00:00:00.000 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:00:23.720 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:00:30.000 Hello, America.
00:00:34.860 It is Justin Barkley in for Glenn Beck today and well-deserved time off a little vacation
00:00:41.840 and we're locked in and I guess today is sort of a federal holiday for some folks.
00:00:46.360 Some folks still off, but we're here.
00:00:49.860 So no matter what you're doing, you're celebrating or you're working.
00:00:54.400 We're in it together.
00:00:55.760 Lots lined up today.
00:00:56.780 In fact, folks, I thought there was a firework shortage over the weekend.
00:01:03.000 I learned that that wasn't that wasn't true.
00:01:06.320 And in my neighborhood, at least we'll talk about all of the things that happened over
00:01:10.140 the weekend, the fireworks in the news and more after this.
00:01:13.200 You know what home sellers don't need?
00:01:23.140 Drama.
00:01:23.740 Hi, it's Glenn Beck and I've had my share of drama when I've tried to sell homes.
00:01:28.300 Tanya and I got so sick of the list of excuses and the balloons and open houses that we started
00:01:33.180 realestateagentsitrust.com because we don't want everybody else to feel this way too.
00:01:38.120 Great agents, we found, don't foster drama.
00:01:40.660 They just get the job done.
00:01:42.060 So now why are the agents at realestateagentsitrust.com so good?
00:01:45.320 Well, first of all, my team looks at real data.
00:01:48.220 How does their production compare with other agents in town?
00:01:51.200 How long have they been the top producer?
00:01:53.460 What do their reviews and ratings look like compared to other agents?
00:01:56.480 Are they full-time or is this just kind of a part-time gig?
00:01:59.260 How do they market their homes, which will be your home?
00:02:02.260 And lastly, what is their business ethic?
00:02:04.260 All of our agents have surpassed our criteria and have taken the extra step to sign an affirmation
00:02:09.700 that they do business my way.
00:02:11.680 So I urge you, go to realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:02:14.400 Let one of our agents earn your business.
00:02:17.220 realestateagentsitrust.com
00:02:18.280 realestateagentsitrust.com
00:02:20.780 Well, welcome in.
00:02:39.960 And I got to tell you, I heard just like the shortages of everything else over the weekend
00:02:46.620 that fireworks were going to be an issue.
00:02:49.200 In fact, we heard that maybe some places might actually have to charge more for those fireworks.
00:02:55.300 But we've got a new baby.
00:02:57.920 There's a family with a new baby.
00:02:59.000 Everybody's trying to sleep.
00:03:00.100 And if the dog's going crazy because she's hearing the fireworks and the baby is trying to sleep,
00:03:05.100 well, I got to tell you, it was bigger and louder and, some might even argue, better than ever this year.
00:03:11.800 And I think there's a good reason for that.
00:03:15.740 Well, there wasn't a shortage.
00:03:17.120 That's not necessarily the full reason.
00:03:19.020 But I think there's a good reason for that.
00:03:22.240 After the year, well, 15 months or more that we just went through,
00:03:28.860 people were letting off a little steam.
00:03:33.020 Not only were folks letting off a little steam,
00:03:34.820 but I do believe that after what we just went through,
00:03:39.620 oh, man, we just wanted to celebrate.
00:03:45.800 We just wanted to feel what it's like to come together again in so many different ways.
00:03:56.040 Like we really weren't allowed or told that we could throughout the last 15 months.
00:04:07.620 And, in fact, boy, so much changed during that time.
00:04:12.900 There was a lot as we, as a nation, went through together the insanity that was last year.
00:04:26.900 We felt that in our personal lives, too, with the birth of our daughter.
00:04:32.740 She was born a little early, three months to be exact.
00:04:37.220 27 weeks.
00:04:38.560 She was just two pounds and six ounces.
00:04:40.220 In fact, I think she was just born last time I filled in for Glenn back in, I want to say it was back in December.
00:04:52.940 Around Christmas.
00:04:53.840 So, I've got updates on her.
00:04:57.760 I'll fill you in on that coming up in just a little bit.
00:05:01.560 But I'll tell you, the chaos last year was heavy.
00:05:05.140 And I think, at least I feel this way,
00:05:08.080 that some of us who really just wanted to feel a return to normalcy.
00:05:17.000 We kept hearing that phrase over the last year, by the way, too.
00:05:20.780 The new normal.
00:05:22.320 If I have to hear that one more time.
00:05:26.420 A light a sparkler.
00:05:31.240 And place it where somebody probably doesn't want it.
00:05:33.860 But here's the point.
00:05:36.200 Folks just wanted to feel real again.
00:05:42.640 And I understand that.
00:05:44.340 There's some things, I think, promising.
00:05:52.740 Promising and good news.
00:05:53.920 Some promising signs and some good news out of what I witnessed this weekend.
00:05:58.780 Although, in true crazy form, some folks are at it even harder than ever.
00:06:08.580 And I just, I will tell you, because I'm going to tell you the stories.
00:06:12.800 In fact, there's one that, Representative Cori Bush, I think she's from Missouri, like the St. Louis area.
00:06:21.780 She's kind of one of the wacky squad, far left folks.
00:06:28.960 And she's been in the news before.
00:06:31.040 But over the weekend, she made comments like this.
00:06:34.400 And by the way, the pushback that she got, the reason we're talking about this is sort of the good news.
00:06:40.360 Because people said, are you serious?
00:06:43.240 She said over the weekend that, quote, black people still aren't free to celebrate July 4th.
00:06:53.240 She went on to say, this land is stolen.
00:06:59.100 And this story from the blaze.
00:07:00.840 Freshman Representative Cori Bush, member of the so-called squad far left, triggered a tsunami of backlash on Sunday.
00:07:09.440 When she said Independence Day is not about celebrating freedom for all Americans.
00:07:15.240 She said, America is a stolen land.
00:07:17.900 Black people aren't free.
00:07:19.280 And when people declare that Independence Day is about celebrating freedom, they mean for white people only.
00:07:26.960 When they say that the 4th of July is about American freedom, remember this, she says.
00:07:32.340 The freedom they're referring to is for white people.
00:07:38.300 This land is stolen.
00:07:40.940 Black people still aren't free.
00:07:43.980 Well, tell that to the millions of Americans who celebrated.
00:07:51.520 The millions of Americans who got together with friends and family.
00:07:58.700 Yeah, we may have lit off fireworks.
00:08:00.520 We may have had a burger or a hot dog or relaxed by the pool or the beaches, no matter where we are or what we did.
00:08:11.300 Freedom is in the heart.
00:08:13.680 And I would argue it's in the heartland as well, because I think we saw that throughout the entire country this weekend.
00:08:19.700 And a return to normalcy in a lot of ways that I think most folks on the left don't want to see.
00:08:31.380 They want more of what happened over the last year or so.
00:08:38.140 They want more of the lockdowns.
00:08:39.840 They want more of the restrictions.
00:08:41.140 They want more control over your life.
00:08:42.880 So, as you see statements like this, now, I don't, I'm not surprised by this.
00:08:52.240 It does sadden me to hear these type of things, because I know what it means.
00:09:03.340 And I know that when these people make these statements, they only want one thing.
00:09:10.860 That's just to divide us.
00:09:14.260 To completely divide us.
00:09:16.120 It's not about racism.
00:09:24.400 It's not about any of the isms.
00:09:26.100 It's not about climate change.
00:09:27.520 It's not about any of that stuff, although we'll talk about all these different things that they're fighting for and screaming about from the rooftops.
00:09:37.420 But the truth is, really, what's it all about?
00:09:42.980 It's about the vision.
00:09:46.120 Because they hate, they hate what we are.
00:09:54.480 They hate America and all she stands for.
00:09:59.940 And the truth is, they hate you.
00:10:02.400 And they hate our children.
00:10:05.320 And so, that's why we've seen this absolute invasion from within.
00:10:14.980 The indoctrination in the schools seeps into every single aspect of our daily lives in the culture.
00:10:23.320 And that is what they want.
00:10:26.320 I mean, there's story after story.
00:10:30.700 There's headline after headline.
00:10:31.720 In fact, NPR.
00:10:34.400 Excuse me.
00:10:35.040 Let me get my NPR voice here ready.
00:10:36.840 NPR this weekend.
00:10:38.480 Is that good?
00:10:39.360 I want to make sure I get this.
00:10:41.720 Because over the weekend, NPR decided they were going to get in on the action, too.
00:10:45.140 NPR this weekend, deciding that they were going to get in on the action this weekend.
00:10:50.960 And they were going to talk about the Declaration of Independence.
00:10:56.140 And how there was a racial or racist slur in the Declaration of Independence over the weekend.
00:11:05.400 I've got to be careful.
00:11:06.120 They're going to call me and try to hire me.
00:11:09.240 I don't want to work.
00:11:10.740 That would possibly be the most boring job.
00:11:12.820 I don't think I could last very long.
00:11:15.620 Unless I'm allowed to sleep on the...
00:11:17.320 Can I take naps?
00:11:19.300 They're very calming.
00:11:21.020 I don't know if you've ever stumbled upon them.
00:11:23.520 But you've got to be careful when you listen to the car.
00:11:25.340 Because you might fall asleep.
00:11:27.960 And you don't want that.
00:11:31.600 Outrage at NPR.
00:11:33.140 After it called Declaration of Independence a document with flaws and deeply ingrained hypocrisies.
00:11:39.920 While warning their readers, it includes a racial slur.
00:11:45.360 This is the article from the Daily Mail.
00:11:47.100 And I'll read it in my NPR voice.
00:11:48.760 NPR's annual July 4th reading of the historic document came with warning.
00:11:55.900 The broadcaster noted the famous promise of equality did not apply to women, enslaved people, and Native Americans living in the country.
00:12:05.080 And this is the lie.
00:12:08.080 Of course, at the time, as you understand it, yeah, the context of history, it was a different world.
00:12:17.280 But as we move forward, and America, oh, dare I use the word, progressed, as it fought, tooth and nail, not just foreign enemies on the outside, but the ones from within.
00:12:39.480 Again, brother against brother, even in some cases.
00:12:48.220 This country always has been and continues to be about liberty, freedom, and justice for all the American way.
00:12:59.760 But it's folks like NPR and Cori Bush that want you divided.
00:13:09.500 The question is why.
00:13:12.760 Why do they constantly try to drive a wedge between us all?
00:13:18.780 Especially when we're supposed to be drinking Budweiser's and eating hot dogs, launching fireworks, bottle rockets at each other.
00:13:29.160 Oh, that was just me, maybe, when I was a kid.
00:13:32.200 But, you know, the point is this.
00:13:36.220 The 4th of July might be the most unifying holiday on the calendar.
00:13:43.500 And there's a reason why it's under attack.
00:13:51.660 Coming up, we'll talk about that.
00:13:53.400 I want to take a quick break.
00:13:54.360 But I also want to share the good news.
00:13:56.660 Because this story and the many others along with it over the weekend, I think they have some light.
00:14:06.840 Some light that comes from the, I don't know, the encouraging, maybe the hope-filled good news that you're just not hearing in some of these stories.
00:14:19.260 They're there.
00:14:20.780 And to really understand them correctly, you have to have full context.
00:14:25.720 And so that's what we'll kind of try to do today as we continue.
00:14:29.180 Justin Barkley from WOD.
00:14:31.120 That's Wood Radio in Grand Rapids.
00:14:32.600 In for Glenn Beck today on the Glenn Beck Program.

00:15:37.140 Rules and restrictions may apply.
00:15:38.980 Yeah, hey, you know, even, even the flag, even old glory is problematic.
00:16:00.520 Yeah, that's what we're supposed to believe this day and age.
00:16:05.320 Well, you know, they're kind of setting this up.
00:16:10.320 There's another flag that we've been following this.
00:16:13.920 You've seen and heard all about it over the month of June.
00:16:16.740 And there's another holiday.
00:16:17.740 And I believe, I don't think it's too wild or too crazy to understand this, to wrap your mind around it, but I believe the intention is to do kind of like, you know, what they would do when they would conquer Romans and folks throughout history.
00:16:37.400 When they would conquer one society, one civilization would conquer the next.
00:16:42.500 So what they would do is they would go out and they would replace, you know, like the pagan holidays with their own holidays.
00:16:51.500 Or they would replace the holy sites with their own holy sites.
00:16:56.420 There are plenty of them throughout time.
00:16:57.880 Look at the different, you don't have to look much further than the different, some of the different places, you know, the temples and some of the holy sites and cathedrals throughout Europe.
00:17:13.780 I mean, it's interesting.
00:17:15.220 If you know your history, you see this is kind of what they try to do.
00:17:18.160 Now, they're not putting something directly over the top of July 4th.
00:17:22.960 I think the idea is to take it out completely.
00:17:27.080 Now, let me get my tinfoil hat out.
00:17:33.380 Put that on here.
00:17:35.100 Let me just get that nice and straight.
00:17:38.800 I got to get the reception.
00:17:40.140 The reception's got to come in clear.
00:17:42.740 I got the 5G now.
00:17:43.760 So, some might call you a conspiracy theorist, but, you know, after your conspiracy theories continue to come true, you got a question at some point.
00:17:54.240 Okay, what is, now, what do you call that?
00:17:59.400 In fact, I feel like lately that I need new conspiracy theories because they've all come true.
00:18:04.680 But it really is, no mistake, I think what we're seeing done, a replacement of the 4th of July in a lot of ways because we have now new official summer holiday of Pride Month with the flag completely.
00:18:22.780 Now, listen.
00:18:23.500 I have had conversations with friends of mine who say, look, coming from the standpoint, you know, I'm actually gay.
00:18:32.300 And I got to tell you, this whole thing has taken a complete turn.
00:18:38.580 I don't like the division, the segregation that I see in the context of what I'm hearing in the talk of the June in Pride Month.
00:18:56.380 You know, he said, you know, when this all started, what we were looking for was to not be treated differently, that we wanted to be included.
00:19:08.580 But what we see today is something completely different.
00:19:12.920 It's division on all fronts.
00:19:16.500 And I thought, well, you know, that's really wild.
00:19:20.240 I haven't really spent a lot of time thinking about that.
00:19:24.000 The flag now flown in many places all over.
00:19:28.960 You even see some municipalities flying right next to the American flag.
00:19:34.420 In fact, I think the goal is at some point to replace the American flag.
00:19:42.260 And I'm not saying replace it with the Pride flag, but maybe it's the Pride flag or the Antifa flag or whatever flag fits for that day.
00:19:51.260 Because, you know, we've got one for all occasions now.
00:19:53.260 We've got one for every group.
00:19:54.300 Everything's completely segregated and separated because the one thing we can't have in America in 2021, the one thing, no, it's not freedom or freedom of speech or any of that, but that all goes along with it.
00:20:07.600 But the one thing we can't have, we must avoid it at all costs, is unity.
00:20:13.880 During the month of June, I don't know who said it, but I remember seeing the comments.
00:20:20.800 And the truth is that we have a flag that unites everyone.
00:20:24.720 We have a flag that stands for every single American.
00:20:29.480 And that's really the beauty of what this nation was founded on.
00:20:32.320 That's the beauty of who we are, is that we all come together.
00:20:35.420 It's a melting pot, this country.
00:20:37.320 It's a matter of race, religion, any of these issues that are constantly used today to drive us, or attempt to anyway, drive us further apart.
00:20:56.760 There's one flag that brings us back together.
00:21:00.860 And there's a holiday that unites us.
00:21:10.440 And that's the reason why it's under attack.
00:21:17.140 Coming up, what's the real goal?
00:21:19.740 Why would they do this?
00:21:21.280 And I'd love to hear from you if you want to join the program.
00:21:23.100 You can at any time.
00:21:23.880 You can get a message directly to me.
00:21:26.280 You can go to justinbarclay.com, B-A-R-C-L-A-Y.com, justinbarclay.com.
00:21:31.340 Down at the bottom of the page, a little spot to send your message.
00:21:34.300 It goes directly to me.
00:21:35.360 Shoot that to me.
00:21:35.960 I'd love to hear from you.
00:21:36.740 We'll grab some phone calls coming in.
00:21:38.340 It's Justin Barkley in today, filling in for Glenn on the Glenn Beck Program.
00:21:45.220 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:21:48.900 After decades of leftist ideology desperately working to destroy everything we've ever held true and dear,
00:21:56.140 our culture is a smoldering shell of what it once was.
00:21:59.500 Too many conservatives have lost the will to fight the woke mob,
00:22:03.060 and our nation's fate stands on a razor's sharp edge.
00:22:06.120 Yet from the ashes, there is rising a new generation of young conservatives,
00:22:09.680 people who believe in the Constitution and the values of America,
00:22:12.340 and they're going to need a lot of guidance as they take their reins
00:22:15.040 to help steer this country back in the direction it's supposed to go.
00:22:18.240 That's why I'm really proud to be associated and be able to recommend the Tuttle Twins books.
00:22:23.700 If you haven't heard about them, it's time to change that.
00:22:26.380 They're fantastic books for children that teach them about American history and freedom.
00:22:31.480 If your kids or grandkids aren't reading these, they must.
00:22:34.380 Go to TuttleTwinsBeck.com right now.

00:22:49.080 Doing our part to keep free speech alive.
00:22:51.560 There's much more after the break on the Glenn Beck Program.
00:23:06.460 No matter how much they try it.
00:23:10.720 Oh, no matter how much they try to drive that wedge between us and divide us,
00:23:15.780 tear us apart as a nation.
00:23:17.420 Ha ha ha, it's not working.
00:23:19.760 That's some of the good news.
00:23:21.060 And I've got some proof for that.
00:23:24.860 I'll explain coming up.
00:23:25.980 Justin Barkley in for Glenn Beck today on the Glenn Beck Program.
00:23:28.300 Do you remember this commercial from the 70s?
00:23:30.200 What's your favorite sport?
00:23:31.460 Baseball.
00:23:31.940 Sandwich.
00:23:32.420 Hot dog.
00:23:32.860 Pie.
00:23:33.260 Apple.
00:23:33.900 And what's your favorite car, America?
00:23:36.060 Chevrolet.
00:23:36.700 Let me see.
00:23:37.060 That's baseball, hot dogs, apple pie, and Chevrolet, huh?
00:23:39.920 Right.
00:23:40.480 Well, you sure sound like America to me.
00:23:42.380 We are.
00:23:43.160 Well, then you better tell me again, because I just might forget.
00:23:46.440 We love baseball, hot dogs, apple pie, and Chevrolet.
00:23:51.100 Baseball, hot dogs, apple pie, and Chevrolet.
00:23:54.160 Now, I know it's superficial.
00:23:55.680 The baseball, the hot dogs, the apple pie, yeah, even the Chevrolet.
00:23:59.700 But, you know, there's a little bit of nostalgia to that.
00:24:04.320 Just watching that, thinking about all those things were uniting.
00:24:12.700 All of those things were pieces of the culture that we could gather around, that we could somehow
00:24:18.500 find a way to rally around.
00:24:21.040 Because it doesn't matter, you know, who you identify as.
00:24:29.080 It doesn't matter what you think you are today.
00:24:34.000 It doesn't matter the color of your skin or what church you go to.
00:24:38.260 We could all rally around our favorite baseball team watching America's pastime.
00:24:47.120 We could all enjoy some sort of grilled product, I would think.
00:24:53.860 If it's not a hot dog, you'd still throw some sort of meat on the grill.
00:24:59.580 Nowadays, we can't even do that.
00:25:01.340 It's got to be maybe a plant-based meat.
00:25:03.120 Let's throw a plant-based meat on the barbecue.
00:25:05.140 It doesn't have the same ring to it, does it?
00:25:11.100 But, you know, even things like that are uniquely designed to divide us these days.
00:25:19.740 Baseball, hot dogs, apple pie, and Chevrolet.
00:25:26.440 Even in the commercials.
00:25:29.160 Even in the advertising.
00:25:30.680 Madison Avenue and the rest of them spent millions.
00:25:33.140 Millions.
00:25:35.320 Putting all that together.
00:25:37.100 To sell some cars!
00:25:38.840 How do they sell cars now?
00:25:40.640 Oh boy.
00:25:42.400 You and I both know.
00:25:43.760 Look at the commercials now.
00:25:45.000 Here is, here's why I think
00:25:46.700 they're not successful.
00:25:50.360 And this is where I think the good news is.
00:25:52.040 I started this show off by saying,
00:25:55.580 boy, I heard there was a shortage of fireworks this year.
00:26:01.360 Just like the other shortages.
00:26:02.720 Now some of these shortages are real,
00:26:04.120 and some of them I think are a little artificial.
00:26:07.700 But we have issues in the supply chain for all kinds of reasons.
00:26:10.600 It's true.
00:26:11.100 Not just the inflation,
00:26:12.280 but of course we've got the issues with
00:26:13.860 trying to even find folks to work.
00:26:16.860 A lot of them in many states.
00:26:19.660 Like states like mine,
00:26:20.640 blue states like Michigan,
00:26:23.060 where they're being paid.
00:26:24.240 To sit at home?
00:26:24.900 Of course they're not going to go back to work.
00:26:26.320 Why would you do that?
00:26:27.280 Summertime?
00:26:27.720 Go back to work now?
00:26:28.820 No.
00:26:29.500 And of course,
00:26:30.040 when the kids are back in school,
00:26:31.840 yeah, I don't know if I could do that either.
00:26:33.240 If I'm still being paid,
00:26:34.280 I'd probably need to stay home.
00:26:37.240 Because the kids are going to need help
00:26:38.520 with their homework.
00:26:39.160 You get the point.
00:26:39.940 But, you know,
00:26:43.720 there are issues.
00:26:44.740 While there are issues,
00:26:45.480 I don't know that the fireworks were real or not.
00:26:47.320 Because I'll tell you last night,
00:26:48.540 I heard more,
00:26:50.120 and I certainly heard plenty on Saturday,
00:26:52.160 but I heard more last night than I heard Saturday.
00:26:55.260 And if I recall,
00:26:56.620 last year was very similar.
00:27:00.680 Because we were told last year to stay home
00:27:02.820 and to hunker down
00:27:03.700 and to shelter in place
00:27:04.920 and to not leave.
00:27:06.900 Oh my goodness.
00:27:07.880 By the way,
00:27:09.660 over the weekend,
00:27:10.520 Biden tweeted,
00:27:11.320 or somebody tweeted for him,
00:27:12.660 because thank God,
00:27:13.320 you went from a president
00:27:14.340 who owned Twitter
00:27:15.040 to a president
00:27:15.740 who doesn't even know
00:27:17.680 what a Twitter is.
00:27:18.600 I mean, this guy doesn't,
00:27:20.680 I don't think he's putting
00:27:21.620 his own sentences together,
00:27:22.800 let alone tweeting them
00:27:24.220 on Twitter
00:27:25.020 on the toilet
00:27:27.260 at 4 a.m.
00:27:28.820 What I'm saying is,
00:27:30.000 I don't know
00:27:30.960 what Biden's doing,
00:27:33.560 and I don't think he does even,
00:27:34.740 but yesterday
00:27:36.220 or over the weekend,
00:27:37.880 it was tweeted on his account,
00:27:39.600 let's put it that way,
00:27:41.660 that the most patriotic thing
00:27:43.400 that we can do as Americans
00:27:44.780 is to go get the jab,
00:27:48.140 if we haven't already done that.
00:27:49.700 And boy, oh boy,
00:27:50.580 wouldn't you know it?
00:27:51.600 There's another thing
00:27:52.620 that's being used right now
00:27:54.300 to divide us.
00:27:55.380 Last year they used
00:27:56.440 all kinds of interesting tactics.
00:27:58.940 Our governor here in Michigan,
00:28:01.080 she used masks
00:28:03.100 to divide us.
00:28:03.920 And as I started
00:28:05.100 to roll the language out,
00:28:06.380 I thought to him,
00:28:06.800 I said, you know,
00:28:07.960 gotta be careful with this.
00:28:12.040 Early on in the beginning,
00:28:12.960 I caught that.
00:28:13.780 I said, you gotta be,
00:28:14.920 because she was telling people
00:28:16.020 to go out
00:28:16.820 and confront each other.
00:28:19.560 Okay, so which is it?
00:28:21.040 Are we supposed to stay
00:28:22.280 six feet away from each other?
00:28:23.940 Are we supposed to go
00:28:25.360 up to each other
00:28:26.560 in our personal space
00:28:27.600 and confront each other?
00:28:29.740 She told people
00:28:30.600 to confront each other
00:28:31.400 and people died
00:28:32.280 because of it.
00:28:36.580 I think there were
00:28:37.380 a couple people
00:28:37.860 shot at a dollar store
00:28:38.960 of an argument over masks.
00:28:42.140 And in fact,
00:28:43.040 I think one man
00:28:44.240 stabbed some people
00:28:46.140 waiting in line
00:28:46.800 at an ice cream shop.
00:28:51.740 While another one,
00:28:53.340 I think that man
00:28:54.780 eventually fled.
00:28:56.620 Police caught up with him
00:28:57.740 and shot and killed him.
00:28:58.960 people died
00:29:01.060 because of this division.
00:29:03.340 So as I mention it,
00:29:04.740 and I do believe
00:29:05.420 it's good news,
00:29:06.100 last night,
00:29:06.900 I didn't see
00:29:08.280 or hear any issues
00:29:11.620 with division.
00:29:16.580 Not this weekend.
00:29:17.560 I saw a country
00:29:18.300 more united,
00:29:19.040 I think,
00:29:19.420 than almost any time
00:29:20.620 in the nation's history.
00:29:24.100 Because the truth is,
00:29:25.260 every single one of us,
00:29:26.320 I think,
00:29:27.680 want very much,
00:29:30.220 at least,
00:29:31.240 pretty similar,
00:29:32.280 very much the same thing.
00:29:35.720 We want to come together
00:29:36.780 with our family.
00:29:38.300 We want to celebrate holidays
00:29:39.500 like the 4th of July.
00:29:42.560 But slowly,
00:29:44.280 oh and surely,
00:29:45.500 just like
00:29:45.980 you would turn
00:29:47.160 the Titanic,
00:29:48.420 they are trying
00:29:49.560 to turn this nation.
00:29:51.340 And I think
00:29:53.460 it's something
00:29:53.820 that we should
00:29:54.700 be aware of.
00:29:56.780 Just like everything else.
00:29:59.320 I think it's wise,
00:30:01.120 it's prudent
00:30:02.360 to know
00:30:03.400 what's going on.
00:30:07.560 But I think
00:30:08.260 you ought to know
00:30:08.760 the good news too.
00:30:10.020 And the good news is,
00:30:11.840 they haven't turned
00:30:12.540 all of us.
00:30:13.600 And there were millions
00:30:14.600 last night
00:30:15.340 that weren't.
00:30:17.560 They weren't turned.
00:30:18.320 There were millions
00:30:22.200 over the weekend.
00:30:23.840 They weren't turned.
00:30:25.960 So when I play
00:30:27.100 this audio
00:30:27.540 from this commercial,
00:30:28.880 the baseball,
00:30:29.760 the apple pie,
00:30:30.880 you know.
00:30:31.820 Baseball,
00:30:32.480 hot dogs,
00:30:33.400 apple pie,
00:30:34.200 and Chevrolet.
00:30:34.920 That's baseball,
00:30:36.020 hot dogs,
00:30:36.900 apple pie,
00:30:37.640 and Chevrolet.
00:30:38.920 Baseball and hot dogs,
00:30:40.600 apple pie,
00:30:41.380 and Chevrolet.
00:30:42.080 That's a little slice
00:30:43.040 of Americana right there
00:30:44.340 from the 70s.
00:30:45.840 I play that commercial
00:30:46.760 when I think about
00:30:47.360 the stark contrast
00:30:48.200 and the difference
00:30:49.180 between the commercials
00:30:51.580 we see on television now.
00:30:53.440 And I'm telling you,
00:30:55.020 it's my gut instinct.
00:30:57.760 I just know for a fact.
00:30:58.960 And I think you,
00:30:59.800 you would probably
00:31:01.520 feel the same way.
00:31:03.720 If we saw those
00:31:04.800 kind of commercials
00:31:05.600 today,
00:31:06.900 those products
00:31:07.800 would fly
00:31:08.580 off the shelves.
00:31:09.760 In fact,
00:31:10.680 we do see those
00:31:11.680 type of
00:31:12.360 advertisements
00:31:13.420 and commercials
00:31:14.000 for certain products.
00:31:15.240 certain niche
00:31:17.360 industries.
00:31:20.060 Certainly
00:31:20.580 things like
00:31:23.720 MyPillow.
00:31:24.740 You know
00:31:25.260 the advertisers
00:31:27.620 because they advertise
00:31:28.700 right here
00:31:29.260 on this program
00:31:29.940 and they support
00:31:31.800 these programs.
00:31:36.420 But what if
00:31:37.860 the car manufacturers
00:31:39.600 and all the other
00:31:41.840 companies out there,
00:31:43.020 what if instead of
00:31:43.860 advertising how
00:31:45.000 woke they are
00:31:46.000 to us
00:31:46.340 and signaling
00:31:47.220 how virtuous
00:31:48.140 they are to us
00:31:49.200 in every single
00:31:50.440 commercial
00:31:50.920 and really
00:31:52.440 in a sense
00:31:53.440 trying to
00:31:54.020 drive us apart,
00:31:55.840 what if they,
00:31:56.420 I don't know,
00:31:57.140 what if they tried
00:31:57.820 to
00:31:58.260 wrap everybody up
00:32:01.120 in their arms
00:32:02.720 and unite us
00:32:03.480 together,
00:32:03.940 maybe under that flag?
00:32:04.960 I tell you,
00:32:10.720 I think they
00:32:11.860 would see
00:32:12.600 a stunning
00:32:15.620 return
00:32:17.700 to those
00:32:19.580 products in a
00:32:20.140 response because
00:32:20.860 of the fact
00:32:22.360 that it would
00:32:22.680 just resonate
00:32:23.320 with so many
00:32:23.940 different Americans.
00:32:25.500 These things
00:32:26.160 are deeply
00:32:26.660 embedded.
00:32:27.240 They're ingrained
00:32:27.700 in who we are.
00:32:29.920 And although
00:32:30.600 they're trying
00:32:31.340 to turn us,
00:32:33.800 they're not
00:32:34.380 winning.
00:32:34.960 they
00:32:37.400 aren't
00:32:40.440 winning.
00:32:45.460 Even though
00:32:46.220 the New York
00:32:46.580 Times
00:32:47.140 is now
00:32:51.200 suggesting
00:32:51.800 that the
00:32:55.680 flag
00:32:56.500 itself
00:32:57.700 is
00:32:58.940 problematic.
00:33:00.160 The flag
00:33:01.080 itself,
00:33:01.920 they're getting
00:33:03.020 hit back.
00:33:03.540 today,
00:33:06.580 flying the
00:33:07.020 American flag,
00:33:08.020 this is from
00:33:08.460 the Times,
00:33:09.020 from the back
00:33:09.820 of a pickup
00:33:10.440 truck or
00:33:11.400 even a lawn
00:33:12.240 is increasingly
00:33:13.760 seen as a
00:33:14.780 clue,
00:33:15.980 albeit an
00:33:17.280 imperfect one,
00:33:18.980 to a person's
00:33:19.840 political affiliation
00:33:21.040 in a deeply
00:33:21.600 divided nation.
00:33:22.460 election.
00:33:23.880 You know,
00:33:24.140 I often said,
00:33:25.140 like,
00:33:27.480 I don't know,
00:33:28.660 it's pretty
00:33:29.060 clear,
00:33:29.520 if you have a
00:33:31.040 flag outside
00:33:31.660 your house,
00:33:32.140 I probably
00:33:32.660 know who
00:33:33.100 you voted
00:33:33.460 for.
00:33:33.760 You don't
00:33:34.060 need a
00:33:35.780 lawn sign.
00:33:36.900 I probably
00:33:37.900 know how
00:33:38.440 you voted,
00:33:39.320 at least.
00:33:42.620 Although,
00:33:43.140 they're
00:33:43.680 drawing the
00:33:45.000 connection
00:33:45.400 to a
00:33:46.560 disturbingly
00:33:48.000 divisive
00:33:50.280 place.
00:33:54.040 They say
00:33:54.980 a person's
00:33:55.560 political
00:33:55.960 affiliation
00:33:56.700 in a
00:33:57.140 deeply
00:33:57.460 divided
00:33:58.040 nation
00:33:58.620 can be
00:34:00.880 ascertained
00:34:02.420 by that
00:34:02.760 flag.
00:34:03.680 They say
00:34:04.140 deeply
00:34:04.560 divided
00:34:04.980 nation,
00:34:05.500 but see,
00:34:06.180 I see
00:34:07.000 it
00:34:07.160 differently.
00:34:09.780 We keep
00:34:10.700 being told
00:34:11.180 that we're
00:34:11.480 deeply
00:34:11.740 divided.
00:34:12.160 we keep
00:34:16.320 being told
00:34:16.900 that we're
00:34:17.400 the problem.
00:34:20.940 I just
00:34:21.640 don't think
00:34:21.940 that's the
00:34:22.300 case.
00:34:24.160 I think
00:34:25.100 why they
00:34:26.100 really don't
00:34:26.740 want us
00:34:27.060 getting together
00:34:27.640 and they
00:34:27.920 didn't through
00:34:28.540 the last
00:34:28.920 year,
00:34:29.340 but especially
00:34:29.820 for holidays
00:34:30.760 like the
00:34:31.420 Fourth of
00:34:31.740 July,
00:34:32.440 is because
00:34:33.760 when you
00:34:34.140 do,
00:34:36.000 you turn
00:34:36.940 off the
00:34:37.360 TV,
00:34:39.020 you step
00:34:41.080 out of
00:34:41.340 your bubble,
00:34:42.160 you join
00:34:45.040 in towns
00:34:46.720 and cities
00:34:48.480 all across
00:34:49.080 this country
00:34:49.660 with your
00:34:51.020 neighbors
00:34:51.440 for fireworks
00:34:54.280 celebrations,
00:34:55.580 big displays
00:34:56.580 right next
00:34:58.100 to each
00:34:58.440 other.
00:35:01.620 Regardless
00:35:02.260 of CDC
00:35:02.840 guidance,
00:35:04.040 standing
00:35:05.160 next to
00:35:05.720 one another,
00:35:07.220 having
00:35:08.340 conversations
00:35:09.120 with a
00:35:09.500 hot dog
00:35:09.880 in one
00:35:10.200 hand,
00:35:10.540 and a
00:35:11.660 cold
00:35:11.920 drink
00:35:12.200 in the
00:35:12.460 other,
00:35:12.720 talking to
00:35:17.780 your
00:35:17.960 neighbors,
00:35:18.860 your
00:35:20.900 friends,
00:35:21.360 your
00:35:21.440 relatives,
00:35:22.020 the people
00:35:22.600 who make
00:35:23.780 up this
00:35:24.300 country.
00:35:24.740 other folks
00:35:28.420 like you
00:35:28.820 and me,
00:35:30.060 the millions
00:35:31.360 of us,
00:35:32.960 who just
00:35:35.600 want the
00:35:35.900 same thing,
00:35:37.620 a better
00:35:38.560 life for
00:35:39.520 our children
00:35:40.040 than the
00:35:41.340 one we
00:35:41.680 had before
00:35:43.060 us,
00:35:43.560 the freedom
00:35:44.240 to do
00:35:44.580 so,
00:35:46.060 get government
00:35:46.740 out of all
00:35:47.300 the rest of
00:35:47.780 the stuff
00:35:48.140 that causes
00:35:49.460 problems,
00:35:50.120 just let
00:35:54.160 me go
00:35:54.400 to work,
00:35:55.380 just let
00:35:55.880 me live
00:35:56.880 my life,
00:35:57.660 just let
00:35:57.960 me enjoy
00:35:58.880 the little
00:35:59.260 bit of
00:35:59.500 free time
00:35:59.900 I have
00:36:00.320 with my
00:36:00.660 family.
00:36:03.580 But we're
00:36:04.280 constantly
00:36:04.780 being pulled
00:36:05.480 into
00:36:06.040 political
00:36:06.960 fights.
00:36:12.120 We're
00:36:12.600 constantly
00:36:12.920 being told
00:36:13.420 that we're
00:36:13.900 the problem,
00:36:15.240 folks.
00:36:18.240 You're
00:36:18.720 not the
00:36:19.040 problem.
00:36:21.080 You're
00:36:21.520 the
00:36:21.680 solution.
00:36:22.880 Back
00:36:23.320 after
00:36:23.580 this.
00:36:27.200 You
00:36:27.640 are
00:36:27.800 listening
00:36:28.120 to the
00:36:28.720 Glenn
00:36:29.020 Back
00:36:29.300 Program.
00:36:30.320 So I
00:36:30.960 am trying
00:36:31.720 to eat
00:36:32.160 healthier,
00:36:32.760 and I
00:36:32.960 am,
00:36:33.360 but the
00:36:33.620 thing is,
00:36:34.540 I don't
00:36:34.960 like healthy
00:36:35.880 food.
00:36:36.320 I don't
00:36:36.500 like any
00:36:37.160 of it.
00:36:37.780 You've
00:36:38.020 heard of a
00:36:38.440 fat suit,
00:36:39.000 right?
00:36:39.320 I mean,
00:36:39.580 there's got
00:36:40.120 to be,
00:36:40.460 when are
00:36:40.740 we getting
00:36:41.000 a skinny
00:36:41.420 suit?
00:36:41.920 Something
00:36:42.220 that will
00:36:42.500 make me
00:36:42.820 look skinny
00:36:43.600 because I
00:36:44.180 just want
00:36:45.140 treats all
00:36:46.220 the time.
00:36:46.420 I grew
00:36:46.700 up in a
00:36:47.160 bakery for
00:36:47.720 the love
00:36:48.080 of Pete.
00:36:48.820 The bad
00:36:49.140 news is,
00:36:49.640 no skinny
00:36:50.160 suit is
00:36:50.560 coming.
00:36:50.920 You
00:36:51.020 actually have
00:36:51.480 to do
00:36:51.800 the work,
00:36:52.400 blah,
00:36:52.580 blah,
00:36:52.720 blah.
00:36:53.000 That's
00:36:53.360 why I
00:36:53.740 am eating
00:36:54.360 Bilt Bars.
00:36:55.160 It satisfies
00:36:56.120 my sweet
00:36:57.000 tooth,
00:36:57.440 but it's a
00:36:57.960 protein bar,
00:36:58.640 but not like,
00:36:59.300 you know,
00:36:59.640 that's like
00:36:59.980 eating stuff
00:37:01.040 at the bottom
00:37:01.520 of my
00:37:01.860 chalkboard,
00:37:02.560 usually.
00:37:03.040 This is 100%
00:37:04.460 real chocolate.
00:37:05.480 It's low
00:37:06.100 carb,
00:37:06.580 low sugar.
00:37:07.400 If I'm
00:37:07.700 eating a
00:37:08.100 protein bar
00:37:08.740 as a
00:37:09.200 treat,
00:37:09.740 come on,
00:37:10.260 you gotta
00:37:10.700 know it's
00:37:11.200 good,
00:37:11.580 and I
00:37:11.800 am.
00:37:12.120 Mint,
00:37:12.440 brownie,
00:37:12.880 cookies,
00:37:13.260 and cream,
00:37:13.780 the new
00:37:14.120 flavors that
00:37:14.660 are coming
00:37:14.960 out all
00:37:15.300 the time,
00:37:15.860 they're
00:37:16.080 fantastic.
00:37:17.020 Go to
00:37:17.340 BiltBar.com
00:37:18.400 and use
00:37:19.060 the promo
00:37:19.520 code
00:37:19.900 BEC15
00:37:20.760 for 15%
00:37:22.560 off your
00:37:23.080 order.
00:37:23.600 Your mouth
00:37:24.200 is going
00:37:24.680 to water
00:37:25.140 just looking
00:37:25.920 at them.
00:37:26.540 Trust me,
00:37:27.300 BiltBar.com,
00:37:28.580 promo code
00:37:29.140 BEC15.
00:37:29.780 Justin

00:37:42.320 You go

00:37:46.480 JustinBarclay.com,
00:37:47.860 and a little
00:37:48.300 box down at
00:37:48.980 the bottom.
00:37:49.940 You can
00:37:50.240 just type
00:37:50.600 your message
00:37:50.980 into it.
00:37:51.540 Go directly
00:37:52.060 to me.
00:37:53.200 I'd love
00:37:53.560 to hear
00:37:53.780 from you,
00:37:54.060 and also
00:37:54.380 888-727-B-E-C-K,
00:37:56.480 888-727-BEC is
00:37:57.940 the number.
00:37:58.820 Yeah,
00:37:59.220 we're
00:37:59.540 celebrating
00:38:00.120 cleanse-off,
00:38:01.020 well-deserved
00:38:01.420 time off,
00:38:02.300 a little
00:38:02.460 vacation,
00:38:04.160 celebrating
00:38:04.640 Independence
00:38:05.160 Day and
00:38:05.520 the weekend,
00:38:07.080 the holiday,
00:38:09.460 while we're
00:38:09.880 still allowed
00:38:10.360 to,
00:38:11.360 while we
00:38:12.040 are still
00:38:12.940 allowed
00:38:13.820 this particular
00:38:15.560 privilege
00:38:16.400 these days.
00:38:18.040 Now,
00:38:18.320 I make
00:38:19.020 sort of a
00:38:20.220 joke of
00:38:20.540 that,
00:38:20.780 but what
00:38:22.460 we're seeing
00:38:22.780 on social
00:38:23.260 media and
00:38:23.800 the things
00:38:24.160 that are
00:38:24.360 unfolding
00:38:24.780 are pretty
00:38:25.740 damaging.
00:38:29.220 In fact,
00:38:29.900 some of
00:38:30.180 that,
00:38:33.080 wow,
00:38:34.840 you've got to
00:38:35.240 scratch your
00:38:35.740 head and
00:38:36.020 wonder.
00:38:36.300 I saw a
00:38:36.700 picture of
00:38:37.080 Mark Zuckerberg.
00:38:38.600 No,
00:38:38.860 it was a
00:38:39.080 video,
00:38:39.480 actually.
00:38:40.120 He was
00:38:40.540 on his,
00:38:41.360 like,
00:38:41.720 I don't know,
00:38:42.120 what was his
00:38:42.480 thing called?
00:38:43.080 Like a
00:38:43.400 hydrofoil?
00:38:45.600 Is that what
00:38:45.820 they call it?
00:38:46.980 It's kind of
00:38:47.660 like a surfboard,
00:38:48.620 but it looks
00:38:49.040 like it's
00:38:49.360 self-powered.
00:38:50.460 He was
00:38:51.020 riding it on
00:38:51.640 a lake
00:38:51.940 somewhere,
00:38:52.660 holding the
00:38:53.200 American flag.
00:38:53.900 Now,
00:38:54.120 I understand
00:38:54.640 fully what
00:38:55.300 I have
00:38:55.520 described to
00:38:56.160 you.
00:38:56.440 Sounds like
00:38:57.200 I have
00:38:58.500 made this
00:38:59.100 up.
00:38:59.280 This is a
00:38:59.720 joke,
00:39:00.520 that this
00:39:00.980 couldn't be
00:39:01.460 real,
00:39:02.060 that maybe
00:39:03.620 even something
00:39:05.280 back from the
00:39:06.120 days when
00:39:06.460 SNL was
00:39:07.380 funny,
00:39:07.740 but no,
00:39:08.140 this was
00:39:08.780 real.
00:39:09.180 I saw
00:39:09.580 this video,
00:39:10.380 unless it
00:39:10.720 was CGI.
00:39:12.860 I mean,
00:39:13.140 that could
00:39:13.980 be a deep
00:39:14.460 fake.
00:39:14.980 I actually
00:39:15.400 saw this
00:39:16.000 yesterday,
00:39:17.600 and I
00:39:19.240 thought to
00:39:19.560 myself,
00:39:19.800 but that is
00:39:20.260 really fascinating.
00:39:21.420 There it is.
00:39:22.160 He's celebrating
00:39:22.920 something.
00:39:23.340 I don't
00:39:23.800 know what
00:39:24.280 it is.
00:39:25.360 It's not
00:39:25.980 freedom of
00:39:26.360 speech,
00:39:26.940 but even
00:39:28.060 Mark Zuckerberg
00:39:29.040 was getting
00:39:30.220 in on the
00:39:31.420 festivities.
00:39:34.480 Folks,
00:39:35.420 we're more
00:39:36.080 united than
00:39:37.100 they want
00:39:37.620 you to
00:39:37.900 know.
00:39:39.700 You are
00:39:40.680 the solution.
00:39:43.500 As we
00:39:44.280 stand up
00:39:44.940 and take
00:39:46.980 this country
00:39:47.460 back,
00:39:48.800 it might be
00:39:49.740 easier than
00:39:50.240 you can even
00:39:50.640 imagine.
00:39:51.020 this is the
00:39:53.600 Glenn Beck
00:39:54.160 program.
00:40:12.720 What you
00:40:13.520 are about to
00:40:14.100 hear is the
00:40:15.480 fusion of
00:40:16.320 entertainment
00:40:16.900 and
00:40:17.900 enlightenment.
00:40:20.460 This
00:40:20.980 is
00:40:22.460 the
00:40:23.720 Glenn Beck
00:40:24.280 program.
00:40:29.120 Hello,
00:40:29.740 America.
00:40:30.220 It's Justin
00:40:30.800 Barkley,
00:40:31.300 and for Glenn
00:40:31.640 Beck today on
00:40:32.120 the Glenn Beck
00:40:32.500 program,
00:40:33.040 and as we
00:40:33.660 come off a
00:40:34.560 year where
00:40:35.600 many of us,
00:40:37.240 Americans all
00:40:37.940 over,
00:40:39.260 weren't free.
00:40:41.420 Literally.
00:40:41.780 we weren't
00:40:42.680 free to
00:40:42.980 worship,
00:40:43.460 we weren't
00:40:43.740 free to
00:40:44.080 go where
00:40:44.500 we please,
00:40:45.820 to do what
00:40:47.000 we wanted to
00:40:47.560 do,
00:40:47.860 many of us,
00:40:49.180 over this
00:40:49.660 last year.
00:40:51.540 We broke
00:40:52.280 free last
00:40:52.940 night,
00:40:53.680 and over the
00:40:54.780 weekend,
00:40:55.300 celebrating our
00:40:56.040 independence,
00:40:56.700 not just
00:40:57.160 today,
00:40:58.660 and this
00:40:59.080 country's
00:40:59.640 245-year
00:41:00.780 history.
00:41:02.960 But we
00:41:03.540 made a big
00:41:04.040 impact,
00:41:04.600 and we'll
00:41:04.820 talk about
00:41:05.420 that.
00:41:06.400 Where does
00:41:06.840 our freedom
00:41:07.280 come from?
00:41:08.120 Coming up.
00:41:11.780 When it
00:41:19.240 comes to
00:41:19.600 our families,
00:41:20.520 we are
00:41:21.120 more the
00:41:22.020 same than
00:41:22.580 different in
00:41:23.100 so many
00:41:23.400 ways.
00:41:24.020 You,
00:41:24.560 me,
00:41:25.040 all of us,
00:41:25.640 we're the
00:41:26.100 VHS
00:41:26.640 generation.
00:41:27.680 We recorded
00:41:28.180 the love song
00:41:28.840 cassette tapes
00:41:29.720 from the
00:41:30.120 radio.
00:41:30.660 All of
00:41:31.020 those tapes
00:41:31.660 are in
00:41:32.220 storage,
00:41:32.880 and they're
00:41:33.160 irreplaceable
00:41:34.080 heirlooms,
00:41:35.020 and they're
00:41:35.260 degrading and
00:41:36.060 at risk of
00:41:36.760 heat,
00:41:37.240 mold,
00:41:37.640 and fire.
00:41:38.140 But there
00:41:38.440 is a
00:41:39.020 solution.
00:41:39.540 It's called
00:41:39.860 Legacy Box.

00:41:44.180 me at

00:41:45.620 old,
00:41:46.060 all of the
00:41:46.460 family films
00:41:47.180 and everything
00:41:47.560 through
00:41:47.900 Legacy Box.

00:41:54.000 digitally
00:41:54.460 preserved on
00:41:55.280 a thumb
00:41:55.660 drive,
00:41:56.140 a DVD,
00:41:56.880 or the
00:41:57.140 cloud.

00:42:16.980 40% off
00:42:18.040 while supplies
00:42:18.520 last.
00:42:18.840 We were
00:42:34.800 told all
00:42:35.660 through the
00:42:38.980 last 15
00:42:40.640 months or
00:42:41.180 so what we
00:42:42.320 could and
00:42:42.640 couldn't do.
00:42:43.180 I don't know
00:42:43.880 about you and
00:42:44.560 where you are
00:42:45.080 specifically,
00:42:45.800 but I'm in
00:42:46.320 Michigan,
00:42:46.660 and our
00:42:48.340 governor was
00:42:50.260 one of the
00:42:50.960 furious five
00:42:52.780 that sent,
00:42:53.940 you know,
00:42:56.320 sick patients
00:42:56.920 out of
00:42:57.160 hospitals into
00:42:57.940 nursing homes
00:42:58.600 and ultimately
00:42:59.260 killing
00:43:00.860 thousands,
00:43:02.960 then telling
00:43:03.460 us it was
00:43:03.900 our fault
00:43:04.420 for wanting
00:43:06.120 to live a
00:43:06.980 normal,
00:43:08.620 uninhibited
00:43:09.780 life.
00:43:11.140 Closing down
00:43:12.260 different places
00:43:13.060 like,
00:43:13.560 oh,
00:43:14.180 I don't
00:43:14.720 know,
00:43:15.260 mom and
00:43:15.900 pop shops,
00:43:16.600 but the
00:43:16.880 big box,
00:43:19.240 big corporate
00:43:21.080 stores could
00:43:21.640 be open.
00:43:23.760 Now,
00:43:24.320 if you went
00:43:24.940 to those
00:43:25.560 different
00:43:26.820 stores,
00:43:27.940 you know,
00:43:28.380 there were
00:43:29.020 some guidelines
00:43:29.760 because if
00:43:31.740 you leave
00:43:32.140 your bubble,
00:43:32.660 if you leave
00:43:33.120 your house
00:43:33.700 for any
00:43:34.480 amount of
00:43:35.800 time,
00:43:36.740 you're a
00:43:37.960 risk.
00:43:38.540 You're a
00:43:38.740 threat not
00:43:39.160 only to
00:43:40.360 yourself,
00:43:40.840 but to
00:43:41.040 others.
00:43:41.300 In fact,
00:43:42.180 if you
00:43:42.520 leave your
00:43:42.960 house for
00:43:44.040 any reason,
00:43:45.840 other to
00:43:46.420 spend money
00:43:47.920 at these
00:43:48.220 big corporate
00:43:48.700 stores,
00:43:50.560 in fact,
00:43:51.900 causing lots
00:43:52.920 of the
00:43:53.560 folks
00:43:54.200 associated
00:43:55.740 with to
00:43:56.440 become
00:43:56.880 richer by
00:43:59.120 the billions.
00:44:00.840 Again,
00:44:01.100 no problem
00:44:01.440 with money,
00:44:02.140 got no
00:44:02.560 problem with
00:44:03.440 making a
00:44:04.720 living.
00:44:04.900 I just
00:44:05.140 think everyone
00:44:05.660 ought to be
00:44:06.240 able to
00:44:06.480 make a
00:44:06.740 living.
00:44:07.000 See,
00:44:07.280 I call
00:44:08.360 me crazy,
00:44:09.000 but I
00:44:09.240 think the
00:44:09.820 mom and
00:44:10.140 pops,
00:44:10.680 of the
00:44:11.480 world,
00:44:13.840 you know,
00:44:14.140 they ought
00:44:14.460 to be
00:44:14.720 able to
00:44:15.020 make the
00:44:15.360 same
00:44:15.740 type of
00:44:16.840 living and
00:44:17.300 have the
00:44:17.640 same
00:44:17.840 opportunity to
00:44:18.420 make a
00:44:18.680 living as
00:44:19.020 the big
00:44:19.500 box stores.
00:44:22.260 But I
00:44:22.780 digress.
00:44:23.680 We were
00:44:24.080 told when
00:44:24.620 we went to
00:44:25.120 those stores
00:44:25.840 even what
00:44:26.560 we were
00:44:26.860 allowed to
00:44:27.440 buy and
00:44:27.860 what we
00:44:28.240 couldn't
00:44:28.600 buy.
00:44:29.960 Do you
00:44:30.460 know,
00:44:30.760 in Michigan,
00:44:32.020 of course you
00:44:33.220 could go to
00:44:33.540 the liquor
00:44:33.820 store and
00:44:34.260 buy booze
00:44:34.840 and lottery
00:44:35.220 tickets and
00:44:35.940 whatnot,
00:44:36.920 but you
00:44:37.160 could go to
00:44:37.760 the pot
00:44:38.280 store,
00:44:38.800 where pot
00:44:40.760 is legal.
00:44:43.320 Recreational
00:44:43.840 use of
00:44:45.100 marijuana,
00:44:46.000 legal here
00:44:47.000 in Michigan.
00:44:47.780 Now that's
00:44:48.160 another
00:44:48.880 conversation
00:44:49.520 for another
00:44:49.940 day,
00:44:50.180 but you
00:44:50.560 could go
00:44:51.420 buy pot
00:44:52.920 at the
00:44:54.520 weed store,
00:44:55.680 but you
00:44:57.400 couldn't buy
00:44:58.160 a weed
00:44:59.720 whacker at
00:45:00.620 the big
00:45:00.900 box store.
00:45:01.500 In fact,
00:45:01.780 you couldn't
00:45:02.100 buy seeds
00:45:03.040 or a
00:45:04.100 potted
00:45:04.380 plant
00:45:04.940 at the
00:45:06.980 big
00:45:07.120 box
00:45:07.360 store.
00:45:09.260 You
00:45:09.860 really
00:45:10.280 got to
00:45:10.720 wonder
00:45:11.100 who
00:45:11.820 comes
00:45:12.220 up
00:45:12.420 with
00:45:12.560 these
00:45:12.760 things
00:45:13.180 and
00:45:13.800 what
00:45:13.980 their
00:45:14.140 true
00:45:14.480 motives
00:45:15.100 might
00:45:16.260 be.
00:45:18.620 Of course,
00:45:19.520 our
00:45:19.680 governor
00:45:20.000 just
00:45:20.600 jumped
00:45:21.080 completely
00:45:22.940 all in
00:45:24.160 head first.
00:45:25.380 In fact,
00:45:25.980 speaking of
00:45:26.540 jumping in,
00:45:27.880 she got
00:45:28.280 busted a few
00:45:28.840 times.
00:45:29.760 I mean,
00:45:30.120 she got
00:45:30.720 busted
00:45:31.100 jumping in
00:45:32.520 to the
00:45:33.900 water when
00:45:34.400 she ran
00:45:35.240 down to
00:45:35.700 Florida.
00:45:36.640 Supposedly,
00:45:37.280 this was
00:45:37.520 supposed to
00:45:38.280 be a trip
00:45:38.780 to see
00:45:39.120 her ailing
00:45:39.660 father,
00:45:40.600 which I
00:45:41.220 don't begrudge
00:45:41.700 her,
00:45:41.880 but then
00:45:42.120 again,
00:45:42.440 she didn't
00:45:42.880 allow other
00:45:43.800 folks in
00:45:45.120 Michigan to
00:45:46.120 visit or
00:45:47.140 spend time
00:45:47.920 with their
00:45:48.840 relatives while
00:45:50.260 they were in
00:45:51.080 nursing homes,
00:45:53.880 hospitals,
00:45:55.040 et cetera.
00:45:55.540 We couldn't
00:45:56.000 see our
00:45:57.940 relatives,
00:45:58.680 but she
00:45:59.040 could fly
00:45:59.700 down secretly
00:46:00.580 as she was
00:46:01.220 telling everyone
00:46:01.760 else to
00:46:02.500 you can't
00:46:03.580 leave the
00:46:03.960 state.
00:46:04.380 Don't leave
00:46:04.880 the state.
00:46:05.740 Not for
00:46:06.340 spring break.
00:46:07.300 Do your
00:46:07.880 part.
00:46:10.040 That's what
00:46:10.780 we were
00:46:11.080 told over
00:46:13.160 the last
00:46:13.500 15 months.
00:46:14.140 In fact,
00:46:15.000 her husband
00:46:16.820 was busy
00:46:17.320 putting a
00:46:17.740 boat in,
00:46:18.680 making phone
00:46:19.740 calls,
00:46:20.660 see if he
00:46:21.060 could get
00:46:21.320 some favors
00:46:21.840 done.
00:46:23.360 He was
00:46:23.620 caught doing
00:46:24.060 this because
00:46:24.460 the guy
00:46:24.760 that owns
00:46:25.100 the place
00:46:25.480 that puts
00:46:25.840 the boat
00:46:26.220 in and
00:46:26.500 the dock
00:46:27.580 and all
00:46:27.840 that apparently
00:46:28.960 told that
00:46:29.960 story and
00:46:30.460 then word
00:46:30.880 got out.
00:46:31.440 Oh,
00:46:31.720 boy.
00:46:32.500 she was
00:46:36.080 in it.
00:46:38.060 Deep
00:46:38.500 in it.
00:46:45.180 Now,
00:46:45.680 we were
00:46:45.920 told at
00:46:46.260 one point,
00:46:46.900 this is the
00:46:47.420 craziness of
00:46:48.400 where we were.
00:46:48.800 We were told
00:46:49.220 at one point
00:46:49.920 you could
00:46:50.680 go out in
00:46:53.000 a boat on
00:46:53.520 the water
00:46:54.020 if it didn't
00:46:54.780 have a
00:46:55.160 motor.
00:46:55.440 but if
00:46:57.560 it had a
00:46:58.200 motor,
00:46:59.520 all bets
00:47:00.840 were off.
00:47:01.460 We had
00:47:01.720 some crazy
00:47:02.600 things.
00:47:04.140 Now,
00:47:04.320 she didn't
00:47:04.640 go as
00:47:04.960 far as
00:47:05.660 old crazy
00:47:07.540 commie
00:47:07.960 Gavin Newsom
00:47:08.660 out in
00:47:09.000 California.
00:47:11.020 Calicommie
00:47:11.460 Gavin Newsom
00:47:12.600 was out there
00:47:13.000 telling you,
00:47:13.380 you can't even
00:47:13.660 go to church.
00:47:14.880 You can't
00:47:16.000 go to church.
00:47:16.900 Are you
00:47:17.140 crazy?
00:47:17.500 You're
00:47:17.560 going to
00:47:17.660 kill people.
00:47:18.260 Of course,
00:47:22.700 we saw
00:47:23.020 some fights
00:47:23.560 and we saw
00:47:24.000 some real
00:47:24.380 victories
00:47:24.940 through that
00:47:26.520 time.
00:47:28.920 Grateful
00:47:29.400 for those.
00:47:30.660 But you
00:47:31.020 come out
00:47:32.180 of a time
00:47:32.640 period like
00:47:33.220 that and
00:47:33.720 people see?
00:47:37.620 Well,
00:47:38.240 I mean,
00:47:39.400 folks,
00:47:39.800 what we got
00:47:40.220 here,
00:47:41.480 the freedoms
00:47:42.000 we enjoy
00:47:42.620 are dangling
00:47:43.680 by a thread.
00:47:44.500 it's a
00:47:48.340 very
00:47:48.540 precarious
00:47:49.140 balance.
00:47:49.940 So that's
00:47:50.780 why I
00:47:51.160 believe we
00:47:51.820 celebrated
00:47:52.580 this year
00:47:53.240 like never
00:47:54.040 before.
00:47:56.560 As a lot
00:47:57.380 of folks
00:47:57.720 realize,
00:47:58.500 you know,
00:48:00.520 how delicate
00:48:00.960 that balance
00:48:01.560 is.
00:48:04.140 Yeah.
00:48:06.620 I think
00:48:07.700 the reason
00:48:09.520 for this
00:48:10.140 and the
00:48:11.040 insanity
00:48:11.500 that we
00:48:11.900 witnessed
00:48:12.220 over the
00:48:12.640 last 15
00:48:13.280 months
00:48:13.600 and I
00:48:15.000 say this
00:48:15.720 especially
00:48:17.320 here in
00:48:17.860 Michigan,
00:48:18.880 but I
00:48:20.840 seen it
00:48:21.260 all over
00:48:22.080 the country.
00:48:23.300 I think
00:48:24.120 we're partly
00:48:24.580 to blame.
00:48:27.540 I think
00:48:28.520 we gave
00:48:29.420 that
00:48:32.920 freedom
00:48:33.260 away.
00:48:35.640 Now,
00:48:36.440 don't get
00:48:37.220 too upset
00:48:37.740 with me.
00:48:38.040 Don't get
00:48:38.320 too angry.
00:48:39.480 I still
00:48:40.040 believe
00:48:40.620 these
00:48:42.220 so-called
00:48:42.940 folks in
00:48:43.680 leadership
00:48:44.360 positions
00:48:45.160 that
00:48:46.120 really took
00:48:47.480 advantage
00:48:47.840 of these
00:48:48.200 issues.
00:48:49.540 I think
00:48:50.380 they get
00:48:50.700 the most
00:48:51.020 responsibility,
00:48:51.880 but I
00:48:52.100 do believe
00:48:52.620 that we're
00:48:53.000 partially to
00:48:53.580 blame here.
00:48:54.460 Why?
00:48:56.480 Because we
00:48:57.200 gave our
00:48:58.580 freedom away.
00:48:59.800 It's very
00:49:00.560 easy to
00:49:00.980 understand this.
00:49:01.660 I'll make it
00:49:01.980 as simple as
00:49:02.520 I can.
00:49:03.000 If we
00:49:03.280 want to
00:49:03.760 understand
00:49:04.260 freedom,
00:49:05.880 it's true
00:49:06.660 nature of
00:49:08.160 liberty and
00:49:08.760 where our
00:49:10.000 independence
00:49:10.440 comes
00:49:10.880 from,
00:49:15.420 then we
00:49:15.780 can really
00:49:16.140 understand
00:49:16.880 maybe the
00:49:17.720 path that
00:49:18.420 it's taken
00:49:18.940 over the
00:49:19.320 last 15
00:49:19.940 months and
00:49:20.420 well over
00:49:20.900 the last
00:49:21.180 245 years.
00:49:23.780 we gave
00:49:30.880 it away
00:49:31.400 because it
00:49:32.660 was ours
00:49:33.440 to do
00:49:34.860 so with.
00:49:38.980 It's
00:49:39.500 time for
00:49:40.000 us to
00:49:40.520 reclaim it
00:49:41.520 and take
00:49:42.380 it back.
00:49:43.980 But to
00:49:44.640 understand the
00:49:45.180 full path,
00:49:45.720 you have to
00:49:46.140 know that
00:49:46.540 freedom,
00:49:48.100 back in
00:49:48.740 1776,
00:49:50.120 by the
00:49:50.480 way,
00:49:50.740 when the
00:49:53.420 founders of
00:49:53.960 this country
00:49:54.540 signed the
00:49:56.480 Declaration of
00:49:57.180 Independence,
00:49:58.620 they did
00:50:03.800 so,
00:50:04.820 not
00:50:06.540 necessarily
00:50:07.760 giving us
00:50:08.640 freedom,
00:50:09.600 but recognizing
00:50:10.540 it,
00:50:11.100 the fact that
00:50:12.020 we had
00:50:12.560 it,
00:50:14.140 that it
00:50:16.100 was ours.
00:50:16.720 it didn't
00:50:20.700 come from
00:50:21.340 a government
00:50:21.840 they created.
00:50:24.200 It didn't
00:50:24.920 even come
00:50:25.500 from the
00:50:25.980 document,
00:50:26.960 the Declaration
00:50:27.520 of Independence.
00:50:28.060 It didn't
00:50:28.460 come from
00:50:29.180 the Constitution.
00:50:31.280 It was
00:50:31.960 no man
00:50:32.660 who
00:50:35.360 gave it
00:50:36.320 to us.
00:50:41.440 Our
00:50:41.960 freedom came
00:50:42.500 from God,
00:50:43.680 just like it
00:50:45.680 does today.
00:50:47.720 See,
00:50:48.260 the truth
00:50:48.720 is,
00:50:49.380 and this
00:50:49.700 is why
00:50:50.260 kids aren't
00:50:51.140 taught this
00:50:51.640 anymore in
00:50:52.180 schools,
00:50:52.520 but I've
00:50:52.760 read a
00:50:52.940 couple of
00:50:53.240 really great
00:50:53.640 books on
00:50:54.000 this recently,
00:50:54.800 and I'll
00:50:57.540 recommend some
00:50:58.120 of them here
00:50:58.500 in a little
00:50:58.780 bit,
00:50:59.120 but freedom
00:51:03.740 comes from
00:51:04.200 God.
00:51:05.480 Our
00:51:05.920 true
00:51:06.660 independence
00:51:08.840 can only
00:51:11.640 come from
00:51:13.660 dependence on
00:51:15.940 God.
00:51:16.720 freedom
00:51:18.140 just isn't
00:51:18.960 possible without
00:51:19.860 him.
00:51:20.160 In fact,
00:51:20.520 we see
00:51:20.860 today a
00:51:22.000 system in
00:51:22.420 a lot of
00:51:22.760 ways that
00:51:24.020 is at
00:51:25.660 risk.
00:51:29.140 A
00:51:29.680 possible
00:51:30.020 collapse.
00:51:32.340 It's no
00:51:33.020 mistake.
00:51:33.920 In fact,
00:51:34.400 there are a lot
00:51:34.780 of people that
00:51:35.200 want to see
00:51:35.700 that.
00:51:36.080 our rights,
00:51:42.840 our freedom,
00:51:43.980 they come
00:51:44.600 from God.
00:51:45.660 We can
00:51:46.100 only give
00:51:46.500 them away,
00:51:47.040 and we
00:51:47.340 did so
00:51:47.720 last year.
00:51:48.240 I never
00:51:51.780 thought I'd
00:51:52.140 see,
00:51:52.340 and I had
00:51:52.560 conversations
00:51:53.060 with people
00:51:53.500 in our
00:51:53.800 state,
00:51:55.100 high-ranking
00:51:55.880 government
00:51:57.340 officials in
00:51:59.980 positions where
00:52:00.880 they said to
00:52:01.460 me,
00:52:01.940 I never
00:52:03.280 thought I'd
00:52:03.700 see this
00:52:04.040 day where
00:52:04.720 people were
00:52:05.180 begging for
00:52:07.900 the government
00:52:08.380 to take
00:52:09.100 their freedom
00:52:10.160 away in
00:52:12.540 exchange for
00:52:13.320 some sort
00:52:13.860 of facade
00:52:15.460 and illusion
00:52:16.180 of security.
00:52:19.120 Keep me
00:52:19.880 safe,
00:52:20.840 whatever you
00:52:21.720 do at all
00:52:22.160 costs.
00:52:23.240 That was
00:52:23.760 the cry
00:52:24.320 at the
00:52:24.720 beginning
00:52:25.180 of the
00:52:27.180 last 15
00:52:27.860 months.
00:52:32.400 So
00:52:32.960 recognizing
00:52:33.420 freedom
00:52:33.920 doesn't come
00:52:35.080 from
00:52:35.680 government,
00:52:36.920 but it
00:52:38.780 comes from
00:52:39.140 God,
00:52:39.440 and of
00:52:39.680 course,
00:52:39.940 our
00:52:40.100 government
00:52:40.520 is set
00:52:43.260 up in
00:52:43.500 a very
00:52:43.880 limited
00:52:44.380 way.
00:52:46.080 And so
00:52:46.240 the
00:52:46.380 Constitution
00:52:46.780 does,
00:52:47.460 is it
00:52:47.720 limits the
00:52:48.240 government's
00:52:48.720 powers.
00:52:49.240 It
00:52:49.320 doesn't
00:52:50.540 limit our
00:52:51.740 freedoms.
00:52:56.480 But we
00:52:57.180 understand these
00:52:57.880 things.
00:52:58.180 We can
00:52:58.380 understand why
00:52:58.920 we see a
00:52:59.680 situation
00:53:00.340 today where
00:53:00.800 a system
00:53:01.260 just doesn't
00:53:02.180 seem to
00:53:02.480 work at
00:53:02.980 some points.
00:53:06.020 Capitalism
00:53:06.500 in its
00:53:06.840 purest form
00:53:07.620 certainly
00:53:08.340 does.
00:53:08.920 We've
00:53:09.200 proven that.
00:53:11.400 Capitalism's
00:53:12.000 under attack
00:53:12.500 these days
00:53:12.960 because what
00:53:13.880 we've got
00:53:14.540 now isn't
00:53:16.720 pure
00:53:17.980 capitalism.
00:53:19.980 In fact,
00:53:21.580 without that
00:53:22.960 moral fabric
00:53:23.980 of our
00:53:26.920 Judeo-Christian
00:53:27.580 values,
00:53:28.100 without the
00:53:28.700 foundation,
00:53:32.780 we drift
00:53:34.780 further and
00:53:35.460 further away
00:53:36.140 from God,
00:53:36.960 and the
00:53:37.540 more broken
00:53:38.060 the system
00:53:38.640 gets,
00:53:39.520 the worst
00:53:40.200 it becomes.
00:53:42.320 What's left
00:53:43.140 in its
00:53:43.400 wake is
00:53:45.280 what we
00:53:45.520 see right
00:53:45.860 now.
00:53:46.980 This
00:53:47.580 current
00:53:48.000 mode of
00:53:48.780 crony
00:53:49.940 capitalism
00:53:50.560 where
00:53:50.900 it's
00:53:53.260 really
00:53:53.660 oligarchy.
00:53:55.000 The few
00:53:55.360 rich,
00:53:55.860 the powerful,
00:53:56.540 they join
00:53:56.960 the government,
00:53:57.640 they decide
00:53:59.200 what goes
00:54:00.700 for the
00:54:01.140 masses.
00:54:01.440 As a matter
00:54:01.800 of fact,
00:54:02.220 I'm done
00:54:03.980 with my
00:54:04.340 free 15
00:54:05.260 month trial,
00:54:06.100 you can
00:54:06.440 take it
00:54:06.760 back,
00:54:07.160 I'm
00:54:07.440 canceling.
00:54:08.640 Because that's
00:54:09.100 what we
00:54:09.360 had all
00:54:11.040 of last
00:54:11.400 year.
00:54:11.740 the rich,
00:54:16.020 the wealthy,
00:54:17.700 the powerful,
00:54:19.160 the elected
00:54:20.020 officials in
00:54:20.600 making
00:54:21.080 decisions
00:54:21.820 about where
00:54:22.940 you could
00:54:23.360 go and
00:54:23.960 what you
00:54:24.400 could do.
00:54:27.020 Operating
00:54:27.620 is one.
00:54:29.960 And that,
00:54:31.960 that is
00:54:34.920 what we're
00:54:35.220 fighting,
00:54:35.720 folks.
00:54:36.920 It's
00:54:37.520 dangerous.
00:54:38.500 That's the
00:54:39.060 system they
00:54:40.440 truly want.
00:54:41.600 One based
00:54:42.280 on a
00:54:44.560 current
00:54:44.840 system of
00:54:45.380 operation
00:54:45.940 in a
00:54:47.900 country
00:54:48.300 not too
00:54:50.120 far away
00:54:50.840 where
00:54:54.120 viruses
00:54:56.680 are
00:54:57.240 coming out
00:54:59.940 of labs,
00:55:00.920 apparently.
00:55:01.580 I don't know,
00:55:01.940 are we allowed
00:55:02.440 to talk about
00:55:03.020 that story
00:55:03.520 anymore?
00:55:06.020 The latest
00:55:06.760 from Dr.
00:55:07.360 Fauci,
00:55:07.780 we have
00:55:08.180 some updates
00:55:09.440 on that,
00:55:10.020 too.
00:55:11.120 Plus,
00:55:11.720 some of
00:55:12.420 the craziness
00:55:13.660 that we're
00:55:14.180 seeing online
00:55:14.980 and social
00:55:15.500 media as
00:55:16.220 government
00:55:16.740 works together
00:55:17.740 with private
00:55:18.660 big corporation
00:55:20.180 to do some
00:55:21.740 of the
00:55:22.020 scariest things.
00:55:24.080 Coming up,
00:55:25.160 one man who's
00:55:26.000 fighting back,
00:55:27.040 he's been on
00:55:27.720 the front lines
00:55:28.260 of this with
00:55:29.060 his company.
00:55:29.920 You'll hear
00:55:30.180 that story
00:55:30.800 in a bit
00:55:31.780 as well.
00:55:33.060 888-727-BECK
00:55:35.160 is the number.
00:55:35.860 That's 888-727-BECK.
00:55:37.560 You can join us.
00:55:38.340 Be right back

00:55:40.380 in for Glenn
00:55:40.780 today on the
00:55:41.340 Glenn Beck
00:55:41.640 program.
00:55:45.020 Anytime the
00:55:45.820 check engine
00:55:46.280 light popped up
00:55:47.220 in my car,
00:55:47.840 the first thought
00:55:48.360 I always had
00:55:49.020 was,
00:55:49.600 how much
00:55:50.440 is this going
00:55:50.900 to cost?
00:55:51.500 The answer
00:55:52.060 is always
00:55:52.880 a lot more
00:55:54.080 than you even
00:55:54.820 think.
00:55:55.680 The towing,
00:55:56.260 the parts,
00:55:57.000 everything in
00:55:58.040 between adds
00:55:58.860 up and the
00:55:59.900 grand total
00:56:00.560 is steep.

00:56:48.100 Justin Barkley
00:57:03.220 for Glenn Beck
00:57:03.720 today on the
00:57:04.120 Glenn Beck
00:57:04.440 program.
00:57:05.440 And yeah,
00:57:06.140 coming up,
00:57:07.000 we're going to
00:57:07.400 talk with,
00:57:09.380 as I said,
00:57:10.240 a man who is
00:57:11.480 very close to
00:57:12.920 this fight,
00:57:13.800 social media
00:57:14.360 censorship.
00:57:16.860 And he's seeing
00:57:17.900 it up close and
00:57:18.520 personal,
00:57:19.000 even with his
00:57:20.940 company,
00:57:21.460 which you,
00:57:21.840 you wouldn't,
00:57:22.720 you,
00:57:23.000 I guess nowadays
00:57:24.760 nothing's off
00:57:26.280 limits.
00:57:28.720 But he's fighting
00:57:32.120 the fight in a
00:57:33.080 very specific way.
00:57:37.380 Coming up,
00:57:38.100 up to the bottom
00:57:38.520 of the hour,
00:57:38.980 we'll talk with
00:57:39.520 him.
00:57:40.300 You know,
00:57:40.980 I continue to
00:57:42.980 see these stories
00:57:44.100 and it,
00:57:46.680 and it is,
00:57:47.360 it's,
00:57:47.900 it's concerning
00:57:48.760 because
00:57:49.340 what we're
00:57:52.760 seeing right now
00:57:53.420 isn't how this
00:57:54.000 whole thing is
00:57:54.460 supposed to
00:57:54.900 work.
00:57:57.600 The
00:57:58.040 representative
00:57:58.500 republic,
00:58:01.020 people like
00:58:01.720 me and you,
00:58:02.660 everyday folks
00:58:03.380 involved in
00:58:05.200 self-governance.
00:58:08.960 I talked about
00:58:10.000 this earlier,
00:58:10.460 but you can't
00:58:11.120 have freedom
00:58:11.780 if you don't
00:58:12.320 have God.
00:58:17.060 And in some
00:58:17.880 ways,
00:58:18.280 you might even
00:58:19.040 say you can't
00:58:19.540 have freedom
00:58:19.960 if you don't
00:58:21.900 have religion.
00:58:23.160 We hear about
00:58:24.080 freedom of
00:58:25.580 religion,
00:58:26.740 and that's really
00:58:27.960 turned into
00:58:28.400 freedom from
00:58:29.480 religion.
00:58:30.380 And if you go
00:58:31.020 back and study
00:58:31.740 this stuff,
00:58:32.580 you start to
00:58:33.160 realize that the
00:58:34.160 things you're told
00:58:35.060 in school and
00:58:35.900 what people are
00:58:37.200 being indoctrinated
00:58:38.040 with,
00:58:38.420 your kids right
00:58:39.160 now are being
00:58:39.560 taught these
00:58:39.980 things.
00:58:40.280 are completely
00:58:43.140 false.
00:58:43.940 They're just
00:58:44.640 not true.
00:58:50.580 In fact,
00:58:52.800 I probably
00:58:53.960 don't know
00:58:54.400 this, but
00:58:54.780 our founders,
00:58:56.800 oh man,
00:58:57.540 I've got to
00:58:57.940 read this to
00:58:58.420 you.
00:59:02.400 Our founders
00:59:03.300 were so
00:59:04.100 profoundly
00:59:05.040 religious,
00:59:09.700 spiritual,
00:59:12.440 Christian,
00:59:13.780 you just
00:59:17.220 wouldn't
00:59:17.420 believe it.
00:59:18.060 If I read
00:59:18.840 some of the
00:59:19.240 interesting things,
00:59:20.040 this comes from
00:59:20.560 America's Godly
00:59:21.380 Heritage.
00:59:21.820 It's a book by
00:59:22.360 David Barton.
00:59:22.980 I think I got it
00:59:23.560 on the Wall
00:59:23.920 Builder website,
00:59:25.400 wallbuilders.com.
00:59:26.380 So here's
00:59:32.780 just a story
00:59:33.540 about the
00:59:33.940 Liberty Bell
00:59:34.360 in the front
00:59:34.700 of this.
00:59:35.080 He talks
00:59:35.560 about how
00:59:36.320 the picture
00:59:38.580 of Independence
00:59:39.120 Hall,
00:59:39.460 how the
00:59:39.760 founders
00:59:40.120 gathered
00:59:40.740 together to
00:59:41.500 approve and
00:59:42.300 complete the
00:59:42.760 separation from
00:59:43.500 Great Britain
00:59:43.940 on July 4th.
00:59:44.820 They approved
00:59:45.280 it.
00:59:46.960 And on the
00:59:47.700 8th,
00:59:47.980 they carried
00:59:48.620 the declaration
00:59:49.340 outside of
00:59:50.400 Independence
00:59:50.820 Hall.
00:59:51.240 they read
00:59:53.140 it to
00:59:53.580 an assembled
00:59:54.200 crowd and
00:59:54.820 then rang
00:59:55.420 the Liberty
00:59:56.100 Bell.
00:59:56.620 And most
00:59:57.020 folks
00:59:57.540 think that
01:00:01.600 it's called
01:00:03.940 the Liberty
01:00:04.360 Bell because
01:00:04.900 it first
01:00:06.180 announced
01:00:06.740 liberty.
01:00:07.820 But that's
01:00:08.340 not the
01:00:08.820 truth.
01:00:13.040 It's actually
01:00:13.900 called the
01:00:14.420 Liberty Bell
01:00:14.980 because of
01:00:15.560 the biblical
01:00:16.120 inscription
01:00:17.080 emblazoned
01:00:20.320 around it.
01:00:24.460 The passage
01:00:25.540 from the
01:00:26.080 Bible,
01:00:27.500 Scripture,
01:00:29.420 Leviticus
01:00:30.000 25.10
01:00:31.280 Proclaim
01:00:35.440 liberty
01:00:36.240 throughout
01:00:37.340 the land
01:00:38.000 to all
01:00:39.580 the inhabitants
01:00:40.380 thereof.
01:00:43.100 If we were
01:00:44.120 supposed to
01:00:44.580 be so
01:00:44.980 separated
01:00:45.740 from
01:00:49.280 religion,
01:00:49.700 why would
01:00:52.340 that be
01:00:53.100 inscribed
01:00:54.180 on the
01:00:54.700 bell?
01:00:58.960 You know,
01:00:59.980 I was
01:01:00.980 very interested
01:01:02.360 to read
01:01:03.000 the lives
01:01:03.920 of the
01:01:05.380 founders
01:01:05.780 and how
01:01:07.540 many of
01:01:07.900 them went
01:01:08.200 to church
01:01:09.920 together.
01:01:12.440 In fact,
01:01:13.580 they would
01:01:14.180 have Bible
01:01:15.000 studies and
01:01:15.840 prayer
01:01:17.300 gatherings
01:01:17.880 before
01:01:18.720 they would
01:01:20.000 get down
01:01:20.360 to business
01:01:20.820 and Congress.
01:01:22.160 But those
01:01:22.460 are stories
01:01:22.900 that you
01:01:23.160 just wouldn't
01:01:23.600 hear anywhere
01:01:24.080 else.
01:01:24.440 And as
01:01:24.600 history is
01:01:25.100 being erased
01:01:25.720 and rewritten
01:01:26.200 today,
01:01:27.560 so is our
01:01:28.220 current events.
01:01:29.240 We'll tell
01:01:29.680 you how
01:01:30.160 when we
01:01:30.800 talk to
01:01:31.160 one social
01:01:31.780 media founder
01:01:32.500 or who's
01:01:34.720 being censored.
01:01:35.920 We'll explain
01:01:36.540 that and how
01:01:37.120 he's fighting
01:01:37.520 back coming
01:01:38.120 up.
01:01:40.080 This is
01:01:40.960 the Glenn
01:01:41.520 Beck
01:01:41.780 program.
01:01:43.620 You've heard
01:01:44.180 me talk about
01:01:44.680 my pillow and
01:01:45.240 how it literally
01:01:45.840 has changed my
01:01:46.460 sleep and my
01:01:47.080 energy all day.
01:01:47.880 I met Mike
01:01:48.400 Lindell,
01:01:48.740 the inventor
01:01:49.080 of my pillow,
01:01:49.780 and he fit
01:01:50.520 me for my
01:01:51.060 own pillow.
01:01:51.520 I didn't
01:01:51.800 know that
01:01:52.560 you had to
01:01:52.940 do that,
01:01:53.300 but you do.
01:01:53.980 And when you
01:01:54.360 get the right
01:01:54.720 pillow,
01:01:55.000 it's unbelievable.
01:01:56.300 All right,
01:01:56.620 the pillows
01:01:56.900 don't go flat.
01:01:57.560 You can wash
01:01:58.000 them,
01:01:58.200 dry them.
01:01:58.840 They stay
01:01:59.520 fluffed up
01:02:00.200 all night.
01:02:00.680 They're made
01:02:01.040 in the USA.
01:02:01.760 If you don't
01:02:02.300 have a
01:02:02.680 my pillow or
01:02:03.700 you know
01:02:03.980 somebody who
01:02:04.400 doesn't,
01:02:05.040 listen,
01:02:05.300 get one.
01:02:05.860 They are
01:02:06.140 really,
01:02:06.780 really great.
01:02:07.700 And now is
01:02:08.100 the time to
01:02:08.480 buy for a
01:02:09.120 very limited
01:02:09.800 time.
01:02:10.400 Mike Lindell
01:02:10.780 is offering
01:02:11.220 his premium
01:02:11.840 MyPillows
01:02:12.520 at his
01:02:12.880 lowest price
01:02:13.780 ever.
01:02:14.340 You can get
01:02:14.640 a standard
01:02:15.100 queen premium
01:02:16.220 MyPillow

01:02:55.940 You know,
01:02:57.220 every,
01:02:57.940 every day,
01:02:59.260 there is
01:03:00.220 something
01:03:00.640 insane
01:03:01.780 happening
01:03:02.960 in the
01:03:03.480 news.
01:03:04.240 Literally
01:03:04.800 every day.
01:03:08.160 And
01:03:08.800 as those
01:03:10.060 true
01:03:11.040 events
01:03:11.720 take
01:03:12.260 place,
01:03:13.080 I often
01:03:14.380 find the
01:03:14.880 need to
01:03:15.480 check in
01:03:16.100 with a
01:03:17.640 very specific
01:03:18.460 source.
01:03:20.140 It's not
01:03:20.820 the usual
01:03:22.100 go-to
01:03:23.040 that you
01:03:24.960 might think
01:03:25.420 of,
01:03:25.720 you know,
01:03:26.120 not the
01:03:27.200 New York
01:03:27.780 Times,
01:03:28.280 the paper,
01:03:28.840 a record,
01:03:29.560 people like
01:03:30.060 that.
01:03:30.360 No,
01:03:30.660 I actually
01:03:31.300 like to
01:03:32.760 check in
01:03:33.340 when I
01:03:33.880 hear some
01:03:34.780 of the
01:03:35.180 craziest
01:03:36.120 things
01:03:36.660 happening,
01:03:37.140 with the
01:03:39.020 Babylon Bee.
01:03:40.320 Now,
01:03:40.460 don't laugh,
01:03:40.940 or actually,
01:03:41.620 they may be
01:03:42.280 okay with
01:03:42.720 you doing
01:03:43.060 that,
01:03:43.360 because that's
01:03:45.100 their whole
01:03:45.420 intention.
01:03:46.380 They write
01:03:46.840 satire,
01:03:47.780 and they
01:03:48.560 are
01:03:49.220 deadly
01:03:50.980 serious,
01:03:51.900 and boy,
01:03:52.600 does it
01:03:52.880 sting
01:03:53.220 sometimes.
01:03:54.100 Isn't that
01:03:54.420 what satire
01:03:54.980 is supposed
01:03:55.320 to do?
01:03:57.960 And so,
01:03:59.460 I thought
01:04:01.180 to myself,
01:04:02.180 you know,
01:04:02.580 when I heard
01:04:03.480 the story
01:04:03.900 that they
01:04:04.220 were being
01:04:04.600 targeted
01:04:05.180 by big
01:04:07.640 tech,
01:04:08.740 social media
01:04:09.500 censorship,
01:04:10.460 it's just
01:04:10.900 a matter
01:04:11.180 of time.
01:04:12.660 Why are
01:04:13.220 they coming
01:04:13.660 after the
01:04:14.120 Babylon Bee?
01:04:16.860 Because
01:04:17.260 they're
01:04:17.500 effective,
01:04:18.620 and their
01:04:20.160 chief,
01:04:20.980 Seth Dillon,
01:04:21.540 joins us
01:04:21.920 now on the
01:04:22.280 Glenn Beck
01:04:22.600 program.
01:04:23.300 Seth,
01:04:23.580 thanks for
01:04:23.900 being here
01:04:24.180 with us
01:04:24.400 today.
01:04:24.640 Appreciate
01:04:24.900 it.
01:04:26.620 Yeah,
01:04:26.860 thanks for
01:04:27.240 having me
01:04:27.540 on.
01:04:27.760 Glad to
01:04:27.980 be here.
01:04:29.040 So,
01:04:29.560 as I
01:04:30.520 mentioned,
01:04:31.120 I don't
01:04:31.520 think I'm
01:04:31.880 alone on
01:04:32.300 this,
01:04:32.520 but every
01:04:32.880 time I
01:04:33.140 hear something
01:04:33.500 crazy
01:04:33.900 happening
01:04:34.200 in the
01:04:34.460 news,
01:04:34.700 which is
01:04:34.980 every
01:04:35.220 day,
01:04:36.340 there's
01:04:36.600 a headline,
01:04:37.080 there's
01:04:37.200 something
01:04:37.400 that's
01:04:37.900 a real
01:04:38.240 story,
01:04:38.740 I then
01:04:38.980 got to
01:04:39.240 go find
01:04:39.640 out,
01:04:39.880 okay,
01:04:40.000 how did
01:04:40.300 you guys
01:04:40.620 cover it?
01:04:41.320 Because
01:04:41.680 that,
01:04:42.620 in a lot
01:04:43.220 of ways,
01:04:44.300 it really
01:04:44.940 does,
01:04:45.440 it sort
01:04:45.800 of shows
01:04:46.440 me like,
01:04:47.100 okay,
01:04:47.660 and this
01:04:47.960 is how
01:04:48.380 I feel.
01:04:49.520 I think
01:04:49.720 a lot of,
01:04:50.280 most of
01:04:50.840 us,
01:04:51.100 and I
01:04:51.320 think
01:04:51.440 that's
01:04:51.700 why
01:04:52.100 the
01:04:52.880 popularity
01:04:53.360 of the
01:04:53.640 bee
01:04:53.800 has risen
01:04:54.240 so sharp,
01:04:56.180 because people
01:04:57.400 feel this
01:04:58.160 way,
01:04:58.600 and they
01:04:59.060 relate to
01:04:59.740 that humor,
01:05:01.120 there's
01:05:01.440 stinging
01:05:01.880 truth in
01:05:02.580 all of
01:05:03.160 it.
01:05:05.040 Yeah,
01:05:05.520 well,
01:05:05.680 it's a rich
01:05:06.420 environment
01:05:06.880 right now
01:05:07.300 for satire,
01:05:08.040 that's for
01:05:08.640 sure.
01:05:08.920 In some
01:05:09.200 ways,
01:05:09.420 it does
01:05:09.680 make the
01:05:10.000 job harder
01:05:10.540 though,
01:05:10.840 because
01:05:11.100 satire's
01:05:11.700 project is
01:05:12.280 to exaggerate
01:05:13.000 the truth
01:05:13.400 to make
01:05:13.740 its points,
01:05:14.840 and like
01:05:15.260 you said,
01:05:15.620 when we
01:05:15.840 wake up
01:05:16.200 and we
01:05:16.380 read the
01:05:16.700 news every
01:05:17.160 day,
01:05:17.420 the news
01:05:17.780 is so
01:05:18.280 insane,
01:05:18.920 so absurd,
01:05:20.180 you know,
01:05:20.340 it's hard
01:05:20.640 to exaggerate
01:05:22.280 things like
01:05:22.880 reporters standing
01:05:23.680 in front of
01:05:24.060 burning buildings
01:05:24.740 describing the
01:05:25.500 situation as
01:05:26.100 mostly peaceful,
01:05:27.060 you know,
01:05:27.220 like that kind
01:05:27.640 of stuff is,
01:05:28.700 it's difficult
01:05:31.440 so it makes
01:05:32.540 the job
01:05:32.920 challenging,
01:05:33.620 but yeah,
01:05:33.980 it's also good
01:05:34.840 to bring some
01:05:35.360 levity and get
01:05:36.020 people laughing
01:05:36.700 and,
01:05:37.640 you know,
01:05:38.720 but also
01:05:39.040 thinking about
01:05:39.840 these things.
01:05:41.200 How often
01:05:41.720 though does
01:05:42.180 it happen,
01:05:42.780 because I've
01:05:43.260 seen this,
01:05:43.620 it's almost
01:05:43.920 like prophecy,
01:05:45.040 the Babylon
01:05:45.580 Bee prophecy
01:05:46.460 now,
01:05:46.860 where,
01:05:47.640 you know,
01:05:48.000 I say like
01:05:48.500 you can't
01:05:48.940 make this
01:05:49.360 stuff up,
01:05:49.900 but apparently
01:05:50.380 you guys
01:05:50.920 did,
01:05:51.300 and you
01:05:51.520 did it
01:05:51.980 maybe a
01:05:52.680 little bit
01:05:52.980 in advance,
01:05:54.140 and now
01:05:54.700 here's,
01:05:55.360 you know,
01:05:56.040 life imitating
01:05:56.900 art right in
01:05:57.560 front of our
01:05:57.960 eyes.
01:05:59.740 Well,
01:06:00.140 yeah,
01:06:00.300 that's the
01:06:00.640 challenge.
01:06:00.880 So,
01:06:01.260 okay,
01:06:01.520 the challenge
01:06:01.960 is to stay
01:06:02.400 a step ahead
01:06:02.940 of reality,
01:06:03.660 right?
01:06:04.640 Because reality
01:06:05.480 is moving at
01:06:06.440 breakneck pace
01:06:07.500 towards insanity.
01:06:09.720 We exaggerate it
01:06:11.160 to make our
01:06:12.260 points and to
01:06:12.880 make our jokes
01:06:13.420 go through,
01:06:14.380 and sometimes
01:06:15.280 literally within
01:06:16.260 like minutes
01:06:17.000 or hours,
01:06:18.740 something that
01:06:19.280 we've written
01:06:19.760 that was satirical
01:06:20.560 at the time
01:06:20.940 we wrote it
01:06:21.400 comes out
01:06:21.980 in a real
01:06:22.300 headline.
01:06:22.940 So,
01:06:23.440 that's happening
01:06:24.140 pretty frequently.
01:06:24.900 It doesn't
01:06:25.100 happen every day,
01:06:26.360 but usually
01:06:27.480 every couple
01:06:28.120 of weeks,
01:06:28.540 there's something
01:06:29.060 that we published
01:06:29.960 either very
01:06:31.180 recently or
01:06:31.840 even sometimes
01:06:32.420 like one or
01:06:32.940 two years ago
01:06:33.580 that ends up
01:06:34.060 coming true
01:06:34.860 and mark it
01:06:36.080 down as a
01:06:36.500 fulfilled prophecy,
01:06:37.420 which is,
01:06:38.020 you know,
01:06:38.320 it's comical
01:06:39.240 on the one
01:06:39.700 hand,
01:06:39.940 but it's also
01:06:40.600 kind of depressing
01:06:41.860 on the other.
01:06:42.340 what is,
01:06:43.920 like,
01:06:44.240 if you think
01:06:44.660 back to this,
01:06:46.340 Seth Dillon
01:06:46.860 is on with us
01:06:47.500 now from
01:06:48.000 Babylon Bee,
01:06:49.840 if you have to
01:06:50.400 think back to
01:06:51.120 maybe the first
01:06:52.320 one that you
01:06:53.700 remember,
01:06:54.300 or maybe the
01:06:54.740 one that makes
01:06:55.260 the biggest
01:06:55.600 impact on you,
01:06:56.320 it was a story
01:06:56.900 that you guys
01:06:57.380 wrote or something
01:06:57.940 that you put
01:06:58.400 together,
01:06:58.940 and then it
01:07:00.000 just,
01:07:00.880 you thought this
01:07:01.600 was wild,
01:07:02.640 maybe it'll
01:07:03.060 never happen,
01:07:03.740 but then there
01:07:04.720 it was,
01:07:06.220 real life.
01:07:06.880 Well,
01:07:09.080 I mean,
01:07:09.420 there's a million
01:07:10.320 examples,
01:07:11.100 I mean,
01:07:11.260 some recent ones,
01:07:11.980 like even some
01:07:12.440 lighthearted ones,
01:07:13.260 like we made a joke
01:07:14.120 back in the middle
01:07:15.740 of the pandemic
01:07:16.440 when things were
01:07:17.040 bad last year
01:07:17.940 about how,
01:07:19.520 you know,
01:07:20.920 there were
01:07:21.440 increased sales
01:07:22.440 of shirts,
01:07:24.140 but not pants
01:07:24.940 because everyone
01:07:25.520 was working from
01:07:26.220 home,
01:07:26.500 and we showed
01:07:26.860 a picture of a
01:07:27.400 guy sitting
01:07:27.800 there in his
01:07:28.180 boxers,
01:07:29.100 and then the
01:07:29.860 very next day
01:07:30.800 Yahoo Finance
01:07:31.700 published a story
01:07:32.640 about how
01:07:33.340 Walmart was seeing
01:07:34.380 increased sales
01:07:35.080 of tops,
01:07:35.640 but not bottoms,
01:07:36.380 like almost
01:07:37.340 to a word,
01:07:38.520 like exactly
01:07:39.060 the headline
01:07:39.520 that we had
01:07:40.000 joked about
01:07:40.640 was actually
01:07:41.760 true,
01:07:42.600 but there's
01:07:43.220 other ones
01:07:43.640 too where,
01:07:44.100 you know,
01:07:44.260 it just shows
01:07:44.860 that we're
01:07:45.160 right on,
01:07:45.700 we're right on
01:07:46.620 with our
01:07:46.900 criticism of,
01:07:48.700 you know,
01:07:49.020 the mainstream
01:07:49.800 or legacy
01:07:50.420 media and how
01:07:51.240 they,
01:07:52.420 you know,
01:07:52.840 they just try
01:07:53.360 to distort
01:07:53.820 things and cover
01:07:54.440 things from
01:07:54.860 their own
01:07:55.160 narrative.
01:07:55.640 We did a
01:07:56.440 story on how
01:07:57.280 President Trump
01:07:59.000 during the
01:07:59.460 Abraham Accords
01:08:00.840 was ignoring
01:08:02.820 COVID protocols,
01:08:04.680 and that was
01:08:05.500 how CNN was
01:08:06.280 going to cover
01:08:06.640 it,
01:08:06.780 right?
01:08:07.220 Trump ignores
01:08:07.920 COVID protocols
01:08:09.440 and shakes hands
01:08:10.620 with foreign
01:08:11.440 leaders,
01:08:12.360 and then three
01:08:13.400 hours later,
01:08:14.160 CNN publishes
01:08:15.020 a headline where
01:08:15.660 that was what
01:08:16.320 they covered.
01:08:17.000 It wasn't the
01:08:17.440 monumental occasion
01:08:18.840 that was happening
01:08:19.440 on your screen,
01:08:20.140 it was Trump
01:08:21.040 disregards COVID
01:08:22.080 protocols and
01:08:23.420 disregards distancing
01:08:24.900 at the Abraham
01:08:25.520 Accords.
01:08:25.980 It's like,
01:08:26.340 that's not the
01:08:27.080 story here,
01:08:27.740 that's not the
01:08:28.320 story,
01:08:29.100 but that kind
01:08:29.720 of stuff happens
01:08:30.360 all the time.
01:08:31.280 I think maybe
01:08:31.760 one of the
01:08:32.080 most egregious
01:08:32.740 was when we
01:08:33.300 made a joke
01:08:34.200 about how
01:08:34.580 Black Lives
01:08:35.020 Matter had
01:08:35.500 been nominated
01:08:36.040 for the Nobel
01:08:36.580 Peace Prize,
01:08:37.300 and then it
01:08:37.600 actually happened.
01:08:39.640 Incredible moments
01:08:41.500 in the history
01:08:42.820 of the Babylon
01:08:43.340 Bee.
01:08:44.260 And Seth,
01:08:45.700 I just realized
01:08:46.520 you guys had
01:08:47.200 just reached a
01:08:49.180 big milestone
01:08:49.820 on Twitter,
01:08:50.440 too.
01:08:50.640 You now have
01:08:51.060 a million
01:08:51.780 followers there.
01:08:54.040 The popularity
01:08:55.080 growing by
01:08:56.760 leaps and
01:08:57.180 bounds,
01:08:57.520 and I think
01:08:58.160 it's because
01:08:58.660 you're effective.
01:08:59.460 Matter of fact,
01:09:00.700 that's probably
01:09:01.380 why you guys
01:09:02.020 are under attack.
01:09:02.980 What's the
01:09:03.380 latest in what
01:09:04.040 have you found
01:09:04.780 with big tech
01:09:05.980 and censorship
01:09:06.460 right now?
01:09:08.720 Yeah,
01:09:09.160 so that is a
01:09:09.780 big milestone.
01:09:10.440 A million
01:09:10.640 followers on
01:09:11.180 Twitter.
01:09:11.500 We just
01:09:11.700 recently had
01:09:12.200 a million
01:09:12.600 on Instagram,
01:09:13.520 too.
01:09:14.180 And a lot
01:09:14.640 of people
01:09:14.900 will point to
01:09:15.320 that and say,
01:09:15.840 what's censorship?
01:09:16.560 What are you
01:09:16.780 talking about?
01:09:17.240 Look,
01:09:17.460 you've got a
01:09:17.880 huge following.
01:09:18.680 You know,
01:09:18.900 people are
01:09:19.500 following you
01:09:20.600 in droves.
01:09:21.360 But our
01:09:22.320 success on those
01:09:23.060 platforms is
01:09:24.040 despite the fact
01:09:25.320 that we're facing
01:09:26.240 huge setbacks
01:09:27.240 from,
01:09:27.720 you know,
01:09:28.280 attacks from
01:09:28.720 the media
01:09:29.140 and suspensions.
01:09:30.260 Like,
01:09:30.380 our Twitter
01:09:30.640 page has
01:09:31.040 been suspended.
01:09:31.720 Our Facebook
01:09:32.120 page has
01:09:32.660 been,
01:09:33.240 our posts
01:09:33.740 have been
01:09:33.980 pulled,
01:09:34.440 and we've
01:09:34.720 been demonetized
01:09:35.540 several times.
01:09:36.260 We've been
01:09:36.540 threatened with
01:09:37.100 being deplatformed
01:09:37.900 there.
01:09:38.960 MailChimp suspended
01:09:39.840 us recently and
01:09:40.580 then apologized
01:09:41.060 and turned us
01:09:41.660 back on.
01:09:42.700 But there's
01:09:43.220 been this
01:09:44.000 coordinated effort
01:09:45.040 between big tech
01:09:45.940 and the media
01:09:46.480 in the last
01:09:47.120 couple of years
01:09:47.760 as the crackdown
01:09:49.560 on fake news
01:09:50.420 was really happening
01:09:51.280 and they were
01:09:51.580 trying to stop
01:09:52.140 the spread of
01:09:52.680 misinformation.
01:09:54.180 You started
01:09:54.760 seeing our posts
01:09:55.440 getting fact-checked
01:09:56.300 all the time.
01:09:57.680 And rated
01:09:58.560 false.
01:09:59.860 And then we were
01:10:00.980 getting threatened
01:10:01.540 with being deplatformed
01:10:02.560 if we continued
01:10:03.140 sharing false
01:10:03.800 information.
01:10:04.400 And we had to,
01:10:05.060 you know,
01:10:05.380 defend ourselves
01:10:05.960 and say,
01:10:06.300 this is not fake
01:10:07.080 news.
01:10:07.440 This is,
01:10:07.960 well,
01:10:08.260 it is fake
01:10:08.740 news,
01:10:09.080 but it's not
01:10:09.620 fake news
01:10:10.380 intended to
01:10:10.860 mislead.
01:10:11.340 It's fake news
01:10:11.860 intended to
01:10:12.300 entertain.
01:10:12.800 This is satire.
01:10:13.460 So we've
01:10:14.960 been constantly
01:10:15.740 in this battle
01:10:16.620 to assert
01:10:17.320 our right
01:10:17.700 to be on
01:10:18.200 these platforms.
01:10:19.580 And the media,
01:10:20.740 what's really
01:10:21.200 interesting with
01:10:21.680 the media is
01:10:22.420 that they've
01:10:23.200 been trying
01:10:23.700 to generate
01:10:24.640 this narrative
01:10:25.300 where we're
01:10:26.220 not really
01:10:26.840 satire,
01:10:27.420 we're pretending
01:10:28.140 to be satire
01:10:29.060 to just get
01:10:29.600 around Facebook's
01:10:30.400 rules against
01:10:31.020 the spread of
01:10:32.120 misinformation.
01:10:33.000 So that's what
01:10:33.460 happened with
01:10:34.300 the New York
01:10:34.620 Times recently
01:10:35.280 where they called
01:10:35.740 us a far-right
01:10:36.340 misinformation
01:10:36.780 site that
01:10:37.960 traffics in
01:10:38.640 misinformation.
01:10:40.060 And that kind
01:10:40.740 of stuff,
01:10:41.200 you know,
01:10:41.360 like on the
01:10:42.020 one hand,
01:10:42.460 you know,
01:10:42.620 we want to joke
01:10:43.580 about that
01:10:44.080 and make fun
01:10:44.980 of them for
01:10:45.480 being,
01:10:46.720 you know,
01:10:47.740 for, you
01:10:49.380 know,
01:10:49.520 misrepresenting
01:10:50.200 us that way
01:10:50.900 and trying to
01:10:52.060 make people think
01:10:52.700 that there's
01:10:53.000 something malicious
01:10:53.580 about our
01:10:54.240 satire.
01:10:55.300 But on the
01:10:55.700 other hand,
01:10:55.940 we've got to
01:10:56.200 take it really
01:10:56.680 seriously because
01:10:57.480 next thing you
01:10:58.080 know,
01:10:58.320 we are going
01:10:58.760 to get the
01:10:59.120 boot from
01:10:59.440 these social
01:10:59.860 media platforms
01:11:00.580 on the basis
01:11:01.380 of lies like
01:11:02.280 that.
01:11:02.900 It's in fact
01:11:03.460 New York
01:11:03.840 Times that's
01:11:04.640 spreading
01:11:05.120 misinformation
01:11:05.560 about us,
01:11:06.620 not the other
01:11:07.280 way around.
01:11:07.940 So it's been
01:11:09.080 an ongoing
01:11:09.600 battle,
01:11:10.040 but we've
01:11:10.280 had some
01:11:10.580 successes and
01:11:11.280 we continue
01:11:11.660 to fight back
01:11:12.280 not taking
01:11:12.780 any of it
01:11:13.140 lined out.
01:11:13.980 What do you
01:11:14.620 make about
01:11:15.220 this latest
01:11:16.000 craziness about
01:11:17.620 and I've been
01:11:18.620 watching this
01:11:19.120 over the last
01:11:19.640 couple of days
01:11:20.020 with Facebook
01:11:20.660 and these
01:11:21.820 warnings about
01:11:22.540 you may have
01:11:23.000 come in contact
01:11:23.760 with extremist
01:11:24.620 content and
01:11:25.500 you in fact
01:11:26.700 may be an
01:11:27.540 extremist.
01:11:28.160 It's almost
01:11:28.440 like,
01:11:29.120 you know,
01:11:29.500 do you have
01:11:30.400 an American
01:11:30.780 flag flying
01:11:31.580 outside of your
01:11:32.160 house?
01:11:32.540 Do you have
01:11:33.980 a Bible?
01:11:34.640 Did you attend
01:11:35.160 church yesterday?
01:11:36.040 You may be an
01:11:36.800 extremist.
01:11:37.600 Right.
01:11:37.640 What do you
01:11:39.220 make about it?
01:11:39.800 I mean,
01:11:40.080 it's so crazy
01:11:41.680 that this is the
01:11:42.360 world we live
01:11:42.880 in.
01:11:43.040 We're starting
01:11:43.420 to see Facebook
01:11:44.220 doing something
01:11:44.840 like this.
01:11:45.360 It's nuts.
01:11:47.260 Yeah,
01:11:47.480 it feels very
01:11:48.000 Orwellian,
01:11:48.640 doesn't it?
01:11:49.700 And again,
01:11:50.300 that's a rich
01:11:50.800 atmosphere for
01:11:51.840 satire.
01:11:52.380 We're making
01:11:52.840 plenty of jokes
01:11:53.460 about this.
01:11:53.980 I'm personally
01:11:54.660 concerned because
01:11:55.640 I have not been
01:11:56.680 yet warned that
01:11:57.920 I might be an
01:11:58.520 extremist or have
01:11:59.200 affiliation with
01:11:59.880 extremists.
01:12:01.640 You know,
01:12:01.840 I think I should
01:12:02.780 have that warning
01:12:03.480 on me and I'm
01:12:05.820 a little concerned
01:12:06.680 that Facebook
01:12:07.160 doesn't think of
01:12:07.800 me that way.
01:12:09.280 I think,
01:12:09.820 look,
01:12:10.040 honestly,
01:12:10.500 it's a badge
01:12:10.980 of honor when
01:12:11.660 people like the
01:12:14.360 New York Times
01:12:14.880 are coming after
01:12:15.540 us and trying to
01:12:16.320 smear us.
01:12:16.920 I would much
01:12:17.480 rather have them
01:12:18.140 doing that than
01:12:18.960 praising us and
01:12:19.820 saying that we're
01:12:20.320 great.
01:12:20.820 So I think it's
01:12:22.140 a good thing.
01:12:22.760 I mean,
01:12:22.940 I think it means
01:12:23.540 that we're on
01:12:23.940 the right track,
01:12:24.720 honestly.
01:12:25.880 But the stuff
01:12:26.600 with big tech and
01:12:27.440 putting out those
01:12:28.000 warnings, I mean,
01:12:28.660 it's very ominous,
01:12:29.520 isn't it?
01:12:29.820 It's no laughing
01:12:32.460 matter on one
01:12:33.460 hand because
01:12:34.020 they're basically
01:12:34.880 looking for you
01:12:35.520 to rat on your
01:12:36.520 friends and your
01:12:37.120 neighbors and expose
01:12:38.680 them for being
01:12:39.360 extremists.
01:12:40.100 I made a joke
01:12:40.760 about this.
01:12:41.280 I said,
01:12:41.540 you know,
01:12:41.740 I'm concerned
01:12:42.380 that some of
01:12:43.040 my friends are
01:12:45.820 pro-abortion,
01:12:46.780 that they're okay
01:12:47.220 with abortion.
01:12:47.860 Does that count?
01:12:49.600 You know,
01:12:49.980 it's amazing how
01:12:51.760 views on one
01:12:52.700 side of the
01:12:53.100 political spectrum
01:12:54.220 are considered
01:12:54.780 extremism but not
01:12:55.720 on the other.
01:12:57.480 Yeah,
01:12:58.020 it really is
01:12:59.160 something.
01:12:59.380 I mean,
01:12:59.880 when you guys
01:13:00.600 started this,
01:13:01.320 was this all
01:13:01.740 always the plan
01:13:02.960 or was there,
01:13:03.760 I mean,
01:13:04.160 what was the
01:13:06.120 kind of the
01:13:06.620 spark with the
01:13:07.760 Babylon Bee?
01:13:08.440 I mean,
01:13:08.660 you probably had
01:13:09.340 no idea you
01:13:10.000 would be where
01:13:10.420 you are today
01:13:10.940 and could see
01:13:11.700 this coming.
01:13:13.900 No,
01:13:14.460 but the guy,
01:13:15.280 Adam Ford is
01:13:16.120 the founder of
01:13:16.720 the Babylon Bee.
01:13:17.380 He started it
01:13:17.980 in 2016 and
01:13:19.440 he did see that
01:13:20.180 there was a
01:13:20.660 absolutely huge
01:13:21.900 opportunity to
01:13:22.820 go into,
01:13:24.440 to tap into
01:13:26.340 the untapped
01:13:27.460 market where
01:13:28.220 people on
01:13:29.220 the right
01:13:29.620 were not,
01:13:30.020 you know,
01:13:30.180 the left
01:13:30.460 has always
01:13:30.820 been very
01:13:31.280 good at
01:13:31.620 satire,
01:13:32.180 at mockery,
01:13:32.700 at ridicule.
01:13:34.300 You know,
01:13:34.440 they've always
01:13:35.000 been great at,
01:13:36.020 and I think a lot
01:13:36.600 of the reason is
01:13:37.100 because they don't
01:13:37.540 have great arguments
01:13:38.260 for their position.
01:13:39.140 They resort to
01:13:40.340 ridicule because,
01:13:41.660 you know,
01:13:42.280 that's how they
01:13:42.720 think they're
01:13:43.140 refuting you.
01:13:44.320 But the right
01:13:45.420 has historically
01:13:46.080 been much worse
01:13:47.020 at that.
01:13:47.740 And so there
01:13:48.260 was a huge void
01:13:49.280 there that the
01:13:50.240 Babylon Bee filled.
01:13:51.640 So the site took
01:13:52.520 off like crazy
01:13:53.440 when it was
01:13:53.880 first launched.
01:13:54.540 I think that was,
01:13:55.260 you know,
01:13:55.840 credit to Adam
01:13:56.500 for seeing that
01:13:57.240 opportunity there
01:13:58.080 and executing on
01:13:59.020 it real well.
01:13:59.660 I think the
01:13:59.980 Babylon Bee was
01:14:01.040 able to do
01:14:01.680 conservative
01:14:02.980 Christian humor
01:14:03.880 that wasn't
01:14:04.500 cheesy and that
01:14:05.300 really connected
01:14:05.940 with people.
01:14:06.580 It was,
01:14:06.820 you know,
01:14:07.400 it was snarky
01:14:08.140 and it was fun
01:14:08.680 and it was
01:14:08.980 biting and it
01:14:09.900 stung on both
01:14:10.940 sides and didn't
01:14:12.360 really pull back,
01:14:13.520 pull any punches
01:14:14.040 on anybody.
01:14:14.820 You know,
01:14:15.440 Trump was one of
01:14:16.320 our biggest targets
01:14:17.040 during his
01:14:17.560 presidency.
01:14:18.300 So I think
01:14:19.300 that's part of the
01:14:19.880 reason why the Bee
01:14:20.320 has been so
01:14:20.720 successful.
01:14:22.440 So,
01:14:23.120 Seth Dillon
01:14:24.000 with the Babylon
01:14:24.920 Bee right now,
01:14:27.480 just last kind of
01:14:28.620 thing before I let
01:14:29.580 you go is you
01:14:30.680 guys,
01:14:31.100 it must be a fun
01:14:31.800 work environment,
01:14:32.620 but you're finding
01:14:33.100 yourself in some
01:14:33.900 serious places too.
01:14:37.060 You know,
01:14:37.380 where do you see
01:14:38.260 all of this going?
01:14:40.480 You're so much,
01:14:41.300 I don't know if
01:14:41.760 it's a prophetic
01:14:43.040 thing or if it's,
01:14:44.200 you know,
01:14:44.740 I'm not asking you
01:14:45.320 to get the crystal
01:14:45.900 ball out or anything,
01:14:46.920 but just because
01:14:47.800 you're so close to it
01:14:48.760 maybe,
01:14:49.120 where do you see
01:14:49.880 us headed
01:14:51.100 in what's
01:14:52.780 resonating with
01:14:53.460 people on your
01:14:54.140 website and the
01:14:54.840 things,
01:14:55.120 the content you
01:14:55.640 guys produce
01:14:56.120 and where we're
01:14:57.460 headed as a
01:14:57.960 country?
01:15:00.040 Well,
01:15:00.560 I mean,
01:15:00.860 just for where
01:15:01.560 we're headed,
01:15:02.340 I mean,
01:15:02.560 we're going to
01:15:03.340 continue to see a
01:15:04.100 lot of these
01:15:04.420 attacks.
01:15:04.980 You know,
01:15:05.080 we're seeing
01:15:05.440 the landscape
01:15:06.100 evolve a little
01:15:06.880 bit.
01:15:07.480 I think these
01:15:07.960 attempts to
01:15:08.540 label us as
01:15:09.320 misinformation
01:15:09.860 and shut us
01:15:10.760 down and
01:15:11.260 suppress our
01:15:11.900 speech have
01:15:12.880 failed.
01:15:13.560 You know,
01:15:14.080 our victory
01:15:14.500 against the
01:15:14.900 New York Times
01:15:15.420 and getting to
01:15:16.120 retract those
01:15:16.820 statements is
01:15:17.520 evidence of
01:15:18.680 that.
01:15:19.140 But now
01:15:19.560 they're switching
01:15:20.060 course and
01:15:20.680 they're attacking
01:15:21.520 from a different
01:15:22.180 angle.
01:15:23.560 And we have
01:15:24.440 Facebook now
01:15:25.080 saying that
01:15:25.640 satire that
01:15:26.320 is down is
01:15:27.500 not allowed.
01:15:28.140 That doesn't
01:15:28.400 count as
01:15:28.920 satire because
01:15:29.560 it's hate
01:15:30.020 speech disguised
01:15:30.980 as satire.
01:15:32.340 And now you've
01:15:32.920 got media
01:15:34.400 outlets like
01:15:35.040 Slate writing
01:15:35.660 articles later
01:15:36.800 after that
01:15:37.280 policy is
01:15:37.820 announced that
01:15:38.400 the Babylon
01:15:39.360 Bee has a
01:15:39.960 nasty tendency
01:15:40.740 to punch
01:15:41.320 down.
01:15:41.840 So I think
01:15:42.480 that's the
01:15:42.900 new line of
01:15:43.820 attack.
01:15:44.160 They're going
01:15:44.360 to say that
01:15:44.780 we're spreading
01:15:45.500 hatred under
01:15:46.220 the guise of
01:15:46.720 satire instead
01:15:47.360 of misinformation
01:15:47.960 under the guise
01:15:48.600 of satire.
01:15:49.520 So there's
01:15:49.840 this ongoing
01:15:50.720 battle where
01:15:51.400 we're defending
01:15:52.080 ourselves and
01:15:52.860 our right to
01:15:53.380 speak freely,
01:15:54.480 our right to
01:15:55.060 make these jokes
01:15:55.880 that the on
01:15:56.620 the left wants
01:15:57.260 us to make
01:15:57.760 because these
01:15:58.220 are protected
01:15:58.780 targets.
01:16:00.000 And this whole
01:16:00.580 idea that we're
01:16:01.520 punching down is
01:16:02.300 just so insane.
01:16:03.600 We are punching
01:16:04.480 back and we're
01:16:05.280 punching up at
01:16:06.240 all this top-down
01:16:08.260 tyranny from the
01:16:09.420 progressive left.
01:16:10.800 You know,
01:16:11.060 there are ideas
01:16:11.940 that are being
01:16:12.960 imposed on everyone
01:16:13.900 from the biggest
01:16:14.580 corporations,
01:16:15.540 celebrities,
01:16:16.160 politicians.
01:16:17.000 It's all coming
01:16:17.660 from high up.
01:16:19.160 And so when we
01:16:19.740 push back on that
01:16:20.680 and we fight back,
01:16:21.540 they try to say
01:16:22.120 that we're
01:16:22.380 punching down.
01:16:23.140 That's just
01:16:23.480 absurd.
01:16:24.200 And the idea
01:16:24.620 that you can
01:16:25.000 punch down
01:16:25.500 anyway,
01:16:25.980 that, you
01:16:26.280 know,
01:16:26.420 oh, don't
01:16:26.760 make jokes
01:16:27.160 about women
01:16:27.580 that's punching
01:16:28.060 down.
01:16:28.420 Why do you
01:16:28.780 say that?
01:16:29.260 Are women
01:16:29.560 beneath me?
01:16:30.840 I don't think
01:16:31.620 that.
01:16:32.460 So, you
01:16:33.300 know, it's
01:16:33.520 just we're
01:16:34.020 in a crazy
01:16:34.760 environment right
01:16:35.540 now where we're
01:16:35.960 still defending
01:16:36.480 ourselves against
01:16:37.120 a lot of that
01:16:37.620 nonsense.
01:16:38.340 But as far as
01:16:38.980 where this is all
01:16:39.560 going, I try to
01:16:40.260 stay optimistic
01:16:40.820 and I hope
01:16:41.320 the pendulum
01:16:41.700 swings back
01:16:42.300 the other way.
01:16:43.620 Seth Dillon,
01:16:44.340 thank you so much
01:16:44.980 for being here
01:16:45.500 with us.
01:16:45.820 Good luck to you,
01:16:46.420 man, and we
01:16:46.880 appreciate it.
01:16:47.600 Keep up the
01:16:48.720 great work at
01:16:49.300 the Babylon Bee.
01:16:51.100 Thanks so much.
01:16:51.860 Appreciate you.
01:16:53.440 Coming up,
01:16:54.140 another quick break.
01:16:55.340 We'll be back
01:16:55.760 with you.
01:16:56.080 Want to grab
01:16:56.400 the phone calls
01:16:56.920 to 888-727-BECK.
01:16:58.680 That's 888-727-BECK.
01:17:01.020 Back after this.
01:17:03.860 This is the
01:17:04.780 Glenn Beck Program.
01:17:10.260 You remember
01:17:18.760 the saying,
01:17:19.420 if you love
01:17:19.860 something,
01:17:20.460 set it free.
01:17:21.380 If it doesn't
01:17:21.900 come back,
01:17:22.380 it was never
01:17:22.760 yours to begin
01:17:23.420 with.
01:17:24.000 That's a
01:17:24.520 beautiful sentiment
01:17:25.360 and I feel so
01:17:26.100 warm and fuzzy
01:17:26.980 inside.
01:17:27.920 But when it
01:17:28.460 comes to your
01:17:28.960 identity or
01:17:29.740 your money,
01:17:30.540 the folks at
01:17:31.080 LifeLock and
01:17:31.920 I strongly
01:17:32.800 disagree with
01:17:34.260 that sentiment.
01:17:35.140 Don't set it
01:17:35.680 free.
01:17:36.440 All those nights
01:17:37.060 working overtime,
01:17:38.120 saving up your
01:17:38.820 money, paying
01:17:39.440 off the debt,
01:17:40.260 now some
01:17:41.000 identity thief
01:17:41.800 wants to set
01:17:42.620 it free,
01:17:43.940 I say block
01:17:44.760 the crap out
01:17:45.680 of them.
01:17:46.620 That's why
01:17:47.260 LifeLock by
01:17:48.520 Norton helps
01:17:49.680 monitor your
01:17:50.540 information and
01:17:51.300 alerts you to
01:17:51.980 potential identity
01:17:53.040 threats.
01:17:53.820 And if you do
01:17:54.320 become a victim,
01:17:55.380 a dedicated
01:17:56.020 U.S.-based
01:17:56.820 specialist will
01:17:57.900 be there to
01:17:58.480 help fix it.
01:17:59.600 Nobody can
01:18:00.080 prevent all
01:18:00.480 identity theft
01:18:01.100 or monitor all
01:18:01.700 transactions at
01:18:02.400 all businesses,
01:18:02.920 but when identity
01:18:04.300 thieves try to
01:18:05.240 take what's
01:18:06.000 yours, don't
01:18:07.060 take it lying
01:18:07.660 down.

01:18:28.160 Seth, of course,

01:18:29.820 joining us.
01:18:30.540 If you want to
01:18:30.920 check that
01:18:31.260 interview out
01:18:31.680 you missed it,
01:18:32.180 go to

01:18:33.520 Their story,
01:18:34.740 their headline
01:18:35.100 from yesterday,
01:18:35.980 Facebook warns
01:18:36.820 anyone attending
01:18:37.580 4th of July
01:18:38.640 fireworks that
01:18:39.420 they may have
01:18:40.640 been exposed to
01:18:42.240 extremist activity.
01:18:44.160 Jumping on the
01:18:44.760 phone line real
01:18:45.220 quickly at
01:18:45.960 888-727-BECK.
01:18:47.920 Libby in
01:18:48.360 Virginia wanted to
01:18:49.500 grab a quick
01:18:49.940 phone call.
01:18:50.400 How are you?
01:18:50.800 Welcome in.
01:18:51.820 Hi, thank you so
01:18:52.720 much.
01:18:53.100 Yeah, I'm calling
01:18:54.600 from a third world
01:18:55.760 county in Virginia.
01:18:57.540 I guess it won't be
01:18:58.480 mentioned right now.
01:19:00.120 I'll mention it
01:19:00.740 later.
01:19:01.280 I did want to just
01:19:02.200 let the moms know
01:19:03.720 they really got to
01:19:04.500 pay attention to
01:19:05.180 what's going on at
01:19:05.860 their schools.
01:19:06.440 I was busy
01:19:07.980 working.
01:19:08.880 My husband was in
01:19:09.520 the military.
01:19:10.600 We tried to get
01:19:11.160 our kids and
01:19:11.960 Christian to raise
01:19:13.100 them right and
01:19:13.700 everything.
01:19:14.500 Send my daughter
01:19:15.180 to college and
01:19:16.560 think she's nestled
01:19:17.440 all into Virginia
01:19:18.400 Tech in a safe
01:19:19.700 environment and she
01:19:20.700 comes back and
01:19:21.400 tells me that the
01:19:22.140 gay and lesbian
01:19:23.160 organization is the
01:19:25.280 biggest one in
01:19:25.920 that school.
01:19:28.480 And I'm shocked
01:19:29.520 but I'm going on
01:19:30.520 working and going
01:19:31.340 on with my life.
01:19:32.440 My boy, oh my
01:19:33.460 goodness, those
01:19:34.080 toe-headed boys.
01:19:35.460 The toe-headed
01:19:36.480 boys are getting
01:19:37.260 treated like dirt.
01:19:38.780 Now they're going
01:19:39.260 to live off their
01:19:40.040 girlfriends and
01:19:41.020 their mothers because
01:19:41.900 they were not given
01:19:42.700 an education.
01:19:43.640 I'm sorry if I'm
01:19:44.160 quivering but I'm
01:19:44.820 so upset.
01:19:45.940 Libby, hang on
01:19:47.260 the phone with us
01:19:49.600 for a second.
01:19:50.440 Unfortunately, we're
01:19:51.200 up against the
01:19:51.920 clock here.
01:19:54.440 You're not alone.
01:19:56.460 Stand up.
01:19:57.940 The fight isn't
01:19:58.640 over.
01:19:59.120 Hang in there.
01:20:05.460 What you are about
01:20:19.720 to hear is the
01:20:21.260 fusion of entertainment
01:20:22.680 and enlightenment.
01:20:24.700 this is the Glenn
01:20:29.760 Beck Program.
01:20:34.020 Hello, America.
01:20:35.080 It's Justin
01:20:35.820 Barkley in for Glenn
01:20:36.760 Beck today from

01:20:39.820 Grand Rapids,
01:20:40.620 Michigan.
01:20:41.080 The sun is shining.
01:20:42.020 It's a gorgeous day
01:20:42.940 here.
01:20:44.560 Glenn's got a well-deserved
01:20:46.120 little time off and
01:20:47.260 that means we're
01:20:47.980 together.
01:20:49.260 You can join the
01:20:50.040 program at 888-727-BECK.
01:20:53.620 That's 888-727-BECK.
01:20:55.220 I want to hear from
01:20:55.760 you today.
01:20:56.700 We'll wrap some
01:20:57.500 phone calls.
01:20:58.520 But what is wrong
01:20:59.940 with Joe Biden?
01:21:01.260 He was in our neck
01:21:01.960 of the woods, in
01:21:02.940 fact, earlier this
01:21:03.760 weekend.
01:21:05.100 And another day,
01:21:06.420 something strange,
01:21:08.060 another event went
01:21:09.080 down.
01:21:10.080 You'll hear the
01:21:10.720 latest after this on
01:21:12.940 the Glenn Beck
01:21:13.340 Program.
01:21:17.780 The Glenn Beck
01:21:18.880 Program.
01:21:21.460 So there is a great
01:21:22.800 service out there.
01:21:23.880 It is called
01:21:24.460 VidAngel.
01:21:25.840 It allows you to
01:21:26.980 skip unacceptable
01:21:28.060 stuff in movies
01:21:29.080 and TV shows.
01:21:30.520 And you know what I
01:21:31.260 mean when I say
01:21:31.940 unacceptable.
01:21:32.900 The blood, the gore,
01:21:33.940 the salty language,
01:21:35.240 the risque, Mrs.
01:21:36.540 Robinson, are you
01:21:37.340 trying to seduce me
01:21:38.480 moments?
01:21:39.260 Well, that's where
01:21:39.820 VidAngel gets in.
01:21:41.080 You get to watch the
01:21:41.800 show or the movie you
01:21:42.540 want, but you can
01:21:44.200 filter out all the
01:21:45.180 stuff you don't want
01:21:46.140 and you decide where
01:21:47.560 that line is.
01:21:48.640 VidAngel is so easy
01:21:49.940 to set up that
01:21:50.660 anyone can do it.
01:21:51.820 It's a piece of cake.
01:21:53.220 You just go to

01:21:57.400 services, you set your
01:21:59.000 filters, and that's it.
01:22:00.680 You've just made a movie
01:22:01.680 a lot friendlier.
01:22:02.660 You can watch all those
01:22:03.960 movies that you've
01:22:04.640 wanted to watch,
01:22:05.620 edited really by you

01:22:13.180 you're going to get 50%
01:22:14.420 off your first three
01:22:15.380 months.
01:22:15.880 Don't worry,
01:22:16.440 though, you can cancel
01:22:17.320 at any time.
01:22:18.260 Just go say yes to your
01:22:19.620 kids with VidAngel.
01:22:37.020 I am a bit confused,
01:22:39.780 and actually, it's not
01:22:41.220 just me, it's everyone
01:22:42.080 else trying to understand
01:22:44.740 the words of the
01:22:47.680 leader of the free
01:22:48.480 world.
01:22:50.820 He's just getting
01:22:52.460 hammered
01:22:54.140 by foreign media
01:22:57.660 right now.
01:22:58.080 Not here in the
01:22:59.020 States,
01:23:00.640 but people
01:23:01.200 asking serious
01:23:02.460 questions about what
01:23:03.260 is wrong
01:23:04.320 with Joe Biden.
01:23:08.480 And I think it's
01:23:09.640 kind of clear.
01:23:11.960 He was in
01:23:12.600 Michigan earlier
01:23:13.920 this weekend,
01:23:15.080 in fact,
01:23:15.600 celebrating
01:23:16.100 the victories
01:23:19.180 of some of the
01:23:21.320 COVID restrictions
01:23:22.060 being lifted.
01:23:22.620 I thought to myself,
01:23:23.260 isn't that interesting
01:23:24.180 that he was with
01:23:24.940 someone who
01:23:26.160 actually implemented
01:23:27.200 those restrictions?
01:23:29.900 Well, our
01:23:30.580 governor,
01:23:31.080 he toured
01:23:32.380 different places
01:23:33.780 in the beautiful
01:23:34.780 picturesque
01:23:35.620 Traverse City,
01:23:36.380 Michigan.
01:23:36.780 It's absolutely,
01:23:37.520 it's beautiful.
01:23:38.320 It's gorgeous.
01:23:39.360 Cherry capital of the
01:23:40.120 world.
01:23:41.660 And if you've never
01:23:42.640 been, I highly
01:23:43.620 recommend it.
01:23:45.180 One of our favorite
01:23:45.960 places to go.
01:23:46.860 A little up north,
01:23:47.960 as we say here in
01:23:49.200 Michigan,
01:23:49.880 but it's a fantastic
01:23:51.100 spot.
01:23:51.660 And the water there
01:23:52.600 is crystal clear.
01:23:55.060 It's like a postcard.
01:23:57.820 And it's
01:23:58.480 fresh water.
01:24:00.120 But it looks like
01:24:00.780 some tropical,
01:24:03.400 you know,
01:24:04.180 the blue water
01:24:04.900 is just amazing.
01:24:06.220 Just like you would
01:24:07.060 see in some sort of
01:24:07.700 tropical destination,
01:24:08.700 but it's our piece,
01:24:09.680 a little slice of
01:24:10.340 paradise up here.
01:24:12.020 One of the things
01:24:12.620 you do,
01:24:13.960 you go to town,
01:24:16.000 you stop into the
01:24:16.900 various shops,
01:24:19.000 you grab some ice
01:24:19.780 cream,
01:24:20.020 maybe check out
01:24:20.620 some,
01:24:20.840 get some cherries,
01:24:21.660 things of that
01:24:22.160 nature.
01:24:23.620 You enjoy,
01:24:24.560 you make yourself a
01:24:25.280 tourist even in those,
01:24:26.900 places.
01:24:28.240 And that's part of
01:24:29.280 what he did yesterday.
01:24:31.780 And in this
01:24:32.920 particular clip,
01:24:33.820 you're going to hear
01:24:34.660 the president press
01:24:36.000 by one member
01:24:37.320 of the press
01:24:39.340 about cyber attacks
01:24:41.220 that happened on
01:24:41.800 Friday.
01:24:42.960 Hundreds of companies
01:24:43.780 right before the
01:24:44.700 holiday attacked.
01:24:45.940 Very serious issue.
01:24:48.020 And we've seen this
01:24:48.740 happen numerous times.
01:24:50.500 This off the heels
01:24:51.820 of the,
01:24:52.500 well,
01:24:53.680 the meeting that
01:24:54.200 the president had
01:24:54.960 with Putin.
01:24:57.520 We were told
01:24:58.600 that he was going
01:24:59.400 to have a conversation
01:25:00.180 with him and things
01:25:01.140 were going to be
01:25:01.500 straightened out.
01:25:02.720 Right?
01:25:04.140 Oh,
01:25:04.380 this is all about
01:25:05.060 that and whether
01:25:05.700 or not the Russians
01:25:07.280 were involved.
01:25:09.080 And I can't make
01:25:10.600 out what he's
01:25:11.740 saying.
01:25:14.360 Sure.
01:25:17.200 The reporter
01:25:18.000 asked him,
01:25:18.500 can I ask you a
01:25:19.100 question?
01:25:19.380 He's checking
01:25:20.820 out,
01:25:21.700 having a conversation
01:25:23.300 with the cashier.
01:25:24.160 he looks at
01:25:25.440 the reporter
01:25:25.860 as if he's
01:25:26.400 dazed at first.
01:25:27.900 She said,
01:25:28.220 can I ask you
01:25:28.760 a question?
01:25:29.320 Well,
01:25:29.480 she already did,
01:25:30.100 but nothing
01:25:30.380 beside that.
01:25:32.200 He looks at
01:25:32.960 her dazed
01:25:33.420 and then
01:25:33.840 eventually realizes
01:25:35.360 what she says.
01:25:35.960 You can see
01:25:36.280 the processing
01:25:36.900 taking place
01:25:37.580 and then he
01:25:37.940 says,
01:25:38.180 sure.
01:25:38.600 Sir,
01:25:39.240 with the most
01:25:40.560 recent hack
01:25:41.480 by the Russians,
01:25:43.200 would you say
01:25:43.880 that this means
01:25:45.100 that...
01:25:45.280 We're not sure
01:25:45.760 it's the Russians.
01:25:46.620 Okay.
01:25:47.020 I got a brief
01:25:48.820 as I was on
01:25:50.800 the plane.
01:25:51.220 That's why
01:25:51.540 I was late
01:25:52.020 getting off the plane.
01:25:52.880 I got a brief
01:25:54.400 and,
01:25:54.800 uh...
01:25:56.660 Pausing.
01:25:59.960 This is,
01:26:00.480 this is,
01:26:00.920 this is like
01:26:01.460 dead,
01:26:02.020 he,
01:26:02.400 he kind of
01:26:02.960 like,
01:26:03.160 it's like
01:26:03.540 dead air,
01:26:04.040 just kind of
01:26:04.440 pauses.
01:26:07.160 And then the,
01:26:07.920 the,
01:26:08.140 the,
01:26:08.480 the,
01:26:08.800 the,
01:26:08.880 the goes
01:26:09.240 on to
01:26:09.540 maybe,
01:26:10.540 well,
01:26:10.680 I try
01:26:11.040 and think
01:26:11.320 about this.
01:26:12.920 And they're
01:26:13.380 trying to
01:26:13.740 check him
01:26:14.100 out,
01:26:14.380 so they
01:26:14.860 ask some
01:26:15.260 more questions
01:26:15.840 and gathering
01:26:16.480 some of his
01:26:16.920 stuff together.
01:26:17.840 he says,
01:26:27.280 I'll be
01:26:27.500 in better
01:26:27.840 shape
01:26:28.160 to talk
01:26:28.640 to you
01:26:28.840 about it.
01:26:30.720 He's going
01:26:31.260 to say,
01:26:31.620 like,
01:26:31.780 later on.
01:26:32.960 But he
01:26:33.480 then reaches
01:26:34.040 into his
01:26:34.600 coat pocket
01:26:35.220 to pull
01:26:35.680 out his
01:26:36.020 cheat sheet
01:26:36.600 to see
01:26:40.340 if he's
01:26:40.580 got an
01:26:40.880 answer on
01:26:41.440 there for
01:26:41.880 this is
01:26:45.860 a,
01:26:46.260 this is
01:26:47.500 a vast
01:26:49.220 contrast
01:26:49.780 between
01:26:50.460 the present
01:26:52.460 and previous
01:26:53.400 president.
01:26:59.960 Look at
01:27:00.680 his cheat
01:27:01.180 sheet,
01:27:01.500 can't find
01:27:02.020 anything.
01:27:02.300 I'll tell you
01:27:02.580 what they
01:27:02.880 sent me.
01:27:03.900 Okay.
01:27:06.220 Hang on.
01:27:08.120 Let me
01:27:08.680 look it
01:27:08.960 up.
01:27:10.720 The idea
01:27:11.640 first of
01:27:12.580 all,
01:27:12.660 we're not
01:27:12.940 sure who
01:27:13.680 it is
01:27:14.060 for certain,
01:27:15.080 number one.
01:27:16.400 And what I
01:27:16.980 did,
01:27:17.240 I directed
01:27:17.720 the full
01:27:18.120 resources
01:27:18.720 of the
01:27:19.580 government
01:27:19.840 to assist
01:27:21.160 in a
01:27:21.420 response
01:27:22.060 if we
01:27:22.680 determine.
01:27:23.940 What else
01:27:24.380 do you need?
01:27:24.760 Oh,
01:27:25.000 nothing.
01:27:25.500 You're all
01:27:25.840 set.
01:27:26.400 Okay.
01:27:27.520 And the
01:27:30.180 fact is
01:27:30.800 that I
01:27:31.580 directed
01:27:31.860 the
01:27:32.060 intelligence
01:27:32.380 community
01:27:32.960 to give
01:27:33.660 me a
01:27:34.040 deep dive
01:27:35.140 on what's
01:27:35.600 happened,
01:27:36.520 and I'll
01:27:36.900 know better
01:27:37.500 tomorrow.
01:27:39.200 And if
01:27:39.620 it is,
01:27:40.200 either with
01:27:42.160 the knowledge
01:27:42.620 of and
01:27:43.240 or a
01:27:44.620 consequence
01:27:45.000 of Russia,
01:27:46.080 then I
01:27:47.020 told Putin
01:27:47.500 we will
01:27:47.840 respond.
01:27:49.520 You didn't
01:27:50.140 tell him
01:27:50.440 already,
01:27:50.820 sir?
01:27:51.220 No,
01:27:51.540 no,
01:27:51.740 I haven't
01:27:52.080 called,
01:27:52.320 because we're
01:27:52.820 not certain.
01:27:55.960 The initial
01:27:56.800 thinking was
01:27:57.760 it was not
01:27:58.520 the Russian
01:27:59.200 government,
01:28:00.460 but we're not
01:28:01.320 sure yet.
01:28:02.400 there we
01:28:03.640 have it.
01:28:04.420 That's the
01:28:04.800 leader of
01:28:05.100 the free
01:28:05.380 world.
01:28:06.380 The man
01:28:06.960 with the
01:28:07.220 codes to
01:28:09.340 the nuclear
01:28:10.240 football.
01:28:13.980 And it's
01:28:14.620 easy to
01:28:15.060 laugh at
01:28:15.400 this kind
01:28:15.700 of thing,
01:28:16.060 but at
01:28:16.280 the end
01:28:16.460 of the
01:28:16.620 day,
01:28:17.000 the truth
01:28:17.440 is,
01:28:17.720 I mean,
01:28:17.880 it's very
01:28:18.200 serious.
01:28:20.300 I pray
01:28:20.860 for that
01:28:21.180 guy.
01:28:23.380 And folks
01:28:25.020 in the
01:28:25.480 media,
01:28:26.080 in the
01:28:26.940 foreign
01:28:27.180 media,
01:28:27.620 they have
01:28:28.240 taken
01:28:28.480 notice.
01:28:28.920 being
01:28:33.060 mocked
01:28:33.460 for this
01:28:34.260 online.
01:28:37.020 The
01:28:37.420 media
01:28:40.920 here in
01:28:41.580 America,
01:28:43.040 not so
01:28:43.600 much.
01:28:45.100 In fact,
01:28:45.640 that's what
01:28:46.040 happens when
01:28:47.040 you ask
01:28:48.560 this president
01:28:49.140 without a
01:28:49.860 teleprompter.
01:28:52.400 He barely
01:28:52.800 had his,
01:28:53.180 and thank
01:28:53.460 goodness he
01:28:53.840 had his
01:28:54.080 cheat sheet
01:28:54.420 for that,
01:28:55.260 his little
01:28:55.560 card he
01:28:55.900 pulled out
01:28:56.340 of his
01:28:56.780 pocket.
01:28:58.920 But that's
01:29:02.160 what happens
01:29:02.560 when he's
01:29:02.980 without a
01:29:03.340 teleprompter
01:29:03.820 and he's
01:29:04.040 asking,
01:29:04.400 now that
01:29:04.640 is a
01:29:05.060 friendly
01:29:05.440 reporter
01:29:05.960 who just
01:29:08.280 wanted a
01:29:10.200 simple bit
01:29:11.680 of information
01:29:12.280 on that
01:29:13.240 story.
01:29:14.100 Probably for
01:29:14.800 a story that
01:29:15.380 that person
01:29:15.900 is working
01:29:16.400 on.
01:29:19.880 That's the
01:29:20.480 toughest,
01:29:20.920 and that's
01:29:21.260 as tough
01:29:21.620 as it gets
01:29:22.040 for him.
01:29:23.620 But we've
01:29:24.260 seen him
01:29:24.720 explode in
01:29:25.420 reporters
01:29:26.040 recently.
01:29:28.920 This is
01:29:29.300 a big
01:29:30.260 deal.
01:29:32.300 A problem
01:29:33.040 when he's
01:29:33.860 not asked.
01:29:35.260 You know,
01:29:35.620 the kind
01:29:35.900 of questions
01:29:36.300 that they
01:29:36.600 probably
01:29:37.040 should have
01:29:37.700 stuck to
01:29:38.420 when he
01:29:39.400 was visiting
01:29:39.960 the picturesque
01:29:41.320 Traverse City
01:29:41.940 here in
01:29:42.300 Michigan.
01:29:43.560 Questions
01:29:43.880 about ice
01:29:44.460 cream.
01:29:45.220 Mr.
01:29:45.520 President,
01:29:46.160 what kind
01:29:46.660 of ice
01:29:46.920 cream is
01:29:47.260 that?
01:29:47.760 What's
01:29:47.980 your favorite
01:29:48.340 kind of
01:29:48.640 ice cream?
01:29:49.000 Oh,
01:29:49.200 he loves
01:29:49.520 to talk
01:29:49.860 about
01:29:50.120 that.
01:29:51.140 That he
01:29:51.900 doesn't
01:29:52.220 eat a
01:29:52.440 cheat sheet
01:29:52.800 for.
01:29:54.640 Now,
01:29:55.100 in all
01:29:55.320 fairness,
01:29:55.820 I wouldn't
01:29:56.140 either.
01:29:56.860 You know,
01:29:57.080 if you saw
01:29:57.440 me,
01:29:57.620 I'm just
01:29:59.340 as much
01:29:59.680 a fan
01:30:00.000 of ice
01:30:00.540 cream
01:30:00.760 as Biden
01:30:02.160 is.
01:30:02.720 But here's
01:30:03.580 the video
01:30:04.760 of him
01:30:04.960 a couple
01:30:05.340 of months
01:30:05.640 back in
01:30:06.180 Cleveland
01:30:06.520 being asked
01:30:07.160 after a
01:30:07.480 visit there
01:30:07.960 what kind
01:30:08.800 of ice
01:30:09.500 cream he
01:30:09.820 was eating
01:30:10.220 and how
01:30:10.940 enthusiastic
01:30:11.560 he was
01:30:12.280 to answer
01:30:12.640 that question.
01:30:13.260 Mr.
01:30:13.460 President,
01:30:13.860 what did
01:30:14.080 you order?
01:30:15.520 Chalka
01:30:15.960 chalka
01:30:16.360 chip.
01:30:17.620 Mr.
01:30:18.260 President,
01:30:18.600 what is
01:30:18.840 your message
01:30:19.420 to Republicans
01:30:20.300 who are
01:30:20.780 prepared to
01:30:21.400 loft a
01:30:22.000 January 6th
01:30:22.860 commission?
01:30:24.080 Eat some
01:30:24.780 chalka
01:30:25.220 chalka
01:30:25.560 chip.
01:30:25.780 There you
01:30:28.560 go.
01:30:28.820 So then he
01:30:29.180 goes on to
01:30:29.640 answer that
01:30:30.080 question and
01:30:30.660 boy,
01:30:32.360 he just
01:30:33.500 loves that
01:30:34.060 chocolate
01:30:34.440 chocolate chip,
01:30:35.220 but I
01:30:35.440 can blame
01:30:36.060 him.
01:30:36.440 It's a
01:30:37.140 delicious
01:30:37.640 flavor,
01:30:38.900 ice cream
01:30:39.560 in itself.
01:30:40.760 I don't
01:30:41.480 know.
01:30:42.500 I don't
01:30:43.080 know if
01:30:43.380 you can
01:30:43.620 go wrong,
01:30:45.600 but it
01:30:45.960 does make
01:30:46.540 it sort
01:30:47.100 of makes
01:30:47.880 that point.
01:30:48.620 And the
01:30:48.860 question is,
01:30:49.400 when we
01:30:49.620 continue to
01:30:50.060 see this
01:30:50.400 footage,
01:30:51.000 what is
01:30:51.820 wrong
01:30:52.340 with Biden?
01:30:53.620 I got
01:30:54.580 them
01:30:54.860 $1.9
01:30:56.860 trillion
01:30:57.360 relief so
01:30:58.640 far.
01:30:59.160 Constantly
01:30:59.720 whispering.
01:31:00.800 I mean,
01:31:01.120 it's really
01:31:01.920 strange.
01:31:04.980 Making the
01:31:05.820 certain,
01:31:06.180 and then
01:31:06.420 going from
01:31:07.060 whispering to
01:31:07.540 yelling.
01:31:08.140 I'll need an
01:31:08.800 effective strategy
01:31:09.740 to mobilize
01:31:10.540 true international
01:31:11.580 depression.
01:31:12.600 Yeah,
01:31:12.740 I remember
01:31:13.120 that.
01:31:13.440 That was
01:31:13.640 the famous
01:31:14.080 true international
01:31:15.220 depression speech
01:31:16.900 of Biden.
01:31:19.300 He wrote
01:31:19.500 the bill
01:31:19.960 on the
01:31:21.540 environment.
01:31:21.980 He wrote,
01:31:22.900 he wrote
01:31:23.340 the bill,
01:31:24.040 he wrote
01:31:24.440 it on
01:31:25.500 the environment.
01:31:27.080 Brock and
01:31:27.540 I think
01:31:27.920 it's a
01:31:28.300 right for
01:31:29.400 people that
01:31:29.960 battered
01:31:30.320 up there.
01:31:31.200 Yeah,
01:31:31.560 I agree.
01:31:32.700 I mean,
01:31:32.960 who doesn't,
01:31:34.120 who doesn't
01:31:34.880 realize and
01:31:36.360 recognize it's
01:31:37.240 a right to
01:31:37.700 battered up
01:31:38.320 whatever that
01:31:39.680 was.
01:31:40.300 120 days,
01:31:41.860 give me a
01:31:42.280 break.
01:31:42.860 120 days,
01:31:44.060 give the
01:31:44.400 man,
01:31:44.940 give the
01:31:45.340 man a
01:31:45.620 break and
01:31:46.420 a scoop of
01:31:47.760 his favorite
01:31:48.260 chugger,
01:31:49.200 chugger,
01:31:49.560 chip.
01:31:49.900 It's the
01:31:51.620 best.
01:31:53.600 Oh,
01:31:54.320 after a
01:31:54.740 long day
01:31:55.280 on the
01:31:55.740 campaign trail
01:31:56.540 and the
01:31:57.480 business of
01:31:58.000 this country,
01:31:58.800 that's what
01:31:59.900 the leader of
01:32:00.320 the free
01:32:00.560 world settles
01:32:01.180 down to,
01:32:01.820 a little
01:32:02.280 chugger,
01:32:03.800 chugger,
01:32:04.200 chip.
01:32:07.180 He's not
01:32:07.780 the only one
01:32:08.320 in the
01:32:08.520 administration
01:32:09.060 now.
01:32:10.340 Jen
01:32:10.620 Psaki
01:32:11.400 is constantly
01:32:13.640 being called
01:32:14.040 out.
01:32:14.220 I don't
01:32:14.380 know if
01:32:14.640 you caught
01:32:15.180 this.
01:32:15.680 The 4th
01:32:16.120 of July,
01:32:17.340 they put
01:32:18.100 out some
01:32:18.540 really
01:32:19.100 interesting
01:32:19.700 statistics
01:32:20.600 about,
01:32:21.400 well,
01:32:22.520 the cost
01:32:22.900 of things
01:32:23.420 in the
01:32:24.900 cost of
01:32:25.320 your
01:32:25.600 4th of
01:32:26.040 July
01:32:26.320 celebration.
01:32:27.540 They wanted
01:32:28.080 to make
01:32:28.360 the point
01:32:28.780 that this
01:32:30.280 administration's
01:32:31.000 economy is
01:32:31.660 improving,
01:32:33.040 although I
01:32:33.600 think you
01:32:34.500 and I
01:32:34.800 probably
01:32:35.300 can tell
01:32:37.500 the difference
01:32:37.920 because when
01:32:38.440 you go
01:32:38.960 to pay
01:32:41.840 for,
01:32:42.500 oh,
01:32:43.100 I don't
01:32:43.280 know,
01:32:44.340 gas at
01:32:44.940 the pump,
01:32:45.520 you see a
01:32:46.000 difference?
01:32:46.700 The cost of
01:32:47.480 everything,
01:32:47.760 inflation is
01:32:48.480 through the
01:32:49.000 roof.
01:32:49.460 But there's
01:32:49.940 one thing
01:32:50.580 they found.
01:32:52.640 There's one
01:32:53.480 thing they
01:32:54.080 found that
01:32:55.560 has gone
01:32:56.060 down,
01:32:57.120 and that
01:32:57.780 is what
01:32:59.280 she shares
01:32:59.940 next.
01:33:00.720 Quick break.
01:33:01.160 We'll be
01:33:01.340 back right
01:33:01.820 after this
01:33:02.240 and grab
01:33:02.520 your calls
01:33:02.900 to a
01:33:03.180 888-727-BECK.
01:33:04.860 That's
01:33:05.180 888-727-BECK.
01:33:07.920 Saving money
01:33:15.040 has never
01:33:15.540 been more
01:33:15.960 important.
01:33:16.640 We all
01:33:17.100 have to
01:33:17.380 make sure
01:33:17.720 our financial
01:33:18.260 house is
01:33:18.740 in order,
01:33:19.380 especially
01:33:19.960 at times
01:33:20.540 like these.
01:33:21.200 But what
01:33:21.680 more can
01:33:22.060 you do
01:33:22.320 to add
01:33:22.620 money to
01:33:22.980 your budget?
01:33:23.540 How about
01:33:23.820 you refinance
01:33:24.640 your mortgage?
01:33:25.520 A viable
01:33:26.100 solution that
01:33:26.760 may save
01:33:27.360 you up
01:33:27.720 to $1,000
01:33:28.540 a month.
01:33:29.420 Here's how
01:33:29.780 it works.
01:33:30.240 You call
01:33:30.580 American
01:33:30.920 Financing,
01:33:31.520 the mortgage
01:33:31.900 consultants,
01:33:32.560 for a free
01:33:33.100 mortgage review.
01:33:34.160 No obligation,
01:33:34.780 no pressure,
01:33:35.600 no upfront
01:33:36.220 or hidden
01:33:36.820 fees.
01:33:37.440 Just a
01:33:37.920 simple
01:33:38.220 conversation
01:33:38.920 around which
01:33:39.820 loan program
01:33:40.720 may be a
01:33:41.420 better fit.
01:33:41.940 Because the
01:33:42.440 rates have
01:33:42.920 never been
01:33:43.580 this low,
01:33:44.280 the chances
01:33:44.740 are you're
01:33:45.300 going to
01:33:45.620 benefit and
01:33:46.280 you could
01:33:46.640 lower your
01:33:47.080 monthly payments
01:33:47.740 and you
01:33:48.220 could in
01:33:48.620 the long
01:33:48.900 run save
01:33:49.500 tens of
01:33:50.240 thousands of
01:33:51.140 dollars,
01:33:51.840 all without
01:33:52.400 starting your
01:33:53.040 term over.
01:33:54.000 So don't
01:33:54.260 put it off
01:33:54.680 any longer.

01:33:57.180 much you
01:33:57.480 can save.
01:33:58.300 You might
01:33:58.540 even be able
01:33:59.060 to postpone

01:34:41.260 statement when
01:34:41.900 she's called
01:34:42.380 out by Peter
01:34:43.820 Ducey who
01:34:44.460 thank God
01:34:45.080 thank God
01:34:45.900 Peter Ducey
01:34:46.540 is there
01:34:47.100 in the
01:34:48.740 briefing room
01:34:49.600 to ask these
01:34:50.300 questions because
01:34:51.100 it's exactly
01:34:51.860 what you and
01:34:52.380 I are thinking.
01:34:53.280 Okay, on
01:34:53.760 another subject
01:34:54.420 the official
01:34:54.920 White House
01:34:55.320 account tweeted
01:34:56.020 yesterday
01:34:56.480 the cost of
01:34:57.460 a 4th of July
01:34:58.100 cookout is down
01:34:59.080 16 cents
01:35:00.220 from last year.
01:35:02.460 16 cents?
01:35:03.620 There has been
01:35:04.500 a reduction
01:35:05.120 in some of
01:35:05.760 the costs
01:35:06.220 of key components
01:35:07.140 of the 4th of
01:35:07.800 July barbecue.
01:35:09.560 I think it was
01:35:10.040 hot dogs in fact.
01:35:11.220 I think that is
01:35:12.000 what I read.
01:35:12.460 It was a hot dog.
01:35:13.820 That is 16 cents
01:35:15.580 cheaper and that
01:35:16.660 is what we're
01:35:17.240 supposed to throw
01:35:17.940 a parade over
01:35:18.660 apparently according
01:35:19.340 to the Biden
01:35:19.700 administration.
01:35:20.280 That was what
01:35:20.680 the tweet was
01:35:21.600 noting.
01:35:22.180 So does the
01:35:22.600 White House
01:35:22.880 think that 16
01:35:23.820 cents off a
01:35:24.660 barbecue has
01:35:25.600 more of an
01:35:26.000 impact on
01:35:26.480 people's lives
01:35:27.240 than gas being
01:35:28.440 a dollar more
01:35:29.840 this time?
01:35:31.340 I would say
01:35:32.220 if you don't
01:35:33.060 like hot dogs
01:35:33.820 you may not
01:35:34.280 care of the
01:35:34.780 reduction of
01:35:35.280 costs.
01:35:35.840 You don't have
01:35:36.120 to like hot
01:35:36.540 dogs.
01:35:36.700 I will say
01:35:40.680 that what we
01:35:41.480 are most
01:35:41.860 focused on
01:35:42.520 is the fact
01:35:43.160 that we've
01:35:43.520 created now
01:35:44.120 more than
01:35:44.520 3 million
01:35:44.940 jobs since
01:35:45.480 the president
01:35:45.840 took office.
01:35:46.580 That's what
01:35:46.960 we're focused
01:35:47.340 on and
01:35:47.940 continuing to
01:35:48.620 implement
01:35:48.960 additional
01:35:49.840 components of
01:35:51.140 his economic
01:35:51.960 Build Back
01:35:52.480 Better agenda.
01:35:53.200 Go ahead.
01:35:53.400 Let's just
01:35:53.740 circle back
01:35:54.420 some fireworks
01:35:55.240 there in the
01:35:56.040 briefing room.
01:35:57.700 But Peter's
01:35:58.580 got the great
01:35:59.040 point.
01:35:59.440 I talked
01:36:00.020 about this
01:36:00.700 a week ago.
01:36:01.820 So your
01:36:06.000 picnic, your
01:36:07.440 barbecue is
01:36:08.140 16 cents
01:36:08.960 cheaper.
01:36:10.160 But it
01:36:10.740 costs you an
01:36:11.520 arm and a
01:36:12.260 leg to get
01:36:12.940 there with
01:36:13.400 the gas.
01:36:15.640 This is not
01:36:16.620 a win-win.
01:36:18.280 I'm still in
01:36:18.720 the red.
01:36:19.140 I'm not in
01:36:19.560 the black
01:36:19.940 here.
01:36:21.720 So it's not
01:36:22.500 just the
01:36:22.820 president.
01:36:23.360 It is other
01:36:24.440 folks around
01:36:25.340 him that
01:36:26.580 oftentimes
01:36:27.200 don't make
01:36:28.620 sense.
01:36:30.440 888-727-
01:36:31.720 B-E-C-K.
01:36:34.240 Chris in
01:36:34.760 Florida on
01:36:35.880 the Glenn Beck
01:36:36.260 program.
01:36:36.780 Appreciate you
01:36:37.160 being here with
01:36:37.560 us today,
01:36:37.900 Chris.
01:36:39.700 Hi, thank
01:36:40.380 you.
01:36:43.020 Oh, we
01:36:43.820 lost Chris.
01:36:45.080 I think
01:36:45.780 that's a
01:36:46.220 conspiracy.
01:36:49.000 I really
01:36:49.740 do.
01:36:50.000 I just saw
01:36:50.600 on the
01:36:50.940 screen what
01:36:51.380 he wanted
01:36:51.660 to say.
01:36:53.100 And I
01:36:53.660 am convinced.
01:36:55.100 Now, I
01:36:55.460 still have my
01:36:56.300 tinfoil hat
01:36:57.100 on from
01:36:57.500 earlier, but
01:36:58.200 I am.
01:36:58.640 Hang on.
01:36:58.960 Let me
01:36:59.100 straighten it.
01:37:01.720 Straighten
01:37:01.940 it out.
01:37:02.300 I'm
01:37:02.660 convinced
01:37:03.380 that we
01:37:03.920 lost him
01:37:04.800 because somebody
01:37:05.760 didn't want
01:37:06.460 that call
01:37:07.020 getting on
01:37:07.620 the air.
01:37:11.040 I'm going
01:37:11.520 to tell
01:37:11.800 you.
01:37:12.720 So I
01:37:13.220 saw the
01:37:13.760 and I'll
01:37:14.160 just tell
01:37:14.560 you what
01:37:14.800 it was
01:37:15.240 because I
01:37:15.780 think it's
01:37:16.020 a good
01:37:16.200 point.
01:37:16.520 Chris, if
01:37:16.860 you're
01:37:17.020 listening, you
01:37:17.440 can call
01:37:17.680 back.
01:37:18.120 I'll allow
01:37:19.520 you if we
01:37:19.820 have time to
01:37:20.200 get you
01:37:20.400 back in.
01:37:20.760 I'll squeeze
01:37:21.060 you back
01:37:21.380 in.
01:37:24.220 From the
01:37:24.760 free state
01:37:25.120 of Florida,
01:37:25.720 nevertheless.
01:37:27.460 But Chris
01:37:28.060 was making
01:37:28.540 the point about
01:37:29.260 the 25th
01:37:30.160 amendment.
01:37:31.560 And, you
01:37:33.280 know, we
01:37:33.580 heard so
01:37:34.140 much about
01:37:34.720 this with
01:37:35.240 the last
01:37:35.660 with the
01:37:35.940 previous
01:37:36.260 president.
01:37:39.180 Why?
01:37:40.520 Why nothing
01:37:41.440 now?
01:37:42.360 I mean, there
01:37:42.920 were whole
01:37:43.700 reports and
01:37:46.060 pieces and all
01:37:47.480 these things that
01:37:48.040 were done
01:37:48.560 that we're
01:37:50.700 talking about.
01:37:51.360 Is Trump
01:37:52.240 fit for office?
01:37:53.060 He is unfit.
01:37:54.400 There are
01:37:55.260 people in the
01:37:55.760 cabinet that
01:37:56.220 are contemplating.
01:37:57.680 Holy cow.
01:37:59.840 Oh, we
01:38:00.140 got Chris
01:38:00.520 back.
01:38:01.760 Let's take
01:38:02.300 him while we
01:38:02.720 can.
01:38:03.080 Chris, before
01:38:04.460 they try, I
01:38:05.260 don't know who
01:38:05.620 they are, but
01:38:06.720 before they try
01:38:07.700 to take you
01:38:08.260 off the air
01:38:08.800 again, we
01:38:09.800 got to get
01:38:10.120 you back in.
01:38:10.660 What did
01:38:10.860 you want to
01:38:11.120 say, buddy?
01:38:12.320 The 25th
01:38:13.880 amendment that
01:38:16.020 allows the
01:38:17.100 cabinet or
01:38:18.000 somebody to
01:38:18.500 get the
01:38:18.900 president out
01:38:19.460 of office if
01:38:20.060 he's unable
01:38:20.500 to do his
01:38:21.140 job.
01:38:22.020 That was
01:38:22.580 pushed by
01:38:23.140 Pelosi back
01:38:24.080 in the last
01:38:24.580 administration.
01:38:25.200 She said,
01:38:25.480 it's not for
01:38:26.100 Trump.
01:38:26.480 It's for
01:38:26.780 future
01:38:27.140 presidents.
01:38:28.280 I think
01:38:28.940 it might
01:38:29.300 be interesting
01:38:30.360 right now
01:38:30.760 if Republicans
01:38:31.360 push that
01:38:31.940 issue with
01:38:32.720 the schism,
01:38:34.060 the rift
01:38:34.800 between the
01:38:35.520 Kamala Harris
01:38:36.200 office and
01:38:37.020 the Joe
01:38:37.440 Biden office.
01:38:38.740 We say,
01:38:39.340 Joe Biden
01:38:39.740 is obviously
01:38:40.200 not fit to
01:38:40.800 be president.
01:38:41.920 Let's get
01:38:42.340 somebody else
01:38:42.800 in there.
01:38:43.160 They would
01:38:43.380 be like,
01:38:43.760 we don't
01:38:44.680 want Kamala
01:38:45.740 in there.
01:38:46.220 Let's just
01:38:46.500 not be crazy
01:38:48.140 about this.
01:38:48.920 What are your
01:38:49.360 thoughts on
01:38:49.720 that?
01:38:50.500 You remember
01:38:51.060 the movie
01:38:51.540 Dumb and
01:38:51.920 Dumber,
01:38:52.200 right?
01:38:52.420 Yes,
01:38:54.320 thank you.
01:38:54.800 Well,
01:38:55.040 this scenario
01:38:56.500 is like worse
01:38:57.500 and worser
01:38:58.180 because you
01:39:00.820 got,
01:39:01.280 who do you
01:39:01.680 have in
01:39:02.620 line here?
01:39:03.760 You have
01:39:04.500 Kamala,
01:39:06.380 who is right
01:39:08.600 after the
01:39:09.200 president.
01:39:10.760 Should he
01:39:11.540 be labeled
01:39:13.140 incapacitated?
01:39:14.300 And then,
01:39:15.680 well,
01:39:16.420 if something
01:39:17.400 were to
01:39:17.760 happen with
01:39:18.300 her or
01:39:19.140 let's say
01:39:20.440 she was,
01:39:21.540 I don't
01:39:22.400 know,
01:39:22.960 unfit or
01:39:23.700 I'm just
01:39:25.240 imagining.
01:39:26.400 I've got a
01:39:26.800 question about
01:39:27.280 that.
01:39:28.020 Once Biden
01:39:29.980 would be
01:39:30.280 removed,
01:39:31.180 wouldn't there
01:39:31.720 be an
01:39:32.020 appointment for
01:39:32.740 the vice
01:39:33.240 president who
01:39:33.760 would then be
01:39:34.160 second in
01:39:34.600 line again?
01:39:35.140 We're not
01:39:35.320 looking at
01:39:35.680 going down
01:39:36.240 the line.
01:39:36.980 I don't
01:39:37.120 know.
01:39:37.200 So who
01:39:37.720 can we
01:39:38.620 put?
01:39:39.540 You're
01:39:39.820 thinking maybe
01:39:40.360 there's
01:39:40.620 somebody better
01:39:41.100 because I
01:39:42.120 don't know
01:39:43.420 about you.
01:39:44.620 Chris,
01:39:45.120 but I
01:39:46.040 don't think
01:39:46.380 Biden's running
01:39:46.980 the show as
01:39:47.540 it is.
01:39:49.460 Absolutely not.
01:39:50.660 So I
01:39:51.720 think they
01:39:52.540 literally give
01:39:53.220 him a schedule
01:39:53.800 and say,
01:39:54.160 here's where
01:39:54.400 we're going
01:39:54.620 out,
01:39:54.800 and then
01:39:54.920 they give
01:39:55.140 him his
01:39:55.380 cheat sheet.
01:39:56.020 Okay,
01:39:56.440 Joe,
01:39:56.720 if they
01:39:56.920 ask you
01:39:57.280 about any
01:39:57.700 of these
01:39:57.980 things,
01:39:58.840 pull out
01:39:59.240 your cheat
01:39:59.720 sheet,
01:40:00.260 you know
01:40:00.620 what to
01:40:00.980 say.
01:40:02.320 And as
01:40:02.720 unfortunate as
01:40:03.520 it is,
01:40:03.840 I just
01:40:04.220 think that's
01:40:04.640 the reality.
01:40:06.440 And with
01:40:07.220 Connell in
01:40:07.660 there,
01:40:08.040 God only
01:40:09.020 knows what
01:40:10.860 we would
01:40:11.240 say.
01:40:11.480 But you
01:40:12.020 think at
01:40:12.600 least what
01:40:13.580 you're
01:40:13.760 saying,
01:40:14.080 if I
01:40:14.360 understand
01:40:14.700 this
01:40:14.980 correctly,
01:40:15.540 is that
01:40:15.860 you think
01:40:16.200 at least,
01:40:16.840 hey,
01:40:17.000 this might
01:40:17.360 be a good
01:40:17.980 strategy by
01:40:19.800 the Republicans
01:40:20.860 to sort of
01:40:21.440 gum up the
01:40:21.980 works and
01:40:22.440 maybe cause
01:40:22.960 some division
01:40:23.500 with the
01:40:23.900 administration and
01:40:24.740 what's happening
01:40:25.240 there.
01:40:25.400 drive in the
01:40:26.200 wedge.
01:40:27.660 Okay,
01:40:28.180 well,
01:40:28.380 a little bit
01:40:28.680 of their
01:40:28.920 own medicine
01:40:29.660 is what
01:40:30.280 you're saying
01:40:30.700 here.
01:40:31.980 That's where
01:40:32.340 the Republicans
01:40:32.900 I think and
01:40:33.640 conservatives in
01:40:34.340 general are so
01:40:35.000 bad at
01:40:36.020 fighting that
01:40:36.640 because we're
01:40:37.220 generally nice
01:40:37.820 people.
01:40:39.180 That was my
01:40:40.200 next question.
01:40:41.420 My next
01:40:41.840 question is
01:40:42.480 just,
01:40:42.960 do you think
01:40:43.480 we have it
01:40:44.040 in us?
01:40:45.300 No,
01:40:45.740 I don't.
01:40:46.540 Honestly,
01:40:47.260 there's like
01:40:47.860 three people who
01:40:48.740 might,
01:40:49.040 I would say,
01:40:49.780 could do it.
01:40:51.140 We are sort
01:40:52.260 of above and
01:40:52.860 we like to
01:40:53.820 fly above
01:40:54.380 the fray
01:40:56.080 there.
01:40:56.900 Great points,
01:40:58.000 Chris.
01:40:58.260 Thanks for
01:40:58.720 calling in.
01:40:59.320 I really do.
01:41:00.600 I think
01:41:01.060 that's why we
01:41:03.340 don't fight
01:41:03.920 fire with
01:41:04.420 fire.
01:41:04.760 That's why we
01:41:05.240 don't fight
01:41:05.740 back in some
01:41:07.040 of these
01:41:07.220 situations.
01:41:08.040 I will say
01:41:08.720 though,
01:41:09.240 in the previous
01:41:10.480 president,
01:41:10.940 Trump,
01:41:11.260 you had a
01:41:11.480 president who
01:41:11.880 would fight
01:41:12.300 back or stand
01:41:12.880 back.
01:41:13.180 Now,
01:41:13.300 I don't know
01:41:13.700 how much
01:41:14.500 fighting it
01:41:14.940 would do
01:41:15.140 with some
01:41:16.260 of the
01:41:16.460 folks buried
01:41:17.520 within that
01:41:18.040 administration
01:41:18.560 that would
01:41:19.100 try to gum
01:41:19.540 up the
01:41:19.780 works with
01:41:20.200 him,
01:41:20.360 but there's
01:41:20.960 another person
01:41:21.840 on the
01:41:22.220 scene in
01:41:22.900 from Chris's
01:41:23.540 state of
01:41:23.940 Florida who
01:41:25.400 also seems
01:41:26.040 to be
01:41:26.680 fighting back
01:41:28.480 Governor Ron
01:41:29.500 DeSantis.
01:41:30.780 We got a
01:41:31.180 couple of
01:41:31.540 people that
01:41:32.520 are out
01:41:33.160 there.
01:41:33.880 At least
01:41:34.440 the fight
01:41:35.740 is on.
01:41:37.260 Speaking of
01:41:37.740 which,
01:41:37.940 we're going
01:41:38.160 to talk
01:41:38.520 about that
01:41:39.680 fight that
01:41:40.220 continues and
01:41:41.740 how you can
01:41:42.260 fight back
01:41:43.100 by joining
01:41:43.840 us,
01:41:44.700 standing
01:41:44.940 together,
01:41:45.780 when we
01:41:46.020 come back.
01:41:46.340 This is the
01:41:47.220 Glenn Beck
01:41:47.740 program.
01:41:48.300 All right,
01:41:50.280 so summer
01:41:50.660 has arrived
01:41:51.320 and with it
01:41:52.160 comes all
01:41:52.920 of those
01:41:53.240 amazing
01:41:53.740 summer
01:41:54.060 holidays.
01:41:55.140 And with
01:41:55.340 things finally
01:41:56.020 starting to
01:41:56.680 return to
01:41:57.220 normal in
01:41:57.840 this country,
01:41:58.800 I'll bet
01:41:59.100 you're looking
01:41:59.520 to spend
01:42:00.240 those holidays
01:42:00.760 with friends
01:42:01.380 and family
01:42:01.900 cooking up
01:42:02.460 some good
01:42:02.940 food in
01:42:03.440 the backyard
01:42:04.080 while the
01:42:05.020 kids go
01:42:05.540 running and
01:42:06.100 screaming around
01:42:06.740 the yard.
01:42:07.200 Let me
01:42:07.740 take your
01:42:08.100 grilling game
01:42:08.760 and knock
01:42:09.260 it up
01:42:09.560 one level.
01:42:10.300 If you
01:42:10.820 haven't
01:42:11.140 already,
01:42:11.800 I want
01:42:12.300 you to
01:42:12.500 go online
01:42:13.520 and check
01:42:14.100 out Rectech.
01:42:15.180 It grills,
01:42:15.860 it smokes,
01:42:16.400 it even
01:42:16.740 bakes,
01:42:17.400 and it
01:42:17.880 does it
01:42:18.320 with smart
01:42:18.940 grill
01:42:19.220 technology,
01:42:20.060 which means
01:42:20.640 that it
01:42:21.040 maintains
01:42:21.540 perfect
01:42:22.060 temperature
01:42:22.620 the whole
01:42:23.360 time.
01:42:24.200 And that
01:42:24.420 means you
01:42:24.920 don't burn
01:42:25.340 anything,
01:42:25.960 like I
01:42:26.500 have,
01:42:27.320 time or
01:42:27.660 two,
01:42:27.940 or every
01:42:28.400 time,
01:42:29.080 until I
01:42:29.820 got a
01:42:30.100 Rectech.
01:42:30.760 It's sleek,
01:42:31.380 it's sturdy,
01:42:32.020 the thing is
01:42:32.660 built out of
01:42:33.280 solid stainless
01:42:34.140 steel,
01:42:34.760 it's a
01:42:35.100 tank.
01:42:35.660 It'll be
01:42:36.260 the last
01:42:36.720 grill you
01:42:37.140 buy.
01:42:37.720 A, B,
01:42:38.120 compare the
01:42:38.680 Rectech to
01:42:39.740 the competition.
01:42:40.820 You'll see
01:42:41.240 what I'm
01:42:41.560 talking about.
01:42:42.360 R-E-C-T-E-Q
01:42:43.860 dot com.
01:42:44.900 That's
01:42:45.180 Rectech
01:42:46.020 dot com.
01:42:46.940 R-E-C-T-E-Q
01:42:48.460 dot com.
01:42:50.000 Doing our
01:42:50.780 part to keep
01:42:51.420 free speech
01:42:52.000 alive.
01:42:53.380 There's much
01:42:54.260 more after the
01:42:54.880 break on the
01:42:55.840 Glenn Beck
01:42:56.240 program.
01:43:05.660 People are
01:43:09.360 fighting back.
01:43:10.400 They are
01:43:10.700 standing up.
01:43:11.520 I mean,
01:43:11.700 even when it
01:43:12.340 seems like
01:43:13.080 all may be
01:43:13.780 lost,
01:43:15.660 it's hopeless
01:43:17.000 at times.
01:43:17.640 There is some
01:43:18.100 good news.
01:43:21.840 You know,
01:43:22.420 it's one of
01:43:23.060 the things I
01:43:23.440 talk about
01:43:24.140 in my book,
01:43:27.020 Good News,
01:43:27.440 that there
01:43:28.220 are things
01:43:28.960 happening in
01:43:30.240 the world,
01:43:31.140 I think,
01:43:31.540 that are worth
01:43:32.400 celebrating.
01:43:34.020 And we
01:43:34.520 ought to do
01:43:34.920 that more
01:43:35.740 often.
01:43:36.440 You're not
01:43:36.680 going to hear
01:43:37.060 it in the
01:43:37.300 headlines in
01:43:37.840 nightly news.
01:43:38.400 You're not
01:43:38.620 going to see
01:43:39.000 it from the
01:43:40.080 usual suspects.
01:43:41.280 But when we
01:43:41.780 see it, we
01:43:42.160 ought to make
01:43:42.560 sure that we
01:43:42.940 share those
01:43:43.460 things and we
01:43:44.020 definitely tell
01:43:44.760 those stories
01:43:45.380 with each other
01:43:46.040 and together.
01:43:48.500 There's one
01:43:49.140 such video I
01:43:49.840 wanted to share
01:43:50.320 with you.
01:43:50.580 This comes from
01:43:51.240 a dad in
01:43:52.140 Arizona who's
01:43:53.200 gone to a
01:43:53.680 school board
01:43:54.080 meeting.
01:43:55.060 First of all,
01:43:56.080 I congratulate
01:43:56.740 him for that.
01:43:57.880 Parents, you've
01:43:58.820 got to go to
01:43:59.540 school board
01:44:00.020 meetings.
01:44:01.080 We've got to
01:44:01.840 be engaged.
01:44:03.340 Civically, we've
01:44:04.740 got to be
01:44:05.100 engaged in our
01:44:05.660 kids in their
01:44:06.780 education.
01:44:07.320 If you're going
01:44:07.920 to send them
01:44:08.200 to public
01:44:08.560 school, especially,
01:44:10.000 we've got to be
01:44:12.140 engaged in that
01:44:12.760 process to let
01:44:13.820 these people know
01:44:14.460 that we're
01:44:14.840 watching, that
01:44:16.440 we're going to
01:44:16.700 be a part of
01:44:17.260 it, that we're
01:44:17.880 actively
01:44:18.320 participating.
01:44:20.240 This man is
01:44:21.180 speaking up and
01:44:21.880 it's also what
01:44:22.660 he says from
01:44:24.340 his perspective
01:44:25.000 as a black
01:44:25.600 man, a
01:44:26.800 father, what
01:44:28.780 he says about
01:44:29.360 what they're
01:44:29.800 teaching, the
01:44:31.040 critical race
01:44:31.620 theory, and
01:44:32.560 the divisive
01:44:33.420 things that
01:44:34.040 they're teaching
01:44:34.480 in schools.
01:44:35.480 Take a listen.
01:44:36.680 From Chandler.
01:44:39.800 Thank you.
01:44:41.840 I'm not part of
01:44:42.840 any group.
01:44:43.500 I just came
01:44:43.980 here because my
01:44:44.720 kids are 8,
01:44:45.800 10, and 12.
01:44:47.300 And we start
01:44:50.400 to experience
01:44:51.320 things as far
01:44:52.120 as Black
01:44:52.640 History Month.
01:44:53.820 My kids will
01:44:54.620 come home and
01:44:55.480 they will be
01:44:55.740 afraid.
01:44:56.760 And I was
01:44:57.460 always asking
01:44:57.920 what was going
01:44:58.500 on.
01:44:58.880 And then I
01:44:59.260 started realizing
01:44:59.900 that they were
01:45:00.600 teaching stuff.
01:45:01.660 They taught my
01:45:02.520 kids about slavery
01:45:03.460 and then civil
01:45:04.660 rights and
01:45:05.660 nothing in
01:45:06.100 between.
01:45:06.720 And now you
01:45:07.260 got CRT.
01:45:09.540 And I ask
01:45:11.380 you guys not
01:45:12.200 to burden my
01:45:12.840 kids with
01:45:13.200 something that's
01:45:13.640 going to hold
01:45:13.940 them back.
01:45:14.700 30 seconds.
01:45:15.560 I don't really
01:45:16.040 teach them all
01:45:17.180 the history because
01:45:18.360 I want them to
01:45:19.000 soar as big as
01:45:19.920 they can be without
01:45:20.980 the burden of
01:45:21.660 someone saying,
01:45:22.420 well, you're
01:45:22.680 oppressed or I'm
01:45:25.040 being nice to
01:45:25.660 you is why
01:45:25.960 you're succeeding.
01:45:27.080 I want my
01:45:27.580 kids to just
01:45:28.220 thrive and
01:45:29.160 continue to be
01:45:29.800 kids and grow
01:45:30.920 as much as
01:45:31.360 they possibly
01:45:31.760 can.
01:45:32.060 So I ask
01:45:32.420 you guys,
01:45:33.540 just take a
01:45:34.840 look at what
01:45:35.180 you're doing
01:45:35.520 and what the
01:45:36.140 future is going
01:45:36.640 to hold for
01:45:38.080 the kids that's
01:45:38.720 experiencing all
01:45:39.460 this right now.
01:45:40.680 That's pretty
01:45:41.280 much all I have
01:45:41.820 to say.
01:45:42.340 The father
01:45:42.800 making a plea
01:45:43.740 at a school
01:45:44.380 board meeting.
01:45:46.800 It may not
01:45:47.600 seem like
01:45:48.580 he's doing
01:45:52.660 anything,
01:45:53.760 you know,
01:45:55.040 too grand.
01:45:55.760 It may not
01:45:56.140 seem like
01:45:56.540 he is wielding
01:45:58.960 a sword and
01:46:00.660 just completed
01:46:02.820 a battle and
01:46:06.500 come out
01:46:07.060 victoriously,
01:46:07.800 but I applaud
01:46:09.180 that man because
01:46:11.820 he's done what
01:46:12.460 a lot of folks
01:46:13.500 more and more
01:46:14.740 are doing every
01:46:15.440 day and we
01:46:18.240 ought to consider
01:46:19.180 doing ourselves.
01:46:20.920 Whether you got
01:46:21.620 kids or not,
01:46:22.160 if you're a
01:46:22.500 taxpayer, you live
01:46:23.240 in the area
01:46:24.840 that you live
01:46:25.700 in, a lot
01:46:26.480 of times your
01:46:26.860 home values are
01:46:27.740 even tied to
01:46:29.480 the schools.
01:46:31.300 Like where we
01:46:31.740 live, it's a
01:46:32.300 great school
01:46:32.760 system, their
01:46:34.840 home values are
01:46:35.580 tied to that,
01:46:36.420 you're paying
01:46:36.880 taxes on it,
01:46:37.720 etc.
01:46:37.900 So you ought
01:46:40.280 to have some
01:46:40.780 input, especially
01:46:44.720 in that system.
01:46:46.640 Another place
01:46:47.260 where they're
01:46:47.560 seeing right
01:46:48.020 now critical
01:46:48.840 race theory and
01:46:49.620 divisiveness sort
01:46:51.960 of rearing its
01:46:52.560 ugly head is a
01:46:55.280 place that is
01:46:55.920 very concerning.
01:46:57.660 In fact, that's
01:46:58.240 the military.
01:47:00.120 Joining us to
01:47:00.640 talk a little bit
01:47:01.060 about that, author
01:47:02.680 Adam Davis, good
01:47:03.620 friend of mine,
01:47:04.160 he's written
01:47:04.600 several books,
01:47:05.540 multiple on
01:47:06.320 different topics,
01:47:07.520 but they all
01:47:07.920 really revolve
01:47:09.220 around the same
01:47:09.700 theme.
01:47:10.160 He's a retired
01:47:10.700 police officer
01:47:11.620 supporting those
01:47:13.560 folks who go out
01:47:14.260 and serve for us,
01:47:15.280 whether it's in
01:47:16.900 the line of duty
01:47:17.780 on the call
01:47:18.980 here on our
01:47:20.800 streets or in
01:47:21.760 battlefields all
01:47:23.600 throughout the
01:47:24.080 world.
01:47:24.520 Adam, appreciate
01:47:25.200 you being here
01:47:25.700 with us today.
01:47:26.180 How are you?
01:47:27.540 Justin, always an
01:47:28.540 honor to speak with
01:47:29.200 you, my friend,
01:47:29.940 and doing well,
01:47:30.900 doing well here in
01:47:32.120 South Alabama,
01:47:33.020 down in Dothan,
01:47:33.660 Alabama, and
01:47:34.500 wonderful to be
01:47:35.880 able to speak
01:47:36.260 with you again
01:47:36.800 on such an
01:47:37.280 important matter.
01:47:38.660 So recently, the
01:47:39.820 military is now
01:47:43.140 going through this
01:47:45.520 woke process, and
01:47:47.060 it's something that
01:47:48.040 a lot of folks, as
01:47:48.780 we're watching it,
01:47:49.820 very concerning
01:47:50.660 because you think
01:47:51.460 about this and
01:47:52.140 you think, wow,
01:47:53.100 if this falls.
01:47:55.440 I mean, some of
01:47:56.220 the real last
01:47:58.220 havens in government
01:48:01.120 and service is our
01:48:02.320 military.
01:48:02.740 you've got
01:48:03.240 patriots there
01:48:04.080 that are
01:48:05.340 conservative, that
01:48:06.420 are traditional.
01:48:08.100 They might call
01:48:08.640 them extremists
01:48:09.300 now, but I
01:48:10.340 think the real
01:48:11.020 extremists are
01:48:11.620 the ones who
01:48:13.220 are the
01:48:13.980 Marxists, who
01:48:14.940 are trying to
01:48:15.660 drive a wedge
01:48:17.040 and drive this
01:48:18.000 ideology into
01:48:19.640 places that it
01:48:20.480 doesn't belong,
01:48:21.460 like the
01:48:22.020 military.
01:48:23.760 Yeah, well,
01:48:24.560 that's the thing
01:48:25.360 you have to
01:48:25.760 realize, and I
01:48:26.440 think more and
01:48:27.860 more people are
01:48:28.500 realizing it now,
01:48:29.480 is that for the
01:48:30.820 true extremists,
01:48:32.860 which are the
01:48:34.080 liberal, the
01:48:34.800 woke crowd, if
01:48:36.500 you want to,
01:48:36.960 whatever you want
01:48:37.500 to label them
01:48:38.000 as, the ones
01:48:39.000 that want to
01:48:39.400 destroy the very
01:48:40.240 foundation of
01:48:41.040 fundamental truths
01:48:42.360 of our nation,
01:48:43.420 there is nothing
01:48:44.360 sacred to them,
01:48:45.620 not our
01:48:46.140 constitution, not
01:48:47.080 our way of life,
01:48:47.840 not the military,
01:48:49.760 the church, the
01:48:50.340 school system.
01:48:50.920 They want to
01:48:51.380 attack the very
01:48:52.180 core of who we
01:48:53.600 are, and there's
01:48:55.280 no place for
01:48:55.880 such divisive
01:48:56.820 teaching in the
01:48:57.520 military, like
01:48:59.420 law enforcement,
01:49:00.380 you have to
01:49:00.700 move as one, you
01:49:01.700 have to be united,
01:49:03.520 and they want to
01:49:04.680 divide every facet
01:49:06.040 of America so
01:49:06.960 that they can
01:49:07.440 conquer America
01:49:08.240 with their socialist
01:49:09.960 and Marxist
01:49:10.720 ideas, where
01:49:11.540 their communist
01:49:12.180 propaganda, they
01:49:13.780 want to destroy
01:49:14.480 America and turn
01:49:15.280 it into what
01:49:16.020 they want.
01:49:16.540 They want to
01:49:16.840 make you a slave
01:49:17.580 to their rule.
01:49:19.060 That's what they
01:49:19.640 want, and this is
01:49:20.480 just part of their
01:49:21.080 strategy, and it
01:49:22.360 hasn't been stopped
01:49:23.200 immediately.
01:49:23.760 It's happening
01:49:25.300 in the military,
01:49:26.120 but you're also
01:49:26.580 seeing it with
01:49:28.460 police officers, and
01:49:29.580 I know you served
01:49:30.480 as a police
01:49:32.260 officer, but now
01:49:32.980 you serve police
01:49:34.000 officers, and you
01:49:34.740 serve first
01:49:36.280 responders and
01:49:37.860 folks in the
01:49:38.600 military as well.
01:49:39.420 As an author, you
01:49:40.140 write books, a lot
01:49:41.560 of times devotionals.
01:49:42.760 These are things
01:49:43.580 that are directly
01:49:45.320 serving the souls
01:49:46.300 of these folks
01:49:47.500 who probably need
01:49:49.420 it more than any
01:49:51.720 of us these days.
01:49:52.560 they're constantly
01:49:53.760 under attack, but
01:49:54.560 you're seeing the
01:49:55.040 same thing that
01:49:56.140 we're seeing now
01:49:56.680 in the military
01:49:57.140 been happening
01:49:57.800 with police and
01:50:00.700 police departments
01:50:01.460 all across the
01:50:02.080 country.
01:50:02.200 We heard last
01:50:03.780 year about
01:50:04.240 defunding the
01:50:05.040 police, and now
01:50:05.860 we're starting to
01:50:06.500 see some of those
01:50:07.320 places where they
01:50:08.060 tried that.
01:50:09.120 It didn't work
01:50:10.400 too well, and of
01:50:11.200 course, they're
01:50:11.560 having to backtrack
01:50:12.400 on that, but it
01:50:13.740 can't be easy to
01:50:15.280 serve in the line
01:50:15.900 of duty these
01:50:16.440 days.
01:50:16.740 No, well, the
01:50:19.000 fact is that they
01:50:19.740 want to erase
01:50:20.400 truth, and they
01:50:21.120 want to redefine
01:50:21.880 truth, but you
01:50:22.680 can't redefine what
01:50:23.660 the truth is, and
01:50:25.280 we have to go back
01:50:26.120 to the basics of
01:50:27.000 who we are as a
01:50:27.720 country.
01:50:29.220 Yes, you can
01:50:30.000 believe differently.
01:50:31.040 In fact, you can
01:50:31.820 speak things that
01:50:32.980 are against what I
01:50:34.460 believe, but that's
01:50:35.980 the beauty of
01:50:36.520 America, is that
01:50:38.260 you can have a
01:50:39.840 different belief
01:50:40.440 without being
01:50:41.520 persecuted, but the
01:50:42.900 people who are
01:50:43.420 behind this critical
01:50:44.460 race theory and
01:50:45.300 behind defund the
01:50:46.560 police and all
01:50:47.360 these divisive
01:50:48.140 movements, they
01:50:49.300 don't believe the
01:50:50.160 same way.
01:50:51.020 They want to
01:50:51.580 silence and censor
01:50:53.020 the people who
01:50:54.020 speak the truth.
01:50:54.940 They want to
01:50:55.320 silence the
01:50:55.880 conservative movement
01:50:56.660 and label us
01:50:57.520 extremists, and
01:50:59.040 the only way that
01:50:59.680 we can see
01:51:00.240 America grow and
01:51:01.420 continue to be a
01:51:02.440 country, a land
01:51:04.380 of liberty and
01:51:05.080 freedom, is where
01:51:06.440 we all have the
01:51:07.200 freedom and liberty
01:51:07.980 to speak and
01:51:08.860 speak truth and
01:51:09.900 silence those who
01:51:10.820 want to divide
01:51:11.540 America.
01:51:14.400 Well, you know,
01:51:15.580 we've talked
01:51:16.040 about this earlier
01:51:17.420 today, but why
01:51:18.140 are they trying to
01:51:21.100 divide, and not
01:51:22.400 just each of us,
01:51:24.120 and by the way, I
01:51:25.080 don't think it's
01:51:25.520 working.
01:51:25.980 I don't think
01:51:26.380 Americans are as
01:51:27.720 divided as they
01:51:28.400 want us to
01:51:28.840 believe, but why
01:51:29.780 is that their
01:51:30.980 goal?
01:51:31.580 Why are they
01:51:32.220 trying to do
01:51:32.720 this?
01:51:33.840 You can't
01:51:34.660 defeat a united
01:51:35.720 front.
01:51:36.820 It doesn't
01:51:37.260 matter if there's
01:51:37.840 three people or
01:51:38.600 30 million or
01:51:39.360 300 million.
01:51:40.820 If an enemy of
01:51:42.200 1 billion comes
01:51:43.160 against 300
01:51:44.000 million, but that
01:51:45.660 300 million is
01:51:46.800 united and arms
01:51:48.220 locked, shoulder
01:51:49.040 to shoulder, that's
01:51:49.680 why military and
01:51:50.800 law enforcement
01:51:51.340 operations are so
01:51:52.340 successful.
01:51:53.440 They move as one,
01:51:54.460 they're united.
01:51:55.180 They have one
01:51:55.680 mission.
01:51:56.580 They move as one
01:51:57.320 body.
01:51:58.620 You think about
01:51:59.500 marriages, marriages
01:52:00.780 that are where the
01:52:02.320 couples are on
01:52:03.180 different terms, where
01:52:04.440 they're on different
01:52:04.900 pages, where they're
01:52:05.640 not united, they face
01:52:06.760 conflict, they fall
01:52:07.620 apart.
01:52:08.260 If they're united as
01:52:09.280 one in every aspect,
01:52:10.540 they're more
01:52:11.440 successful in
01:52:12.160 everything.
01:52:12.900 Unity is the
01:52:14.340 beautiful joy.
01:52:15.280 It is truly the
01:52:17.260 greatest thing of
01:52:18.060 all.
01:52:18.580 When you're looking
01:52:19.080 at a country, when
01:52:19.880 you're looking at a
01:52:20.500 family, when you're
01:52:21.120 looking at a
01:52:21.600 business, you need
01:52:22.860 to be united.
01:52:23.720 An opponent cannot
01:52:24.660 come from the
01:52:25.320 outside and take
01:52:26.020 down a united
01:52:26.600 front, no matter
01:52:27.160 how much they're
01:52:28.860 outnumbered.
01:52:29.980 So you see foreign
01:52:31.820 interference, you see
01:52:33.320 foreign adversaries,
01:52:35.500 they love the
01:52:36.920 division that they
01:52:38.000 see coming from
01:52:39.280 the media in the
01:52:40.780 United States,
01:52:41.480 because they see
01:52:42.220 us as an easy
01:52:42.880 target.
01:52:43.880 It is all an
01:52:44.660 attack to divide
01:52:45.540 America, to
01:52:46.560 further their
01:52:47.120 propaganda, to
01:52:48.600 take down Christian
01:52:49.480 ideals, to take
01:52:51.460 down the Christian
01:52:52.120 fundamentals, the
01:52:54.060 foundation of who
01:52:54.900 we are, to
01:52:56.280 redefine, to
01:52:57.080 fundamentally reshape
01:52:58.520 America.
01:52:59.280 They want to
01:53:00.000 further the
01:53:00.760 communist
01:53:01.260 propaganda, the
01:53:02.180 Marxist movement.
01:53:03.000 They want everything
01:53:04.180 to go their way, or
01:53:05.940 it's not the right
01:53:06.580 way at all.
01:53:07.380 This isn't about
01:53:08.220 liberty and freedom,
01:53:09.280 for them.
01:53:10.460 This is about
01:53:11.160 taking over and
01:53:12.660 conquering America.
01:53:15.160 Adam Davis, author
01:53:16.480 of several books, by
01:53:17.280 the way, we'll tell
01:53:18.020 you about those
01:53:18.460 coming up in a
01:53:18.960 second, but as
01:53:20.000 you're serving those
01:53:21.080 who are in service
01:53:21.780 to others, what are
01:53:22.680 you hearing from
01:53:23.560 whether it's
01:53:24.040 military or police,
01:53:25.900 or what are you
01:53:26.400 hearing, what
01:53:27.620 they're facing, some
01:53:28.500 of the issues they're
01:53:29.100 facing on a daily
01:53:29.760 basis?
01:53:31.160 You know, law
01:53:31.620 enforcement, one of
01:53:32.300 the biggest things is
01:53:33.060 you see these just
01:53:35.500 absolute idiots calling
01:53:36.860 for defunding police,
01:53:38.140 and that's all you
01:53:39.160 can label it, because
01:53:40.380 they think that
01:53:41.160 they're hurting
01:53:41.560 police, and they
01:53:42.440 are, but the
01:53:43.620 people that are
01:53:44.140 hurting are
01:53:44.680 themselves.
01:53:46.400 So defund the
01:53:47.120 police, that's one
01:53:47.800 of the biggest
01:53:48.220 things, but you
01:53:48.880 know what?
01:53:49.300 The beauty of it
01:53:49.840 all is through all
01:53:50.680 of this, you don't
01:53:51.300 hear about this on
01:53:52.060 the news, and I
01:53:52.580 know you talk about
01:53:53.420 this, we don't hear
01:53:54.440 the good news.
01:53:55.500 You don't hear that
01:53:56.920 over 70% of
01:53:58.400 Americans trust and
01:53:59.340 support law
01:53:59.880 enforcement.
01:54:00.420 You don't hear
01:54:01.060 the good things that
01:54:02.220 are happening, and the
01:54:02.820 people who let them
01:54:03.460 know they appreciate
01:54:04.200 them and support them.
01:54:04.980 And so out of all
01:54:06.500 of these crimes that
01:54:07.400 get media attention
01:54:08.220 for defund the
01:54:09.020 police, the vast
01:54:11.000 majority of Americans
01:54:11.920 support and love
01:54:13.020 law enforcement,
01:54:14.220 support first
01:54:14.880 responders, and love
01:54:15.680 the military, and we
01:54:16.980 got to get back to
01:54:17.640 where we highlight that
01:54:18.520 more than we
01:54:19.000 highlight the idiots.
01:54:19.840 Take the microphone
01:54:20.540 away from the people
01:54:21.560 who hate America and
01:54:22.900 give it to the ones
01:54:23.560 who love our
01:54:24.080 country.
01:54:25.000 You know, it's an
01:54:25.780 interesting stat.
01:54:26.540 You just said over
01:54:26.980 70% support the
01:54:28.400 police, 70% of
01:54:29.740 Americans.
01:54:30.340 We just had that
01:54:31.080 study, and in fact,
01:54:33.200 it's in my book,
01:54:34.020 Good News, that the
01:54:34.900 U.S. ranks last among
01:54:36.140 46 countries in trust
01:54:37.660 in media, Reuters
01:54:39.160 reporting that that
01:54:40.260 trust level is down
01:54:42.420 the lowest of all the
01:54:44.400 countries, but down
01:54:45.280 the lowest it's been
01:54:46.200 ever in the history,
01:54:47.800 and I think when you
01:54:48.520 compare those two
01:54:49.260 numbers, wow, it's
01:54:51.700 easy to see who
01:54:52.780 Americans trust and
01:54:53.860 why, and probably
01:54:55.380 because of their track
01:54:57.120 record and who they
01:54:58.600 are.
01:54:58.900 I mean, we can be a
01:55:00.320 judge of that fairly
01:55:01.640 easily.
01:55:02.080 Adam Davis, people
01:55:04.520 can go grab your
01:55:05.300 book today if they'd
01:55:06.300 like to.
01:55:07.920 You've got a couple
01:55:08.760 of those, so quickly
01:55:09.840 let's run through
01:55:11.580 them.
01:55:12.180 TheAdamDavis.com is
01:55:13.220 the website, but
01:55:14.320 you've got a couple
01:55:14.940 of different books
01:55:15.620 because I know we're
01:55:16.960 coming up on the
01:55:17.440 20th anniversary of
01:55:18.540 September 11th, and I
01:55:20.160 know Americans haven't
01:55:20.980 forgotten.
01:55:21.360 I've seen the way we
01:55:22.020 celebrated over this
01:55:22.900 weekend.
01:55:23.620 You may want to give
01:55:24.300 a copy to someone
01:55:25.900 that you know, that
01:55:27.040 you love, that's
01:55:27.640 serving, whether it's
01:55:28.740 a police, fire, some
01:55:31.460 sort of EMT or
01:55:32.560 frontliner or
01:55:33.540 somebody who is in
01:55:34.560 the military.
01:55:35.420 What would you
01:55:36.280 recommend?
01:55:37.720 You know what?
01:55:39.380 First, well,
01:55:40.260 specifically law
01:55:41.060 enforcement, we've
01:55:41.740 got Behind the
01:55:42.360 Badge, which is by
01:55:43.240 far the best-selling
01:55:44.040 book I have out.
01:55:45.020 Behind the Badge is
01:55:45.700 365 Daily Devotions
01:55:47.260 for Law Enforcement.
01:55:48.680 And we have one for
01:55:49.720 military and first
01:55:50.540 responders on
01:55:51.260 spiritual combat, a
01:55:52.320 co-authored by
01:55:52.880 Lieutenant Colonel
01:55:53.420 Dave Grossman.
01:55:54.140 It is the absolute
01:55:56.660 essential handbook that
01:55:58.740 you need to understand
01:55:59.720 the source of
01:56:00.400 everything you see
01:56:01.060 going on in the
01:56:01.580 world today.
01:56:02.640 And then the latest
01:56:03.180 book I co-authored with
01:56:04.200 a Force Recon Marine
01:56:05.260 named Chad Robichaud
01:56:06.400 called Behind the
01:56:07.200 Lines.
01:56:07.640 It's 365 Daily
01:56:08.960 Challenges for
01:56:09.640 Military Personnel.
01:56:11.100 But we also have
01:56:12.160 Bulletproof Marriage,
01:56:13.380 90-day devotion for
01:56:14.900 military and first
01:56:15.620 responder married
01:56:16.260 couples.
01:56:17.140 I co-authored that
01:56:17.880 with Lieutenant Colonel
01:56:18.520 Dave Grossman.
01:56:19.240 Of course, you can
01:56:19.800 find all this on my
01:56:20.860 website, theadamdavis.com.
01:56:22.860 And we'd always love
01:56:24.060 to hear from your
01:56:24.860 listeners and connect
01:56:26.400 with them in the
01:56:27.280 future.
01:56:28.540 Thank you, brother.
01:56:29.240 I appreciate your work
01:56:30.300 and thank you for
01:56:31.200 serving those who are
01:56:33.020 serving others.
01:56:34.260 Adam Davis.
01:56:34.980 Oh, absolutely.
01:56:35.420 God bless.
01:56:35.900 Thank you, Justin.
01:56:36.960 You too, brother.
01:56:37.360 You got it.
01:56:38.320 Quick break.
01:56:39.120 We're back after this.
01:56:40.300 Justin Barkley filling
01:56:41.140 in for Glenn today on
01:56:42.180 the Glenn Beck Program.
01:56:45.380 This is the Glenn Beck
01:56:46.920 Program.
01:56:52.860 In a world that's
01:57:01.360 lost its way, lost
01:57:02.460 respect for logic,
01:57:03.680 law and order, who
01:57:04.660 can you count on?
01:57:05.820 Well, AMAC, the
01:57:07.160 Association of Mature
01:57:08.500 American Citizens,
01:57:09.760 now over two million
01:57:11.160 members strong and
01:57:12.180 growing.
01:57:12.740 AMAC believes in the
01:57:14.180 values that we
01:57:15.180 constitutional conservatives
01:57:16.640 care about.
01:57:17.480 AMAC represents
01:57:18.520 courage, faith, and
01:57:19.960 reason in these
01:57:21.300 trying times.
01:57:22.140 They stand for
01:57:23.000 national solvency at
01:57:24.480 a time of runaway
01:57:25.500 debt, national
01:57:26.320 security.
01:57:27.260 With a full-time
01:57:27.940 presence in Washington,
01:57:29.260 AMAC pushes back
01:57:30.440 against the radical
01:57:31.560 left's push towards
01:57:32.760 socialism.
01:57:33.700 That's why now more
01:57:34.920 than ever, it's time
01:57:35.900 to join AMAC.
01:57:37.360 Beyond advocacy,
01:57:38.580 AMAC membership gives
01:57:39.620 you access to a
01:57:40.700 wealth of benefits and
01:57:41.740 discounts that will
01:57:42.500 save you money.
01:57:43.260 And you'll also get
01:57:44.200 AMAC's great
01:57:45.180 bi-monthly magazine.
01:57:46.440 So join AMAC today.
01:57:47.920 Benefits are great,
01:57:48.740 but the cause is
01:57:49.580 greater.

01:57:57.000 AMAC, it's
01:57:57.620 better, better for
01:57:58.540 you, better for
01:57:59.580 America.
01:58:12.600 Wow, what a day,
01:58:13.520 what a weekend.
01:58:14.060 I just want to say
01:58:15.060 thank you.
01:58:15.440 this is, uh, gotta
01:58:16.720 be, uh, the
01:58:18.000 greatest audience
01:58:18.840 in radio.
01:58:20.560 Um, the Glenn's
01:58:21.640 audience and, uh,
01:58:22.960 the folks that are
01:58:23.860 always calling in and
01:58:25.160 sending messages.
01:58:26.620 Uh, it, it just
01:58:27.660 always a pleasure.
01:58:28.420 Some of the smartest
01:58:29.000 folks, uh, I think
01:58:30.940 that, that listen to
01:58:32.060 radio.
01:58:32.600 It's always a, a, a
01:58:34.120 privilege and a, uh,
01:58:35.400 and a blessing to be
01:58:36.660 here with you.
01:58:38.220 I want to tell you
01:58:38.880 too, I appreciate you
01:58:39.980 and your prayers.
01:58:40.700 You know, Glenn asked
01:58:41.780 this audience to
01:58:43.660 pray for my
01:58:44.780 daughter and folks
01:58:45.700 did when she was
01:58:47.400 born three months
01:58:48.220 early.
01:58:49.740 My wife's water
01:58:50.760 broke back in
01:58:52.560 December of last
01:58:54.140 year.
01:58:54.700 She was born at
01:58:55.620 two pounds, six
01:58:56.680 ounces.
01:58:58.080 And I want you to
01:58:59.900 know that your
01:59:00.340 prayers worked.
01:59:01.160 They all did.
01:59:02.080 She's bigger and
01:59:03.080 stronger every day.
01:59:05.640 There's absolutely
01:59:06.720 nothing wrong with
01:59:07.440 her.
01:59:07.580 She's just perfect.
01:59:09.100 She's like 15
01:59:10.260 pounds now.
01:59:11.120 And she's got the
01:59:13.440 brightest smile that
01:59:15.440 just lights up my
01:59:16.400 heart every day.
01:59:19.700 And I thank you for
01:59:21.080 your prayers.
01:59:21.660 I thank you for what
01:59:25.300 you've done.
01:59:26.100 Um, I'll never
01:59:28.380 forget it.
01:59:29.740 I'd love to stay in
01:59:30.780 touch.

01:59:38.300 not hear, uh,
01:59:39.960 sometimes when it
01:59:40.780 comes to, uh, the
01:59:42.120 nightly news and the
01:59:43.320 usual suspects.
