00:02:17.780 Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:02:29.680 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:33.980 Hello, America. Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:37.980 It is Monday.
00:02:39.980 So, New York, they decided they were going to go after
00:02:43.980 President Donald Trump politically and teach him a lesson,
00:02:46.980 and they fined him $300 million.
00:02:53.980 $355 he's got to pay in cash, could wipe out his entire stockpile of cash.
00:03:00.980 What are they doing this for?
00:03:02.980 Well, he's introduced some ways to make some of that money back,
00:03:08.980 and I don't think he'll pay for it when it gets to appeals, but we'll see.
00:03:12.980 We'll see. It was a victimless crime.
00:03:16.980 Now, Hochul has come out and said,
00:03:20.980 Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.
00:03:22.980 We're different than Donald Trump?
00:03:26.980 Oh, wait a minute.
00:03:28.980 We're different than Donald Trump?
00:03:30.980 So you're saying this was a witch hunt?
00:03:32.980 Why are other businesses different from Donald Trump?
00:03:37.980 Hmm.
00:03:38.980 We'll see.
00:03:39.980 We'll see.
00:03:40.980 We'll see.
00:03:41.980 We'll see.
00:03:42.980 We'll see.
00:03:43.980 We'll see.
00:03:44.980 We'll see.
00:03:45.980 We'll see.
00:03:46.980 We'll see.
00:03:47.980 We'll see.
00:03:48.980 We'll see.
00:03:49.980 We'll see.
00:03:50.980 We'll see.
00:03:51.980 The person in question probably dips his or her pinky toe into the real estate business by watching YouTube videos.
00:03:57.980 You know, after getting home from a long day sacking groceries, you want the very best somebody who has done this.
00:04:03.980 Somebody that has is surrounded by the best professionals that know all of the best business practices and know how it really knows how to advertise.
00:04:13.980 So there are people already at their website ready to buy your house.
00:04:17.980 Go to real estate agents.
00:04:19.980 I trust dot com.
00:04:20.980 That's a service provided by me, my company, my brother and I started about 10 years ago.
00:04:25.980 Real estate agents.
00:04:27.980 I trust dot com.
00:04:28.980 You just go to the website.
00:04:29.980 You tell us where you're buying, where you're selling, and we'll find the best real estate agent in your area.
00:04:35.980 Now, these are people that we already know have already vetted.
00:04:38.980 So if we don't have one in your area, I'm sorry, but we it takes us a long time to vet people.
00:04:44.980 And we won't recommend anyone to you that we don't trust ourselves so you can trust them.
00:04:50.980 The name says it all.
00:04:51.980 Real estate agents.
00:04:52.980 I trust dot com.
00:04:53.980 That's real estate agents.
00:04:54.980 I trust dot com.
00:04:57.980 Well, hello, Stu.
00:04:59.980 How are you?
00:05:00.980 I'm wonderful, Glenn.
00:05:01.980 Everything's going perfectly.
00:05:02.980 It really is.
00:05:03.980 It's going to be interesting to just sit back and watch how this all works out, isn't it?
00:05:07.980 Yeah.
00:05:08.980 We're probably going to be happy ending.
00:05:09.980 New York judge fined Donald Trump and the Trump Organization.
00:05:12.980 350 million on Friday.
00:05:15.980 According to the New York Times, Justice Arthur Engeron ruled the former president is liable for conspiring to manipulate his net net worth.
00:05:26.980 Now, let me just say.
00:05:29.980 This is what happens all the time.
00:05:32.980 This is a this is something that is a victimless crime because the bank even testified.
00:05:41.980 We know that people do that all the time.
00:05:44.980 That's why we have a whole division that goes and verifies.
00:05:48.980 We'd be a pretty bad bank if we just took everybody's word for it.
00:05:53.980 We have a service that goes out and verifies.
00:05:56.980 And then we come back and say, all right, is it this?
00:05:59.980 Is it that?
00:06:00.980 And then they look at the person borrowing the money in Donald Trump's case.
00:06:04.980 They testified he has always been a great risk and he paid the entire loan off.
00:06:10.980 So there is no victim here.
00:06:14.980 But they decided to prosecute anyway, and they did it just to run his bank account and make sure that he doesn't have enough money to run for president of the United States.
00:06:28.980 This is really sick on what's going on in this country.
00:06:32.980 Now, Hochul has come out and said New Yorkers who are business people have nothing to worry about because they're very different than Donald Trump.
00:06:40.980 Yeah, they're not running for president against the progressives.
00:06:44.980 She said she she all but admitted that her attorney general, Letitia James, the civil case and Donald Trump was a partisan affair in an interview with a local radio host.
00:06:54.980 Hochul told other New York business owners that they have nothing to worry about and they will not be targeted by the attorney general's office.
00:07:03.980 Well, why if this is a crime and it's good for Donald Trump, why wouldn't you be checking into all other businesses?
00:07:13.980 Why would you go on the air to say this isn't going to affect any other business?
00:07:18.980 Why?
00:07:19.980 Because she's afraid that other businesses will now know, oh, wait a minute, if I'm on the wrong side.
00:07:28.980 Then the state can come after us.
00:07:32.980 This is why America has been successful for so long.
00:07:36.980 We have a justice system that you can count on.
00:07:41.980 You don't have it changing back and forth.
00:07:44.980 You don't have you don't have to play the game with the state.
00:07:49.980 Our laws were written into stone.
00:07:54.980 And if you play by the laws, you're fine.
00:07:58.980 They can't get you on a witch hunt like they can in third world countries.
00:08:03.980 So, you know, if they railroad Donald Trump, they can certainly railroad you.
00:08:12.980 I was just up in Connecticut.
00:08:15.980 And unfortunately, Connecticut, I think, you know, God bless these guys who are still standing up.
00:08:20.980 But there's no way Connecticut's lost.
00:08:22.980 New York is probably lost.
00:08:25.980 And I'm not one to balkanize the country.
00:08:28.980 I think this is really bad.
00:08:29.980 We have to stay and fight for as long as we can.
00:08:32.980 But there there is something to say to fall back and reinforce.
00:08:38.980 I'm going to show you today that in the next four years, Texas will be lost if we don't wake up in Texas right now.
00:08:50.980 Once you lose Texas, you've lost the republic.
00:08:54.980 It's like losing California.
00:08:57.980 Not going to get that one back.
00:08:59.980 If you lose Texas, you lose the country.
00:09:04.980 And it's going to happen before 2024.
00:09:08.980 And I'll tell you why and what to do about it if you're in Texas, but it is time to reinforce.
00:09:16.980 It is it's it's also time to take a stand.
00:09:22.980 One of the best things I have heard in a long time, and I'd love to talk to truckers.
00:09:28.980 If you're a trucker and you're going to participate in this, not going to ask your name.
00:09:32.980 Just call us up 888-727-BECK if you're one of the truckers that are refusing now to drive to New York City after the three hundred fifty five million dollar fraud ruling on Donald Trump.
00:09:47.980 A conservative social media influencer and trucker who goes by Chicago Ray posted a video clip in which he claims some of his colleagues are going to stop making deliveries to New York City to protest the ruling.
00:10:00.980 I've been on the radio talking to drivers the past hour and I've talked to about ten drivers and they're going to start refusing loads to New York City starting on Monday.
00:10:08.980 So does that include any drivers that are listening to me now 888-727-BECK?
00:10:17.980 They're going to refuse to make deliveries to New York and maybe other states, but they're starting with New York City.
00:10:25.980 I don't know how far across the country, how many truckers are going to start denying loads to New York City, but I'll tell you what, they can just keep doing this and they'll find out.
00:10:35.980 Trucker said the bosses aren't going to care if we deny the loads, we'll just go someplace else.
00:10:41.980 Do you know how hard it is to get into New York City?
00:10:45.980 He said, screw that.
00:10:47.980 I'm boy, I'm editing here like crazy.
00:10:50.980 He speaks like a truck driver.
00:10:53.980 He said 95% of truckers support the former president, which has been viewed now by 4.6 million people received more than 50,000 likes just since Friday.
00:11:05.980 And this story broke.
00:11:06.980 This story was out yesterday in the New York Post.
00:11:09.980 I think this is this is the way to do business.
00:11:16.980 This is the way to fix things that I said this before.
00:11:20.980 You want to fix Coca-Cola?
00:11:23.980 The Coca-Cola distributors.
00:11:25.980 Those are all local.
00:11:27.980 Those are all local.
00:11:28.980 If somebody says, you know what, I'm not going to take Coca-Cola and calls the local distributors.
00:11:34.980 They're done.
00:11:35.980 Coca-Cola is done.
00:11:37.980 The same thing with New York City.
00:11:40.980 New York City is I mean, I just talked to somebody who said, you know, they're really starting to change.
00:11:46.980 It's really a different city.
00:11:48.980 And I'm like, yeah, well, yeah, murder rates up.
00:11:50.980 Everything is up.
00:11:52.980 I wouldn't live there.
00:11:53.980 I don't know anybody who would live there, but it's getting really bad.
00:11:57.980 I'm not going to mention the name of this restaurant, but there was a kind of a cheers kind of bar in New York.
00:12:06.980 And it was run by a Jewish guy.
00:12:09.980 And he put up the American flag and the Jewish flag on October 7th.
00:12:14.980 And a lot of his patrons said, you know, this is outrageous.
00:12:20.980 How dare you?
00:12:21.980 You know, we're not coming here again.
00:12:23.980 And he said, fine.
00:12:24.980 And they're still up.
00:12:27.980 And it's now becoming this conservative cheers.
00:12:30.980 It's kind of becoming where all the conservatives are hanging out.
00:12:34.980 The problem is there's not enough conservatives in Manhattan to keep that place going as it was before when everybody would come.
00:12:43.980 But it's time that the other side feels the effects of what they're trying to do.
00:12:52.980 California is passing all kinds of laws that are going to affect us.
00:12:58.980 Well, I don't want to play by the California laws.
00:13:02.980 That's why I don't live in California.
00:13:06.980 I'd like to have the sunshine.
00:13:08.980 I'd like to have the weather.
00:13:10.980 I'd like to have the beach.
00:13:12.980 I don't because their people that they vote in are insane.
00:13:19.980 So let California be California.
00:13:23.980 They can do whatever they want.
00:13:24.980 But they've learned that if they pass bills, then it will affect other businesses.
00:13:30.980 And it is time for those businesses to say, well, then I'm not going to do work in California.
00:13:38.980 What would happen if one refinery said, you know what, I'm not going to make gas for California.
00:13:44.980 This blend that they have done, I'm not doing it anymore.
00:13:48.980 We can save so much money and I'll apply that money to make our gas from our refinery for the rest of the country cheaper.
00:13:57.980 You think that refinery would have a hard time?
00:14:01.980 I don't think so.
00:14:03.980 I don't know because I don't know the numbers.
00:14:05.980 The same thing with the truckers.
00:14:10.980 They're going to get truckers to do it.
00:14:13.980 But who?
00:14:14.980 And how much will it cost?
00:14:16.980 Now, the truckers are going to be called all kinds of names.
00:14:21.980 But you know what?
00:14:23.980 It's time somebody stands.
00:14:26.980 It is time people that can make a stand peacefully and peacefully resist.
00:14:33.980 And that's what the trucker boycott would be.
00:14:35.980 Peaceful resistance.
00:14:37.980 I don't have to take your loads.
00:14:39.980 And what will happen?
00:14:41.980 The government will become more oppressive.
00:14:45.980 Yes, you have to take the loads.
00:14:47.980 And what will that do?
00:14:49.980 Wake even more people up.
00:14:51.980 I don't think medicine should ever be.
00:14:54.980 If you're a truck and you have to carry medicine into New York, carry medicine into New York.
00:14:59.980 But everything else, 888-727-BECK.
00:15:07.980 Apparently, we have a lot of people on the phone.
00:15:10.980 We're going to take a quick break.
00:15:11.980 If you're a trucker, tell me your thoughts on not trucking things to Manhattan.
00:15:17.980 We'll do that coming up.
00:15:19.980 It's hard to know what your best options are when it comes to retirement, especially because in this economy, it's hard to know if you'll even get to retire.
00:15:26.980 Probably not.

00:16:50.980 10-second station ID.
00:17:00.980 Rob, you're a truck driver in Pennsylvania.
00:17:02.980 Do you deliver much to New York City?
00:17:05.980 Well, I delivered, about a month ago, I delivered eight times to the five boroughs.
00:17:12.980 Okay.
00:17:13.980 And are you going to continue to do it?
00:17:16.980 No, sir.
00:17:17.980 I've already told my dispatch that under no circumstances will I be crossing that bridge again.
00:17:23.980 I won't go into New York State, much less the city.
00:17:28.980 So what was dispatch's reaction to that?
00:17:34.980 Do you get any heat?
00:17:35.980 No, I actually got, oh, another one.
00:17:40.980 It seems like about between 20 and 25% of our drivers have refused to go and to take any loads into New York State anymore.
00:17:48.980 Now, will that make a difference, 25%?
00:17:54.980 The thing is, I work for a multinational company, a huge company, and they will resort to using outside drivers and paying more.
00:18:04.980 Huh.
00:18:07.980 How do you feel about that?
00:18:12.980 Everybody's a whore at the right price, Ben.
00:18:16.980 We've established what you are.
00:18:18.980 We're just haggling over price.
00:18:20.980 I got it.
00:18:21.980 I got it.
00:18:22.980 That's it.
00:18:23.980 I'm selling my days.
00:18:24.980 I'm selling my days a mile at a time.
00:18:26.980 People will, you know, they'll bump the price until it becomes an inevitability.
00:18:32.980 I'm actually unloading right now in Paramus, New Jersey.
00:18:35.980 Hmm.
00:18:36.980 Well, thank you for taking a stand on this.
00:18:39.980 I appreciate it.
00:18:41.980 Yes, sir.
00:18:42.980 Is it growing or does everybody in the trucking business know about it now?
00:18:47.980 Now, you know, there's a lot of, there's a lot of guys, um, that I've spoken to that they look at it.
00:18:55.980 Uh, they look at it and they say, well, if I have a choice, uh, there are some company drivers, you know, smaller companies, you know, our fleet, just out of the DC that I work at, our fleet is probably 225, 250 trucks.
00:19:09.980 Uh, there are smaller carriers, um, you know, guys got 12 trucks under them and he'll tell his guys, you either get that load delivered or you're fired by the note.
00:19:20.980 Yeah. And, and there are some guys who trucking right now is, is hot. You can't buy a good truck driver.
00:19:27.980 Uh, we have a lot of people coming in from other countries that barely know how to operate a truck.
00:19:32.980 Uh, they're given credit for, if they say they had a commercial driver's license in their country for 20 years, the United States will give them credit for driving commercially for 20 years.
00:19:41.980 So they'll come over here, never having driven anything more complicated than a moped.
00:19:46.980 They'll get into a tractor trailer. They'll these big companies test them and they'll put them in, in a rig. And these guys will do anything for 50 cents a mile.
00:19:59.980 Wow. All right. Thank you. Right now, go ahead.
00:20:03.980 Yeah. Right now you can't get enough. You can't get enough drivers out there to, uh, to satisfy the demand.
00:20:08.980 I hope it remains that way. Thank you so much. Roger in Alabama. Hello, Roger.
00:20:13.980 Yeah. Hey, I, I drive, uh, drive into the city, uh, probably, uh, a couple of times a week delivering fresh, uh, seafood from the Gulf from Louisiana and, um, Alabama, uh, Mississippi.
00:20:26.980 And, um, for me to drive into New York city, it's just, it's, it's a pain, but it pays well.
00:20:32.980 Um, but so I'm not going to do that anymore.
00:20:36.980 And as far as being able to recoup the loss for, you know, me, you know, from, I will be able to find loads going anywhere, finding loads.
00:20:44.980 Uh, I own my own truck and I own my own trailer and I booked, I booked my own break.
00:20:48.980 So finding loads is easy. Um, what some of the other, uh, uh, drivers might be talking about is the, the, the drivers that are coming around that have no experience that are willing to drive into, uh, the city who will have a terrible time.
00:21:02.980 I mean, New York city, if a bunch of independent truck drivers start doing this, New York city will feel a pinch real quick, but it really won't hurt the trucking industry, you know, at all.
00:21:12.980 Because there's such a demand for drivers, experienced drivers who are independent, own their own truck and own their own trailer and run their business.
00:21:19.780 Well, they won't have a problem with us.
00:21:21.600 You know, I got to tell you, if you don't have the fuel problem from a couple of years ago, we can survive that.
00:21:27.800 And it will hurt New York city.
00:21:30.380 I have to tell you, if you don't know, if you've never driven in New York city, especially with an 18 wheeler, you're screwed.
00:21:37.100 I mean, it is really tough to get around.
00:21:39.860 I don't know how you guys do it in New York.
00:21:42.260 I really don't.
00:21:43.740 Well, some of the new and experienced guys, they can't, that's just it.
00:21:46.600 They cannot do it.
00:21:49.080 They just can't, you know, you're crashing into bridges and tearing up the neighborhood.
00:21:53.720 They just can't do it.
00:21:55.060 Um, I've known some people that had five and 10 years experience that have a trouble, have trouble driving through the city.
00:22:00.380 It's not easy, but it can be done, but it's not going to be done by me no more.
00:22:04.960 Just like California.
00:22:06.060 I don't drive to California anymore.
00:22:07.560 I don't take clothes in California.
00:22:09.040 I don't take clothes out of California.
00:22:10.980 And I pretty much in the Northeast, they're, they're now sorry.
00:22:14.980 I ain't doing it.
00:22:16.060 So Roger, what is the, um, uh, what is the feel on how many it will take to be able to affect New York?
00:22:22.840 I don't know of a number of how many it will, it will take, but the length of time will surely take effect because even if they still get goods in the New York city by some of the scab drivers, it's going to cost a lot of money, a lot of money.
00:22:38.480 Because they're going to, first they're going to, they're going to feel the loss of the, uh, because it's more than just groceries.
00:22:45.220 Yeah.
00:22:45.500 It's everything.
00:22:46.520 It's everything that's sold in a store.
00:22:49.060 I know.
00:22:49.380 Comes to New York city on a truck.
00:22:52.300 Yep.
00:22:53.440 Yep.
00:22:54.140 All right.
00:22:54.620 Thank you so much, Roger.
00:22:55.840 Love to hear from you.
00:22:56.720 If you're a truck driver and you've decided you're not going to be delivering to New York anymore.
00:23:01.240 888-727-BECK.
00:23:03.780 888-727-BECK.
00:23:05.480 I want to talk to you about a group that I've worked with for a very long time.
00:23:14.580 Um, but now I'm introducing them to you on the air.
00:23:18.140 International fellowship of Christians and Jews.
00:23:21.720 Israel is, uh, our historic and spiritual ally.
00:23:28.180 We trace the roots of our faith to that land and to those people.
00:23:32.240 It makes them our brothers and sisters literally, and they've been caught up in a war that they didn't start.
00:23:39.400 Families and towns have been torn apart.
00:23:41.640 Situation on the ground is really dire.
00:23:44.020 I talk to people over in Israel all the time.
00:23:45.860 They say it is just a nightmare, a nightmare.
00:23:49.460 The people are holding strong, but they feel very alone.
00:23:52.040 The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, that's the IFCJ, is right there in the middle of it every day.
00:23:59.920 They're making sure the essentials are there.
00:24:01.940 Food, medicine, emergency supplies.
00:24:04.300 The need is great, and that's why I've partnered with IFCJ today.
00:24:08.600 Visit supportifcj.org to help.
00:24:12.360 Every donation is urgently needed to help the people of Israel.
00:24:15.500 Give to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
00:24:19.160 Support ifcj.org.
00:24:22.220 It's more important than ever to have a voice of free speech.
00:24:24.700 You need Blaze TV.
00:24:25.720 BlazeTV.com slash Glenn.
00:24:27.340 The code is free speech for 30% off.
00:24:30.040 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
00:24:46.060 We're glad that you're here.
00:24:47.240 So Trump was fined $350 million on Friday.
00:24:51.880 This was purely political.
00:24:55.120 This was a kangaroo court.
00:24:56.680 They were just trying to financially cripple the president.
00:25:02.540 It was a victimless crime, a crime that the bank said happens with everybody all the time.
00:25:11.100 That's why they have their own people.
00:25:15.420 And quite honestly, it's a joke if you think that Mar-a-Lago is only worth like $30 million.
00:25:22.440 It's not.
00:25:23.000 It spans the whole point.
00:25:28.060 No other place that I know of does that, has that kind of history, location, and land.
00:25:35.700 To say that thing is worth $20 or even $50 million is a joke.
00:25:40.260 An absolute joke.
00:25:41.560 Houses sell down the street away from there for $100 million.
00:25:47.300 What are you, crazy?
00:25:48.180 But anyway, they find, and now truckers are starting to say that they are not going to deliver things to New York in their own personal protests.
00:25:59.500 I agree.
00:26:01.320 Let me go to Scott in Massachusetts.
00:26:04.100 Hello, Scott.
00:26:05.740 Hey, Glenn.
00:26:07.160 Yes.
00:26:07.480 First time, long time.
00:26:08.700 Thank you.
00:26:10.000 Hey, yeah, I'm not going to New York City.
00:26:12.840 It costs $100 and some odd bucks.
00:26:15.720 I think it's $130 to cross the bridge that I can look down through the potholes and see traffic on the layer below.
00:26:24.140 And then you get in there.
00:26:25.760 And the last time I made a delivery there, I got a, it was in Manhattan.
00:26:31.440 And I, my truck takes up six parking spaces and I, I haul construction material.
00:26:38.380 So they're going to, they're going to take it up to the top of the building, right?
00:26:41.900 For the roof, styrofoam insulation.
00:26:44.100 So they told me, Hey, park here on the side of the road in Manhattan.
00:26:50.360 I had to double park.
00:26:52.580 So the cops came along, gave me a ticket, $250 ticket for parking, $250 for blocking the bike lane.
00:27:01.420 I'm like, what the heck?
00:27:03.500 So the same thing happens in DC.
00:27:06.540 They'll actually, the FBI, I've dealt with the FBI and the police.
00:27:10.780 And they say, just move up somewhere else.
00:27:13.500 And it's, you know, it's no problem there.
00:27:16.040 So, yeah, no, I don't need to go to New York.
00:27:18.540 You'll get the scrubs and the dudes that haven't done it, haven't been working a long time in there.
00:27:24.400 And let's be honest, that'll be even better.
00:27:27.500 Yeah, it will be.
00:27:28.120 Those guys can't turn and they can't back up.
00:27:30.680 So you're going to have accidents.
00:27:32.140 You're going to have traffic tied up.
00:27:33.980 You got guys that can't back up and can't turn.
00:27:36.720 You know, this is their first car.
00:27:38.600 Let them have them.
00:27:39.860 You know?
00:27:40.740 Scott, thank you very much.
00:27:42.160 Let me go to Jason.
00:27:45.040 Jason, you're in Maine?
00:27:47.620 Yeah.
00:27:48.160 So I'm on my way to New York because we speak.
00:27:49.920 I got a load of lumber on that's going over to right off 84 where my fish kill hill.
00:27:56.300 But ever since day one, since I started driving a truck, I never, I refused to go to New York City.
00:28:01.660 It's a big pain.
00:28:02.720 But I've been looking at this and I've been trying to figure out if there's any truth to it.
00:28:05.900 So I'm glad I couldn't wait till this morning to listen to you to see because a lot of times you'll hear things like this and you don't know how much truth to it is.
00:28:12.240 But I'm a 100% Trump supporter and I have no shame in admitting it.
00:28:16.400 And I have no problem not bringing this truck.
00:28:19.020 That's the blessing that maybe being an owner-operator, I don't have to take any loads that I don't want to.
00:28:23.080 But like the other guy was saying, the other guys, sometimes they don't have an option.
00:28:27.280 That's their job.
00:28:28.140 So it will hopefully make an impact and hopefully it will make a statement that, you know, hey, we're not going to tolerate this because something needs to be done, Glenn.
00:28:38.640 I mean, every time I listen to you every day of the week, you and Steve, it just, I mean, you and Stu, it just.
00:28:43.880 You got it right the first time.
00:28:46.900 Right, exactly.
00:28:48.280 And you just want to be your head against the wall.
00:28:49.900 So.
00:28:50.200 Yeah.
00:28:51.600 It's a matter of are we there at a place to where we can say to one another, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.
00:29:03.640 Don't break a law.
00:29:04.680 Don't be a part of anything illegal or immoral, but take a stand and say, I'm not participating.
00:29:14.020 I mean, this is what Martin Luther King did.
00:29:15.960 I'm not participating.
00:29:17.960 I will not comply with this.
00:29:20.140 And the way New York, Washington, D.C., and quite honestly, Georgia are using and manipulating the court system and and trying to in Colorado is doing the same, trying to do to cut a guy out from the people.
00:29:40.660 So he can't run for president, let the people decide.
00:29:45.680 They say, therefore, a republic or democracy.
00:29:48.500 They're obviously not.
00:29:49.960 And when you are abusing the financial and the the the legal system, the way they are, it takes a group of people who can make a difference to stand up.
00:30:02.100 And I'm I'm thrilled to hear so many truckers doing that.
00:30:05.920 Jay in Ohio, line nine.
00:30:08.380 Hello, Jay.
00:30:10.200 Hey, how's it going?
00:30:11.180 Good.
00:30:11.440 Good.
00:30:13.500 Yeah, I every Monday I get loaded here in the Columbus area and I head to Manhattan and that's not happening today.
00:30:21.540 So really.
00:30:22.920 And what did what did your bosses say?
00:30:27.000 It's funny because he's very liberal, but he like pretty much everybody in this company is not.
00:30:33.400 Yeah.
00:30:33.880 And so he's like and I told him and he's like and he kept justifying.
00:30:37.720 It's like, well, I mean, they are, you know, they're doing the whole thing where, you know.
00:30:41.440 Every vehicle crosses over, it gets taxed and everything and stuff like that.
00:30:44.640 So so it helps out in the long run.
00:30:46.900 I'm thinking, OK, cool.
00:30:48.840 Glad I have your permission, but I wasn't going to do it anyway.
00:30:51.260 So how many so how many people around you or in your company are doing it?
00:30:59.200 There's two other drivers that go to not not exactly Manhattan, but they go to Long Island and stuff.
00:31:08.100 And they're kind of hem high and hot it and stuff.
00:31:11.000 So, I mean, it's they're not a big company.
00:31:14.200 Right.
00:31:14.820 You know, but it's you know, I've been with this company for 10 years.
00:31:18.160 So it's it is what it is.
00:31:20.060 And I was like, yeah, that's fine.
00:31:22.040 I have no problem.
00:31:23.100 I mean, it's it's a it's a hassle.
00:31:25.360 And, you know, and the traffic's gone awful.
00:31:29.400 So, yeah, it's crazy there.
00:31:31.940 Jay, thank you so much.
00:31:33.360 God bless you and remain standing.
00:31:35.460 I'm interested to see how this grows.
00:31:38.320 Does it grow?
00:31:39.620 Is it put out?
00:31:41.180 Are people threatened?
00:31:43.680 You know, the good thing is truckers are so needed right now.
00:31:47.900 Oh, you can't you can't, you know, work for that company.
00:31:51.640 I imagine there are other companies that are hiring truckers.
00:31:54.740 And I'm sure you can find one that is more like minded than others.
00:32:03.040 But there are lines that get crossed that wind up changing the dynamic of of any competition.
00:32:09.640 Right.
00:32:09.920 And this is one of them, I think, with for a long time, this would be totally off limits.
00:32:14.500 Right.
00:32:14.820 We have a presidential race going on.
00:32:16.320 You're not going to take one state and just outwardly politically attack this guy, try to rip him off ballots, ruin his companies, do all these things.
00:32:24.620 You you let it play out and let the people vote.
00:32:27.320 And that has now been disregarded.
00:32:29.760 And it is it's now, you know, the choice is either sit back and just become a victim of this or you do something within your own power to change the dynamic.
00:32:40.700 And that's what truckers look like they're doing today.
00:32:42.860 OK, so so you have like the left does this all the time.
00:32:47.060 They've done it with bathrooms.
00:32:48.240 We're boycotting the entire state.
00:32:51.100 Well, wait, what?
00:32:52.460 Right.
00:32:53.500 You know, commerce is really important.
00:32:56.720 I mean, it's a fundamental principle of the United States that interstate trade, interstate commerce, not the crazy way they've tried to use the commerce clause, but interstate commerce is really important and fundamental to this.
00:33:10.240 Are you worried about that at all if we just start targeting each other's states?
00:33:14.200 No, it's individual choices.
00:33:15.560 They do this all the time.
00:33:17.440 They target.
00:33:18.760 You don't think Texas has been targeted.
00:33:21.400 They target this all the time.
00:33:24.620 Mutually assured destruction is the only way to stop this stuff.
00:33:28.760 It's the only way.
00:33:29.360 But you don't want to be them.
00:33:30.780 No, I don't.
00:33:31.360 Is this the same as what they're doing?
00:33:32.980 Because I don't feel like it is.
00:33:34.440 No, I don't think so, because theirs is organized top down, and they do it many times through the state.
00:33:44.540 State's not going to do this.
00:33:46.160 We're not going to do that.
00:33:47.380 We're not traveling.
00:33:48.140 Don't travel anymore.
00:33:49.160 And they could get away with it because only the state employees they're talking about.
00:33:55.020 You as a citizen can go to wherever you want to go.
00:33:58.140 Right.
00:33:58.260 But they do this all the time, and we just keep taking it.
00:34:04.140 And I'm telling you, there's a couple of things.
00:34:06.500 Voter fraud, and I'm going to talk about this in Texas next hour, voter fraud is going to decide who America is going forward.
00:34:19.340 We have to stand up for the right one man, one vote, and secure voting.
00:34:25.700 And you're about to lose Texas, and I'll tell you how next hour.
00:34:30.220 But you've got to stand up for a few things that are critical.
00:34:35.300 One of them is the courtroom.
00:34:37.700 You cannot have these kangaroo courts.
00:34:41.360 I'd like to see the truckers take on the District of Columbia as well.
00:34:46.060 Because the District of Columbia, like, everybody's in on it.
00:34:50.800 Everybody is.
00:34:51.820 You've got the congressmen there.
00:34:54.620 You've got the senators there.
00:34:56.000 You've got the White House there.
00:34:57.480 You have the FBI there.
00:35:00.400 You have the court system that has been so bastardized.
00:35:05.860 I mean, why would you go in to Washington, D.C. at this point?
00:35:10.520 Really, honestly, why would you go in?
00:35:13.540 There's nothing there.
00:35:15.080 Nothing good.
00:35:15.780 You know, these places that are taking the law and distorting them and working it their way in a very anti-democratic or republic sort of way.
00:35:32.000 No, I don't.
00:35:32.920 I'm not going to help you.
00:35:33.740 I will say that it seems like these efforts are best or most successful when they're focused.
00:35:42.060 If you start trying to broaden something like this too early, you can lose momentum.
00:35:46.260 I know you're not necessarily suggesting anything additional.
00:35:48.700 No, I think what they're doing with New York is spot on.
00:35:52.260 New York, this ruling on Donald Trump is ridiculous.
00:35:57.480 It's absolutely ridiculous.
00:35:59.560 Oh, it is.
00:36:01.500 And, you know, what's the normal thing here?
00:36:04.020 Because even if you say that Donald Trump is guilty of this, what's the normal situation?
00:36:09.880 A moderate fine?
00:36:11.480 A few hundred thousand dollars, maybe?
00:36:13.860 And I know you're saying there's no victim.
00:36:15.820 They'll make the case that, well, even if you try to do something that doesn't have a victim, if you're breaking the law, you're breaking the law.
00:36:22.040 If they had a case that he was saying that Mar-a-Lago was $350 million and it was only worth $5 million, then you might have a case.
00:36:35.160 But the details are laughable on this one.
00:36:37.160 They're laughable.
00:36:38.400 I'm just saying, even if you want to say there's some technical violation, which may be in somewhere in the case there's something.
00:36:44.220 I don't know.
00:36:44.580 And if they screwed the bank, if they screwed the bank, if the bank didn't get their money, if they defaulted on it, that's when this would come up.
00:36:54.460 Right.
00:36:54.640 I mean, look, you can make the case that whether the bank worked with Donald Trump for decades.
00:37:01.340 I know, but they knew him the reason a lot, a big part of the reason they even ask you for your own assessment of these details is if you have an issue later on, they can back out of it.
00:37:15.140 Yes.
00:37:15.620 They can change the agreement because they can say you didn't successfully give us this information.
00:37:21.600 Yeah.
00:37:21.960 They never depend on that information.
00:37:25.000 They'd be stupid, especially at these numbers.
00:37:27.480 I mean, it would be absolutely ridiculous.
00:37:29.760 They don't just believe your income.
00:37:32.300 How many pieces of documentation do you have to have when you go in there to get a loan, even for a house, which is obviously known as a good investment?
00:37:39.860 It's it's the whole case.
00:37:42.140 It's absurd.
00:37:42.980 It's obviously a political shakedown attempt.
00:37:47.100 And, you know, like the word, the election stuff we've been talking about for a while.
00:37:51.780 You mentioned election fraud.
00:37:52.700 I know we're going to talk about that next hour.
00:37:54.060 The other word that a lot of people will use is rigged.
00:37:56.320 Right.
00:37:56.720 Right. And, you know, again, like rigged has a different different connotation to every person.
00:38:01.320 Right. Like the idea that, well, you can't don't bother going voting, going out to vote because the election is rigged is a really bad idea.
00:38:08.380 You should not listen to people who say that in this situation.
00:38:12.280 That was interesting. If you're rigging an election to make it so you're the only one in on the ballot, if you're rigging the Super Bowl so that you go to play and the other team can't participate.
00:38:25.600 I don't know what else you call that.
00:38:27.780 I mean, you might say it's a legitimate rigging, but it is a rigging because the other person you're competing against can't compete.
00:38:36.200 I know. And they're trying to do it to Robert F. Kennedy and anyone else and anyone else that's running against them.

00:40:35.040 They just introduced the there it is, the freak flag.
00:40:38.060 It has the skull and cross bones and S T F sick twisted freak, which is if you've been listening for a long time, is an endearing thing that I call the audience.
00:40:49.260 And and it has the crown above the skull and bones.
00:40:54.840 The reason why this is my personal logo, if you will, and my ranch logo, and it has a crown above and it's a colonial thing.
00:41:05.540 And it means no king but Christ.
00:41:08.280 And now people look at it and they're like, well, what is that?
00:41:13.380 He's the king of death.
00:41:15.240 No, it means all mortals.
00:41:18.720 I don't care if they have a crown or not.
00:41:22.080 They're not my true king or ruler.
00:41:24.320 No king but Christ.

00:43:22.600 Welcome to the Fusion of Entertainment and Enlightenment.
00:43:34.400 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:43:39.060 Hello, America.
00:43:40.280 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:43:42.320 You know, the situation has been very dire for a long time,
00:43:47.320 but there are moments and locations of bright spots.
00:43:53.120 What's happening to Hollywood and their grip on the stories we tell each other and the stories we tell our children,
00:43:59.740 that is beginning to slip away.
00:44:02.680 A few years ago, we had nothing on our side.
00:44:05.500 Nothing.
00:44:05.780 And in the last 10 years, we have built studios.
00:44:10.000 We have built information centers.
00:44:13.120 We have started to take the story of America and the stories that our children needs to hear.
00:44:20.480 And we have taken back the control of those.
00:44:24.360 And we're making really good products.
00:44:28.020 I want to tell you about the latest step to save your children and make sure that your sanity is saved.
00:44:35.120 With Disney gone, who stands in the gap?
00:44:38.300 Who could you possibly trust?
00:44:40.020 We'll tell you in 60 seconds.
00:44:41.620 First, I want to tell you about an American hero and his family.
00:44:44.800 It is a Sergeant Army, U.S. Army Specialist, Donaldson.
00:44:50.320 He lost his legs and two fingers when he was hit by an improvised explosive device while he was on duty in Iraq.
00:44:57.680 His name is James Donaldson.
00:44:59.060 James, he was sent home.
00:45:01.120 He had a lot of difficulty adapting to his own home with his circumstances.
00:45:04.880 And that's when Tunnel to Towers Foundation stepped in.
00:45:07.340 They gave him and his family a free mortgage, a specially adapted smart home.
00:45:14.000 There is no mortgage on this.
00:45:16.060 It has not only allowed James to live in a more independent life, but according to him, it's also helped him be a better husband and father.
00:45:21.700 Since the events of 9-11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation has been committed to supporting America's heroes and their families.
00:45:29.500 Will you help in that sacred duty?
00:45:32.120 Donate $11 a month to Tunnel to Towers at T2T.org.
00:45:36.320 Do your own work on this organization if you don't know them.
00:45:39.700 I think it's 95 cents of every dollar goes to the cause, which is extraordinarily high.
00:45:47.880 Tunnel to Towers at T2T.org.
00:45:50.540 That's T, the number 2T, dot org.
00:45:54.960 Kirk Cameron is in with us again.
00:45:56.840 He's actor and producer, and he's got something to announce today.
00:46:01.280 Hi, Kirk.
00:46:01.740 How are you?
00:46:02.240 Hey, doing great.
00:46:03.120 Good.
00:46:03.400 Great to see you.
00:46:04.020 Good to have you.
00:46:04.700 Thank you.
00:46:05.980 I'm hearing you talk about the rebuilding of parallel economies and channels for the rebuilding of society and the restoration of family and this country.
00:46:17.800 And I'm so excited to be talking with you because you've done such a great job of that right here with Mercury and Blaze and all of that.
00:46:24.780 And I feel like I may be on the brink of maybe one of the most important projects I've ever worked on, and that is I've partnered with Brave Books, and together we are making a brand new, one-of-a-kind children's television program.
00:46:39.240 Love it.
00:46:39.380 So, the power of story is just unbelievably strong, and some of the new studies and articles that I've just been reading about is unbelievable.
00:46:48.260 You know, numbers of children who are now identifying themselves as either gay, lesbian, transgender, bisexual, non-binary, queer is now up like 4,000%.
00:47:00.480 Yeah.
00:47:00.900 It's doubled in Gen Z from the millennial generation, and it's just spiking crazy.
00:47:06.720 And it's because of the story that they are hearing all the time.
00:47:10.460 So, check out this interesting study.
00:47:12.880 They took 140 undergraduate college students, broke them into two groups, and said, you guys read Twilight, the book series about vampires, and you guys read Harry Potter, Sorcerer in the Stone, about witchcraft and magic.
00:47:25.800 And after about a half an hour, they asked them these questions.
00:47:28.480 And the people who read the Harry Potter, they rated themselves higher in their abilities toward telekinesis than the rest of the general population.
00:47:40.460 The ability to move stuff with their mind.
00:47:42.140 And those who had read Twilight believed that the length of their teeth was longer than the length of the general population's teeth.
00:47:51.920 And so, what that's telling us is story has not only the power to ignite your imagination, but teleport you into other realms of belief and shape your reality, and then you want to identify with the characters you like.
00:48:07.060 And that's what these kids are doing.
00:48:08.300 Hollywood has given our generation a national identity crisis and put ideas in their mind and tapped into people's instinct to want to emulate those heroes.
00:48:23.320 And if we're not controlling the stories, if we're not at least telling the best stories, we're not giving our kids a chance.
00:48:28.820 So, we think it's important to be the ones telling the stories to our children.
00:48:33.740 That's why God gave children to parents, not to Hollywood, not to public schools, not to the government.
00:48:39.060 And we need to tell the stories, and that's why I'm leaning in to this brand new children show.
00:48:43.780 If you don't think that stories matter, ask yourself, why is the number one priority to destroy the American heritage story?
00:48:53.260 Because it's how we survive.
00:48:58.260 You can talk about anything, but you tell a great story.
00:49:03.220 Yeah.
00:49:03.880 You identify with it.
00:49:05.300 You begin to live it.
00:49:07.120 You understand the world around you.
00:49:09.140 The American story has been dismantled, and now the human story is being dismantled.
00:49:14.920 So, what's the name of the show?
00:49:16.500 So, this show is called Adventures with Iggy and Mr. Kirk, and it's so cool because it's a live-action children's show.
00:49:26.040 So, think of like the timeless biblical moral values of Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood, only greatly modernized, high energy, with embedded, beautiful, animated stories inside, together with humor and surprise guest stars at every turn with every episode.
00:49:50.360 So, what is the age you're targeting?
00:49:53.220 This is for little kids, I would say from like three and four up to like seven and eight.
00:50:00.720 So, this is to go directly against Sesame Street?
00:50:05.760 This, in fact, we've got one of the puppeteers who created Iggy the Puppet, who worked on Sesame Street with Jim Henson and the Muppets.
00:50:13.040 Wow.
00:50:13.580 And is one of the guys who is an apprentice to the creator of Elmo.
00:50:17.820 And so, we've got this phenomenal team, and so, like I said, it's a mixture of live-action together with Muppet Puppet stuff and animation.
00:50:27.500 And the animation is going to be telling stories that take place on Freedom Island, and they're teaching lessons about First and Second Amendment.
00:50:37.140 They're teaching lessons about the fruit of the Spirit, love, joy, kindness, peace.
00:50:40.680 Also, gender reality and the dangers of socialism and CRT.
00:50:44.780 These are all embedded into this television show, which is unique to our generation because Mr. Roger didn't have to warn children about and explain to them that elephants cannot be birds.
00:50:57.600 But we do, we do, because we have a vulture named culture in our stories that are warping reality for the animals on Freedom Island and getting them to identify in ways that will destroy their family and their community.
00:51:16.220 And so, children are going to learn these principles.
00:51:18.260 They're going to be pulled together into family time, and families are just going to love it.
00:51:21.840 I think this could be the most important project that I've worked on.
00:51:24.440 I think it is.
00:51:25.460 Where do you watch it?
00:51:26.900 Well, we're going to record the first two seasons, and then we're going to air five of them on YouTube, Rumble, everywhere where it's free.
00:51:37.360 And then we're going to invite people to come into the family and see all of the episodes.
00:51:42.060 And in order to do this, we've got to raise funds to pay for this.
00:51:45.660 We want to do what The Chosen did.
00:51:47.020 We don't want to tie ourselves to Hollywood or to some big streaming platform that's going to have strings attached to their money.
00:51:53.900 Answer to the audience only.
00:51:55.760 That's right.
00:51:56.200 We want to build this ourselves.
00:51:57.880 And so, we need to raise the funds.
00:52:00.320 We need to make it.
00:52:01.400 I'm all in.
00:52:02.080 We've got the team.
00:52:03.240 We know just what to do.
00:52:04.920 And we're now announcing it today on your program that we are launching a children's show called Adventures with Iggy and Mr. Kirk.
00:52:12.860 And so, how do you get involved?
00:52:15.660 How do people?
00:52:17.460 Yes.
00:52:17.980 So, people can get involved.
00:52:19.180 Well, go to watchbrave.com.
00:52:22.200 Watchbrave.com.
00:52:23.800 Brave Books and I, we're the ones who've been going to the libraries, reading the kids' books, contra the drag queen story hours.
00:52:31.000 We've been challenging Scholastic and their pornographic woke machine that is indoctrinating kids, finding alternatives for schools and their book fairs.
00:52:41.400 And now, Brave and I are making this TV show.
00:52:44.380 So, if you want to help us, we need your help.
00:52:46.660 We can't do it without you.
00:52:47.540 Go to watchbrave.com.
00:52:49.880 I tell you, it is, it feels like we get our head handed to us almost every day.
00:52:56.260 Something else, and they have infiltrated everything.
00:53:00.180 And they laid quiet for a long, long time.
00:53:03.520 But when you look at, especially in this industry, your industry, my industry, the last 10 years, people have not been sitting on their laurels and doing nothing about it except whining.
00:53:16.360 It's a reason why that they are talking so much about disinformation and misinformation and trying to, you know, silence people like you, silence people like me.
00:53:26.140 Anybody who disagrees with the administration or the woke left, they're going to try to destroy.
00:53:33.440 Look at the difference between what we were producing 15 years ago and what we're able to produce now.
00:53:42.840 It's totally different.
00:53:45.100 I mean, I think we've looked at these defeats and these setbacks, and we don't take enough time to go, yes, but look what God's doing.
00:53:55.440 Look what is happening.
00:53:57.280 Yes.
00:53:58.240 Yes, boy, I agree.
00:54:02.860 You mentioned setbacks.
00:54:04.620 When I look at history, I see that it is often during the times of the setbacks that people, you know, they grab their head and they say, what have we done?
00:54:15.900 Oh, my gosh.
00:54:17.140 I didn't think this would happen this quickly, this fast.
00:54:20.200 Well, you know, it's been kind of a slow fade for a while.
00:54:22.800 And now, all of a sudden, the light bulb goes on and people say, we've got to do something.
00:54:26.540 And I think that Great Awakenings have happened about every 50 years.
00:54:32.100 You go back and you look through history.
00:54:33.460 We've had a couple in this country already.
00:54:35.280 And they happen during times of moral decline, spiritual apathy, political corruption, and economic collapse.
00:54:42.780 I think we're there right now.
00:54:45.000 What if this national setback is really a divine setup for a spiritual comeback led by the family of faith?
00:54:54.540 It has to be.
00:54:56.180 It has to be.
00:54:57.440 I mean, you know, Billy Graham told me once, he said, Glenn, I said, where's the next Billy Graham?
00:55:03.960 Billy?
00:55:05.020 Where's the next Abraham Lincoln?
00:55:06.680 Where's the next George Washington?
00:55:08.100 He said, Glenn, it's not going to happen that way.
00:55:10.000 He said, the Lord's going to talk to individuals this time.
00:55:13.440 He's tired of people like me getting credit, he said.
00:55:16.180 So you're going to talk to individuals.
00:55:17.580 And they're all just going to do their little part.
00:55:20.540 And he said, pretty soon the lights come on and you will see a mosaic of something that could have only been done by the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
00:55:30.120 Isn't that amazing?
00:55:30.860 Oh, man, I love that.
00:55:32.300 I love that visual illustration right there.
00:55:36.060 And I believe it.
00:55:37.700 God often, as I look through the scriptures, seems to use nobody's from nowhere with nothing to offer but a heart fully surrendered to him.
00:55:45.860 And they do their thing in the corner and then God amplifies it in the open.
00:55:50.640 Yeah.
00:55:51.620 You know, it's amazing.
00:55:53.280 You look at Joseph, you know, the runt of the litter and he gets thrown into a pit and sold as a slave and he ends up in prison.
00:55:59.280 And then he's second in command to the whole world and saves everybody.
00:56:03.360 You know, or King David, whatever.
00:56:05.020 It's, I've seen it in my own life where I try to do it my way.
00:56:10.320 And God will let you, when you think you can do it yourself, he'll let you, and then you'll figure it out eventually.
00:56:16.460 And everything that I did that was bad, that I thought God could never forgive me for, he's made those things in some ways a strength that I understand people who are in that place in their life.
00:56:31.180 I can speak to those people in a completely different way.
00:56:35.040 And it's amazing to me how God, there's just no waste.
00:56:39.680 And anybody who's saying that, well, I can't be redeemed or I have nothing.
00:56:45.760 You really do.
00:56:47.400 You really do.
00:56:48.320 You just have to surrender.
00:56:50.080 Yeah, I think so too.
00:56:51.640 I'm still learning that.
00:56:53.080 I'm 53 years old.
00:56:54.360 I've been in Hollywood my whole life and, and as a producer and as a writer, I tend to try to determine outcomes of the audience so that we're successful with our projects.
00:57:07.100 And I'm realizing that I'm, I'm really, God is a much better script writer than I am.
00:57:11.860 He's much better at producing and determining outcomes than I am.
00:57:15.200 I just have to play my role well.
00:57:16.920 If I could, if I learn that lesson, I think I'm going to have a better marriage.
00:57:20.460 I think I'm gonna be a better dad.
00:57:21.840 And I think I can do more for my country.
00:57:23.060 And it's a lot easier.
00:57:24.880 It's so much easier than fighting for your way.
00:57:27.700 That's right.
00:57:28.220 You know?
00:57:28.780 All right.
00:57:29.340 Back in just a minute, more with Kirk Cameron in just a second.
00:57:32.800 First, let me tell you about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
00:57:36.800 This is a group of people that I've worked with for a very, very long time.
00:57:40.940 If you know me at all, you know that I'm at least a Christian that says never again means in my lifetime, never again.
00:57:51.000 And so I love it when Christians and Jews are working together to help each other.
00:57:55.580 We have seen some miraculous things on Israel and that I can't speak about, but Israel helping the Christians in war-torn areas.
00:58:05.960 It's remarkable, and someday the story will be told.
00:58:10.080 Right now, Israel is having a problem, and the International Fellowship of Christian and Jews, the IFCJ, needs your help.
00:58:18.400 Partner with them today.
00:58:19.820 Visit supportifcj.org to help.
00:58:22.980 They are distributing things like food and medicine for all kinds of people, all the Jews in Israel.
00:58:31.200 They really could use your help.
00:58:33.620 Join now.
00:58:34.360 Give to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
00:58:37.480 Go to supportifcj.org.
00:58:42.300 Supportifcj.org.
00:58:43.540 Right now, your gift is going to be matched, so if you give a dollar, somebody else will match a dollar, and you'll have twice the impact.
00:58:50.100 So do it now, supportifcj.org, supportifcj.org.
00:58:56.180 Ten seconds, station ID.
00:59:08.040 So what is it going to be like going up against the television, Children's Television Workshop?
00:59:13.740 Well, you know, I feel like we're kind of standing on their shoulders, or at least Jim Henson and the Muppets and Mr. Rogers and all of that stuff.
00:59:24.280 But I just heard Elmo talking about transgenderism, and it's like, what is happening?
00:59:30.880 Yeah, yeah.
00:59:31.700 And we've been showing people exactly what's actually been going on.
00:59:35.860 You have Gonzo in a dress.
00:59:37.360 You've got Elmo talking about this.
00:59:38.960 I think over the last several years, there has been an increase of about 255 regular series characters for children that are either lesbian, gay, transgender, bisexual, non-binary.
00:59:58.180 It's really amazing.
00:59:59.140 And children between the ages of 6 and 17 who are identifying with those categories of identities and who are actually showing up in the ER with suspected suicide attempts because of their anxiety and depression, all that stuff, is all going up.
01:00:17.920 And this has been happening since COVID.
01:00:19.580 Just in the last three, four years or so, we've been seeing this massive increase, and all of it is just greatly destabilizing to our society because they're upending the fundamental realities of the family and identity.
01:00:38.720 Did you ever think you'd live in these times?
01:00:40.600 I mean, you did.
01:00:41.900 You did the, what was it, Left Behind series.
01:00:45.920 Yeah.
01:00:46.160 You did that.
01:00:46.740 Yeah, yeah.
01:00:47.100 And more and more every day, it's like, hmm, maybe Jesus is coming.
01:00:51.340 I mean, it seems like, did you think that your life would live in a time like this?
01:00:58.020 I'm not saying it's the end times, but a time like this.
01:01:01.500 Yeah.
01:01:02.040 Well, I don't think it's the end.
01:01:03.800 I think we're just getting started personally.
01:01:06.120 But that's another conversation.
01:01:08.120 It's making me think of when Frodo was asking Gandalf, I never thought I'd live to see these times.
01:01:18.880 Yeah.
01:01:19.640 And I don't want to.
01:01:20.820 I don't want them.
01:01:21.820 I don't, right.
01:01:22.560 I don't want these times.
01:01:23.660 And essentially, Gandalf was saying, Frodo, that's not ours to determine.
01:01:27.420 All we have to decide is what to do with them.
01:01:31.940 It's our response to these times.
01:01:35.160 And God has put us here on the stage of the world at this time for this purpose.
01:01:40.560 And he said, it's not our job to master all the tides of the earth.
01:01:45.260 We can't stop all the evil.
01:01:47.100 Even if we could in our lifetime, there's more that would come.
01:01:50.120 But what we can do is everything in our power while we have breath to uproot evil and plant seeds of truth and goodness.
01:01:57.840 It's one of my favorite scenes.
01:01:58.940 And if we do that, our children will have a fighting chance.
01:02:03.500 Right.
01:02:04.520 Are we the people to do that?
01:02:06.900 Are you seeing, I mean, for a long time, Americans have just not seen.
01:02:12.840 So a lot of people just don't think this is going to happen.
01:02:15.180 It's always going to be like this.
01:02:16.260 It's always going to be great.
01:02:18.800 I'm excited.
01:02:20.080 You are?
01:02:20.440 I'm excited, Glenn, because I think that a different character is developed during different times.
01:02:27.620 Yes.
01:02:27.900 What's that thing?
01:02:28.340 You probably know where it says, like, good men produce good times.
01:02:32.140 Good times.
01:02:33.160 Good times produce weak men.
01:02:35.180 And weak men produce bad times.
01:02:37.460 Bad times produce strong men.
01:02:39.000 So maybe we're in the bad times to produce the strong men.
01:02:42.400 You're seeing it.
01:02:43.240 I mean, I'm looking at you.
01:02:44.440 You're a strong man.
01:02:45.260 And I'm looking at other people who are, they're summoning that inner courage that I think we were born to manifest courage and bravery.
01:02:55.960 And it's not just to do, like, what, Time Magazine or whoever says it.
01:03:00.740 You know, no, it was Biden who said something like, you know, the boys who turn into girls are some of the bravest people I've ever met.
01:03:08.720 Right?
01:03:09.260 And it's like, wait a minute.
01:03:10.420 That's not bravery.
01:03:11.320 There may be other good terms to describe that.
01:03:15.020 But bravery and courage is the willingness to do what's right before God, regardless of the cost to self.
01:03:24.480 And I'm seeing people who are beginning to demonstrate those kinds of things because they realize there is so much at stake.
01:03:31.600 And the alarm bells are going off.
01:03:33.280 Their conscience is on fire.
01:03:34.700 And they know that this has happened on our watch.
01:03:37.040 And we need to be the ones who come up with the solutions.
01:03:41.040 Well, you didn't say it yourself, but you're a strong man.
01:03:43.700 And you will produce good times.
01:03:47.120 And part of that, you'll produce new strong men.
01:03:51.380 And that is what he's doing with children's programming now.
01:03:55.860 Just go to watchbrave.com.

01:06:26.520 Some of the statements he's made after.
01:06:28.960 And the statement that Vladimir Putin made that I was surprised at the lack of tough questioning.

01:07:23.220 Tucker Carlson in my podcast room together as we talk about his experience in Russia.
01:07:32.000 That's going to be a fascinating interview because obviously like he did this thing and there's also, I mean, I have tons of questions about it and I would love to know his side of the story.
01:07:42.820 I haven't heard any of it yet.
01:07:43.780 It's basically just been the stuff came out and everyone kind of speculating about why he did these things and what he meant by them and lots of criticism.
01:07:56.660 I can't wait to hear him talk about this and explain it himself.
01:07:59.620 I'm going to ask him about the criticism, some of the things that he said, what it was like to be there.
01:08:05.080 Yeah.
01:08:05.260 Was it a little nerve-wracking knowing that the guy is a cold-blooded killer?
01:08:10.560 A lot to talk to him about and so he will be doing that tomorrow at 2.30 Eastern live only on Blaze TV.
01:08:18.580 Again, subscribe by using blazetv.com slash Glenn and the promo code FREESPEECH.
01:08:27.440 Thank you very much.
01:08:28.900 Okay.
01:08:29.140 Anyway, there's a couple of other things that I want to talk to you about.
01:08:35.160 Next hour, we are going to talk about Texas.
01:08:37.740 We've got Ken Paxton coming on.
01:08:39.720 I think he's with us for the full hour.
01:08:42.280 He is the Attorney General for this great state of Texas and we're going to lose Texas in the next four years.
01:08:50.180 Mark my words, next four years.
01:08:51.880 If we don't change one thing in Texas, right now, the Attorney General is no longer allowed to bring up any case of fraudulent voting.
01:09:06.960 He's not allowed to prosecute it.
01:09:09.780 Here's the problem.
01:09:11.200 He always has been.
01:09:12.820 The Attorney General going back to history, that's been the job of the Attorney General.
01:09:17.300 But because of dark money, it has now changed to where it goes to the Court of Criminal Appeals, I think it is.
01:09:29.020 Yeah, Court of Criminal Appeals.
01:09:30.580 Nobody in Texas even knows what this court is, but it's all Republicans.
01:09:37.320 But in Texas, that means nothing.
01:09:40.520 And they are the weak Republicans.
01:09:44.700 And now they have just said that only district attorneys can do that.
01:09:49.060 But all of the district attorneys of any big city in Texas where the vote will really matter are Soros attorneys and leftist district attorneys.
01:09:59.980 So what's going to happen?
01:10:02.360 And we'll talk to him about that and so much more coming up in just a second.
01:10:09.160 How was your weekend, Stu?
01:10:11.640 My weekend was wonderful.
01:10:13.600 Yeah.
01:10:14.060 You know, we had the, I mean, we're just getting into that season now of, we're beginning here in Texas.
01:10:21.920 They start playing baseball outside in February.
01:10:25.720 Yeah.
01:10:26.040 So we're doing that.
01:10:28.240 It's going to be 80 this week, though, isn't it?
01:10:30.860 It's supposed to hit like 80 this weekend.
01:10:32.520 Yeah, it's crazy.
01:10:32.980 Which is awesome.
01:10:33.800 Yeah.
01:10:34.080 And I'm in step 44 of the daddy-daughter dance circuit.
01:10:39.740 You know, we...
01:10:41.260 My grandchildren went to that, too.
01:10:42.900 Oh, it's amazing.
01:10:44.300 I love it.
01:10:45.080 It is awesome.
01:10:46.120 I have so much fun.
01:10:47.020 Enjoy every second of that.
01:10:48.860 Before you know, they're like, Dad, shut up.
01:10:50.580 I know.
01:10:50.900 Shut up.
01:10:51.360 It's so close.
01:10:52.240 Yeah, I know.
01:10:52.500 She's 11, so I've got a little bit of time.
01:10:55.300 But like, gosh, man, it's like you think about these things going away and it's just soul crushing.
01:11:00.440 Wait.
01:11:01.660 Just wait.
01:11:03.320 It's so hard.
01:11:04.300 Everybody who has kids that are older than me just is like, hey, your life is going to get a lot worse.
01:11:09.160 Just so you know, it's coming soon.
01:11:11.160 No, it gets worse when...
01:11:13.020 Teenage years.
01:11:13.960 It seems like it gets worse and it gets better.
01:11:15.560 Is that what I should expect?
01:11:16.700 Yeah.
01:11:16.920 But then it kind of gets sad, too, because you're like, they're not, you know, they're
01:11:21.400 off on their own and so they're not with you anymore.
01:11:23.820 There's a time in the teenage years you were like, I want them gone now.
01:11:27.580 Right.
01:11:28.140 Who will just take them?
01:11:29.380 I don't need to sell them or who will just take them?
01:11:32.860 This is how arranged marriages got started, I'm pretty sure.
01:11:35.940 Like teenage years came in, they're just like, ah, just take anyone.
01:11:38.340 Who wants to take her?
01:11:39.140 Just take her.
01:11:40.640 But probably not the best policy.
01:11:42.480 No, not the best policy.
01:11:43.840 It doesn't really make dad real popular either.
01:11:46.480 No.
01:11:46.860 In the family with arranged marriages.
01:11:49.200 The New York governor, Kathy Hochul, apologized Friday night at an event.
01:11:54.120 Apparently earlier in the week, she said if Canada had attacked New York the way that
01:11:58.260 Hamas attacked Israel, the U.S. would have wiped out Canada.
01:12:03.220 Now, she finally says something I agree with and she apologizes for it.
01:12:08.220 Of course.
01:12:08.700 I mean, I would hate that to happen, but if that were the circumstance and the Canadian
01:12:16.880 government came and just slaughtered, raped, and killed, yeah, I think we probably, Canada
01:12:23.660 would be no longer Canada.
01:12:25.380 It would just be a much larger America.
01:12:27.700 Yes, it would.
01:12:28.380 It would.
01:12:29.520 So why is she apologizing?
01:12:31.880 I guess people are offended, but you got to call out Hamas for what it is.
01:12:38.560 And what they did for what it is.
01:12:40.440 You know what, though?
01:12:41.280 Do you, if you're a Democrat?
01:12:43.240 No.
01:12:43.540 My understanding of the Democratic Party today, like, that's a very old school Democrat
01:12:48.900 thing that Hochul did there.
01:12:50.800 Yes.
01:12:50.900 Which was like, okay, when it's really obvious, let's side with Israel.
01:12:54.900 Like, that is old school.
01:12:56.620 You know, Rashida Tlaib voted president the other day.
01:13:00.100 I know.
01:13:00.820 On a bill that just condemned the rape.
01:13:05.120 Like, can you imagine?
01:13:06.360 Like, again, what does that mean, right?
01:13:08.040 Like, it's not an actual, like, it's not going to do anything.
01:13:10.880 Rape's already illegal in this country.
01:13:12.780 We have no control over the rules over there.
01:13:15.660 It is illegal there as well.
01:13:17.180 But just a statement, which I think the final vote was 418 to nothing, just a statement
01:13:23.580 saying, by the way, Hamas really shouldn't have been doing all that raping and murdering
01:13:28.280 over there.
01:13:29.160 She voted president.
01:13:30.680 I know.
01:13:31.580 Imagine how radical your constituents are if you can't, you have to play the fence there.
01:13:38.320 And I don't think it's, with her, I don't think it's her playing the fence to please
01:13:42.660 her constituents.
01:13:43.280 I believe she is just a, if she could get over there and get a horde of people to commit
01:13:51.320 another set of crimes similar, she may just wind up taking that job instead of the congressional
01:13:55.640 job she has.
01:13:56.560 That's how bad she is individually.
01:13:58.840 I mean, and maybe you could take some positive out of that vote and say, well, there was very
01:14:03.900 little, very little opposition, right?
01:14:07.220 At least there wasn't a lot of, at least the entire squad didn't even vote.
01:14:11.480 And even she only went to present.
01:14:13.480 I kept saying to like, people were like, can you believe this with Rashida Tlaib that she
01:14:16.780 voted president?
01:14:17.240 I was like, that's an improvement from where I thought she'd be on that bill.
01:14:21.300 I was like, she's the only president?
01:14:23.040 I thought for sure she'd be on the other side of that issue.
01:14:25.680 Yeah.
01:14:25.780 Okay.
01:14:26.120 Let me talk to you about one other thing, New York.
01:14:30.280 Look, the truckers have, some of them have said they are no longer going to deliver to
01:14:37.240 New York City, possibly even New York, because of what New York City did to Donald Trump.
01:14:44.180 This was a ridiculous court case.
01:14:46.680 Even Hochul came out.
01:14:47.660 She pretty much admitted it by saying other businesses in New York don't have to worry
01:14:52.760 about that.
01:14:53.340 Trump is different.
01:14:54.720 Why?
01:14:55.240 Why is Trump different?
01:14:57.040 What do you mean by that?
01:14:58.840 So they've decided that they're, they're not going to deliver goods.
01:15:02.400 We have Chris in Georgia who you've been delivering goods to New York City for how long?
01:15:08.200 About 15 years.
01:15:09.600 15 years into the city or all of New York?
01:15:12.620 All of New York.
01:15:13.740 Okay.
01:15:14.440 And what are your thoughts on it today?
01:15:17.920 I'll no longer be going to New York.
01:15:19.920 Um, we're non-forced dispatch, so I can, I can choose where I go and I'm going to Georgia
01:15:26.580 instead.
01:15:27.720 So are you hearing this from a lot of, cause I've had a one truck driver call in today
01:15:32.560 and say, I was excited to listen to the show today.
01:15:35.180 Cause I wanted to hear if it was just me and just a handful of people, or if this is
01:15:39.440 a big deal.
01:15:41.120 Well, I hadn't heard about the boycott until you'd mentioned it.
01:15:44.320 Uh, I, yeah, I, uh, personally, you know, made that decision when I heard the, uh, the
01:15:50.480 announcement last week, but, uh, yeah, it's, uh, it's, it's not right.
01:15:57.040 No, it's not right.
01:15:58.200 It's not right.
01:15:58.800 And this, I think is the kind of thing that Martin Luther King would have done.
01:16:03.720 This is a peaceful protest.
01:16:05.320 It's all of the individuals choosing for themselves.
01:16:08.140 I'm not just not, I'm not going to, I'm not going to support that kind of, uh, uh, activity
01:16:14.520 and not doing it.
01:16:16.040 I, I commend you for it.
01:16:17.340 And it shouldn't hurt the truck drivers, at least at first, right?
01:16:21.660 Because there's a shortage of truck drivers.
01:16:24.560 You can drive wherever you want pretty much, isn't it?
01:16:28.440 Well, yes.
01:16:29.560 Um, you know, there's, yeah, that's a, that's a, that's a tough one.
01:16:34.060 Just, uh, um,
01:16:35.660 There's might be more to that.
01:16:39.480 Go ahead.
01:16:40.800 Well, it's, it's, it's, it's hard to put into a short statement, but, uh, but there's
01:16:46.020 people, um, that who will, who will go to New York.
01:16:50.540 Sure.
01:16:50.940 You know, they don't care about the politics.
01:16:52.940 Um, they have no intentions of staying in this country.
01:16:55.780 They're here short term.
01:16:57.200 And, uh, that's a whole nother story.
01:16:59.240 But, uh, uh, personally, uh, you know, this will include points beyond New York.
01:17:04.740 I will no longer be going to Connecticut, Massachusetts, uh, and the love's coming back.
01:17:10.500 You know, I just, I'm not going to partake in any of it.
01:17:14.020 Um, I prefer to run the Western States.
01:17:16.680 Uh, I don't go to California, same reasons, but, uh, uh,
01:17:21.280 How about Colorado?
01:17:23.600 Well, that's a tough one.
01:17:25.180 And, uh, uh, my company's from there, but.
01:17:29.520 All right.
01:17:32.960 Hey, thank you very much, Chris.
01:17:34.440 I appreciate it.
01:17:35.380 God bless.
01:17:36.060 Thank you, Glenn.
01:17:36.740 Yeah.
01:17:36.920 I'm interested to see how this works out.
01:17:38.900 I mean, this is a group of people that, uh, can make a huge difference.
01:17:42.980 Uh, and we, as a, as a population, they know we don't ever do anything.
01:17:50.360 You know, the minute a state says, uh, no, uh, boys have to go to boys' bathrooms, girls
01:17:56.360 go to girls' bathrooms, which is completely common sense.
01:18:01.660 They go crazy.
01:18:03.120 They boycott the state.
01:18:04.380 It usually has no effect.
01:18:06.300 Truckers, however, can do that.
01:18:09.320 And it will make a difference because it's already hard to move goods.
01:18:14.820 Uh, and if you're not, especially in Manhattan, there's only 10 roads in 10 and you're a trucker.
01:18:22.520 You have to go between, I think it's 11 PM or midnight to 5 AM.
01:18:27.440 And you, if you're a trucker and you've not driven in New York city, oh, it's going to be
01:18:32.780 a nightmare, a nightmare, but sending the message, Hey, return to the rule of law.
01:18:41.840 We don't hunt people.
01:18:44.660 We don't, we don't find a person and then find the crime.
01:18:49.160 If there's a crime, so be it, but we don't do it based on who you are.
01:18:54.660 And I think the truckers could make a real go of this, but we'll see.
01:18:59.180 It's up to them.
01:19:00.240 We'll be watching it.
01:19:02.920 You and I have some very, very basic, but very important things in common.
01:19:06.900 We're here today because our moms chose life and that's a gift, uh, that maybe we don't
01:19:12.220 think enough about in our daily lives, but it's a gift that all of us alive have in common.
01:19:19.800 Abortion takes that gift away and pre-born is doing everything they can to prevent abortions
01:19:25.920 by introducing an expecting mom to her unknown baby through free ultrasounds.
01:19:31.220 Remember when I said, Stu, this is 30 years ago, I think we could solve abortions if there
01:19:37.020 was like a window into a woman's womb.
01:19:40.360 Well, that's an ultrasound and especially the way they're getting now.
01:19:43.540 You can see everything.
01:19:45.660 The unborn child doubles their chance at life when mom sees and hears the baby in the heartbeat.
01:19:53.320 Already pre-born has rescued over 280,000 babies through love, compassion, free ultrasounds.
01:19:58.600 And every day they rescue 200 more babies and their mothers.
01:20:04.020 One ultrasound is $28, the cost of dinner.
01:20:07.880 You could sponsor five ultrasounds for 140, helping rescue five babies laws.
01:20:12.280 Any amount will help.
01:20:14.260 All gifts are tax deductible.
01:20:16.180 100% of your donation will go on to saving babies.
01:20:19.160 So donate now.
01:20:20.580 Maybe you do it once a month.
01:20:22.460 Just dial pound 250.
01:20:23.900 Say the keyword baby.
01:20:25.340 Pound 250.
01:20:26.380 Keyword baby.

01:20:38.440 Sit tight, boys and girls.
01:20:40.220 We'll be right back after these messages.
01:20:41.900 All righty.
01:20:59.420 Well, let's see.
01:21:00.300 The gods of the copybook headings returning.
01:21:04.180 Let's see here.
01:21:05.180 First, we have the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.
01:21:09.240 You remember them.
01:21:11.180 They were honored with the Community Hero Award by the Los Angeles Dodgers.
01:21:17.400 Now, this is going to come as a surprise to you.
01:21:19.760 On Friday, one of the drag queens who dresses up like a nun with the Brew City Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence was arrested in connection with child porn and sexual exploitation of a child.
01:21:33.460 Are they limiting his choices again?
01:21:35.500 Yeah, again, they are.
01:21:36.600 They are.
01:21:37.220 Unbelievable.
01:21:37.420 Four counts of possession with child pornography and four counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
01:21:43.200 Now, here's where it gets good.
01:21:45.600 He is the human resource director of Outagamee County, Wisconsin, Adam Westbrook.
01:21:54.820 And he was taken into custody about three o'clock on Friday afternoon.
01:21:58.420 This is after the police department and the State Department of Justice executed a search warrant in his home.
01:22:04.880 But the great thing is he was taken in, but his husband was not taken in.
01:22:13.740 No formal charges there.
01:22:15.640 I guess he was totally fine.
01:22:18.240 But he's a teacher in the local school district, the husband.
01:22:23.460 Oh, great.
01:22:24.160 So that's good.
01:22:25.160 That's really good.
01:22:25.860 Well, Glenn, love always wins.
01:22:27.480 It does.
01:22:27.840 We say that over and over again.
01:22:29.160 It does.
01:22:29.720 And love is about to win on this child porn purveyor in prison over and over and over again.
01:22:34.220 Yes.
01:22:34.840 Congratulations on that victory.
01:22:36.580 British Government Health Agency has declared that drug-induced milk from trans women, from biological males, is just as healthy for babies as breast milk from a female mom.
01:22:49.280 And who doesn't think that that's true?
01:22:52.400 Okay, I didn't realize it was everybody that didn't think that was true.
01:22:55.860 Really loud.
01:22:56.900 Yeah.
01:22:57.840 What are you, nuts?
01:23:00.040 You nuts?
01:23:01.340 They can tell you anything, but the truth in the form of the gods of the copybook headings will return.
01:23:07.580 The Glenn Beck Program.
01:23:09.060 We're going to stay together if we're going to survive.
01:23:37.740 Stay up straight.
01:23:42.380 And hold the line.
01:23:46.280 It's a new day.
01:23:49.120 Time to run.
01:23:50.660 Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:24:03.800 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:24:06.940 Texans have no idea how close they are to losing the state to the left.
01:24:16.060 They have no idea.
01:24:17.540 And if they don't wake up to a couple of very critical facts, if they don't do something about it, we will lose Texas within the next four years.
01:24:29.640 That's not hyperbole.
01:24:31.680 I believe that to be absolute fact.
01:24:33.680 I'll explain with Ken Paxton, our Attorney General, in 60 seconds.
01:24:39.440 First, if you haven't taken a look at what MyPillow's got going on lately, you might want to take a few minutes today and check out the website.

01:25:41.380 Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, welcome to the program, sir.
01:25:45.500 How are you?
01:25:46.500 I'm doing well.
01:25:47.300 Thanks for having me back.
01:25:48.020 Yeah, we have so many things to talk about, but I think the most important thing that I want to get to first is the Court of Criminal Appeals.
01:25:58.360 Texas is a weirdo state, and most states, I think 48 of them, don't have this.
01:26:06.000 It's like a Supreme Court, if I'm not mistaken, but what is its jurisdiction?
01:26:12.340 What do they do exactly?
01:26:14.680 So we're very, you are, we are a little weird.
01:26:16.960 I think there's only one other state like us that has a bifurcated system where half, well, some of the cases go to the Texas Supreme Court, all the civil cases.
01:26:26.120 And if you have on your final appeal for a criminal case, it's the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
01:26:31.000 So it's split.
01:26:32.060 And most Texans are not aware of this nine-member court that is all Republican.
01:26:37.700 And most Republicans, even the most educated, don't know who's on that court.
01:26:41.660 So this is becoming very, very important, and especially, and you'll know this in really deep red states, states like Utah.
01:26:52.940 Just because it says Republican does not mean they're a Republican.
01:26:57.220 In Texas, a lot of times Democrats just switch to Republican because they know they can get elected with an R behind their name.
01:27:05.020 And then you also have these horrible Republicans who are, you know, Republican in name only, as we know to be rhinos.
01:27:13.860 And that's who's really on, there's some that are good, but there's a few of these guys on this court.
01:27:21.880 And it is stopping the attorney general's office now from prosecuting any kind of election fraud, which is a new thing, is it not, Ken?
01:27:34.280 Yeah, so this statute was passed by the legislature legally under their constitutional role to pass legislation and direct the attorney general to do whatever they wanted to do.
01:27:44.320 And they did that in 1951.
01:27:46.340 We prosecuted, literally, we had almost 1,000 cases being prosecuted when they struck this down two years ago.
01:27:53.160 It was suddenly struck down out of the blue, and they made the argument that it was unconstitutional, violation of separation of powers, because I'm the executive branch, for me as attorney general to be in court.
01:28:03.660 If they're right, every court prior to them, every case, really every attorney general in the country is violating the Constitution and has since the founding of our country, if this nine-member court that voted 8-1 suddenly out of the blue to strike this law down.
01:28:20.480 How did that happen?
01:28:21.580 I think, honestly, it's nine members.
01:28:25.400 Nobody knows who they are.
01:28:26.440 We have one good one, Kevin Ury, and they waited until two days after the filing deadline two years ago to run against them.
01:28:32.120 So we could not put up candidates last time.
01:28:35.740 So they got a two-year pass.
01:28:37.420 They thought we'd forget about it.
01:28:38.300 They thought they'd have me out.
01:28:39.560 And because George Soros has put his DAs in the liberal counties, I believe he is funding, along with a group called Texans for Lawsuit Reform, funding these candidates to ensure that we can't prosecute voter fraud in Texas.
01:28:54.260 Okay, so there's a three-prong approach going on here in Texas to turn Texas blue.
01:29:01.860 The first thing is George Soros coming in and getting the DAs in all of the big counties.
01:29:08.800 The second thing is get rid of our attorney general and get somebody that won't fight back.
01:29:16.140 And the third thing is the court of appeals.
01:29:19.760 And I could probably flip those last two and make the court of appeals and then coming after you and trying to get you out as the final step.
01:29:30.720 They've already got now the first step done.
01:29:34.640 They have the court of appeals now.
01:29:36.440 They failed on getting rid of you.
01:29:39.440 But if this doesn't change in the court of appeals, you can't bring up any fraud charges for anything in Houston, Dallas, or wherever it is.
01:29:54.260 But these main DAs are the only ones that can bring up fraud charges.
01:29:59.600 Well, if they're Soros people, that's not going to happen.
01:30:04.040 And they are Soros people.
01:30:05.380 I've watched Soros unelected Democrats that were prosecuting all kinds of different crimes.
01:30:10.940 He came in and put progressives in who won't prosecute much of anything, including voter fraud.
01:30:15.600 So they've got that piece in place.
01:30:17.300 I believe right now they have court of criminal appeals in place.
01:30:20.060 And they're coming after me again.
01:30:21.460 I have another trial, just like Trump in April, that has been sitting there for nine years.
01:30:25.940 And the court of criminal appeals moved me out of my home county, which is Republican, to Harris County, which is Democrat, and Democratic judges all the way up, and obviously Democratic jury.
01:30:35.480 And why did they do that?
01:30:36.440 Because after nine years, they decided they still need to get rid of me because the impeachment didn't work.
01:30:40.880 The election, the attempted knocking me out in the election and even having the federal government come after me, none of that's worked.
01:30:47.400 It is amazing to me, this legal warfare.
01:30:52.580 And I heard about this maybe eight years ago, that they were starting to look into ways to go against anybody who stands against them with the court system.
01:31:04.380 And I thought, well, that's interesting, but we have judges and we have juries and everything else.
01:31:09.800 It doesn't matter.
01:31:11.040 If they pick the court, it doesn't matter.
01:31:14.180 That's exactly right.
01:31:15.020 And think for this, for these criminal case, they've moved me into Harris County, where my chances are much less at winning.
01:31:24.040 And especially, you know, if we have a Democratic jury pool and Democratic judges, and then the court of criminal appeals has the final say, I would say my chances aren't very good.
01:31:33.320 I think they've done the same thing to Trump.
01:31:35.060 They put him in very liberal places like New York or Fulton County, where the process is slanted against you heavily.
01:31:42.000 And it makes it – and it's also obviously very expensive.
01:31:45.320 Trump has resources that I don't have.
01:31:47.180 So that's the other thing.
01:31:48.220 They try to drain you financially so that you cannot fight.
01:31:51.720 And unfortunately, it's not just the Democrats.
01:31:53.380 This is the Karl Rove slash Bush wing of our party.
01:31:56.480 And it involves the Dick Weekleys of the world with Texans for Lawsuit Reform and other liberal groups that seem like they're Republican, but they're not on our side.
01:32:05.800 So the Texas for Lawsuit Reform, correct me if I'm wrong, used to be conservative.
01:32:12.600 It was a conservative group.
01:32:14.720 But now the billionaires are involved, and Dick Weekley is one of them.
01:32:19.060 He's a construction guy, if I'm not mistaken.
01:32:21.380 And he and Karl Rove and another guy – gosh, what's his name?
01:32:28.960 Dennis –
01:32:30.140 Calabrese.
01:32:31.140 Calabrese.
01:32:33.140 These three kind of really make the meat of the Texas lawsuit reform.
01:32:40.580 One goes out, raises a lot of money – a couple of them do, actually.
01:32:44.140 The other guy is the strategist, and if I'm not mistaken, didn't Calabrese – didn't he go – he was part of the no-bail action, wasn't he?
01:32:54.660 Yeah.
01:32:55.180 So he was helping work with the – I think it's called the Truman Foundation – oh, no, Arnold Foundation.
01:33:00.640 Yeah.
01:33:01.060 Very progressive group on criminal matters, and he was working with them until he was accused of tax evasion and went to federal prison.
01:33:07.580 But then he also was sued by the Arnold Foundation for taking some of their money, and there was a judgment against him for, I think, $8.5 million.
01:33:15.180 And then suddenly that judgment gets paid, and he's back working with Dick Weekley and Texas for a lawsuit reform.
01:33:20.180 Who paid that $8.5 million judgment?
01:33:23.800 I have no idea.
01:33:24.860 It was all –
01:33:26.500 Maybe it was Hunter Biden's art friends.
01:33:29.740 You can guess.
01:33:30.880 Yeah.
01:33:31.680 Okay.
01:33:32.240 So he goes back to work.
01:33:34.200 Now, he's for embezzlement.
01:33:37.080 He's a criminal for embezzlement.
01:33:40.280 He was part of the move to get all of these – all the bails dropped.
01:33:45.420 Why is a so-called conservative group and conservative like Dick Weekley, why are they bringing him in?
01:33:55.420 Well, that's a good question, except if you look at where they're headed now.
01:33:58.580 I mean, they've focused on taking out Republicans.
01:34:01.300 They tend to fund now.
01:34:02.480 They'll fund Republicans, but they give them so much money that they're beholden to them, and they're not necessarily a conservative group anymore.
01:34:09.900 Their original purpose was to stop lawsuit abuse, and now they branched into all kinds of things.
01:34:15.140 They're supporting – they're putting millions of dollars behind the speaker who's controlled by the Democrats, and then they give all of his people millions of dollars, and they control the Texas legislature.
01:34:28.180 And it ends up not representing the voters because now the voters – they don't even need their money.
01:34:33.200 The House members don't even need their money because so much of it's coming from Texans for lawsuit reform and a group called ART, Associated Republicans of Texas, which Karl Rove is very involved with.
01:34:42.280 So they all work together.
01:34:44.780 Karl Rove, we know him quite well.
01:34:47.080 Karl Rove, he's always a great helper.
01:34:49.840 All right, so who are the judges that are going up for election this year?
01:34:54.880 And this is going to be a tough one because nobody knows what the Court of Criminal Appeals is.
01:35:00.000 When you look at judges, you don't know – you don't know how – who these judges are nine out of ten times.
01:35:07.020 And people will look and they'll go, I don't know, it's a Republican, it's an Independent, I don't know, I'll vote for the – and you just guess.
01:35:17.620 So you've got three people coming up, and Texans have got to know these names.
01:35:23.860 That's exactly right.
01:35:24.900 I think this is the most important election I've ever been involved in.
01:35:27.840 I mean, even my election.
01:35:29.280 These three judges, if we can't turn this court, we will not be able to prosecute voter fraud, and we will be Georgia, we will be Arizona, we will be Wisconsin.
01:35:37.000 We will have the same result.
01:35:38.780 I was able to stop that with my great team last time, but this is where we're headed in the next couple of years if no one that cares about voter fraud actually gets to prosecute it.
01:35:50.180 And so Gina Parker, the three people that we want to elect, Gina Parker, Lee Finley, and David Schenck.
01:35:56.840 And I'm going to repeat them one more time.
01:35:57.820 Gina Parker, David Schenck, and Lee Finley.
01:36:01.780 And it starts – voting starts February 20th, which is this coming Tuesday, early voting.
01:36:05.680 And March 10th is the final election.
01:36:09.220 So this is really critical that people on your show from Texas spread the word.
01:36:13.260 And if you're not from Texas, realize if we don't hold on to Texas, I mean, we are in trouble nationally.
01:36:19.380 We can't win elections nationally.
01:36:21.240 This is the number one thing that people say to me, you know, Glenn, if we can't go after voter fraud, if we can't clean it up – and I mean clean it up on our side if there is any or their side – just fair voting.
01:36:35.360 If we can't prosecute this, if we can't go after it, then we have no trust in the elections.
01:36:41.460 And how do you have a republic?
01:36:43.500 Well, you don't.
01:36:44.940 You don't.
01:36:45.680 But in Texas, this is the solution to this.
01:36:50.920 If you can get three people, Gina Parker, Lee Finley, and David Schenck, if you can get those three onto the Board of Criminal Appeals, Court of Criminal Appeals, there's a chance that this thing can be overturned.
01:37:05.140 And the attorney general, didn't you have almost like 400 cases of voter fraud here in Texas going on?
01:37:11.960 So we had over 600 counts that we were prosecuting at the time they struck down.
01:37:16.140 All those got dismissed.
01:37:17.160 We had 392 investigations that had to be halted because of this decision out of the blue with no – you know, totally surprising us.
01:37:26.340 So, no, we are not prosecuting – there's not a single case that I know of in Texas now being prosecuted.
01:37:30.120 Not a single voter fraud case by a single DA in this state.
01:37:34.020 Maybe there's one, maybe there's two, but I can guarantee you they are not – this is not being prosecuted in Texas anymore.
01:37:41.060 God, that's bad.
01:37:43.000 That's really bad.
01:37:44.400 That's really bad.
01:37:45.320 But we can fix it.
01:37:46.180 If this election goes the right way, then we'll still be down 5-4, but we'll be sending the message, so let's let you fix this, and the Court of Criminal Appeals will realize we're coming to get the next ones if they don't fix this decision.
01:37:57.880 Well, the same money behind these guys, if this is accurate, would be the people behind the Speaker of the House who is just a nightmare, a nightmare.
01:38:07.200 That's exactly right.
01:38:08.040 That's exactly right.
01:38:08.740 And you're going to see money spent on these races for the first time by the other side because they know that we're getting the word out.
01:38:14.780 And so you're going to see these TV ads supporting these incumbent Texas Court of Criminal Appeals judges.
01:38:19.800 I've never seen money spent in these races, but we're going to see it.
01:38:22.860 And Texas for Lawsuit Reform and other groups affiliated with them are going to be involved.
01:38:28.500 Stu, we need something like a jingle for Gina Parker, Lee Finley, and David Shank.
01:38:34.320 I like that.
01:38:35.240 We need something – I don't know how.
01:38:38.240 I don't know how you make those names stick, but we need a jingle that we can play every day.
01:38:42.920 I'll work on it.
01:38:43.900 Yeah, you'll work on that?
01:38:45.280 Okay, good.
01:38:45.960 We'll work on it too, Ken.
01:38:47.280 I don't know how.
01:38:48.300 You, as an audience, can somebody come up with something catchy that helps people remember?
01:38:53.460 Because you've got a week.
01:38:54.660 You've got a week to do this.
01:38:56.120 All right, back with Ken Paxton on The Border.

01:40:19.000 Station ID.
01:40:19.460 Wow, I don't know how you're going to remember these names.
01:40:30.060 Gina Parker, Lee Finley, David Shank.
01:40:33.000 Okay.
01:40:33.620 Let me talk to you about a couple of other stories that are in the news today on Texas.
01:40:40.120 One is a court, I don't remember, it's not the Fifth Circuit Court, it's another court that is saying that Texas doesn't have the right to arrest or turn around people at the border.
01:40:57.500 And the judge seemed very hostile to Texas.
01:41:01.380 Can you tell me about this case?
01:41:03.980 Yes, so this was a case filed by first the ACLU, which you're very familiar with, and then the Biden administration, which you're also familiar with, alleging that Texas doesn't have the authority.
01:41:14.440 We passed a bill this last session, the legislature, the governor signed it, that allows us to deport people that come into our state.
01:41:22.940 And that's what they sued us over.
01:41:25.100 And we make the argument, look, if the federal government is not going to follow federal law, they're not going to, if Joe Biden is not going to follow the Constitution and protect our people, we have the right to protect our people.
01:41:36.400 And there's no way that Texas or any other country, any other state would have joined the union if the deal was, we're not, the federal government is not going to protect you.
01:41:44.900 And by the way, if we don't protect you, you're not allowed to protect yourself.
01:41:47.720 There's no way that anybody joins the union if that's the deal.
01:41:50.780 And so we'll continue to fight this.
01:41:52.620 Look, they filed it where they wanted to file it.
01:41:54.460 They picked the court.
01:41:55.500 So not surprised by that result.
01:41:57.540 We'll appeal it to the Fifth Circuit, and hopefully we'll draw a good panel that understands the law and understands the Constitution.
01:42:05.600 You may not, however.
01:42:07.860 This particular judge said, I don't see Texas at war.
01:42:11.900 There is no invasion.
01:42:13.820 Does invasion have to mean war?
01:42:16.980 I think it's pretty common to understand that we're being invaded.
01:42:20.080 I mean, you can work around the word.
01:42:24.460 But I think the common understanding of invasion is exactly what's happening.
01:42:28.180 The cartels are not our friends.
01:42:29.700 The Chinese are not our friends.
01:42:31.440 They're importing drugs.
01:42:32.400 They're importing crime.
01:42:33.560 They're building networks into our state and into our country.
01:42:36.540 They're costing us lives.
01:42:37.820 Kids.
01:42:38.120 They're costing us lots of higher crime.
01:42:41.180 And they're costing us, you know, a lot of money that we don't necessarily have to keep paying for millions of people crossing the border every year.
01:42:48.520 That's an invasion.
01:42:49.360 I've only got about 90 seconds.
01:42:52.680 There's a third case.
01:42:53.860 Tell me about that one.
01:42:55.880 Okay.
01:42:56.200 So we actually have the Shelby Park case, which got combined with the wire cutting case.
01:43:03.800 So we are still in the middle of that case.
01:43:06.300 We lost an injunction at the Supreme Court.
01:43:08.620 But that injunction did not say anything about us.
01:43:11.540 It basically, we can still put wire up.
01:43:13.560 We can still put fences up.
01:43:14.840 And I guarantee you this, we're going to keep putting them up, even if the federal government comes onto our property and cuts them down.
01:43:20.720 And didn't Biden sue you guys?
01:43:24.240 And which lawsuit is that one?
01:43:27.720 Okay.
01:43:28.220 So they sued us over the election.
01:43:31.780 I mean, over the border bill.
01:43:34.840 Right.
01:43:35.200 It's very confusing.
01:43:35.940 Over the border bill that we just talked about, where we're deporting.
01:43:38.100 They sued us over that.
01:43:39.000 I sued them after I came back from the little impeachment rest.
01:43:42.940 I sued them over the wire because I didn't think they had the right to come onto our property and cut it down.
01:43:46.980 So that's our lawsuit.
01:43:49.660 Okay.
01:43:50.360 And then we also have the Bowie case that they sued us over that we're still in the middle of as well.
01:43:54.440 My gosh.
01:43:54.840 I mean, this is just the time and money that all of us are spending right now.
01:44:03.240 Even the average American citizen, just on common sense things is ridiculous.
01:44:10.580 I mean, it's destroying us.
01:44:12.880 It really is.
01:44:13.720 All right.
01:44:14.740 Ken, hang on because there's something else that is going on that we want to talk about.
01:44:19.280 Ken Paxton, the Attorney General of the great state of Texas, joins me next.
01:44:24.300 Next, the importance of the Attorney General.
01:44:29.220 Every state must have a great Attorney General.
01:44:34.140 We'll explain a little more and introduce you to one next.
01:44:42.700 All right.
01:44:45.360 Let me tell you about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
01:44:48.640 Just a few months ago now, October 7th, Hamas began a war with Israel that continues to this day.
01:44:54.560 I mean, Hochul herself said, if Canada had done this to New York, Canada would not exist today.
01:45:03.200 And it's true.
01:45:04.040 If they had done something that bloody and awful, they wouldn't.
01:45:09.040 We would have responded.
01:45:10.140 And now we're trying to stop Israel from doing this?
01:45:14.000 It's nuts.
01:45:15.120 It's absolutely nuts.
01:45:16.600 And most people know it.
01:45:18.320 If they think about it, they know that to be true.
01:45:20.920 But you've had real upheaval in Israel with the citizenry and the medicine and the medics and everything else.
01:45:28.660 The need is great in Israel.
01:45:30.780 That's why I've partnered with AFCJ.
01:45:33.820 Visit Support the IFCJ.
01:45:36.260 Again, that's the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
01:45:39.660 They need your help and need your support.
01:45:42.400 Give as generously as you can.
01:45:44.200 Your gift will be matched to double in impact and help provide twice the support.
01:45:50.160 Right now, supportifcj.org.
01:45:52.660 Head over to blazetv.com slash Glenn and get subscribed to Blaze TV.
01:45:58.640 Right now, if you use the code FREESPEECH, you will save 30%.
01:46:02.180 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
01:46:19.380 You know the role of the Attorney General and how important it is.
01:46:23.020 The Attorney General and the sheriffs are the last line of defense.
01:46:28.200 And we've lost a good one in Utah.
01:46:31.020 Sean Reyes is not going to run for re-election.
01:46:34.700 And Ken Paxton is making an announcement today of who he is endorsing in that race.
01:46:39.860 Ken?
01:46:41.980 Yeah.
01:46:42.780 Yeah.
01:46:43.220 As you know, I'm a huge friend and fan of your current Attorney General, Sean Reyes.
01:46:48.620 Yes.
01:46:49.380 And I've spent a lot of time.
01:46:50.520 He's helped me a lot.
01:46:51.500 I've helped him.
01:46:52.240 We've worked together to fight the federal government.
01:46:54.380 We've gone against big tech, big pharma.
01:46:57.220 And so it's really important to me to have good Attorney Generals across the country.
01:47:00.280 We don't have enough of them.
01:47:01.160 We don't have enough Sean Reyes.
01:47:02.760 So I've talked to a lot of people in Utah.
01:47:06.500 And so I've decided to endorse Rachel Terry, who works in the office and who knows what's going on.
01:47:12.600 And I believe will continue the legacy of Sean Reyes.
01:47:16.580 And I think she'll be a great ally of Texas.
01:47:19.360 Thank you, Ken.
01:47:20.120 I appreciate it.
01:47:21.520 Rachel Terry is with us now.
01:47:23.960 She is a candidate.
01:47:25.280 There are five or six people that have just popped up and are all running for it.
01:47:29.040 This is so important that each state gets their Attorney General right.
01:47:34.920 If you fail to do this, you're just not a help in the fight.
01:47:40.460 Rachel, welcome.
01:47:42.180 Thank you.
01:47:42.860 Good morning.
01:47:43.280 I'm very excited to be with you and Attorney General Paxton this morning.
01:47:47.240 Yeah.
01:47:47.620 So what is it that you have been doing?
01:47:52.940 So I've been an attorney for the past 20 years, spent most of it as a litigator, handling some of the biggest cases in the state's history.
01:48:01.340 Anything from representing coal mine operators to universities and significant title mine cases.
01:48:08.260 Now, I am the director for the Utah Division of Risk Management that handles all of the insurance, all of the claims, and oversees all the litigation defense for the state of Utah.
01:48:19.980 What are the big things that are coming our way that you want to focus on if you're the Attorney General?
01:48:27.400 Well, this is a big race, as A.G. Paxton indicated.
01:48:33.180 And as you've mentioned, having the right Attorney General really matters, because we're at a critical tipping point in fighting the federal government.
01:48:42.460 Federal overreach is everywhere.
01:48:45.100 And it's felt very personally here in Utah.
01:48:48.700 If you live anywhere in southern Utah, it's present in your everyday life, is the federal government shutting down access to public trails, to access to energy, to everything in their lives.
01:49:02.260 In some of the counties, they're owned by the federal government.
01:49:06.120 Over 90% is owned by the federal government of their lands, making it very difficult to manage those counties.
01:49:13.700 We see it in education, federal overreach in education.
01:49:17.220 As someone who litigated Title IX cases, I saw this constantly in trying to provide advice and support to educational institutions.
01:49:28.440 As the federal government bureaucracy continually change the definitions applicable in Title IX.
01:49:35.840 And then in our energy policy.
01:49:38.480 And then certainly on the border.
01:49:40.880 I am so grateful to be able to be endorsed by Attorney General Paxton, because the border fight impacts all of us.
01:49:50.160 We're all border states now.
01:49:51.740 And if elected, I will stand and fight with him on the border issues, on federal overreach issues, to protect the United States of America and the citizens of Utah.
01:50:06.080 You know, I used to ask this of politicians, but I think it's more appropriate for, well, anybody right now.
01:50:12.960 But Attorney Generals, you're going to come under attack like nobody's business.
01:50:18.980 How's your soul?
01:50:20.700 What's the worth of your soul?
01:50:24.000 I am so glad you asked that.
01:50:27.220 You know, I have teenage kids.
01:50:29.520 I have twins.
01:50:30.520 They're 13.
01:50:30.980 And my husband and I have discussed this very issue when I told him I wanted to run for Attorney General.
01:50:39.140 I sold it to him like this.
01:50:40.720 I said, what if I apply for a job that doesn't pay any more than what I'm making?
01:50:46.140 And I have to ask strangers for money to get it.
01:50:50.260 And people are going to be really mean to us.
01:50:53.180 And he said, I'm in.
01:50:55.100 I'm in.
01:50:55.580 Wow.
01:50:55.940 And it is a significant race.
01:51:00.980 In Utah, there's a Senate race to replace Senator Mitt Romney.
01:51:06.360 And that's taking a lot of the energy in the states.
01:51:09.240 But what I want people to know is that the Attorney General race is more important to their daily lives.
01:51:16.260 Because Congress is broken.
01:51:19.040 They're not getting the work done.
01:51:20.760 Who's getting the work done?
01:51:22.140 It's our Republican Attorneys General.
01:51:23.940 I want to point back to something you'd said on a previous show.
01:51:27.880 You'd said what we need is a strong conservative law firm to fight these fights.
01:51:35.560 And that's exactly what our Republican Attorneys General are.
01:51:39.800 Our job is to fight this fight and to fight this incredible administrative state that is changing the very ground underneath us
01:51:50.460 without any oversight from Congress or the president.
01:51:54.960 They've abdicated these important roles to bureaucrats.
01:51:59.460 I'm a bureaucrat myself currently.
01:52:01.840 But I, in the state of Utah, have significant oversight by the governor's office and the legislature.
01:52:08.860 And unfortunately, Congress isn't doing that.
01:52:10.740 So the Attorney General and me as the Attorney General will fight to protect Utah, to protect conservative values across the country and be that conservative law firm, the conservative voice for the country.
01:52:26.920 Rachel, I'll tell you, and I would tell you this privately, but everything I say, you know, is always on the record.
01:52:34.260 If you have a single fingernail of a skeleton in your closet, it will be found and used against you.
01:52:46.560 And I would recommend, if you haven't already, I'm sure you have, but get everything out.
01:52:52.860 You can't have anything.
01:52:54.640 No one could, whatever you want, they will try to offer to you.
01:53:00.140 And it will be very tempting.
01:53:02.940 Everything that you're afraid of, if they can't get you with what you want, they will scare the hell out of you with everything you're afraid of.
01:53:11.660 You cannot be afraid of anything.
01:53:16.760 Yeah, that is true.
01:53:19.780 As someone who has been deep in the trenches of litigation, I've felt that.
01:53:25.920 This is the next level.
01:53:27.760 This is next level.
01:53:28.640 And I'm prepared for that.
01:53:32.840 I hope my family is prepared for that.
01:53:35.900 I don't think you can ever be truly prepared for that.
01:53:38.640 No.
01:53:38.820 In terms of, you know, there is a huge temptation in politics, and I can see it from those who I know who are in this space.
01:53:49.000 You get exposed to a lot of money, a lot of fun activities.
01:53:55.700 The reason why I'm prepared for that is, one, my faith.
01:54:00.540 I go to church every Sunday.
01:54:04.420 My family is very devout.
01:54:07.900 And the second is my family.
01:54:09.640 I have 13-year-old twins.
01:54:11.180 I don't have time for the nonsense of the political space that wants to offer me things.
01:54:18.360 All I want to do is to go to work for the state of Utah and then come home and do carpool and go to my kids' sporting events.
01:54:26.780 And I want to be the most boring attorney general that the state of Utah has ever seen because all I'm going to do is to work for the state and stay out of the news for anything other than winning.
01:54:39.640 Honestly, that's the way Mike Lee has made an impact.
01:54:43.780 He's just boring his snot.
01:54:45.400 There's nothing happening with you.
01:54:46.840 You're not looking for a scandal for him because nothing's happening.
01:54:51.400 Well, if I may, I am going to come clean about one tiny political fib.
01:54:58.540 So on my website, it says that I love hunting.
01:55:01.640 So the truth of the matter is, is my husband is, is a, he's obsessed with hunting.
01:55:08.640 It's his favorite thing in the world.
01:55:10.540 And I love him.
01:55:12.760 And therefore I love hunting.
01:55:15.780 There are all kinds of taxidermy in my house.
01:55:19.560 I have, I have gone.
01:55:22.640 And an activity that requires you to get up at four in the morning and sit quietly in the cold is not actually for me.
01:55:30.200 Yeah, good, good.
01:55:31.180 I'm glad we cleared that up.
01:55:32.280 I've now cleared the air.
01:55:33.540 I've cleared the air.
01:55:34.300 Can I ask you something?
01:55:35.160 This may be unfair and feel free to say so because you have no reason to be following this other than curiosity.
01:55:40.600 And I'm asking your professional opinion.
01:55:42.900 What do you think of the case of Donald Trump and the $350 million settlement?
01:55:53.120 I think it's outrageous.
01:55:54.760 One of the biggest complaints, and that's a fair complaint in our nation today, that people feel is that there are two tiers of justice.
01:56:06.200 One for the rich and the powerful and the liberal and one for everybody else.
01:56:13.040 And we've seen that play out over and over again over the last four years.
01:56:17.540 And that has to stop because our country is built on trust.
01:56:23.640 Our foundation is trust.
01:56:25.500 If people believe that the judicial system still works for them, then we're safe from tyranny and anarchy.
01:56:33.960 When they stop believing that it works for them, then we fall into chaos.
01:56:38.080 And so when cases like this happen, it's very troubling because it only reinforces people's greatest fears, that the system doesn't work for them, that it's sacked against them.
01:56:50.020 And then people will take justice into their own hands, which is deeply dangerous and will destabilize us as a country.
01:56:57.980 So my goal is to return us to a system where it's equal justice for all under the law.
01:57:09.480 Rachel Terry is her name.
01:57:11.300 When is the race?
01:57:13.260 When is the vote for this?
01:57:15.460 So in Utah, we've got a caucus convention system.
01:57:19.100 I am a conventionally candidate, which means I did not pay to get on the ballot, which is what you can do with signatures.
01:57:25.800 So on the primary ballot.
01:57:28.440 So I'm going to convention on April 27th.
01:57:31.420 Our caucus is March 5th.
01:57:33.820 Everyone should, every Republican should show up to their caucus on March 5th.
01:57:38.160 They can find out where to attend on precinctportal.org and run to be a state delegate so they can meet me and vote for me at the state convention on April 27th.
01:57:49.260 And I'm confident we'll make it through, I'll make it through the convention and be on the primary ballot on June 25th.
01:57:55.120 Good, I hope so.
01:57:55.920 Thank you so much, Rachel.
01:57:57.020 I appreciate it.
01:57:58.280 Her name is Rachel Terry.
01:57:59.600 She is a candidate now for attorney general in Utah, just endorsed by the attorney general of Texas on the program.
01:58:08.660 Thanks, Rachel.
01:58:09.380 I appreciate it.
01:58:10.100 Bye-bye.
01:58:11.080 Relief factor.
01:58:12.000 You know, some people, they just fall asleep at the end of the day.
01:58:14.760 The minute their head, you know, hits the pillow, they just sleep and then they sleep through the night.
01:58:18.840 You know, the only people that do that are psychopaths because they don't have anything to question.
01:58:25.160 They don't have anything.
01:58:26.160 They're like, well, did I do this right?
01:58:27.600 Did I do?
01:58:28.280 What did I say?
01:58:29.260 Only psychopaths.
01:58:30.680 So if you have a great night's sleep every night and you can fall asleep, chances are you're a psychopath.
01:58:37.140 Now, if you're not a psychopath, may I recommend relief factor?
01:58:41.700 Pretty good, right?
01:58:42.940 Yeah.
01:58:43.900 Because nobody wants to be a psychopath.
01:58:45.960 Just take relief factor.
01:58:47.180 Just like relief factor, the regular pain relief from relief factor, relief factor sleep is 100% drug-free.
01:58:55.640 It's a blend of natural ingredients designed to promote healthy sleep by reducing anxiety and distress, improving mood, and promoting relaxation so you can turn the brain off.
01:59:05.960 I know from experience it works.
01:59:08.000 Why?
01:59:08.420 Because I'm not a psychopath.
01:59:10.280 Feel the difference the first night, first bottle, 1995.
01:59:15.160 Unleash the power of great sleep by calling 800-4-RELIEF.
01:59:19.220 800-4-RELIEF.

02:00:57.180 That's great.
02:00:58.340 That's great.
02:00:58.840 Sounds wonderful.
02:00:59.560 $36.
02:01:00.300 That's, uh...
02:01:01.300 We could use that money right now.
02:01:02.680 Yeah.
02:01:02.860 You know, the country is spending a decent amount of money, $20 million, to maintain a super yacht seized from a Russian oligarch in 2022.
02:01:16.580 Yeah.
02:01:17.100 Now, among the money there is $360,000 a month in crew.
02:01:25.380 Yeah.
02:01:25.820 Now, you might know the super yacht world better than I do, Glenn.
02:01:30.300 Maybe...
02:01:30.580 Not really, no.
02:01:31.440 Certainly, no.
02:01:32.100 Not this big.
02:01:33.260 No.
02:01:33.960 But, like...
02:01:34.840 Not any big.
02:01:36.180 Well, I know you don't have...
02:01:36.940 I'm not saying you have a yacht.
02:01:37.720 Yeah.
02:01:37.820 I'm just saying that, like, you know, like you...
02:01:39.440 I like looking at really expensive cars, because it's fun.
02:01:42.580 Yeah, right.
02:01:42.860 I'm not saying you have this.
02:01:44.080 Yeah.
02:01:44.180 But, like, I can understand you need some level of crew to maintain a yacht like this.
02:01:48.840 Yeah.
02:01:49.120 The one thing about all boats is, uh...
02:01:52.720 They always are trying to sink.
02:01:55.060 Yes.
02:01:55.340 Always.
02:01:55.980 It's...
02:01:56.260 The maintenance...
02:01:56.980 It's why I would never get a boat.
02:01:58.420 Me too.
02:01:58.940 It's just...
02:01:59.520 Any size.
02:01:59.920 It would be too frustrating.
02:02:00.640 Correct.
02:02:01.480 But, like, $360,000 a month seems like a significant amount of crew for a boat that's not going anywhere.
02:02:07.540 Yeah, well, it's a super yacht.
02:02:08.320 How big is it?
02:02:09.640 It is 348 feet.
02:02:11.400 Yeah, that's a pretty big boat.
02:02:12.640 That's a pretty big boat.
02:02:13.820 $300 million price tag.
02:02:15.340 Yeah.
02:02:15.860 And we're maintaining it.
02:02:17.320 But, again, $360,000 a month?
02:02:19.460 Like, can't you do a skeleton...
02:02:20.400 Is that a skeleton crew?
02:02:21.860 I have no idea.
02:02:22.420 Okay.
02:02:22.880 I have no idea.
02:02:23.400 Then, 175...
02:02:24.460 If we're paying for the crew and everything, I think we should give it away.
02:02:28.200 There should be, like, a Powerball every month.
02:02:29.980 Hey, this family from Arkansas gets a week on the boat.
02:02:34.340 Yeah, I love that idea.
02:02:36.200 We should get something out of it.
02:02:37.100 We're paying for it anyway.
02:02:38.020 And then, $75,000 a month in fuel?
02:02:41.880 Like, isn't it just docked?
02:02:44.160 I mean, I guess you need to turn on electricity.
02:02:45.320 I don't know.
02:02:45.820 It might be one of those things you gotta just turn it on once in a while just to make sure
02:02:49.540 it turns on.
02:02:50.520 Maybe.
02:02:50.680 I think we should sell it.
02:02:52.800 You know?
02:02:53.120 Yeah, maybe.
02:02:53.700 That would be nice.
02:02:54.080 It's like, you know, when you're in debt at your house and your wife is like, we should
02:02:58.520 sell the boat.
02:02:59.680 Right.
02:03:00.240 Yes.
02:03:00.740 And you can't pay any of your bills.
02:03:02.420 We're in that situation.
02:03:03.640 This is every Dave Ramsey show ever.
02:03:06.680 I don't know.
02:03:07.420 Sell a 360-foot yacht.
02:03:09.240 I'm just saying.
02:03:09.960 Can I at least put it this way to you, Glenn?
02:03:12.160 For almost everybody in this audience, every dollar you will ever spend in your entire life
02:03:17.240 on taxes won't even pay for a fraction of the boat's maintenance.
02:03:21.920 But good news, IRS says taxes refunds down 25% this year.
02:03:26.140 Oh, good.
