00:05:46.280 administration stood, according to the White House yesterday. And Rudy Giuliani is going to be

00:05:54.900 joining us in a few minutes and he's going to give us where they stand today and what their strategy

00:05:59.780 is. But this is from yesterday. Here's the state of play pathway to victory in Pennsylvania.

00:06:08.420 There are more than a million ballots left to be counted, including roughly three hundred thousand

00:06:14.400 in Philadelphia using extremely conservative estimates. Even if the president receives only five

00:06:22.900 percent of the ballots in Philadelphia and then 30 percent of the remaining ballots. These are all

00:06:30.280 the ballots, the rest of the million. The president will win Pennsylvania by forty thousand votes.

00:06:37.780 We are confident of winning because many of these absentee mail in ballots are from from conservative

00:06:44.780 counties. There are fifty four thousand ballots left to be counted in Cumberland County. Forty thousand

00:06:50.520 ballots left to be counted in Westmoreland County, a county where President Trump won sixty nine percent

00:06:55.140 of the vote. There are twenty thousand ballots left to be counted in Franklin County, a county where

00:07:00.640 President Trump more than more than eighty two percent of the vote on Tuesday. There are twenty

00:07:05.700 thousand ballots left to be counted in Beaver County. They believe that they will win more than five

00:07:13.320 percent of the ballots in Philadelphia County because of the inroads that he made with blacks and

00:07:19.140 Hispanics. They expect to overperform the historic GOP margin of minority voters by two to five percent.

00:07:27.900 But as of yesterday, they were saying if we get only five percent of Philadelphia and 30 percent of the

00:07:37.440 remaining ballots, they will take Pennsylvania. Now, I put Stu in an incredibly awkward position because

00:07:48.260 well, he's the gay character on a conservative show, so he's got to be the bad guy.

00:07:53.180 That's right. I forgot about that. I also forgot about being gay.

00:07:56.520 But I am asking him to look at all of the stats and look at both sides of everything and tell me where

00:08:06.680 anybody has it wrong. Now, this is from the White House yesterday. So things have changed.

00:08:11.980 Uh, they've counted more. Tell me where we stand in Pennsylvania.

00:08:18.020 Pennsylvania is going to be very close. Um, they're taking aside these sort of things that

00:08:25.520 you're seeing about fraudulent activities that the the administration or the campaign is correctly

00:08:31.300 going and looking into all of these and doing everything they can to try to stop anything that

00:08:35.620 might be shady. Uh, the general just talking about the general, um, pacing of the arc that

00:08:41.400 is a story arc that's revealed to us as cinematic viewers as we sit here and watch the election

00:08:45.800 results come in. What we expected from the beginning was Donald Trump to come out to a

00:08:50.320 very large lead. And as these mail-in ballots came out, uh, it would start to be, they would

00:08:55.640 chip away and we would see what happened at the end. So as of right now, Donald Trump has

00:09:00.100 50.5% of the vote. Joe Biden is at 48.4. The difference is 140,000. What was the minute

00:09:08.460 margin? They said there, uh, 300,000, 300,000. So it got cut in half basically yesterday. Uh,

00:09:14.280 it is going to get a lot closer than this. There's still a lot of vote to happen in, uh,

00:09:19.440 places like Philadelphia. Wait, wait, wait, a lot of vote to happen. A lot of counting to

00:09:26.680 happen. I should be very counting. Careful with my words. That was the thing. The media said that

00:09:31.220 Trump said, you know, you've got to stop counting. No, he didn't. He said, stop voting. Right. Which

00:09:36.500 is a big difference. Uh, yes, we all agree that they should stop voting and whether that's true

00:09:40.860 or not, we don't know. You could just have machines churning out ballots. We have no additional

00:09:45.920 information on that. Uh, but, uh, it, the, the numbers that the campaign gives there are, uh,

00:09:52.160 at least were as of yesterday, accurate. Uh, the, the important thing to remember though,

00:09:55.980 is those were largely in person. Tileys. So we expect every, so if you're in a Republican

00:10:02.120 County where he got 69% of the vote, you'd expect the mail vote to be much less positive

00:10:08.300 for Donald Trump, but he might still win it, but he wouldn't win it by that sort of mark.

00:10:11.920 Right. And even, I mean, they are counting on only 30%. So if he was in a County where they

00:10:18.080 got 69, he's only counting on getting 30%, which I think is extraordinarily reasonable.

00:10:23.660 And that's about the margins that you'd expect. Now they expect there's about 10% of the vote

00:10:28.080 left overall in the state. Uh, about 6 million votes, uh, have been cast. Probably it's probably

00:10:36.080 a little bit less than that by now, about 400,000 votes, perhaps he needs to judge Joe Biden. We

00:10:42.140 need to make up about 140,000 votes from where we are now. Uh, so look, you know, it is going to be

00:10:49.060 tight. I would say that you'd, you'd expect this to be tight. People who look at this at the County

00:10:53.800 level right now, expect Joe Biden to have enough votes at the end of this to win the state. Now

00:11:00.220 that it's not a universal agreement, but it, and it's going to be close, but if things play out the

00:11:07.160 way they expect them to play out, they would put Donald Trump as the underdog in Pennsylvania overall.

00:11:13.820 Let me put, uh, let me go to Arizona because there is a lot of argument with, uh, Arizona and, uh, and

00:11:21.900 confusion with Arizona. First of all, let's address a couple of things. Uh, the Sharpie, uh, rumor, uh,

00:11:31.260 the, the fact that some people were told to use Sharpies, other people said not to use Sharpies and

00:11:36.860 they say their votes aren't counting. That's not apparently the explanation is that is not true,

00:11:44.340 that it will count felt markers. They prefer that you don't use Sharpies because it bleeds through,

00:11:52.340 but it still counts all of it. But they're saying now that the, the rumor is that they're throwing

00:12:00.000 out anything that was used, uh, was marked with a Sharpie. Um, the, the officials say that is not

00:12:09.740 true. You can, you can bet your life that if it is true, Donald Trump will be suing over that.

00:12:18.280 And he should, by the way, anytime there's any suspicion of anything, Donald Trump and his legal

00:12:23.160 team, and I'm sure as Rudy Giuliani will soon describe to us, it's going to be all over it. Um,

00:12:27.860 so that is something they should do. And the media is acting as if this is not exactly what would

00:12:34.420 happen if the Democrats were in this position. I know they should be doing that. They will be

00:12:38.100 doing that. They will do everything they can to try to win and to make sure every legal vote.

00:12:42.600 He has a responsibility as does Joe Biden to make sure that every vote that went for them

00:12:50.940 was counted. I believe they have the responsibility to make sure that every vote was counted,

00:12:57.340 not just for the ones that were that voted for them. Um, but that's what the each, that's what

00:13:03.140 each side is doing. And I think Americans will accept any result as long as it is fair. If it,

00:13:12.240 if it was gained by fraud, you're not going to bring America together. But Joe Biden, I wildly disagree

00:13:22.300 with him and I will fight against his policies every step of the way. Uh, and for president,

00:13:28.980 uh, Kamala, I will do the same, but she and he are the president and vice president, uh, or the

00:13:38.880 former president, God rest his soul and the new president. Uh, and that is, that's just the way it

00:13:46.940 is. We're Americans. That doesn't mean we stop fighting. No, it doesn't mean we do, but we

00:13:52.300 respect a legitimate process and we just need to make sure this is all legitimate. Yeah. So we need

00:14:01.600 to be the place that we may not be feeding you the food you want. Um, if you just want to say

00:14:08.320 it's being stolen, I believe that there are many things that could lead you to believe that it is

00:14:15.620 being stolen. I don't trust the Democrats at all, uh, especially in places like Pennsylvania

00:14:22.380 and Detroit. Um, but we have to be very careful and make sure that everything is accurate on what

00:14:30.760 we say. Yeah. We should point out to that, you know, a viral video on YouTube is enough of a reason

00:14:36.880 at this point for the Trump campaign to look into it really closely. Yeah. It's not enough to say

00:14:43.180 that there's evidence of any of these things happen. We all know that people post videos all

00:14:46.920 the time of things that aren't true. Um, but that the Trump, this is the Trump campaign's job. It's

00:14:53.220 why people have donated, donated millions of dollars to legal defenses to try to get these things to play

00:14:58.320 out. Uh, this is, this is what they're doing right now, 24 seven. And I'm sure Giuliani will outline

00:15:05.400 some of the efforts they're going after. If they can get these things to be proven, then votes might

00:15:10.460 change. But that is, that's, that's the sort of level of standard they have. I don't think I've

00:15:15.020 ever made a donation to the RNC, but, uh, Tanya and I did, but we made it for the legal defense

00:15:22.400 of, of Donald Trump, uh, at this time. Uh, they were not prepared financially. The RNC was not,

00:15:31.340 I have, uh, I've heard from, uh, people behind the scenes that the RNC is fighting really hard.

00:15:38.920 I was concerned yesterday. Where are they? They are fighting really hard. That's what I hear from

00:15:44.320 people who don't like the RNC. Um, and there is still hope that this is going to turn around.

00:15:52.080 Let me get to Arizona quickly, and then I'm going to take a quick break. A final batch of mail-in ballots

00:15:57.420 is still being counted with the latest arriving ballots called, uh, being counted last. The White

00:16:05.000 House yesterday believed that over half a million votes remain to be counted. They expect two thirds

00:16:10.480 and seven tenths of those ballots. They expect to win Arizona by 30,000 votes. Um, last night or the

00:16:18.860 night before, uh, they won 62% of the 80,000 election day votes that came into Maricopa County.

00:16:26.200 They expect that margin to be higher in the rest of the state. Now they're expecting

00:16:33.300 to win Arizona. This is what, this is one that is absolutely in play.

00:16:39.180 Yes, I agree. Uh, they, the Trump administration complained, uh, a lot about the state being called

00:16:45.300 at the beginning. It's been called only by Fox news and the associated press.

00:16:48.660 Is that something? CNN has not called it. Nope. For, uh, for Biden. And they shouldn't. I mean,

00:16:54.260 Nate Silver said yesterday that the, the, they should retract the call last night. Yeah. Last

00:16:59.740 night, I think he came out and said they should retract, retract it. That's Nate Silver. Yeah. Now

00:17:04.520 I, Maricopa County is getting much, much closer. They shouldn't have called these races. I will say

00:17:10.240 that for sure. It's way too close. Maricopa County is helping the president. It's unlike,

00:17:15.600 for example, the situation in Pennsylvania where Trump keeps, you know, shedding votes,

00:17:20.500 not shedding votes, but like the margin gets closer and closer and Biden is catching up.

00:17:24.280 It's the reverse in Arizona where in Arizona, these votes are coming in positively for the

00:17:29.200 president and he's closing the gap. Exact reverse situation. He needs to, I think they said they

00:17:33.600 needed two thirds of the vote. They thought there. Um, I don't think they necessarily need

00:17:38.780 that much. I think that's what they said. They were expecting was two thirds.

00:17:41.600 They need to expect two thirds to seven tenths of these ballots. So what, so far, what they're

00:17:47.040 getting is about 60%. So they're a little lower than that estimate. Uh, and the, however,

00:17:52.760 that's about what they need. They need about 60% to pull this off of all the remaining ballots.

00:17:57.360 The issue is, uh, in Maricopa County, they're doing that. There's a bunch of votes in Pima County

00:18:02.180 where they, people expect they will do worse than this. It's more democratic leaning. So they

00:18:07.200 think they'll do worse than that. It's good. This one's going to be very, very close. Razor

00:18:11.880 close. Razor close. And it seems to be that way all across the country. Uh, in these Arizona,

00:18:19.260 Georgia and Pennsylvania. And we're going to get to, we're going to get to Georgia, Nevada,

00:18:25.060 North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Michigan in just a second. Stand by.

00:19:36.240 All right. Uh, according to the white house yesterday, uh, the pathway to victory in Nevada,

00:19:57.200 they say late breaking mail-in votes will help. Uh, they believe that once all the legal ballots are

00:20:03.300 counted, they will win by 5,500 votes. That is ridiculously close. Uh, but they are concerned

00:20:11.320 about corruption in Nevada. Now, Georgia, president Trump, they say built an insurmountable lead

00:20:19.080 that the Democrats cannot beat. They lead by over a hundred thousand votes. Now that has changed

00:20:25.800 since, uh, in the last, uh, in the last 24 hours, but they're still not calling Georgia. Where do we

00:20:32.720 stand in Georgia? So that it has narrowed a little bit. Uh, currently Donald Trump, 49.6% of the vote,

00:20:39.360 Joe Biden, 49.2. The, the, the, the margin there is now 19,000 votes. So it's closed quite a bit. Uh,

00:20:50.520 from what I read earlier this morning, they are projecting that Donald Trump or that Joe Biden

00:20:56.760 would need to win about 68% of the remaining vote to pull this off. If the problem with that is,

00:21:03.420 and that's obviously a much higher percentage than he won statewide. The problem is these votes are all

00:21:07.240 coming from places like Atlanta. So it's very possible that Trump will not have enough votes

00:21:14.460 at the end of this. Biden can win. Uh, it is tight. Again, this is going to be Arizona and Georgia.

00:21:22.600 I'd put in the same sort of bucket. They're going to be really, really close. These are this close

00:21:27.740 5,000 ballots. Aren't these all, um, almost all of them automatic recounts? Uh, so the states are,

00:21:37.260 have different rules. I know like, for example, Wisconsin is in that margin, right? Um, uh, we'll

00:21:41.700 get to that in a second. I don't know all the rules, uh, for recounts yet. I haven't,

00:21:45.540 I'm kind of looking to see what the, the title, the totals are going to be first. Uh, but yeah,

00:21:49.580 I mean, usually they can probably get recounts in a lot of these states. Uh, Pennsylvania may,

00:21:54.060 the issue here is Pennsylvania. I think Pennsylvania of all of these states is one of the least likely

00:21:59.040 probably for, for Trump to win. Uh, and it does, nothing else matters. Basically if Biden wins

00:22:08.260 Pennsylvania, he's going to, you know, to be the president as much as I hate to utter such words.

00:22:14.360 However, you know, look, I wouldn't say Pennsylvania is a sure thing by any means.

00:22:17.240 And I'm sure Giuliani will present a very, uh, you know, a very optimistic picture. Yeah. I mean,

00:22:22.680 you know, it's not like, again, you can, you can only do so much with this. You can look at these

00:22:27.000 projections and say, these are where the places are coming from. This is what we think they'll be.

00:22:30.580 But that doesn't mean that those individual people said, you know what, I'm,

00:22:34.000 those people may have said I voted for Trump. You know, it may not be as you, you know,

00:22:37.560 they may not get 68% of the vote in Georgia. So these things are not sure. There's a lot of

00:22:42.940 margin of error here, but as far as what it looks like is remaining in the vote,

00:22:47.400 it tilts a little towards Biden in these states. All right. We'll finish with North Carolina,

00:22:52.740 Wisconsin, and Michigan, and then address some of the, some of the fraud and alleged fraud coming up.

00:24:42.860 Michigan. Uh, and, uh, and then get to some of these, these hoaxes and some of these things

00:24:50.020 that should be questioned. Uh, where do you want to start? I want to start North Carolina

00:24:54.460 quickly. North Carolina, I think is going to be a Donald Trump state. I, I guess they're worried

00:24:58.880 about calling it because there could be, you know, some really large democratic, uh, areas

00:25:04.820 that could make up this difference. I don't think it's going to happen. I think Trump is going

00:25:08.980 to win North Carolina. I think that's a 90, 10 sort of situation for Wisconsin tight race within

00:25:14.140 1%. It's a recount state. It is a recount state. Uh, no, no more votes to count there. Uh, Trump is

00:25:21.120 down by about 20,000. You know, the last time they did a recount, they did two recounts. Scott Walker,

00:25:26.780 the former governor pointed this out. They did two recounts when he was there. Um, when they did full

00:25:31.220 state recounts, they only overturned about 300 votes or less than both of them. So it's unlikely

00:25:36.280 they'd be able to change. Have you looked at the two cities that are showing a 90% turnout

00:25:41.220 for a voter? Yeah. So, uh, go ahead, Pat. You had some, have you looked at the, at the wards

00:25:47.040 in Milwaukee that show 202% uh, turnout for voters? So what it seems like they're doing,

00:25:54.420 right? I mean, now Wisconsin is a cheating. That's what it seems like. What they're doing

00:25:58.900 is cheating. It does seem that they're doing it. They're factoring turnout based on registered

00:26:03.340 voters, which is not how you factor turnout. That's not the correct way to calculate that

00:26:07.420 number. And look, a lot of the people making this claim know that. Okay. The other part

00:26:12.020 is because you don't, you say like turnout is how many people could vote and how many

00:26:16.140 people turned out. Not, not, you don't divide it. The correct denominator is not registered

00:26:20.680 voters, especially in a state, which is the case in some of these situations where you can

00:26:24.740 register the day of. So you're adding actual new registered. I think, is that the case

00:26:30.120 in Milwaukee? I think in Milwaukee it is. I think, I think Wisconsin is one of those.

00:26:33.580 Okay. So they, they may have been registered. Right. They may have, right. And it's also

00:26:37.820 like, you know, there's a lot of weirdness with this selection in that, like, for example,

00:26:40.780 uh, people in normally you'd say like people who go to college, right, are going to vote

00:26:45.520 at their college and they're going to have a huge margins for the left. Right. What's, what's

00:26:51.860 happening in some of these situations is none of the kids are at college right now. Right.

00:26:55.360 Because none of them, that's all canceled and they're all doing it from home. So it's, it's,

00:26:59.240 it's dispersing this vote into different places, uh, around the state. Okay. So just tell me

00:27:04.940 out with 90%, that is the 90% voter turnout. That that's a very patriotic city. But again,

00:27:12.760 it's, that's 90% is not the correct number. A turnout, right. It is not how you, that's not

00:27:20.320 how you calculate that. For example, there are more now who won Texas? Donald Trump. Right.

00:27:25.180 More voters, more votes cast than there were more votes cast in early voting than the entire

00:27:30.940 election last time. Right. So there's lots of this stuff going around to be able to say

00:27:35.760 that it's, it is not crazy in certain areas to have numbers like that, especially when

00:46:55.460 crooks that run the Democratic Party. He said Democratic crooked machine prevented Republican

00:47:01.000 observers in Philadelphia from seeing the ballot counting process, forcing them to stand 20 or 30

00:47:07.180 feet away. Former mayor announced that President Donald Trump's campaign had filed a lawsuit to

00:47:13.480 contest the counting process. We're supposed where we are supposed to be allowed to observe the

00:47:19.740 counting of the ballots. He said we couldn't we need to fix this and remedy this now because as he says

00:47:28.480 we've won Pennsylvania and we want every vote to be counted in a fair way. You know one of the things

00:47:34.960 that really bothers me is the way the press has handled what the president has said. He is not saying

00:47:41.960 stop the counting. What he is saying is stop the voting. Now what does that mean? Well that means stop

00:47:53.960 taking deliveries of ballots in the middle of the night like allegedly happened in Detroit. Things were going

00:48:03.860 very well and then new suitcases showed up. I have no problem if this is free and fair. I have no problem

00:51:12.960 only by Democrats. We have no idea if they're empty paper if they're filled out correctly if the same

00:51:20.520 person voted 10 times if they're all 130,000 Biden ballots. The law requires that we be given an

00:51:29.180 opportunity to observe that was completely violated. We were allowed to observe roughly

00:51:36.820 you know two first downs away from the ballot about 20 right away from the ballot. We were told we could

00:51:44.340 use binoculars. We could use binoculars and that went on for 21 hours. We went to court. We got we got

00:51:52.500 before a completely uh uh why not a corrupt judge democrat who who ruled uh Glenn that you uh you

00:52:02.940 fulfill the right to observe by just having the person in the room even if they're 50 feet away

00:52:07.760 and can't see a damn thing. That's just ridiculous. We took it up to the intermediate court in Philadelphia,

00:52:13.040 Pennsylvania, state court, reversed immediately. Now we have the right to observe. Okay so wait

00:52:20.040 can you go back and look at all of those ballots? I'm going to move that they all be disqualified.

00:52:27.220 They were all Philadelphia city ballots. He's running seven eight to one eight to uh seven to three

00:52:33.400 eight to two. Um I wouldn't mind taking out 130,000 Philadelphia ballots and that's what they deserve.

00:55:00.620 were cast to be counted whether it's for your guy or not. Right and a legal vote is a vote whether it's

00:55:13.700 vote that's not a legal vote. The law requires that we have the opportunity to observe. We were denied the

00:55:21.700 opportunity to observe for 21 hours throughout the state of Pennsylvania only in Democratic areas

00:55:28.180 by the way. And that similar thing happened in Milwaukee where we have another lawsuit. In Michigan

00:55:35.700 we're about to bring one. In Arizona we're about to bring one and in Nevada. It looks like it was a

00:55:41.940 nationwide plan of the Democrat Party. Part of this whole mail-in thing they did to make sure Democrats

00:55:48.860 the Democrats only inspected them and Republicans never got a chance to see them.
