00:00:00.000 First, let me tell you about realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:00:02.940 Real Estate Agents I Trust is a free service to you.
00:00:06.940 It is something that my brother and I actually started,
00:00:11.680 and it came out of frustration of not being able to find the right real estate agent.
00:00:18.100 I don't know about you.
00:00:19.080 I didn't even know how to find a real estate agent.
00:00:20.580 You interview them?
00:00:21.640 No, you just call them, and you're like,
00:00:22.820 can you sell our house?
00:00:24.300 And they're like, yo, of course.
00:00:26.300 And then they don't sell your house or whatever.
00:00:28.740 You need somebody who actually has the right track record.
00:00:31.440 You need to know how to even interview them, and that's where we come in.
00:00:35.400 We've done a pre-interview, and we've also checked all of the ways that they work with people,
00:00:41.240 their track record.
00:00:42.500 We talk to former clients, people that they've sold their house with.
00:00:46.540 I mean, we really do our homework.
00:00:48.260 And then if you write to us and say, hey, I'm looking for somebody to buy or sell a house,
00:00:52.440 we find the right one in your area, and we turn them on to you,
00:00:56.100 and then you'd interview them and see if they're right.
00:00:58.700 It's realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:01:00.760 Free service to you.
00:01:01.500 Get your whole house sold fast for the most amount of money.
00:01:04.100 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:01:28.300 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:01:34.760 Hello, America.
00:01:37.200 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:01:38.900 It is Wednesday, and today is a very, very, very critical show.
00:01:45.860 Today, we're going to talk to you about the stealing of this election.
00:01:50.680 And tonight, we have a special, and we need your help, and we need all hands on deck.
00:01:56.020 We're going to leave it on Google or, I mean, on YouTube.
00:02:00.220 However, I don't know if it's going to be suppressed.
00:02:03.500 I don't know if it's going to be taken off.
00:02:05.200 I have no idea.
00:02:07.140 It's on the blaze tonight, but this special is so important.
00:02:11.000 And the president, last night, for the first time in five years, has retweeted something from me.
00:02:20.420 And it was about tonight's special.
00:02:23.280 You need to watch it.
00:02:26.320 We'll give you all the details and tell you what we can about this.
00:02:30.780 And we have so much to report on.
00:02:33.640 We begin in 60 seconds.
00:02:36.480 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:41.000 So every day, whether it's, you know, while the kids are doing school or they're actually there in person,
00:02:47.660 your kids are getting on the Internet.
00:02:49.240 They're doing it with laptops and tablets and phones that they have with them.
00:02:52.520 And maybe the most dangerous thing they face is what they're actually learning from school.
00:02:57.380 You know, Marxism and Black Lives Matter and all that stuff.
00:03:00.680 But the most dangerous thing that is out there, almost as dangerous as what they're being taught in school,
00:03:07.020 is what's out on the Internet, where cyber criminals like to hide out and wait for suspecting prey to walk by.
00:03:14.080 Cybercrime is growing steadily, not shrinking.
00:03:16.860 And it's important to fight it.
00:03:18.740 Good news is that you can help your family stay more private and secure with Norton 360.
00:03:23.500 With Norton 360, you're getting real-time protection from existing and emerging cyber threats,
00:03:28.320 as well as a VPN and a password manager, Norton has you covered.
00:03:33.740 It's Norton.
00:03:34.560 It is the toolbox to help you prevent all kinds of different cybercrime.
00:03:40.600 Norton, committed to helping make back-to-school easier and safer for you and your family
00:03:44.960 for a special offer that ends September 6th.
00:03:47.300 Go to Norton.com slash Beck.
00:03:49.160 60% off Norton 360 now.
00:03:52.140 Norton.com slash Beck.
00:03:54.080 Tonight, Donald Trump's win was a big blow to Silicon Valley elites in 2016.
00:04:00.000 You know, let's face it, most people here are pretty upset and pretty sad because of the election.
00:04:06.020 And now, big tech is working overtime to influence the presidential race the way they want.
00:04:10.620 Facebook, YouTube, Google.
00:04:12.480 Glenn exposed the tools they're using to manipulate your vote.
00:04:16.120 Watch Digital Stormtroopers, how big tech will silence you and steal the election.
00:04:20.580 Tonight, 9 p.m. Eastern at BlazeTV.com slash Glenn.
00:04:25.060 As I said, this is a very important program tonight.
00:04:31.440 The president even retweeted the promotion for this.
00:04:36.820 What did he say exactly?
00:04:38.120 He said, do you have it up in front of you?
00:04:41.160 I don't have it in front of me here.
00:04:42.900 Let me see if I can find it.
00:04:43.980 He just said, this is going to be the here.
00:04:49.500 I have it.
00:04:50.760 He said, the unsolicited ballot scam is their only hope.
00:04:57.340 This will be the most corrupted election in the history in history by far.
00:05:03.700 And he retweeted our promo for the special on big tech tonight.
00:05:09.940 This is a must-see.
00:05:11.960 And it's not just something that you need to be aware of.
00:05:15.700 It is something that you need to engage your friends with.
00:05:19.500 We've got to put a wall around this election.
00:05:23.920 They have several things that they are doing.
00:05:27.020 Big tech can sway 15 million votes.
00:05:31.880 They can move votes by the things we know they've already done.
00:05:37.720 And you will see.
00:05:39.060 They will, for instance, put out a, hey, don't forget to vote today,
00:05:42.900 to all of the swing states and all of the districts
00:05:47.000 where the Democrats are heavy.
00:05:50.220 And they will do it to Democratic voters and not Republican voters.
00:05:55.180 Little things like that change everything.
00:05:57.580 And there's no way to trace them unless you trace it in real time.
00:06:01.740 So we need you to watch this tonight because I really, truly believe,
00:06:06.560 as we talked about yesterday, we are in deep trouble.
00:06:12.140 I mean, even a Democratic operative has come out and said,
00:06:15.500 there's going to be a civil war after this election.
00:06:20.240 I hope to God not.
00:06:21.960 But I am telling you, last night I was laying in bed
00:06:28.140 and I was thinking about what I needed to talk to you about today.
00:06:30.960 And I thought, I really need to reach out to those people
00:06:35.160 who are maybe in their house still from COVID
00:06:39.420 and they don't want to go outside.
00:06:42.760 You've got to go to the polls.
00:06:45.500 You must go to the polls.
00:06:47.960 It is really, truly vital.
00:06:53.900 We are going to be, what's happening in Belarus right now
00:06:56.660 is going to be happening here.
00:06:59.440 And George Soros and the State Department, their allies,
00:07:03.060 have done this to other countries.
00:07:05.880 Just happened in Chile.
00:07:07.700 Because of us.
00:07:08.780 Because of George Soros.
00:07:11.180 It is really dangerous what's happening.
00:07:15.020 Now, I want to explain what's happening with the mail-in ballots
00:07:18.700 because it's not the post office.
00:07:21.560 That is a ruse.
00:07:23.640 That is to get you to go off track.
00:07:26.600 It has nothing to do with the post office.
00:07:30.300 With the exception that they are going to say
00:07:33.680 all these ballots arrived at the post office after the election
00:07:37.660 because of Donald Trump.
00:07:39.540 They weren't postmarked on the day of the election.
00:07:42.640 You can't allow those ballots to be counted
00:07:49.480 because if you know where you need the votes
00:07:53.740 and you can suddenly produce them after the election,
00:07:58.520 well, then you can do anything.
00:08:01.560 Because all you have to do is produce the votes.
00:08:03.860 You're not going to produce the votes where he's won handily.
00:08:07.200 You'll find the districts that flip that state
00:08:11.120 where it was really close.
00:08:13.880 And you'll just produce new votes.
00:08:17.940 That's the corrupt part of it.
00:08:19.840 And that is going to happen.
00:08:21.360 And that has something to do with the post office.
00:08:23.700 They are laying the groundwork
00:08:25.640 to be able to say,
00:08:27.540 the post office didn't deliver.
00:08:29.520 The post office, they had all these
00:08:31.040 and it didn't make it through the sorting machine in time
00:08:33.480 because of Donald Trump.
00:08:35.200 It will have nothing to do with truth on the post office.
00:08:39.100 It'll have everything to do with picking the right places
00:08:42.540 to add more votes to flip a state.
00:08:49.140 Imagine what we went through in 2000.
00:08:53.340 Imagine that happening in four different states.
00:08:57.700 It's going to happen.
00:08:59.120 Now, here are the things that you really need to understand
00:09:04.160 when it comes to the mail-in ballots.
00:09:06.660 Tonight's show goes much deeper.
00:09:08.540 We're not even talking about the mail-in ballots.
00:09:10.280 We've already done that show.
00:09:12.040 This one is about high tech.
00:09:14.200 But let me just finish up with the mail-in ballots
00:09:16.520 because it's critical that you understand this.
00:09:21.300 Americans expect to have an answer on election day.
00:09:25.800 You are not going to have an answer on election day.
00:09:30.760 Now, we might know.
00:09:35.400 But they are setting up an absolute disaster
00:09:39.720 because Americans are used to getting the results
00:09:43.740 on election night.
00:09:45.640 Well, because of all of these ballots
00:09:48.000 that they're going to say haven't been counted yet,
00:09:51.220 no network is going to call it for Donald Trump.
00:09:54.480 And they're going to say,
00:09:56.320 because all the Democrats went out
00:09:58.160 and they voted by mail.
00:09:59.760 Well, if you voted by mail,
00:10:01.280 you should have voted early.
00:10:04.920 But that's not what they're going to be saying.
00:10:06.860 And that's not what they're saying.
00:10:07.960 They're mail them.
00:10:08.920 You can mail them even the day of.
00:10:11.080 Just get it postmarked.
00:10:12.200 And they're now pushing for the postmark,
00:10:14.640 not even to count.
00:10:15.580 So they're going to count to the very, very end.
00:10:19.300 And the media is going to come out and say,
00:10:22.100 well, we don't have.
00:10:23.540 There's so many people that voted by mail.
00:10:27.260 It's overwhelmed the system.
00:10:29.060 And it overwhelmed the postal system
00:10:31.260 because we're just still getting them in now.
00:10:35.860 So that night,
00:10:37.200 they're not going to call the election.
00:10:39.400 And it's going to look big for the president
00:10:42.100 because a lot of Democrats are voting by mail.
00:10:46.520 Republicans are not.
00:10:48.440 So you're going to have,
00:10:49.820 this is the spin they're going to give you.
00:10:51.620 Well, yes, it looks like he won
00:10:53.580 and he won in multiple states
00:10:55.640 and he clearly has the electoral college,
00:10:58.380 but those can change over the next few days
00:11:00.800 or even the few weeks
00:11:01.960 as we go in and we count these ballots.
00:11:05.560 So what they've done
00:11:06.740 is they've taken the 2000 election
00:11:08.560 and taken it out of one district
00:11:10.140 and put it over the entire United States.
00:11:12.860 And they will only focus on a few states,
00:11:17.160 the ones that will change the electoral college.
00:11:20.960 And so they will,
00:11:22.140 they will continue to count the votes
00:11:24.620 until they get it counted the way they want it
00:11:27.740 is my feeling.
00:11:29.500 But it won't last like that.
00:11:31.840 Hillary Clinton is already saying
00:11:33.400 no matter what,
00:11:35.000 Joe Biden should never concede.
00:11:37.480 That's never happened in American history.
00:11:42.780 We don't do that.
00:11:44.100 This is what gives us peaceful transitions.
00:11:47.480 If I will tell you this,
00:11:48.940 if Donald Trump clearly loses,
00:11:52.100 clearly loses on election night,
00:11:55.600 I would say the same thing to him
00:11:57.920 that I would say to Joe Biden.
00:12:00.220 Give it up, man.
00:12:01.500 Give it up.
00:12:02.760 The people have spoken.
00:12:04.640 I mean,
00:12:04.780 I just saw a poll in New York City.
00:12:06.720 Half of the people in New York City
00:12:08.240 think the city is on the wrong track.
00:12:10.120 The other half thinks
00:12:11.180 it's finally on the right track.
00:12:12.980 Now,
00:12:13.400 I don't know if they mean since COVID
00:12:15.180 or since,
00:12:18.140 what's it,
00:12:19.740 the de Blasio got in.
00:12:21.040 I have no idea.
00:12:22.860 If the people vote for their own destruction,
00:12:25.380 they vote for their own destruction.
00:12:27.660 And nothing's going to stop it.
00:12:31.880 But fraud can't be tolerated.
00:12:33.900 And you are being set up right now
00:12:37.180 to expect an answer on election day
00:12:40.260 when they are already saying
00:12:43.140 it's going to drag out for days,
00:12:45.540 even weeks.
00:12:46.820 We may not even know until January.
00:12:50.040 That's what the debt,
00:12:51.080 the left and the Democrats are saying right now.
00:12:56.340 That's going to require incredible restraint.
00:13:00.480 Because here's what they're going to do.
00:13:04.760 They're going to argue over every single ballot.
00:13:08.760 Now,
00:13:09.560 if you have these,
00:13:11.540 these ballots in these,
00:13:13.820 um,
00:13:15.500 democratic cities and democratically controlled states,
00:13:19.180 can you trust it?
00:13:20.760 And here's why I say this.
00:13:22.820 This is,
00:13:23.540 this is so critical.
00:13:25.640 And let me ask you if you've even heard this story yet.
00:13:29.580 This came out August 26th.
00:13:34.760 As swing state Michigan approaches an election in which it could play a pivotal role.
00:13:39.620 Remember Michigan.
00:13:42.140 New data from its August 4th primary reveals that in 72% of Detroit's election precincts,
00:13:49.880 recorded ballots counts for absentee voters did not meant,
00:13:55.040 did not match the number of ballots actually cast.
00:13:57.620 So wait,
00:14:01.300 there were more ballots than people.
00:14:04.960 The people in Michigan deserve to know what their elections,
00:14:07.740 uh,
00:14:08.140 that their elections are being conducted fairly and competently.
00:14:11.420 But today's news shows that Wayne County and the city of Detroit can't conduct an election
00:14:17.100 to even the most basic standards.
00:14:20.320 This is according to Laura Cox,
00:14:23.020 the Michigan Republican party.
00:14:24.640 Um,
00:14:25.840 the board of canvassers in Wayne County,
00:14:28.800 which includes Detroit,
00:14:30.780 said the mess involves the ballots that were too tangled to ever unsnarl.
00:14:37.440 Quote,
00:14:38.120 it is so inaccurate that we cannot even attempt to make it right.
00:14:48.040 Um,
00:14:49.080 why are we even talking about mail-in ballots?
00:14:52.200 That's what I say when it's,
00:14:53.620 when I'm making Ikea furniture and I get to that point,
00:14:56.020 I was like,
00:14:56.260 there's just this,
00:14:56.920 I don't know.
00:14:57.380 It looks like a spider.
00:14:58.300 I don't know.
00:14:58.960 Throw it out.
00:14:59.540 Throw it out.
00:14:59.940 Throw it out.
00:15:01.760 That's exactly right.
00:15:03.300 It is the Ikea election and there's going to be screws left on over the end.
00:15:09.320 And you're like,
00:15:09.680 I don't even know what that one was for.
00:15:14.540 It is so inaccurate that we can't even attempt to make it right.
00:15:20.180 But that's the chairwoman of the board of canvassers.
00:15:25.540 Those are the people that are in charge of the election.
00:15:32.680 Okay.
00:15:34.860 Based on the inaccuracies that we saw during the canvas,
00:15:37.520 something has to happen.
00:15:38.780 We can't go into November with what occurred during the primary.
00:15:42.420 See the only state that really has done this is Washington.
00:15:47.960 Washington state has been doing this now for about 10 years,
00:15:50.940 but now we have in the most critical election of our lifetime,
00:15:55.660 quite honestly,
00:15:57.020 the most critical election in the lifetime of the Republic.
00:16:01.860 We have this going on and it is intentional.
00:16:05.420 Intentional.
00:16:07.480 So they have,
00:16:09.040 they have the setup with the post office to get an extension for the ballots
00:16:15.820 that will need to come in.
00:16:17.620 They will produce them.
00:16:19.500 You can guarantee that.
00:16:21.400 We know that fraud is already a part of it,
00:16:24.700 but most importantly,
00:16:27.140 20% of mail-in ballots are rejected.
00:16:31.560 This is on the average 20% of mail-in ballots are rejected.
00:16:39.020 And that's because they can't verify the signatures.
00:16:41.940 Somebody didn't check the box,
00:16:43.280 right?
00:16:43.760 Et cetera,
00:16:44.140 et cetera.
00:16:44.640 So you have a 20% error rate.
00:16:49.220 Who wants to put that 20% error rate into full fledged practice on states
00:16:56.300 that have never done it before?
00:16:58.020 Well,
00:16:58.220 the states that are doing it,
00:16:59.500 it's a 20% error rate.
00:17:00.940 So they have to kick out 20% of the ballots,
00:17:04.500 which allows the Democrats to then say,
00:17:08.580 these people are disenfranchising votes.
00:17:14.680 They're throwing away 20% of the people who voted.
00:17:20.800 Disenfranchisement.
00:17:21.920 And for those who don't know all of the facts in advance,
00:17:26.040 you're going to believe that.
00:17:28.100 The left is going to gobble that up.
00:17:31.540 The media will make that into a big deal.
00:17:34.360 It's already 20% on average.
00:17:38.620 You can't kick out 20% without causing riots in the streets.
00:17:42.200 That's what's coming.
00:17:45.640 Now that's if there isn't a big spread,
00:17:49.960 but how can there be a big spread?
00:17:51.760 When the Democrats have one other tool in their toolbox and it is the most important tool to win in America today.
00:18:00.980 I'll tell you about that in 60 seconds.

00:20:01.340 10 seconds,
00:20:01.820 station ID.
00:20:05.180 So tonight's special is digital storm troopers.
00:20:17.940 How big tech will silence you and steal the election.
00:20:22.080 The biggest threat to 2020 is not Russia.
00:20:26.960 It's not the post office.
00:20:28.940 It is Silicon Valley.
00:20:31.620 Silicon Valley is,
00:20:33.400 I am honestly,
00:20:35.360 now that the president,
00:20:36.660 I kind of wish the president would have retweeted the promo for tonight's show.
00:20:40.840 Kind of only because now it is clearly on big tech's radar.
00:20:46.220 And whether this show makes it on the air,
00:20:49.900 stays on the air when,
00:20:51.620 when we're talking about YouTube,
00:20:52.820 stays on YouTube or is just a demonetized is marked a fraud or suppressed.
00:21:02.140 I can guarantee you one or some of these are going to happen.
00:21:07.780 A combination of them because of what we're going to present tonight.
00:21:12.420 Silicon Valley.
00:21:13.540 We,
00:21:14.200 we have,
00:21:15.320 you know,
00:21:15.580 we've seen through leaked video,
00:21:17.260 how horrified the Google,
00:21:19.500 Google execs were over Donald Trump's win.
00:21:21.780 And if you remember,
00:21:22.600 they said,
00:21:24.460 we can't let this happen again.
00:21:27.860 Well,
00:21:28.380 they're not going to let it happen again.
00:21:31.980 If they have anything to do with it,
00:21:34.860 big tech can shift 15 million votes.
00:21:38.380 And I'm going to show you how it happens.
00:21:41.720 I'm going to show you with real examples,
00:21:44.660 real footage of big tech altering and how they can alter people and move 15 million people.
00:21:53.920 We will reveal all of the tools and the techniques that they use to manipulate the average American user.
00:22:00.560 You will never look at Facebook or Twitter or Google the same way.
00:22:04.560 Again,
00:22:05.140 you will not look at YouTube the same way.
00:22:08.300 You'll start seeing it from our point of view.
00:22:11.420 And you'll understand why I keep saying we're not going to have a voice.
00:22:15.700 We need you to subscribe because we're not going to have a voice in America very soon.
00:22:21.220 If just a few things don't change blaze tv.com slash Glenn 20% off with the promo code big tech.
00:22:29.800 Do it now.
00:22:30.840 We'll see you tonight at 9 p.m.
00:22:33.720 Blaze TV.
00:22:36.580 This is the Glenn Beck program.
00:22:39.720 So Patricia from Ohio has a fun situation with her dog.
00:22:44.280 Now that she didn't have before ever since she started giving her dog rough greens up until recently.
00:22:50.720 Her dog was not a big eater.
00:22:53.740 That is exactly what I went through.
00:22:55.720 He barely would touch his food.
00:22:57.680 In fact,
00:22:58.100 Patricia,
00:22:58.780 I know your pain.
00:23:00.220 The vet keep yelling,
00:23:01.300 kept yelling at us.
00:23:02.060 You got to feed him more.
00:23:03.100 You got to feed him more.
00:23:03.680 Like you can't get him to eat.
00:23:05.840 Now it's a different story with my dog and Patricia's dog.
00:23:09.440 She says,
00:23:10.240 quote,
00:23:10.460 my dog loves the rough greens.
00:23:12.520 He even whines when I don't put it into his food.
00:23:15.060 Now I had the same exact experience with my dog.
00:23:18.900 Glenn,
00:23:19.200 as you did rough greens,
00:23:21.380 not a dog food.
00:23:22.220 It's a supplement that you put on your dog's food,
00:23:24.680 and it contains all the nutrients that your dog needs,
00:23:27.080 which gets cooked out of all of the dog food as,
00:23:30.380 but you know,
00:23:30.640 they have to,
00:23:31.280 it has to be able to sit on the shelf for two years.
00:23:33.400 So they take all the good stuff out.
00:23:35.560 Probiotics,
00:23:36.360 antioxidants,
00:23:37.160 vitamins,
00:23:37.640 minerals,
00:23:38.000 omega oils,
00:23:38.700 just some of the things your dog needs that are in rough greens.
00:23:42.060 Give it to your dog.
00:23:43.280 Now,
00:23:43.720 rough greens.com slash Beck,
00:23:46.100 rough greens,
00:23:47.060 R U F F greens.com slash Beck.
00:23:49.800 Well,
00:23:53.800 the president of the United States is tweeting about the special tonight.
00:23:56.000 Maybe you should watch to blaze tv.com slash Glenn.
00:23:58.880 The promo code is big tech for 20 bucks off.
00:24:09.900 This is the Glenn Beck program.
00:24:13.320 Welcome.
00:24:13.960 Glad you're here.
00:24:14.640 Pat Gray is joining us from Pat Gray Unleashed,
00:24:16.560 a podcast you can get wherever you get your podcast,
00:24:18.740 or you can watch it live on blaze TV and blaze radio right before this
00:24:24.440 program comes on.
00:24:25.480 Welcome to the program,
00:24:26.380 Pat.
00:24:26.680 Thank you,
00:24:27.040 Glenn.
00:24:27.240 And that's true.
00:24:27.940 They're calling it the best podcast that's ever been made.
00:24:32.380 They're calling it.
00:24:33.080 Yeah,
00:24:33.240 they're calling it.
00:24:33.840 Donald Trump,
00:24:34.460 your new PR.
00:24:36.060 Yes.
00:24:36.600 Yeah.
00:24:37.060 Yeah.
00:24:37.220 He sent me some facts that that's what they're saying.
00:24:39.960 That's what they're saying.
00:24:40.940 That is amazing.
00:24:42.220 That's amazing.
00:24:43.380 I don't know if you saw this,
00:24:44.680 but a new,
00:24:45.860 a new council got together.
00:24:48.740 Uh,
00:24:49.180 called together in Washington,
00:24:50.560 DC to do a study on which monuments should be removed,
00:24:56.080 de-emphasized,
00:24:58.140 destroyed,
00:24:59.580 or just reframed.
00:25:01.480 Um,
00:25:01.940 and the,
00:25:02.560 the top two,
00:25:03.400 uh,
00:25:03.760 I like are,
00:25:04.740 uh,
00:25:05.240 are,
00:25:05.560 are,
00:25:05.900 um,
00:25:06.080 you know,
00:25:06.360 the Washington monument destroyed or removed or,
00:25:09.740 or,
00:25:10.180 or relocated,
00:25:10.980 relocated.
00:25:11.820 All right.
00:25:12.400 Uh,
00:25:13.200 and,
00:25:13.680 uh,
00:25:13.780 the Jefferson Memorial.
00:25:15.740 And you have a problem with that?
00:25:18.500 Yeah.
00:25:18.980 Something along the lines of over my dead body.
00:25:22.180 Yeah.
00:25:22.920 Yeah.
00:25:23.400 I mean,
00:25:24.140 that is something that honestly,
00:25:26.920 I don't like the way that the country has become where Washington,
00:25:32.540 DC has just become this corporate state.
00:25:36.240 You know what I mean?
00:25:37.080 I lived in Washington,
00:25:38.200 DC in the eighties when it,
00:25:40.620 you know,
00:25:41.140 when it was just still recovering from FDR,
00:25:44.140 but it wasn't like it is now.
00:25:46.940 Now it's just all the big businesses.
00:25:49.000 Everybody has their headquarters there because they need to do business in
00:25:52.320 Washington,
00:25:52.720 which is sickening.
00:25:54.500 But I will tell you,
00:25:55.780 if you take down,
00:25:57.140 if you try to take down the Washington Memorial,
00:25:59.780 you take down,
00:26:00.820 and this is saying something.
00:26:02.100 I hate Andrew Jackson.
00:26:05.000 I hate him.
00:26:06.520 I think he is the guy.
00:26:08.160 If you go back in history,
00:26:09.600 I think he's the guy that actually ended the Republic as our founders
00:26:13.880 understood it.
00:26:15.360 He's the first one to put the nails in the coffin and turn us away from who
00:26:21.200 we were at the founding.
00:26:22.800 Would you agree with that?
00:26:23.460 I hate that guy.
00:26:26.380 Hate him.
00:26:28.000 But you try to take his statue down in Washington,
00:26:30.980 DC.
00:26:32.480 I'm thinking about getting on a plane and going and standing around it.
00:26:37.340 Probably would do it.
00:26:39.240 You start to mess with Benjamin Franklin,
00:26:42.720 the two statues of Benjamin Franklin.
00:26:44.720 They want to take down.
00:26:46.640 Benjamin Franklin.
00:26:48.780 He was a racist.
00:26:49.800 He was no racist.
00:26:50.680 He was a racist.
00:26:51.820 No,
00:26:52.120 he was abolitionist.
00:26:53.060 An outspoken abolitionist against his own business interests.
00:26:57.080 Yeah,
00:26:57.380 he was humiliated at the end of his life by the Southern Democrats because they
00:27:04.040 were saying,
00:27:04.700 oh,
00:27:04.880 look,
00:27:05.100 and now he's for abolition.
00:27:06.260 I mean,
00:27:06.440 he's just,
00:27:07.080 he's gone crazy.
00:27:07.980 It's sad to see him decline so fast.
00:27:10.300 They made him into a guy who was a bumbling idiot when he wasn't.
00:27:15.040 Which party was that again?
00:27:16.440 The Democrats.
00:27:17.020 Oh,
00:27:17.300 okay.
00:27:17.520 Yeah.
00:27:17.640 I didn't hear that part of it.
00:27:18.880 Yeah.
00:27:19.200 Oh,
00:27:19.800 the defenders of truth and justice.
00:27:21.480 Yes.
00:27:21.940 Yes.
00:27:22.080 The bringers of light.
00:27:23.280 Yeah.
00:27:23.620 The bringers of light.
00:27:24.460 I don't know about you,
00:27:26.300 but that,
00:27:26.960 that is,
00:27:27.920 that's a fight.
00:27:30.000 That's a fight.
00:27:30.960 You touched the Washington Memorial.
00:27:33.700 That's a fight.
00:27:35.040 Do you see that Antifa went in and took down?
00:27:38.720 And I know this isn't the same thing,
00:27:40.280 but it shows how deeply they're going into culture.
00:27:43.960 They defaced Graceland and spray painted Antifa and BLM messages on Graceland.
00:27:55.820 If you think any of our culture is going to survive this,
00:27:59.960 you're mistaken.
00:28:01.220 They will burn down everything.
00:28:04.060 They will erase everything.
00:28:08.480 Now you've got too far,
00:28:09.920 man.
00:28:12.280 You're talking about the King of Nana sandwiches.
00:28:15.600 Well,
00:28:16.260 the King of Nana sandwiches.
00:28:18.520 He's going away.
00:28:19.520 He's going away.
00:28:20.340 I mean,
00:28:20.640 they,
00:28:21.100 it's amazing what they,
00:28:22.400 what they're trying to there because all of it has to go right.
00:28:26.000 It's not,
00:28:26.560 it's not just the Confederate soldier statues.
00:28:29.340 It's America.
00:28:30.400 It's America itself.
00:28:31.440 And that's why they were running for the Confederate soldiers.
00:28:34.060 Are not even as important as the founders.
00:28:37.200 Yeah.
00:28:37.720 They don't care about the Confederate soldiers.
00:28:39.920 half as much as they do about the founders.
00:28:42.980 And they don't care that the,
00:28:46.160 one of the leaders of the abolitionist movement as our founders was Ben Franklin.
00:28:50.820 They're not holding him up as a hero because they have to erase all of it.
00:28:55.440 All of it.
00:28:56.400 Your culture is being not,
00:28:59.540 not kind of going away slowly.
00:29:02.780 America,
00:29:03.300 as we know,
00:29:04.380 it will be gone in four years,
00:29:07.540 gone in four years,
00:29:09.720 which is their goal.
00:29:10.860 And if you don't believe it,
00:29:11.960 listen to the,
00:29:12.660 the protesters,
00:29:14.200 the rioters in Oakland the other night.
00:29:16.140 Oh yeah.
00:29:17.240 Death to a chanting death to America.
00:29:19.920 America who needs Iran when you've got these people trying to destroy our country from within.
00:29:26.420 And by the way,
00:29:26.940 did you see that a Wheeler finally he's getting,
00:29:30.020 he's getting,
00:29:30.760 they love him.
00:29:31.820 They love him.
00:29:32.680 The mayor of Portland,
00:29:34.500 Oregon.
00:29:35.500 Love,
00:29:36.000 love,
00:29:36.180 love,
00:29:36.340 love,
00:29:36.460 love,
00:29:36.640 love him.
00:29:37.940 They have,
00:29:39.020 they have disrupted his,
00:29:41.380 I guess he lives in a condo.
00:29:42.820 They've disrupted his condo.
00:29:44.600 He's now moving out of it on fire.
00:29:46.620 Yeah.
00:29:46.760 Trying to set it on fire.
00:29:48.980 It is,
00:29:49.800 it's really,
00:29:50.940 really,
00:29:51.440 really bad.
00:29:52.640 He's still backing them.
00:29:54.460 He's still backing them.
00:29:55.980 He's saying they can't,
00:29:57.160 you know,
00:29:57.500 protest around his house.
00:29:59.520 It's kind of like Nancy Pelosi.
00:30:01.140 You can't get your hair done,
00:30:02.920 but I can.
00:30:03.820 Yeah.
00:30:04.420 And mayor Lightfoot in Chicago doing the same thing.
00:30:07.100 I will not apologize for protecting my house and my wife and children.
00:30:13.020 Well,
00:30:13.640 okay,
00:30:13.880 but what about everybody else's house and wives and husbands and children?
00:30:18.680 She didn't give a rat's anus about any of them.
00:30:21.060 She just protects her own.
00:30:23.040 There's reports that up to 147 cops are guarding her home every night.
00:30:28.060 I mean,
00:30:28.580 in a time where you've got kind of a crunch for police,
00:30:32.180 the hypocrisy is crazy.
00:30:33.580 Can you imagine being a cop?
00:30:35.000 Can you imagine being a cop?
00:30:36.360 And guarding that?
00:30:37.860 He'd be like,
00:30:38.680 I mean,
00:30:39.020 this is why our cops are known as heroes.
00:30:42.020 Yeah.
00:30:42.320 Because they guard people they vehemently disagree with.
00:30:47.320 Yeah.
00:30:47.820 You think in this one too,
00:30:48.840 they're not allowing the police to actually do the job they want to do.
00:30:53.040 Right.
00:30:53.560 So they,
00:30:54.020 they're,
00:30:54.280 they're pulling them out of the danger areas and then,
00:30:56.980 you know,
00:30:58.000 assigning them to the mayor's house and all of these cities.
00:31:01.220 It's incredible.
00:31:02.040 It's incredible that people don't get more pissed off about it.
00:31:04.960 And it's incredible that the media is just going along with it.
00:31:08.060 Yeah,
00:31:08.400 this is okay.
00:31:09.180 That's understandable.
00:31:10.360 She needs protection.
00:31:11.240 She's the mayor.
00:31:12.520 Oh,
00:31:13.040 can you imagine,
00:31:14.340 can you imagine what it's going to be like?
00:31:17.320 Because remember how the media was under Barack Obama.
00:31:20.320 They just,
00:31:20.760 they just,
00:31:21.180 they didn't care.
00:31:23.200 The media already is trying to make,
00:31:25.780 if it wasn't for Donald Trump,
00:31:27.560 I wonder if we would even know the truth about the story.
00:31:32.020 No,
00:31:32.160 I shouldn't say this.
00:31:33.140 If it wasn't for the blaze,
00:31:34.560 but the blaze is protected.
00:31:36.580 Quite honestly,
00:31:37.660 your freedom of speech to say something that the media doesn't like is being
00:31:42.520 protected by this administration.
00:31:44.480 That's how close we are to the end of the first amendment.
00:31:48.700 If it's not for him standing in the way,
00:31:52.500 blocking,
00:31:53.000 I'm telling you,
00:31:54.080 we lose our voice.
00:31:56.240 You wouldn't know the truth of the Reichstag fire that happened with the
00:32:01.160 shooting in Portland.
00:32:02.260 You wouldn't know it.
00:32:03.820 You wouldn't know what was true in Kenosha because we wouldn't have been
00:32:08.540 there and they would have spun it as right wing,
00:32:12.660 far right,
00:32:14.300 uh,
00:32:14.880 white supremacists coming in.
00:32:17.860 And if you don't think that will close down every single group that you
00:32:22.720 might be in,
00:32:23.700 you might've ever been associated with.
00:32:26.100 You're on a watch list,
00:32:27.720 dude.
00:32:28.460 You're on a watch list.
00:32:31.020 It's terrifying.
00:32:32.200 Cause if they've kind of captured the hearts and minds of the youth too,
00:32:35.300 which is really troubling to me when I see all of these,
00:32:39.620 you know,
00:32:40.420 collegiate football teams,
00:32:41.600 including BYU's football team,
00:32:43.040 uh,
00:32:43.960 it is shameful.
00:32:44.700 Talking about how they support these groups.
00:32:46.420 It is shameful.
00:32:47.640 What is going on?
00:32:49.940 Shameful that the church needs to get rid of BYU.
00:32:54.900 If BYU can't hold to the standards of the church,
00:32:58.700 then the church should defund it and get rid of it.
00:33:01.920 Well,
00:33:02.020 I don't think they understand.
00:33:03.300 I don't think they've looked into it.
00:33:04.620 I don't think they're paying attention to,
00:33:06.320 you know,
00:33:06.540 they hear one side on Facebook or CNN or wherever,
00:33:10.720 and they don't get the full story.
00:33:11.980 And so they buy into the fact that black lives matter is about black lives
00:33:15.840 matter.
00:33:16.440 Deseret,
00:33:16.900 Deseret news is doing the same thing.
00:33:18.480 Same thing.
00:33:18.960 Same thing.
00:33:19.700 Deseret news.
00:33:20.540 I mean,
00:33:20.760 it's pain.
00:33:21.220 Deseret news owned by the church.
00:33:23.800 I'm sorry to get all really specific here,
00:33:26.180 but people in salt Lake,
00:33:27.760 you need to know this.
00:33:29.220 Wake up.
00:33:29.940 Deseret news is now painting Mike Lee as an extremist.
00:33:35.660 Mike Lee is the furthest from extreme that I've ever seen.
00:33:40.440 They are making excuses for BLM.
00:33:43.780 They're making excuses.
00:33:45.220 They are marching through the same tune.
00:33:48.780 And I don't know what's happening,
00:33:50.780 but the church needs to divest and get away,
00:33:56.540 get away from it.
00:33:57.800 Yeah.
00:33:58.280 Because the infection is there in BYU,
00:34:01.340 in the,
00:34:02.140 in the universities and it's in the press.
00:34:06.620 Get away from it.
00:34:08.140 Here's how deep it goes.
00:34:08.900 I got this,
00:34:09.340 uh,
00:34:10.100 is sent to us,
00:34:11.420 uh,
00:34:11.800 by a listener in,
00:34:12.920 uh,
00:34:13.420 Kentucky,
00:34:13.920 I think Fayette County public schools,
00:34:16.100 virtually virtual learning Academy.
00:34:18.180 Uh,
00:34:19.100 this is a fifth grade assignment where they had to study what the NBA is
00:34:23.120 doing.
00:34:23.560 Okay.
00:34:24.040 Here's the audio of this.
00:34:25.760 Hey ladies.
00:34:26.380 If you look here,
00:34:27.620 this is his assignment.
00:34:30.380 This is a Fayette County public schools.
00:34:33.220 You go over here and you see the news Ella NBA boycott.
00:34:37.940 Let's click on it.
00:34:41.720 Read this attached article.
00:34:43.280 Wow.
00:34:46.580 What is the relationship between Jacob Blake and Brianna Taylor?
00:34:51.480 Yeah.
00:34:52.000 And they don't give the context of that.
00:34:53.640 Here's the article.
00:34:55.980 NBA protests over black lives matter now.
00:35:00.340 And then you get the one-sided viewpoint of black lives matter.
00:35:05.300 Scroll down.
00:35:06.240 And here's the questions.
00:35:08.540 So please.
00:35:09.480 And what are the questions?
00:35:10.420 If anybody tells you this is fake,
00:35:11.820 they're like,
00:35:12.580 this is not fake.
00:35:14.880 What is the,
00:35:15.720 this is Fayette County public schools.
00:35:18.060 Okay.
00:35:18.460 Go ahead.
00:35:18.940 Stop in small town.
00:35:20.660 Fifth grade assignment.
00:35:22.060 So just to show it's not just universities.
00:35:25.180 Uh,
00:35:25.660 what's the relationship between Jacob Blake and Brianna Taylor?
00:35:28.860 A both were victims of police violence,
00:35:31.260 sparking protests against racial injustice,
00:35:33.300 or B one supports the NBA players decision to boycott.
00:35:37.400 The other doesn't both were involved in the decision to boycott the NBA,
00:35:40.740 blah,
00:35:40.900 blah,
00:35:41.040 blah.
00:35:41.160 So obviously,
00:35:41.840 you know,
00:35:42.500 they were both victims of police violence,
00:35:44.160 uh,
00:35:44.940 unbelievable without explaining what exactly happened in the,
00:35:48.760 in the,
00:35:49.260 I'm telling you,
00:35:49.940 Jacob Blake,
00:35:50.500 this is working.
00:35:51.840 This is working.
00:35:53.480 This is just what social media is doing is working.
00:35:56.640 The conversation in my home.
00:35:58.780 We talk about this stuff all the time in my home.
00:36:02.760 I mean,
00:36:03.820 I'm dad.
00:36:05.620 Imagine I'm talking about it in my home.
00:36:08.860 And because of social media,
00:36:10.860 my kids will go,
00:36:12.960 but dad,
00:36:13.320 that's not what happened.
00:36:15.240 Yeah.
00:36:15.740 Uh,
00:36:16.400 you're going to believe some friend of yours that sent a story on Facebook over
00:36:21.280 something that I do.
00:36:22.280 And you've grown and to love and trust me.
00:36:26.200 Really scary.
00:36:27.660 It's terrifying.
00:36:28.520 It's terrifying.
00:36:29.500 You parents,
00:36:30.140 you do not have a chance.
00:36:32.640 If you aren't at your school,
00:36:35.240 watch last week's Wednesday special,
00:36:37.940 just go to Glenn TV at blaze TV.
00:36:40.600 Watch last week's Wednesday night special.
00:36:43.600 If you see that it is all about the schools.
00:36:46.480 When I I'm,
00:36:47.620 I'm going on a couple of day vacation to celebrate my wife's birthday.
00:36:50.820 I'm coming back next Monday,
00:36:52.700 uh,
00:36:53.500 on Wednesday of next week,
00:36:54.880 we have part two of what they're putting into our schools.
00:36:57.540 And this is horrifying.
00:36:59.100 And if you are not at your school,
00:37:02.700 if you are not looking over every single thing that is coming from the school,
00:37:07.580 you are going to lose your kids.
00:37:10.260 That is not hyperbole.
00:37:12.660 I truly believe there is a chance that we are on the edge of the times that have
00:37:20.560 been foretold since the beginning of time.
00:37:23.580 I believe we're on the precipice of that.
00:37:27.080 But if that's true,
00:37:29.820 you're going to lose your children.
00:37:34.440 Your children will turn against you.
00:37:37.060 They,
00:37:37.360 you will lose them to darkness.
00:37:40.320 You must read what is happening.
00:37:45.320 Trust yourself.
00:37:47.640 Pray like you've never prayed before.
00:37:50.660 And trust the spirit to tell you what to do.
00:37:54.920 Everyone has a right to their own personal revelation.
00:37:59.560 No one else can have revelation for you,
00:38:02.220 but you,
00:38:03.200 you and your family,
00:38:05.360 you get revelation for,
00:38:07.780 you can't tell me that you get revelation for me and my family,
00:38:11.220 but I know you get revelation for you and your family.
00:38:15.580 And now is more important than ever.
00:38:19.360 You and your children are all children of God and he does not want to lose you.
00:38:25.320 If you sincerely come to him and say,
00:38:27.920 help me understand,
00:38:29.880 help me.
00:38:31.520 If you do your own homework and then bring it back to him and say,
00:38:35.860 is this true?
00:38:36.760 Is this not true?
00:38:37.780 It's the only light that you can trust.
00:38:41.280 Don't trust me.
00:38:42.460 Don't trust anyone.
00:38:44.780 Do your own homework and trust only in him.
00:38:50.000 These are the times where you must be so one with the spirit.
00:38:55.360 If it says,
00:38:56.220 stop,
00:38:57.480 turn around,
00:38:58.840 pull your kids out,
00:39:00.340 do this.
00:39:01.100 You have to be so in step that you do it immediately or the consequences will be severe.
00:39:07.780 Too much?
00:39:15.200 Too much.
00:39:16.980 All right.
00:39:18.380 A little understated.
00:39:21.940 One thing that never seems to go out of style is the need for home security.
00:39:25.480 And boy,
00:39:25.980 oh boy,
00:39:26.320 do you need home security right now?
00:39:29.040 50% of the country is worried that these riots are going to come to your neighborhoods.
00:39:34.020 I hope they don't,
00:39:35.260 but it's not out of the realm of possibility.
00:39:38.280 You need something that is affordable and the best on the market.

00:39:51.260 how simple it is to set it up with the fact that you're going to pay 50 cents a day for the monitoring and you own the system.

00:40:23.020 Dave,
00:40:24.060 it's a,
00:40:24.940 it's a quite amazing thing he does.
00:40:28.260 He takes August off.
00:40:30.540 I love this idea.
00:40:32.160 I do too.
00:40:32.680 And he pays no attention to social media or news,
00:40:36.240 does not read a newspaper,
00:40:38.120 listen to the radio,
00:40:39.500 go online,
00:40:40.460 nothing,
00:40:41.000 nothing completely unplugs,
00:40:42.740 which tends to lead to some shocking surprises.
00:40:48.560 At least in the last couple of years,
00:40:50.860 we talked to him in just a second to get his fresh perspective on what has happened in the last year.

00:42:05.000 Hey,
00:42:07.220 Stu,
00:42:07.380 what happened with American finance and you,
00:42:08.880 by the way,
00:42:09.240 it's a commercial.
00:42:10.380 Yes,
00:42:10.800 it is.
00:42:11.160 American finance.
00:42:11.940 Well,
00:42:12.140 we are currently working on a couple of things with American finance and they're just,
00:42:16.180 you know,
00:42:16.280 they just do a great job.
00:42:17.080 They make it really easy and they give you a great rate.
00:42:20.380 I know that my rate is pretty excited about it.
00:42:23.460 it's a difference,
00:42:24.780 a difference maker in your financial future.
00:42:27.060 And if you're paying 4% or more on your mortgage,
00:42:29.800 now you can refinance,

00:42:37.000 I mean,
00:42:37.240 I know how much fun interest is to pay for most people.
00:42:40.500 Oh,
00:42:40.600 I love it.
00:42:41.400 But I,
00:42:41.740 I found that not paying extra money to your,
00:42:45.640 for your mortgage is actually beneficial.
00:42:47.720 It's one of these crazy ideas that I came up with myself.
00:42:50.520 That's crazy.
00:42:51.060 You know,
00:42:51.800 I lowered mine from,
00:42:53.740 I can't remember what it was in the fours into the mid threes.
00:42:58.260 And my wife came to me and said,
00:43:01.000 uh,
00:43:02.180 look what we're just saving.
00:43:04.060 Yeah.
00:43:04.560 It's incredible.
00:43:05.020 It's incredible how much you're saving.
00:43:07.460 Please,

00:43:52.620 And this is the Glenn Benk program.
00:43:58.400 You know,
00:43:59.040 those movies where people go into a coma and then they come out of the coma and they,
00:44:03.700 you know,
00:44:03.900 like 10 years have passed and they're like,
00:44:06.120 what happened?
00:44:07.120 And they've never seen a phone before.
00:44:08.960 That's kind of what Dave Rubin does.
00:44:12.020 Uh,
00:44:12.460 every year he goes into a self-induced media coma and he won't watch or listen to anything.
00:44:21.300 He won't read anything,
00:44:22.740 no social media,
00:44:24.520 no news,
00:44:25.660 nothing.
00:44:26.340 And he goes and to just refresh for a month every year.
00:44:31.620 But like those old movies where it took 10 years for things to change,
00:44:36.580 things are changing rapidly.
00:44:39.140 And the last couple of years,
00:44:40.560 I think he's been more and more surprised on,
00:44:43.080 wait,
00:44:43.440 wait,
00:44:44.120 really?
00:44:44.640 That just happened?
00:44:46.200 He just got out of his self-induced coma.
00:44:49.240 We have him on next.
00:44:50.500 We have a great announcement with Dave Rubin to make,
00:44:53.140 but also we want to get his take from freshly hearing about the DNC news,
00:45:00.340 about the shootings and the riots and everything else.
00:45:03.000 He just heard about it.
00:45:04.580 A fresh take from Dave Rubin in 60 seconds.
00:45:09.100 This is the Glenn Beck program.
00:45:14.900 Oh,
00:45:16.140 I would love to take a whole month off.
00:45:19.140 Wouldn't you just to not,
00:45:20.260 I mean,
00:45:20.420 but my thing,
00:45:21.260 I would,
00:45:21.520 I don't think I'd come back anyway.

00:46:55.180 The host of the Rubin report on YouTube and you can find him at blaze,
00:47:02.800 tv.com slash Dave,
00:47:05.580 Dave Rubin.
00:47:06.840 Welcome to the program.
00:47:08.660 Glad it is good to be with you.
00:47:10.920 Apparently the world is still spinning.
00:47:13.340 Earth is still here,
00:47:14.360 but yes,
00:47:14.920 I did go into a self-imposed coma.
00:47:18.440 So,
00:47:18.760 and I'm just getting back,
00:47:20.660 man.
00:47:20.840 So take it slow.
00:47:21.680 Take it easy on me.
00:47:22.540 Would you?
00:47:22.860 So Dave,
00:47:23.440 tell me this.
00:47:24.120 Are you,
00:47:25.820 uh,
00:47:26.540 are you,
00:47:27.780 were you more surprised last year because the world wasn't on fire as much
00:47:32.580 as it is right now?
00:47:34.180 Uh,
00:47:34.660 and so when things happen,
00:47:35.820 you were like,
00:47:36.240 wait,
00:47:36.740 what?
00:47:38.100 But when you went into your self-imposed,
00:47:40.420 uh,
00:47:40.820 coma,
00:47:41.640 uh,
00:47:42.760 you knew the world was crazy as hell.
00:47:46.140 So what were the things that you,
00:47:48.080 did you still have the,
00:47:49.560 no way that can't be possible.
00:47:51.960 Did you have any of those?
00:47:54.020 You know,
00:47:54.300 it's funny because you were the,
00:47:55.680 the one who brought me back last year when I did the month off.
00:47:59.020 And then you sat down with me for two hours and,
00:48:01.560 and enlightened me on all the things that I missed.
00:48:04.220 And one of the really funny things that you did was you made up some stuff and then,
00:48:08.740 you know,
00:48:09.260 contrasted it with true things that happened.
00:48:11.060 And I had to guess which was true.
00:48:13.040 And you got it wrong several times.
00:48:15.440 You were like,
00:48:15.840 that can't be true.
00:48:17.240 So I'm going to pick this one.
00:48:18.460 Nope,
00:48:18.760 Dave,
00:48:19.060 that one's true.
00:48:20.520 Yeah.
00:48:20.860 Well,
00:48:21.020 this year,
00:48:21.520 look,
00:48:21.700 it looks like we got peace in the middle East.
00:48:23.660 I did not expect that to happen in August.
00:48:25.840 You know,
00:48:26.240 there's,
00:48:26.520 there's some strange things out there.
00:48:28.120 I mean,
00:48:28.500 look,
00:48:28.780 this is the fourth year that I've done the August off the grid thing.
00:48:31.460 And I do no news and I try to stay away from devices and all of that stuff.
00:48:35.300 And I do it more than anything else to just get a little extra perspective on all of the issues that,
00:48:42.880 you know,
00:48:43.460 guys like us spend our lives talking about and that are the things that everyone is consumed with right now.
00:48:50.760 I mean,
00:48:51.060 what is political has now become everything everywhere in society.
00:48:55.780 And one of the problems,
00:48:56.920 and we've talked about this many times is that because of the nature of the news cycle and really Twitter more than anything else,
00:49:02.640 how it's just driving this endless sort of craziness,
00:49:06.040 all we're all doing all day long is reacting to everything.
00:49:09.300 And by taking a little time off,
00:49:11.240 I think I'm able to give myself a fresher perspective on some of this stuff.
00:49:17.140 But to directly answer your question,
00:49:18.700 I mean,
00:49:18.940 I knew that this year was going to be particularly crazy because of course we had the conventions,
00:49:24.780 you know,
00:49:25.000 Biden was going to pick his VP,
00:49:27.220 the riots,
00:49:28.040 racism,
00:49:28.680 all of these things.
00:49:30.160 And sadly,
00:49:31.260 as far as I can tell so far,
00:49:32.560 none of it got better.
00:49:34.060 No,
00:49:34.220 none of it got better.
00:49:35.440 What was the thing you were most surprised or you had the biggest,
00:49:38.540 well,
00:49:38.720 give me some perspective on something big that happened that you've,
00:49:44.260 you've been thinking about now in the last 24 hours.
00:49:46.140 Well,
00:49:47.080 without question,
00:49:48.080 I mean,
00:49:48.440 this deal that was signed between Israel and the United Arab Emirates is beyond historic.
00:49:54.680 And if I'm reading the stories correctly this morning,
00:49:57.320 you know,
00:49:57.440 I'm just trying to catch up on everything.
00:49:59.040 It sounds like there could be about four more Arab countries,
00:50:02.780 four to five,
00:50:03.520 maybe more Arab countries that are about to sign peace deals.
00:50:06.720 And if we lived in a sane society,
00:50:10.180 everyone,
00:50:11.120 regardless of your political affiliation,
00:50:13.240 your religion,
00:50:14.460 your belief system would,
00:50:16.060 be saying,
00:50:16.560 this is the most monumental,
00:50:18.700 absolutely staggering,
00:50:20.980 incredible event that has happened in terms of Middle East politics in the last three decades.
00:50:26.000 They say that from what I can tell,
00:50:27.720 well,
00:50:27.940 Trump had something to do with it.
00:50:29.200 So this is something negative.
00:50:30.280 Yeah,
00:50:30.680 no,
00:50:30.900 they didn't.
00:50:31.560 They barely,
00:50:32.140 they said,
00:50:33.200 I actually heard people say this happened in spite of Trump.
00:50:37.700 You know,
00:50:38.280 this was something really that was in the works for a long time.
00:50:42.140 Really?
00:50:42.620 Was it?
00:50:43.540 But anyway,
00:50:44.700 they say,
00:50:46.020 I was just reading today,
00:50:47.400 that they think the BDS movement,
00:50:49.700 the boycott,
00:50:50.560 divestment,
00:50:51.760 and what's the other one?
00:50:53.340 What's the,
00:50:53.880 yeah,
00:50:54.060 sanctions.
00:50:54.720 They say that's over now.
00:50:56.340 They say that that,
00:50:57.260 that movement has been destroyed by this.
00:51:00.420 That in and of itself is huge.
00:51:04.160 Absolutely incredible.
00:51:05.380 And,
00:51:05.940 you know,
00:51:06.100 again,
00:51:06.420 because I'm just catching up on all the news stories,
00:51:08.380 when I Googled it this morning,
00:51:09.680 you're right.
00:51:10.800 The framing of this is somehow this is despite Trump or in spite of Trump or has nothing to do with Trump.
00:51:18.120 And without making everything about Trump,
00:51:20.080 because again,
00:51:20.440 I'm just getting back on the grid here and I got to ease my way into this whole thing.
00:51:23.900 It's like,
00:51:24.280 this is,
00:51:24.880 I thought Middle East peace is what everybody wanted.
00:51:27.300 I thought it doesn't matter if you're,
00:51:28.640 you're on the right,
00:51:29.400 you're on the left,
00:51:29.960 you're a Republican,
00:51:30.560 you're a Democrat,
00:51:31.260 liberal,
00:51:31.580 conservative.
00:51:32.040 It doesn't matter.
00:51:32.500 We all want peace.
00:51:33.560 Don't we all want peace?
00:51:34.440 No.
00:51:35.100 Yet somehow,
00:51:36.180 no,
00:51:36.480 no,
00:51:36.660 this is a big trick.
00:51:37.860 And,
00:51:38.200 and that just goes to why,
00:51:40.400 everything is so screwy,
00:51:42.060 man.
00:51:42.340 You have to be for something,
00:51:44.160 not just against people.
00:51:46.260 And that's one of the reasons why I'm going to do a new show with the blaze,
00:51:48.780 because that's what I want to get to.
00:51:50.500 So,
00:51:51.020 well,
00:51:51.200 might as well announce it now.
00:51:52.760 Go ahead.
00:51:54.220 Yeah.
00:51:54.560 Well,
00:51:54.840 starting today in about three hours or so,
00:51:57.860 I've been up since about 3 a.m.
00:51:59.140 today.
00:52:00.020 I am going to be doing a new show on Tuesdays,
00:52:02.960 Wednesdays,
00:52:03.480 and Thursdays that we are going to simulcast on my YouTube channel,
00:52:07.400 which is youtube.com slash Ruben report,
00:52:09.380 as well as stream on the blaze.
00:52:12.100 And it's going to be a 24 minute,
00:52:14.300 in effect,
00:52:14.760 a half hour show with the blaze.
00:52:17.160 You guys,
00:52:17.880 we,
00:52:18.160 we just like everything we've done together for the last year and a half or so.
00:52:21.580 I make all the decisions.
00:52:23.220 You're not my boss.
00:52:24.320 I'm not your boss.
00:52:25.460 We're,
00:52:25.620 we're just,
00:52:26.180 we really have to say this anymore.
00:52:27.480 Do people even do people still say that?
00:52:29.940 I mean,
00:52:30.300 it's so crazy.
00:52:31.920 So crazy.
00:52:33.520 I'm sorry,
00:52:34.120 Glenn,
00:52:34.380 you don't control me.
00:52:36.020 God,
00:52:36.260 that's so crazy.
00:52:37.200 I mean,
00:52:37.760 I mean,
00:52:38.280 you know me,
00:52:39.020 Dave,
00:52:39.320 do I seem like a controlling guy that I want to control everybody's show?
00:52:43.100 Have I ever struck you that way?
00:52:44.800 Glenn Beck controls you,
00:52:45.060 Dave Rubin.
00:52:46.000 That's so stupid.
00:52:47.700 But,
00:52:47.960 but what I'm going to be doing is I'm going to wake up in the morning.
00:52:51.380 I'm going to have my cup of coffee and I am going to talk to my producer.
00:52:55.240 We're going to put together,
00:52:56.340 I'm only going to try to hit probably two to three stories a day.
00:53:00.780 You know,
00:53:01.020 one of the problems is we are obsessed with every little small thing that happens in the world of politics.
00:53:07.360 And that it's sort of what we were talking about before.
00:53:09.840 That's what's keeping everybody crazy.
00:53:11.820 And I actually think,
00:53:12.540 and one of the reasons I wanted to work with the blaze is you guys have,
00:53:15.080 or I should say we now have a,
00:53:16.800 have a bunch of hosts that I think give a really nice perspective about this stuff without making everyone hysterical.
00:53:23.220 But that really is going to be the thrust that I'm going to go for.
00:53:26.100 I'm going to wake up.
00:53:26.960 I'm going to go,
00:53:27.520 what's going on in the world?
00:53:29.380 And,
00:53:29.840 and how can we,
00:53:31.440 how do we pilfer a little bit of sanity out of it?
00:53:34.240 Because I want people to care about the news,
00:53:37.020 care about current events,
00:53:37.960 care about what's happening,
00:53:38.860 but not be obsessed or even more disturbingly not be depressed by it.
00:53:43.720 And I think if we can,
00:53:44.900 if we can do a little more of that,
00:53:46.380 then we can start setting some of this stuff.
00:53:48.440 Right.
00:53:48.760 So give me the thing to not be depressed about.
00:53:54.100 Oh man.
00:53:55.680 Go ahead.
00:53:56.360 Off the top of your head,
00:53:57.620 Dave.
00:53:58.360 What?
00:53:58.860 I mean,
00:53:59.240 I told you to ease me in.
00:54:00.320 Okay.
00:54:00.720 All right.
00:54:01.060 All right.
00:54:01.400 All right.
00:54:01.740 All right.
00:54:02.060 So maybe you'll just be a little depressed on today's show,
00:54:05.060 but not fully depressed.
00:54:07.500 To what the thing to not be depressed by,
00:54:10.040 I think is,
00:54:10.580 is hard to see,
00:54:11.700 but I really do believe it's happening.
00:54:13.600 And as you know,
00:54:14.140 I'm,
00:54:14.300 I'm here in California.
00:54:15.380 I'm in LA.
00:54:16.180 So it's really tough when you're in California,
00:54:18.040 but I think underneath the headlines,
00:54:20.560 underneath the riots,
00:54:22.180 underneath racism,
00:54:24.300 underneath the pandemic and all of that,
00:54:26.880 I truly believe that there is an awakening happening across the country.
00:54:30.920 I think people are waking up to the nonsense of the media.
00:54:34.020 I think people are waking up to the nonsense of just factory settings that somehow left is good and right is bad.
00:54:43.320 And you don't see that in the polls.
00:54:45.700 You don't see that on CNN.
00:54:48.060 But I think,
00:54:48.780 I actually think you will see it when it comes to the election.
00:54:52.380 And I think just look,
00:54:53.760 walking around LA here when,
00:54:55.320 when people can recognize me,
00:54:56.640 which is a little tougher these days because of the mask.
00:54:59.200 But usually now when people come up to me,
00:55:01.640 they say,
00:55:02.240 Hey Dave,
00:55:02.700 you know,
00:55:02.960 I saw you on Fox or I saw you on Beck.
00:55:05.880 And they're happy that they saw me and they don't want people to know it.
00:55:09.440 Cause it's still LA and you can't have people knowing you watch scary Glenn Beck or scary Dave Rubin.
00:55:13.500 But if it's starting to bubble up here,
00:55:15.720 that means it's really happening elsewhere.
00:55:17.880 And that's not the type of stuff that the mainstream media can cover because it's,
00:55:21.840 it's antithetical to everything else that they're pushing.
00:55:24.500 But I think a wake up is happening and I'm going to do the best I can to be as big a part of it as possible.
00:55:30.440 So I would really like to hear from you,
00:55:32.100 Dave,
00:55:32.580 at some point when you get your feet really back into the waters of stuff that I'd like to hear.
00:55:39.640 What do you think people on the left?
00:55:42.040 But no,
00:55:44.280 you know what we are,
00:55:47.260 we are so separate in our news streams now that there's two versions of America and Donald Trump and the protests and everything else.
00:55:56.280 And for the life of me,
00:55:57.860 I cannot understand how people,
00:56:00.320 and I don't think they do.
00:56:02.240 I think the regular American,
00:56:03.940 that's not playing a political game,
00:56:05.920 not involved in politics or in media or anything else.
00:56:09.020 I think those people are looking at it.
00:56:11.960 Those Democrats that,
00:56:13.200 you know,
00:56:14.020 are just not the game players.
00:56:15.660 They're looking at the riots and they're like,
00:56:18.200 you know,
00:56:19.340 this has been going on for a while.
00:56:22.060 The,
00:56:22.420 the,
00:56:22.920 my own party seems to be okay with it.
00:56:25.880 And I'm not okay with it.
00:56:27.420 And I just can't vote for people who are okay with this.
00:56:31.880 The media in the last week and a half has been turning this now around on Trump and blaming all these riots on Trump and saying that they're now against these riots.
00:56:45.180 It's the,
00:56:45.900 it's the most incredible Reichstag kind of lie I've ever seen.
00:56:53.540 And I'd like to know if regular people who don't pay attention that much,
00:56:57.980 if they buy into that.
00:56:59.620 Yeah.
00:57:00.380 It's a great question,
00:57:01.620 man,
00:57:01.820 because it's hard to tell,
00:57:04.220 right?
00:57:04.440 It's really hard to tell because everything now,
00:57:07.040 whether it's the NBA sports world or anything else,
00:57:11.140 going to a salon is now political.
00:57:13.540 So it's hard to tell what regular folks are thinking about things.
00:57:17.760 And again,
00:57:18.020 that's why when I,
00:57:19.120 when I debut this show,
00:57:20.380 just in a couple hours,
00:57:21.500 I am not going to try to bludgeon people over the head with just the day-to-day political stuff,
00:57:26.680 because I think there's a much bigger philosophical and moral and cultural battle that we're fighting.
00:57:33.480 But I would say this,
00:57:34.980 you know,
00:57:35.260 the average person who's not political,
00:57:37.820 which is by the way,
00:57:38.800 most people,
00:57:39.820 the average person who just,
00:57:40.980 you know,
00:57:41.220 wants to hopefully have a job and have a family and have a job.
00:57:43.540 And have a house and a car and a dog.
00:57:45.820 If their choice in November is,
00:57:49.400 okay,
00:57:49.580 we can either burn down the entire system.
00:57:52.160 And I mean that literally,
00:57:53.440 we're going to burn down buildings and we're going to tear down monuments and everything else.
00:57:57.080 Or they can potentially vote for a guy that maybe they were uncomfortable with,
00:58:01.160 or they don't like the way he tweets or something like that.
00:58:04.280 I guarantee you all of those people,
00:58:07.660 which is a huge chunk of independent sort of middle,
00:58:10.520 middle of the road people.
00:58:11.960 They're all going to break towards law and order and towards civilization and towards some semblance of an America that we all love.
00:58:19.640 I mean,
00:58:20.200 to try to imagine it the other way,
00:58:21.520 it's pretty hard to imagine a sort of middle of the road person going,
00:58:24.880 all right,
00:58:25.240 I'm going to,
00:58:26.140 I've been thinking about it and I'm not really political.
00:58:28.320 I don't really think about all the issues,
00:58:29.840 but I'm just going to throw everything in.
00:58:32.060 I'm going to just end the whole revolution.
00:58:34.500 I'm going to,
00:58:34.900 I'm going to go down with the people that are burning everything.
00:58:37.400 I just don't sense people will break that way.
00:58:39.380 I think they're all going to break the other way.
00:58:40.840 Okay.

00:59:18.060 back in the days,
00:59:19.660 back in the days when we had a starter with a crank in front and we liked it.
00:59:26.240 You would,
00:59:26.980 you would work on your vehicle in the garage at home.
00:59:31.760 If you were a man or if you were like me,
00:59:34.120 you would pretend to,
00:59:36.020 and then you'd make it worse.
00:59:37.200 And then you'd finally have to bring it to somebody.
00:59:38.940 Right now,
00:59:40.680 if you break off,
00:59:41.780 break your car breaks down and the check engine light goes on and smoke starts pouring out of your hood,
00:59:47.320 you'll open up your hood and you realize,
00:59:49.040 I have no idea what's wrong with this car.
00:59:51.100 None.
00:59:51.680 And it's not just me.
00:59:52.500 It's people who know about cars too.

01:00:46.080 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:00:48.220 We have Dave Rubin on with us.
01:00:50.100 Dave from the Rubin Rubin report is announcing today that he's got a new show beginning on
01:00:58.120 blaze TV that will happen Tuesday,
01:01:00.840 Wednesday and Thursday.
01:01:01.720 We're thrilled to have him as one of our partners here at blaze TV.
01:01:07.440 And Dave,
01:01:07.920 you and I have talked many times about voices going away and that we all have to pack each
01:01:15.180 other up and we all have to,
01:01:16.580 we all have to circle the wagons here.
01:01:18.840 We're all not maybe on the same page,
01:01:21.340 but we are reading the same book and,
01:01:23.800 and we really need to stick together as,
01:01:26.300 as Franklin said,
01:01:27.580 we need to hang together or we will certainly hang separately.
01:01:31.100 Yeah.
01:01:31.620 Well,
01:01:31.860 listen,
01:01:32.160 man,
01:01:32.340 there,
01:01:32.620 there is a war on reality.
01:01:35.240 And when you talked a moment ago about sort of the,
01:01:38.140 the two worlds that exist,
01:01:39.720 because if you listen to lefty media,
01:01:41.460 you're going to believe one thing.
01:01:42.540 And if you exclusively listen to conservative media,
01:01:45.340 you're going to believe something else.
01:01:46.660 Well,
01:01:47.440 reality doesn't exist solely in one of those two worlds.
01:01:50.760 Reality exists,
01:01:52.000 period.
01:01:52.240 And we have to figure out a way to,
01:01:54.780 to bridge some of this stuff.
01:01:56.700 And,
01:01:56.900 you know,
01:01:56.980 it's funny in your intro,
01:01:57.840 when you were saying that I was in this self-induced coma,
01:01:59.960 I know you're a big sci-fi guy too.
01:02:01.560 And one of the movies that I watched in the break was interstellar.
01:02:04.840 And you may remember interstellar.
01:02:06.980 Remember when Matt Damon,
01:02:08.320 he's one of the scientists on one of the planets that they're going to,
01:02:11.400 and he has to put himself in that cryo sleep.
01:02:14.480 Yes.
01:02:14.680 And,
01:02:14.940 and they wake him up and they wake him up and he bursts forth and he sees Matthew
01:02:18.920 McConaughey sees another human and just starts hysterically crying because he
01:02:22.720 was so alone for so long.
01:02:24.340 And I sort of had the reverse thing because when I woke up out of this thing,
01:02:27.660 I was,
01:02:29.120 I was crying out of,
01:02:30.700 Oh my God,
01:02:31.140 it's all still happening.
01:02:32.520 I mean,
01:02:33.060 like it's all still here.
01:02:34.780 Nothing.
01:02:35.300 I know.
01:02:36.380 I have to tell you,
01:02:37.440 Dave,
01:02:37.740 you,
01:02:38.360 the one thing you missed that you should go back and really try to watch in
01:02:42.080 its entirety is the Republican national convention.
01:02:46.160 I've never said those words before.
01:02:49.100 I didn't want to watch the convention.
01:02:51.360 I hate those conventions.
01:02:54.020 But this was different.
01:02:55.720 Not the coverage on mainstream media,
01:02:58.580 but the raw coverage.
01:03:00.000 I watched it on C-SPAN.
01:03:01.900 Dave,
01:03:02.980 it was,
01:03:04.060 it was not,
01:03:05.840 there was no,
01:03:07.460 you know,
01:03:09.720 token anything.
01:03:11.020 And there were openly gay people.
01:03:15.380 There were black people.
01:03:17.400 There were Democrats.
01:03:18.520 There were,
01:03:19.240 it looked like America.
01:03:21.360 It really did.
01:03:22.740 And no one was,
01:03:24.480 no one was beating their chest and saying,
01:03:27.240 you know,
01:03:28.980 and,
01:03:30.060 and you know what this party is going to do is they're going to make it
01:03:32.880 easier for,
01:03:34.200 for black.
01:03:35.020 So if you're black vote,
01:03:36.780 it wasn't like that.
01:03:37.740 It was just,
01:03:38.900 it was cool.
01:03:40.820 You know what I mean?
01:03:41.380 It was like all these people who were completely different and they were all
01:03:44.900 cool with each other.
01:03:46.160 It was amazing.
01:03:48.580 Glenn,
01:03:49.040 you know,
01:03:49.280 what's cool equal rights.
01:03:51.220 I know.
01:03:51.660 And that that's actually cool.
01:03:54.620 Equality is cool.
01:03:56.420 One of the things that I did during the break,
01:03:58.000 I watched this documentary on Frank Sinatra.
01:04:00.280 You may have seen this on Netflix.
01:04:01.720 It's a,
01:04:02.080 it's just a two part or two hours each.
01:04:04.000 And you know,
01:04:04.860 Sinatra,
01:04:05.400 I forgot about this,
01:04:06.680 even though I'm a big fan of his music,
01:04:08.280 but you know,
01:04:08.660 Sinatra has a similar political evolution as me.
01:04:11.880 You know,
01:04:12.060 I did it decades later,
01:04:13.320 so I'm not,
01:04:13.960 I'm not jumping the gun on Sinatra,
01:04:15.660 but you know,
01:04:16.280 Sinatra was a lifelong Democrat.
01:04:18.840 He was a JFK guy,
01:04:20.400 very good friends with JFK.
01:04:21.760 He fundraised for Democrats for many,
01:04:24.880 many years.
01:04:25.540 And then what happened when Ronald Reagan was running for governor,
01:04:29.600 he became a California Republican.
01:04:31.700 And I don't think people care about identity politics.
01:04:35.100 I think people care about equality.
01:04:36.980 Nobody cares about your sexuality or your skin color.
01:04:39.640 We're Americans,
01:04:40.480 man.
01:04:40.780 That's it.
01:04:41.460 Yep.
01:04:42.020 Dave Rubin.
01:04:42.620 Thank you so much.
01:04:43.500 Good to see you.
01:04:44.540 Can't wait to watch today.
01:04:46.420 Tuesday,
01:04:47.080 Wednesdays,
01:04:47.660 Thursdays,
01:04:48.280 you'll find him on his YouTube channel and on Blaze TV new show.
01:04:52.660 You don't want to miss it with Dave Rubin back in just a second.
01:04:56.620 Thanks Dave.
01:05:01.180 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:05:04.220 So Paul is lived in Minnesota his whole life.
01:05:07.840 I think he's,
01:05:08.660 I mean,
01:05:09.020 why would you move to Minnesota?
01:05:10.920 You know what I mean?
01:05:11.680 Yeah.
01:05:11.840 I mean,
01:05:11.980 I can,
01:05:12.940 I mean,
01:05:13.300 I can cold there,
01:05:14.020 man.
01:05:14.100 If you're there,
01:05:15.120 I get it.
01:05:15.860 You stay there your whole life,
01:05:16.820 baby.
01:05:17.660 But if you're someplace else,
01:05:18.720 you don't just like,
01:05:19.440 Hey,
01:05:19.580 you know what I want to do?
01:05:20.460 I want to be freezing all the time.
01:05:23.020 Anyway,
01:05:23.980 Paul lives in Minnesota and the things he loves to do with his time more than
01:05:27.420 anything else is play on his local softball team.
01:05:30.200 So there's about four days a year.
01:05:31.920 I think he can do that.
01:05:32.820 He's been playing it for years and he's really pretty good.
01:05:35.760 A while back.
01:05:36.200 He started to think that he was done for good because he really was having
01:05:41.160 a hard time running the bases because of,
01:05:43.180 because of his knees,
01:05:44.300 they started to swell up,
01:05:45.420 et cetera,
01:05:45.700 et cetera.
01:05:46.460 But Paul had heard about relief factor on this program.
01:05:48.840 Thank you,
01:05:49.320 Paul,
01:05:49.540 and decided to give it a try.

01:06:37.060 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:06:39.480 We're glad you're here.
01:06:40.460 We're glad that Nancy Pelosi has her hair done.
01:06:47.380 I mean,
01:06:47.940 you wouldn't want to go into your freezer with that kind of ice cream,
01:06:50.980 not looking your best.
01:06:52.560 You know what I mean?
01:06:53.640 Are you saying that she like lives in a,
01:06:56.540 some sort of frozen chamber?
01:06:58.720 Cause I would,
01:06:59.240 I would agree with that.
01:07:00.340 Are you just saying that,
01:07:00.980 you know,
01:07:01.180 she has a lot of Jenny's ice cream.
01:07:02.620 No,
01:07:02.860 she has a lot of Jenny's ice cream.
01:07:04.300 And quite honestly,
01:07:05.920 the freezer of the stars.
01:07:08.340 I mean,
01:07:10.020 you know,
01:07:10.360 isn't that like that?
01:07:11.080 That's like,
01:07:11.500 honestly,
01:07:13.080 I'm not hurting,
01:07:14.360 but even that is like,
01:07:16.940 that's a,
01:07:17.680 that's a freezer and refrigerator kitchen kind of thing that I,
01:07:20.460 even I aspire to and go like,
01:07:21.860 wow,
01:07:22.020 that's a movie set.
01:07:23.280 Yeah.
01:07:23.440 We,
01:07:23.580 we,
01:07:23.900 we,
01:07:24.000 we,
01:07:24.160 we recreated it for students America when it,
01:07:26.700 when it happened.
01:07:27.240 And I went to whole foods to buy all the Jenny's ice cream.
01:07:31.660 Jenny's ice cream is pretty freaking good.
01:07:33.620 Yeah.
01:07:34.020 It's,
01:07:34.540 it was something like $9 a pint.
01:07:37.320 So I had to buy like $300 of,
01:07:39.700 of ice cream.
01:07:40.960 You know,
01:07:41.240 well I should say,
01:07:41.920 you know,
01:07:42.400 I,
01:07:42.620 I expense it.
01:07:43.280 So you pay for it.
01:07:44.000 Wait,
01:07:44.340 but yeah,
01:07:45.240 but I got a lot of really good ice cream for a long time.
01:07:47.720 Just a second.
01:07:48.660 It was really good.
01:07:49.800 No,
01:07:50.020 it was really good.
01:07:50.820 Yeah.
01:07:51.040 Thank you for that.
01:07:52.480 I,
01:07:52.980 the best thing about Nancy Pelosi,
01:07:55.780 the best thing is her taste in ice cream.
01:07:58.260 That is literally everything else is terrible.
01:08:00.260 I mean,
01:08:00.600 people are bashing her about the ice cream stuff.
01:08:02.160 I fully support her ice cream purchases.
01:08:04.040 Yeah.
01:08:04.200 Now she,
01:08:04.640 so she went out,
01:08:05.440 you know,
01:08:05.680 in between the,
01:08:06.480 you know,
01:08:07.260 asking the,
01:08:08.000 the help.
01:08:08.560 I'm sure she didn't even have to ask the help to make sure that they have
01:08:10.840 enough ice cream.
01:08:12.240 But she went out and she got her hair done inside a salon without wearing a
01:08:19.300 mask in a salon that has been closed by California law.
01:08:22.660 And she said what she didn't,
01:08:25.180 she just didn't know the rules.
01:08:26.340 She didn't know.
01:08:27.360 Oh,
01:08:27.940 right.
01:08:28.140 didn't know the assistant,
01:08:30.060 her assistant texted the,
01:08:32.120 the hairdresser.
01:08:33.920 Yeah.
01:08:34.460 And said,
01:08:35.160 Hey,
01:08:35.600 we're going to come in.
01:08:37.100 So they had to text the owner who had to specially open,
01:08:42.060 especially,
01:08:42.740 you know,
01:08:42.880 especially open up the salon because it was closed.
01:08:45.460 So the owner was just like,
01:08:47.720 you're closing down my business for all this time.
01:08:50.360 And you want me to serve Nancy Pelosi.
01:08:54.540 She got pissed.
01:08:55.640 She should.
01:08:56.320 And I understand.
01:08:57.360 So she actually pulled the footage and she,
01:08:59.640 she's not,
01:09:00.120 she's admitting she's the one that leaked it basically to the media.
01:09:02.800 Good for her.
01:09:03.340 It's not even a leak when I,
01:09:04.400 when you just tell people good for her.
01:09:06.020 Good for her.
01:09:06.440 Yeah.
01:09:06.640 She said,
01:09:07.300 I'm,
01:09:07.560 I'm at the end of my money.
01:09:09.280 Yeah.
01:09:09.460 She's like my,
01:09:10.300 my business that I have worked so hard to,
01:09:12.760 to put out.
01:09:14.480 She said,
01:09:15.420 I've,
01:09:16.000 I got the PPP loan.
01:09:17.640 Most people didn't.
01:09:18.660 And she said,
01:09:19.720 and I'm at the end of that.
01:09:21.140 And there's no end in sight.
01:09:22.760 Yep.
01:09:23.180 I'm going out of business.
01:09:24.500 So is everybody else.
01:09:25.680 And she has the gall to come in without a mask.
01:09:29.460 Now,
01:09:30.060 Nancy Pelosi said her spokesperson said,
01:09:32.340 no,
01:09:32.480 she came in with a mask.
01:09:33.520 We have you on videotape without the mask.
01:09:36.240 I think she's trying to say that she came in with a mask and then took
01:09:39.440 it off.
01:09:39.940 I've seen the videotape of her walking through the front door.
01:09:42.620 And she's saying she didn't have it on then.
01:09:44.960 Cause I,
01:09:45.560 cause like,
01:09:45.820 you know,
01:09:46.080 look,
01:09:46.360 we are,
01:09:46.800 we were open here in Texas.
01:09:49.420 Mostly most businesses are open here.
01:09:51.580 The exception of bars and large gatherings basically.
01:09:54.100 And so,
01:09:54.760 you know,
01:09:54.920 we've been able to get our haircut now for a few months.
01:09:57.120 And,
01:09:57.480 but when I wear you,
01:09:58.100 look,
01:09:58.360 you,
01:09:58.680 you wear a mask where I know where I go.
01:10:00.620 They have a mask policy.
01:10:02.060 So you wear the mask and you can get your haircut with a mask.
01:10:04.940 It's fine.
01:10:05.260 If you have a haircut policy and you want to wear a mask,
01:10:08.880 you want to wear a mask in any place.
01:10:10.540 If,
01:10:11.160 if you come to the blaze and we say you have to wear a mask right now,
01:10:14.900 we're not accepting any visitors.
01:10:16.240 We're doing everything remote.
01:10:17.960 So we don't have anybody who's not working here coming into the building.
01:10:21.900 Um,
01:10:22.260 fine.
01:10:23.240 That's our choice.
01:10:24.360 That's our choice.
01:10:25.260 The government's not telling us to do that.
01:10:27.280 It's the government mandates that are the problem.
01:10:28.900 That's the problem.
01:10:30.000 Because,
01:10:30.500 because as always,
01:10:32.300 what happens?
01:10:33.460 People like Nancy Pelosi,
01:10:35.140 you know,
01:10:35.800 one of the people,
01:10:37.100 they'll get it done.
01:10:38.460 You know,
01:10:39.040 they'll,
01:10:39.320 they'll just do it.
01:10:40.280 Yeah.
01:10:40.480 They don't care.
01:10:41.040 They're more important than you are.
01:10:43.720 When important people in their life die,
01:10:45.840 they get to go to the funeral.
01:10:47.100 Correct.
01:10:47.840 This is you.
01:10:49.020 It doesn't matter.
01:10:49.840 So what your spouse of how many years is dead?
01:10:52.080 So what?
01:10:53.080 Who cares?
01:10:53.980 It doesn't matter to them at all.
01:10:55.260 So what?
01:10:56.040 Yeah.
01:10:57.060 You have to understand the collective is more important,
01:10:59.880 except when it's them,
01:11:02.000 then they get to do whatever the hell they want.
01:11:03.600 All right.
01:11:04.120 Let me address something here.
01:11:05.620 I want to,
01:11:06.040 I want to talk to Catholics right now.
01:11:08.220 What is happening in all of our churches,
01:11:10.380 but this one is about the Catholic church is terrifying.
01:11:14.020 And if you are a Catholic that wants to save Catholicism,
01:11:17.520 as you know,
01:11:18.520 it,
01:11:19.700 then you need to pay attention right now and you must get active.
01:11:25.060 Everything is under attack.
01:11:27.180 Friend of mine wrote to me over the weekend,
01:11:29.600 attended a mass at a Catholic church in New York city.
01:11:33.000 He actually,
01:11:34.020 I mean,
01:11:34.160 this is how much of a Catholic he is.
01:11:35.740 He went to church on a date.
01:11:39.060 Okay.
01:11:39.720 His wife has died years ago and he started to date.
01:11:43.700 And so now he took her to church.
01:11:46.300 Okay.
01:11:46.580 That's a devout Catholic for you.
01:11:49.180 And they wanted to go to church on this date to worship God,
01:11:52.620 blah,
01:11:52.740 blah,
01:11:52.840 blah.
01:11:53.080 They went online.
01:11:54.040 I guess now you have to make reservations to attend mass.
01:11:57.540 But they put on their,
01:11:58.740 you know,
01:11:59.020 best church clothes and you know,
01:12:00.720 they were ready to go to church.
01:12:02.440 What they experienced,
01:12:04.280 they said they have never seen goes beyond the history and teachings of the
01:12:09.020 Catholic church.
01:12:09.660 And I want to read the letter that he sent to me.
01:12:14.700 Glenn is somebody who has been a devout Catholic all my life.
01:12:17.720 I truly believe the Catholic church is on the precipice of being attacked and
01:12:21.900 falling from within.
01:12:23.140 I am writing to you because I deeply love my faith.
01:12:27.720 I was raised Catholic as a young boy by my family and chose to remain Catholic.
01:12:31.720 Once I reached adulthood,
01:12:32.900 I love everything about being Catholic.
01:12:35.080 I love our history,
01:12:35.780 the traditions,
01:12:36.520 the structure of the mass,
01:12:37.600 the Holy days of obligation,
01:12:39.320 the church doctrine,
01:12:40.340 the underpinnings of our faith,
01:12:41.460 which is to know love and serve God.
01:12:43.180 The highlight of my week is when I walked through the doors of my local parish
01:12:46.680 every Sunday with my boys to leave the madness of the outside world behind and
01:12:51.340 find the inner peace and become grounded in the teachings of the word of God is
01:12:55.020 read from the Bible.
01:12:55.740 But what I witnessed this last weekend in the church was anything but that I fear
01:13:02.040 too many in the church have fallen dead asleep and stand now silent as
01:13:07.120 propaganda that has no place within the church or the mass has been ushered in
01:13:12.240 by liturgical ministers who have started spreading social and political
01:13:17.720 narratives from the pulpit.
01:13:19.840 This is great evil and there is great evil within the church.
01:13:24.040 Satan is masterful in his disguises and deceitful in revealing his true intent.
01:13:29.460 That evil is growing and seeks to destroy the very church that we as Catholics
01:13:34.080 believe was founded by Jesus Christ himself and come to rely on in week in,
01:13:39.060 week out to my great dismay and shock.
01:13:41.840 What I experienced this past weekend in a Catholic mass did not come from God or
01:13:46.760 the Bible, not what's not anywhere whatsoever.
01:13:52.020 This is what we experienced when we walked into mass upon walking into the
01:13:57.060 church of St.
01:13:57.760 Francis located in New York city Sunday morning.
01:14:01.080 The very first thing this couple noticed was a large black and white photo of
01:14:04.660 George Floyd,
01:14:05.980 Breonna Taylor and others placed off to the right of the altar under the statue of
01:14:10.040 Jesus.
01:14:11.420 Then before the closing prayer to the end of the math,
01:14:15.180 it's the entire congregation was invited to stand and join in the prayer for
01:14:19.840 racial justice.
01:14:20.780 We have the video of this watch.
01:14:23.700 I now invite you to stand and join in us in the prayer for racial justice by
01:14:30.020 responding.
01:14:31.000 Yes.
01:14:31.340 To each of the following statements.
01:14:34.640 Do you support racial justice,
01:14:38.160 equity and compassion in real,
01:14:39.700 you and human relations?
01:14:41.600 Yes.
01:14:42.560 Do you affirm that white privilege is unfair and harmful to those who have it and
01:14:46.140 to those who do not?
01:14:47.680 Yes.
01:14:48.660 Do you affirm the white privilege and the culture of white supremacy must be
01:14:52.040 dismantled wherever it is present?
01:14:54.420 Yes.
01:14:55.560 Do you support racial equity,
01:14:57.380 justice and liberation for it?
01:14:58.860 He says it gets even better because the church of St.
01:15:01.040 Francis,
01:15:01.520 the website provides links to racial justice resources that includes articles,
01:15:06.360 books,
01:15:06.660 and other media addressing white privilege,
01:15:08.760 systematic racism,
01:15:10.160 defunding the police sport and support for black lives matter.
01:15:13.780 You cannot be Catholic and support black lives matter.
01:15:18.320 They want to disrupt the traditional nuclear family.
01:15:23.580 The church of St.
01:15:24.900 Francis Xavier also runs St.
01:15:26.700 Francis high school.
01:15:28.160 So God only knows what's being taught inside the walls of this school as it
01:15:31.980 reopens this past weekend,
01:15:33.880 the gospel reading in the Catholic churches around the world was from Matthew 16.
01:15:37.380 In it,
01:15:37.840 Jesus is having a conversation with his disciples at one point turns to Peter and
01:15:42.780 says,
01:15:43.380 get behind me,
01:15:44.360 Satan.
01:15:45.060 You're in an obstacle to me.
01:15:46.740 You're thinking not as God does,
01:15:48.960 but as human beings do.
01:15:50.440 How ironic because Jesus could be speaking those very same words today to many of the
01:15:56.200 clergy from within the walls of the Catholic church who have abandoned church doctrine and
01:16:00.740 adopted the evil that my friend and my friend and I witnessed this weekend.
01:16:06.940 The clergy is leading their flock astray.
01:16:10.260 Nothing that transpired was from God or could be found in the Bible.
01:16:16.740 If you are Catholic.
01:16:19.700 No,
01:16:21.060 if you are a believer in God,
01:16:24.400 whatever your practice is,
01:16:27.760 there is no longer time to think I should prepare.
01:16:32.420 Evil is at the front door,
01:16:35.860 but it is also within the walls of our churches itself.
01:16:40.740 If you remain silent,
01:16:42.980 you are complicit with it.
01:16:45.820 Evil silence in the face of evil is evil itself.
01:16:52.520 Shame on all of us who support this behavior or stand in silence or haven't done enough homework
01:17:00.460 to know who black lives matter ink is.
01:17:04.600 And I say ink because it is a corporation with a hundred and fifty or one hundred and seventy five million dollars in funding.
01:17:13.520 And if you don't stop it now in our schools and our churches,
01:17:17.920 you will lose the sanctity and soul of the mass or the service that you attend on Saturday or on Sundays.
01:17:29.140 You will not be able to answer or argue you your case when your time comes to say that you stood up for him
01:17:45.540 and what he believed the power of the individual and individual salvation.
01:17:52.120 You will not be able to look him in the eye and say,
01:17:56.220 I stood when it got tough.
01:17:59.140 It's just beginning to get tough.
01:18:03.820 Please,
01:18:04.980 please,
01:18:05.800 all of us,
01:18:07.260 all of us with love and peace and the peace of Christ in our hearts
01:18:12.480 must begin
01:18:14.680 to wake those who we have a chance of waking up
01:18:19.060 and get away from the poison
01:18:22.200 that is being slowly poured down our throats
01:18:26.540 and the throats of our children.
01:18:30.820 Big show tonight.
01:18:32.080 You don't want to miss 945.
01:18:34.120 The president,
01:18:34.740 even for the first time,
01:18:35.700 he retweeted something that I tweeted,
01:18:37.560 and it was a promo for tonight's program.
01:18:41.900 When the president does that,
01:18:43.280 that's got to be something important.
01:18:45.040 Don't miss tonight's program.
01:18:46.660 I'll tell you about it here in a second.
01:18:48.180 So more and more people are revolutionizing their shaving experience,
01:18:51.040 getting rid of all the gimmicky products they use
01:18:53.040 by using now Shave Secret.
01:18:56.520 Listener Brandy uses it.
01:18:58.260 She said she enjoys it so much
01:19:00.680 she wanted to write in and tell me.
01:19:02.160 She says it's a great product.
01:19:03.280 It amazes me
01:19:04.180 how well it works
01:19:05.540 and how good it smells.
01:19:06.760 My legs have stayed soft for days after using it
01:19:10.240 without adding any more lotion.
01:19:12.340 No cuts while using it either.
01:19:14.760 Brandy, I've had the same results with my face.
01:19:21.720 It is really an amazing thing.

01:19:55.800 Last night, for the very first time,
01:20:06.140 Donald Trump retweeted something that I had put out,
01:20:10.840 which I think goes to show you the importance of today's program.
01:20:17.020 Today at 9 p.m. Eastern.
01:20:20.280 And we're going to put it on YouTube.
01:20:22.280 I really am concerned about it on YouTube because of the president's tweet.
01:20:28.620 It's now going to be targeted.
01:20:30.180 And I wouldn't doubt if it doesn't make it on YouTube or it is suppressed by YouTube.
01:20:36.700 But this is a critical, critical, critical show.
01:20:42.300 And Tucker Carlson agrees.
01:20:46.680 Mark Levin agrees.
01:20:48.720 Sean Hannity agrees.
01:20:50.580 I believe Rush Limbaugh is on the same page.
01:20:53.800 This is about the truth on big tech and what they're going to do on the election.
01:21:02.000 And we're going to show you the evidence.
01:21:04.860 You will see it firsthand.
01:21:07.300 You will see how they are flipping the election.
01:21:11.400 And they can move up to 15 million votes.
01:21:15.720 And there will be no record of it.
01:21:18.820 Tonight, an episode that every American needs to watch.
01:21:23.800 You know, if I would ask you, Stu, what is big tech's trust in America?
01:21:30.620 You know, do you trust Congress?
01:21:32.800 That's it, what, 18%?
01:21:34.700 Sure, right.
01:21:35.500 Right.
01:21:36.260 What is big tech's trust?
01:21:38.500 That's a good question.
01:21:42.060 I mean, part of me thinks it would be very low because everyone has their problems with Facebook and Google.
01:21:49.500 On the other hand, we all use it, right, for everything.
01:21:54.060 So it may actually be high.
01:21:55.960 And you know that people are saying it's a ridiculous conspiracy theory that they're after and they're silencing voices.
01:22:02.000 Yeah, I think it would be higher than Congress.
01:22:03.840 So Congress is 13, media is 18, big tech, 19.
01:22:12.360 Wow.
01:22:13.460 19.
01:22:13.700 That's surprising that's that low.
01:22:14.980 That is shocking.
01:22:16.020 Because it's also against reality, right?
01:22:20.760 We can say we don't trust Congress.
01:22:22.660 Well, you know, I don't trust Congress to do anything, nor do I ask them to do anything.
01:22:26.420 Do I trust Google?
01:22:27.300 Well, I go to Google 515,000 times a day.
01:22:30.580 Yep.
01:22:31.740 So.
01:22:32.600 It shows how compartmentalized our lives are.
01:22:36.120 Yeah.
01:22:36.380 Right now.
01:22:37.100 And when it comes to the election, you cannot compartmentalize it.
01:22:41.680 And we're not only going to show you the problem tonight, we are going to beg, and I mean beg, for your help in the solution.
01:22:49.560 And I need you to watch this show.
01:22:52.980 The reason why we're putting it on YouTube is we will break it up so you can, you know, your friend doesn't have an hour.
01:22:59.460 You just will break it up into sections and we'll put it out as individual sections so you can send it to them.
01:23:06.900 They can watch it.
01:23:07.960 You also have that ability if you're a Blaze TV subscriber.
01:23:10.720 But you need to get this to your friends and ask for their help.
01:23:15.560 Tonight, 9 p.m., use the promo code BIGTECH, and you'll save 20% on your subscription tonight.
01:23:24.340 We need your subscription and we need your help.

01:24:31.200 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:24:35.540 It's my time of day where I get to talk about Bilt Bar.
01:24:38.120 This is awesome.
01:24:39.300 Because Glenn, when they're like, okay, your Bilt Bar commercial is coming up.
01:24:42.480 He goes, oh, and he opens up the box and just starts eating the Bilt Bar.
01:24:45.140 It's like, you're not required to eat the Bilt Bar during the commercial.
01:24:48.240 You could just do the commercial.
01:24:49.840 We all know you eat Bilt Bars.
01:24:50.940 I think it makes it better.
01:24:51.440 It does.
01:24:52.280 Because you try new flavors every time.
01:24:54.000 Oh, my gosh.
01:24:54.200 Okay.
01:24:54.460 So, I said this too.
01:24:55.820 Hmm.
01:24:56.380 I think I'm going to try the, what is this?
01:24:58.840 The Apple Pie Crisp.
01:24:59.520 Caramel Apple Crisp or something, I think you said?
01:25:01.380 Oh, my gosh.
01:25:01.600 Yeah.
01:25:02.060 Because you said, I don't know if I would think of chocolate coating on an apple pie would
01:25:06.500 be that good.
01:25:07.820 You would be wrong.
01:25:09.500 You would be big time wrong.
01:25:11.040 Really?
01:25:11.300 It's good.
01:25:11.660 These are Bilt Bars.
01:25:13.420 They are high protein, low calorie, high fiber, low carb.
01:25:18.400 Tanya introduced these to me.
01:25:20.600 I hate protein bars.
01:25:22.400 These are candy bars.
01:25:25.560 No guilt.
01:25:26.360 It's 160 calories, this one.
01:25:29.880 Some are lower than that.
01:25:31.100 It's fantastic.
01:25:32.840 Go to BiltBar.com.
01:25:33.960 BiltBar.com.
01:25:34.700 Use the promo code BECK.

01:25:38.020 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:26:01.260 And this is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:26:07.420 I can't believe Netflix is running this documentary, but they are.
01:26:12.260 We have Tristan Harris on.
01:26:15.000 He has been on with us before.
01:26:16.460 He is a Google design ethicist, and the ethics went out the window, and he was like, I'm either
01:26:24.620 going to go out the window or I need to walk out the door right now because things are getting
01:26:30.840 spooky.
01:26:32.400 He is the co-founder and president now of Center for Humane Technology.
01:26:36.440 Social media is the largest threat to our democracy ahead of the election.
01:26:43.660 This is our special tonight.
01:26:46.960 We will show you what they're doing.
01:26:49.420 But Tristan is here to go even deeper.
01:26:52.900 This special that is coming out, I think, next week, this may finally be the thing that convinces
01:26:58.560 America that you're being watched, you're being manipulated, you're being misled by unscrupulous
01:27:05.400 platforms and attention harvesting algorithms.
01:27:10.180 We have the man who knows because he lived it.
01:27:14.660 He was there in 60 seconds.
01:27:17.780 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:27:22.880 All right.
01:27:23.660 Are you properly diversified in whatever you have?
01:27:27.900 If you have a 401k, do you know?
01:27:31.300 Is it all going to be in the stock market?
01:27:34.340 Is it all going to be paid out in dollars?
01:27:38.640 We just had the worst second quarter GDP drop in history.
01:27:43.000 Almost 32 percent, they say.
01:27:46.200 But when you look at these numbers, the real number that bothers me are the numbers.
01:27:53.380 That are coming from the Fed up at Jackson Hole, the Fed just had their annual meeting and
01:27:58.740 they were talking about redefining inflation because the old way we define inflation.
01:28:04.680 You know, it's not it's it's kind of old and stodgy.
01:28:08.380 And we wait.
01:28:10.060 You're going to change the definition in the way you define inflation all of a sudden.
01:28:14.720 And it has nothing to do with the money printing you've been doing.
01:28:17.600 It has nothing to do with the Fed being the largest landowner in the world now.
01:28:25.820 Oh, this sounds good, man.
01:28:27.680 Can we get some big tech on in on this?
01:28:29.940 Sure, we can.
01:28:32.540 Major red flags, major red flags that show that the markets, everything else, the rich are going to we are going to have class warfare at the end of this,
01:28:43.100 because the rich are going to be in a position to where they've just enriched themselves.
01:28:49.020 And I'm not talking about the, you know, everyday rich.
01:28:51.020 I'm talking about the global people, the people at the globe, the banks.
01:28:56.000 These people are are going to be so empowered and so wealthy.
01:29:00.620 And they're just going to buy everything you have.
01:29:04.660 Please diversify.
01:29:06.500 Just in case the insanity continues with the dollar, I want you to go to goldline.com.
01:29:13.320 It's not a get rich quick scheme.

01:29:42.060 866-GOLD-LINE or goldline.com.
01:29:45.320 Tonight, Donald Trump's win was a big blow to Silicon Valley elites in 2016.
01:29:50.820 You know, let's face it.
01:29:51.600 Most people here are pretty upset and pretty sad because of the election.
01:29:56.700 And now, big tech is working overtime to influence the presidential race the way they want.
01:30:01.540 Facebook, YouTube, Google.
01:30:03.320 Glenn exposed the tools they're using to manipulate your vote.
01:30:06.960 Watch.
01:30:07.640 Digital stormtroopers.
01:30:08.940 How big tech will silence you and steal the election.
01:30:11.360 Tonight, 9 p.m. Eastern at blazedv.com slash Glenn.
01:30:15.100 Tristan Harris is with us now.
01:30:16.620 He's called the closest thing Silicon Valley has to a conscience.
01:30:20.740 He spent three years at Google as a design ethicist working on how to fix the attention economy and technology's asymmetric influence over the thoughts and actions of billions of people.
01:30:33.860 He left there and co-founded the Center for Humane Technology, where he is the president of it now, a nonprofit whose mission is to realign the technology with humanity.
01:30:45.600 Yeah, that's not going to happen, Tristan.
01:30:48.880 Welcome to the program.
01:30:50.960 Thanks for having me, Glenn.
01:30:51.840 It's good to be back.
01:30:52.960 I think the last time we spoke was three years ago.
01:30:54.600 I can't believe it's been that long.
01:30:56.660 It shouldn't be.
01:30:57.420 I want to talk a little bit about the special that is coming out on Netflix, but I don't know what it's going to take to convince people that we're going to lose the idea of free choice very soon because you won't know what your free will really is.
01:31:23.780 Have you been manipulated to think that?
01:31:26.720 Can you explain that to people?
01:31:30.500 Yeah.
01:31:31.520 Well, so for people to understand also the lens that I'm using to talk about these topics as a kid, I was a magician, and so I've had a lifelong experience of asymmetric information, like how does one party, a magician, know more about your mind than you know about yourself?
01:31:46.320 If they didn't know more, then the trick wouldn't work.
01:31:48.720 So the whole premise is there's asymmetric influence from technology to us, but it's not quite the kind that people think.
01:31:55.260 Like, I mean, think about the time, last time you said, I'm going to watch this one YouTube video that looks really interesting, and then I'm going to go back to work after the video, and then next thing you know, you wake up two hours later and you say, what just happened to me?
01:32:06.700 And you think, man, I should have had more self-control.
01:32:08.660 But what that hides is behind that piece of glass, that screen, is like basically the largest supercomputer in the world that has almost like an avatar voodoo doll model of you.
01:32:20.280 And it can basically simulate, if I were to prick you with this video versus with this video, how long could I get you to stay?
01:32:27.620 And YouTube is running these simulations on each of our avatars to figure out what's the perfect next video to show.
01:32:33.920 And if you think about the fact that our brain, you know, is running pretty old hardware there, compared to the biggest supercomputer in the world at Google, that we're going to lose that battle.
01:32:42.160 And that's the problem, is that technology, we have the largest AI systems in the world predicting what's the perfect thing to keep you here.
01:32:49.800 And the problem is that that reinforces affirmation, not information, because the things that tend to work that keep you there are things that confirm your views about reality, that are even a more extreme view of your existing view of reality.
01:33:02.080 So if you look around the world and you say, why does the whole world feel like it's gone crazy everywhere all at once, you're seeing levels of polarization, divisiveness, anger, you're seeing, you know, extremist militias on all sides showing up, you know, around the world.
01:33:16.720 You're seeing people in the streets. You know, what do these countries have in common?
01:33:20.500 And the answer is social media has become the information infrastructure for, you know, humanity, and it's not having our best interests at heart.
01:33:31.260 So the film, The Social Dilemma, is really the first film, you can think of it almost like The Insider with Big Tobacco, because the film takes the insiders who built the Facebook like button, the father of virtual reality, Jaron Lanier, the YouTube recommendations engineer who built some of the recommendation system, early employees from Twitter, from Pinterest, from Instagram, who are all talking on camera about these are the unintended consequences of these systems that have kind of, you know, gone out of control.
01:34:01.260 Like a Frankenstein. And, and that's why the film is so important, because, you know, as long as these companies profit from outrage, from confusion, from distraction, from addiction, from depression, let alone, we haven't talked about the issues of teenage girls, because teenage girls aged 10 to 14 years old, suicides have gone up by about 150% since 2009 or 10.
01:34:23.400 And that's, and that's, and that's, we think, very related to social media, really arriving on mobile at that time, and putting teenage girls, especially in this kind of constant bullying, social pressure type situation, which is something of universal concern.
01:34:37.800 So, you know, this film, we're really hoping that this becomes kind of a shared artifact, a shared truth about the breakdown of shared truth, and about the breakdown of society that's occurred from these social media platforms, and then figure out how do we fight back from there, right? How do we take back control?
01:34:53.660 But how do you, I mean, you know, I was seeing today, the head of YouTube, she was talking about how, you know, they're going to start looking for, and they already have authoritarian news, and then, you know, pushing down anything that they don't feel is, you know, from an authoritative source.
01:35:11.960 And they, and she said, we're teaching the, the super, I can't remember what she called it, not the algorithm, yeah, she said, we're, we are teaching through machine learning, you know, what truth is, and I thought, they, they don't even know what truth, I can't tell you what truth is, they think they know what truth is, how do you ever, when this machine,
01:35:39.480 as we approach the singularity, how do you ever retrain it to think truth is something else?
01:35:50.120 Yeah, they, they really can't, Glenn, I mean, I think you and I both know this, there's, what is, what is truth, right? I mean, I don't mean that truth doesn't exist, but let's say that we're looking on Twitter as an example, for just a second. So, you, truth is, well, the best, quote unquote, truth, I mean, the basis of what truth could be defined as is what people are tweeting.
01:36:08.300 But people are tweeting about things that happened 30 seconds ago, or five minutes ago, and people don't know what's true, and they can put, they can simply spin it. And you, the way to think about it, I think, is that Twitter has turned each of us into yellow journalists, where each of us are incentivized to say something with absolute certainty without knowing that it's true.
01:36:27.360 Mm-hmm.
01:36:57.360 It's into this very warlike, you know, I think we're all feeling this, this almost like pre-Civil War type thing that we don't have to go this way. We're really hoping that this film can become kind of a wake-up call for that.
01:37:09.520 And the same thing, if you want to go to the YouTube example, you know, they don't know what truth is. They can do things like, okay, we're going to prioritize, you know, longer-standing brands of media, because that might be helpful.
01:37:22.640 And, you know, it's been a kind of massively democratized force, which, you know, has had many benefits. But the problem is that there's many, many people gaming that system.
01:37:32.040 I think there's an article in the Neiman Journalism Lab that something like 400 local news sites are just masquerading, you know, fake news sites, basically, because it's very easy to start up these local fake news sites that are fake.
01:37:45.160 And one reason for that, by the way, in the death of the fourth estate in local journalism is because technology companies have hollowed out the profitability of all these local newspapers, as we know.
01:37:55.500 And, as you know, you know, Thomas Jefferson, if I had to choose between, you know, having government versus having perfect news, I would choose perfect news because the people need to be informed.
01:38:05.800 And one of the other side consequences of technology companies is hollowing out the profitability of local journalism, which we need to keep our institutions in check.
01:38:14.180 Yeah, I find many times it's the local news reporters are the only ones you can trust. They're closest to it.
01:38:21.500 They have the video and they're not part of this system, although, you know, they are part of the clicks and the likes and everything else.
01:38:30.080 But but generally speaking, the closer you get to it, the the more accurate it is.
01:38:38.380 And they have more of these incentives and the, you know, theoretically, I mean, it used to be the training to figure out, OK, we don't just report on it because it happened.
01:38:48.580 We say there's a developing story here. We're going to figure it out. And that's what local journalism would do.
01:38:53.120 But again, when local journalism has to cater to that same race to the bottom of the brainstem to get clicks out of people, because Facebook is the you know, they're beholden to Facebook.
01:39:03.000 Right. Local journalism gets most of its traffic from Facebook, which means that they have to participate in this kind of race to the bottom of outrage and clickbait headlines and things like that.
01:39:12.560 And so it's actually made journalism writ large, even worse across the board everywhere in the world.
01:39:17.640 And that's what's so subtle about this. It's so invisible because we're 10 years into this grand psychology experiment that this is the largest psychology experiment we've ever run on humanity,
01:39:27.980 where you have literally, you know, three or four major technology companies with, you know, 100 people making these design decisions and algorithm decisions that are then shaping what 3 billion people are thinking and believing about what's real.
01:39:42.060 And each of us have been in it. We treat it as normal. That, of course, that's what's real. And that's what the news is.
01:39:47.140 But we don't see that we're being fed a completely different diet than the person right next to us, including our own family member.
01:39:53.520 And that's what's so pernicious about it is the invisibility of this breakdown of truth, of shared truth, of shared reality.
01:39:59.500 OK, we're going to continue with Tristan here. And let me just take a one minute break. Tristan, we'll be back.
01:40:05.640 You you need to watch this special. It's it's coming out next week on Netflix called The Social Dilemma.
01:40:11.020 But what he was talking about there, the invisibility of all of this, where it's different on your screen than it is on the person right next to you.
01:40:19.240 That is critical because that's what we're addressing tonight in the special about the election.
01:40:26.560 They are doing things admittedly and they have been tracked and we can show it to you, which normally you can't.
01:40:36.240 You have to be tracking it in real time. Well, we happen to know the guy who's been tracking it.
01:40:41.920 And it is critical that you understand the power of this technology.
01:40:48.560 And we do have a way for you to at least expose it.
01:40:53.900 We need your help on this. This is probably one of the most important things you could be involved with right now, in my opinion, on the election.
01:41:03.280 Tonight, the president, he doesn't retweet anything of mine, anything of mine.
01:41:09.480 This is the first time in four years he's retweeted anything.
01:41:12.580 He retweeted the special tonight because of the impact that high tech can can have and big tech can have on the election.
01:41:24.960 That's tonight. Blaze TV dot com slash Glenn.
01:41:28.920 Use the promo code. Be big tech, big tech.
01:41:32.760 It's going to be on YouTube, but I don't know.
01:41:36.120 I don't know what that means anymore.
01:41:38.000 I don't know if we'll be suppressed or I don't know.
01:41:41.140 So please join us at Blaze TV dot com.
01:41:45.080 If your friends don't want to join, fine.
01:41:46.960 Watch it on YouTube, but spread this as far and wide as you can.
01:41:51.360 Tonight, the Wednesday night special.
01:41:54.160 Just look for Glenn TV, 9 p.m.
01:41:57.280 Tonight on Blaze TV.
01:42:00.240 All right.
01:42:00.980 We want to thank our our sponsor.
01:42:05.880 AMAC.
01:42:07.040 AMAC is an alternative to AARP.
01:42:10.000 If you're if you're somebody who is with AARP and you're a conservative, what are you thinking?
01:42:15.820 Honestly, what are you thinking?
01:42:17.080 AARP worked so hard against the interest, in my opinion, against the interest of seniors when it came to the fight for the overhaul of health care.
01:42:29.000 It was unbelievable to watch.
01:42:30.640 Really unbelievable to watch.
01:42:32.320 AMAC was born during that time.
01:42:36.320 AMAC will give you the same stuff, the discounts on your car insurance, hotels, roadside assistance, dental plans, all of that stuff.
01:42:43.020 And they have the benefits that will make your life cheaper and easier.
01:42:46.120 But they also stand for the kind of American values that you stand for.
01:42:49.700 They are in Washington and they are a conservative voice standing for courage and faith and reason.
01:42:56.300 I can't believe that's a conservative value now.
01:42:58.820 Just reason.
01:43:01.380 Things like individual liberty, free speech, freedom of religion, Second Amendment, all of the amendments, sanctity of life.
01:43:08.660 Stand with AMAC as they fight the good fight.
01:43:11.160 Become a member today.
01:43:12.440 The benefits are great.
01:43:13.400 The cause is greater.
01:43:14.640 Join us now at AMAC, A-M-A-C dot U-S slash Beck.
01:43:19.320 That's AMAC dot U-S slash Beck.
01:43:24.200 AMAC, better.
01:43:25.520 Did I say it wrong the first time?
01:43:27.900 The answer to that is always yes.
01:43:29.580 Always yes.
01:43:30.540 AMAC dot U-S.
01:43:32.000 Don't mess with me.
01:43:32.720 I'm in the Hall of Fame.
01:43:34.700 AMAC dot U-S slash Beck.
01:43:36.880 AMAC, better for you, better for America.
01:43:39.520 10 seconds, Station I-D.
01:43:40.500 TV, TV.
01:43:54.280 Tristan Harris on with us talking about big tech and how they can influence you and how they are influencing you now.
01:44:01.620 He's a former Google design ethicist.
01:44:03.980 He left there to try to ring the warning bell and bring people together.
01:44:08.440 And he's done just that.
01:44:10.540 There's a special that will probably have you on again next week if you would come on again to talk about this Netflix documentary, The Social Dilemma.
01:44:17.480 It's I think it's a really important documentary.
01:44:21.060 But Tristan, I want to go back to my original question because I don't think again that.
01:44:27.060 And maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think people understand that free will will be in question because you will be fed a product or a politician or a line of thinking, and it will be fed to you in such subtle ways, the way that only the algorithm will will know that you will respond to.
01:44:52.860 And over time, it could completely flip you into something, choosing something that you may not have been for.
01:45:00.360 But over time, you're like, yeah, I'm oh, absolutely.
01:45:03.560 And your free will is gone because you didn't take that journey.
01:45:08.020 The algorithm took that journey for you.
01:45:11.160 That's right.
01:45:11.920 Yeah, well, I'm really glad you're asking, you know, this question, you know, reminds me of the metaphor and magic.
01:45:18.020 You know, if the magician says, pick a card, any card, your perception and felt sense is that you're making a free choice about what card to pick.
01:45:26.140 But of course, if the if the magician is choosing the menu or the deck from your from which you are picking, those choices are not going to be free.
01:45:33.460 And the issue with social media is, you know, it says you pick your friends, you pick the news sources you follow, you do this.
01:45:41.500 But of course, it's selecting the menu from those things to show you because, you know, there is thousands and thousands and thousands of things from your existing friends that you're already connected to that it could show you when you open up Facebook news feed or YouTube or things like that.
01:45:56.500 And what it's selecting based on is what would be the perfect thing to keep you here.
01:46:02.240 And the perfect thing to keep you here is not the same thing.
01:46:04.860 So in the case of YouTube, for example, when these algorithms were running over the last 10 years, you know, it generally selected for the things that were most outrageous.
01:46:13.420 There's a study from Twitter that for every word of moral outrage, which is a negative moral emotion that you add to a tweet, it increased the retweet rate by 17%.
01:46:23.820 So if you say, you know, Glenn Beck is a outrageous or, you know, it's disgraceful that he said this, you get you get more.
01:46:30.960 In the case of YouTube, there were recommendations of conspiracy theory videos that were off the charts.
01:46:37.320 And I'm not saying this like it's all like all conspiracy theories are wrong.
01:46:40.760 But he was recommending things like flat earth conspiracies hundreds of millions of times.
01:46:46.120 And I think a lot of parents who set their kids in front of YouTube, you know, especially in the age of times, they're going to be they had no idea.
01:46:52.320 And then their kids come to them and say, hey, hey, mommy, daddy, why are the why is the earth flat?
01:46:57.480 Right. That or the Holocaust didn't happen.
01:46:59.540 Tristan wonder. This is the new education system.
01:47:02.060 We are going to have to pick this up next week.
01:47:03.980 Tristan Harris. Thank you for what you're doing.
01:47:07.360 You can find him at the Web site.
01:47:09.280 Humanetech dot com.

01:47:12.020 American financing and MLS one, eight, two, three, three, four, www dot NMLS consumer access dot org.
01:47:19.200 More on this tonight and next week.
01:47:21.980 We are not thinking about things like we should be.
01:47:25.280 So American financing.
01:47:26.960 Good news and bad news.
01:47:27.940 Good news is American homeownership is on the rise.
01:47:30.500 Good for Americans and the economy.
01:47:33.360 But what's fueling it?
01:47:35.440 I don't know.
01:47:36.080 People fleeing all the cities because they're on fire.
01:47:38.480 However, that's that's that's one good reason I can think of.
01:47:42.640 The other reason, of course, is that mortgage rates have plummeted over the course of the year,
01:47:46.780 where last year you were looking at seeing an average rate of four percent.
01:47:51.620 This year, you're seeing a rate of three.
01:47:54.440 And in some cases, the twos getting mortgage is easier than it used to be.
01:47:59.940 Getting refinancing on an existing mortgage is as well.
01:48:04.000 You'll save a buttload of money.
01:48:06.260 Please don't put yourself in debt, but use these rates to get yourself out of debt.
01:48:12.900 OK, bad news.
01:48:15.280 I don't have any.
01:48:16.440 American financing.
01:48:17.520 Eight hundred nine zero six twenty four forty.

01:48:25.960 Tonight on Blaze TV, a brand new Stu does America, followed by the big big tech special from Glenn Beck.
01:48:31.740 It's Blaze TV dot com slash Glenn code big tech.
01:48:36.260 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:48:46.720 I know it's hard.
01:48:47.900 You choose us or the David Blaine ascension on YouTube right now.
01:48:52.080 I don't know.
01:48:53.340 He's up at nineteen thousand square nineteen thousand feet.
01:48:56.720 He can barely breathe.
01:48:58.220 Will he make it?
01:48:59.060 I don't know.
01:48:59.580 I'm on the edge of my seat.
01:49:01.400 He seems to usually make it.
01:49:03.500 Yeah, it surely does.
01:49:04.380 I don't know what the magic trick is here.
01:49:06.180 He's got a parachute.
01:49:07.720 He's not really holding on to the balloons like, you know, like, hey, I'm just going, whoops.
01:49:11.600 I just took off like, you know, in some Disney Mary Poppins movie.
01:49:15.100 He's he's pretty well tethered to the balloons when he releases it.
01:49:19.760 But he's he's he's he's got a parachute.
01:49:23.440 So I don't I'm not sure what the magic is.
01:49:27.500 It's kind of a downer, too.
01:49:28.800 After watching the the little girl in Thailand got tangled in the kite and flew up like hundreds of feet in the air.
01:49:35.980 Did you see this?
01:49:36.640 No, I didn't see that.
01:49:37.400 It's incredible.
01:49:38.800 She's so high.
01:49:40.060 It's a kite festival.
01:49:41.660 Very apparently very windy.
01:49:43.220 Somehow a three year old gets tied up in the end of one of my kites and the kite just takes off.
01:49:47.620 And she's just like it looks like hundreds of feet in the air just hanging on or tangled in a kite.
01:49:53.740 Did she come around or is she?
01:49:56.040 No, the sad story is she just landed and splattered on.
01:49:58.720 No, yeah, she came back down and we're able to save her.
01:50:00.900 I mean, I thought maybe David Blaine was out looking for he's going to be like, hey, here's the magic trick.
01:50:05.000 Look what I found in my parachute.
01:50:06.300 Little girl.
01:50:07.080 No, that would be a good ending.
01:50:09.120 Yeah, there are some magicians that probably have found little girls in their backpack, which probably would be a bad.
01:50:16.140 Anyway, so we'll let you know if he lives or not here in just a few minutes.
01:50:21.260 I want to talk to you about something that really pisses me off.
01:50:26.200 A couple of years ago, I did a chalkboard laying out the blueprint for how do you destroy a country?
01:50:32.700 How do you do it?
01:50:34.040 You need a trust implosion.
01:50:35.840 American institutions would, you know, combust and burn down in front of us and the civil unrest that followed would fundamentally transform our nation and you wouldn't recognize anything anymore.
01:50:49.500 Do you think we're there yet?
01:50:53.580 Gallup has compiled the data tracking American trust in institutions since 1973.
01:50:58.800 Here are the results.
01:51:00.780 Trust in Congress.
01:51:03.800 13 percent.
01:51:05.900 No real surprise there.
01:51:07.280 Well, I'm surprised it was that high.
01:51:10.180 Trust in big business and big tech at 19 percent.
01:51:16.200 Trust in the media.
01:51:18.100 18 percent.
01:51:19.680 Now, there are three institutions that are still trusted in our country right now.
01:51:25.580 All three of all three of these were on my chalkboard.
01:51:30.380 Big tech, Congress, media.
01:51:32.740 And so were these.
01:51:34.740 As the country turns against all of these institutions, we turn on each other.
01:51:39.860 And when the government merges with private corporations and the media becomes their mouthpiece, history has shown that loudmouth authoritarians with weird little mustaches usually follow.
01:51:54.020 By far the three most trusted institutions in the country right now.
01:51:58.460 And I can't believe it is this low.
01:52:01.260 Number three.
01:52:04.020 Churches.
01:52:05.600 At 42 percent.
01:52:07.760 Second one.
01:52:11.160 What would you think the second most trusted institution is in America?
01:52:16.460 The police.
01:52:17.980 The police.
01:52:19.640 Wait a minute.
01:52:20.400 I thought we were defunding them.
01:52:21.840 I don't understand.
01:52:22.740 The second most trusted institution in the United States.
01:52:27.000 Now, that is clearly something that the left doesn't want you to hear about.
01:52:32.080 They don't want you to believe that half of the country trust the police.
01:52:37.760 But it's true.
01:52:40.560 So now what have they been doing lately?
01:52:42.620 The full out assault on both churches and the police.
01:52:46.580 Churches and the police are doing more for the underprivileged, starving and imperiled than anything in Washington, D.C.
01:52:54.320 could ever hope to do.
01:52:55.640 And that's why the left's machine is coming after them in their warped reality.
01:53:03.340 Your God and local government have no place in their great society.
01:53:08.140 They want you to beg for their little scraps of mercy.
01:53:11.760 If you will learn to fall in line.
01:53:15.980 Now, what's the most trusted?
01:53:20.780 Churches, 42.
01:53:22.060 Police, 48.
01:53:23.420 The most trusted?
01:53:24.880 I know you know this one, Stu.
01:53:27.780 Do I?
01:53:28.880 You do.
01:53:29.620 The least?
01:53:30.440 The most.
01:53:31.020 Oh, the most trusted.
01:53:34.040 Military.
01:53:35.160 Yeah.
01:53:35.600 Yeah, the military at 72 percent.
01:53:39.420 Now, churches, a threat.
01:53:41.280 So they went after them.
01:53:42.300 The police, a threat.
01:53:44.080 We're seeing what they're doing to them every single night.
01:53:47.300 So what do you think the next target's going to be?
01:53:50.580 The left has absolutely no shame.
01:53:53.960 And yesterday, the ideological assault on our men and women in uniform began.
01:54:02.440 The New York Times posted an article.
01:54:05.740 The few, the proud, the white.
01:54:09.340 The Marine Corps balks at promoting generals of color.
01:54:13.960 Now, listen to this.
01:54:14.880 I kid you not.
01:54:16.280 Proud and fierce in their identity.
01:54:18.460 The Marines have a singular race problem that critics say is rooted in decades of resistance to change.
01:54:25.160 As this nation reels in this summer from protests challenging Century Long's perception of race,
01:54:31.180 the Marines, who have long cultivated a reputation as the United States' strongest fighting force,
01:54:36.920 remain an institution where only a handful of white men rule over the 185 white, African-American, Hispanic, and Asian men and women.
01:54:45.640 I am so sick and tired.
01:54:48.640 I am about to blow a gasket.
01:54:51.300 The liars that are setting the tone for this country and some big shot journalist reporting things they clearly don't have any idea about.
01:55:03.860 Whites hate black people.
01:55:06.260 That is a lie.
01:55:08.760 Blacks hate white people.
01:55:10.620 That is a lie.
01:55:12.540 Systematic racism.
01:55:14.420 Lie.
01:55:15.640 And yet, we're being taught by everybody that that is true.
01:55:21.420 That's our national narrative right now.
01:55:23.720 It's a lie.
01:55:25.280 And we must fight it with every ounce of energy we have in our being.
01:55:32.580 The New York Times journalist goes on to claim that basically they say the Marines are a bunch of white overlords
01:55:38.500 that only accept members from the good old boy club.
01:55:41.700 Now, I'm sorry, but if you're going to stand on that soapbox and make that claim, I have a few words for you.
01:55:51.300 The black Marine colonel that was used as an example, I think he'd probably have some words for you, too.
01:56:01.040 Well, let's see what his comment was.
01:56:04.440 Oh, he didn't.
01:56:06.820 He wasn't quoted anywhere in the article.
01:56:09.840 Now, why would an author go to claim something like this, make this case, but not have one, one word from the person she's talking about?
01:56:21.320 Well, maybe because, I don't know, he'd rather tell her to go stick it where the sun doesn't shine.
01:56:28.100 Maybe.
01:56:28.380 Is it seriously a newsflash worthy of, well, yes, everything is worthy of the New York Times at this point.
01:56:37.260 Is it a newsflash to point out that the smallest branch in the military has fewer minority generals?
01:56:44.780 News at 11, who cares?
01:56:48.840 This is a meritocracy.
01:56:51.840 I want the best person.
01:56:53.560 If it's black, if it's an octopus, I will put, I'll put the little hat on it.
01:56:58.640 It'll be weird, but I'll put the little hat on an octopus.
01:57:02.300 Who is the best?
01:57:05.140 Here's what I want you to do.
01:57:06.300 I want you to ask every Marine, you know, I have asked them what they think about this.
01:57:13.160 If the left seriously wants to run with this false neighborhood narrative and vilify the military and our Marines,
01:57:20.820 why don't they try to walk the same walk as the Marines do?
01:57:25.160 Put down your designer glasses and your latte and step away from your warrior keyboard and walk the walk of the Marines.
01:57:34.760 Walk into a recruiting center.
01:57:37.040 Go to the enlistment processing station where you're all herded into a medical screening shoulder to shoulder in your underpants.
01:57:43.700 At that point, you might actually not like the person you're standing to, whether it be for their race, religion, or creed.
01:57:52.340 People dislike people for a whole lot of different crap.
01:57:57.420 But as for the Marines, once you get on that bus and then you stop,
01:58:03.040 then an insane drill instructor screams in your face on those little iconic yellow footprints that they all have to stand on.
01:58:12.020 And you get the truth shoved into your face.
01:58:15.160 You better all come together.
01:58:17.140 Your petty grievances and your differences mean nothing.
01:58:21.860 That's what the Marines do.
01:58:24.080 The Marines have a saying.
01:58:26.240 Actually, they have a lot of sayings.
01:58:27.460 But first and foremost is this one.
01:58:29.440 We see no color but green.
01:58:34.000 Many of my friends are Marines.
01:58:36.680 All my friends tell me the same story.
01:58:38.620 Racial harmony.
01:58:40.700 Most racial harmony they've seen except for being in church.
01:58:46.540 One of them told me when he was a United States Marine,
01:58:50.000 he knew he was of an elite fighting force because it was a merit.
01:58:54.520 It was merit based.
01:58:56.020 It was merit above all.
01:58:57.980 Your proficiency as a war fighter that writes your ticket.
01:59:03.680 So to these journalists,
01:59:05.300 you go take the oath.
01:59:06.860 Stand on the yellow footprints and see what you have, what it takes.
01:59:10.620 Watch what happens when 60 men and women become your brothers and sisters in a boot camp.
01:59:16.040 Sit in that foxhole where both your lives depend on each other.
01:59:20.340 And tell me,
01:59:21.060 are you noticing the color of them?
01:59:22.820 While you know that they are the ones that could save your life?
01:59:29.680 By the way,
01:59:30.520 the first black general in the Marine Corps was Frank Peterson.
01:59:33.500 Not once did the New York Times mention him.
01:59:36.820 General Peterson,
01:59:37.860 he enlisted in 1950.
01:59:40.560 Motivated after hearing the first Navy black pilot was Jesse Brown.
01:59:44.240 Died in Korea.
01:59:45.300 He made a personal vow to become a Marine Corps first black aviator.
01:59:49.460 And he did.
01:59:50.380 Then he became a general.
01:59:51.960 And he did it in the 1950s.
01:59:53.980 A time when the rest of the country led by Democrats were making it hard for black people to earn a living.
02:00:01.400 So don't lecture the Marines.
02:00:04.700 General Peterson died in 2015.
02:00:08.940 It was recently announced he's one of the,
02:00:10.740 his name is going to be on one of the most sophisticated destroyers.
02:00:14.880 It'll be named the USS Peterson.
02:00:17.360 Ask one of these woke journalists what they see there.
02:00:20.760 They'll probably say a black Marine general.
02:00:25.060 Ask a Marine what they see.
02:00:27.040 They'll see one of the greatest generals that ever commanded the Marines.
02:00:31.480 That's what they'll say.
02:00:33.060 One of the greatest Marines to ever put on the uniform.
02:00:37.480 One of our uniforms.
02:00:40.380 And we're one of his.
02:00:42.600 You see the difference?
02:00:43.620 Do you see the difference?
02:00:45.140 It's a lesson so many in this country,
02:00:46.800 mostly on the left,
02:00:47.980 could really learn from.
02:00:49.400 It's an easy solution.
02:00:52.420 You want to fix this problem?
02:00:54.920 Call your local Marine Corps recruiter right now.
02:00:58.460 And go ahead and enlist.
02:01:01.440 You tell me in a few weeks if you see color anymore.
02:01:05.860 Back in a minute.
02:01:10.300 You know why they won't enlist?
02:01:11.860 Because they're like me.
02:01:13.140 They're wusses.
02:01:15.020 They've never let me into the Marines.
02:01:16.900 All right, let me paint a picture in your mind.
02:01:20.120 I want you to imagine thick marble, juicy steak seasoned and seared on both sides.
02:01:25.040 So tender that it falls apart on your fork.
02:01:28.240 And then bacon wrapped scallions or scallops sizzling on the plate.
02:01:33.120 Oh, sound good?
02:01:34.700 Yes, that's your life with a Rectech.
02:01:38.180 Throw in some vegetables.
02:01:39.560 I mean, if you want, if you have to, you want to ruin it, go ahead.
02:01:42.620 Or if some woman is eating with you.
02:01:46.200 If any of the things that I just said makes you more hungry,
02:01:49.580 you, I mean, you definitely need to up your grilling game to the level where it ought to be.
02:01:55.440 And that is with smart grill technology with Rectech.
02:02:00.500 Sturdy design, hopper full of heat and delicious wood smoke.

02:02:31.480 R-E-C-T-E-Q dot com.
02:02:36.280 You're listening to Glenn Beck.
02:02:41.340 This David Blaine thing, jumping from the balloons, it's the dumbest thing I've ever seen.
02:02:46.560 What are you talking about?
02:02:47.420 The guy was in the air and then he came down in a parachute.
02:02:50.520 Parachute.
02:02:51.660 That doesn't happen in our society.
02:02:53.660 That happens all the time.
02:02:54.960 Well, sure, but you have to go to one of those places.
02:02:59.300 We just watched somebody have a parachute lesson.
02:03:01.880 That's all that happened.
02:03:02.800 That's what that was.
02:03:03.500 That's all that was.
02:03:04.660 There was no magic to it.
02:03:06.000 There was nothing mystical about it.
02:03:07.560 There was nothing like, oh, wow.
02:03:09.280 Nothing.
02:03:10.220 What was the big deal?
02:03:11.280 They're trying really hard to build the drama with it, too.
02:03:13.140 He's like, I don't know.
02:03:13.940 Do we see any power lines?
02:03:15.220 Am I going to hit any power lines?
02:03:16.380 I don't know.
02:03:16.600 You're in the middle of a desert.
02:03:17.460 Is there a zoo?
02:03:20.260 If I land in a lion cage, I could be eaten.
02:03:24.140 There's no zoo around you, but I could be eaten by a lion.
02:03:27.940 There's no penguins.
02:03:30.600 Penguins get really angry.
02:03:32.200 They could peck my eyes out.
02:03:33.900 Are there any penguins here?
02:03:35.900 I mean, it was so stupid.
02:03:38.160 And I guess the drama was, was he going to be able to land with his parachute?
02:03:41.920 Was that the drama of that?
02:03:43.040 I don't know.
02:03:44.100 And they were like, the whole time, they're like, don't worry, wherever you land, we got
02:03:47.220 a helicopter right behind you.
02:03:48.700 We'll pick you up.
02:03:50.480 Oh, so you don't even have to walk a long way.
02:03:54.920 It was sort of death defying, though.
02:03:56.900 I don't know if you noticed.
02:03:58.280 He wasn't wearing a mask while he was parachuting.
02:04:01.400 So that is definitely very risky.
02:04:03.780 I think the helicopter is going to take him to the salon that Nancy Pelosi was in.
02:04:07.700 Oh, really?
02:04:08.260 Yeah.
02:04:08.640 Yeah.
02:04:08.860 He's going to get his, he's going to get his haircut there.
02:04:10.920 Well, you can tell when you find a salon that has COVID or not.
02:04:15.880 You just kind of visually can tell.
02:04:18.380 And then you don't have to wear the mask.
02:04:19.860 At least that's what Nancy can, at least Nancy can tell.
02:04:21.920 Really?
02:04:22.340 Yes.
02:04:22.840 I didn't know that.
02:04:24.000 Yeah, no, it's true.
02:04:25.140 Huh.
02:04:25.520 It's true.
02:04:26.340 Huh.
02:04:26.940 Wow.
02:04:27.480 Well, and again, Nancy's hair is important.
02:04:29.820 Your hair, who cares about your hair?
02:04:32.280 Nancy Pelosi's hair is important.
02:04:34.700 So I have my Nancy Pelosi sucks pen here to remind me every day how much she sucks.
02:04:39.440 Gee, I wish I could remember where I could get one of those.
02:04:42.140 It's Nancy Pelosi sucks pen dot com.
02:04:44.860 Really?
02:04:45.740 Do we still have any?
02:04:47.300 We actually just got them back in stock.
02:04:49.260 Really?
02:04:49.840 It's funny because we got tens of thousands of those.
02:04:52.280 It was insane.
02:04:53.400 We put it up as a joke.
02:04:55.180 As a joke.
02:04:56.500 Stu was like, let's just do this.
02:04:58.820 And somebody said, well, why don't we really do it?
02:05:02.100 And we're like, I don't know.
02:05:03.100 Do we have to buy more than five pens?
02:05:04.760 Because nobody's going to buy them.
02:05:05.720 So tens of thousands of people.
02:05:07.940 Well, it's an exact replica of the pen she signed the impeachment papers with.
02:05:11.500 And it has with her actual signature, Nancy Pelosi.
02:05:13.920 And then the word sucks after it.
02:05:15.160 So you have to kind of look close.
02:05:16.680 But it's in her handwriting.
02:05:17.440 I thought it was going to maybe sell for around, you know, maybe it would sell around the impeachment stuff.
02:05:22.640 People have realized she just continues to suck.
02:05:24.680 This is just a timeless item now.
02:05:26.380 Here's the good news is if we can't decide who's president, she becomes president of the United States.
02:05:32.620 Oh, we're going to sell tons of pens then.
02:05:35.580 We'll jam them into our eyes.
02:05:37.400 Program.
