00:02:51.760 hello america welcome to the glenbeck program i will tell you that uh stew and i've been
00:02:59.580 talking a lot about all of the different things that are in the news today the one that we keep
00:03:03.040 getting stuck on is uh the president's fitness test because neither of us could even come close
00:03:08.780 to it um and stew is like i you know that's that's outrageous that's stew i looked up the
00:03:15.200 fitness test from john f kennedy in 1962 uh i don't think you're gonna like it i don't think
00:03:23.700 you're gonna like it it makes this one look like a wuss test i'll give that to you here in just a
00:03:28.520 second also flag burning uh the tariffs and everything else that is on board uh for today
00:03:33.740 well coming up in just a second stand by uh we start in 60 seconds first let me tell you about
00:03:39.260 our sponsor it's legacy box every man has a closet or an attic box that is basically a time machine
00:03:44.860 we all have them vhs tapes labels you know half rubbed off reels of super 8 film cassettes you
00:03:50.600 know even old cassettes and photographs that have been sitting there for decades and the funny thing
00:03:54.860 about a time machine is it doesn't do any good if it just sits there you know it just sits in the
00:03:59.920 dark you gotta bring it to life legacy box is the way to bring all of that history back to life they
00:04:05.280 take your tapes films photos audio digitize them with care give them back to you in a format that you
00:04:10.160 can actually use imagine your kids or grandkids being able to click on a link and open a
00:04:14.780 file and actually see your wedding hear your voice watch that vacation back from you know 1987
00:04:20.520 legacy box is about connection about making sure your stories that made your family don't get lost
00:04:26.240 in time because memory shouldn't live in a box they should live in all of us don't let life fade away
00:04:31.680 on old tapes digitize and future-proof those priceless moments fast forward into the digital age with
00:04:37.340 legacy box visit legacybox.com slash records today and unlock 50 off your order that's
00:04:43.080 legacybox.com slash records do it now all right that's a couple of things we have to we have to
00:04:51.740 go through first of all you know the number one search today what's trending on google is cashless
00:04:57.300 bail what is cashless bail cashless bail is when somebody is arrested and charged with a crime
00:05:03.200 they may be released before trial if they can pay bail okay that is the financial guarantee that
00:05:11.080 you're actually going to show up in court cashless bail removes money from the equation so instead
00:05:17.060 a judge decides to release you know a release is based on other factors the severity of the crime
00:05:22.880 the person's criminal history whether they pose a risk to the public or if they're going to
00:05:27.160 you know leave so there is no cash you get bail without any cash that's that's easy now some people
00:05:34.660 are saying you know there shouldn't be justice shouldn't be for sale it's not safety is what
00:05:39.880 everybody's worried about not justice and uh you know the left sees cashless bail is a step towards
00:05:45.940 you know fairness you know i who i i tend to look at it as uh you're just letting the person out just
00:05:52.580 letting the person out i mean i don't i'm not for excessive bail that's in the constitution you cannot
00:05:58.340 have excessive bail i think this is the exact opposite of six of uh excessive bail you know this is
00:06:06.260 no bail and there's some there's some things that are tried and true and have been going on for a
00:06:11.600 long long time that prove uh to show results when you're trying to stop crime bail is one of them
00:06:18.760 uh excessive bail is a sign of real problems in a society no bail i believe is a problem of real uh
00:06:26.980 a real problem in in societies ours in particular so that's what cashless bail is let me get that off the
00:06:33.480 plate okay i want to talk about the uh defense department now maybe being the department of war
00:06:42.040 you know trump is trump is he's just non-stop he just doesn't stop every day it's like i've heard
00:06:54.340 it described by some people as christmas every morning you wake up and you're like what's under the
00:06:58.360 tree today sometimes it is coal sometimes it's not sometimes it's a new bike that you've been
00:07:05.340 waiting for forever um but every day he is got something else underneath the tree for us to open
00:07:11.720 up um there's a couple today that uh need to be opened and discussed and one of them is the
00:07:20.560 department of defense or the department of war and when i first heard this i thought i don't know how i
00:07:25.600 feel about that because i i want to be defensive i don't want war i who wants war war is so icky and
00:07:31.240 so scary i don't want war okay for the first 158 years of our republic that's what it was it was the
00:07:38.760 department of war why because we were off again on again we didn't have this big department of defense
00:07:45.200 we didn't have a standing army when we had to go to war we just got everybody together and say bring
00:07:50.980 your guns in and we had a you know department of war that would open up and uh we could fight that
00:07:57.480 war then we would send everybody home we had that during you know revolutionary war the war of 1812
00:08:04.180 the trenches of of france the beaches of normandy all of them what changed well harry truman came into
00:08:12.500 office in 1947 and it was you know the most destructive war of all time but the but the war that would
00:08:20.160 change everything and truman recognized that we had to have a standing uh army well americans were
00:08:29.760 against that they didn't want a standing army um you know we were we were like well wait wait wait
00:08:34.880 what because it was such a huge change and so truman convinced everybody that we had to have a standing
00:08:44.100 army because of now the bomb and and everything else so he established the military
00:08:49.600 uh and within two years it was called the department of defense okay why did he do that
00:08:56.660 was that an act of political correctness you know before we had a term you know for that
00:09:01.760 was it meant to sue the war weary public remember we had been through two world wars in 20 years
00:09:09.200 is this trying to soften us and say we're not the aggressor we don't have we don't have a department
00:09:16.460 of war we have a department of defense we are only a defender you know or was it something else
00:09:23.980 what happened with the next president because the first the president that did this is truman who
00:09:31.420 was the next president the next president was eisenhower the general okay he was the general
00:09:37.580 that led the troops on the beaches of normandy he was he was the five star allied commander of world
00:09:43.660 war ii he becomes president and what is the last act he does in office the last act he does is give a
00:09:52.680 speech where he's like hey i just want to warn you you know me i kind of like you know i kind of like
00:09:58.640 the military uh you know i fought kind of several wars the big one you might have remembered ww2 you
00:10:04.400 know the big one i was there uh and i just want you to know we're in trouble because there's this
00:10:12.160 military industrial complex and a military educational complex and those two are going to get together and
00:10:21.020 it's going to be really bad for america unless we all pay attention what he was saying was we now have
00:10:28.980 a department of defense full time and you might think it's for defense but it's not it is going to
00:10:38.100 start doing things that it shouldn't do and it's going to start convincing you that we should be at
00:10:43.960 war when maybe we shouldn't because it will be good for the military industrial complex and so after we
00:10:50.920 went to the department of defense now it's not just because of the name but after we went to the
00:10:55.940 department of defense because we had an established military now that was full time we started spending
00:11:01.740 money like there was no tomorrow and we started working on weapons and those weapons had to be
00:11:06.660 used and proliferated and everything else and we ended up here so the president comes out and he says
00:11:14.000 i really really think we need the department of war and everybody is like wait a minute i don't know
00:11:20.700 if i like the department of war truman i think was rebranding it for peace time donald trump is saying
00:11:29.680 and i quote i don't want to be defense only we want defense but we want offense too and he is tapping into
00:11:38.040 something that is a true you know you you have to be well strength you know peace through strength this was
00:11:46.580 ronald reagan i think donald trump is taking this a step further on the same we're talking about this
00:11:52.780 on the same day he said we should get rid of all of our nuclear um missiles who says this oh i remember
00:11:59.960 the other warmonger ronald reagan we just found out yesterday that ronald reagan uh was trying to get
00:12:07.520 rid of our nuclear missiles um he didn't he didn't want to get all rid of all nukes he wanted the bombs that
00:12:13.280 could be loaded on planes but planes could be turned around missiles cannot be turned around
00:12:17.720 and so he said let's get rid of missiles as a world well donald trump i don't think coincidentally
00:12:23.940 this week is coming out and saying the same thing but he's also saying at the same time let's get rid
00:12:29.300 of missiles he's saying we should have a department of war i don't think anybody's going to really give
00:12:36.660 you all of this i certainly know the new york times and the post and everything else that all of your
00:12:40.980 liberal friends read are not going to do anything except you see he's a he's a warmonger he's a
00:12:46.020 warmonger no he's really not i think the best way to stop war and you're seeing it right now
00:12:53.900 is to have a leader and a country that knows exactly who they are they walk up to the plate and say you
00:13:01.040 know we could do this the easy way we could do this the hard way i recommend you do it the easy way
00:13:04.900 let's sit down let's have a conversation let's stop the killing and he tries and he tries and he
00:13:10.680 tries but knowing if you don't want to go that way that's fine but i'm going to turn your sand into
00:13:17.760 glass overnight and i'm not going to rebuild you i'm not going to bail you out you want to start
00:13:24.860 something go ahead but we will finish it when your country has the credibility that that is exactly
00:13:33.620 he means what he says and says what he means which is exactly what donald trump is doing
00:13:38.080 every why is the world coming to us why is he able to solve all of these problems why has he been able
00:13:46.200 to grant peace why has he been able to um do all of these things that nobody else has even been able
00:13:52.680 to do now yes he hasn't solved ukraine and russia but not all conflicts are really easy super easy
00:13:59.880 to solve you know with a bowl of peanuts and a nice glass of iced tea some of them are a little
00:14:06.620 difficult but why is the world coming to us why is he having is he effective like this because they
00:14:12.980 know he means what he says and says what he means you want to solve this great you don't want to solve
00:14:19.260 this then these are the conditions that we're going to move forward on and that doesn't that
00:14:25.220 doesn't embolden enemies that terrifies them he is the most anti-war president we have had since
00:14:33.900 jimmy carter but jimmy carter did not have the strength carter was weak and signaled weakness and so
00:14:40.360 he made the world more unsafe this president is strong this president is making the country stronger
00:14:47.820 and he believes in peace just as much as jimmy carter does i think this president is saying i
00:14:54.280 want the people to know that this is the department of war not just externally but internally too
00:15:01.960 we need to be reminded all of that money that defense when you think of defense what do you think
00:15:09.500 you think of well there's cyber security and there's all this all that kind of stuff and
00:15:13.740 we've got spy programs and you know we're gonna have a missile shield but when you think of war
00:15:19.020 what do you think my children are going to die
00:15:22.980 bombs will be dropped that's the reality i think donald trump is trying to remind us
00:15:33.560 that's the reality of our defense department and we keep getting roped into all of these wars
00:15:42.420 that are meaningless why because somebody's making money so i don't know or you know
00:15:50.640 who are we do names even matter do names guide our national character or follow it
00:16:01.640 are names important my dad always taught me words matter every word matters because every word
00:16:09.920 tells you something about what a man believes about himself so do we need a department of defense or
00:16:17.380 department of war what does the answer tell us about our leaders and about ourselves
00:16:24.180 i can't believe i'm saying this because just last night before i really started thinking this through
00:16:29.980 i was against the department of war i think i'm actually for the department of war
00:16:34.060 i think it's the right thing to do it shows it shows strength externally and it reminds us
00:16:43.340 most importantly internally it is war it is death and destruction that's the biggest thing that
00:16:52.080 bothers me about our department of defense when they're like well we got a nation build and we're
00:16:56.600 going to train our navy to go in and be just buddies that's not what the navy is for that's not what
00:17:01.780 the air force is for that's not what anybody is for in the department of defense it is for war
00:17:08.500 break things kill people that has to be remind we have to remind ourselves every time you want
00:17:16.820 to build things you want to be peaceful you want to make sure that's what that's perhaps perhaps
00:17:23.060 what the state department is for the department of war is for war let's be clear and stop deluding
00:17:34.220 ourselves back in just a second first let me tell you about relief factor ever notice modern life comes

00:18:47.880 all right so stew help me out here what is the what is the new uh physical for the president's
00:19:05.980 physical fitness you know plan well the thing that rfk jr and hagseth were rolling out the other day i
00:19:15.240 don't know if it was the full test or anything but they were issuing a challenge to america
00:19:19.780 to be able to do 100 push-ups and 50 pull-ups within five minutes that's crazy thank you
00:19:30.140 that struck you also as crazy i i i don't think there's ever been a time in my life i could have
00:19:36.180 done that let alone now with shoulder problems and and much too much weight no i remember when i was
00:19:43.340 a young ripper snapper before i needed this walker i don't think there was a time in my 20s or my
00:19:49.820 teens that i could do that that that in five minutes 50 both of them in five minutes yes both of
00:19:57.460 them so it's not like 100 uh push-ups in five minutes it's both tasks within five minutes no no
00:20:04.980 that's not true that's not what rfk jr is doing it in jeans yeah well rfk jr he's you know he's a
00:20:11.460 weirdo i mean he is he wait come on when it comes to fitness he's a weirdo yes i mean he's he's done
00:20:19.240 this his whole life he's you know like 800 years old and he can still do it he's uh i don't know
00:20:24.220 it's impressive he's a sex machine that's that's that's you know that's been a problem for him yes
00:20:29.520 that's been an issue in his life yes uh okay so separate from the president's physical fitness test
00:20:36.180 but i mean like they don't what they don't really think we're gonna do that right like i mean what
00:20:43.200 how long would that take you to do i think i think for me it would take a good month i think a month
00:20:48.540 i could probably get two pull-ups a day uh that would get me around you know a little over 50 so
00:20:56.100 i could do that plus the push-ups you know in a solid month i could get more than two a day
00:21:01.300 you do more than two a day you know good i gotta say i think i'm just gonna throw a number out there
00:21:07.080 this is there's no science behind this but just as a guesstimate i would say 40 of the population
00:21:12.240 can't do any pull-ups maybe 30 30 of the population can do exactly zero pull-ups precisely zero so an
00:21:22.300 infinite amount of time would be the correct answer for a third of the population i think you're i think
00:21:28.800 you're being i think you're being a little too optimistic i think it's closer to 40 or 50 i think
00:21:35.500 it's closer to 40 or 50 right maybe 60 percent yeah push-ups are one thing i mean i think almost
00:21:41.480 anybody can do they're really not a push-up one you could do a push-up singular push-up and if you
00:21:48.820 can do one you can wait long enough to do a second one and at some point the hundred gets done that is
00:21:55.280 not the case with pull-ups pull-ups you can can sit there and think about how much you want to do a
00:22:02.620 pull-up for a really long time but that doesn't make a pull-up happen if you've got a certain amount
00:22:08.020 of weight on you or you know i just you're not doing a pull-up it's just not occurring i have no
00:22:15.360 idea how many pull-ups i could do i have an exact number of how many you could do do you you think
00:22:22.980 so yeah yeah i have the exact i think i just i've been calculating ai has been running a report on me
00:22:28.600 it came up with zero right really i bet i could do i mean this is so pathetic listen to this
00:22:35.140 i bet i could do three you bet i could do three in a row
00:22:41.100 it would proper four row i'm saying like holding onto the bar without letting go you're doing three

00:24:52.520 on this you have no idea who you're dealing with no you don't have any idea who you're dealing with
00:25:11.660 here uh i got my dna test back like 10 years ago okay and we all we all took it because we were
00:25:18.180 looking for you know we're looking for things and uh so we all took it my dna test came back
00:25:22.820 and everybody in the family their test made total sense we're like oh yeah that makes sense then then
00:25:28.200 we read mine we have to find i have to find it see if tanya even has it still we should have
00:25:32.720 have it framed it's the it's i swear to you but they they mix me up with somebody else somebody else
00:25:39.620 is like wait a minute man i'm this pathetic mine came back and said you have the muscular muscular
00:25:46.360 structure of a uh of a something like a uh an elite athlete you have the abilities and agility and
00:25:59.020 everything else of an elite athlete and i'm like there's not a chance i don't have any of that
00:26:05.140 you know i don't i don't even know if i have muscles i have to check once in a while ago do i have
00:26:09.500 muscles still doctors like move your leg and i'm like i don't know can i can i i don't i don't know
00:26:14.500 how do you do that again press against my hand on the leg i i don't know you know i don't know how
00:26:20.040 to do that exactly so you sure it said i just want you to know elite athlete and not elephant
00:26:26.480 i mean if they misspelled it could have been a smear smudge i was having eye problems at the time
00:26:32.780 i mean i we read it and i was like tanya i believe that for tanya maybe they switched
00:26:39.520 me and tanya because tanya is really strong she'll kick your butt she works out every day all of that
00:26:46.020 me never never and it kind of makes me wonder when i get to the other side and the lord went
00:26:53.140 okay so uh what'd you do with your life again because i gave you this incredible body and you
00:27:00.440 wasted it the whole time and i'm like you should have been more clear okay you should have been more
00:27:06.480 clear i you know maybe i could have played basketball but i tried once and it was embarrassing
00:27:13.060 it was embarrassing it was like sixth grade and i'll never live i don't even want to think about
00:27:18.080 my time on a basketball court okay so don't don't start with me you should have made it a little
00:27:23.300 clearer when i first started to do stuff and i think that's fair i think that's a fair argument
00:27:28.940 in my offense in my defense your honor your god uh you should have made it a little more clear
00:27:35.920 yeah i mean if they really if they really wanted us to do this then the 11th commandment is 50 push-ups
00:27:42.240 and uh or 50 pull-ups and 100 push-ups right like put it in a commandment if you really want us to do
00:27:48.540 it uh you know i i give you have to be more specific we're americans okay so let me give you the top of
00:27:55.340 the list for the jfk presidential fitness test okay this is what you had to do in high school
00:28:04.080 in high school uh 34 pull-ups bar dips 52 what's i because i believe i did that a long time and no
00:28:14.360 it's not recommended not a bar hop oh it's what it's it's oh different dips yeah okay okay all right
00:28:21.520 bar dips 52 handstand push-ups 50 what are hands is that oh my god hands i can't even stand on my
00:28:29.120 hand is that like i'm i'm doing a handstand and a push-up because that's not happening yeah like
00:28:34.960 you're you're not human you're you're you're balancing yourself on your hands your feet are
00:28:39.840 above your hands uh on the wall like a wall and you're doing oh so you're balancing yourself that
00:28:46.620 makes it a little easier still impossible yeah but a little easier impossible there you could do
00:28:51.440 precisely zero of those right okay so you had to do 50 handstand push-ups or one are 30 no sorry
00:29:01.140 26 one-arm burpees in 30 seconds is that a one-armed push-up no so you're you're well you're bracing
00:29:10.580 yourself like you're about to begin a push-up in a burpee with only one hand arm which that's not
00:29:15.040 that difficult but then you're doing i think that then you're like you move your feet towards your
00:29:19.860 hands and then you jump up in the air basically uh and then you do it repeat oh no no no no no no
00:29:25.200 no that's that's ridiculous that's no there's a law of gravity okay you're not supposed to violate
00:29:30.940 yeah that's not if it was a recommendation of gravity maybe jumping would be appropriate but it's
00:29:36.260 not so follow the law in 48 seconds you had to do a 300 yard shuttle now i've been to the airport
00:29:43.880 i think i've done a 3 300 yard shuttle but depends on who's driving right you know yeah uh rope climb
00:29:50.780 try this rope climb this is 20 feet hands only sit start so that's what i remember from the
00:30:00.940 president's physical fitness test and i remember looking at that rope and being like no chance i can
00:30:04.720 get up that thing oh i just remember looking at that rope thinking humiliation yeah humiliation is
00:30:10.240 coming my way i'll never kiss a girl because that ain't happening i'm gonna get maybe 10 feet up
00:30:15.420 maybe maybe and you were right for 24 years from that time approximately uh agility run 17 seconds
00:30:24.820 extension press-ups yeah what what i'm sorry i'm just so tired from reading this uh extension press-ups
00:30:34.280 what's an extension press-up eight inch let's see you gotta do a hundred of those
00:30:39.420 an exercise uh an exercise for low back pain involving lying on your stomach and pressing your
00:30:46.740 upper body up with your arms while keeping your hips relaxed and down on the mat how i could do that
00:30:52.880 eight inches i can do the last part of it relaxed and down on the mat because so my doctor says i should
00:30:57.720 be doing what i can do relaxed and down on the mat that part of it i can yeah i can do that i am the
00:31:02.780 only guy i i took yoga for a while like three weeks my wife was like yoga you could do yoga let's
00:31:09.000 just do yoga together i did and the yoga instructor said to me because we were doing like you know uh
00:31:14.240 you know a plank yeah and uh she came and all i remember is her waking me up and saying i think
00:31:21.820 you're the only person i've ever ever taught that fell asleep in yoga i'm like it's just so relaxing
00:31:29.280 just let me sleep just let me sleep that's interesting no she wasn't that you did yoga
00:31:34.620 is there any uh any video of nope but we could know there's not i mean that'd be good for you
00:31:40.160 have to do you had to do pegboard five trips of pegboard and i think that's when you have the two
00:31:46.980 like pegs yes and then you have board you have to take it out and put it up right yeah climb
00:31:53.940 this is american ninja warrior this is not no way there's no way it's amazing try this one
00:32:00.840 you had to do a 45 second handstand i've never been able to do a handstand never never i've been
00:32:07.220 able to do zero second athlete i i am an elite athlete uh try this one a man carry
00:32:15.280 five miles what what do you mean a man five mile man carry is a man carry as obvious as it's
00:32:27.200 i think it is you're carrying me that man you gotta carry me that man for five miles
00:32:35.500 i'm not sure i can't carry any man for any miles uh i mean if i'm a if i am a firefighter
00:32:44.800 count on burning in the house you're just gonna burn you're gonna burn up in the house because i
00:32:49.640 can't carry you out i could get in there and go yeah i'm gonna have to leave you i'm gonna have to
00:32:55.080 leave you here can't help you sorry it's also getting really hot in here i gotta go you had to
00:33:00.820 do a five mile jog an obstacle course you had to swim prone for a mile you had to swim underwater
00:33:10.700 for 50 yards any strokes two minutes deep water front hang float with arms what what is a deep
00:33:19.600 water front hang float with arms wait wait wait it's a deep water front hang float with arms and ankles
00:33:27.300 tied for six minutes what kind of al-qaeda pe class was this who has access to who has access
00:33:38.240 like you're in the middle of the country you don't might not have a deep water body nearby
00:33:41.740 are you sure this was the actual test this is the actual test this is the actual test this is the
00:33:47.060 actual what is what what is a deep water front hang float with arms and ankles tied for six minutes
00:33:52.620 can you look that up a deep water hang float is an aquatic exercise done in a deep end of a pool
00:33:59.300 with the aid of a flotation device such as a noodle or belt in this position uh the flotation device
00:34:06.560 supports your upper body while your legs and torso hang freely below you the setup what that can't be
00:34:12.200 what it is i mean i could do that that's just i could do that with a noodle it's every weekend what
00:34:18.640 are you talking about can you bring a margarita well it's a man i could this test is no big deal
00:34:23.700 uh what no way no way here's the last thing on the test a vertical tread in an eight-foot circle for
00:34:35.760 two hours no way vertical tread in an eight-foot circle so you're in the water and you're treading
00:34:44.200 water in a circle for how many hours two hours two this is not that what this is not gonna be the
00:34:52.400 test i told you this is the top of the test i told you this is the top of the test so this was for the
00:34:58.040 ones who could do all of the other tests this was the top of the test the bottom of the test is not
00:35:04.700 that much better here's the entry okay uh let's see pull-ups uh two slash six slash ten i don't know
00:35:14.160 what that means push-ups 16 24 32 bar dips 4 8 and 12 sit-ups 30 45 and 60 broad jump six foot six six
00:35:24.320 six six six and six nine to jump six feet i don't even know if that's i mean i know that one is
00:35:34.620 possible glenn yes i know it sounds incredible but yes that sounds incredible is possible you know i
00:35:40.300 think we should have the average person olympics i really do oh i really do i mean i would watch that
00:35:47.420 every time because you see them coming you know and you're like that one's not three feet i've given
00:35:53.600 him three feet uh 200 yard shuttle uh agility run rope climb 18 feet hands only uh 880 yards in
00:36:06.700 three minutes a mile in seven minutes pegboard six holes a 50 yard swim uh 40 40 50 yard swim
00:36:19.420 in 36 seconds man carry 880 yards
00:36:24.020 no thank you no thank you look at look at what we've gone down that's the bottom of it and i don't
00:36:32.020 think most americans could do that i couldn't well i could because i'm an elite i have the body of an
00:36:37.440 elite athlete you yeah no you could not uh now of course you now in your let's just say and this is
00:36:44.300 supposed to be for a high school kid right so this is the prime of your athletic life could you do
00:36:49.120 some of these things probably let go into high school go into any high school and ask them to do
00:36:55.220 this there's no way and all of the kids would be well that's kind of what the reaction i mean don't
00:37:02.900 get me wrong i would have oh yeah i would have been there too and my parents would have said
00:37:06.780 suck it up just do it so nothing's really changed but that's been the reaction to this proposal too
00:37:14.820 of bringing this back right like the the media is covering it's like it's going to embarrass children
00:37:19.880 you know i mean i do remember being like i can't do that i'm not going to be able to get to the top of
00:37:25.580 that rope that's not happening uh that's you know sort of life right like sometimes you can do things
00:37:30.360 sometimes you can't do other things right like that's it's why you have to learn how to injure
00:37:33.700 yourself right you know how how many stairs can i throw myself down to not do serious damage but
00:37:40.680 enough to get me out of pe yeah you have to fake an injury you have to like learn from lebron james
00:37:45.840 like act like you got hit in the eye and fall down exactly like you were just stabbed over and over
00:37:51.040 again during an athletic competition no way no way and you know what honestly if we this is why we're
00:37:56.700 not having sex with each other we're not having kids because nobody wants to look at each other
00:38:01.020 like no leave your clothes on leave your clothes on all right back in just a second let me uh just
00:38:06.580 take a quick break and tell you about our sponsor this half hour it's rough greens you know every
00:38:11.500 morning you're the coach for a very small very devoted athlete you decide what fuel goes into the
00:38:15.700 tank and your athlete happens to have four legs wagging tail kind of you know the kind of heart that
00:38:20.300 would follow you into a hurricane there's a way to tell if you're giving him the right fuel or just
00:38:25.580 filler um watch the aftermath pour the kibble 20 minutes later is he bouncing then crashing then
00:38:31.740 scratching then wandering off to sleep that's not performance food that's a roller coaster that's
00:38:36.820 what happens when a food is engineered to survive in a warehouse instead of surviving in a body and
00:38:42.520 help that body thrive rough greens is the trainer that you add on top of that team it's it's uh it's
00:38:49.260 not a new food it's a daily topper that goes on the food that you've already chosen
00:38:52.960 bringing back the live stuff that your body your dog's body needs because it was built to run on
00:38:59.800 this stuff and suddenly the post meal story changes big time and your dog has all kinds of energy um
00:39:05.980 and a whole new life you'll see it within your dog pretty quickly get their free jumpstart trial bag
00:39:11.660 it's free you just feed it to your dog make sure your dog likes it it's not a food just put it over
00:39:16.260 whatever you're feeding your dog i think they i mean every dog i have ever heard from you know
00:39:21.920 their owners uh or dogs are calling me up at night glenn i gotta tell you that rough green stuff you're
00:39:27.620 right about it okay uh every time i've ever seen a dog react to this or hear it talk to their owners
00:39:32.840 it's the same thing they love it they snarf it and they see a difference in their energy their attitude
00:39:38.900 and i know i saw a difference in the life expectancy of my dog uno it's rough greens r-u-f-f-greens.com
00:39:46.300 roughgreens.com use the promo code beck roughgreens.com promo code beck there you have it the truth
00:39:54.720 stripped down like a fence post in a prairie storm glenn beck returns after this
00:40:01.960 well we worry about uh you know the threats that we see right like the broken windows the
00:40:17.880 doors that's been kicked in the person creeping around the neighborhood if you've ever been on
00:40:22.220 one of those apps they're like the neighborhood watch.net you're just there's something there's
00:40:26.620 always somebody say like there's some guy creeping along that's the amazon guy um but these dangers
00:40:31.240 kind of feel real because you know you are uh trying to picture them right um damaging crimes
00:40:37.460 don't always come with flashing red lights or a burglar or a mask title theft happens quietly
00:40:43.160 inside a county records office or behind the glow of a hacker's laptop there's no alarm bell when
00:40:48.680 someone forges your signature no warning siren when people file paperwork that swaps your name off the
00:40:55.600 deed on paper it looks legitimate but in reality it's identity theft at its most devastating because it
00:41:00.920 takes aim at the single largest asset most americans ever owned your home and the worst part is
00:41:06.520 it spirals really really quickly now once the fake transfer is recorded loans get taken out against
00:41:11.560 your home bills pile up in your name and suddenly you're the one fighting uphill to prove you still
00:41:17.160 own the house you're living in home title lock exists because no one else is watching it monitors your
00:41:22.520 title uh every day and every night and make sure that someone so much as tries to tamper with it
00:41:28.360 you're alerted instantly because the hardest crimes to see are often the most important ones to stop
00:41:33.720 ai is changing the world don't let it change the name on your home's title it's home titlelock.com
00:41:37.960 promo code is blaze home titlelock.com
00:41:54.600 welcome to the glenn beck program you know it's really sad and pathetic stew you put either of us
00:42:00.120 up against our wives and uh we'd look really pathetic i mean we look pathetic standing on our
00:42:05.880 own but put us next to our wives people note that often in the comments below photos she posts and i
00:42:13.560 don't think it's appreciated yeah mine does wow glenn how'd this work how'd this happen that's that's
00:42:20.360 the that's the number one comment when i'm in a picture with my wife yeah wow uh
00:42:24.760 not helpful miracles do happen i don't know i think you're blind yeah no yeah i know it's not
00:42:32.280 helpful you don't really need to to state it um yeah but thank you for doing it because it really
00:42:38.360 brightens my day when you point it out it does it helps me it helps me get along it helps yeah it
00:42:42.760 helps me uh yeah keep looking up but like reaching for the stars you know my wife she's uh she works
00:42:47.640 out every day she's in very good shape she's tiny too and so yeah i kind of the you'd think the perfect
00:42:53.320 person for pull-ups right um she's what she's like she's four and no she's like five five foot
00:43:03.720 and maybe uh maybe five one um five one okay okay tiny five one like like it was ridiculous to say
00:43:10.520 four nine it seemed like you were going into little person territory she's well you know i think that's
00:43:17.480 in the threes and she's clearly not a little person but uh she did like a pull-up challenge
00:43:23.400 at her gym yeah which they had like in a month had to do 10 consecutive pull-ups i think it was
00:43:29.080 she weighs like 35 pounds yeah not a lot you know 100 pounds yeah she got to not a she got
00:43:35.720 to she got to nine she got to nine consecutive ones in the challenge in a month i mean if she could do
00:43:41.240 that there's a lot of people who will do not nine in a year wait she did nine in a month so like i
00:43:48.520 could do one and then come back a few days later do another let me tell you a little bit about ammo

00:46:11.020 And it's about the United States giving money to a leader in the Taliban
00:46:17.000 And now there's an argument of
00:46:20.100 Oh that was the right thing to do because he's a changed man
00:46:22.560 Blah blah blah blah blah
00:46:23.400 I want to get it from the horse's mouth
00:46:25.780 From the acting president of the U.S. Institute of Peace
00:46:29.960 I've never even heard of that
00:46:32.740 But you pay for it
00:46:33.920 It's the State Department
00:46:35.440 And we're going to talk to him in just a second
00:46:38.380 His name is Darren Beatty
00:46:39.340 And he is fantastic
00:46:40.640 He is a guy you would want to be put in charge of something like this
00:46:43.920 We'll talk to him in 60 seconds
00:46:45.760 First good ranchers every day more and more farms are closing their gates for good
00:46:49.520 This is a real problem in America
00:46:51.940 Generations of hard work and pride and family tradition just goes up for sale
00:46:56.560 Because foreign meat imports and mass corporate operations are killing the small farmers and the small ranchers
00:47:05.240 And it's got to stop
00:47:06.600 If this happens we lose a way of life
00:47:09.500 We lose the American West
00:47:11.600 Which you might not think is a big deal
00:47:13.480 But go to the American West
00:47:15.560 It's really at the heart of who we are
00:47:18.540 Good ranchers is standing in that gap
00:47:20.540 They partner directly with American farmers and ranchers
00:47:23.040 To bring you the high quality meats raised right here at home
00:47:25.800 Every box that they ship
00:47:27.740 Is more than just steaks and chicken and seafood
00:47:30.320 It is a vote of confidence in the people who built this country
00:47:33.040 Who feed us still today
00:47:35.000 And when you choose good ranchers
00:47:36.620 You're not just putting dinner on your table
00:47:38.080 You're putting hope back into communities
00:47:39.820 You're keeping jobs alive
00:47:41.200 You're making sure that American agriculture has a future

00:48:08.860 Promo code BECK
00:48:09.640 Say hello to Darren Beatty
00:48:12.240 He is a U.S. Institute of Peace acting president
00:48:15.300 U.S. State Department undersecretary for public diplomacy
00:48:18.380 Darren, welcome to the program
00:48:20.060 How are you?
00:48:23.460 Darren, are you there?
00:48:25.520 Is he there?
00:48:26.000 Okay, check if he's there
00:48:31.460 See?
00:48:33.060 Dick Cheney
00:48:33.820 Dick Cheney
00:48:35.000 Trying to shut him down
00:48:36.120 They don't want peace
00:48:36.780 Shut him down again
00:48:37.820 They don't want peace
00:48:38.560 They don't
00:48:39.800 They don't
00:48:40.720 He is a big time anti-globalist
00:48:44.960 I gotta tell you
00:48:45.740 What we're doing with the State Department
00:48:47.120 I absolutely love
00:48:48.380 The State Department has been
00:48:50.220 A big problem for this country
00:48:52.580 For a very long time
00:48:54.280 It's what's gotten us into these global wars
00:48:57.020 These endless wars
00:48:58.000 Everything else
00:48:58.660 And I mean
00:49:00.560 I don't know what happened to Marco Rubio
00:49:02.280 But he is tremendous
00:49:03.480 And the way President Trump is appointing different people like Darren
00:49:09.000 I mean, it's fantastic
00:49:10.260 Darren, are you there?
00:49:13.700 Darren?
00:49:14.700 Something must be wrong with our lines
00:49:15.940 Because we are talking to him offline on the phone here
00:49:18.720 And it does seem to be working
00:49:19.920 But not coming through our broadcast board here
00:49:23.540 For whatever reason
00:49:24.360 Well, let's see if we can get that fixed
00:49:26.480 And maybe
00:49:26.840 Let me just talk here for five or six minutes on something else
00:49:29.980 And then we'll take a break and come back and see if we can get him
00:49:32.100 There's something else that I really want to talk to you about
00:49:34.840 And that is this flag-burning thing
00:49:38.780 Now, this is not an amendment
00:49:40.040 This is something the President is putting up in an executive order
00:49:43.220 And has very little teeth to it
00:49:45.080 But I
00:49:45.940 Look, I understand
00:49:49.140 As a guy who's putting an enormous flagpole up at my house today
00:49:54.940 I mean, an enormous flagpole
00:49:57.000 I love the flag
00:49:58.840 I love it
00:49:59.720 And there are a few things that make me more angry
00:50:02.920 Than seeing somebody, you know, set our flag on fire
00:50:06.220 For a lot of people, it's a punch in the gut
00:50:08.780 Especially our military people
00:50:10.160 And it has been planted on distant battlefields
00:50:13.660 It's raised after victory
00:50:15.300 Saluted in the morning
00:50:16.640 Or should be in our schools
00:50:17.940 And folded
00:50:18.800 And given to the hands of grieving families
00:50:22.160 It feels like spitting on every sacrifice
00:50:25.360 That ever made this nation possible
00:50:28.040 And the argument against flag-burning is really simple
00:50:31.900 It dishonors the idea of all of that
00:50:35.280 Okay?
00:50:36.160 And it offends millions of people, including me
00:50:39.200 It disrespects, I think, the veterans who bled
00:50:42.000 The families who mourned
00:50:43.120 The dream that binds us together
00:50:45.360 However, here's the hard truth
00:50:49.420 Symbols only mean something
00:50:52.460 In a land where freedom is alive
00:50:55.320 If you outlaw the burning of a flag
00:50:58.540 You have placed the cloth above the constitution that it represents
00:51:02.780 You have made the flag an idol
00:51:06.360 We don't worship idols
00:51:11.680 If you can only praise the flag and never protest it
00:51:16.200 Then it stops being a symbol of freedom
00:51:19.060 And starts being an idol of obedience
00:51:21.820 Now, that's the argument for allowing it
00:51:26.840 At least to me
00:51:28.740 Because the real strength of a free nation
00:51:30.740 Is to
00:51:32.080 It's how we protect
00:51:35.820 Not the speech we love
00:51:37.480 But how we endure
00:51:39.940 The speech we hate
00:51:42.060 And the Supreme Court has already ruled on this
00:51:45.700 And, you know, the line they drew
00:51:48.140 Wasn't an easy one
00:51:49.200 Freedom of speech
00:51:50.180 Stops where it directly
00:51:52.660 Directly
00:51:53.980 Incites violence
00:51:55.520 And that's the same thing
00:51:57.340 Kind of
00:51:57.980 In this executive order
00:51:59.180 You can burn the flag
00:52:00.880 But if I'm not mistaken
00:52:02.840 But if it incites violence
00:52:04.860 Then you're in trouble
00:52:05.760 And that's true
00:52:06.500 But it's
00:52:07.200 The bar of inciting violence
00:52:09.620 Is so incredibly high
00:52:12.220 And it doesn't have anything to do with speech that offends
00:52:15.820 It's not speech that stirs anger
00:52:17.980 Not speech that makes you want to punch the speaker in the mouth
00:52:21.340 You know
00:52:22.460 It is speech only
00:52:24.580 That provokes imminent and specific violence
00:52:27.900 And unless it's that
00:52:29.960 The government doesn't have any right
00:52:32.080 To
00:52:32.920 To get into the business of silencing speech
00:52:36.080 Ever
00:52:36.660 Ever
00:52:37.180 Ever
00:52:37.800 It is a hard line
00:52:40.020 And that standard is really hard
00:52:42.420 It's painfully hard
00:52:43.940 Because
00:52:45.100 What our citizenship requires
00:52:48.020 This is civics
00:52:49.220 What our citizenships require
00:52:51.400 Is that we defend
00:52:54.160 Oh
00:52:54.980 I hate this
00:52:56.120 We defend the right of your opponent
00:52:58.600 To mock
00:52:59.580 Everything that we hold sacred
00:53:01.640 Now I want you to think this
00:53:02.680 You can burn a bible
00:53:04.060 You can burn
00:53:06.120 The word
00:53:06.900 Of god
00:53:07.800 But some want to make it illegal
00:53:10.140 To burn the flag
00:53:11.080 Where are our priorities
00:53:14.080 You can burn the constitution
00:53:17.160 The words that actually
00:53:19.320 Are the ones that stir us
00:53:20.780 Into action
00:53:21.920 But you can't burn a flag
00:53:24.240 You can't burn
00:53:28.520 A Quran
00:53:29.740 Can't burn one
00:53:31.760 Can't
00:53:32.300 Can't
00:53:33.000 You will
00:53:34.120 You will
00:53:34.680 Quickly come to a quick end
00:53:36.980 Not legally
00:53:37.700 But you will come to a quick end
00:53:40.060 I don't ever want to be like that
00:53:42.740 Ever
00:53:43.840 You burn a bible
00:53:45.520 I think you're a monster
00:53:46.600 What is wrong with you
00:53:47.720 What is wrong with you
00:53:49.360 But you have a right to do it
00:53:52.320 Why are we drawing a line
00:53:56.220 Around the flag
00:53:56.860 The reason is
00:53:58.320 Is because we feel things
00:53:59.980 So passionately
00:54:00.840 And that is really a good thing
00:54:03.120 To feel love of country
00:54:05.140 So passionately
00:54:06.220 But then we have to temper that
00:54:09.240 My father used to tell me
00:54:11.960 That I think this country
00:54:13.120 Needs to hear
00:54:14.160 Over and over again
00:54:15.020 Every day
00:54:15.560 My father used to
00:54:17.380 We would talk to somebody
00:54:18.380 And we'd walk away
00:54:19.180 And he'd go
00:54:19.580 I
00:54:20.000 So disagree
00:54:22.700 With everything that man just said
00:54:24.260 But
00:54:26.380 Glenn
00:54:27.460 Son
00:54:28.620 He would say
00:54:29.380 I will fight to the death
00:54:31.640 For his right to say it
00:54:33.080 He used to say that to me
00:54:35.780 All the time
00:54:36.700 Which now leads me to believe
00:54:38.320 I know where I got my strong opinions from
00:54:40.540 Because
00:54:41.080 Dad apparently
00:54:42.500 Disagreed with a lot of people
00:54:44.440 All the time
00:54:45.040 But that was the essence of freedom
00:54:47.280 That is the essence
00:54:48.300 Of what sets us apart
00:54:49.960 Standing for universal
00:54:51.700 And eternal rights
00:54:53.280 Like free speech
00:54:54.700 It's not easy
00:54:55.780 It means you have to take the sides
00:54:57.780 Of those people that offend you
00:54:59.240 It doesn't mean you
00:55:00.900 It doesn't mean you have to agree with it
00:55:02.820 You can fight against it
00:55:04.320 You can argue back and forth
00:55:06.300 But you
00:55:07.080 You tolerate the insults
00:55:09.660 To the things that you love most
00:55:11.600 That is so hard
00:55:14.640 And that is why
00:55:15.620 Most of the world
00:55:16.680 Does not have
00:55:18.080 Freedom of speech
00:55:19.060 It's too hard
00:55:20.980 But our founders believed
00:55:23.740 People are better than that
00:55:25.640 Our citizens
00:55:27.320 Can rule themselves
00:55:29.020 The only way you can rule yourself
00:55:31.380 Is if you don't have
00:55:33.060 Limits on freedom of speech
00:55:35.800 So the question is
00:55:36.840 Do we want to remain free
00:55:38.560 Or do we want to just feel good
00:55:41.000 It really is that simple
00:55:47.040 It's why no one else
00:55:49.280 Has freedom of speech
00:55:50.200 It's too hard
00:55:51.900 I think we're up to the task
00:55:54.840 Okay give me 60 seconds
00:55:56.340 And then we're going to try
00:55:57.080 Darren again
00:55:58.480 The
00:55:59.640 There are certain moments in history
00:56:02.280 That test not just entire nations
00:56:04.440 But the hearts of those
00:56:05.680 Who live in the nations
00:56:07.180 And right now
00:56:08.520 The people of Israel
00:56:09.740 Are living in one of those moments
00:56:11.180 Sirens in the night
00:56:12.040 Families huddled together
00:56:13.440 Elderly men and women
00:56:14.720 Who remember a time
00:56:15.640 When help never came
00:56:17.140 All of them wonder
00:56:18.260 Is anybody going to stand with us
00:56:19.520 This time
00:56:20.100 The International Fellowship
00:56:21.720 Of Christians and Jews
00:56:22.560 Exists to answer that question
00:56:24.460 They provide food
00:56:25.360 Shelter
00:56:25.760 Security
00:56:26.260 And hope
00:56:27.060 Real hope
00:56:28.600 And help
00:56:29.100 In the middle of a crisis
00:56:30.040 And every act of generosity
00:56:31.900 From people like you
00:56:32.780 Sends a clear message
00:56:33.760 You are not alone
00:56:35.500 When you support the fellowship
00:56:37.580 You are joining hands
00:56:38.780 With believers all around the world
00:56:40.120 To lift up God's people
00:56:41.340 When they need it most
00:56:42.780 And it is a promise
00:56:44.440 In action
00:56:45.340 It's a testimony
00:56:46.780 That our faith
00:56:47.620 Isn't just words
00:56:48.780 It's love delivered
00:56:49.740 Right on time
00:56:50.640 And this is your chance
00:56:52.020 To be part of something
00:56:52.860 That really truly matters
00:56:54.000 Something that is eternal
00:56:55.400 To stand shoulder to shoulder
00:56:56.900 With Israel
00:56:57.460 And say
00:56:57.960 We're with you
00:56:58.740 I'm not going to fight your wars
00:56:59.820 I'm not going to fund your wars
00:57:01.060 But
00:57:01.980 We're with you
00:57:03.080 You have a right

00:57:13.320 Ten seconds
00:57:14.140 Back
00:57:14.860 Back to the program
00:57:15.620 All right
00:57:29.360 Let me
00:57:29.880 Let me bring
00:57:31.180 Darren in
00:57:31.720 Darren are you there now?
00:57:33.740 Yes
00:57:34.000 Oh
00:57:34.700 Thank goodness
00:57:36.100 Thank you for putting up with this
00:57:38.040 I don't know what happened
00:57:38.660 To the phone system
00:57:39.280 But
00:57:39.480 First of all
00:57:40.560 Tell me what the
00:57:41.380 U.S. Institute of Peace is
00:57:43.520 I've never even heard of it
00:57:44.960 That is a fantastic question
00:57:48.840 And I'll try to give the abbreviated answer
00:57:51.520 Because I know we don't have several hours
00:57:53.660 This time
00:57:54.320 Yeah, I know
00:57:54.840 But
00:57:55.040 U.S. Institute of Peace
00:57:57.640 Is
00:57:58.240 One
00:57:59.200 Lesser known
00:58:01.140 But
00:58:01.720 Quite important
00:58:03.220 Member of the NGO
00:58:05.600 Archipelago
00:58:06.540 That was
00:58:07.860 Created in the 80s
00:58:09.720 It belongs to the same cohort
00:58:11.780 As
00:58:12.400 National Endowment for Democracy
00:58:14.960 And some other better
00:58:17.040 Some other better known NGOs
00:58:20.620 That really in the broad context of things
00:58:23.700 And in kind of the sweep of things
00:58:25.900 Was created as a kind of
00:58:28.740 Reorganization of the government structure
00:58:32.000 In the aftermath of the church
00:58:34.900 Pike committee hearings
00:58:36.880 That exposed a lot of the dirty dealings
00:58:39.140 Of government agencies
00:58:40.520 Such as the CIA
00:58:41.540 And so
00:58:42.260 Sort of a broader response
00:58:44.080 To that government wide
00:58:45.300 Was to create
00:58:46.920 This NGO layer of governance
00:58:49.840 With an arms distance
00:58:51.760 Plausible deniability
00:58:53.360 A kind of chameleon character
00:58:55.720 Of not exactly being government
00:58:57.360 Not exactly being private
00:58:58.960 In order to fulfill
00:59:00.680 Some of those
00:59:01.480 More sensitive functions
00:59:03.180 That had been exposed
00:59:04.440 In the course of the church hearings
00:59:06.900 And so
00:59:07.380 U.S. Institute of Peace
00:59:09.280 Is one of those NGOs
00:59:10.660 That had a particular focus
00:59:12.360 On
00:59:12.880 Conflict regions
00:59:14.660 But of course
00:59:15.540 As I think you
00:59:16.840 Suggested
00:59:18.120 Earlier
00:59:19.120 Peace
00:59:21.160 Requires at the very least
00:59:22.740 An asterisk
00:59:23.500 Because they're involved
00:59:24.400 In a lot of things
00:59:25.180 That conventionally
00:59:26.540 According to
00:59:27.180 I think
00:59:27.560 Most American citizens
00:59:28.840 Would not think
00:59:29.680 Should belong
00:59:30.640 As part of the portfolio
00:59:32.040 Of something
00:59:33.120 Calling itself
00:59:33.880 An Institute of Peace
00:59:35.040 So what was the thing
00:59:37.320 With the
00:59:37.940 With this
00:59:39.640 Taliban
00:59:40.260 Member
00:59:41.620 That was getting
00:59:42.800 Money from us
00:59:43.960 Right
00:59:45.700 So this is
00:59:46.380 This is an interesting
00:59:47.540 Case
00:59:48.100 This comes
00:59:48.620 So
00:59:48.940 There is a whole saga
00:59:50.400 Of a takeover
00:59:51.580 Of the U.S. Institute of Peace
00:59:53.540 Under
00:59:54.520 Under Doge
00:59:55.620 And
00:59:56.540 That's really
00:59:57.500 A fascinating story
00:59:58.660 Unto itself
00:59:59.460 Just to give you
01:00:00.040 A sense of
01:00:00.760 What these characters
01:00:01.980 Were like
01:00:02.620 They
01:00:03.040 Barricaded
01:00:04.260 Themselves
01:00:04.880 In the offices
01:00:05.680 They
01:00:06.220 Sabotaged
01:00:07.440 The physical
01:00:08.100 Infrastructure
01:00:08.920 Of the building
01:00:09.620 There were reports
01:00:10.900 Of
01:00:11.400 There being
01:00:11.900 Loaded guns
01:00:12.960 Within
01:00:13.500 Offices
01:00:14.460 There was
01:00:15.740 One
01:00:16.260 Like
01:00:16.860 Hostage
01:00:17.580 Situation
01:00:18.260 Where they
01:00:18.680 Held
01:00:19.000 A security
01:00:20.180 Guard
01:00:20.720 Under
01:00:21.940 Basically
01:00:22.720 Kind of
01:00:23.400 A
01:00:23.720 False
01:00:24.420 Imprisman
01:00:25.140 Type
01:00:25.400 Situation
01:00:25.980 It
01:00:26.820 Was
01:00:27.080 Extremely
01:00:28.400 Intense
01:00:29.120 Far
01:00:29.440 More
01:00:29.700 So
01:00:30.100 Than
01:00:30.460 The
01:00:31.100 Better
01:00:31.540 Known

01:00:35.100 Of

01:01:33.200 Truly
01:01:33.740 Bizarre
01:01:34.200 Thing

01:01:54.060 This

01:02:09.760 It's

01:04:28.100 Is
01:04:28.340 Pushing
01:04:28.660 Out
01:04:28.980 Money
01:04:29.260 To
01:04:29.460 NGOs
01:04:29.920 To

01:04:30.760 Governments
01:04:31.280 And
01:04:31.400 Everything
01:04:31.580 Else
01:04:31.840 It

01:04:38.580 That
01:04:38.880 That's
01:04:40.940 A
01:04:41.040 Great
01:04:41.200 Question

01:04:43.660 Of
01:04:43.840 The

01:04:45.140 Layer
01:04:45.640 Structure
01:04:46.240 This
01:04:46.560 Was
01:04:46.800 You
01:04:47.180 You

01:04:51.760 Came
01:04:52.060 From
01:04:52.280 USA
01:04:52.720 So
01:04:53.580 In
01:04:53.700 Many
01:04:53.900 Ways
01:04:54.240 It
01:04:54.380 Was
01:04:54.560 A
01:04:54.700 Cut
01:04:54.900 Out
01:04:55.100 Of

01:04:55.700 Which
01:04:56.140 Is

01:08:56.900 is
01:08:57.200 letting
01:08:57.560 come
01:08:57.860 in
01:08:58.160 now
01:08:58.600 there's
01:08:59.100 got
01:08:59.460 to be
01:08:59.800 more
01:09:00.080 of
01:09:00.320 this
01:09:00.540 story
01:09:00.920 on
01:09:01.280 why
01:09:01.720 he's
01:09:02.080 allowing
01:09:02.440 that
01:09:02.880 but
01:09:04.260 I
01:09:04.460 mean
01:09:04.600 these
01:09:04.860 are
01:09:04.980 people
01:09:05.240 that
01:09:05.500 if
01:09:05.860 I'm
01:09:06.000 not
01:09:06.140 mistaken
01:09:06.600 and
01:09:06.740 that's
01:09:06.880 my
01:09:07.020 first
01:09:07.240 question
01:09:07.520 Peter
01:09:07.860 aren't
01:09:09.100 these
01:09:09.320 students
01:09:09.720 they
01:09:09.960 you
01:09:10.240 have
01:09:10.580 to
01:09:10.740 be
01:09:10.880 close
01:09:11.240 to
01:09:11.440 the
01:09:11.800 CCP
01:09:12.820 to
01:09:13.360 be
01:09:13.540 able
01:09:13.800 to
01:09:14.200 travel
01:09:15.180 to
01:09:15.360 the
01:09:15.460 United
01:09:15.660 States
01:09:15.960 don't
01:09:16.180 you
01:09:16.300 have
01:09:16.460 to
01:09:16.560 be
01:09:16.700 well
01:09:16.980 connected
01:09:17.440 with
01:09:18.080 the
01:09:18.200 Communist
01:09:18.500 Party
01:09:18.880 yeah
01:09:20.540 that's
01:09:20.840 right
01:09:21.060 Glenn
01:09:21.320 I
01:09:21.500 mean
01:09:21.680 look
01:09:22.020 the
01:09:22.600 reason
01:09:23.000 I
01:09:23.180 think
01:09:23.440 that
01:09:23.620 Trump
01:09:23.980 is
01:09:24.280 allowing
01:09:24.800 this
01:09:25.140 to
01:09:25.340 happen
01:09:25.680 is
01:09:25.920 because
01:09:26.200 this
01:09:26.560 is
01:09:26.800 a
01:09:27.020 top
01:09:27.400 priority
01:09:27.940 for
01:09:28.260 Xi
01:09:28.520 and
01:09:28.880 they're
01:09:29.020 trying
01:09:29.240 to
01:09:29.380 negotiate
01:09:29.820 a
01:09:30.060 whole
01:09:30.200 bunch
01:09:30.480 of
01:09:30.620 things
01:09:31.040 but
01:09:31.380 I
01:09:31.880 still
01:09:32.240 think
01:09:32.620 it
01:09:32.820 is
01:09:32.980 a
01:09:33.100 mistake
01:09:33.540 and
01:09:33.760 here's
01:09:34.040 why
01:09:34.480 there's
01:09:34.980 600,000
01:09:35.840 Chinese
01:09:36.340 students
01:09:36.660 that come
01:09:36.980 to the
01:09:37.200 United
01:09:37.420 States
01:09:37.920 American
01:09:38.720 students
01:09:39.100 going
01:09:39.340 to
01:09:39.500 China
01:09:39.860 is
01:09:40.120 a
01:09:40.260 trickle
01:09:40.720 so
01:09:40.980 this
01:09:41.200 is
01:09:41.360 not
01:09:41.680 about
01:09:42.080 an
01:09:42.320 exchange
01:09:48.880 and
01:09:49.100 you
01:09:49.180 remember
01:09:49.580 the
01:09:49.780 rest
01:09:49.960 of
01:09:50.080 your
01:09:50.160 life
01:09:50.380 it's
01:09:50.640 not
01:09:50.920 that
01:09:51.220 at
01:09:51.440 all
01:09:51.920 the
01:09:52.800 students
01:09:53.220 that
01:09:53.440 come

01:09:53.920 United
01:09:54.160 States
01:09:54.640 are

01:09:56.320 views
01:09:56.760 their
01:09:56.940 families
01:09:57.500 are
01:09:57.720 screened
01:09:58.100 for
01:09:58.220 their
01:09:58.380 political
01:09:58.700 views
01:09:59.240 their
01:10:00.040 costs
01:10:00.580 are
01:10:00.860 borne
01:10:01.240 by
01:10:01.420 the
01:10:01.620 Chinese
01:10:02.000 government
01:10:02.580 so
01:10:03.040 when
01:10:03.240 they
01:10:03.380 are
01:10:03.560 here
01:10:04.000 they
01:10:04.360 are
01:10:04.520 functionaries
01:10:05.460 of
01:10:05.820 the
01:10:06.020 Chinese
01:10:06.440 government
01:10:06.960 and
01:10:07.540 if
01:10:07.680 they
01:10:07.800 fail
01:10:08.140 to
01:10:08.320 fall
01:10:08.560 in
01:10:08.740 line
01:10:09.040 or
01:10:09.200 do
01:10:09.340 what
01:10:09.480 they're
01:10:09.640 asked
01:10:10.040 damage
01:10:10.880 can
01:10:11.140 come
01:10:11.340 to
01:10:18.880 that
01:10:19.300 this
01:10:19.860 would
01:10:20.040 make
01:10:20.240 the
01:10:20.420 Chinese
01:10:20.800 elite
01:10:21.240 more
01:10:21.520 like
01:10:21.820 us
01:10:22.200 right
01:10:22.500 they
01:10:22.640 get
01:10:22.800 to
01:10:22.960 know
01:10:23.240 us
01:10:23.480 they
01:10:23.600 become
01:10:23.820 more
01:10:24.920 Americanized
01:10:25.620 the
01:10:26.440 vast
01:10:26.800 majority
01:10:27.260 of
01:10:27.680 the
01:10:27.940 hardline
01:10:28.780 aides
01:10:29.260 around
01:10:29.580 President
01:10:30.020 Xi
01:10:30.360 were
01:10:30.680 educated
01:10:31.260 in
01:10:31.520 the
01:10:31.620 United
01:10:31.840 States
01:10:32.200 primarily
01:10:32.760 at
01:10:33.040 places
01:10:33.320 like
01:10:33.640 Harvard
01:10:34.020 so
01:10:34.360 it's
01:10:34.860 not
01:10:35.080 working
01:10:35.500 the
01:10:35.700 Chinese
01:10:36.000 leadership
01:10:36.420 is
01:10:36.680 actually
01:10:36.960 more
01:10:37.260 hardline
01:10:37.940 now
01:10:38.340 than
01:10:38.540 it
01:10:38.700 was
01:10:39.180 under
01:10:39.620 Ku
01:10:40.200 Jintao
01:10:41.040 or
01:10:41.300 under
01:10:41.580 Deng
01:10:41.860 Xiaoping
01:10:42.280 and
01:10:43.400 they're
01:10:43.600 more
01:10:43.840 Western
01:10:44.260 educated
01:10:44.840 so
01:10:45.080 it's
01:10:45.280 not
01:10:45.580 doing
01:10:46.000 what
01:10:46.260 they
01:10:46.600 claimed
01:10:47.000 it
01:10:47.140 was
01:10:47.280 going
01:10:47.460 to
01:10:47.560 do
01:10:47.820 so
01:10:48.840 why
01:10:49.200 is
01:10:49.380 he
01:10:49.480 doing
01:10:49.700 this
01:10:50.060 I
01:10:51.640 think
01:10:51.820 Trump's
01:10:52.180 doing
01:10:52.440 it
01:10:52.640 because
01:10:53.160 he
01:10:53.420 is
01:10:53.540 trying
01:10:53.880 to
01:10:54.160 secure
01:10:54.780 you know
01:10:55.680 a series
01:10:56.040 of trade
01:10:56.540 deals
01:10:56.840 with the
01:10:57.160 Chinese
01:10:57.560 he's
01:10:58.020 trying
01:10:58.260 to
01:10:58.540 deal
01:10:58.940 with
01:10:59.140 them
01:10:59.380 on
01:10:59.620 the
01:10:59.880 Ukraine
01:11:00.400 Russia
01:11:00.760 war
01:11:01.160 to
01:11:01.320 pressure
01:11:01.600 Russia
01:11:02.020 he's
01:11:02.320 got
01:11:02.440 a
01:11:02.560 whole
01:11:02.720 bunch
01:11:02.980 of
01:11:03.100 things
01:11:03.320 on
01:11:03.560 his
01:11:03.720 agenda
01:11:04.100 this
01:11:04.840 is
01:11:05.000 a
01:11:05.160 priority
01:11:05.680 for
01:11:06.060 Xi
01:11:06.420 I
01:11:07.260 understand
01:11:08.480 that
01:11:08.720 but
01:11:08.880 why
01:11:09.180 would
01:11:09.400 it
01:11:09.500 be
01:11:09.620 a
01:11:09.760 priority
01:11:10.140 for
01:11:10.440 Xi
01:11:10.640 I
01:11:10.840 mean
01:11:11.080 he
01:11:11.480 gets
01:11:11.960 600,000
01:11:13.500 spies
01:11:14.100 here
01:11:14.640 in the
01:11:14.860 United
01:11:15.080 States
01:11:15.540 yes
01:11:15.840 that's
01:11:16.980 correct
01:11:17.340 and so
01:11:17.780 here's
01:11:18.100 what
01:11:18.240 we
01:11:18.400 know
01:11:18.700 we
01:11:18.920 know
01:11:19.160 the
01:11:19.340 Chinese
01:11:19.660 students
01:11:20.060 coming
01:11:20.360 to
01:11:20.480 the
01:11:20.600 United
01:11:20.800 States
01:11:21.200 have
01:11:21.420 engaged
01:11:21.860 in
01:11:22.060 espionage
01:11:22.880 and
01:11:23.320 by
01:11:23.520 the
01:11:23.620 way
01:11:23.780 they're
01:11:23.980 not
01:11:24.240 coming
01:11:24.560 here
01:11:24.780 to
01:11:24.940 study
01:11:25.260 comparative
01:11:25.800 literature
01:11:26.340 or
01:11:26.700 sociology
01:11:27.300 their
01:11:27.840 vast
01:11:28.600 majority
01:11:29.600 over
01:11:30.000 90%
01:11:30.700 are
01:11:31.300 in the
01:11:31.520 hard
01:11:31.740 sciences
01:11:32.260 so
01:11:33.340 it
01:11:33.640 is
01:11:33.860 stealing
01:11:34.560 our
01:11:34.820 secrets
01:11:35.200 we
01:11:35.660 also
01:11:35.940 know
01:11:36.220 by
01:11:36.500 the
01:11:36.660 way
01:11:36.960 that
01:11:37.260 the
01:11:37.920 fentanyl
01:11:38.560 trade
01:11:38.980 in
01:11:39.120 the
01:11:39.220 United
01:11:39.460 States
01:11:39.960 as
01:11:40.160 we've
01:11:40.400 talked
01:11:40.640 about
01:11:40.880 before
01:11:41.280 the
01:11:41.520 Chinese
01:11:41.840 are
01:11:42.040 intimately
01:11:42.380 involved
01:11:42.820 in
01:11:43.020 that
01:11:43.300 a
01:11:43.900 key
01:11:44.200 component
01:11:44.740 of
01:11:45.040 the
01:11:45.220 money
01:11:45.500 laundering
01:11:46.040 is
01:11:46.360 Chinese
01:11:46.840 students
01:11:47.380 in
01:11:47.780 the
01:11:47.940 United
01:11:48.260 States
01:11:48.720 who
01:11:49.020 are
01:11:49.160 taking
01:11:49.460 suitcases
01:11:50.360 full
01:11:50.740 of
01:11:50.940 cash
01:11:51.480 to
01:11:52.060 Chinese
01:11:52.560 state
01:11:52.900 owned
01:11:53.100 banks
01:11:53.460 this
01:11:53.660 is
01:11:53.800 well
01:11:53.980 documented
01:11:54.560 so
01:11:55.180 there
01:11:55.420 is
01:11:55.760 a
01:11:56.020 component
01:11:56.660 to
01:11:56.940 it
01:11:57.080 there
01:11:57.380 there's
01:11:57.940 also
01:11:58.200 a
01:11:58.480 political
01:11:58.940 component
01:11:59.560 to
01:11:59.880 it
01:12:00.020 Chinese
01:12:00.340 students
01:12:00.760 in
01:12:00.920 the
01:12:01.000 United
01:12:01.220 States
01:12:01.700 have
01:12:01.920 done
01:12:02.140 everything
01:12:02.680 from
01:12:03.300 shout
01:12:04.120 down
01:12:04.500 speakers
01:12:05.000 on
01:12:05.280 college
01:12:05.620 campuses
01:12:06.140 that
01:12:06.400 are
01:12:06.520 critical
01:12:06.880 of
01:12:07.120 China
01:12:07.480 there
01:12:08.020 have
01:12:08.180 been
01:12:08.280 reports
01:12:08.760 in
01:12:08.980 California
01:12:09.600 of
01:12:10.000 Chinese
01:12:10.360 students
01:12:10.740 being
01:12:11.100 bused
01:12:11.740 to
01:12:12.140 places
01:12:12.520 like
01:12:12.880 San
01:12:13.180 Francisco
01:12:13.660 to
01:12:14.080 engage
01:12:14.480 in
01:12:14.680 counter
01:12:15.060 protests
01:12:15.740 when
01:12:16.560 people
01:12:16.880 are
01:12:17.240 concerned
01:12:17.840 about
01:12:18.160 human
01:12:18.440 rights
01:12:18.800 in
01:12:19.020 Tibet
01:12:19.420 when
01:12:20.120 President
01:12:20.560 Xi
01:12:20.980 visited
01:12:22.060 San
01:12:22.560 Francisco
01:12:23.060 there
01:12:23.640 were
01:12:23.820 thousands
01:12:24.240 of
01:12:24.820 Chinese
01:12:25.200 students
01:12:25.640 bused
01:12:26.200 in
01:12:26.560 there
01:12:27.020 to
01:12:27.180 organize
01:12:27.700 pro-Xi
01:12:28.460 rallies
01:12:29.020 so
01:12:29.420 there's
01:12:29.980 also
01:12:30.240 a
01:12:30.500 political
01:12:30.940 force
01:12:31.580 component
01:12:32.120 to
01:12:32.380 this
01:12:32.760 wasn't
01:12:33.900 there
01:12:34.040 not
01:12:34.380 one
01:12:35.100 or two
01:12:35.560 students
01:12:36.060 or were
01:12:36.280 they
01:12:36.360 just
01:12:36.540 scientists
01:12:37.280 just
01:12:38.000 recently
01:12:38.560 that
01:12:38.780 were
01:12:38.880 trying
01:12:39.160 to
01:12:39.300 bring
01:12:39.480 in
01:12:39.760 really
01:12:40.360 dangerous
01:12:41.000 stuff
01:12:41.400 and
01:12:41.540 we
01:12:41.680 caught
01:12:42.080 them
01:12:42.320 but
01:12:42.680 twice
01:12:43.320 we
01:12:43.760 caught
01:12:44.000 them
01:12:44.240 that
01:12:45.240 just
01:12:45.420 happened
01:12:45.600 a couple
01:12:45.880 of
01:12:45.980 months
01:12:46.140 ago
01:12:46.260 do
01:12:46.360 you
01:12:46.400 remember
01:12:46.580 that
01:12:46.740 story
01:12:46.960 Peter
01:12:47.220 yes
01:12:48.480 that's
01:12:48.880 exactly
01:12:49.200 right
01:12:49.560 and
01:12:49.760 so
01:12:50.020 yeah
01:12:50.300 these
01:12:50.580 were
01:12:50.740 scientists
01:12:51.260 but
01:12:51.600 these
01:12:51.820 are
01:12:51.980 scientists
01:12:52.420 that
01:12:53.080 oftentimes
01:12:54.340 are
01:12:55.000 educated
01:12:55.640 in the
01:12:55.980 West
01:12:56.340 they
01:12:57.120 take
01:12:57.480 on
01:12:57.780 research
01:13:00.500 universities
01:13:01.280 like
01:13:01.700 the
01:13:01.860 University
01:13:02.240 of
01:13:02.540 Michigan
01:13:02.900 as
01:13:03.640 in
01:13:03.780 this
01:13:03.960 particular
01:13:04.320 case
01:13:04.840 and
01:13:05.840 so
01:13:06.080 they
01:13:06.260 sometimes
01:13:06.800 bring
01:13:07.300 in
01:13:07.620 dangerous
01:13:08.360 things
01:13:09.040 there
01:13:09.240 was
01:13:09.380 a
01:13:09.500 report
01:13:09.840 in
01:13:10.060 Canada
01:13:10.440 of
01:13:10.700 Chinese
01:13:11.020 students
01:13:11.420 that
01:13:11.660 were
01:13:11.860 bringing
01:13:12.480 in
01:13:12.760 pathogens
01:13:13.600 related
01:13:14.640 to
01:13:15.020 COVID
01:13:15.440 back
01:13:16.140 in
01:13:16.340 2019
01:13:17.120 widely
01:13:18.400 reported
01:13:18.900 in
01:13:19.160 Canada
01:13:19.500 so
01:13:20.100 it's
01:13:20.260 an
01:13:20.400 enormous
01:13:20.780 problem
01:13:21.360 and
01:13:21.640 it's
01:13:21.880 not
01:13:22.340 really
01:13:22.900 something
01:13:23.400 that
01:13:23.760 we
01:13:24.000 are
01:13:24.180 focused
01:13:24.680 on
01:13:24.980 again
01:13:25.180 we
01:13:25.380 are
01:13:25.520 teaching
01:13:25.900 and
01:13:26.100 we
01:13:26.220 are
01:13:26.360 treating
01:13:26.620 them
01:13:26.840 as
01:13:27.000 if
01:13:27.160 they're
01:13:27.320 German
01:13:27.660 exchange
01:13:28.140 students
01:13:30.500 that
01:13:30.820 is
01:13:30.980 not
01:13:31.300 how
01:13:31.540 China
01:13:31.920 views
01:13:32.340 this
01:13:32.620 they
01:13:32.840 view
01:13:33.160 this
01:13:33.420 as
01:13:33.580 a
01:13:33.720 component
01:13:34.220 and
01:13:34.520 an
01:13:34.720 extension
01:13:35.120 of
01:13:35.340 the
01:13:35.460 state
01:13:35.860 and
01:13:36.600 the
01:13:36.760 students
01:13:37.060 need
01:13:37.320 to
01:13:37.460 fall
01:13:37.680 in
01:13:37.820 line
01:13:38.020 and
01:13:38.140 if
01:13:38.280 they
01:13:38.440 don't
01:13:38.760 they're
01:13:38.900 going to
01:13:39.100 suffer
01:13:39.340 serious
01:13:39.780 consequences
01:13:40.500 Donald
01:13:42.880 Trump
01:13:43.140 is so
01:13:43.580 strategic
01:13:44.140 and
01:13:44.660 nothing
01:13:45.200 he
01:13:45.480 does
01:13:45.940 is
01:13:47.200 without
01:13:47.680 several
01:13:48.580 things
01:13:49.160 down
01:13:49.420 the
01:13:49.600 line
01:13:49.800 he's
01:13:50.140 usually
01:13:50.460 playing
01:13:50.860 3D
01:13:51.240 chess
01:13:51.540 he's
01:13:51.720 way
01:13:51.880 ahead
01:13:52.080 of
01:13:52.200 everybody
01:13:52.480 else
01:13:52.780 I
01:13:53.340 cannot
01:13:53.720 imagine
01:13:54.320 what
01:13:54.720 we're
01:13:54.940 getting
01:13:55.220 out
01:13:55.460 of
01:13:55.580 this
01:13:55.780 that
01:13:55.980 would
01:13:56.260 balance
01:13:57.340 this
01:13:57.840 in
01:13:58.120 our
01:13:58.320 favor
01:13:58.680 but
01:13:59.720 we'll
01:14:00.520 have
01:14:00.700 to
01:14:00.900 see
01:14:01.700 is
01:14:02.240 anything
01:14:02.660 being
01:14:02.960 done
01:14:03.280 on
01:14:03.760 the
01:14:04.080 Chinese
01:14:04.400 buying
01:14:04.720 up
01:14:04.880 land
01:14:05.160 I
01:14:05.360 know
01:14:05.540 you're
01:14:05.940 on
01:14:06.080 a
01:14:06.220 big
01:14:06.360 story
01:14:06.640 now
01:14:06.940 about
01:14:07.280 how
01:14:07.680 much
01:14:07.880 land
01:14:08.140 is
01:14:08.300 being
01:14:08.580 purchased
01:14:09.380 up
01:14:09.620 in
01:14:09.700 the
01:14:09.800 northeast
01:14:10.360 that
01:14:11.540 is
01:14:11.780 extraordinarily
01:14:12.360 dangerous
01:14:13.060 yeah
01:14:14.500 so
01:14:14.820 we're
01:14:15.080 working
01:14:15.620 on
01:14:15.960 a
01:14:16.620 report
01:14:17.020 right
01:14:17.320 now
01:14:17.740 one
01:14:18.160 of
01:14:18.320 our
01:14:18.560 top
01:14:19.080 researchers
01:14:19.740 picked
01:14:20.700 20
01:14:21.320 military
01:14:22.000 bases
01:14:22.460 at
01:14:22.720 random
01:14:23.060 in
01:14:23.240 the
01:14:23.340 United
01:14:23.600 States
01:14:24.060 and
01:14:24.440 he
01:14:24.580 wanted
01:14:24.820 to
01:14:25.780 say
01:14:26.760 of
01:14:27.040 those
01:14:27.280 20
01:14:27.660 military
01:14:28.180 installations
01:14:28.880 how
01:14:29.440 many
01:14:29.840 have
01:14:30.360 Chinese
01:14:31.120 owned
01:14:31.480 land
01:14:31.900 that
01:14:32.160 is
01:14:32.340 just
01:14:32.700 adjacent
01:14:33.240 to
01:14:33.500 those
01:14:33.680 military
01:14:34.100 bases
01:14:34.540 the
01:14:35.200 answer
01:14:35.500 Glenn
01:14:35.780 is
01:14:35.980 all
01:14:36.260 20
01:14:36.680 so
01:14:37.660 this
01:14:38.040 is
01:14:38.520 a
01:14:38.820 massive
01:14:39.300 problem
01:14:40.020 it's
01:14:40.480 you know
01:14:40.860 land
01:14:41.200 purchases
01:14:41.560 is not
01:14:41.880 regulated
01:14:42.420 at the
01:14:42.720 national
01:14:43.020 level
01:14:43.320 of the
01:14:43.520 United
01:14:43.740 States
01:14:44.160 they
01:14:44.380 not
01:14:44.840 necessarily
01:14:45.300 should
01:14:45.720 be
01:14:46.020 it's
01:14:46.720 done
01:14:46.880 at the
01:14:47.120 state
01:14:47.420 level
01:14:47.720 in
01:14:47.880 certain
01:14:48.140 states
01:14:48.480 like
01:14:48.720 Florida
01:14:49.140 and
01:14:49.340 others
01:14:49.680 have
01:14:50.280 worked
01:14:50.580 hard
01:14:50.940 to
01:14:51.120 pass
01:14:51.500 legislation
01:14:52.120 in
01:14:52.320 this
01:14:52.500 area
01:14:52.840 the
01:14:53.400 problem
01:14:53.700 is
01:14:53.820 you
01:14:53.920 have
01:14:54.060 states
01:14:54.400 like
01:14:54.720 California
01:14:55.460 where
01:14:56.500 there
01:14:56.780 was
01:14:57.060 legislation
01:14:57.820 passed
01:14:58.560 in
01:14:58.940 the
01:14:59.180 state
01:14:59.700 senate
01:15:00.020 the
01:15:00.220 state
01:15:00.500 assembly
01:15:01.440 on a
01:15:02.740 bipartisan
01:15:03.260 basis
01:15:03.820 that
01:15:04.560 said
01:15:05.000 foreign
01:15:05.900 hostile
01:15:06.500 governments
01:15:07.280 cannot
01:15:10.800 buy
01:15:11.300 land
01:15:11.760 in
01:15:11.940 California
01:15:12.580 Gavin
01:15:13.340 Newsom
01:15:13.820 actually
01:15:15.300 vetoed
01:15:16.180 that
01:15:16.440 bill
01:15:16.840 so
01:15:17.620 the
01:15:18.260 problem
01:15:18.620 is
01:15:18.960 yeah
01:15:19.580 it
01:15:19.900 was
01:15:20.340 that
01:15:20.600 narrowly
01:15:21.120 written
01:15:21.400 bipartisan
01:15:22.100 support
01:15:22.580 Gavin
01:15:23.040 newsom
01:15:23.560 vetoed
01:15:24.260 that
01:15:24.440 bill
01:15:24.760 and
01:15:24.940 I
01:15:25.080 think
01:15:25.300 part
01:15:25.600 of
01:15:25.720 the
01:15:25.840 reason
01:15:26.100 frankly
01:15:26.560 is
01:15:26.960 you
01:15:27.460 know
01:15:27.540 he's
01:15:27.740 involved
01:15:28.020 in
01:15:28.160 the
01:15:28.280 wine
01:15:28.500 business
01:15:28.860 he
01:15:29.160 has
01:15:29.480 land
01:15:30.040 vineyards
01:15:30.840 in
01:15:31.240 the
01:15:32.400 wine
01:15:32.740 area
01:15:33.220 and
01:15:33.620 Chinese
01:15:34.260 state
01:15:34.660 companies
01:15:35.080 have
01:15:35.320 been
01:15:35.480 buying
01:15:35.980 up
01:15:36.300 vineyards
01:15:37.120 in
01:15:37.780 Napa
01:15:38.060 Valley
01:15:38.300 so
01:15:38.500 probably
01:15:38.860 would
01:15:39.040 have
01:15:39.140 affected
01:15:39.520 the
01:15:39.720 valuations
01:15:40.360 of
01:15:40.640 his
01:15:40.800 property
01:15:41.260 that's
01:15:42.060 I
01:15:42.220 think
01:15:42.420 one
01:15:42.580 of
01:15:42.660 the
01:15:42.760 motivations
01:15:43.260 and
01:15:43.720 as
01:15:43.940 we've
01:15:44.160 talked
01:15:44.380 about
01:15:44.600 before
01:15:45.020 he
01:15:45.240 has
01:15:45.520 a
01:15:45.740 long
01:15:46.780 history
01:15:52.100 people
01:15:52.420 involved
01:15:52.840 with
01:15:53.020 Chinese
01:15:53.360 organized
01:15:53.720 crimes
01:15:54.400 so
01:15:54.820 the
01:15:55.760 land
01:15:56.100 issue
01:15:56.320 is
01:15:56.700 not
01:15:56.900 going
01:15:57.220 anywhere
01:15:57.600 it's
01:15:57.880 a
01:15:58.020 major
01:15:58.280 problem
01:15:58.800 Peter
01:16:00.180 if
01:16:00.660 I'm
01:16:00.940 just
01:16:01.200 looking
01:16:01.520 at
01:16:01.700 this
01:16:01.880 on
01:16:02.000 the
01:16:02.120 surface
01:16:02.400 I
01:16:02.800 immediately
01:16:03.320 think
01:16:03.700 back
01:16:04.020 to
01:16:04.220 what
01:16:04.520 Ukraine
01:16:05.480 did
01:16:05.900 to
01:16:06.320 Russia
01:16:06.860 with
01:16:07.220 the
01:16:07.340 drones
01:16:07.660 where
01:16:08.160 they
01:16:08.740 were
01:16:08.860 in
01:16:08.980 these
01:16:09.160 trucks
01:16:09.480 they
01:16:10.040 were
01:16:10.180 right
01:16:10.380 outside
01:16:10.640 the
01:16:10.800 military
01:16:11.080 base
01:16:11.460 and
01:16:11.700 they
01:16:11.860 destroyed
01:16:12.300 things
01:16:12.640 that
01:16:12.800 we
01:16:13.060 could
01:16:13.340 we
01:16:13.620 in
01:16:13.820 our
01:16:13.980 wildest
01:16:14.440 dreams
01:16:14.940 couldn't
01:16:15.960 have
01:16:16.160 destroyed
01:16:16.660 just a
01:16:17.120 few
01:16:17.240 years
01:16:17.500 ago
01:16:17.720 and
01:16:17.920 it
01:16:18.000 was
01:16:18.100 because
01:16:18.420 of
01:16:18.640 drones
01:16:19.040 and
01:16:19.280 it
01:16:19.380 was
01:16:19.500 a
01:16:19.640 whole
01:16:19.880 new
01:16:20.120 line
01:16:20.400 of
01:16:20.500 attack
01:16:20.840 everybody
01:16:22.060 knows
01:16:22.660 that
01:16:23.100 China
01:16:23.700 is
01:16:24.120 the
01:16:24.440 leader
01:16:24.880 in
01:16:25.160 drone
01:16:25.420 technology
01:16:26.040 I
01:16:26.220 mean
01:16:26.340 they
01:16:26.500 are
01:16:26.660 just
01:16:26.900 way
01:16:27.480 ahead
01:16:27.880 of
01:16:28.220 everybody
01:16:28.520 if
01:16:28.680 you
01:16:28.760 have
01:16:29.520 a
01:16:29.680 drone
01:16:29.940 and
01:16:30.200 it's
01:16:30.400 not
01:16:30.620 the
01:16:31.100 best
01:16:34.840 it's
01:16:35.500 all
01:16:35.760 coming
01:16:36.040 from
01:16:36.280 China
01:16:36.620 if
01:16:37.400 you
01:16:37.600 have
01:16:37.980 property
01:16:38.940 all
01:16:39.820 around
01:16:40.260 the
01:16:40.400 United
01:16:40.620 States
01:16:40.940 all
01:16:41.760 adjacent
01:16:42.500 to
01:16:43.140 our
01:16:43.580 military
01:16:44.140 bases
01:16:44.640 that
01:16:46.180 is
01:16:46.480 a
01:16:46.720 direct
01:16:47.440 threat
01:16:47.960 to
01:16:48.260 our
01:16:48.420 national
01:16:48.780 security
01:16:49.340 I
01:16:49.680 mean
01:16:49.800 you
01:16:49.960 could
01:16:50.140 have
01:16:50.400 a
01:16:50.640 barn
01:16:51.360 full
01:16:51.660 of
01:16:51.800 those
01:16:52.060 drones
01:16:52.440 or
01:16:52.620 a
01:16:52.800 truck
01:16:53.060 full
01:16:53.280 of
01:16:53.400 those
01:16:53.600 drones
01:16:53.900 and
01:16:54.340 you
01:16:54.480 could
01:16:54.620 take
01:16:54.840 everything
01:16:55.140 out
01:16:55.360 on
01:16:55.440 those
01:16:55.620 military
01:16:55.980 bases
01:16:56.360 quickly
01:16:56.880 and
01:16:57.540 America
01:16:58.040 wouldn't
01:16:58.320 have
01:16:58.460 any
01:16:58.800 time
01:16:59.080 to
01:16:59.240 respond
01:16:59.800 is
01:17:00.760 it
01:17:00.900 deeper
01:17:01.280 than
01:17:01.580 that
01:17:01.800 on
01:17:02.240 concerns
01:17:03.000 well
01:17:04.580 I
01:17:04.780 think
01:17:04.960 yeah
01:17:05.240 I
01:17:05.400 think
01:17:05.560 that's
01:17:05.960 the
01:17:06.080 main
01:17:06.320 one
01:17:06.640 is
01:17:06.960 right
01:17:07.280 the
01:17:07.540 ability
01:17:08.540 not
01:17:08.940 only
01:17:09.180 to
01:17:09.380 cause
01:17:09.760 kinetic
01:17:10.320 damage
01:17:10.900 as
01:17:11.120 Ukrainians
01:17:11.780 have
01:17:16.720 military
01:17:17.340 bases
01:17:17.820 are
01:17:18.080 not
01:17:18.360 going
01:17:18.540 to
01:17:18.600 be
01:17:18.860 able
01:17:19.140 to
01:17:19.320 defend
01:17:19.640 against
01:17:19.980 attacks
01:17:20.360 like
01:17:20.600 that
01:17:20.860 you
01:17:21.340 have
01:17:21.480 the
01:17:21.600 additional
01:17:21.980 problem
01:17:22.460 that
01:17:22.700 you
01:17:22.860 could
01:17:23.000 do
01:17:23.200 something
01:17:23.520 more
01:17:23.840 stealthy
01:17:24.440 you
01:17:24.620 could
01:17:24.820 take
01:17:25.220 drones
01:17:26.340 with
01:17:28.020 pathogens
01:17:28.660 with
01:17:29.480 poisons
01:17:30.000 and
01:17:30.740 introduce
01:17:31.200 them
01:17:31.660 into
01:17:31.980 a
01:17:32.200 military
01:17:32.560 installation
01:17:33.340 so
01:17:34.440 yeah
01:17:34.640 it's
01:17:35.600 a
01:17:35.720 massive
01:17:36.300 problem
01:17:37.320 and
01:17:38.040 the
01:17:38.220 notion
01:17:38.660 that
01:17:39.220 we
01:17:39.840 can't
01:17:40.180 even
01:17:40.400 limit
01:17:40.900 the
01:17:41.280 Chinese
01:17:41.680 government
01:17:42.300 or
01:17:42.640 government
01:17:43.200 state
01:17:43.740 owned
01:17:44.140 companies
01:17:45.020 from
01:17:45.780 buying
01:17:46.100 real
01:17:46.440 estate
01:17:46.880 that
01:17:47.140 that
01:17:47.340 somehow
01:17:47.740 is
01:17:48.060 a
01:17:48.220 violation
01:17:48.940 of
01:17:49.480 some
01:17:49.920 constitutional
01:17:50.640 right
01:17:51.120 as if
01:17:51.500 the
01:17:51.660 Chinese
01:17:51.920 government
01:17:52.340 has
01:17:52.640 constitutional
01:17:53.220 rights
01:17:53.740 in the
01:17:54.420 United
01:17:54.620 States
01:17:55.060 is
01:17:55.620 patently
01:17:56.100 absurd
01:17:56.620 so
01:17:57.620 this
01:17:58.240 is
01:17:58.420 something
01:17:58.720 we've
01:17:59.080 got
01:17:59.300 to
01:17:59.480 continue
01:17:59.840 to
01:18:00.080 address
01:18:00.380 we're
01:18:00.600 going
01:18:00.700 to
01:18:00.800 keep
01:18:00.980 exposing
01:18:01.480 it
01:18:01.720 you've
01:18:02.020 been
01:18:02.140 on
01:18:02.280 the
01:18:02.400 front
01:18:02.600 lines
01:18:02.900 of
01:18:03.080 it
01:18:03.200 Glenn
01:18:03.420 and
01:18:04.020 it's
01:18:04.160 one
01:18:04.300 of
01:18:04.380 those
01:18:04.540 things
01:18:04.780 I
01:18:04.980 think
01:18:05.200 that
01:18:05.380 people
01:18:05.880 innately
01:18:06.680 understand
01:18:07.440 when
01:18:08.340 you
01:18:08.460 think
01:18:08.640 about
01:18:08.880 currency
01:18:09.300 flows
01:18:09.820 when
01:18:10.120 you
01:18:10.240 think
01:18:10.400 about
01:18:10.660 money
01:18:11.180 laundering
01:18:11.600 it
01:18:11.740 gets
01:18:11.900 complicated
01:18:12.480 this
01:18:12.760 is
01:18:12.960 very
01:18:13.240 real
01:18:13.700 and
01:18:13.920 understandable
01:18:14.800 yeah
01:18:15.920 Peter as
01:18:17.120 always
01:18:17.320 thank you
01:18:17.620 very much
01:18:17.940 thanks for
01:18:18.260 your hard
01:18:18.500 work
01:18:18.700 we'll
01:18:18.840 talk
01:18:19.020 again
01:18:19.300 Peter
01:18:19.920 Schweitzer
01:18:20.300 thanks
01:18:20.740 Glenn
01:18:20.980 I got
01:18:23.100 an
01:18:23.360 email
01:18:24.740 from
01:18:25.060 somebody
01:18:25.380 yesterday
01:18:25.820 that
01:18:27.620 at first
01:18:28.480 really bothered
01:18:28.920 me and then
01:18:29.280 I thought
01:18:29.600 no wait
01:18:30.260 a minute
01:18:30.460 I haven't
01:18:31.220 done a good
01:18:31.540 job explaining
01:18:32.180 of something
01:18:32.980 perhaps
01:18:33.560 I was
01:18:35.360 at
01:18:35.660 Mar-a-Lago
01:18:36.280 I don't
01:18:38.260 even know
01:18:38.620 six months
01:18:39.160 ago
01:18:39.320 I've lost
01:18:39.820 track of
01:18:40.180 time
01:18:40.400 in the
01:18:41.180 last
01:18:41.400 year
01:18:41.620 and
01:18:42.540 I was
01:18:43.560 going to
01:18:43.840 give a
01:18:44.260 speech
01:18:44.720 for a
01:18:46.440 fundraiser
01:18:47.020 for
01:18:47.640 Prager
01:18:48.460 U
01:18:48.720 and I
01:18:49.760 bring
01:18:49.980 with me
01:18:50.580 a rat
01:18:51.600 with a
01:18:52.240 bomb
01:18:52.480 in its
01:18:52.740 butt
01:18:53.060 made by
01:18:54.100 Ian Fleming
01:18:54.780 for Winston
01:18:55.300 Churchill
01:18:55.700 it's a
01:18:57.100 long story
01:18:57.500 but it's
01:18:58.240 a rat
01:18:58.480 with an
01:18:58.780 actual
01:18:59.020 bomb
01:18:59.240 in its
01:18:59.440 butt
01:18:59.600 and I
01:19:00.400 brought
01:19:00.700 the
01:19:01.520 actual
01:19:03.280 Braveheart
01:19:03.960 sword
01:19:04.320 which I
01:19:04.800 have
01:19:04.900 sitting
01:19:05.120 here
01:19:05.340 in the
01:19:05.600 studio
01:19:05.860 with me
01:19:06.260 it's
01:19:06.720 an
01:19:06.860 enormous
01:19:07.340 broad
01:19:07.720 sword
01:19:08.000 not
01:19:09.680 probably
01:19:10.120 the best
01:19:10.560 idea
01:19:10.820 to bring
01:19:11.200 to a
01:19:11.460 speech
01:19:11.660 where the
01:19:11.900 president
01:19:12.200 is going to be
01:19:12.760 speaking
01:19:13.100 as I realized
01:19:14.180 when I started
01:19:15.060 approaching
01:19:15.540 with the rat
01:19:16.940 and the bomb
01:19:17.280 in the butt
01:19:17.660 and the broad
01:19:18.320 sword
01:19:18.680 secret service
01:19:19.780 and luckily
01:19:20.840 they knew who I was
01:19:22.400 and they laughed
01:19:23.320 they took it very
01:19:24.540 seriously
01:19:25.100 somebody in the secret
01:19:26.380 service had to remain
01:19:27.340 with it the whole time
01:19:28.480 until I asked for it
01:19:29.760 on stage
01:19:30.520 they walked it to me
01:19:31.900 but I'm giving this speech
01:19:35.420 and I'm telling these stories
01:19:36.500 and as I'm talking
01:19:37.240 about history
01:19:38.140 I'm looking out
01:19:39.640 on this audience
01:19:40.300 in PragerU
01:19:41.000 and the best
01:19:42.820 literally
01:19:43.460 the best
01:19:44.200 historians
01:19:44.740 in the country
01:19:45.740 were all in the room
01:19:46.640 men who had
01:19:48.280 written
01:19:48.660 countless
01:19:49.600 history books
01:19:51.000 that I had
01:19:51.860 read over
01:19:52.620 and over
01:19:52.960 and over
01:19:53.280 again
01:19:53.640 and these
01:19:54.940 were the guys
01:19:55.360 who had recorded
01:19:56.100 these
01:19:56.440 took all their
01:19:57.560 knowledge
01:19:57.840 and recorded
01:19:58.280 these short
01:19:58.740 videos for
01:19:59.220 PragerU
01:19:59.740 my kids
01:20:00.940 watch PragerU
01:20:01.940 my kids
01:20:02.920 I was shocked
01:20:03.780 to see how
01:20:04.620 they would just
01:20:06.520 go down this
01:20:07.060 rabbit hole
01:20:07.640 with PragerU
01:20:09.020 videos
01:20:09.460 they do an
01:20:10.860 exceptional job
01:20:12.120 at teaching
01:20:12.760 American history
01:20:13.680 and they have
01:20:16.120 all the scholars
01:20:16.820 lined up
01:20:17.480 to write it
01:20:19.540 and fact check
01:20:20.320 and make these
01:20:21.280 videos with them
01:20:21.820 so I'm standing
01:20:23.020 there on stage
01:20:23.620 and I'm looking
01:20:23.900 at these guys
01:20:24.340 and I look at
01:20:25.260 the head of
01:20:27.060 PragerU
01:20:27.520 and I said
01:20:28.200 you know what
01:20:29.540 we have all
01:20:31.140 of these artifacts
01:20:31.720 we have stuff
01:20:32.600 that you
01:20:33.060 these historians
01:20:34.620 would love
01:20:35.080 to get their
01:20:35.460 hands on
01:20:35.960 and is sitting
01:20:38.160 in a vault
01:20:38.540 right now
01:20:39.040 and we have
01:20:39.780 got to get
01:20:40.340 our two
01:20:40.740 you know
01:20:41.840 501c3s
01:20:43.360 together
01:20:43.700 and so
01:20:45.240 from that
01:20:45.780 moment
01:20:46.080 we did
01:20:46.780 and I
01:20:48.000 really believe
01:20:48.920 when it comes
01:20:49.680 to your money
01:20:50.300 when you donate
01:20:51.560 money to Mercury
01:20:52.380 One or anything
01:20:52.900 else
01:20:53.160 we look at
01:20:53.680 your money
01:20:53.980 as sacred
01:20:54.580 you gave it
01:20:56.240 with a purpose
01:20:56.900 and we want
01:20:57.560 to make sure
01:20:57.920 we get every
01:20:58.660 squeeze every
01:20:59.780 penny out of it
01:21:01.120 because it's
01:21:02.280 what you would
01:21:02.800 want us to
01:21:03.400 do
01:21:03.600 and when we
01:21:05.220 started Mercury
01:21:06.040 One
01:21:06.420 the thing I
01:21:07.700 said was
01:21:08.020 we are not
01:21:08.620 reinventing the
01:21:09.320 wheel
01:21:09.520 we are going
01:21:10.100 to find the
01:21:10.860 people who
01:21:11.300 are doing
01:21:11.780 the best
01:21:12.480 and have
01:21:12.940 mastered that
01:21:13.960 wheel
01:21:14.300 and we're
01:21:14.960 going to
01:21:15.100 help them

01:24:49.140 it was four years ago
01:25:02.760 today that we were on
01:25:08.460 the phone I was in the
01:25:10.060 middle east and we were
01:25:11.280 on the phone and we had
01:25:13.420 all of these women and
01:25:14.360 children coming in
01:25:15.940 Afghanistan and we had
01:25:18.780 to get them to the
01:25:20.540 abbey gate and they had
01:25:22.980 fought to get there and
01:25:24.660 they had found this
01:25:25.700 almost a sewer tunnel that
01:25:28.280 could get them close to
01:25:29.500 the gate and our people
01:25:32.900 were we're getting them
01:25:34.060 there and then we were
01:25:37.100 trying also on the phone
01:25:38.400 at the same time getting
01:25:39.460 trying to get the base to
01:25:41.380 open up and the state
01:25:42.560 department was in charge of
01:25:43.700 the gate open the gate
01:25:45.500 open the gate these
01:25:46.360 people we know who they
01:25:47.260 are they're all vetted
01:25:47.880 they all have paperwork
01:25:48.800 etc etc open the gate and
01:25:51.280 the state department just
01:25:52.780 wouldn't do it and the
01:25:53.720 marines knew the marines
01:25:55.240 saw them and you saw the
01:25:56.760 pictures of them holding
01:25:57.680 babies and handing them
01:25:58.780 over the gate we heard
01:26:01.980 probably about an hour
01:26:03.580 before that it looked like
01:26:05.360 there was a suicide bomb
01:26:06.660 that was out and it was
01:26:08.140 headed for one of the
01:26:08.920 gates and we had a
01:26:09.740 horrible feeling it was
01:26:10.920 headed for the abbey gate
01:26:11.860 and we immediately
01:26:14.600 called and we got to
01:26:16.220 the ground and said you
01:26:16.840 got to turn these people
01:26:17.520 around get them away from
01:26:18.260 the gate get them away
01:26:18.860 from the gate and they
01:26:20.280 were trapped it was too
01:26:21.180 late it was it was it
01:26:26.280 happened on this day it
01:26:28.360 happened on this day 13
01:26:31.200 marines were killed at
01:26:32.860 abbey gate and a lot of
01:26:34.280 innocence and I will
01:26:36.860 always always remember the
01:26:38.900 state department but I will
01:26:40.740 mostly always remember the
01:26:43.020 heroics of the 13 marines
01:26:44.900 that lost their lives
01:26:46.260 fighting to do what was
01:26:49.240 right back in a minute
01:26:51.840 this is Glenn Beck

01:27:51.320 This is the Glenn Beck Program
01:27:55.700 A couple of weeks ago, I saw a video of a young woman who was speaking at a forum and
01:28:05.300 she was talking about what happened to her when she was 14 years old.
01:28:10.960 And now she is detransitioning from that.
01:28:14.720 And the way she told her story, what she had to say is so important.
01:28:20.180 And the world is still trying to silence her.
01:28:22.740 And it is so important that we hear these stories and that we stop this mutilation, this abomination.
01:28:33.420 I mean, we are Frankenstein doctors.
01:28:38.660 This is not medicine.
01:28:41.060 We stop this nightmare of care for kids who wanted to transition into another sex.
01:28:52.440 Claire is going to tell her story here in just a second.
01:28:55.000 I want you to hear it because there is a way for you to get involved right now to stop this mutilation of our children.
01:29:02.140 And I'll tell you about that here coming up in just a second.
01:29:04.500 First, let me tell you about our sponsor this half hour before we get to it.

01:29:23.240 Your phone should not have a political opinion, but your carrier certainly does.
01:29:28.080 So are you in line with your carrier's political opinion?
01:29:30.840 Because they're spending millions of dollars every month trying to dismantle the things you believe in.
01:29:35.680 Well, Patriot Mobile was built so your service doesn't work against you.

01:30:34.800 Welcome to the program, Claire.
01:30:37.320 How are you?
01:30:39.100 Hello.
01:30:39.640 I'm doing well.
01:30:40.320 How are you?
01:30:41.600 I am.
01:30:42.140 I'm really good.
01:30:42.800 I watched your video, and the story of you and your mom is so unbelievably compelling.
01:30:49.720 And especially since, I mean, I'm a father of four.
01:30:53.560 And, you know, I have children.
01:30:57.740 My children have told me all kinds of things.
01:30:59.740 And it is so hard as a parent, especially at this time when everything is so confused.
01:31:07.560 And all of the experts are saying, no, your kid's going to kill themselves.
01:31:11.120 It is what your mom went through, let alone what you went through.
01:31:15.980 But what your mom went through is just, I think, so universal to some degree or another.
01:31:22.560 And I want to thank you for coming on and telling your story.
01:31:27.020 Can you start at 14?
01:31:31.300 What happened?
01:31:32.240 I can.
01:31:33.300 Yeah.
01:31:33.740 Well, it'd be better to start a little earlier.
01:31:38.080 I started identifying as trans when I was 12 years old, following a sexual assault and some pretty severe bullying that I was experiencing at school.
01:31:53.660 And adopting this identity gave me, well, one, it gave me the ability to pretend to be a new person, someone that this didn't happen to.
01:32:05.620 And it also gave me an entire social network, a whole friend group of other kids who felt similarly to the way I did.
01:32:14.760 And I fell into this social group and started seeing therapists recommended by the people in the support groups that we were going to.
01:32:31.280 And they made my parents feel like abusers for being skeptical, for wanting to take pause before making irreparable changes to their child's body.
01:32:43.540 Did anyone say, any doctor say, hang on, we should look at the abuse?
01:32:49.900 We should, I mean, this might be something that is tied to the abuse and to those experiences.
01:32:55.960 Did anybody say that and take it seriously?
01:32:58.640 No one.
01:33:00.020 No one.
01:33:00.680 My mom asked about the abuse, the bullying, all these things that I'd gone through, disordered eating.
01:33:07.440 And she was told in no uncertain terms, no, that does not make a child think that they're trans.
01:33:15.520 That has nothing to do with it.
01:33:16.300 And these are doctors like at Cook Children's Hospital in Dallas, a fantastic children's hospital.
01:33:22.840 So they have credibility with parents, right?
01:33:26.560 One of the most well-funded children's hospitals in the nation, yes.
01:33:29.820 Interesting way of verifying what I said, the most well-funded.
01:33:36.980 Okay, so at 14, you were put on testosterone, and then like six months later, they're talking about surgery?
01:33:47.340 Yeah, no.
01:33:48.060 I started testosterone in November of 2018, and by January, I was approved for surgery.
01:33:57.300 It didn't happen until June, but that was just because we wanted to wait until the summer between my 8th and 9th grade years.
01:34:08.600 Oh, my gosh.
01:34:09.640 Oh, my gosh.
01:34:12.920 That's pretty young.
01:34:14.100 You're not legal to do anything at that point.
01:34:16.820 Right.
01:34:18.060 I couldn't get a learner's permit.
01:34:25.080 So what did they tell you about the surgery, and what didn't they tell you about the surgery?
01:34:31.620 Well, they told me that I was transgender, that I had gender dysphoria,
01:34:37.420 and that the only effective treatment for gender dysphoria was chemical and surgical intervention,
01:34:45.240 that if I didn't go through with this, the most likely outcome was suicide.
01:34:50.760 That's what they told my parents right in front of me.
01:34:53.560 Yeah.
01:34:53.740 And they didn't tell me that they would be performing a drains-free mastectomy on me,
01:35:06.780 meaning there was a significantly higher risk of fluid buildup and after rejection as a result,
01:35:15.120 which did end up happening, they didn't tell me that I would permanently take away my ability to breastfeed.
01:35:29.020 They didn't tell me that the majority of kids who look to pursue this end up growing out of it.
01:35:37.660 But there was a lot of things that I wasn't told.
01:35:41.780 So, I mean, but you weren't told, like, serious, like, you know, pelvic floor dysfunction and urinary incontinence and anything.
01:35:50.340 I mean, I see commercials on TV for, you know, drugs, and they go into 45 seconds of all of the things that could possibly happen to you.
01:36:01.920 They weren't required to tell you these things?
01:36:06.020 No, they were required.
01:36:07.760 They just didn't.
01:36:09.240 They just didn't do it.
01:36:10.260 The FCC and the DOJ are investigating now.
01:36:16.800 They're still doing it, aren't they?
01:36:18.160 The doctor who did it to me is currently being sued by the Attorney General of Texas for continuing to do it after it was banned.
01:36:32.980 So, when did you know, I heard you talk about how when, you know, the double mastectomy, the bandages came off,
01:36:41.000 and you cried, and everybody thought there were tears of joy, but you weren't so sure.
01:36:45.320 What was like, when did you start going, uh-oh, uh-oh, what have I done?
01:36:55.220 There was always a feeling of sadness surrounding my chest,
01:37:03.560 but the narrative that they tell you in the trans community is that everyone kind of feels bad after surgery.
01:37:11.480 It's post-op depression is what they call it.
01:37:15.160 And that, I believed that it was just post-op depression for around a year,
01:37:19.840 until what actually happened was a girl on my high school's volleyball thinking about a breast reduction.
01:37:30.840 And I learned what a breast reduction was from that
01:37:34.520 and realized that a complete mastectomy was not the only option that was available to me,
01:37:43.400 that things were hidden from me, and that's when things started,
01:37:49.260 tides started changing for me.
01:37:51.540 So, when did you start trying to speak out?
01:37:54.240 Because they silenced you immediately, right?
01:37:56.900 Mm-hmm.
01:37:58.100 They deleted my reviews off of my surgeon's websites,
01:38:03.780 but I started posting on the Internet in, like, 2021 about what happened to me,
01:38:16.000 but I wasn't fully woken up to the reality of the situation until last December.
01:38:24.540 That's when I had my first public event.
01:38:30.880 And what did you wake up to?
01:38:33.780 That we're harming children, that there's no such thing as a trans child,
01:38:38.360 and no one is born in the wrong body.
01:38:41.820 That you don't become your true self by cutting off pieces of yourself.
01:38:52.260 You, in your story, said that, at one point,
01:38:55.680 you started wearing, like, a padded bra,
01:39:00.060 and you didn't want your mom to know about it.
01:39:02.320 And I thought it was heartbreaking how you were protecting your mom,
01:39:11.280 and maybe you didn't know it at the time.
01:39:13.120 But can you go through that part of the story?
01:39:18.560 Yeah.
01:39:18.760 So, shortly after I had the realization,
01:39:24.660 after I learned what a breast reduction was,
01:39:28.020 I started,
01:39:30.120 I got curious about women's fashion.
01:39:34.440 Again, I started wanting to be seen as a girl again.
01:39:38.280 And so, I started wearing padded bras in secret.
01:39:44.100 And I would hide them under my mattress whenever I got home from school.
01:39:49.320 And one day, my mom found one of these padded bras.
01:39:53.640 And she asked me if she had made a mistake,
01:39:58.080 basically, if all of this had been for nothing.
01:40:01.160 So, wait, wait, wait.
01:40:03.260 Not if you made a mistake,
01:40:05.540 but if she had made the mistake.
01:40:08.680 Yes.
01:40:11.580 Well, I mean, I was a child.
01:40:13.920 And we all knew that I was a child.
01:40:17.460 And that this was ultimately not my decision.
01:40:21.980 It was the remaining medical professionals
01:40:24.400 and guardians who had to sign off on this.
01:40:30.620 But, yeah, she asked if all of this had been a mistake.
01:40:35.380 And I got really defensive and upset.
01:40:39.940 And I told her that I lashed out at her.
01:40:44.120 And I told her that this was why I didn't tell her
01:40:46.160 that I knew she was going to overreact
01:40:48.440 and make it a big deal.
01:40:52.880 But it was a big deal.
01:40:54.400 And that's why she made it one.
01:40:59.260 No, I didn't tell her that I regretted my transition.
01:41:05.100 I didn't tell her that I was detransitioning
01:41:08.540 until I decided to get breast implants when I was 18.
01:41:13.200 When you were how old?
01:41:15.120 18.
01:41:16.540 18.
01:41:18.900 And that's when you told your mom
01:41:20.300 when you were sitting in the meeting
01:41:21.540 for reconstructive surgery, right?
01:41:23.920 Yeah.
01:41:24.400 Or going to the meeting.
01:41:27.200 How is your mom doing?
01:41:31.080 She's doing okay.
01:41:34.660 We both live with a lot of pain
01:41:37.720 and a lot of regret.
01:41:40.080 And we talk about it a lot.
01:41:43.840 There's a lot to unpack.
01:41:46.520 And there's a lot of wounds
01:41:47.860 that will never really fully be healed.
01:41:50.700 But she loves me.
01:41:54.400 And I've never questioned that.
01:41:55.800 She did this because she loves me
01:41:57.020 and she thought she was saving my life.
01:41:59.640 So you can understand how parents are just as duped
01:42:09.400 as the 14-year-old?
01:42:11.660 Yeah.
01:42:12.460 I mean, when you're sitting in front of a mandated reporter
01:42:15.540 who you've entrusted with your child's life
01:42:18.620 and they're telling you that you're killing them,
01:42:22.160 that your child is cutting themselves
01:42:25.900 and starving themselves
01:42:27.240 because you won't go along with this identity
01:42:30.700 that they've claimed,
01:42:31.520 and it would take a lot of prior knowledge of this issue
01:42:37.420 and a lot of very strong will
01:42:41.420 to be able to just overlook that,
01:42:45.780 to be able to say,
01:42:46.640 no, I know what's best.
01:42:47.640 So now the FTC is looking into
01:42:54.140 whether the pediatric gender medicine industry
01:42:59.140 is deceiving families,
01:43:00.660 hiding risk, making false claims.
01:43:02.980 And this could really be a big impact
01:43:06.060 on stopping this nightmare.
01:43:08.780 What do people do to help?
01:43:12.060 Well, if you are someone who has been affected
01:43:15.440 by pediatric medical transition,
01:43:17.640 or if you know someone who has,
01:43:19.980 the FTC is taking comments from the public,
01:43:24.560 submissions for people to investigate, essentially.
01:43:29.360 And if you need any assistance,
01:43:31.960 filling out that submission,
01:43:34.020 the LGB Courage Coalition,
01:43:37.140 helping people to submit those forms.
01:43:44.960 And if you don't,
01:43:46.460 if you're not someone who has been affected
01:43:48.920 and you don't know anyone,
01:43:50.460 spreading the word is a great way
01:43:52.380 to help sharing things like
01:43:57.460 the IWF documentary
01:43:59.880 that me and my mom participated,
01:44:02.800 because people really believe
01:44:04.420 that this isn't happening.
01:44:06.440 People need to know.
01:44:08.060 I want you to,
01:44:10.240 I urge you to go to iwf.org,
01:44:12.520 iwf.org,
01:44:14.040 and read and learn and watch.
01:44:17.440 And you can go there
01:44:18.480 and you can actually submit a comment
01:44:19.960 directly to the FTC as well
01:44:22.520 and urge them to crack down
01:44:23.940 on the mutilation of our children.
01:44:26.780 Claire, thank you.
01:44:28.240 Thank you for being brave enough
01:44:29.680 to share all of this.
01:44:31.040 Tell your mom we pray for not only you,
01:44:39.820 but also her.
01:44:41.400 God bless.
01:44:42.500 Thank you, Glenn.
01:44:43.680 Bless you.
01:44:44.300 It's so hard to be a parent now,
01:44:52.320 isn't it?
01:44:54.460 Tanya and I are moving
01:44:56.540 and we're moving to Florida
01:44:58.520 and it's been just,
01:45:00.660 it's been hard.
01:45:01.520 It's been hard.
01:45:02.220 We're making so many changes in life
01:45:03.700 and our kids are moving across the country
01:45:06.040 in three different directions
01:45:07.280 and walking around
01:45:09.640 and, you know,
01:45:10.520 in the house,
01:45:11.040 it was the kids' house.
01:45:12.760 You know,
01:45:12.980 it's where they grew up
01:45:13.740 and it's really hard.
01:45:16.480 The last thing you want
01:45:18.080 is to have to make that
01:45:19.960 even more difficult
01:45:20.700 by worrying,
01:45:22.040 is it going to sell?
01:45:22.900 How are you going to get
01:45:23.620 into the next house?
01:45:24.540 Are you going to find the right one?
01:45:25.820 How do I negotiate the price?
01:45:27.240 How do I know this is not,
01:45:28.980 you know,
01:45:29.540 a time bomb in hiding
01:45:31.400 that's just going to explode expenses?
01:45:34.260 Well,
01:45:34.500 you get a good real estate agent.
01:45:35.820 That's how.
01:45:36.440 And I have been working
01:45:37.740 with the 500 best real estate agents
01:45:39.560 in the country,
01:45:40.260 according to the Wall Street Journal,
01:45:41.280 for a long time.
01:45:41.900 And I learned from them
01:45:44.900 and we started looking,
01:45:46.760 how do we find people like you?
01:45:48.620 How do we,
01:45:49.120 what are the,
01:45:50.040 what are the attributes?
01:45:51.140 What are the,
01:45:51.700 what are the qualifications
01:45:52.620 that make another person
01:45:54.440 like one of these 500 best?
01:45:56.640 So we,
01:45:57.280 we did our homework on it
01:45:58.300 and they helped us a great deal
01:45:59.700 and we started finding these people
01:46:00.940 and that's realestateagentsitrust.com.
01:46:03.700 So if you're looking
01:46:04.220 for a real estate agent,
01:46:05.460 I use this myself.
01:46:07.220 I mean,
01:46:07.800 I'm selling my house
01:46:09.140 and buying a house
01:46:10.100 through realestateagentsitrust.com
01:46:12.120 because I know these people.
01:46:13.580 I know who they are
01:46:14.680 and you're going to like them
01:46:15.720 and you're going to get
01:46:16.400 the same kind of service
01:46:17.200 that I get
01:46:17.700 at realestateagentsitrust.com.
01:46:20.240 This is my company
01:46:21.100 and I don't charge you anything
01:46:23.340 for the tips on who they are.
01:46:25.300 You just interview them yourself.
01:46:26.600 You want to use them?
01:46:27.180 Great.
01:46:27.660 Use them.
01:46:27.980 realestateagentsitrust.com
01:46:30.340 realestateagentsitrust.com
01:46:32.360 10 seconds.
01:46:45.420 Isn't that just heartbreaking, Stu?
01:46:48.220 I mean,
01:46:48.720 absolutely devastating.
01:46:50.660 It's hard to believe
01:46:53.680 that that could be a thing
01:46:55.580 that's happening in this country.
01:46:56.860 And it's still happening.
01:46:59.180 Yeah, it seems like it's
01:46:59.920 still happening.
01:47:01.140 Either a psychotic horror movie
01:47:02.800 or something you heard
01:47:04.380 from like some weird pagan society
01:47:06.380 of like, you know,
01:47:07.600 multiple centuries ago.
01:47:10.660 It is,
01:47:11.400 it is,
01:47:12.000 it's so bizarre
01:47:13.400 what's happening
01:47:14.040 and I, you know,
01:47:14.820 I've been saying
01:47:15.320 I think we're,
01:47:16.000 I think we're getting better.
01:47:17.000 I think America's waking up,
01:47:18.380 et cetera, et cetera.
01:47:19.700 I don't know.
01:47:20.160 After the stuff I've seen
01:47:21.080 in the last week or so
01:47:22.740 with the left
01:47:24.800 and especially Gavin Newsom
01:47:26.480 and what's happening
01:47:27.060 in California
01:47:27.800 and, you know,
01:47:29.140 what this judge
01:47:29.740 has just done in Utah
01:47:30.940 and how crazy things
01:47:34.060 still are on the left,
01:47:35.320 I'm not sure.
01:47:36.340 I think,
01:47:36.840 I think we're making
01:47:38.460 great progress
01:47:39.840 in Washington.
01:47:41.140 I think, you know,
01:47:42.280 things are changing there
01:47:43.660 and I think people
01:47:44.320 are waking up.
01:47:45.460 But, man, I, you know,
01:47:47.420 I'm not sure
01:47:49.360 if the left has changed
01:47:50.640 or if enough people
01:47:52.200 on the Democratic side
01:47:53.840 are waking up.
01:47:54.540 I'm encouraged to see
01:47:55.820 that their numbers
01:47:56.780 are just falling
01:47:57.340 through the floor
01:47:57.980 but things are changing
01:48:00.240 for the better, aren't they?
01:48:01.240 It's easy to mistake
01:48:02.520 improvement for a solution.
01:48:06.060 You know,
01:48:06.560 this is not over.
01:48:08.220 They're not going down
01:48:09.140 without a fight here
01:48:09.980 on this stuff.
01:48:10.780 No, they're not.
01:48:11.500 They're not.
01:48:12.080 And they have
01:48:12.660 not yet begun to fight.
01:48:14.640 The good news is
01:48:15.360 neither have we.
01:48:16.540 Neither have we.
01:48:17.520 All right,
01:48:17.880 back in just a minute
01:48:19.460 with more.
01:48:19.820 This is Glenn Beck.
01:48:33.680 You know,
01:48:34.260 everybody,
01:48:34.940 everybody thinks about
01:48:36.620 protection differently.
01:48:38.840 You know,
01:48:39.540 some people
01:48:40.200 look at it as,
01:48:42.380 you know,
01:48:43.040 the locks are enough.
01:48:45.440 Some think
01:48:45.840 a baseball bat
01:48:47.160 under the bed
01:48:47.700 is going to do.
01:48:48.200 Other arm themselves,
01:48:49.380 you know,
01:48:49.560 with guns
01:48:49.980 because they don't
01:48:51.020 want to hesitate.
01:48:52.000 You cross that line
01:48:53.360 on my threshold,
01:48:54.620 you're dead.
01:48:55.180 Some, you know,
01:48:56.400 think, okay,
01:48:57.020 well, that's a good idea
01:48:58.360 in some cases.
01:48:59.100 The baseball bat
01:48:59.680 is never a good idea.
01:49:01.120 Locks are never enough.
01:49:02.140 But when I'm out someplace
01:49:03.620 and the way the world
01:49:05.300 is today,
01:49:06.000 I could find myself
01:49:07.120 trapped in a crowd,
01:49:08.300 think Cincinnati,
01:49:09.440 and not have protection.
01:49:10.960 And you pull out a gun,
01:49:12.780 what are you going to
01:49:13.120 shoot everybody there?
01:49:14.400 You pull out a burner
01:49:15.520 launcher
01:49:16.060 and everything changes.
01:49:17.380 This is a non-lethal
01:49:18.700 self-defense tool
01:49:19.640 that gives you
01:49:20.460 the power
01:49:20.960 to protect yourself
01:49:21.860 and your family
01:49:22.540 without having
01:49:23.520 to take a life.
01:49:24.820 It fires pepper rounds,
01:49:26.060 kinetic rounds,
01:49:26.940 combinations of both,
01:49:27.980 tear gas.
01:49:28.880 It's legal
01:49:29.480 in all 50 states,
01:49:30.780 no permit required.
01:49:32.160 I carry mine
01:49:32.840 all the time
01:49:33.740 and I suggest
01:49:34.980 you get one too.
01:49:36.160 And if you have kids
01:49:37.200 going into college,
01:49:38.100 they should have this

01:49:56.200 Let me tell you
01:50:14.640 a couple of stories here.
01:50:16.040 And I want to tell you
01:50:16.880 a story,
01:50:18.220 but it,
01:50:19.340 it,
01:50:20.240 I want to,
01:50:23.080 I want to give you
01:50:23.680 real perspective
01:50:24.700 on it after I tell
01:50:26.340 you this story
01:50:26.820 because the story
01:50:27.380 is,
01:50:27.680 is tragic.
01:50:30.180 It's about a young girl
01:50:31.300 that escaped
01:50:32.860 the bombs
01:50:33.560 and the shells
01:50:34.200 and the bullets
01:50:34.840 of Ukraine.
01:50:36.360 She's 23 years old
01:50:37.880 and she had
01:50:39.600 a very simple
01:50:41.560 human hope
01:50:42.640 to live free of fear.
01:50:45.440 That was it.
01:50:47.240 She left Ukraine
01:50:48.420 23 years old.
01:50:50.440 She moves
01:50:51.160 to the United States
01:50:52.020 because she felt
01:50:53.880 she was safe here.
01:50:55.700 The United States
01:50:56.780 is a sanctuary.
01:50:58.080 It's where
01:50:58.440 the refugees go.
01:51:01.380 Now let me take you
01:51:02.340 on a warm Friday night.
01:51:04.400 Last Friday,
01:51:05.460 Charlotte,
01:51:05.820 North Carolina.
01:51:08.320 It's about 10 o'clock
01:51:09.340 at night.
01:51:12.240 The East-West
01:51:13.220 Boulevard,
01:51:14.120 there's a
01:51:14.580 light rail station.
01:51:18.720 She was there.
01:51:19.540 We're not sure
01:51:19.980 if she was on the train
01:51:21.080 or on the platform.
01:51:22.240 We know
01:51:23.320 she was found
01:51:24.180 on the platform.
01:51:25.580 She had been
01:51:26.160 repeatedly,
01:51:27.820 violently stabbed.
01:51:30.480 And
01:51:30.860 her life,
01:51:32.700 her hopes,
01:51:33.280 her journey
01:51:33.860 bled out
01:51:34.760 on the platform
01:51:36.700 there where
01:51:37.240 she was just
01:51:38.120 seeking a ride home.
01:51:40.040 That's it.
01:51:43.920 We caught the guy.
01:51:45.000 We don't have
01:51:46.940 a motive yet.
01:51:48.180 We don't exactly
01:51:49.100 know exactly
01:51:49.760 what happened.
01:51:51.660 But he's not
01:51:52.700 a stranger
01:51:53.100 to courtrooms
01:51:53.960 or handcuffs.
01:51:55.900 His name
01:51:56.580 is DeCarlos Brown,
01:51:57.600 Jr.
01:51:57.880 He's 34 years old.
01:51:59.000 He's homeless.
01:51:59.540 He has a criminal
01:52:00.160 record stretching
01:52:01.600 back more than
01:52:02.480 10 years.
01:52:03.620 Felony,
01:52:04.240 larceny,
01:52:05.160 robbery with a
01:52:05.880 deadly weapon,
01:52:07.180 communicating threats.
01:52:08.500 He served
01:52:08.980 10 years
01:52:09.840 behind bars
01:52:10.700 and still
01:52:11.660 he was able
01:52:13.080 to walk the streets.
01:52:15.300 And
01:52:15.500 what's really
01:52:16.900 tragic is
01:52:17.600 he has
01:52:18.220 a history
01:52:19.100 of
01:52:19.640 deep
01:52:20.820 mental illness.
01:52:24.720 There was
01:52:25.460 a welfare check
01:52:26.160 just a couple
01:52:27.560 of months ago
01:52:28.100 and
01:52:29.500 police came
01:52:30.800 and
01:52:31.400 he told
01:52:32.700 the officers
01:52:33.140 he believed
01:52:33.680 a man-made
01:52:34.780 material
01:52:35.360 had been
01:52:35.800 implanted
01:52:36.300 in his body
01:52:37.020 controlling
01:52:37.480 his movements,
01:52:38.520 his eating,
01:52:39.100 even his speech.
01:52:40.700 police said
01:52:41.600 there's,
01:52:42.040 I mean,
01:52:42.240 this is nothing
01:52:42.760 police can do.
01:52:43.600 That's a medical
01:52:44.240 issue.
01:52:44.660 You have to
01:52:44.980 see the doctor.
01:52:47.120 He wasn't
01:52:47.840 taken in.
01:52:48.680 He wasn't
01:52:49.340 held,
01:52:50.040 nothing.
01:52:54.060 And on that
01:52:54.760 Friday night
01:52:55.200 on that platform,
01:52:56.480 life and death
01:52:57.540 met.
01:53:01.040 Police did
01:53:01.680 what they always
01:53:02.100 do.
01:53:02.260 They put the
01:53:02.940 police tape
01:53:03.640 around the
01:53:04.220 platform.
01:53:05.400 Cameras
01:53:05.840 showed up,
01:53:06.440 captured the
01:53:06.980 glow of the
01:53:07.740 red and the
01:53:08.160 blue lights
01:53:08.640 flashing against
01:53:09.320 the steel
01:53:09.940 train car.
01:53:10.700 As I said,
01:53:14.320 the officers
01:53:14.640 can't tell you
01:53:15.160 where it
01:53:15.540 began,
01:53:17.180 the train,
01:53:17.620 the platform
01:53:18.040 nearby.
01:53:19.100 They only
01:53:19.420 knew she
01:53:19.740 died there.
01:53:22.500 He's been
01:53:23.080 charged with
01:53:23.520 first-degree
01:53:24.060 murder.
01:53:25.060 Her family,
01:53:27.180 I mean,
01:53:27.460 it's unspeakable.
01:53:35.140 America was
01:53:36.140 a place she
01:53:36.560 flew to for a
01:53:37.400 new beginning,
01:53:37.800 and it
01:53:39.300 became a
01:53:40.320 place where
01:53:40.680 her story
01:53:41.100 ended.
01:53:43.060 And the
01:53:43.680 truth is,
01:53:45.140 it doesn't
01:53:47.540 matter where
01:53:47.920 you are.
01:53:49.920 Sometimes it's
01:53:50.640 not the war
01:53:51.200 zones,
01:53:51.860 you know,
01:53:53.220 abroad,
01:53:53.780 but the
01:53:54.040 violence that
01:53:54.700 we've allowed
01:53:55.820 to fester here
01:53:56.880 at home that
01:53:57.640 destroys the
01:53:58.840 innocent.
01:53:59.140 happened.
01:54:04.280 Now,
01:54:05.520 I go through
01:54:06.900 story after
01:54:07.380 story after
01:54:07.840 story every
01:54:08.360 day to
01:54:10.000 figure out
01:54:10.320 what to
01:54:10.580 tell you,
01:54:11.520 to figure out
01:54:12.200 how can I
01:54:13.640 share something
01:54:14.320 with you that
01:54:14.840 will give you
01:54:15.220 perspective?
01:54:16.600 How can I
01:54:17.280 help you have
01:54:18.480 a little bit of
01:54:19.500 strength?
01:54:20.660 You know,
01:54:21.140 during the week,
01:54:21.700 I really,
01:54:22.320 I look at my
01:54:22.960 church as a
01:54:23.480 hospital.
01:54:24.180 I really do.
01:54:25.100 Sunday,
01:54:25.520 it's time for me
01:54:26.440 to go to the
01:54:26.820 hospital.
01:54:27.140 I am so
01:54:28.040 battle-worn.
01:54:29.480 I have so many
01:54:30.320 wounds in me by
01:54:31.320 the end of the
01:54:31.900 week that by
01:54:32.640 Sunday comes,
01:54:33.520 if I'm not at
01:54:34.360 the hospital,
01:54:34.820 I won't make it
01:54:35.420 another week.
01:54:36.260 I need a
01:54:37.000 spiritual hospital.
01:54:39.640 And that's
01:54:41.400 how I view
01:54:41.800 things.
01:54:43.320 And I view
01:54:45.060 my job as
01:54:46.080 trying to give
01:54:46.900 you perspective,
01:54:48.100 but in times
01:54:51.160 on days like
01:54:51.780 today where it
01:54:52.560 seems to be
01:54:53.520 really difficult,
01:54:54.420 today I got up
01:54:55.020 this morning and
01:54:55.540 I had to say
01:54:56.160 some things that
01:54:56.960 you know,
01:54:57.920 I knew many
01:54:58.700 listeners are
01:54:59.200 not going to
01:54:59.520 like,
01:55:00.220 but it's my
01:55:00.860 job.
01:55:04.440 And to warn
01:55:05.160 you of things
01:55:05.780 and to show
01:55:06.420 you horrible
01:55:06.920 things like
01:55:07.400 this,
01:55:07.620 why would I
01:55:08.000 tell you
01:55:08.260 this?
01:55:12.040 Because I
01:55:12.500 want to tell
01:55:12.820 you this.
01:55:16.540 Sometimes it
01:55:17.120 feels like the
01:55:17.940 whole world is
01:55:18.480 on fire.
01:55:19.600 Doesn't it?
01:55:20.120 you get
01:55:23.220 online,
01:55:23.640 you scroll
01:55:24.020 the headlines
01:55:24.700 and every
01:55:26.460 headline seems
01:55:27.540 worse than
01:55:28.100 the next.
01:55:29.340 And the
01:55:30.040 crime,
01:55:30.580 the outrage,
01:55:32.200 just reminder
01:55:33.500 after reminder,
01:55:34.200 we are going
01:55:34.620 in the wrong
01:55:35.040 direction.
01:55:35.520 What is wrong
01:55:35.900 with us?
01:55:36.220 How can
01:55:36.460 people be
01:55:36.880 like this?
01:55:37.280 We're turning
01:55:37.640 into animals,
01:55:38.280 all these
01:55:38.700 horrible
01:55:39.120 things.
01:55:39.680 And if
01:55:42.200 you're not
01:55:42.620 careful,
01:55:43.700 and if I'm
01:55:44.180 not careful,
01:55:44.780 because I'm
01:55:45.700 paid to go
01:55:47.080 through all
01:55:47.560 of those
01:55:47.940 things and
01:55:49.320 then try to
01:55:49.880 pick the
01:55:50.200 ones that I
01:55:50.720 think are
01:55:51.020 important.
01:55:53.640 If you're
01:55:54.220 not careful,
01:55:55.940 you begin
01:55:56.940 to think,
01:55:57.700 that's who
01:55:58.880 we are.
01:55:59.860 That's all
01:56:00.360 there is.
01:56:02.700 Darkness
01:56:03.140 is winning.
01:56:06.480 But it's
01:56:07.120 not,
01:56:07.540 and I want
01:56:07.800 to prove it
01:56:08.200 to you right
01:56:08.780 now.
01:56:09.680 if you're
01:56:11.620 in a sea
01:56:12.000 of people
01:56:12.340 right now,
01:56:13.260 you're standing
01:56:13.580 in a crowd,
01:56:14.080 you're in
01:56:14.260 your office,
01:56:15.500 if you're
01:56:15.800 in a car,
01:56:16.360 just look
01:56:16.660 around the
01:56:16.960 cars around
01:56:17.500 you.
01:56:19.480 Look around
01:56:20.180 in your
01:56:20.580 own life.
01:56:23.060 Not at
01:56:23.600 the screen,
01:56:25.640 not at
01:56:27.540 the stories
01:56:28.340 that you're
01:56:28.680 seeing on
01:56:29.120 TV or
01:56:29.820 on your
01:56:30.780 social media,
01:56:32.520 but actual
01:56:33.620 people sitting
01:56:34.480 next to you,
01:56:35.520 sitting next
01:56:36.080 to you in
01:56:36.680 a restaurant
01:56:37.220 or at
01:56:37.820 dinner at
01:56:38.200 your own
01:56:38.500 table,
01:56:38.940 a neighbor
01:56:39.320 who just
01:56:39.960 waves to
01:56:40.860 you as
01:56:41.080 you drive
01:56:41.460 by.
01:56:42.260 The little
01:56:42.980 slice of
01:56:46.580 kindness
01:56:47.060 that you
01:56:47.960 miss all
01:56:48.680 the time.
01:56:50.400 That's
01:56:50.980 real life.
01:56:52.680 That's
01:56:52.980 real life.
01:56:54.480 The news
01:56:55.340 is going to
01:56:55.700 tell you
01:56:56.100 about murder
01:56:56.820 and corruption
01:56:57.500 and failure
01:56:58.560 because that's
01:56:59.460 what the
01:56:59.880 news is.
01:57:01.360 Those stories
01:57:02.440 do matter,
01:57:03.620 matter.
01:57:04.300 But I
01:57:05.020 would not
01:57:05.580 be doing
01:57:06.040 my job
01:57:06.720 if I
01:57:07.120 said that
01:57:07.780 is less
01:57:09.120 than half
01:57:09.980 the story.
01:57:15.080 We have
01:57:15.800 to confront
01:57:16.260 those things.
01:57:16.800 That's why I
01:57:17.160 tell you.
01:57:18.040 That's why I
01:57:18.360 tell you them.
01:57:19.160 We have a
01:57:19.960 problem with
01:57:20.580 mental illness
01:57:21.480 in our
01:57:21.860 country.
01:57:23.120 That story
01:57:24.000 is verification
01:57:25.160 of that.
01:57:25.880 And there's a
01:57:26.500 million stories
01:57:27.140 like it.
01:57:27.660 You most
01:57:28.260 likely see it
01:57:29.020 on your
01:57:29.280 own streets.
01:57:30.040 why do
01:57:31.340 we have
01:57:31.760 to stop
01:57:32.380 this craziness
01:57:33.560 on our
01:57:34.020 streets?
01:57:35.060 It's
01:57:35.700 inhumane.
01:57:36.800 It's inhumane
01:57:37.680 to the people
01:57:38.160 who live
01:57:38.700 there,
01:57:39.040 who are
01:57:39.280 decent
01:57:39.760 people.
01:57:40.420 It's
01:57:40.980 inhumane
01:57:41.700 to allow
01:57:42.820 them to
01:57:43.240 be subjected
01:57:44.100 to the
01:57:44.680 insanity
01:57:45.260 of crime
01:57:46.280 or just
01:57:47.360 to insanity.
01:57:48.640 And it
01:57:49.080 is,
01:57:49.480 it's
01:57:50.080 inhuman
01:57:50.920 to not
01:57:52.360 recognize
01:57:53.200 the struggle
01:57:54.480 of sanity
01:57:55.700 that so
01:57:56.360 many of
01:57:56.920 our fellow
01:57:57.380 beings are
01:57:58.060 going through
01:57:58.660 on our
01:57:59.100 streets right
01:57:59.740 now.
01:58:00.180 We can't
01:58:00.980 ignore it.
01:58:04.600 But don't
01:58:05.280 let these
01:58:05.680 stories be
01:58:06.100 the only
01:58:06.360 story you
01:58:06.760 tell yourself.
01:58:09.180 Those are
01:58:09.820 problems we
01:58:10.560 have to
01:58:10.860 solve.
01:58:11.320 That's not
01:58:11.760 who we
01:58:12.040 are.
01:58:13.500 You are
01:58:13.860 still
01:58:14.300 surrounded
01:58:14.780 every single
01:58:15.840 day by
01:58:16.640 people who
01:58:17.680 are good.
01:58:19.460 They're
01:58:19.740 good.
01:58:21.060 By families
01:58:22.060 who are still
01:58:22.640 praying together.
01:58:23.600 By communities
01:58:24.240 that still
01:58:24.680 help one
01:58:25.460 another in
01:58:25.920 quiet ways.
01:58:26.780 By men
01:58:27.460 and women
01:58:27.860 who still
01:58:28.760 will tell
01:58:29.240 the truth
01:58:29.900 even
01:58:30.920 though it
01:58:31.260 costs
01:58:31.980 them
01:58:32.260 something.
01:58:36.780 Our
01:58:37.600 biggest
01:58:38.220 problem
01:58:38.780 is
01:58:42.120 belief.
01:58:44.280 Civilizations
01:58:45.080 don't crumble
01:58:45.700 overnight.
01:58:46.480 They're
01:58:46.620 lost when
01:58:48.160 people stop
01:58:48.760 believing
01:58:49.260 they're worth
01:58:50.280 saving.
01:58:51.780 And I
01:58:52.720 can tell
01:58:53.040 you with
01:58:53.380 everything in
01:58:54.120 me this
01:58:54.720 is worth
01:58:55.800 saving.
01:58:56.800 and that's
01:58:57.740 why hope
01:58:58.220 matters.
01:58:59.600 That's
01:58:59.960 why
01:59:00.100 remembering
01:59:00.620 the good
01:59:01.280 matters.
01:59:04.240 Because what
01:59:05.080 you focus
01:59:05.740 on is
01:59:07.120 what you
01:59:07.420 feed.
01:59:08.840 And if
01:59:09.260 you believe
01:59:09.840 we're
01:59:10.100 finished
01:59:10.560 then you
01:59:11.460 will behave
01:59:12.140 as if
01:59:12.600 it's true.
01:59:14.140 But if you
01:59:14.880 remember that
01:59:15.560 the light
01:59:15.980 still outnumbers
01:59:16.980 the darkness
01:59:17.720 you will rise
01:59:18.760 you will
01:59:19.140 fight
01:59:19.720 you will
01:59:20.320 build.
01:59:21.340 It's why
01:59:21.920 every
01:59:22.600 totalitarian
01:59:23.520 government
01:59:24.080 wants to
01:59:24.780 destroy
01:59:25.400 faith.
01:59:27.800 Because at
01:59:28.680 least
01:59:29.000 Christianity
01:59:29.620 and others
01:59:30.460 too but
01:59:30.980 Christianity
01:59:31.560 is our
01:59:32.500 main driver
01:59:33.560 in this
01:59:33.980 country.
01:59:35.260 It tells
01:59:36.080 you to be
01:59:36.460 good.
01:59:39.060 To be a
01:59:39.980 follower of
01:59:40.540 Christ you
01:59:41.020 have to do
01:59:41.600 good.
01:59:41.960 You have to
01:59:42.420 believe in
01:59:42.840 hope.
01:59:43.520 You have to
01:59:44.140 believe in
01:59:44.540 redemption.
01:59:46.000 You have to
01:59:47.120 help the
01:59:48.200 injured.
01:59:49.360 You have to
01:59:49.920 see the
01:59:50.480 poor.
01:59:50.880 you have
01:59:53.860 to push
01:59:54.340 back against
01:59:55.420 the rot.
01:59:59.360 That's our
02:00:00.000 task.
02:00:01.100 That's what
02:00:01.700 makes you so
02:00:02.220 dangerous.
02:00:07.760 There is
02:00:08.440 rot in our
02:00:08.880 institution,
02:00:09.720 lies in our
02:00:10.320 politics,
02:00:11.520 erosion of
02:00:12.140 our values,
02:00:12.700 but that's
02:00:13.420 not the
02:00:13.920 whole picture.
02:00:14.840 The whole
02:00:15.380 picture is
02:00:15.960 you still
02:00:16.740 live in a
02:00:17.340 country where
02:00:17.820 neighbors pull
02:00:18.440 each other out
02:00:18.940 of floods.
02:00:20.880 miracles happen
02:00:22.820 when bad
02:00:23.320 things happen.
02:00:24.880 Strangers pay
02:00:25.540 for groceries
02:00:26.100 when somebody
02:00:26.680 comes up
02:00:27.100 short,
02:00:27.620 where children
02:00:28.260 still laugh
02:00:28.900 in the
02:00:29.140 playground,
02:00:30.140 where love
02:00:30.680 and quiet
02:00:31.360 and stubborn
02:00:32.040 everyday love
02:00:33.520 still outnumbers
02:00:34.540 hate.
02:00:35.320 Do you know
02:00:35.900 that marriages
02:00:37.900 that last are
02:00:39.260 the norm now?
02:00:40.260 there's so
02:00:45.060 much good
02:00:45.420 all around
02:00:45.820 you.
02:00:52.520 Don't walk
02:00:53.180 away from
02:00:53.720 this today
02:00:54.400 thinking,
02:00:55.180 oh my gosh,
02:00:55.800 the whole
02:00:56.080 world is on
02:00:56.720 fire.
02:00:57.540 Yeah,
02:00:58.040 it is,
02:00:58.500 but it's
02:00:58.700 not the
02:00:58.980 whole world.
02:01:00.260 And you're
02:01:00.620 the firefighter.
02:01:01.780 You have
02:01:02.260 the fire
02:01:02.640 extinguisher.
02:01:03.200 You have
02:01:03.980 everything you
02:01:04.780 need,
02:01:05.180 the protective
02:01:06.160 clothing to
02:01:07.300 not be
02:01:08.200 burned by
02:01:09.080 that fire.
02:01:10.260 So breathe
02:01:12.920 and know
02:01:14.740 that no matter
02:01:15.240 what you see
02:01:15.800 today on
02:01:16.220 social media
02:01:17.180 is not the
02:01:18.000 sum total of
02:01:18.720 reality.
02:01:19.340 Much of it
02:01:19.780 is not
02:01:20.180 reality at
02:01:20.880 all.
02:01:21.740 It's the
02:01:22.260 exception.
02:01:25.080 Real life,
02:01:26.080 most of
02:01:26.480 life is
02:01:28.320 not the
02:01:29.400 exception.
02:01:30.160 It's the
02:01:30.540 rule and
02:01:31.180 so it's a
02:01:31.820 little boring
02:01:32.380 at times.
02:01:33.180 It's
02:01:33.420 goodness.
02:01:35.340 Most of
02:01:35.820 life is
02:01:36.320 still good.
02:01:37.040 Most people
02:01:37.560 are still
02:01:38.060 good and
02:01:38.920 it's our
02:01:39.260 job to
02:01:39.740 protect it,
02:01:40.600 to multiply
02:01:41.500 it,
02:01:41.880 to pass
02:01:42.420 it on.
02:01:48.560 You're
02:01:49.240 not alone
02:01:50.060 in your
02:01:50.920 feeling of
02:01:52.320 holy cow,
02:01:53.900 things are
02:01:54.220 falling apart.
02:01:56.600 Do not
02:01:57.780 allow others
02:01:59.020 to feel
02:01:59.860 alone.
02:02:01.780 You have
02:02:02.840 to pass
02:02:03.440 on,
02:02:04.060 yes,
02:02:05.140 but look
02:02:05.980 at all
02:02:06.420 of the
02:02:06.700 good.
02:02:11.060 That's
02:02:11.480 how you
02:02:11.760 push back
02:02:12.260 on
02:02:12.440 darkness.
02:02:15.600 Back in
02:02:16.120 a minute.
02:02:19.720 Everyone
02:02:20.160 has that
02:02:20.580 one drawer
02:02:21.120 full of
02:02:21.680 mistake
02:02:22.100 sheets,
02:02:22.820 you know,
02:02:23.100 the ones.
02:02:24.180 They felt
02:02:24.580 great in
02:02:25.440 the store,
02:02:25.840 but once
02:02:26.460 you slept
02:02:26.820 on them,
02:02:27.360 they sand
02:02:28.360 paper with
02:02:28.880 a marketing
02:02:29.620 team.
02:02:30.440 Some are
02:02:30.760 hot,
02:02:31.100 some are
02:02:31.360 slippery,
02:02:31.840 some shrink
02:02:32.420 until you're
02:02:32.920 wrestling them
02:02:33.440 back onto
02:02:33.880 the bed.
02:02:35.200 Cozy Earth,
02:02:35.980 their sheets
02:02:36.340 are the
02:02:36.580 opposite of
02:02:37.080 all of
02:02:37.340 that.
02:02:37.700 They're the
02:02:37.920 ones that
02:02:38.300 keep you
02:02:38.560 reaching for
02:02:40.260 when you
02:02:40.520 wanted to
02:02:40.800 make the
02:02:41.080 bed.
02:02:41.920 Even before
02:02:42.560 they come
02:02:42.860 out of
02:02:43.060 the dryer,
02:02:43.640 they're
02:02:43.780 temperature
02:02:44.160 regulating
02:02:44.780 so you
02:02:45.220 don't have
02:02:45.740 to kick
02:02:46.060 off the
02:02:46.380 blankets at
02:02:46.840 3 a.m.
02:02:47.480 and bundle
02:02:47.900 up at
02:02:48.260 4.
02:02:48.720 They're
02:02:49.080 incredibly
02:02:49.540 soft.
02:02:50.260 They don't
02:02:50.580 turn into
02:02:51.120 a tangled
02:02:52.040 slide.
02:02:52.900 They just
02:02:53.220 work.
02:02:54.140 When you
02:02:54.520 wake up the
02:02:54.940 next day
02:02:55.260 after sleeping
02:02:55.760 on them,
02:02:56.060 you feel
02:02:56.380 rested.
02:02:57.440 So like
02:02:57.760 your bedroom
02:02:58.540 is transformed
02:03:00.620 into a
02:03:02.160 sanctuary
02:03:02.560 instead of
02:03:03.080 a wrestling
02:03:03.560 match.
02:03:04.460 Sleep isn't
02:03:04.980 supposed to
02:03:05.380 be competition.
02:03:06.240 It's supposed
02:03:06.520 to be peace.
02:03:08.260 That's what
02:03:08.640 Cozy Earth
02:03:09.080 tries to
02:03:09.680 create every
02:03:10.180 day and

02:03:10.720 they do.

02:03:35.160 Smoother

02:03:37.840 Guess
02:03:38.180 they're more
02:03:38.640 worried about
02:03:39.340 the meaning
02:03:39.840 of the word
02:03:40.440 female than
02:03:41.840 the word

02:03:44.320 will be

02:03:45.980 Oh, uh, you
02:04:09.420 know, as I'm
02:04:10.040 here telling
02:04:10.520 you, you
02:04:10.880 know, there
02:04:11.100 is hope for
02:04:11.720 society.
02:04:12.240 Uh, I want
02:04:12.880 to go to
02:04:13.220 the, you
02:04:13.880 know, the
02:04:14.140 master of
02:04:14.800 hope, uh,
02:04:16.300 where we've
02:04:16.760 all run so
02:04:17.740 much hope
02:04:18.180 over the
02:04:18.540 years, Snoop
02:04:19.380 Dog, um,
02:04:21.500 Snoop Dog, not
02:04:23.080 exactly the
02:04:23.880 one that you
02:04:24.260 would think
02:04:25.080 would be the
02:04:26.460 one you go
02:04:26.880 like, yeah, I
02:04:27.480 can hang my
02:04:27.860 hat on that
02:04:28.300 one.
02:04:28.800 Uh, but
02:04:29.420 you can
02:04:29.940 today.
02:04:31.160 Uh, what
02:04:31.820 did he bring
02:04:32.180 his kids to
02:04:32.740 a Disney
02:04:33.140 movie or
02:04:33.600 Pixar?
02:04:34.860 Yeah.
02:04:35.200 I think it
02:04:36.280 was, it
02:04:36.820 was, um,
02:04:39.340 it was a
02:04:40.400 toy sport, uh,
02:04:41.520 Buzz Lightyear
02:04:42.360 toy story.
02:04:43.140 Yeah.
02:04:43.260 The spin
02:04:43.800 off.
02:04:44.120 Yeah.
02:04:44.260 Toy Story
02:04:44.840 spinoff.
02:04:45.280 Right, right,
02:04:45.540 right.
02:04:45.800 Buzz, uh,
02:04:46.660 speaking on
02:04:47.080 a podcast, uh,
02:04:48.560 he said he
02:04:49.520 went to the
02:04:50.800 movie and
02:04:51.700 his, um,
02:04:52.820 his, his
02:04:53.520 grandson asked
02:04:55.240 him how, uh,
02:04:56.500 Alicia in the
02:04:57.240 movie was able
02:04:57.880 to have a
02:04:58.300 child with
02:04:58.820 another woman.
02:05:00.200 And his
02:05:01.480 response was,
02:05:02.340 I'll, uh,
02:05:03.420 edit slightly
02:05:04.200 here.
02:05:04.520 Oh crap.
02:05:05.520 I didn't come
02:05:06.480 in for this
02:05:07.000 crap.
02:05:07.600 I just came
02:05:08.320 in to watch
02:05:08.800 the gosh
02:05:10.340 darn movie.
02:05:11.180 Uh, it, it,
02:05:12.860 it, it
02:05:14.220 screwed me
02:05:14.840 up.
02:05:15.100 Wow.
02:05:15.240 There's a lot
02:05:15.940 of editing.
02:05:16.560 There's very
02:05:17.060 few words.
02:05:17.740 I'm trying to
02:05:18.160 do this on the
02:05:18.600 fly.
02:05:18.920 Half of them
02:05:19.200 have to go.
02:05:20.700 Apologize to
02:05:21.200 all stations.
02:05:22.200 Uh, I, it, uh,
02:05:23.600 screwed me up.
02:05:24.620 I'm like scared
02:05:25.740 to go to the
02:05:26.360 movies.
02:05:26.680 Now y'all
02:05:27.780 throwing me in
02:05:28.480 the middle of
02:05:28.960 this junk that
02:05:30.900 I don't have an
02:05:31.620 answer for.
02:05:33.360 These are kids.
02:05:34.760 We have to show
02:05:35.720 that at this age,
02:05:37.000 they're going to
02:05:37.400 ask questions.
02:05:38.300 I don't have the
02:05:39.120 answer.
02:05:40.600 And it's
02:05:41.280 interesting.
02:05:41.700 I mean, because
02:05:42.540 he's not doing it
02:05:43.720 for political
02:05:44.280 purposes.
02:05:44.720 He's not, I'm
02:05:45.300 sure he's not
02:05:45.760 any conservative
02:05:46.680 by any means.
02:05:47.780 No, he's just
02:05:49.220 saying like, this
02:05:49.880 is, I think the
02:05:50.340 very normal reaction
02:05:51.560 to families who
02:05:53.380 want basic
02:05:54.740 enjoyment, want
02:05:55.900 happiness, want
02:05:57.200 some nice
02:05:57.860 experience with
02:05:58.480 their kids without
02:05:59.040 having to get
02:05:59.600 into the biggest
02:06:00.200 questions we have
02:06:01.660 in our world,
02:06:02.500 right?
02:06:02.700 That's a basic
02:06:03.340 thing you should
02:06:04.000 be able to
02:06:04.520 accomplish with a
02:06:05.220 movie.
02:06:06.040 I think it's a
02:06:07.640 really hard
02:06:08.140 balance to stay
02:06:09.240 absolutely engaged
02:06:10.580 and in the
02:06:11.160 fight, but only
02:06:14.060 when you're on
02:06:15.080 the front lines
02:06:15.780 and you have to
02:06:16.480 be, and in
02:06:17.200 your real life
02:06:18.100 to be exactly
02:06:19.420 like him.
02:06:20.580 What the, why?
02:06:22.940 Why?
02:06:23.380 Because that's
02:06:23.800 where everybody
02:06:24.540 is living.
02:06:25.620 Yeah.
02:06:25.820 They are not
02:06:26.500 living on the
02:06:27.360 edges of, this
02:06:28.520 audience is
02:06:29.160 different, you're
02:06:30.160 engaged, you want
02:06:31.520 to know about
02:06:32.140 politics, you want
02:06:32.980 to know about
02:06:33.300 the, everybody
02:06:34.300 else generally
02:06:35.460 doesn't want to
02:06:36.580 know, okay?
02:06:37.780 They just want to
02:06:38.920 live their life.
02:06:39.620 And if you're like
02:06:40.300 me, I just really
02:06:41.480 want to live my
02:06:42.080 life too.
02:06:43.360 But we know we
02:06:45.080 have a civic
02:06:45.880 responsibility to
02:06:47.000 stay engaged, but
02:06:48.320 that's the way I
02:06:49.920 think to win people
02:06:50.800 over.
02:06:51.480 And to also keep
02:06:53.020 Pope, that's the
02:06:54.140 average person.
02:06:55.120 That's Snoop
02:06:56.120 Dogg.
02:06:57.420 Snoop Dogg has
02:06:58.380 done things I'm
02:06:59.280 sure in his life
02:07:00.200 that, you know,
02:07:02.860 might, we might
02:07:03.820 have to have him
02:07:04.560 explain as well.
02:07:05.640 I don't understand
02:07:06.500 what did you just
02:07:07.680 do there?
02:07:08.640 And even he is
02:07:10.020 saying, we don't
02:07:11.520 need this crap with
02:07:12.400 our children.
02:07:13.700 That's good news.
02:07:15.380 Can't believe I'm
02:07:15.960 saying this.
02:07:16.340 thank you, Snoop
02:07:19.140 Dogg, or if I
02:07:20.020 may call you
02:07:20.660 Mr. Dogg, or
02:07:21.920 Mr. Snoop.
02:07:23.080 Snoop Dogg.
