:28:59.600 uh, Rafi Hariri. And the verdict, the final verdict has the finger pointing directly at Hezbollah and

00:29:06.300 directly at Iran for killing the former prime minister, whom everybody loved in Lebanon. And so

00:29:12.640 Hezbollah was not going to take that sitting down. And it's funny that, you know, a couple of days 0.86

00:29:17.780 before that final verdict came out, um, this whole explosion happened. So it delayed everything. Now

00:29:24.700 the Hague is not going to come up with its final verdict until the 18th of August. So now it's

00:29:30.240 buying time for Hezbollah to do whatever it's now they dissolve the government. So Hezbollah is

00:29:34.780 probably going to say, well, look, there's no government, so you can't come in here. You can't

00:29:38.660 do anything in here. And it allows them time to shuffle around. And Iran now has pledged full 0.88

00:29:44.540 support to Lebanon and the, and basically the guys of humanitarian aid. And we all know what that

00:29:50.960 means. It means, you know, full support on every other front, uh, of course, bringing in weapons and

00:29:56.620 missiles and all that stuff. So this is how the game is played. Wow. That's, uh, depressing. What

00:30:03.940 Rudy, do you believe that this was intentional or a mistake? And was there really a fireworks

00:30:10.020 depot in there or was this all stuff for rockets and bombs? Yeah, I, I think I personally

00:30:20.680 think it was very deliberate. Uh, the timing is kind of, uh, the big question. And, you know,

00:30:26.240 you look at who benefits from this whole thing, of course, uh, Hezbollah benefits majorly from the

00:30:31.320 whole thing. There were no fireworks at the port. Um, I mean, the port is near the place where I used

00:30:36.700 to live. So they, they maintained all their ammos, their weapons and their ammonium nitrate. And now 0.97

00:30:43.220 the people are afraid, um, also because they're saying that some of the experts are saying that

00:30:49.060 2,750 tons of ammonium nitrate, it wasn't all there. Uh, there was a lot of it missing. So now

00:30:56.060 people are living in fear of a potentially second explosion. And I think, um, you know, there, you

00:31:03.200 know, the rumors start to rise and people start to talk, but, but Hezbollah controlled all of that.

00:31:08.860 And they are known, Hezbollah is known to sacrifice its own people for the cause. I, in 2006,

00:31:15.700 when the, during the Israeli incursion, uh, of Lebanon, I, you know, I, I used to, I was talking

00:31:23.140 to my friends, they would, you know, they would literally sacrifice their own kids and then send

00:31:28.160 in people, reporters, take photos, and it would send them to death on France and say, see, the 0.93

00:31:32.940 Israelis are killing kids. And the Israelis weren't doing anything. They were sacrificing

00:31:36.340 their own people just for, for our, or their own cause. So they will do anything to win the battle.

00:31:44.340 We have a team from the Nazarene Fund on the ground?

00:31:48.700 Yes, sir.

00:31:49.300 Or is it your team?

00:31:50.620 We do.

00:31:51.000 Yeah. Yeah. It's the same team. I have parts of, so Nazarene Fund and my, uh, nonprofit,

00:31:58.200 the blessing projects.org. I, I, I have everybody there, uh, several teams running around. We're

00:32:04.280 feeding people and we're helping the poorest of the poor. I mean, uh, yesterday, in addition to

00:32:09.940 all the riots, it rained in many of the homes have no roofs or no windows. So the water's flooding.

00:32:15.860 People are, are, are starving. Many people are afraid to go to hospitals because of COVID because

00:32:21.800 we do have a COVID outbreak in Lebanon as well. So, so in addition, in addition to no food, in

00:32:28.840 addition to the explosion, in addition to the crisis, you have COVID, you have everything else on top of

00:32:34.580 it. So we're talking major, major disaster. Um, it's unprecedented.

00:32:39.640 You have a hundred thousand children, uh, that are homeless now. Um, what, what time of day did

00:32:48.260 this happen? Where was everybody? Were they at home together? Uh, were the family separated?

00:32:55.820 Generally speaking, do you know?

00:32:58.780 Yeah, it, it, it was, it was in the afternoon and, and families were together. But what happened

00:33:05.000 is because it started off as a slow burn with a lot of smoke. People congregated to their balconies,

00:33:12.220 they congregated in the streets and they were, you know, they were, everybody was using their

00:33:16.420 phones to videotape. That's why you have, uh, you know, so many captures of the explosion and it was

00:33:22.900 a slow burn and it was about, you know, five to seven minutes later. And then you had the massive

00:33:27.680 explosion. The detonation was so big that they actually felt it in Larnaca, Cyprus, a hundred miles

00:33:34.500 away. It registered 4.3 on the Richter scale. It's considered the third largest non-nuclear

00:33:40.740 explosion in history. I've never seen anything like it. I mean, I honestly thought it was a

00:33:46.560 nuclear weapon when it went off. You saw the explosion, you saw the fire, and then you saw

00:33:51.780 that. I mean, you just saw the air, the air pressure just boom, uh, push out from that. I've

00:33:59.600 never seen that except for a, a massive, massive bomb or a nuclear hydrogen bomb. Terrifying. Um,

00:34:08.240 thank you so much, Rudy. Thank you for bringing us up to speed. Um, anything you need, anything

00:34:12.980 you need from us or the listeners?

00:34:14.600 Just your support and prayers, anything you can do. We're bringing in, uh, aid. We're trying to

00:34:21.300 bypass the corrupt government. We're trying to make sure that none of the funds that we send out there

00:34:26.980 goes to the government itself or to local politicians because they control everything. We're trying to

00:34:32.920 take it directly to the people. Anything you can do to support us would be greatly appreciated because

00:34:38.360 the need is great. You can go to the Nazarenefund.org, the Nazarenefund.org, and help these, uh,

00:34:47.780 Christians and the Christian community that took the brunt of all of this, which always seems to be 1.00

00:34:53.560 the case, uh, in the Middle East. The Nazarenefund.org. Go there now. Rudy, thank you so much.

00:36:49.520 against the left's march towards fascism. Tomorrow night, 9 p.m. Eastern only at blaze tv.com

00:36:54.680 slash Glenn. This is the Glenn Beck program. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. Uh, Stu has

00:37:09.880 found a new podcast that's not racist at all. It just blames all the problems on white people 0.96

00:37:15.640 and what a surprise it comes from the New York times. Uh, and, uh, it is about how white mommy 0.98

00:37:24.380 and daddy broke the school system. Yep. It's all white people's fault. Here's the promo 1.00

00:37:28.560 from the New York times. This is Sarah Koenig, host of the serial podcast. I want to tell you

00:37:33.220 about our new show, nice white parents. It's reported by Hannah Jaffe Walt, who's made some

00:37:37.980 of the best, most thought provoking, most emotional radio stories I've ever heard. Back in 2015,

00:37:43.580 Hannah wanted to find out what would happen inside this one public school in her neighborhood

00:37:47.360 during a sudden influx of white students into a school that had barely had any white students

00:37:51.520 before and then not satisfied that she fully understood what she was seeing. She went all

00:37:56.500 the way back to the founding of the school in the 1960s and then forward again up to the

00:38:00.580 present day. And eventually Hannah realized she could put a name to the unspoken force that

00:38:05.600 kept getting in the way of making the school better. White parents. I've been waiting so long 1.00

00:38:11.320 to tell people about this show and now I can finally say it. Go listen to nice white parents. 0.87

00:38:16.940 Nice white parents is made by serial productions, a New York times company. You can find it wherever

00:38:21.220 you get your podcasts. Oh, I can't wait to dive into that one. Yeah, it sounds great. Yeah,

00:38:25.840 that's gonna, it's gonna be great. Now that's a surprising outcome. Yeah, I wouldn't have seen

00:38:30.580 that coming. I was shocked at the problem with, uh, with school, with schools that are, uh, that have

00:38:36.100 lots of minorities in them are when an influx of white kids come in and they ruin it and you can 1.00

00:38:42.560 blame white parents. Think about this narrative as the opposite, Glenn. I mean, it's, it would be 0.92

00:38:46.680 literally written by some white nationalist, uh, who would say, you know what? We had these white

00:38:52.360 schools. They were great. And then all of a sudden these black people came in and ruined them. 1.00

00:38:55.500 That's the exact story they're telling, except they're just blaming white people. 0.98

00:38:59.080 I want you to today assign to a producer that take that exact script, produce it exactly the same way

00:39:06.380 with, I don't know, you, Sarah, or somebody, somebody's a woman's voice and just reverse it.

00:39:12.260 And we're going to play them side by side tomorrow. And you tell me, is this racist?

00:39:18.940 Cause one, I guarantee you will sound horrifying, even if it's produced exactly the same way. 0.68

00:39:25.300 Just say black parents over white. Hey, everybody knows PayPal, but did you know that they were 1.00

00:40:35.260 Let me just tell you quickly about real estate agents. I trust our spotlight sponsor real estate

00:40:39.920 agents. I trust is a group that I've heard. I know you've heard us talk about for a long time.

00:40:44.040 This is my company. It was started by my brother and I, he's still involved. I'm still involved.

00:40:48.080 Uh, we created it about five years ago. We've got another great guy, John Wells, who is on our team

00:40:54.020 and, and these guys, uh, they do everything they can to move heaven and hell. They sound like hall

00:41:01.200 of fame members and those guys, cause they're doing everything for the company. And, uh, you know,

00:41:06.280 and there's other people involved as well in the, in the company, which are, they're interesting too.

00:41:11.540 They're, they're interesting people, you know? Um, I mean, I know the real estate agent, I trust.com

00:41:17.020 is like a hall of fame for real estate agents. Um, are you in the radio hall of fame yet? Do we

00:41:22.340 know? Shut up, shut up, shut up. No, we don't know yet. Shut up. So no, we don't. So anyway, 1.00

00:41:29.840 uh, uh, uh, we will get a real estate agent to you that we feel we have vetted and we feel is the

00:41:36.120 best in your area, but I want you not to trust us, do your own homework. Just go to real estate

00:41:40.580 agents. I trust.com. That's real estate agents. I trust.com. Thank you for that, Stu.

00:41:45.200 No problem. I thought you'd appreciate it because it was ties into your trying to get into the radio

00:41:49.520 hall of fame. Unfortunately, voting has closed. So we now, uh, nothing, nothing that listeners can

00:41:54.560 do anymore, uh, to help you out. It's just going to have to go on your pure talent at this point.

00:41:59.900 Uh, seeing if you're able to get in, you know, just on your bill and your ability on your merit,

00:42:04.620 which I know is how you would want it to be, uh, because of, uh, your hard fought for beliefs.

00:42:11.300 I mean, unfortunately they closed it down and, and because people were, you know,

00:42:16.640 paying people to vote for them. So they made it rich, uh, really hard this year. So now it's all

00:42:22.440 untalented and, uh, what you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

00:42:46.040 Tell me you recognize your country. I'm just going to give you some headlines. New York city

00:42:57.460 students can't go to school because of COVID-19 closures, but they can go to daycare at taxpayer

00:43:06.920 funded community centers. What? Wait, what?

00:43:12.360 Public school teacher now complains home learning will interfere with trans race and gay propaganda. 0.67

00:43:20.480 Very, very concerned in Pennsylvania. This school teacher who said that now with all of the classes

00:43:28.680 that are being taught online, parents can hear what we're saying. Oh my gosh, then maybe you shouldn't

00:43:34.960 be saying it. Also critical race theory is now mandatory training for teachers. We have Gavin

00:43:42.200 Newsom threatening parents with penalties. If you hire a tutor, believe it or not, teachers unions are

00:43:49.460 trying to shut down any competition. They want a monopoly and all of it will be public schools. Do you

00:43:58.040 recognize your country? Because I don't. How about, how about this one? A math education professor

00:44:05.900 says this is a trope that reeks of white supremacy. What's the trope? Two plus two equals four.

00:44:19.500 Dangerous trope. Indeed. We begin there in 60 seconds. This is the Glenn Beck program.

00:44:27.020 I'm sure just about everybody is familiar with AARP, but were you aware that there is a conservative

00:44:36.060 alternative? I mean, AARP, I always thought was, you know, for, you know, for everybody, but it's,

00:44:44.120 it's not, um, they are, I think they are a dangerous group because it is a progressive group.

00:44:50.800 Uh, the conservative group that you need to join is AMAC, A-M-A-C. It was founded by an Air Force 0.93

00:44:58.000 veteran, Dan Weber and his family. And when you go with AMAC, you're going to get true value for

00:45:03.100 your membership. Things like discounts on your car insurance and hotels and roadside assistance and

00:45:07.860 dental plans, even cell phone service options that you might not otherwise have, and many more

00:45:13.300 benefits that will make your life easier and save you money. But here's the kicker. On top of that,

00:45:18.360 AMAC actually represents you. They represent courage and faith and reason. All good things to have

00:45:26.820 right now. They'll fight for the freedoms that we hold dear. Things like individual liberty, free

00:45:31.540 speech, freedom of religion, the second of a second amendment and the sanctity of life. Believe me,

00:45:37.840 AARP is not doing that. AMAC is. They will stand for your God-given freedoms. Stand with AMAC as they

00:45:46.920 fight the good fight by becoming a member today. The benefits are great. The cause is greater. Join

00:45:52.440 now. AMAC.us slash Beck. AMAC.us slash Beck. The more of us that join, the louder their voice becomes

00:46:02.820 and the more they can fight for us. AMAC.us slash Beck. AMAC. Better. Better for you. Better for America.

00:46:12.800 I want to bring in a representative from Colorado. He is actually on the right side. I don't know

00:46:30.200 what's happened to Colorado, Ken. We're talking to state rep Ken Buck. You are on the verge of losing

00:46:38.180 Colorado, which has always been a common sense western state, but I don't know what's happening

00:46:45.680 out there. But welcome to the program. You are outspoken about what's going on in our schools

00:46:54.240 and our universities. Can we get into that a bit? Absolutely. And just by the way, not only am I in

00:47:01.620 the U.S. Congress, but I'm also the state party chair of Colorado. And I have to tell you, we're going

00:47:05.880 to do great in these elections that are coming up in November. Gosh, Ken, I am so sorry. It must be

00:47:13.380 my eyes. I reintroduced you as a state rep. You are not. You're a national congressman. I apologize

00:47:19.780 for that. There is an Illinois Democrat that is calling on colleges to ban history, ban U.S. history,

00:47:30.700 because he says this is the only thing that will come out of it is a a kid that has been

00:47:38.940 indoctrinated in white supremacy. We're losing our country, Ken. I agree with you. I think I think

00:47:45.960 that there are a lot of really bad ideas out there, but I also think there are a lot of really good

00:47:50.700 people out there. And what is happening, what I see on the ground in Colorado and what my friends see

00:47:56.780 around the country is a reaction to that, because we have patriots like you who are pointing out 0.97

00:48:02.860 where this nonsense is coming from and how far left and ridiculous it is. I think people are reacting 0.95

00:48:09.240 and they want their kids to learn U.S. history so they have a solid foundation and understand the

00:48:15.120 values that we hold so dear. So what is it that the average person can do? I mean, I know you were in,

00:48:24.840 and that's why I should have, I should have known U.S. Congress. I know you're in the HBO

00:48:30.620 documentary, Drain the Swamp. And some would say that you're the kind of the star of that.

00:48:39.820 But you're in there, you've been trying to drain the swamp, and it is getting worse and worse and worse,

00:48:46.880 Ken. They are way ahead of us on the left.

00:48:49.680 I think they are ahead of us. I wrote a book called Drain the Swamp, and HBO did a feature film.

00:48:57.420 I've just written a book called Capital of Freedom that came out last week, Glenn. And I talk in that

00:49:02.780 book about American history and about how the left is trying to move us to deny the history. I give

00:49:09.060 tours of the Capitol, and I talk about the historical symbols in the Capitol and how the left is trying

00:49:14.220 to deny those things. And fellow members of Congress on the left are trying to deny those things. And I think

00:49:19.880 the first thing that we have to do as Americans is to educate ourselves about how important these values are

00:49:26.340 and why it makes America great and why it separates us from the rest of the world.

00:49:30.920 So Ken, you had, I'm trying to remember where it was in Colorado, but you had Antifa try to come into

00:49:43.580 one of the towns just in one of the suburbs of Denver, and they were met by the people. I've been to

00:49:52.180 Colorado. I absolutely love your state. And there are, it's split now. It's, it's no longer like you can just live

00:50:04.140 your life and let it be. If you're living in some of these really now Marxist kind of communities, they don't

00:50:14.380 listen, and they don't understand each other. We've lost our union.

00:50:17.980 I think that's right. You know, we call it the People's Republic of Boulder. And I think that there are the attitudes

00:50:27.020 in Boulder are the attitudes that we see in many parts of the country, where the elite believe that they know better

00:50:34.800 than other people, how other people should govern themselves, run their lives. And the elite are imposing

00:50:41.740 regulations, taxes, other burdens on people, because it's really best for them.

00:50:47.440 And I think that freedom is at risk right now. And I think what we see in the rest of Colorado are

00:50:54.880 people rising up. We've had a number of very peaceful rallies from conservatives who are showing

00:51:02.580 appreciation for the police, who are showing their, you know, their appreciation for freedom and

00:51:09.040 those who protect our freedoms. And I think it's very clear that Americans have had enough of this

00:51:15.140 nonsense. When they see buildings being burned down, they know that's not a peaceful protest to discuss

00:51:22.040 race or any other issue. They know that's a group of people that are trying to destroy this country. 1.00

00:51:26.480 You know who Edmund Randolph was. And the things that he talked about, Americans, they don't cherish, 0.91

00:51:38.480 I mean, the older generation does, but I don't think they stand up for the things that, you know,

00:51:44.200 he really preached about.

00:51:46.820 Yeah, I think, you know, it's interesting. I, in my role as a congressman, I have these young people

00:51:56.220 in their 20s, who come to work for me for next to nothing. And they live in groups of three or four

00:52:02.460 in a one bedroom apartment in DC, because it's so expensive. And they do it because they absolutely

00:52:07.760 love the idea of promoting freedom. And they want to be involved. And they care so much about their

00:52:12.820 country. My son went to West Point. You know, he was in the military for eight years. I looked at

00:52:18.840 his fellow cadets at West Point and the people he served with in the military. What a great group of

00:52:25.740 young people we have in this country. And yet we ignore them. If it wasn't for you and some others,

00:52:31.260 Glenn, we wouldn't even celebrate the fact that we have this younger generation that just loves this

00:52:36.660 country and is not going to allow the left to destroy it. Yeah, we have. It's amazing. It's just

00:52:44.280 like the rest of society. It is really split. It's unevenly split. But there are millions of 20

00:52:50.600 somethings that are of tremendous hope to me, because they get it. They are much, they're much

00:52:57.880 further and more mature than I ever was when I was in my 20s. They're really well educated. And again,

00:53:05.120 that goes back to the the crux of our conversation here is, I think the left knows that and they are

00:53:11.900 intentionally destroying education. They are trying to stop us from teaching all history. People don't

00:53:18.440 even know that we're a republic and not a democracy. And they don't know the difference. And that is a

00:53:23.780 huge, huge problem. They don't know how our system works. They don't care how our system works.

00:53:30.300 And we're about to throw all of it away. Silently, really silently, because people are just like,

00:53:38.980 I don't really like it anymore. I think we can try something new. No, that this was a really hard

00:53:44.640 thing to get. And we've screwed it up. And they know they are dismantling us by not teaching history.

00:53:52.000 And what I see, and I have to tell you, it's one of the great ironies, I think, that will come out of

00:53:58.780 this whole COVID time that we're living in. And that is that kids are home with their parents,

00:54:06.360 and they're being educated. And I think you are going to see a new generation of homeschoolers. I

00:54:11.560 think you're going to see a new generation of people that recognize the frailty of public schools

00:54:17.960 and the inability of public schools to teach their kids. And they're going to get more involved in

00:54:23.800 their kids' education. They may not be homeschoolers, but maybe they'll just supplement

00:54:27.860 their kids' education on nights and weekends. And maybe they'll get involved and take their kids

00:54:32.900 to the U.S. Capitol and to our nation's Capitol and show our kids the history, the great abundant

00:54:38.940 history that we have all around us. And I think that if people are, you know, when you put your kid

00:54:45.720 on the school bus in the morning and then met them in the afternoon or went to see their sports

00:54:51.300 in the afternoon and sat down at dinner at night, you just made some assumptions about the education

00:54:56.300 system. Now parents are getting to see how bad our public education system is in some areas

00:55:03.440 and how much they need to get involved with their kids' lives. And I think it's a blessing that

00:55:08.760 a lot of these things are happening so that it's waking us up, it's opening our eyes.

00:55:16.380 If that's true, and I hope that it is, and it is to some degree in my own life where I am seeing

00:55:24.880 people wake up and go, wait a minute, what exactly is going on? And it will be a blessing if we take

00:55:32.660 the time to recognize what's going on and then do something about it. But I think a lot of people feel,

00:55:38.440 you know, helpless. I mean, we've, I feel helpless, quite honestly, on big tech. I know what big tech

00:55:48.160 is doing. I know how they are cozying up to, you know, the state. I know that they want regulation

00:55:55.840 because that's the way to put all the other competitors out of business. I know that they

00:56:00.660 are going to affect the election. I don't know what to do about it. And I think there's on almost

00:56:05.940 every front, that's the way Americans feel. What do we do?

00:56:08.500 Well, we had a great hearing. I'm on the antitrust subcommittee of the Judiciary Committee. We had a

00:56:15.280 great hearing with four of the tech leaders a couple weeks ago. And I can tell you that there

00:56:21.400 is bipartisan sentiment that the large, high-tech platforms need to be, well, that they have a

00:56:31.800 monopolistic control and that they show bias in their political leanings and that they are invading

00:56:38.480 our privacy and that they need to be, we need to have legal changes, changes to the law, so that the

00:56:47.480 regulators and the Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice

00:56:52.040 can regulate these giants so that they don't crush innovation in this country and so that there is

00:56:59.700 true competition in the marketplace. And I think you're going to see both parties move in that

00:57:04.960 direction because what's happening right now is really opening the door for Red China to get involved

00:57:13.440 and take more and more market share in this country.

00:57:17.480 I'd like to have you back on just to talk about the regulation because, Ken, I think regulation

00:57:22.080 on these companies, that's what the big three automakers did with FDR. That's why they were the

00:57:28.220 big three automakers and we lost Auburn and all of these other great companies because Congress went to

00:57:35.720 the big three and said, okay, you guys help us with regulation. How can we help you? And that regulation

00:57:44.260 never works out for the conservatives, ever works out for conservatives or people who believe in

00:57:49.820 personal responsibility and actual freedom. So, Ken, thank you so much for being on with us.

00:57:57.000 He's got a new book out called Capital of Freedom that you can pick up wherever books are sold.

00:58:03.580 Uh, and, uh, it's, it's a book that, uh, perhaps you can read with your kids and family and learn

00:58:11.000 what's really, uh, going on. Also, you can watch, uh, the special that revolves around his, uh, his book

00:58:17.620 on HBO called drain the swamp. Uh, his book was called how corruption is worse than you think.

00:58:24.320 And if that's not an understatement, Ken, every day, I've said that for years, it's worse than you

00:58:31.240 think. Every day I look at it and go, oh, I, I don't even know how to describe it anymore.

00:58:37.680 It is. And it, and it, it keeps getting worse. Unfortunately, we, we are, and they buy

00:58:42.800 partisan bankruptcy. It's very sad. Uh, Ken, thank you very much. I appreciate it. Uh, representative

00:59:18.640 use their password. Hmm. Really? Even when there's a password protecting them, uh, there's

00:59:26.080 trouble. There's most times there's not even a password, but there's no security at all on public

01:00:22.420 We have a teacher on tomorrow's program that we're going to have to disguise her voice. She's 0.99

01:00:40.920 absolutely terrified about what she wants to talk about. And that is that teachers now need to have 0.69

01:00:51.580 critical race theory training. This is Marxism. Um, and, uh, the curriculum going for the students

01:01:04.960 as well. Uh, this is happening now in California. It may be happening elsewhere. This teacher is

01:01:12.280 terrified about what is happening in our schools, less terrified about what's going to be happening to

01:01:19.360 her. If people find out who she is, it's important that we don't out these whistleblowers. Um, because 0.98

01:01:27.740 if we get rid of all the whistleblowers, there's nothing left, but terrified teachers or Marxists.

01:01:33.500 Um, she'll be on with us on tomorrow, uh, on tomorrow's broadcast. You don't want to miss it as we get into,

01:01:39.900 uh, what's happening in our schools. Uh, it is a hostile takeover by the Marxist and it is

01:01:47.620 well-financed and well-planned. The New York times is a, is a big part of it with the 1619 project.

01:01:55.220 It is absolutely a poison pill and needs to be stopped. And the only way to stop it is for you

01:02:03.400 to get involved in your local school district. You must be involved. You have to see you call your

01:02:11.640 school right now and make sure your kids are not going back to school. If that 1619 project,

01:02:17.100 pull them out of that class. If that's, what's being taught, pull them out of that class.

01:02:23.460 You need to ban with other, um, uh, students and other parents and get that out of your school.

01:02:32.620 It is already in thousands of American schools and everybody thinks, Oh, it's no big deal. It is a

01:02:39.440 poison pill. If that's what they're teaching in history, it isn't history. They even admit it.

01:02:47.100 It must be taken out. If your school district is having your teachers take classes on critical

01:02:55.040 race theory, that is Marxism straight up from Karl Marx. You've got to pay attention. And on tomorrow's

01:03:06.740 program, we're going to be getting into that on tomorrow's radio program on tomorrow night's

01:03:11.640 television program. Something just as urgent, the great reset. You know, there were times when we

01:03:19.740 talked during the tea party times where I said, they're just overwhelming the system. They're

01:03:23.920 trying to wear you out. I hope you're not worn out yet because this is just begun and it is all hands

01:03:31.680 on deck. You cannot sit on the sidelines with this one. The future of our nation really is, uh, at stake

01:03:40.060 and the future for your children is at stake. Now, what happens with the next election? I want to talk

01:03:48.700 to the woman who actually listened to people last time and called the election, right? One of the only 0.99

01:03:54.500 ones next program. She did that in, uh, in 2016. Let's see what she says. Now Patriot mobile. One of

01:04:04.660 the most important things we can do for our children right now, but when we, when our country is hell

01:04:09.640 bent on suicide and, and leftist educating them, support the next generation of freedom, loving

01:04:16.880 Americans, Patriot mobile now is running school days promotion until September 12th. You choose

01:04:23.940 either a free phone or a free month of service. When you switch to America's only conservative cell

01:04:40.080 students for life. They want you to know they are on your side and they're putting their money

01:04:46.440 where their mouth is. Other, you know, other cell phone companies are, are donating to Planned

01:04:53.020 Parenthood and they are working to squash your first and second amendment rights. We need to do 1.00

01:04:58.960 everything we can. And this is an easy one. Get the great cell service from Patriot mobile, great

01:05:25.520 This is the Glenn Beck program. Welcome to it. We have Selena Zito. She's joining us. Selena is

01:05:33.000 really one of the, uh, most honest reporters I have ever met. Uh, you know, back in the day,

01:05:41.300 uh, I was, I was skeptical of every reporter, not skeptical enough. Um, and I'd seen all of the

01:05:48.980 tricks and this reporter said she wanted to do an interview and I was like, uh-huh. And we set for

01:05:55.140 an interview and she asked tough questions, uh, but she actually got the story right. Um, she was

01:06:02.340 working in Pittsburgh at the time. Now she's everywhere. She's a national political reporter

01:06:07.700 for the Washington Examiner. She's a columnist for the New York post, the author or coauthor

01:06:13.580 of the book, the great revolt, which kind of goes into why Donald Trump won in 2016. If the press

01:06:20.700 ever cared to read it, they would know why, uh, he won and they would stop doing what they're doing

01:06:26.200 quite honestly. Um, but, uh, Selena joins me now. Cause I just read one of your columns,

01:06:32.180 Selena so much the same, but so much different in Pennsylvania this election year. You got it right

01:06:39.480 last time. What are you feeling and seeing so far with what 80 days away from the election?

01:06:46.940 Oh, well, first of all, thanks for having me on. I remember that first interview. Well,

01:06:51.160 it was in Columbus, Ohio. And I could tell you were like, all right, who is this girl? What's

01:06:56.300 he up to? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I didn't trust anybody. Uh, awesome. Yeah. But what I love about you is

01:07:07.500 you actually listen to people. Um, you did in that interview and you are, as a reporter, you're one

01:07:14.720 of the only people that still go to the coffee shops and you talk to people in the supermarket,

01:07:19.780 you talk to real people. And that's what gave you such an edge last time when you were the only one

01:07:26.540 saying, uh, guys, he's going to win. He's going to win. Yeah. Yeah. You know, you're hit on a key

01:07:32.420 point, Glenn. And, and it's not even as much as that I, you know, um, get out of town, if you will,

01:07:40.540 I'm always on the road. I have done that continuously through COVID. Um, but responsibly,

01:07:46.700 I always have a mask on. I always keep a distance from some, from, from people, all people, um, but

01:07:52.840 still able to understand what's continuously going on. I never take highway. I never take like

01:07:59.560 interstates and turnpikes. I stick to the back roads because that's where you can understand and

01:08:05.400 listen to people listening. Who cares what I think I'm, I'm one person. It's listening to people in

01:08:14.460 their communities and in their hometowns and in their homes is where you understand where the

01:08:19.480 election is going. And so I just came back. Yeah. Go ahead. From you, you were, so you were on the

01:08:25.420 back roads in Pennsylvania and what did you find the same and what did you find different and what

01:08:30.120 does it mean? Well, you know, I think all of us can say if we, if we, if we, if we drive past

01:08:36.740 something pretty quickly, it'll look like it did every year, right? Like, you know, people are in

01:08:43.300 their yards, people are, you know, getting food to eat. But then when you slow down and you really

01:08:49.920 look, you can see how much things are changed. Uh, and that goes from how we eat to where we eat

01:08:56.420 and how we look when we, um, when we participate in things that are outside of our homes. We have

01:09:02.800 masks on, we keep a distance, we don't eat inside, we eat outside and we are American. So we try to

01:09:10.520 adapt as much as we, we can, but there's been also so much taken away from us. And, and, you know,

01:09:19.160 and a lot of that is just simple joys, like hugging your grandchildren, hugging your parents.

01:09:25.620 You know, if you, if you're someone that has to be out of the public, you do that very reluctantly

01:09:30.980 because there's so much unknown. So one of the things, uh, besides, you know, watching people

01:09:36.760 eat, one of the things that I noticed is, and this is one of the things I pointed out in 2016 and

01:09:43.600 everyone sort of laughed at me. And that was the amount of Trump signs. And then, and people would

01:09:49.140 say rightly so that signs don't vote. They don't vote, but they tell this story or part of the story

01:09:58.500 about enthusiasm. And in 2016 in Pennsylvania, it was insane. Well, it looks remarkably different

01:10:06.860 from 2016 in that there are more Trump signs and people don't just have one, they have, or they have

01:10:13.740 a flag. And the most important sign you see is the one that's homemade, which you see hundreds of them

01:10:21.000 that defines a, um, a more, um, a more strident enthusiasm than just going down to the local,

01:10:30.580 um, you know, Republican, uh, committee headquarters. Yeah. Yeah. And pick it up now in 2016, you saw

01:10:39.480 very few Clinton signs. Most Clinton signs you saw were Clinton for jail. This year I have Biden signs.

01:10:48.500 Um, so, uh, I've stopped to talk to people. My assumption, and this is why you should listen to

01:10:56.100 people. My assumption was, especially in particular in some of these rural places where I've read

01:11:02.560 numerous, uh, stories in the New York times and the Washington post about how these voters are turning

01:11:08.440 on Trump. So in my head, I'm thinking, well, they voted for Trump and they didn't, uh, and they're not

01:11:14.340 going to this time. But when you listen, you find out that these are people that voted for Clinton.

01:11:20.580 You know, it wasn't like nobody in Pennsylvania voted for Clinton. Trump only won by 40,000 votes.

01:11:26.300 But what it then, and I think this is so fascinating. What they have told me to a person is,

01:11:32.680 you know, we couldn't even get Clinton to, they didn't even know this county existed in Pennsylvania.

01:11:38.560 You know, they, they didn't, they didn't care. They didn't think that was important. Well, in rural,

01:11:45.900 ex-urban, uh, and suburban areas, sometimes that's incredibly important when people live further apart.

01:11:52.840 And, and, and in particular now, you know, they want to place in a way to show their,

01:11:58.500 how they feel about something. Um, but a sign is a good way to do that.

01:12:03.740 And so that's what I have seen that has changed. There are about more Biden signs out there than

01:12:09.260 there were Clinton, but I would still say that Trump signs over Biden signs are a hundred fold

01:12:16.540 more. Now, what does that mean? Go ahead. Well, I wanted to, I wanted to ask you, um, there just based

01:12:24.080 on a couple of headlines just today, Americans are growing less willing to beg for permission to make

01:12:29.580 a living. Uh, next one, faith leaders protest, Governor Newsom's order, barring in-person worship.

01:12:36.300 Uh, a poll reveals half of Democrats don't think Joe Biden will serve all four years if elected

01:12:42.220 president. Um, who is going to pay? Do you think, and who is going to be blamed for the, the riots on

01:12:51.640 the streets, the, uh, not being able to go to work? Who's going to be blamed? Is that going to be on

01:12:58.300 Donald Trump or is that, do you think going to be on the democratic party? Well, you know,

01:13:05.340 Donald Trump has certainly has plenty of faults, but one of them is not that he's to blame for

01:13:12.460 riots and that, and he's to blame for these, uh, these cities that are having these, you know,

01:13:19.280 massive protests. Uh, I have a story coming up in the wall street journal about how people are

01:13:25.100 fleeing to, to, to move out of big cities in America, um, because of these protests and these

01:13:34.280 riots, but also because of COVID. But, um, but you know, the places where it's the most restrictive

01:13:41.160 when there's the least liberty available are the ones that are run by Democrats, whether it's a state

01:13:48.500 or a city and, and, you know, people aren't dumb, you know, they understand who's impacting their

01:13:57.280 lives. And, and, and while there might be some, there might be people out there, look, they could

01:14:04.580 just never vote for Donald Trump. They just won't show up to vote for Joe Biden. And so I think that

01:14:12.020 that, that is the thing we don't understand, you know, in my book, the great revolt, which I wrote

01:14:17.540 with Brad Todd in the back, we get, we're really nerdy and we did a lot. We did polling after I went

01:14:24.840 out and did the anecdotal reporting. We wanted to make sure we understood that the reporting matched

01:14:29.880 up with the data. One of the most important data in there, uh, 34% of self-identified Trump voters in

01:14:38.500 Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Iowa did not tell a family member, a friend,

01:14:45.380 or a pollster that they were going to vote for Donald Trump. And to be honest, 2016 seems like

01:14:50.680 a Disney movie compared to what we're experiencing right now. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. I think there's a lot

01:14:58.440 of people that are out there that just won't put a yard. I wouldn't put a yard sign on my yard.

01:15:04.760 Uh, I wouldn't put a bumper sticker on my car. I'm going to have my car vandalized for a bumper

01:15:09.680 sticker. Um, you know, and I hear that from people all the time. I hear that from people all

01:15:19.600 the time. They don't want to put signs in their yard. In particular, the closer you get to a city,

01:15:24.560 they don't want to put a sign in their yard. They don't want to put a bumper sticker.

01:15:28.440 They're worried for a number of reasons. How not so much as hell as much it impacts them,

01:15:32.920 but how does this impact my family? How does this impact my teenage kids? How does this impact

01:15:37.540 my job? If I own a business, are people going to just cancel my business because I support Donald

01:15:42.840 Trump? Uh, Selena, will you hold on just a second? Do you have time to hang on, do another

01:15:48.100 maybe five, 10 minutes with me? Absolutely. Okay. Hang on just a second. We're Selena Zito. You can

01:16:27.300 repair. Nobody, nobody, I don't care. Bill Gates. He's, he's still, well, the driver would say,

01:16:34.380 I got to take this into the check engine light. And he'd still be like, Oh, what a pain. And

01:17:15.920 You're listening to Glenn Beck.

01:17:25.340 Welcome to the, welcome to the Glenn Beck program. We have, uh, Selena Zito on, uh, with

01:17:31.460 us, Selena. Um, I, um, I want to continue our conversation about the people that you're

01:17:37.880 talking to in specifically in Pennsylvania and what you're seeing. You called it right.

01:17:43.020 The last time you were one of the only journalists that had it right last time. Um, and I think

01:17:47.480 that's because you stop and you listen and you talk to people, regular people. Have you talked

01:17:53.220 to Democrats about socialism and the riots and BLM and you know, this cancel culture? Are 0.53

01:18:00.400 they feeling like their party, the democratic party is part of that or part of the solution

01:18:05.840 to fix that?

01:18:07.880 Yeah, I talked to, um, plenty of Democrats and, you know, in particular in Pennsylvania,

01:18:13.740 now if you're in the center of the largest, two large cities, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia,

01:18:20.440 um, uh, you know, there are, um, very progressive enclaves for the most part though, uh, Pennsylvania

01:18:27.660 Democrats tend to be a little more moderate. Um, some of them are very actually culturally

01:18:32.940 conservative. Uh, some of them are willing to cross party lines all the time, but those

01:18:37.840 are, those who are not still are incredibly concerned about what they see as, as being, if not

01:18:47.440 supportive and not dismissive enough of the, uh, actions that are happening in these larger

01:18:56.660 cities, but they're also concerned about the creep of socialism within their party, because

01:19:03.260 these are not values that they hold. And a lot of them had parents or grandparents that,

01:19:09.000 that fought in wars to protect that from coming and being part of American society. So yes, there's

01:19:16.660 definitely, they definitely are concerned about the lack of dismissing that and the cancel culture 0.99

01:19:23.240 really deeply concerns everyone because we look at ourselves as Americans. And one of the things that

01:19:30.100 we're most sort of proud of is our ability to be able to speak our mind. And, and even seeing

01:19:38.700 sometimes the most simplest thing can be twisted and turned by the curators of our culture. And you'll

01:19:45.340 become a bad guy or a bad girl without saying anything more, um, not without saying anything

01:19:53.660 that is terribly egregious, but words are twisted and turned, and that is deeply concerning.

01:19:58.920 So tell me how much the VP, uh, selection matters. Uh, and I'm talking about heartland Democrats.

01:20:07.340 Um, if 50% of Democrats don't think he's going to finish out the term, the VP pick has got to be one

01:20:13.420 of the most important things. If he picks a black woman that not a lot of people know, or is a radical

01:20:20.860 is, is that important? The media would say that's the most important thing, or is it just to have

01:20:27.900 somebody who is well-known, respected, uh, not radical, even if they're black or white, it doesn't matter.

01:20:36.580 Right. So I think people, more than any other presidential, um, ticket in, in my lifetime,

01:20:46.340 are people most focused on who the pick is because of Biden's age, but also because of some of the,

01:20:55.140 all of the gaps he has had that, that show that he's not as sharp as he used to be. Uh, so it is,

01:21:04.020 uh, more important in this one, and it's not a geographical pick that used to be a really big

01:21:10.140 thing, right? Pick a person because of their state. Uh, I think that last, that went out the

01:21:15.380 window with Tim Cain in Virginia, but, uh, you know, this person needs to be pretty even keeled

01:21:22.400 and, uh, thoroughly vetted, which is why I tend to think it's going to be one of the women and not 0.61

01:21:30.880 Amy Klobuchar because she took herself out, but one of the women that were standing on the stage 1.00

01:21:35.460 during the debates this year, because they have been the most. Yep. Yep. Okay. Real quick. Cause

01:21:42.500 I've got less than, uh, less than probably 30 seconds. Now is the Trump coalition, those,

01:21:47.220 those Democrats that voted for Donald Trump, uh, is that coalition still alive?

01:21:53.260 His coalition has not changed. He is the people that voted for him in 2016 are still there.

01:21:59.120 I would argue that he's grown more people and more exurban and rural areas where he needs to earn

01:22:05.480 and the whole votes are in the suburban areas. And he, he needs to focus on earning that vote,

01:22:12.940 giving them a reason to show up.

01:22:15.960 Selena Zito from selenazito.com. Make sure you follow her. 0.98

01:22:20.340 Glenn Beck program.

01:22:22.900 Hello America. And welcome to the program. I just want to get a, uh, I want to get a, uh,

01:22:31.040 a feel on you and where you are, what's happening in your life. What are the changes that have happened

01:22:37.380 because of COVID, uh, that you are, you are seeing and what are the things that you can't believe?

01:22:43.840 I mean, there's little things, uh, that are starting to really bother me and, and realize

01:22:51.440 what this means just basically on the supply chain. Uh, and I, uh, I, I am, I am so ready to go back

01:23:02.500 to work and to leave my house. What was nice for a while is now like, okay, come on, come on,

01:23:09.500 come on, come on, let's get back to work. And I'm to the point where I don't really care what

01:23:15.660 anybody else says. I really, I really don't. Uh, it's, it's time. It's time we get to back to work

01:23:22.460 and Russia just came out. They, they're calling it Sputnik. Uh, but they say they have the vaccine

01:23:30.140 for COVID. How many of us will be the first to line up for that vaccine from Russia? I don't think so. 0.52

01:23:38.320 All this and your phone call, 888-727-BECK. Call us now, uh, 877-BECK. Call us, call it,

01:23:48.680 727-BECK. It's been so long since I've given it. 888-727-BECK. Call us now. We begin in 60

01:23:56.840 seconds. The Glenn Beck Program. Yeah, that's, that's right, Stu. Go ahead. Radio Hall of Fame.

01:24:03.280 I knew it was coming. Well, nominee, nominee, uh, not in it, not in it.

01:24:08.060 No, no. Do you know when, when do they decide whether or not I get in it?

01:24:12.220 I think they just made the decision if they're listening right now. Uh, yeah. Right. Okay.

01:24:16.260 Thank you. No, I don't know. Actually, I think maybe in the next few weeks, I believe is the,

01:24:20.300 uh, you know, it's, it would be an honor. It's an honor just to be nominated. Blah,

01:24:24.420 blah, blah. Second time, uh, nominee, uh, it would be better to actually win it. Um, but it

01:24:31.200 is, you know, honor to be nominated. It's actually a really big deal, which is why I'm not really

01:24:35.600 excited about it because I just don't believe it's going to happen. You know, it's just,

01:24:39.160 it's not going to happen. Have you listened to this show? Really? I'm forced to do it every

01:24:44.520 single day. I know. I'm, and I'm sorry. I pay you a lot of good money to do it. Uh, I don't

01:24:50.460 know why people do it for free. Anyway, uh, Reggie from Florida has been suffering a lot

01:24:54.640 of pain. He's, uh, he's just had this now for years between the pain and the stiffness

01:24:59.680 that usually comes along with it. He's been really frustrated for some time. He heard about

01:25:03.940 relief factor, jumped on the opportunity to give it a try. A smart man. Uh, Reggie, I wish I had

01:25:10.060 done the same, but I didn't. I was not as smart as you. Uh, he says in four days of starting the use

01:25:17.640 of relief factor, he noticed the pain and the stiffness were beginning to melt away. He's getting

01:25:22.980 his life back now. And so can you, I got my life back. It's not a drug, but it was developed by

01:25:28.580 doctors and 70% of the people who go on to try it, go on to order more month after month because it

01:25:34.360 works. It reduces inflammation. And I know ibuprofen does that too. Ibuprofen is for me,

01:25:41.360 it's crap. I mean, just give me a handful of candy corn. Uh, I would be happier and it would 1.00

01:25:47.340 probably do well. It would probably set things off, but I'd be happier with candy corn than a bunch of

01:25:53.380 ibuprofen. Uh, ibuprofen. This actually works. I don't know how or why, but it does relief factor.com

01:25:59.780 or call 800-500-8384. It's relief factor.com 800-500-8384 relief factor.com.

01:26:10.680 All right. I got a lot of stuff to talk to you about how the communists are infiltrating everything

01:26:15.540 and the Democrats, but can I save it for tomorrow? Cause I just, oof. Yes. Does this job get to you

01:26:23.120 sometimes where you're just like, I can't do it. I can't do it anymore. It does get a little bit

01:26:28.260 overwhelming. It seems like there's a constant flow of, uh, really terrible news all the time.

01:26:33.840 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So there's a couple of things that I'm doing that, uh, you know, I'm,

01:26:40.400 I'm, I'm ready to flee the city. I don't know if anybody knows that. Um, but I'm ready to get out

01:26:46.180 of, Hmm. What city do you live in? You live nowhere near 40 minutes from a city. Yeah, that's close

01:26:52.920 enough. That's close enough to be called the city for me for what's coming. That's close enough. I

01:26:57.780 just want to, I just, anyway, I was, Tanya and I have talked about putting an addition on our house

01:27:04.460 at the ranch because all of the family would be living together. And that's just insanity. I mean,

01:27:10.760 I'll be praying for Christ to return if that happens. So when you're living on top of each

01:27:16.200 other, so, uh, we wanted to build an addition. Well, I just got a, I got a phone call from the

01:27:22.040 builder and he's like, I, I can't guarantee that if we start this, we're going to be able to finish

01:27:27.880 this at any time. Cause we can't get the lumber. Uh, there's lots of things that I'm just,

01:27:33.580 the, the lumber and the, the supplies for the sheet rock and everything else. They were told

01:27:39.660 by the major supplier in the mountain West that they won't be able to get them and those supplies

01:27:47.020 and they don't know when they'll come in and that's indefinitely. So it's not like a six or 12

01:27:53.920 week or, you know, four months, 18 months, two years. It's just, we don't know. We have no idea

01:28:01.860 when it's going to be able to come incredible. This is America. It's, it's amazing. And it's

01:28:07.520 unlike the depression. You would think all of these people are out of work. And so you would think

01:28:12.220 like during the depression, you could still get the things to build, but nobody had the money to

01:28:17.600 build. Right. But if you had the money, you were providing all of these jobs. That's not happening

01:28:23.140 now because there's so many things that they can't, they can't do. Do you concrete is three times

01:28:29.860 the cost now? It's, it's concrete because they haven't like shut down construction per se. They

01:28:35.700 haven't shut down a lot of these industries, but is that the reason? Is it, is it, is it a supply

01:28:40.360 chain issue that earlier on in the supply chain things are closed down? So, so somewhere the next

01:28:45.500 step is not, it's not getting done. It's a factor of two things. One, if you're living in a state where

01:28:51.860 Californians and people from Michigan and Illinois and everything else are like, I'm getting out of here, 1.00

01:28:58.920 man. If you live in one of those States, you live in Florida, you live anywhere in the mountain West.

01:29:03.760 Do you live? I talked to my sister in Cody, Wyoming, and she's like, Glenn, the property values are

01:29:09.200 insane. People are just buying stuff sight unseen. She's like, I can put property up today. It will be

01:29:15.400 sold by the end of the day without anybody even looking at it. Yeah. Um, you know, people are just

01:29:21.180 moving out of the States that are becoming oppressive and they're going to wreck all of 0.81

01:29:27.440 the great places. Oh, you people. Um, but, uh, so you've got the two things that are happening. You

01:29:35.240 have, um, the, the lack of enough supply line for a lot of stuff. And then on top of it, you have

01:29:44.500 just the industry in certain States just going crazy. Everybody's building. Yeah. Which is

01:29:52.220 interesting. You wouldn't think that those two problems would be happening at the same time,

01:29:55.860 but I guess, no, I guess that's part of it. No, I, I, I, I was talking to a home builder who's

01:30:00.980 actually works here, uh, in, uh, in, in the Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas area. And he said the same thing.

01:30:08.040 They, they want to do all these big projects. They can't do them because they can't get the

01:30:12.760 supplies, the basic building supplies to build homes. And, and that is just, you know, we, I can't

01:30:20.140 remember ever hearing about that problem, uh, in America. Uh, it's a bizarre place to be, especially

01:30:26.440 when, when you want to put people back to work, there's a lot of companies that want to build

01:30:29.900 projects. They're like, this is a great time. People are available. People are ready. Maybe we,

01:30:34.120 you know, we're getting a deal on certain things because of the economy is down a little bit.

01:30:37.600 And they can't even take advantage of those things because they can't get the basic supplies

01:30:40.700 they need. We've got glass, uh, a glass wall that is waiting to put into a new studio at Mercury.

01:30:48.780 We've been working on it forever. This, the, the glass is delayed until like end of September.

01:30:55.200 We ordered it, I don't know, month and a half ago, two months ago. I mean, it's, and, and the,

01:31:00.420 the construction people are saying all the same thing. We're just waiting. We're waiting for

01:31:05.180 these products to arrive and nobody knows when they're going to arrive. I was talking to a friend

01:31:10.520 of mine who runs, um, one of the places for, um, uh, Ralph Lauren. And, uh, you know, we were just

01:31:18.020 chatting and I said, so how's, how's business? He's like, we're closed. We're closed. And I said,

01:31:24.160 well, what is, what is that like? Yeah. Some of the stores are just closed. Um, and he said,

01:31:30.600 and we're getting all kinds of pressure. We're going to open up again. So getting all kinds of

01:31:35.240 pressure to sell. He said, but we don't have any new product. We said, we only have what we had on

01:31:40.000 the shelves. He said, I don't know when we're getting our, our, uh, you know, fall line. I

01:31:45.560 don't, and it's happened everywhere with almost every clothing manufacturer. They don't know when

01:31:52.000 they're going to introduce the fall line of clothing. They're still sitting with the spring and

01:31:56.280 summer stuff that now as you're going into, you know, coat season, they're like, I don't have

01:32:01.520 any sweaters. We don't have them yet. I mean, we're just seeing things that nobody is thinking

01:32:05.940 about. Yeah. And all that stuff's going to back up. I keep thinking about that with entertainment

01:32:09.640 too. It's like, we're going to have this flood of movies that were scheduled to come out this year

01:32:14.460 that as soon as we have the availability, right, they're going to come out kind of packed together

01:32:20.120 all at once, but there's nothing in the pipeline. There's no new seasons of the shows that you,

01:32:24.140 that you love. There's, I mean, maybe they're writing a lot of good episodes, but other than

01:32:28.280 that, much, much of this stuff isn't happening at all. And even when it is happening, I was hearing

01:32:32.320 them describe how they're filming these shows, Glenn, where like horrible, all of the off,

01:32:37.420 you know, all of the actors come in and they do, they do walk through their lines and they all have

01:32:40.880 to leave. Then all the lightning, lighting people come in all separate because they're not,

01:32:44.220 they don't want to pass COVID to each other. So they come in, they leave. And then the people come

01:32:47.640 in with a set and they go to all, I mean, it's going to take 10 times as long and cost God only knows

01:32:51.640 how much more, and it's going to take forever to get you the actual shows. I mean, that's a dumb 0.99

01:32:56.020 minor one, but it's something that affects people's lives. I mean, we, I don't know about 0.94

01:33:00.080 you, but we've been looking through Netflix and Apple and everything else. We're like, seen it,

01:33:03.900 seen it, seen it, you've seen all of Netflix, seen it. I mean, it feels like it. Yeah. I know

01:33:10.600 feels like it. Yeah. I finished up reading everything on the internet yesterday. So now I'm all,

01:33:16.160 I'm all caught up. Yeah. I'm caught up to the internet. Really? Yeah. I don't know if there's

01:33:20.340 anything new today, but as of right now, I've got nothing left to read, which is, which is

01:33:24.600 something we actually got in the middle of this pandemic. My wife is, who is a bit of a,

01:33:29.560 she, she likes cleaning. She, she's a little bit obsessive about cleaning products. And as, 1.00

01:33:35.040 as the, as the, as the, the, you know, the COVID kicked in and the death started piling up,

01:33:40.140 she was like, I need more paper towels. Right. Cause that's what she would of course do in, 1.00

01:33:44.300 in a situation like that. She needed paper towels. Now we had some paper towels and she's not a 1.00

01:33:48.920 hoarder, but she, she was getting scared that we were getting low on paper towels, 0.99

01:33:53.740 particularly a bounty select a size paper towels, which is the ones that she always buys. Cause she 1.00

01:33:59.180 likes, she could pick them in all different sizes. As you know, Glenn, I mean, everyone thinks about

01:34:02.360 this as much as I do, I'm sure. So, so it's a April, uh, let's see, April 19th. And my wife,

01:34:12.260 of course, like everyone else on the planet is going online and trying to find a random

01:34:18.060 stores that will sell them paper towels or toilet paper or Clorox wipes, Clorox wipes

01:34:22.960 just now coming back into stores. Uh, but paper towels and toilet paper have been there for

01:34:28.140 a long time. And so, so we had plenty of toilet paper. We were okay there. She wanted more paper

01:34:32.780 towels to be safe. So she just started, you know, searching the internet, which is what you do,

01:34:37.200 right? You know, your Amazon wasn't selling. She found a company in China that was willing to sell

01:34:42.580 her 12 bounty select a size paper towel, giant rolls, uh, for the bargain price of $54. Okay.

01:34:52.680 $54 or all of them for all of them for four of them for 12 of them. Holy $54. Now that is not a

01:34:59.460 good price for 12 rolls of toilet paper, but no, okay. In the middle of a pandemic, you figure

01:35:05.180 you're going to pay a little bit more now. This is not a right. Lovey. This is not a, this is not a,

01:35:11.300 uh, at this point, and I got to say in the middle of this pandemic at this point, I don't care what

01:35:16.060 happens. Like, I'm just hoping we make it through. Uh, my wife, we were in the middle of, of trying

01:35:20.680 to deal with the homeschooling thing and all the craziness. My wife, as you know, very social,

01:35:25.240 not the pandemic, not her situation. It's not her vibe at all. Yeah. So I'm like $54 for paper towels

01:35:30.820 to make you happy for 10 minutes. Fine. Right. Like that's where I was in the middle of this.

01:35:34.460 Got it. So April 19th, she orders them. Obviously they don't come right. Like we all know the paper

01:35:41.880 towels do not show up in the normal time. She's, you know, following the paper towels. They, 0.72

01:35:47.960 they are updating the site. I don't know if it's a complete scam or not. They are updating the site

01:35:52.020 slowly. And then it gets to the point where, uh, it's been like now two months. Right. And of course,

01:35:58.620 paper towels are in every store in America. We still have no paper towels from this company.

01:36:02.560 So she does the responsible thing and goes to the credit card. Cause she's tried to cancel it now 0.69

01:36:07.920 50 times. They won't let her do it. She goes to the credit card company and says, I'm, you know,

01:36:12.600 canceling this transaction. They never sent me this stuff. She does that. Uh, then a few days later,

01:36:19.260 I guess it was almost August. Okay. Late, late July, we get a package in the mail. She opens it up.

01:36:25.480 She's looking at it. She's like, what is this? Like, what, what is this package? I have it right here.

01:36:29.480 This is the package. Now this is a bounty select a size, 12 paper towels, white giant rolls times

01:36:38.580 two. Okay. Um, and so we open it up and check, what are these? Now you'd think if you ordered

01:36:44.460 bounty paper towels with the label, you'd know exactly what they were, right? Okay. That's right.

01:36:49.840 This is it from China. I'll hold out, pull out one of these rolls. This is how they came. 0.99

01:36:54.260 This is the roll of paper towels. Oh my gosh. Now the, the paper towels are smaller. This is a

01:37:03.540 giant roll. Supposedly smaller than a roll of toilet paper. Smaller. Yes. With, except it has

01:37:08.320 no little thing in the middle of the little, uh, you know, the little cardboard. Yeah. There's no way

01:37:11.900 you can tube. And it is, I don't even think they're paper towels. I'm pretty sure it's toilet paper.

01:37:17.320 Uh, and it is a, now this is $54. So you were, no, you were ripped off by, by a Chinese website.

01:37:26.340 I find that so hard to believe. This is a stunner. So I went back to the credit card company. I'm like,

01:37:30.940 we're not, they, cause they, then they said, Oh, actually they delivered it. So they rejected

01:37:35.000 our blocking in the charge for $54 for, for 12 rolls of, of knockoff, not name, not the name brand

01:37:42.120 they promised, not paper towels and not giant. None of the things we ordered and they showed up

01:37:48.160 four months late. Uh, so we had to resubmit. I submitted it with pictures. This is not a giant

01:37:55.420 roll of bounty paper towels. So we're still in the process of, uh, of this fight against the system

01:38:01.440 Glenn that I will not give up until we get $54 back. The oppression, you know, there's a white man

01:38:06.760 made them, those Chinese people do this. You know, it was a white man, a white man enslaved Chinese 0.64

01:38:12.740 people and forced them to, to, to, to, to scam us. Right now I have a toilet paper story that I was

01:38:19.640 not going to share with anyone. Uh, but, but since you did the paper towel story, I'm hoping it's not

01:38:26.740 just me and, uh, but it probably, probably is. And you'll understand in a minute. First, uh, let me tell

01:38:33.300 you about simply safe top of the line home security does not have to cost you an arm and a leg.

01:38:39.040 Doesn't have to be complicated. You don't need, I have to tell you, I am losing my mind with our

01:38:44.040 television. I bought a good television. I bought a good remote control. It never works. And I'm five

01:38:51.180 years down the line with this TV and I'm ready to throw it in a pool. Um, anyway, I am so frustrated

01:38:56.980 with stuff that is way too complex to, uh, to use. You don't have that problem with simply safe.

01:39:03.300 The world's a little bit crazier than, uh, you know, I would like, uh, maybe, maybe, maybe you

01:39:08.380 too. And you're thinking, Hey, gee, maybe I should secure my home and my family and my possessions.

01:39:12.760 Well, if that's on your mind, may I recommend simply safe. They make it easy and affordable

01:39:17.640 to have the best home security on the market for a state of the art equipment around the clock

01:39:22.120 monitoring. Simply safe. First name in the business, simply safe, Beck.com simply safe, Beck.com

01:39:28.260 get rid, uh, or get a free HD security camera. When you go to simply safe, Beck.com, make sure you let

01:39:36.040 them know that, uh, that I sent you and you'll, uh, you'll get the HD security camera and really,

01:39:42.380 really the best security that money can buy from simply safe, Beck.com 10 seconds. Station ID.

01:39:58.260 Okay. So, uh, you have the paper towels that are clearly smaller. What do you think? We make

01:40:12.520 them a little smaller. You've got the smaller roll of paper towels. Okay.

01:40:17.140 I haven't, so I'm, I'm, I'm sitting down taking care of my business and I look over to the toilet

01:40:25.640 paper, you know, and it's a strikes me that it's just slightly smaller than toilet paper rolls should

01:40:35.060 be. Now I've looked at toilet paper rolls my whole life. Uh, and you know, I know the, you know,

01:40:41.000 industrial crap that, you know, is one ply and smaller and everything else, you know, for the 0.91

01:40:48.320 cheap bosses. Gosh, I hope we don't have that kind of toilet paper at the place. Do we anyway? Um, 0.99

01:40:54.780 so I, I understand that that's not this, this is regular toilet paper, but either I have gotten so 0.98

01:41:02.680 ginormous that my hands are now so fat and my ass is so big that it just appears to me that the 0.98

01:41:13.780 toilet paper roll has shrunk. And that's a possibility, but I think the toilet paper has 0.99

01:41:21.540 actually gotten smaller. Has anybody else gone through this where they're like, Hey, wait a minute.

01:41:27.800 This is like 5% smaller. It's not like dramatically smaller. It's just a little smaller. Oh yeah.

01:41:33.840 This happens all the time. I mean, it's a big thing in ice cream where they have taken the old

01:41:38.980 half gallon containers and just like shaved off a couple of percent per year. And now they're in

01:41:44.920 between like a quart and a half gallon and they still sell it for the same price. That's why I think

01:41:49.680 it was, is it blue bell here? I think is it blue bell? I think that does it where they point out

01:41:54.100 still a half gallon. It says like right on the package, still a half gallon because they have not

01:41:58.900 shaved a percentage off. This is a, yes, this is a big thing. Actually, it's a way that the,

01:42:04.780 these companies are able to increase their profits without changing. So I just, I mean,

01:42:10.740 yes, I've gotten fatter. I mean the COVID-19 I blew by 19 months ago. The COVID-19 is almost the

01:42:18.860 COVID-19 at this point. So I know that my hands and everything else have gotten bigger,

01:42:24.080 but there is a possibility then that this is true. I mean, not for you, for you, you're just

01:42:29.900 fatter, but it is possible for, for more. All right. I've come to the point. I feel like a giant.

01:42:35.580 I look at it and I'm like, these are for little people. What is this? I need to, you know what I 0.92

01:42:42.080 mean? Yes. I'm at that point now where I look how cute this toilet paper is. I've kind of just

01:42:49.100 like priced in the COVID thing to my current size in that, like, you know, you have these like

01:42:55.180 things where like, you're the same weight for a long time and you gain some weight and you want

01:42:57.780 to lose back to that period. I've just plateaued it now. I've just said, this is my new weight.

01:43:01.500 And now I'll, I'll calculate it from here. I feel like it's actually disrespectful to the victims

01:43:06.420 of the pandemic. If I were to lose this weight, uh, because you know, you'll forget it. Right.

01:43:13.840 When they cure it, then I'll be like, okay, it's time to slip down again. It's a little bit. I'm

01:43:18.060 just getting to the point to where I've got to be able to leave my house soon because I'm losing

01:43:23.580 the ability to walk. Maybe that's just, maybe that's just me. All right. Long ago when the hunters

01:43:32.380 of the tribe came back from killing and somehow managing to pack out a woolly mammoth, I don't

01:43:37.320 even know how they did that. Then they had to stand there in front of a roaring fire, no doubt

01:43:42.440 sweating their butts off watching that mammoth meat. I mean, make sure it didn't burn. I mean,

01:43:48.760 somebody there, is there a cooler way back in the cave to do this somehow? Can we just eat it raw?

01:43:54.100 Really? Thankfully, we've come a long way since man lived in the caves, but we are still many of us

01:44:00.560 standing in front of our stupid grill when it's 5,000 degrees outside. Why not sit inside in the 0.99

01:44:08.640 air conditioning with rec tech rec tech grills? They have smart grill technology, really sturdy

01:44:15.800 design, a hopper full of heat and delicious wood smoke. The rec tech stands head and shoulders above

01:44:22.020 the competition. So me like meat tastes good, but I like new fangled air conditioning. Go to rec

01:44:30.180 tech tech, R-E-C-T-E-Q.com. That's R-E-C-T-E-Q.com. Best grill you can find on the market.

01:44:40.260 Join a network that's standing in solidarity, not losing weight for COVID-19.

01:44:45.040 It's blazetv.com slash Glenn, blazetv.com slash Glenn.

01:44:48.540 This is the Glenn Beck program. So glad that you have joined us today. Now, Stu has a dilemma.

01:45:03.500 He purchased from China four rolls of bounty paper towels for $54 or $56?

01:45:13.140 $54. $54. I did actually, to be fair, I got 10. So they were, they were, I did get the bargain

01:45:19.680 basement price of $5.40 for one roll of paper towel would be bad enough. When you buy them in

01:45:24.840 bulk, it's even worse. And when you actually get it, it's not the name brand that you ordered.

01:45:28.940 It's not giant. It's not select a size and it's not paper towels. And it showed up four months late.

01:45:34.620 It's slightly bigger than toilet paper. Yeah. And is it one ply? Is it just, but a little,

01:45:40.980 a slightly wider maybe than toilet paper? Yeah. And doesn't have the cardboard tube in

01:45:45.280 the middle. So you can't really use it. It's, I mean, it's no, you can't put it on any of the

01:45:50.520 rollers for sure. No. So it's a, that's nice. Now you paid $54 for it now. So he said to me during

01:45:56.920 the break, so what do I do with it? And I suggest that you try to sell it on the internet to a bigger

01:46:03.920 sucker than you. Ah, like we're upping the game a little bit. I like that. Cause I mean, 0.98

01:46:09.300 yeah, yeah. So I have to get more than $54 out of it. If I sell each one individually,

01:46:15.100 I just have to sell 10 of them. Yeah. I mean, I said there was a sucker born every minute, 0.99

01:46:21.100 not every second. Okay. I'm not sure you can sell all 10. That's why they did it in bulk. They know 0.98

01:46:26.180 there's somebody so stupid. They will buy this now. We should charge $40 for the $54. 1.00

01:46:33.920 on it. There's some dope out there. And that's what happens. Right. And again,

01:46:38.140 your Russian people are living in China. Again, this is the same accent. Yeah. Cause you can't, 1.00

01:46:42.640 yeah, you can't have an accent that's a Chinese person or it'll be very, very bad, but Russians 1.00

01:46:47.520 I could do all day. Well, as we learned, yeah. And as we learned earlier, it's okay to blame white 1.00

01:46:51.220 parents for all, for problems, uh, but no one else. So it's okay. Okay. So what do I do? How do I do?

01:46:56.340 You're the master of, uh, of this. How would I? I'm the master of what? You know,

01:47:01.120 suckering people. And, uh, I mean, you're, you might go into the radio hall of fame. You've 0.61

01:47:04.240 obviously been suckering people for years. So anyway, what you would, uh, what you would 0.70

01:47:11.480 do is you now have to reclassify it. She was looking for bounty paper towels. So what is

01:47:18.920 it that people are short of right now that you could kind of claim that that's what that

01:47:26.020 is? And I could go for the Clorox wipes. Uh, now this, cause those are just, there's

01:47:32.060 not that big of a shortage. No, there is a big shortage of those have been, they're just

01:47:35.860 getting back into stores. Like they're the people are frantic over these things. How

01:47:40.180 about so disposable masks? Let's see. How's it? I'll try to, they say for, it does look

01:47:48.640 like it could be a disposable mat. Okay. Take two of them. Okay. Now I'll take the other

01:47:53.820 one. So double layer together. Yeah. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Cause I could go right now. If you

01:48:00.000 just take a rubber band and you staple it to each end, you could put that on over your

01:48:04.960 ears. So they're disposable. How many, how many sheets in that? Gosh, I can make thousands

01:48:10.680 of disposable masks with us. Right. So this is a, this is a disposable mask, uh, for you

01:48:18.220 and your whole family for the rest of COVID. There'll be hundreds of these that you could

01:48:22.820 make and you sell them by the roll. This is brilliant. Okay. Yeah. So they'll just put

01:48:28.400 like basically a string in one side to the other and sell them for how much do you think

01:48:31.440 could I get for each one? Well, how much are masks? Masks are expensive. Right. That's

01:48:38.560 true. These are disposable. You don't use them a second time. This is, that's crazy using

01:48:42.900 masks cause they're expensive. Using masks, the same mask every time. No, you can, they're

01:48:47.040 disposable. You'll have thousands of masks ready to go. I think this is solid. Okay.

01:48:53.300 You take that roll. You take a, you just take a box of rubber bands. You put a bunch

01:48:58.880 of rubber bands, maybe 10 rubber bands in the box with the roll. There you go. Wait,

01:49:03.820 I don't even attach them. And you sell it for, no, no. So they have to put the paper towels

01:49:11.420 over the face and then just wrap them. Right. And then you, well, no, you would give them

01:49:16.480 some staples maybe. And then they just staple that rubber band to each side and then they

01:49:21.640 put that around their ears. Here, make one. Do you have a stapler right there and a rubber

01:49:25.780 band? No. Why would I, no. I'm going to show you how easy it is to make. No, I don't.

01:49:31.240 Does anybody, can somebody bring into the studio? Yeah. You just, all you do is you're going

01:49:35.360 to fold the two, the four corners. Listen to me here. You're going to take the four corners,

01:49:39.920 lay it out on your table. Okay. And you're going to take the two edges, the four corners,

01:49:45.020 and you're going to put them into like a, like a point. Okay. Fold them in. So it's

01:49:49.280 like a point. Okay. Yeah. On each side. Well, I need a rubber bands. Two rubber bands

01:49:55.560 and a stapler. I'll take a stapler though. I've got a stapler now. Okay. Okay. So now you

01:50:00.580 take those, those two points. All right. You staple them closed. So they're on top of each

01:50:05.920 other on each end. So like this, it kind of comes at a point.

01:50:09.920 Yeah. That's a really poor one, but yes. Yes. Boy. Yeah. There's not a bit of art in

01:50:16.320 your soul. Is there? I actually hate it. Okay. Um, all right. So now, oh, I didn't. Okay.

01:50:23.940 Again, what a surprise. And this is a manufacturing process. It's not art. We're trying to protect

01:50:30.020 people from COVID here. No, no, no. This is life is art. Let's do life is art. Everything

01:50:35.160 you do should be beautiful. Uh, all right. Uh, good. Now you take the rubber band when

01:50:40.060 you get the rubber bands, you have them. Uh, yes, I have. Okay. Now you just, uh, you

01:50:46.320 staple one end of the rubber band to each point. Okay. And so that way it'll go over

01:50:51.560 your ears. Okay. One here. Okay. No, this is looking pretty good, right? This is, and

01:50:59.320 you could do this, you do this yourself. And you, then when you're done using it, you throw

01:51:03.640 it away. Okay. All right. Now we got to, we need somebody that can help us how to post

01:51:10.800 this online. Cause this is great. Okay. So let's get Chris Brady to make, now put it around

01:51:15.800 to your ears. Pull it down. That's it. That's perfect. That's perfect. This is, I

01:51:21.080 can totally go into any store with this. I can make like 5,000 of these things for, for

01:51:25.700 $54. Right. And sell it for $54. Right. You can make, now you're not making it. These

01:51:31.840 are, this is me. See, cause if you put your time in making all those masks, then it's not

01:51:37.060 worth it. Then it's not worth it. You take a handful of rubber bands, some staples and

01:51:41.620 one roll. You got 10 rolls. So you just, you just evenly spread them out. You package

01:51:46.580 it as, and you just put it in a bag and you send it out and they're 30 bucks, 30 bucks

01:51:52.960 for whatever it is, a thousand masks done. Sell it back to the Chinese. I should just start 1.00

01:52:01.960 taunting any country that has an outbreak. I could just start. No, no, no. I think we should

01:52:05.900 sell it to the Chinese. What is the, uh, what's the big Chinese like eBay? Oh, we 0.86

01:52:12.020 need somebody that can, or one of those type of, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. If

01:52:16.100 we can get them on Alibaba, I have no idea how to do that, but I think we should sell

01:52:21.000 them back to the Chinese. I, I, I like this idea a lot. I think we can make some 0.99

01:52:26.040 real cash off of this. That should be my goal to see if I can make more than $54 and

01:52:29.720 80 cents off of this, off of these rolls. I think you, I think you charge, I mean,

01:52:36.100 I'm being aggressive, but if you're selling to Chinese, I don't know how much, you 1.00

01:52:40.280 know, that they have $30 for a roll of disposable masks. Who knows? I don't know.

01:52:45.540 You know, sell them for $5, $8. It's got to be believable. And remember, you've got time

01:52:50.220 and shipping involved too. So that's, that's true. It could take at least four

01:52:53.020 months for these to arrive. I will tell you that. Um, right. Um, can I put

01:52:59.220 backlog, can I put, uh, should I put Stu does America on it, uh, as a, as a logo or

01:53:04.260 do I want to deny all culpability? If I mean, if you're signing to the Chinese, they 1.00

01:53:09.420 don't care. And if you're signing it to, if you're sending it to America, uh, then

01:53:15.080 it could be a celebrity thing and people will be not that you're a celebrity, but

01:53:18.260 it could be that people like, Oh, I want to buy that. Cause you know, as seen on

01:53:23.000 TV, right, right, right. So that would be, that wouldn't be authentic. Is that what

01:53:26.940 your, your cases here? Right, right. And you know, if you made anything over

01:53:31.900 $54, maybe you should donate that to like the Nazarene fund, which we said

01:53:36.440 today, the Nazarene fund is down helping the Christians in Beirut right now. And

01:53:41.400 it is very bad. They really need your help. But if you give, if it's known that

01:53:48.540 you're going to give the money to charity. Yeah. It loses its authenticity

01:53:52.940 there. Yeah. It loses the authenticity of a sucker is born. Uh, that is a bigger

01:53:58.800 sucker than you. You know what I mean? Cause you could have a, you could have a 1.00

01:54:02.380 big heart and you'd be like, Oh, I don't know. Those masks might work. And then

01:54:06.480 you get them and you're like, yeah, but it was only, you know, $85 and that's all

01:54:10.940 going to charity anyway. So. And, and to be clear, the mask will not work. Uh, I

01:54:16.440 will say all, all the, it's actually importing virus from China. As your attorney, I

01:54:21.640 didn't hear that. No, of course. What I heard Stu saying is this is the best

01:54:25.320 mask ever, right? Yes, of course. That's what I meant to say. Right. Also, you

01:54:30.380 can't really breathe in. When you breathe in, it just attaches itself to your

01:54:33.800 mouth. Right. That's what, that's what, that's why it works. When you, when you

01:54:38.920 breathe in, it got, it sucks up next to your mouth and then you breathe out. I 0.96

01:54:43.700 will say there's an issue with some paper. If, if, if the wetness of your lips

01:54:46.740 hits the, uh, the mask, it will disintegrate and turn into paper like

01:54:50.560 shreds, uh, and then get in your mouth and then you'll definitely have 0.95

01:54:53.340 COVID because there's no way this was not made out of COVID-19. I'm not

01:54:57.640 hearing any of that. I'm not hearing any of that. Stations, edit that part

01:55:01.540 out. We're live. Uh, uh, oh crap. Radio Hall of Fame. Well, you didn't hear,

01:55:06.480 here, this isn't the mask you were looking for. Okay. So the old Jedi mind

01:55:13.000 trick, I think will work. I'm not sure. All right. So package that up and

01:55:17.780 then, uh, let's bring it on the air tomorrow. And, uh, I think we'll have

01:55:21.240 it. I think this looks easy. I don't see how I couldn't make a fortune off of

01:55:25.860 this idea. Hey, God bless America. You know what I'm saying? God bless

01:55:30.100 America. They think they can out America us. Nah, you send us paper towels. We

01:55:35.080 make surgical masks out of them. Go ahead. Send us your worst. We're

01:55:39.380 Americans. Uh, all right. Uh, more in just a second. First, let me tell you 0.88

01:55:44.960 about our sponsor. Our sponsor this half hour is Zip Recruiter. Hiring is

01:55:52.580 challenging. Like, you know, if Stu goes into this surgical mask business, you're

01:55:58.500 going to find somebody who, you know, is like, wait a minute, I have some ethical

01:56:01.720 qualms about all of this. I'm not sure this is, no, you don't want that person

01:56:05.280 working for you. So how do you do it? How do you do it? Well, you need an

01:56:09.500 algorithm to tell you exactly who's going, who will cut those ethical

01:56:13.620 corners for you. You know what I'm saying? Cause you don't want the usual

01:56:18.000 people as a recruiter will find for you. Cause they'll be honest and

01:56:20.500 everything else. You want to tell Zip Recruiter, look, I'm looking for

01:56:23.480 somebody a little shady and believe it or not, I think their algorithm would be

01:56:27.580 able to find that, uh, for you. So when you're hiring somebody with Zip

01:56:32.920 Recruiter, this is the place to go. It's simple, it's fast, and it is

01:56:37.260 smart. It is the place where you can connect to the qualified candidates, the

01:57:02.500 hour, but definitely the first day. I've seen that. I've hired like that with

01:57:08.500 Zip Recruiter. Try Zip Recruiter for free right now at ZipRecruiter.com slash Beck.

01:57:13.460 That's ZipRecruiter.com slash Beck. The smartest way to hire. ZipRecruiter.com slash Beck.

01:57:22.960 You're listening to Glenn Beck.

01:57:32.500 This is the Glenn Beck program. Just making America stronger every second that we're on

01:57:44.820 the air. Just, you know, really trying to encourage those entrepreneurs like Stu, who's

01:57:51.040 just opened up his new mask business, making lemonade out of lemons. And I commend you for

01:57:58.940 it. It's that kind of ingenuity that is, that innovative thinking, quite honestly, that's

01:58:04.940 going to, it's going to change the world. Yeah. It's pretty, it's a pretty nice mask.

01:58:09.800 We're getting some good ideas. We have capitalists in our audience, as you know.

01:58:13.580 People love America, love capitalism. Kevin writes in, says, hey, just, they are just like

01:58:18.760 they're select a size paper towels. You can market these as select your own level of protection.

01:58:23.380 You can choose as many sheets as you'd like to make it thicker to provide more protection

01:58:27.740 as the mask. That's brilliant. Brilliant.

01:58:30.300 This works pretty well. Brilliant. I mean, not for the virus, but, you know, for making

01:58:35.780 money, it would work really well if people buy them.

01:58:37.640 Well, I think that's probably, you know, I think it's, you know.

01:58:41.380 And we've already had multiple offers here, Glenn. Multiple offers to clear $54.

01:58:46.560 So I think, I think this is going to be a winner.

01:58:49.740 Well, but I think, I mean, but those are the people who are like, I really want to give

01:58:53.320 my money to the Nazarene Fund and it would be fun to do this too. So they're not suckers.

01:58:58.220 No. You know, those are tender, tenderhearted people. And that kind of sucks.

01:59:03.620 You know, because we're looking for the suckers. And really, we're looking to sell it back to 0.99

01:59:08.000 the Chinese. And think of this, this has got to go on the box. 0.95

01:59:12.040 It's made in China, assembled in America.

01:59:18.920 I like it. That's so, this is like almost like a, it's almost patriotism what you're

01:59:23.000 talking about.

01:59:23.460 It is. It's exactly patriotism. You put a little flag there by the, by that statement,

01:59:30.160 made in China, assembled in America. And if your rubber bands come from America or the

01:59:35.680 staples come from America, most, uh, some parts made in China, most made in America and

01:59:44.760 assembled in America.

01:59:47.060 Yeah. That's pretty powerful, Glenn. I mean, in this time, I think people will unite around

01:59:51.720 this message of solidarity.

01:59:53.120 I think so too. I mean, you were ripped off by the Chinese. Let's rip them off. We need 1.00

01:59:59.180 somebody who is Chinese though, because we don't know the culture. And so we gotta, we

02:00:04.700 have to have some things in there that mean something to them. Maybe we put the communist

02:00:08.940 flag on it, made in China.

02:00:11.520 Ah, because then we could put up ads on Chinese websites and sell them back to the Chinese. 0.99

02:00:16.420 Correct. Correct. Correct. Because they sold you worthless paper towels for $54 because

02:00:23.480 you're a boob. Fair. I mean, they have like a trillion, right? They have like a trillion 0.99

02:00:30.980 people over there. There's gotta be a bigger boob than you. Right? Yeah. I mean, we, not 0.98

02:00:37.020 that we know of, but it's possible just because of science. Just because the odds. Yeah. The

02:00:43.840 odds. They're in my favor. I mean, they're having children like crazy. Yeah. The odds. And

02:00:47.640 may they always be in your favor. Wow. We should write that down because I think we're going

02:00:52.260 to probably be, kind of probably be hearing some of that kind of talk soon from our federal

02:00:57.120 government, capital city. That is nice. We've got a lot of these here. May I ask you? No,

02:01:06.040 I'm not going to. Anyone know how long COVID-19 stays on plastic or paper towels? Because if

02:01:10.240 it's longer than four months, I definitely have it now. You guys all just watched me get it

02:01:15.680 on the air. Yeah, you might have it. Cause that definitely, that's a sealed bag with, uh, with

02:01:23.840 Chinese air in it. Oh yeah. Definitely Chinese air. I love, I love this. I love that conspiracy 0.98

02:01:31.940 theory. Don't open the bags. They're shipping all the air over to us. Yeah. So the seeds, the seeds

02:01:37.780 that you can plant COVID in your own garden. Right. That's happening. Right. It's happening.

02:01:42.400 It's happening. It's happening. Man, I wish we were on the wrong side. It would be so fun to

02:01:47.940 destroy something, wouldn't it? I mean, it'd be easy. At least it would be easy. This is the Glenn

02:01:53.940 Beck Program.
