00:00:00.000 Thank you very much. I'm up here at the at the ranch and glad to be here. We'll be here for at least a week. I didn't pay an awful lot of attention to the news, but enough to know. And I've got a lot to say about what is happening in our country. And I think I have a different perspective than those who have been watching it minute by minute.

00:01:39.540 Well, hello, America, and welcome to the program, the Glenn Beck Program from the Standing Rock Ranch this week up in Idaho, where we haven't really had any protests, but I have been watching them and I have a lot to say.
00:01:57.260 And I think perspective that maybe you haven't heard anywhere else. I've been itching to get back on the air to be able to talk to you about it. We begin in one minute.
00:02:09.540 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:14.440 Somewhere in America, within the sound of my voice, there's a man standing in the place where a great house will someday stand. It'll come into existence.
00:02:22.620 His hands are thick and calloused from the many years he's been building homes to fulfill the dreams of others.
00:02:28.860 Measure twice, cut once, his grandfather used to always say.
00:02:32.240 Back in the day when the man was just a kid, was learning a trade.
00:02:36.880 Now he stands ready to begin his work, ready to build the home of his own dreams, the place to which he will always return when his feet carry him off to the many wonderful places he wants to go now that he has time to go there.
00:02:49.760 His feet will carry him comfortably in a new pair of Tecovus boots.
00:02:55.780 The man who's worked hard for many years, hard as he can.
00:02:59.260 He appreciates the integrity of a boot that takes 200 handmade steps to make.
00:03:04.660 Comfort, style, integrity.
00:03:06.800 These are all the words synonymous with Tecovus.
00:03:10.020 That's good enough for him.
00:03:11.440 Find your pair at Tecovus.com slash Beck.
00:03:14.140 That's T-E-C-O-V-A-S dot com slash Beck.
00:03:17.180 Tecovus, Western Goods for your frontiers.
00:03:36.100 Hello, America.
00:03:37.180 I want you to just listen for a few minutes and tell me what you're really concerned about.
00:03:51.460 Tell me what the solution is to our problems.
00:03:56.120 We're living in a time where the president is very controversial.
00:04:01.960 He's up for re-election.
00:04:03.080 The Democrats are divided over their candidate.
00:04:10.060 There's a pandemic going on.
00:04:15.160 A film came out or a video came out.
00:04:20.180 That's resonated nationwide and started riots.
00:04:25.080 There's ongoing tension with North Korea.
00:04:27.400 There's mistrust of the government because of the way it's handling things.
00:04:34.080 We're a sharply divided nation.
00:04:36.760 The student radicals versus the silent majority.
00:04:42.180 And the media is reporting the death toll that is rising every day.
00:04:46.600 Did I just describe today or did I describe 1968?
00:04:57.060 Because that's exactly what was happening in the summer of 68.
00:05:04.400 Let me take you there for a second.
00:05:06.120 In January of 68, Johnny Cash performed his concert at Folsom State Prison in California.
00:05:16.760 The Winter Olympics were about to be held in France.
00:05:20.940 And they were to be fully broadcast in color on ABC for the first time.
00:05:25.520 The reason why I bring this up is because I want you to think about the technology that was happening in that year.
00:05:34.660 The good and the bad that was happening in that year.
00:05:38.240 1968 was an important year because while that was happening here in America,
00:05:43.300 cash and the Winter Olympics, the Prague Spring began.
00:05:48.020 The secretary of the Czechoslovakian Communist Party was the winner and he became the prime minister over the Stalinist candidate.
00:06:02.420 And that win brought a very short period of liberalization.
00:06:08.920 North Korea at the same time had captured the USS Pueblo.
00:06:12.800 It was a U.S. Navy intelligence ship captured it and its crew and held the 83 U.S. service personnel in POW camps for 11 months.
00:06:24.360 Meanwhile, the Viet Cong forces launched the Tet Offensive, a coordinated series of attacks against the U.S. targets in South Vietnam.
00:06:35.760 It surprised us and 1,500 Americans died.
00:06:40.400 And that was the turning point of the Vietnam War.
00:06:44.740 Meanwhile, back at home, civil rights protests at South Carolina State University turned deadly after a police officer was struck with a heavy wooden banister.
00:06:55.520 That's when police opened fire and an estimated 200 black students were there.
00:07:00.920 Three male students were shot and killed.
00:07:03.340 28 others wounded.
00:07:04.560 This is the Orangeburg massacre, but you don't really know much about it because the Tet Offensive was sucking up all of the air and getting all of the news.
00:07:13.580 It's also the year the first 9-11 call happened.
00:07:17.060 First 9-1-1 call was placed in the U.S. in 1968.
00:07:21.400 Meanwhile, politically, LBJ was in office and he had the Kerner Commission and they did a report on the status in America and they condemned white racism as the primary cause of the recent riots in the U.S.
00:07:37.860 The report declared, our nation is moving towards two societies, one black, one white, separate and unequal.
00:07:48.380 It was then that Senator Robert F. Kennedy announced that he was going to enter the presidential race.
00:07:52.960 On the same day, U.S. forces killed over 500 Vietnamese civilians in the Maile Massacre in South Vietnam.
00:08:04.540 It was just a few days after that that LBJ announced he's not going to run for re-election.
00:08:10.140 And then Martin Luther King was murdered and riots happened in over 100 U.S. cities.
00:08:15.940 These riots killed 46 people.
00:08:20.120 14,000 U.S. troops, the federal troops, were called in to control the violence.
00:08:28.780 At the same time, the Hot Wheels car was introduced.
00:08:34.960 Then on June 5th, Robert Kennedy was murdered by Sirhan Sirhan.
00:08:39.900 He later said he killed Kennedy out of concern for the Palestinian cause.
00:08:43.860 He had felt betrayed by the support of RFK for Israel during the Six-Day War in 1967.
00:08:50.640 By the way, just another parallel here.
00:08:53.000 I think you've seen the other parallels.
00:08:56.720 This weekend I saw something on the Ayatollah Khomeini's website.
00:09:02.400 The Ayatollah of Iran.
00:09:04.300 Palestine will be free.
00:09:07.760 There's a picture that they put of the Palestinians celebrating their freedom at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.
00:09:15.940 But what struck me was, Palestine will be free.
00:09:19.720 What says underneath, the final solution.
00:09:24.520 Resistance until referendum.
00:09:28.180 Not a lot has changed.
00:09:30.060 Richard Nixon won the Republican nomination at the RNC in Miami.
00:09:34.500 Walter Headley, he was the police chief in Miami in 1968.
00:09:40.000 He said, when the looting starts, the shooting starts.
00:09:43.280 And he said that in response to the protests in the predominantly black neighborhoods of Liberty City during the Republican National Convention.
00:09:51.380 Late last week, this is what President Trump tweeted.
00:09:54.320 The same phrase referring to the looters in Minneapolis.
00:09:57.000 It was at that time when America was busy with their own things that we forgot all about.
00:10:03.560 The Prague Spring in Czechoslovakia.
00:10:08.080 The Soviet Union came in with 200,000 troops and they ended the Prague Spring.
00:10:13.640 We've talked about the Prague Spring over and over again.
00:10:16.680 What happened in Czechoslovakia?
00:10:18.480 When the Soviets were coming in to Prague and the people were begging them to come in to Hungary and to Prague and to Czechoslovakia.
00:10:29.340 And please get some control in here.
00:10:33.280 Meanwhile, we were begging the same thing.
00:10:35.640 Please, is there any control?
00:10:37.080 The DNC had their convention in Chicago.
00:10:40.360 And the Yippies and the Students for Democratic Society and the Black Panthers poured into the streets.
00:10:46.600 They were met by police forces, rallied by Mayor Richard Daley.
00:10:53.780 Vice President Hubert Humphrey became the Democrats nominee with the riots happening in the streets.
00:10:59.120 At the first, also in 1968, we were counting the numbers of the dead, not only in Vietnam, but the Hong Kong flu.
00:11:10.760 It was a pandemic in the U.S.
00:11:13.240 You don't read much about it because Americans did what Americans usually do.
00:11:17.060 And that's just move on with their life.
00:11:19.680 At this point, there were 100,000 dead in the pandemic in 1968.
00:11:26.560 This year, there's 102 that are dead.
00:11:30.880 102,000.
00:11:32.400 The deaths back in 1968 affected those who were 65 or older.
00:11:38.500 I just saw a report this morning that this time the deaths, 81 or older.
00:11:46.860 The Miss America pageant Atlantic City had a protest where people were, they were gathering around the freedom trash can.
00:11:54.860 Where women could throw away all the manifestations of women's oppression, like bras and girdles and curlers and false eyelashes and wigs and women's magazines.
00:12:04.440 This is what happened.
00:12:05.960 This is where the phrase bra burning came from and started in 1968.
00:12:10.120 But no bras were actually burned.
00:12:13.100 The country was in a crisis.
00:12:14.920 They didn't know who to trust.
00:12:16.280 CBS decided they would launch 60 minutes so there would be an authoritative voice that people could rally around and trust.
00:12:27.060 Then in the midst of all of this doubt,
00:12:32.520 Apollo 7 was launched and provided the first live TV broadcast from a spacecraft in orbit.
00:12:41.520 For the first time, we saw the astronauts strapped in the seats and we saw what they were seeing.
00:12:48.640 I was struck this weekend by the parallels of 1968, especially how complete they are.
00:12:56.560 As I was watching the launch of SpaceX and NASA's new rocket.
00:13:06.740 Do we have the launch of SpaceX here?
00:13:11.520 We went from commander so-and-so to Bob and Doug, but it was pretty much the same thing, just a little more casual.
00:13:32.320 It was still inspiring.
00:13:36.160 It was the games of 1968, the Summer Olympics in Mexico City, where the black athletes, American black athletes, Tommy Smith and John Carlos,
00:13:48.780 bowed their heads and raised their black glove fist in a salute to the black power movement during the Star Spangled Banner.
00:13:57.120 By the way, he didn't win the South.
00:14:03.380 That was Alabama governor George Wallace.
00:14:06.520 He won 13.5% of the popular vote in five southern states, but he won.
00:14:12.180 The Republican Party was still the party of Lincoln, I guess.
00:14:16.260 At that same election, the first black woman was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives.
00:14:22.480 By the way, not the first black person, but the first black woman, the first black person that was elected was elected in 68 as well.
00:14:31.860 But I think it was 1868.
00:14:33.480 So we had a, it was a summer and a time of iconic movements.
00:14:42.220 Yellow Submarine was released.
00:14:44.020 The White Album was released.
00:14:45.920 William Shatler and Nichelle Nichols shared the first interracial kiss in the Star Trek episode that year.
00:14:53.240 Aretha Franklin released her album Lady Soul.
00:14:56.460 Laugh-In debuted.
00:14:58.200 So did Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood.
00:14:59.880 Imagine that, Mr. Rogers, how opposite to society.
00:15:06.680 NBC had a Motown-produced special called TCB.
00:15:11.160 That was Diana Ross, The Supremes, and The Temptations.
00:15:14.580 Chitty Chitty Bang Bang was released.
00:15:16.340 The Love Bug was released.
00:15:18.560 All of these things that culturally were pouring good things into our society.
00:15:24.200 And yet 1968 was also the year that Andy Griffith walked away from Mayberry.
00:15:29.880 I see so many similarities, including the good things and the hope and the promise of tomorrow.
00:15:44.380 But there is one thing that I think I haven't seen the parallel yet.
00:15:52.340 And I think, in the end, it's what saved us.
00:15:58.120 What saved us, in the end, was we did look to the moon and the stars, and we saw a bright future.
00:16:06.360 While Woodstock was happening, while Martin Luther King was killed, we looked forward.
00:16:13.400 We looked up.
00:16:14.780 Thanks to the men and women of NASA, we had something to aspire to.
00:16:21.320 We have it again.
00:16:25.080 We have all of these promises that are just over the horizon.
00:16:30.560 Last time, we decided we're not with the rioters.
00:16:35.020 We're with justice, fairness for all.
00:16:39.980 We're not with the rioters.
00:16:43.980 But the thing we're missing is something that happened on Christmas Eve of 1968.
00:16:50.320 I take you back to the moon launch, and the commander, Jim Lovell, listen.
00:16:58.360 We're now going over approaching one of our future landing sites selected in this smooth region to follow the Sea of Tranquility.
00:17:12.380 Smooth in order to make it easy for the initial landing attempt in order to preclude having to dodge mountains.
00:17:23.700 Here we were doing something.
00:17:25.020 Long shadows of the lunar sunrise.
00:17:29.360 Here we're seeing for the very first time the surface of the moon.
00:17:33.300 It's really scratchy video.
00:17:35.360 And he's talking about the lunar sunrise and the sunrise for mankind that was just around the corner as we would land a few years later on the Sea of Tranquility.
00:17:45.200 We're now looking lunar sunrise.
00:17:47.760 And for all the people back on Earth, the Pearl of Apollo 8 has a message that we would like to send to you.
00:17:58.360 In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth.
00:18:02.300 And the earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep.
00:18:09.760 And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
00:18:14.220 And God said, Let there be light.
00:18:17.640 And there was light.
00:18:18.680 That I think is what we're missing.
00:18:27.840 We're focusing on the darkness and the deep.
00:18:32.480 We're forgetting that we were created and that we are very similar to our Creator as in the way that we can, too, create.
00:18:49.340 We will create our own future.
00:18:54.180 But we have to decide what's good, what's bad.
00:18:58.600 We have to separate the light from the darkness.
00:19:04.800 Can you do that?
00:19:08.020 More in a minute.
00:19:08.900 So what I did for a vacation was work.
00:19:20.120 And I came up here and I helped build the studio that we're in here at the ranch.
00:19:27.060 And so we could broadcast up here for a few weeks as my family kind of gets away from things.
00:19:33.460 And we watched the world from afar give us some really good, I think, perspective on what's happening.
00:19:42.540 It's the way America is seeing it from the middle of the country.
00:19:46.100 But I was working and working and working and sawing lumber too many times.
00:19:51.000 I learned it's not enough to measure twice, at least for me.
00:19:55.300 I should measure more often than twice.
00:19:57.760 But anyway, I was working all week and I had some rough days because it was hard work.
00:20:06.480 But it was inflammation that was really killing me after the day.
00:20:12.860 So I would take my relief factor.
00:20:14.780 I took it three times a day.
00:20:16.100 I still take it three times a day.
00:20:17.680 I've been taking it for two years because it's gotten me out to where I can actually take the lumber and haul it off the trailer
00:20:24.800 and bring it in and put it on the chop saw and let's move.
00:20:30.620 Relief Factor changed my life.
00:20:33.100 Please get your life back.

00:21:04.400 Sarah, do we happen to have the audio from 1968 where we were looking and being shown the computer for the first time?
00:21:16.360 1968 was such a crazy, crazy year of both darkness and light.
00:21:26.020 And it's the same thing that's happening right now.
00:21:29.000 I want to play this for you.
00:21:30.140 We were doing our research and we came across this video, which I had never seen before.
00:21:34.760 From 1968.
00:21:37.460 Here they are introducing the world to a few things.
00:21:41.340 And in a second we'll see the screen that he's working and the way to track his models and conjunction.
00:21:47.020 This is from the Stanford Research Institute.
00:21:49.860 I don't know why we're showing the mouse.
00:21:51.640 Sometimes I apologize.
00:21:52.940 It started that way and we never did change it.
00:21:56.780 This characterizes the way I could sit here and look at a completely blank piece of paper.
00:22:01.120 That's the way I start many projects.
00:22:03.440 So with my system, that's a good start.
00:22:05.980 I'll sit here and say I'd like to load that in.
00:22:08.060 Now he's showing a computer to write things.
00:22:14.120 It's full of other entities called words.
00:22:17.080 So he's writing words down.
00:22:21.080 But in this video, he talks about how we are going to have to have basically Google.
00:22:28.260 We're going to have to have a way to sort all of this information.
00:22:31.340 And in just a few years, there will be as many as 20 of these computers nationwide.
00:22:38.060 The promise of tomorrow is much brighter than you think.
00:22:43.820 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:22:46.060 All right.
00:22:50.380 So you're driving along.
00:22:52.700 I mean, it finally happened.
00:22:54.160 Traffic was light.
00:22:55.320 Cold steel gray of the overcast morning wrapped itself around your car.
00:22:59.380 The raindrops were pelting on your hood and windshield.
00:23:02.440 And air supply was on the radio.
00:23:04.700 Boy, it was a depressing day.
00:23:06.320 Just then, as you rounded your way onto the on-ramp to start the longest leg of your morning journey, you saw it there on the dashboard.
00:23:13.960 The check engine light.
00:23:15.920 Oh, at long last.
00:23:17.880 What a perfect day for that to come on.

00:24:13.420 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:24:15.900 We're glad you're here.
00:24:17.000 Pat Gray is joining us as Stu is on vacation this week.
00:24:20.740 There have been rioters in Wisconsin's capital of Madison.
00:24:28.260 A group of 150 demonstrators threw rocks at police on Saturday night.
00:24:33.580 75 stores were damaged or looted.
00:24:37.300 And what did the police do?
00:24:39.100 They decided that they weren't going to arrest anyone.
00:24:42.420 Now, this is in the same place that has fined churches from gathering together because of coronavirus.
00:24:51.340 So if you gather together in groups of more than five people, you're going to get ticketed or arrested by police in Madison, Wisconsin.
00:25:01.780 But if you go and riot, loot, break windows, and you're in a group of 150, then you're fine.
00:25:09.860 Yeah, I mean, because the looters weren't going to stop and pray.
00:25:16.540 So no, I do.
00:25:18.260 No.
00:25:18.500 So what do you have to worry about?
00:25:19.620 What do you have to worry about?
00:25:20.380 Nothing.
00:25:20.840 I mean, you don't have a bunch of people praying, which would have been horrible.
00:25:24.300 You just got some people getting some shoes, you know, right.
00:25:28.220 Exactly.
00:25:29.160 Yeah.
00:25:31.240 And doing some other things.
00:25:32.960 Can we please play the video of the homeless man's belongings set on fire in Austin?
00:25:40.000 Now, if this isn't, you know, really standing up for the little guy, the unheard voice, I don't know what is.
00:25:53.140 Yeah.
00:25:54.640 Look, they're taking all the homeless man's belongings, including his mattress, and setting it on fire.
00:26:01.380 That is great.
00:26:04.620 It's in Austin, where they care.
00:26:06.560 Right, right.
00:26:07.400 You know.
00:26:07.920 Now, look at this homeless man.
00:26:10.680 And he comes to the camera.
00:26:12.440 I live here.
00:26:14.080 What are you doing?
00:26:15.740 What the f*** are you doing?
00:26:17.240 Oh, man.
00:26:18.540 That's...
00:26:19.100 God, isn't that tragically sad?
00:26:21.000 Yeah, heart-wrenching.
00:26:23.640 What are you doing?
00:26:25.080 What are you doing?
00:26:26.100 Then I want to show you...
00:26:28.360 And Elijah, who is with the Blaze, he was out at the Dallas riots this weekend.
00:26:35.380 And I want to show you...
00:26:36.660 I want to show you the man beaten by rioters in Dallas.
00:26:42.920 You have that one.
00:26:46.920 Now, look at how they're just beating him down.
00:26:49.960 Kicking him.
00:26:50.840 Stomping him.
00:26:51.460 Pounding him in the face.
00:26:54.080 The Blaze is showing this live...
00:26:55.700 Stop, stop.
00:26:56.320 This footage...
00:26:57.100 Without any...
00:26:59.560 Look at this guy.
00:27:00.500 Oh, man.
00:27:01.360 Oh, my God.
00:27:02.380 Now listen to him.
00:27:03.200 Oh, my God.
00:27:03.520 Oh, my God.
00:27:03.900 Oh, my God.
00:27:04.380 Oh, my God.
00:27:05.500 Oh, my God.
00:27:05.920 Oh, my God.
00:27:06.420 Did we kill him?
00:27:07.680 I met with a sword.
00:27:08.720 They now are worried that they killed him because he's laying unconscious and there's blood coming out of his head.
00:27:15.200 All over the sidewalk.
00:27:17.760 CBS took this video from the Blaze and then smeared out the picture of the guy on the street.
00:27:25.900 You don't understand how violent it is unless you see the full picture.
00:27:30.900 You know, we have the version that has been edited and it's ridiculous.
00:27:35.460 You don't actually see what's happening to a guy who is just trying to protect his favorite bar.
00:27:42.820 That's what he said.
00:27:43.600 Elijah Schaefer is going to be on with us in a little while, and he's going to talk about the different things that he saw.
00:27:50.280 But there's...
00:27:50.900 You know, it's interesting to me, at least.
00:27:55.100 I wanted to look at how many of these cities are actually being run by Democrats.
00:28:06.140 How many of these are the oppressive cities that we've been seeing on COVID?
00:28:14.480 You have Oakland, California and Mayor Jacob Fry, Democrat.
00:28:18.520 The mayor of Las Vegas, Democrat.
00:28:23.180 The mayor of Louisville, Kentucky, Democrat.
00:28:27.120 The mayor of Phoenix, Arizona, Democrat.
00:28:30.400 These are all the cities that had riots in them.
00:28:34.460 Phoenix, Democrat.
00:28:35.820 Houston, Democrat.
00:28:37.040 Dallas, Democrat.
00:28:38.320 Columbus, Ohio, Democrat.
00:28:39.960 Fontana, California, Democrat.
00:28:43.260 Tim Keller, Democrat.
00:28:45.540 He's from Windermere, Florida.
00:28:47.800 Denver, Colorado.
00:28:49.180 Jim O'Brien, Democrat.
00:28:51.180 Madison, Wisconsin.
00:28:52.580 Mayor Hancock, Democrat.
00:28:55.520 Mayor Conway from Washington, D.C., Democrat.
00:28:59.120 Mayor Browser from Atlanta, Democrat.
00:29:02.860 Keisha Lance Bottoms, Democrat.
00:29:05.140 Chicago, Illinois.
00:29:06.240 Boy, we got some audio on her, too.
00:29:07.900 I got to play.
00:29:08.360 Mayor Lori Lightfoot.
00:29:11.420 I think Lightfoot is actually the one from Illinois.
00:29:16.000 Democrat.
00:29:16.920 Memphis, Tennessee, I think, is Keisha.
00:29:19.860 Mayor Jim Strickland is Democrat.
00:29:22.440 He's from Portland, Oregon.
00:29:23.820 Ted Wheeler, Detroit.
00:29:25.620 Mike Dugan from San Francisco.
00:29:28.200 London Breed, Nashville.
00:29:30.460 Mayor John Cooper, Democrat.
00:29:32.540 Philadelphia.
00:29:33.060 Jim Kenny, Democrat from the mayor.
00:29:38.360 Mayor Bill de Blasio from New York City.
00:29:41.720 And Los Angeles, California, is Eric Garcetti.
00:29:46.280 So those are all the Democrats.
00:29:47.500 There is one Republican.
00:29:48.660 That bastard.
00:29:50.660 The Republican.
00:29:52.400 That bastard.
00:29:53.140 Yeah.
00:29:53.700 Good how poorly he's running his city.
00:29:56.680 Yeah.
00:29:57.080 These were all put in the wrong cities.
00:29:59.280 I'm sorry about that.
00:30:00.060 But the mayor of Fontana, California, is Andrew Ginther, a Democrat.
00:30:10.160 I think I don't even know.
00:30:12.220 Hang on just a second.
00:30:13.160 Yeah.
00:30:13.320 I think it's no Fontana is a is a Republican.
00:30:16.900 But that's the only one.
00:30:18.660 That's the only one.
00:30:19.700 Twenty five to one.
00:30:20.540 That's what I counted.
00:30:21.440 Twenty five Democrats.
00:30:22.540 And so far.
00:30:23.980 Yeah.
00:30:24.580 One.
00:30:25.380 Now.
00:30:26.460 Yeah.
00:30:27.060 There is an independent in there as well.
00:30:30.900 The independent is the Las Vegas mayor.
00:30:34.720 But that's it.
00:30:39.340 I mean, that's that's crazy.
00:30:42.100 And now we're hearing stories and Elijah will tell us what he actually witnessed.
00:30:48.660 And we have a couple of witnesses that I hope to have on the air today of bricks being delivered and just dumped down where these writers are being, you know, these writers are meeting.
00:31:02.200 Who's who's pre positioning bricks?
00:31:05.700 Oh, how's that happening in city after city?
00:31:10.240 I had to guess I might say Antifa, maybe some involvement there.
00:31:16.240 Is that possible?
00:31:17.860 No, no, I'm sure not.
00:31:19.840 No, no.
00:31:20.720 Come on.
00:31:21.560 No, not at all.
00:31:24.560 Let me let me give you some good news today.
00:31:31.820 Americans are still Americans.
00:31:34.720 Uh, you're just not seeing it.
00:31:36.800 We're the silent majority still as we were in 1968.
00:31:42.800 Who was cleaning up after these protests?
00:31:48.640 Just volunteers.
00:31:50.560 Volunteers cleaning up in Atlanta.
00:31:52.900 In Seattle, it was volunteers that cleaned it up.
00:31:55.960 Volunteers went to the Twin Cities neighborhood to clean up the ravaged streets.
00:32:02.520 Volunteers in Minneapolis clean up in La Mesa after rioting and looting.
00:32:08.180 It was volunteers.
00:32:09.560 Hundreds of volunteers clean up downtown Raleigh after looting and fires.
00:32:14.620 Volunteers clean up destruction along the Lincoln Mall.
00:32:17.840 People, it's volunteers that are doing this.
00:32:22.720 It's volunteers that remember, don't, don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
00:32:31.480 This is the way we fight against the chaos.
00:32:35.900 We must serve these cities.
00:32:38.940 These cities, these protests are not coming from the cities.
00:32:42.180 These protesters are coming from all over the United States.
00:32:46.260 And make no mistakes, as we will show you later on in this program.
00:32:50.460 They are coordinated.
00:32:52.500 You are watching a show.
00:32:55.540 Once you know you're watching a show, don't let your blood pressure go up.
00:32:58.920 And somebody has to be the light.
00:33:03.140 This is what we talked about on the 912 project.
00:33:06.560 Are you still there?
00:33:08.440 Because you're being called into service.
00:33:11.400 You need to go in and help these cities heal.
00:33:16.400 There has to be light.
00:33:18.540 And it's already happening in city after city after city.
00:33:21.360 You should get involved in cleaning things up, in feeding people, in healing, in comforting.
00:33:30.860 That's the America that we need to be.
00:33:34.160 And we'll be again, unless we sit this out.
00:33:38.300 More in a minute.
00:33:49.580 I don't have a spot.
00:33:51.360 Oh, wait.
00:33:51.960 Here's this.
00:33:52.940 All right.
00:33:53.540 Welcome to the program.
00:33:55.220 Let me just take a couple of seconds here and tell you about our sponsor this half hour.
00:33:59.540 Our sponsor is Patriot Mobile.
00:34:01.840 And Patriot Mobile is really an amazing company.
00:34:06.360 It was started by veterans.
00:34:08.240 And it's run by patriots.
00:34:09.860 And it is unlike any of the other big mobile companies.
00:34:14.620 Because the big mobile companies are helping fund anti-freedom of speech, anti-Second Amendment, pro-abortion things, and Planned Parenthood.
00:34:26.360 But that's what these companies are actually doing.
00:34:28.900 They're funding these things.
00:34:30.620 I want you to put your money where your mouth is and put your money to work for good.
00:34:36.960 Every time you make a phone call, you're funding one of those projects.
00:34:41.740 Because that's where big mobile is taking some of their profits and putting it.
00:34:47.420 Patriot Mobile has decided to take some of their profits and put it right towards the things that you care about.
00:34:53.840 Pro-life, pro-second amendment, pro-free speech.
00:34:59.180 That's important that I'm working with a company and I'm paying a company that is working on my behalf in their spare time.
00:35:07.020 I want you to get Patriot Mobile.
00:35:08.860 Right now, their U.S.-based team is standing by to design your customized family plan.

00:35:45.160 You're listening to Glenn Beck.
00:35:59.400 Welcome to the program.
00:36:01.700 We're glad you're here.
00:36:03.060 Thank you so much.
00:36:04.700 I want to take you to Jacksonville, Florida.
00:36:08.920 Jacksonville had moderate, you know, peaceful riots for a while.
00:36:16.580 And then most of the protesters left and the real hardcore Antifa people stuck around.
00:36:23.980 And here's what happened.
00:36:25.920 They slashed the neck of one of the police officers now in the hospital.
00:36:35.200 They've analyzed several police cars, attempting to light them on fire, breaking the windows,
00:36:40.220 and then they stabbed one of the police officers.
00:36:43.800 Where is the media on the violence of these protesters?
00:36:49.240 Where's the media?
00:36:50.160 When you had children carrying signs that said, you know, keep my health care for my family,
00:36:57.780 they were called terrorists.
00:36:59.160 They were called revolutionaries.
00:37:01.700 All kinds of names.
00:37:02.940 Where is the media, Pat?
00:37:05.360 Where are they now?
00:37:06.420 Oh, I...
00:37:08.620 You know...
00:37:10.580 Yeah, I know.
00:37:11.260 I know.
00:37:11.920 There's no words.
00:37:12.820 Where they always are.
00:37:13.660 Yeah.
00:37:14.360 Where they always are.
00:37:15.620 With the violence, actually.
00:37:17.740 That's where they are.
00:37:18.940 They're...
00:37:19.300 Yeah.
00:37:20.000 I think they like it.
00:37:22.580 I think a lot of the mainstream media likes it.
00:37:25.280 Let me show the video of somebody in their car hitting one of the protests, and they honk
00:37:34.700 their horn, like, get out of the way.
00:37:36.200 I'm moving.
00:37:37.160 And the protesters start to whack on his car.
00:37:40.960 We'll go ahead and play this, please.
00:37:42.280 This looks like New York, I think.
00:37:48.700 So, there they are.
00:37:50.600 He's honking his horn.
00:37:51.960 He's pounding on the car.
00:37:54.360 And he just starts to move.
00:37:56.740 One of the protesters jumps on the hood, and is then...
00:38:02.200 What's this person?
00:38:03.820 Oh, my God.
00:38:04.660 What did you expect that was going to happen?
00:38:06.260 What's going to happen?
00:38:08.100 This is just sick.
00:38:09.420 Wow.
00:38:10.320 Like, he's supposed to just sit there and allow a mob of people to jump all over his car,
00:38:16.580 and what?
00:38:17.400 Drag him out and kill him?
00:38:19.320 That doesn't...
00:38:19.660 I have a right to defend myself.
00:38:21.520 Yes.
00:38:21.580 I have a right to defend myself.
00:38:23.320 Absolutely.
00:38:23.760 If I get out of my car, I could be dead.
00:38:27.220 If I move forward, I could be dead.
00:38:30.940 Because if they stop me, if I do what that person did, they stop.
00:38:35.160 Somebody jumped on the hood of their car, then slid down under the tire, and they stopped
00:38:41.460 because they didn't want to hurt anybody, but everybody then rushes the car and starts
00:38:46.560 pounding on the car.
00:38:48.540 They step on the gas, and I don't think there's a jury in America that would say no to that,
00:38:55.940 as long as you weren't going in there to try to pick a fight.
00:38:58.960 If your car, if you were on a road and you were trapped, and all of a sudden you're like,
00:39:02.520 oh, crap, I can't get around here, then I don't think there's a jury in America that
00:39:07.780 would convict you.
00:39:08.540 Even if you ran over the person, which he didn't, and killed them, which he didn't, I
00:39:13.700 don't think anybody would say anything about it in any jury box, any fair jury box.
00:39:19.060 What are you going to do?
00:39:20.220 Now, we saw what happened to people when they stop or open their door and get out of their
00:39:27.680 car.
00:39:27.820 We saw that in Los Angeles with the, you remember the guy that was pulled out of his truck and
00:39:33.240 beaten within an inch of his life?
00:39:36.400 Yep.
00:39:36.980 I mean, that happened over and over and over again.
00:39:39.520 And people are being beaten in the streets here.
00:39:41.620 We just had that in, we had it in Dallas.
00:39:43.540 We showed you that.
00:39:44.960 Uh, the poor guy beaten and stomped and kicked in the face.
00:39:49.180 And, you know, it was really ironic is CNN, which has played footsie with Antifa and they've,
00:39:55.040 they've excused them for years.
00:39:57.860 They were defaced, uh, and they were a little frightened, uh, out of their mind in Atlanta
00:40:04.300 when the protesters started to deface their signs and everything else.
00:40:09.060 I, I'm telling you, I give you the same warning that I gave you in 2010.
00:40:13.680 These people are not your friends.
00:40:16.060 They are a friend of anarchy and any broadcaster that thinks that they're safe because they,
00:40:23.840 well, no, I'm really on your side.
00:40:25.220 They don't think you're on their side.
00:40:27.780 That their side is anarchy and they will drag you out of the studios and beat you to death
00:40:33.840 in the streets.
00:40:34.580 You better start telling the truth on who these people are and what they're really after.
00:40:39.740 These are not people that just say, I want to be heard.
00:40:42.640 I need to be heard.
00:40:44.180 No, there's a difference between being heard, Martin Luther King, and looting and rioting
00:40:52.300 and burning your town to the ground.
00:40:55.620 That's a big difference.
00:40:57.440 I don't care to listen to somebody who's throwing a Molotov cocktail.
00:41:01.140 Sorry, not interested in your point of view.
00:41:04.580 More in just a second.
00:41:11.820 So what's the number one sign of a bad home security system?
00:41:16.080 A home security system that is so complicated that you never use it.
00:41:19.480 That is exactly the type of security system that SimpliSafe has spent a decade fighting against.
00:41:25.500 They believe that simpler is safer.
00:41:28.540 And it's exactly why SimpliSafe is the home security for right now.

00:43:10.020 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:43:17.860 Hello, America, and welcome to Monday, live from the Standing Rock Ranch in beautiful Idaho.
00:43:24.720 We are so glad that you have tuned in today.
00:43:27.940 There are riots happening all over the country, and I have an awful lot to say.
00:43:34.360 And we begin with the riots, and who's behind them in 60 seconds?
00:43:42.200 30 seconds, stand by.
00:43:43.740 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:43:46.240 So, Real Estate Agents, I Trust.
00:43:51.840 This is an organization that my brother and I started, I don't know how many years ago.
00:43:57.000 And it has helped so many people get the right real estate agent.
00:44:01.860 This is a free service to you.
00:44:03.500 This is just something that I started kind of as a passion project of the two of us,
00:44:07.940 because we knew how hard it was to sell houses.
00:44:11.840 And you don't ever know who to trust with your house.
00:44:15.500 It's the most important decision.
00:44:17.480 You need the best person, you know, that meets certain qualifications, has a great track record,
00:44:23.500 really knows your area, has a way to advertise, to make sure that they are bringing enough people
00:44:29.620 just to see the more eyeballs that see your house, the bigger a chance that you're going to sell your house on time
00:44:36.180 and for the most amount of money.
00:44:37.380 So, who is that agent?
00:44:38.880 Well, in your area, we'll find one for you.
00:44:41.320 It's realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:44:43.560 We have a network of over 1,000 people all over the country.
00:44:47.980 If we don't have one that we've already vetted and worked with and really spent some time with,
00:44:52.260 we're not going to recommend one in your area.
00:44:54.440 Free service to you if you're looking to sell or buy a house,
00:44:57.360 realestateagentsitrust.com
00:45:00.080 realestateagentsitrust.com
00:45:03.280 So, I don't think I have ever seen such a severe contrast of actions surrounding an alleged abuse
00:45:16.960 by a police officer and a black person.
00:45:19.660 Whether it was Rodney King or Trayvon Martin or Michael Brown,
00:45:24.240 there was a lot of violence in the streets.
00:45:26.320 But there were also questions that were happening at that time.
00:45:30.540 There were questions on what led up to the confrontation between the LAPD and Rodney King.
00:45:35.080 There were questions about King's behavior just before the camera clicked on.
00:45:39.540 There were questions that were similar for Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown.
00:45:45.200 The cases clearly were not as cut and dry as some of the street activists had wanted them to be
00:45:51.900 because there were questions out there about it.
00:45:55.040 And it made some of the violence even get worse when you started to ask the questions.
00:46:00.220 But let me look at the case here of George Floyd.
00:46:04.240 What's missing?
00:46:06.540 What's different from the others?
00:46:08.260 I think it's the lack of questions.
00:46:12.520 There has been near unanimous consent that the officer was in the wrong.
00:46:18.820 This case crosses the political and ideological divide.
00:46:22.860 The officer almost immediately was arrested and charged with murder.
00:46:28.500 At the federal level, the Justice Department, President Trump's Justice Department,
00:46:34.060 President Trump's Attorney General announced a federal rights investigation into Floyd's death.
00:46:40.000 So there will be not only a federal prosecution for murder, but also a civil rights investigation.
00:46:47.600 Those happened without any protests.
00:46:50.480 Why?
00:46:50.780 Because this one's cut and dry.
00:46:54.580 This one's really pretty easy.
00:46:58.100 And this is the flashpoint.
00:47:01.700 Now, forget all of the ridiculousness of the kneeling at an NFL football game.
00:47:07.620 This case was primed to be the flashpoint that would have given those that think police action deserves more scrutiny
00:47:15.160 and an actual legitimate platform.
00:47:18.780 And they're right.
00:47:21.460 There are bad cops out there.
00:47:23.360 There might even be bad precincts or, you know, bad, a whole city of bad cops.
00:47:29.900 I don't believe that.
00:47:32.440 But I'm willing to listen to the case because I want to believe in our police officers.
00:47:38.760 I need to believe.
00:47:40.680 We need, as a society, to believe in our police force.
00:47:44.860 It's why I'm so upset with what's going on in Washington, D.C.
00:47:48.980 If you don't trust the FBI, if you don't trust the Justice Department, we don't have a civil society.
00:47:57.740 But in this case, everyone, and I mean everyone, was in lockstep that this was a horrible, unjustified act.
00:48:05.560 Now, here's the contrast between Floyd and all the others.
00:48:11.720 None of it mattered to any of the rioters.
00:48:15.520 Mutual agreement.
00:48:16.840 Swift action against the officer.
00:48:19.200 A federal investigation.
00:48:20.320 But where are we now as a weekend?
00:48:25.240 We are a country that is in a literal war zone.
00:48:28.860 The headline that I saw that was the most frightening was the world worries.
00:48:36.240 Why?
00:48:38.380 Because one of the things that we have going for us, one of the reasons why we are the richest nation in the world,
00:48:44.740 why we are poor, have a flat-screen TV, is because we are stable.
00:48:52.200 We have a stable set of laws, a stable, the longest-running constitution in world history,
00:48:59.300 and people know they can count on Americans to not go crazy.
00:49:05.540 That's why the world is worried.
00:49:08.960 3,000 arrests in over two dozen cities.
00:49:12.120 More than two dozen cities have also enacted strict curfews.
00:49:17.760 5,000 National Guard troops have been called up in 15 different states.
00:49:22.860 In my home city of Dallas, it erupted over the weekend.
00:49:27.760 ATM machines were smashed.
00:49:30.060 Well, that'll show the police.
00:49:32.340 Store windows were broken in as looters scrambled inside,
00:49:36.500 stealing everything they could get their hands on.
00:49:39.120 Neiman Marcus.
00:49:40.060 What does Neiman Marcus have to do with the oppression of the blacks by the police force?
00:49:48.720 People were violently beaten unconscious.
00:49:53.680 I haven't seen anything like this in my lifetime.
00:49:57.100 And it can be seen all over the country.
00:50:00.420 There are no questions as per the conduct of the officer.
00:50:03.960 But now there are questions.
00:50:07.300 Who's fanning the flames here?
00:50:09.500 They will tell you that it is Donald Trump.
00:50:13.760 They have no credibility anymore.
00:50:16.840 I'll tell you who's fanning the flames.
00:50:19.040 The radical left movement in the late 1980s and 90s,
00:50:22.860 and up until about a decade ago, was all but dead.
00:50:25.860 But they were still out there.
00:50:28.300 But their arguments had been proven wrong time and time again.
00:50:32.340 They had no ideological ground to stand on.
00:50:35.320 They were frauds.
00:50:36.600 And the majority of those who they tried to persuade knew it.
00:50:41.620 But that's not the case anymore.
00:50:43.120 President Trump has now designated Antifa as a terror group.
00:50:50.460 Oh, that means all kinds of things we can be looked into now,
00:50:55.640 which leads me to all kinds of new questions on who do you trust.
00:51:01.360 Attorney General Barr also announced they're looking into some of these groups
00:51:04.480 for their culpability in the Floyd riots.
00:51:07.580 Can you imagine what's about to happen if this hopefully goes through?
00:51:12.080 Antifa would be a major target for anti-terror investigations.
00:51:17.060 That means the wiretaps and a whole lot of doors that were previously locked.
00:51:21.460 That means looking into these mayors that have been playing footsie,
00:51:26.520 like Portland, with Antifa.
00:51:29.840 How many people at the DNC will be caught speaking to local Antifa chapters?
00:51:34.060 How many organizations such as possibly the Democratic Socialist Americas of America
00:51:39.840 can be caught up in this web?
00:51:42.080 How many local and state elected officials?
00:51:44.520 How many media personalities?
00:51:48.140 Oh boy, if you've been on the side of Antifa, you might be in trouble.
00:51:53.140 See, this is why you don't want to be living in a country
00:51:58.140 where you could have these terrorist designations easily put through.
00:52:04.260 Because if you're on the wrong side, you're toast.
00:52:10.280 Elon Omar is now peddling a conspiracy theory looking for outside agitators.
00:52:19.260 Yeah, there are outside agitators.
00:52:21.140 There are people that are rioting in Minneapolis that have no place in Minneapolis
00:52:25.520 or in Minnesota, for that matter.
00:52:27.500 And there are outside agitators.
00:52:31.160 Like China is taking advantage of something that is homegrown.
00:52:34.940 They're terrified.
00:52:39.660 Now, nearly every single riot that has broken out over the past few days,
00:52:45.240 they all are very, very similar.
00:52:47.680 Peaceful protest begins, and then something happens.
00:52:50.580 Something spirals out of control, and the whole city is on fire.
00:52:54.980 Now, is it a conspiracy?
00:52:56.300 Is it a theory of conspiracy to claim that far-left radicals
00:53:02.000 and groups such as Antifa are stoking the violent flames?
00:53:06.360 The governor of Minnesota said this weekend that 80% of the arrests
00:53:09.940 were made on people outside the state.
00:53:12.980 This number has gone back and forth.
00:53:15.440 But there were clear, clear outside agitators.
00:53:18.980 Now, I want you to listen to this quote from USA Today.
00:53:22.120 Drifting out of the shadows in small groups,
00:53:24.540 dressed in black, carrying shields and wearing knee pads,
00:53:27.840 they head toward the front lines of the protest.
00:53:30.620 Helmets and gas masks protect in obscure faces,
00:53:33.700 and they carry bottles of milk to counteract tear gas and pepper spray.
00:53:38.540 Most of them appear to be white.
00:53:41.360 They carry no signs, and they don't want to speak to reporter.
00:53:45.160 Trailed by designated medics with red crosses taped to their clothes,
00:53:48.980 these groups head straight to the front lines of the conflict.
00:53:51.980 Now, so here we have these white students,
00:53:55.100 and I will agree with some of the people that said this is mainly caused by white supremacists,
00:54:01.600 but just not the way they think.
00:54:04.320 These white supremacists are these people that think they know better than everyone else.
00:54:09.720 These whites that just have to go in and protect the poor black man because the black man can't defend himself,
00:54:17.180 and so these whites defending the black man go into the cities and burn down the black man's neighborhood.
00:54:24.260 Uh, that doesn't sound very helpful.
00:54:26.960 Night after night, USA Today continues.
00:54:31.460 In this ravaged city, these small groups do battle with police and National Guard,
00:54:35.180 kicking away tear gas canisters and throwing back rubber foam objects fired at them.
00:54:42.440 Around them, fires break out.
00:54:44.740 Windows are smashed.
00:54:45.820 Park cars destroyed.
00:54:47.520 USA Today reporters have witnessed the groups on multiple nights in multiple locations.
00:54:51.540 Sometimes they threaten those journalists who photograph them destroying property.
00:54:56.740 So what does this sound like to you?
00:54:58.300 Does this sound like something spontaneous that we haven't seen before?
00:55:02.360 Or does this sound exactly like Antifa we've seen on the streets of Washington and Washington State and Oregon and New York City?
00:55:11.820 It is Antifa.
00:55:12.820 A security consultant investigating the riots told USA Today that they found a majority of the hardcore rioters are far-left and anarchist radicals.
00:55:25.160 Again, Antifa.
00:55:27.300 A peaceful protest in Charlotte was criticized by their own organizers after other groups moved in and hijacked their event.
00:55:34.200 They implied it was an attempt to support the movement, but it was co-opted by anarchists and others who were there only to start fights.
00:55:44.880 Elijah Schaefer, who works for Blaze TV, was on the ground in Dallas.
00:55:49.080 He said the riots didn't have anything to do with black versus white or police brutality.
00:55:55.340 He said it was simple class warfare against the rich and shop owners.
00:56:00.540 He said organizers showed up with pallets of bricks and said to them, go in this direction towards Victory Park because that's where the rich people live, end quote.
00:56:12.080 Now, I want you to listen to this from the from the riot in Los Angeles.
00:56:16.640 It's a black woman who came to attend a peaceful protest calling out a group of black clad Antifa white girls for causing problems and vandalizing.
00:56:28.500 Listen.
00:56:28.900 This is not a black woman who's put in black lives matter.
00:56:37.480 I just want you to know that when.
00:56:43.200 Right.
00:56:43.860 But y'all doing that for us.
00:56:45.500 So here are these.
00:56:47.580 Listen, don't, don't, don't.
00:56:50.140 Here is a peaceful protester, a black woman saying, don't you write black lives matter on that building in graffiti.
00:56:59.320 Don't do it.
00:57:01.360 We didn't, you're, you're going to get the black community blamed for this.
00:57:04.960 You're two white girls from Antifa.
00:57:06.940 There is no conspiracy theory.
00:57:10.960 This is as open and shut as the actual killing.
00:57:15.400 Of George Floyd.
00:57:19.140 The evidence is out in the open and it's spreading all over the country.
00:57:22.660 And anyone claiming otherwise is either not paying attention or mad because it goes against their narrative or scared that their culpability with the far left is about to be on the front page of every newspaper in the country.
00:57:36.180 There are three actors in every case, such as this.
00:57:42.080 The first, the peaceful activists exercising their right to peacefully protest.
00:57:47.040 Whether you agree with them or not, they're operating under the law.
00:57:50.540 The second are the troublemakers that want to benefit off the chaos, the rioters, the looters, etc.
00:57:57.640 They need to be held accountable under the same law that is protecting the protesters.
00:58:04.160 There's a difference between protesters and looters and thugs.
00:58:08.800 They aren't protesting.
00:58:10.800 They're committing crimes.
00:58:12.580 But the third, the third, they're the ideological agitators and chaos is their ladder.
00:58:21.340 They don't care about anybody's color.
00:58:23.640 They don't care about justice.
00:58:25.320 They don't care about police brutality.
00:58:28.160 In fact, they actually want it because it brings more chaos.
00:58:33.980 Now, that movement is gaining in strength.
00:58:37.320 But we have allies all over the country and they run all the way up to Washington, D.C.
00:58:41.660 And we surround them.
00:58:45.300 This is classic strategy, top down, bottom up.
00:58:48.260 But the bottom is coming up in a different sort of way.
00:58:53.860 And I'm going to show you the solution to this in 60 seconds.
00:58:57.600 All right.
00:59:02.660 So last hour, I told you I left my relief factor behind when I went on vacation.
00:59:07.120 And the other thing I left behind was my my my dog's rough greens.
00:59:12.020 And it was bad.
00:59:14.340 I had to get my relief factor up here because I was working so hard and I was really just it was not good.
00:59:21.040 And there's a German shepherd that I think is still, yes, sleeping behind me right now on the floor.
00:59:27.320 That was a little pissed off that I didn't bring rough greens as well.
00:59:32.660 So we had them overnighted and it's not a food.
00:59:36.600 It's, you know, kibble is a dry and dead food.
00:59:40.080 It's been sterilized for long shelf life, but rough greens you add to it and it is a supplement that puts you put on your dog food and it's jam packed with vitamins and minerals and antioxidants and mega oils and probiotics, all the live stuff your dog needs to really be healthy.
00:59:57.240 So give your dog the rough greens 14 day jumpstart in a bag today for 1495 and see the difference in your dog in 14 days or less.
01:00:06.620 Just go to rough greens dot com slash back or call 833 Glenn 33.
01:00:11.380 That's 833 Glenn 33.
01:00:13.820 Call today.
01:00:14.740 Rough greens dot com slash back 10 second station ID.
01:00:21.260 Sarah.
01:00:29.780 All right.
01:00:30.580 Could I play?
01:00:31.660 Could I please have the the sheriff?
01:00:36.620 Sheriff that decided to walk with the protesters.
01:00:40.260 Now, I happen to know this sheriff.
01:00:42.420 He is truly an amazing, amazing guy.
01:00:47.040 And I want you to I want you to hear what he said.
01:00:49.740 He walks out with the protesters and he wants to make sure that they understand that he's there to protect them to protest.
01:01:01.480 But he does something remarkable.
01:01:03.040 Listen to this.
01:01:04.620 The only reason we're here is to make sure that you got a voice.
01:01:08.240 That's it.
01:01:09.460 Don't think for a second.
01:01:12.300 Don't think for a second that he represents who these cops are from all over the county and around this nation.
01:01:18.560 We go out there to help people, not do that nonsense.
01:01:21.220 We want to be with y'all for real.
01:01:23.500 So I took my helmet off and laid the batons down.
01:01:27.080 I want to make this a parade, not a protest.
01:01:32.380 You got other ones here.
01:01:33.780 You got dogs.
01:01:34.840 So listen.
01:01:36.040 So listen.
01:01:36.780 I'm just telling you.
01:01:37.900 These cops love you.
01:01:39.520 That cop over there hugs people.
01:01:41.500 So you tell us what you need to do.
01:01:43.960 Let's go.
01:01:45.080 Let's go.
01:01:45.300 Let's go.
01:01:45.920 Let's go.
01:01:46.300 Let's go.
01:01:46.700 Let's go.
01:01:47.140 Let's go.
01:01:47.960 Let's go.
01:01:48.340 Let's go.
01:01:49.140 Let's go.
01:01:49.960 Let's go.
01:01:50.960 Let's go.
01:01:52.960 Let's go.
01:01:54.660 So this guy is an amazing, amazing sheriff.
01:01:59.040 I hope to have him on later on the program today.
01:02:01.640 He's actually a friend and has done work in Mexico with me, with OUR, as we went in, rescued some slaves.
01:02:14.540 And he's very motivational.
01:02:18.080 He's really an amazing guy.
01:02:19.540 Now, here he is in Flint, Michigan, a state that is going easy on all of the protesters, but went really hard on anybody who wanted to open their business.
01:02:33.040 And instead of having a riot in Flint, he decides, look, I'm going to talk to everybody beforehand and tell them what the deal is.
01:02:41.280 And we're with you.
01:02:42.420 What happened was wrong.
01:02:43.700 And we want investigations.
01:02:45.060 It's brave people like this that I think can change the world.
01:02:50.680 And I've said for a very long time, in the end, I think this audience is going to play a very big role in saving the country.
01:03:00.260 Remember what we talked about on the 912 project.
01:03:04.300 The 912 project was to never forget who we really are at the time of trouble.
01:03:11.100 To know what you believe, know why you believe it, and stand for goodness.
01:03:17.560 The same kind of thing was happening in 1968.
01:03:20.960 The rioters were there.
01:03:22.600 Malcolm X was there.
01:03:24.480 They were shooting RFK.
01:03:27.640 They shot MLK.
01:03:29.220 They shot anybody who was a force for good.
01:03:34.380 But what happened?
01:03:36.400 The good won.
01:03:38.420 I mean, I hate to quote Star Wars at this, but strike me down.
01:03:43.300 You will only make me more powerful than you can imagine.
01:03:47.160 It's true.
01:03:49.960 It's true.
01:03:52.020 And America is not with the protesters.
01:03:57.000 Let me rephrase that.
01:03:58.520 America may be with the protesters, but they are not with the group that has infiltrated these protesters.
01:04:06.840 We are with anyone who says, hey, nobody should have their neck kneeled on by a police officer.
01:04:19.000 We want justice.
01:04:22.800 More in just a second.
01:04:24.300 Stand by.

01:05:49.920 Martin Luther King quotes here.
01:05:51.840 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:05:54.080 We're glad you're here.
01:05:55.560 We want to talk about the riots.
01:05:58.200 Pat is joining us.
01:05:59.240 Stu is on vacation this week.
01:06:01.840 And, Pat, let me ask you this.
01:06:03.680 Have you ever heard a story where riots or protesters got so violent and were so close to the White House that the president needed to be moved to the bunker?
01:06:14.680 I've never heard of it.
01:06:16.140 I've never heard of it.
01:06:17.060 Neither have I.
01:06:17.740 Now, I don't know.
01:06:18.300 It may have happened.
01:06:19.720 They don't usually say.
01:06:21.840 But some unnamed source, again, I don't know if they were trying to make the president look weak or what, but they said that he moved to the bunker.
01:06:31.180 And I assume the family moved to the bunker because when they moved to the bunker, all of those who are under Secret Service protection are moved at the same time.
01:06:42.480 So the president went to the bunker underneath the White House.
01:06:45.340 That's how violent and close this was.
01:06:48.580 Fifty Secret Service agents.
01:06:51.440 Fifty were injured over the weekend.
01:06:55.280 They set fire to, I think it was at St.
01:06:59.460 Paul's Episcopal.
01:07:00.480 What was the name of the church?
01:07:01.600 It's been there forever.
01:07:03.520 But it's right across the street from the White House.
01:07:05.440 Yeah, it's just right there.
01:07:08.300 Right.
01:07:09.220 St. John's Church.
01:07:10.560 That's what it is.
01:07:11.500 And it's been there forever.
01:07:13.700 It's the church of the presidents.
01:07:15.340 Whenever the president goes to church, it's usually that one.
01:07:19.360 And they set it on fire.
01:07:21.440 And it's a block away from the White House.
01:07:24.480 And, I mean, it's totally out of control.
01:07:28.160 Totally out of control.
01:07:29.400 I'm looking at one of the pictures from the weekend right now, which is right by the White House.
01:07:34.240 And there are, I don't know, hundreds, maybe thousands of people all jammed together, all protesting, all screaming about the president and what's going on in this country and stopping killer cops.
01:07:46.940 Wait, what did the president do?
01:07:49.720 He came out immediately against this killing.
01:07:53.100 He directed the FBI or the Justice Department to look into it, to start a civil rights case on it.
01:08:00.900 The cop was immediately arrested for murder.
01:08:03.880 I mean, what else do you want?
01:08:05.340 Yeah, I don't think, seriously, I don't think this has anything to do with George Floyd at this point.
01:08:10.720 It doesn't.
01:08:11.060 Nothing to do with it.
01:08:12.140 It doesn't.
01:08:12.880 Well, did you see George Floyd's family?
01:08:14.820 Yeah.
01:08:15.000 His brother just came out and said, my brother would have hated this.
01:08:18.660 He had nothing.
01:08:19.680 He would have never been involved in any of this.
01:08:22.140 Yeah.
01:08:22.580 Stop using my brother as an excuse to go loot.
01:08:26.980 Yeah.
01:08:27.540 And here we are with all these people taking advantage of this tragic situation and a pandemic and making the whole situation worse.
01:08:37.180 It's just so despicable.
01:08:38.820 And when it's gathered right outside the White House like this, it's pretty chilling.
01:08:44.940 It's pretty chilling when 50 Secret Service agents are injured in protests and riots.
01:08:50.660 Our prayers are with the police officers, the good police officers and the and the Secret Service, as they always were, as they were under Obama and they continue to be under Trump.
01:09:03.420 These guys serve us and the Constitution.
01:09:08.220 And if we're going to be a country, we have to make sure that our our leaders are safe.
01:09:14.100 Martin Luther King, what's really also despicable is they're taking a quote out of context, and they're using this a lot.
01:09:21.620 A riot is the language of the unheard.
01:09:24.540 I don't know if you've heard that in the last few days, but that's Martin Luther King.
01:09:29.360 But what they're trying to use it as is King saying that it's OK to riot.
01:09:33.960 It's fine for Antifa to loot and pillage, but that's not what Martin Luther King said or did.
01:09:40.600 Martin Luther King denounced all violence.
01:09:44.500 He understood the psychology of writing of rioting, but he didn't feel it was giving voice to the voiceless.
01:09:54.300 He made he made it very, very clear that that part of it is wrong.
01:09:58.980 Now, he made the comment in 1966 in an interview with a very young Mike Wallace.
01:10:04.940 I want you to listen to the full quote.
01:10:06.880 I think we've got to see that a riot is the language of the unheard.
01:10:12.880 And what is it that America has failed to hear?
01:10:15.760 It has failed to hear that the economic plight of the Negro poor has worsened over the last few years.
01:10:25.040 How many summers like this one do you imagine that we can expect?
01:10:30.000 Well, I would say this.
01:10:31.360 We don't have long.
01:10:32.620 The mood of the Negro community now is one of urgency, one of saying that we aren't going to wait, that we've got to have our freedom.
01:10:42.600 We've waited too long.
01:10:43.940 So that I would say that every summer we are going to have this kind of vigorous protest.
01:10:52.620 My hope is that it will be nonviolent.
01:10:55.760 I would hope that we can avoid riots because riots are self-defeating and socially destructive.
01:11:01.820 So here's Martin Luther King.
01:11:05.980 And by the way, he's talking about the plight of the unheard, the African-American.
01:11:10.660 And he says the mood of African-American.
01:11:12.500 We want our freedom.
01:11:14.400 This is not what these riots are about.
01:11:17.260 These riots are about the rich.
01:11:19.260 And they are being hijacked by a group of white Antifa students.
01:11:26.100 These guys are the real white supremacists in my point of view.
01:11:30.720 These are the ones who say, oh, the poor black man can't defend himself.
01:11:34.300 He can't have a riot himself.
01:11:36.180 No, excuse me.
01:11:37.440 The black people are protesting.
01:11:40.400 They're protesting.
01:11:41.800 But they're being hijacked by Antifa and radicals.
01:11:47.380 This isn't about anything like Martin Luther King was talking about.
01:11:52.080 And he's not saying riots are the solution.
01:11:54.360 He's saying they are a tragic symptom of a bad society, a society where people feel voiceless and alone.
01:12:00.720 But he also said this.
01:12:03.300 I would like for all of us to believe in nonviolence.
01:12:06.860 But I'm here to say tonight that if every Negro in the United States turns against nonviolence, I'm going to stand up as a lone voice and say this is the wrong way.
01:12:18.660 That's not a black.
01:12:26.340 That's not a white crowd cheering him standing behind him on the podium was Jesse Jackson.
01:12:32.220 That was a black crowd agreeing with Martin Luther King.
01:12:36.800 He wasn't advocating violence.
01:12:39.420 He was advocating liberty and justice for all people.
01:12:44.020 He was advocating that black people would be able to pursue their own happiness and being treated equal.
01:12:54.640 As our documents said, he was warning against naivety, strategic violence and upheaval, a removable part of America's DNA.
01:13:07.120 That's why we're an impenitent nation, right?
01:13:10.200 We're a republic free of tyranny because on December 16th, 1773, a band of political rebels in Boston dumped 342 chests of British tea into the Boston Harbor.
01:13:23.920 In an act of political violence that is could be called terrorism, of course.
01:13:30.920 But what they weren't doing, they weren't just trying to piss off all Englishmen and make sure that nobody had their tea and crumpets.
01:13:38.860 They were protesting a tea tax.
01:13:42.240 That's what they were protesting a tax.
01:13:45.200 They didn't go in and burn all the ships in the harbor.
01:13:48.700 They didn't take anything from the sea.
01:13:50.920 Yes, they did destroy the tea itself, but it was a it was an act of saying, we don't want your tea.
01:13:58.140 We don't need your tea.
01:13:59.460 You're going to tax it.
01:14:00.420 We don't even want it.
01:14:04.480 That's what was happening here.
01:14:07.720 We, the people in the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, not a perfect, a more perfect union to establish justice,
01:14:17.580 ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare and to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.
01:14:27.380 Do ordain and establish this Constitution of the United States of America.
01:14:33.520 Do you hear this?
01:14:35.060 To ensure domestic tranquility.
01:14:38.020 How many of our politicians are doing that?
01:14:40.480 Are they ensuring our domestic tranquility?
01:14:42.380 Are they calming things down or stirring things up to secure the blessings of liberty, not just to ourself, but our children?
01:14:52.580 We establish this Constitution.
01:14:58.380 Strategic violence is always part of our escape plan from the Constitution.
01:15:03.940 Should it ever get bad?
01:15:05.020 And it's what libertarians refer to as boogaloo time, grounded in the promise of the words, a well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state.
01:15:14.620 The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
01:15:18.460 So, yes, we do have a right under the Constitution to take up arms against the government of the United States.
01:15:26.960 But does anybody want to do that?
01:15:30.060 Does that sound like a good idea over this?
01:15:36.040 See, this is needless violence, and it has no place in civilized society.
01:15:42.800 Needless violence only causes more needless violence.
01:15:48.080 Two years after Martin Luther King said, a riot is the language of the unheard, two long years, April 4th, 1968, from the balcony of a room at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tennessee,
01:16:01.120 a white supremacist aimed a Remington 760 game master, 30-06, at Martin Luther King and fired.
01:16:09.000 But that night, Bobby Kennedy did something few Americans ever have the opportunity to do, or the guts to do.
01:16:18.520 He went in front of a large black audience on his campaign trail that had not heard the news because there was no Internet or Twitter.
01:16:26.060 And he had to break the news that Martin Luther King had been murdered.
01:16:30.720 We will have difficult times.
01:16:33.340 We've had difficult times in the past.
01:16:36.340 But we will have difficult times in the future.
01:16:39.000 It is not the end of violence.
01:16:41.620 It is not the end of lawlessness.
01:16:44.040 And it is not the end of disorder.
01:16:45.320 But the vast majority of white people and the vast majority of black people in this country want to live together, want to improve the quality of our life, and want justice for all human beings that abide in our land.
01:17:03.000 Robert Kennedy was right that night, and he's still right today.
01:17:10.620 Most Americans want justice for all.
01:17:14.480 They want to live side by side.
01:17:17.320 We just want to go back to our lives, be left alone, and create a better world for ourselves, for our neighbors, for our children.
01:17:26.600 Sixty-three days later, a deranged man with a handgun killed Bobby Kennedy.
01:17:34.220 That was 1968, the last time we saw riots like this.
01:17:39.260 Civil rights in America is a history of death and tragedy and violence and chaos.
01:17:43.680 Floyd died one week ago, murdered in daylight, and we as a nation are still stunned.
01:17:54.780 Every time we as a country live through one of these tragedies, it stuns us.
01:17:59.040 But every time we eventually emerge from the chaos with a stronger sense of what it means to be American, I want you to focus on that.
01:18:19.760 What does it mean to live like men determined to be free?
01:18:29.040 It means you have to do the hard things, and the hard things are not picking up a gun or pricking up a brick or smashing windows.
01:18:37.940 It's being there to protect those in that neighborhood that are losing everything, that are going to be blamed by some for doing it.
01:18:52.260 I don't think black people are doing this.
01:18:54.400 I think some blacks and many whites in Antifa are.
01:19:01.840 Don't be caught up in the game.
01:19:05.980 Instead, be part of the solution.
01:19:10.220 Go back and listen to the entire speech.
01:19:14.100 On the night Martin Luther King was killed by a very brave RFK.
01:19:19.720 Because his words hold true today.
01:19:35.460 So, over the past few weeks and months, it turns out that sales of devices like webcams and monitors and PCs have shot up incredibly.

01:21:01.740 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:21:12.800 So here's a story from CNN.
01:21:15.880 A Michigan sheriff joined protesters in Flint Township on Saturday, putting down his weapon and saying, I want to make this a parade, not a protest.
01:21:24.120 Uh, let's see here.
01:21:27.720 He was the Genesee County sheriff.
01:21:30.700 Chris Swanson spoke with demonstrators who were met by police in riot care.
01:21:35.100 Uh, the only reason we're here is to make sure you get a voice.
01:21:38.200 That's it.
01:21:38.720 Swanson said, these cops love you.
01:21:41.420 The cops, uh, will hug people that are here.
01:21:45.820 Uh, we want to walk with you.
01:21:47.520 We are literally with you.
01:21:49.080 He smiled and then high five people in the crowd who responded by chanting, walk with us, walk with us.
01:21:55.020 And he did.
01:21:57.200 Uh, Chris is actually a friend of mine.
01:22:00.240 Um, Chris is a guy who has done a lot of volunteer work rescuing, um, slaves all over the world.
01:22:08.860 I was with him in Mexico as we went on a mission in Mexico rescuing slaves.
01:22:14.460 Uh, and he's a remarkable man, a remarkable man.
01:22:20.280 And, uh, we're going to talk to him next.
01:22:23.580 He, his speech has gone viral all over the world.
01:22:27.500 Uh, he was on, he was the lead story everywhere yesterday.
01:22:32.820 We're going to talk to him about how to handle a riot, how to, how do the police behave and what difference it can make if you act like Martin Luther King.
01:22:45.220 Next.
01:22:46.200 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:22:49.260 You've heard me talk about my Takovas boots and how much I love them and what a great company they come from.
01:22:53.920 It's a small business that's doing things the right way down here in Texas.
01:22:57.360 Well, given the challenges that we're going through as a country, Takovas has asked me to speak about something else that comes to mind every time I put on my Takovas boots, the cowboy.
01:23:06.680 Now, you know, I'm not a working cowboy, but I know some of those guys and not being one of them, I wouldn't pretend to be.
01:23:13.680 But what I see in them, I see in other people too, because in many ways, cowboy is just a mindset, an uncompromising can do attitude, a willingness to help even when it's really hard.
01:23:25.980 And most of all, the cowboy knows that the good guys always win in the end.
01:23:30.820 So as you begin the hard work of bootstrapping this country and economy back into shape, Takovas has the boots you need.

01:23:46.520 And what do you say?
01:23:47.740 Let's all be cowboys.
01:23:49.260 First, I want to tell you about Rectech Grills.
01:23:51.260 I have a Rectech up here at the ranch yesterday.
01:23:55.700 Tanya made some ham, and I'm not a big fan of ham, quite honestly.
01:24:00.900 But it was come from one of our pigs down on the farm.
01:24:04.180 And so we're like, okay.
01:24:06.920 Anyway, she made it in the Rectech Grille and smoked it.
01:24:11.160 It didn't even taste like ham.
01:24:12.920 It was like it was the best ham I've ever had, bar none.
01:24:17.260 You are going to have some of the best food that you've ever made in a Rectech Grille.
01:24:21.740 All you have to do is go to RectechGrills.com slash Beck.
01:24:25.760 Now, this is a smoker and a grill.
01:24:28.660 It's unlike anything you're going to find in the store because it would be way too expensive in a store.
01:24:35.480 They've cut out the middleman, and so now they make this high-tech grill that is built like a tank.
01:24:41.780 You'll love it.
01:24:42.400 Built by grillers, for grillers, it's Rectech, R-E-C-T-E-C, grills with an S, dot com slash Beck.
01:24:52.220 Rectechgrills.com slash Beck.
01:24:54.720 Go there now.
01:24:55.220 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:25:21.420 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:25:28.240 Well, hello, America, and welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
01:25:32.580 So, I think we all are clear that the protesters are different than the rioters.
01:25:41.560 There are people that are legitimately protesting and have a legitimate right to protest,
01:25:46.880 and one of them was heard on CNN yelling at those who are hijacking these legitimate protests.
01:25:56.500 Listen.
01:25:57.480 This is what I've got to say to the people who are destroying things.
01:26:00.020 If you really feel like you have to take an opportunity, like if you're going to be an opportunistic, something is wrong with you.
01:26:06.960 If you cannot stand up and fight the good fight, and you want to be a cheater, and go ahead and take what we're trying to do, something is wrong with you.
01:26:14.800 Because what we're trying to do is stand up for the basic rights of humanity.
01:26:18.220 And that's what we're trying to do, and we're trying to do in a peaceful way.
01:26:21.060 Who do not want to go through this anymore?
01:26:23.220 Amen, brother.
01:26:26.840 That I can stand with.
01:26:28.440 So, now, how do the police manage this situation?
01:26:33.380 A friend and a guy who has just developed into a hero in this joins us in a few minutes.
01:26:41.280 His name is Chris Swanson.
01:26:43.760 He's a sheriff of Genesee County in Michigan.
01:26:46.960 And what he did over the weekend has been a voice heard around the world.
01:26:55.160 And we talk to him in 60 seconds.
01:26:58.420 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:27:04.700 Gosh, you remember that delightful little trade war we had going on with China?
01:27:08.940 Oh, I don't know.
01:27:10.240 It seems like 30 years ago, but it was just in 2019.
01:27:14.540 Well, guess what?
01:27:15.460 Well, COVID-19 or no COVID-19 really doesn't matter anymore.
01:27:22.460 We have a bigger trade war going on right now in our society with China.
01:27:29.860 And it is pretty remarkable what's happening.
01:27:33.860 Right now, China is flourishing, they say.
01:27:39.420 I don't know if that's true.
01:27:40.680 But now China is posturing for a cold war.
01:27:46.840 On top of that, we're headed into an election.
01:27:50.300 On top of that, the headline this weekend was the world worries.
01:27:54.960 They were talking about America.
01:27:56.260 On top of that, our dollar would crash right now if Europe wasn't even in worse place.
01:28:03.260 They are now hoarding U.S. dollars all around the world because they're afraid of financial collapse, which keeps us from financial collapse.
01:28:13.020 Once we go really unstable or something else happens, that dollar can go unstable and you got nothing.
01:28:20.820 It's eventually going to happen because we're printing all of this money.
01:28:25.680 I want you to think seriously about investing maybe 10% of whatever it is you have in your 401k or whatever into physical gold.
01:28:35.180 The Goldline has a self-directed IRA and retirement account special that will reimburse you for up to 10 years in IRA fees for qualified purchases.
01:28:44.240 That equates to thousands of dollars in reimbursements.
01:28:48.300 So call today and find out how to protect yourself before it's too late.
01:28:52.020 The world is moving at hyperspeed and it's not going in a good direction yet.
01:28:57.060 Gold is the perfect alternative to your typical investments during periods of instability like the election season or riots all around the country.
01:29:05.880 Call 866-GOLDLINE, 1-866-GOLDLINE or goldline.com.
01:29:14.240 So Chris Swanson is a guy who's done a lot of work for an organization that you are well aware of.
01:29:25.000 You actually helped start Operation Underground Railroad where we go and we rescue slaves all around the world.
01:29:35.000 Chris was with me in Mexico and I had time to spend with him and I just I love this guy.
01:29:40.900 He's the sheriff in Genesee County, Michigan.
01:29:43.260 He put down his baton and took off his helmet and he said, I'm with you and so are all these cops and we're nothing.
01:29:54.020 We are nothing like the guy who murdered, murdered a man.
01:30:02.240 This is actually what he said to the crowd.
01:30:04.120 I want you to listen to it.
01:30:04.980 The only reason we're here is to make sure that you got a voice.
01:30:09.960 That's it.
01:30:10.660 There we go.
01:30:11.660 Don't think for a second.
01:30:14.000 Don't think for a second that he represents who these cops are from all over the county and around this nation.
01:30:20.260 We go out there to help people, not do that nonsense.
01:30:23.300 We want to be with you all for real.
01:30:24.980 So I took my helmet off and laid the batons down.
01:30:28.800 I want to make this a parade, not a protest.
01:30:33.980 You got other ones here.
01:30:35.500 You got dogs.
01:30:36.540 So listen, I'm just telling you, these cops love you.
01:30:41.240 That cop over there hugs people.
01:30:43.600 So you tell us what you need to do.
01:30:45.640 Walk with us.
01:30:47.520 Walk with us.
01:30:48.900 They start chanting, walk with us.
01:30:51.960 Walk with us.
01:30:53.280 Walk with us.
01:30:54.440 And he says, let's walk.
01:30:56.600 Where you want to go?
01:30:57.900 Well, walk all night long.
01:31:00.820 This is a different story than we're seeing all over the country.
01:31:04.720 With us now is that sheriff, Chris Swanson.
01:31:08.780 Hi, Chris.
01:31:09.200 How are you?
01:31:10.420 Great to talk to you again, my friend.
01:31:12.860 Thank you.
01:31:13.380 So I saw this.
01:31:16.420 I saw this this morning when I got up around five o'clock and I'm like, I know, Chris.
01:31:22.440 And I was so proud.
01:31:24.320 I was so proud of you, Chris.
01:31:26.760 Thank you.
01:31:28.260 First of all, tell me how this happened.
01:31:31.260 Was this spontaneous?
01:31:32.540 Did you plan that?
01:31:34.240 Were there risks?
01:31:35.200 There had to be real risks involved in doing this.
01:31:38.500 Well, I can tell you that I would love to say that it was planned and we had a strategy,
01:31:45.380 but that's not the case.
01:31:47.060 And I could tell you throughout the whole week, you could feel the tensions build.
01:31:51.260 You felt it.
01:31:52.040 The nation felt it.
01:31:53.100 Over the weekend, it went buck wild.
01:31:55.240 You felt that there was such a level of frustration that's never been seen before.
01:31:59.580 And on Saturday, when we had gotten word they were doing a demonstration, you know, as the
01:32:04.480 sheriff of the county, chief law enforcement officer, we work with other agencies, our local
01:32:08.800 Flint township precinct was kind of taking the lead as blocking traffic and everything
01:32:14.420 was calm at five o'clock.
01:32:16.180 Crowds met at a target, which ironically was the first big store torched in Minneapolis.
01:32:20.800 And then you could just feel the tension continue.
01:32:23.740 They marched up and down east and west.
01:32:26.180 And I'm going to tell you when the crowd grew to hundreds and they marched towards the
01:32:30.600 local police department, we saw what happened in Oregon.
01:32:34.720 We saw what happened in Minneapolis to the police departments and the temperature changed,
01:32:38.820 Glenn, the temperature changed.
01:32:40.180 And I saw officers.
01:32:42.680 We battled geared up.
01:32:43.640 And, you know, now it's more of a response to what could happen.
01:32:47.320 I have an 11 second video I just recorded.
01:32:49.560 But I don't know why I did it as I walked towards the crowd and where our line was.
01:32:53.980 And the tension was so it was so intense.
01:32:56.880 I thought to myself, how did we get here?
01:32:59.160 Like, how did we lose in eight minutes and 46 seconds?
01:33:02.880 We lost years of inroads to our communities.
01:33:06.760 And I will tell you that line that was formed is a line that you've seen across the nation
01:33:11.280 with cops on one side and protesters on the other.
01:33:15.200 And it was just by the grace of God, I saw a Flint Township officer, Miller.
01:33:21.200 He did a fist pump.
01:33:22.500 I don't know who instigated it.
01:33:23.640 I saw it out of the corner of my eye.
01:33:25.220 I saw a short little attempt of a hug.
01:33:26.920 And I thought, that's it.
01:33:27.760 I got to speak to these people.
01:33:29.100 So they dropped their batons.
01:33:30.900 I took my helmet off.
01:33:31.800 I walked in the middle of the crowd and picked out a shot caller and gave him a big old fat
01:33:36.980 man hug and said, brother, that guy is not who we are.
01:33:40.640 And he said, you need to tell the people that.
01:33:43.900 And then I said, you get them to listen to me.
01:33:45.960 And he turned and the whole crowd, they're just hungry for an ear to listen.
01:33:50.720 And I'm going to tell you, that was the first question.
01:33:53.860 But the second one really is what changed history and made Flint the beacon of light across our
01:33:59.540 nation that you can protest, just like the individual you're going to have on your show
01:34:03.160 that says basic rights and the humanity.
01:34:04.600 That's what they're fighting for.
01:34:05.580 We want a peaceful demonstration.
01:34:07.420 That guy is a rock star because the protesters, they're protesting for the right reasons.
01:34:12.120 And when I said, did you notice on your audio, I've heard that just a couple of times,
01:34:16.100 even though it's gone pretty insane.
01:34:17.740 I didn't, they didn't have to think about what they wanted.
01:34:21.080 I said, what do I need to do next?
01:34:22.820 Immediately walk with us.
01:34:24.480 That's what I want.
01:34:24.980 They want to show unity.
01:34:26.220 They want the cops to listen and to react and not just give lip service.
01:34:31.380 So Chris, did you fear that because there are, there's a difference between the protesters
01:34:36.980 and then those agitators that are joining in many of the mantifa and have nothing to do
01:34:43.380 with, uh, with, you know, the black community even.
01:34:46.780 Um, did you fear that those people were involved?
01:34:51.560 Were they there?
01:34:53.860 Um, yes, they were.
01:34:55.460 Uh, now the group that you mentioned, we did not have Intel that they were there, but we
01:34:59.020 had a clear, uh, direction that we had people bringing bottles and gasoline and rocks and,
01:35:05.120 and, uh, that was always a threat, but I'm going to tell you, I'm not trying to be a superhero.
01:35:09.220 I'm not trying to be a macho, but that was the least of my concerns.
01:35:14.380 Uh, 27 years on the job.
01:35:16.140 Tomorrow's my anniversary.
01:35:17.240 I started June 2nd, 1993 through years of experience and training.
01:35:21.200 And we started in the jail and in the jail of a sheriff's office, you learn how to deal
01:35:26.220 with 120 convicted felons and people that are, that are in waiting prison for life offenses.
01:35:31.340 And it just treats, it trains you to be very comfortable in those situations.
01:35:34.980 But I know you are a, uh, I know your heart, Glenn, and I know that you understand the spirit
01:35:39.860 of God came over and anointed that situation.
01:35:43.100 And I walked into it as David did.
01:35:45.660 And, and I felt that peace and I saw the entire crowd move.
01:35:50.820 So to say that I wasn't scared, I'm sure I was, but the action and the, the, the, the movement
01:35:57.420 of vulnerability that sent the message more than my words could.
01:36:02.580 So now talk to the police officers all around, uh, the country and well, no, first, let me
01:36:09.040 start with this.
01:36:09.660 Uh, for those who are listening, who are protesting, tell me who the, tell them who the police
01:36:16.680 are.
01:36:17.640 Yeah.
01:36:19.740 There's 800,000 police officers in the nation that go to work every single day because they
01:36:25.960 love their community.
01:36:27.080 And if you go to officer down Memorial page, you'll see people every day, given their life.
01:36:32.160 Those are the real hearts of, of the people's guardians.
01:36:35.940 You know, your moms and dads and brothers and sisters that are out there.
01:36:39.960 24 seven and everybody in the country, no matter if you hate the police, when you're
01:36:43.840 in trouble, you call three numbers, nine one one, and we risk our lives to get there.
01:36:47.220 That's who police are.
01:36:48.560 They're soccer coaches and soccer moms.
01:36:50.620 And they're, they're people who love their families and they're singles and marrieds.
01:36:54.480 And that's who the police are.
01:36:56.440 They're the fabric of protection.
01:36:57.980 And, but we can't forget that we need to serve.
01:37:00.940 And to those that are protesting, there's righteous anger.
01:37:03.980 And that righteous anger can be met with a police force that can hear the voice of the
01:37:08.720 people.
01:37:09.220 And when those two work together, you see what happened on May 30th here in Flint, Michigan.
01:37:13.740 But if the protesters, like was said in your show, are rioters, those are folks that are
01:37:19.300 taken.
01:37:19.860 And what, what, what your, uh, your, uh, your next guest was probably going to talk about
01:37:24.480 is they're stealing the message from the people who want change.
01:37:28.620 Now, those folks are hard to negotiate with.
01:37:30.700 I'm talking to the people who have righteous anger and for the law enforcement, it's got
01:37:36.320 to start from the top when people need to come out from their conference rooms, their
01:37:39.680 podiums, their intelligent briefing rooms and get with the mix, start serving people.
01:37:45.880 You know, you don't need to be the higher you go, more removed from your community.
01:37:49.040 You need to be more in tune with your community.
01:37:52.620 You need to serve water and food and go to the same events without any strings attached,
01:37:56.900 just like you do with, Oh, you are, you serve with nothing in return.
01:38:00.940 You know, when, when people see that, they see the heart of people.
01:38:03.400 And I'm going to tell you this, that group, they're street savvy.
01:38:06.300 If they felt for a second that my words were empty, we wouldn't be having this conversation,
01:38:11.220 but they saw the heart.
01:38:13.020 It started with a fist bump, went to a hug and the whole thing was turned.
01:38:17.060 So Chris, we're, uh, we're facing a time now.
01:38:20.700 I mean, you're in, you're in Michigan, which has been, uh, quite an interesting, I didn't
01:38:26.440 think I would be coming back from vacation, talking about riots in the streets on something
01:38:30.940 entirely different than COVID.
01:38:33.200 Um, but here, but here we are.
01:38:35.560 So you're in Michigan and, and I know that there are good cops and bad cops and, you know,
01:38:40.900 we see them, um, every day, but the average American now is losing faith in their police
01:38:49.860 force and in some of the sheriffs, et cetera, et cetera, in our FBI and justice system.
01:38:55.700 Um, what has to be done to, uh, to be able to regain that trust from some of your biggest
01:39:05.580 supporters?
01:39:06.080 I mean, I, I see things that are happening with COVID, um, up in Michigan and I just,
01:39:11.300 I, I, I'm stunned by it.
01:39:13.560 I'm stunned by it.
01:39:15.920 Well, to answer a lot of that question to your first point, the burden falls on the police.
01:39:20.860 We have to take the first step and there should be no such thing as a bad cop, because if
01:39:26.520 you've got a bad cop, they shouldn't be a cop, get them out, fire in charge.
01:39:31.000 Nobody's fired more police officers than our office in the last 15 years.
01:39:34.600 I've arrested my own people.
01:39:36.240 I arrested people.
01:39:37.520 There's a guy in jail in the next County charged with life offenses for committing a
01:39:41.020 sexual assault on duty.
01:39:42.000 We, we are held to a higher standard.
01:39:43.920 And when it falls on us, that standard means that we need to act swiftly and not make a
01:39:49.120 wrong, a right, call it what it is to your second point.
01:39:53.200 I don't want people to lose faith in the very people that will give their life to protect
01:39:57.560 them.
01:39:58.660 They're there 24 seven and they are great people.
01:40:02.600 Do not paint all law enforcement with the same brush.
01:40:05.640 Number three, it starts from police leadership, set the tone, set the standard, expect what
01:40:11.700 the people want.
01:40:12.700 And that is a professional police officer that is willing to protect and serve.
01:40:17.660 And when it comes to Michigan, you're right.
01:40:19.560 Especially Flint crime, the automotive industry shut down.
01:40:23.020 You have poverty, the water crisis from 2015, 2016.
01:40:28.520 I mean, you got people, my parents live in the city and, but you know, this agency, we
01:40:32.400 delivered cases of water to people on the front door.
01:40:34.580 We, we took care of their basic Maslow needs during this COVID case on March 17th.
01:40:40.020 I swore in 40 faith-based leaders as deputy sheriffs to deliver a million pounds of food
01:40:45.560 because the system had shut down.
01:40:47.800 We delivered a million pounds of food to people over the last six weeks.
01:40:51.660 We have a jail that has in the County fourth highest in deaths of the, in Michigan.
01:40:57.660 We have a jail of inmates, the most violent people.
01:41:00.280 We have zero COVID cases in the jail, zero inmate cases.
01:41:03.720 From this entire pandemic, because it's not one person, it's not one protocol, it's an
01:41:09.220 entirety.
01:41:10.600 And, uh, the community in Flint showed rockstar behavior on May 30th.
01:41:15.700 They set the tone for what Flint can do in spite of all the, the challenges they've had
01:41:20.740 and, and that we've had as a city to say, we can protest, we can do it with righteousness
01:41:25.220 and we don't want to burn our city down, but you're right.
01:41:28.140 We're getting smacked every which way to Sunday, but the nation needs healing and it needs people
01:41:32.900 to step up in leadership positions to say, listen, I'm going to do it because it's the
01:41:36.540 right thing.
01:41:37.140 It ain't the political thing.
01:41:38.400 It ain't the faith.
01:41:39.220 It's the right thing.
01:41:40.160 And if you do the right thing, people respect that.
01:41:42.860 They don't want words.
01:41:43.600 They want action.
01:41:44.280 Chris Swanson, uh, good to talk to you again, my friend.
01:41:49.520 Thank you so much.
01:41:50.340 Chris Swanson.
01:41:51.300 He's the sheriff of Genesee County in Michigan.
01:41:54.100 He is the sheriff that you're seeing everywhere.
01:41:56.720 Put down his baton and listen to the protesters and change things dramatically in Flint, Michigan.
01:42:03.980 All right.

01:43:28.540 Sarah, do I have another gap?
01:43:33.640 All righty.
01:43:39.160 Welcome to the program.
01:43:40.960 Pat, how many, how many sheriffs in the country, how many police chiefs in the country, especially
01:43:47.200 these big cities could get away with what Chris just did in Flint?
01:43:53.500 I'd like to think a lot of them could, but probably not.
01:43:57.220 Do you?
01:43:57.820 Yeah.
01:43:58.200 I mean, I think what the secret to Chris is, is he has a track record of, of being there
01:44:04.580 in, in a, you know, in an above and beyond way.
01:44:09.300 You know, he cares about the community more than his, you know, career ladder.
01:44:15.340 Yeah.
01:44:15.860 And I'm not sure in these.
01:44:17.680 That took some real guts because he didn't know what kind of reception he was going to
01:44:21.640 get.
01:44:21.900 It could have been a really ugly reception that he got.
01:44:24.740 Uh, but he waded right into it and, and went forward and it worked out really well.
01:44:30.580 So I don't know how many people would be willing to take that chance though.
01:44:35.900 Well, he's in tune, you know, I know him.
01:44:38.300 He was on a protective detail, uh, with me in Mexico when we were going out for rescuing
01:44:43.720 slaves.
01:44:44.160 And so we got to know each other pretty well.
01:44:47.160 And, uh, uh, he listens to the spirit and that's the difference.
01:44:52.160 I mean, it's not a, that was not a calculated thing, uh, as he said.
01:44:56.840 And I don't think you could without being in tune with the spirit.
01:45:00.760 I don't know if you could do that because you would be risking, uh, so much.
01:45:07.100 I mean, I guess if, if a cop did that and then it was beaten or something that would
01:45:10.860 be, you, you would still make the point.
01:45:13.520 You would become more powerful than you were if you were alive or not beaten.
01:45:17.120 Uh, but, uh, with these, with these hijackers that are in this, um, it's, uh, it's a different
01:45:24.620 world.
01:45:25.300 You don't know who you're dealing with.
01:45:28.660 And that's, and I think that's mainly because the press never tells you who you're dealing
01:45:32.560 with.
01:45:33.220 Do they?
01:45:33.840 No, no, I mean, the press is not talking about the fact that Antifa is involved in a
01:45:39.780 lot of these, uh, riots and of course they are, uh, but they're not going to tell you
01:45:44.420 that they're, they're going to, they're going to act like these are just regular people and
01:45:48.900 it just happens to turn ugly while they're out there.
01:45:51.820 Now they, they've been planning on ugly the whole time.
01:45:55.180 Uh, the rioters and the looters.
01:45:58.120 Uh, and I think, I really believe Antifa is behind a lot of it.
01:46:03.840 Oh yeah.
01:46:05.020 And I wouldn't put it past some of the Bernie bros, uh, as well.
01:46:08.960 Yep.
01:46:09.400 You know, there are people that want to see the world burn because then they can rebuild
01:46:13.340 it closer to their heart's desire.
01:46:15.380 Uh, but I want to talk, uh, next a little bit about Trump designating Antifa, a terrorist
01:46:22.460 organization that is going to have a far reaching ramifications.
01:46:27.480 And we'll go there in just a couple of minutes.
01:46:29.920 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:46:33.840 All right, let me tell you about, uh, rec tech grills.
01:46:38.520 So these grills are so great.
01:46:41.000 I, I, I just made some ham.
01:46:43.100 Actually, my wife made some ham, uh, last night.
01:46:45.760 I'm not a big fan of ham, uh, but it was, it was our pig.
01:46:49.920 And so can't eat a pig like that all at once.
01:46:52.880 Anyway, uh, so we put it in the rec tech grills and it was, it was the best ham I've ever had.
01:46:58.940 And I don't like ham.
01:47:00.480 I actually, I asked for more.
01:47:02.180 It was really good.
01:47:03.900 You're going to be amazed at what you can make in a rec tech grill.
01:47:07.500 It's a smoker and a grill made by grillers for grillers.
01:47:11.560 And right now they're giving away one for father's day.
01:47:14.480 Enter for your chance to win the same grill that I use.

01:47:45.240 Are you tired of always arguing with socialists?
01:47:49.040 Save yourself some time and just get them.
01:47:51.320 Glenn's new book arguing with socialists is out right now.
01:48:04.740 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:48:07.300 Welcome.
01:48:07.840 I'm glad you're here.
01:48:08.520 Thank you so much for tuning in today.
01:48:10.900 We're trying to make sense just like you are of what's been happening.
01:48:15.240 In our country for the last few days in the last few weeks and what is coming.
01:48:21.160 Finally, somebody in government has decided to speak the truth about Antifa.
01:48:28.240 Donald Trump has just labeled them a terrorist organization, a domestic terrorist organization.
01:48:33.600 I know the Obama administration.
01:48:36.480 Many tried to paint the Tea Party movement as a terrorist or an anti-government sort of group.
01:48:45.300 But if you want to look at the definition of it, I think you would find Antifa.
01:48:50.540 They are trying to tear us down.
01:48:52.580 They're taking advantage of a real tragedy from last week with the police.
01:48:57.520 Uh, and they are using this as an excuse to burn our cities.
01:49:02.780 And this is the last thing we can afford.
01:49:05.840 Now, President Trump takes the act, uh, takes the, uh, uh, the time to say, uh, by the way,
01:49:12.500 this is a terrorist organization.
01:49:14.580 And I'm instructing our attorney general to, uh, start to go into it and find out all about
01:49:21.140 it.
01:49:21.520 This is going to give them all kinds of new police actions, uh, or police, um, abilities.
01:49:28.200 If you will, they're going to be able to wire tap.
01:49:31.140 They're going to be able to do all the things under the Patriot Act.
01:49:33.560 Now, uh, that's only going to set Antifa off even more, but I think it has to be done.
01:49:39.440 This is a legitimate terrorist organization.
01:49:43.040 When you see what they've done, I mean, do we have the video of the woman, um, who comes
01:49:50.240 out of her shop and she tries to stop these, the rioters are not protesters, these rioters
01:49:57.540 and, uh, she gets beaten.
01:50:00.940 Can we play this please?
01:50:09.440 Now there's one, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven guys, eight guys standing in front
01:50:16.620 of this little, it's called Rochester fire equipment and they break her windows and this
01:50:22.980 woman, this older woman, uh, comes out and, uh, she says, please stop.
01:50:29.940 And, uh, somebody takes a two by four and starts beating the building and the glass and everything
01:50:35.460 else out of, of her little shop.
01:50:38.720 They then start throwing things at the window and at her.
01:50:42.600 She's still engaging.
01:50:43.980 She's really small.
01:50:45.460 They throw a ladder at her front door.
01:50:47.500 She walks out and she says, stop it.
01:50:50.980 And then they turn around and they start beating her, punching her relentlessly in the head.
01:50:57.020 Then one of the protesters takes a two by four and starts beating her with a two by four.
01:51:03.320 It is insanity, insanity.
01:51:08.840 Now, why are they beating her with a two by four?
01:51:12.220 They're beating them with two by fours because they don't agree because you won't lay down
01:51:18.620 and do what they want you to do.
01:51:20.920 If that's not the definition of a fascist and a terrorist, I will terrorize you.
01:51:28.600 I will make you afraid.
01:51:30.160 So you will do nothing.
01:51:33.860 These people need to be called terrorists.
01:51:36.880 Uh, but, uh, you know, unfortunately for many on the left, it's going to expose many on the
01:51:41.600 left because many on the left have been, uh, covering them.
01:51:45.780 Many in our institutions, uh, have been covering for them.
01:51:49.960 Many mayors around the country have been covering for them.
01:51:53.340 Uh, and, uh, attorney, uh, attorney general bar will find this out.
01:51:58.880 Uh, I mean, I think this is, is this is as bad as those Democrats that were rooted out,
01:52:04.400 uh, in the, uh, in the South during the sixties that were shown to be a part of the oppression
01:52:11.980 of blacks.
01:52:13.100 This is the oppression of anybody who is well, less are or who is less armed than anybody that
01:52:20.980 comes up to your front door under the guise of Antifa.
01:52:25.360 Um, they are suppressing civil rights and destroying property.
01:52:29.720 I, I hope that, uh, bar does this investigation and does it quickly and legally, uh, we, we,
01:52:40.660 we don't need another scandal in our justice department.
01:52:44.280 Yeah.
01:52:44.860 It's really, it's really something how, uh, so many of these extremists have taken advantage
01:52:51.580 of the situation.
01:52:52.440 They've just, uh, to, uh, to destroy and to steal and to just do whatever it is.
01:52:59.560 They want to do, uh, like, did you, did you see the pro, the, uh, the looters at the two
01:53:05.960 shoe stores?
01:53:06.780 One was in, one was in Philadelphia.
01:53:09.660 I think it one was in Chicago.
01:53:11.540 Do we have this?
01:53:12.380 Uh, go ahead and play this.
01:53:13.800 If we have it.
01:53:14.580 That's, I mean, this is amazing.
01:53:16.400 Um, video is from, from my show this morning.
01:53:19.520 Um, Oh, it's from Nike.
01:53:21.480 Yeah.
01:53:22.080 No, there was one into a Nike store.
01:53:24.940 Look at that.
01:53:26.020 Look at that.
01:53:26.900 I mean, just hordes of people running in there and getting.
01:53:29.560 Hordes of people.
01:53:32.160 Then there's another one.
01:53:33.400 This is, this is not about race.
01:53:36.100 This is about class.
01:53:37.180 Not at all.
01:53:37.600 Agreed.
01:53:38.280 Right.
01:53:38.860 Yes.
01:53:39.140 Yeah.
01:53:39.520 There's another one in another town.
01:53:41.600 Uh, and I think it's, I think it's Philadelphia.
01:53:43.740 There's one in Chicago.
01:53:44.580 So that was, yeah.
01:53:45.820 Okay.
01:53:46.460 Rochester.
01:53:47.200 Um, here's, uh, another scene where they're stopping cars and cars are stopping and just
01:53:52.280 jumping out and participating in the looting.
01:53:54.520 This is amazing.
01:53:56.760 Oh, there was one guy with about eight boxes of shoes.
01:54:02.700 And by the way, these are not, these are not cheap shoes.
01:54:05.400 These are like 300, 400, $500 sneakers, Nikes, Air Jordans.
01:54:10.800 Just walking out with them.
01:54:13.680 And then, and then they stopped getting back into their cars, which they stopped.
01:54:17.580 Yes.
01:54:18.080 In the middle of the road.
01:54:19.240 She gets back in that car.
01:54:20.680 That is remarkable.
01:54:21.960 And she leaves.
01:54:23.100 Then she comes back for a second round here in a few minutes.
01:54:26.620 I don't know if we have enough.
01:54:27.900 Shut up.
01:54:28.340 That long.
01:54:28.680 No, she comes back.
01:54:29.620 She comes back and goes back in thinking, Hey, I didn't get me enough.
01:54:33.180 Uh, so I'm going to go back.
01:54:36.000 Well, her face is there.
01:54:37.520 Yeah.
01:54:37.680 I mean, the faces of these people are right there.
01:54:39.960 And these guys, I mean.
01:54:40.760 Yes.
01:54:41.820 I mean, all of these people could be found and arrested.
01:54:45.720 Will they be?
01:54:46.660 Will any of them be arrested?
01:54:48.500 I doubt it.
01:54:49.540 They should.
01:54:50.320 They should be.
01:54:51.120 They should be.
01:54:52.100 Absolutely.
01:54:52.120 They should be.
01:54:53.440 Absolutely.
01:54:54.300 Why is this allowed to happen?
01:54:55.840 What?
01:54:56.080 I mean, why is this guy's pants down?
01:54:58.600 I mean, I'm seeing actually the crotch.
01:55:02.020 You're seeing the space between his legs.
01:55:07.920 I mean, it's not like I'm seeing just his butt cheeks.
01:55:09.920 I'm seeing his actual legs underneath the butt and through to the front side.
01:55:14.720 Yes.
01:55:14.980 Thank you for your pants up a little bit.
01:55:17.400 Appreciate that.
01:55:19.080 You're welcome.
01:55:19.920 Well, a lot of people listening on radio.
01:55:21.620 Yeah.
01:55:22.240 They didn't actually see just how graphic it was.
01:55:26.520 I mean, it was good.
01:55:27.360 Come on.
01:55:27.780 Have you ever seen anybody wear pants like that?
01:55:30.120 Not that low.
01:55:30.640 No.
01:55:30.720 I mean, that's as low as I've ever seen in my life.
01:55:33.680 His pants have literally fallen off.
01:55:36.380 They're down at his knees.
01:55:38.300 That's what it looks like when, you know, you're ready to go.
01:55:45.440 Right.
01:55:45.840 Yes.
01:55:45.940 And you're just too lazy or drunk or whatever to take your pants all the way down.
01:55:50.500 That's what it looked like.
01:55:51.740 It did.
01:55:51.940 And I've seen pants.
01:55:53.020 It did.
01:55:53.100 And you're like, I don't know how they keep them on.
01:55:55.140 And that I've never seen.
01:55:56.860 I mean, the guy is stealing shoes and literally waddling down the sidewalk because his pants
01:56:01.760 are that low.
01:56:02.580 They're that low.
01:56:03.400 Yeah.
01:56:03.500 He looks like Danny DeVino is the penguin.
01:56:06.240 Yes, he does.
01:56:09.320 Look at this.
01:56:10.020 They're just carrying boxes and boxes out of this store.
01:56:13.040 So they completely destroyed these stores, completely obliterated.
01:56:16.800 I have to tell you, and I want you to listen, America.
01:56:20.960 I think this is really important.
01:56:24.120 The actual state fascists, and many of them in just states, have exposed themselves.
01:56:34.120 People know who they are.
01:56:35.420 Now, think of this.
01:56:36.380 Chris Cuomo's ratings on CNN has gone down since he started putting his brother on.
01:56:42.820 People, even the bulls who watch CNN, are like, okay, this, enough of this.
01:56:47.840 The average person is starting to wake up to who the bad guys are, and I don't know they've
01:56:56.020 woken up who the good guys are yet, but they are beginning to wake up and say, okay, this
01:57:01.480 isn't right.
01:57:02.400 These protests, this is going to hurt Antifa in the end, as long as no one overreacts on
01:57:09.660 the good guy side.
01:57:11.000 Right.
01:57:11.840 The media is discrediting itself.
01:57:14.580 The fascists inside the Democratic Party at the state level and the national level are
01:57:21.760 exposing themselves.
01:57:24.000 It's just going to be a matter of whether you believe the propaganda from the fascistic
01:57:31.280 arm of the left.
01:57:33.760 If you're going to believe all of this, that the Nancy Pelosi's and the, you know, even the
01:57:41.800 Joe Biden.
01:57:42.380 Joe Biden knows exactly, well, he doesn't know what he's doing, but people in his campaign
01:57:46.500 know exactly what is being done to that, to the Biden campaign that has been hijacked now
01:57:53.280 and, and taken control of by the Uber left.
01:57:57.300 Let me, can I take a quick break?
01:57:59.060 And then I want to go to Elijah Schaefer, who was in Dallas and witnessed some of these
01:58:05.000 riots in these beat towns.
01:58:06.480 Unlike anything I've ever seen, we'll talk to Elijah here in just a second.
01:58:10.380 Stand by.
01:58:11.700 First, if I may, let me tell you about relief factor.
01:58:16.100 Guess who forgot relief factor at home when I went on vacation?
01:58:20.200 Yes, that's right.
01:58:21.180 My wife.
01:58:22.480 My wife.
01:58:24.440 Come on.
01:58:25.040 You don't expect me to pack.
01:58:26.920 Do you?
01:58:27.420 I mean, really?
01:58:28.680 So anyway, my, oh my gosh, I'm in so much trouble after every single show.
01:58:33.000 You have no idea.
01:58:34.300 So, uh, I forgot my relief factor at home.
01:58:37.440 And so when I got here, I had to order some more and take it.
01:58:40.140 And the three days without it was not pleasant.
01:58:42.180 And it has been really, this is the hardest working vacation I've ever had.
01:58:46.920 Uh, we built a studio and, uh, I put up the ship lap and, uh, the hammer in two by fours
01:58:54.460 and cutting and it was a nightmare.
01:58:56.980 Anyway, relief factor was there.
01:58:59.900 Yes.
01:59:00.460 Finally overnighted to me and I took it and I feel so much better.
01:59:04.320 It has kept me out of pain and I've taken it for two years.
01:59:09.820 Relief factor.
01:59:10.600 It's not a drug.
01:59:11.660 It relieves inflammation.
01:59:13.620 Unlike anything else.
01:59:14.900 I mean, I was taking, I was taking ibuprofen.
01:59:17.780 Uh-huh.
01:59:19.120 And it wasn't helping me.
01:59:20.580 Try their three week quick start trial pack.
01:59:23.060 It's $19.95.
01:59:24.480 Go to relieffactor.com or call 1-800-583-84.
01:59:28.860 800-500-8384.
01:59:31.980 It's relieffactor.com.
01:59:36.240 You're listening to Glenn Beck.
01:59:41.740 Oh, yes.
01:59:42.680 Thank you so much for listening.
01:59:45.160 It's the Glenn Beck program.
01:59:46.640 Uh, we have Elijah Schaefer with us.
01:59:49.420 Uh, he's got some exclusive video that he captured in Dallas on the Blaze TV.
01:59:55.160 Uh, welcome to the program, uh, Elijah.
01:59:58.780 Glenn, thank you for having me on.
02:00:01.440 So, how much, I start with a very non-typical, uh, press question.
02:00:07.980 How much does the spirit play a role in what you do?
02:00:12.820 Because you're always going into very dangerous situations.
02:00:17.500 Do you, you, do you get promptings of don't go there?
02:00:21.280 And do you still go or not?
02:00:22.740 You know, Glenn, I know that, uh, a lot of your, your listeners are probably God-fearing people.
02:00:29.900 And I know, because this is America, some of them, uh, are probably not.
02:00:33.980 And that's totally okay with me, uh, because it's a free country.
02:00:37.020 But, you know, I'm an evangelical Christian.
02:00:38.840 And I, I really do believe that what I'm doing is I genuinely sense, uh, you know, the leading and the mission of God to go out there and to capture the truth.
02:00:52.800 And so, ultimately, where I feel like my spirit is not only speaking to me, but where I feel like I have the strength of God, is to point the camera and to get into the middle of whatever the mainstream media will not cover and will not show anything that, that compromises or challenges their narrative.
02:01:12.640 Uh, CBS carried, um, your video that was from, uh, for the blaze, they carried it and they blurred it out.
02:01:21.440 And it was, it's pretty amazing.
02:01:23.280 It's, uh, in Dallas where these rioters are kicking and beating this guy and he looks like he's dead.
02:01:31.540 Um, and he's laying on the ground.
02:01:33.480 Can you tell me this story?
02:01:35.860 I absolutely can.
02:01:37.420 And I think this is vital, uh, because the very dishonest far left media is working tirelessly at the moment to completely, not only discredit myself, but, uh, they always say Elijah Schaefer, who works for Glenn Beck's, uh, blaze TV, as if that's an insult.
02:01:55.160 Um, but, uh, they, they, they are, they're trying.
02:01:59.340 So I'm going to clear the air right now for your listeners for an exclusive so they can hear this.
02:02:03.740 Uh, there was a group of about, I would say 150 rioters.
02:02:09.160 They were not protesters.
02:02:10.840 They were breaking windows.
02:02:12.260 They broke into a bank.
02:02:13.400 They broke into a bar.
02:02:14.680 They were looting alcohol and partying on the streets while breaking glass.
02:02:19.920 These were not people that were grieving over black lives.
02:02:24.380 And, uh, the police had successfully splintered the, uh, groups into four or five mobs.
02:02:33.820 And, uh, business owners were standing out in front of their businesses with a rifles that, uh, and bats and different types of things to defend their shops because the police had lost control of the city.
02:02:47.760 And it wasn't unfamiliar to see somebody, you know, trying to defend their property.
02:02:55.020 In rally just today, the police chief said they're not going to defend people's property.
02:02:59.300 And people know that it is up to citizens to defend themselves.
02:03:03.200 So this man, yeah, this man, um, who the media keeps telling me that I said he was a shop owner.
02:03:11.500 I never said that he is.
02:03:13.580 He was defending a shop and that's true.
02:03:15.900 I spoke to him directly at the next day he's alive and he was defending a bar that he liked.
02:03:21.120 He didn't own the bar, but he was attempting to defend a bar, uh, the, some of the rioters and were accosting him from what I saw.
02:03:29.920 And again, if he was accosting them first and video surfaces, I will correct myself.
02:03:35.400 But from what I saw, I can only go by that, uh, rioters with rocks and bricks and bats and weapons, 150 or more, were accosting him as he stood in front of the bar.
02:03:47.560 He started waving his, I think it was a machete, but people calling it a sword, whatever, uh, at the, the individuals.
02:03:54.560 Then, like, as they approached him, cause he was defending the shop, then they started stoning him, Glenn.
02:04:03.060 I know, I saw it.
02:04:04.340 I saw it on your video.
02:04:05.680 Medieval.
02:04:06.860 Yeah, medieval throwing rocks and bricks.
02:04:10.660 And he started swinging his machete.
02:04:13.220 But he started running away like any smart individual would do.
02:04:17.000 And I want your listeners to know, we're in America.
02:04:20.820 This is 2020.
02:04:22.500 We do not stone people in the United States of America.
02:04:26.740 We are not a stone.
02:04:27.260 It honestly, it honestly looked like something we would have seen out of the Middle East in some of the, you know, worst kind of, of, uh, situations in the Middle East.
02:04:37.000 But it was in Dallas, Texas.
02:04:38.780 Elijah, I'd like to have you on tomorrow because you also have verified, uh, something else about bricks.
02:04:45.340 Bricks are said to just be appearing, uh, in pallets, whole pallets of bricks.
02:04:52.680 And you saw something in Dallas that I want you to share on tomorrow's radio program.
02:04:57.640 Elijah Schaefer from Blaze.
