01:29:33.160 And from my understanding is, and not just with the duck issue, you know, the pet issue, but overall any issue that residents have been raising over the, you know, 20,000 Haitians being put into their city. 0.97

01:29:47.980 A lot of the residents feel that the city commission is just not listening to their problems or they're unwilling to do anything about it because there is a lot of money being involved in the decisions because, you know, they're, these Haitians, they have jobs.

01:31:11.580 There have been accidents on the road, but, but Springfield in the past, it has just not been willing to tow their cars whenever there's been an accident or whether they've been caught driving recklessly.
