00:00:07.120 I want to talk a bit about coffee and how to go off it without experiencing
00:00:11.360 excruciating headaches. So what I did was I drank coffee during the summer and
00:00:16.600 then I thought I'd have a month without coffee to reset my receptors in the
00:00:21.240 brain and I did that a month ago and how I went off without headaches is the
00:00:29.320 following. So the first step is to figure out roughly how much coffee you are
00:00:34.820 drinking each day. So my starting amount was three scoops for my morning cup and
00:00:40.720 then two scoops for my afternoon cup. So that is the starting position, starting
00:00:46.440 amount and then day one on my gradual decrease I only had one morning coffee
00:00:53.040 using three scoops. Day two I had one morning coffee using two scoops. Day three
00:01:00.640 two scoops again. Day four only one scoop so quite a drastic decrease from the
00:01:08.940 initial starting amount. Day five same thing there one scoop and then day six a
00:01:14.700 black tea and then after that you should be fine to not drink anything at all in
00:01:20.760 the morning. So the main point is to gradually decrease the intake of caffeine.

00:01:36.520 completely from one day to the next. Make sure to have a gradual decrease of
