00:00:00.000 So
00:00:23.480 Greetings, my esteemed subscribers.
00:00:39.220 I am checking in to wish you all a good Yule, Happy Yule and Merry Christmas.
00:00:44.260 I don't have any profound insight to share in this fine video.
00:00:48.200 I mainly just wanted to show you this absolute beast. 0.61
00:00:52.760 Look at the size of this marzipan pig. 0.66
00:00:58.640 There is a sacred Christmas tradition, which is that I receive a marzipan pig.
00:01:04.360 This is actually a bit different than the one I usually get because this is a lot bigger.
00:01:09.920 I had a tradition dating back to 2013, where I posted each Christmas a picture of the Yule pig of prosperity.
00:01:19.400 Now, of course, my old Instagram account got taken away, so that part of internet history is gone.
00:01:25.280 But I will not lament that fact. It is what it is.
00:01:28.600 Now, anyway, I will post this to social media. All links are in the description box below if you would like to witness a nice picture of it and then, of course, some other nice pictures as well.
00:01:40.640 Well, I do try to make it worthwhile following me on various social media.
00:01:45.380 Now, if you don't have social media, except for YouTube or Odyssey, it's all good.
00:01:50.320 You can gain a lot of insights via reading my book reviews on my page, thegoldenone.se.
00:01:58.280 Speaking of which, I have, as you have seen, hopefully, if you follow me on that page or if you follow me on Telegram.
00:02:05.820 If you aren't, that's my main platform at the moment. Again, link in the description.
00:02:11.200 I've posted two book reviews as of late, first and foremost.
00:02:14.800 The Agni and The Ecstasy, which you, yeah, read the book review to know what it's about.
00:02:22.020 Then, a few days ago, I posted a book review of Icelandic Magic, which is a short but sweet.
00:02:31.440 I really liked reading it. It's a really good book, interesting.
00:02:34.820 Again, if you want to know more about it, read my book review on it.
00:02:38.460 And now, I am actually in the process of reading through Introduction to Magic.
00:02:46.660 So, I've almost finished the first one and I'm about to start the second one.
00:02:51.420 I will most likely make a podcast episode about these books because there is a lot of esoteric juiciness in it.
00:02:58.520 And, of course, I do want to share it with you, my esteemed audience.
00:03:02.380 And if you aren't subscribed to the podcast, I highly suggest that you do subscribe
00:03:07.680 because I put a lot of effort into those episodes.
00:03:12.720 And it's a bit, it's not a bit, it's a lot easier to make to share insights via a podcast than video.
00:03:23.240 But that's a topic for another time.
00:03:25.380 I just wanted to mention that.
00:03:27.100 Now, speaking of books, I would like to share my joy, pride and excitement.
00:03:31.780 Because my beloved wife, she has written a cookbook.
00:03:36.800 This is the first sneak peek of it.
00:03:39.280 I am excruciatingly happy with the finished result.
00:03:43.280 I'm not only saying this because it's my wife, I say it because it is true.
00:03:46.420 You will see for yourself.
00:03:47.780 It will be out early next year.
00:03:49.640 And then I will talk some more about it.
00:03:51.200 But, yeah, extremely happy with that.
00:03:55.020 Then, as you might have seen, I posted on social media
00:03:58.440 the greatest films of all time.
00:04:02.580 We will aim to watch this later today.
00:04:05.900 It's a true work of art, The Fellowship of the Ring.
00:04:08.640 And, of course, the second and third films as well.
00:04:11.380 And, again, as I mentioned in the post, I did read all three books
00:04:16.100 just after I saw the first film at a cinema back in the day.
00:04:21.020 I might reread them at some stage.
00:04:23.280 I read Children of Hurin last year, which is a beautifully tragic book.
00:04:30.500 I can definitely recommend it if you are a Tolkien fan, which I am.
00:04:35.000 And, yes, I will get around to read The Simarillion.
00:04:38.100 I know many of you have recommended it.
00:04:41.300 But my to-read list is quite extensive as it is.
00:04:46.060 Now, anyway, long story short, I mainly just wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas.
00:04:51.200 And, again, check out the book reviews if you are interested.
00:04:54.960 I might make some videos about the books.
00:04:57.700 I do prefer writing articles, though, being perfectly honest.
00:05:01.260 But it can make some good videos as well.
00:05:04.900 Now, anyway, I will...
00:05:06.780 I suppose I will delve into the marzipan pig.
00:05:10.080 I will start eating it for optimal juiciness and hypertrophy.
00:05:14.520 Good times, good times.
00:05:15.740 Thanks for watching and thank you for your...
00:05:18.360 Thanks for being here.
00:05:19.280 X-O-X-O.
00:05:21.480 Boom! 0.99
00:05:22.120 Boom! 0.99
00:05:22.200 To be continued...
