This is a super simple meditation technique or breathing exercise you can do if you feel stressed. It's a matter of alternating the nostril in which you breathe in and out. So if you look at my body, you can see that I'm breathing in on one side while I'm holding one nostril, then I'm switching, breathing out and breathing in. I do this for 10 minutes at a time or however long you want. I can definitely recommend it!
