01:06:48.040 crowd and they were banging on the windows

01:06:50.520 and pointing at us and trying to get in

01:06:57.820 folks going to do with me they're going to

01:06:59.420 come in here they're not going to they're

01:11:38.940 and uh and the debate on them was much more subdued and much

01:11:43.080 shorter although there was a one incident on the floor about

01:11:46.760 2 30 in the morning where you had you know people

01:11:49.300 rush each other and almost come to fisticuffs and there was

01:11:52.320 you know a fair amount of emotion there but the senate side particularly

01:11:56.820 uh felt subdued and just just wanted to walk away from it i was

01:12:00.760 talking with a couple senators just a few minutes ago and trying to get their

01:12:04.020 feeling for it and i mean it just took all of the energy out of

01:12:07.040 out of the effort it took all the emotion

01:12:08.880 and and many of them and and others in the house as well felt like look we just

01:12:12.940 need to get this behind us we know we know we're not going to change the
