00:04:54.040 I, football and a little church in Indianapolis are responsible for my worldview.

00:05:04.240 I grew up in a little Baptist church in Indianapolis.

00:05:09.040 My grandmother and mother took me and my brother there.

00:05:15.360 And 25th Street Baptist Church in Indianapolis probably, you know, when I was a kid,

00:05:20.680 two, three hundred members, a little small church in the hood, enormous impact on my worldview.

00:05:29.880 Those seeds planted in me as a little child took root and have blossomed.

00:05:37.580 And really, even when I didn't know, or even when I didn't fully recognize the impact of my growing up in the church

00:05:47.100 and a biblical worldview and what kind of impact it had on me, it had an impact on me.

00:05:52.840 And so when I look back over my journalistic career, and again,

00:05:56.540 I went to Ball State University on a football scholarship and studied journalism.

00:06:05.520 And when I look at my journalism career that went from 1990 all the way,

00:06:13.560 I guess I quit being a journalist to some degree in 2010 when I left the Kansas City Star.

00:06:19.020 And I went more into the TV and Internet side of things and the broadcasting side of things.

00:06:25.040 And so I tend to think of myself, I still write columns, but I tend to think that, you know,

00:06:32.640 my journalism career kind of ended in 2010 when I left the Kansas City Star.

00:06:38.720 But when I look back at my journalistic career, I look and I see like, oh, my God,

00:06:47.200 my entire worldview is from the church and from football.

00:06:51.240 It's really not a political worldview.

00:06:56.380 I think things here have gotten so political and politics has invaded every space of America

00:07:05.200 that you have no choice but to talk about politics.

00:07:07.500 And so over the last 10 years, I have talked more politics.

00:07:11.760 But at the end of the day, football and the church are what drive me.

00:07:17.020 And so as a person that grew up in the sports world, I like to look at things

00:07:23.160 and explain life through the sports world.

00:07:28.060 And so a football coach or any coach will basically figure out a way to talk to his team every single day

00:07:40.980 about the same things, the elements, the disciplines, the behaviors that will lead the team to victory.

00:07:50.820 He's basically giving the exact same speech every day.

00:07:55.840 If we take these steps, we'll win this game, we'll win our conference, we'll win the national championship,

00:08:02.640 we'll win the state championship or whatever.

00:08:05.100 So he's saying the same thing.

00:08:08.660 His bottom line point every day is how can we win?

00:08:16.260 At the end of the day, every Sunday, every time they get up to speak, their bottom line point should be Jesus is the way.

00:08:26.900 Whatever problems you have, a better relationship with Jesus will fix them.

00:08:31.720 And so they just come up with clever ways to get to that same essential point time after time.

00:08:38.740 And so I really don't have anything brand new to say.

00:08:46.280 I'm just going to unpack it in a more clever way in hopes that if you miss my point the last time I talked about this, you'll get it now.

00:08:56.300 Maybe I'll unpack it in a way that connects with you.

00:08:58.640 And so today I'm going to combine what a coach and a minister does.

00:09:02.820 And what a coach does is basically he'll get up in front of his team and he'll tell his team what's at stake.

00:09:12.220 Like, hey, man, if we don't win this game, we're going to fall farther back from our opponents, our rivals within our division.

00:09:23.000 This is the only way to move ahead.

00:09:26.980 This is the only way we'll ever be the national champions, state champions, Big Ten champions, Big 12 champions, whatever.

00:09:37.040 He explains the stakes.

00:09:38.520 Then he starts talking about who the opponent is for that week.

00:09:42.700 For me, when I was at Ball State, oh, we're playing Western Michigan, that's the opponent, and here's our history with the opponent, here's what the opponent is about, here's, then all of a sudden he goes into a scouting report.

00:09:58.860 Here's what the opponent likes to do, here's the offense or the defense they run.

00:10:06.660 You guys need to understand who the opponent is, what their offense is, what their defense is, what their strategy is.

00:10:15.680 Then the coach may start talking about the site, where the game's going to be played.

00:10:22.480 If it's a place that's cold or a place that's windy or a place that has a rabid, loud fan base, the site is very important.

00:10:35.280 We got to travel this far, so we got to leave on this day, and the crowd's going to do X, Y, and Z, and they're going to try to distract you by saying these things, or there's going to be so much crowd noise that we need to develop hand signals.

00:10:51.860 And then the coach, after he explains you the stakes, the opponent, their scouting report, the site where it's going to be played, then he tells you, well, here's our game plan.

00:11:42.560 But the actual principles of sports, the competition, and how sports are used to make a better man and to teach people how to get along despite their differences, their racial differences, their economic differences.

00:15:40.040 And at first people didn't believe me when I started talking about like,

00:15:52.000 they're reprogramming us.

00:15:56.160 They are in control of the American media and public conversation.

00:16:08.840 And I started really talking about this in depth in 2016 when the Colin Kaepernick

00:16:18.020 thing took off, but I had been talking about it before 2016,

00:16:24.200 but I really honed in on it during the Colin Kaepernick thing.

00:16:28.560 When Colin Kaepernick first took a knee in the national football league,

00:16:34.680 all under the pretense that, you know, police brutality was out of control and he's not going

00:16:42.260 to stand for a national anthem that, uh, celebrates a country that oppresses black people or people

00:16:51.500 of color.

00:16:52.080 And it was all based on that.

00:16:57.000 The police were just out randomly killing black people.

00:17:01.080 And I can remember I was at the time I was working for Fox sports and I put out a video

00:17:06.080 or I said on my, on the show that like Colin Kaepernick lives in this social media world,

00:17:15.200 in this social media matrix where the truth is non-existent and the truth is whatever a Silicon

00:17:26.220 Twitter to Silicon Valley Twitter algorithm says is the truth.

00:17:32.980 And so if everybody over Twitter, which again, about 10% of Americans are on Twitter, but a hundred

00:17:42.100 percent of the media is basically on Twitter.

00:17:45.820 And so this lie that the police are just out randomly killing black men.

00:17:51.960 And there's this pandemic of black men being killed, uh, by the police.

00:17:58.880 That was the first pandemic supported by social media and Twitter and Facebook that the virus

00:18:10.640 police killing, the Omicron variant, police killing black men.

00:18:17.980 That's where this lie got supported, promoted, propagandized.

00:18:25.740 And I just thought, well, hold on, man.

00:18:28.600 I grew up in the hood.

00:18:32.740 I, I, I, my dad's business was in the hood and I've been black all of my life and there

00:18:44.740 is no, uh, pandemic.

00:18:47.900 There is no wild uncontained virus of police killing black men randomly.

00:18:55.580 There are individual isolated incidents, but there's no pandemic.

00:19:02.260 The numbers, the facts just don't state that, but because Twitter kept throwing it in our

00:19:10.640 face, in the media's face day after day after day, and that you couldn't, you could get retweets

00:19:17.060 and likes and follows by pretending that, Oh my God, black man just isn't safe in America,

00:19:25.200 uh, going outside because the police may kill them.

00:19:29.100 Twitter fostered this lie, supported this lie.

00:19:32.480 And the next thing you know, everybody has bought in to this lie.

00:19:40.820 Everybody has bought into this lie.

00:19:43.320 And so that's when I started saying like, Silicon Valley is the enemy.

00:19:51.440 They're the promoter of lies.

00:19:54.900 They're the group that can convince America and Americans of anything. 0.61

00:20:07.280 If we can convince you and get enough people, enough algorithms to like retweet all of the

00:20:33.340 Big tech in bed with the left has convinced the left.

00:20:38.560 And this started with Obama, that their social media apps can control public opinion and can

00:20:51.740 And that it's now we're seeing it, the same system, the same strategy they use to convince

00:20:59.660 all of America that there was a pandemic of police just out wildly killing black men is

00:21:05.260 the same strategy that they're using to convince us that COVID is just running wild.

00:21:14.080 And it's the most dangerous threat on the planet.

00:21:18.440 And we must have mandates and we must wear masks and we must not allow kids to deal with 1.00

00:21:26.080 And we must take all these extreme steps to stop COVID.

00:24:13.720 And so today I'm trying to explain these problems through a sports analogy.

00:24:20.500 I'm trying to be like a coach that explains to you this, what's at stake, who the opponent

00:24:25.700 is, a scouting report, uh, on the opponent, where the game is, where the culture war is

00:24:32.680 being fought and then a game plan for us to win.

00:24:36.320 How do we get back in this game and win?

00:24:39.020 And I'm still talking about our opponent because, you know, I think that people now

00:24:47.740 have a better understanding of who our opponent is here, at least here domestically, I think

00:24:53.420 internationally, I think most people understand that, you know, China is financing a lot of

00:24:59.220 the chaos and dysfunction, uh, going on in America.

00:25:03.000 America, but if we had our home team together, if everybody playing here in America, if we

00:25:15.620 were all on the same team, we'd have no problem thwarting China. 0.94

00:25:32.600 And so I want to go a little bit further in, in depth on who is selling us out here at home

00:25:52.580 Now, the opponent I like to call the 49ers, I'm not talking about the San Francisco 49ers,

00:26:05.280 but I am talking about the San Francisco 49ers.

00:26:07.980 I'm not talking about the NFL team.

00:26:11.340 The San Francisco 49ers got their nickname because of the gold rush of 1849.

00:26:18.000 I believe it started actually in 1848 and then it swept or it became more popular in 1849.

00:26:26.860 And that's when Northern California became a thing, became a, a, an important destination,

00:26:36.120 location, a spot in America, the gold rush of 1849.

00:26:43.440 And I don't think people understand all the ramifications of the gold rush in 1849.

00:26:50.140 And I've talked about this in, in speeches that I've been giving recently.

00:26:56.460 I've been talking about Silicon Valley, Northern California, and its history that again, I'm not

00:27:05.900 making it up.

00:27:06.780 I'm taking it from exactly what people in Northern California have written and stated and what

00:27:15.180 the facts are.

00:27:16.880 And so in the 1840s when, and 1850s, when gold was discovered in Northern California, men from

00:27:27.560 across America abandoned their homes and, uh, uh, I was going to say flew, uh, wagoned and took

00:27:40.720 boats and descended upon Northern California.

00:27:46.860 Men left their families, left their wives, left their girlfriends, and all went to Northern 0.82

00:27:56.280 California looking for gold, looking to become instant millionaires, looking to get rich, greed

00:28:05.200 and desperation for money made them transport themselves from all over America and the East,

00:28:16.040 the Midwest where, and all come to Northern California looking for instant riches.

00:28:22.960 And so at one time in search of gold, and you go look it up, this isn't some history I'm

00:28:33.580 making up.

00:28:34.100 These are just the facts.

00:28:36.160 At one point, I believe 93% of San Francisco's population was men.

00:28:45.980 During the gold rush, 93% of San Francisco's population, Northern California's population, men, men in

00:29:01.400 search of gold and riches.

00:29:04.680 That is why I'm not making it up.

00:29:08.060 You can go look it up for yourself, but cross-dressing and homosexuality took root in Northern California 0.99

00:29:21.180 When 93% of your population is men, that's what's going to happen. 1.00

00:29:52.200 And so Northern California has been rooted in greed and the LGBT movement almost from its 1.00

00:30:05.800 invention, certainly, uh, its popularity and its, its population growth can all be attributed

00:30:18.060 to the gold rush.

00:30:19.320 And that population growth initially was basically all men.

00:30:26.780 I was in a conversation, um, this week about church planting and, and, uh, a minister, seasoned

00:30:39.680 minister told me that in order to establish a strong identity for a church and to get the

00:30:47.680 roots, right?

00:30:48.320 The first 10 members will tell you what the next hundred members will be like.

00:30:56.020 And the first hundred members will tell you what a thousand members will look like.

00:31:03.720 And so when Northern California becomes a thing and becomes a widely populated area in New York,

00:31:12.820 I mean, in the United States, it's founded by 93% men, things are not balanced there.

00:31:24.460 And so the LGBTQ movement and greed took root in Northern California during the gold rush period. 1.00

00:31:37.320 The people who actually got rich during the gold rush were not the miners looking for gold.

00:31:48.240 It was the clever businessmen who overcharged the miners for the tools that they would need

00:31:57.180 in order to mine gold.

00:31:59.020 Minors, very few miners struck it rich or struck it rich in a way that was long lasting, but

00:32:10.880 clever businessmen who served the desperate miners got very rich, got generational, got generational

00:32:18.680 wealth.

00:32:19.120 And so Northern California, greed, LGBTQ, and then when you toss in Northern California's 1.00

00:32:34.020 later history, Black Panther Party founded in Marxism, Marxism, LGBTQ, and greed. 0.59

00:32:49.120 Have been at the center of Northern California from its near inception.

00:32:57.320 And so now here in 2020, we're looking at an area through big tech that's imposing Northern

00:33:09.400 California's values on the rest of America.

00:33:13.300 We went, the media went from catering to New York and the New York liberal to now the entire

00:33:25.260 media is obsessed with clicks and going viral and the internet and being relevant on Google
