00:02:16.360 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:21.480 Hello, America.
00:02:22.480 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:23.900 We're glad that you're here.
00:02:24.900 Thank you so much for tuning in and listening today.
00:02:27.480 I'm going to give you a preview of what we have coming up for you tonight.
00:02:33.520 It is a special, free, 90-minute Glenn Beck Wednesday night special episode.
00:02:41.500 It is something you will not hear anywhere else.
00:02:47.100 I guarantee it.
00:02:49.300 It's been out and everyone is ignoring it because everyone is afraid.
00:02:53.860 And I think it is the most critical information you can have for the election.
00:03:00.880 And I'll give that to you here in 60 seconds.
00:03:03.720 Caring for your dog can be an awful lot of work.
00:03:06.320 We want to talk to you about, we want to talk to you about your dog a little later right now.
00:03:14.460 Relief factor.
00:03:15.880 Relief factor for people that can't fall asleep, no matter what, no matter what, how bad your day was,
00:03:22.740 no matter how long you're in the middle of a boring conversation, you just can't fall asleep.
00:03:27.740 If you're going to be with somebody who's, like I am with Stu, who's just incredibly boring, but you can't sleep, but you'd like to,
00:03:36.080 maybe relief factor sleep can help you promote healthy sleep by reducing anxiety, distress, improving mood, and promoting relaxation.
00:03:44.000 I was just making sure he was listening.
00:03:46.640 Just maybe stop thinking about me when you're in bed so often.
00:03:49.260 I don't know, this might be another tip.
00:03:53.280 I know from experience it works.
00:03:55.160 Feel the difference the first night.
00:03:56.740 It's all natural relief factor sleep.
00:04:00.500 You can get it now.
00:04:01.460 Unleash the power of great sleep by calling 800, the number four relief.
00:04:04.740 800, the number four relief.
00:04:07.160 Dream big and sleep tight.
00:04:11.700 Okay, then.
00:04:13.080 Welcome to the program.
00:04:14.220 First, let me just, let me just, let me just, let me just, you know,
00:04:18.680 let me just start with the 79 to 18 vote in the U.S. Senate that passed the package that includes Ukrainian aid, Israel aid, and, quote, other items.
00:04:36.440 Those other items, the TikTok sale went through.
00:04:41.340 They just threw that one in there.
00:04:42.920 Now, here's what's interesting.
00:04:44.900 Not only did you now pay $60 billion to Ukraine.
00:04:51.840 I'm sorry, is it 60?
00:04:53.000 Yeah, it is 60 to Ukraine.
00:04:54.160 60 to Ukraine.
00:04:55.580 You're also giving money to Hamas aid, which we now know they are stealing the aid and then reselling it to the people of Gaza.
00:05:06.420 But don't worry, Hamas is, they're really good people.
00:05:08.880 You also had a TikTok.
00:05:12.980 Now, why did we want to ban TikTok?
00:05:15.840 What was the Democrats' reason for wanting to stop TikTok?
00:05:19.940 Had to sell it.
00:05:21.600 Why?
00:05:21.780 The Democrats' reason?
00:05:22.880 I mean, the reason.
00:05:25.540 The reason everyone talked about is that China and their influence and the fact that they can get our data and all these other things.
00:05:33.920 Data.
00:05:34.300 It's a threat to the country.
00:05:35.620 It's not all the dumb dancing, which is why I would ban it.
00:05:38.440 Yeah, you know what was taken out of this bill?
00:05:40.820 The banning of transferring American data to China.
00:05:44.880 Taken out of the bill?
00:05:46.060 Yeah, so it doesn't include it.
00:05:47.680 No.
00:05:48.600 Doesn't include that.
00:05:49.180 So they have to sell it to someone who can then transfer it to China?
00:05:51.820 Yep.
00:05:53.140 I mean, what the hell are they doing?
00:05:55.060 What power did they gain?
00:05:57.900 What power did they gain?
00:05:59.140 I think Mike Lee is, I mean, I just think he is, he's on the edge.
00:06:08.220 Uh, he said yesterday, they think they're Churchill.
00:06:12.280 They're congratulating themselves for spending money that does not belong to them.
00:06:16.740 The money we don't have and we'll have to borrow and print spending other people's money to fight someone else's war against their will isn't heroic.
00:06:26.700 It's cowardice.
00:06:28.560 It doesn't end well for any political party whose elected officials repeatedly display contempt for the party's most faithful voters.
00:06:38.400 Dems don't do this to their base.
00:06:40.240 Dems fight for their base.
00:06:42.800 Now, let me ask you this.
00:06:43.960 When the Democrats will say to the people who are shouting death to America and they will change their policies because they want the death to America crowd to vote for them.
00:07:02.700 We can't get the Republican Party to not spend 90 billion dollars.
00:07:13.500 They won't respond to the American people.
00:07:17.000 What good are you?
00:07:20.400 I've never seen this government grow at such a breathtaking speed.
00:07:26.240 It is, it is growing in powers.
00:07:29.100 It's seemingly taking gigantic leaps every week.
00:07:37.080 I'd like to know what power they, they got from the tick tock thing.
00:07:41.160 I, you know, they're not going to be talking about it, of course, because it was cloaked by the Ukraine vote.
00:07:47.200 And every single one, there was 14, I think, was it 14, 15 Republicans, 15 Republicans stood up.
00:07:55.620 And every, every, every other one of those Republicans, shame on you, shame on you.
00:08:04.620 You're saying that this is what they said.
00:08:07.240 Well, this is the most important package to, to secure our nation.
00:08:12.720 Uh, this is, this is, this is in our national interest.
00:08:16.000 This is the most dangerous time we've lived in.
00:08:19.660 Well, we don't live in Ukraine.
00:08:21.940 We live in the United States of America and you won't secure our borders.
00:08:27.220 So how are you protecting us?
00:08:29.580 And let me ask you, if you know something, I, I'm so sick and tired of, well, you don't know the briefings.
00:08:35.820 Then give us the briefings, then give us the briefings.
00:08:40.500 I have had it with these people in Washington just saying, well, you don't know the facts.
00:08:46.840 Well, show me some respect.
00:08:50.920 You work for us, not the other way around.
00:08:56.740 Show us some respect.
00:08:58.260 If you have information that is so unbelievably dangerous, that it makes you violate the Fourth Amendment last week, makes you spend $90 billion this week.
00:09:15.760 And by the way, the New York Times came out and said, is $60 billion going to be enough for Ukraine?
00:09:21.040 We don't think so.
00:09:22.120 That's the story today.
00:09:23.480 Of course it's not going to be enough.
00:09:24.820 Of course it's not.
00:09:25.260 We've given them $100 billion and it hasn't, they haven't been able to get their territory back.
00:09:28.860 That is more of inflation adjusted dollars.
00:09:32.280 This is more than we spent on the rebuilding of Europe, the Marshall Plan.
00:09:41.500 Where is this money?
00:09:44.040 Where is it going?
00:09:45.380 What is it doing?
00:09:46.720 What do you, why do you think another $60 billion that we don't have should go to Ukraine?
00:09:53.580 Why would you pass this bill saying it's all about our national security and you won't close the borders?
00:10:03.040 Republicans, you're worthless.
00:10:05.480 You are worthless.
00:10:08.540 Can I push back on this a little bit?
00:10:10.400 Yeah.
00:10:10.840 Go ahead.
00:10:11.440 You say, you know, you need to listen to the American people.
00:10:14.680 The American people favor this.
00:10:16.820 In poll after poll after poll.
00:10:18.680 It's not overwhelming.
00:10:20.380 The last poll was 55 to 43.
00:10:22.380 43, they support it.
00:10:24.620 45.
00:10:25.260 Now is that Republicans?
00:10:26.320 45% of Republicans.
00:10:28.240 So again, if you're talking about just Republicans and reacting to who they have, 45% of Republicans support.
00:10:35.540 How about FISA?
00:10:36.540 I don't have a poll on FISA, but I can look one up.
00:10:38.740 How about, how about voting?
00:10:41.740 But hold on, you're running away from this issue here for a second.
00:10:44.760 And I mean, you have to acknowledge that this is not an open and shut issue as far as people's opinions.
00:10:50.980 I agree with you that I don't want to be spending more money because I am terrified of this thing.
00:10:56.460 It's not even the money for me.
00:10:57.520 I just, I'm terrified of this thing spiraling out of control, especially with Joe Biden in charge of it.
00:11:03.280 But like, it's not even for Republicans an open and shut issue.
00:11:07.180 It's a split issue for Republicans and independents.
00:11:09.980 And then, of course, somehow overwhelmingly supported by Democrats in opposition of everything they did for the past multiple decades.
00:11:17.260 But still, like, it's not, I'm not saying that that's how they should make that decision.
00:11:22.460 I think they should make that decision with a critical look at the evidence.
00:11:26.620 And I think the evidence shows that our position would be the more appropriate one.
00:11:30.960 But it's not like they're ignoring every Republican.
00:11:35.260 It's a split issue.
00:11:36.540 Here's what my problem is, okay?
00:11:38.560 It is, you say it's 45%.
00:11:40.620 That should be then represented by 23, 24 votes in the Senate.
00:11:47.040 Maybe split.
00:11:47.660 It's 15.
00:11:48.420 You know why it's only 15?
00:11:50.160 Because the others were in a briefing where it was really spooky.
00:11:55.660 And, well, we got to do something because Putin is going to do.
00:11:59.820 Yes, okay.
00:12:00.780 Then if that is your answer, why won't you also secure our border in the same package?
00:12:10.120 Well, they can't get it through.
00:12:11.780 I mean, there's not going to, the Democrats are not going to vote for it.
00:12:14.060 That's why.
00:12:14.780 I mean, I think Republicans would, they voted in the House overwhelmingly for a bill.
00:12:18.400 If they really were that spooked by it.
00:12:19.400 If they were really, if the Democrats were really like, oh my gosh.
00:12:22.520 I don't believe the Democrats.
00:12:23.560 I'm not saying I believe the Democrats at all, but I mean, trying to get the border thing
00:12:28.980 through, they did try to, you know, the House has tried multiple times to get that bill through.
00:12:33.940 And the Democrats, of course, will ignore it because I can't even state the reason for
00:12:39.880 why they ignored it at this point, especially considering it's weighing heavily on the candidacy
00:12:44.960 of their candidate, right?
00:12:46.320 Like, I mean, it is a major problem for Joe Biden, but they're never going to address it.
00:12:51.300 We know that.
00:12:51.940 But, you know, they came up with a bill that they did try to pass through the Senate that
00:12:56.700 Republicans stopped.
00:12:58.180 I think, you know, we looked at the bill in detail.
00:13:00.560 It was not a very strong bill, not nearly as strong as the one the House passed, and
00:13:05.000 I think would have had all sorts of holes in it.
00:13:06.700 So we went over those problems.
00:13:08.060 But as they will point out, we tried to pass a bill about border security.
00:13:12.440 I don't buy that argument because the bill sucked.
00:13:15.000 But still, what you're going to get through a Democratic Senate is going to suck.
00:13:19.560 Can I ask you, do you think that Mike Johnson is representing the base of the Republican
00:13:26.820 Party?
00:13:30.340 Largely, no.
00:13:32.000 It's particularly in these issues.
00:13:33.680 I mean, I don't think it's as clear.
00:13:35.200 I guess my point only is it's not as clear cut as maybe we feel it is here at The Blaze
00:13:40.480 or on talk radio.
00:13:41.460 What is the direction of the people?
00:13:45.840 Which direction are they going?
00:13:47.280 I think Republicans are getting much more skeptical over things like FISA.
00:13:53.380 And that is something that has developed over the past, what, 20 years?
00:13:57.020 So if you want to live in the past with Mitch McConnell, hey, keep doing what you're doing,
00:14:01.020 Johnson.
00:14:01.420 You think Mitch McConnell's a man of the future?
00:14:03.560 No.
00:14:04.200 The man can't even get through multiple sentences without stopping.
00:14:06.400 Exactly right.
00:14:07.660 And times have changed, and the Republican Party refuses to change.
00:14:12.960 They have got to understand this is a new world.
00:14:16.220 It's not 1981 anymore.
00:14:18.600 I agree.
00:14:19.340 I agree.
00:14:19.780 They should, of course, acknowledge that.
00:14:21.300 But it's also part of it to acknowledge that if we're saying they need to change, we're
00:14:26.000 the ones changing.
00:14:27.520 Right?
00:14:27.840 I mean, like that would be the right thing to do.
00:14:30.180 But it's not crazy for a Republican Party to support funding an effort to stop Russia.
00:14:37.520 There's a difference between changing and waking up.
00:14:41.860 Okay?
00:14:42.120 First of all, the only thing constant in life is change.
00:14:45.060 And if you're not changing, then you're not learning.
00:14:48.760 You're not growing.
00:14:49.860 Okay?
00:14:50.200 Agreed.
00:14:50.700 But we are also waking up.
00:14:52.600 I don't think, on my view of America, I haven't changed.
00:14:58.720 I've opened my eyes, and I have seen new information that I had never seen before.
00:15:05.940 I didn't know.
00:15:06.860 I wouldn't have believed it.
00:15:08.960 But I believe it now.
00:15:11.140 And I understand it now.
00:15:12.840 I understand that there is a giant progressive game that has been going on for the last 100
00:15:18.720 years.
00:15:19.300 And it is destroying our country.
00:15:21.660 I understand that the left, not the Democrats per se, because they don't exist anymore.
00:15:28.660 The left, the Marxists, the radicals, the anti-constitutionalists, the people who are in
00:15:36.580 bed with global corporations, whatever your reason is on the left, you're all together
00:15:42.760 in a nice little cabal.
00:15:44.420 You might hate each other, but you're in this nice little cabal.
00:15:48.760 And you all have one idea.
00:15:51.660 You might destroy America.
00:15:54.200 That's what the Democratic Party has allowed into the gates.
00:15:58.780 And now they're eating anybody who is a regular Democrat.
00:16:04.420 OK, well, if that's what you want, that's what you get, Democrats.
00:16:09.460 If that's what my Democratic mayor or neighbor, who still has their eyes closed, wants, I will
00:16:15.800 do everything I can to help them understand this isn't 1981 anymore.
00:16:22.820 You're fighting a different battle.
00:16:25.960 The republic is at stake.
00:16:29.540 The same thing with the Republicans.
00:16:34.000 You're supposed to represent me.
00:16:36.520 How about this one?
00:16:37.740 Ninety billion dollars on Ukraine.
00:16:40.280 You say that's going to protect me and my family.
00:16:43.960 We don't have the money.
00:16:45.560 So you're hurting my family by spending extra money.
00:16:49.420 One other thing.
00:16:50.340 You say you have to pass this bill to sell TikTok, but you didn't include transfer of my data to
00:17:00.000 China.
00:17:00.460 So how are you helping me?
00:17:04.640 If you're representing me, you're not helping.
00:17:09.980 You're hurting my family.
00:17:11.960 You're hurting my children.
00:17:13.620 Every time you spend a dollar, you're making it harder for me to put food on the table.
00:17:19.840 You're making it impossible for my children to be anything but slaves.
00:17:24.320 Don't call yourself a representative.
00:17:29.520 How dare you?
00:17:31.240 How dare you?
00:17:32.460 Do you represent the United States of America or your own special interest?
00:17:36.300 When's the last time any of you people stood up with maybe 20 in the Senate?
00:17:42.960 Maybe 20 in the Senate.
00:17:45.440 When's the last time you stood up and actually said, damn it, this is not in the Constitution
00:17:52.420 of the United States.
00:17:53.640 In fact, it goes against the Constitution.
00:17:58.500 I had a lot to say today.
00:17:59.880 Back in a minute.
00:18:00.480 I didn't notice that at all.
00:18:02.140 I hadn't picked that up in any way.
00:18:04.220 Huh.
00:18:05.000 Interesting.
00:18:05.580 All right.

00:19:21.000 10 seconds, station ID.
00:19:30.160 Yeah, here's the thing.
00:19:34.940 We are living in a time where the forgotten man has about had enough.
00:19:41.380 Who's the forgotten man?
00:19:44.900 Let's say person A is marching in the streets and saying, hey, Hamas is great and we should
00:19:54.920 spend even more money to fly illegals into our country.
00:20:01.160 And so person A convinces person C to take money away from person B and give it to person
00:20:14.980 A or somebody else.
00:20:18.180 The forgotten man is person B.
00:20:20.460 Wait a minute.
00:20:21.540 You're destroying my life.
00:20:23.520 You're taking my money away from me.
00:20:25.800 You're doing things that are going to destroy the future of my children.
00:20:31.080 Wait a minute.
00:20:31.820 What about me?
00:20:32.700 Do I have a voice here?
00:20:34.700 Do I have a voice?
00:20:37.020 Well, yes, you only have 45%.
00:20:39.020 This country was designed not to be majority rule.
00:20:46.020 Majority rule is very dangerous.
00:20:48.720 That's a mob.
00:20:52.120 We're also not supposed to be run by the minority either.
00:21:00.120 We're not supposed to have a little fringe group that can make themselves seem bigger than
00:21:06.020 they are and control everything.
00:21:08.260 We're not supposed to be ruled by nine judges.
00:21:10.980 We're not supposed to be ruled by people that are in three-letter agencies that no one elected,
00:21:21.220 no one even really knows who they are, and they are telling you exactly what you can and
00:21:27.760 cannot do.
00:21:28.820 That's not constitutional.
00:21:30.520 That's nowhere in our system of government.
00:21:34.120 Nowhere.
00:21:35.440 But why is all this stuff happening?
00:21:37.240 Because Congress no longer controls the purse.
00:21:42.340 The White House is completely high on power through the agencies.
00:21:47.760 And it's not just this president.
00:21:49.380 It's been all of them lately.
00:21:53.600 It's fiat.
00:21:56.000 Executive orders.
00:21:57.580 Or in the case of this president, even worse.
00:22:01.320 It's having agencies do all the things that you can't get through Congress.
00:22:07.240 Where are you?
00:22:10.000 Where are you?
00:22:13.340 Well, you're being silenced.
00:22:18.020 We have one election.
00:22:20.540 This is not the most important election.
00:22:22.260 I'm so sick and tired of hearing this.
00:22:23.760 The most important election of my lifetime.
00:22:25.460 This may be the last election in the republic that we call the United States of America.
00:22:31.740 It'll still be called by that name, but it will not be free.
00:22:38.780 Look at the pace of the power accumulation in Washington, D.C.
00:22:43.620 Now, are we going to have a free fair election?
00:22:47.840 Well, I don't know.
00:22:49.700 But tonight, I'm doing a 90-minute special.
00:22:53.400 It is free across our platform.
00:22:56.500 So you just go to blazetv.com slash Glenn.
00:23:00.520 You come in and you watch tonight at 9 p.m.
00:23:04.480 I'll explain what I'm going to expose next.
00:23:09.140 Glenn Beck.
00:23:10.820 Let's talk about something good.
00:23:12.320 I want you to meet Major Jonathan Turnbull.
00:23:14.260 He's an American hero.
00:23:15.740 During a tour of duty, Major Turnbull was severely injured during an attack from an ISIS suicide bomber.
00:23:22.900 His left eye completely lost.
00:23:24.600 His right eye was punctured.
00:23:26.500 20 surgeries.
00:23:27.820 Countless hours of painful rehabilitation.
00:23:29.960 Thank God Jonathan Turnbull is still alive and well.
00:23:33.420 But his life was completely changed.
00:23:36.760 Now, should the government fund everything?
00:23:39.420 No, I want a smaller government.
00:23:41.840 They should take care of his health, which I think they do a really crappy job at, but maybe that's just me.
00:23:48.820 But Tunnel to Towers Foundation paid off his mortgage, gave him a specifically adapted smart home designed specifically for him and his needs.
00:23:57.300 He moves around his house more easily now.
00:23:59.960 Peace of mind that he definitely deserves after defending our country at such a cost.
00:24:04.560 Please join the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
00:24:06.900 Support America's heroes today.
00:24:09.000 You'll be touching the lives of injured veterans and first responders and homeless veterans.
00:24:13.660 Gold star families, families of fallen first responders.
00:24:17.180 Just go to T2T.org.
00:24:19.360 That's T, the number two T, dot org.
00:24:22.940 Glenn's a tad fired up today.
00:24:24.560 You may know that that might go to TV as well.
00:24:27.740 BlazeTV.com slash Glenn.
00:24:28.960 It's tonight.
00:24:29.600 Secure 2024 for 30 bucks off.
00:24:31.920 Stu and I were talking during the break and I, he said, you know, Republicans have always been the big war, the, you know, the tough ones.
00:25:01.900 The tough on defense, the anti-Russian people, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:25:05.940 It's one of the three stools, three legs of the stool, right?
00:25:10.220 And he said, if the Republicans want to change, conservatives want to change, then somebody has to make the case because we're the ones changing.
00:25:20.040 So I'll make that case.
00:25:21.540 Give me just a couple of minutes because I want to talk to you about what's happening tonight.
00:25:25.940 Tonight, we are doing a story that was brought to me about a month ago.
00:25:31.340 And I was very reluctant to do it because it's stupid to do it if you don't have the proof.
00:25:42.140 And what we have is an allegation that we have had experts run a test on and they have shown us, yep, that's what we can do.
00:25:59.840 And it is out in the open now.
00:26:03.400 Think of Gandalf coming to Frodo when he first, he first gets the ring and he doesn't really understand.
00:26:12.780 And he's, he's like, just keep, just keep it safe.
00:26:16.180 Gandalf goes back and he comes, comes back to Frodo after he's learned some more stuff.
00:26:20.640 He's like, is it secret?
00:26:21.700 Is it safe?
00:26:22.300 Well, um, in this case, it's no longer secret and it is no longer safe and it will play a role if people know about it and it's out in the open.
00:26:38.660 Now, if people know about it and it is not changed, there is a court case right now in, in the Supreme court.
00:26:48.040 And you'll hear people talk about the court case, but they will not talk about the facts that are now in the open as a part of this case.
00:27:00.020 I don't know why other than everybody is afraid.
00:27:07.720 I'm going to pause for a second.
00:27:14.080 I, I, I think it's important for people to understand.
00:27:18.040 Heroes aren't built because they're unafraid.
00:27:25.680 Heroes are built because they may be afraid, but they have something bigger that they serve than their fear.
00:27:36.840 Who do you serve?
00:27:38.960 Because if you serve your fear, you're not in alignment with God.
00:27:43.520 You're just not.
00:27:44.360 Fear does not come from God.
00:27:52.500 God may warn you, but he doesn't cause you to be afraid.
00:27:59.060 And when he warns you, you have to then look and say, is this, is this something eternal?
00:28:10.260 I want to be a race car driver.
00:28:15.000 Something in use is, ah, don't be a race car driver.
00:28:17.900 That's pretty dangerous.
00:28:19.520 Is that coming from God?
00:28:20.920 Is that eternal in nature?
00:28:23.380 Is that your fear?
00:28:25.480 That kind of stuff I don't think matters all that much.
00:28:29.080 But when it comes to standing up for justice, standing up for the unheard, standing up for the rights that he has given us.
00:28:39.260 Remember, he loans us these rights.
00:28:43.000 They're not ours.
00:28:44.380 They are ours to protect for our children and grandchildren.
00:28:48.240 They belong to him.
00:28:49.440 We will go someday to the judgment seat because we were all born at this time in this country for a reason.
00:28:57.700 And we will be judged.
00:28:59.260 What did you do in that time, in those days?
00:29:03.360 What did you do?
00:29:04.800 My wife and I went to a, we went to an art show in Fort Worth, and it was great.
00:29:17.780 It was wonderful.
00:29:18.760 We went this Sunday, went to church, changed our clothes, went down to this art show, and just walked around in Fort Worth and saw this great art.
00:29:28.560 And I didn't bring any security with me.
00:29:30.320 Well, I don't go out very often, and it was Sunday.
00:29:35.900 It was a last-minute thing, and I, ah, so we went out.
00:29:45.040 I usually don't, I usually don't take security when it's, like, last-minute or it's, honestly, in places where I think we're going to be okay.
00:29:58.220 It's Fort Worth, Texas.
00:29:59.120 We're going to be okay.
00:30:01.140 Well, we were okay.
00:30:02.840 But so many people, thank God, we're fans.
00:30:06.600 But they kept coming up to us, and one guy at the very end said, climb back.
00:30:11.600 We were driving away, and I had the top down of my car, and we're driving away.
00:30:15.840 Climb back!
00:30:17.120 And the first thing you learn is don't respond to your name.
00:30:20.260 So I didn't turn around.
00:30:21.280 Climb back!
00:30:21.780 And I see in the mirror he's running now behind the car, and I'm at a stoplight, and he grabs on to the back of the car, the side of the car, my wife's door.
00:30:31.920 Are you, Glenn, back?
00:30:33.000 You don't do that in today's world.
00:30:36.420 Don't do that.
00:30:37.660 Please don't do that.
00:30:39.360 He turned out to be a friendly, but my wife said, we're not going anywhere without security anymore.
00:30:44.180 That scared the hell out of me.
00:30:46.100 Did me too.
00:30:49.000 But does that stop us?
00:30:51.900 No.
00:30:52.380 When you are somebody who's standing up in your school board meeting, and you know you're outnumbered, you know that they can make your life miserable, does that stop you?
00:31:07.580 The answer is no, because you are serving something bigger.
00:31:12.580 What I'm going to show you tonight has the potential of total and complete election fraud.
00:31:29.040 I'm not saying it's intentional.
00:31:31.680 I will tell you where it is.
00:31:34.380 I will show it to you, because it's out, and it is not safe.
00:31:39.680 And it needs to be changed.
00:31:41.220 And I'm going to show you how we can change this.
00:31:45.380 And I urge you to come with your democratic and independent friends.
00:31:52.260 Invite them over to your house tonight.
00:31:53.980 Whatever you have to do, get them to watch this, because this is something that all Americans, all Americans should be concerned with.
00:32:01.940 We're having to rewrite a lot of this, because we hired our attorneys.
00:32:07.720 We brought them all in.
00:32:08.960 We said, here is the script.
00:32:10.660 This one is on script, which is going to be very hard for me to do, but we have to make sure that every word is right, because it's not just about discrediting.
00:32:24.880 The forces that are aligned.
00:32:26.880 The forces that are aligned are very litigious, and we cannot make a single mistake.
00:32:36.060 You will not hear about this, most likely anywhere else, because I know what this show cost us.
00:32:47.020 Just this one show tonight is costing us, and I know what it is going to potentially cost us if we don't get it exactly right.
00:32:55.700 I left Fox because I left Fox because I would have never been able to do a show like tonight's show.
00:33:02.640 Never.
00:33:04.000 Never.
00:33:05.520 And it is critical that you see this, and it is critical that Republicans, Democrats, and these companies all stand together and say,
00:33:17.640 We must know that our vote is secure and safe.
00:33:26.460 This is free to everyone.
00:33:29.300 I said to the blaze, I just don't think we should, we should not have a gate on this one.
00:33:38.880 And they're like, Glenn, do you know how much this episode is costing?
00:33:42.980 And I said, yes.
00:33:44.340 And they said, do you know how much all of the documentaries we're making are costing?
00:33:49.240 And I said, yes.
00:33:50.900 But this one, if people don't see it, could cost us the republic.
00:33:59.780 I know times are tight.
00:34:02.420 So if you are tight, I just ask you to watch it.
00:34:06.300 If you can afford even, what is the basic blaze?
00:34:13.920 It's like $2 a month or something like that.
00:34:16.360 And you'll get access to all of the stories on blaze, theblaze.com.
00:34:22.180 And I think it's, what, nine bucks or whatever a month for everything.
00:34:27.520 May I suggest that you subscribe if you have the money, because we need your support now more than ever before.
00:34:38.580 This is just growing in its scope.
00:34:41.640 Remember, if you found any of the information on the Great Reset, on ESG, on the dollar and inflation,
00:34:54.960 we were way ahead on those things.
00:34:58.460 We are trying to help you prepare.
00:35:01.480 We're trying to, who else on a national platform that is commercial
00:35:06.980 is trying to beg people, I don't care what your religion is, please return to God.
00:35:21.920 Please return to the Constitution.
00:35:24.180 Do not listen to the people in our own party who are saying that we should have a revolution,
00:35:33.580 a civil war, or extra-constitutional authorities.
00:35:40.540 No!
00:35:42.320 The answer is not a new form of government.
00:35:45.900 The answer is executing the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
00:35:51.020 No!
00:35:54.180 I want you to join me tonight.
00:35:57.360 Call a friend.
00:35:59.100 This one is really important.
00:36:03.300 It's free tonight.
00:36:05.960 It'll be free for 24 hours.
00:36:07.800 If you can join us, please, we need your support.
00:36:14.520 I want you to go to blazetv.com.
00:36:17.300 You'll save $30 now with the promo code SECURE2024.
00:36:23.120 SECURE2024 is the promo code if you can join.
00:36:26.820 Uh, and you'll save $30 with your annual subscription.
00:36:31.040 Please support us, join us, and if you don't have any money, that's fine.
00:36:36.580 Please join us free.
00:36:39.080 This is important.
00:36:41.960 9 p.m.
00:36:43.040 Eastern.
00:36:45.000 All right.
00:36:45.620 Even when you're careful, even when you're a responsible adult who saves your money wherever
00:36:50.360 you can, doesn't overspend, doesn't overspend, even if you're the type who's been planning
00:36:55.220 for retirement since the day you started working, even when, you know, you aren't, uh, you aren't
00:37:02.700 doing all the wrong things.
00:37:03.740 You're trying to do all the right things.
00:37:05.160 That doesn't make you immune, unfortunately, to the devastating effects of the progressive
00:37:10.460 policies that are happening right now.
00:37:12.840 Millions of Americans are in debt right now.
00:37:15.700 Much of it is our credit card debt.
00:37:17.440 People are out of savings and they're now putting food on their credit card.
00:37:22.100 And I know times are tough, but if you're in a position now where you, your, your credit
00:37:28.520 card bill is just crushing you and you're afraid of losing your house, please, please call
00:37:33.780 American financing at 800-906-2440.
00:37:37.200 800-906-2440 or go to Americanfinancing.net.
00:37:42.420 Their salary-based mortgage consultants have saved so much money.
00:37:45.880 People just like you, uh, are saving last year.
00:37:49.320 The average was $826 a month.
00:37:53.160 Please call American financing now.
00:37:55.180 800-906-2440 Americanfinancing.net.

00:38:11.320 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:38:13.840 So when was the last time you checked the title on your home?
00:38:29.400 Probably never would, but you know who is checking the title of your home?
00:38:33.140 The cyber thieves.
00:38:34.080 They are trying to check the title of your home and put their name on it because if they can
00:38:37.440 get their name on your title, they have access to your equity.
00:38:40.920 And, you know, this looks like a little paperwork snafu, something that shouldn't be a big deal.
00:38:45.680 Well, it can be.
00:38:46.360 It can cost thousands and thousands of dollars to unwind this process, and you might get stuck
00:38:50.840 with these payments.
00:38:52.420 We have a lot of equity in our homes now.
00:38:56.500 I mean, it's $16 trillion, I think it is, nationwide, which is an incredibly high number.
00:39:00.840 However, you know, prices have gone up over the years.
00:39:04.360 People paid off their mortgages, and you think, well, I've done the right thing.
00:39:08.220 I've made the right decisions for my retirement and paid off my home.
00:39:11.700 And that's true.
00:39:13.300 You're susceptible to this because you're the big target, right?
00:39:16.440 Like, that's where all the money is.
00:39:18.080 So get triple lock protection from home title lock.
00:39:20.780 They'll keep an eye on your title.
00:39:22.360 And if you've ever been, you know, Victor, something happens, they will take action.
00:39:27.600 They will help restore your home back to your name.
00:39:31.320 The first step is to check on your home's title right now.

00:40:06.540 Hey, I want to give you some good news here.
00:40:10.440 The Alliance Defending Freedom, the Senior Council, Matt Sharp, friends of ours, people who are really on the cutting edge,
00:40:20.880 have really helped the Tennessee bill that Governor Lee has just signed.
00:40:31.440 It is a landmark bill that is so important, prohibiting discriminatory debanking.
00:40:37.920 What does that mean?
00:40:38.780 It means for your political or religious views, your speech, your affiliations, you stood up at a school board meeting, whatever.
00:40:46.640 They cannot debank you.
00:40:48.540 And it now is a Tennessee law prohibiting major financial institutions like nationally chartered banks with at least $100 billion in assets,
00:40:57.400 along with major insurance providers, so important, from discriminating against otherwise qualified customers because of their political or religious views, speech, or affiliations.
00:41:07.360 Thank you to the ADF, and thank you to Governor Bill Lee of Tennessee for signing this and all of the state lawmakers.
00:41:19.800 This is a very important step.
00:41:22.000 Every state should have this.
00:41:24.000 I can't believe we have to.
00:41:25.300 The problem is you need to be able to have transparency.
00:41:31.400 You need to make sure that the bank has to tell you why you're being debanked.
00:41:38.060 I didn't even know debanking was a real thing for my whole life.
00:41:45.360 Debanking, what are you talking about?
00:41:46.940 How could you be debanked?
00:41:48.420 What are you, a drug lord?
00:41:50.240 Well, no, now it's becoming more and more popular.
00:41:52.620 It's kind of like being depersoned in 1984, where, sorry, you just don't exist.
00:41:58.640 You don't have a bank.
00:41:59.460 You don't have a job.
00:42:00.260 You don't have anything.
00:42:01.580 Beat it, kid.
00:42:03.620 So congratulations to Tennessee on that.
00:42:13.680 We're going to go back to the bill that was signed last night, the bill in the Senate.
00:42:22.620 That passed.
00:42:23.940 Only 15 Republicans stood up against this.
00:42:26.680 And it was a bill for the defense of Ukraine, mainly, $60 billion, and then some money to Israel, and then some money to Hamas, just to make things interesting.
00:42:38.360 And Taiwan.
00:42:39.440 So we kind of pissed off everybody last night, the whole world, which is great.
00:42:48.260 Even New Guinea is upset at us now.
00:42:51.020 Thank you, Joe Biden, with that beautiful story about, you know, you and your uncle.
00:42:55.380 So, um, but it also, they tucked in the TikTok bill, but in that bill, they don't protect you from your information being sent to China even after the sale.
00:43:09.440 What the hell?
00:43:11.200 What was that?
00:43:12.560 Stu made the point that if we're against money for Ukraine, that we should have to make the case to the American people.
00:43:21.140 So I'm going to try to make the case to the American people.
00:43:24.600 Next.

00:43:39.460 Could you take one of the kids?
00:43:40.620 Every time you wanted to make sure that your family was eating something good, it didn't cost you an arm and a leg.
00:43:47.960 In this inflation-riddled economy, the one that's hitting the poor people the hardest, one of the best things you can do for yourself and your family is lock down the price of things when and where you can.

00:45:14.620 Stay up straight and hold the line.
00:45:21.820 It's a new day.
00:45:24.620 Time to rise.
00:45:26.760 Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:45:39.760 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:45:42.480 Getting ready for our big 90-minute special tonight.
00:45:47.260 It is free on the blaze.
00:45:48.520 And if you want a free and fair election, it is critical that you watch and bring a Democrat to the table.
00:45:56.980 Please, we all should care about our election security.
00:46:01.240 Making sure that it is safe and free and fair.
00:46:06.460 Tonight, we're going to reveal some things that you need to know and we all need to come together on and demand that it is changed or at least explained.
00:46:17.840 We have computer forensics that have been done for tonight's show.
00:46:22.820 It is really critical because this information is now out in the open, but nobody in the media will talk about it.
00:46:29.720 And tonight's show is really, honestly, the reason why I started Blaze Media.
00:46:34.580 I started it because I knew there were topics that I couldn't touch.
00:46:39.200 This is one of them.
00:46:41.260 And I urge you to watch it.
00:46:42.620 Again, free for everybody at blazetv.com.
00:46:46.720 You watch it.
00:46:47.760 It's going to be free tonight for 24 hours.
00:46:50.580 We'll give you more information on that here in just a second.
00:46:53.700 Also, a little more ranting is left in me about the Ukraine bill that passed last night.
00:46:59.660 We'll do that coming up.
00:47:00.560 Your home is your castle, but these days they don't exactly let you build a wall around it, dig them out and, you know, sink sharp spikes into the bottom.
00:47:08.980 Although, I have tried those stupid city councils and their ordinances against spikes.
00:47:16.440 Anyway, you want to make sure that your home is protected from the kinds of people who want to break in and steal things and endanger your family.
00:47:24.580 May I recommend SimpliSafe?
00:47:27.280 When you get SimpliSafe, you're helping ensure that your family and property are the last things any criminal wants to mess with.

00:47:55.560 Long-term contracts are a thing of the past with SimpliSafe.

00:48:15.420 SimpliSafeBeck.com.
00:48:16.480 That's SimpliSafeBeck.com.
00:48:20.940 Okay, let me see.
00:48:24.560 Last hour, I was telling you about what happened in the Senate last night.
00:48:31.320 The Senate passed a package, $95 billion.
00:48:35.180 It does not secure our border.
00:48:37.540 It goes in and takes more money and straps your children and your grandchildren with another $95 billion.
00:48:46.780 It gives money to Taiwan, which hacks off the Chinese, and that's fine.
00:48:51.360 But gang, let's be honest.
00:48:54.380 We are not going to fight a war in Taiwan.
00:48:57.840 Maybe one day we would have, but we cannot do it.
00:49:02.920 It would stretch.
00:49:04.260 Just this alone would kill and cripple the United States.
00:49:12.460 We don't have the supply lines.
00:49:15.060 So if we wanted to protect Taiwan, our supply line would take all of the assets we have all over the world just to supply everything we need for Taiwan.
00:49:28.660 Now, I'm sorry, but that's the truth.
00:49:32.860 I think Taiwan should be its own nation.
00:49:36.540 I don't want to see China gobble up another nation.
00:49:39.840 But we cannot do it.
00:49:44.100 The days of us saying we can protect everywhere and do everything, those are over.
00:49:49.440 They've been over for a very long time.
00:49:51.600 We won the Cold War, and then we lost the peace.
00:50:00.400 And quite honestly, I'm going to blame a lot of this on people like me.
00:50:04.960 Okay?
00:50:05.660 We won the Cold War.
00:50:07.200 Yeah, tear down that wall.
00:50:09.600 And then we just thought it was okay.
00:50:12.160 And then we continued on all of these endless wars.
00:50:15.880 We listened to presidents like George H.W. Bush, who was a spook.
00:50:22.680 We've listened to the State Department over and over again.
00:50:27.180 Have you noticed that since the United Nations happened, things are not really much better with war?
00:50:35.520 Yeah, we haven't had a global war yet, but we're setting everything else on fire.
00:50:39.820 And since Tragedy and Hope, a book that was written in the 1960s, that explained there will only be police actions and no clear winners in war anymore.
00:50:52.620 It will end kind of in a standoff.
00:50:55.060 It will end like it did in Iraq, like it did in the Gulf War, like it did in Afghanistan, like it did in Vietnam.
00:51:04.680 That's the plan now.
00:51:07.360 And it's out in the open.
00:51:09.060 It's not some conspiracy.
00:51:10.980 That's the way we fight wars now.
00:51:13.380 I don't want to fight a war.
00:51:14.820 I don't want to spend 20 years fighting a war and have it end like Afghanistan.
00:51:19.840 You and I both know the United States of America could have gone in there and we could have kicked Afghani's ass and got out.
00:51:30.620 But that's not what we do, because we now have to nation build.
00:51:34.340 I don't want a nation build.
00:51:35.520 Have you noticed how much the world resents us?
00:51:39.260 Why does the world resent us?
00:51:43.840 Well, for one thing, new information, we're giant hypocrites.
00:51:49.080 I always thought that Americans were good and gracious and we were going over to help people.
00:51:56.880 You're not going over to help people when you go into very, very religious countries and say, hey, by the way, you want an ERA aid?
00:52:05.080 You've got to have your kids aborted.
00:52:07.540 You have to have drag queen shows.
00:52:10.300 You think they're going to like us or resent us?
00:52:15.100 You think they're going to like us when you say, oh, we don't torture.
00:52:19.420 We're beyond that.
00:52:20.940 We definitely don't torture.
00:52:22.680 And then we ghost plane people to a regime in Egypt that we kept propped up forever so they could torture people for us.
00:52:36.480 The policies of the last 100 years don't work.
00:52:46.420 They don't work.
00:52:47.460 Stu said last hour, Glenn, you know, 45 percent of Republicans want the Ukrainian aid.
00:52:58.240 And because I said, when are the Republicans going to listen to their base?
00:53:03.380 Well, it's fairly split.
00:53:06.260 55, 45.
00:53:08.040 OK, so I'll never be able to make the case to the Lindsey Graham's of the world because I don't know.
00:53:14.380 Lindsey Graham, I mean, I don't know.
00:53:17.940 I haven't seen his bottom line.
00:53:20.440 Is he rich from Raytheon?
00:53:22.020 I don't know.
00:53:23.960 Or is he just a war hawk that just wants war all the time because he actually believes it?
00:53:32.140 I don't know.
00:53:33.040 But I will tell you this.
00:53:38.000 The world is changing.
00:53:40.580 And if you don't recognize that, you are going to be left in the dust.
00:53:47.460 Now, everything is changing.
00:53:50.200 And that's what everybody keeps telling you.
00:53:52.060 Well, the biggest thing that is changing is our politicians are not following the Constitution.
00:54:02.740 That's the root of all of our evils.
00:54:06.860 We are not following the Constitution of the United States.
00:54:12.780 Congress is no longer in charge of the purse.
00:54:15.540 Congress doesn't pass the laws.
00:54:17.420 It's all left in the hands of bureaucrats who make all these little edicts and all these little changes.
00:54:23.100 And they turn this dial by 10 percent and this dial by 5 percent and this one by 25 percent.
00:54:28.960 And before you know it, you're a frickin' slave.
00:54:35.200 And who do you go to?
00:54:37.540 Doesn't matter who you vote for.
00:54:39.260 Because they don't make the laws anymore.
00:54:45.760 So you get a new Speaker of the House.
00:54:47.580 What does he do?
00:54:49.520 He completely abandons everything because he's had briefings now.
00:54:53.420 Oh.
00:54:54.080 Well, you know what?
00:54:54.840 If they've changed you that much,
00:54:56.940 I think you should brief the world.
00:55:00.600 I think you should brief the United States.
00:55:03.020 I keep hearing how dangerous the world is.
00:55:06.160 No crap.
00:55:07.900 Really?
00:55:08.780 It's dangerous.
00:55:10.280 Do you think it's more dangerous since Joe Biden got in or less dangerous?
00:55:15.480 It's been getting more and more dangerous for the last 25 years.
00:55:21.240 Why?
00:55:22.420 Because the last 25 years,
00:55:23.860 the last 75 years,
00:55:27.400 the State Department has been running everything.
00:55:30.040 They don't care who the President is.
00:55:32.100 It started with the creation of Israel.
00:55:35.040 The State Department threatened the duly elected President of the United States, Harry Truman.
00:55:43.600 You're not going to make that statement.
00:55:45.560 Yes, we are.
00:55:46.920 No, you're not.
00:55:47.760 I'm the President of the United States.
00:55:50.640 So I will dictate policy.
00:55:53.180 He beat them to the microphone.
00:55:55.500 That's the only reason why the State of Israel exists.
00:55:58.780 Because the duly elected President,
00:56:01.220 who had the responsibility to set the pace,
00:56:06.400 beat the State Department and the deep state to the microphones.
00:56:10.780 So, yeah, we are changing.
00:56:20.400 And it is important to change,
00:56:22.520 but Stu was right.
00:56:23.680 It is important for us to state why we're changing.
00:56:26.680 The definition of insanity is to do the same thing and expect different results.
00:56:35.880 I could be here all day giving you examples of this.
00:56:40.640 The Fed.
00:56:42.760 The Fed comes up with a plan.
00:56:45.000 It makes things worse.
00:56:46.520 So we go back to the Fed.
00:56:48.120 They make a plan, and it makes things worse.
00:56:50.600 So we go back to the Fed,
00:56:52.200 and they make a plan,
00:56:53.540 and it makes things worse.
00:56:55.440 We need to protect ourselves.
00:56:59.940 So we go to the Department of Homeland Security,
00:57:02.020 and we lose rights,
00:57:03.540 and things don't change.
00:57:05.100 So we go to the Homeland Security,
00:57:06.980 and we make changes.
00:57:09.260 We're not protected.
00:57:11.200 We lose more rights,
00:57:12.800 and nothing changes.
00:57:15.980 Look,
00:57:17.420 this is so simple, it's ridiculous.
00:57:22.520 Nothing will change
00:57:24.140 unless something changes.
00:57:31.220 I say that to my kids all the time now.
00:57:34.400 Nothing will change
00:57:35.520 unless something changes.
00:57:37.800 Dad, how come this keeps happening to me?
00:57:41.640 Because
00:57:42.120 nothing will change
00:57:44.580 unless something changes.
00:57:47.520 Unless you change,
00:57:49.640 unless you do something different,
00:57:53.460 it's going to keep happening.
00:57:58.180 Everything in our country,
00:57:59.900 we're losing more and more rights.
00:58:03.700 And so what do we do?
00:58:05.820 We elect
00:58:06.720 the same kind of people
00:58:08.840 over and over again,
00:58:10.060 and we lose more rights.
00:58:11.600 And so we're like,
00:58:12.280 yeah, well,
00:58:12.720 we need some more people,
00:58:14.060 and we hire the same kind of people,
00:58:15.980 and we lose more rights.
00:58:17.360 What's missing in this?
00:58:21.160 I was just in South Carolina.
00:58:22.980 By the way,
00:58:23.500 thank God,
00:58:24.520 South Carolina.
00:58:25.340 I mean,
00:58:25.680 you didn't vote for George Washington.
00:58:28.060 You voted against
00:58:29.340 the anti-slavery thing
00:58:31.180 in the Declaration of Independence,
00:58:33.240 and you did start the Civil War.
00:58:36.000 Can you get this one right?
00:58:37.640 And I think the answer is yes.
00:58:40.680 I met with some of the leadership
00:58:42.240 of South Carolina,
00:58:43.420 the Freedom Caucus,
00:58:44.460 and all the people standing there,
00:58:45.600 and I asked every single one of them,
00:58:48.620 Glenn,
00:58:48.880 could I get your endorsement?
00:58:49.860 I don't endorse anybody.
00:58:52.040 But let me ask you this.
00:58:54.580 Where do you stand on the Constitution?
00:58:56.880 And if they didn't say,
00:58:58.220 it's everything,
00:58:59.580 it's the root
00:59:01.360 of everything I believe in,
00:59:03.640 it's the only thing
00:59:05.340 worth fighting for,
00:59:06.580 I'm not interested.
00:59:09.680 And I will tell you
00:59:11.080 that the progress
00:59:13.340 they're making in South Carolina,
00:59:15.540 the bills that they have shut down,
00:59:18.620 and the Republicans hate them.
00:59:21.640 Hate them.
00:59:24.240 How can you possibly make
00:59:26.420 Mike Lee into an extremist?
00:59:29.500 Have you ever talked to Mike Lee?
00:59:32.960 He's the furthest thing
00:59:35.040 from an extremist.
00:59:38.040 Mike is the most mild-mannered,
00:59:40.700 sweetheart of a guy
00:59:41.840 I've ever met.
00:59:43.180 He's so nice.
00:59:44.680 He is so not throwing people
00:59:47.580 under the bus ever.
00:59:49.660 He pisses me off at times.
00:59:52.740 Because I'm like,
00:59:53.880 stop it.
00:59:54.940 You're making me look bad.
00:59:57.540 Because I don't have
00:59:58.500 the restraint you do.
00:59:59.400 He's known
01:00:01.140 in the state
01:00:02.820 as an extremist.
01:00:05.260 How is that possible?
01:00:09.560 He's so extreme,
01:00:11.200 he says we should play
01:00:13.320 by the rules.
01:00:15.420 He's so extreme,
01:00:17.180 he keeps checking
01:00:18.260 this document
01:00:19.380 and going,
01:00:20.280 I can't do that
01:00:21.100 because it's not in this.
01:00:22.500 What document is it?
01:00:23.800 It was a document
01:00:25.160 of a revolution.
01:00:27.220 It was a revolutionary,
01:00:29.120 it was a declaration
01:00:30.420 of independence
01:00:31.220 in the Constitution
01:00:32.180 and the Bill of Rights.
01:00:33.160 How can this guy
01:00:34.440 be a radical?
01:00:35.800 It's time to change, gang.
01:00:44.060 And it's not time
01:00:45.420 to have a civil war.
01:00:49.280 You should pray,
01:00:51.500 pray
01:00:52.380 that we don't have
01:00:54.320 a civil war.
01:00:56.080 Do you know
01:00:57.000 what that's like?
01:00:59.240 Do you know
01:00:59.980 what that's like?
01:01:00.860 Do you know
01:01:01.340 what that would happen?
01:01:02.200 We balkanize.
01:01:04.080 Do you know
01:01:05.060 what your life
01:01:06.000 is like?
01:01:09.240 You don't want
01:01:10.300 any of that.
01:01:11.660 Anybody who's like,
01:01:12.760 it's time we,
01:01:14.000 we split up.
01:01:15.740 First of all,
01:01:16.700 I ain't going anywhere
01:01:17.780 because I'm not
01:01:19.440 leaving my country.
01:01:21.540 I'm not leaving my country.
01:01:23.160 Well, my country
01:01:23.840 left me.
01:01:24.840 No, you'd be leaving
01:01:26.120 because they have
01:01:27.240 Washington
01:01:27.780 and all of the documents.
01:01:29.500 I'm not leaving
01:01:30.620 without the documents.
01:01:33.140 I didn't abandon
01:01:34.720 everything that
01:01:36.060 the monuments
01:01:36.820 stand for.
01:01:38.480 I'm still for them.
01:01:40.780 I'm not wearing
01:01:41.900 a mask in public
01:01:43.420 because I'm not
01:01:44.940 shouting death
01:01:45.920 to America.
01:01:48.720 You're not
01:01:50.020 the revolutionary.
01:01:53.100 You may have changed,
01:01:55.140 but that's because
01:01:56.020 you're waking up.
01:01:57.540 when you wake up,
01:02:00.540 you start seeing,
01:02:02.100 wow,
01:02:02.420 this doesn't work.
01:02:04.240 Well,
01:02:04.400 what doesn't work?
01:02:05.800 The Constitution
01:02:07.120 or the people
01:02:08.420 who are ignoring it?
01:02:12.040 Back in a minute.
01:02:14.540 So Mother's Day
01:02:15.660 is coming up.
01:02:16.940 Why don't you
01:02:17.500 get her a gun?
01:02:19.420 Not a bad idea,
01:02:20.320 actually.
01:02:21.680 Mother's Day
01:02:22.220 is coming up
01:02:22.920 and this year,
01:02:23.820 give the special woman
01:02:24.980 in your life,
01:02:25.540 the gift of added
01:02:26.560 protection.
01:02:27.740 When it comes to things
01:02:29.300 that will protect
01:02:31.740 but not kill,
01:02:33.400 there is really
01:02:34.240 only one choice.
01:02:36.600 You know,
01:02:36.860 your options have been,
01:02:39.240 I got pepper spray
01:02:40.320 for you, mom.
01:02:41.640 Okay, good.
01:02:42.440 Let me get my person,
01:02:43.460 get that.
01:02:44.420 The Burna Launcher
01:02:45.600 is a non-lethal
01:02:47.260 alternative
01:02:47.880 to safeguarding
01:02:49.500 your home
01:02:49.860 that will send
01:02:50.440 potential threats
01:02:51.320 running in the
01:02:52.220 opposite direction.
01:02:53.740 It is legal
01:02:54.480 in all 50 states.
01:02:56.320 No permits,
01:02:57.300 no background checks
01:02:58.300 are required,
01:02:59.080 used by all age groups
01:03:00.420 over 18.
01:03:01.360 Hopefully mom
01:03:02.420 is over 18,
01:03:04.280 so I guess
01:03:04.700 it's not for every mother.
01:03:07.320 And it has tear gas.
01:03:08.500 Mom doesn't even
01:03:09.020 have to be a good shot.
01:03:11.860 One shot
01:03:12.900 can incapacitate
01:03:14.380 an attacker
01:03:14.880 for up to 40 minutes.
01:03:16.000 You want to be stuck
01:03:16.780 on a bridge
01:03:17.580 with a bunch of radicals?
01:03:19.280 You want your mom
01:03:19.900 in the car
01:03:20.340 with nothing?
01:03:22.040 They're surrounding
01:03:22.500 the car.
01:03:23.000 Let mom roll down
01:03:23.700 the window
01:03:24.040 about half an inch.
01:03:25.680 Put the little barrel out.
01:03:27.100 Shoot a tear gas target.
01:03:30.080 Give the gift
01:03:30.820 of safety and security.
01:03:32.480 It's a great
01:03:32.880 Mother's Day gift
01:03:33.540 for your wife,
01:03:34.200 your daughter,
01:03:34.680 your mother.
01:03:36.000 I gave it to
01:03:36.800 all my family,
01:03:37.700 all the women
01:03:38.600 in my life
01:03:39.200 on Christmas this year.

01:03:53.920 slash Glenn.
01:03:55.520 10 seconds,
01:03:56.200 station.
01:04:07.820 The other reason
01:04:08.900 that we should be
01:04:10.360 against
01:04:11.300 the
01:04:12.540 Ukrainian bill
01:04:14.100 is,
01:04:15.760 I don't know,
01:04:16.640 when I spend money,
01:04:17.820 look,
01:04:18.460 we should look at
01:04:19.400 all of the aid
01:04:20.440 that we give
01:04:21.800 as an investment
01:04:23.020 in people
01:04:24.080 or something.
01:04:24.980 Okay?
01:04:26.560 Is this the best use
01:04:28.640 for this dollar?
01:04:31.160 What are we investing in?
01:04:33.400 Well,
01:04:33.680 they want you to believe
01:04:34.560 that we're investing
01:04:35.400 in freedom,
01:04:36.680 that we're investing
01:04:38.560 in a republic
01:04:40.620 or democracy.
01:04:41.600 Okay.
01:04:43.720 We're investing
01:04:46.420 in defense
01:04:47.320 of the continent?
01:04:49.140 Okay.
01:04:49.840 Well,
01:04:50.420 if that's the case,
01:04:51.660 I want the continent
01:04:52.620 to pay more
01:04:54.000 than the non-continent
01:04:55.720 is paying.
01:04:57.220 At least the equal amount,
01:04:59.600 but I think they should
01:05:00.300 pay more.
01:05:01.220 And I'd like to know
01:05:02.420 what the plan is.
01:05:04.100 Because last night,
01:05:05.500 $60 billion
01:05:06.500 was voted on,
01:05:08.220 and the New York Times
01:05:09.500 is writing a story today,
01:05:11.400 it's in today's time,
01:05:13.020 is $60 billion enough?
01:05:15.840 How much is enough?
01:05:17.900 What's the plan?
01:05:19.640 How are you going
01:05:20.340 to win it?
01:05:21.780 Does anybody know?
01:05:23.900 No.
01:05:24.460 Because we don't do
01:05:25.420 that anymore in America.
01:05:26.820 We just throw money
01:05:27.900 at a problem.
01:05:29.360 We don't say,
01:05:30.320 well,
01:05:30.520 okay,
01:05:30.780 wait a minute,
01:05:31.140 wait a minute,
01:05:31.540 if we pull our troops
01:05:32.500 out of Afghanistan
01:05:33.580 like that,
01:05:34.580 what are the consequences?
01:05:36.580 By the way,
01:05:37.020 do you know
01:05:37.440 who was in charge of that?
01:05:39.420 The State Department.
01:05:41.320 It was not
01:05:42.280 the Defense Department.
01:05:43.920 It was the State Department
01:05:45.580 that ran that clown show.
01:05:50.400 What's the plan, guys?
01:05:53.080 Am I being a radical?
01:05:54.560 Am I being so pro-Putin
01:05:56.440 that I'm saying,
01:05:57.480 what's the plan?
01:05:59.240 What's the return
01:06:00.160 on our investment?
01:06:02.140 Why is this money
01:06:03.440 better spent
01:06:05.460 borrowing
01:06:07.360 and enslaving
01:06:08.660 our children?
01:06:09.560 Why is this money
01:06:10.500 so important
01:06:11.280 that we spend it?
01:06:12.700 I want to know
01:06:13.680 what the result
01:06:14.780 is going to be.
01:06:15.660 What are we investing in?
01:06:18.200 Glenn Beck.
01:06:21.560 Okay,
01:06:22.380 you know the old line
01:06:23.660 from the commercials.
01:06:24.660 There's got to be
01:06:25.400 a better way.
01:06:26.720 It was almost
01:06:27.400 always used
01:06:28.360 to sell you a product
01:06:29.140 you didn't need
01:06:30.820 for a problem
01:06:31.360 you didn't have.
01:06:32.420 There's got to be
01:06:33.300 a better way.
01:06:34.120 What about a product
01:06:35.820 that you could use
01:06:36.760 for a problem
01:06:37.240 that you do have?
01:06:38.560 In this case,
01:06:39.700 pain.
01:06:40.700 If you've lived
01:06:41.520 with pain
01:06:42.040 like I have
01:06:42.680 for a long time,
01:06:43.800 you've tried
01:06:44.220 absolutely everything.
01:06:46.240 You might indeed
01:06:47.420 be saying to yourself,
01:06:48.500 there's got to be
01:06:49.320 a better way.
01:06:50.960 That's why
01:06:51.660 your announcer
01:06:52.320 is here
01:06:52.860 to tell you
01:06:53.540 relief factor.
01:06:55.260 Relief factor

01:06:57.300 It's a daily supplement

01:07:03.540 drug free.
01:07:04.980 Listen to the people
01:07:05.920 who have taken it.
01:07:07.400 You know,
01:07:07.620 I had really bad
01:07:08.280 pain in my hands
01:07:09.280 for a long time.
01:07:10.180 I couldn't even paint.
01:07:12.180 Then I started
01:07:12.660 taking relief factor.
01:07:13.740 I can use my hands again.
01:07:15.640 It's people like this

01:07:52.760 Last night
01:07:53.560 I was writing
01:07:54.580 a friend of mine
01:07:55.240 and we were
01:07:56.760 talking about
01:07:57.200 the problems
01:07:57.820 that are going on
01:07:58.800 and some things
01:07:59.420 that are happening.
01:08:00.440 And I
01:08:01.640 finished my response
01:08:04.260 to him
01:08:04.580 with
01:08:04.960 God Save the Republic
01:08:06.100 and
01:08:07.620 for the first time
01:08:10.380 I've written that
01:08:11.480 a few times before
01:08:12.500 but for the first time
01:08:14.580 it rang
01:08:17.040 different tune.
01:08:18.000 It was like
01:08:18.380 it wasn't just like
01:08:19.380 hey and God bless America.
01:08:21.820 I meant it
01:08:22.940 I think like
01:08:23.540 the founders meant it
01:08:24.520 God Save the Republic.
01:08:25.820 I put in my studio
01:08:31.360 a painting that I hang
01:08:33.080 in my office
01:08:33.760 and I painted it
01:08:35.460 about a year ago
01:08:36.300 and it was just
01:08:38.820 kind of like an old
01:08:39.460 it was based on
01:08:40.400 kind of like this feeling
01:08:41.260 of the old advertisements
01:08:42.600 you know
01:08:43.100 that would be painted
01:08:43.820 on a wall
01:08:44.480 you know
01:08:45.720 of a building
01:08:46.260 and it just says
01:08:47.500 God Save the Republic.
01:08:48.580 The eyes of the world
01:08:53.060 are watching us
01:08:54.140 right now.
01:08:56.040 Let me go to
01:08:56.940 Andrew Bailey
01:08:57.960 who's going to
01:08:58.920 talk about
01:08:59.620 our Banana Republic
01:09:01.340 now.
01:09:02.560 He is the Missouri
01:09:03.680 Attorney General
01:09:04.800 and we wanted to
01:09:06.420 talk to him
01:09:06.840 a little bit about
01:09:07.520 the Trump case
01:09:09.400 now
01:09:09.660 the criminal
01:09:10.240 hush money case.
01:09:12.900 Welcome.
01:09:14.100 How are you Andrew?
01:09:14.700 Doing well.
01:09:16.240 Thank you for having me on.
01:09:17.420 I tell you
01:09:17.880 I too am anxious
01:09:19.360 for the health
01:09:21.000 and welfare
01:09:21.460 of our republic
01:09:22.420 because it is
01:09:23.060 absolutely
01:09:23.640 tottering on the edge
01:09:25.420 of slouching
01:09:26.040 towards a third world
01:09:26.960 banana republic
01:09:27.740 tyrannical dictatorship
01:09:28.780 at this point.
01:09:29.580 It seems to be
01:09:30.300 coming faster
01:09:31.280 and faster.
01:09:31.940 The government
01:09:32.320 I've never seen
01:09:33.100 the government
01:09:33.580 grab as much power
01:09:34.900 at a breathless pace.
01:09:37.580 I mean the last
01:09:38.100 couple of months
01:09:38.900 has just been like
01:09:39.900 wait wait wait wait
01:09:40.920 what?
01:09:41.960 And I don't think
01:09:42.680 people understand
01:09:44.100 they haven't felt
01:09:45.440 any of the effects
01:09:46.720 of this yet.
01:09:47.580 It's still being built.
01:09:50.740 I think that's
01:09:51.600 absolutely right
01:09:52.400 and you know
01:09:52.860 the right to free speech
01:09:53.960 is fundamental
01:09:54.840 to who we are
01:09:56.000 as Americans.
01:09:56.720 It's in the very
01:09:57.640 first amendment
01:09:58.520 for a reason
01:09:59.320 the founding fathers
01:10:00.220 understood
01:10:00.760 that we needed
01:10:01.820 a free fair
01:10:02.640 and open marketplace
01:10:03.740 of ideas
01:10:04.460 and that the people
01:10:05.460 would get to the truth
01:10:06.920 through competitive
01:10:08.080 debate
01:10:09.220 and yet what I see
01:10:10.440 in the Trump prosecution
01:10:11.540 for the quote unquote
01:10:12.760 hush money case
01:10:13.860 is a rogue prosecutor
01:10:16.380 weaponizing the criminal
01:10:17.920 justice system
01:10:18.640 to silence
01:10:19.560 a political opponent
01:10:20.920 and a judiciary
01:10:21.860 who is enabling
01:10:22.920 them to do that.
01:10:24.360 I mean think about it
01:10:25.000 the president
01:10:25.580 of the United States
01:10:26.440 of America
01:10:26.760 Donald Trump
01:10:27.320 has first amendment
01:10:28.060 rights as well
01:10:28.700 and especially
01:10:29.540 during a campaign season
01:10:31.240 yet what's happening
01:10:31.960 here is he's been
01:10:32.700 silenced
01:10:33.340 can't even talk about
01:10:34.260 his own trial.
01:10:35.660 Don't forget
01:10:36.260 the gag order
01:10:37.740 the traditional
01:10:38.820 understanding of a gag order
01:10:39.780 is intended to protect
01:10:41.140 the defendant's right
01:10:42.440 to a free trial.
01:10:43.320 Well Donald Trump
01:10:44.180 is a defendant
01:10:45.000 if he wants to talk
01:10:46.220 about his trial
01:10:47.080 he has a right
01:10:47.780 to do that
01:10:48.280 and the rest of us
01:10:48.820 have a right
01:10:49.240 to hear what he's saying
01:10:50.540 it's not only his right
01:10:51.420 but ours
01:10:52.940 as potential listeners.
01:10:55.380 Yeah because usually
01:10:55.960 the defendant
01:10:56.700 is the
01:10:58.960 is the one
01:10:59.980 that
01:11:01.020 you know
01:11:01.860 would
01:11:02.440 would need
01:11:03.720 those first amendment
01:11:04.940 rights
01:11:05.180 we're supposed to be
01:11:05.980 innocent until proven
01:11:07.020 guilty
01:11:07.500 so why can't
01:11:09.120 Yeah
01:11:10.320 well
01:11:11.060 the whole idea here
01:11:12.740 is that the prosecutor
01:11:13.460 doesn't go out
01:11:14.040 and poison the well
01:11:15.240 of potential jurors
01:11:16.620 against the defendant
01:11:18.020 but it has nothing
01:11:19.060 to do
01:11:19.700 with the defendant's
01:11:20.800 right to speak out
01:11:21.740 in his own defense
01:11:22.780 I would point out
01:11:23.640 that you know
01:11:24.300 in this country
01:11:25.000 there's a long-standing
01:11:26.080 tradition
01:11:26.620 that the first amendment
01:11:27.760 absolutely prohibits
01:11:29.320 prior restraint
01:11:30.160 there is no
01:11:31.060 reasonable debate
01:11:32.240 to the contrary
01:11:32.820 the founders
01:11:33.420 completely understood
01:11:34.780 and agreed with the concept
01:11:35.840 that the first amendment
01:11:36.680 was prohibiting
01:11:38.020 prior restraint
01:11:38.760 in other words
01:11:39.160 the government
01:11:39.520 the government
01:11:40.280 cannot stop you
01:11:41.460 from talking
01:11:41.980 before you say something
01:11:43.080 and so
01:11:43.520 that's what the gag order is
01:11:45.220 and the United States
01:11:46.380 Supreme Court
01:11:46.860 has traditionally
01:11:47.500 analyzed gag orders
01:11:48.900 against the backdrop
01:11:50.140 of the first amendment
01:11:51.160 and there's a strong
01:11:52.020 presumption against gag orders
01:11:53.720 the three factors
01:11:54.600 the court looks at
01:11:55.740 in determining
01:11:56.340 whether they're
01:11:56.780 constitutionally valid
01:11:57.500 is number one
01:11:58.140 the nature
01:11:58.900 and extent of the news coverage
01:12:00.260 well here
01:12:00.960 there was going to be
01:12:01.840 ample news coverage
01:12:02.620 regardless of what
01:12:03.500 Donald Trump is or isn't saying
01:12:04.680 because the media
01:12:05.320 is all over this
01:12:06.260 and by the way
01:12:07.000 is completely stilted
01:12:08.120 against Donald Trump
01:12:09.160 and is enabling
01:12:09.980 this sham prosecution
01:12:11.420 number two
01:12:12.100 the court looks at
01:12:13.040 whether other measures
01:12:13.880 can mitigate
01:12:14.340 against publicity
01:12:15.220 well no they can't
01:12:16.440 because again
01:12:16.800 the left wing media
01:12:17.500 is in cahoots
01:12:18.340 they should do
01:12:18.920 an in-kind contribution
01:12:19.940 to Joe Biden
01:12:20.540 for their coverage
01:12:21.100 of this sham prosecution
01:12:21.920 and then number three
01:12:23.320 how a gag order
01:12:24.560 would prevent
01:12:25.080 unfairness to the defendant
01:12:26.120 well here
01:12:26.980 it is unfair
01:12:27.860 to prohibit
01:12:29.460 a presidential candidate
01:12:30.600 from campaigning
01:12:31.780 tell me how this
01:12:35.040 tell me you
01:12:35.700 I mean you are
01:12:36.380 a very good prosecutor
01:12:37.820 I think you have
01:12:39.160 like a 90%
01:12:40.860 plus win rate
01:12:41.780 in jury trials
01:12:42.580 take me through
01:12:44.700 how this is
01:12:46.500 take me through
01:12:47.420 this case
01:12:48.040 as if you were
01:12:49.440 presenting it
01:12:50.420 how did this thing
01:12:51.800 even come about
01:12:53.460 what are they
01:12:54.360 really arguing here
01:12:55.700 and what should
01:12:57.180 the defense be
01:12:58.180 well the defense
01:12:59.620 should just
01:13:00.120 sit still
01:13:01.000 let it happen
01:13:01.940 and then appeal
01:13:02.580 there is no
01:13:03.140 legal validity
01:13:04.240 to these charges
01:13:05.240 look at the
01:13:05.700 charges themselves
01:13:06.460 essentially
01:13:06.920 what Alvin Bragg
01:13:08.180 is saying
01:13:08.680 is that
01:13:09.560 Donald Trump
01:13:10.460 before he was
01:13:12.200 a presidential
01:13:12.620 candidate
01:13:13.280 hired an attorney
01:13:14.860 to make a contract
01:13:16.180 with someone
01:13:16.900 and that
01:13:18.000 the purpose
01:13:18.920 of that contract
01:13:19.860 was to make him
01:13:20.700 a better candidate
01:13:21.460 in an election
01:13:22.380 and that any contract
01:13:23.960 you hire an attorney
01:13:24.840 to form on your behalf
01:13:26.200 as your agent
01:13:27.060 you know
01:13:28.040 the run up
01:13:28.540 to a political campaign
01:13:29.520 is election interference
01:13:30.760 okay that's fascinating
01:13:32.400 what he's done there
01:13:33.460 is he's criminalized
01:13:35.300 the practice of law
01:13:36.300 he's criminalized
01:13:37.080 your right
01:13:37.760 to have legal counsel
01:13:39.200 in a contract
01:13:40.260 our ability to contract
01:13:41.500 is a fundamental
01:13:42.800 civil right
01:13:43.740 that we've had
01:13:44.560 since the founding
01:13:45.240 of our democratic republic
01:13:46.640 and I would point out
01:13:47.340 as well
01:13:47.800 that Alvin Bragg
01:13:49.600 himself is a politician
01:13:50.860 so what we need now
01:13:52.740 is a special prosecutor
01:13:54.100 appointed to
01:13:54.860 to investigate
01:13:55.880 any time
01:13:56.880 Alvin Bragg
01:13:57.680 ever hired legal counsel
01:13:59.280 in the run up
01:14:00.160 to one of his campaigns
01:14:01.140 and those issues
01:14:02.900 need to be investigated
01:14:03.700 he needs to be prosecuted
01:14:04.960 on the same standard
01:14:06.040 you know what's dripping
01:14:06.780 with irony
01:14:07.300 is that the motto
01:14:08.760 of the Manhattan DA
01:14:09.780 on their website
01:14:10.420 is on standard
01:14:11.960 of justice for all
01:14:13.040 that's great
01:14:13.800 if that's true
01:14:14.700 then Alvin Bragg
01:14:15.640 needs to go to court
01:14:16.420 and get a special prosecutor
01:14:17.540 appointed to look into
01:14:18.360 any time he's ever
01:14:19.320 hired an attorney
01:14:19.900 to contract on his behalf
01:14:21.560 in the run up
01:14:22.320 to an election
01:14:22.840 how did it
01:14:24.860 how did this become
01:14:26.120 a felony
01:14:26.940 where he's facing
01:14:27.900 four years
01:14:28.780 well again
01:14:30.560 Alvin Bragg
01:14:31.100 has perverted the law
01:14:32.620 I mean what he's saying
01:14:33.820 is that
01:14:34.300 Donald Trump
01:14:35.140 hiring an attorney
01:14:36.000 to contract
01:14:36.880 on his behalf
01:14:37.580 and then recording
01:14:38.220 that in a ledger book
01:14:39.540 as a legal expense
01:14:40.960 is somehow
01:14:41.700 a false entry
01:14:43.300 in a record
01:14:44.320 and that's not true
01:14:45.160 I mean
01:14:45.460 Donald Trump
01:14:46.340 hired Michael Cohen
01:14:47.260 to do legal work
01:14:48.040 on his behalf
01:14:48.420 a contract
01:14:48.960 is a legal document
01:14:50.200 so again
01:14:51.100 what Alvin Bragg
01:14:51.880 is doing
01:14:52.320 or everybody
01:14:53.280 Democrats and Republicans
01:14:54.160 alike
01:14:54.620 what Alvin Bragg
01:14:55.900 is saying
01:14:56.320 is that
01:14:56.640 if you hire
01:14:57.440 an attorney
01:14:57.840 to do legal work
01:14:59.360 for you
01:14:59.680 and try to enjoy
01:15:00.960 the attorney-client privilege
01:15:02.480 that's inherent
01:15:03.160 you know
01:15:03.780 fundamental to
01:15:04.600 the right to counsel
01:15:05.820 and the due process clause
01:15:06.840 that somehow
01:15:07.260 that can be
01:15:07.820 a criminal offense
01:15:08.900 that can be a felony
01:15:09.500 that can put you in prison
01:15:10.420 well now he's killed
01:15:11.780 your ability
01:15:12.400 to seek counsel
01:15:13.380 for simple contract
01:15:15.500 I mean
01:15:15.920 again this flies
01:15:16.920 in the face
01:15:17.500 of our constitutional structure
01:15:18.980 and certainly
01:15:19.380 flies in the face
01:15:20.380 of the common law backdrop
01:15:21.440 that the founders
01:15:22.060 would have understood
01:15:22.640 when they formed
01:15:24.120 the Democratic Republic
01:15:25.100 that we now enjoy
01:15:26.100 or at least
01:15:26.780 for the time being
01:15:27.740 how do you feel
01:15:29.080 about Trump's chances
01:15:30.500 in New York City
01:15:31.520 well clearly
01:15:33.580 the media
01:15:34.060 is stilted against him
01:15:35.180 you know
01:15:35.860 they're going to say
01:15:36.440 that Donald Trump
01:15:37.560 has interfered
01:15:38.320 with an election
01:15:38.900 by hiring an attorney
01:15:40.460 to contractors
01:15:41.100 on his behalf
01:15:42.120 when in fact
01:15:42.940 it's the media
01:15:43.680 Alvin Bragg
01:15:44.400 and the judge
01:15:45.220 who are interfering
01:15:45.780 with an election
01:15:46.300 by silencing
01:15:47.140 a political opponent
01:15:47.960 in the heart
01:15:48.760 of a presidential campaign
01:15:51.140 I mean
01:15:51.660 at the end of the day
01:15:52.260 this conviction
01:15:53.480 will never stand
01:15:54.920 appellate review
01:15:56.120 it can't
01:15:56.980 because again
01:15:57.660 it runs afoul
01:15:58.680 of the constitution
01:15:59.340 and it runs afoul
01:16:00.640 of the plain text
01:16:01.360 of the statute
01:16:02.000 Alvin Bragg
01:16:02.580 is trying to
01:16:03.360 bend the law
01:16:04.420 to meet the facts
01:16:05.680 that's not what
01:16:06.200 attorneys do
01:16:06.660 attorneys are supposed
01:16:07.340 to apply the law
01:16:08.640 to facts
01:16:09.160 as presented to them
01:16:09.980 but here
01:16:10.360 he is stretching
01:16:11.440 the law
01:16:11.980 to capture facts
01:16:13.120 that were never
01:16:13.520 contemplated
01:16:14.220 by the plain text
01:16:14.960 of the statute
01:16:15.480 he's using
01:16:15.980 yeah they
01:16:16.440 I mean
01:16:17.460 the government
01:16:18.100 turned it down
01:16:18.920 the federal government
01:16:20.600 turned it down
01:16:21.120 I think he even
01:16:22.100 turned it down
01:16:22.700 didn't he
01:16:23.060 at the beginning
01:16:23.580 and then brought
01:16:24.620 it back up
01:16:25.280 yeah I think
01:16:26.640 that's right
01:16:27.140 but look
01:16:27.520 I mean
01:16:27.700 this should
01:16:27.960 surprise no one
01:16:28.600 Alvin Bragg
01:16:29.120 has a long history
01:16:30.300 of adversarial
01:16:31.840 litigation
01:16:32.420 against Donald Trump
01:16:33.680 when he worked
01:16:34.240 for the New York
01:16:34.840 State Attorney
01:16:35.420 General's office
01:16:36.060 he sued
01:16:36.700 Donald Trump
01:16:37.280 numerous times
01:16:38.060 I mean
01:16:38.260 in Missouri
01:16:38.860 no judge
01:16:40.140 would ever
01:16:40.960 allow a prosecutor
01:16:42.320 who's been involved
01:16:43.080 in civil litigations
01:16:43.980 against the party
01:16:44.900 to then prosecute
01:16:45.960 that party
01:16:46.360 because there's
01:16:47.140 an appearance
01:16:47.680 of impropriety
01:16:48.480 and here
01:16:49.020 there's actual
01:16:49.580 substantive
01:16:50.400 impropriety
01:16:51.060 this is politically
01:16:51.980 motivated
01:16:52.500 you can
01:16:52.940 that's a reasonable
01:16:54.500 inference to draw
01:16:55.580 from the facts
01:16:56.140 but you don't even
01:16:56.640 have to infer anything
01:16:57.500 Alvin Bragg
01:16:58.020 has said it himself
01:16:58.820 so
01:17:00.760 what
01:17:02.580 what
01:17:02.960 what precedent
01:17:04.320 does this set
01:17:05.280 I mean
01:17:05.840 they keep trying
01:17:06.560 to say
01:17:06.900 this is only
01:17:07.480 because of
01:17:07.980 Donald Trump
01:17:08.460 it's only because
01:17:09.060 of Donald Trump
01:17:09.640 what does this
01:17:11.140 do to
01:17:11.860 if
01:17:12.740 if he's found
01:17:13.560 guilty on this
01:17:14.240 what does this
01:17:14.840 do
01:17:15.140 to our system
01:17:16.420 this empowers
01:17:18.280 prosecutors
01:17:19.000 to weaponize
01:17:20.020 the legal system
01:17:20.740 the criminal justice system
01:17:21.800 to go after
01:17:22.600 political opponents
01:17:23.400 and that's exactly
01:17:24.180 what happens
01:17:24.800 in banana republics
01:17:25.860 history is repeating
01:17:26.880 itself
01:17:27.260 and you know
01:17:28.480 Benjamin Franklin
01:17:29.260 when he walked out
01:17:29.940 of the constitutional
01:17:30.540 conventions
01:17:31.260 and the media
01:17:32.500 asked him
01:17:32.980 what kind of
01:17:33.420 government
01:17:33.660 have you given us
01:17:34.380 and he said
01:17:34.740 a republic
01:17:35.340 if you can keep it
01:17:36.380 we are losing it
01:17:37.480 if we allow
01:17:38.480 these rogue prosecutors
01:17:39.540 to abuse
01:17:40.440 and weaponize
01:17:41.480 the criminal justice system
01:17:42.400 to go after
01:17:43.060 President Donald Trump
01:17:44.520 or anyone else
01:17:45.500 then we will
01:17:46.640 absolutely be next
01:17:47.640 and it's
01:17:48.100 you know
01:17:48.340 again
01:17:48.560 we're looking
01:17:49.100 at the gag order
01:17:49.860 as a first amendment
01:17:50.520 violation
01:17:50.940 we're looking
01:17:51.360 at the prosecution
01:17:52.040 itself
01:17:52.620 as a sham prosecution
01:17:54.180 that's politically
01:17:54.820 motivated
01:17:55.340 and I would think
01:17:57.140 that the democrats
01:17:57.680 would have the kind
01:17:58.540 of good sense
01:17:59.100 to realize
01:17:59.740 there are republicans
01:18:01.060 that want to take
01:18:01.480 a shot at them too
01:18:02.280 and so
01:18:03.200 if these are the
01:18:03.960 rules of the game
01:18:04.600 they better be prepared
01:18:06.000 to suffer the repercussions
01:18:07.500 as well
01:18:08.000 Andrew Billy
01:18:09.220 thank you so much
01:18:10.200 thanks for everything
01:18:10.780 you're doing in Missouri
01:18:11.640 you had big shoes
01:18:14.060 to fill
01:18:14.440 and you're filling
01:18:14.980 them nicely
01:18:15.700 Missouri Attorney General
01:18:17.360 Andrew Bailey
01:18:18.000 thank you
01:18:18.880 thank you sir
01:18:19.900 you bet
01:18:20.340 God save the republic
01:18:22.860 trust is in really
01:18:25.240 short supply these days
01:18:26.480 taking some time
01:18:27.320 to really think about that
01:18:29.160 you know maybe
01:18:29.980 there's never
01:18:30.480 there was never
01:18:31.240 really any good old days
01:18:32.560 when you know
01:18:33.460 everybody you met
01:18:34.000 was good
01:18:34.440 an upstanding citizen
01:18:35.600 you could trust
01:18:36.440 in a handshake
01:18:37.200 but
01:18:37.460 at least there used
01:18:40.240 to be more of them
01:18:41.180 it seems
01:18:41.920 but is that entirely true
01:18:44.020 I'm not sure
01:18:45.560 sometimes when you set out
01:18:47.840 to find
01:18:48.540 and you're good people
01:18:49.960 trying to find good people
01:18:51.160 you'll find
01:18:52.240 it's like you're a beacon
01:18:53.380 and
01:18:54.520 we have found
01:18:56.280 so many great
01:18:57.500 real estate agents
01:18:58.720 real estate agents
01:19:00.280 I trust dot com
01:19:01.300 is my company
01:19:02.140 and
01:19:03.080 this is one of the biggest
01:19:04.180 hardest
01:19:04.620 and emotional decisions
01:19:05.880 you're ever going to make
01:19:06.900 is selling and buying a house
01:19:08.260 and right now
01:19:09.360 it is really
01:19:10.360 complex
01:19:11.020 and dicey
01:19:12.560 so
01:19:13.500 you need the best
01:19:14.740 real estate agent

01:20:08.320 let me tell you
01:20:19.780 about what's coming up
01:20:20.460 tonight
01:20:20.760 tonight at 9pm
01:20:22.000 we have a program
01:20:24.140 that every Republican
01:20:25.260 Democrat
01:20:25.760 and independent
01:20:26.400 every American
01:20:27.780 that cares about
01:20:29.420 a free and fair
01:20:30.620 election
01:20:31.240 should watch
01:20:32.080 because we're going
01:20:33.340 to show you
01:20:34.060 not only the problem
01:20:35.020 but we're going to show you
01:20:36.060 the solution
01:20:36.780 and the solution
01:20:38.720 is that we all
01:20:39.900 join together
01:20:41.520 and say
01:20:42.320 hey
01:20:42.720 here's a problem
01:20:44.400 could you just
01:20:45.760 take this problem
01:20:47.300 away
01:20:47.680 could you just
01:20:48.940 make this edit
01:20:50.160 make this go away
01:20:51.620 and
01:20:53.720 I'm
01:20:54.380 I'm sure they
01:20:55.380 you know
01:20:56.300 I'm sure they will
01:20:57.380 with
01:21:00.060 your help
01:21:01.320 and
01:21:02.840 you're going to be told
01:21:03.900 what I'm going to show you
01:21:04.780 tonight
01:21:05.080 is a conspiracy theory
01:21:06.600 I'm going to show you
01:21:08.660 a computer programmer
01:21:10.400 a hacker
01:21:11.240 actually hacking in
01:21:13.820 and changing the results
01:21:15.760 I'm going to show you
01:21:17.940 I'm not going to show you
01:21:19.020 how it's done
01:21:19.720 we're skipping a few
01:21:20.700 of the procedures
01:21:21.360 but this is already
01:21:22.840 in a court case
01:21:23.660 so this is out
01:21:24.540 in the public record
01:21:25.620 that's how
01:21:26.800 we found it
01:21:27.620 somebody had found it
01:21:29.060 in the
01:21:29.380 in a case
01:21:30.140 that was being filed
01:21:31.240 and
01:21:32.380 it
01:21:33.420 was in the Supreme Court
01:21:34.840 and
01:21:35.780 so now
01:21:36.180 it's out there
01:21:36.680 and
01:21:37.280 it's unbelievable
01:21:38.440 it's
01:21:39.420 it gives
01:21:42.740 thousands
01:21:44.340 of people
01:21:45.160 the keys
01:21:46.920 to the vault
01:21:47.660 you know
01:21:48.960 if you look at
01:21:49.760 every voting machine
01:21:50.660 as a bank
01:21:51.980 there are people
01:21:53.260 that have the keys
01:21:54.300 to the bank
01:21:55.520 to the front door
01:21:56.500 okay
01:21:57.140 those are all of the
01:21:58.120 people that are
01:21:59.140 you know
01:22:00.020 the chair people
01:22:01.200 or the you know
01:22:02.020 heads of the
01:22:02.880 you know
01:22:03.520 commissions
01:22:04.040 that are setting up
01:22:05.460 the voting booths
01:22:06.540 in your county
01:22:07.680 so those county
01:22:09.160 commissioners
01:22:09.800 have the keys
01:22:10.540 to the front door
01:22:11.200 they should not
01:22:12.360 have the keys
01:22:13.180 to the vault
01:22:14.040 but if
01:22:15.520 you're unscrupulous
01:22:16.960 you're a hacker
01:22:18.300 you don't even have
01:22:18.960 to be the commissioner
01:22:19.720 you're a hacker
01:22:20.940 you're unscrupulous
01:22:22.820 you're somebody
01:22:23.740 who knows anything
01:22:24.620 at all about
01:22:25.280 computer programming
01:22:26.200 when you open up
01:22:27.880 the door
01:22:28.380 to the bank
01:22:30.560 which is not
01:22:31.360 hard for a hacker
01:22:32.260 to do
01:22:32.720 the keys
01:22:34.700 to the vault
01:22:35.540 are in
01:22:36.560 plain view
01:22:37.820 we'll show you
01:22:40.300 tonight
01:22:40.660 it is absolutely
01:22:41.820 stunning
01:22:43.000 and it has
01:22:45.480 to change
01:22:46.020 look
01:22:46.280 we cannot
01:22:46.960 afford
01:22:47.660 I honestly
01:22:49.420 I can live
01:22:51.420 with America's
01:22:52.360 decision
01:22:52.840 one way
01:22:53.920 or another
01:22:54.420 if it is a
01:22:55.500 free
01:22:56.080 and fair
01:22:57.220 vote
01:22:57.760 I can't
01:22:59.920 live with
01:23:00.340 something
01:23:00.700 if it's
01:23:01.280 been hijacked
01:23:02.140 if there's
01:23:03.840 funny business
01:23:04.600 going on
01:23:05.040 and there's
01:23:05.360 always been
01:23:06.180 bad things
01:23:07.440 that have
01:23:07.700 happened
01:23:07.980 with the
01:23:08.300 vote
01:23:08.540 but it
01:23:09.580 shouldn't
01:23:10.100 happen
01:23:10.480 we don't
01:23:11.260 have a
01:23:11.880 reason
01:23:12.300 in this
01:23:12.820 country
01:23:13.120 with our
01:23:13.540 technological
01:23:14.160 advances
01:23:14.780 for this
01:23:15.760 to happen
01:23:16.420 and we
01:23:17.740 should take
01:23:18.180 every step
01:23:19.080 to ensure
01:23:19.720 that it
01:23:20.140 doesn't
01:23:20.880 if
01:23:24.200 something
01:23:24.620 like this
01:23:25.320 which is
01:23:25.740 so blatant
01:23:26.740 is allowed
01:23:27.440 to stand
01:23:28.320 I don't
01:23:29.960 care if
01:23:30.580 Joe Biden
01:23:31.100 wins
01:23:31.480 or Donald
01:23:32.080 Trump
01:23:32.380 wins
01:23:32.820 the other
01:23:35.100 side
01:23:35.600 is going
01:23:36.260 to say
01:23:36.840 well look
01:23:37.620 at this
01:23:38.220 how can
01:23:39.420 you possibly
01:23:39.980 you can
01:23:40.420 change it
01:23:41.260 and I'm
01:23:43.140 telling you
01:23:43.500 now they're
01:23:44.020 going to
01:23:44.340 say this
01:23:44.840 is a
01:23:45.120 conspiracy
01:23:45.520 theory
01:23:46.160 please
01:23:47.380 watch
01:23:48.060 tonight's
01:23:48.800 show
01:23:49.280 it's
01:23:50.660 free on
01:23:51.320 the blaze
01:23:51.840 it's
01:23:52.320 not
01:23:52.800 going
01:23:53.040 to
01:23:53.140 be
01:23:53.240 I
01:23:53.400 don't

01:25:44.060 I want to give you one story that has all of the elements of what's going wrong with our country.
01:25:55.480 All of them. In one story. We'll do that in 60 seconds. Stand by first.
01:26:00.080 You want a great night's sleep? You bought the best pillow and sheets from a company that's part of the parallel economy that the left hates?
01:26:06.940 Wow! It's a home run. It's a grand slam.
01:26:11.100 When MyPillow first started, the objective was simple, just make the best pillow possible, but they didn't stop there.
01:26:17.120 They now make all kinds of amazing products, and hundreds of them that you probably have never heard of most of these.
01:26:22.040 They've seen amazing successes, but because they've been stomped on by the left, they've been kicked out of all the stores and everything else.
01:26:31.220 They're trying to put them out of business.
01:26:32.280 And get yourself some of those slippers. That's all I'm saying.
01:26:34.960 Right?
01:26:35.300 That's all I'm saying is get yourself some of the slippers.
01:26:37.840 You got them on?
01:26:38.140 You mean the ones that I'm wearing right now?
01:26:41.100 I mean, I don't know if you wear them to work like Glenn does, but I will say...
01:26:46.240 Wow, you need to get away with it.
01:26:47.360 Oh, man. Wearing those things around the...
01:26:48.860 They are so great, aren't they?
01:26:50.600 I really like them.

01:27:31.300 I love reading Selena Zito, who writes a column.
01:27:35.860 And if you're not...
01:27:36.520 Go to SelenaZito.com if you want to see a great reporter.
01:27:40.880 She never flies anywhere, not because she's afraid to fly.
01:27:43.160 She drives because it helps her understand the country.
01:27:48.600 And because of that, she gets it.
01:27:51.660 She just gets it more than other people, I think.
01:27:55.340 Listen to the story.
01:27:56.600 This is an absolute microcosm of America today.
01:27:59.920 It starts with a family business that everybody loves that's in trouble.
01:28:05.040 The oldest gas station in America, still in operation.
01:28:09.900 Reinhardt's, here in Blair County City.
01:28:13.520 It got its start in 1908 when a local blacksmith decided to sell gasoline out of the back of his shop
01:28:19.100 when the Model T was introduced.
01:28:20.600 It's been open ever since.
01:28:24.360 While architecturally, it's a little underwhelming, the service is good because the people who do work there
01:28:30.320 care about the work that they do.
01:28:32.880 Whether it's pumping gas, washing your windshield, or doing minor fixes on your car.
01:28:36.540 It's important to them that you return.
01:28:38.460 While Reinhardt's holds the title of the oldest gas station in the country, it was another Altoona family that put a different kind of gas station of excellence on the map.
01:28:52.300 The Sheetz family story.
01:28:54.560 It's one of struggles.
01:28:55.440 This family-friendly service station struggled with salmonella breakout in 2004, but it retained a deeply local customer base and expanded well beyond its western Pennsylvania roots.
01:29:07.960 Ask anybody who's stopped at Sheetz in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, North Carolina.
01:29:15.160 With so much loyalty among the residents in the state, it made sense for President Joe Biden to do a photo op at a Sheetz in suburban Pittsburgh last week after his visit with local steel workers.
01:29:28.960 He wanted to demonstrate that he was no different than any other person from Pennsylvania in his affection for the family-owned business.
01:29:38.960 Biden went even so far as to pick up sandwiches for construction workers after pulling the presidential motorcade in to the Sheetz gas station for gas.
01:29:50.160 Now, I don't know about you, but if they actually needed gas, the Secret Service is not doing their job.
01:29:58.960 So, it was obviously a planned trip.
01:30:03.180 Wearing his aviator glasses, he posed for a selfie with an employee.
01:30:08.620 Just one day, this is where it gets weird, just one day after the president's orchestrated Sheetz run,
01:30:16.280 the Biden administration hit the privately held convenience store chain with a federal lawsuit
01:30:22.020 in which federal officials say the company discriminated against majority job applicants.
01:30:27.960 So, wait, so wait, he picks Sheetz to stop at because it is a local favorite.
01:30:36.280 Everybody knows it.
01:30:37.680 Everybody loves it.
01:30:38.800 He wants to be the regular guy.
01:30:40.460 So, he stops there.
01:30:42.180 He buys some sandwiches, gives them out to, you know, local workers, gets back in the motorcade, drives off,
01:30:48.880 and the very next day, his administration hits that gas company with a discrimination suit
01:30:57.000 and say they're discriminating against minorities.
01:31:00.720 How does that make sense?
01:31:02.240 How does that make sense?
01:31:04.000 Okay.
01:31:04.840 So, microcosm.
01:31:07.000 All right?
01:31:07.820 Local company in hard times.
01:31:11.060 Next is the elite using the common man.
01:31:16.740 He uses the elites come in and they're like, look at us.
01:31:20.220 We're just like you.
01:31:21.260 They use whatever they have to use to appear to be just like you.
01:31:27.060 Then, once he's had the photo op, they destroy that company.
01:31:32.380 They destroy the forgotten man, the average Joe.
01:31:37.940 Quote, the theory, according to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,
01:31:43.500 is that because the company uses criminal background checks to screen job seekers,
01:31:49.680 somehow that's a violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
01:31:56.040 What are they saying about minority applicants exactly with that theory?
01:32:01.280 Hmm.
01:32:02.920 The Civil Rights Act prohibits workplace discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, and national origin.
01:32:10.080 EEOC attorney wrote that a criminal background check causes a disparate impact
01:32:16.060 because of race or other protected classifications.
01:32:20.340 So, hang on.
01:32:22.000 First of all, I don't even understand this unless you're saying that there are minorities
01:32:27.320 that are in prisons and there are going to be more criminals that are minorities.
01:32:34.240 Seems to be what they're saying.
01:32:35.840 It is.
01:32:36.420 It is.
01:32:36.960 But they are in their picture.
01:32:39.140 That's probably institutional racism that made that happen initially.
01:32:42.600 So, okay, it doesn't matter.
01:32:44.340 So, here's microcosm point number three.
01:32:48.620 Give the government an inch and they will take miles.
01:32:52.340 The Civil Rights Act is off the rails.
01:32:57.000 Okay?
01:32:57.260 Off the rails.
01:32:57.940 That's not what it was for.
01:32:59.260 What are you talking about?
01:33:01.020 Another microcosm.
01:33:02.680 Your community is safe and we're making it safer.
01:33:05.980 But you won't allow the local convenience store to make sure that criminals are not a part of the work staff.
01:33:18.080 Lawrence went on to say,
01:33:19.540 Unemployment hiring practices must be shown by the employer to be necessary to ensure the safe and efficient performance of particular jobs at issue.
01:33:27.520 The suit said Sheets discriminates against black Native American multiracial job seekers by weeding out applicants who have failed a criminal background check.
01:33:38.720 Sheets employs nearly 25,000 employees in a stretch of Appalachia that cuts diagonally through Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, and North Carolina.
01:33:50.240 It's a company that gives back to the community through a charitable foundation.
01:33:54.460 Has a tradition on the 4th of July of honoring customers by rolling the prices back on all types of fuel except for diesel at all 675-plus locations.
01:34:06.500 And it always costs $1.776 per gallon.
01:34:14.600 If you don't know what $1.776 is about, well, then you're lost already.
01:34:19.140 Selena Zito says going after Sheets is like tugging on Superman's cape in Pennsylvania, especially in central and western Pennsylvania.
01:34:32.220 When you pull up to Sheets, it's like pulling up to a home.
01:34:36.940 It's especially so when the alleged violation is what common sense says is good business.
01:34:43.220 They just want to make sure the people who are interacting with the public are not criminals.
01:34:54.080 This is a microcosm.
01:34:56.480 They are not like you, but they try to image themselves like you.
01:35:01.800 They say they're for people like you, but they go after companies that are run by people like you,
01:35:09.440 that are part of the fabric of your community.
01:35:13.220 They are taking us apart one step at a time.
01:35:22.240 And it seems like those steps are coming faster and faster and faster.
01:35:27.440 And it's not a coincidence.
01:35:32.140 They're taking apart communities.
01:35:35.780 And they are also holding up communities.
01:35:38.620 Like, for instance, in just outside of Detroit, where you have a huge Muslim community and they're standing on the streets and they're holding rallies for the Palestinians.
01:35:52.460 And they're talking about death to America, death to Israel.
01:35:58.340 When you are courting those people.
01:36:01.540 Why in your wildest dreams would a president want somebody who's chanting death to America?
01:36:09.300 I don't know if you've seen that what's happening now in I know you're aware of what's happening on the campuses.
01:36:22.380 On the campuses, all across the Ivy League and all across the country, they're now having liberated zones.
01:36:32.540 And they're hassling Jews, making everybody uncomfortable, chanting from the river of the sea, which means the annihilation of every Jew in Israel.
01:36:46.720 That's what that means from the river to the sea, that's from east to west.
01:36:53.340 The entire land is Palestinian.
01:36:55.980 That means no Jews, no Israel.
01:37:01.460 Now, the universities and the students are passing out masks.
01:37:11.840 And then they're the N95 surgical masks.
01:37:14.920 Now, why are they wearing the surgical masks all of a sudden?
01:37:19.380 Because they weren't last week?
01:37:21.580 Why are they this week?
01:37:25.280 Huh?
01:37:27.500 Now, I understand, you know, when you're blocking traffic to the Golden Gate Bridge.
01:37:33.380 I don't know if you saw this, but they were all in masks.
01:37:36.340 I don't know if you saw the, you know, the neo-Nazis that are marching down the streets in America.
01:37:47.720 They're wearing masks, generally speaking.
01:37:51.440 Why?
01:37:53.380 Why is that?
01:37:55.180 Why did the KKK wear masks?
01:37:58.520 I just can't think of a reason.
01:38:03.840 Now, at New York University, they are linking arms to protect Gaza, solidarity, the encampment there.
01:38:14.340 And they're wearing N95 masks.
01:38:17.320 And they're saying it's because we want to remind you that COVID-19 is still very dangerous.
01:38:24.440 No, it's not.
01:38:25.980 No, it's not.
01:38:26.900 I mean, have you seen the damage that masks did to our children?
01:38:35.180 You know, there are children now that still can't really speak.
01:38:39.580 There are young kids that are way past, six months past the time where they should be speaking, but they can't speak.
01:38:47.120 Why?
01:38:48.780 Because the first 18 months of their life, everyone around them wore a mask.
01:38:53.240 Children, watch your mouth.
01:38:55.360 That's part of how they learn how to speak, how to use their mouth and their tongue.
01:39:02.360 That's how they gauge facial expressions, not just through your eyes.
01:39:10.800 We have so damaged our children with these masks, and we now know there was no science behind it.
01:39:19.500 Follow the science.
01:39:20.320 There was no science behind it.
01:39:23.420 In fact, the science, if there was any, said the opposite.
01:39:32.680 They're only wearing masks because that's what you do when you're about to cut the head off of, you know, somebody that you want to declare jihad on.
01:39:40.880 You wear a mask.
01:39:45.240 Bad guys wear masks.
01:39:46.780 Paranoid people wear masks now.
01:39:54.100 And people who don't want their face to be able to be discerned.
01:40:02.060 Normalizing masks in America, kind of a bad thing.
01:40:05.100 Kind of a bad thing.
01:40:05.860 These are bad guys.
01:40:16.420 These are bad guys.
01:40:18.460 You're seeing the beginning of another Occupy Wall Street kind of movement.
01:40:22.340 And if it goes like Occupy Wall Street, I mean, I'm, again, just struck by how Occupy Wall Street just disappeared.
01:40:31.380 And then all the people that they were protesting, all of the big, huge banks are now suddenly in line with all of the demands that Occupy Wall Street.
01:40:40.040 They're funding them.
01:40:41.580 They're funding the radicals and the Marxists.
01:40:44.160 They're all in line for it.
01:40:46.380 It's almost as if they made a deal.
01:40:49.680 I wonder what kind of deal could be made with these people who are now shouting death to America, death to the Jews.
01:41:01.660 I wonder if we'd get any deal out of them, you know, just to calm them down, make them go away.
01:41:08.260 But not really.
01:41:10.720 More in a minute.
01:41:11.540 I so want to urge you to prepare.
01:41:20.140 I told you a few, what, about two months ago, that I was putting my family on high alert to make sure that everybody knew where we were supposed to meet and everything else if things went to hell in a handbasket.
01:41:32.920 That I was preparing to make sure that we had everything that we needed, and then maybe just a little bit more for some of our neighbors, that we had curtailed our spending as much as we could to make sure that we were getting out of debt because trouble is coming.
01:41:49.700 And this is a warning.
01:41:54.220 The time is growing very, very late.
01:41:58.520 I want you to at least look into protecting your savings, your investment for your 401k.
01:42:06.920 Please look into how you can protect these things, your investments, your money, with gold or silver.
01:42:15.120 Gold is expected to go through the roof.
01:42:20.080 It already has, I mean, it's crazy what's happening right now, and that's because the world has lost its mind, and it's only going to go up, I think.
01:42:31.820 Don't listen to me for investment advice.
01:42:33.900 I'm just telling you what I believe and what I do.
01:42:35.960 So, silver is still at a pretty good price, and that is going to be something that you're going to need, I think, just in kind of a changeover time.
01:42:47.260 You never know what's going to happen.
01:42:49.320 So, please, would you call Lear Capital now?
01:42:55.420 Get your free wealth protection guide.
01:42:58.540 Lear will also credit your account $250 towards your purchase just because you listened to me.

01:43:07.460 Do your own homework.
01:43:09.600 And if you decide to buy, buy at Lear Capital, 800-957-GOLD.
01:43:15.600 800-957-GOLD.
01:43:19.260 10 seconds, Station ID.
01:43:20.420 So, Stu, did you see the Palestinian Action Manual?
01:43:33.940 I did, yes.
01:43:34.960 I actually talked to the guy who uncovered it.
01:43:37.440 He's from the Toronto Sun yesterday on my show.
01:43:40.940 It's incredible.
01:43:41.460 What did he say?
01:43:42.180 Incredible.
01:43:43.300 I mean, he said that he actually got in touch with the organization, and they admitted it.
01:43:47.840 They didn't even deny that they wrote it.
01:43:50.100 Where are they based out of?
01:43:51.180 The UK, I believe.
01:43:53.000 So, let me just show you some of these.
01:43:55.300 Here's step one.
01:43:57.180 Create a cell.
01:43:58.820 A group that takes actions without detection is part of the Palestinian Action Underground.
01:44:05.060 You need three to five people.
01:44:07.340 Step two.
01:44:08.380 Pick a target.
01:44:11.600 You've got a cell.
01:44:13.040 It's time to pick a target.
01:44:14.120 Head out to the website.
01:44:15.440 Find a list of secondary and primary targets who enable and profit from the Israeli weapons industry in Britain.
01:44:22.020 Make your job, making your job to pick one slightly easier process.
01:44:27.560 Just as culpable as another, apply a pressure to them.
01:44:32.020 It's the key to breaking the links with sustains Israel's arms trade.
01:44:37.280 Check out the targets.
01:44:39.260 Step two.
01:44:40.380 Pick one.
01:44:41.280 Step three.
01:44:41.840 Prepare for action.
01:44:42.980 Step four.
01:44:44.160 Plan your action.
01:44:46.100 Step five.
01:44:48.800 Well, there's a lot of pages on plan your action.
01:44:51.340 Holy cow.
01:44:52.200 Plan your action.
01:44:52.820 Plan your action.
01:44:53.860 Step five.
01:44:54.780 Take action.
01:44:56.060 Good luck.
01:44:57.240 Step six.
01:44:58.340 Post action.
01:45:00.400 Destroy all evidence.
01:45:03.300 It's right here on the page.
01:45:06.020 Evidence of what?
01:45:07.220 Of your good deeds?
01:45:08.400 Of your kindness?
01:45:12.080 Of your changing hearts?
01:45:13.820 You will only...
01:45:14.700 Evidence?
01:45:16.140 Destroy all evidence?
01:45:17.620 You're only doing that if you're breaking the law.
01:45:22.460 Which they admit to many times in this document.
01:45:25.040 Oh, yeah.
01:45:25.800 They're even saying, here are the groups that will help you get out, and here are the attorneys that will represent you.
01:45:31.800 Talk about destroying things, blocking pipes of buildings, I mean, all sorts of stuff that could cause massive damage throughout the document.
01:45:41.840 I mean, they're not even denying that they're doing these things.
01:45:44.960 So, what would you say if your side did this?
01:45:54.120 I would say, my side has a problem, and I want nothing to do with this.
01:46:00.060 I won't, until this attitude stops, I want nothing to do with them.
01:46:07.720 Gandhi, that's why he starved himself almost to death.
01:46:10.600 He was going after his own people, in his own party.
01:46:14.880 Where are the people?
01:46:16.420 Where are they?
01:46:17.200 Oh, I condemn the violence, but I also condemn those who don't understand the Palestinians.
01:46:22.180 I understand the plight of the Palestinians.
01:46:24.920 I understand both sides.
01:46:26.700 I do.
01:46:29.000 Hamas is evil.
01:46:31.780 Do you understand that?
01:46:35.020 What's being pushed here, again, is evil.
01:46:38.280 Okay, it's come to the point where I have to say this as a public service announcement.
01:46:44.180 I hope I don't get canceled for this, but here goes.
01:46:48.060 Rough greens is for real dogs, okay?
01:46:51.340 So, if your kid is a furry, I don't care how much they beg or even bark for it, you know?
01:46:56.680 Don't give it to them.
01:46:57.900 Even if they're wagging their fake little tail and peeing just a little on the carpet in excitement,
01:47:02.560 be firm.
01:47:03.540 Roll up the newspaper if you have to.
01:47:05.320 Slap them across their little doggy nose.
01:47:08.940 No, furry!
01:47:10.620 Rough greens is only for real dogs, and there is such a thing as real dogs.
01:47:16.060 Now, it's not a dog food.
01:47:17.340 It's a supplement developed by naturopathic Dr. Dennis Black that you sprinkle on the dog food.
01:47:21.720 Remember, brown food is dead food.
01:47:23.620 You want the green stuff.
01:47:24.660 You name it.
01:47:25.140 If it's healthy for your dog, it's probably in rough greens.
01:47:27.980 The folks at rough greens are so confident that your dog's going to love it, they have a special deal for you.

01:47:45.900 Head over to blazetv.com slash Glenn.
01:47:49.600 Use the promo code SECURE2024.
01:47:52.540 Get 30 bucks off your Blaze TV.
01:47:54.460 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
01:48:13.160 Hi.
01:48:16.640 I've got to tell you, Stu, I can barely, I mean, I watch TV and I read now.
01:48:22.520 I was reading last night in bed and I'm just holding my eyes like this.
01:48:26.840 I've got my fingers on my forehead and I'm just pulling up my eyelids because my eyelids aren't working.
01:48:32.820 Now, I mean, what?
01:48:34.660 Really, can I stop having the weird stuff that happens to me?
01:48:38.080 I just like good old, I don't know.
01:48:40.840 I'm not even going to say it because I don't always.
01:48:42.620 No, no, don't.
01:48:43.720 You know, gangrene.
01:48:45.000 Gangrene.
01:48:45.420 You know, I just want a little gangrene.
01:48:47.120 You know, it's going to be.
01:48:48.820 Yeah, you have a lot of weird health things.
01:48:50.600 I do.
01:48:51.000 I do.
01:48:52.100 And it's just, it's weird.
01:48:53.980 It's weird.
01:48:56.320 But I'm going in in a couple of weeks and they're doing eye surgery where they're cutting.
01:49:02.040 I don't want to hear another word.
01:49:03.940 Oh, it's so nasty.
01:49:05.600 I don't want to hear another word.
01:49:06.660 It's so nasty.
01:49:07.720 And, you know, like, no.
01:49:10.020 We just got to cut the muscles and tie the muscles back.
01:49:13.300 That sounds terrible.
01:49:15.080 It's awful.
01:49:15.920 It's awful.
01:49:16.760 So it's going to be good.
01:49:18.140 But at least I guess I'll be able to see.
01:49:21.560 My eyes will open a little bit.
01:49:22.960 I mean, I'm looking.
01:49:25.080 My eyelids are just, they're just not going open anymore.
01:49:30.360 It's so bizarre.
01:49:31.940 Is that a normal problem?
01:49:33.240 Like, do people have that problem?
01:49:34.440 Apparently some people have the problem, their eye muscles.
01:49:37.680 And, you know, don't give me any crap.
01:49:39.880 I work out with my eye muscles.
01:49:41.720 I'm blinking all the time.
01:49:43.900 Okay.
01:49:44.540 My eye muscles are just as strong as anybody else's eye muscles.
01:49:48.980 And for some reason, and I thought it was because of fatness, maybe my eyelids are getting so heavy and the doctors are like, no, that's not what it is.
01:49:58.180 And I'm like, really?
01:50:00.220 Seriously?
01:50:00.880 No.
01:50:01.520 It's not because you're fat.
01:50:03.320 Well, you didn't need to say it that way, Doc.
01:50:05.700 So you've started your gym routine just with your eye muscles?
01:50:09.160 Yeah.
01:50:09.300 Is how it, I'm lifting.
01:50:11.300 I think there's other.
01:50:12.000 Little teeny weights with my lashes.
01:50:13.940 Ah.
01:50:15.020 That's very impressive.
01:50:16.140 Yeah.
01:50:16.360 So now I'm going in in a couple of weeks and it's, I'm, it's freaky as heck.
01:50:23.320 Yeah.
01:50:24.340 I wouldn't.
01:50:24.700 If this one doesn't work, they have another one that they want to try.
01:50:28.440 And they said, well, we don't, we don't want to do that one.
01:50:31.560 But if this one doesn't work and there is a, there's a slight chance of blindness.
01:50:35.460 What?
01:50:35.960 What are you talking about?
01:50:37.180 I'm already going blind with some other stupid thing, a different thing.
01:50:40.940 Another weird thing.
01:50:41.880 How is that?
01:50:42.560 Uh-huh.
01:50:42.900 Every time I go to the doctor, they're like, oh, I went, I went to a doctor because I was
01:50:46.880 having problems with my eyes.
01:50:48.660 And he said, you're under a lot of stress.
01:50:51.160 And I said, no.
01:50:54.440 And he said, he said, well, you know, because, because they can't figure out why I have macular
01:51:00.480 dystrophy in one eye and macular degeneration in the other eye.
01:51:04.540 He's like, that's a really rare.
01:51:06.220 And I'm like, okay, great.
01:51:08.440 Whatever.
01:51:08.780 What a surprise.
01:51:09.860 And this doctor said, when did this happen?
01:51:14.620 When did it start happening?
01:51:16.540 Is it, is it, did it start happening when you were really under a lot of stress?
01:51:20.280 And I'm like, yeah, about 2008, just from there on out.
01:51:24.600 And he's like, yeah, that, well, that, that would cause it.
01:51:27.320 And I'm like, oh, well, where were you in 2008?
01:51:29.660 Where were you?
01:51:30.780 Where were you?
01:51:31.260 You were sitting in your office.
01:51:32.480 What?
01:51:32.900 Talking to old ladies and stuff.
01:51:34.700 Probably solving eye problems.
01:51:36.340 That would be my guess.
01:51:37.440 Whatever.
01:51:37.840 Doctors without borders.
01:51:38.860 I was healing people in Africa.
01:51:40.540 Whatever.
01:51:41.260 Right.
01:51:41.660 Where were you for me?
01:51:42.900 Were you, were you sitting for three hours a day and talking into a microphone?
01:51:47.140 No.
01:51:47.280 Minus commercials and news breaks?
01:51:48.820 No.
01:51:49.420 No.
01:51:50.120 No.
01:51:50.600 That sort of bravery.
01:51:53.300 So, and I know people have had this, you know, there's people who had this surgery.
01:51:56.920 I just like to whine about it.
01:51:58.260 This is why my wife, it's like, you know, this is why she was, you know, on relief actually.
01:52:01.760 Like, I'm not listening to you anymore.
01:52:03.220 Take this.
01:52:03.860 I'm like, okay.
01:52:06.220 Now, you know, now, you know, that's solved.
01:52:09.260 Now I got something else.
01:52:10.160 And she's like, here.
01:52:11.780 I'm like, honey, that's rat poison.
01:52:13.200 She's like, take it.
01:52:14.840 All right.
01:52:16.280 Yes.
01:52:17.520 Mm-hmm.
01:52:18.420 And did you please, please tell me yes?
01:52:21.640 No, I didn't.
01:52:22.660 No.
01:52:22.780 Which is a good thing because tonight I'm doing a special 90-minute show that is really, really important.
01:52:32.460 It's free for everybody.
01:52:34.700 I don't even know.
01:52:35.280 Did you just go to blazetv.com?
01:52:38.020 Is that just we're opening up the gate tonight?
01:52:41.820 It's a good question.
01:52:42.560 I know that if you go to blazetv.com slash Glenn and use secure 2024, you'll get 30 bucks off your subscription to blazetv.
01:52:49.860 And while, look, I think of this all the time.
01:52:53.580 It's great when the YouTube numbers are really high.
01:52:57.160 Like, I love that people watch on YouTube.
01:52:59.320 Anything to get the message out.
01:53:00.800 And I know we try to put as much as we can out there just for free.
01:53:03.680 Obviously, the show is free on your local station every day.
01:53:07.360 And you put a lot of the shows on YouTube.
01:53:10.000 I put my show on YouTube.
01:53:10.980 But the subscriptions to blazetv are getting more and more important.
01:53:17.120 What do you mean?
01:53:18.040 It just seems like, I don't know.
01:53:19.720 I've noticed maybe some throttling.
01:53:21.900 Maybe some efforts by big tech companies to make sure that you can't get the message for free anymore.
01:53:28.700 Yeah.
01:53:29.080 And the lawfare that is about to start is remarkable.
01:53:33.660 I mean, we've spent a little bit of money on the attorneys for this one.
01:53:39.120 I don't know how many shows we've run through attorneys.
01:53:42.280 I know we did with the Soros thing.
01:53:44.180 We ran it through attorneys.
01:53:45.720 But we generally don't do that.
01:53:47.800 We have, you know, pretty good.
01:53:49.120 I worked at CNN.
01:53:50.980 You think they let a single unchecked word come out of my mouth?
01:53:55.340 It used to take us to tape a show.
01:53:58.000 It was a one-hour show.
01:53:59.700 Verify.
01:54:00.200 Oh, yeah.
01:54:00.460 Three hours to tape a one-hour show.
01:54:04.340 They'd stop me in the middle of a monologue.
01:54:07.060 And they would go, hang on.
01:54:09.640 And the producers were arguing with the executives at CNN.
01:54:13.720 That's not true.
01:54:14.480 Yes, it is.
01:54:15.760 So we had to have everything buttoned up.
01:54:17.620 So we're pretty good at that.
01:54:18.860 Tonight, I mean, I think we have an attorney on premise.
01:54:24.640 It's going to be just off camera.
01:54:26.500 Just because of how litigious what we're going to talk about tonight is.
01:54:35.700 It is about the voting machines.
01:54:40.300 And it's a show I didn't want to do until I saw the evidence.
01:54:44.660 They brought it to me.
01:54:45.760 Somebody called me and said, hey, Glenn, you have to see this.
01:54:48.700 This has just been released.
01:54:49.660 It's in Supreme Court record.
01:54:51.500 And I'm like, I don't want to go over the 2020 election.
01:54:55.880 Please, I don't want anything.
01:54:57.380 He's like, it's not about the 2020 election.
01:55:00.080 This is new information.
01:55:02.200 This will affect 2024.
01:55:05.240 And I said, well, I want to look into it.
01:55:08.880 So we spent a lot of time looking into it, talking to experts, talking to hackers.
01:55:14.980 Can you actually hack in?
01:55:16.380 Will it do what it looks like it can do?
01:55:18.940 The answer is yes.
01:55:20.100 And we'll show you on video.
01:55:22.380 We'll show it to you.
01:55:23.340 We're not going to show you how to do it.
01:55:25.260 There's a step before.
01:55:26.800 But if you're a hacker, you know what the steps are.

01:56:03.000 Look, if you know somebody who is, you know, the, you know, county commissioner that's in charge of voting in your county, there are tons of counties all over America that are using machines like this.
01:56:14.860 They have to know this.

01:58:47.400 Now, used to be concepts like, customers always right, were how people did business.
01:58:53.020 I went into a Dunkin' Donuts.
01:58:55.100 And, I mean, not for me.
01:58:56.900 I wasn't having donuts.
01:58:58.000 And I went into a Dunkin' Donuts.
01:58:59.400 I haven't been in one for a long time.
01:59:00.780 And I walked in, and this girl had headphones in her ears.
01:59:04.760 And I'm, she's looking at me, and I'm giving her the order.
01:59:10.080 Because she said to me, can I help you?
01:59:11.940 And I'm giving her the order.
01:59:14.060 And about halfway through the order, she takes her headphones out, and she says, what?
01:59:19.440 And I'm like, I'm sorry.
01:59:23.220 And I said, I'd like three of those.
01:59:26.640 Just how many donuts total do you need?
01:59:29.620 And I was like, I'm, I hate to bother you.
01:59:33.700 I just wanted to leave some money here with you.
01:59:37.600 Was she, like, on the phone with the drive-thru?
01:59:39.920 Or were the headphones for the drive-thru?
01:59:41.340 No, she was listening to music.
01:59:42.760 Oh, okay.
01:59:43.420 She was listening to music.
01:59:44.780 She's a star employee you're talking about.
01:59:46.820 Yeah.
01:59:47.460 Oh, it was a friendly bunch.
01:59:49.040 Anyway, there are people that actually do like to provide good service.
01:59:53.780 Patriot Mobile is one of them.

02:00:52.160 888-727-BECK.
02:00:56.680 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
02:01:15.520 Glenn, I believe I have a horse on the highway update.
02:01:19.400 Whoa, wait a minute.
02:01:20.640 Another horse.
02:01:22.060 Horse on the highway.
02:01:23.820 Yes.
02:01:24.220 And I'm not 100% sure this qualifies, but I think it is important for you to hear about.
02:01:30.280 And you can judge because you're the expert.
02:01:31.780 Well, a horse on a highway means it's something that you don't usually see.
02:01:36.060 And maybe we should take note because I've never seen a horse running down the interstate in Philadelphia.
02:01:46.460 Just full out gallop on I-76 until recently.
02:01:51.360 And part of the concept of that is that it seems to be getting more and more common, these horse on a highway moments.
02:01:57.280 Yes.
02:01:57.680 Okay.
02:01:57.980 So, well, you have a case you're not sure if it's a horse on a highway.
02:02:01.260 Right.
02:02:01.280 You tell me if this qualifies.
02:02:02.220 Okay.
02:02:02.480 All right.
02:02:03.260 Five household Calvary horses are currently running through the streets of London.
02:02:08.260 Now, I'm looking at the streets and they do not appear to be a highway per se, but they are running through the streets of a major metropolitan area.
02:02:18.500 So, five horses.
02:02:19.800 Yes.
02:02:20.260 Got loose.
02:02:20.860 I should note, one of them soaked in blood.
02:02:22.840 I think we have all the information that we need.
02:02:32.120 I mean, I don't think we need to know how they got out, where they came from, why they're loose on the streets.
02:02:39.360 And certainly, we don't need to know why one of them is soaked in blood.
02:02:44.940 These are all really good questions and I'm not going to answer any of them.
02:02:48.200 Well, to know if it's a horse on the highway, I do have to have a few answers.
02:02:52.160 Really?
02:02:52.580 Yeah.
02:02:52.960 Why?
02:02:53.440 Well, I'm just curious about the one soaked in blood.
02:02:58.720 Really?
02:02:59.200 Yeah.
02:03:00.140 Yeah.
02:03:00.620 I don't understand.
02:03:02.480 I mean, because if it's something you see all the time.
02:03:04.900 Right.
02:03:05.500 You would not necessarily.
02:03:07.480 Well, we might have seen that like in the Jack the Ripper days back in the 1800s in London.
02:03:13.280 Wow.
02:03:13.480 How long does the horse on the highway go back?
02:03:15.140 I didn't know it went back that long.
02:03:16.700 Well, it doesn't.
02:03:17.400 It wasn't a horse on the highway then.
02:03:18.940 It was like, oh, another horse is out.
02:03:20.400 Yeah.
02:03:20.700 And this one's covered in blood.
02:03:21.900 Right.
02:03:22.340 Jack the Ripper.
02:03:22.980 Mm-hmm.
02:03:23.320 You know, but I don't think, you know, there are horses in major cities, but generally not
02:03:29.000 running loose on the streets.
02:03:30.280 Right.
02:03:30.780 So, do you have more on this story?
02:03:32.360 Generally not covered in blood.
02:03:33.600 Covered in blood.
02:03:34.320 No.
02:03:34.820 No.
02:03:35.140 I guess apparently they were having their, they were going through their morning exercises
02:03:39.640 and they threw off their military riders.
02:03:43.560 However, it does not explain why they're covered in blood.
02:03:46.960 So, I don't know for sure.
02:03:49.200 Wait.
02:03:49.540 Can you find out?
02:03:50.640 Can you just do a quick Google search?
02:03:52.680 Is London at war?
02:03:54.180 And they're using horseback riders to fight it.
02:03:59.560 That's a good question.
02:04:00.680 No.
02:04:01.100 So far, no.
02:04:02.040 So far, no.
02:04:02.920 So far, no.
02:04:03.500 Nothing on that.
02:04:04.220 Yeah.
02:04:05.020 We do have some injuries.
02:04:07.040 We do have, they're calling it chaos.
02:04:12.000 Commuters are trying to calm the distressed horse.
02:04:17.140 And this one I like too.
02:04:18.800 Terrified.
02:04:19.200 I just want to remind you, you're not in a dream.
02:04:21.180 You're not having a dream.
02:04:22.260 Okay.
02:04:22.480 This is, this is your life.
02:04:24.440 This is happening every day now.
02:04:27.560 Every day.
02:04:28.620 Oh, everything's fine.
02:04:29.780 How do your neighbors, how do your neighbors sit down, you know, and, and just,
02:04:35.240 you know, have dinner with each other.
02:04:37.400 Talk about whatever happened today and not have somebody in the family go, this isn't
02:04:42.580 normal, right?
02:04:44.000 Yeah.
02:04:44.420 I will say too, looking at the horses, one of them's black.
02:04:46.620 You can barely see the blood.
02:04:47.640 The other one is white.
02:04:49.020 So it looks like the horse ran over the Kool-Aid man.
02:04:52.200 Like it looks like.
02:04:53.400 Like a lot of blood?
02:04:54.860 Covered the whole front of it.
02:04:56.400 Covered in blood.
02:04:59.040 He came through the wall and said, oh yeah.
02:05:01.460 And then got run over.
02:05:02.000 Okay, here's the thing.
02:05:02.560 You have to bring that story tomorrow with all of the facts.
02:05:06.560 With the details.
02:05:06.980 Okay.
02:05:07.100 I want all of the details.
02:05:09.020 And then I'll tell you if it's a horse and a lion.
02:05:10.980 Okay.
02:05:11.640 Okay.
02:05:12.060 Fair enough.
02:05:12.460 The Glenn Beck Program.
02:05:16.200 Okay.
02:05:16.780 Fire completely.
02:05:17.620 There's a horsestein labor.
02:05:18.740 There's a horse sitting in데êts man about 20XXXXX.
02:05:24.620 Water 70XXXXXXXX.
