00:00:00.000 Hello lads, today I want to issue a challenge of sorts, but before I begin to elaborate on what this particular challenge might be,
00:00:08.620 well, you probably guessed from the title, but anyway, what I want to say first is that we have released a good number of extremely high thumos garments over at Legio Gloria, 0.92
00:00:19.520 so definitely check that out if you are eligible to wear Legio Gloria, that is if you're a mad cunt who observes the ancient masculine virtues. 0.88
00:00:31.900 So anyway, head over, first link in the description, and be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram as well. 0.86
00:00:37.520 So, with that said, the NoFap November challenge, everyone who doesn't participate is a beta leftist.
00:00:45.460 Any arguments to the contrary are totally invalid.
00:00:48.400 So, it's really quite simple to not fap during the entire month of November, and this is a perfect opportunity if you have never done something like this before.
00:00:58.660 So, it's all about retaining sexual energy, fueling that into your training instead.
00:01:04.340 And now, a technical detail here is that if you take the Glorious pill, according to my teachings, you are allowed to fap, but you're not allowed to fap the porn.
00:01:12.540 So, this challenge is something similar, but otherwise you can fap, but just not the porn.
00:01:18.040 But this particular challenge, no fap at all.
00:01:20.800 So, the rules are very simple, do not fap during this entire month.
00:01:25.520 And if you feel the urge to do so, just focus with your mind on something else.
00:01:30.600 This can be done via gaming, this can be done with going outside, this can be done with reading something.
00:01:37.100 The important part is that you actively focus with your mind on something else until the urge subsides, so to speak.
00:01:45.660 So, very many good mental techniques to get over this.
00:01:48.700 I have made other porn-related videos on this channel if you want to check that out.
00:01:54.860 So, do that for some more mental techniques.
00:01:56.740 But basically, just focus on something else.
00:01:58.820 Comment The Emperor Protects below if you are participating in the challenge.
00:02:05.000 And I wish you all a prosperous weekend ahead.
00:02:08.260 XXO, boo! 0.56
