00:00:25.160 Visit flyporter.com and actually enjoy economy.
00:00:30.000 You know, owning a dog is a lot of responsibility.
00:00:32.940 And taking care of their basic needs isn't always as simple as it might seem.
00:00:37.100 So if you're feeding your dog kibble food, for instance, you're not really giving them the level of nutrition that they really need to lead a happy and healthy life.
00:00:46.760 Kibble food, unfortunately, has had all the most important nutrients, you know, all the living stuff burned out of it in the process of, you know, making it so that it has a three-year shelf life.
00:01:00.680 This is why you should give your dog Rough Greens.
00:01:03.700 Rough Greens isn't dog food, but it's a supplement that you sprinkle on top of the dog's food.
00:01:08.360 It's crafted by a neuropathic Dr. Dennis Black, and it's full of vitamins, minerals, probiotics, antioxidants, you name it.
00:01:15.860 If it's good for your dog, it's probably in Rough Greens.
00:01:19.480 It's awesome.
00:01:20.360 My dog won't eat her food without Rough Greens sprinkled on top.
00:01:24.160 They absolutely love it.
00:01:25.220 It's like doggy crack.
00:01:26.280 Just go to roughgreens.com slash back or call 833-GLENN33.
00:01:31.580 That's 833-G-L-E-N-N-33.
00:01:35.240 Thank you.
00:01:56.280 Welcome to the Fusion of Entertainment and Enlightenment.
00:02:17.920 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:22.220 Oh, what a big day yesterday was.
00:02:27.940 Man, a lot of things happened.
00:02:30.160 Glenn and I yesterday talked about, by the way, Pat and Jeffy today for Glenn, who's out because of family issues today.
00:02:38.260 So hopefully he's back on Monday.
00:02:41.400 Tomorrow's his birthday.
00:02:43.380 We may have something to say about that today.
00:02:45.300 But there is a lot going on, and it all starts with the Supreme Court decision on Donald Trump being either on or off the ballot in Colorado and many other states.
00:02:58.600 We'll get into that and some of the things said yesterday.
00:03:02.240 It's amazing.
00:03:04.100 And much more in one minute.
00:03:06.400 Unfortunately, our trade relationship with China is not good.
00:03:14.740 It's a joke.
00:03:15.960 We grant China open access to the American market basically for free, and they don't return that favor.
00:03:22.520 Surprisingly, 97% of clothing we buy is made overseas, and a lot of that is in China.
00:03:28.480 And it used to be almost the exact opposite.
00:03:31.360 There was a time when we made almost everything we wear.
00:03:37.360 But there's a company that's doing something about it.
00:03:40.760 American Giant.
00:03:41.960 13 years ago, American Giant rescued a clothing factory in North Carolina that was about to shut down.
00:03:47.400 Jobs were saved, and more have been created.
00:03:50.400 So much goodness comes from hard work.
00:03:53.420 American workers making quality American clothing with American-grown cotton.
00:03:57.420 American Giant makes the best hoodie you'll ever own and so much other great clothing.
00:04:03.780 And when you do business with American Giant, the money stays right here in the United States of America, where it belongs.
00:04:10.880 So go to American-Giant.com slash Glenn today.
00:04:17.160 American-Giant.com slash Glenn.
00:04:21.560 And you'll see what I mean.
00:04:23.240 Use Glenn's name and get 20% off your first order.
00:04:25.860 Buy American today at AmericanGiant.com slash Glenn.
00:04:30.240 Sorry, Chyna.
00:04:31.740 Chyna, you've woken an American Giant.
00:04:38.920 All right.
00:04:39.940 So, Pat and Jeffrey for Glenn.
00:04:42.120 The Supreme Court hearing on the Trump case is going on.
00:04:46.980 They heard the arguments yesterday from the lawyers.
00:04:51.860 And I don't know that either side's lawyers were good, necessarily.
00:04:57.820 I don't know that they were either.
00:04:59.220 Plus, you know, you talked about this as it got started yesterday, yesterday morning.
00:05:03.700 Seems like it was a year ago.
00:05:06.300 A lifetime ago, doesn't it?
00:05:07.640 It really does.
00:05:09.180 That's how much stuff happened yesterday.
00:05:11.120 We got the Biden speech that we're going to get to later on that is just incredible.
00:05:15.580 Plus, the Tucker Carlson interview with Vladimir Putin, which is interesting as well.
00:05:20.720 That is interesting.
00:05:21.400 But this Supreme Court case is gigantic because I think our entire system teeters on the brink of the decision here.
00:05:29.680 It really does.
00:05:31.120 If they decide that Donald Trump can just be removed from the ballot because he's been somebody mentioned?
00:05:41.440 Yeah.
00:05:41.800 No.
00:05:42.300 That he participated in an insurrection.
00:05:45.140 Hasn't been charged or convicted with the insurrection at all.
00:05:49.620 There's been no trial.
00:05:51.400 In fact, he's not charged with insurrection anywhere.
00:05:55.360 But some dingleberry in Colorado, he's an insurrectionist.
00:05:59.220 Where are you getting that?
00:06:00.440 Okay.
00:06:00.920 Just because you think he is, you're going to take him off the ballot?
00:06:03.880 You can't do that in America.
00:06:05.640 You can't do that.
00:06:07.180 What about, I don't know, due process?
00:06:09.020 What about the assumption of innocence?
00:06:11.500 Jeez.
00:06:12.620 It's really incredible.
00:06:13.920 Both sides, however, seem to be just accepting the premise that there has been an insurrection here.
00:06:21.760 Which I don't understand.
00:06:22.700 I don't get it at all.
00:06:24.040 And if I were on Trump's law team, I would be talking about the fact that he's not an insurrectionist.
00:06:34.700 Can we pause for just a moment and realize that this is not the case?
00:06:38.300 Right.
00:06:38.500 A, he didn't participate in an insurrection.
00:06:42.800 B, there was no insurrection.
00:06:45.660 Thank you.
00:06:46.720 That might even be A.
00:06:48.000 Yeah, that might be A.
00:06:49.380 Yeah.
00:06:49.920 Maybe that should be A.
00:06:51.060 There was no insurrection, and he didn't participate in one.
00:06:55.500 And doesn't that end it right there?
00:06:57.180 I mean, you've got no basis then.
00:06:59.380 You've got no premise for going forward with removing him from the ballot.
00:07:03.080 Except the fact that you want him removed from the ballot.
00:07:06.420 And that's what's going on in Colorado and Maine and several other places where they're trying to get this done.
00:07:13.220 And if it's allowed to happen, that, I mean, we're hanging by a thread here.
00:07:20.060 Our Constitution is hanging by a thread.
00:07:23.800 How about this really simple solution?
00:07:26.360 Put him on the ballot.
00:07:27.720 Let the people of Colorado decide.
00:07:30.000 Wait.
00:07:30.640 Yeah.
00:07:30.980 You just put him on the ballot, and then if Coloradans believe that he somehow participated in an insurrection, they don't have to vote for him.
00:07:42.560 What a concept, huh?
00:07:44.120 That's weird.
00:07:45.080 Let the voters decide.
00:07:46.200 I thought this was democracy.
00:07:48.100 Yeah.
00:07:50.060 Right?
00:07:50.620 Yes.
00:07:51.080 Don't we hear that every day all day?
00:07:52.380 That's why we have to preserve our great democracy.
00:07:54.940 Yes.
00:07:55.420 That we don't actually have.
00:07:57.040 But, okay, let's give you the point.
00:08:00.020 Okay, it's a democracy.
00:08:01.460 Let's vote on it then.
00:08:04.480 What are you afraid of?
00:08:06.340 What are you afraid of?
00:08:07.720 You love democracy so much.
00:08:09.360 Well, okay.
00:08:10.180 Let democracy reign here.
00:08:12.980 And let's let there be a vote.
00:08:16.000 So, it's unconscionable that this is going on right now.
00:08:21.180 Um, but, uh, there were some, there were some amazing things said yesterday.
00:08:29.040 Some of the things came directly from the Supreme Court justices themselves.
00:08:33.560 Which was, which was fascinating.
00:08:35.320 Uh, you know, I, I, I, I, I'm, I'm nervous at the outcome of this though.
00:08:39.560 You know, I, I mean, I, I feel like there's no way that he can lose.
00:08:43.140 He can lose.
00:08:43.820 That's what I feel like.
00:08:44.660 And that's usually when we're surprised.
00:08:46.600 Uh, when it seems so logical that there's no other way to go, that's when it goes another
00:08:52.740 way.
00:08:53.100 It should be 13 and 0.
00:08:54.740 Oh, wait, we only have 9.
00:08:56.100 9 and 0.
00:08:57.200 Mm-hmm.
00:08:57.560 Uh, right now, no, we're not doing this.
00:08:59.420 Have a nice day.
00:09:00.380 I can't imagine this in favor of Trump any less than 8 to 1.
00:09:04.980 It should be at least 8 to 1, if not unanimous 9-0.
00:09:08.540 I don't even want that.
00:09:09.240 But, uh, okay.
00:09:10.380 I know.
00:09:10.880 9-0 should be, should be the ruling here.
00:09:13.720 But we'll see.
00:09:15.380 Uh, so, just.
00:09:16.600 Justice Kavanaugh, uh, had some interesting things to say to Colorado attorney, Jason
00:09:22.180 Murray.
00:09:23.160 He had the opportunity to call witnesses remotely.
00:09:25.920 He didn't use all of his time at trial.
00:09:28.280 There was ample process here.
00:09:30.120 And this is how ballot access determinations in election cases are decided all the time.
00:09:34.560 Okay.
00:09:35.200 Uh, second question.
00:09:36.520 Some of the rhetoric of your position, I don't think it is your position, but some of the
00:09:40.080 rhetoric of your position seems to suggest unless the states can do this, no one can prevent
00:09:45.820 insurrectionists from holding federal office.
00:09:48.540 But obviously Congress has enacted statutes, uh, including one still in effect, section
00:09:54.780 2383 of title 18 prohibits insurrection.
00:09:58.660 It's a federal criminal statute.
00:10:00.260 And if you're convicted of that, you are, it says, shall be disqualified from holding any
00:10:06.380 office.
00:10:07.300 And so there is a federal statute on the books, but, um, President Trump has not been charged
00:10:12.300 with that.
00:10:13.040 So what do you make of that?
00:10:15.200 Yeah.
00:10:15.520 What do you make of that?
00:10:17.540 What do you make of the fact that what you're accusing him of, he hasn't even been charged
00:10:23.040 with.
00:10:23.500 So what are you doing here?
00:10:25.500 What do you make of that?
00:10:26.360 What do you, what do you, it's a great question.
00:10:30.280 What do you make of that?
00:10:31.380 What do you make of that?
00:10:32.360 Uh, well, your honor, I make that we shouldn't even be here in the first place.
00:10:37.000 This is really specious and ridiculous.
00:10:39.540 I mean, that should be Trump's lawyers.
00:10:41.120 Should be.
00:10:42.040 Yeah, it absolutely should be.
00:10:43.440 I don't understand the fact that they're not doing that.
00:10:45.920 I don't get that.
00:10:47.080 I don't know.
00:10:47.460 How have you granted them?
00:10:48.680 Um, okay, yeah, he participated in an insurrection, but he should still be on the ballot.
00:10:54.340 Well, okay, no, he should be on the ballot, but he didn't participate in an insurrection.
00:11:01.940 Uh, them not, uh, doing that.
00:11:04.700 What do you make of that?
00:11:07.100 I make negligence of that.
00:11:09.520 I think it's negligence because this should have been dismissed.
00:11:12.680 I agreed.
00:11:14.680 Crazy.
00:11:15.160 So, even the liberal judges, uh, were making some interesting points, seemingly on behalf
00:11:23.320 of Donald Trump and his case.
00:11:25.380 Uh, here's Justice Elena Kagan yesterday.
00:11:28.920 Why should a single state have the ability to make this determination not only for their
00:11:35.300 own citizens, but for the rest of the nation?
00:11:38.040 Because Article 2 gives them the power to appoint their own electors as they see fit, but if they're
00:11:44.180 going to use a federal constitutional qualification as a ballot access determinant, then it's
00:11:50.220 creating a federal constitutional question that then this court decides.
00:11:54.560 And other courts, other states, if this court affirms the decision below, determining that
00:11:59.180 President Trump is ineligible to be president, other states would still have to determine
00:12:03.540 what effect that would have on their own state's law.
00:12:06.760 Hmm.
00:12:07.540 What's your read of the question and the answer?
00:12:09.520 What's your read?
00:12:10.560 Jonathan Turley.
00:12:11.420 Well, I think that the advocates for disqualification probably expected a cold reception, but this
00:12:19.520 was perfectly glacial.
00:12:21.160 I mean, the problem for Jason Murray is that his toughest questions came from the left of
00:12:27.640 the court.
00:12:28.120 Many people have been saying how the conservatives are going to sandbag this entire appeal and
00:12:34.620 how they have to look deeply within themselves.
00:12:36.740 Many of the toughest questions were coming from Justice Jackson and Justice Kagan.
00:12:43.220 And Justice Jackson notably kept on raising this first question, which is perhaps the
00:12:50.080 presidency is just not covered by this provision.
00:12:53.980 And she has always taken a particular interest in the 14th Amendment and had said, you know,
00:12:59.640 it's plausible that he was not.
00:13:01.740 And some of the other justices raised the fact that the 14th Amendment was designed to take
00:13:06.320 power away from the states.
00:13:08.600 And yet, as Chief Justice Roberts said, you are curiously finding that there's a provision
00:13:14.960 here that radically expands that power.
00:13:17.800 Interesting.
00:13:18.420 It is.
00:13:18.900 It's a great point.
00:13:20.580 And yeah, even the liberal justices seem to have an issue with this.
00:13:25.980 For now.
00:13:26.460 Yeah.
00:13:26.760 For now.
00:13:27.480 Right.
00:13:28.120 How will they rule?
00:13:29.580 Who knows?
00:13:30.720 Who knows?
00:13:31.180 They'll probably surprise the heck out of us and we'll lose the decision five to four.
00:13:35.500 But that should not happen.
00:13:38.400 Oh, no.
00:13:38.620 Please.
00:13:38.820 Should not happen.
00:13:39.940 I don't even like those words out there.
00:13:42.240 But you just never know what John Roberts is going to do.
00:13:46.100 You never know.
00:13:47.420 He's pretty unpredictable.
00:13:48.680 What do you make of that?
00:13:50.200 I make that he was the wrong decision for Supreme Court justice by George W. Bush.
00:13:55.100 That's what I make of it.
00:13:58.360 Donald Trump reacted to the Supreme Court hearing.
00:14:00.520 Here's what he had to say about it.
00:14:02.480 So I just say that in watching the Supreme Court today, I thought it was very, it's a very beautiful process.
00:14:11.600 I hope that democracy in this country will continue because right now we have a very, very tough situation with all of the radical left ideas with the weaponization of politics.
00:14:25.720 They weaponized it like it's never been weaponized before.
00:14:28.960 It's totally illegal, but they do it anyway.
00:14:31.960 Right.
00:14:32.340 And it has to stop.
00:14:33.800 Yes.
00:14:34.060 Every one of the court cases that I'm involved, every single one, civil, whether it's the attorney generals or the district attorneys.
00:14:40.940 If you look at Fonny in Georgia, they had many meetings with the White House and with the DOJ.
00:14:50.100 They went there, eight-hour meetings.
00:14:52.100 That was all staged.
00:14:53.120 That was a phony hoax.
00:14:54.900 And now you look at it and it is a phony hoax.
00:14:57.340 And hopefully that case will be dismissed in short order.
00:15:00.160 It's a disgrace to this country.
00:15:02.620 Yes, it is.
00:15:03.100 But they work together with the Justice Department and the White House.
00:15:05.780 Oh, man.
00:15:06.380 And you're not supposed to do that.
00:15:08.680 Every one of these cases you see comes out of the White House.
00:15:11.800 It comes out of Biden.
00:15:13.380 It's election interference.
00:15:14.900 And it's really very sad.
00:15:16.980 I thought the presentation today was a very good one.
00:15:20.840 I think it was well received.
00:15:22.460 I hope it was well received.
00:15:24.460 You have millions of people that are out there wanting to vote.
00:15:27.580 And they happen to want to vote for me or the Republican Party or whatever you want to,
00:15:32.460 however you want to phrase it.
00:15:33.940 Okay.
00:15:34.540 But I'm the one running.
00:15:35.680 And we are leading in every poll.
00:15:37.440 We're leading in the local polls, in the state polls.
00:15:41.580 And we're leading in the swing state polls.
00:15:43.740 Right.
00:15:44.180 And we're leading very big in the national polls.
00:15:46.460 Very big.
00:15:47.280 So it's been a very great honor.
00:15:48.980 We love the country.
00:15:50.480 Okay.
00:15:51.280 So there you go.
00:15:52.700 And he's right about that.
00:15:53.880 Absolutely he is.
00:15:54.740 He is leading in the polls.
00:15:55.960 Because they are trying to shut down democracy, which they claim to love and cherish so much.
00:16:03.320 And they are the ones trying to repress it.
00:16:05.640 They are the ones trying to, who are acting like fascists and taking away our choice here.
00:16:11.820 It's unbelievable.
00:16:12.520 It's almost as if they are fascists.
00:16:15.220 It's almost like that, isn't it?
00:16:16.980 Yeah.
00:16:17.220 It is.
00:16:17.600 It really is.
00:16:18.740 It's almost like that.
00:16:19.520 It's also almost like everything they accuse the right of, they are doing.
00:16:25.080 Like they are the ones who are perpetrating all of this stuff.
00:16:28.360 And so they accuse the right of it.
00:16:31.340 Amazing.
00:16:32.260 It's why they've been on his case since 2020 after the election.
00:16:36.720 I mean, even before.
00:16:38.260 Really?
00:16:38.560 Even before.
00:16:39.300 Yeah.
00:16:39.580 I mean, it was amazing, the hatred for this guy.

00:18:19.240 Station ID.
00:18:19.700 All right.
00:18:32.280 Welcome.
00:18:33.300 Can't wait to get into the Joe Biden stuff from yesterday as well.
00:18:38.120 Make you proud.
00:18:39.180 Make you proud.
00:18:40.080 That he's our president.
00:18:40.960 Absolutely.
00:18:41.700 Our commander in chief.
00:18:43.240 Thank you.
00:18:43.620 Yes, you'll be bursting with pride when you hear what he had to say yesterday.
00:18:48.040 I mean, everybody knew he wasn't going to be charged with anything with this classified
00:18:52.000 document scandal, right?
00:18:53.720 Yeah.
00:18:53.860 Now, Donald Trump will be, of course, but not Joe Biden.
00:18:57.620 Well, he's an insurrectionist.
00:18:58.800 Thank you.
00:19:00.140 It had to be said, Jeffy.
00:19:02.160 So thank you for saying it.
00:19:03.280 But as far as Joe Biden, they just, what they basically said was, yeah, he's too old.
00:19:11.220 So his memory's really bad.
00:19:13.500 Yeah.
00:19:13.800 So we're not going to, we're not going to put him through it.
00:19:15.680 Yeah, he broke the law.
00:19:16.820 Yes, he did.
00:19:18.280 Sure.
00:19:18.500 Sure, he broke the law and he intentionally deceived us, but.
00:19:21.940 He's super old.
00:19:23.800 So his memory's not great.
00:19:26.740 In fact, it's not good at all.
00:19:28.900 In fact, he shouldn't be president of the United States.
00:19:31.960 They did everything but that.
00:19:33.880 They came pretty close to that.
00:19:35.020 Yes, they did.
00:19:35.740 They really did.
00:19:37.440 As far as the Supreme Court yesterday questioning the Colorado attorneys, pretty amazing.
00:19:44.640 Pretty amazing that it looks like Donald Trump's going to be in the clear on this and he's
00:19:49.540 going to be back on the ballot in Colorado.
00:19:51.900 I'd be stunned if he doesn't win this case.
00:19:55.260 And then hopefully that will have, now everybody's saying that they're going to make this a narrow
00:19:59.740 ruling so it doesn't affect other states.
00:20:01.960 But it should, it should affect every state.
00:20:05.020 Yes.
00:20:05.380 This should be broad enough to affect Maine.
00:20:09.380 Yes.
00:20:09.880 Who's doing the same thing.
00:20:11.060 And anybody else considering taking Donald Trump off the ballot.
00:20:15.960 Any name off the ballot.
00:20:17.600 Yes.
00:20:18.680 Yes.
00:20:19.160 One of the attorneys asked, well, look, what happens if other states decide to do what
00:20:26.380 you've tried to do here and they take off, say, Joe Biden from the ballot?
00:20:33.540 What if they just remove Joe Biden as retaliation?
00:20:36.760 And the attorney's response was, well, we just have to have faith in the process.
00:20:43.340 Wait.
00:20:44.340 Wait, you got to have faith in the process?
00:20:46.380 What, that only Democrats are trying to steal the election?
00:20:50.220 Is that what?
00:20:50.660 Yeah.
00:20:51.140 Republicans wouldn't do that.
00:20:52.280 We just have to have faith Republicans won't try it.
00:20:54.860 Oh.
00:20:56.060 Okay.
00:20:56.780 Probably wouldn't.
00:20:58.060 No, they wouldn't.
00:20:59.900 No, of course they would not.
00:21:02.360 So, that's kind of where we are now.
00:21:05.180 And I don't know, I think most experts assume that this is going to happen fairly quickly,
00:21:11.940 that we'll get the verdict soon.
00:21:13.340 I mean, it has to.
00:21:14.180 Because it has to.
00:21:14.780 They have to decide.
00:21:15.680 And with what we heard yesterday, it certainly appears like we're just going to, let's get
00:21:25.460 this thing over with.
00:21:26.660 And how about no?
00:21:28.120 Yeah.
00:21:28.280 It's not going to happen.
00:21:28.960 It does appear that way.
00:21:30.380 So, we'll hope and pray that it does turn out to be that way.
00:21:33.740 And I hope it's not narrow.
00:21:34.880 I mean, I hope that they realize that they need to hear it fast, decide fast, and make
00:21:40.760 it so it's just not going to happen.
00:21:42.120 Yeah.
00:21:42.360 And so, we don't have to go through this with every step on it.
00:21:44.540 Yes.
00:21:44.800 With every single state along the way.
00:21:47.180 That'd be ridiculous.
00:21:49.180 And we've got Super Tuesday coming up.
00:21:50.620 I'm going to waste of everyone's time and money.
00:21:53.140 Mm-hmm.
00:21:53.320 Another Supreme Court ruling may have to come pretty quickly as well.
00:21:59.380 Hawaii's state Supreme Court just ruled yesterday that there's no individual right to bear arms.
00:22:07.900 Oh, okay.
00:22:09.660 There's another constitutional right that is being removed from U.S. citizens.
00:22:17.100 Incredible.
00:22:17.300 Well, how about we just remove Hawaii and we don't have to worry about it?
00:22:22.060 Well, where would you vacation then?
00:22:24.360 You know?
00:22:24.560 You can still vacation there.
00:22:25.700 They're just not part of the U.S.
00:22:26.900 Right.
00:22:27.580 Right.
00:22:28.060 That could happen.
00:22:29.160 It could happen.
00:22:29.880 But we've already decided this.
00:22:33.040 There was the 2008 case, D.C. v. Heller, which, you know, we've referenced the Heller case a million times,
00:22:40.720 where the U.S. Supreme Court explicitly recognized the Second Amendment does protect an individual's right to arms.
00:22:48.100 Huh.
00:22:48.720 Hmm.
00:22:49.520 So, how are they getting around that?
00:22:51.380 I don't know.
00:22:52.240 But that's going to have to go to the U.S. Supreme Court, too.
00:22:54.780 I can't stop with that.
00:22:57.020 There's going to be a lot of people.
00:22:59.880 Up in arms over that in Hawaii.
00:23:04.000 Pun intended.
00:23:05.560 All right.
00:23:06.780 More Pat and Stu for Glenn.
00:23:08.560 Coming up on the Glenn Beck Program.
00:23:10.500 Stand up.
00:23:12.500 Glenn Beck.
00:23:15.520 You know, if you've ever had even an ounce of gun training, you know the old rule.
00:23:23.320 If you're going to shoot, shoot to kill.
00:23:25.420 Our president, who's famously unaware of that rule, decided that you should just go out and shoot a shotgun in the air and that'll scare off all.
00:23:35.760 All who might mean you harm.
00:23:38.380 Remember that?
00:23:39.780 Completely unaware of the rule.
00:23:42.160 Don't do that.
00:23:43.640 Plus, it's illegal.
00:23:44.500 Anyway, what do you do when an emergency situation calls for action on your part, but maybe doesn't call for you to shoot to kill?
00:23:52.000 I know I wouldn't want to kill anybody.
00:23:54.800 The Berna launcher.
00:23:56.800 Gled has it, and it's a great complement to his firearms.
00:24:00.200 There are situations where less lethal is the way to go, and Berna is the best alternative to deadly force.
00:24:05.940 It fires powerful deterrents like tear gas and kinetic rounds.
00:24:11.720 Government agencies and police departments all over the country rely on Berna every single day as their go-to less lethal option.
00:24:18.340 It works for them.
00:24:19.500 It'll work for you, too.

00:24:35.940 Last night, there was the big caucus in Nevada that took place.
00:24:45.980 Also, the U.S. Virgin Islands held their caucus primary thing, whatever it was.
00:24:53.820 And Donald Trump squeaked out a victory.
00:24:58.060 Really?
00:24:58.380 Yeah.
00:24:59.020 In Nevada?
00:25:00.900 It was Trump winning 99% of the vote.
00:25:06.460 Really?
00:25:07.360 99 to 1.
00:25:09.280 So he didn't get it all.
00:25:10.220 He didn't get it all.
00:25:11.200 He did not get 100%.
00:25:12.540 A bit disappointing victory.
00:25:13.660 Yeah.
00:25:14.200 I think he's really bummed about it.
00:25:15.840 And so, Ryan Binkley was the competition.
00:25:20.480 And I'm a little shocked.
00:25:22.840 Ryan didn't put up a better fight than that.
00:25:24.420 You usually throw out the record books when Ryan Binkley and Donald Trump battle it out.
00:25:28.460 That's right.
00:25:30.440 I'm not sure how many record books there are featuring the two of them.
00:25:35.580 But you throw them out anyway.
00:25:36.520 You throw them out.
00:25:37.000 Yeah.
00:25:37.340 You throw all the ones that exist out.
00:25:41.620 I thought maybe Ryan would be able to pull out more than 1%, though.
00:25:45.140 But no.
00:25:45.440 I thought maybe like 1.8?
00:25:46.780 No.
00:25:47.120 No.
00:25:48.440 No.
00:25:48.880 99 to 1 in the Nevada caucus.
00:25:52.440 Now, people might be thinking, what happened?
00:25:54.260 Where did Nikki Haley finish in that?
00:25:56.960 She wasn't in the caucus.
00:25:58.420 She was part of the primary.
00:26:00.500 What do you make of that?
00:26:02.140 Very strange.
00:26:04.000 Weird situation.
00:26:04.860 She called it rigged.
00:26:07.200 I think the Trump people fought hard for a caucus and got it.
00:26:12.240 But then there was another element of the party that wanted the primary.
00:26:15.920 And so they split it.
00:26:16.720 The whole thing split up.
00:26:17.520 And it turned out Nikki Haley and Mike Pence were in the primary.
00:26:22.840 And neither of them won.
00:26:24.660 That went to none of the candidates.
00:26:27.020 Oh, yeah.
00:26:27.400 None won.
00:26:28.080 None won.
00:26:28.700 Yeah, none won.
00:26:30.500 60.
00:26:31.380 It was something like 63 to 31%.
00:26:33.900 Very close to that.
00:26:35.420 And then in the caucus, it was just Trump and Binkley.
00:26:39.000 And, of course, that was 99 to 1.
00:26:41.020 Then in the U.S. Virgin Islands, he had another big fat win where he defeated Haley about 74 to 26%.
00:26:51.160 Wow.
00:26:51.920 74-26.
00:26:53.980 Is it time for her to get out?
00:26:55.840 Yeah.
00:26:56.160 And then some.
00:26:56.720 Well, I mean.
00:26:57.340 And then some.
00:26:59.100 I don't know why she's still in it, frankly.
00:27:01.900 What are you hoping to gain out of this?
00:27:04.080 Honestly, I don't know.
00:27:05.240 You're wasting people's money.
00:27:06.500 You're wasting our time.
00:27:08.160 We should be focused on defeating Joe Biden.
00:27:12.640 Please.
00:27:13.340 We need to be focused on that.
00:27:16.320 Or whoever the Democrat candidate turns out to be.
00:27:19.340 Well, after yesterday, it's probably not going to be Joe Biden.
00:27:22.100 It may not be Joe Biden.
00:27:23.500 I'm starting to think more and more.
00:27:25.260 At first, I thought, there's no way they're going to replace him.
00:27:27.200 But he is so bad now.
00:27:29.660 I mean, he was the one.
00:27:30.760 That they can't stay with him, right?
00:27:32.200 I mean, he's the one.
00:27:32.980 They can't.
00:27:33.360 When they went to him, and I say, I don't know that this actually happened.
00:27:37.400 But when they went to him and said, Joe, you can't run.
00:27:40.620 You're too old, man.
00:27:41.320 You can't run.
00:27:41.900 Too old.
00:27:42.500 You made president.
00:27:44.560 And thank you for everything you've done so far.
00:27:48.480 It's been great.
00:27:49.340 You were senator.
00:27:50.040 You were vice president.
00:27:51.160 We finally got you into office.
00:27:51.920 Thank you for your service.
00:27:53.480 Beat it.
00:27:53.620 Get out.
00:27:55.260 Beat it.
00:27:57.300 And he wouldn't leave.
00:27:58.660 No, he wouldn't.
00:27:59.560 He and Jill sat there and said, no, we're going to run again.
00:28:03.840 And she's as despicable as they come from pushing him forward and enabling all of this.
00:28:10.140 You would think if your wife was really concerned about you and, I don't know, the country, she
00:28:16.740 would say, look, Joe, I think we've had our time.
00:28:19.700 I love you.
00:28:20.120 Let's go back to Delaware.
00:28:21.420 Here's some yogurt.
00:28:22.260 Let's go.
00:28:22.960 Yeah.
00:28:23.620 I'll get you an ice cream.
00:28:24.880 I'll get you two ice cream cones if you just say you're not going to run again.
00:28:28.980 But I think she's so in love with the power, so in love with the feeling that she pushes
00:28:34.860 him forward on this.
00:28:36.240 And it's despicable.
00:28:37.580 It really is.
00:28:38.580 Because we're in trouble if he, this is crazy.
00:28:43.540 First of all, he can't be allowed to be president again.
00:28:46.880 We shouldn't be allowed to be president today.
00:28:50.400 They should have invoked the 25th Amendment as soon as his speech was over.
00:28:56.860 Which one?
00:28:57.620 The one six months ago or yesterday?
00:29:00.120 Well, the one three and a half years ago.
00:29:02.020 Yeah, thank you.
00:29:02.400 But let's say, all right, you somehow made it through the last three years of this guy.
00:29:08.300 You couldn't have made it through yesterday and still think he's capable of being president.
00:29:13.000 We've been watching.
00:29:13.640 He's not capable.
00:29:14.280 We've been watching his deterioration since, well, before he was elected.
00:29:17.580 For sure, since 2019, but even before that.
00:29:21.220 And now everyone is like, you know what?
00:29:24.080 I think there's something wrong.
00:29:26.160 Yeah.
00:29:26.600 Yeah, thank you.
00:29:28.880 Welcome to the party.
00:29:29.780 Right.
00:29:31.020 Wow.
00:29:31.640 I mean, it is as obvious as anything that has ever happened in the history of the planet.
00:29:39.840 I'm not wishing any.
00:29:41.420 It's hard for me to say this right now.
00:29:43.260 I'm not wishing any bad ilk on Joe Biden.
00:29:45.680 No.
00:29:46.460 You don't wish him any ill will.
00:29:48.260 Yeah.
00:29:48.620 I just want him to leave office.
00:29:51.180 Yes.
00:29:51.760 Let's leave it at that.
00:29:52.860 Yeah.
00:29:53.020 We'll leave it at that.
00:29:55.120 I don't like the man with all the intensity of 10 trillion white hot burning suns.
00:30:01.920 That's it, though.
00:30:02.540 But that's it.
00:30:03.700 Yeah.
00:30:04.000 That's it.
00:30:04.320 I don't wish him any ill.
00:30:06.720 Want him out of our sight and sound.
00:30:11.400 I know.
00:30:12.440 Go back to Delaware.
00:30:14.360 I hate to have to even look at him.
00:30:16.140 I mean, I can barely tolerate even looking at him.
00:30:19.260 And listening to him, I can't.
00:30:20.500 I can only do it once.
00:30:22.040 On the show, I can listen to it.
00:30:23.900 Okay.
00:30:24.140 And then be done.
00:30:24.760 Even that's hard.
00:30:25.720 It is.
00:30:26.120 To get through it once, I can't get through it multiple times, but we're going to have
00:30:31.620 to today.
00:30:32.100 I know.
00:30:33.820 So they decided he was incompetent to stand trial, essentially.
00:30:40.500 Yes.
00:30:40.740 It's what they decided on the classified document situation.
00:30:43.080 And their investigation into the classified document.
00:30:45.020 Yeah.
00:30:45.320 He's not competent for trial.
00:30:46.960 He's an old man.
00:30:48.420 He's elderly.
00:30:49.640 And he's got a really bad memory.
00:30:51.920 And so we're not going to charge him with anything.
00:30:55.180 Okay.
00:30:55.360 But he's okay to be president of the United States and leader of the free world, commander
00:31:00.060 and chief of the U.S. military?
00:31:02.040 That's what's left unsaid.
00:31:03.820 Yeah.
00:31:04.140 Yeah.
00:31:04.900 I mean, that's crazy.
00:31:06.660 That's absolutely nuts.
00:31:08.600 And it's hard to believe from the greatest nation in the history of the planet.
00:31:11.980 It really is.
00:31:14.020 And so nothing's going to come of the fact that he had classified documents in his garage
00:31:19.600 next to his Corvette.
00:31:20.920 But he had them stashed at the University of Pennsylvania.
00:31:25.760 At Penn University, right in his offices there in the closet there, you know.
00:31:28.380 Yep.
00:31:29.180 And he had them in the grocer aisle of his convenience store that he frequents all the time.
00:31:36.780 You need to let that one go.
00:31:37.480 You need to let that one go.
00:31:37.740 Just don't even worry about it.
00:31:38.960 Don't even worry about it.
00:31:40.160 Nobody knew what that was.
00:31:41.960 They just thought it was the paper aisle.
00:31:44.040 Thank you.
00:31:44.440 You know, so they ignored it.
00:31:47.500 But he was pissed off at the report and what the report said about him.
00:31:55.420 Well, yeah.
00:31:55.880 And look, in his inner circle, right, the way to combat this report, this finalized investigation,
00:32:06.740 is to put him out in front of the crowd and say, this is insane.
00:32:13.220 I'm not, you know, I don't have the mental fog.
00:32:16.440 I'm not deteriorating before your eyes.
00:32:18.780 They don't know what they're talking about.
00:32:20.440 But in doing that...
00:32:22.300 He proved their point.
00:32:24.120 He absolutely proved 100% everything they said.
00:32:27.640 Check this out when he's talking about, you know, he's the president of the whole country,
00:32:32.540 of every state, which is cut eight.
00:32:37.160 When I said, when I pushed all these programs, I said, I'm going to be a president for everybody
00:32:41.680 whether they live in a red state or a green state.
00:32:43.760 I'm sorry, why?
00:32:46.460 Yeah, a red state or a green state.
00:32:48.620 Everybody, Pat, what do you understand about that?
00:32:50.740 The red state, the green state, the brown states, the states that are white with snow,
00:32:56.760 whatever, whatever state, I'm the president of all of them.
00:33:00.680 Can you believe that?
00:33:01.220 You don't even know red and blue.
00:33:03.180 He can't even do that anymore.
00:33:04.580 He doesn't even know that.
00:33:07.480 A red state and a green state and some of the chartreuse states, the president of them,
00:33:16.140 the pretty pastel states, those are my states too.
00:33:22.380 I'm the guy for every state.
00:33:25.060 Then he had a, you know, he's discussing Roe v. Wade and here's what came out.
00:33:31.220 And making Roe v. Wade for the law of the land.
00:33:36.720 The law of the land.
00:33:37.800 What is the deal?
00:33:39.640 And making Roe v. Wade, Ward, making Montgomery Ward the official department store of the land.
00:33:51.560 I'm not opposed to that, by the way.
00:33:52.900 I like Montgomery Ward, but you know.
00:33:54.420 I don't think it's in existence anymore.
00:33:56.040 No, it is not.
00:33:56.700 No.
00:33:57.080 It is not.
00:33:58.000 But, you know, there was a time when it was wonderful.
00:34:00.820 I know.
00:34:01.660 It was wonderful.
00:34:02.820 So he got it wrong.
00:34:04.060 So he got it wrong.
00:34:04.920 And then he got it wrong.
00:34:05.540 Corrected himself and got it even more wrong.
00:34:09.060 Listen to this again.
00:34:10.180 It's great.
00:34:10.600 Sharp as a tack.
00:34:11.360 Love it.
00:34:12.400 And making Roe v. Wade for the law of the land.
00:34:17.740 The law of the land.
00:34:19.080 I can't.
00:34:23.220 I mean, I can't.
00:34:25.480 Okay.
00:34:25.840 So now this, I believe, these two, these first two were before his afternoon rant.
00:34:31.480 Before the rant last night.
00:34:33.300 Yeah, I think so.
00:34:34.040 So these two came out.
00:34:35.640 Obviously, he's showing, you know, how good and strong and powerful he is for the old red, white, and green.
00:34:41.140 Right.
00:34:41.400 And he, so this was before the news broke that he was too incompetent to stand trial.
00:34:52.000 Yes.
00:34:53.140 And, I mean, just more evidence, just more evidence of Joe Biden being Joe Biden.
00:34:59.800 Yeah.
00:35:00.600 But, I mean, even the liberal press, even CNN yesterday, was kind of amazed at, first of all, the report and all of the things that he's been saying.
00:35:13.040 Here's Jeffrey Toobin on the Biden report from yesterday.
00:35:15.940 At her put in some of that stuff in this report.
00:35:18.660 That had no place in that.
00:35:20.400 There is no reason why this report had to be 300 pages.
00:35:23.740 There is no reason why this fairly straightforward case had to be treated this way.
00:35:29.000 And the, I mean, this was just like what James Comey did to Hillary Clinton when he supposedly cleared her.
00:35:36.360 So he's pissed at the use of classified information and then talked about how reckless and terrible she was.
00:35:42.320 You know, the job of prosecutors is to put up or shut up.
00:35:46.440 If you have a case, bring your case.
00:35:49.680 If you don't have a case, shut the hell up or say as little as this.
00:35:54.000 Do you think he's playing politics?
00:35:55.400 I absolutely do.
00:35:56.660 You know, Merrick Garland picked a Republican prosecutor, someone who worked for Donald Trump.
00:36:03.200 I don't know why Merrick Garland chose him.
00:36:05.940 Democrats seem to have this idea that if they pick Republicans for these tough jobs, they'll get some credit for it.
00:36:12.860 Are you kidding?
00:36:13.300 It didn't work with James Comey, appointed by a Democrat.
00:36:16.140 It didn't work with her.
00:36:18.180 And I think this was there was no case to be brought here.
00:36:23.460 But her did his best to damage Biden politically.
00:36:28.300 OK, that's garbage.
00:36:30.680 You know, he he got a pass really on this.
00:36:34.880 Yes, he did.
00:36:35.900 He got a pass on it.
00:36:37.400 We'll get into more of this and how confused he was about virtually everything.
00:36:43.120 Coming up.
00:36:46.620 All right.
00:36:47.140 Let me tell you about the Jace case.
00:36:48.880 Do you know that, you know, obviously we have to rely on China to provide us with the overwhelming majority of our life saving antibiotic medicines?
00:36:57.400 And what's a lot worse is that ever since the COVID pandemic, the global supply chain down the toilet.
00:37:05.740 How many different shortages have you heard about just in the past few years?
00:37:09.120 Remember baby formula, insulin?
00:37:12.240 I do since my battle with diabetes over the last year.
00:37:17.420 And there's, you know, basic antibiotics that have not been available.
00:37:21.760 Amoxicillin.
00:37:22.480 When was that ever in short supply?
00:37:24.760 It's amazing.
00:37:25.900 So it's time to take this problem into our own hands with the Jace case by Jace Medical.
00:37:31.160 It's a pack of different antibiotics that you can use to treat a host of bacterial illnesses in an emergency.
00:37:37.900 Something you can keep in your home, ready for use anytime you need it in a situation where you otherwise can't get the medication that you need.
00:37:45.860 Maybe you're out of town and you're not near your pharmacy or your doctor and you just have this and you take it with you.
00:37:52.780 And it's so convenient.
00:37:54.080 And then you don't have to worry about the supply chain or contacting your doctor.
00:37:58.500 If you get something that you've had a million times and you know an antibiotic, amoxicillin will knock it out.
00:38:04.380 You've got it there right at your hands.
00:38:08.160 So go online to JaceMedical.com right now.

00:38:18.860 J-A-S-E.
00:38:20.780 JaceMedical.com.
00:38:23.280 You're listening to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:38:25.540 Pat and Jeffy today for Glenn.
00:38:49.160 888-727-B-E-C-K.
00:38:52.420 You wonder what has to happen for Joe Biden's cabinet to be alarmed enough to invoke the 25th Amendment.
00:39:04.620 Well, we'll see.
00:39:05.460 We'll see.
00:39:05.800 As of last night, right, with all the just Republicans, you know, Rick Scott, Mike Lee, Josh Hawley.
00:39:15.220 All calling for the 25th Amendment to be invoked.
00:39:17.520 Mark Kelly Green, Mike Collins.
00:39:18.380 Yeah, all calling for that.
00:39:19.660 But, you know, they were saying that if he won't resign, the cabinet has to invoke it.
00:39:24.580 They have to.
00:39:25.020 And there's no signs of that happening.
00:39:27.500 Now, that was in the reports last night or yesterday afternoon after the report came out that showed that he, you know, he couldn't remember when he was vice president.
00:39:40.020 And he had, you know, was numerous examples of forgetting facts.
00:39:45.380 And then he went out and proved it.
00:39:47.440 Right.
00:39:48.180 Which is amazing to me.
00:39:49.640 Everything they said he couldn't remember, he went out and made a speech showing us that all that was true.
00:39:59.580 And then some.
00:40:00.620 Which is the problem, right?
00:40:02.000 Because to combat this, he has to go out and face it head on, and he can't.
00:40:06.000 And he's completely incapable of doing that.
00:40:09.040 So maybe, you know, after he went to bed and everyone else stayed up last night after his speech and realized, what are we doing?
00:40:18.120 Right.
00:40:18.380 Maybe they are open to it, but, you know, probably not.
00:40:22.140 I doubt it.
00:40:22.740 Yeah, me too.
00:40:23.540 Here he is, confused about Bowles' death date.
00:40:27.320 Where he raised that.
00:40:29.600 Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself, wasn't any of their damn business.
00:40:34.700 Right.
00:40:35.300 Let me tell you something.
00:40:36.320 Let me tell you something.
00:40:36.340 Tell us all the time.
00:40:37.940 Some of you have commented, I'm aware since the day he died, every single day, the rosary he got from Our Lady of...
00:40:44.100 From Our Lady of...
00:40:47.380 Hello?
00:40:47.820 Every Memorial Day we hold a service remembering him attending...
00:40:50.980 Every...
00:40:52.260 Every day.
00:40:55.360 Not funny.
00:40:56.100 Yeah.
00:40:56.520 No.
00:40:57.140 It's not funny.
00:40:58.400 It's really tragic.
00:40:59.800 It's really bad for America.
00:41:02.120 It's unbelievable.
00:41:02.880 From Our Lady of the rosary he got from Our Lady of...
00:41:07.320 And he had no idea.
00:41:12.860 Anyway.
00:41:13.500 Yeah, no.
00:41:13.900 I'm going to move on.
00:41:14.520 Move on.
00:41:15.080 How about that Memorial Day party?
00:41:16.920 How about that Memorial Day party?
00:41:18.540 I've said too much.
00:41:19.680 I've said too much as it is.
00:41:22.160 I'm not going to tell you what Our Lady of is of.
00:41:25.840 She's a lady of something.
00:41:27.500 But I'm not going to tell you.
00:41:29.220 Because you don't deserve to know.
00:41:31.500 All right.
00:41:35.440 Throw something in.
00:41:37.520 We would never know.
00:41:38.940 I mean, I don't know where he got the rosary.
00:41:41.200 It could be Our Lady of Sorrow, Suffering, Our Lady of Guadalajara, Our Lady of Butte, Montana.
00:41:48.820 I don't know.
00:41:49.500 That's what it is.
00:41:50.060 It's not a lot.
00:41:50.720 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:41:51.980 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:42:19.340 Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:42:45.540 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:42:53.500 Welcome to it.
00:42:54.760 It is Pat and Jeffy for Glenn today.
00:42:57.520 Welcome.
00:42:58.180 On the Glenn Beck Program.
00:42:59.480 888-727-BECK if you'd like to get in touch with us.
00:43:03.180 We've got more from Biden proving how brilliant he is, how sharp he is.
00:43:08.140 Sharp as a tack, this guy.
00:43:10.060 And, you know, best communicator in the White House.
00:43:13.960 What else have we heard?
00:43:14.600 The 20-year-olds who are interns in the White House can't even keep up with him.
00:43:18.560 Can't even keep up with him.
00:43:19.760 The energy from this guy.
00:43:21.180 Oh, my gosh.
00:43:22.480 Have you seen him in action?
00:43:23.520 Watch him.
00:43:24.340 Watch him.
00:43:25.480 I have.
00:43:26.260 I have.
00:43:27.460 That's the problem.
00:43:28.600 I have.
00:43:29.060 We've been watching and listening, and we'll do more of it in one minute.
00:43:32.600 Standing up for what you believe in can be challenging, but there are basic things you
00:43:43.700 can do that aren't so challenging.
00:43:45.360 Things like buying from companies that share your values.
00:43:48.740 We need to stick together now more than ever, and there's one company that's willing to
00:43:53.420 stand with you in defense of liberty and religious freedom, and they've been doing it since 2012.
00:43:59.340 It's Patriot Mobile, and their mission is to passionately defend our God-given constitutional
00:44:05.140 rights and freedoms and to glorify God always.
00:44:07.700 That's great, and that's the kind of business I can really get behind, Glenn gets behind.
00:44:13.020 And on top of having everything you could possibly want in a mobile phone plan, on one of the
00:44:18.060 three major networks, Patriot Mobile doesn't send your hard-earned money to aid in the destruction
00:44:23.700 of America.
00:44:25.440 You're going to get the same nationwide coverage and the same service, all while supporting a
00:44:30.560 company that loves America.
00:44:32.780 They have affordable plans for your budget.
00:44:35.000 Excellent coverage, top-notch U.S.-based customer service.
00:44:39.520 I love this country, this company, this country.
00:44:42.340 Love these guys.
00:44:43.960 It's a parallel economy.
00:44:45.340 Let's keep it going.
00:44:46.520 Go to PatriotMobile.com slash Beck or call 972-PATRIOT.
00:44:50.220 You'll get free activation when you use the offer code Beck.
00:44:54.760 Join me.
00:44:55.760 Make the switch today.
00:44:57.280 PatriotMobile.com slash Beck or 972-PATRIOT.
00:45:01.040 All right.
00:45:05.160 We were sharing some brilliance from Joe Biden.
00:45:08.360 He's very upset at what the report had to say about his mental competence.
00:45:12.600 Special Counsel Robert Herr released that Justice Department report that found he was, well,
00:45:19.320 that he willfully retained classified materials, correct, as a private citizen.
00:45:24.800 But he forgets certain facts that his memory, there's just not enough there.
00:45:31.580 There's no point to it.
00:45:33.080 And apparently you have to be a lot sharper for trial than you do to be president of the
00:45:38.420 United States of America.
00:45:39.820 Well, I guess that's the deal.
00:45:41.440 I guess so.
00:45:42.380 Yeah.
00:45:42.740 I mean, he wasn't there to prove his fitness to be president.
00:45:47.260 No, that's right.
00:45:48.900 That's right.
00:45:49.600 And one of the things he couldn't come up with is where Bo got his rosary, and he was
00:45:55.680 trying to say it and stopped right.
00:45:57.980 When they first asked him, it wasn't any of their damn business.
00:46:00.820 Well, you know what?
00:46:01.800 You make it our business by constantly bringing up Bo.
00:46:07.460 Yeah.
00:46:08.720 That's why I thought Hunter's book should be titled I'm Not Bo.
00:46:12.720 That would have been great.
00:46:13.380 I mean, I know.
00:46:14.320 That would have been great.
00:46:14.960 Actually, I would have been even more of a fan.
00:46:17.620 I would have had a little bit of respect for him.
00:46:19.040 I know.
00:46:20.480 But he didn't.
00:46:22.140 But he not only does he bring Bo up all the time, he tries to make it out with Gold
00:46:28.120 Star families as if Bo died in Iraq.
00:46:31.240 Gold Star adjacency bad.
00:46:31.820 He does.
00:46:32.540 He does.
00:46:33.160 And he'll say anything and do anything to get it.
00:46:36.600 And it's pathetic and it's despicable.
00:46:40.040 But here he was talking about the classified documents.
00:46:44.980 I did not share classified information.
00:46:47.120 I did not share it.
00:46:48.620 With your ghostwriter.
00:46:49.240 With my ghostwriter.
00:46:49.860 I did not.
00:46:50.700 Guarantee you did not.
00:46:51.460 They said you did.
00:46:51.980 But the special counsel said it.
00:46:53.040 No, they did not say that.
00:46:54.580 Yeah, they did.
00:46:55.200 Yeah, they did.
00:46:55.860 Mr. President, let me answer your question.
00:46:59.980 The fact of the matter is what I didn't want repeated, I didn't want him to not, and I
00:47:04.160 didn't read it to him was I had written a long memorandum to President Obama, why we should
00:47:09.860 not be in this in Afghanistan.
00:47:12.940 And I was of this multiple pages.
00:47:15.920 And so what I was referring to, I said classified.
00:47:18.160 I should have said it was should be private because it was a contact between the president
00:47:22.540 and the vice president.
00:47:23.820 Wait, you know what was going on for a second.
00:47:25.580 You don't know the difference between classified and private?
00:47:29.920 Really?
00:47:30.740 That's a problem, too, right there.
00:47:32.840 If you can't, if you said classified, then that means classified.
00:47:38.380 Sure does.
00:47:38.740 Right?
00:47:39.100 When you're hearing that from the president of the United States.
00:47:41.780 Plus, he couldn't have said in the report, he couldn't remember when he was vice president,
00:47:45.020 so I'm not sure that he remembers this accurately.
00:47:47.240 Exactly.
00:47:48.080 All right, let's hear the rest of this.
00:47:49.260 It was not classified information in that document.
00:47:54.460 Okay.
00:47:56.460 Man, does he get angry at the drop of a hat?
00:47:59.960 He's just completely out.
00:48:01.420 He can't control himself anymore.
00:48:02.380 It's almost as if that's a symptom of something.
00:48:05.160 Almost.
00:48:06.160 Almost as if that's a symptom.
00:48:07.640 I don't know what it is.
00:48:08.760 I'm not a doctor.
00:48:09.960 No, you're not.
00:48:11.080 You're not.
00:48:11.520 So maybe you better shut up.
00:48:13.140 Maybe you just better shut up right now.
00:48:14.940 Okay.
00:48:15.180 Uh, I, I don't know.
00:48:19.760 It's, it's, it's stunning to me.
00:48:23.120 It is.
00:48:24.160 Where we find ourselves in 2024.
00:48:26.700 It's absolutely stunning to me.
00:48:29.260 Um, but he, as he talks about the classified documents later on in this, he blames his staff
00:48:36.880 for the documents.
00:48:37.840 This is, uh, 20.
00:48:39.280 He takes full responsibility.
00:48:39.960 23.
00:48:40.660 Right.
00:48:41.020 Full responsibility.
00:48:41.960 Sure he does.
00:48:42.980 Here he is doing just that.
00:48:45.180 How do you take responsibility for at least being careless with classified material?
00:48:50.920 I take responsibility for not having seen exactly what my staff was doing.
00:48:58.360 Unreal.
00:48:59.240 That's awesome.
00:48:59.860 Things that appeared in my garage.
00:49:01.240 Things that came out of my home.
00:49:02.400 Things that were moved.
00:49:03.420 Were moved.
00:49:04.300 Not by me, but my staff.
00:49:05.340 In his garage.
00:49:06.060 But my staff.
00:49:06.960 Uh-huh.
00:49:07.580 Wow.
00:49:08.080 Yeah.
00:49:08.860 He just threw his staff under the bus.
00:49:11.500 All of them.
00:49:11.800 I take full responsibility for not overseeing the do people enough.
00:49:17.380 Wow.
00:49:18.600 Okay.
00:49:18.980 So your staff just decided, hey, you know where would be a really good place for these classified
00:49:24.800 documents?
00:49:26.320 Joe Biden's garage.
00:49:28.660 Right next to his Corvette.
00:49:30.560 Stack him behind the vet.
00:49:31.860 That's fine.
00:49:32.520 Don't worry about it.
00:49:33.160 This would be a good place for him.
00:49:34.340 I've got, you know what?
00:49:35.480 The closet at the university is all full.
00:49:38.560 So just put the rest to the garage.
00:49:40.400 That's fine.
00:49:40.720 Yeah, just put him in the garage and put him by the Corvette.
00:49:43.620 He's not even looking.
00:49:44.540 He won't even know.
00:49:45.780 Incredible.
00:49:46.700 That's incredible.
00:49:48.840 Again, he has never taken responsibility.
00:49:52.280 He's never been accountable for anything he's ever done.
00:49:54.680 That's for sure.
00:49:56.600 Anything.
00:49:57.220 Ever.
00:49:57.640 And he's not called on it by the media at all.
00:50:00.320 Somebody just asked him, do you feel, are you accountable for any of this?
00:50:03.720 No, he just said, no, I'm not.
00:50:07.540 My staff did that.
00:50:08.780 Should I have watched them better?
00:50:10.200 Yeah, because they're incompetent fools.
00:50:11.960 Yes.
00:50:12.320 But it's their fault.
00:50:14.680 Yes.
00:50:15.380 Are you serious?
00:50:17.940 Wow.
00:50:18.840 This guy is the worst.
00:50:20.380 He is the absolute worst.
00:50:23.900 He was also asked why he should run rather than somebody else.
00:50:30.280 He just, well, you'll hear it in the question here.
00:50:32.360 Mr. President, for months when you were asked about your age, you would respond with the
00:50:37.360 words, watch me.
00:50:38.620 Many American people have been watching and they have expressed concerns about your age.
00:50:43.500 That is your judgment.
00:50:45.080 That is your judgment.
00:50:46.760 That is not the judgment of the press.
00:50:49.060 She is the press.
00:50:49.820 They expressed concerns about your mental acuity.
00:50:51.400 They say that you are too old.
00:50:53.040 Mr. President, in December, you told me that you believe there are many other Democrats who
00:50:57.400 could defeat Donald Trump.
00:50:58.840 So why does it have to be you now?
00:51:00.760 What is your answer to that question?
00:51:02.200 If I'm a qualified person in this country, be president of the United States and finish
00:51:05.260 the job I started?
00:51:06.540 Well, we're really in trouble.
00:51:08.060 If he's the most qualified person.
00:51:09.640 And I don't want him to finish the job he started.
00:51:11.900 No, I don't either.
00:51:13.840 Because that means the end of the republic.
00:51:15.960 We're done.
00:51:16.140 As a nation, we're done.
00:51:17.000 Yeah.
00:51:17.660 Absolutely.
00:51:19.400 Wow.
00:51:20.060 It sounds like he's fighting for this job.
00:51:22.140 It doesn't sound like he's going to step down at all.
00:51:25.080 Will they force him to somehow?
00:51:26.680 I don't know.
00:51:27.320 Maybe.
00:51:28.540 Maybe.
00:51:29.120 But he's just been cleared of the classified document thing.
00:51:32.060 Maybe they make a deal with him on the Ukraine stuff and the China stuff and the payouts
00:51:37.360 he got.
00:51:38.020 And maybe they make a deal with him on Hunter, where they threaten him, you know, we're going
00:51:46.460 to go after this.
00:51:47.380 Or you can step down and-
00:51:50.660 Everything goes away.
00:51:51.480 And it goes away.
00:51:52.180 Just goes away.
00:51:53.020 We just forget-
00:51:53.580 And that's possible, I guess?
00:51:54.580 We forget about it.
00:51:54.960 We forget all about your corruption.
00:51:56.440 We just pretend like that never happened.
00:51:59.540 We'll ignore it if you just move on.
00:52:01.680 Okay?
00:52:01.900 Because we can't afford you anymore.
00:52:02.960 But if you go back to Delaware and start opening your mouth-
00:52:06.980 Mm-hmm.
00:52:07.420 Then all bets are off.
00:52:09.000 We're going to shut this down.
00:52:10.900 But right now, it sure doesn't sound like he's preparing-
00:52:13.460 No, it doesn't.
00:52:14.160 To step down.
00:52:14.520 Now, again, this was right after the report, right?
00:52:16.740 So he's out there now trying to prove that he's not what the report says.
00:52:23.280 And he's doing the opposite.
00:52:25.120 Correct.
00:52:25.780 Which is the problem, right?
00:52:27.240 Because that's the only way to do this is for him to go out and do a no-malarkey tour
00:52:33.420 around the country with this stupid no-malarkey bus again and prove that he's okay.
00:52:38.740 Mm-hmm.
00:52:39.140 And that can't happen because he's not up for it.
00:52:42.420 No, he's not capable.
00:52:43.640 He's really not.
00:52:44.440 I don't know if the medication has worn off.
00:52:47.060 Maybe it's not effective anymore.
00:52:48.900 Or maybe he's just degraded to the point where he's not capable of putting two sentences together.
00:52:56.140 I don't know.
00:52:57.040 I don't know.
00:52:57.580 But he's in bad shape.
00:52:59.860 I mean, I watched-
00:53:02.160 We're going to talk about it here in a little while, that Vladimir Putin interview with Tucker Carlson.
00:53:07.220 And set aside all the stuff that we're going to talk about with what Putin said in the interview.
00:53:13.940 Mm-hmm.
00:53:14.220 Um, I, the first thing I noticed was that there's no way, no way.
00:53:21.760 He can't even do a three-minute pre-Super Bowl interview.
00:53:25.640 No, right.
00:53:26.100 There's no way Joe Biden is sitting down with Tucker Carlson or anyone and being asked questions for two and a half hours.
00:53:34.680 That, no way.
00:53:35.920 No, it can't happen.
00:53:36.980 Mm-mm.
00:53:37.560 No, he couldn't do the softball Super Bowl interview.
00:53:39.740 No way.
00:53:40.400 Which I didn't want him to do anyway.
00:53:41.740 Well, that-
00:53:44.520 And that's not my point.
00:53:45.600 Yeah, I do.
00:53:46.820 I know.
00:53:48.820 Um, but he was asked about his memory and, uh, here's what happened there.
00:53:54.320 President Biden, something the special counsel said in his report is that one of the reasons you were not charged is because, in his description, you are a well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory.
00:54:07.880 Oh, man.
00:54:08.380 I'm well-meaning, and I'm an elderly man, and I know what the hell I'm doing.
00:54:11.900 I've been president, and I put this country back on its feet.
00:54:14.580 Oh, my gosh.
00:54:15.060 I don't need his recommendation.
00:54:16.420 It's totally-
00:54:17.000 How bad is your memory, and can you continue as president?
00:54:20.360 He's pissed.
00:54:20.780 My memory is so bad, I can let you speak.
00:54:23.540 What a jerk.
00:54:24.660 That's-
00:54:25.160 That's-
00:54:26.000 Your memory has gotten worse.
00:54:27.860 Wow.
00:54:29.440 What an angry old man he is.
00:54:31.940 It's just terrible.
00:54:33.080 That's terrible.
00:54:33.980 And he thought he was going to get laughter there.
00:54:36.200 Yeah, I thought it was funny.
00:54:36.960 They didn't think it was funny.
00:54:38.180 No.
00:54:38.420 I mean, there might have been one person that had a little nervous laughter there, but that was not appreciated by the press.
00:54:46.000 No, it was not.
00:54:46.700 At all.
00:54:46.800 They're not messing around in this press conference.
00:54:49.760 They're not messing around with it, because I think they understand, this is serious.
00:54:55.420 You're talking about the president of the United States, the leader of the free world, the commander-in-chief of our armed forces.
00:55:02.600 This isn't funny anymore.
00:55:04.240 No, it is not.
00:55:05.580 And it never was, but, I mean, we laughed along with you for a while.
00:55:10.080 Now we see that can't happen anymore.
00:55:13.080 I didn't really laugh along with this.
00:55:14.660 No, we didn't.
00:55:15.820 And we were just upset about it from the beginning.
00:55:19.740 From the beginning.
00:55:20.920 Asking how people couldn't see it and be made aware of it.
00:55:24.060 I mean, it's right there in front of you.
00:55:25.460 Yeah.
00:55:26.480 Yeah.
00:55:26.900 Incredible.
00:55:27.720 The other thing he did last night was confuse Egypt with Mexico.
00:55:33.540 Well, I mean.
00:55:34.900 This is good stuff.
00:55:35.880 Nobody can read a map anymore.
00:55:37.620 That's true.
00:55:38.460 As you know, initially, the president of Mexico, Sisi, did not want to open up the gate.
00:55:45.820 Wait, who?
00:55:46.680 I'm sorry, Sisi?
00:55:47.300 To allow humanitarian material to get in.
00:55:49.440 I talked to him.
00:55:50.660 You talked to him?
00:55:51.040 I convinced him to open the gate.
00:55:52.560 Of Mexico.
00:55:53.100 I talked to Bibi to open the gate on the Israeli side.
00:55:55.640 Wait, now we're up to Israel?
00:55:57.360 Wait.
00:55:57.880 Okay.
00:55:58.340 Okay.
00:55:58.620 We were opening gates with Sisi in Mexico, and then we were opening gates with Netanyahu
00:56:05.400 in Israel.
00:56:06.320 In my home, I have a couple of globes.
00:56:09.120 Okay.
00:56:09.580 And on those globes is a map of the earth, and it shows the oceans and the continents.
00:56:17.520 Yeah.
00:56:18.240 Yeah.
00:56:18.460 I don't have one yet that has Mexico next to Israel.
00:56:21.640 Oh, you got the old one, where Mexico is like thousands and thousands of miles away from
00:56:28.960 Israel and the Gaza Strip.
00:56:30.920 I have to update my globes.
00:56:32.300 I don't know.
00:56:36.860 Where do you go with that?
00:56:37.760 Yeah, I don't.
00:56:38.200 Where do you go with it?
00:56:38.820 I don't.
00:56:39.580 From that to all the stuff with Helmut Kohl, okay?
00:56:44.880 He just recently talked to Helmut Kohl, who's been dead since 2017, who hasn't been president
00:56:51.000 or chancellor of Germany since 1998, and Francois Mitterrand of France, who's been dead since 1996.
00:56:59.540 And he talked to both those guys right after he became president.
00:57:05.380 I mean, even KJP, when asked about Mitterrand, was like, I'm not going to go down that rabbit
00:57:11.080 hole.
00:57:12.140 Right.
00:57:12.580 Because there's no way to, and make it look like it's okay.
00:57:15.980 Right.
00:57:16.460 All right.
00:57:16.780 More coming up in one minute.

00:57:35.180 I've already gone every day this week.

00:58:47.320 All right, something else from Joe Biden yesterday.
00:58:50.640 I mean, unbelievable day for him.
00:58:53.540 Just an unbelievable day.
00:58:55.880 He accused Israel of responding too harshly in Gaza.
00:58:59.140 Oh, yeah.
00:59:01.220 Yeah, yeah.
00:59:01.980 I'm of the view.
00:59:03.420 Here's what he said.
00:59:04.380 I'm of the view that the conduct of the response in the Gaza Strip has been over the top.
00:59:14.700 Are you?
00:59:16.300 I'm not.
00:59:17.020 Are you?
00:59:17.460 Because I'm not.
00:59:18.200 I'm not of that view.
00:59:19.100 Mr. Two-state solution.
00:59:20.360 Right.
00:59:20.800 I think that, as you know, initially, the president of Mexico, Sisi, did not want to open up the gate to allow humanitarian material to get in.
00:59:42.960 Abdel Fattah el-Sisi is the president of Egypt, but okay.
00:59:47.340 I talked to him.
00:59:49.120 I convinced him to open the gate.
00:59:52.260 He also convinced him to move his nation from North America to the Middle East.
00:59:59.720 So that takes a lot to convince the guy.
01:00:04.200 He screwed up Egypt and Mexico.
01:00:06.340 Yes.
01:00:08.180 Yes.
01:00:08.600 Along with Israel.
01:00:09.900 Along with Germany.
01:00:12.800 Right, well, he screwed up France.
01:00:14.200 And France.
01:00:14.740 All in the last two days.
01:00:18.220 It's amazing.
01:00:19.460 That's the word I'm looking for.
01:00:20.340 Sharp as attack.
01:00:21.180 That's the word I'm looking for.
01:00:22.520 Sharp as attack.
01:00:24.100 Look, so their response has been over the top.
01:00:26.100 When 1,200 of their citizens were massacred.
01:00:30.360 Come on.
01:00:31.840 How can you even say that about an ally?
01:00:35.560 Was Israel continually breathing down our necks about our response to 9-11?
01:00:42.160 I don't think so.
01:00:43.660 No.
01:00:44.020 And look, Israel's not perfect either.
01:00:46.980 They've spied on us in the past.
01:00:49.240 We've put people in prison for that.
01:00:51.920 You know, there have been some bumps along the road.
01:00:55.080 But for the most part, we're really good allies with Israel.
01:00:58.800 The only other ally who's probably closer is Great Britain.
01:01:02.460 But we're not supporting them right now.
01:01:06.900 He pretends to, but he's really not.
01:01:09.140 On the side, because of all of the leftist rhetoric, and he's being protested everywhere he goes.
01:01:15.740 I think that's really had an effect on him now.
01:01:17.940 And so now he's trying to say, okay, yeah, they've gone too far.
01:01:22.280 No, they haven't.
01:01:23.500 No.
01:01:23.720 I disagree with that.
01:01:25.100 They have not.
01:01:26.240 Wholeheartedly.
01:01:27.420 Do you know that there was just a report, in fact, that came out that their response has been among them, as far as civilian casualties, is among the most mild in the history of warfare.
01:01:41.620 Huh.
01:01:42.040 At least as far as killing civilians, because they've done everything they can to not kill civilians, including dropping flyers, making announcements, going through neighborhoods and telling people, look, we're going to bomb this area.
01:01:55.220 You need to leave.
01:01:56.000 They even, against their better judgment, allowed humanitarian aid in.
01:02:00.340 Yes.
01:02:01.380 They've paused what's been going on.
01:02:05.200 They stopped it for weeks.
01:02:07.800 And against their better judgment, again, they've done all of this.
01:02:13.160 And still, still, they're being treated like they're war criminals.
01:02:17.660 Well, it's just not true.
01:02:20.880 And nobody's reporting on the fact that the daily death toll in Gaza has been cut in half in the past month.
01:02:29.800 And it's fallen almost two-thirds since late October.
01:02:33.780 But nobody cares about that.
01:02:35.480 No, they don't.
01:02:36.100 And nobody cares about the fact that all the numbers that we're getting about civilian deaths in Gaza are coming from the Gaza Health Ministry, which is Hamas.
01:02:45.260 Yeah.
01:02:45.660 Come on.
01:02:46.680 You can't believe a single word they say.
01:02:49.080 I'd be okay with giving them, like, a 10-minute warning.
01:02:52.180 You have 10 minutes, and after that, we're turning into rubble.
01:02:56.220 We're turning into rubble.
01:02:58.200 I'm not opposed to that.
01:02:59.260 Is that too far?
01:02:59.940 No.
01:03:01.840 Look, they're trying to wipe out Hamas, and I think they need to.
01:03:04.680 Yes, they do.
01:03:06.100 All right.
01:03:07.380 Yes, they do.
01:03:07.980 888-727-BECK.

01:03:26.200 Sleep is just one of those things it always seems like you never get enough of, doesn't it?
01:03:32.620 So when you're having trouble even getting to sleep, that's really bad news because you've got places to be, things to do, you've got to get up for work in the morning, and you don't want to do them exhausted.
01:03:43.520 But you also don't want to take something that's going to leave you feeling weird and groggy either, so that's a problem.
01:03:50.940 Maybe you don't always have difficulty sleeping, but on the nights when you do, you might just find yourself sleeping soundly and wake up really refreshed the next day.
01:04:00.820 Just like the regular Relief Factor that you take for pain, Relief Factor Sleep is 100% drug-free.
01:04:07.480 It's got a blend of natural ingredients.
01:04:10.280 It's designed to promote healthy sleep by reducing anxiety and distress, improving mood, and promoting relaxation.

01:04:22.560 Feel the difference.

01:05:26.320 Nice.
01:05:26.920 All right?
01:05:27.760 That's kexy.
01:05:28.740 Still time to do that.
01:05:29.700 K-E-K-S-I, kexy.com.
01:05:31.860 Yeah.
01:05:31.980 And by the way, you still have time to order for Valentine's Day.
01:05:38.440 Okay.
01:05:38.880 That's what I'm talking about.
01:05:38.940 And hopefully it'll get there by Valentine's.
01:05:41.320 But delicious cookie.
01:05:42.960 Still giving people an opportunity to save a little bit of money.
01:05:45.840 Save 10% with the offer code.
01:05:47.800 Winter Blues.
01:05:51.120 Just like the, what was the canon episode?
01:05:53.780 Because it wasn't Winter Blues, right?
01:05:55.360 No, it was not.
01:05:56.040 The canon episode was Country Blues.
01:05:59.060 Country Blues.
01:05:59.760 Yeah, and then I, the reason it got stuck in everybody's head is because when they were,
01:06:04.440 remember the lawsuits from the government when they were sending the Hollywood actors
01:06:08.960 and actresses to jail for paying for their kids to go to college?
01:06:12.000 Yeah.
01:06:12.320 Well, those cases were all under the auspices of Varsity Blues.
01:06:16.460 Oh.
01:06:16.680 That was the title of the investigation that the federal government had against all these
01:06:20.660 people.
01:06:21.240 Okay.
01:06:21.560 So I, you know, any of my reports were with the canon sounder on Chewing the Fat, which
01:06:26.800 you should subscribe to, by the way.
01:06:28.300 Should I?
01:06:28.960 Yes, you should.
01:06:29.480 Why?
01:06:30.020 It's available wherever you get your podcasts.
01:06:31.920 Because it's a show done by moi.
01:06:34.460 Okay.
01:06:34.840 By me.
01:06:35.260 Not moi, but it's done by me.
01:06:37.080 Moi wouldn't do it.
01:06:39.480 Well, I'm glad you decided to step in.
01:06:41.320 Yeah, I stepped in.
01:06:41.880 And go ahead and do it.
01:06:43.080 Yeah, I did.
01:06:43.180 That's great.
01:06:44.080 Appreciate you doing that.
01:06:45.080 Yeah.
01:06:45.700 Let's go to James.
01:06:47.480 Hey, James.
01:06:48.600 You're on the Glenn Beck Program with Pat and Jeffy.
01:06:51.260 Good morning, gentlemen.
01:06:52.420 How are you doing?
01:06:53.180 Doing good.
01:06:54.060 Fantastic.
01:06:54.420 I got to say, I am worried that the Republicans are now more, have more ammunition to try
01:07:00.720 to take Joe out of office, and I really don't want them to do it.
01:07:04.520 And the reason why is this is exactly what the Democrats want them to do.
01:07:09.120 And we always seem to fall into the trap, whatever the Democrats set for us.
01:07:13.120 Yeah.
01:07:13.360 We walk right into it, hook, line, and sinker.
01:07:15.940 And I don't think for a year and a half they've wanted him to be on the ticket, but they can't
01:07:20.180 figure out a way to get rid of him.
01:07:21.460 Because he won't leave.
01:07:23.600 Yeah, he won't.
01:07:24.260 Yeah.
01:07:24.860 Yeah.
01:07:25.700 I mean, that could well be.
01:07:28.320 I think there's a lot of behind the scenes maneuvering on their part to try to figure out
01:07:32.620 how do they get Gavin Newsom or Michelle Obama or whoever.
01:07:37.680 If you put me a toss-up between Gavin and Michelle.
01:07:43.780 I'm going Gavin.
01:07:44.360 I'm Gavin.
01:07:44.820 Yes, please.
01:07:45.460 I'm Gavin 100 times out of 100.
01:07:48.880 Well, yeah, because she's popular.
01:07:50.840 He won't be.
01:07:51.580 No, he's a nightmare.
01:07:52.540 Yeah.
01:07:52.640 I mean, he's terrible.
01:07:53.940 Thanks, James.
01:07:54.500 Appreciate it.
01:07:55.020 That's an interesting thing to consider.
01:07:57.120 It is.
01:07:57.740 That's very interesting.
01:07:59.320 That's a good point.
01:08:00.040 And it's a good way to look at it because it probably could be true.
01:08:04.440 It could be.
01:08:05.120 Then they get to say, we're the bad guys, and behind the scenes, thankfully, he's gone.
01:08:11.220 We got rid of him finally.
01:08:12.440 You know, I got another one of these interesting scam emails.
01:08:17.080 At least I think it's a scam.
01:08:19.480 Last week or the week before, I got this email invite to do a podcast, to do Jimmy Fallon's
01:08:26.280 podcast.
01:08:27.920 That's great.
01:08:28.900 Good for you.
01:08:29.680 Yeah.
01:08:30.600 Except for I don't think it's legit.
01:08:33.100 I get them all the time.
01:08:34.220 In fact, they wanted me on the podcast and offered me $2,500 for doing every episode
01:08:41.820 of the podcast that I do, but they were only inviting me, I think, once, but it would
01:08:47.260 have been a $2,500 payout if I was on Jimmy Fallon's podcast.
01:08:51.660 Right.
01:08:52.160 And you think, okay, Jimmy Fallon's not paying people $2,500 to be on his podcast.
01:08:57.320 No, he's not.
01:08:57.920 And so, but I couldn't figure out what the scam is there.
01:09:02.780 I know it's a scam.
01:09:03.860 I just don't know how they're benefiting from it.
01:09:06.240 Maybe somebody knows and they've seen or they understand how these work.
01:09:10.680 Do you have to?
01:09:12.260 Well, they're good.
01:09:12.680 Because they don't have any of my information.
01:09:14.700 Right.
01:09:15.280 And then I just got this new one that's even better.
01:09:18.320 Dear Pat Gray, hope this message finds you in great spirits.
01:09:22.820 Well, it has.
01:09:23.600 You're fortunate because, man, I'm in tremendous spirits right now.
01:09:27.300 My name is Adam River.
01:09:28.320 I'm excited to present a special invitation to you, an opportunity to be featured as a
01:09:35.380 distinguished guest on our widely acclaimed Full Send podcast, hosted by the renowned
01:09:43.220 Kyle Forgard.
01:09:45.020 Oh, nice.
01:09:45.700 Or Forgeard.
01:09:46.380 Do you know who Kyle is?
01:09:48.200 I do not.
01:09:48.440 I do not.
01:09:48.720 I'm not familiar with renowned Kyle.
01:09:51.880 I am not familiar with the renowned Kyle Forgard.
01:09:54.480 But it's proudly sponsored by Nike with the iconic slogan, Just Do It.
01:09:59.060 Okay.
01:09:59.760 So, the details, and then they give me the details.
01:10:03.540 It's hosted by charismatic Canadian podcaster, Kyle Forgeard.
01:10:08.180 Okay.
01:10:08.560 So, he's also renowned, and he does the show.
01:10:11.360 And he's charismatic.
01:10:12.700 Yeah.
01:10:13.120 And he does the show.
01:10:13.960 That's good.
01:10:14.500 Yeah.
01:10:15.000 Some of their episodes have featured personalities like Elon Musk, Candace Owen, Hulk Hogan, and
01:10:19.820 more.
01:10:20.320 Have they?
01:10:21.140 Yeah.
01:10:21.660 Yeah, yeah.
01:10:23.120 But they are offering me, okay, not the miserable $2,500 offer from Jimmy Fallon.
01:10:30.620 And they're offering me $5,000 to do an episode of the Fabulous Full Send podcast.
01:10:38.140 So, I'm all over it.
01:10:40.460 I know.
01:10:40.740 I get them from, well, the Joe Budden podcast.
01:10:46.500 Joe Budden?
01:10:47.000 Joe Budden.
01:10:47.520 You know him.
01:10:47.900 You love him.
01:10:48.460 I mean, Joe.
01:10:49.140 I can't live without Joe.
01:10:50.040 Joe's a little cheap.
01:10:50.900 He only offered me $3,000 last week.
01:10:53.480 That's sad.
01:10:53.760 I know.
01:10:54.180 I closed it when I looked.
01:10:57.280 I said, only $3,000.
01:10:58.240 Sorry.
01:10:58.620 I don't consider your podcast, Joe, for less than $5,000.
01:11:01.900 Sorry.
01:11:02.660 I just don't.
01:11:03.380 I'm not reading the rest of the email, let alone do the podcast.
01:11:07.940 Does it say this?
01:11:09.740 As a token of appreciation for your valuable time and contribution, we're delighted to
01:11:14.240 offer you a generous compensation of USD.
01:11:17.460 So, these are US dollars.
01:11:19.200 Yeah.
01:11:20.020 $5,000 for each episode.
01:11:21.840 A lot of them have USD.
01:11:22.600 Yeah, I love that.
01:11:23.160 I'm not sure they put that in.
01:11:24.120 Because Americans always preface.
01:11:26.580 Yes, they do.
01:11:27.320 Preface the number with USD.
01:11:29.500 Always.
01:11:32.100 I don't know.
01:11:32.740 What is the scam here?
01:11:33.700 No, Joe just said that this is to show their appreciation for my participation.
01:11:38.680 Okay.
01:11:38.960 It's not for your valuable time and contribution.
01:11:41.100 We're pleased to offer a compensation.
01:11:42.700 Okay.
01:11:43.200 Yeah, it's nice of them.
01:11:44.400 And it's only $3,000?
01:11:45.560 Yeah, $3,000.
01:11:46.480 Pathetic.
01:11:46.760 To join their very important.
01:11:48.640 Joe, that's embarrassing.
01:11:50.900 I know.
01:11:53.160 Then I get those.
01:11:55.220 Yeah.
01:11:55.500 And I guess it's if I reply, then they are able to get my information.
01:12:00.680 And if I, especially if I reply.
01:12:02.120 Is that what it is?
01:12:02.520 If you reply and then they reply back and ask you for your banking information?
01:12:08.080 I don't know.
01:12:08.860 And they decide to, you know, once, yeah, for sure, once you send them any kind of financial
01:12:14.100 transfer.
01:12:14.560 Which I'd never do.
01:12:15.900 That'd be stupid.
01:12:16.580 You'd have to be a separate account if you wanted to give it a shot, right?
01:12:19.220 Because I get asked all the time in my email, chewingthefatattheblaze.com, by the way, that they want to advertise.
01:12:27.760 Shameless.
01:12:28.300 You're shameless today.
01:12:29.760 Absolutely shameless.
01:12:30.500 I'm just saying.
01:12:30.860 What is that, the ninth mention of it?
01:12:33.080 Not even close.
01:12:34.380 All right.
01:12:35.820 Eight.
01:12:36.180 Oh, my gosh.
01:12:37.100 Eight times.
01:12:38.080 How many times does this say?
01:12:38.700 That's embarrassing.
01:12:38.880 Not even close.
01:12:40.380 I'll get there.
01:12:41.400 Okay.
01:12:41.840 I'll get there.
01:12:42.420 Don't worry.
01:12:42.980 I know you will.
01:12:43.600 They want to advertise on my Jeff Fisher Radio Facebook page.
01:12:49.640 Okay.
01:12:49.980 And they'll say, hey, we'll advertise for anywhere from $500 to $3,000 or $5,000 a week.
01:12:58.280 Oh, wow.
01:12:58.980 For these ads.
01:12:59.660 I don't think I've gotten that one.
01:13:00.500 They want access, but they want access to the Facebook page.
01:13:04.120 And our ads, they're fine.
01:13:06.040 Our ads are fine.
01:13:07.160 And I can't find the email, the last email I got.
01:13:09.760 I may have deleted it.
01:13:11.740 So you don't have to worry about it.
01:13:13.200 It's not going to be something you'll be ashamed of.
01:13:15.380 Now, I will say, when you start talking to me about $3,000 to $5,000 a week, I'm considering
01:13:22.880 putting ads on my Facebook page.
01:13:24.480 Yes.
01:13:25.240 Jeff Fisher Radio is running ads.
01:13:27.180 Why wouldn't you?
01:13:28.320 Of course.
01:13:29.120 But I can't give them my information.
01:13:31.980 I can't bring myself to do that.
01:13:33.540 There's no way.
01:13:34.720 There's no way I trust it.
01:13:36.120 So that one is kind of obvious because you've got to provide access.
01:13:39.920 We have to, right.
01:13:41.160 Yeah.
01:13:41.920 And then all hell could break loose.
01:13:44.460 Yeah, you're done.
01:13:44.800 Who knows what they're going to do.
01:13:45.920 Right.
01:13:46.520 But this, they don't have any access to any of my information.
01:13:49.220 I mean, all you have to do is show up and talk on a podcast.
01:13:52.180 Yeah.
01:13:52.860 That's it.
01:13:53.660 And I'll show up every day for $5,000 an episode.
01:13:57.380 You kidding me?
01:13:58.400 No, don't.
01:13:59.040 Every day of the week.
01:14:00.840 I mean, I'm not doing Joe Button for $3,000.
01:14:03.160 No.
01:14:03.720 I'm not doing that.
01:14:04.960 That's ridiculous.
01:14:05.040 That's ridiculous.
01:14:05.640 But for $5,000 an episode?
01:14:07.540 Yeah.
01:14:07.720 Yeah.
01:14:08.140 I'll do Joe for $5,000.
01:14:08.940 $25,000 a week?
01:14:10.120 Okay.
01:14:12.260 Me and Joe Button are pals.
01:14:13.060 52 weeks a year.
01:14:14.120 I won't even take a vacation the first year.
01:14:16.100 No way.
01:14:16.820 Button and I are buttoning around.
01:14:18.820 I'll tell you that for that.
01:14:21.880 So if anybody knows, I would love to hear what the angle is on that.
01:14:27.440 I don't know.
01:14:27.900 Maybe you have to communicate with them, the back and forth, and then they drop it on you.
01:14:32.900 Because, man, I want to accept.
01:14:35.600 Me too.
01:14:36.320 I want to accept.
01:14:37.280 Me too.
01:14:37.600 It's just I cannot break myself to.
01:14:39.540 You know this.
01:14:39.980 How many times have I said, I really want to be on the full send podcast with Kyle What's-His-Face?
01:14:45.180 I'm tired of hearing it.
01:14:46.420 I'm tired of hearing it.
01:14:47.620 I know.
01:14:47.880 I apologize.
01:14:49.040 But it's a dream.
01:14:51.060 What can I tell you?
01:14:52.460 It's a dream.
01:14:53.420 I saw the email.
01:14:53.860 I thought my dream had come true.
01:14:57.800 And then instead of my dream coming true, they cleaned out my bank account.
01:15:03.040 Right.
01:15:04.840 But that's fun.
01:15:05.860 It wasn't really.
01:15:06.400 Yeah.
01:15:06.960 So this is maybe a little more sophisticated than the Nigerian Prince scam that goes around
01:15:13.100 and continues to circulate.
01:15:14.520 Yeah, I still get those from time to time.
01:15:16.640 And it's a play off of the Nigerian Prince where someone is in charge of someone's bank
01:15:24.340 account that has $11,823,000 shillings in it.
01:15:30.380 And they needed someplace to hold it and transfer it.
01:15:33.800 And they needed someone special.
01:15:35.480 Right.
01:15:35.880 Like you.
01:15:36.800 Yeah.
01:15:37.360 To help.
01:15:38.680 Somebody special like you.
01:15:40.520 It belonged to some lady who died and all her relatives are dead now.
01:15:45.960 I hate when that happens.
01:15:46.880 And if nothing is done within a month, the money goes away.
01:15:50.880 Oh, wow.
01:15:51.480 It goes back to whatever country's government it's in.
01:15:54.440 But they need your help.
01:15:55.640 They need my help.
01:15:56.460 To get the money to the proper place.
01:15:58.260 Yes.
01:15:58.460 And then they'll.
01:15:59.180 So it doesn't go away.
01:15:59.800 They'll cut you in on some of the take.
01:16:01.240 Yeah, I don't get the whole amount.
01:16:02.520 What do you get?
01:16:03.120 How much do you get?
01:16:03.720 I think the last one was you get the gladly give me like 30%, 20% or something of the
01:16:09.800 $11 million.
01:16:10.880 Yeah, I know.
01:16:11.640 Really?
01:16:12.040 30% of $11 million?
01:16:13.400 It was a big chunk, yeah.
01:16:13.880 That's not bad.
01:16:14.340 But it wasn't the whole thing.
01:16:15.480 I was a little disappointed.
01:16:16.660 I mean, what am I doing here?
01:16:18.720 That's not bad.
01:16:20.760 I think I'd do it for 30% of $11 million.
01:16:23.040 Of $11 million?
01:16:23.660 Yeah.
01:16:24.240 I think I would.
01:16:26.260 Because first of all, I have a big heart.
01:16:29.040 Do you want to help?
01:16:29.880 I just want to help.
01:16:30.880 I'm into serving people.
01:16:35.760 So, yeah.
01:16:36.420 It's just, it's got, and I'm sure that once the email exchange begins, and more specifically,
01:16:43.260 even if you were to give them some sort of transaction address, you know, PayPal, Venmo,
01:16:48.440 or whatever, that you're done.
01:16:52.660 Oh, yeah.
01:16:53.380 Start again.
01:16:54.200 Back to zero.
01:16:55.340 Yeah.
01:16:55.740 I mean, we're all close enough to zero as it is now with Bidenomics.
01:16:59.680 Because I don't actually need to be at zero.
01:17:01.700 That's for sure.
01:17:02.660 888-727-BECK.
01:17:04.580 It's Pat and Jeffrey for Glenn today.
01:17:10.400 All right.
01:17:11.460 Just a few months ago now, on October 7th, Hamas began a war with Israel that continues
01:17:16.800 to this day.
01:17:17.900 And now Israel is defending itself from terrorists on all sides.
01:17:22.540 Hundreds of thousands of Israelis have had to leave their homes.
01:17:25.560 And that is tearing communities apart and subjecting innocent people to still more suffering.
01:17:31.740 Even after everything they've already been through, they need help.
01:17:35.540 They need our help.
01:17:36.680 The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, the IFCJ, is right there in the middle
01:17:42.120 of it every day.
01:17:43.340 They're distributing essentials like food and medicine and emergency supplies for hundreds
01:17:48.880 of thousands of suffering Jews.
01:17:51.200 The need is great, and that's why we're partnering with the IFCJ today.
01:17:56.760 Visit supportifcj.org to help.
01:18:00.440 Every donation is urgently needed to help the people of Israel.
01:18:04.520 To give to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, please go to supportifcj.org
01:18:11.960 and give as generously as you can.
01:18:14.620 Your gift will be matched to double in impact and help provide twice the support.
01:18:20.400 So, again, the address, supportifcj.org.
01:18:26.040 Supportifcj.org.
01:18:28.660 Thank you, and God bless.
01:18:30.560 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:18:33.080 The technology used in Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine carries toxicity risks.
01:19:00.920 That's not from Pat Gray or Jeff Fisher or my very passionate producer on Pat Gray Unleashed,
01:19:11.600 Keith Malinak, who is not a fan of the mRNA vaccine.
01:19:16.320 No, he is not.
01:19:17.580 That comes from scientists with the company.
01:19:22.860 I'm sorry, what?
01:19:25.820 Scientists from Moderna?
01:19:27.320 Are they still with the company?
01:19:28.720 Or are these angry ex-employees?
01:19:31.180 It doesn't say.
01:19:32.120 It doesn't say.
01:19:32.920 So, I assume they're still with the company?
01:19:34.580 Because it said with the company.
01:19:35.820 Yeah.
01:19:36.720 A major challenge now, according to the scientists, is how to efficiently de-risk potential toxicities
01:19:43.920 associated with mRNA technology.
01:19:45.680 That does seem like an important thing.
01:19:47.800 Yeah.
01:19:48.120 And I thought there were no toxicities.
01:19:50.680 I thought if you even...
01:19:51.460 We didn't have to de-risk.
01:19:53.460 If you brought it up, you were demonetized.
01:19:56.840 You were edited.
01:19:58.080 You were banned.
01:19:59.600 That's for sure.
01:20:00.480 You were banished.
01:20:01.920 Are you kidding me?
01:20:02.940 Everything we've said from the beginning has been true.
01:20:08.900 The Moderna and Pfizer COVID shots used modified messenger ribonucleic acid technology, which
01:20:15.620 is mRNA, that's delivered by lipid nanoparticles.
01:20:21.220 The toxicity risks include lipid nanoparticle structural components.
01:20:27.660 Love those.
01:20:28.000 Production methods, route of administration, and proteins produced from complexed mRNAs.
01:20:35.920 That were supposed to go away.
01:20:38.500 That's what I was going to say.
01:20:39.620 I do remember hearing some of this that once they were saying, well, you don't need to de-risk
01:20:44.240 because it's not permanent.
01:20:46.540 Right.
01:20:47.080 It lasts a couple of days and then it's gone.
01:20:49.780 Which we all knew wasn't true to begin with.
01:20:50.620 And it's not true.
01:20:51.700 And they're finally admitting, no, I'm sorry.
01:20:53.820 We were wrong.
01:20:54.760 That sticks around for months or years.
01:20:57.120 Wait.
01:20:57.980 What?
01:20:58.840 That would have been important to note, I don't know, before you canceled about a thousand
01:21:04.180 physicians who were saying, hey, something's wrong here.
01:21:09.500 Maybe we need to look into this.
01:21:10.920 And let alone the physicians that may have impacted the choices people made whether to
01:21:15.420 take your mRNA vaccine or not.
01:21:18.580 Exactly.
01:21:19.980 Yeah.
01:21:20.320 I mean, this is the safe and effective vaccine that nobody could question.
01:21:28.440 We don't want any questions about this.
01:21:30.620 It's fantastic.
01:21:31.600 If you either take it or this thing kills us all.
01:21:34.820 Really?
01:21:35.400 Yeah.
01:21:35.900 No, not so much.
01:21:36.800 Yeah, not so much.
01:21:38.020 Deep risky.
01:21:38.340 Okay.
01:21:38.700 Yeah.
01:21:38.960 It's not effective.
01:21:40.500 And oh yeah, it's not safe either.
01:21:42.460 So nevermind.
01:21:43.900 Nevermind.
01:21:44.680 Wow.
01:21:47.700 Unreal.
01:21:48.460 Unreal.
01:21:52.540 The Glenn Beck Program.
01:22:04.260 We'll be right back.
01:22:34.260 Stay the strength and hold the light.
01:22:41.460 It's a new day, time to reign.
01:22:50.820 Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:22:58.700 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:23:04.260 Oh, all right.
01:23:06.600 Stand up.
01:23:08.620 Nice.
01:23:09.440 Thank you.
01:23:09.960 Thank you.
01:23:10.980 Pat and Jeffy for Glenn today.
01:23:14.500 We've got to go over this Tucker Carlson interview with Vladimir Putin.
01:23:18.700 Fascinating.
01:23:19.540 We'll get into that in one minute.
01:23:21.020 Meantime, Mindy wrote in about her dog's experience with rough greens.
01:23:27.140 She says, it's been about a month since I got rough greens for my dog, Polo.
01:23:31.600 He's a six-year-old Manchester Terrier mix, and I can't believe the difference.
01:23:36.840 Polo always had a sensitive stomach.
01:23:38.800 For the past year, he would eat his breakfast.
01:23:41.260 He wouldn't eat his breakfast until he ate grass first, and the rest wasn't pretty.
01:23:45.980 You know what that means, right?
01:23:47.240 They're eating grass.
01:23:48.340 Oh, yeah.
01:23:48.800 That's not a good thing.
01:23:49.680 Something's wrong, right?
01:23:50.340 Yeah.
01:23:51.460 I heard you talk about rough greens and decided to try that the next day, and ever since,
01:23:57.760 no more grass.
01:23:59.020 Everything is back to normal.
01:24:00.640 Thank you.
01:24:01.160 That's awesome.
01:24:02.060 Thanks for sharing that, Mindy.
01:24:03.680 Rough greens isn't dog food.
01:24:05.420 It's a supplement developed by a naturopathic doctor, Dennis Black.
01:24:09.480 You just sprinkle it on your dog's food.
01:24:11.520 Brown food is dead food.
01:24:12.720 You want the greens.
01:24:14.740 You name it.
01:24:15.360 If it's healthy for your dog, it's probably in rough greens.
01:24:18.040 And at rough greens, they're so confident that your dog is going to love it.
01:24:21.640 Mine certainly does.
01:24:22.600 Glenn's does.
01:24:23.840 Stu's does.
01:24:25.340 They have a special deal for you.
01:24:26.940 Go to roughgreens.com slash beck or call 833-GLEN-33, and they're going to give you
01:24:31.780 your first trial bag free.
01:24:34.420 Yeah, free.
01:24:35.540 All you pay is the shipping.
01:24:37.660 Or you can call 833-GLEN-33.
01:24:39.940 That's 833-GLEN-33.
01:24:43.760 Call today.
01:24:47.860 So, Tucker's been getting a lot of flack over this interview.
01:24:53.400 For some reason, I guess you can't interview dictators anymore.
01:24:59.620 Now, it was once apparently perfectly acceptable because-
01:25:02.620 Well, it was considered journalism.
01:25:04.420 Yes.
01:25:05.220 Yeah.
01:25:05.760 60 Minutes has interviewed Vladimir Putin, Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden.
01:25:12.720 Yes.
01:25:13.400 You know, probably Pol Pot back in the day.
01:25:16.260 You name it, they've interviewed him.
01:25:17.900 They weren't able to save the radio tapes when they interviewed Pol Pot.
01:25:22.420 But they're there.
01:25:23.720 But now it's absolutely off limits.
01:25:26.860 Now it's off limits.
01:25:27.960 Well, Tucker went and did some journalism anyway.
01:25:31.020 He interviewed Vladimir Putin and Putin had some things to say, mostly about us.
01:25:38.240 Here's what he had to say about the U.S. dollar.
01:25:41.120 To use the dollar as a tool of foreign policy struggle is one of the biggest strategic mistakes
01:25:50.480 made by the U.S. political leadership.
01:25:53.600 The dollar is the cornerstone of the United States power.
01:25:57.420 But they won't stop printing.
01:25:59.400 What does the debt of 33 trillion dollars tell us about?
01:26:02.500 As soon as the political leadership decided to use the U.S. dollar as a tool of political
01:26:07.680 struggle, a blow was dealt to this American power.
01:26:11.080 I would not like to use any strong language, but it is a stupid thing to do and a grave mistake.
01:26:16.760 Look at what is going on in the world.
01:26:18.520 Even the United States allies are now downsizing their dollar reserves.
01:26:22.420 Seeing this, everyone starts looking for ways to protect themselves.
01:26:26.600 But the fact that the United States applies restrictive measures to certain countries,
01:26:31.280 such as placing restrictions on transactions, freezing assets, etc.,
01:26:36.240 causes grave concern and sends a signal to the whole world.
01:26:39.600 Do you even realize what is going on or not?
01:26:41.880 Does anyone in the United States realize this?
01:26:44.600 Mm-hmm.
01:26:46.800 Yeah.
01:26:47.780 Some people do.
01:26:48.860 Some people do.
01:26:49.900 Some do.
01:26:50.520 I also realized you had it completely wrong.
01:26:53.080 We're not 33 trillion in debt.
01:26:55.260 We're 34 trillion in debt.
01:26:57.960 I don't want to use strong language, but that's stupid.
01:27:02.960 That's so 100 days ago, Vlad.
01:27:08.060 Where does he get his information?
01:27:10.400 What a moron.
01:27:14.600 I'll tell you this, though.
01:27:16.360 Again, we'll play these clips, and obviously, as you said, Glenn was right.
01:27:21.740 He made it about us.
01:27:22.220 It's about America, for sure.
01:27:24.940 I mean, he's the man of peace.
01:27:28.240 He's the guy that knows it all.
01:27:28.820 Yes, he's doing everything right.
01:27:30.480 But I will say, in the beginning, he gave a history of Russia,
01:27:34.500 where he started back in, I don't know, 868 or something, 862.
01:27:40.200 And he went on about the Ukraine in 988, and he's on and on.
01:27:44.780 He's telling the history.
01:27:45.820 There's not a chance that Joe Biden could sit down and do this.
01:27:51.640 He can't remember.
01:27:53.000 I have by wear bows.
01:27:58.040 Anyway.
01:27:59.200 Right.
01:27:59.780 I mean, there's no way.
01:28:02.220 And I'm fine when we point that out.
01:28:04.020 I don't want him pointing it out.
01:28:05.900 That's the thing.
01:28:06.680 I know.
01:28:07.400 And I'm fine talking about the struggles we're going through in this country.
01:28:12.000 I don't want him babbling about it.
01:28:14.280 Because you've got your own situation in Russia, my friend.
01:28:17.400 We don't need to make him look better.
01:28:18.560 Right.
01:28:19.160 Because he's not.
01:28:21.640 And he's not.
01:28:22.600 He's not.
01:28:22.940 He's not a good guy.
01:28:23.980 He's a vicious, brutal killer from the KGB.
01:28:27.940 I mean, he even talks about it.
01:28:29.240 Yes.
01:28:29.420 He even talks about it in the interview.
01:28:31.200 But everything is the CIA's problem.
01:28:33.060 Right.
01:28:33.660 Not his.
01:28:34.780 Yeah, no.
01:28:35.120 He was just an investigative owner.
01:28:37.160 Oh, okay.
01:28:38.000 The KGB was just intelligence.
01:28:40.020 We're just.
01:28:40.560 Right.
01:28:41.060 We find things out and we talk about it.
01:28:43.300 And then we make sure that peace ensues afterward.
01:28:47.280 Okay.
01:28:47.900 Right.
01:28:48.580 All right.
01:28:49.320 Whatever.
01:28:50.800 But he was talking about the CIA's involvement in a coup in Ukraine.
01:28:56.580 As the Americans requested, Yanukovych did use neither the armed forces nor the police.
01:29:03.540 Yet the armed opposition committed a coup in Kiev.
01:29:07.860 What is that supposed to mean?
01:29:09.980 Who do you think you are?
01:29:11.880 I wanted to ask the then U.S. leadership.
01:29:15.960 With the backing of whom?
01:29:17.160 With the backing of CIA, of course.
01:29:23.300 Oh, of course.
01:29:24.380 The organization you wanted to join back in the day, as I understand.
01:29:28.880 We should thank God they didn't let you in.
01:29:31.520 Although, it is a serious organization.
01:29:34.760 I understand.
01:29:35.300 My former vis-a-vis in the sense that I served in the first main directorate, Soviet Union's intelligence service.
01:29:43.240 They have always been our opponents.
01:29:45.900 A job is a job.
01:29:48.320 Okay.
01:29:49.280 Uh-huh.
01:29:49.720 All right.
01:29:50.640 Uh-huh.
01:29:51.340 Yeah, but the KGB, they were peace lovers.
01:29:54.760 Right?
01:29:55.160 They didn't participate in nefarious activity.
01:29:57.960 That's all CIA stuff.
01:29:59.940 Sure is.
01:30:00.680 You know, so.
01:30:01.740 Acting illicently all over the world.
01:30:04.120 I mean, this is agonizing to me.
01:30:08.380 It's difficult.
01:30:09.640 Because as Glenn predicted, he did make it all about America.
01:30:13.460 And sadly, I don't know that Tucker turned that back around on him much.
01:30:19.080 But he asked.
01:30:21.360 Was he there for that?
01:30:22.640 Yeah, I know.
01:30:23.200 I guess you make the argument that he, you know, if you're there for that.
01:30:25.640 But, you know, he talked about how in the beginning, Tucker laid the groundwork of the interview.
01:30:31.960 That it appeared Putin was just filler bustering, you know, when he was going through the history.
01:30:39.260 And then looking back at it, and he said, we tried to cut him off a couple times, and he became, you know, frustrated with them trying to cut him off because he's going through his, you know, history lesson.
01:30:50.780 And, you know, so looking back on it, he said, you know, he's just trying to lay the groundwork for, you know, Russian history and into Ukraine today.
01:30:59.940 So, you know, look at it through that lens.
01:31:02.400 So, I don't know that trying to turn it against him would have done any good.
01:31:06.680 It's very difficult to do that, too.
01:31:08.340 No kidding.
01:31:08.980 I mean, he's in an intimidating place.
01:31:11.680 You know, I don't know if they did this at the Kremlin, at his house, at his palace.
01:31:16.240 He opened with the Kremlin behind him.
01:31:18.420 But you're there with Putin and his people.
01:31:21.520 They're all around.
01:31:22.380 And the FSB.
01:31:23.840 And, I mean.
01:31:25.060 They're all there.
01:31:25.700 Vlad is sitting there with his cup, taking his watch off, rubbing his wrist.
01:31:29.820 That's hard.
01:31:30.960 You know, just that intimidating, that little intimidation move.
01:31:33.840 Yep.
01:31:34.120 It's just, it's all, it's tough to do.
01:31:36.160 I mean, I've interviewed people who bring an intimidation factor with them, like bodyguards.
01:31:42.520 I mean, as well.
01:31:43.380 You know, five or six gigantic bodyguards.
01:31:46.720 Yes.
01:31:47.200 And they're standing there staring at you with a death look the entire interview.
01:31:52.940 And it's hard.
01:31:54.060 And it's intimidating.
01:31:54.840 It sure is.
01:31:55.960 So being in Russia.
01:31:57.680 Oh, man.
01:31:58.360 I mean, that was here.
01:31:59.360 That had to be hard.
01:31:59.700 Right?
01:31:59.920 I mean, I remember, as an example, interviewing David Duke.
01:32:03.760 And, you know, he comes in with his entourage, which are, you know, a dozen guys that are
01:32:09.920 eight feet tall.
01:32:11.200 Yeah.
01:32:11.700 All white and blonde hair.
01:32:13.640 Yes.
01:32:13.880 Huh.
01:32:14.520 And now you're supposed to say, how about that book, huh?
01:32:19.580 Right.
01:32:20.660 What kind of racist are you?
01:32:22.140 How about that?
01:32:22.940 You're a jerk and a racist and a hideous person.
01:32:26.860 It's hard.
01:32:27.620 Right.
01:32:28.040 It's very difficult.
01:32:29.960 So they talked about how the war started with Ukraine.
01:32:35.180 Cut 19.
01:32:36.320 That was eight years before the current conflict started.
01:32:39.120 So what was the trigger for you?
01:32:41.340 What was the moment where you decided you had to do this?
01:32:45.180 Initially, it was the coup in Ukraine that provoked the conflict.
01:32:55.280 By the way, back then, the representatives of three European countries, Germany, Poland,
01:33:01.860 France, and France arrived.
01:33:02.980 They were the guarantors of the signed agreement between the government of Yanukovych and the
01:33:08.780 opposition.
01:33:09.340 They signed it as guarantors.
01:33:12.280 Despite that, the opposition committed a coup and all these countries pretended that they
01:33:18.560 didn't remember that they were guarantors of the peaceful settlement.
01:33:22.100 They just threw it in the stove right away and nobody recalls that.
01:33:27.020 I don't know if the U.S. know anything about the agreement between the opposition and the
01:33:33.980 authorities and its three guarantors who, instead of bringing this whole situation back in the
01:33:39.900 political field, supported the coup.
01:33:42.120 Although it was meaningless, believe me.
01:33:46.640 Because President Yanukovych agreed to all conditions.
01:33:49.780 He was ready to hold an early election, which he had no chance of winning, frankly speaking.
01:33:55.540 Everyone knew that.
01:33:57.160 Then why the coup?
01:33:58.520 Why the victims?
01:34:00.240 Why threatening Crimea?
01:34:02.000 Why launching an operation in Donbas?
01:34:05.400 This I do not understand.
01:34:07.860 That is exactly what the miscalculation is.
01:34:11.820 The CIA did its job to complete the coup.
01:34:16.340 I think one of the deputy secretaries of state said that it cost a large sum of money, almost
01:34:21.580 five billion.
01:34:22.580 But the political mistake was colossal.
01:34:26.640 Why would they have to do that?
01:34:28.760 All this could have been done legally, without victims, without military action, without losing
01:34:34.480 Crimea.
01:34:36.440 We would have never considered to even lift a finger if it hadn't been for the bloody developments
01:34:41.280 on Maidan.
01:34:45.180 Because we agreed with the fact that after the collapse of the Soviet Union, our borders
01:34:49.560 should be along the borders of former Union's republics.
01:34:53.360 We agreed to that.
01:34:55.140 But we never agreed to NATO's expansion and, moreover, we never agreed that Ukraine would
01:34:59.800 be in NATO.
01:35:05.180 We did not agree to NATO bases there without any discussion with us.
01:35:09.600 For decades we kept asking, don't do this, don't do that.
01:35:17.240 And what triggered the latest events?
01:35:19.140 Firstly, the current Ukrainian leadership declared that it would not implement the Minsk agreements,
01:35:25.360 which had been signed, as you know, after the events of 2014 in Minsk, where the plan of
01:35:31.200 peaceful settlement in Donbas was set forth.
01:35:33.140 But no, the current Ukrainian leadership, foreign minister, all other officials and then-president
01:35:41.040 himself said that they don't like anything about the Minsk agreements.
01:35:48.600 In other words, they were not going to implement it.
01:35:54.040 A year or a year and a half ago, former leaders of Germany and France said openly to the whole
01:35:59.260 world that they indeed signed the Minsk agreements, but they never intended to implement them.
01:36:06.160 They simply led us by the nose.
01:36:08.120 Was there anyone for you to talk to?
01:36:09.700 Did you call a US president and secretary of state and say, if you keep militarizing Ukraine
01:36:14.800 with NATO forces, this is going to get… this is going to be a… we're going to act?
01:36:21.880 We talked about this all the time.
01:36:30.100 We addressed the United States and European countries' leadership to stop these developments
01:36:34.600 immediately, to implement the Minsk agreements.
01:36:39.100 Frankly speaking, I didn't know how we were going to do this, but I was ready to implement
01:36:44.100 them.
01:36:45.100 Just a man of peace.
01:36:46.100 Man of peace.
01:36:47.100 Man of peace, Jeffy.
01:36:48.100 They included lots of elements of those Donbass territories' independence.
01:36:52.360 I can't take it anymore.
01:36:53.340 That's true.
01:36:53.680 You know, it's just really sad.
01:36:54.320 However, I was absolutely…
01:36:55.520 It's really sad.
01:36:56.320 This man of peace has been betrayed so many times by the United States of America.
01:37:01.600 I mean, all he's trying to do is just live up to the Minsk agreement.
01:37:07.080 It was signed in 2014.
01:37:08.740 I don't even know that.
01:37:09.400 In Minsk.
01:37:09.980 Yeah.
01:37:10.480 Yeah.
01:37:10.740 Maybe US leadership doesn't understand that.
01:37:13.140 Maybe they don't know that.
01:37:14.260 But he tried to tell them.
01:37:15.320 Tried to.
01:37:15.980 Tried to tell them.
01:37:16.860 Because you know why?
01:37:17.660 He's a man of peace.
01:37:19.640 That's why.
01:37:21.740 What does he have to do to show you how peaceful he is, this man?
01:37:26.640 I mean, how many countries does he have to invade before you realize he's a man of peace?
01:37:32.920 And you are evil bastards.
01:37:35.560 Thank you.
01:37:36.660 How many times?
01:37:38.480 I don't know.
01:37:39.380 I don't either.
01:37:39.940 I don't know the answer.
01:37:40.700 I don't either.
01:37:41.300 More coming up in one minute.
01:37:42.480 Teamwork makes the dream work.
01:37:48.080 And never does that phrase apply more than in the real estate game.
01:37:51.720 Look, buying and selling a home is difficult enough during normal economic times.
01:37:57.040 And it's stressful enough.
01:37:58.620 But I think we can agree that these are not normal economic times.
01:38:02.900 You need somebody who's solid and dependable and who knows all the ins and outs and the best practices both in your area and in the area you're moving into.
01:38:11.680 That's why, a while back, Glenn started a company called Real Estate Agents I Trust.
01:38:16.220 When you contact them, they find the best agents in your area and connect you with them so that you're already on the right track, right out of the gate.
01:38:25.420 You need someone who's going to lead you and the team so that you end up where you want to be at the end of the process.
01:38:33.700 But don't take my word for it.
01:38:36.120 Interview one of the agents in your area about your real estate process today.
01:38:40.960 Go to realestateagentsitrust.com.
01:38:43.600 It's a free service.
01:38:44.680 We provide you with these great agents.
01:38:47.960 They're fans of the show.
01:38:48.900 You're going to have things in common with them.
01:38:50.720 It's realestateagentsitrust.com.
01:38:53.360 10 seconds.
01:38:54.340 Station ID.
01:39:03.700 All right.
01:39:07.380 The man of peace.
01:39:08.440 He had a little bit more to say.
01:39:10.440 Thank goodness.
01:39:11.680 Because he's so misunderstood in this country.
01:39:14.260 You know what I mean?
01:39:15.300 Yes.
01:39:15.740 Just misunderstood.
01:39:16.700 I do.
01:39:16.880 He's a nice man trying to do nice things and trying to bring peace to the world through, you know, murdering hundreds of thousands of people.
01:39:27.660 Sometimes you've got to break a few eggs to make an omelet.
01:39:30.640 Am I right?
01:39:31.240 You are right.
01:39:32.000 And he's making some peace omelets.
01:39:33.700 That's what he's trying to do here.
01:39:36.660 But the Ukrainian war should have ended already.
01:39:40.000 But, of course, you know who's at fault.
01:39:42.700 Not him.
01:39:43.560 Not him.
01:39:44.840 Not him.
01:39:45.500 Cut 20.
01:39:46.460 We support this.
01:39:47.500 So I just want to make sure I'm not misunderstanding what you're saying.
01:39:49.900 I don't think that I am.
01:39:50.660 I think you're saying you want a negotiated settlement to what's happening in Ukraine.
01:39:55.620 Right.
01:39:59.580 Of course.
01:40:01.820 And we made it.
01:40:02.760 We prepared the huge document in Istanbul that was initialed by the head of the Ukrainian delegation.
01:40:09.060 There you go.
01:40:10.360 He affixed his signature to some of the provisions.
01:40:13.320 Not to all of it.
01:40:14.360 Somebody initialed it.
01:40:14.940 He put his signature and then he himself said, we were ready to sign it and the war would have been over long ago.
01:40:22.600 Right there.
01:40:23.320 Man of peace.
01:40:23.860 However, Prime Minister Johnson came, talked us out of it, and we missed that chance.
01:40:29.120 Damn Boris Johnson.
01:40:30.520 It would have been the Istanbul agreement.
01:40:32.760 Boris freaking Johnson.
01:40:34.440 Just a puppet of the United States.
01:40:36.280 Oh, man.
01:40:37.220 Wouldn't let it happen.
01:40:38.400 If only it wasn't for Boris Johnson.
01:40:40.460 He had it signed.
01:40:44.520 It was ready to go.
01:40:45.760 There was peace on the way.
01:40:47.220 And then Boris Johnson.
01:40:50.760 God dang it.
01:40:52.860 God dang.
01:40:53.840 Oh, dang.
01:40:54.980 I'm just a man of peace.
01:40:56.760 He's a man of peace.
01:40:57.840 Well, and the inevitable question.
01:41:00.420 I like this question.
01:41:01.720 Who blew up the Nord Stream pipeline?
01:41:06.500 Who blew up Nord Stream?
01:41:10.420 Yes.
01:41:11.140 You for sure.
01:41:12.640 You for sure.
01:41:13.360 I was busy that day.
01:41:14.800 Nate, do you have...
01:41:16.800 I did not blow up Nord Stream.
01:41:19.600 You know what he's saying.
01:41:20.580 Thank you, though.
01:41:21.560 You as in the United States.
01:41:23.240 Yeah, he does.
01:41:25.140 You personally may have an element, but the CIA has no.
01:41:28.820 The CIA.
01:41:29.640 There you go.
01:41:30.260 Yeah.
01:41:30.660 Did you have evidence that Nate or the CIA did it?
01:41:33.000 Can't take it.
01:41:36.180 Do you have evidence, Vlad?
01:41:39.660 Let's see it.
01:41:40.760 You know, I won't get into details, but people always say in such cases,
01:41:45.580 look for someone who is interested.
01:41:48.140 But in this case, we should not only look for someone who is interested,
01:41:52.100 but also for someone who has capabilities.
01:41:54.920 He had no interest.
01:41:55.800 Because there may be many people interested, but not all of them are capable of sinking
01:41:59.600 to the bottom of the Baltic Sea and carrying out this explosion.
01:42:03.640 Sure.
01:42:04.480 These two components should be connected.
01:42:06.760 Who is interested and who is capable of doing it?
01:42:09.700 The CIA.
01:42:10.040 But I'm confused.
01:42:10.760 I mean, that's the biggest act of industrial terrorism ever.
01:42:14.200 Yeah.
01:42:14.420 And it's the largest emission of CO2 in history.
01:42:17.200 OK, so if you had evidence and presumably given your security services or intel services,
01:42:21.180 you would that NATO, the U.S., CIA, the West did this.
01:42:25.660 Why wouldn't you present it and win a propaganda?
01:42:28.280 Thank you.
01:42:28.840 Good question.
01:42:29.640 Yeah.
01:42:29.880 Great question.
01:42:30.500 And the answer is?
01:42:35.420 In the world of propaganda, it is very difficult to defeat the United States.
01:42:39.740 Right.
01:42:40.660 Because the United States controls all the Western media and all the European media.
01:42:45.280 All right.
01:42:45.720 Got it.
01:42:46.240 The ultimate.
01:42:46.900 Thanks.
01:42:47.200 I mean.
01:42:47.780 I can't.
01:42:48.660 I can't take it.
01:42:50.120 That's unbelievable.
01:42:51.640 That's unbelievable.
01:42:53.160 OK, if you have information, evidence, proof that the CIA blew up the pipeline.
01:43:00.760 I mean, I don't doubt it.
01:43:01.640 Let's see it.
01:43:02.580 I don't necessarily doubt it.
01:43:03.820 It could be.
01:43:04.580 And we've talked about the fact it could have been us.
01:43:06.640 It could have been us.
01:43:07.720 But it definitely could have been Russia, too.
01:43:10.440 Absolutely.
01:43:11.060 100%.
01:43:11.840 I mean, they have the capability.
01:43:12.680 They have the reasons.
01:43:13.580 Following his line of investigation, it most definitely could have been them.
01:43:17.340 Yes, it could have.
01:43:18.060 But if you think you have evidence of the CIA's involvement, let's see it.
01:43:23.580 Let's have it.
01:43:24.640 Give me this propaganda nonsense.
01:43:27.220 Shut up.
01:43:28.640 That was agonizing.
01:43:31.060 Agonizing.
01:43:32.480 But he's a man of peace.
01:43:33.620 Man of peace.
01:43:34.160 Man of peace.
01:43:34.660 Man of peace.
01:43:35.140 So.
01:43:37.620 Glenn Beck.
01:43:46.220 Hello.
01:43:46.740 All right.
01:43:48.700 Sometimes, you know, what you feel with your wallet is as important or even more important
01:43:53.760 than what you're feeling with your heart.
01:43:55.880 I'm sure your heart breaks, as mine does, for the enormous loss of life every year from
01:44:01.000 abortion.
01:44:02.200 But we have to do something about it.
01:44:05.240 Pre-born is leading the way.
01:44:07.140 But they can't do it without people in the pro-life movement, like you and me.
01:44:11.920 We're the gas that keeps the engine running.
01:44:13.940 And we got to keep it running.
01:44:15.520 Pre-born has rescued over 280,000 babies from abortion.
01:44:20.320 And every day, they rescue 200 more.
01:44:22.940 Every day.
01:44:24.040 When a woman considering an abortion hears her baby's heartbeat and sees that precious
01:44:28.500 little face on an ultrasound.
01:44:30.620 And you know, how many times have you seen the ultrasound up on the refrigerator?
01:44:33.860 The refrigerator magnet.
01:44:35.700 All the time.
01:44:36.620 Yes.
01:44:36.820 That baby's chance at being allowed to live is doubled at that point.
01:44:42.760 If you have the means, would you please consider a leadership gift to save a baby's life?
01:44:48.420 $5,000 will sponsor a pre-born and their entire network for 24 hours.
01:44:53.800 $28 buys an ultrasound.
01:44:55.800 Pre-born.com slash Beck.
01:44:58.260 100% charity rating.
01:45:00.020 Go to pre-born.com slash Beck.
01:45:02.280 It's Pat and Jeffy for Glenn today.
01:45:16.980 Hopefully, he'll be back on Monday.
01:45:19.560 Tomorrow's his birthday.
01:45:20.420 He's going to be 60 years old.
01:45:21.780 We got something from Five for Fighting.
01:45:24.300 John Andrasik coming up in just a few minutes.
01:45:26.800 I think you're going to love it.
01:45:27.780 Yesterday, was it about this time or maybe an hour earlier, might have been in the second hour,
01:45:34.080 that we talked about the Montana couple that lost custody of their daughter.
01:45:39.660 And the daughter, because she's trans, she wants to get puberty blockers,
01:45:47.020 wants to have the top surgery, all of those things.
01:45:49.920 She wants to transition to a boy.
01:45:51.580 Yes.
01:45:51.880 So, the state took custody of her and sent her to Canada, where her biological mother lives.
01:46:01.700 And I guess they're going to do the surgery there?
01:46:03.980 I guess it's going to happen.
01:46:04.960 Is that why the mom says, yeah, come on up to Canada?
01:46:07.180 We'll do it for you here.
01:46:08.480 That's the impression I got.
01:46:09.740 It's weird because, well, that's probably just because that's where mom lives.
01:46:12.540 Because those states, most of those states that allow that, they pay for it.
01:46:16.960 So, if you get diagnosed with gender dysphoria, then Medicaid kicks in and they pay for it.
01:46:24.220 Well, that's great.
01:46:25.380 Isn't that nice?
01:46:26.020 That's what I'm saying.
01:46:27.100 Yes.
01:46:27.280 Because you really want a 14-year-old to make that life decision, right?
01:46:33.180 I don't care what age you are.
01:46:34.600 I don't either.
01:46:35.500 If you're diagnosed with gender dysphoria, then you need to have the surgery that would make you be less dysphoric.
01:46:43.280 And I'll tell you this, when I was 14, I wish you would have cast in stone every thought I had because, man, was I wise at 14.
01:46:53.680 Yeah.
01:46:54.180 Oh, man.
01:46:54.840 Oh, I knew exactly what life was about.
01:46:57.920 And you just know.
01:47:01.020 At 14, you just know.
01:47:02.860 It's silly to think that we've lost our way in that way.
01:47:06.820 I know.
01:47:07.560 Oh, everybody knows that at 14, you don't.
01:47:11.620 You don't.
01:47:12.100 You don't know what's good for the rest of your life.
01:47:14.500 You don't.
01:47:14.840 You can't make life-changing decisions like that at 14 years old.
01:47:21.920 Is there no common sense anymore?
01:47:24.500 And, of course, the answer is no.
01:47:25.520 The answer is no.
01:47:26.220 There isn't any common sense anymore.
01:47:28.340 I mean, these parents, these poor parents who are trying to do the best thing for their daughter.
01:47:34.600 So, did they get, and I don't know the entire story.
01:47:38.280 So, the dad is a real dad and the mom is the step-mom and so her real mom lives in Canada.
01:47:43.580 Yes.
01:47:43.740 So, did the state just say, oh, you said no, so we're taking your kid?
01:47:49.220 Yes.
01:47:50.680 CFS.
01:47:51.440 I think they call it CFS.
01:47:52.920 Yeah.
01:47:53.440 CPS, whatever the agency is, they took control of the child and got her to Canada.
01:48:00.660 Isn't that amazing?
01:48:02.060 Isn't that astounding?
01:48:02.960 A United States.
01:48:05.300 Yeah.
01:48:06.000 In a Republican state, a supposedly Republican state, Montana, CFS comes in, takes custody of the daughter.
01:48:13.860 And then ships the daughter to another country?
01:48:16.160 Yeah.
01:48:17.060 Yeah.
01:48:17.660 Across national boundaries.
01:48:20.700 Oh, my gosh.
01:48:22.120 It's an incredible story.
01:48:23.560 How is that even allowed?
01:48:24.680 I don't know.
01:48:25.960 I don't know.
01:48:27.860 The parents sounded great.
01:48:29.520 They sounded like they're beside themselves, of course.
01:48:32.180 Sure.
01:48:32.800 And, you know, they sound like they want the best for her daughter.
01:48:34.920 There's been no implication of any sort of abuse.
01:48:39.080 It was just a no to the transitioning.
01:48:41.500 Yeah.
01:48:42.100 Right.
01:48:42.380 So, even there was no logical conclusion, like, it's no now.
01:48:48.420 You know, if you want to transition in four years when you're 18 or whenever the Montana state government says you're an adult, go ahead.
01:48:57.300 Right.
01:48:57.720 Which you would think would be reasonable.
01:49:00.060 Yeah.
01:49:00.460 Okay.
01:49:00.780 If you still want to do this when you're an adult human being.
01:49:04.660 So, have at it.
01:49:05.760 Then that's going to be up to you.
01:49:07.220 Have at it.
01:49:07.600 Right.
01:49:07.880 But that's not the decision that's being made.
01:49:12.020 Wow.
01:49:12.600 They're instead, I guess, trusting this 14-year-old to make a life decision, a life-altering decision like this for the rest of her life.
01:49:22.500 Talk to the kids who transitioned and now want to detransition and how difficult a process that is.
01:49:29.520 How many times have we seen it?
01:49:30.620 Over and over and over and over.
01:49:33.600 It's insane.
01:49:36.700 But it doesn't matter because it's the prevailing ideology right now.
01:49:44.780 If you think you're trans, then you're trans.
01:49:49.380 And that's cast in stone now.
01:49:51.540 And not only cast in stone, which, you know, I get it.
01:49:55.020 Okay.
01:49:55.200 So, you think you're trans.
01:49:56.120 All right.
01:49:56.420 Fine.
01:49:56.940 You know, you think you're a boy or you think you're a girl.
01:49:59.280 And you're thinking, man, I should get the surgery because I think that, well, how about we wait?
01:50:06.040 Right.
01:50:06.420 You know, let's wait.
01:50:08.240 And I'm not saying no forever.
01:50:09.280 I'm saying no until you're older.
01:50:11.320 Here's some boy clothes.
01:50:12.760 You know, I'm even not a boy.
01:50:14.400 Here's some girl clothes.
01:50:15.380 Whatever.
01:50:15.900 If we're going to go that far down the road, okay.
01:50:18.900 But we're not going to make physical changes.
01:50:22.020 Changes.
01:50:22.760 Right.
01:50:23.380 You can make that decision when you are an adult.
01:50:25.720 We're not going to stunt your body's process.
01:50:26.520 But right now, I'm responsible for you.
01:50:28.460 Yeah.
01:50:28.900 So, no.
01:50:30.620 Right.
01:50:31.860 How about no?
01:50:33.420 That used to be logical.
01:50:35.180 Right.
01:50:35.600 That's a...
01:50:36.180 Used to be responsible parenting.
01:50:39.520 Not anymore.
01:50:41.420 Now, you're abusive.
01:50:43.160 Okay.
01:50:45.840 Okay.
01:50:46.420 I know.
01:50:47.100 Okay.
01:50:47.620 And what are you supposed to do?
01:50:48.600 That's all you can say, really, is, okay.
01:50:50.900 Okay.
01:50:51.260 All right.
01:50:51.680 I guess I got no rights as a parent anymore.
01:50:53.300 I guess not.
01:50:53.840 I mean, how do you fight the government agency that's coming to your house to take your children?
01:50:58.020 I don't know.
01:50:58.620 I don't know.
01:50:59.060 I'm...
01:50:59.340 It's hard.
01:51:00.020 That scares me.
01:51:01.420 Yeah, it's hard.
01:51:01.900 Actually, because I don't know how people fight that.
01:51:04.240 Honestly, I don't know how you fight that.
01:51:06.140 You need to go to...
01:51:06.720 Because when they come a-knocking, they're going to do what they're going to do.
01:51:09.860 There are certain agencies that will help you.
01:51:12.300 And you need to seek them out.
01:51:14.080 Immediately.
01:51:14.840 Yeah.
01:51:16.040 Yeah.
01:51:16.400 And Glenn gave them some names yesterday of some agencies that you can seek out, and
01:51:21.860 they said they were going to look into it.
01:51:23.020 I mean...
01:51:23.300 They hadn't yet, but they were going to.
01:51:24.600 When they come with the SWAT team to take your kids away, because you said no to the
01:51:28.720 transitioning surgery...
01:51:29.680 Oh, my gosh.
01:51:30.180 ...surgery, there's not much you can do.
01:51:33.620 There's really not.
01:51:34.980 And when you take them across not just state lines, boundaries...
01:51:39.400 International boundaries.
01:51:40.440 ...international boundaries, then what are you supposed to do?
01:51:44.600 And Canada is so liberal.
01:51:46.980 They're gone.
01:51:47.920 They're gone.
01:51:48.740 You can't fight against Canada with Justin Turdow.
01:51:52.420 No.
01:51:53.080 No, no, no.
01:51:53.420 And his leadership.
01:51:54.320 I mean, we pay for it here in the U.S.
01:51:56.840 I'm sure that Canada does.
01:51:58.420 Oh, yeah.
01:51:58.920 There's no question about that.
01:51:59.940 Absolutely.
01:52:00.580 Yeah.
01:52:01.020 Absolutely.
01:52:01.420 I mean, we put up the facade.
01:52:02.600 Well, you've got to be diagnosed with...
01:52:05.300 Okay.
01:52:05.740 Mm-hmm.
01:52:06.120 All right.
01:52:07.480 Should I see that doctor over there?
01:52:09.060 That doctor there will be able to say whether I should be diagnosed or not.
01:52:13.120 And has he ever said...
01:52:14.900 Has he ever not diagnosed anyone with gender dysphoria when they went to him?
01:52:19.140 Probably not.
01:52:20.240 And the thing is, 10 years ago, it was a mental disorder.
01:52:24.280 10 years ago, you were mentally ill with this problem.
01:52:28.420 But now, now you have to be accepted that way.
01:52:33.840 I mean, you're just fine.
01:52:34.700 If you're against it, you're the one with the mental problems.
01:52:36.580 Exactly right.
01:52:37.360 It's gone completely the other way now.
01:52:39.800 It's so insane.
01:52:42.920 Wow.
01:52:43.420 There's just no words for it.
01:52:44.740 There's really nothing in the English language that can sum up...
01:52:48.660 Oh, I've got a couple words.
01:52:49.840 Yeah, well, okay.
01:52:50.860 But that you can use on the radio.
01:52:55.420 Also, Brown University students are going on a hunger strike to force Brown University to divest from Israel.
01:53:04.100 Apparently, they've got some investments in Israel.
01:53:06.300 Oh, no.
01:53:06.920 And the students are...
01:53:08.320 There's a group of 19 students at Brown who have gone on a hunger strike.
01:53:14.060 Oh, no.
01:53:14.660 Calling for the school to divest from companies which profit from human rights abuses in Palestine.
01:53:20.440 Oh, man.
01:53:21.500 And they're going on a hunger strike.
01:53:22.900 It's going to be a shame to see them starve to death.
01:53:24.820 It's going to be a shame.
01:53:25.040 Yeah, right.
01:53:25.660 I mean...
01:53:26.160 I don't want them to.
01:53:27.200 If you don't want to eat, though, don't eat.
01:53:31.260 Sorry.
01:53:31.740 I don't care.
01:53:33.200 I just want to go on record as saying, and this is just coming from me, and I know this
01:53:36.860 might be a surprise, but I will never go on a hunger strike for anything or anyone.
01:53:43.420 What if you strongly believe in it, though?
01:53:46.020 No.
01:53:49.320 You're right.
01:53:50.120 I'm shocked.
01:53:50.800 I know.
01:53:51.460 I'm shocked.
01:53:52.180 I know.
01:53:52.460 That's not happening.
01:53:53.960 Okay?
01:53:57.200 You're on your own.
01:53:58.200 Oh, man.
01:53:58.820 You're on your own with your hunger strike.
01:54:00.440 Well, this hunger strike began clear back on February 2nd, so it's been going on a week
01:54:05.820 now, and it will continue until Brown University considers a proposal on divestment.
01:54:13.020 It comes amid a growth in protests calling for colleges and local governments to divest from
01:54:18.860 assets linked to Israel and the Israeli military.
01:54:21.840 We've gone through a lot of other means of showing the university where we stand and
01:54:27.500 what our demands are, according to Niyante Nepal, one of the striking students.
01:54:33.220 Well, go ahead.
01:54:33.940 Don't eat.
01:54:34.380 Yeah.
01:54:34.640 And let's see what happens there.
01:54:35.640 I'd be fascinated to know.
01:54:36.540 Are they at least getting, like, bread and water?
01:54:38.840 Are they getting-
01:54:39.180 Oh, I'd like to know that as well.
01:54:40.500 Are they getting, you know, water with a little chili pepper in it or something to keep them
01:54:44.320 alive?
01:54:44.480 Well, there's no way they're not eating or drinking.
01:54:46.840 Right.
01:54:47.040 It's not really a hunger strike.
01:54:49.300 Right.
01:54:49.440 It's just a, we demand.
01:54:51.080 We're not eating delicious things strike.
01:54:53.180 That's what it is.
01:54:53.980 Right.
01:54:55.140 Organizing has been going on for over 10 years on this campus around this issue.
01:54:58.900 We've had vigils.
01:54:59.780 We've held various programs to get students tuned in, and since October 7th, it escalated
01:55:05.440 to sit-ins where, at this date, 61 students have been arrested.
01:55:10.880 Wow, that's how committed they are.
01:55:12.260 61 students.
01:55:13.820 The hunger strike felt like the next appropriate step.
01:55:17.040 Yep.
01:55:17.160 Go ahead.
01:55:17.920 Stop eating.
01:55:18.320 I mean, that's the first thing I think of when I get mad at somebody.
01:55:21.420 A hunger strike.
01:55:22.100 You know what?
01:55:24.080 Never.
01:55:24.860 What's the odds Brown capitulates?
01:55:27.860 Okay.
01:55:28.220 About 98.9%, I would say.
01:55:32.920 I'll bet you they do.
01:55:34.260 I'll bet you they do.
01:55:34.900 Because we can't.
01:55:35.220 We'll check back next week.
01:55:36.260 For their safety.
01:55:37.080 Yeah.
01:55:37.380 I mean, we don't want to.
01:55:39.120 We can't have them not eat.
01:55:40.840 888-727-BECK.
01:55:42.840 More coming up.
01:55:44.960 Jim wrote in about his experience with Relief Factor.
01:55:47.760 He says, I used to have extreme lower back pain and nothing that I tried really ever touched
