00:03:21.600 The press is saying now that the Department of Homeland Security is wearing military uniforms, they're in unmarked cars,

00:03:30.780 and they are just scooping people up without charge in Portland, Oregon, and other places.

00:03:43.180 I'm sure it will not surprise you to learn that all of them are false.

00:03:51.780 There are four federal agencies there protecting the federal property.

00:03:56.460 Three of them are from the Department of Homeland Security.

00:03:59.460 The U.S. Marshals is the fourth.

00:04:01.360 They guard the inside of the courthouse.

00:04:03.120 But a little-known agency called the Federal Protective Service protects thousands of federal properties across the country.

00:04:13.080 They've been protecting this courthouse at issue in Portland since it was built in 1997.

00:04:18.920 So this is not a new mission.

00:04:21.220 It's a 24-7, 365 mission.

00:04:24.600 We have been there from the beginning of this courthouse being built and the birth of the Department of Homeland Security.

00:04:31.900 But on the July 4th weekend, we got intelligence that there was going to be heightened violence directed at this federal facility as well as one nearby called the Edith Green Building.

00:04:41.560 And so we advanced supportive officers from Customs Border Protection and ICE who were cross-designated.

00:04:51.500 It's like deputizing them as Federal Protective Service officers, all of whom have the training for the jobs they're doing in Portland, by the way, another false narrative.

00:05:02.120 And the intelligence was correct.

00:05:05.280 There was a directed violence that was higher than it had been before at these federal facilities.

00:05:11.240 And our officers have bravely and resolutely done their duty and done their job to protect those facilities and people using them and each other, of course, during that time.

00:05:22.540 And one other false narrative, Glenn, is this.

00:05:25.040 You know, we've heard the mayor say, well, they came here and started this violence.

00:05:30.540 Well, the violence was going on for more than a month, every single day, more than five weeks, every single day in Portland before we ever expanded our presence.

00:05:41.240 So that's just ridiculous.

00:05:42.720 With respect to the cars, we do use unmarked cars.

00:05:46.760 I almost laughed when I heard Nancy Pelosi making this, quote, accusation.

00:05:52.680 Maybe she should check the San Francisco Police Department.

00:05:55.600 You will find that every single law enforcement agency of any size in America uses unmarked vehicles because they're safer for the officers.

00:06:04.480 They're more effective for the mission.

00:06:05.800 And we are not grabbing people off the street.

00:06:08.440 The only people that we detain are people who match descriptions of offenders or who are just caught in the act.

00:06:16.460 They're questioned.

00:06:18.000 If they are the offender, they're arrested.

00:06:19.900 If they're not, they're released.

00:06:21.420 And it's that simple and that straightforward.

00:06:23.500 It's a standard arrest procedure used anywhere in America.

00:06:27.640 And finally, the uniforms, the FPS officers wear blue.

00:06:34.700 The ICE officers wear sort of a khaki.

00:06:40.180 Their agents are not so much on the street.

00:06:43.000 But also, the ones that you hear this military uniform thing are the Customs Border Protection BORTAC units, which is like our SWAT teams.

00:06:52.500 And it's worth noting, most of the time, while they're trained for the job they're doing, most of their time is on the border.

00:07:01.800 We don't just go buy new uniforms every week for these folks.

00:07:05.240 So we came with what we had, and they are marked.

00:07:10.580 They say police on the front, police on the back.

00:07:13.220 And on both shoulders, they're identified as Customs Border Protection officers and members of the Department of Homeland Security.

00:07:20.520 And they have an individualized badge number for each one of them, not their name, because of the doxing threat to our law enforcement that has been happening by the dozens.

00:07:31.180 And that just doesn't threaten the officers.

00:07:35.240 And the notion that, you know, when I hear criticism from people like the Speaker of the House, who doesn't criticize the violence, who doesn't criticize the terrorism,

00:07:45.220 which is what the intentional targeting of law enforcement officers, to hurt them and harm them and put them in fear, that's terrorism.

00:07:53.000 I don't hear condemnation of that.

00:07:55.580 I hear condemnation of us actually performing our mission.

00:08:01.800 So I'll hit you real quick with the constitutional elements.

00:08:05.180 Article 1, Section 8, paragraphs 1, 9, and 18 are the constitutional foundation for the mission we have there.

00:08:18.680 And it is those statutes, those laws that we are enforcing.

00:09:51.340 There was a viral video from last week of CBP agents who detained an individual and did move him into their vehicle, unmarked vehicle,

00:10:08.640 You can tell it's not a safe situation, which is why that individual was moved.

00:10:12.220 What you don't see is the two-block foot chase before that detention that followed the agents approaching and identifying themselves to the individual without detaining him

00:10:24.180 because he matched a description of someone who had assaulted two law enforcement officers an hour beforehand.

00:10:31.820 You don't see any of that in the video.

00:10:34.100 So you don't know that they're pursuing an individual suspected of, and with information, suspected of assaulting law enforcement officers.

00:10:44.260 That individual was detained.

00:10:46.320 The location was moved because of safety concerns for both the officers and the individual.

00:10:51.460 The individual was questioned and was determined specifically not to be the assailant and was released all in under 10 minutes.

00:11:01.100 So that's the way it's supposed to work.

00:11:05.900 Do we want to actually get the assailant?

00:11:08.860 But we also want to clear innocent people, and that's exactly what happened there, and it was done properly, and it was done safely.

00:11:31.540 The Democratic mayors signed a letter on Monday demanding that you remove all the federal agents from the cities.

00:11:39.540 How do you respond to that?

00:11:48.440 All these mayors have walked in and out of federal buildings in their cities and walked right by these FPS agents every day who are keeping them safe.

00:12:07.600 I showed the evidence of the more radical elements from the Communist Party USA, the connections to BLM, and how they have planned an effort to dismantle capitalism, democracy, our republic.

00:12:28.380 I don't understand why arrests haven't been made on some of these things that are indeed insurrection.

00:12:41.020 We are experiencing revolutionaries who want to overthrow the government.

00:13:05.320 Like if you go back to the Andrew Jackson statue situation in Washington, you saw that investigation go quickly and finish with four arrests.

00:13:26.340 But are we looking at the bigger, the actual groups that are planning these things?

00:13:40.940 Now realize that a group that calls itself Black Lives Matter in Washington may not be connected to a group that calls itself Black Lives Matter in Minneapolis.

01:28:10.620 Well, all of a sudden, the white principal sent a letter to us, mostly Asian immigrants of color,

01:28:18.640 telling us that we needed to check our privilege.

01:28:21.980 So I was like, whoa, what?

01:28:23.660 My dad, like, hardly survived the Bengal famine.

01:28:27.340 We, I'm the first, I'm the daughter of post-colonization from India.

01:28:34.260 And so this dad told me, Asra, you have to look up critical race theory.

01:28:39.620 And I'm a fast student, and I then, I saw this ideology of critical race theory,

01:28:46.920 and how it has hijacked the left, and put out this white privilege, this idea that whites should be ashamed of themselves.

01:28:56.060 And then me, as an Asian, and as a Muslim, they call me white adjacent, because I'm, quote, successful in America, right?

01:29:03.260 So they feel for me my identity, and so then I started looking it up.

01:29:09.240 And then, you know what I started doing?

01:29:10.760 I simply added Muslim to it, all my searches.

01:29:14.600 I looked at all my, all the characters I've been investigating.

01:29:22.460 And I had a book written six months ago, and because of coronavirus, it got shelved, right?

01:29:28.040 But I'm glad, Glenn, because now I understand, and I'm doing a fast rewrite, and I'm, like, really, like, doing my research.

01:29:37.620 We have, but that came, that happened because I'm a mom in a school district that's getting hijacked, right?

01:29:43.880 And by this, by this intersection, and we have an Islamist on our school board.

01:29:59.980 And you are, you are one of the few that would actually look into that and see the meeting.

01:32:15.000 If you want to talk about Islamic extremism, so they're trying to move up the notch, right?

01:35:54.940 Well, first place I try to start is from a place of humanity.

01:35:59.100 And I try to say to people, the, the place where especially folks with good hearts, um, can, can agree, which is, do you see humanity in all people?

01:36:10.380 And do you believe that we need to be kind and compassionate to all people?

01:36:14.740 And I, if we start from that premise, this entire thesis of critical race theory and black lives matter and the Islamist, uh, doesn't survive.

01:36:26.880 Because ultimately, as you can see from the streets to the boardrooms and the workplace, you know, retraining that they have of people on quote, anti-racism, you know, this anti-racism propaganda.

01:36:42.760 It's about shaming people.

01:36:46.080 And if, if you believe in being kind and, uh, compassionate and recognizing the humanity and goodness of all people and the goodness potential, let's say, of all people, then you cannot participate in that kind of movement.

01:37:02.640 You just can't, and, and what happens though, let me just tell you how they, what I've learned that they trick people is that one of their tricks is to use stories and, uh, and because, and they say that in their approach.

01:37:17.300 And so I want your listeners to know that like, if they're subjected to these kinds of training, this is their tactic.

01:37:26.640 We know the power of it, but what happens is they hijack our brains then so that they go, you go to the back of the brain, the amygdala, the hippocampus, you know, the neuroscience of feeling and empathy.

01:37:39.220 And so what they do is they try to keep you stuck there so that you don't move forward and have your entire brain working with your prefrontal cortex and rational thought.

01:37:51.940 And so that's how shame works.

01:37:54.500 And so when they have you stand up and say, we'd like you to share a racist moment in your life.

01:38:00.020 And then you give some confession of whom when you were nine years old, they'll now use that against you as a human being that they keep stuck in that place.

01:38:09.600 And then they'll have you, have you listened to other stories to, uh, to make you avoid critical thinking.

01:38:17.300 And so that you cannot allow that to happen to your brain and you'll have to be smarter than them.

01:43:46.540 And, um, what the district pointed to was, you know, they, they said there was a lot of complaints, but I never got anything in writing or anything formal of complaints just based on, you know, the 24 hours after the tweet.

01:44:07.540 Okay, so they say, they, they held a meeting where, where your union representative was there.

01:44:24.840 So I was called in, uh, the next day after the tweets went out and, um, I was questioned, um, about three tweets.

01:44:33.420 And the first one was, uh, just a retweet of Donald Trump saying that schools should go back in the fall.

01:44:41.840 I think it's, we all agree with that.

01:44:43.440 We all may not have the same exact ideas on how to get back there and what needs to be done, but we all agree that we need to get back to school in the fall.

01:44:50.800 So, um, the next one was the, you know, Donald Trump's our president.

01:44:55.160 And the point of that was we should be rooting for him to succeed regardless of if we agree with his policies or not, because if he succeeds, we all succeed.

01:45:03.420 And it's not fair that so many people seem to be rooting for him to fail, actively rooting for him to fail.

01:45:07.520 So, um, that was meant to be unifying in the sense of, Hey, he's our president.

01:45:43.880 And I deleted it later when I realized I sarcastically deleted, you know, I sarcastically said it and deleted it later once I realized it didn't go over.

01:49:09.580 It was just them kind of steering me toward resigning, which I felt like they were kind of with the district.

01:49:17.280 Well, it's the, it is the teachers unions, at least in California and some other big states that are demanding reparations.
