00:00:00.000 the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment there is a war going on right now a war between
00:00:09.960 saudi arabia russia and quite honestly texas texas and maybe pennsylvania uh it is the war
00:00:17.740 on energy and energy independence if you've seen uh the price of gasoline lately you ain't seen
00:00:26.220 nothing yet they're saying that oil could go down to ten dollars a barrel the last time that happened
00:00:32.400 the soviet union collapsed what does it mean for the future of energy independence in america what
00:00:38.420 is really happening the former governor of texas and u.s energy secretary rick perry joins us in one
00:00:47.320 minute this is the glenbeck program i remember the days when we used to stay in hotels and
00:00:57.000 travel life was different back then someone would always clean up your room during the day you could
00:01:02.560 swim in the pool ride the elevator up and down it didn't matter uh the other thing you might you
00:01:08.980 might have your name address phone number loyalty member information birth date and other travel
00:01:13.060 information stolen because of an internet breach like the one that married hotels recently um which
00:01:18.480 exposed 5.2 million americans uh and their information but remember when we were around
00:01:24.500 people in lobbies and stuff oh those days don't come back it's important how uh cyber crime is affecting
00:01:31.760 our lives we need to understand it somebody's identity is stolen every two seconds and you could

00:02:10.120 he was the former governor of texas great governor of texas former u.s energy secretary his name is
00:02:22.580 rick perry he joins us now rick i have to tell you that i think you're what should lead on your resume
00:02:29.320 is the guy who forged the path to american energy independence thank you for that well that's nice of
00:02:37.440 you to say but the fact is it was those independent operators out there that day in and day out went
00:02:43.380 out and took advantage of what the message was from the president which was you know get out of their
00:02:49.120 way don't ever don't over regulate them don't over tax them uh we obviously figured that out pretty
00:02:54.460 early on in texas and uh this president clearly saw that if you won't get in the way of the fossil
00:03:03.420 fuel industry if you will give texans and for that matter people from north dakota and pennsylvania
00:03:08.760 and louisiana if you'll give them the opportunity to go uh explore they will use their technology
00:03:16.600 their innovation and they will flourish and that's exactly what we did glenn is is america became the
00:03:23.240 number one oil and gas producing uh country in the world as a matter of fact december 1st was my last
00:03:29.960 day on the job uh 2019 as secretary of energy and the information and the energy information agency
00:03:37.060 announced that day that america for the first time in 70 years was a net exporter of energy what a
00:03:47.340 fabulous fantastic uh statement to make for this administration what this president did and now
00:03:55.020 we see it all put into jeopardy and we see it put into jeopardy because it's something that you know
00:03:59.580 if anybody saw this coming i'm going to call bs on them glenn i can promise yeah uh the the the
00:04:07.680 we've had a go ahead well i was just gonna say the saudis and the russian were having their opec
00:04:14.340 meeting and listen opec's been around since night you know that we've we've seen them manipulating the
00:04:19.800 market that's what they do that's you know that that's just a reality of life i'm not going to say
00:04:23.760 it's good bad or indifferent it just is what it is and they were meeting the russians are hurting
00:04:30.280 russians are hurting financially partly because they tried to manipulate the energy market in europe
00:04:38.060 and try to be the only source if that would have been very good for them from their perspective
00:04:44.080 but the u.s saw the danger in the european countries only having to rely upon russian energy
00:04:52.900 therefore we were against this nardstrom 2 pipeline which would have really put europe in jeopardy
00:05:00.000 from the uh the russian and and standpoint energy reliance on russia so we came out very strong
00:05:07.420 against that the president laid the law down and the russians really hurting economically they go back
00:05:15.440 into this opec plus meeting with the saudis some 30 plus days ago and the saudis are continuing to
00:05:23.520 restrict production to keep the price of oil in that you know i don't know what it was in those days
00:05:28.800 high 30s low 40s it may have been above that i've it's moved around so much lately but the point is this
00:05:36.080 the russians said nope we ain't doing this anymore and um my understanding was there was a very heated
00:05:44.640 conversation between the saudi minister the russian new minister and they walked away russia said we're
00:05:54.140 going to go produce and the saudis said oh okay we'll see who's uh who's got the biggest uh said here
00:06:04.760 yeah who can last the longest and monday that next monday they announced a seven to eight dollar
00:06:10.100 decrease in the cause the cost of crude and the market started down no one i think saw at that
00:06:19.700 particular point in time covet 19 coming in and and being this global pandemic there may have been
00:06:27.500 some people in hindsight that are saying it but i i certainly was not seeing it or hearing it at that
00:06:32.360 particular point in time that caused a complication of massive proportion where economies start to be
00:06:41.500 shut down the demand on the oil and gas industry basically is dried up aviation fuel down 90
00:06:49.500 one percent this is two weeks ago gasoline demand down 50 that same time frame so this has been a
00:06:58.120 uh the compounding issue here and and glenn i i wish i could tell you that uh you know we could snap our
00:07:08.100 fingers we get this uh we get this uh pandemic out of the way and and we go back to the rosy economic
00:07:17.320 picture that we had and one of the strongest economies if not the strongest economy that america's ever had
00:07:22.560 just six weeks ago but i can't say that here's what i can say though that this this pandemic as we work
00:07:33.340 towards finding the solution to move us uh farther away from the the the peak deaths the peak people who
00:07:43.000 are are being uh affected by uh we're not going to find a vaccine anytime in in the near future but
00:07:51.880 there are things that we can do uh and there's some pretty exciting stuff out there i want to talk
00:07:56.500 about if i if i can before i get out of here because i've spent as much time on the the the covet 19
00:08:01.580 partly because people don't make the connection between the department of energy and medicine and
00:08:07.180 they should because the doe operates the supercomputers at the national labs and those supercomputers are
00:08:15.460 coming up with some fascinating theories uh that may be more than theories that may be actuality and
00:08:22.280 how to deal with this and to uh to to conquer it substantially quicker than historically how you
00:08:29.620 would have dealt with the pandemic but let me go back to the energy side of it a second
00:08:33.240 and this is going to be demand driven uh we're going to see some pretty rough next 30 days in the
00:08:43.120 oil and gas business you know i think uh i don't know what west texas intermediate opened at i want
00:08:48.660 to say around 23 dollars uh yesterday uh brett brent uh the north atlantic crude was about 32 dollars
00:08:58.660 that's a big spread between those two it's normally closer than that but
00:09:02.320 one of the reasons is because the transportation costs and one of the reasons is because the u.s
00:09:07.520 shell producers are so efficient we basically uh produced uh at at massive amounts we were
00:09:18.280 right at i want to say we were right at 13 million barrels a day that we were producing
00:09:25.440 i can think about that 13 million barrels a day uh the estimate that came out yesterday by the energy
00:09:31.740 information agency is that we're going to be down about 1.6 1.8 so let's say rick what is this 11
00:09:40.220 billion barrels a day what does this mean for the energy independence what does it mean for the oil
00:09:47.560 producers here in america you said last week that you thought oil will texas would collapse what what
00:09:54.300 does this really mean what the the statement that i made is if the government and you know me i'm i'm
00:10:04.060 i'm basically uh uh would in in a perfect world at the free market we're not in a perfect world we're
00:10:12.100 being we're seeing right not only the manipulation of the market by uh the saudis and by the russians
00:10:18.720 but also you've got this pandemic so there is a time that government steps in and government is
00:10:24.380 very much needed this is it if there's ever been one to save the independent producer i will tell
00:10:31.080 you glenn if we lose the independent producer in america and i'm not talking about just texans yeah
00:10:35.960 we got more of anybody else but north dakota pennsylvania louisiana if you lose that independent
00:10:42.600 producer we could wake up in a year literally in a year and there are four major oil companies in the
00:10:51.160 world that control all of the production exxon mobil aramco rosnef which is the russian company
00:10:59.820 and maybe bp and chevron you know maybe four or five i mean you that scares me to death as an american
00:11:10.160 to have five companies that could literally control the tap of energy for the world
00:11:17.800 just puts us back in 1974 absolutely and i was a pilot of the united states air force in 1974 and i
00:11:27.020 remember how daunting that period of time was for america from the standpoint of wait a minute
00:11:33.680 people who have our interest in their hands may not have our best interest in mind and from a
00:11:42.800 national defense standpoint if nothing else i mean you could see gas prices literally five or six
00:11:50.020 dollars a gallon i mean i don't think that's out of the the realm of possibility if the if the
00:11:55.480 russians and the saudis decide to um turn that cap off go ask the ukrainians what it's like
00:12:03.460 yeah it's the yeah it's in the hands of russia they will manipulate that energy so i guarantee you
00:12:10.720 so what has to happen rick is the is the president moving towards helping okay i i think the president
00:12:20.620 is open he's obviously been on the phone to uh uh the uh uh the the minister uh abdulzee's been
00:12:28.420 uh he's been on the the phone to uh uh the the crown prince uh mbs uh he's talked to putin uh my uh
00:12:39.520 and and and and the the secretary of energy dan brouette he has been directly in conversations
00:12:46.940 with the russians and the saudis from the standpoint of of uh how we deal with this but here here are two
00:12:53.640 things that i i mentioned these last week and i still think they are worth having an in-depth
00:13:00.420 conversation and i hope the president will uh take a look at them and consider them one is
00:13:06.340 to for for 60 to 90 days this isn't from now on but for 60 to 90 days direct the refineries
00:13:15.300 and i think you can do it through an executive order would be my bad send the message to the
00:13:21.280 refineries you don't refine anything but american sourced crude now that'll do two things number one
00:13:31.880 it'll it'll shore up that uh that market get give it a floor if you will uh help it keep it from going
00:13:37.820 down anymore and i kind of like the idea of using american crude i don't have a problem with that
00:13:43.740 now there are those out there saying well you can't do that because you've got to have this
00:13:47.720 certain blend and the the sour crude comes from um from saudia for our you know what we can we can
00:13:54.120 manage that we can manage that uh you know you may want to waive the jones act so that we can move
00:14:01.240 oil from one port in the united states to another port in the united states not have to um uh rely upon a u.s
00:14:09.820 uh a u.s flagged uh i've i've always thought that the uh the jones act in in times of of great
00:14:18.140 national security ought to be weighed and i don't care who's i don't care whose vessel you're using
00:14:24.940 move it from this port to this port to get it closer to the refinery uh get that canadian oil uh down
00:14:33.460 through our pipeline system you can manage that the second thing glenn that i think would make
00:14:39.160 a massive difference and it's a good business practice and if donald trump is nothing he's a
00:14:45.280 good businessman he thinks uh and how do you do a deal have the treasury go by let's pitch out a good
00:14:54.480 number 15 to 20 billion dollars worth of oil futures now number one what do you bet that oil is going to
00:15:02.680 be higher in 2021 and 2022 that's probably a lot yeah it's probably a pretty good bet so if you bought
00:15:11.600 oil futures today then you would be sitting on a good investment plus that would put a floor uh on
00:15:19.580 these oil prices so i think there are two things that the that the administration could do to be
00:15:23.820 very powerful uh over and above what they've already done from the standpoint of talking to
00:15:28.920 these countries and saying hey listen uh we're not going to allow you to destroy the shell producer
00:15:34.920 the independent operator in america because it's the one thing that keeps us from being controlled
00:15:40.920 by by energy uh companies that don't necessarily have our best interest in mind rick i've i've got uh
00:15:50.640 less than a minute just real quick i don't need to get into the weeds on this april 14th the texas
00:15:55.920 railroad commission is meeting to do something possibly they haven't done since the 70s which is
00:16:01.360 curb oil production is that going to happen i think there's a a real possibility that um uh the the
00:16:10.180 commission can take that step and uh when you think about that uh uh if this is if this is the movement
00:16:18.360 that needs to occur again all of us you know we're free market folks but right this is extraordinary
00:16:26.580 times how do you save that american i mean let me tell you the texas uh the texas uh budget oh my god
00:16:35.440 i i can't imagine how bad the texas budget is going to be uh the severance tax is going to be in the tank
00:16:42.940 you know with this pandemic and the sales tax revenues i mean there's no telling it may be 25 30
00:16:49.860 percent uh lower revenues coming in than what they've got to spend it's going to be the
00:16:55.580 the toughest legislative session from a budget standpoint potentially in the history of the state
00:17:02.000 so everything that the state can do right now right now they need to be having that conversation
00:17:09.620 about and i would suggest that um texas doing its part to restrict for some period of time
00:17:18.860 the production of crude might be a very thoughtful thing all right rick perry thank you so much for
00:17:26.920 everything thanks for coming on on the program former u.s energy secretary the guy who i think is
00:17:31.760 responsible along with the trump administration to uh to bring us uh energy independence it's a lot of
00:17:37.940 his policies as governor of texas that helped the oil industry actually uh figure out and be free
00:17:44.100 enough to make us energy independent thank you so much rick i appreciate it uh all right there's one
00:17:50.580 thing that is brightening up my day every day and that is grilling time uh i am not i'm not a guy who
00:17:58.620 ever smoked anything i don't know how to do it it's a pain in the butt because you got to keep the wood
00:18:04.060 going just right and i mean i mean i mean honestly i will just i'll go to i'll go to a great barbecue
00:18:11.120 here in texas but they've smoked it all day not me then i got a rec tech grill rec tech is amazing
00:18:19.260 i just made the best uh ribs that i i have ever had that were homemade uh and it was the first time i
00:18:29.080 ever made ribs really really simple i put it up to i think it was 400 degrees or 250 degrees i can't
00:18:36.340 remember but you just turn it up you set the temperature like an oven and it automatically feeds
00:18:42.600 the wood pellets into the smoker it smokes it at the right temperature then you crank it up to 500
00:18:49.080 degrees you know eight minutes on each side after about five hours and it was it was delicious it was
00:18:56.960 so good rec tech grills if you're looking for a grill you're not going to find these in the stores
00:19:02.400 because they cut out the middleman and that's the why that's why you can get this grill it is i mean
00:19:07.320 it is a tank it is so well built rec tech r-e-c-t-e-c grills with an s.com it beats all other grills hands
00:19:17.620 down rec tech grills dot com built by grillers for grillers rec tech grills dot com 10 seconds station id
00:19:27.920 you know what i took out of that uh that interview uh something that i had never thought of before
00:19:47.600 stew uh and i don't know if this jumped out at you sales tax sales tax how did i not think of sales
00:19:55.580 tax you think your business is cut think of the state all of the sales tax we're mostly shopping
00:20:03.360 online no sales tax except here where we do have it but most states uh don't right most states don't
00:20:12.780 yeah i mean it's that is going to be a huge pounding oh yeah this is not going to be good
00:20:21.200 you know it's funny because people go back and forth and try to everyone tries to be a you know
00:20:25.920 an instant online epidemiologist as we go through this and it's you know of course natural but there's
00:20:31.980 no disagreement on how bad for the economy this is going to be we we you know and not only when it
00:20:37.980 comes to our jobs and they've already announced you know because the initial package was 350 billion
00:20:44.420 dollars for small businesses they're already going after another 250 now uh yeah it's not nearly enough
00:20:50.560 i mean the people are standing in line this thing is it's a nightmare it's an absolute nightmare to get
00:20:58.280 the money uh banks don't know what they're doing um it's just it's a mess i'd love to hear from you if
00:21:04.420 you're trying to get money from the government right now and how that's going but i also want
00:21:08.420 to talk to you about the disaster distress helpline 338 percent more calls to the helpline than in the

00:22:00.340 want to refi your house or get a consolidation loan get out of all of those high interest credit
00:22:06.080 cards and fold it into your house at a much cheaper rate right now you're looking at some credit cards
00:22:14.120 are up to 20 21 there's no way to pay that off not at 21 no way get into a reasonable rate the this is
00:22:23.400 historic lows do the responsible thing today and go to americanfinancing.net americanfinancing.net

00:22:51.520 glad you're here uh i want to start with uh something that i heard from abc news i heard it
00:22:57.120 from uh cnn and others i let me just use uh don lemon uh don lemon and uh what's his face fever boy
00:23:08.000 over at cnn uh cuomo in the morning uh he he's not he is by the way he's on in the evenings now uh that
00:23:15.600 that change whatever minor change happened multiple years ago well that shows how much i'm i'm watching
00:23:22.020 him exactly anyway uh so so he comes out and he is like look i i'm doing my patriotic thing by staying
00:23:30.620 here at home and uh and and and and then fighting this fever and the president he's not doing anything
00:23:37.040 and they took umbrage with the president saying that he was a cheerleader for the country and they
00:23:44.780 said this was irresponsible that he would do this uh to to to express the optimism that he's going to
00:23:52.360 hope you know reopen the country uh tonight this according to don lemon we are closing in on 400
00:23:59.200 000 u.s cases in the face the president says he wants to be a cheerleader for the country he's got
00:24:05.500 one part of that right it's leader leader not cheerleader uh lemon reacted in his opening monologue
00:24:13.620 telling people what could happen in preparing for what uh is happening is what you're supposed to do
00:24:20.100 yes americans we need their president to give them hope but we need the facts about what we're facing
00:24:27.040 okay so they took this and i want to play the clip that they played last night all across the media
00:24:34.420 here's the clip of donald trump you said within a couple of days the cases will be down to zero
00:24:39.120 well the cases really didn't build up for a while but you have to understand i'm a cheerleader for
00:24:46.020 this country i don't want to create havoc and shock and everything else i'm not going to go out and
00:24:52.200 start screaming this could happen this could happen okay so that's what they played so you would think
00:24:59.920 you know wait why that's what he said that's awful i mean you know he's got to give us some facts
00:25:06.980 he's got to be he's got to be doing something besides being a cheerleader right here's the
00:25:13.520 unedited version listen how much they cut out and what they cut out listen you said within a couple of
00:25:21.840 days the cases will be down to zero well the cases really didn't build up for a while but you have to
00:25:28.520 understand i'm a cheerleader for this country i don't want to create havoc and shock and everything
00:25:35.380 else but ultimately when i was saying that i'm also closing it down i obviously was concerned
00:25:41.300 about it because i closed down our country to china which was heavily infected i then closed it down to
00:25:48.040 europe that's a big move closing it down from china and then closing it down from europe and then
00:25:52.520 ultimately closing it down to the uk so and it was right about that time but i'm not going to go out
00:25:58.940 and start screaming this could happen this could happen so again as president i think the president
00:26:05.200 what do you what do you think what do you think was he just saying i'm a cheerleader and i'm just
00:26:11.700 going to say raw our team no
00:26:15.340 he was saying i'm going to take the steps that were controversial at the time the steps that the media
00:26:25.320 blasted him on blasted him on blasted him on i'm going to take those huge massive steps to keep us
00:26:34.880 safe but i'm also not going to sit here and say oh my gosh millions could die you got other people
00:26:41.400 saying that he's exactly right the media is you know trump derangement syndrome doesn't go far enough
00:26:53.160 this is truly a deep mental illness it really is because they they they want him to fail so badly
00:27:04.220 they will set the entire nation on fire it's almost as if they want us at each other's throat at this
00:27:13.040 time of pandemic instead of coming together instead of understanding that yes what what roosevelt
00:27:20.360 didn't come out and say you know we could all die from the nazis he said all we have to fear is fear
00:27:27.600 itself what is he some kind of cheerleader yes yes that's the point that's what the president and a
00:27:36.820 leader should be doing nobody wants to follow a leader that is like hey listen we got to close down
00:27:42.300 these borders i got to close down china i got to close down europe because whoa whoa i've seen some
00:27:47.880 numbers today holy cow millions could die what you want is hey i've talked to some doctors this thing
00:27:55.480 could be bad i think we're going to be okay we're taking really dramatic steps we're closing china we're
00:28:01.980 closing our travel to europe because we need to be safe but this is going to pass which one do you
00:28:09.580 want as a leader which one the media should be ashamed of itself and this is only one do you know
00:28:19.480 that yesterday they were they were checking in to see if the president owned a stake in uh hydroclock
00:28:27.720 hydro uh hydroxychloroquine thank you did you see that they wanted to know if he was making money on
00:28:35.500 that and they found out he does own a stake in that company yeah he owns is what could be what could be
00:28:44.880 as much as ten dollars uh could be as much as thirteen hundred dollars so he could be making
00:28:53.400 tens of dollars on that investment as we speak we don't even know this is what in a in this is what
00:29:01.920 they took their time to look into meanwhile cbs yesterday they decided they would clarify that
00:29:11.300 video of the nurse do we have the uh video of the nurse uh where she was crying quitting okay here she
00:29:18.600 is quitting because the the nurses aren't being protected i quit my job today i went into work and i was
00:29:26.320 assigned to a covid patient on an icu unit that has been converted to a designated covid unit
00:29:35.520 none of the nurses are wearing masks not even surgical masks in the hallways when they're giving
00:29:42.840 report to each other i had my own n95 mask i told my manager i understand we're short on supplies but
00:29:51.020 let me protect myself let me feel safe i have family that i have to come home to and the way things are
00:29:59.100 looking this isn't gonna get any better america is not prepared and nurses are not being protected
00:30:08.320 okay stop this is this is serious i mean if this were true this would be horrible 9.5 million followers
00:30:17.260 of cbs got that got that got that and and oh my gosh we're not prepared look at this this poor nurse
00:30:24.860 if this were true we would we would need to know about it but it's cbs's job to find out if it's true
00:30:33.420 well it wasn't true in fact uh she has mental issues she hasn't worked at the hospital for about a year
00:30:44.460 she has mental issues as clear by any of her other posts in social media and other posts she's singing
00:30:55.920 about the coronavirus she's like oh this is getting scary i mean she is unstable cbs issued a retraction
00:31:04.960 the hospital northwestern medicine acknowledged that she had quit her job but referred cbs news to vera
00:31:11.440 as to the details of why so the hospital can't say why can't say when she hadn't worked there for a
00:31:17.480 year that's the only retraction from cbs we don't know why i don't know you've just been duped don't
00:31:27.360 you have it in your best interest to dig it out and find out how you were duped no because it already
00:31:36.180 did its job now howard dean is saying he's boycotting msnbc until the network stops airing
00:31:43.880 the trump pressers let me ask you did uh did nbc radio dump the fireside chats
00:31:53.100 did you dump those did you take those this is the biggest crisis since the fireside chats
00:32:02.300 the president has experts with him he's giving information every day they want the democrats
00:32:12.080 want it to stop why because it's effective not because not because of of any other reason other
00:32:19.660 than politics not that there's not information there there's plenty of information there people
00:32:25.480 are at home they want to know what the truth is now here's why msnbc is already on the side of china
00:32:34.020 and probably uh will dump those uh pressers they're in bed with china universal is in the middle of
00:32:44.480 getting ready to open a universal theme park in china you want to know why they're so supportive of
00:32:51.260 china why they're why they're taking china's side every single time because they got a theme park they
00:32:58.120 need opened next month in china that's why that's why can you trust abc can you trust any company that's
00:33:09.380 giving you the news between their political bias and their being beholden to china who's telling you the
00:33:16.860 truth it is it is so critical so critical that we have sources that we trust i just got this in

00:33:51.480 watching fox news since its debut in the 1990s i realized how dangerous this was when i was talking
00:33:58.460 to him about the covid 19 this week and everything he said was a talking point not a single reference to
00:34:05.320 any source of legitimate research my mother and i decided we'd had enough of hearing the talking heads
00:34:11.380 yelling at each other all day on the tv and we took advantage of your current 30 off special for
00:34:17.320 the blaze the blinders have been peeled back for him and my parents living room has exponentially less

00:44:17.640 so we have been giving you stories on the w-h-o on my television
00:44:39.260 show here recently and told you that the w-h-o is absolutely in bed with china the the head guy
00:44:48.000 of the w-h-o uh is an ethiopian politician he's the first guy to not be a doctor he's an ethiopian
00:44:56.080 politician and the politician that did all of the deals for china and ethiopia and ethiopia has been
00:45:05.160 described as china's african dream because it is the gate that ethiopia opened up and started spreading
00:45:15.860 all of that communist money all over africa and china plans on owning all of africa and they do
00:45:24.160 starting with ethiopia this is why the w-h-o has had zero credibility everything they say
00:45:31.160 has been pro china that china isn't lying china we verified the results we're there firsthand
00:45:38.000 and we now know all of that is a lie so donald trump has said uh that he is in fact we have the audio of
00:45:45.400 donald trump on the w-h-o he said he's gonna he's he's not going to uh fund the w-h-o listen they've been
00:45:53.580 wrong about a lot of things and then a lot of information early and they didn't want to do very
00:45:59.020 they seem to be very china centric and we have to look into that so we're going to look into it we
00:46:05.880 pay for we give a majority of the money that they get and it's much more than the 58 58 million
00:46:12.980 dollars is a small portion of what they've gotten over the years sometimes they get much more than
00:46:18.140 that sometimes it's for programs that they're doing and and it's much bigger numbers and if
00:46:22.960 the programs are good that's great as far as we're concerned but we want to look into a world health
00:46:27.360 organization because they really are uh they called it wrong they call it wrong they really
00:46:35.200 they missed the call they could have called it months earlier they would have known and uh they
00:46:42.100 should have known and they probably did know so we'll be looking into that very carefully
00:46:46.380 they probably did know they were there on the ground and as i said they have a very cozy
00:46:53.760 relationship with uh china there's a disturbing report that's coming out of wuhan locals in wuhan
00:47:00.840 are saying that hospitals were taking coronavirus patients in body bags alive and putting them into
00:47:13.240 furnaces uh this can't be independently verified in china um but there are several
00:47:23.740 people that are claiming that they live by these incinerators and that the communist chinese
00:47:32.220 party was burning corona patients alive to make room for new patients in the overcrowded hospital
00:47:40.280 a source close to the funeral industry identified only as ma who said that he had heard reports of
00:47:49.100 people restrained and forced into body bags while they were still moving some people are saying there
00:47:54.360 are video clips of screams coming from funeral homes from inside the furnaces which tells us
00:47:59.700 some people were taken to the funeral homes while they were still alive ma also notes the existence of
00:48:05.440 video testimony from an anonymous older woman who had been treated at wuhan hospital presumably for
00:48:11.320 chinese coronavirus um one old lady was saying that they put one guy into a body bag when he wasn't dead
00:48:19.120 yet and took him off to the crematorium because there was no way of saving him end quote a video of an
00:48:25.320 older woman speaking anonymously to the camera began circulating on social media in february uh she said
00:48:31.680 she witnessed the patient next to her at a wuhan hospital stuffed into a body bag while still alive quote
00:48:37.800 he's not dead his feet and hands are still moving they wrapped him up in a plastic body bag and zipped
00:48:44.760 it up uh you know we can't verify this i'm not sure that we're going to ever be able to verify this but
00:48:52.820 it wouldn't be surprising this is what they do taiwan news noted the woman claimed to have suffered from
00:48:59.080 coronavirus symptoms but she was in her 60s she did not suffer severe symptoms unlike the man taken away
00:49:05.760 who was estimated in his 70s uh this is a a video another video from taiwan news another woman said the
00:49:16.580 man was weak but was still breathing when medical workers bound his head then his hands and feet which
00:49:22.700 were still moving um she was there this woman was there uh no other treatment for coronavirus patients
00:49:30.880 beside oxygen uh the woman said she felt older patients at the hospital were treated like dead
00:49:37.680 dogs this this totally um is consistent with the way that communist countries i should say socialist
00:49:50.420 countries china is not communist they claim they're communist but by the definition and if you read the
00:49:56.880 the new book uh that we released yesterday arguing with socialists you'll understand we got to stop
00:50:02.700 calling it a communist country it's not it's a socialist country communism only happens in the utopia
00:50:10.260 it only have it's never happened before there has never been a communist country because they never get past
00:50:16.620 the socialism part socialism is the step to utopia socialism is the one where you have to have all the
00:50:23.460 bloodshed and everything else you have to have the training camps because you got to get people to
00:50:28.500 that utopian state where the government doesn't have anything to do with it anymore the people just want
00:50:34.260 to do it themselves well no country's ever gotten there no country ever will get there so this is what
00:50:41.720 a socialist country does this is this is what uh the fabian socialist george bernard shaw said why don't we
00:50:49.400 just line people up and say sir madam your life can't be worth very much to you and it's certainly
00:50:55.480 not worth anything to us we can't afford to keep you alive anymore justify your existence that's a quote
00:51:02.420 from george bernard shaw
00:51:03.800 this is the kind of this is the kind of stuff that if you don't care about the individual you do
00:51:14.200 now on our front until march 18th we were still processing chinese nationals at our border and not
00:51:28.600 turning them back this according from according to daniel horowitz from uh from the blaze march 18th we
00:51:38.080 were still processing chinese nationals at the border and not turning them back they didn't even have a
00:51:43.100 quarantine policy in place for asymptomatic people although the presumption was that by the time they
00:51:49.080 were given over to cpb or ice and then processed and eventually released uh with a notice to appear it would
00:51:56.800 be longer than 14 days
00:51:58.640 we we are trying to get our foreign national programs back online before
00:52:11.920 the business comes back online we're trying to bring foreign nationals into our country as soon as
00:52:22.220 possible this is a problem because if you watch what's going on over in hong kong
00:52:29.900 and uh taiwan you're seeing that they open things back up and they have travel
00:52:37.120 well people were traveling around the world and they came back home
00:52:42.200 what happened they're now starting to have symptoms again the virus is uh going up and it looks like
00:52:54.960 they're going into another phase if we open up our country it looks like we won't be opening up our
00:53:01.180 borders well except for our southern border we'll leave that wide open but it won't looks like we won't be
00:53:05.960 opening up our borders anytime soon we won't be flying any place anytime soon because that seems to be
00:53:14.020 the next problem we can isolate it here and we can stop but the virus knows no border and if anybody is
00:53:22.120 traveling and coming in from a place where there is the virus then we reintroduce it into society
00:53:27.340 and we're facing the same kind of lockdown it looks like parts of china hong kong taiwan may be going
00:53:35.760 back into lockdown they're at least talking about it at this point because of the travel restrictions
00:53:42.440 that have been released and not the travel restrictions of going to work but the cross-border
00:53:48.480 travel restrictions that apparently is the problem
00:53:52.620 all right let's take a quick break let me tell you about our sponsor this half hour it is norton

00:55:49.580 arguing with socialist socialist socialist smart debate with socialists
00:56:15.120 socialist truth for those who care to look and another way to sell our book
00:56:21.380 yes that's right just another way to sell our book it's arguing with socialists today's question
00:56:29.700 do you know who's benefiting the most from coronavirus pandemic it's not the multi-billion dollar
00:56:35.400 corporation many of them alone are just getting about uh you know everything that they want but
00:56:41.120 they're also getting everything they deserve in many ways they're getting crushed it is the socialists
00:56:47.040 that are winning everything they've been demanding for years from modern monetary theory
00:56:52.580 and the green new deal to universal basic income programs they are all now being put on the table as
00:56:58.260 solutions to the economic fallout of the coronavirus now more than ever we need to be prepared
00:57:05.200 to address the most important questions facing our country or a total redesign of america is coming
00:57:12.300 that's why i wrote my newest book arguing with socialists available for pre-order and order right now
00:57:18.900 you can have it for uh reading pleasure if you download it on kindle right away uh joining me today to talk
00:57:27.020 about the book is uh one of the socialists who helped us with the book it's professor tweed and
00:57:32.160 good to have you on the program professor charmed mr pack professor are you there yes hello uh hi
00:57:37.240 how are you sir charmed yes i'm elated to have access to this platform to encourage those listening to
00:57:43.760 free themselves from the shackles of the 18th century mindset of debt and deficits the era of
00:57:51.140 how are we going to pay for it is long dead the truth is because the government can print its own
00:57:57.440 money we needn't fret about the potential of insolvency we could and should run the printing
00:58:05.260 presses as you so sophomoreically call it as much as needed to guarantee everyone with living wage
00:58:12.500 paying jobs health care clean energy free college and if i had my way at least one of those motorized
00:58:19.940 scooters that are so popular in italia right right it's that's wonderful that's wonderful uh so uh
00:58:29.180 uh professor i mean uh as entertaining as you are really a free enterprise capitalism is uh actually a
00:58:37.080 really simple system you know i own property you own property you right now are probably looking at
00:58:44.140 the script saying where the hell are you yes uh which is exactly what it's exactly what i was doing
00:58:51.300 just a minute ago looking at uh where the hell are you i have a very specific i was emailed this script
00:58:58.160 specifically to do in this particular email it it's weird i was emailed another script uh professor and
00:59:05.260 i was looking for any key words quickly so i really didn't even hear your point oh well it was a great
00:59:10.840 modern monetary theory theory yes yes modern monetary theory yes and then what is your question on
00:59:18.840 that uh yes i am familiar it's in uh chapter six of the new book well here's the thing fat man basically
00:59:25.720 you can put as much money as you want to and the bottom line at the end of the day everyone's going
00:59:31.300 to be a a a okay just like aoc says uh so professor how do you pay for all of these things how do you
00:59:41.180 stop inflation oh please you know we don't need to pay for things we don't need to even tax rich folks
00:59:50.800 like yourself mr beck but i will tell you we will taxation is still a valuable tool to deal with income
00:59:59.140 inequality to quote a professor at bard college l randall ray what we will do is we will tax the rich
01:00:07.700 what will we do with the tax revenue burn it uncle sam doesn't need your money of course as you know we
01:00:15.640 can just print that money you just you're just an awful human being you despicable piece of i don't think
01:00:26.800 we're doing a good job on this one uh professor i i think uh i think we're doing a really lousy lousy job
01:00:34.180 on this uh here's what you need to know modern monetary theory is printing money with everyone saying
01:00:41.760 we don't need any tax money we don't need any dollars we don't need the rich we can just print it
01:00:48.800 and they take the taxes and they use that to set price controls to stop you from buying the things
01:00:57.920 the government doesn't want you to buy they uh control inflation by having price controls all the
01:01:05.760 things that have been tried over and over that never ever work i was just saying that and and it does
01:01:13.000 you weren't even listening to me i don't know fiddling with twinkies or whatever you it is you do
01:01:18.540 over there but thanks for listening by our book arguing with socialists how can we have two separate
01:01:27.900 scripts on that one stew i i mean i had cat woman in my script and i don't even i that's weird i have
01:01:36.340 no idea i have no idea no idea yeah it's one of those things a socialist radio program would have
01:01:42.560 nailed that one yeah it would have it would have it's called npr it's called npr um uh anyway the uh
01:01:52.320 the we we were out last night we did a book signing last night everything is virtual i haven't seen stew
01:01:58.280 in i don't know how how many days how many days have we been doing this now has it been three weeks
01:02:03.080 is this are we going on three weeks yeah because we did yeah it was two weeks initially it was the
01:02:08.260 15 days to stop the spread and now it's the 30 additional days to stop the spread so we're a week
01:02:14.820 into that i think what are they in in china now they just lifted the ban in wuhan so is it was it 70
01:02:23.100 days 72 days i believe is what they they did in wuhan now of course lifting the ban in wuhan is still
01:02:29.260 probably more restrictive than we have it right now i think their normal life is worse than than our
01:02:35.280 lockdown life but yeah they they are saying oh look we're past this thing uh that's gonna be
01:02:41.160 interesting to see if that's true yeah well they might be past it for now but i think this is what's
01:02:47.500 going to be the big surprise to most americans uh it's probably coming back this fall uh there's a
01:02:55.160 good chance of it coming back now i guess maybe we can we can really help stop the spread of this
01:03:01.000 if we don't open up our borders and we don't fly around everywhere but america's gonna change
01:03:07.140 all right our uh sponsor uh is uh patriot mobile right now american the american people we are all in
01:03:16.640 the fight for our lives uh while some try to politicize the crisis most of us are sticking together as
01:03:22.260 family because that's what we are we are a nation of uh families and we are in the american family
01:03:29.700 i know that sounds xenophobic oh my gosh look at he just doesn't like other countries no i i do i just

01:04:24.840 the promo code glenn
01:04:26.260 this is the glenn beck program we're glad you're here listen here's the um i i want to ask you stew
01:04:36.920 because you watch the stats and i am really confused because i see stats and i think this is this is good
01:04:45.180 things are getting better and then and i don't trust anybody because i watch the news and it's almost
01:04:53.320 like they're cheering for more people to die and us to stay in our houses forever um i mean i mean i i just
01:05:01.560 don't know who to trust and these stats are so all over the board can you tell me what is what's really
01:05:08.640 going on in let's say new york the numbers are coming down but now they're saying that we're
01:05:15.180 not counting everybody and yet we are counting everybody in some some way or another if you die
01:05:20.880 of a heart attack right you know and you had coronavirus then you're counted as coronavirus so
01:05:26.900 we're counting you that way but we're not counting the people who die at home so what the hell is what's
01:05:32.440 happening yeah it's look it's really confusing i think to people because they're trying to understand
01:05:36.900 this you know massive thing going on and it's difficult to kind of understand however i think
01:05:42.460 everyone does know this right from the beginning of the entire uh coronavirus situation we've been
01:05:49.860 told one thing very clearly that hasn't really changed which is this affects mostly when it comes
01:05:57.440 to death mostly people who are older and have or and or have pre-existing conditions right so that is
01:06:04.560 uh very very well known and i think in fact was used as a justification as to why we maybe shouldn't
01:06:11.620 you know why trump was wrong in shutting down the country a lot of people were saying well they
01:06:15.060 shouldn't do that it's only people who are old and have pre-existing conditions well now this has
01:06:20.000 become a question where some people you know who have looked at these have looking at these stats
01:06:25.800 maybe for the first time don't understand how cause of death is is recorded so what they're saying is
01:06:33.200 if someone goes in and has diabetes and uh high blood pressure and then gets coronavirus and dies
01:06:41.220 does that count as a coronavirus death well dr burks was asked this yesterday and she said well yeah
01:06:48.360 that would count and so a lot of people are like i can't believe it this entire time they have all
01:06:52.940 these other ailments of course that doesn't count that that's not a coronavirus death well we count those
01:06:58.540 flu deaths exactly that exactly the 50 000 number we say all the time for flu it's not that 50 000
01:07:04.900 perfectly healthy people get the flu and die that's not how that works at all they all have
01:07:09.000 almost all of them have pre-existing conditions um you know if you think about it as like a pre-existing
01:07:14.760 condition is someone wheeling a wheelchair up to the end of a cliff and then the coronavirus pushes
01:07:21.080 them off well what's the cause of death there right what the way they falling off the cliff well
01:07:25.900 yeah and but it's both right yeah it's both right it's both pushing them to the if someone didn't
01:07:31.400 push them to the edge of the cliff the little shove at the end wouldn't do anything and if you push
01:07:35.400 someone to the very edge of the cliff and don't do anything they live so if you have diabetes and
01:07:40.600 high blood pressure you're living with those and you're alive when coronavirus comes in you die now if
01:07:46.480 you didn't have diabetes and high blood pressure you might survive coronavirus most people do when
01:07:51.180 they don't have existing pre-existing conditions but the important thing to understand here is that
01:07:56.020 this is how they calculate this stat all the time like well over 70 percent of all deaths in the united
01:08:04.780 states have multiple causes so this is not something like it's not some sham thing that the trump
01:08:10.900 administration is cooking up to make it look like there's more deaths which is seemingly what they're
01:08:14.760 being accused of it's not which is weird it's very i don't know who i can't keep track of whose side
01:08:21.500 is on who i mean who i can't keep track of the arguments because they're all over the place people
01:08:28.300 who are big fans of donald trump are saying you know this is ridiculous we shouldn't be doing this
01:08:34.380 i guess he's been duped right how is donald trump being duped on this he's a lot smarter than that
01:08:42.340 right and as you pointed out yesterday if he thought dr fauci was a quack he'd be the first
01:08:47.180 person up there calling him as you said fathead fauci fathead fauci fathead fauci he'd be the first
01:08:53.540 person out there so like you know fundamentally when with this is something that occurs all the time
01:09:01.000 so when you look at those models and they say a hundred thousand people dead they're talking about
01:09:05.240 that statistic recorded that way if you have an elderly relative who has hypertension and dies
01:09:12.300 because it was living and you were talking to them every day and going to see them and then they get
01:09:16.400 covid19 and die that is no that's still a covid19 death it's also going to be recorded as has having
01:09:24.320 to do with hypertension and there will be multiple causes of death that is absolutely how they calculate
01:09:29.740 this statistic all the time what dr burks was saying was that other countries right now are not
01:09:35.620 doing that as often and are likely undercounting the amount of dead they have there and which is
01:09:40.820 which really is frustrating here when you listen to the media handle this is um they almost seem like
01:09:49.760 they're cheering on the fact and i know i'm sure if you ask them they wouldn't say that but like no i
01:09:54.980 think they are it's it's i'm not sure i think they are yeah it's it's i've never seen anything like
01:10:00.340 it you know in in um in the second world war fdr did fireside chats what were his fireside chats
01:10:09.120 to be a cheerleader yeah to be able to tell everybody it's going to be okay they covered those
01:10:16.240 things they broadcast those things they heralded him they didn't even tell people that the man couldn't
01:10:22.220 walk most people had no idea the president of the united states was bound to a wheelchair
01:10:27.820 this time oh my gosh i we're going to be talking about in a little while what what they have said
01:10:34.900 about donald trump and how they have literally edited and twisted his words when he said i'm a
01:10:42.060 cheerleader of the united states i'm not going to freak everybody out then they edited all of the words
01:10:47.780 out unless you watched it live you have no idea what he actually said i think these people are
01:10:54.580 absolute absolutely on the wrong side well maybe the clearest vision of that i think is how they're
01:11:04.260 treating hydroxychloroquine but the president is clearly coming out and saying look i have high hopes
01:11:09.380 for this there's been some anecdotal success we've seen some early success in some small studies we
01:11:15.640 really hope this happens because if we can get a treatment for this this is going to change it's a
01:11:19.320 game changer and they say like he's giving away unproven medical advice he wants people to just take
01:11:24.180 this you know look he's not saying that you all know he's not saying that and it seems as if just by
01:11:30.220 the tone of of much of the reporting not all of it but much of it that they would rather have trump
01:11:35.360 be wrong than have this medication work which is like insanity right like we yes we all understand
01:11:42.280 that it's not necessarily the magic pill but we would love for this to actually work and maybe it
01:11:48.540 will maybe it will work for a subset of the population maybe it'll work for 10 percent of the
01:11:53.520 population maybe it will work for nobody but you know there is reason for hope there and there are a
01:11:59.480 lot of uh doctors who believe and have used this in with success the fact that the the coverage is all
01:12:06.440 constantly critical of donald trump for even bringing it up they even tried to go down this
01:12:12.400 road of saying um you know donald trump owns part of this company and he is no i don't want to hear it
01:12:20.600 he is making money off of this first of all yes also closed the economy which has had that stock go
01:12:27.380 down in the tank so he's made no money off of it anyway even even after talking about hydroxychloroquine
01:12:32.640 and secondly could we please yeah could we please lead with he may have a hundred dollars as much as
01:12:41.500 fourteen hundred dollars in in that particular company yeah and by the way this is an old drug
01:12:48.320 there's not a patent on this drug anymore so you could make it you're not going to be making money and
01:12:54.080 if he's got fourteen hundred dollars in it oh man he could be making eight thousand dollars i mean in the
01:13:00.180 next two months he could be pulling down eight grand oh and that would be huge now what are you
01:13:04.880 huge for donald trump's bottom line i'm sure yeah it really is it's and the fact that the the fact that
01:13:11.360 the media spent time pouring over all of his records to try to catch him as instead of just saying the guy
01:13:21.320 believes in this he wants to give everybody the benefit of the doubt give it a shot yeah instead of
01:13:26.640 that he must have some evil intent he must be making money on this their their attitude towards
01:13:35.920 the president is despicable and despicable because of their attitude towards the last president when
01:13:43.860 the last president wanted socialized medicine they literally allowed him to go on in public speeches
01:13:51.200 and say that doctors were cutting feet off of patients so they could make more money on diabetes and they
01:13:59.920 never said a word about it not a word about it most people don't even know that that president obama said that
01:14:07.760 over and over again because the media never held his feet to the fire it and then to do this with with
01:14:17.200 with donald trump is despicable and you can see it is it is un-american it really truly is un-american
01:14:26.320 i get the feeling that they want america to literally die as opposed to donald trump be right on anything
01:14:35.920 it's it's the tone like obviously you'd ask every any individual media member and they would not say that
01:14:41.520 that was their goal but still in the others the tone of the coverage it seems to cheer it on like we
01:14:47.920 really hope we caught him in one here because this is unproven medicine and it's like well are you rooting
01:14:53.680 for it to work like i'm rooting for it to work that's what i want to happen there the the tell me
01:14:59.600 ask you this there was a story about boris johnson yesterday that came out and it was all about boris
01:15:05.200 johnson okay in the hospital boris johnson he's in the hospital he's the prime minister there's a lot
01:15:11.520 of ways we could go with that story what does that mean for england they don't have a a line of
01:15:17.440 secession or succession there who's actually the prime minister if he dies what does that mean all of
01:15:24.880 these things let alone just is he on a ventilator is he not on a ventilator instead what they took is
01:15:31.520 is he's not uh doctors there are not on uh not giving him any uh uh hydroxychloroquine oh they're
01:15:38.880 not they're they're not giving him they're not giving him any of that uh even though donald trump uh
01:15:44.560 strangely keeps pushing this drug that was a full paragraph like four paragraphs into the the story
01:15:53.520 about boris i mean uh about boris johnson yeah well what the hell does that have anything to do with
01:15:59.520 anything yeah it really is frustrating and they keep bringing up they keep going to this thing of
01:16:03.920 like well look there's been some you know studies have shown some progress but like this is just it's
01:16:09.040 not proven technology it's very you know irresponsible to recommend it and talk about
01:16:13.520 all this hope it's like so i listened to a doctor talk about a trial they're doing on hydroxychloroquine
01:16:18.960 right now they're doing tons of trials on tons of medications it's not just this one but they
01:16:23.200 keep focusing on this one because trump brings it up well they're in the middle of doing a clinical
01:16:27.840 trial on that right now they are moving at a rocket pace here they've signed up hundreds of people to
01:16:35.840 try it uh it is moving much faster than any other normal clinical study you know when they think they
01:16:42.400 might have the first indication of whether it's successful or not four to six weeks well the the peak
01:16:51.280 why don't we just wait of new york right is is happening this week right the peak of detroit is
01:16:57.600 probably this week or next week the peak of total deaths is projected to be this week or next week so
01:17:04.080 if we wait and for six weeks to get results from a study to see if it actually works all of these people
01:17:11.280 are going to die for no reason yeah but why doesn't the press just say this yeah why didn't the press just
01:17:17.200 say this doctors are free to use it if they feel it's right a test which will show the actual results
01:17:25.040 will come out in four to six weeks and then leave it alone and that's up to doctors to prescribe it or
01:17:32.800 not and quite honestly i don't understand this socialist this absolute out of control desire for the press
01:17:41.520 to control what my doctor wants to do with my body if i am in the hospital and i am sick and he says
01:17:50.640 look i got some witch hazel here it might work load me up doc i tell you what vitamin c might be good
01:17:58.160 plant a tree in my arm give it a shot i'm gonna die right and you expect this from the left who is so
01:18:06.320 concerned about the the relationship between a woman and her doctor they don't let the government
01:18:14.240 get in between that relationship when you're talking about abortion god forbid but when it
01:18:19.440 comes to saving your life with potentially hydroxychloroquine uh that is apparently way out of line
01:18:25.120 that's because donald trump he must be scamming somebody it's got to be it's got to be a scam
01:18:34.720 don't you know it it's got to be all right car shield uh car shield do you have a couple of grand
01:18:43.120 to fork out right now in case your car goes down when's the last time you started your car jeez i
01:18:48.240 haven't been in my car for over a week when's the last time you started your car um if something goes

01:20:06.720 i've got so much going on in my head this is the united this is the glenbeck program sorry we were just
01:20:13.120 talking about uh the coronavirus uh off air and how uh people are just not they're donald trump is in
01:20:23.680 a lose-lose situation with this with everybody really because the the lockdown has brought the
01:20:31.360 numbers down to maybe 60 000 people hopefully we don't get there but 60 000 people dead in america well
01:20:37.680 that's a really good number but that's causing a lot of people to see it wasn't worth it it wasn't
01:20:42.720 that bad oh we talked about this at the beginning yes it's because it worked because it's working
01:20:53.440 you're listening to glenbeck
01:21:01.200 the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment
01:21:04.080 more than just the numbers our coronavirus update in one minute this is the glenbeck program
01:21:15.840 bootstraps we got them it's time to use them one of the great things about being an american is
01:21:21.840 having a basic fundamental ideology centered around excellence to lean on in times of trouble
01:21:28.560 the american economy is is going to recover it might be uh it might be a tough road but we're
01:21:36.160 going to recover and we're going to be on the front lines making it happen so our kids still have a
01:21:41.280 bright future to grow into i started the company a few years ago uh and it's a free service to you
01:21:47.600 because i had seen all of the hassles firsthand of dealing with real estate agents and i had absolutely
01:21:52.800 no idea how to find a good real estate agent i don't know what made a good real estate agent
01:21:56.640 you know if they were good and they seemed like they were you know contacting me and on top of the
01:22:02.720 ball but is that a great real estate agent is that all it takes i i i had no idea started working with
01:22:12.080 some of the best real estate agents in fact 500 best real estate agents uh in the country according
01:22:16.880 to the wall street journal and i started to get to know them and so i started realizing wait there's
01:22:22.400 there's common factors here you've got to do certain things they have certain systems that
01:22:27.280 they use that's what makes them great real estate agents so what we decided to do was put together
01:22:33.040 a company that's a referral company so if you are looking to buy or sell a house you just contact
01:22:38.400 real estate agents i trust.com and we found the ones that that play into that system the ones that
01:22:44.560 we feel are the best in the country because they do have something different and they have the best
01:22:51.600 track record in your area real estate agents i trust.com go there now free service real estate
01:22:58.080 agents i trust.com all right total confirmed cases of covet 19 1 million 447 thousand 516
01:23:11.680 that is up almost a hundred thousand from yesterday total confirmed deaths worldwide 83 000 up from 75 000
01:23:20.080 yesterday total confirmed recovered worldwide 308 000 that's a nice number it's up almost 16 000 from
01:23:29.200 yesterday we have 400 and uh 400 000 549 confirmed cases and now in america 12 858 deaths
01:23:41.200 that is up the overall number that is up the overall number almost 50 000 from yesterday
01:23:46.480 and 2000 in deaths yesterday but here's the good news the u.s is 17th in the death rate per 1 million
01:23:56.560 people 39 deaths per million by comparison spain has 311 deaths per million italy has 283 per million
01:24:06.560 france 158 and sweden everybody says oh sweden's really doing it right are they because we have 39
01:24:14.640 deaths per 1 million sweden has 59 deaths per 1 million we're doing pretty well america new york city is the
01:24:23.920 deadliest it's the deadliest day so far yesterday 731 covid 19 deaths on tuesday
01:24:29.680 this brings the new york state death toll to 5 489 new york city accounting for over 4 000 of that total
01:24:40.560 at this point new york accounts for nearly half of all the total deaths in new york statewide they have
01:24:46.880 about 140 000 confirmed cases but they say now the actual death toll may be higher in new york as many
01:24:53.840 people have died at home and are not yet tested or classified as covid 19 as many as 280 people are
01:25:03.120 dying per day in their own homes or their apartments in new york city and most are presumed to be victims
01:25:10.080 of the virus according to the new york city fire department over the past two weeks more than 2 192
01:25:16.480 people have died in their own homes and 75 of those people they presume are from covid 19 one city
01:25:25.360 councilman tweeted that new york city coroner's office has designated a city park for use as a
01:25:31.680 temporary burial site for covid 19 deaths 20 of the new york city police department is calling in sick
01:25:40.000 it's not a surprise if you've been listening to me i've been telling you that new york is not the
01:25:45.680 place to be in case of a of a real trouble a pandemic as it turns out to be a lot of these
01:25:52.720 cops are underpaid and they don't live in the borough they serve they're going to stay at home
01:25:58.800 if things get really tough and quite honestly part of me i don't blame them new york city police department
01:26:05.600 has lost its 12th member to a suspected case of coronavirus this week monday 6 974 uniformed officers
01:26:14.560 of the nypd were out sick a court that was accounting for 19.3 of the department's uniformed
01:26:21.680 workforce another 993 officers have presumed cases and are awaiting test results france temporarily
01:26:31.440 surpasses the u.s with the deadliest national daily total 1 419 dead yesterday now even antarctica is not
01:26:42.400 safe from covid 19 leave it to dopes this is the only place on earth that you didn't have to worry
01:26:50.640 about it a cruise ship from australia was set to sail to antarctica they just wanted to go look at the
01:26:57.840 penguins the seals and the whales
01:26:59.520 now over 60 percent of the passengers on board have tested positive for covid 19 and another 20
01:27:09.040 percent have suspected cases the ship is moored off of uruguay which is beautiful i hear this time of
01:27:15.600 year covid 19 killing more britains than the blitz the uk had 786 known covid 19 deaths yesterday including
01:27:27.440 a 23 year old with no underlying health conditions by comparison the worst day of the blitz of london
01:27:35.120 bombings by germany in world war ii killed 131 people department of health estimates that the actual
01:27:43.040 total of covid 19 deaths is actually likely much higher uh can i ask you something stew which would
01:27:50.240 which is more freaky to you being bombed or covid 19 uh as far as likelihood covid 19 would be more
01:28:00.400 likely i don't think i know but which would be more freaky i mean i would you know hearing the planes fly
01:28:05.760 over you every night every night not knowing if you were going to be bombed or not would be really
01:28:10.640 freaky but there is really no difference i mean you're you're going out you're you're it's a silent
01:28:17.120 killer you don't hear the engines you i mean i guess you stay in your house and you're safe
01:28:24.000 where that wasn't that wasn't true in the blitz yeah i guess yeah i mean i i think too you know look
01:28:31.120 the the idea of just planes flying over your head and explosions all around you and the business
01:28:35.200 businesses you go to are certainly aren't opening in in 30 days because they're you know they're rubble
01:28:41.440 uh i still think that would be much more terrifying but i mean like look as we you you discuss this in
01:28:46.880 arguing with socialists in that it's socialism is the number two cause of death over the past hundred
01:28:52.640 years number one is infectious disease right like it it's not as dramatic um as bombs and guns and
01:29:01.280 things like that but it does kill more people and it does all the time this you know we we have to deal
01:29:08.240 with that it's just a totally different way right it's a totally different way of dying you never know
01:29:13.120 when it's coming you know you don't have that anticipatory uh struggle i don't think i mean i
01:29:19.440 don't go out like you're not gonna i don't know you're gonna be sitting around thinking like i'm
01:29:22.880 like oh my gosh am i breathing in coveted air right now am i am i is that happening that's not the way
01:29:27.120 we think about this right president trump signaled yesterday he may put a quote very powerful hold on
01:29:34.880 the funding to the world health organization as he lashed out the united nations specialized agency
01:29:40.160 accused of being very china centric he is absolutely right we shouldn't be paying i don't think we
01:29:45.840 should be paying the u.n but we certainly shouldn't be paying the world health organization they not
01:29:50.160 only drop the ball they are wildly corrupt uh as they do the bidding of the chinese communist party we
01:29:56.720 have more on that tonight on our special at 9 p.m you can find it at blaze tv.com slash glenn 9 p.m tonight
01:30:05.360 our wednesday night special you can also find it at youtube but only during the broadcast this one i'd
01:30:10.560 like them to hold on in the archives so other people can see it because i'm asking the questions
01:30:15.040 that media won't ask they won't ask because they're all in bed with china we don't have any chinese
01:30:21.200 connections oh we've been banned in china oops oh well we're not comcast that is opening up a new
01:30:28.880 universal park next month so we don't have any restrictions asking the questions about china
01:30:34.400 and showing you video of uh was this made in a lab is this a bioweapon there's some new evidence out that
01:30:44.160 shows that a lab was involved it appears as though this is not man-made but that bioweapons lab played a
01:30:55.200 role and we will show you the video we'll give you the evidence uh and we'll ask the questions the
01:31:01.360 media should be asking tonight uh at nine o'clock gun sales are up over two hundred percent in some
01:31:08.560 states up two hundred percent more oriented home defense guns like pump action shotguns and cheaper
01:31:17.920 handguns are what's selling right now they say that most of the people who are buying guns
01:31:25.040 have never bought a gun before they may be uh ahead of the curve i think you're going to see gun sales
01:31:34.400 go through the roof as we get further into this i'll tell you why uh as uh as this progresses we're
01:31:42.720 working on some things now on what's coming that uh you should be prepared for i want to go to gabrielle
01:31:49.200 in ohio who is a small business owner um and is trying to get one of the loans from the federal
01:31:56.480 government hi gabrielle
01:32:01.360 hi glenn gabrielle are you there yeah hi i'm here good to talk to you tell me about your your business
01:32:08.720 business and what's happening so i'm a 50 year old business owner my i've been listening to you since
01:32:16.320 i was 30 years old so 20 years and my husband's family our family has been in the restaurant business
01:32:22.880 for 100 years with the oldest restaurant family in the state of ohio so a year and a half ago my husband
01:32:28.800 and i decided to open a small pizza place and kind of bring the east coast pizza to the midwest
01:32:33.680 and it's been awesome and i have all the support of the neighborhood in the community
01:32:40.800 and this um coronavirus hits and it's been rough the of course i have four children everyone's been
01:32:52.400 helping out whether they're home from college or not in high school right now and doing online classes
01:32:57.040 everyone's helping out in the business the private bank we use has also been great but i've had to
01:33:04.080 jump through a ton of hoops and i've had a lot of i have great resources because of my situation with
01:33:09.120 my husband's family being in business for so long but it was still i'm in the queue waiting for money
01:33:15.360 i've gotten all my paperwork in um my accountant was awesome my lawyers were awesome i'm just how long did
01:33:25.040 how long before they say you get money they're not making any promises because i think i missed the
01:33:32.320 first batch of money i think i missed the first load and i'm waiting to see if he releases any more money
01:33:39.680 or you know the the government says i'm going to give you 250 more
01:33:46.080 trillion but i holy cow and dotted my eyes and we're all working really hard and honestly the state of
01:33:52.240 ohio is respectful to each other and grateful for where we are right now same with my family and my
01:33:58.800 business and we've we're doing a lot of things i probably never would have done as a family um
01:34:06.080 but it it's i'm just very grateful i i'm feeling grateful but just hoping that we get through this
01:34:13.120 you know all together good for you gabrielle thank you so much god bless you let me know what happens
01:34:19.120 will you chuck in north carolina hello chuck yes i'm here yes go ahead you're on i guess
01:34:28.800 okay um glenn what i have found is that i'm a 70 year old farmer and i do seasonal three times a year
01:34:40.000 we harvest and the banks don't know the policies i mean bless the banks they're trying i'll give them
01:34:48.880 that but they can't tell me initially they said i get no money and while i was on hold with you i got
01:34:57.040 an email that says they're going to go ahead and process my loan i've requested the money but
01:35:03.680 they told me that i wouldn't qualify for what i wanted because of the fact
01:35:10.960 excuse me that i didn't have 12 months worth of data because i i hire people for two months at a time
01:35:21.760 right i've got a harvest coming up during may and june and i mean i'm i had to hire someone to take my
01:35:31.360 place because i'm suffering from agent orange cancer and i'm at high risk because i take chemo every day
01:35:40.160 of my life to stay alive and i'm trying so chuck how are you going to how are you going to bring this
01:35:48.240 this crop in if you don't have the money well i guess i'm going to have to go down there and help
01:35:58.640 and do it myself i mean if i don't i've still got the problem we have is i've sold nothing i i haven't
01:36:06.720 sold a thing since this started and in february when they said that they wanted us to stay at home
01:36:16.640 i hired someone because i realized this thing is serious so i decided i need to be at home
01:36:24.640 and quarantine myself till this thing's over well they they won't they cannot commit that i will
01:36:32.240 get any money to pay that person either but i'm you know i guess i'm going to have to i don't want to
01:36:40.640 help i i really would like to stay quarantine i you know but the good lord if he decides he wants me
01:36:49.440 he's going to take me no matter whether there's the virus or not but chuck i i uh i uh we will keep
01:36:58.640 you in our prayers um god bless you thank you for sharing this uh story uh i i think i think this is
01:37:06.400 where the rubber is going to meet the road in in donald trump's reelection if we can't get the
01:37:14.080 people like chuck if we can't get the pizza place owners if we can't get them money because there's
01:37:21.680 just not enough of it but these banks are getting everything um he is going to lose reelection we we
01:37:30.000 have got to look out for the little guy it's got to go there first and we have to get this under
01:37:37.600 control if i was advising the president today which i clearly am not uh that's what i would tell him
01:37:43.840 mr president you've got to take care of the little guy who is the farmer and the the pizza shop owner
01:37:50.480 and the person that owns their own store and have worked so hard and need that money you need to
01:37:57.520 streamline this and get this to them now before they lose everything back in a minute

01:45:45.500 you my name is wilfred i'm calling from sun city we know all that wilfred we've we've already gone
01:45:51.860 through all of this may i just uh mention my website yes i'll do that in just a moment i would like to
01:45:58.880 say that the american people um have chosen wisely and and selected the the uh virile joe biden
01:46:11.700 joseph robinette biden jr to be their uh the nominee of the democratic party and i think they
01:46:21.180 came to the same conclusion i did which was of course that bernie sanders was far too young and
01:46:27.480 inexperienced for this role all right so wilfred here's the thing i want to ask you about and and
01:46:34.200 if i could play some audio from joe biden uh do we have that audio uh prepared he was talking
01:46:41.680 about what to do in the covid virus and and i'm not sure i i understood this i thought maybe you
01:46:46.960 could explain it uh here's the audio what makes you the best post covid19 choice well that's a kind
01:46:56.480 of presumptive thing to say for me to answer like but i look um we went through in our administration
01:47:03.280 uh the h1n1 virus we also dealt with the whole pandemic that was in africa kept it under control
01:47:11.440 by you know doing what i urged the president to do months ago he's doing now well it was the
01:47:18.940 what were those things well it was the presumptive thing to say well first of all right i got that i
01:47:25.280 got that i got that yeah and what we did is we took uh we we attacked the virus uh where it lived
01:47:33.240 and um that was in it happened to be in the nursing home i was residing in so it was very easy to get to
01:47:41.880 we put it in the uh the the smoker out back and we cooked it up and we ate it for breakfast it doesn't
01:47:51.540 that that doesn't sound like nobody wanted to touch it therefore no one bought the virus and i was
01:47:56.900 gonna play i was gonna play some more uh bidenlovestheyoung.org yeah i got i got it wilfred
01:48:03.840 bidenlovestheyoung.org because he loves young so i went to the website and it says biden
01:48:09.800 20 shouldn't it be 2020 shouldn't it you know i started i couldn't remember i i i've been through
01:48:19.080 so many 20 years where there's been the 20 at the end of the year i've been through three so i
01:48:24.940 remember which one this was all right the youth outreach director uh stay safe uh wilfred i
01:48:34.320 appreciate your phone call and checking in lovestheyoung.org yeah we got it
01:48:40.420 looks like looks like jc penny sears neiman marcus and j crew may be victims of the coronavirus
01:48:52.720 uh jc pennies has been fighting for their life forever sears been fighting for their life out
01:48:59.920 neiman marcus been fighting for their life out did you know j crew was fighting for their life
01:49:05.840 i like j crew yeah i did not know that uh no it's it seems like anything that's in that category where
01:49:13.820 like it's one thing if you're a healthy business and you're going through this you're still fighting
01:49:18.180 for your life but when you're an unhealthy business that's hanging on you know maybe by a string at the
01:49:23.340 beginning of this i don't know how you survive it yeah so they were thinking about spinning off made
01:49:29.380 well which is a i think a really good store um but uh they were spinning off made well to go ahead and
01:49:35.520 pay down a chunk of its debt but now nobody is in the market for a brick and mortar store so
01:49:41.800 probably not going to happen uh fitch also has been downgraded in their credit rating gnc party city
01:49:49.240 tailored brands the owner of men's warehouse joseph a bank uh also looks like they may be uh not coming
01:49:58.120 back uh some of the others bankruptcy filing blah blah blah pay less shoes jimboree american apparel and
01:50:07.480 radio radio radio shack is still in business radio shack is there's survivors man i mean
01:50:14.640 they have they are they must have really they must have people used to make fun of them like why do
01:50:21.540 you need my zip code for my for buying batteries it's like they were clearly ahead on something i
01:50:26.580 don't know somehow that zip code kept them in business another 30 years i i have a feeling they
01:50:31.960 have pictures of all of the fed chairs you know what i mean they went in to buy buy batteries
01:50:37.220 back when they were like 14 they gave them their zip code they got now they have dirty pictures of
01:50:43.640 every one of the members of the fed or something i'm not sure uh the top economist for donald trump
01:50:49.820 says that it looks like we're going to reopen the economy in the next four to eight weeks
01:50:59.980 the president would like to reopen the economy as soon as he can we're planning internally uh he said
01:51:08.760 i'm hoping as we're praying that we are only a few weeks away from reopening we shall see uh hopefully
01:51:15.460 that is true fauci who if anybody thinks that donald trump is being conned by this guy or you know
01:51:22.740 you know though these medical guys they've just taken over the white house just remember fathead
01:51:28.840 fauci that's what this guy would be called fathead fauci and and donald trump would be talking about
01:51:35.400 this fathead who couldn't see over the podium because he was so short if he disagreed with him
01:51:41.260 so stop it with fauci anyway uh he says he thinks schools are going to be able to reopen in the fall
01:51:48.340 oh my gosh don't please don't tell my wife if they don't open up oh my gosh this is suicidal news this
01:51:55.100 is suicidal news it is one of the interesting things about the whole shutting down the economy
01:51:59.920 thing as they're kind of looking back and really analyzing these numbers now is that like for example
01:52:05.620 they they did they had an interesting stat on ohio ohio decided to close their restaurants and bars
01:52:13.140 on march 15th okay and they're analyzing the traffic patterns of what was going on before march 15th
01:52:22.640 march 5th through the 15th and the foot traffic is down dramatically every single day leading up to
01:52:32.560 when they actually closed the bars and so it runs it makes it's an interesting thought experiment to
01:52:38.080 think about this in that like people before they were being banned were not going to these bars and
01:52:44.900 restaurants they were they were much less crowded they were losing up to more than half of the
01:52:50.280 business that depends did you hear about the uh the mayor in illinois that uh closed down the town said
01:52:59.080 got to close down everybody's got to stay in i'm going to start finding people
01:53:02.380 uh he goes home his wife's not home uh he finds her at a bar she's at the she's at the bar in a
01:53:09.660 crowd of people the wife of the of the mayor the wife the wife of the mayor she's like i do you have
01:53:15.860 any idea what it's like to live with this fascist it's crazy but what what they're finding in data all
01:53:23.060 around the world is that people were not going out before the bands and we saw this we kind of knew
01:53:30.160 this already like the nba canceled their season not because the government told them to cancel it
01:53:33.900 but because they felt they thought it was the right thing to do um and so which is this is typical by the
01:53:39.860 way uh that the private sector leads the government not the other way around uh we saw this with going
01:53:46.500 back to you know racism and all sorts of things in history some of the worst problems that you know
01:53:51.720 they'll be like oh well it's the way it should be right and it's the it makes sense right it makes
01:53:55.940 sense right so if you have kept the economy open right what we keep saying we shut down the economy
01:54:01.800 as if the alternate was everything ran as it was normally yeah normally but it clearly wasn't
01:54:08.580 that's not the other option the other option was i mean you know in ohio a 50 cut in foot traffic
01:54:14.800 in public areas before they did bands so like i i people were already thinking about these things
01:54:23.240 anyway and if you kept the economy open i don't know that you would have had you know wonderful
01:54:28.480 gains especially if the death got out of control even more i think what the government should have done
01:54:34.900 uh is said look we're gonna we're gonna close down all of the government stuff we we think that uh this is
01:54:44.060 bad and as it gets worse we're going to uh close down schools we're gonna advise the states that the
01:54:51.960 things they need to do are close down the schools then close down this and whatever the the government
01:54:56.780 agencies are that they could close and and lead by example i know i kept looking remember i kept saying
01:55:03.680 what is the tripwire how are they making these decisions because i'm a business owner i want to make
01:55:08.380 these decisions too but i don't know what they're basing any of these decisions on so if you
01:55:13.900 would be much more transparent like in the fall if this comes back just tell us what the the tripwires
01:55:22.200 are look if we start to see a hundred cases you know over here in this pocket or that pocket that
01:55:28.460 would mean they should probably shut down their businesses and and and keep uh their distance i i think
01:55:35.400 that's the way this should happen is we should all know what the tripwires are instead they were only
01:55:42.200 they were only advising congress and the president and the governors and leaving us out on it did you
01:55:48.940 see anyone say well here's how they're making these decisions if they see this this and this they will
01:55:54.680 probably close if they see this this and this they will probably open we're still left in the dark what
01:56:00.600 are the what are the tripwires to open this thing back up yeah it's interesting how are we going to know
01:56:06.340 the the imperial college model which was you know predicting millions of deaths if we didn't do
01:56:11.440 anything um if you look at that model that's how it's set up is there are they run it as if there is
01:56:19.220 a certain amount of i think it's icu um uh icu beds being occupied with covid cases right and as a local
01:56:26.180 area would rise to that level they that would essentially reignite a shutdown type scenario um one of the
01:56:35.800 fascinating parts about the model what actually i have not heard anybody in the media actually discuss
01:56:39.620 is the fact that the the the scary model that everybody's running off of it explicitly endorses
01:56:46.900 donald trump's handling of this when it comes to um shutting down the entire nation um he hit using
01:56:54.760 localized approaches is actually what the model calls for and says it's more efficient yet still they uh
01:57:01.480 they still come after him and bash him it's i don't i mean i don't understand it because it's all
01:57:07.840 only has to do with politics all right we'll uh pick this up a little bit later on tomorrow's program
01:57:12.620 don't forget tonight 9 p.m very important show we're going to ask the questions the media should
01:57:17.180 be asking about china i'm going to show you some videos that maybe this whole thing uh conspiracy theory
01:57:23.400 that it started in a lab is actually conspiracy fact we'll give you the facts tonight so where do we
01:57:29.460 turn when things fall apart if you're like me you lean on the things that you know you lean on the
01:57:34.280 things that are tried and true you lead on your family you lean on the things you know are quality
01:57:40.200 and will last it's kind of really a depression kind of idea and it's a i grew up out in the west and i think
01:57:48.240 the west is just more uh rugged uh because you know these are the people that cross the mountains these are
01:57:55.040 the people that built out of absolutely nothing you know mud roofs they didn't have shingles they
01:58:01.460 mud roofs they they had to live and fight and and really scrap and so they didn't waste anything
01:58:08.160 that's that's the heritage of a cowboy boot they're made to last they're made quality they're handmade the
01:58:15.800 best ones are handmade uh tokova's boot is i think one of the best made boots in america and
01:58:21.600 these boots uh are the original designs they're all hand stitched and they're half the price
01:58:28.140 of any boot in its class how can they do that because they don't use the middleman they do
01:58:34.140 sell directly to you i want you to find your pair of tokova's boots lean on things with integrity
01:58:41.220 it's tokova's t-e-c-o-v-a-s dot com slash beck tokova's dot com slash beck tokova's western

02:00:10.360 blaze tv but tonight is a really important one because of the china questions we are looking into
02:00:17.400 what did china know who were they involved with uh and and what did they do over there that we found
02:00:27.520 really horrifying that we're now doing we begin with the question of whether this was a laboratory
02:00:36.500 experiment well i don't think it was a laboratory experiment but it really looks like it did come
02:00:44.540 from that lab in wuhan and we'll give you the evidence of it tonight and ask the questions that
02:00:50.140 your media that is in bed with china just will not ask that's tonight 9 p.m blaze tv slash glenn
