01:36:17.720 sudden I've I'm surrounded by medical

01:36:40.640 thing I walked away from this whole

01:36:41.840 experience was was boy if you don't know

01:36:44.940 Christ this is about as good as it gets

01:36:49.040 frame has been so depressing for a lot of

01:36:50.700 people because we want life to be

01:36:52.280 meaningful we want the holidays to be

01:36:54.100 special and so we keep trying to squeeze

01:36:58.320 something out of something that it can't

01:37:03.240 despair connected with that but if you do

01:37:04.940 know Christ and you belong to him and he's

01:37:07.000 your Savior and he's your Lord and this is

01:41:59.080 just live right now because that's all we have and I think a lot of our

01:42:04.440 stress that we have over the holidays is we're fearing the future what's

01:42:08.440 going to happen so we get all worked up about that or we're punishing our past

01:42:14.780 ourselves but we're never now and if anything I think the holidays

01:42:19.000 especially Christmas which is about Christ is living in the now it's just

01:42:23.080 letting Christ be incarnated in you it's Christ coming into you into your life

01:42:29.320 as your Lord and as your Savior and then there's an incredible sense of calm

01:42:32.940 that comes with that that keeps you in the center Christ is always the center

01:42:38.160 he's the calm in the middle of the storm and without him I just think that it's

01:42:44.120 all chaos but with him there's that center there's that calmness even though the

01:42:50.020 chaos is all surrounding if you're with him and he's with you there's a

01:42:54.280 tremendous amount of calm and reassurance that comes with that
