00:03:02.640 Now once you get into the routine, going to the gym will be easy. For me it's not something hard,
00:03:08.420 I don't need to motivate myself to go to the gym every time. Yes sure I need to motivate myself to
00:03:14.200 perform really really well but that comes much later. In the beginning you just have to get into
00:03:19.400 the routine. So if you motivate yourself via you know listen to good music, watch some pre-workout
00:03:26.800 videos, whatever. Just motivate yourself for the first few weeks, one, two, three weeks depending on how
00:03:34.100 your body is wired. And then you get into that routine and once you do that it becomes much
00:03:40.180 easier to go to the gym every day. And also speaking about training frequency, I often suggest that you
00:03:47.840 train more days a week because if you train every day as opposed to only two days a week, each gym
00:03:53.820 session will be less of an endeavor as it were. So if you go to the gym every day you get in the routine
00:04:01.920 really really quickly and then later on you might scale down on the days. But remember the first two
00:04:07.560 weeks or the first three weeks something like that until you get into the routine those are the hardest
