The Golden One - Q&A. Accusations of Being a Liberal. Army Questions. Study Questions. Training Questions.

00:00:00.540 Greetings, my esteemed subscribers. Today I thought to respond to a lot of questions, but before I begin to do so, I would like to answer the most commonly asked question over these last few weeks, and that is when my book is coming out.

00:00:15.180 And I am very happy to say that it's currently being printed in the glorious nation of Latvia, so it will be done in two or three weeks, then it will be available, and it is available worldwide, and it is written in English, and if you ask what it's about, it's basically my collected teachings in book form.

00:00:35.620 So everything from training to philosophy and that sort of stuff, and it's about 200 pages, so yeah, a long time in the making, and I'm very happy that it's soon out, so stay tuned, I will make more videos when it is out, and also I will announce on my other social media, but yeah, it is in the works at least.

00:00:59.140 So, anyway, on to the questions at hand, and we will begin at Subscribestar, and we have, how would you respond to the accusation that you are not a real fascist, and actually just a social conservative with classical liberal leanings?

00:01:16.840 I wouldn't respond to those accusations at all. First and foremost, if we're talking about fascism, it's such loosely defined concepts, you can't really say that you are a fascist or not.

00:01:28.040 Because it's something that it's something that it's too broad. And also, I've said this before on my Instagram, and I will say it now as well, because it's a good opportunity.

00:01:37.580 I'm not political, and I don't have an ideology. I'm driven by loyalty towards my family, my nation, my bioculture, and my civilization.

00:01:47.900 I'm loyal to Mother Europe, and to Mother Nature, and to Mother Sweden.

00:01:53.500 So, if you ask what drives me, it is not ideology, it is not politics, it is loyalty.

00:02:01.180 Same aspect as when my forefathers followed our heroic kings out into battle.

00:02:07.400 They didn't really care about politics, they did it for king and country, they did to defend their families, to defend the freedom of Sweden.

00:02:15.400 Just as I'm sure most of your ancestors have done the similar thing, it's about loyalty, it's not about politics.

00:02:22.620 So, if you ask, am I this or am I that? I respond, no. It doesn't matter. I'm loyal, and that's that.

00:02:29.340 So, there you have the answer to the question, if I am whatever ideology I am.

00:02:36.620 I have no ideology, I have loyalty, and that is what drives me.

00:02:40.440 If you ask about my worldview, I derive it from Mother Nature, and that's also my religion.

00:02:46.580 I'll talk more about that later on.

00:02:49.180 Anyway, moving on to another political question.

00:02:53.400 Carl asks, I have noticed a lot of people are falling to the extreme right, which in my opinion is counterproductive,

00:03:01.480 helping to promote a respectable new right-wing movement in Europe.

00:03:05.160 In your opinion, what can be done to help catch people before they become so extreme?

00:03:10.580 Actually, it's the other way around.

00:03:13.900 They should become extreme before they become reasonable.

00:03:18.000 When you first start waking up, becoming enlightened, take your first red pill, you become very extreme.

00:03:23.400 Then, as you progress in your enlightenment journey, you become more reasonable.

00:03:28.640 So, for example, if we're talking about, again, fascism or something like that,

00:03:32.960 there might be a lot of younger guys who become attracted to fascism or the various fascist movements of the former century.

00:03:41.580 Then, as they progress in their enlightenment journey, they start becoming more interested in traditionalism,

00:03:47.680 for example, which is less extreme then by that way of measuring things.

00:03:53.400 So, I would say it's nothing bad with becoming too extreme,

00:03:57.180 because if you want to get to the ultimate enlightenment, you have to go through a period of being extreme.

00:04:03.700 Then, of course, I'm the first one to say that bad rhetoric is not something to be endorsed,

00:04:10.300 and it's absolutely nothing cool or edgy about commenting extreme stuff on the internet.

00:04:16.600 We also have to distinguish between extremism and radicalism.

00:04:21.700 I am radical. I am a proud radical.

00:04:24.240 So, if I say I believe it's good to have a man and a woman and a loving family,

00:04:30.200 I do believe it's bad with sexual promiscuity for the social cohesion of a nation.

00:04:37.020 If I say that in today's modern world, I am very radical, because it's very different, but I'm not extreme.

00:04:44.100 Because if we're looking upon it, historically speaking, every culture, basically, in every time,

00:04:50.400 has placed value upon the family and upon sexual restriction.

00:04:55.240 So, I'm radical in today's standards, but I'm not extreme. 0.93

00:04:58.980 The left-wing madmen are the extreme ones.

00:05:01.820 So, I hope that was a good enough answer, at least.

00:05:07.900 Greg asks, will you be organizing or participating in more offline community building?

00:05:13.080 Yes, most definitely indeed.

00:05:15.320 I have done so quite a bit over the last year, and it's very rewarding.

00:05:19.780 It's always nice to meet kind-hearted and positive people who appear in these sort of social settings.

00:05:27.880 If you are in Sweden, check out Jotunheim Nutrition's Instagram page.

00:05:31.520 For some updates when we do have MMA trainings, etc.

00:05:36.080 And, yeah, you're welcome to swing by if you have the heart on the right place.

00:05:41.280 Irish Steel asks, I know it's a bit late, but...

00:05:44.700 Golden one, have you ever heard of a fantasy series called Elric of Melnibon?

00:05:49.920 If not, all I can say is, hombre, why not?

00:05:53.220 It's pretty much the origin of all the dark fantasy stuff you like.

00:05:57.500 I have not, but I included the question because of the use of hombre.

00:06:02.960 It's nice to say, so if you have a mate who doesn't want to go to the gym because he's tired or something,

00:06:09.500 you can say to him, hombre, and he will get his mind set straight and join you in the Temple of Iron.

00:06:17.760 So, start saying hombre, it's fun.

00:06:19.160 Moving on to Patreon, we have a question from Montana.

00:06:25.500 After taking the glorious pill, I began both consciously and unconsciously distancing myself from many former friends and acquaintances

00:06:34.320 due to incompatible worldviews and aspirations.

00:06:37.480 While I love and enjoy the time spent in the company of my woman, I can't help but to feel like I'm stuck playing the game of life in single-player mode.

00:06:48.460 What recommendations would you give in finding or building a tribe of masculine and high-thumous friends that inspire and motivate one another?

00:06:59.360 And Helvetic John reinforces the question by saying,

00:07:02.480 Good question, friend. You are not the only one in this situation.

00:07:07.480 Indeed. Indeed, you are not alone in this situation.

00:07:11.480 I've gotten this question for about three or four years now.

00:07:16.240 And yeah, it is a common thing and I don't really have a good answer.

00:07:20.100 What I can say is that try to go to places where there are high-thumous men.

00:07:26.120 It can be an MMA gym, for example, or it can be a hunter's club, or it can be a powerlifting gym or a strongman gym or something like that.

00:07:37.480 Now, of course, I'm fully aware that these sort of things might not be available in the area where you are at.

00:07:43.980 So, I can't really say. I can say, though, if you are in Sweden, for example, try to appear in various events that are being hosted with where I am, basically.

00:07:55.780 Because there's always good lads there.

00:07:57.920 But in the broader West, I can't really give any good recommendation.

00:08:02.040 But if you are active on Instagram, for example, and if you post a lot of things that you are doing, you can definitely meet up with like-minded guys.

00:08:11.020 I have an American friend and supporter.

00:08:14.040 Shout out to you, Rob.

00:08:15.120 Who basically struck up conversations with guys on Instagram, and then he went on a trip to Europe and met up with a lot of them that they've been talking, etc.

00:08:26.600 And sharing stuff on Instagram.

00:08:29.360 So, that can also be a good idea.

00:08:31.320 Point being is that you have to be seen by others for them to contact you, etc.

00:08:37.160 So, be a shining beacon of light in the dark and you will attract like-minded people.

00:08:42.620 So, Steven asks, GoldenOne, what does your title mean and what did you study at university?

00:08:50.200 My title means a lot of things, but incorruptible one is one of the meanings.

00:08:55.680 And I did study economics at Uppsala University.

00:09:01.140 Jack asks, any updates on your products being available in the Americas?

00:09:05.600 And Legio Gloria is available worldwide, and as I said, the book will be available as well.

00:09:12.780 But the supplements, it will probably take a little while until that becomes a reality, unfortunately.

00:09:19.040 But I am working on it, and it would be absolutely amazing if I can launch Jotunheim Nutrition in the new world.

00:09:28.260 Matthew asks, what are your thoughts on conscription?

00:09:31.980 I think it's a great idea.

00:09:34.420 I differ a bit from libertarians here, but I have absolutely nothing against conscripting young men into the army to make men of them.

00:09:43.100 That was one of the main points with the Swedish army during the last century.

00:09:47.320 You got in 18 and 19 year olds, and when they had spent their mandatory year there, they were more men.

00:09:55.480 So, yeah, I do think it's a good idea.

00:09:59.300 Then, of course, it is, if you want an as professional army as possible, it can perhaps be better if you only go,

00:10:07.360 if you spend the resources on the guys who are most motivated to join the army.

00:10:13.060 But I do believe that all men should be able to take up arms to defend their country, whether they like it or not.

00:10:20.640 Everyone has to do their duty.

00:10:22.200 Devon asks, how do you view those that take their own lives due to depression?

00:10:28.640 I recently lost a good mate of mine this way and have mixed feelings on it since.

00:10:35.080 Deep topic.

00:10:36.200 I will make a separate video on suicide, but obviously it's not something I endorse,

00:10:41.920 except for certain cases where it is better for everyone involved if someone basically does it.

00:10:47.520 But, yeah, no, I don't think it's a good idea.

00:10:49.780 I think depression, it is a lot of things you can do to better your mental health training, being one of them.

00:10:58.840 Eating a better diet.

00:11:00.600 Try to eat a diet high in meat and fat and low in carbohydrates.

00:11:07.100 Try to spend a lot of time outside.

00:11:09.400 Try to spend a lot of time in the sun.

00:11:11.060 Try to spend a lot of time in the gym and you will feel better.

00:11:13.980 But, anyway, I will respond more at length in a later video.

00:11:18.680 Peter Pym asks, reading recommendations after finishing Hated and Proud, Ultras Contra Modernity and Horus Heresy.

00:11:26.720 By the way, I look forward to the new shorts coming out.

00:11:30.420 Yes, the new shorts are out.

00:11:32.620 And, yeah, Horus Heresy and Hated and Proud, great books.

00:11:36.000 I would recommend, actually, Weston Price Teachings.

00:11:40.580 I have made a video upon it, but I also do recommend that you read the book.

00:11:45.340 It's very interesting, in my humble opinion, at least.

00:11:49.580 Then also you can read The Oxygen Advantage of Patrick McKeon,

00:11:53.300 but I will make a separate book review video in the coming week.

00:11:57.340 I believe it's time for that.

00:11:59.740 Joseph asks,

00:12:01.980 Golden one, it's great to see you open up the Q&A thread.

00:12:06.500 Those tend to be my favorite videos and threads.

00:12:09.320 My question is this.

00:12:10.600 While I know you said earlier in some videos your military service was mandatory in Sweden,

00:12:17.580 did you consider staying in the army?

00:12:20.460 I will answer that first.

00:12:22.700 It was sort of mandatory.

00:12:24.480 It was mandatory on paper, but I did it voluntarily because if I didn't want to do it,

00:12:30.040 I could have said, you know what, I have a pain in my foot and they would have let me go.

00:12:34.380 So it was rather a luxury for me to be able to do it than anything else.

00:12:39.140 I had mates who didn't get to do it, even though they wanted,

00:12:42.780 because they had some obscure allergy that didn't even cause them trouble.

00:12:47.140 So I am very, very fortunate in having to be able to do the military service.

00:12:53.140 And yes, I did think about staying, becoming some sort of officer,

00:12:57.340 but even then I knew the path to saving my country wasn't going to be military.

00:13:03.680 So then I decided to study instead and go that path.

00:13:07.320 But yes, I did want to when I was done,

00:13:10.020 because I sort of missed it even the week after I got out from the army.

00:13:14.680 So yeah.

00:13:16.000 Moving on with the question.

00:13:17.420 And would you say that helped you contribute to your current success?

00:13:20.400 I only ask because many people in the U.S. see the military as a last resort.

00:13:25.680 But for me, it's an opportunity to improve and open up new doors in my life.

00:13:29.960 It doesn't mean it's perfect, but it's a start.

00:13:32.600 And I wanted to know if you had a similar experience.

00:13:35.920 Yeah, most definitely.

00:13:37.660 It was great for me.

00:13:39.120 I was quite a victim of the modern world.

00:13:43.120 I didn't really have that sense of stoicism and discipline and, you know,

00:13:48.840 a lot of aspects that I matured in the army.

00:13:52.600 So it definitely helped me later on as well.

00:13:55.080 And again, I am super thankful for having to been able to do it.

00:13:59.780 I can't speak for the American army, though.

00:14:02.300 So I had the extreme luxury, again, to be part of the older Swedish army that wasn't cocked at that stage.

00:14:11.220 So this was in 2009.

00:14:13.700 So it's, yeah, not all too long ago, but in terms of cultural Marxism, it's a lifetime ago.

00:14:21.940 So yeah, I can say that at least.

00:14:24.040 But how it looks today, I can't say.

00:14:25.680 I don't know, but I do definitely credit my experiences in the army with a lot of mental things that are good right now.

00:14:35.940 Primarily discipline and stoicism and also recognizing the fact that you're not the center of the universe

00:14:42.280 because I was, as many young men are in this day and age, quite egocentric, etc.

00:14:48.260 But then I got that removed from me because I was just a man among men.

00:14:55.680 Moving on from my man, William.

00:15:00.340 Career advice for younger lads.

00:15:03.540 Do you suggest more of a ride-a-tiger style approach or is it best to pursue a simpler life in your view?

00:15:11.480 Very tough question and I don't really want to answer this because it's up to you

00:15:16.260 and I can't give an answer that is satisfactory to you in your particular situation.

00:15:22.420 So take this with a massive grain of salt.

00:15:25.580 I would definitely, if you have something that you want to study, that you're interested in

00:15:29.540 and there is a market for basically, go for it.

00:15:33.960 I do believe in education.

00:15:35.660 I do think it can be a good idea to pursue something like that.

00:15:39.200 And there are certain professions that are always needed.

00:15:42.860 So I don't see any reason to abstain from that if you have the possibility.

00:15:46.960 Then, of course, I don't encourage anyone to take student loans to study arts or something like that.

00:15:55.060 But if it is something that can lead to something higher, I definitely believe you should.

00:16:00.800 Because if we're talking about economic collapses, etc., I don't believe it will happen.

00:16:05.900 What I believe will happen is a slow and steady decline.

00:16:09.900 But you will still be well able to use your education if you get one.

00:16:16.120 So it can be a good investment.

00:16:17.900 Then, of course, in Sweden we have free education.

00:16:20.160 So it's quite different here from America where you have to pay to get to college.

00:16:26.280 So, yeah, a bit of a non-answer but that's my take on it at least.

00:16:31.560 Ian asks,

00:16:32.460 What is the hardest part of being a father so far?

00:16:36.280 Is there any books on parenting you recommend?

00:16:39.760 Hopefully we'll be needing this advice sooner or later.

00:16:44.060 I will send a prayer to Frey for you, my friend.

00:16:48.360 It is glorious indeed.

00:16:51.380 The hardest part yet is I haven't really stumbled upon any huge issues.

00:16:56.340 A bit less sleep.

00:16:57.400 But then again, my wife is really good at taking care of her. 1.00

00:17:00.000 And she's a very kind child, so I can't really complain at all.

00:17:04.180 What I can say, though, is that I'm a bit worried about the future of Sweden and the West.

00:17:11.660 So that is one aspect that I'm a bit...

00:17:14.620 Yeah, it worries me a bit at least.

00:17:17.500 But then again, that's why I do what I do working metapolitically.

00:17:21.900 In regards to parenting books, I would definitely recommend Jordan Peterson's Twelve Rules of Life.

00:17:29.760 I thought it was surprisingly good.

00:17:32.200 And I will make a separate video on his book later on.

00:17:35.920 I just don't want to promote other books too much before I have released my own.

00:17:40.960 But yeah, it is coming, a book review of that particular tome of knowledge.

00:17:45.900 Yes, I would agree that egg protein is the best.

00:18:04.960 But if you already eat a lot of eggs, I would recommend beef protein.

00:18:09.740 Not perhaps the tastiest or most pleasant thing to drink.

00:18:14.580 But at least it is good if you can't get away.

00:18:17.900 Tyler Hamilton asks...

00:18:19.960 In the Great Primark of Wisdom, next week I shall be moving out on my own alongside a friend of mine

00:18:25.080 to pursue higher education in the hopes of doing more for the Great Crusade here in the USA.

00:18:30.860 One thing we are both interested in is finally getting serious about hitting the gym

00:18:35.840 and also fixing our diets to get in good shape.

00:18:39.880 Alongside what you feature in your Gaines Kitchen videos,

00:18:42.400 are there any particular staple foods slash meals that you can recommend

00:18:46.840 which are as cheap as possible?

00:18:49.960 So as to suit the budget of an American college student but still be as healthy as possible.

00:18:56.600 Also, any other tips, wisdom for a young Western guy going back to university would be appreciated.

00:19:04.340 Yeah, in regards to food, you have things such as oats and eggs.

00:19:10.160 Eggs are the best foods there are and quite cheap as well.

00:19:15.140 And then also I would definitely recommend that you try to, if possible, get into contact with some sort of local farmer.

00:19:21.600 Farmers see if you can get bulk prices.

00:19:24.040 Perhaps you and your mate can buy in bulk together and save a few dollars on each order.

00:19:31.200 Then whey protein is also quite cheap in terms of protein content.

00:19:36.000 But I would say oats, eggs and also potatoes.

00:19:39.820 Usually it's quite cheap in Sweden at least.

00:19:42.600 And in regards to advice for college, use the time wisely because you will probably have some time that you can decide upon what to do yourself.

00:19:54.320 So use that wisely by studying hard and studying other things, reading books that you find interesting in self-improvement, etc.

00:20:03.240 And then, of course, train as much as possible.

00:20:06.940 So yeah, enlightenment and progress on all fronts.

00:20:09.920 And relish the opportunity to have a lot of time to decide yourself what to do with.

00:20:15.840 From my man Mark Clark.

00:20:19.060 Have you ever tried maximum intensity slow movement lifting?

00:20:23.820 For example, going as slow as possible on a 500 kg leg press.

00:20:28.020 I just started doing it and the results and ability for progression has been great.

00:20:32.620 I know the imperial truth is quite simply higher intensity training.

00:20:38.020 Heavy weight training is the best weight training.

00:20:41.320 But what are your thoughts on the most optimal lift style two-piece question combo?

00:20:48.020 Yeah, no, definitely I would say that I try to do the lifts as fast as possible.

00:20:54.680 Fast lifts equals fast results.

00:20:57.360 And if you want to get that explosiveness in your muscles, it's a good idea.

00:21:02.100 So I've always trained to do it as explosively as possible.

00:21:06.360 And yeah, just focusing on lifting as heavy as possible, lifting with the mindset of progression.

00:21:14.180 And as of late, I've also added some volume to my training because that is important as well.

00:21:20.320 So yeah, that is my take on that.

00:21:23.960 Then we have two more questions, actually, that I thought to respond.

00:21:28.360 And that is from Joe.

00:21:31.260 From the perspective of a pagan, how does it feel to live in the same lands as your ancient ancestors?

00:21:38.020 I'm a third generation American of French and German ancestry.

00:21:41.640 I don't feel a connection to the land here the way I imagine pagans living in Europe do.

00:21:48.340 Well, I can't really say for certain since I haven't lived away for so much time.

00:21:55.060 But yeah, it feels good.

00:21:57.440 I feel quite in tune with the nature more than anything.

00:22:01.180 But then again, I've been in America three times.

00:22:05.480 I've enjoyed it.

00:22:06.380 The nature there is great as well.

00:22:08.560 So I wouldn't say America is bad in that sort of way.

00:22:14.100 You still have your ancestors, no matter where they are from, that you can honor and cherish.

00:22:20.240 So I wouldn't say it's necessary to live where your ancestors have been.

00:22:25.740 Part of being European is also the adventurer and explorer spirit.

00:22:30.220 So I wouldn't dwell too much upon your geographical location.

00:22:34.640 Just try to honor them anyway.

00:22:36.780 Then also from Stephen.

00:22:38.620 I'm looking to rediscover my pagan roots.

00:22:41.580 I'm of Basque descent raised in Christian tradition and not sure where to start.

00:22:47.000 I know the Pantheon is different from Norse.

00:22:49.620 However, I don't feel this to be a big deal when trying to create one's own traditions.

00:22:55.020 What are your thoughts?

00:22:56.940 I wish I could respond in a good way to that question, but I really can't.

00:23:03.140 First step, read up about your ancestors.

00:23:06.220 And I wouldn't necessarily look past your Christian heritage.

00:23:10.720 It's been part of Europe for quite a long time.

00:23:13.380 And if we're looking upon Catholicism, it is paganism to a large extent as well.

00:23:19.620 Because when it came to Europe, it had to adapt a lot of pagan philosophy in it to be accepted.

00:23:27.440 So I wouldn't look past that.

00:23:29.220 But otherwise, you can always try to read up on Basque history as much as possible and try to make your conclusions from there.

00:23:37.220 So, longest Q&A I have ever made.

00:23:41.620 Feels good to have it done.

00:23:43.240 Thank you for watching it.

00:23:45.240 Thank you for taking the time out of your day to listen to my words of wisdom, hopefully.

00:23:51.200 I don't know if you got any supreme enlightenment from watching this video, but hopefully you did.

00:23:56.520 So anyway, I've gotten the audio recorder.

00:24:00.200 Now I will start making Swedish history videos tomorrow.

00:24:04.160 And the first video will be about Viking mentality and rune stones.

00:24:09.120 So look forward to that.

00:24:11.960 And thank you again to all of my supporters who have contributed financially to you on Subscribestar, to you on Patreon, etc.

00:24:19.720 And since it's Sunday today, the training summaries will go up later after I have hit the gym and hit the boxing ring as well is what I will do today.

00:24:30.460 So have a blessed day ahead.

00:24:32.820 And who am I?

00:24:33.780 That's a secret I'll never tell.

00:24:35.400 XOXO.

00:24:36.300 Boo! 0.83

00:24:36.480 Go for it.

00:24:46.300 Go for it.

00:24:49.320 Go for it.

00:24:51.460 Go for it.

00:24:52.440 Go for it.

00:24:53.160 Go for it.

00:24:55.580 Go for it.
