00:00:27.000 So what we have before us at this moment in time is my current standard pre-workout that I eat.
00:00:36.000 Basically before every session unless if I'm training grappling in the mornings
00:00:42.000 then I just train fasted with some amino acids.
00:00:46.000 But otherwise this is something I do too, especially if I'm hitting the Temple of Iron
00:00:53.000 to get some extra carbs to fuel the performance.
00:00:57.000 So that being said let's get into the recipe, the ingredients.
00:01:03.000 So first and foremost the base of the whole thing.
00:01:07.000 Some good old Swedish oats.
00:01:10.000 So that would be the base of the thing.
00:01:18.000 And the second main thing is some good old Swedish milk.
00:01:23.000 Now of course I've grown up in the Swedish countryside so I know how the cows here are treated.

00:01:32.000 It's not the same in all countries.
00:01:34.000 So if I lived in certain other countries I probably wouldn't eat so much or drink so much dairy products
00:01:42.000 because how they treat animals in certain countries is not up to a reasonable standard.
00:01:49.000 So if you want to replace the milk with something else that's completely fine.

00:01:55.000 The third ingredient is some good old peanut butter.
00:02:01.000 And yeah this is mainly to get some extra taste to the entire thing.
00:02:08.000 Obviously peanut butter tastes well with basically everything so it's just something to make it tastier.
00:02:15.000 It comes at the cost of extra calories but I mean if you're bulking it's all the better.
00:02:20.000 So if you're bulk bra you can take more tablespoons.
00:02:24.000 I use one tablespoon for this.
00:02:26.000 The next ingredient is a good old banana.
00:02:29.000 And if you don't want to eat colonial products you can replace it with an apple or something like that.

00:02:38.000 Every once in a while I mix it up with that or an apple.
00:02:41.000 The good thing with a banana is that it contains potassium which is good for training.
00:02:46.000 So yeah a banana to chop and put in the bowl.
