00:00:00.000 All right, let me tell you about Rough Greens.
00:00:03.520 You do things in your dog's best interest all the time.
00:00:06.280 Take him on a walk, throw the ball with him, give him good boy scratches.
00:00:10.520 Lay down on the floor with him, scratch his ears.
00:00:14.080 You take him to the vet for his health care.
00:00:16.620 You do all of these things, but what are you feeding your dog?
00:00:21.140 Does the food that you're feeding have all the vitamins and minerals and probiotics and antioxidants that your dog needs?
00:00:28.360 Rough Greens was created by naturopathic Dr. Dennis Black, and if it's healthy for your dog, it's probably in Rough Greens.
00:00:34.820 Now, this is not a dog food.
00:00:36.020 It's something you sprinkle on your dog's food, makes them wolf it.
00:00:39.280 I mean, Uno, he would never eat.
00:00:41.840 Now he races to his bowl literally every day.
00:00:45.780 Most dogs love it, go crazy for it.
00:00:47.880 Pickiest eater on the planet is just wolfing it down now.
00:00:51.640 Try it with your dog, and you'll see differences in your dog.
00:00:55.120 I mean, Uno, I think, he became like a puppy again.
00:00:59.460 He was maybe eight or nine.
00:01:01.760 That's getting up there for a German Shepherd.

00:01:14.820 We got no room to compromise.
00:01:41.060 We got to stand together, it's the course of life.
00:01:49.460 Stand up, say, and hold the light.
00:01:54.420 It's a new day, I'm trying to rise.
00:02:00.340 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:02:05.940 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:13.540 Hello, America.
00:02:15.020 Welcome.
00:02:15.620 It's Tuesday, and we go to New York, where the New York PD ordered to slash overtime spending now to cover the cost of the migrant crisis.
00:02:27.340 Huh.
00:02:27.700 Well, that's interesting.
00:02:30.800 They apparently are collapsing with about 100,000 illegals coming to Manhattan.
00:02:38.400 Now, that's what they've received.
00:02:41.460 They've gotten about 10,000 of those on a bus from Texas, thanks to our governor, Greg Abbott.
00:02:49.020 Greg Abbott has sent the 10,000 in, and that is enough to collapse New York, apparently.
00:02:57.440 But the hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands here in Texas, nobody seems to care about.
00:03:05.460 Well, there's some controversy going on, because now the government is saying that they might pass a rule that if you come in and cross in Texas, you've got to stay in Texas.
00:03:18.800 Hmm.
00:03:19.640 Governor Greg Abbott is with us now from the great state of Texas.
00:03:23.800 I have to tell you, Governor, bussing people from New York City, I loved it from the get-go,
00:03:30.480 but I didn't think it would do much other than, like, a stunt, kind of like it ended up with Governor DeSantis in Florida with Martha's Vineyard.
00:03:40.260 It felt good for a day, but didn't change anything.
00:03:43.040 This is the biggest game-changing border policy I have ever seen in almost 50 years of broadcast.
00:03:50.840 Thank you.
00:03:53.760 Well, of course.
00:03:55.320 And it's not just what's going on with Mayor Adams in New York.
00:03:59.100 Look at Lori Lightfoot in Chicago.
00:04:02.740 Look at what's going on with Karen Bass out in Los Angeles.
00:04:07.440 Listen, they're all reacting the same thing, or the same way.
00:04:11.360 They are all sanctuary cities.
00:04:13.760 They've all told the world, you know, we want your tired, your poor, your illegal immigrants, and we want them here.
00:04:20.700 We're going to provide food and lodging for them.
00:04:23.260 And then, when they actually have to live up to these liberal promises they made, they collapse like a cheap tent.
00:04:31.740 Let me tell you something.
00:04:32.480 There's no way that the mayor of New York would be able to last a week in the state of Texas dealing with what we have to deal with.
00:04:40.800 It's shameful, the way they act.
00:04:43.560 It's crazy, the kinds of things they say.
00:04:46.720 But it is time for America to have to share this burden that Texas has had to deal with.
00:04:53.280 How many do we have here in Texas now?
00:04:55.740 I mean, I know he can't handle the 10,000 from Texas.
00:04:59.360 There are towns in Texas that are getting at least 10,000, you know, a day or a week.
00:05:04.440 How many are actually here in Texas?
00:05:08.600 Well, first, I'll tell you that the catalyst for this busing operation actually wasn't to try to put burdens on New York.
00:05:16.080 It was actually to try to help out those small communities on the border.
00:05:19.200 Right.
00:05:19.540 The Del Ritos, the Eagle Passes, the communities that the Border Patrol were dropping these illegal immigrants off.
00:05:26.680 And we said there's no way they were going to be able to deal with this.
00:05:30.900 And so we began to put them on buses, initially going to Washington, D.C., and eventually New York, et cetera.
00:05:37.580 But my point is that these illegal immigrants do not stay in Texas very long at all, a day, maybe two days.
00:05:47.800 And then they are put on buses and bussed out to other areas across the country.
00:05:53.400 That's what Texas is doing.
00:05:54.900 In addition to what Texas is doing, in far greater numbers, the Biden administration is doing the exact same thing.
00:06:04.700 So my point, Glenn, is that they're actually not staying in Texas very long at all.
00:06:10.360 So the Biden administration, how many are being shipped out from this just one border state to go elsewhere?
00:06:18.440 I can give you percentages.
00:06:22.300 I don't have the precise number.
00:06:23.700 The percentages would be, you know, in the 90 percent range, 95 percent range.
00:06:30.980 Oh, my gosh.
00:06:32.700 There's not very many that are staying in Texas.
00:06:35.140 And that is what is leading to the extraordinary volume that New York is dealing with, that Massachusetts is dealing with, that Illinois and Chicago are dealing with, that California is dealing with, et cetera.
00:06:48.440 So the Biden administration last week said that they were considering making sure that if you cross into Texas, you have to stay in Texas.
00:06:58.980 If they did that is I mean, it feels like they're specifically the federal government is specifically targeting Texas.
00:07:06.400 Is that payback for what you and Paxton have put them through in the Supreme Court?
00:07:11.400 Is that to change us blue?
00:07:13.640 Is it to break our backs financially?
00:07:15.660 Lee, why this seeming vendetta against Texas?
00:07:20.540 Part of it, Glenn, does seem to be payback.
00:07:23.540 And it's not just because of the busing operations.
00:07:25.880 It's because what Texas has done, we have taken over operational control of the border and actually repelled or pushed back into Mexico people who were trying to cross illegally.
00:07:39.380 We have been on federal land where we built these concertina razor wire barriers.
00:07:44.880 It was the National Guard that did it.
00:07:47.400 They build the barriers and the National Guard guards it and they force illegal immigrants to go back to Mexico.
00:07:55.280 This is the only time in American history when anything like that has happened.
00:07:59.820 And then, of course, you probably know about the the buoys, the water and the marine barrier.
00:08:06.460 And the Biden administration considers all of that to be evil when all Texas is really doing is protecting our own border.
00:08:15.080 So my point in telling you that is, yes, the Biden administration has a vendetta against the state of Texas.
00:08:22.700 But let me put it this way.
00:08:25.180 The president is right in thinking that these migrants have to stay somewhere as opposed to going all across the country.
00:08:35.060 He just got the location wrong.
00:08:37.020 They shouldn't be staying in Texas.
00:08:38.720 They should remain in Mexico.
00:08:41.460 Remember, it was when President Trump put the Remain and Mexico policy into effect.
00:08:48.060 That is what led to the immediate drop in the number of people coming across the border.
00:08:52.740 And under President Trump, we had the lowest illegal immigration in 40 years.
00:08:58.800 And now under Biden's open border policies, we have the highest illegal immigration ever.
00:09:05.160 And but let me add one last thing, Glenn, and that is this concept of trying to, you know, have illegal immigrants remain in Texas or remain in California, whatever the case may be.
00:09:17.000 That was tried before decades ago, and it was rejected by the courts at the time.
00:09:24.040 This is a losing legal proposition for Biden.
00:09:27.680 And we'll just hand him another loss if he tries this crazy game.
00:09:32.240 So the buoys, what is the status on that?
00:09:35.980 And if they start doing some of these things, what is Texas going to do to remain a sovereign state?
00:09:44.600 Several things.
00:09:46.840 First, with regard to the buoys, as you and your audience may have heard, it went to.
00:09:54.400 Well, first, I need to tell you this.
00:09:56.220 The buoys were a concept that were first developed by the Border Patrol itself.
00:10:01.080 And we got the idea from them and we checked it out.
00:10:04.100 We found it to be effective.
00:10:05.600 And so we deployed it.
00:10:07.260 And as the Border Patrol itself put put out, there's nobody getting across it.
00:10:12.160 The great thing about the buoys is it allows us to build a border wall or border barrier at one tenth the cost of the border wall that Texas is actually putting up.
00:10:23.260 And so it is a very effective tool.
00:10:25.020 Secondly, with regard to the Biden's attempt to force us to remove the buoy barriers that we we'd lost in the trial court, which we knew we were going to do.
00:10:37.880 But we, in less than 24 hours, got a stay of that lower court ruling by the Federal Court of Appeals.
00:10:46.460 And as we are chit-chatting right now, the buoys are exactly where they have been ever since we put them back up.
00:10:53.420 And we hope and believe that we will prevail in the Federal Court of Appeals.
00:10:59.580 There are multiple legal reasons why what the Biden administration is contending is absolutely wrong.
00:11:04.900 So we will continue to do that.
00:11:07.080 But let me add this, because you said, what are we going to do?
00:11:10.360 We are, as we are speaking right now, there is more border wall going up, which is the same border wall that Trump was putting up.
00:11:20.100 But better than that, the D tool that proved to be the most effective is having the National Guard on the border, building these concertina razor wire border walls that prevent illegal immigrants from getting across.
00:11:36.720 And we repel them when we return them back to Mexico.
00:11:41.700 That has proven extraordinarily effective, and the only time in American history that I'm aware of where a state has actually repelled people who are trying to enter the country illegally and sent them back to the country they came from.
00:11:56.600 Why do you, I mean, you must have spent a lot of time trying to figure out what, why would the administration do this?
00:12:05.840 It clearly is not good for America.
00:12:09.380 It's not good for the states, not good for the cities.
00:12:11.780 We don't know who's coming in.
00:12:14.320 We're all people are coming from all over the world, including countries that have no love for America.
00:12:21.700 Have you come up with a reason on why you think they're doing this?
00:12:25.320 Why Biden is doing this?
00:12:27.060 So one thing you mentioned about some of the people coming across the border who have no love for America.
00:12:32.760 So we apprehend Chinese and Russians and people from hostile nations all the time.
00:12:39.200 And in fact, Glenn, under Joe Biden, there is a record number of people coming across the border who are on the terrorist watch list.
00:12:47.760 Correct.
00:12:48.180 Those are the ones that we apprehended.
00:12:49.640 They pay more to try to evade being caught.
00:12:54.040 Why is Biden doing this?
00:12:55.640 First, when he campaigned for president, he said that he was going to have open border policies.
00:13:03.160 And I think Americans really just didn't listen to him, maybe didn't know what he was talking about.
00:13:09.420 And now they're seeing the reality.
00:13:11.960 This this is the Ocasio-Cortez game plan.
00:13:15.060 And so here's what you and I don't know.
00:13:18.000 And that is who is running the White House?
00:13:20.840 Is it Ocasio-Cortez leftists?
00:13:24.000 Is it somebody else?
00:13:26.960 It seems like Biden may not really know what he's doing.
00:13:30.580 But if he does, it's the most unpatriotic act any president has ever taken in the history of the United States of America.
00:13:40.500 So we've got several tasks ahead of us.
00:13:42.600 One is, well, Texas, Texas is using more than $10 billion of our own state funds to secure the border.
00:13:53.400 And we will continue to do so as we work our way through this presidential election.
00:13:57.580 And we have to put a president in place who's going to have as job one to uphold their oath, fulfill the constitutional mandate that they secure the border and maintain national security so that we don't lose our country.
00:14:13.360 And so I think Biden's days are numbered.
00:14:18.320 And in those waning days, Texas will continue to step up and deploy every tool that we can possibly use that are unprecedented in nature to make sure we're going to be holding back and staunching the flow of illegal immigrants into the country.
00:14:35.160 I'm very concerned about this next election.
00:14:38.140 Are we safe?
00:14:39.100 Is the vote safe here?
00:14:40.640 Have we done anything to strengthen the security of the vote?
00:14:44.460 Absolutely.
00:14:45.220 Yeah.
00:14:45.480 In Texas, for two separate sessions or two successive sessions, legislative sessions, we have passed the strongest election integrity laws in the United States of America.
00:14:58.620 As a reminder, before I was governor, I was the attorney general and I filed legal action after legal action, cracking down on voter fraud and putting people behind bars for it.
00:15:09.340 And we continue to send that message separate from that.
00:15:12.320 However, with regard to the election process itself, we have put reforms in a place to make sure we have security.
00:15:20.120 And let's go back to what happened just this past election.
00:15:22.460 This past election, for your audience, those who don't know, we have 254 counties in the state of Texas.
00:15:31.080 And all, let's say, 253 of the 254 were able to get their votes counted on election night the way they were supposed to.
00:15:39.560 The only one that was unable to do so, even in days, was Harris County.
00:15:45.520 Harris County is where Houston, Texas is.
00:15:47.400 And so this past session, we passed about 10 laws that cracked down on the way that the city of Houston and Harris County were not following the law as we had prescribed with regard to fair and accurate elections,
00:16:04.480 making sure that the election process in Harris County was going to be even more secure.
00:16:09.600 Governor, I know you have to run.
00:16:11.440 Thank you so much.
00:16:12.580 Really appreciate it.
00:16:14.140 Thank you for bussing those people in.
00:16:16.520 And again, you have completely changed the narrative.
00:16:19.380 It is the only thing I have seen in my entire broadcasting career that has changed this narrative.
00:16:25.320 It's a different game today because of you.
00:16:27.520 Thank you.
00:16:28.520 Thank you, Glenn.
00:16:29.400 Take care.
00:16:29.840 Bye bye.
00:16:30.300 Governor Greg Abbott, great state of Texas.
00:16:32.740 Relief Factor is our sponsor this half hour.
00:16:35.600 I get a little grumpy in the morning if I haven't had a good night's sleep.
00:16:38.660 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:16:40.340 And then if I really get bad night's sleep, then I get a little squirrely and that makes Stu's job very, very difficult because those are the days we, you know, we, we, we, we likely could get kicked off the air.
00:16:53.340 So good sleep is important.
00:16:55.720 Really important.
00:16:56.900 Regular Relief Factor is out there for pain.
00:16:59.800 Now they have Relief Factor sleep, which is the same 100% drug free way for you to relieve your, you know, sleepless night.
00:17:09.880 It's a blend of natural ingredients designed to promote healthy sleep.
00:17:14.300 I know from experience it works.
00:17:16.060 My, my wife, Tanya, she uses it a couple of nights, you know, probably every week or two.
00:17:21.500 I do the same thing.
00:17:23.100 Unleash the power of great sleep by calling 800 the number four relief.
00:17:28.060 800 the number four relief.
00:17:31.040 It's Relief Factor sleep.
00:17:33.700 Go there now for a great night's sleep.
00:17:36.980 Also sponsored by my Patriot Supply.
00:17:41.440 If you haven't been storing food, you're not paying attention.
00:17:45.820 By the way, new inflation numbers come out.
00:17:49.240 I'm excited.
00:17:49.940 Yeah.
00:17:50.160 Are you?
00:17:50.560 Oh, yeah.
00:17:50.960 It's going to go down, isn't it?
00:17:51.920 Of course it is.
00:17:53.140 Yeah.
00:17:53.800 Except if down, we're living in the opposite world.
00:17:56.800 So down means up.
00:17:58.380 They're expecting inflation to go up.
00:18:00.940 I was looking up the shadow stats on inflation.
00:18:03.440 If we measured this the way we measured inflation in the 1980s, we would be at 14% inflation.
00:18:14.360 That's what it would be.
00:18:15.980 They're saying it's in the threes.
00:18:17.700 That's because they're not counting a lot of stuff like your home or rent.
00:18:23.800 Hello.
00:18:24.160 Oh, and by the way, if you like to buy beef or chicken and that price goes up, they're like, well, you can substitute with spam.
00:18:33.360 And so they use the price of spam in the inflation number.
00:18:36.880 I'm not kidding you.
00:18:38.540 So it's a game.
00:18:40.340 It's a game.
00:18:41.940 Things could get dicey quickly just for you financially.
00:18:47.640 But they also could get dicey quickly.
00:18:50.040 We're sending long-range missile cluster bombs now to Ukraine.
00:18:57.860 Oh, okay.
00:18:59.060 Well, I think that's going to go well.
00:19:01.260 Please, my Patriot Supply, prepare today with emergency food that will stay fresh for up to 25 years.
00:19:07.400 Don't worry.

00:19:45.920 Hello, Stu.
00:19:56.120 Hey, Glenn.
00:19:56.700 How are you?
00:19:57.220 Good.
00:19:57.840 Good.
00:19:58.620 It's an interesting interview with Greg Abbott.
00:20:01.960 You've had some ups and downs on looking at his leadership over the years.
00:20:07.420 Yeah.
00:20:07.580 I think that's the way Texas feels about it.
00:20:10.300 It's interesting because we do a national show every day.
00:20:13.920 Yeah.
00:20:14.040 But we live in Texas.
00:20:15.200 And when you talk to people around the country, they long for someone like Greg Abbott to be their governor.
00:20:20.800 Yeah.
00:20:21.200 And then people in Texas at times, I think it's 50-50.
00:20:24.120 Like sometimes they love him, sometimes they don't love him so much.
00:20:26.680 Yeah.
00:20:26.960 I mean, it's Texas.
00:20:28.780 Right.
00:20:28.980 So, I mean, you know, Greg Abbott would be a great governor in every other state in the union, but it's Texas.
00:20:37.100 And so you're like, how come your boot isn't up somebody's butt right now about whatever, fill in the blank.
00:20:46.780 And, you know, so sometimes he uses the boot, sometimes he doesn't.
00:20:50.900 He's, you know, he is an attorney general.
00:20:56.220 He's an attorney by nature.
00:20:57.500 So attorneys tend to be much more methodical.
00:21:00.460 Yeah.
00:21:00.620 I think that's kind of the, they want someone who's a little bit more at times bombastic about stuff.
00:21:06.460 And that's not the way he operates.
00:21:07.940 But what I will say, it's really hard to deny his success in this arena.
00:21:12.580 I mean, this policy of shipping people up to these cities has been, I mean, almost mesmerizing to the debate, the way it's changed things.
00:21:22.800 I mean, and that has all happened because every Democrat in these cities has just echoed every complaint Republicans have been making about illegal immigration for the past 50 years.
00:21:33.180 They're all just, they're all getting hit in the face for the first time with this issue in a real way and having to deal with it in a real way.
00:21:40.100 And they, of course, recognize the truth.
00:21:43.500 I mean, they're now actually saying, maybe we should change, maybe we should change the sanctuary city.
00:21:49.160 I mean, just for now, just for now.
00:21:51.800 Oh, you mean so when you're, when it's not a pose?
00:21:56.860 Right.
00:21:57.420 Exactly.
00:21:57.960 When people are being busted in your communities, you can all say, oh, open arms, look at those darn people from the South that are so mean and racist.
00:22:05.960 And that's what's been interesting about the Democratic position on this for so long.
00:22:08.860 They use the racism accusation as this warm blanket to sort of shield them in this little cocoon, this comfy cocoon on the couch where they can all say, well, the reason this is a problem is because Republicans are racist.
00:22:21.640 They don't like, they don't like people who look that way.
00:22:23.700 Right.
00:22:23.800 By the way, we are going to put those billboards up on the border.
00:22:28.680 Oh, yeah?
00:22:29.020 Yeah.
00:22:29.200 You and I will put those billboards up.
00:22:30.560 I love that.
00:22:30.760 Uh, and, uh, and I want them in Spanish though, that, you know, just say, hey, here's your list of sanctuary cities.
00:22:39.640 Go, because they're promising these things.
00:22:42.020 Mm-hmm.
00:22:42.380 San Francisco, make sure you see sunny San Francisco, because they'll give you these things.
00:22:47.960 I love it.
00:22:48.580 And it would be good information for these people.
00:22:50.880 It would.
00:22:51.040 They tell us they want to take care of them so much.
00:22:53.240 We want to help them.
00:22:54.400 We want to help.
00:22:54.840 We're helpers.
00:22:56.040 Back in a minute.
00:22:56.640 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:23:01.000 Okay.

00:23:08.860 Those things are all fading.
00:23:10.740 How about the stuff from your kid's childhood?
00:23:13.680 If you ever used any kind of tape, it's gone soon.
00:23:19.860 They're meant to last for 10 years.
00:23:21.580 I have, or had, tapes that I don't even know what format they are.
00:23:25.580 I really don't.
00:23:27.180 I mean, there were things that we were using that lasted maybe, I don't even know, 10 minutes?
00:23:32.060 Because I have no idea what device that was recorded on or how to play it back.
00:23:38.600 I don't want that memory lost.
00:23:40.660 I want to make sure that it is preserved forever.

00:24:19.500 So there's a big manhunt for Daniello Cavalante.
00:24:35.920 He is a convicted murderer.
00:24:39.400 He has a rifle now.
00:24:41.540 And you're not, you know, it's a big, big, big, big manhunt.
00:24:47.120 Now, Mr.
00:24:48.580 Very dangerous.
00:24:49.440 Dangerous.
00:24:49.840 Very dangerous.
00:24:50.640 Mr. Cavalante.
00:24:52.360 Yes.
00:24:52.780 Is he from Wichita?
00:24:53.980 Where's he from?
00:24:54.900 Where's he from?
00:24:55.400 I think he's from Albuquerque.
00:24:57.040 You think he's from Albuquerque?
00:24:58.580 That may be why they are banning all the guns there.
00:25:00.960 Right.
00:25:01.460 Okay.
00:25:01.940 So is he there?
00:25:03.520 Is that where he was born?
00:25:04.940 Oh, I assume.
00:25:05.900 Yeah.
00:25:06.160 I assume.
00:25:06.960 Because I don't know much about his childhood, where he grew up.
00:25:11.440 Could be some, maybe Little Italy, you know, here.
00:25:13.920 Yeah.
00:25:14.460 It sounds a little Italian, his name, his last name.
00:25:16.980 Actually, I think he's Hispanic.
00:25:19.420 Oh, really?
00:25:19.960 Yeah.
00:25:20.380 Oh, that's right.
00:25:21.120 This is the guy who was in Brazil and murdered someone in Brazil.
00:25:26.140 Oh, and then came across the border.
00:25:28.080 And then came across the border.
00:25:29.620 Yeah.
00:25:30.340 And then when he crossed the border, he murdered another person and then went to prison.
00:25:35.860 Okay.
00:25:36.180 And then crab walked up the wall, which is an incredible video.
00:25:41.560 I mean, it really is incredible.
00:25:42.740 I realize I don't have enough core strength watching it.
00:25:45.000 And then he gets up and he escapes.
00:25:47.100 And now the new update is he's just roaming around Pennsylvania.
00:25:50.540 Apparently, it was spotted yesterday.
00:25:52.200 And the good news, he is now armed.
00:25:55.800 Yep.
00:25:56.000 Like you said, good news.
00:25:57.140 And the police are coming out and saying, do not, don't do anything because then you
00:26:02.340 could be in trouble too.
00:26:03.580 You could also be dead, but don't do anything.
00:26:06.740 So don't, don't protect yourself.
00:26:09.300 Don't go out and look for him or anything else.
00:26:12.220 And that's the last thing I would do.
00:26:14.160 I hear things in the bushes on my property.
00:26:16.560 I'm not going out to look.
00:26:17.960 Oh, no.
00:26:18.520 I'm not.
00:26:19.240 We respect his privacy.
00:26:21.000 I like illegal immigrants.
00:26:22.940 Okay.
00:26:23.240 He just came here for a better life.
00:26:25.960 What about a sanctuary?
00:26:28.060 State.
00:26:28.820 Why isn't Pennsylvania a sanctuary?
00:26:30.260 We find him.
00:26:30.920 If we find him, we should send him to New York City.
00:26:34.300 Okay.
00:26:34.720 Yeah.
00:26:35.100 Or Martha's Vineyard.
00:26:36.280 We should send him there.
00:26:37.360 We should give him a sanctuary prison cell.
00:26:39.360 Yeah.
00:26:39.780 Where he's able to come and go within the, you know, four to eight feet that he has there.
00:26:45.700 Let me ask you.
00:26:46.300 Back and forth as much as he wants.
00:26:47.540 Let me ask you.
00:26:48.200 Let me ask you.
00:26:49.280 Change the subject.
00:26:50.280 But have you ever had the feeling that the Biden administration intentionally does really
00:27:03.440 bad things on September 11th?
00:27:09.200 I'm just, just hear me out.
00:27:11.700 Remember.
00:27:12.160 Okay.
00:27:12.420 Okay.
00:27:12.680 Afghanistan.
00:27:13.980 No, I was like, oh, there's September 11th.
00:27:16.000 Okay.
00:27:18.240 Yesterday, they approved the transfer of $6 billion of frozen funds to the government
00:27:25.380 of Iran in a prisoner swap deal.
00:27:30.180 Now, they did this deal last week, but they announced it yesterday.
00:27:37.100 Hmm.
00:27:37.660 And I'm thinking, why would you announce that you're giving $6 billion to a terrorist state
00:27:44.860 on 9-11?
00:27:47.280 Now, I know the governor or the government of Iran might think that's a wonderful day to
00:27:52.700 announce that, right?
00:27:53.380 Yeah, but not necessarily us.
00:27:55.060 Right.
00:27:55.260 You'd think we'd have the opposite opinion on that particular topic, but no, we had the
00:27:59.640 same?
00:28:00.140 Isn't that weird?
00:28:01.840 It is a bit, it's a bit weird.
00:28:04.180 Yeah.
00:28:04.360 It's a bit troubling.
00:28:05.180 Oh, by the way, the reason why Biden had to go to Vietnam, which, I mean, he didn't explain
00:28:13.060 that.
00:28:13.600 He didn't explain that.
00:28:14.480 He just explained yesterday why he wasn't at the 9-11 commemorative ceremonies, because
00:28:21.780 20 years after Pearl Harbor, presidents weren't still showing up.
00:28:26.700 I got news for you.
00:28:28.080 I don't think President Roosevelt ever showed up.
00:28:32.080 Okay?
00:28:32.740 Don't think that happened.
00:28:33.580 Don't think that happened.
00:28:34.800 May have once.
00:28:35.880 Maybe.
00:28:36.620 Maybe.
00:28:36.920 But, you know, here's the difference.
00:28:40.580 Hawaii, especially back then, really far away.
00:28:46.800 New York, car ride.
00:28:49.100 Okay?
00:28:49.520 Mm.
00:28:49.860 So, yeah.
00:28:52.020 Yeah.
00:28:52.480 Well, it's not a car ride from India.
00:28:54.880 No.
00:28:55.460 So.
00:28:56.020 It's not.
00:28:56.760 You know, if I, again, scheduling, scheduling conflicts.
00:29:00.060 The only thing we, he had to be out of the country on 9-11 and also had to give $6 billion
00:29:04.400 announced on 9-11 to Iran.
00:29:07.220 Yeah.
00:29:07.440 But that's it.
00:29:08.660 Look, everyone has scheduling conflicts.
00:29:10.500 Right.
00:29:11.100 Sometimes.
00:29:11.640 This one's just very unfortunate.
00:29:13.640 Both were.
00:29:14.300 Right.
00:29:14.540 Really.
00:29:14.980 Sometimes you have a doctor's appointment.
00:29:16.500 Yeah.
00:29:16.660 At the same time, your kid's little league game is going on.
00:29:19.040 And it's the same thing going on right now with the president.
00:29:20.880 Right.
00:29:20.940 State Department was like, oh, crap.
00:29:22.820 Is it September 11th?
00:29:24.060 Yeah.
00:29:24.300 I shouldn't be announcing to the world and to Congress that we're giving $6 billion in
00:29:29.380 a prisoner swap to Iran.
00:29:32.860 Gosh darn it.
00:29:33.580 And as we covered yesterday, he needed to go to bed.
00:29:36.600 Yes.
00:29:37.100 You know, in the middle of his speech, he just needed to go to bed.
00:29:39.800 Those two things conflicted.
00:29:40.860 Now, he got a good nap in.
00:29:42.700 He got a good nap in.
00:29:43.680 Good.
00:29:43.900 And he yesterday threatened to veto the the House's Department of Defense appropriations
00:29:49.240 bill.
00:29:50.800 He said the the administration strongly, strongly opposes the bill and he will veto it.
00:29:59.420 If it passes in the Senate, he's going to veto it right away, right away, which will mean
00:30:04.260 a government shutdown.
00:30:06.140 But, you know, he's got a really good reason for doing it.
00:30:10.240 He said, you know, this bill has devastating consequences, including harming access to
00:30:16.040 reproductive health care.
00:30:17.280 And this bill will threaten the lives and the health and safety of lesbian, gay, bisexual,
00:30:23.960 transgender, queer and intersex Americans.
00:30:27.740 It also this defense bill will endanger marriage equality, hinder critical climate change initiatives
00:30:36.540 and prevent the administration from promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.
00:30:41.260 All of those things, especially in the last part of that paragraph, I think are good.
00:30:47.240 The rest of them, I don't think the Defense Department should be in that business.
00:30:52.800 Maybe it's just me.
00:30:54.200 Now, I just want you to understand what he's doing.
00:30:58.540 He is claiming that because we won't allow the government to fly a soldier to another state
00:31:09.620 to get an abortion on your tax dollar, plus pay for the abortion.
00:31:15.240 We're way past no tax dollars will ever go to pay for an abortion.
00:31:18.540 We're way past that.
00:31:19.820 Now we're like, are we going to are we also going to give them the room and board?
00:31:23.560 Are we going to fly him on a plane to get their abortion, put them up, let's send them to
00:31:29.240 a nice dinner and have a nice breakfast, maybe a couple of days off, you know, go see the
00:31:33.660 world, then come back and do your.
00:31:35.640 Is that what we're doing now?
00:31:37.940 That's what he is angry about.
00:31:41.400 And so he's going to veto that.
00:31:43.520 But and this this is going to affect intersex Americans, you said, make sure I understand
00:31:47.680 sex.
00:31:48.180 That's important.
00:31:48.820 That's a it's a huge.
00:31:49.920 Don't pretend you don't know what intersects.
00:31:51.340 Oh, I mean, I of course, I I mean, I may.
00:31:55.700 All right.
00:31:55.920 The Biden administration is also close to approving.
00:32:01.160 Now, listen to this sentence.
00:32:03.380 The shipment of longer range missiles packed with cluster bombs to Ukraine, giving Kiev the
00:32:13.340 ability to cause significant damage deeper within Russia occupied territory.
00:32:19.800 Now, some might say even in Russia.
00:32:25.620 So, you know, those remember when we did the cluster munitions and everybody was like,
00:32:29.480 that's not, you know, that's against, you know, the the treaty of, you know, whatever.
00:32:35.820 Right.
00:32:36.380 Remember we did that?
00:32:37.140 I remember that whole conversation about the treaty of whatever.
00:32:39.440 Yeah.
00:32:39.700 Uh, and I was like, we can't use them unless we really have to.
00:32:43.340 And that's what the world says.
00:32:44.660 Uh huh.
00:32:45.520 But we really have to use them now on Russia, but not us, not us.
00:32:49.780 It's going to be the Ukrainians.
00:32:51.080 Those really bad Ukrainians are going to drop cluster bombs, except they're really good.
00:32:55.260 Those are good guys.
00:32:56.480 doing really bad and many times thought illegal things to stop the really bad and illegal bad
00:33:06.540 guys from doing those kinds of things to there.
00:33:09.160 Anyway, we're sending them the cluster bombs.
00:33:11.040 Those have worked so well that we're now thinking, hey, why don't we put them in longer range
00:33:17.000 missiles?
00:33:17.520 And I don't think Russia is going to have a problem with it.
00:33:22.100 And if we can just send them those longer range missiles and Russia, you know, if they
00:33:28.600 have a problem with it, I say we sit down with Vladimir Putin and say, look, we are dealing
00:33:33.600 with, uh, uh, intersectional relationships right now and trying to hold our, our Pentagon
00:33:40.940 and our fighting force together.
00:33:42.780 Meanwhile, we're already under attack from these extremists that won't pay for a woman's
00:33:49.400 flight and her hotel and probably breakfast and dinner and any kind of expenses she might
00:33:54.840 have and the abortion.
00:33:56.800 Okay.
00:33:57.220 So Vlad don't start with us.
00:34:00.020 I think that's, I think that's going to go over well.
00:34:03.080 I don't see why it wouldn't, you know, this has been handled so beautifully from the very
00:34:08.280 beginning.
00:34:08.880 It's going so well.
00:34:10.860 What could possibly go wrong?
00:34:12.780 Well, well, well, well, may I?
00:34:15.500 Oh, no.
00:34:15.940 Okay.
00:34:16.380 You have some, uh, yeah, about 41,000 military personnel, 500 to 700 air combat missions,
00:34:23.640 and more than 50 ships are going to take a, do a little exercise there.
00:34:29.580 NATO exercise, you know, right, you know, right, right there, Germany, Poland, what's across
00:34:35.380 the, what is it across the border from Poland?
00:34:37.880 I'm trying to, I'm trying to think.
00:34:39.880 I can't think.
00:34:40.940 If you go east of Poland or Germany, I'm trying to think what's on the eastern side.
00:34:46.600 I can't think of what's there, but we're going to be doing the largest military exercise since
00:34:54.720 the cold war after we send them the longer range cluster bomb missiles, but we've got the money
00:35:06.060 and the time to do this military exercise right in Vlad's face.
00:35:11.140 But I don't know if we're going to be able to do it because we might have to shut the whole
00:35:15.660 government down because.
00:35:17.460 But you're not going to believe this.
00:35:18.400 We won't.
00:35:18.820 Poland borders Ukraine.
00:35:20.620 What?
00:35:21.040 Yeah.
00:35:21.420 I'm looking it up right now.
00:35:22.880 They're up.
00:35:24.720 Yeah.
00:35:25.400 What about Germany?
00:35:26.880 Hmm.
00:35:27.280 Germany.
00:35:28.160 Germany.
00:35:28.660 How do you spell that?
00:35:30.020 J-E-R-M.
00:35:33.940 I don't think that was listed on the map.
00:35:36.340 Yeah.
00:35:36.720 Okay.
00:35:37.200 But still, seems like everything's going to be fine.
00:35:39.340 Yeah.
00:35:39.700 That's what you should always remember.
00:35:41.820 Just, you know what?
00:35:42.960 Here's the easy thing.
00:35:43.980 These are hard issues to deal with, right?
00:35:46.420 Lots of nuance, lots of discussion, lots of expertise needed.
00:35:49.740 Amen.
00:35:50.140 Just trust Joe Biden.
00:35:52.060 Yeah.
00:35:52.400 You know, he's there.
00:35:53.440 He's doing the job.
00:35:54.440 He's asleep three to four hours a day, awake three to four hours a day.
00:35:59.020 Just trust his judgment and everything should turn out fine.
00:36:02.980 So you remember in 1983 when Ronald Reagan's going to get us into a war.
00:36:06.920 It's going to, he's going to kill all of us because he gave the evil empire speech.
00:36:10.260 Yeah.
00:36:10.580 Okay.
00:36:11.280 You know, where, where at the time it was our doctrine to stand against, but now it's just
00:36:17.040 Joe Biden going, we're going to overthrow him.
00:36:19.100 Vladdy, Vlad, Vlad.
00:36:20.140 He's a bad Vladdy.
00:36:21.420 And so, but that's not starting a war with Russia.
00:36:26.820 It was just evil Ronald Reagan.
00:36:29.180 Then he announced his strategic defense initiative, which caused Ted Kennedy to fly over to Russia
00:36:37.360 and say, by the way, we don't even have that.
00:36:40.000 Okay.
00:36:40.180 We don't want you to get upset.
00:36:41.380 We don't even have that.
00:36:43.020 And because everybody was freaking out because we're going to go to war with the Soviets.
00:36:46.480 And then the Soviets shot down the Korean airliner and it was like, we're close to war.
00:36:52.480 And I remember that because I was there in Washington, D.C.
00:36:55.860 I was about 18 years old.
00:36:57.460 And I'm like, I think I'm going to be vaporized.
00:36:59.980 I'm living in the wrong city.
00:37:02.000 Anyway, back in 1983, we decided to do one of these exercises with NATO.
00:37:08.520 And it was 16,000 U.S. troops involved.
00:37:14.280 So a little smaller, a little smaller than this one that's coming up.
00:37:18.720 And then we loaded up our B-52 bombers and we had dummy bombs in there.
00:37:24.420 And then we had our strategic air command raising the nuclear alert to DEFCON 1.
00:37:29.380 Now, we said that this was just an exercise, but, you know, when they started picking up the massive troop movements and the B-52s and everything else, they were like, I think this could be a head fake.
00:37:43.320 I think they may be attacking us.
00:37:46.560 And so the Soviets ordered everything in Eastern Europe to make preparations for immediate use of nuclear weapons.
00:37:53.200 And real bombs, real nuclear weapons were boarded onto the Soviet planes and and they ordered all the nuclear armed submarines into the Arctic.
00:38:03.120 And it was great.
00:38:05.240 It was great.
00:38:05.860 It was great.
00:38:06.560 It was great.
00:38:07.340 We were on the verge of nuclear war because of that exercise.
00:38:12.340 But nobody seems to care because global warming, of course, you know, one and a half degree Celsius rise.
00:38:19.660 That is going to destroy everything.
00:38:21.260 But, you know, let's say 500 different locations all over the world having a 4000 degree temperature raise that that's not a big deal.
00:38:31.940 Don't worry about that.
00:38:32.880 That's not as scary as the one and a half degree Celsius rise in temperature.
00:38:38.060 So let's make sure we get this right.

00:40:10.780 Sometimes it seems like there's a running battle between cyber criminals and the government to see who can steal the most money from the largest amount of people.
00:40:16.860 A battle that the government wins almost all the time.
00:40:20.120 But I will say the competition is fierce.
00:40:22.680 If you look at home title theft, for instance, it is one of the fastest growing crimes in America and it is a very good reason for that.
00:40:29.300 First of all, it seems pretty easy to do and it's a lot of money on the line.
00:40:34.560 And of course, most victims of home title theft don't even know that they're victims at all until it's too late.
00:40:39.360 Take this homeowner, for instance.
00:40:40.620 She pulled into her street one day and saw a bulldozer demolishing her home.
00:40:44.500 Can you imagine going through this just being torn down right before her eyes?
00:40:48.620 She was a victim of a home title theft and a criminal had just forged his way onto, I think it's a dude.
00:40:54.140 We don't know.
00:40:54.600 Maybe, look, we don't know how they identify these days.
00:40:56.420 But they still got onto the deed of the home, no matter their gender, and they sold it.
00:41:00.580 And now the new owner was just tearing it down to rebuild.
00:41:03.800 Well, it's not their home.
00:41:05.460 Your home, your property, your equity are your most valuable assets.
00:41:08.600 And Home Title Lock helps you protect them.
00:41:10.500 Home Title Lock puts a shield around your home's title.
00:41:12.440 The instant they detect any activity or tampering, they help shut it down fast.
00:41:16.820 First things first, you need to verify you aren't already the victim of home title theft.

00:41:33.120 By the way, Medvedev yesterday came out and said, hey, I just want to throw out there, too, that Western countries are rude, narcissistic, reckless in their belief of rightness.
00:41:56.020 And we're just going to wait until, at some point, terrorists will again carry out an attack in the style of September 11th, but with an atomic or biological component.
00:42:06.620 This is Medvedev yesterday.
00:42:08.280 Or worse, one of the leaders of a nuclear country will just lose their nerve, and he'll make an emotional decision to use weapons of mass destruction.
00:42:16.120 And then that would be it.
00:42:17.600 The end of the ballgame.
00:42:18.680 It would only be there to collect money for a new monument in the neighborhood of Ground Zero, at best.
00:42:25.240 So, that's good.
00:42:27.340 Don't worry about it.
00:42:30.500 But, inflation's under control.
00:42:35.020 Ha ha ha ha.
00:42:36.700 Uh, your, your pay is going up.
00:42:42.120 Uh, you're safe in your city.
00:42:45.320 Sanctuary cities are great.
00:42:49.880 Vote for Democrats.
00:42:53.180 Vote for Democrats.
00:42:56.360 And then, there'll be some people to collect money for some food for some Americans that might remain.
00:43:02.760 The Glenn Beck program.
00:43:07.160 I have talked on the air.
00:43:09.580 In fact, when we first started The Blaze, we started, what was it?
00:43:12.880 Uh, the Marketplace?
00:43:14.640 Yeah, that's right.
00:43:15.540 Yeah, Marketplace.
00:43:16.060 Marketplace, yeah.
00:43:17.000 Marketplace, it was way ahead of its time.
00:43:19.340 Uh, and so, you know, we just couldn't get it.
00:43:22.000 It was.
00:43:22.500 Way ahead of its time.
00:43:24.000 Public Square now is here in a timely fashion.
00:43:28.160 This is what we were trying to create, you know, 12 years ago.
00:43:32.500 Join me and millions of patriotic Americans who love truth, our country, our constitution.
00:43:38.120 You don't have to buy from people that don't think like you.
00:43:42.860 And it's not that you want to buy everything you think, but we, I really want to stop doing business with people who hate my guts and devalue my life, my opinion, my family, my freedom.
00:43:54.640 So, there's all kinds of industries, whatever it is you're looking for, from a service to a product or just a restaurant down the street that's not using pronouns.

00:45:16.800 Well, an election is coming, and I'm very excited to see how America's going to work through this one.
00:45:25.380 We'll give you the latest in 60 seconds.
00:45:28.740 Let me talk to you about selling or buying a home.
00:45:31.080 It's a hassle.
00:45:32.060 I mean, it's great, but it is really a hassle.
00:45:36.200 Somebody approached my wife and I about selling our house here recently, and I'm like,
00:45:40.940 no, we just went through the hassle of redoing our whole house.
00:45:45.480 We just got it to the way we like, and my wife is like, oh, no, boxing everything back up again?
00:45:51.320 We just boxed it up for remodeling of the, how are you kidding me?
00:45:54.560 No.
00:45:55.680 How much would it take?
00:45:57.420 A billion dollars?
00:45:58.880 How's that?
00:45:59.680 They haven't called back.
00:46:00.460 But anyway, realestateagentsitrust.com knows what a hassle it is.
00:46:07.500 They want to make sure that you have the right person that you can trust, that relates to you,

00:46:29.500 Find the right one for you, realestateagentsitrust.com.
00:46:35.580 So, apparently, Tim Scott is gay now?
00:46:38.940 Is that where we're at in this race?
00:46:41.780 Tim Scott is gay.
00:46:43.600 I don't know.
00:46:44.720 I think that's what everybody's alluding to here.
00:46:47.160 That does seem to be what the media is saying, or at least alluding to.
00:46:50.840 Yeah, they're hinting toward it, not saying it outwardly, because that would, of course,
00:46:54.400 be, I think, against woke policies to out someone, right?
00:46:59.200 I mean, you're not supposed to.
00:46:59.960 I don't know.
00:47:00.280 I think you, well, no, you have to play ball by whatever the rule is for them that day.
00:47:04.940 That day.
00:47:05.500 So, what's today's rule?
00:47:06.740 Because, I mean, I.
00:47:07.400 Well, on Tim Scott, it could be a different rule for different people on different days.
00:47:11.140 Yeah, okay.
00:47:11.680 Okay, so that makes sense.
00:47:12.740 Like, today might be a really bad day to out somebody, you know, from the left, but it's
00:47:19.980 the responsible thing to do on the right.
00:47:22.480 Now, of course, Tim Scott says this isn't true.
00:47:24.780 Yeah.
00:47:24.960 And he has a relationship with a woman.
00:47:26.760 Yeah.
00:47:27.060 But they went in farther than that.
00:47:29.460 I think the Washington Post was.
00:47:30.660 He may not know what a woman is.
00:47:32.040 That may be the problem.
00:47:33.780 I mean, do people really know?
00:47:35.280 How can you identify a woman?
00:47:36.700 What do you know?
00:47:37.720 I mean, maybe he doesn't know how to identify.
00:47:39.980 Supreme Court justice can't identify a woman.
00:47:43.540 Do we expect a senator to do it?
00:47:46.780 It's just very difficult.
00:47:48.180 Yeah.
00:47:48.280 I believe it was the Washington Post that investigated this, Glenn.
00:47:50.700 Oh, investigated it.
00:47:51.880 Because they found out he said he had a relationship with a woman, and so they asked six of his
00:47:55.300 friends.
00:47:56.000 Six friends.
00:47:56.580 Do you know about this woman?
00:47:58.000 And they said no.
00:47:59.000 So, therefore, he's, I guess, gay, and we're supposed to care about that now?
00:48:03.760 Yeah.
00:48:03.860 I thought we weren't supposed to care about it.
00:48:05.800 No, now we're supposed to care about it.
00:48:07.680 It was, what difference does it make to you?
00:48:10.680 And I kind of adopted that, you know, like my whole life.
00:48:14.640 What difference does it make to me?
00:48:18.320 I don't care.
00:48:18.800 Don't really want to think about where you put your stuff.
00:48:21.580 Don't want to know it.
00:48:22.200 Do what you do.
00:48:23.020 Nope.
00:48:23.420 Nope.
00:48:23.820 But now it's very important because if you are, I'm not going to use their word, you
00:48:33.920 know, if you're straight, if you're heterosexual, that's not good enough.
00:48:40.080 That's a bad thing.
00:48:41.340 So, we have to know who the bad guys are.
00:48:44.080 But even though he's black and not married, I mean, well, it won't be a big deal.
00:48:53.020 If it turns out that he's gay, here's why.
00:48:55.100 Because he won't be the first, he'll be the second black gay president.
00:49:00.880 Oh.
00:49:03.020 That's so.
00:49:03.720 Now, what you just did there was allude to someone being gay, which is wrong.
00:49:08.260 Wrong!
00:49:09.300 Wait a minute.
00:49:09.920 You don't know the rules.
00:49:11.180 The rules clearly state you cannot allude to Barack Obama having these tendencies.
00:49:19.380 But Tim Scott, totally okay.
00:49:21.720 Okay, I'm sorry.
00:49:22.540 Didn't get the rule there on that one.
00:49:24.540 I'm sorry.
00:49:25.540 Oh, man.
00:49:26.060 Now, if Tim Scott is to come out and let's say he's critical of Donald Trump publicly,
00:49:32.360 then it would become wrong for you to say he might be gay.
00:49:38.220 Right.
00:49:38.460 But if he continues where he is now, which is running for the Republican nomination.
00:49:43.720 He's definitely gay, even if he's not.
00:49:45.660 He's definitely gay, and we better point it out, because that's a real problem for everybody.
00:49:48.400 Right.
00:49:49.000 Right.
00:49:49.300 But if he steps out of the race.
00:49:51.460 Okay.
00:49:51.960 Then it will be wrong to point that out until he proposes a tax cut, at which time it will
00:49:58.420 become right again.
00:49:59.380 Okay.
00:49:59.920 Okay.
00:50:00.600 Okay.
00:50:00.920 I got it.
00:50:01.620 Finally.
00:50:01.880 I got it.
00:50:02.520 Anyway, he's got a, he says, at this point I'm taken.
00:50:05.080 I have a wonderful girlfriend, and we have a wonderful relationship.
00:50:09.180 God's blessed me with a smart Christian woman, and that's great news, he said.
00:50:14.560 So then, you know, Fox News, they push him on this.
00:50:18.400 They were pushing on it.
00:50:19.680 Well, are we going to meet her?
00:50:22.020 Well, I mean, I suppose at some point.
00:50:24.460 I mean, that's weird.
00:50:25.780 I mean, we're not friends.
00:50:28.060 You realize that, right?
00:50:29.020 Like, we're not friends, and we're not really friends with everybody in the audience.
00:50:33.200 There could be anybody watching this right now.
00:50:35.360 So why would I introduce you to my girlfriend?
00:50:38.520 And by the way, she is so thrilled to be introduced.
00:50:42.160 He or she really has got to be very excited to be introduced.
00:50:47.080 You know, a private figure who's never really been in public, that we know of, to be introduced
00:50:55.240 as somebody's girlfriend, who will immediately, if she is introduced, she'll be called a beard.
00:51:03.040 And then she'll be investigated, and that'll be fine.
00:51:06.120 That's fine to do to her right now.
00:51:07.400 She's so excited.
00:51:08.500 Because, you know, the whole Me Too thing does not apply to her.
00:51:11.880 Yeah.
00:51:12.200 You can investigate her private life however you want to.
00:51:15.060 Yeah.
00:51:15.320 And question everything about her.
00:51:17.400 That's totally fine.
00:51:18.580 Totally fine.
00:51:19.200 Now, let me talk to you a little bit about what's happening in Virginia.
00:51:22.700 Virginia apparently is the test case for the next presidential election.
00:51:29.260 Yunkin is pushing for the GOP takeover.
00:51:32.300 And it's happening, I think, in eight weeks, is it not?
00:51:35.260 And Virginia is a state where everybody's just up for election.
00:51:42.320 Well, it's supposed to replace everybody.
00:51:43.640 I kind of like that.
00:51:45.620 Kind of like that.
00:51:46.940 Well, I like the first part of it.
00:51:48.560 Everybody's gone.
00:51:50.240 Second part, let's replace them.
00:51:52.180 I'm not sure about.
00:51:53.100 Okay.
00:51:53.340 We should debate that.
00:51:54.680 But so everybody's up for re-election now.
00:51:57.980 And Glenn Yunkin says that this is going to give us a really early read on the politics of 2024 and, you know, especially abortion.
00:52:07.940 And he is taking this very, very, very moderate look at abortion.
00:52:17.600 He's saying, I don't know.
00:52:19.800 I mean, maybe we could agree on 15 weeks, you know.
00:52:24.680 And that, of course, is too much.
00:52:28.420 Too much for the Democrats.
00:52:30.100 Democrats are saying they're making that into an issue.
00:52:32.220 That, you know, it's 15 weeks.
00:52:36.780 What?
00:52:38.120 It should be an issue.
00:52:39.680 It should be.
00:52:40.140 I mean, it's a major issue.
00:52:41.700 It is.
00:52:42.040 You're letting, if you're, if you're doing that, you know, 15 weeks, you are eliminating like 5% of abortions, you know, something like that.
00:52:53.040 And that's a lot.
00:52:54.560 It's a lot.
00:52:55.000 You know, we only have like 95% of abortions still occurring.
00:52:58.580 So this is an extreme right-wing position.
00:53:01.760 Crazy.
00:53:02.220 That 95% of abortions just keep chugging along all the time.
00:53:05.760 Wow.
00:53:06.220 You know, and then, of course, obviously, you have to also account, I should add on, that a couple of the people that are near the borderline there,
00:53:11.100 because they know the deadline is coming.
00:53:12.660 And deadline's kind of a good word here.
00:53:14.300 They would move those abortions up before 15 weeks.
00:53:16.680 So it's probably more like 3% it would ban.
00:53:19.300 But three full percent.
00:53:21.000 Now that, look.
00:53:21.640 That's where, I mean, that's an extremist.
00:53:23.720 That's an extremist view.
00:53:24.960 Right.
00:53:25.320 As an abortion extremist, I would be happy that 3% went away.
00:53:29.160 I think any percentage going away would be good.
00:53:31.840 Sure, sure, sure.
00:53:32.600 But maybe that shouldn't be the goal of the pro-life party.
00:53:35.180 I don't know.
00:53:36.000 It's just hitting me right now.
00:53:36.980 Maybe the goal shouldn't be keep 97% of abortions.
00:53:41.620 That's a crazy one.
00:53:42.760 I don't know.
00:53:43.040 It is crazy.
00:53:43.840 I'm out there.
00:53:44.100 It is crazy.
00:53:44.960 I just want, before we get to your crazy idea we shouldn't kill children,
00:53:50.440 I'm saying that he's such an extremist, he'll let through, you know, 97% of abortions.
00:54:00.560 Wow.
00:54:01.180 That's extreme.
00:54:01.720 That makes me almost uncomfortable.
00:54:03.380 It is so extreme, right?
00:54:05.920 I mean, who could be for that?
00:54:08.140 And so, you know, you have the Democratic Party, you know, coming out and saying,
00:54:12.620 hey, we, you know, we got to stop these madmen from, you know, from these abortion things.
00:54:18.820 Now, the abortion stance is very, very clear from the left.
00:54:23.380 In fact, Kamala Harris was on Sunday morning on CBS, and the reporter asked, you know,
00:54:32.600 so what is it you believe?
00:54:33.560 What week of pregnancy should abortion access be cut off?
00:54:37.340 And she said the protection of Roe versus Wade needs to be restored.
00:54:42.740 Okay.
00:54:43.560 All right.
00:54:43.800 Well, that's not really an answer.
00:54:44.780 So hopefully they followed up.
00:54:45.860 No, they did follow up.
00:54:46.600 They did follow up and said, that's a little nebulous there, looking for the line of fetal
00:54:52.860 viability here.
00:54:54.260 Is that where you draw the line?
00:54:56.020 What exactly is that?
00:54:58.360 Right, because that's what Roe versus Wade called for, right?
00:55:00.280 It was the fetal viability.
00:55:02.620 Yeah, yeah.
00:55:03.160 And she said, well, we just need to put back the protections that are in Roe versus Wade.
00:55:06.660 We need to put them into law.
00:55:08.000 She might not have heard the question, though, because that was actually-
00:55:10.320 Well, that was the second time.
00:55:10.860 That was the second time.
00:55:11.760 Okay.
00:55:12.000 Yeah, and she said, since the Supreme Court took it, Congress has the power and the ability
00:55:16.520 to pass legislation and put these protections back into law, and Joe Biden's going to sign
00:55:20.560 that bill, so that's what we want.
00:55:22.600 Well, that's an interesting additional piece of information, but what about the question
00:55:25.580 she asked?
00:55:26.520 Well, that's what the reporter came back and said, but can we be specific in terms of
00:55:32.140 defining where that guarantee goes up to and where it doesn't, which week of pregnancy?
00:55:37.700 And then she got very, very clear, and she said, we need to put back in place the protections
00:55:49.080 of Roe versus Wade.
00:55:52.740 Okay, that's the same thing she said the first time, though, that I was asked, and the second
00:55:56.100 and the third.
00:55:57.080 This was-
00:55:57.820 Are you just repeating her first answer?
00:55:59.800 You are just as bad as this-
00:56:01.180 Did she say it slower like that?
00:56:02.620 Is that why it was more clear?
00:56:03.720 Just as bad, just as bad as this reporter.
00:56:07.140 He had to ask her five times, and she kept saying, we have to restore Roe versus Wade,
00:56:14.900 and the president and I will sign that.
00:56:16.900 That's what we're for.
00:56:17.880 Why are they so embarrassed about this position?
00:56:20.020 I don't know.
00:56:21.360 I don't know.
00:56:21.720 Could it be that they're embarrassed by rooting on the deaths of children?
00:56:25.820 Could it be that?
00:56:26.580 Maybe.
00:56:27.220 I think probably that might be.
00:56:28.720 You know, it's usually, you know, me growing up, but I grew up someplace weird.
00:56:32.740 I grew up in a place called America.
00:56:35.380 And, you know, kids, I don't even know if you study this, but it was a place that was
00:56:40.420 based on, you know, basic decency and common sense, okay?
00:56:46.240 I know.
00:56:47.120 It's like Disneyland, I know.
00:56:49.540 Well, no, not really.
00:56:51.020 Not anymore.
00:56:51.480 Not anymore.
00:56:52.260 Anyway, so I grew up there, and killing children was a bad thing.
00:56:57.440 Shockingly, not just killing them, but sleeping with them.
00:57:02.740 You know, I don't mean sleeping.
00:57:03.860 I mean, having sex with them.
00:57:05.540 Both bad.
00:57:06.040 Both bad in the America where I grew up.
00:57:08.820 I grew up.
00:57:09.540 Now, I remember those are, oh, damn it.
00:57:11.860 We used to walk up the mountains to go to school, and we went to school, and they didn't
00:57:19.000 even teach us that you can't tell the difference between a man and a woman, and we were okay
00:57:24.380 with that.
00:57:25.580 Oh, the times were tough.
00:57:27.780 Maybe this is the way to sell abortion to the left.
00:57:30.260 You know, you're not going to wind up with occupants of your islands if you don't let
00:57:36.380 them be born.
00:57:37.040 Yeah.
00:57:38.040 Right.
00:57:38.440 If you don't let them be born, they can't eventually show up at some weird island.
00:57:42.420 Yeah.
00:57:42.840 And then you can't have your way with them.
00:57:45.140 We could sell this, I think.
00:57:46.580 I am very, very, very happy to announce that in Virginia, there is an answer to this.
00:57:53.100 Okay.
00:57:54.920 If I may quote a supporter with women's health care under relentless attack, as a practicing
00:58:01.800 physician, I know a woman, Susanna, who is a nurse practitioner and a public health expert.
00:58:08.780 She has the medical expertise, the experience, the passion to be an outstanding defender of
00:58:17.480 women's reproductive freedom and an advocate for affordable and accessible health care for
00:58:22.960 all Virginians.
00:58:24.420 That's why Governor Ralph Northam strongly endorses Susanna Gibson for delegate.
00:58:31.820 Oh, see?
00:58:32.600 I mean, finally, you have someone who, obviously, very informed on bodily functions.
00:58:36.260 Right.
00:58:36.660 And he's not an extremist.
00:58:39.060 Well, I mean, he did say this.
00:58:40.280 There was a very contentious committee hearing yesterday when Fairfax County Delegate Kathy
00:58:45.280 Tran made her case for lifting restrictions on third trimester abortions, as well as other
00:58:50.380 restrictions now in place.
00:58:51.800 And she was pressed by a Republican delegate about whether her bill would permit an abortion,
00:58:56.780 even as a woman is essentially dilating, ready to give birth.
00:59:00.100 And she answered that it would permit an abortion at that stage of labor.
00:59:06.240 Do you support her measure and explain her answer?
00:59:10.200 Yeah.
00:59:10.420 And I'm, you know, I wasn't there, Julie, and I certainly can't speak for Delegate Tran.
00:59:16.820 But I will tell you, one, first thing I would say, this is why decisions such as this should
00:59:23.160 be made by providers, physicians, and the mothers and fathers that are involved.
00:59:31.300 Fathers.
00:59:31.800 Fathers.
00:59:32.040 There are, you know, when we talk about third trimester abortions, these are done with the
00:59:37.800 consent of, obviously, the mother with the consent of the physicians.
00:59:42.680 How about the main physician, by the way?
00:59:44.560 Right.
00:59:44.780 And it's done in cases where there may be severe deformities, there may be a fetus that's
00:59:50.540 non-viable.
00:59:51.940 So in this particular example, if a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would
00:59:57.140 happen.
00:59:57.520 Here we go.
00:59:57.940 The infant would be delivered.
00:59:59.920 The infant would be kept comfortable.
01:00:02.740 The infant would be resuscitated if that's what the mother and the family desired.
01:00:07.680 And then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother.
01:00:11.620 So I think this was really blown out of proportion.
01:00:14.340 What are you talking about?
01:00:14.940 But again, we want the government not to be involved in these conversations.
01:00:18.740 Oh, okay.
01:00:19.260 Libertarian position there for the governor.
01:00:21.800 So we just, yeah, gosh darn it.
01:00:23.920 So we just let him die.
01:00:25.040 Now, if you think that's extreme, wait till I introduce you to Susanna Gibson, the one he
01:00:31.760 just endorsed.
01:00:32.640 Oh, great.
01:00:33.900 She's a mom.
01:00:35.200 She's a nurse practitioner.
01:00:36.380 But is she right for Virginia?
01:00:39.760 I'll let you know in 60 seconds.
01:00:45.220 American Financing NMLS 182334 www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org
01:00:51.160 Hey, the inflation number is coming out today and it's going to be good.
01:00:56.160 If up is good, then it's going to be good.
01:00:59.100 Uh, the Fed is also meeting this week and they're talking about, well, up is good.
01:01:04.480 Maybe a possible Fed hike.
01:01:06.460 Wouldn't that be great?
01:01:07.180 Wouldn't you like that?
01:01:08.500 The folks over at American Financing can, uh, can help you here.
01:01:12.740 Uh, because if they raise the, the rate and inflation goes up, so many people are living
01:01:19.260 off of their credit card right now.
01:01:20.940 And that is, that's charging you 25% interest.
01:01:25.560 It's highway robbery.
01:01:27.520 But Glenn, I don't have any choice.
01:01:29.640 I mean, I don't have the money because inflation keeps going.
01:01:32.380 I get it.
01:01:33.000 I get it.
01:01:33.640 I really do.
01:01:36.480 You can't pay 25%.
01:01:38.520 Do you own your home?
01:01:39.740 Can you take that 25% and knock that down to an interest rate of maybe even 6%?
01:01:48.000 I don't know.
01:01:48.480 20 percentage points compounded monthly, right?
01:01:52.740 Hey, that's going to be good.
01:01:54.520 American financing.
01:01:55.740 They can help you pay off these debts and get it where you can, A, maybe skip a couple
01:02:03.260 of payments.

01:02:09.600 At a reasonable interest rate, American financing call 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440.
01:02:18.160 They're waiting for your call.
01:02:19.140 Now, American financing.net 10 seconds station.
01:02:22.140 I need you.
01:02:22.760 So, I'm going to introduce you to, uh, you know, the candidate, you know, that's running
01:02:36.300 that Moms Demand Action.
01:02:38.860 Oh, wow.
01:02:39.560 She is great.
01:02:40.740 She's a Democratic candidate.
01:02:41.840 We just heard.
01:02:42.500 She's running for Senate in Virginia.
01:02:44.660 House, right?
01:02:45.260 Uh, no, I thought she was, no, she's running for state Senate.
01:02:48.820 Oh, state Senate.
01:02:49.400 Uh, and, uh, and she's, and she's marvelous.
01:02:52.420 She's just like you.
01:02:53.840 She's an average mom.
01:02:55.580 She's a mother.
01:02:56.500 It says right on her website.
01:02:58.100 She's a mom.
01:02:59.140 She's a nurse practitioner and she gets it.
01:03:02.360 In fact, she seems to get it a lot.
01:03:04.620 Now, she's running, she's raising money for a good cause, which has not been defined yet.
01:03:11.680 Uh, and so she has been raising this money and she's doing it in a really innovative,
01:03:16.680 uh, way.
01:03:17.880 Honestly, uh, she is, um, she's raising money on a, on a website, uh, that, that I'm, I'm,
01:03:26.220 I'm, I'm not, uh, quite familiar with.
01:03:29.120 It's, uh, I guess, chatterbait.com.
01:03:33.240 I'm not sure.
01:03:33.980 But anyway, uh, I think it's a, anyway, Susanna Gibson is her name.
01:03:39.980 She's running for a seat, uh, in, uh, Virginia.
01:03:43.220 And, uh, she last year was posting as a hot wife experience on chatterbait.
01:03:50.400 Uh, maybe she was talking about hot flashes.
01:03:52.200 I don't know.
01:03:53.060 Uh, but then she went on and help me figure this out.
01:03:55.940 Cause she's just like you and she's just, she's normal.
01:03:59.160 She's not an extremist.
01:04:00.160 She said, uh, men could pay tokens to get her to perform specific, uh, sex acts.
01:04:05.940 Uh, she said, and I'm quoting, I like being choked.
01:04:09.880 No, I really do.
01:04:13.880 I like being hit.
01:04:16.080 Now she said this coincidentally last year on September 11th.
01:04:20.160 So, you know, maybe she was, I don't know.
01:04:23.240 Never forget.
01:04:23.920 Never forget.
01:04:24.500 I don't think I will forget this.
01:04:25.960 In one video she, uh, recorded, uh, shortly after she launched her campaign, she told,
01:04:30.820 uh, her husband, I'll let you F me in the, um, whatever in a private room if somebody wants
01:04:38.380 to pay.
01:04:38.940 I don't think that's private.
01:04:40.160 I don't know if she knows that.
01:04:41.280 Uh, in another video, she appears to say that for the right, uh, price, you could watch
01:04:46.620 her urinate, which, well, she said it a lot classier than that.
01:04:50.760 She said, y'all can watch me pee if you tip me with some tokens.
01:04:56.020 And I'm like, oh, okay.
01:04:58.500 Well, I thought you were going to urinate.
01:05:00.080 And she's like, no, no, no.
01:05:00.940 I'm going to pee.
01:05:01.720 Perhaps a supporter of cryptocurrency.
01:05:03.400 Uh, exactly right.
01:05:05.020 Uh, she said, I want a private room with somebody filming their private part so I can, you know,
01:05:10.640 wow.
01:05:11.540 She said, I want to be railroaded by all of you.
01:05:14.340 And I don't know what that, um, the public transportation, she's got what it is.
01:05:18.340 She's probably, yeah.
01:05:19.960 Democrat.
01:05:20.640 Anyway, yeah.
01:05:21.380 500 tokens.
01:05:22.380 And she said she would order room service in a hotel and cause the delivery person to
01:05:26.320 see her naked saying, quote, I'm definitely a slut.
01:05:29.860 That sounds like a me too type of violation there too.
01:05:32.600 If someone who's not looking to see you naked and you would trick them into seeing you, gosh,
01:05:37.420 that sounds like a, that sounds like something that would be a major problem.
01:05:40.820 No, it's a woman.
01:05:41.580 I mean, we think it's a woman.
01:05:42.780 We don't, I don't know.
01:05:43.540 How do I identify a woman?
01:05:44.760 We think she's a woman and she's running for Senate in Virginia because she's a doctor.
01:05:50.460 She's a mom.
01:05:52.320 And if you give her a token, she'll pee on you.
01:05:55.620 And I think that's what America needs.
01:05:57.980 The Glenn Beck program.
01:05:59.760 Jeez.
01:06:01.220 Amen.
01:06:03.260 Beautiful.
01:06:04.080 Anthony wrote in about, uh, his dog's experience with rough greens.
01:06:07.700 He said, got a lot of rough greens for my 12 year old dog.
01:06:11.300 Started slowing down.
01:06:12.680 Didn't eat as regular as she would when she was younger.
01:06:17.340 But now every time I feed her in the morning and at night, I put rough greens on the food
01:06:22.240 and she instantly gobbles it down.

01:07:31.420 Um, I'm going to talk to you a little bit about what's happening in Texas, but I'm talking
01:07:36.480 to you about this because if it's happening in Texas, God only knows what's happening in
01:07:42.800 your state.
01:07:44.380 Um, I wanted to bring somebody on who really watches this for a living.
01:07:49.000 His name is Brandon Waltons.
01:07:50.520 He does the Texas scorecard, um, and every day he does, you know, headlines, uh, of what's
01:07:58.540 going on.
01:07:59.080 And he watches this every weekday at five YouTube X and podcast platforms.
01:08:03.820 Uh, there is an impeachment going on of probably the strongest, uh, attorney general in the nation.
01:08:12.360 The one here in Texas, Ken Paxton, he's been on this show several times.
01:08:18.420 I know Ken, um, uh, but I don't have a horse in this race.
01:08:22.760 If he's guilty of a crime, he should be punished, but it is really beginning to look.
01:08:29.300 And I stayed off this story until the testimony was out.
01:08:32.980 And I have to tell you, something is very wrong in Texas and Texans better pay attention to
01:08:40.320 this.
01:08:41.240 Brandon, welcome.
01:08:44.040 Thank you so much for having me, Glenn.
01:08:46.160 So overall, can you quickly just say, you know, what this is supposedly about?
01:08:54.360 And then let's talk about the actual witnesses.
01:08:57.800 Yeah.
01:08:58.360 So how did we get here?
01:08:59.420 Essentially three years ago, you had this group of employees at the office of the attorney
01:09:04.540 general who accused Ken Paxton of wrongdoing, of, of abusing his office to, to help a friend
01:09:12.500 essentially.
01:09:13.440 Uh, and they went to the FBI, they reported him.
01:09:16.780 Um, and, and that sort of set into motion what we now have, uh, three years later, this,
01:09:22.300 this impeachment process, which many of those impeachment charges are based off of, uh, back
01:09:27.180 in May, uh, over Memorial day weekend, while a lot of people were maybe, uh, grilling out
01:09:32.080 or at the lake or, or whatever the house met on a Saturday.
01:09:36.020 Uh, they voted to impeach Ken Paxton based on testimony, uh, that wasn't sworn testimony.
01:09:41.960 Ken Paxton wasn't made aware of, of their investigation until it came out 48 hours before
01:09:48.760 the vote.
01:09:49.500 And the house members themselves weren't able to look at the actual testimony.
01:09:53.400 They had to rely on, on the word of, of the house's investigators.
01:09:56.520 And so, and, and, and Ken, if I'm not mistaken, was not allowed to respond in, in his own defense.
01:10:04.460 Right.
01:10:04.940 And so you had a lot of these sort of things that, that made people look at this and say,
01:10:09.100 Hmm, this is odd.
01:10:10.440 Well, just like DC, uh, you know, the house does the impeachment goes over to the Senate
01:10:15.740 to determine whether or not they convict, which would actually remove him from office.
01:10:20.020 And so for the last few months, there's been a lot of talk from those who have been pushing
01:10:23.640 this impeachment saying, Oh, just wait until you see this testimony.
01:10:27.400 Wait till you see the evidence.
01:10:29.160 Uh, you know, you're, you're going to be blown away by what we have.
01:10:32.360 And yet, you know, this trial started last week and so far, and we're more than halfway
01:10:38.140 through this, the testimony has really, really been weak.
01:10:42.100 Well, I say a little beyond weak.
01:10:46.100 Um, there's no evidence of a crime.
01:10:49.700 I mean, this is the, let me just read something.
01:10:52.360 This was the third whistleblower.
01:10:54.980 Um, the concern, uh, began when Paxton advocated for the AG's office to open investigation into
01:11:03.260 Nate Paul.
01:11:04.040 That is his friend and donor alleged mistreatment by the FBI and Texas DPS during a raid.
01:11:11.320 Paul's contention was that the feds did him dirty by illegally altering the search warrants
01:11:16.980 after the fact to expand their scope just to get him.
01:11:20.620 His technical experts theorized that there was altered metadata in the digital versions
01:11:25.980 that prove the documents had been changed.
01:11:29.300 Maxwell quickly developed the opinion.
01:11:31.660 That's a whistleblower.
01:11:33.060 The opinion that Nate Paul was a criminal that we should not be associated with.
01:11:37.680 Accordingly, he had dragged his feet and ultimately refused to open a formal investigation into
01:11:43.420 the alleged FBI and DPS misconduct.
01:11:46.440 Paxton, convinced of the idea that the FBI was untrustworthy, well, that's far-fetched,
01:11:53.880 eventually hired outside counsel to help explore and adjudicate Paul's claims, an act that would
01:12:01.060 eventually become the primary catalyst for the whistleblower complaints.
01:12:05.420 Now, did anything come of that outside investigation?
01:12:12.060 Uh, no.
01:12:13.100 And, and, and the thing is, is that when you see these people testify, I mean, uh, numerous
01:12:18.880 of these former employees of, of the office of the attorney general has talked about how
01:12:23.780 insane, literally that's what one of the, these people said, it would be insane to investigate
01:12:27.980 the FBI, that essentially they, they trust them wholeheartedly, uh, that, that there would be
01:12:33.140 nothing.
01:12:33.460 I mean, literally one of them was asked, is there anything that maybe happened over the
01:12:37.140 last two, three, four years that might change your trust in the FBI?
01:12:40.580 Uh, they said, no, uh, of course that's, that's at odds with Texas voters.
01:12:44.640 I mean, Republican primary voters, we have a poll from after the, the Mar-a-Lago raid
01:12:49.240 shows that 73% of Texas Republican primary voters have a negative, uh, opinion of the FBI.
01:12:56.660 What a shock.
01:12:59.560 So I'm reading this and my first thought was, and, and I dismissed it out of hand.
01:13:06.860 I don't even know why it came to me, but I'm, I'm reading all of the testimony and I'm thinking
01:13:12.620 to myself, this is George Bush.
01:13:15.600 This is, this is the George Bush wing of the party.
01:13:19.400 That is that trust.
01:13:21.640 The FBI is denying that there's a problem in America.
01:13:25.240 The problem is the Republican voters, all of that crap.
01:13:28.880 And then I continue to read on and it looks like the whistleblowers do have a relationship
01:13:34.600 with George P Bush.
01:13:36.440 Is there anything to this, that this is a, a Bush ambush?
01:13:43.840 You know, there's been a couple moments during the testimony of the past week where, where
01:13:49.580 the Bush family has, has been invoked.
01:13:51.780 And it looks like perhaps they, they were somehow involved in this.
01:13:55.360 One of those being that, uh, when the whistleblowers went to the FBI and reported Paxton, by the
01:14:00.940 way, without even asking him or talking to him beforehand, and then they also said they
01:14:05.660 had no evidence when they went, but, but when they were preparing to go to the FBI on that
01:14:09.580 same day, George P Bush was reactivating his law license.
01:14:14.140 George P Bush would eventually, uh, challenge Ken Paxton in the Republican primary last year.
01:14:19.000 He lost two to one in the runoff.
01:14:21.160 Um, and then you also have a case where Johnny Sutton, who is a Bush lawyer, somebody who was
01:14:26.200 a U S attorney under Bush has been very close with the Bush family.
01:14:29.160 Uh, he has been representing some of these whistleblowers for the last three years and
01:14:34.460 hasn't sent them a bill, uh, hasn't been paid has essentially been representing them pro
01:14:38.880 bono.
01:14:39.440 And so that's just another piece of this puzzle that people are looking at and saying, Hmm,
01:14:43.500 it looks like, uh, someone else, some outside forces involved here.
01:14:48.820 I, uh, honestly, the people who brought this impeachment, the way they brought it, uh, should
01:14:59.140 be impeached themselves.
01:15:00.940 I don't, you know, the one thing I do hear about, uh, Paxton is he's just a freight train
01:15:06.860 and he's not good at playing the game and, you know, making friends and influencing people,
01:15:12.400 whatever.
01:15:13.020 Well, neither was John Adams and I'm not comparing him to John Adams.
01:15:16.680 I'm just saying temperament wise, John Adams was not a popular guy, but you do not bend
01:15:22.740 the rules to get rid of somebody.
01:15:26.540 If he is, if he's a criminal, if he did something criminal, then I am for his impeachment.
01:15:33.960 But if this is just because he hasn't made the right friends or a Bush wants him out or
01:15:40.700 whatever it is, the people involved in this, because it's been so shady the way they did
01:15:47.180 this, I think they should be impeached.
01:15:50.920 And certainly there's been a lot of anger, especially among Republican voters.
01:15:55.820 You know, it's one thing when we see what's happening with the president, where you see
01:15:59.220 Democrats going after using the criminal justice system, using these impeachments to go after
01:16:03.760 him.
01:16:04.060 It's another when you're in Texas and you have Democrats and establishment Republicans going
01:16:09.560 along with it.
01:16:10.440 It's really bad.
01:16:11.760 Really, really bad.
01:16:12.560 Anything to the thought that this happened the week that Paxton said, you know, hey,
01:16:19.560 why is our Speaker of the House giving, you know, chairmanship to the Democrats?
01:16:27.040 We don't need friends like this.
01:16:29.220 And then it was later that week that the impeachment thing happened.
01:16:32.460 Was there any connection?
01:16:34.580 Well, I think absolutely.
01:16:36.000 There's been a divide.
01:16:37.200 Look, Speaker Dade Phelan, who's the establishment guy that runs the House, who puts Democrats
01:16:42.400 in power, he has been at odds with not only Ken Paxton, but the conservative grassroots who
01:16:48.100 have repeatedly elected Paxton.
01:16:50.200 And so certainly there's no coincidence there.
01:16:53.460 There's certainly been a lot of bad blood between the establishment and Ken Paxton.
01:16:58.140 It just shows why they've worked so hard to try to essentially overturn the election and
01:17:03.880 get him out of office.
01:17:05.200 And quickly, what do your sources tell you?
01:17:07.540 How's this going to fare?
01:17:09.160 How's this going to turn out?
01:17:10.060 Yeah, so they so they need two thirds in order to permanently remove him from office.
01:17:14.800 That vote is expected to take place maybe Friday, Saturday, later this week.
01:17:19.980 You know, it's a little tough.
01:17:21.880 You have to kind of do napkin math because these senators are under gag orders.
01:17:25.120 But I would say that especially after people testifying that they essentially had no evidence,
01:17:30.420 which is what we repeatedly saw last week, I'm hearing a lot of the senators are are getting
01:17:35.180 very, very frustrated that House members put them in this position where they have to sit
01:17:39.580 through this.
01:17:40.140 And I think that I think that ultimately that's something they're going to be considering whenever
01:17:44.660 they make their decision.
01:17:45.580 But you'll get all the Democrats.
01:17:46.700 So how many Republicans do you need?
01:17:48.600 Uh, I think you need, uh, uh, 10, 10, if I recall, 10 weasels.
01:17:55.600 Yeah.
01:17:56.940 All right.
01:17:57.520 I hope not.
01:17:58.480 Thank you so much for reporting, uh, on this and bringing us the story.
01:18:02.860 I appreciate it.
01:18:04.220 Absolutely.
01:18:04.800 Thank you.
01:18:05.340 You bet.
01:18:05.720 Brandon Waltons.
01:18:06.920 Uh, he is Texas scorecard.
01:18:09.000 You can find Texas scorecard, uh, wherever you get to your, um, your podcast and YouTube
01:18:14.820 and X every day at five o'clock.
01:18:16.920 And just one quick thing, cause you, in case you missed the show yesterday, it sort of rolls
01:18:21.440 off the tongue to say, oh, well, this was brought without any evidence.
01:18:26.040 That are, those are the words of the people who brought the accusations.
01:18:29.380 Yeah.
01:18:29.660 We have no evidence.
01:18:30.680 They said they were asked specifically, did you have any evidence when you brought this
01:18:34.420 case?
01:18:34.740 And the guy said, no, the most credible said, it's just my feeling, right?
01:18:41.960 Like we've thought he had some illegal activity.
01:18:43.940 So we brought it to their attention.
01:18:45.180 Did you have any evidence?
01:18:46.280 No.
01:18:48.000 Let me give you, let me give you something else.
01:18:50.020 And it ties to this.
01:18:51.200 You know, the guy who was pushed by his, uh, um, pushed to go into a, uh, a school board
01:18:58.720 meeting in Virginia because he felt he wasn't being listened to.
01:19:03.200 His daughter had been raped.
01:19:05.460 The school board lied to him and then they charged him and he was going to, to jail.
01:19:12.020 He was pardoned now by the governor of Virginia.
01:19:15.440 I want you to listen to what he says.
01:19:17.500 So we were chatting off camera, uh, governor Yunkin had offered a pardon, uh, for you before
01:19:23.680 and you, you said, no, thank you.
01:19:25.660 I don't want that.
01:19:26.700 Why?
01:19:27.700 Well, to be clear, it was only a month ago.
01:19:30.460 Um, it wasn't months ago, but because I didn't want to, uh, drop my appeal and accept responsibility
01:19:37.260 for the charges that I was convicted of in the lower court.
01:19:40.320 That was unacceptable to me.
01:19:42.180 I really wanted to win this straight up on my own merit in court.
01:19:46.720 But unfortunately, you know, as things have played out and, you know, I, it, our justice
01:19:54.700 system across this land is unfortunately politicized and weaponized to the hilt and that should scare
01:20:00.960 every American.
01:20:01.580 So you believe there's no way that you could have won in court.
01:20:05.080 I think I might've been able to win in court with a judge if it would have been the right
01:20:09.500 judge, but no, I think in a, in a jury, I think it would have been a hung jury, um, at
01:20:15.020 best.
01:20:17.600 As he said, that should frighten all Americans.
01:20:22.860 This is why you must care about all of these cases that your friends are not paying attention
01:20:29.020 to.
01:20:29.320 It will come to your door every day, 200 miracles happen because of pre-born.
01:20:38.380 Did you know that if you are giving to pre-born because you're giving, they're giving women
01:20:45.400 with unplanned pregnancies, a chance to meet their unborn babies.
01:20:49.160 Those women are twice as likely to choose life instead of abortion.
01:20:52.960 When you donate to pre-born, you're helping that happen.
01:20:56.060 And 200 children every day are saved.
01:20:58.720 As a result, a single ultrasound costs $28, the price of a dinner to save a life.
01:21:04.780 And all your gifts are tax deductible and go directly to the cause of saving lives.
01:21:09.940 Life is a miracle.
01:21:12.160 And through your generosity, these miracles just keep on coming.
01:21:15.260 I can't think of a better way to find a favor or to just stand on the side of God than help
01:21:24.320 saving the lives of his children.
01:21:26.080 I am proud to work with pre-born and I would like to ask you to consider giving to them, helping
01:21:33.220 and helping these moms with additional support for up to two years after the birth of their
01:21:37.920 baby.
01:21:38.640 I've seen the results.
01:21:40.040 I've met the children.

01:22:21.500 888-727-BECK is the number.
01:22:23.440 Thank you.
01:22:23.820 Um, I, uh, I urge you if you live in Texas to call your state Senator, uh, I'm calling
01:22:30.180 mine Kelly Jean Hancock today.
01:22:33.240 Uh, never, never talked to Kelly Jean Hancock, uh, before, uh, but I'm, I'm going to call
01:22:39.860 them today and say, um, are you voting on this?
01:22:44.700 They need really for if the seven that already voted to say, I'm not, not even throw this
01:22:51.600 out, they need four more call your state Senator.
01:22:56.180 And if this is happening in Texas, this is one reason why I am, um, vote of voicing such
01:23:03.720 concern on this is because if this is happening in Texas, what is happening in your state?
01:23:09.920 It, this is a fight and the, the progressive arm, the Bush arm, the progressive arm of the
01:23:19.760 Republican party is using the same kind of, of legal warfare and it's got to stop.
01:23:26.340 It's got to stop now coming up in a minute.
01:23:28.960 Um, we're going to spend a few minutes with Max Lucado.
01:23:31.940 He is, he is one of the most famous pastors in America.
01:23:38.840 Great author.
01:23:41.180 He, most people don't know.
01:23:43.480 I'm going to quote him.
01:23:44.300 I was about 50 years old.
01:23:45.460 The casual observer would look at me and say, he's on top of the world.
01:23:48.620 Our brand new church sanctuary bursting at the seams.
01:23:51.400 We had a new members every week.
01:23:52.920 The congregation had little debt.
01:23:54.540 Absolutely.
01:23:55.120 No doubt.
01:23:55.760 The pastor was doing great work.
01:23:57.420 We appeared in the list of popular San Antonio attractions, tour company, tour companies,
01:24:02.580 bus tourists to our services.
01:24:05.020 Uh, I was, uh, in reader's digest as the best preacher in America.
01:24:09.680 I was a writer of successful book after book.
01:24:13.640 All cylinders were firing.
01:24:17.400 However, what people didn't know was.
01:24:25.340 Unbelievable revelation.
01:24:27.420 From Max Lucado.
01:24:29.640 He joins us to talk about God never gives up on you.
01:24:33.940 Next.
01:24:36.440 The Glenn Beck Program.
01:24:37.980 We've got no room to compromise.
01:24:55.360 We've got to stand together.
01:24:57.300 It's the course of life.
01:25:01.400 Stand up, stand up, hold the line.
01:25:04.180 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:25:20.060 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:25:22.500 One of my favorite pastors in the, in the whole world is Max Lucado.
01:25:29.380 I just, I just love him.
01:25:31.420 Uh, and I was shocked to read, uh, in an op-ed.
01:25:35.980 One of the most dramatic things occurred 20 years ago.
01:25:38.840 I was about 50.
01:25:40.300 That was the first shock.
01:25:41.480 I'm like, how old are you now?
01:25:43.240 You don't.
01:25:43.620 Anyway, to the casual observer, I was on top of the world.
01:25:47.420 Our brand new church sanctuary was bursting at the seams.
01:25:50.440 We added new members every week.
01:25:51.900 The congregation had very little debt.
01:25:54.380 We had no, they had no doubt their pastor was doing great work.
01:25:57.380 The church actually appeared on the list of popular San Antonio attraction, tour companies, bus tourists to our services.
01:26:04.320 The magazine Christianity Today sent a reporter to write a profile on me.
01:26:08.100 Writer called me America's pastor.
01:26:10.300 Reader's Digest designated me as the best preacher in America.
01:26:13.920 Everything was firing.
01:26:15.620 I turned sermons into books.
01:26:17.060 My publisher turns books into arena events.
01:26:19.460 I wrote kids' stories, recorded kids' video.
01:26:21.720 It was wild.
01:26:23.320 What no one knew was I was a mess.
01:26:28.120 He sat in the parking lot and began to drink.
01:26:33.900 Yeah, Max Lucado, like that guy.
01:26:38.000 An amazing story and a great book that talks about the redemption that is there, the answer that we're all looking for.
01:26:46.680 We begin with him in 60 seconds.
01:26:50.180 So, guess who's super susceptible to online scams these days?
01:26:55.140 Yeah, college students.
01:26:56.120 Especially the ones going in for their first year.
01:26:59.620 It's the first time they've been responsible for making, you know, their own finances.
01:27:03.620 And that makes them perfect targets for cyber criminals looking to score big on personal and sensitive information.
01:27:09.820 If that's your kid, you might want to lock them up with LifeLock.
01:27:13.500 Everything you have, they have, all of their, their whole future can be turned into a nightmare if somebody hacks all of their information.
01:27:24.160 It's equally important to realize there are measures that you can take to help keep this from happening, but nobody can stop everything.
01:27:31.120 This is where LifeLock comes in.
01:27:35.240 LifeLock.

01:27:48.840 Max, my friend, how are you?
01:27:50.180 I'm great.
01:27:50.920 I'm great.
01:27:51.500 So good to see you.
01:27:52.100 Oh, my goodness.
01:27:52.840 What a treat to see you.
01:27:54.140 Are you doing okay?
01:27:55.020 I'm doing great.
01:27:55.720 Sounds like you've had a wild week.
01:27:57.420 Yeah, and it's only Tuesday.
01:28:00.020 So give a short version here of what happened to you that no one knew.
01:28:08.120 Well, it was a great time, and my life is great now.
01:28:11.820 But, boy, I mean, it was a tough time.
01:28:14.340 And everything was, you know, there's a reason the word dead is in deadline.
01:28:19.580 It leaves you.
01:28:20.480 But every time I turned around, I had another deadline to meet.
01:28:23.880 And I wasn't doing a great job managing our growing church.
01:28:27.680 And the staff was having a tough stretch of it.
01:28:31.040 And I became even resentful of our own staff.
01:28:33.640 Leave me alone.
01:28:34.820 I've got important things to do.
01:28:36.800 I was not the best version of me.
01:28:39.340 And then I got diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, which means your heart rate is moving real fast.
01:28:45.760 And the doctor wanted to put me on medicine, told me to slow down.
01:28:49.040 I couldn't slow down because I was so important to the world.
01:28:52.100 I mean, what would God do if he didn't have me every week?
01:28:55.680 It was pathetic.
01:28:57.860 Before I became a follower of Christ, I was a real heavy drinker.
01:29:02.320 And I thought, well, I'll just go, you know, have a beer and take the edge off.
01:29:10.640 That's the phrase.
01:29:11.340 Well, that was just one day.
01:29:13.620 That became two days.
01:29:14.640 That became two or three weeks.
01:29:16.140 And that became a couple of months.
01:29:17.540 And I got into this habit, Glenn, of kind of escaping the office at the end of the day.
01:29:22.960 Sure.
01:29:23.300 And going, sitting in a parking lot in a convenience store with one of those supersized beers and guzzling it down.
01:29:33.100 If you're in the parking lot guzzling beers, it is a sign there may be a problem.
01:29:40.640 Something wrong.
01:29:41.400 I like beer.
01:29:42.480 I still think beer is fine.
01:29:44.300 What I was doing that was wrong is I wasn't doing what I had told people to do for decades, and that is when you're under stress, pray.
01:29:52.920 Find friends.
01:29:53.760 Somebody will help you.
01:29:54.960 There's healthy ways to deal with stress.
01:29:56.900 I was not dealing with it in a healthy fashion.
01:30:01.240 And one day, and this is going to sound a little super spiritual, forgive me, but I think God talked to me.
01:30:07.980 And I think God said, are you doing okay?
01:30:10.400 And my thought was, I'm going to make, I'm handling it.
01:30:13.340 Max was in charge of Max.
01:30:15.480 And the confrontation came, well, you're not doing very well.
01:30:20.020 Not doing very well.
01:30:21.340 And that's about all it took.
01:30:23.400 And I came undone.
01:30:25.000 And I had a good cry session right there.
01:30:27.540 And we have elders in our church, a group of leaders of men who oversee the church.
01:30:34.160 And so at the very next meeting, I went to them, told them exactly what was happening.
01:30:39.220 They were awesome.
01:30:41.040 They came up with ways to restructure the work demands.
01:30:45.600 I shared it with the church.
01:30:46.800 I told everybody in the church about it.
01:30:48.420 They were awesome.
01:30:49.280 That created a lot of conversations about other people not managing stress well.
01:30:54.000 And it was a good come to Jesus moment for this guy who had been preaching about Jesus for a long time.
01:31:01.640 So why share this story now?
01:31:03.220 You have a new book out about Jacob.
01:31:05.100 Thank you.
01:31:05.580 Yeah.
01:31:05.860 So tie them.
01:31:08.020 I love Jacob.
01:31:08.960 I love Jacob.
01:31:09.940 And there's some wonderful stories about Jacob.
01:31:12.760 Jacob is the imperfect man who was a part of God's perfect plan.
01:31:16.920 So tell if people don't know who Jacob is.
01:31:19.440 Super, super quick synopsis.
01:31:21.100 He's the grandson of Abraham.
01:31:23.400 He's the one who was the second born.
01:31:25.620 He was the second born twin.
01:31:27.400 He wanted to be first born.
01:31:29.440 And there was a prophecy that he would be over his elder brother, Esau.
01:31:34.980 But he took matters into his own hands.
01:31:37.040 He swindled his brother.
01:31:38.240 He lied to his father.
01:31:39.600 His mother said, you better get out of here.
01:31:41.520 Esau's going to kill you.
01:31:42.620 So he goes into hiding.
01:31:44.120 He goes up to Mesopotamia.
01:31:45.900 That's where he meets his match, a man by the name of Laban, who's ever bit as much of a sneak as Jacob was.
01:31:53.100 And marries the wrong woman.
01:31:54.480 He thinks he's marrying Rachel.
01:31:55.980 Ends up marrying her sister, which is an amazing story.
01:31:59.160 Spends seven years working for Laban for one wife.
01:32:02.540 Spends seven years working for the other.
01:32:04.300 Finally has six years on his own to amass his wherewithal to go back home.
01:32:09.880 And on the way home, he's at a creek called Jabbok, Jabbok.
01:32:16.660 And across the creek is the area where Esau lives.
01:32:20.660 He's not seen this brother in 20 years.
01:32:22.760 This brother he cheated.
01:32:24.680 And that night he spends the night, we're not told why, alone on the river Jabbok.
01:32:30.280 And that's when God comes to him.
01:32:32.300 God came to me in a convenience store parking lot.
01:32:34.640 But God came to Jacob right there, and they wrestled, they wrestled, they wrestled all night.
01:32:40.060 It's a picture of all of us who wrestle with God, you know.
01:32:43.640 And he actually thought he had brought God, that he was going to pin God.
01:32:47.760 Right, sure.
01:32:48.460 And God with one touch, one touch dislocated his hip.
01:32:52.280 And there's a little Hebrew idiomatic expression that suggests not only was his hip out of place, his manhood was affected.
01:33:00.200 So, I mean, everything about Jacob was done.
01:33:02.140 He was brought to his knees.
01:33:03.400 He limped for the rest of his life.
01:33:05.980 But that's when God changed his name, changed it from Jacob to Israel, a name we still use today.
01:33:13.080 Many interpretations of what Israel means.
01:33:15.900 I love the one God fights.
01:33:19.140 And so the old Jacob, Jacob fought for himself.
01:33:22.920 The old Max, Max fought for himself.
01:33:25.660 The new Jacob, God is fighting for me.
01:33:28.380 And the last 20 years, I think I've been living out of that realization that God fights for us.
01:33:35.780 So there is, wow, a profound lack of faith right now.
01:33:41.980 And this next generation, only about 18% of them are churchgoers.
01:33:48.320 It was 51% in World War II.
01:33:51.180 Wow.
01:33:51.320 The last generation, I think, was 35, and in one generation, it's down to 18.
01:34:01.720 Because I think they don't, church and stuff, it's just not, I don't know.
01:34:09.220 I think churches think it has to be slicker and more packaged and everything else to appeal to those people with short attention spans.
01:34:17.260 But I think there's times that churches don't give real answers to real life.
01:34:23.100 Everybody's struggling right now.
01:34:26.280 And especially our youth, they are struggling with self-esteem.
01:34:30.920 Yeah.
01:34:31.860 Going through, I think, some of the things, you know, not exactly like Jacob, but, you know, why am I even here if I'm not the firstborn?
01:34:40.960 I mean, I want to be somebody special.
01:34:44.740 And I'm not, so I guess I have no worth.
01:34:47.460 Where do you begin with, when people are down and they're just like, I don't really have any purpose, I don't have worth?
01:35:02.380 The statistics are staggering, aren't they, Glenn?
01:35:05.120 They are.
01:35:05.860 I read one the other day that in 2022, an average of 135 people a day orchestrated their own death.
01:35:14.220 135 people a day.
01:35:16.100 Largest killer now over heart disease.
01:35:18.800 My goodness.
01:35:20.300 Worst it's been since World War II.
01:35:23.640 So why?
01:35:26.200 You know, what is going on?
01:35:29.480 And it's a complex answer.
01:35:31.660 To me, the answer has something to do with the fact that people have bought into the idea that the whole world is just what we see.
01:35:42.520 It's just us.
01:35:43.440 It's the secularization of society.
01:35:49.020 Part of the blame for that is the church.
01:35:51.100 There's been church scandals that have caused people to not trust the church.
01:35:55.640 Part of the blame for that is just the media.
01:35:59.460 Part of the blame to that is that we've chosen to disallow our schools from even talking about matters of faith, regardless of what faith orientation a person has.
01:36:09.260 So I think all of us could share in some of the blame there.
01:36:13.280 I think bottom line, kids are not being given an answer to the question, what am I here for?
01:36:22.540 What's my purpose in life?
01:36:23.920 And is there life beyond this life?
01:36:26.640 And once the church really begins to empower people with that great story of hope that we're here for just an instant to make a decision about the next life and that we're loved by God who refuses to give up on us, I think that will infuse hope into people's lives.
01:36:44.680 So people say, why am I here?
01:36:46.480 What is my purpose?
01:36:47.660 I felt a prompting, if you will, from God when I was probably eight.
01:36:56.380 And I thought I knew what I was to do, and it was to do radio.
01:37:01.380 And I misunderstood that until I was about 30 and an alcoholic and everything else.
01:37:08.300 And threw that away and went, I don't even know if that really even happened.
01:37:13.640 You know how you think.
01:37:15.460 And so I just stopped doing that.
01:37:17.920 And that's when I found my purpose.
01:37:20.600 My purpose wasn't to do radio.
01:37:22.340 What my life's purpose was, how do people who haven't heard or don't know how to find what their life's purpose is, how do you find that?
01:37:38.420 I urge people, pray, pray.
01:37:45.160 And the response I get back often is, well, I don't believe in God.
01:37:48.800 And I say, that's fine.
01:37:50.760 Pray anyway.
01:37:52.420 What you got to lose?
01:37:54.140 If you don't believe in God, then it doesn't hurt to try.
01:37:57.620 And I believe that there's a God who believes in people who don't believe in him.
01:38:03.100 And that our faith, that his commitment to us is not contingent upon our commitment to him.
01:38:10.280 It's called unconditional love.
01:38:12.400 And it's hard for people to grasp.
01:38:14.800 The Bible word for it is grace, is grace.
01:38:17.720 And it's hard for people because there's nothing like it in the world.
01:38:21.880 Everything else is, I'll do this, you do that.
01:38:24.340 But there is.
01:38:25.500 And anybody who's had a second child or more.
01:38:28.940 There you go.
01:38:29.460 I was convinced that I could not love a child more than I loved my firstborn.
01:38:34.920 And the moment my second child came out, I'm like, oh, my gosh, I love her so much.
01:38:39.920 It's crazy.
01:38:40.620 And you'd do anything for her.
01:38:41.460 You'd do anything for them.
01:38:42.800 And so what happens if a person finally comes to believe that there is a God who created this whole world, and he's on my side?
01:38:53.720 He's not against me.
01:38:55.240 He's not ticked off at me.
01:38:57.000 He's pulling for me.
01:38:58.600 He's rooting for me.
01:39:00.060 And he's got plans for me beyond this life.
01:39:04.420 That's what it took for me, Glenn.
01:39:06.760 And it's that simple.
01:39:08.460 It's a matter of faith.
01:39:09.860 So I urge people, I say, just talk to him.
01:39:11.800 So let me take a one-minute break.
01:39:14.160 And then we come back.
01:39:14.740 And I want to ask you about transactional theology.
01:39:18.140 Yeah.
01:39:18.760 Okay.
01:39:20.020 And because I think a lot of people pray this way.
01:39:22.880 And I'd like you just to explain it and then help guide through it.
01:39:27.040 We'll do that here in just a second.
01:39:28.400 First, let me tell you about Goldline.
01:39:30.640 Mark Faber, who is a global investor called Dr. Doom.
01:39:34.960 He's called Dr. Doom for a reason.
01:39:36.820 I mean, I may be a doctor and a Ph.D., so I'd be a Dr. Dr. Doom.
01:39:45.100 He's a rookie.
01:39:46.060 Anyway, he says the U.S. dollar will become, over time, worthless currency.
01:39:51.180 It is absolutely true.
01:39:54.060 You cannot violate certain economic or universal principles and expect different outcomes.
01:40:00.820 That's insanity.
01:40:02.620 So what are you going to do?
01:40:03.820 Well, we could whine about it.
01:40:05.240 We could make sure that everybody knows the Fed.
01:40:07.760 Whatever.
01:40:09.040 Or you could just prepare and make sure your family is taken care of while you do all the
01:40:14.520 other things you should do.
01:40:16.540 Gold and silver historically have been safe havens.
01:40:20.240 Goldline is offering golden parachute right now.
01:40:22.680 With every tube or box of the historic $5 gold Indian head or $5 Liberty coins that you
01:40:28.740 purchase, you're going to receive $150 of Goldline's one gram Mind Your Business silver bars for
01:40:34.640 free.
01:40:35.520 That's not for IRAs.
01:40:37.080 Don't let this offer pass you by.
01:40:38.840 Pick up the phone now and call 866-GOLDLINE.
01:40:42.580 866-GOLDLINE or goldline.com.
01:40:45.560 10 seconds.
01:40:46.160 Station ID.
01:40:46.800 There's a guy.
01:40:57.500 I don't know if you saw his video.
01:40:59.600 We're with Max Lucado.
01:41:00.960 He's written a new book called God Never Gives Up On You, which is so true.
01:41:07.500 His name is Oliver Anthony, and he's a singer.
01:41:12.580 Did you see him?
01:41:13.260 Yeah.
01:41:13.460 And his testimony was so good and raw.
01:41:17.520 He shared it with Joe Rogan a couple of weeks ago.
01:41:20.080 But he said he was sitting in his truck, and he's like, God, I'll do everything right.
01:41:24.560 I'll give you this.
01:41:25.740 I'll whatever.
01:41:27.300 Just X, Y, and Z.
01:41:29.320 And his prayer was answered.
01:41:31.320 But that's transactional.
01:41:35.060 Explain transactional theology.
01:41:37.940 Yes.
01:41:38.400 Yeah.
01:41:39.320 Transactional theology says, God, if you'll do this, I'll do that.
01:41:42.840 It's that simple.
01:41:44.260 If you'll get me a job promotion, then I'll quit cussing.
01:41:50.580 If you'll give us a baby, I'll become a missionary.
01:41:56.360 You know, if you do this, I'll do that.
01:41:58.800 And the reason I discuss that in the book is Jacob did that.
01:42:03.200 There's a great story that anybody who's heard of Jacob will remember.
01:42:07.040 The ladder that comes out of heaven, you know, the stairway to heaven, the old song, the ladder
01:42:12.500 comes out of heaven.
01:42:13.800 And Jacob is in, he's broke, he's penniless, he's running from his brother.
01:42:18.000 And in the middle of the night, he's sleeping in the desert, has to use a stone for a pillow
01:42:21.900 he's so broke.
01:42:23.700 He has a vision of a stairway coming out of heaven or a ladder.
01:42:27.980 And the angels are descending and ascending on that ladder.
01:42:33.280 And at the top is God.
01:42:34.560 And God reaffirms the covenant, the promise that he had made to Abraham.
01:42:39.900 And Jacob then prays.
01:42:42.120 Way to go, Jacob.
01:42:43.660 He prays.
01:42:44.300 First spiritual thing we've seen Jacob do in the whole story.
01:42:47.660 But when he prays, he says, now, God, if you'll take care of me, if you'll watch over me,
01:42:54.280 and if you'll get me back home eventually, then I'll give you a tenth of everything I
01:42:59.120 own, and I'll say, you're my God.
01:43:02.440 As if God needs a tenth of what a guy has who's dead broke.
01:43:06.560 Right.
01:43:06.780 You know?
01:43:07.280 Right.
01:43:07.920 It's transactional theology.
01:43:10.580 And, Glenn, the problem with that is that if we begin to negotiate with God.
01:43:15.380 But wait a minute.
01:43:15.920 What is the difference between what I did, which was, God, you tell me if I do these
01:43:24.060 things, you will take this burden off my back, this spiritual darkness off my back.
01:43:30.580 Yeah.
01:43:30.740 And I will do what you ask me.
01:43:33.800 But you promise me that you're going to do this.
01:43:37.840 What's the difference between that?
01:43:38.920 When we come to God, it's never to say, God, if you'll do that, I'll do this.
01:43:44.980 It's to say, God, would you do that?
01:43:48.000 And I trust you.
01:43:49.320 Prayer is not asking God to do what I want.
01:43:52.900 Prayer is asking God to do what is best, what is right.
01:43:57.280 And here's what I request.
01:43:59.300 Jacob was right to make the request.
01:44:01.800 Jacob was wrong to hinge his loyalty upon God's performance.
01:44:06.660 He had reduced God down to a manageable or packageable size.
01:44:12.880 And the challenge in that is we have a small God when we do that.
01:44:16.520 And what we need helping us through these tough times is a God with big biceps, a strong God.
01:44:22.540 I say this to Christians all the time.
01:44:25.060 They're like, yeah, I know we've got to return to God, but what else do we have to do?
01:44:28.160 And I'm like, guys, he raised Jesus from the dead.
01:44:34.640 I think fixing our country, probably pretty simple.
01:44:39.540 Probably could do that pretty quickly.
01:44:41.620 You know, just serve him, believe in him.
01:44:44.400 Thank you.
01:44:45.200 And turn to him.
01:44:46.180 Glenn, thank you.
01:44:47.400 Thank you.
01:44:48.180 Because we act like that's not enough.
01:44:50.460 Right.
01:44:50.980 That's not enough.
01:44:52.260 And the fact of the matter is going back to God and trusting him and allowing him then to do the work lifts the burden off of us.
01:45:01.800 So many Christians believe in grace.
01:45:04.820 You can't do anything.
01:45:07.180 Exactly.
01:45:07.540 For the biggest miracle he hands out, forgiveness.
01:45:10.800 Amen.
01:45:11.000 You can't do anything.
01:45:12.120 Amen.
01:45:12.620 And yet we think just turning to him isn't enough for him to fix this.
01:45:17.680 Yeah.
01:45:17.780 It's like, what do you – I don't understand your disconnect there.
01:45:20.840 Something happens when people turn back to God.
01:45:23.300 I know.
01:45:23.640 And everything else starts to line up.
01:45:25.660 But you're right.
01:45:26.640 People say that's too simple.
01:45:28.260 That's too easy.
01:45:29.080 That's not enough.
01:45:30.060 Yeah.
01:45:30.360 It's not enough just to turn back to God.
01:45:32.740 We've got to come up with a certain policy or plan.
01:45:35.960 Hey, I think God's got a pretty powerful track record.
01:45:40.940 Will you please come back for a podcast so we can spend some real time together?
01:45:44.320 Of course.
01:45:44.640 God Never Gives Up On You is the name of the book, what Jacob's story teaches us about grace, mercy, and God's relentless love.
01:45:51.660 I love that.
01:45:52.460 Max Lucado is its author.
01:45:54.460 God Never Gives Up On You.
01:45:56.800 Find it wherever books are sold beginning today.
01:46:00.820 Max, thank you as always.
01:46:01.940 Thank you.
01:46:02.360 It's a great honor.
01:46:03.320 You bet.
01:46:04.200 Back in just a minute.
01:46:10.180 The Glenn Beck Program.
01:46:11.920 So usually I'm talking to you about inflation, but I want to talk to you about inflammation now.
01:46:19.240 Both.
01:46:20.140 Not things you want to hear.
01:46:21.720 Inflammation in the body is the source of most of our problems.
01:46:25.960 Most of our pain and even most of our ills.
01:46:29.460 What happens?
01:46:30.360 The body becomes inflamed.
01:46:31.860 It starts an awful cycle.
01:46:33.800 You've got to get that inflammation down.
01:46:37.060 When it comes to pain, this is what's happening in our body.
01:46:40.800 Inflammation is usually the thing causing it.
01:46:43.560 Inside your body, your joints begin to swell.
01:46:45.720 The next thing you know, you have pain radiating down from the source all throughout your body.
01:46:52.620 Relief factor hits your inflammation four different ways.
01:46:56.760 Ibuprofen, for instance, only hits it from one direction.
01:47:00.300 It doesn't work for me.
01:47:01.540 I don't know why.
01:47:02.380 I've always thought it was a sham.
01:47:04.380 But it's just my body doesn't work that way.
01:47:06.440 It doesn't accept that.
01:47:08.000 But relief factor works because it's hitting that inflammation from four different directions.

01:47:41.600 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:47:46.380 Well, let's see.
01:47:49.320 We have a Pentagon and a president who says he's going to veto the DOD bill, which will put us, according to the left, in real peril and jeopardy because of national defense.
01:48:06.660 We are now sending short, I mean, longer range missiles to Ukraine that are cluster bombs because those worked out so well.
01:48:17.720 Yesterday, after we did that, Medvedev said, you know, there's going to be a nuclear attack on America.
01:48:27.760 So we have that going on.
01:48:31.560 We have the government possibly shutting down soon.
01:48:35.140 We have the migration, legal immigration thing going on.
01:48:40.440 We have Trump.
01:48:43.600 We have the election.
01:48:45.360 We have the economy going to hell in a in a crap basket.
01:48:50.620 And let's do one more thing.
01:48:54.160 Stu, breaking news.
01:48:56.080 We have an impeachment inquiry, an official one that being announced by Speaker McCarthy just moments ago.
01:49:03.920 The formal impeachment inquiry will begin into Joe Biden, led by Representative James Comer, Jim Jordan and Jason Smith.
01:49:12.100 It was a short statement, the allegations of abusive power, obstruction and corruption as the part of this.
01:49:20.660 Kevin McCarthy says, I am directing our House committees to open a formal impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden over the past several months.
01:49:26.700 House Republicans have uncovered serious and credible allegations into President Biden's conduct, a culture of corruption.
01:49:33.240 So this is happening and it will give them some additional investigative, investigative powers, which are important when looking for what they're trying to dig into.
01:49:46.060 Right. It's really hard to get to this information.
01:49:47.980 They've hit some walls, oftentimes government walls in the middle in the way they will be able to break down some of those walls and see some more of this information.
01:49:57.780 You can we've had reports over the past week that there may be some sort of charge coming against Hunter Biden on the gun situation.
01:50:06.000 Yeah, I think this is why they're moving so quickly on this, because the FBI has been saying, we're going to we're going to, you know, we're going to do a plea bargain on the gun.
01:50:17.140 We're going to do that here in the next week or so.
01:50:19.080 And I think Congress wanted to make sure that they had that all locked down before there was any kind of plea bargain that might skate through with some judge on the on the gun charge, which Hunter Biden is continually saying covers all past crimes.
01:50:39.860 Even this new one.
01:50:41.220 Yeah, he is saying that and his attorneys are saying that.
01:50:43.780 I don't know if that's actually true, but that is what they are saying.
01:50:47.200 So this is a big moment.
01:50:48.860 And of course, Glenn, more there's more to this than just the investigation and more to this than whether President Biden did anything wrong or not, which, of course, I think he did.
01:50:57.700 The calculation needs to be made politically on this.
01:51:00.740 This is a political process.
01:51:02.760 And the calculation is, do you believe you can convince enough of the American people to believe this isn't some, quote unquote, witch hunt?
01:51:11.480 I think there's enough there.
01:51:13.420 Whether the American people want to look at it or not is a totally different story.
01:51:17.200 You already have, I think, 45 percent or 35 percent of Democrats now saying he did something wrong, possibly illegal.
01:51:28.560 That's a large that's a large number.
01:51:31.540 Yeah, it's it's farther along than the media would let you know.
01:51:34.540 You know, these are this is a process that takes a long time.
01:51:36.980 And just knowing this general sense of corruption goes a long way.
01:51:42.000 You know, we've talked about this on the Trump side of things.
01:51:44.580 Right. If you we could talk about all the different there's four indictments on Trump.
01:51:48.780 Right. The New York one, for example, is impossibly weak.
01:51:52.520 Right. Obviously, just a political persecution.
01:51:55.300 I don't think most of the people even on the left will say that that are looking at the details.
01:51:59.380 But when you pull the American people, there's almost no separation between the four cases.
01:52:03.500 They see that some people think Donald Trump is guilty of stuff.
01:52:06.920 Some people don't. And it breaks down on those lines.
01:52:09.540 People aren't even looking at the facts here.
01:52:11.280 But the general sense of corruption is really important.
01:52:13.960 And it's it's a it's unfortunately affecting both sides here.
01:52:16.500 The fact that you can get this to cancel out, if these two things cancel out, it's probably really good for Donald Trump.
01:52:24.220 Bad for the country. It's bad for the country, but it's probably good for Trump's campaign, because outside of the corruption stuff they they throw at Trump.
01:52:33.100 It's impossible to justify reelecting this guy.
01:52:36.260 And by that this guy, I mean Joe Biden.
01:52:38.500 He's done a terrible job. He's 115 years old.
01:52:41.680 He can't string three sentences together under normal circumstances.
01:52:46.360 He would have absolutely no chance to be reelected.
01:52:48.660 But with with what's going on now, of course, that's another story.
01:52:52.440 So you're going to see him, I think, sooner rather than later.
01:53:00.100 The minute these actual investigations and any kind of.
01:53:06.980 Any kind of formal presentation of all those facts as they are found, I think you're going to see Joe Biden resign because of health.
01:53:20.080 Because of health.
01:53:21.420 And I don't don't think that that won't have the same kind of deal that Gerald R Ford did.
01:53:33.640 It will be the end of Kamala Harris's career, period, because the reason why Gerald R Ford didn't win is because he took over from Nixon and everybody went.
01:53:49.240 When he pardoned him, everybody was like, whoa, whoa.
01:53:53.400 And it was the right thing, perhaps, to do for the country.
01:53:56.640 Maybe not.
01:53:57.600 But at the time, it was, you know, sold as the right thing to do for the country so we could all move on.
01:54:02.320 But everybody was like that, that that was a bad deal.
01:54:05.500 That was a deal cut in in the dark.
01:54:09.680 Sure.
01:54:10.080 And that's how people would think, look at it.
01:54:11.780 I think any time a president pardoned one of his close allies.
01:54:16.360 Yeah.
01:54:16.480 Do you think, though, that we're the same country?
01:54:20.160 Do you think we would react the same way?
01:54:21.680 Are these historical parallels, would they work?
01:54:25.040 Are they, they're certainly worth understanding, but did that apply to today?
01:54:28.620 Yeah, because I think anybody's, everybody's looking for an excuse to just say, no, no way Kamala Harris.
01:54:35.940 Yeah, I do think that's real.
01:54:37.420 Yeah.
01:54:37.780 That's definitely real.
01:54:38.740 That will just be the last straw.
01:54:40.860 That'll be the convenient straw that breaks the back.
01:54:44.040 I'm not sure.
01:54:44.660 I mean, I think with the way partisanship is today, I don't know if this will work.
01:54:50.620 I should.
01:54:51.780 I mean, I will say I started the Biden corruption stuff really open-minded, relatively skeptical of whether we'd find anything.
01:54:59.700 I mean, I'm not saying he didn't do it.
01:55:01.240 Obviously, there's some level of corruption with every politician.
01:55:03.760 I didn't have a high opinion of Biden.
01:55:05.660 But the fact that we would find as much as we found the text messages basically identifying that Hunter Biden is using this influence.
01:55:14.000 He's taking the money and then giving a bunch of it to Joe Biden.
01:55:16.360 Like, that's really direct.
01:55:18.040 It's on text messages through the family.
01:55:20.440 Yeah.
01:55:20.880 The shell corporations.
01:55:22.400 I mean, some of this stuff is over the top more than I ever thought we would find.
01:55:26.220 Some of that gets easy when a guy leaves his laptop at a computer repair shop, I will admit.
01:55:30.700 But still, this is, they've gone a far way.
01:55:32.760 I don't know if the American people are open enough to information that is damaging to their own side that they will look at this honestly.
01:55:40.380 They won't the minute he's out of office, and that's what he's counting on.
01:55:45.940 He does not want Hunter to go to jail.
01:55:48.540 He does not want to go to jail himself.
01:55:51.140 You know, do you want to spend your last few minutes, years, fighting this kind of fight where it could work out to be really bad for you?
01:56:06.280 I mean, this is why I thought he wouldn't run, because I've been on the Biden train of corruption now for the two years before he became president.
01:56:17.020 It wasn't until Peter Schweitzer's book that really did that four years before, and I'm like, well, I don't know, you know, we're never going to prove it.
01:56:24.560 Oh, once we got into the impeachment of Trump and I saw what was happening in Ukraine, I'm like, oh, my gosh, this is horrible.
01:56:32.140 And since then, horrible, we've added a lot of information.
01:56:35.180 And I think it is really important in these type of situations to have super clear and understandable evidence that the American people can see.
01:56:47.020 And understand, they can't, they're not going to take more than five minutes to understand this.
01:56:51.580 And people, I feel like I talked to this, the audience of my show, Studios America, and of course, this audience, you're different than everybody else.
01:56:59.720 I don't think they understand that at times.
01:57:02.720 People don't watch this stuff like this audience watches this stuff.
01:57:06.320 But, but.
01:57:07.680 It's hard.
01:57:08.400 It will come down to one thing.
01:57:11.360 It will.
01:57:11.840 It always does.
01:57:12.540 O.J. Simpson.
01:57:13.980 Nobody listens.
01:57:14.560 I mean, we watched it every day, but nobody was really listening.
01:57:18.240 What did that come down to?
01:57:20.180 Maybe the glove.
01:57:21.240 If it doesn't fit, you must acquit.
01:57:24.860 Okay.
01:57:25.620 With all, they had DNA.
01:57:28.220 Yeah.
01:57:28.500 But DNA was too early.
01:57:29.920 Yeah.
01:57:30.280 So they had DNA.
01:57:31.220 They had all of it.
01:57:32.420 It came down to the glove.
01:57:34.860 You need that thing.
01:57:36.000 You need that thing.
01:57:36.900 You need that thing.
01:57:37.180 And I don't know, text messages are pretty close to that thing.
01:57:39.280 Oh, I think they have the thing.
01:57:40.880 I really do.
01:57:41.680 I think they have the thing.
01:57:42.940 It's just not been put all in one place yet.
01:57:46.860 Just not all there.
01:57:47.900 You need that real narrative.
01:57:48.880 Now you've pointed, you've actually painted that out really well on a couple of your TV
01:57:52.040 shows and on radio as well.
01:57:54.860 But with visual aid, sometimes it's easier to see that stuff put together.
01:57:58.560 But if they can make that case in a clear and concise fashion, I think you do have a chance.
01:58:03.900 And part of the reason is Biden's weakness.
01:58:06.600 If Biden was Obama, I don't think the Democratic side of the argument would look at it.
01:58:12.000 I think they just brush it off to racism or whatever because they liked him so much.
01:58:17.160 He was a relatively popular Democrat.
01:58:19.220 I mean, among Democrats.
01:58:20.720 Biden, there's a built-in doubt with him.
01:58:24.080 They don't want him to run again.
01:58:26.840 Overwhelmingly, even Democrats, they think he's too old.
01:58:29.380 No, he was expendable from the very beginning.
01:58:31.280 From the very beginning.
01:58:31.980 And so was Kamala.
01:58:33.200 If they could figure out another path here that they thought was plausible, and it's not Kamala,
01:58:38.580 I don't think it's Gavin Newsom.
01:58:40.620 They might think it is.
01:58:41.940 They might think it is.
01:58:42.980 They, here's the thing, they're going to run, I think they're going to run Gavin Newsom because he's young and they can now do that old thing to Donald Trump, even though it doesn't, it doesn't stick with Donald Trump because he's, he's lucid.
01:58:59.240 Yeah.
01:58:59.380 The problem is not his age with Joe Biden.
01:59:02.140 It's that he's not lucid all the time.
01:59:04.940 Okay.
01:59:06.380 But I think they're going to run somebody young and it won't be Kamala.
01:59:10.140 This will be the way to get Kamala out because she's tainted by this administration.
01:59:14.720 She's really done nothing on her own.
01:59:16.800 No.
01:59:17.060 And so, and she'll pardon.
01:59:18.960 She might even pardon both of them.
01:59:21.680 And that will, and that will be the real death knell for America because this has to be punished.
01:59:33.120 Even, even, even I, even if they both were in a plane crash, you know, orchestrated by Putin, they still, this still should go through and we have to know how did they do it?
01:59:51.940 Stop all of that and teach a lesson that you cannot get away with this because this was the worst corruption in American history.
02:00:01.200 Um, can I, how much time do we have here, sir?
02:00:03.800 How, how, about a minute, about a minute.
02:00:05.880 Um, how do you see the politics of this playing out?
02:00:08.420 Do you think this will, would work as, forget the truth is, does it work as a tactic for Republicans?
02:00:15.240 It didn't work.
02:00:16.200 You'd argue for the Clinton impeachment.
02:00:19.840 I don't think it's a tactic.
02:00:21.580 I'm not saying it's a tactic.
02:00:22.900 I'm just saying, how does it work as a tactic?
02:00:25.460 Because right or wrong, this is going to have political ramifications.
02:00:28.300 Does it work to convince people or do people?
02:00:31.220 I don't know anymore.
02:00:31.980 I don't know how to judge Americans anymore, but I, I will say the evidence is so strong.
02:00:38.420 Do you see the evidence that came out today with his, what was it, his grandniece or somebody that was working in the treasury,
02:00:45.240 also sending emails to Devin and giving him information about a, a treaty with, uh, or, uh, a, uh, economic conversation in China that she happened to be attending.
02:00:58.500 And so she could hear it.
02:00:59.660 She made all the notes, sent it to him.
02:01:01.500 I mean, the evidence here is so overwhelming.
02:01:05.840 I think overwhelming.
02:01:07.940 We're not even hitting the witnesses, right?
02:01:09.180 The text messages are one thing.
02:01:10.400 The people, how many of his close business associates that were highly invested in a Biden presidency and vice presidency have come out now and said, this stuff is true.
02:01:20.020 I mean, we have tons of people on the record who've said it.
02:01:23.440 Uh, it is incredible.
02:01:24.940 And I, if they can paint this, if they can do this right, they have a real chance to make a difference here.
02:01:29.620 I think politically it's going to play out at first as this is just a response for the corrupt Donald Trump.
02:01:36.900 Yep.
02:01:37.400 They are just trying to persecute us, blah, blah, blah.
02:01:41.280 They'll use all the things that they're doing right now.
02:01:44.140 Cause that's what they always do.
02:01:45.440 But I don't think it works this time, but I, who am I to say, um, it's important to be on the right side of history.
02:01:54.020 That means taking a stand against things that you feel are wrong.
02:01:57.320 And there's different ways to do that.
02:01:59.420 Some of them come at personal costs.
02:02:01.400 Some of them great personal costs.
02:02:04.440 What are you willing to do?
02:02:06.600 Let me tell you the easiest, lowest hurdle to get involved.

02:02:24.480 They wanted to do a great job, provide great service, but they were also looking for ways to raise money to help protect our constitution.
02:02:33.380 And the best way to do that, best charity is always through capitalism.
02:02:38.040 And that's what they're doing.
02:02:39.580 And they are in the fight.
