We're going to talk about Andy Ngo coming up in just a second and what's happening in Portland.
00:00:06.660
Also, a great guest, Bridget Phetasy, is coming up on today's show.
00:00:11.700
I want to talk to you a little bit about Home Title Lock.
00:00:15.600
Home Title Lock is actually something that Pat turned us both on to.
00:00:35.900
Well, anyway, so Stu turned Pat on and Pat turned me on to Home Title Lock because I think this
00:00:42.600
is really something that each of us kind of found separately and we're like, what?
00:00:48.840
Once you hear it, once a friend tells you, hey, by the way, it's super easy to steal somebody's
00:00:54.960
If you have any equity in your house, your mortgage, your title could be taken.
00:01:00.180
And then everything that you have in your house, you could lose.
00:01:05.500
In fact, in New York City, the police call it an epidemic.
00:01:09.880
There's only one company that's really doing anything about it.
00:01:13.780
You get free protection for 30 days when you just sign up and just see if this has already
00:01:34.060
You know, what's really amazing is how blind the media is or how blind.
00:01:41.480
How blind the people who just get their news from mainstream media, how blind they truly are.
00:01:47.820
They have no idea what's really going on in the real world.
00:01:51.660
What's happening in Portland is is is is un-American.
00:01:59.620
But America really is known for its law and order.
00:02:16.240
A journalist was beaten and is still in the hospital today with a brain bleed.
00:02:26.100
The Portland police, because they are under the direction of the mayor, do nothing about it.
00:02:34.560
Is Portland even part of the United States anymore?
00:02:49.200
We are just a few days away from a really important.
00:02:53.220
It is the Christmas, I think, if you will, for for Americas, for Americans.
00:03:03.100
If you take out all religious holidays, this is so very important.
00:03:14.480
Now, as you're celebrating, it's not just about the cookouts and the fireworks and the long summer nights.
00:03:22.940
It is a time to remember our founders and the incredible sacrifice they made for our country.
00:03:28.880
I am proud to be an American and it doesn't take a flyover and it doesn't take a flag being waved for me to be proud because I'm not proud of those things, per se.
00:03:39.180
I'm proud of what those things stand for and what those things protect.
00:03:49.380
The United States Concealed Carry Association would like to help you be able to protect the Second Amendment rights.
00:03:56.860
They are the people that are offering expert training, education, self-defense, legal protection, which is so important.
00:04:04.180
And in honor of the 4th of July, they're giving away $1,776 of guns, ammo, and gear for free.
00:04:16.100
And with it, you get two free chances to win $1,776 in money just by texting the word back to the number 87222.
00:04:25.180
Prize money gets you a Ruger Mini 14, an Otis cleaning system, a nine-line wood flag sign, and ammo.
00:04:34.680
All you need to do is just text BECK to the number 87222.
00:04:45.320
You have to claim your two free entries to win right now by texting BECK to the number 87222.
00:05:16.020
Remember I told you that everything that was liquid would be solid
00:05:20.120
and everything that was solid will be liquid someday?
00:05:29.680
If we don't enforce our laws, do our laws matter?
00:05:34.980
A Portland area reporter known for his coverage of far-left violence has been injured in an attack by alleged members of Antifa,
00:06:02.500
He is an editor at Quillette, which is, if you haven't gone to Quillette.com, you should.
00:06:11.440
It's being described everywhere as a conservative website, which is not what it is.
00:06:16.980
Well, it is if you want to define conservatives as constitutional.
00:06:27.060
Constitutional conservatives are classical liberals.
00:06:32.700
They are people that you're not always going to agree with, and sometimes they don't even agree.
00:06:39.180
I don't want this to be true, but if we like freedom, we have to support this.
00:06:44.360
And a lot of times it's aligned with our Constitution, but it was started by an Australian.
00:06:51.460
Anyway, so he is one of the editors at Quillette, and he's also the host of the podcast Things You Should Know.
00:06:58.340
He was reporting on the Antifa Street demonstrations in Portland on the 29th of last month, and that's over the weekend.
00:07:11.500
There was another big protest down in the park, and he was filming the police taking bats away from people.
00:07:19.880
All of the people that were there, he was documenting.
00:07:31.940
Their little group and their little logo was out in the park.
00:07:34.800
All kinds of different groups, including a lot of communist flags, red flags.
00:07:42.360
The Democratic Socialists were the organizers of it, and they were selling milkshakes so you could milkshake somebody.
00:07:50.960
And by the way, the vegan milkshakes, vegan milkshakes, which apparently are now including a little bit of concrete in them.
00:08:04.560
So Andy is standing there, and all he's doing is filming.
00:08:09.760
And he says, I've watched all of the videos from him, and he starts to say, people are following me.
00:08:18.760
He leaves several times, goes over to the police, and he says, look, I'm being harassed.
00:08:35.540
This time, in the middle of the street, they take their signs, the wood signs, because they don't have any bats.
00:08:48.560
Then some sort of a chemical is thrown into his face.
00:08:52.720
They beat him with the wood signs, and he's bleeding from his ears.
00:08:58.480
He's bleeding from his eyes, and they do nothing.
00:09:18.560
It was my understanding last night that he was out of the hospital, but I heard just about an hour ago that it looks like he is still in the hospital.
00:09:27.220
We'd love to talk to him when he is able to talk.
00:09:37.340
It's amazing that that's happening in an American city, and that the police and the mayor seem to have absolutely no concern.
00:09:45.120
I mean, I am sure the police want to step in on these cases.
00:09:49.140
But the mayor has a very specific ideology that allows this.
00:09:55.840
If you're living in Portland or anywhere in Oregon and you have seen this, can you just call us and tell us how are people dealing with this?
00:10:16.220
We just we started our museum this last weekend, and I'll talk to you about it.
00:10:23.240
And there's one place in the center of our atrium that is really pretty shocking.
00:10:28.260
It has clan members and the clan outfits with the hoods and the hanging tree.
00:10:35.760
And behind that is the the hanging cage with the orange jumpsuits.
00:10:43.940
And these are jumpsuits from slaves, ISIS slaves that we actually freed.
00:10:49.660
And so these are actual jumpsuits from people that were taken by ISIS.
00:10:55.180
And next to it is an actual ISIS uniform and gun belt and everything else that was taken from an ISIS member, both wearing masks.
00:11:16.560
No masks are used by people like this because they want to make sure.
00:11:23.720
That you don't know who they are, not for fear of trouble, because, as you know, they're not getting in trouble in Portland, not for fear that you will know who they are, but they want to be able to blend back into society.
00:11:37.740
So you never know if that's the guy that was trying to beat you up.
00:11:42.480
Was that the guy that came into my house and took my husband and and lynched him in a tree?
00:11:50.700
I don't know, because all I saw is his eyes behind the white mask.
00:11:54.640
Is that the person that came and was rounding up all the Christians in our community and beheaded them?
00:12:01.360
I don't know, because all I saw were his eyes in the black ISIS mask.
00:12:06.260
Is this is this the group of people that were hassling and and and beating up Andy?
00:12:14.040
No, well, we're not really sure, because all we saw were the eyes.
00:12:20.540
They want to blend into society so they never they never reveal.
00:12:29.360
Is this person at the store that's working behind the counter?
00:12:34.420
This is about fear and intimidation, and that is as un-American as you can get.
00:12:43.800
No one in America should be afraid, especially when the police can do something about it.
00:12:55.380
Was this a good thing when people were making Martin Luther King afraid when they were throwing things through his window?
00:13:13.060
Is it a good thing that they're just taking people?
00:13:22.160
There's this this apartment complex where the elderly live.
00:13:28.860
Is it okay for people who had food carts that had been there forever, that their business is destroyed?
00:13:40.980
How can we possibly have freedom if there is no security?
00:13:54.440
We were all just kind of together, and yet we were all responsible for our own farm or whatever.
00:14:02.360
And when we would be raided, there would be nobody there to help.
00:14:08.500
When we would be in town, our families could be molested.
00:14:13.120
When we had something go wrong, we had nobody except our neighbors.
00:14:19.200
And so what we did is we became more and more specialized as we said, you know what?
00:14:31.560
You know, I'll make the wheat, and I'll trade you wheat if you'll help build the barn.
00:14:35.860
As we started to do those things, and we busied ourselves in our own world to be able to exist,
00:14:46.000
we needed to hire people to watch over the things because we couldn't do that,
00:14:53.060
keep the bad guys away, and be a farmer, and be a logger, or a miller, a shopkeeper.
00:15:04.040
So we hired somebody to do that, and we hired a mayor to make sure that was happening.
00:15:14.940
This mayor is not protecting American citizens.
00:15:19.360
The police are not protecting American citizens.
00:15:24.400
They are allowing American citizens who are fully in their right to drive down the street.
00:15:31.340
You see the woman who was trapped in her car, Antifas surrounding her, yelling at her, spitting on her.
00:15:49.660
And by the way, the media is doing, no, I was going to say they're doing nothing.
00:16:03.900
I've watched them in the streets protesting in different situations, okay?
00:16:07.380
There are certainly aspects of them that are true to a cause.
00:16:17.440
You tell me when that has ever happened with neo-Nazis.
00:16:21.240
Where they have ever been doing the right thing.
00:16:26.180
Antifa wants power, wants political power taken through force.
00:16:41.100
And if they do, they'll make him into some right-wing kook.
00:16:50.120
And federal government, isn't it time you demand what Ted Cruz is demanding?
00:16:57.160
Action being taken against these mayors and anyone else who won't enforce the law.
00:17:10.560
And people, Americans, who are not dressed in black, who are not afraid to have their face being seen.
00:17:19.240
Those Americans need protection and they need it now.
00:17:33.360
My gosh, it is the fires of hell here in Texas.
00:17:43.780
There was some concert going on at the International Speedway.
00:17:47.440
Either this weekend or it's coming up next weekend.
00:17:50.680
And I thought, well, that's where I want to be.
00:17:57.220
Anyway, you can reduce the heat buildup in your house by as much as 50%.

00:18:59.120
I'm Glenn Beck, along with Stu Bregeer, our executive producer, and Melissa on the phone from Oregon.
00:19:29.540
But, I've lived in Portland since I was 10, and we sold our house in December because we couldn't take it anymore.
00:19:41.920
We were living just outside the city of Portland, and southeast Portland, and it's crazy.
00:20:08.820
I don't have any idea what that man is thinking.
00:20:20.460
You can't even drive in the street without Antifa beating your car.
00:20:24.160
Were people around you, were the neighbors, all cool with this?
00:20:37.000
But nobody knows what to do, because you've got the mayor allowing it.
00:20:43.340
You can't protest Antifa, because they'll go strictly to violence right away.
00:20:53.500
I'm glad that you were down here at the museum this weekend.
00:21:04.940
So I don't live in Portland, but I'm about to head in there for work today.
00:21:09.260
I work in downtown Portland and have for a couple of years, actually, in news.
00:21:12.960
And I was working during last year's protest between Antifa and, at that time, Patriot Prayer, when it turned into a riot.
00:21:21.800
Luckily, most of their protests are on the weekend, so I don't know that it impacts a great number of commuters.
00:21:27.480
But when it does, it's like everything shuts down.
00:21:40.620
It's just, it seems like something you wouldn't see in America.
00:21:44.400
How do you and other people in Portland feel about this?
00:21:49.620
Is this, are people, like our last caller just said, they don't like it, but what are you going to do about it?
00:21:55.300
Or are most people in agreement with the ideas, at least, of Antifa?
00:22:07.180
I think most people who live in Portland don't like that this is what their city is like, but they're more politically on Antifa's side.
00:22:15.220
So I think it's hard for them to figure out how they feel about it.
00:22:25.320
I don't feel unsafe, but it's definitely, you know, you have to deal with a lot of things that you might not want to, like protesters yelling at you with bullhorns and stuff.
00:22:36.840
She didn't get hit in the head with a crowbar, like the old guy who's just walking down the street.
00:22:42.100
Or Andy Ngo, who's in the hospital for a brain bleed today.
00:22:51.860
Social planning and e-invitation service, one of the biggest sites on the internet, and it has just admitted to a security breach.
00:22:59.000
A hacker has put up for sale 10 million user records from the site.
00:23:05.620
That includes names, usernames, email addresses, passwords, plus dates of birth, phone number, mailing addresses.
00:23:18.740
And they don't usually say, oh, by the way, we've been breached.
00:23:24.840
And if you've used this service, you probably won't even hear about it.
00:23:27.860
All right, somebody's identity is stolen every two seconds, and you can miss certain identity threats if you're only monitoring your credit.
00:23:36.220
If you did an, you know, an e-invitation to something, your information can be out on the dark web right now.
00:23:46.880
Nobody can identify all theft, monitor all transactions at all businesses, but they're the best.
00:23:54.220
Get an extra 10% off your first year if you use the promo code back.
00:24:04.340
Who's going to cover the actual details of what's happening in Portland?
00:24:15.580
If you live in, if you live in Portland or you've just left Portland, we'd love to hear from you on what,
00:24:22.640
what is really, what is it like to live in a city that seems like a third world country now,
00:24:29.540
where there is no control of the streets, and the mayor is in with the bad guys.
00:24:43.920
I live in Ohio now where I grew up, but I spent 19 years in Portland.
00:24:48.040
Downtown used to be the destination for everybody.
00:24:50.960
It was clean, it was fun, it was safe, it was beautiful.
00:24:56.260
I still work for a company that's based in downtown Portland, so I'm back there several times a year.
00:25:00.920
I left about the time that the Occupy movement was going on, and I started carrying police-grade pepper mace.
00:25:08.040
I didn't want to carry a gun because I was afraid I might, you know, use it and then have it used against me
00:25:13.060
since the law isn't on the side of good people in Portland.
00:25:17.460
People are pulling their businesses out of downtown.
00:25:20.600
Columbia Sportswear pulled out their flagship store because of all this stuff,
00:25:24.180
and the mayor was supposed to be the agent of change, and I follow Portland politics pretty closely.
00:25:30.600
He got intimidated as soon as he got in office by the Antifa and the Homeless Coalition,
00:25:37.220
and he's done absolutely nothing to make that city safe since then.
00:25:46.820
I think he's slightly with them, but he's mostly a coward.
00:25:49.900
They actually went to his house and protested and threatened his family,
00:25:53.800
and the moment they did that, he turned into a complete coward and has done nothing
00:25:57.540
but kowtow to the violence and the mobs that take on the Portland.
00:26:02.160
I've been there on a couple weekends when that stuff is going on.
00:26:08.220
I mean, you can't walk down the street without some homeless person,
00:26:11.840
and there's a lot of homeless by choice in downtown Portland harassing you hard,
00:26:33.600
I went to an event that is quite common, and I was threatened by a fellow.
00:26:41.460
All he did was learn that I had conservative values, and he threatened me.
00:26:47.440
And what finally broke the camel's back is I found out, it was on the news,
00:26:53.780
about how Portland and Seattle were competing with each other
00:26:59.140
to see who could get the most child prostitutes.
00:27:08.660
I'm getting the hell out of here because, I mean, those people are dangerous.
00:27:13.760
If they're going to encourage child prostitution,
00:27:17.820
and what they were doing is that I lived in Canada for three years,
00:27:23.260
and they were showing videos on the TV at night about trucks pulling up
00:27:29.540
to the American border and dropping off 10, 15, 20, 25 people at a time
00:27:35.260
to run across the border, and they're Asians primarily.
00:27:39.240
And the Asians have swamped the entire government of Washington State.
00:27:46.220
People I know who work for the government there,
00:27:48.400
they say you can't believe what those people have done.
00:27:50.500
And that was because of the one governor that they had there who was an Asian.
00:27:55.000
And, I mean, he just took the people out of power and put his people in.
00:27:59.780
Well, I mean, I think we crossed a line here at some point
00:28:09.400
I know a lot of Asian people who are wonderful.
00:28:34.380
Again, these are, like, if people are doing things that are wrong,
00:28:38.280
like committing crimes or violating laws, that's the issue here.
00:28:48.940
You can see only the racism against agents from Harvard.
00:29:59.020
he sees these bullies take basically a baseball bat
00:30:02.160
to this one guy who has property in the mining valley
00:30:10.720
And they're beating him almost to death in the streets.
00:31:00.040
The Battle of Athens is one of the best stories
00:31:03.360
of individuals who have had enough I've ever seen.
00:32:04.900
This is exactly what we were fighting overseas.
01:22:09.840
blaze at PatriotMobile.com that's 1-800-A-PATRIOT
01:46:06.900
museum we show you uh the different things that
01:47:11.420
information and your tickets now at mercury1.org
01:47:15.340
come spend uh the independence weekend with us at the mercury museum
01:47:21.100
mercury1.org with british uh with british with uh with bridget
01:47:26.040
phetasy uh who is um who is um i i get there is there a little
01:47:35.260
um that's a good question not reluctant i'm i it's always just
01:47:42.460
it's always um you know i'm projecting onto what
01:47:47.760
other people are going to think and say about it and that's not really
01:47:57.340
about um and i want to talk to you about this at some point
01:48:04.620
and uh i wrestle yeah you wrestle with the darkness yeah
01:48:08.540
yeah like many out there um and i know what that's like and i
01:48:21.020
identity you know really yeah you you've what you grew up thinking you were
01:48:26.720
you know you're not uh and and you've had some really good
01:48:32.400
friends and people that you respected really turn on you
01:48:37.980
no one likes to be rejected you know that's and i think this is the danger
01:48:45.600
um and this is the reason i kind of keep screaming at the democrats
01:48:49.780
is that shaming people didn't work in 2016 why would it work now
01:48:55.440
and rejecting people because they might have questions or maybe don't believe
01:49:04.960
um i don't see how that's very effective i've dealt with it by um
01:49:11.920
i how have i dealt with it i feel like i'm actually kind of hiding a bit so i
01:49:21.040
don't even know that i am dealing with it i definitely
01:49:24.640
haven't been going on getting up and going on stage as much as i
01:49:29.680
want to be doing comedy because i i know that it's my own insecurity
01:49:39.960
i know how most of them feel because i follow them on twitter and
01:49:43.960
a lot of them have unfollowed me on twitter because of
01:49:49.920
and rightfully you know that i'm not gonna like cry myself to sleep about that
01:49:54.580
maybe just don't want to see that in their feed and
01:49:56.980
but these are people that were friends or and or at least
01:50:02.120
acquaintances so that and again that's not like uh i have to just get up and do
01:50:08.360
it and and what get milkshakes if that's the case
01:50:12.580
it's amazing to me how many comedians um who do we have on friday
01:50:17.940
nick to paulo nick to paulo no i think oh he's so funny yeah he's so funny
01:50:21.720
i love it and he's like just he just sets the stage on fire yeah and he just
01:50:26.540
doesn't care yeah um and we were talking about that on
01:50:37.980
battlefield they're on the front line supposedly supposed to be
01:50:41.980
supposed to be and and should be the ones that are
01:50:45.400
pushing the culture uh and and uh and the counterculture you know
01:50:51.460
i i think he's very lenny bruce myself he goes out and he's
01:51:03.740
quinn special on cnn no no it's great though oh it was so good but he jokes
01:51:10.520
about this on the special he said i know i don't know about you guys but i got
01:51:16.700
and he's you can see that he's trying and i think it was so effective of him to
01:51:22.860
try and get that on cnn because he's so kind of like me
01:51:27.280
yeah people who are listening to our show um what is this cnn thing that he just did
01:51:31.920
oh yeah cnn is a network what is this what is this cnn that she speaks i
01:51:40.740
remember years ago there being a news place are they still in business
01:51:49.660
yeah so he i think it was good of him to do that there because i feel like he's a
01:51:55.820
bit like and immediately you know he was getting getting piled on for saying such
01:52:00.980
blasphemous things it just amazes me how many people and this happens on both sides
01:52:07.220
we are not thinking we're not rooting ourselves in principles we're rooting
01:52:11.820
ourselves in tribes and so when that happens uh it's very easy just to drift
01:52:17.320
because you don't have any you don't have any navigation navigational stars to look
01:52:21.740
up to yeah and it's scary to not have a tribe when everybody is tribal yeah it's i understand
01:52:29.100
the appeal of tribes right and there is a well there's a reason there is you know through
01:52:34.440
like millions of years yeah no seriously you you're not going to make it if they kick you
01:52:40.320
out of the tribe you're going to get eaten by a dinosaur or a you know saber-toothed lion
01:52:44.900
and so you huddle together yeah and so when you're out and everybody else you see the
01:52:49.580
campfires at night and you're like you're just trying to spark a rock and you've never done it
01:52:53.700
before you're like i'm gonna get eaten tonight yeah tonight's the night i'm gone isn't jonah
01:52:58.800
goldberg the one who's always saying that you know tribalism is actually our more it's our default
01:53:04.000
it's kind of our our setting and that is the modern way we've been living is we're reverting actually
01:53:09.820
yes yes yeah i i definitely understand the i understand the instinct i have to always try to i it's
01:53:18.420
hard to and people like myself get attacked um you know for being like a dirty centrist or trying to
01:53:26.140
both sides everything and i think a lot what they underestimate is a lot of us are just trying to
01:53:32.060
figure it all out and then it's easy to when you're kind of taking hits from both sides it it is exhausting
01:53:40.400
and i can understand why it would the natural reaction would just be to like fall into a tribe
01:53:46.020
tribe and because well especially since there is no tribe in the middle there's no tribe and i don't
01:53:52.420
mean in the middle just for people who are like i don't i don't agree with either of you i don't
01:53:58.160
agree with everything correct from either of you correct right there are there are things that i could
01:54:02.820
pick and choose and go i yeah okay that makes sense and over here that makes sense um but i i'm not
01:54:08.560
allowed to have that conversation i'm not allowed to say well that piece makes sense but that piece what
01:54:15.400
they're saying here makes you know that that's that's true you're not allowed to have that and so
01:54:20.740
and both sides can become so militant i mean we've seen this with with uh some trump supporters
01:54:27.320
to where if you're not on fully the trump train like full mega yeah you're you're a dead person you
01:54:34.900
know they don't want to even talk to you and it's like what are you doing that's the same yeah what
01:54:39.500
are you doing that's what i was going to ask you too is that do you find that you have to um that
01:54:45.600
you get pushback if you say well oh maybe something you know when you call out the hypocrisy on the
01:54:51.460
right like when when you see everyone loves that yeah oh yeah it makes us very popular well i think
01:55:00.180
there's always been people who there's always been the people who just do talking points right that's
01:55:04.560
always been around and there's always been people who i think try to be thoughtful about what they're
01:55:09.040
doing and those people still exist today i i'm concerned that the thirst for that is is not
01:55:15.360
really around anymore like there's right there's not as much of a you know because i i always find
01:55:20.520
the person if i'm on twitter or i'm watching a show and the person is coming out i know what the issue
01:55:25.100
of the day is and if i can predict what they're going to say every single day there's no reason for
01:55:30.880
me to be there right right like there's no reason like i like going to hear someone say something
01:55:35.740
that's going to surprise me a little bit at least give me a little bit of a challenge in some way
01:55:39.380
like so however on the right uh it has been uh you're so alone usually in the right when the media
01:55:47.020
you're getting you know just hammered by the media especially before fox was around hammered by the media
01:55:54.420
and so you you really kind of listen to people over and over again who you know you knew exactly what
01:56:01.080
they were going to say right you did because there's nothing in your tank by the end of the
01:56:05.860
day yeah you know everything although i do think that it made the right better at new media because
01:56:12.460
you had to go to am radio you were basically yeah we have to be successful online yeah so there this
01:56:20.840
is where i think with um it just seems like the the left is a little trying to catch up a little bit
01:56:27.140
with the they which is so crazy losing yeah i know it's crazy because they were the ones silicon
01:56:33.240
valley they're the ones that have it we always felt like we were in the the dinosaur you know
01:56:38.760
dinosaur town and all of a sudden we're the ones that are good with memes we're the ones that are
01:56:45.000
i mean that's crazy we had tim you're winning the meme wars yeah well tim pool was on the other day
01:56:50.180
and he said that basically he's like yeah well i think you know i think that's the right is better at
01:56:54.100
the internet than the left and it's the same premise in michael malice's new book he has a lot of that
01:56:58.300
in there and it's like that to me is just like a stunning stunning statement like we are supposed
01:57:03.160
to be the ones that always lose those battles you know but it's because it's a wild west yes yeah
01:57:08.560
so you guys were like okay we can go stake our claim and do whatever we want and say whatever we
01:57:13.820
want and use it and when you have the mainstream media at your disposal you don't need to do that
01:57:19.600
right and and now we we left when i left even fox i mean one of the things we never said this at the
01:57:26.700
time but every day for a year i i looked at stew and i said we have got to get out of here this whole
01:57:32.660
thing meaning all media it's going to burn itself to the ground and i don't want to be a part of that
01:57:39.680
at all we started this you know way too early um but we we started this and it and it has it has um
01:57:50.240
you know it's put us in a pioneer sort of right position which you think who else was doing it it
01:57:57.400
was adam carolla but when we started doing this kind of when we started actually putting television
01:58:03.920
quality stuff it was major league baseball and i believe hbo was the only one that's doing it
01:58:11.960
uh-huh uh and there's a good reason for that it was called buffering
01:58:15.380
none of the freaking videos would load half the time oh yeah watch our big important special you're
01:58:21.260
not going to be able to watch it for a while yeah you'll get through it tell you what start
01:58:25.700
downloading it and then come back maybe wednesday and you'll be able to watch that special okay back
01:58:30.880
in just a second uh let me tell you about our uh sponsor this half hour it's simply safe simply
01:58:36.520

01:58:42.460
i'm just saying if you're living in the outskirts of portland you might want to consider it i'm just
01:58:46.840
saying uh simply safe system has the entry sensors the motion sensors glass break sensors they spent
01:58:52.940
like two years on the in their testing of glass break because there's a difference between the sound
01:58:57.740
of a glass that you drop in the kitchen and a window pane and uh you know when they first started
01:59:02.580
doing it it was like uh yeah you don't want to send for police every time you drop a plate uh in the
01:59:09.100
kitchen they have really thought all of this stuff uh through it is all wireless you own the system it is
01:59:17.080
really inexpensive you're going to be so i'm being frank with you if you've ever had home security
01:59:22.260
you're going to be so pissed off you were paying 50 bucks a month because of well you got to pay for
01:59:27.720
the home security when you see actually what it costs to build this stuff and what simply safe is
01:59:32.320
charging you're going to be a little pissed 15 off right now they've put a package together plus a free
01:59:38.620
hd camera complete the protection for your home all you have to do is go to simply safe beck.com

that's simply safe beck.com save 15 and get a free hd camera at simply safe beck.com
01:59:56.100
so in portland over the weekend journalist andy no was uh beaten he's in the hospital for a brain bleed
02:00:05.300
uh today the mainstream media doesn't seem to care about it uh in fact they're they're still
02:00:13.720
they're spraying him i guess it's silly string but they also sprayed him with uh some sort of splash
02:00:29.200
some sort of toxic chemical on him um that might have just been a mcdonald's milkshake i'm i'm not
02:00:37.200
sure with like quick drying cement or something yeah yeah it's quick dry cement what'd you say
02:00:44.020
oh they don't know that though i don't think i mean for sure yeah no it has been reported right
02:00:49.280
we don't know uh so this is going on and there was another guy that was beaten with a crowbar just an
02:01:00.380
old guy walking down the street they found out that he was conservative leaning i guess and uh that's
02:01:07.020
not good enough so they beat him with a crowbar would you rather be uh hit with the concrete shake
02:01:12.200
and attacked or be described by your employer as elfin which one would you prefer because andy no
02:01:17.760
in the quillette article about in his defense it says andy no is a elfin soft-spoken man what does
02:01:24.760
that i mean he's short and lovable and gives them to strange children at certain times of the year
02:01:30.820
that's that's not what it is it's a very weird description yeah look for him in your chimney
02:01:35.640
wait a minute what our uh our thoughts and our prayers which both actually count uh go out to uh
02:01:45.320
andy no and and we'll have more of this discussion uh later uh and back here on radio tomorrow
02:01:53.720
tonight five o'clock on blaze tv thank you this is the glenbeck program
